Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back to our live CPAC coverage.
We're here in Washington, D.C., in the occupied Washington, D.C.
Day 51 of the occupation.
Now, this show has over 38 million downloads on the podcast, and that's the fifth way we distribute.
We're on John Frederick's radio nationwide, Real America's voice, the streaming service of the Trump Revolution.
I'll show up on the satellite, Dischannel 219, on Comcast, on cable.
Simultaneously broadcast in Mandarin on GNews and GTV and blown through the firewall later in the day to all Lao-Beijing looking to breathe the fresh air of freedom and also to the diaspora of the Chinese people, 250 million throughout the world.
We're also on RumbleGab, Vizio, Roku, Pluto, wherever you are, we're there to meet you.
We're ubiquitous and we are free.
Okay, I want to turn now to one of the great patriots.
I've got two original gangsters here in the studio today.
Frank Gaffney from the Committee on the Present Danger of China, one of the oldest and toughest of cold warriors, and Pam Pryor, wingman to Governor Palin, on the campaign in 16 as our faith leader, and then served in the State Department for all four years as Mike Pompeo's right-hand person about faith.
We just had Ambassador Brown back on here.
We're talking about the persecutions of all people of faith.
By the radical materialists of these dictatorships throughout the world.
In the entire week we're going to have a run-up to the Voice of the Martyrs conference next Friday.
We're going to have a special on the persecution of the Jews of Europe and its rise in anti-Semitism on Tuesday.
We're going to have many specials throughout the week about this persecution of the faith-based community and also the persecutions of Christians and focus on the existential threat to all mankind because of the CCP virus.
That would be, yes, the Chinese Communist Party in Beijing.
Now I want to turn to The confrontation with the radical nature of the Biden administration through these executive orders, and that would be someone that's become really a hero to this movement.
It's the Attorney General of the state of Texas, Ken Paxton.
Ken, first off, give us your sense.
You've been to a lot of CPACs in your life.
Give us a sense of the energy level down there at CPAC, and also the direction.
What are people talking about?
What is hot?
Where's the focus?
unidentified
Yeah, so I think there is a tremendous energy here.
I think that people are looking for leadership.
They're trying to figure out what direction we're going.
How are we going to deal with election results in the future and making sure that our elections are safe and secure?
How are we going to deal with the Biden administration as they issue these edicts or executive orders, whatever you want to call them?
And how are we going to deal with the Chinese government as they become more and more powerful?
And how are we going to deal with these technology companies as they seek to monopolize the internet and potentially control speech?
steve bannon
Okay, I want to ask you about the front line of, on a scale from 1 to 10, because you're a very even-handed guy and obviously a very smart guy, the radical nature of some of these executive orders you've seen from Biden, 1 being normal course of business, 10 being over the top, where would you put, in your professional opinion, the Biden administration, some of the executive orders you've seen from them?
unidentified
I would say a 9-something, 9.3.
It's getting close to 10.
I don't know exactly what a 10 is, but it's pretty bad and pretty outlandish and pretty far beyond what most presidents have been willing to do.
The only other president that's close to this was President Biden, who completely ignored federal law and ignored his role as the president and sought to act more like a legislator.
And I think President Biden is looking the same direction, except maybe more aggressive Faster than we've ever seen before.
steve bannon
You're saying, you were saying, Obama, you're saying he's actually more aggressive, do you think, than the Obama administration was about using executive orders, is that correct?
unidentified
Yeah, he's issued many, many more executive orders.
He's done it more aggressively.
Obama seemed to start out kind of slow and methodical and sort of eased his way into becoming very radical.
Biden hasn't eased his way into anything.
He started on day one and it has not let up since he's gotten an office, even though it's been a short period of time.
steve bannon
Let me ask you, where are you in court right now?
What specific executive orders?
As Ken Paxson, as the Attorney General of the great state of Texas, where are you actually challenging them in court right now on what executive orders?
unidentified
So he issued an executive order on day one that basically stopped deportation of illegal immigrants.
We filed a lawsuit on day three of his administration.
On day six, we got our first injunction.
It was a temporary injunction that lasted seven days.
It ultimately got extended to 14 days.
And we recently went back and argued for a permanent injunction.
And this week, Judge Tipton granted our permanent injunction so that he has to continue to enforce federal law, which was passed by our elected representatives.
Until such time as we lose a trial, which I don't think we'll do.
steve bannon
I want to ask you about this amnesty bill that they've put forward.
Now it looks like we've already been able to stop it because his political capital, it's indestructibly linked with you taking him to court.
The more people understand how radical it is, the more his popularity drops.
The Rasmussen Tracking Poll has him at 49% approval.
Therefore, zero political capital.
In that poll, Attorney General Paxson, they had independent voters in this nation, people that are not registered Republican or Democrat, had the approval rating at 39%, 57% disapproved.
As people find out more about what he's trying to do with women's sports, they find out more about the vaccines, they find out more about his amnesty bill.
I just want your assessment.
This overall piece of legislation, if it was to go through, If it was go through and he passed, as he's written, that amnesty bill, what would that do to the state of Texas and what do you think it would do to the country?
unidentified
Well, it would immediately cost us millions, if not hundreds of millions of dollars that we don't have.
The federal government doesn't then come in and just give you money to support what we'll then have to support.
Our crime rate will go up.
Our cost for education, for health care, for law enforcement will go up.
We'll increase our crime rate, including human trafficking.
Transnational crime organizations, gangs, all of that will be increased.
It is a very much a negative impact because these people aren't being screened, they're just being given amnesty.
steve bannon
They passed yesterday, and I realize you may not have been able to totally rustle the whole thing, but they passed the Equality Act yesterday, which, you know, Pam Pryor, who's from the State Department, part of the international part of the faith base, people are saying this is the greatest assault on religious liberty in the history of the country.
What does Attorney General Paxson intend to do if they try to break this up and try to come at it through executive orders or other ways to try to implement this in the state of Texas?
unidentified
Look, I haven't gotten to read all of that legislation, but I will say this.
We will fight for First Amendment rights, including the right to exercise your own faith.
We've done that more than I ever thought I would have to as Texas Attorney General, but I swore when I signed up for this job to uphold the Constitution and certainly the First Amendment and religious expression and freedom.
It's the First Amendment.
It was very important to the founders.
It's very important to the citizens of the state of Texas.
And it's something that I'll die for.
steve bannon
Attorney General Paxson, you've been one of the great supporters of President Trump.
What are you looking forward to tomorrow?
As you anticipate that speech, what would you like to hear him say as part of that speech?
What would be things you would be particularly looking for and that you think our audience ought to look for?
unidentified
Look, I think there's still a vacuum of leadership in the Republican Party with him out, and I think people are still looking to him.
He's still the most popular Republican in the United States.
He's the person that so many grassroots people look to for a vision.
I would encourage him to cast a vision of where he thinks we're going as a party, where we're going as a country.
And address things like election fraud, address things like what's going on with these technology companies, address things that are going on with China, the big issues of our day.
I would love for him to cast a vision about what he thinks we should do for the future of our country and the future of our party.
steve bannon
Look, you mentioned election integrity there.
This is one of the huge topics that we focus on every day, whether it's from Georgia or Pennsylvania.
Given that Texas knows how to run an election, given that you were the guys that said no Dominion voting systems, we're not interested, we've done an assessment, we're just not interested, are you You were able to reach out, and you were the leader in the lawsuit that should have gone forward, right?
You took the leadership of that.
Are you prepared and are you working with other states to help them get sorted, particularly in Georgia and Pennsylvania, which is a nightmare, and Arizona, where you've seen leaderships in those parties back off from taking leadership?
Are you, Ken Paxson, reaching out to people?
Are you there at CPAC saying, hey, we know how Texas can lead the way in this?
unidentified
Yeah, so I'm talking to everybody I can.
I'm talking to leaders all over the country.
We've got a meeting of Republican attorney generals coming up this week that I'm going to address the very issue you're talking about.
I don't think there's a more important issue than election integrity, because if we go forward with what happened in this last election, Americans will never know whether our elections are credible.
And that destroys a democracy and puts us in positions more like Venezuela than it does the America we all know and love.
steve bannon
Well, this is what Mitch McConnell, this is why we lost Georgia.
300,000 didn't show up.
I've been giving talks to after hours of CPAC groups all week.
The number one thing about enthusiasm and getting out 100% of the people, if you don't show them, you can sort out November 3rd.
And they don't believe you sorted it out.
Don't answer their money in 2022.
20% of the MAGA movement, and the media knows this, and the left knows this.
If they continue to push that there's no solution to this, and that there's not enough Kent Paxsons in the world to stand up and say, no, no, no, no.
We know how to run one, and we know how to... Every legal vote counts.
Every certifiable vote counts.
Every chain of custody vote counts.
If it's not that, it don't count.
If we show that, we're going to get 100% of the people to show up.
frank gaffney
And even worse...
That is what's in the offering now.
And Ken Paxson needs to be involved in this fight too.
steve bannon
What do you think about HR1, Ken Paxson?
Would that ever be implemented down in the great state of Texas?
unidentified
Look, that is a horrible piece of legislation.
It's a monstrosity.
I think it's like 800 pages.
It basically federalizes elections, forces all of our states to do what happened in these other states, which is mail-in ballots, no signature verification, harvesting of votes.
I mean, the list of negative things that reduce the credibility of our elections would basically be put into federal law and we'd be ruined as a country.
And the integrity and the confidence in our voting system would be done.
steve bannon
You got your work cut out for you.
Everything, they're coming.
Target rich environment.
That's where we're so glad we got Ken Paxson up on the ramparts.
General Paxson, how can people follow you?
I know if your comms director can slip you what your Twitter account is.
We go through this ritual every time.
I get it, I get it.
Hold it, hold it, hold it.
unidentified
He's CPAC ready now.
steve bannon
They know he goes to CPAC.
You're ready.
unidentified
What is it, sir?
Alright, it's that T-X-O-A-G.
steve bannon
T-X-O-A-G.
This is your Twitter handle.
unidentified
O-A-G.
Yep.
steve bannon
O-A-G.
Any other way?
unidentified
No, that's it.
steve bannon
Are you on any other platforms?
Okay, fine.
We'll keep you there.
Hopefully you don't get pulled down.
unidentified
That's the main one.
steve bannon
Attorney General Paxson, you've got so many fans here in the War Room.
The audience absolutely loves you.
Just keep doing the great work.
Texas is leading the way on this.
You guys know how to make the tough calls.
And just God be with you.
And you've got all the prayers and support from the War Room audience.
unidentified
Amen.
Hey, I really appreciate it.
It means a lot to me.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Thanks, brother.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
Ken Paxson, that's leadership.
And by the way, he's taking the incoming every second of every day, right?
They got that guy under the microscope.
I tell you, the ones that you know are getting stuff done are the ones that are getting the flack.
That's what DC Drano and Fleck is.
When they're over the target, they're all over these guys, right?
Absolutely.
I mean, I don't need to tell you to... We live over the target!
unidentified
Frank Gaffney was banned from CPAC for how many years?
Oh, it's just a little while.
steve bannon
Just a couple of three years.
But we started, by the way, we started one across, we started inside CPAC I think in 13 or 14.
Right after Sarah Palin's first time, she spoke there.
We did after in the ballroom.
I'm sitting up in the ballroom.
We're going to have, it's called The Uninvited, right?
It's every guy that used to speak.
Pamela Geller.
frank gaffney
Robert Spencer.
steve bannon
It was original gangsters.
It was the hardest core of the hard core.
These are people that have spoken at CBPAC before but were uninvited because of the topics they currently address were not popular among this four schlappy guys.
Not for a polite company.
The whole way you set it up is, Pamela was going to speak and all the whole crowd is going to be there.
Pamela's going to be speaking.
I've got a ballroom with 800 seats and I have nobody there.
I'm sitting there going, this is the end of me.
Even before I start, I'm ended because the New York Times already has a photograph of an empty ballroom with all the name tags up there and with about Five minutes ago, they came out of the Palin thing and just poured into, standing room only.
CPAC freaked out.
unidentified
It was impossible for her to move in that hotel.
steve bannon
Impossible.
This is about charisma.
She's still got it.
One of my biggest objectives is to get Governor Palin Back into the hunt and fight every day.
She is an incredible piece of manpower.
Okay, short commercial break.
In return we'll be covering the story of Pam Pryor, the original gangster Frank Gaffney.
Stephen K. Bannon will be back in a second.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, they're chasing us around CPAC right now.
They see the insurgents.
We're going to get Trevor Loudon.
You talk about an original gangster, you're about to meet one.
I'm telling you, Trevor Loudon.
Trevor Loudon was telling me stuff years ago.
I did a tea party thing with him, I think in 2010, early 2010, in Florida, some rural thing in Florida.
You know, it's one of those tea parties.
A hundred people show up.
It starts at five o'clock.
It's a cookout.
Guys are walking around flip-flopping jams.
And I got this guy that Andrew Breitbart just admired.
And I'm sitting there, and he's telling me this stuff, and my head is blown.
I don't even know what to make of this guy.
The guy's from, like, Australia, New Zealand.
Southern accent is the way he describes it.
And he's got this whole thing worked out.
This guy's been trained by communists and everything like that.
This is another guy.
He was too nutty for Steve Bannon.
And everything he said, 100% true.
frank gaffney
He does the best research of anybody in this battle.
steve bannon
He hands me a book, it's 900 pages long.
frank gaffney
The Enemy's Within.
steve bannon
The Enemy's Within.
It's got every guy from the time they went to high school.
frank gaffney
125 members of Congress.
steve bannon
125 members of Congress, but he's got, you're going through the book, and he's got like everything they've done from high school, the NGO conference they went to, they sit here.
frank gaffney
Their friends.
steve bannon
This is unbelievable.
unidentified
And at first I thought, hey, who is this guy again?
steve bannon
And every year I look at it, and then, when this happened, when they sprung the trap, and you look at two things, you look at the Transition Integrity Project that Perkins Coie put out in July, which they told you, hey, don't look at the Red Mirage, we got this covered, and then you look at Molly Ball, the cover story in the New York Times, the secret history, they're in your grill now.
If you take those two documents from July, they told you how they were going to steal it.
Right?
They told you flat out.
And you look at all the players, they're all on Trevor Loudon's punch list.
You go back to the book, you go, hmmm.
You know, Trevor Loudon had it right.
We're going to get Trevor Loudon.
frank gaffney
Donald Trump told you a lot about how they were going to do it, too.
steve bannon
A hundred percent.
unidentified
Okay, so then why weren't we ready?
steve bannon
Well, look, the guy in charge was part of the problem.
The question is, that is something they've got to do a hot wash up, what they call it, and the Navy do it.
What's incumbent is that we can't allow, first off, we still have to adjudicate, because remember, why am I on this topic relentlessly?
Because the more people understand, particularly independents and others, understand his illegitimacy, the less political capital he has.
The biggest number that's happened is the Rasmussen, which is still the best tracking poll, When they, and I said this, the day the independents get a three handle on it is the day all the crazy stuff, remember, and this is about victory begets victory, right?
Just give me a heads up when Trevor's booted up.
We're having a little technical problem at CPAC.
We've got Scott Pressler, the great young man about everybody volunteering.
We've got Penny Nance from Concerned Women's America, a fire breather.
She's on it.
We've got Trevor Loudon, we've got three, and we've got Colonel John Mills.
We're going to try to get everybody on here.
This thing, we have to show people about the illegitimacy.
I mean, this is why we were taking off all the platforms.
It doesn't matter.
The word's getting out there.
Once he's at 39%, and you can see, this is why all his big, you know, H.R.
1 ain't gonna happen.
They're gonna try.
The equality bill's not gonna happen.
They can't even do the COVID relief bill to happen.
Okay, let's go.
We've got Trevor Loudon here.
Trevor, you haven't been able to hear, but I've been singing your praises over the years.
14, 15, 16, 17, 18.
Okay, let's not do the count on live radio.
How about that?
That's in New Zealand.
Southern New Zealand, I might add.
Okay, when we've got it ready, let's take a deep breath.
Understand we're doing this.
When we've got it ready, we'll go CPAC Live.
But, once you expose it to the American people, once his approval gets down to the mid-forties overall, once it, among independents, gets into the thirties, it's done.
unidentified
People won't vote again, if they don't think it's going to count.
20%.
steve bannon
They're going to say, I'm not going to give, I'm not going to work, and this is what happens.
frank gaffney
And then they'll be denied it.
steve bannon
They're saying right now in Georgia, McConnell's hacks are down there saying, oh, John Fredericks and Steve Bannon depressed people so much.
I said, no, no, no, no, no, no.
It was very simple.
Purdue, and we ran Purdue out of this race in one week.
He announced, he put that committee and said, this is not happening again.
Been there, done that, right?
Not going to do this again.
You had your shot, he's a good guy, love Purdue.
But there's horses for courses, right?
We need a Herschel Walker or we need somebody who can bring fire.
Not any of this business as usual.
Right?
And I don't care how many times you were at the White House having a cup of coffee with the President.
You're a good guy, but it's just not right.
You did not stand up.
unidentified
You don't need a good guy.
frank gaffney
You need a great American.
steve bannon
A great American.
And you need hard people.
You need tough people.
We're in a fight, right?
You can't have guys, you know.
All this stuff on unity.
It's all unity.
Those are all unity when you submit to what they want to do.
unidentified
If we'll give up the unity, they'll do the group hug.
steve bannon
But we ain't giving up.
The reason we can't give up is it's so clear what they're trying to do.
This is not subtle.
You look at H.R.
unidentified
1.
steve bannon
You look at the Equality Act.
This is over-the-top.
Young girl sports.
Title IX has done more to change America for the positive of having young girls get into competitive team sports to learn camaraderie, to learn teamwork, to learn all that in a tough environment.
plus provide the ticket out for hispanic asian african-americans and working-class whites their daughters to have tickets out to major universities division one schools in ivy leagues in this thing right here a special sport and professional sports eventually but to have young boys it could just at the at the thing and my daughter says that i have to be going to the process You just will show up one day and say, hey, I identify as that, boom, you're in the volleyball team or you're on the race and everything like that.
All the work has been done for that.
Just give me the heads up when we got loud.
Just give me the heads up.
frank gaffney
One of them nearly killed some girl in a boxing match.
Think about it.
unidentified
Steve, can I just go back to one other thing?
steve bannon
You got to come in hard on the mic here.
frank gaffney
I know, I'm here.
You talked a moment ago, I asked a sort of rhetorical question, why aren't the Republicans doing more to help on all this stuff?
They are the controlled opposition, this establishment Republican Party.
And that's why we need a new one.
We need a new Republican Party.
steve bannon
You don't want to form a third.
Talk about how you do that.
frank gaffney
I think the way you do it is you brand it.
As a Great America Party.
Not as a Grand Old Party.
steve bannon
But you don't... And you get people who are all with MAGA.
You don't do away with the GOP.
frank gaffney
No, no, no.
It is a nickname for an existing party.
It's a way you brand the good guys, the Great Americans.
So how do you... And differentiate them from the established.
steve bannon
Okay, so how do you practically... Is this the precinct committeeman?
frank gaffney
How do you actually... I think it's from right on the... Everything you're talking about on this show, every single day, is about building a Great America Party Do we have you live from CPAC, sir?
And it will make all the difference, especially if Donald Trump, if he breathes a word about this tomorrow, man, I'll tell you what, we're off to the races.
And those establishment guys who will continue to sell us out as a controlled opposition will be done.
steve bannon
I want to get to what controlled opposition means in a second, I want to bring the great Trevor Loudon in.
Trevor, do we have you live from CPAC, sir?
unidentified
I do.
steve bannon
How you doing, brother?
You've got Frank Gaffney and Pam Prior here, two original gangsters, along with yourself.
I want to go back, and we're pressed for time because of the technical problems, but one of the most important things, your research, and you're the best researcher, you've been considered a dangerous individual for even people on the right because of your research over the years about the infiltration of communism in the elites in this country.
Talk about what your evidence has been showing and how that's exemplified now Whether it's Silicon Valley, the corporations, Wall Street, or this government, how that's come to haunt us today.
unidentified
Well, look, I've been talking about communist infiltration for over a decade now, and now we have two people in the White House who are basically, would be classified as friends of China.
You know, Joe Biden has a history of involvement with organizations like the Council for a Livable World, right back to the 1970s.
an organization set up by a Soviet spy, Leo Szilard, to recruit senators to work to gut the US military.
And Joe Biden has been one of the great exemplars of that.
He has done more damage to the US military than any other senator and is about to do even more as president.
And that can only benefit China.
It can only benefit the enemies of this country.
steve bannon
This guy's been on Senate Foreign Relations for 40 years.
He says he's a big supporter of the military.
Give us two examples to back that up of where he's done more damage than any guy in the Senate to the U.S.
military.
unidentified
Well recently at the 50th anniversary of the Council for a Livable World, which actually, no sorry, it was in 2012, he boasted that he had worked with the Council for a Livable World to negotiate the START Treaty with Russia.
The treaty that was so bad for America and so good for Putin that Trump had to unilaterally cancel it.
And now Biden is reinstating it.
You know, his support for the nuclear deal with Iran is another example.
His work towards cancelling chemical weapons development by the United States.
He has a whole pattern of doing this.
And now under his watch, we're going to see a major purge from the US military of Christians, of conservatives, of Trump supporters.
Their aim is to turn the military completely socialist.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on.
This is what Stalin did to the Russian military in the 1930s.
Back it up.
What do you mean when you say purge?
Aren't they just trying to get the guys they consider dangerous or guys that are prepared to be domestic terrorists?
That's what they're arguing.
Why do you say it's a purge?
unidentified
Well, because they're vetting people for, you know, any connection to the NRA.
Look, active duty soldiers right now are purging their own Facebook pages of any connections to Trump, any connections to the National Rifle Association, anything remotely patriotic.
They see the writing on the wall.
The instructions are coming down.
They, you know, an enemy of the country now is someone who supports the Constitution.
Someone who supports closed borders.
Someone who supports President Trump, the Republican Party, or Orthodox Christianity.
So I don't think it's an exaggeration to say this is a purge that will take out the backbone of the U.S.
military.
steve bannon
Trevor, we've got to bounce, but I've got to get you on the show tomorrow.
If you're there tomorrow, we want to get you on our pre-game show on The Speech.
Real quickly, we've got about 15 seconds.
How can people follow you on social media?
How can people get access to your writings?
unidentified
TrevorLoudon.com.
Just L-O-U-D-O-N, TrevorLoudon.com.
Don't Google it.
Google won't bring it up.
Put TrevorLoudon.com in the search bar at the top of the page.
steve bannon
Okay, we've got to bounce.
We're going to come back.
We've got Penny Nance from Concerned Women's America.
Scott Preston, next.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
We're jamming it all in here today because we've got so much going on.
CPAC's exploding.
We're trying to show you the energy level and what people are focusing on down there.
Trevor Loudon, one of the great ones.
frank gaffney
Trevor Loudon went through a nice laundry list of examples of Joe Biden's treachery over a long history with the Chinese Communist Party.
But one of the things that he didn't mention that has to be on that list, arguably at the top of it, as an example of a betrayal of America, is he helped engineer in May 2013 A deal that gave the Chinese Communist Party access to our capital markets without having to conform to our laws.
It was a sweetheart preferential deal, and I believe that the $1.5 billion that Heian Sun got from the Chinese Communist Party wasn't a bribe.
steve bannon
It was a commission on that $3 trillion.
We still have the high ground.
Jake Sullivan told that to the guys at CNN after we got in and said, you know, Bannon was right.
We actually, we're not the declining power.
Some of these traps are all nonsense.
We're not the declining power.
They're not the rising power.
We still have all the cards.
It's just the established orders in business with them.
If we cut them off, if you just got Roger Robinson and took his 25 lists of things to do, you did them, they're done.
Lao Bajing is free.
The world lives in peace and prosperity.
All the bad guys are gone.
Once the Chinese Communist Party collapses, the Party of Davos collapses.
That's the business model.
And it's not that we don't know it.
It's like Great Reset.
Build back better?
I don't think so.
Okay, I'm going to go now.
We've had murderers of warriors.
But this may be my favorite.
Penny Nance.
unidentified
I love her.
steve bannon
This is a heat-seeking missile right here.
From Concerned Women's America, but Penny, now is your moment because it's up in your grill.
This Equality Act, you're going to be the tip of the spear in combating this.
Tell us what it is, why it's not just for women, but for faith, for all of it.
This exposes how radical Biden and his people are.
Penny Nance.
unidentified
It does.
You know, the Orwellian-named Equality Act is exactly the opposite.
It redefines sex to make it mean not sex at all.
It means really anything you want it to mean.
So, under this new law, under the Biden administration's wishes, and the left conspiracy, would say that if you simply identify as a woman, If you're a biological male with no surgery, no even plans for it to be permanent, you can identify as a woman any moment and demand entrance into our safe spaces.
Into our locker rooms, into our restrooms, onto our women's sports teams, and if you dare, As a church or anyone else, dare to say that you don't agree with that, you don't want to use the preferred pronoun, which by the way is not just about preferential treatment, it's about you, you must, authoritarianism, then you have the full weight of the state against you.
It's a real issue and it's really an issue that for people that care about the least of these, people of faith, you should recognize that it's a threat to women in women's prisons, domestic violence centers, our young women on sports teams, their locker rooms.
So it's just really something that we need to take a moment and consider and think about and recognize that although it sounds really nice, it is very detrimental to women.
steve bannon
So, at CPAC, what is the temperature level of the heat of people prepared to fight this, and what is it in D.C.
in the Republican establishment?
Because your great superpower is that you're the connective tissue from the grassroots to the establishment to get them focused on what they should fight for.
I think what people are most stunned about is three Republicans.
I mean, my daughter, who is not very political, she just got out of the Army, she's on fire about, Dad, we need a primary of these guys.
Three Republicans voted for this.
So what's the heat down at CPAC?
And compare that to the country club and establishment lobbyist Republican apparatus up here in DC.
Do they care, Penny?
unidentified
Do they care at all about these issues?
Well, they tend not to care about anything that doesn't have a direct dollar sign attached to it.
But for the grassroots members, for moms across this nation, for people who care for women in women's prisons and do women's ministry, we care.
There's lawsuits going on around the country.
You may be aware of the Selena Soule case in Connecticut, women's track, where women are losing their trophies, losing their places.
And so there's a lot of energy among the grassroots on this.
And because of that, we can make Absolutely, Karen.
We were able to hold all but three Republicans in the House vote and I truly believe in the Senate you've got people like Joe Manchin from West Virginia who tends to listen to reason and common sense and science that I do believe that we will hold it back for the Senate.
But this is a bigger problem.
This is a bigger issue and it is an opportunity for us to explain how completely morally bankrupt the left and how They don't follow the science when it comes to these issues.
steve bannon
This is the key point.
This is our opportunity among Republican women, among college-educated suburban moms who look, for whatever reason, you mentioned Trump's name and they just freak out, right?
That's right.
unidentified
This is something where we come together with women on the right and on the left on this, by the way, Steve, you know, the women's liberation front.
who are not concerned women for American members.
They don't agree with us on almost anything.
Have locked arms with us.
They're self-identified radical feminists.
Many of them are lesbians and bisexuals.
They're like, this is anti-woman.
They recognize that they fought so hard for Title IX and it destroys women's sports.
steve bannon
Wow.
Wow.
unidentified
And hats off to Penny for working with them.
steve bannon
No, Penny, this is what the great superpower of Penny is.
She can bring people together.
So Penny, our audience is an activist audience.
They're looking to Penny Nance for leadership.
Tell them what they have to do today.
How do they have to start off?
unidentified
Well, they first start out by coming to ConcernedWomen.org.
We have a whole Action Center there on the Equality Act.
You can just get to our main page and you can find it.
And then contact your member of Congress and let them know that this is nonsense.
Tell them to follow the science.
Tell them that they must protect women's rights, women's sports, women in prisons, women in domestic violence shelters, and this is complete and utter nonsense.
We can care for people who truly are struggling with gender dysphoria.
It's on the DSM-5.
It is truly an issue for some people and a disorder that should be treated.
But you don't make an entire nation Change our laws, correct how the pronouns we use force us into language and things we don't believe, particularly people of faith, by brutal authoritarianism.
So we've got to make sure that we come together, let our members of Congress know that we do not support the wrongly named Equality Act.
And work together on this, and I believe we can.
It's just, again, like I said, this is brought together.
Women on the left and the women on the right that don't agree on anything.
So this should be a moment, a real wake-up moment for the establishment.
steve bannon
This is a teachable moment.
Once again, how do people get to your website?
And on the website, what can they find?
unidentified
It's called ConcernedWomen.org and you can follow us on social media and then just click on the link for the Equality Act.
You'll see it there on the front page and come to our Action Center and we'll give you everything you need to know.
steve bannon
Penny Nance, head of the Conservative Women of America, thank you so much.
Great honor.
What a warrior.
unidentified
Thank you.
Thank you.
frank gaffney
Women's locker rooms is just the brand here.
Equal access to women's locker rooms is anathema to any sensible American.
unidentified
Can I say something?
Yeah, yeah, sure.
Sorry.
steve bannon
I've been getting blown up about not letting Pam.
You weren't shy before.
When you were with Pamela, you weren't shy.
Over at the State Department, you kind of became like a diplomat.
You were very diplomatic.
You weren't diplomatic in the old days.
You were a little feisty.
unidentified
For four years, for four years, I've been in the State Department.
I've got a little PTSD to wear off of me.
steve bannon
We're liberating Pam prior today.
unidentified
I'm just going to say, you know, I was watching church at my go.
Sometimes Cornerstone Chapel up in Leesburg.
Pastor Gary Hamburg.
And he said, look, we're going to pray for our leaders.
We're going to pray for President Biden.
Scripture tells us to do that.
Second, he said, we're going to write our congressmen and our senators.
And I'll tell you, Steve, you always forget the other thing that I did.
We're all formers of something, right?
I yearn to be a current soon again.
But anyway, as a former chief of staff on the Hill, I'm telling you, folks, those letters, those calls, those cards, they count.
They count.
steve bannon
I gotta go to another great guy.
Look, Pam, do you need to bring a safety blanket today?
I mean, walking Pam Price would be the toughest hombre I ever met.
What did they do to you?
She walks in, she's got the little bear.
I don't want to say anything.
unidentified
No, this is not a safety bear.
This is a Keep Taiwan Free bear.
Amen.
steve bannon
Show the back, show the back.
unidentified
He's right here.
Keep Taiwan free.
So amazing.
By the way, this is made in the US, not in China.
Not in Taiwan.
Amazingly.
Let's watch what this new administration does with Taiwan.
Taiwan is a flashpoint.
steve bannon
Mike Pompeo stood up for him, changed our diplomatic ways we treat Okay, we've had special with this next young man, Brian Scott Pressler from CPAC spreading the word, Scott's been spreading the word on how you get engaged, how you become a volunteer, how do you actually become an activist.
Scott, do we have you yet?
unidentified
I'm here live in Orlando at CPAC, how are ya?
steve bannon
Hey brother, so tell us, are you spreading the gospel of volunteer activism down there?
unidentified
Absolutely.
Well, we're focused on election integrity, making sure that we have fair and free elections, and I want people to run for office at the state and local level, become a city council member, run for school board, run for state senate, state rep.
And so I'm using my platform to make sure that we are preparing now for 2022, and we're not waiting for next year to show up.
We're starting at this very moment.
steve bannon
What's the energy level down there for your message down at CPAC among the young people?
unidentified
Well, you know, usually we're at the National Harbor just outside of D.C.
and Maryland.
It's a little bit of a different atmosphere this year.
You know, Orange County is imposing these draconian restrictions with the masks.
So it's making people a little bit on edge.
But I've never seen so many young people come to a CPAC before.
And especially Latino women.
And I think that speaks volumes of this new emerging Republican Party.
It is becoming much more younger.
It's becoming much more diverse.
And it's because of leaders like Governor DeSantis that have helped to make sure that businesses in Florida stay open that I think that we're going to have a very successful Republican Party.
steve bannon
So, Scott, the specials we had on you, the Saturday specials, people still talk about them.
So many people volunteered.
Walk us through again.
How do they get to your site?
What are you looking for?
You're talking about you're going to clean up the election mess and you want people to run at the state and local level.
How do people get engaged with your apparatus?
unidentified
Well right now, knock on wood, I'm still on Twitter, Facebook, Gab, Parler, Instagram.
I'm also on Telegram, t.me slash Scott Pressler.
And all of my direct messages are open.
So if you say, Scott, I want to see your voter registration guide.
Scott, I want to see your candidate recruitment guide.
I will also be traveling across the country helping to recruit these candidates to run for office, to mentor them, and I will be working to make sure that we are also primarying people like Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger who voted for those unconstitutional impeachment sham.
steve bannon
Real quickly, how do people see your national tour?
When do you start, and do they go to the website to find out where you're going to be?
Tell us, we have about 30 seconds, when do you start?
unidentified
You can go to scottpressler.org.
I'm starting right now, immediately after Orlando.
I go to Houston, I go to Beaumont, Galveston, I go to California, and so go to scottpressler.org.
There's only one S in Pressler.
steve bannon
You gotta see Scott Pressler in action, so we're gonna make sure we get the website up there in the live chat, etc.
Scott, thank you so much.
You're doing yeoman's work.
Great, great, great, great work there, sir.
unidentified
Heroic.
Heroic.
Do you think because it's in Orlando and Disney, that's why things are so goofy?
Sorry.
steve bannon
Hug the bear.
frank gaffney
We prefer her silent at the moment.
steve bannon
There's no comedy in the War Room.
There's no jokes.
unidentified
Sorry.
steve bannon
There's no laughing in the War Room.
frank gaffney
There will be no laughing.
steve bannon
There's no laughing in the War Room.
Okay, we come back.
We've got Colonel John Mills.
We're also going to have Captain Mo Bannon.
So Colonel goes first, Captain next.
frank gaffney
We're going to run through this.
unidentified
We're going to run through the tape here in the War Room.
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we have Frank Gaffney and Pam Prior here.
We've got a little technical problem with CPAC, but the guys are doing an amazing job.
It's so tough to do it down there.
Your work in the State Department under Pompeo, it really changed the direction of really what the country's focus had been with faith-based groups.
Give us a readout of what you guys accomplished.
unidentified
Oh, wow.
You know, we started last hour with Ambassador Brownback putting somebody in at the head of the Religious Freedom Office who had a formidable background.
And by the way, there's been some great guys.
I actually like David Saperstein.
steve bannon
But this is the first administration to make it a priority.
Religious freedom as a... From the president on down.
unidentified
Huge.
And Pompeo took the reins and he said, look, we're going to do two ministerials.
We're not just going to do a conference.
We're going to bring foreign ministers Tell people why that's a big deal.
steve bannon
I think the audience.
Why is Ministerial, when we say that versus a conference, why that's so huge?
And quite frankly, the foreign policy apparatus in this town did not dig it, right?
unidentified
Oh no, no, no.
steve bannon
But tell people why.
unidentified
So basically, you're inviting the equivalent of Mike Pompeo in every other country to come and spend time on religious freedom.
Not on armaments.
Not on diplomacy.
steve bannon
Not on American money.
unidentified
No, no.
They came on their own dime.
frank gaffney
And not a lot of them wanted to talk about it, quite frankly.
No.
steve bannon
We have John Mills.
Okay, let's go to, we got rank heads of privileges.
We're going to Colonel John Mills first.
Now, Colonel John Mills is a PSYOPs specialist from Special Forces, now retired.
You've got so much going on, we only got time for the thing that's at the forefront.
You are very focused, given your PSYOPs understanding, of the Chinese Communist Party's involvement in the 2020 election, of which DNI Ratcliffe said, hey, they involved, and the CIA slow-walked that report.
Colonel Mills, what are you working on about the Chinese Communist Party's involvement in the 2020 election?
unidentified
Yeah, this is an absolutely reasonable line of research and investigation.
There's no question.
The CCP made this their priority to influence this election between ballots in Arizona, accessing the convention center in Atlanta.
I'm focusing a lot right now on Virginia.
I have 10 points in front of the election board.
I was able to brief the election board this last week, both the director of elections and the election board.
And we would like to have access to ballots so we can actually optically scan them, so we can actually also investigate the voting machines, look at the audit logs, and a number of other points.
There's a terrific amount of fraudulent registrations in Virginia, but a lot of this is related to the CCP.
steve bannon
Yeah, but, and the CCP, why, they slow-walked it.
Radcliffe got it out, it's supposed to be 45 days by executive order in 2018 about foreign influence, and all the left wanted that about Russia.
We got it.
Then, it's supposed to be 45 days, it wasn't done because it wasn't completed.
Why did the CIA slow-walk this at only a few days before the end of the administration?
Radcliffe puts it out and says, CCP involvement in our 2020 election, which the media immediately, CNN, owned by AT&T, partners with China Telecom, total crickets, you scumbags.
Tell me why the CIA slow walked this, Colonel Mills.
unidentified
I'm going to go ahead and get my report.
Well, unfortunately this is classic deep state behavior in the National Intelligence Council, where careerists will just slow walk this information.
This is just not right.
It has to get out there, and this is the culture and the bureaucracy to slow walk.
This is very unfortunate.
This is not doing the service to the American people.
The American people own this government, and they own the National Intelligence Council.
steve bannon
John, Colonel Mills, how do people get to you?
What's your social media handles?
How do people get in contact with you and your work?
unidentified
Right.
On Gab, Colonel Rhett John.
Colonel Rhett John on Gab.
steve bannon
We'll put it in there.
Colonel Mills, thank you very much.
This ties together CCP and election fraud, right?
This has got to get to the bottom of it.
When CIA delays this thing for so long, and they come out, and look, their implication was just social media.
It was the Wuhan 50 Cent Army, right?
That was very involved in the social media aspect.
It's much deeper than that.
unidentified
It's hugely deeper.
steve bannon
And by the way, they weren't in it for just some kind of philosophical reason.
They wanted Donald Trump out of office, right?
They said so.
They said so.
They're up front about it.
Hey, one thing you can tell about the CCP, they're coming for you, right?
They're not shy.
And these are heavy-duty individuals.
Our enemies are not lightweights.
They're cunning.
They're smart.
They have resources.
They're lethal.
They have no rules.
They're all about power.
Raw power.
These are radical, atheistic materialists.
Why do you think they're afraid of Christianity?
Why do you think he's afraid of 300 million Christians?
And why are Christians Adding every day in China.
They've seen the alternative.
The alternative is atheistic materialism.
I don't think I like that.
frank gaffney
Two other quick points.
Gina Haspel, the director of the Central Intelligence Agency, was playing for the other team.
Working to take down Donald Trump, by the way.
But beyond that, the Chinese, the long-term The strategy of the Chinese was evident in this.
They went in to cede the vote and other registration drives to get people who would help turn those red states blue.
steve bannon
Anyway, we have Captain Ben.
Let me know we have Captain Ben.
Is she ready?
Okay, we're going to finish there.
We're going to have Frank back in the week.
I'm going to have to not get blown up by Gina Haspel's CV.
Okay, Captain Bannon, real quickly.
What's the energy level there among young people at CPAC?
Are people on fire?
Are we reading this correctly?
Because we started with Flackers and guys who already got bounced.
Is there energy among young people there for the Trump movement and taking this forward?
Forget the establishment Republicans.
maureen bannon
There is.
There's definitely a lot of movement.
There are a lot of 18 to 24 year olds here.
Families also brought kids that are 16, 17 that come the next presidential election will be voting.
And there's a lot of energy and ready to push this movement forward.
steve bannon
How much anticipation for the president's speech tomorrow?
maureen bannon
Oh, there's a ton.
And everyone keeps wondering if he's going to announce if he's running or not.
So he's going to leave us all in suspense.
Everyone's looking forward to his speech tomorrow.
I would love for him to announce tomorrow that he's running in 2024, but I have a feeling that he's going to ask everyone how he feels and then leave us in suspense for a little bit, but I would be very happy if he announced it tomorrow.
steve bannon
Captain Bennett, thank you very much.
We'll get your social media handle up.
By the way, you have a special tomorrow, starting at 2 o'clock, maybe 1 o'clock, but definitely at 2 o'clock, 3.30, pre-game, on Real America's Voice, the War Room special, half hour afterwards.
Pam Pryor, what's your social media?
How do people get to you?
unidentified
I have to restart mine.
Mine was taken away for four years.
steve bannon
Hug the bear.
A true warrior.
You are a warrior.
That's what we're going to do.
We're going to do a run-up all week on the persecuted Christians.
Voice of the Martyrs Conference.
Frank Gaffney, how do people get to you?
frank gaffney
My best is securingamerica.tv, which I think of as the front porch for the war room.
steve bannon
Oh, by the way, the show on Real America's Voice, amazing show.
Frank Gaffney, get an hour of him five days a week.
frank gaffney
Just the warm-up.
steve bannon
Remember the opening act, right?
He's not allowed, Jack.
He only plays the big rooms.
Frank Gaffney, two o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
We'll be back.
