The virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
alan dershowitz
You don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
alan dershowitz
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
alan dershowitz
...presented very, very effective rebuttals to the manager's case.
the manager's case.
I think they should now sit down quickly and get a vote.
I think they have won.
unidentified
I think the President's lawyers blew the House Manager case out of the water.
They legally eviscerated them.
ron johnson
I think their arguments, when they showed the distortions of the tweets, the selective editing, showed the reason why due process is important.
And they certainly proved that the First Amendment applies to political speech probably more than anything.
unidentified
So again, I think the President's lawyers just blew the House Manager case out of the water.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Okay, some good news from yesterday.
That was in the early evening.
Of course, another fracas last night.
People yelling at each other, yelling questions at the end.
Q&A session, though, I think, Rahim Ghassan, has ended.
The last day has started.
They're commencing closing arguments, two hours each.
10 to noon, roughly, the prosecution.
Noon to 2, or thereabouts, will be the defense.
I think they're looking at a vote around 3 o'clock.
It may take an hour break, and then we're going to figure it all out.
There's also questions about, are they going to try to have a big fight this morning at the start to call witnesses?
We're going to bring all that in.
Today's show is to focus on Signal.
The first part is going to be first entire hours.
Dr. Navarro making the presentation that we argue the President's lawyers should have Bernie Sanders called him out last night with, hey, did he win?
Did he win or not?
Right.
The question is two parts.
Did he win?
If he didn't win, is this all a big lie?
He ran around and said it.
And the president's lawyer said irrelevant.
I think generally the consensus is the president's lawyers did a solid workmanlike job yesterday of showing the farces.
I think most importantly, I think this is what the president wanted.
The president understands this is a TV special.
He wanted those videos on day one.
Rahim, he got them yesterday.
In fact, he played one over and over again.
The videos are very good.
President's team did a really, really good job on that.
Dr. Navarro is going to join us momentarily.
Raheem, can you get the audience?
There's so much going on.
I mean, there's so many with Cuomo.
You know, I just want to reiterate to people, a year ago, You know, this week, or particularly by March 1st, the three most popular and powerful politicians in the country were Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, Andrew Cuomo, he was in his rock star moment that led to an Emmy and a huge book deal in the daily press conferences in New York, and Gavin Newsom, the wunderkind who's going to be the next president, the path to presidency in California, what a great job.
You know, President Trump won on November 3rd and Peter Navarro is going to show you what that was.
This was stolen.
It's illegitimate.
However, there's no doubt when you look at the polling, it was his handling of the CCP virus, COVID-19, of which our guest Peter Navarro was the rock of Gibraltar.
And the reason we have so few casualties, fewer casualties than we might have had in this country is because of Dr. Navarro and President Trump and not Tony Fauci.
But so COVID-19, you say blew up Trump.
Cuomo looks like he could get indicted by a Democratic Attorney General, and now there are Democrats in the Senate.
I think 15 Democrats in the Senate are saying take away his emergency powers.
And Gavin Newsom, the second front, the Russian front, in the World War II analogy, on Joe Biden's presidency, will come from California in the recall.
And it looks like Rick Grinnell is stepping into the race.
If Rick Grinnell, a big MAGA guy, doesn't step up, I'm all for putting Peter Navarro of Laguna Beach, California, as our candidate.
We will defer to Brother Ambassador Grinnell and see what he does.
raheem kassam
I thought you were going to announce that for a second.
steve bannon
Yeah, I was a Laguna Man.
I don't think California's ready for Bannon.
I want to go real quick before we get to Navar, because we've got a whole hour here of stuff he wants to jam in.
There's so much happening.
You guys are all over the Wuhan lab thing.
You're all over the Wuhan lab.
You're all over the Shorenstein Center trying to lie about it.
You're all over The Lincoln Project.
It's Lincoln Day.
I just gave a speech at a Lincoln Day breakfast.
You're all over the Lincoln Project, the implosion of that.
There's story after story after story of national pulses leading on your investigative apparatus.
It is amazing what's happening, coming out of the box.
The Biden, I've got to tell you, the fourth politician going to get blown up by COVID is Joe Biden.
You have no earthy idea where this guy's going.
There's one thing on vaccines one day, the next thing another.
They're talking about herd immunity.
They never talk about the people that have had the virus.
They're talking about you've got to get 80% vaccinations.
It's a mess.
Give us a snapshot of what's happening in the Senate today before we go to Navarro.
raheem kassam
Look, I think firstly we have to stop referring to this as 2021 because what this is is actually a 2020 Redux.
That's what we're living through right now.
We're starting the year off with impeachment.
You're going to have more... Wow.
It's true.
It's true.
steve bannon
It's Groundhog Day.
It's Groundhog Year.
Boy, dude, that's pretty powerful.
We're in the same place we were.
raheem kassam
Nothing has changed.
And that's the incredible thing about all of the chatter that you heard from the Biden campaign last year.
You know, we're going to move forward, we're going to move on, we're going to get past this.
And what they've actually done is landed America right back at the beginning of 2020 again.
And that's a really horrible place that most people will not want to be in.
Look, think for a second about the checks that people were promised on day one of a Biden administration.
You know, I thought it was really powerful.
I don't even think we got to it yesterday evening.
But I thought it was really powerful when President Trump's lawyers finished and they said, we're going to hand the rest of our time back in the hopes that you, the Senate, will actually get to work on the COVID relief that people are waiting for.
He said that in his closing statement.
And I thought that was an incredibly powerful sentiment, whether or not it was actually ever going to happen.
It brings to the fore of people's minds Yeah, what are we doing here exactly?
Why are we doing this again?
steve bannon
Combat history of World War II, three and a half years.
Combat history for our participants, three and a half... When America gets focused, boom, stuff happens.
You're right.
We're at one year and we're back to the beginning.
raheem kassam
Yeah, it's a lost year.
You had BLM riots again last night in New York.
Terrible, terrible, terrible.
steve bannon
Eleven police officers hurt.
Mainstream media not reporting it very much.
raheem kassam
Not at all.
steve bannon
Eleven guys hurt.
raheem kassam
Not at all.
steve bannon
Let's bring in Navarro.
raheem kassam
Just very quickly as well, because on the...
steve bannon
But I want to ask you if he agrees with your point.
raheem kassam
Fuck, go ahead.
steve bannon
Dr. Navarro, I want to bring you in first.
I know you've got a lot to go through, and whatever we don't get through, we either do it Monday, or we're going to put it up on a site.
But do you agree, you were at the center of this.
From the beginning, because you know China, your book in 2006 actually has, I think, 20 pages on the plagues that are coming out of, the pandemics coming out of China 14 years ago.
Do you agree with Rahim, we're back to the beginning?
It's like Groundhog Year, that impeachment, and you've got Biden has no earthy idea which direction he's heading on this pandemic.
peter navarro
Well, we do have impeachment, so that's Groundhog Day.
We do have a pandemic that's still kind of hammering us, and it's going to probably bear down on the Biden presidency.
So that's Groundhog Day.
And we have an economy.
The difference is that at this time last year, We had the best economy in modern history thanks to the Trump plan.
Now what we're doing is just throwing more money down what's going to be a rat hole because we came too late to the table with a lot of that.
Yeah.
Rahim had, I think, this whole trial thing pegged on his podcast yesterday when he gave the, you know, he rated the lawyers for Trump 7 out of 10, right?
And that's not that great a rating, but they got a solid 7 because they dealt with this due process issue.
The 3 missing is the fact that they didn't deal with the election fraud and irregularities.
And that's what we're going to do today, Steve.
steve bannon
Let's go ahead and let it rip.
This is the presentation we believe they should have given, and wherever we can't get through, we've got a whole hour, so go ahead and let it rip.
I'm tossing it over to you.
Just remember, our podcast audience is massive now with over 35-minute downloads.
They can't see your slides, so make sure you highlight.
I know you can't walk through everyone in detail, but make sure you highlight for the radio audience and for the podcast.
peter navarro
Admiral.
So let's take us back to November 3rd, late in the evening, and a phone call that you and I actually had, Steve, and we talked and you said, we got this.
And then by 7 in the morning, it was, yeah, they stole it.
And what we saw on the evening of the 3rd was basically a situation where We had very, very solid, substantial leads in four out of the six battleground states.
Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Those were a lot.
We had that done.
Internally, the campaign I had told me we're going to start behind a little bit in Arizona and Nevada.
We got Arizona and we might have Nevada.
So everything, I mean, this looked clean.
So then the morning comes along and we have all these fandom votes coming in and things change to this very narrow alleged Biden victory margin.
And that set me off on a quest to kind of figure out what was going on there.
So over the course of about five weeks, I did these three volumes of the Navarro report.
And I'm going to show your video audience.
And so your first one, the Immaculate Deception, basically basically identifies the types of election irregularities that occurred across the six battleground states and shows unequivocally that there was mischief afoot in the election.
And then the second report, basically I got a lot of feedback and said, you know, how did this happen?
And so I went in and looked and basically revealed the grand strategy of the Democratic Party.
The background behind me today, Stephen Rahim, is an homage to what I did there because as I was doing kind of like the scholarly, analytical, statistical stuff, Molly Ball was writing her Time Magazine article which would vindicate everything that I wrote and then the third report is basically dedicated to Stephen K. Bannon because he said why don't you do a third one that shows all the receipts.
So that's what I'm going to walk folks through today and what I did, what I did basically, I started off doing my Harvard thing, right?
And it was like, okay, so let's read all the court cases.
I had literally thousands, thousands of affidavits and declarations that I went through.
News stories, raw data.
I mean, it's like, this is the most exhaustive look at the data you can imagine.
Now, the next thing I'm going to show you, this is the money shot in some sense.
This is a slide.
That shows across the top you've got the battleground states.
This is where this election was won and lost.
Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
And the first thing you want to do is look at this thing and see that the Biden victory margins across these six battleground states are very, very narrow.
For example, in Arizona, It's only 10,000 votes in Georgia.
It's only 12,000 votes.
And what you see is the ballots in question literally dwarf that.
Now, the other thing that's that's super about this slide is it's got six dimensions of these election irregularities.
You got voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process files.
Equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies.
Now I'll explain, I'll go into each of those categories in more depth in the next segment, but the bottom line is when you look at This matrix, you see just a sea of check marks.
Virtually every state has most or all of these election irregularities.
So just looking at this slide alone, you put that up in the well of the Senate and you go, hey, This thing was probably stolen.
Why aren't you investigating?
Now, I'm going to prove it was stolen in the rest of the reports, but this is the money shot slide.
And so what I'll do...
Stephen Rahim, after we get through the next break, what I'll do is I'll explain kind of all these different kinds of frauds and all of that.
raheem kassam
He hits his marks.
steve bannon
He hits his marks.
He's trained up.
I'm looking for the Peter Navarro podcast.
I think it's coming soon.
Hold on, hold on.
unidentified
We can't have another.
Peter, how about you join my podcast?
I'm going to rob into your Batman, dude!
steve bannon
A short commercial break.
We're going to return with how this was stolen.
The presentation should be in the Wellesley Center.
Dr. Peter Navarro in just a moment.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, listen, the reason we're doing this, folks, is that the President's team has done a great job of what their mandate was and what to defend.
There was, for strategic reasons, Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham talked to the President who never talked about the voter fraud.
Peter Navarro, with many other people having done it, he's done the most comprehensive.
We're going to go back to him immediately right now to show, if they had done this, the fraud.
And this is not opinion.
These are facts backed up by Dr. Navarro.
So, Dr. Navarro, take it away.
peter navarro
Okay, Steve.
So, the first thing I want to do is show you a sample of the receipts from the state of Arizona.
And this is going to blow your mind, okay?
So, if you look at some of the categories here where we found irregularities and fraud.
So, for example, absentee ballots cast From addresses other than where voters legally reside.
There were 19,997 such ballots.
And the victory margin in Arizona was about half of that.
So just on one point of the fraud compass alone, that would have wiped out that margin.
Now if you go to other things, absentee ballots cast that were returned on or before the postmark date, that's not supposed to happen.
Double voters in-state.
There were ghost voters, what we call ghost voters.
Those are the ones who no longer reside at that address.
One of my favorite categories is the overvotes.
In other words, they counted more ballots than they had people actually registered to vote.
So that's the kind of receipts that we have.
Now, what I'm gonna do next.
steve bannon
Hang on one second, real quickly.
Real quickly, the states, particularly Pennsylvania and Michigan, say, hey, your overvote calculation is wrong because we haven't updated it for new registers.
But it was you that said, during the impeachment trial, didn't Michigan and Pennsylvania wipe off all the ability to get to any stats?
Right?
So this overvote is as great as we know.
peter navarro
Yeah, they want to have it always.
I think what's really important about the three volumes of the Navarro Report is that at a minimum it cries out for a thorough non-partisan investigation so that we have integrity in our elections.
What I'm going to do now for the Senate, I'm going to walk you through the six types of irregularities.
We're going to do it very quickly, but I want to put this first slide up here.
So when you think about voter fraud, which is what the president was impeached for saying that there was fraud, look at all, if you can see this, look at all the different kinds of fraud that were present in the election.
We had these fake ballot manufacturing.
This is where we had the videotape in Georgia of the ballots coming out in suitcases.
The guy in Pennsylvania, the trucker who delivered ballots from New York to Pennsylvania.
In Wisconsin, indefinitely confined voter abuses.
This is where people were voting from the ski slopes to Aspen when they were supposed to be indefinitely confined.
Outright bribery in Nevada, the Indian tribes, ineligible voters, felons, underage, illegal.
That was a big, big deal in Georgia.
Dead voters, ghost voters, people who voted multiple times, poll workers.
Criminally altering ballots, illegal out-of-state voters, voters voting in multiple states, and voter identity.
I mean, on this category alone, this is like the F-word, right?
The one that you can't mention?
Well, there's what, 12 different kinds of F-words in here that really need to be looked at.
The ballot mishandling, Dan.
I'll put another slide up here.
Again, Steve and Raheem, this is so multi-dimensional.
They came at us from so many Molly Ball Time Magazine vectors, it was hard to know how hard we were getting hit sometimes.
But, you know, the no voter ID check, The signature match abuses is a really big deal in terms of Georgia in particular, because what they did with that consent decree is set up a situation where you effectively didn't match the signatures at all.
You had the naked ballot problem, which is when you lack an outer envelope.
A broken chain of custody, this is when you have the drop boxes and the ballot harvesting.
You had ballots accepted without postmarks and unauthorized movement of ballots.
So, I mean, again, we're only to the second dimension of these election irregularities, and it's a nightmare that goes across many of these battleground states.
Now, the next one, these are what we call contestable process files.
Again, for your radio audience, podcast audience, you've got six battleground states, The biggest one in this slide I really want to bring everybody's attention to is the observer abuses.
if they apply. And the biggest one in this slide I really want to bring everybody's attention to is the observer abuses. If you can't have poll watchers basically seeing the envelopes open to make sure they're not naked ballots and see whether they're counted once only instead of twice.
I mean, this was, these observer abuses, Republican poll watchers just got hammered across all six battleground states.
So that was a big one.
And then if you go to the Equal Protection Clause violations, Look, we're not supposed to live in a world where you undergo greater scrutiny if you're actually going to the ballot box and doing your duty there, as opposed to mailing it in.
In other words, if you went to the poll, you had to go through ID checks, all manner of stuff, but you basically could get away with a lot.
All right, let me show you one Last slide here on these election irregularities.
And this is what we call the statistical anomalies, where you had excessively high turnover at times exceeding a hundred percent.
That was in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Nevada in particular.
And then another one which really frost me was what happened in Georgia.
They went from About a 5% rejection in the absentee ballots because of bad signatures or whatever to virtually zero at the same time that they were like doubling, tripling, and quadrupling the number of absentee and mail-in ballots.
So that alone, that consent decree was like a knife through the heart of election integrity.
And it's just a really bad thing.
So what happened after this report got published, and interestingly enough, nobody challenged the numbers.
It was very interesting.
Because it's like 150 foot now.
So people said, well, how did they do that?
And so that gave rise to the second volume of the report.
I'll show you the cover here.
This one is called The Art of the Steel.
And what's interesting here It's the Molly Ball issue.
You know, again, you got the Molly Ball story about how all these Democrat operatives basically got together years in advance of the whole steal and figured out how to do it.
So what I did is is figure out that the strategy itself, and this is in Bannon's wheelhouse, right?
If he was on the Dems' side, this is what he would have done.
It's like, it's a two-parter.
What you want to do is you want to dramatically increase the number of absentee and mail-in ballots, and not just across the 50 states, specifically targeted the battleground states, right?
Very interesting.
And because they did that because they know that it's a lot easier to basically engage in fraud with absentee and mail-in ballots.
And Rahim yesterday did a good job of talking about how in Europe and everywhere they don't allow it, and we talked about how Jimmy Carter and James Baker did a commission and said, yeah, bad.
The other thing they did, and this was the subtle part of the strategy, was to dramatically decrease the amount of ballot verification.
In other words, you get this big flood of absentee and mail-in ballots coming in, like a tsunami, at the same time that you're reducing the ability to do things.
For example, like in Georgia with relaxing the signature match.
And the whole idea of this, basically, was to stuff the ballot box with a flood of illegal ballots.
And so, the way they did this, I'm sure I'm putting up a next slide here.
Again, we do the matrix thing.
Six battleground states crossed.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
We've got big breaking news.
There's been very contentious yelling at each other and now there's a vote on the floor of the Senate for witnesses.
It looks like Mitt Romney, it looks like some Republicans.
It only takes a majority vote, correct?
raheem kassam
Correct.
It looks like Hollins, Murkowski and Romney have all voted to hear witnesses in addition to all of the Democrat votes in favor of witnesses.
So this Senate trial will drag out now.
unidentified
Wow.
steve bannon
This is explosive.
I've got to tell you, but I want to say something about our audience.
The audience is on fire right now.
By the way, our audience wants witnesses.
You know why?
They're saying, we want Peter Navarro to take this to the well of the Senate.
They want to bring in some guys like McCarthy and talk about the timing.
Have Navarro in the well of the Senate, showing this right here, show the receipts, put it up in their grill.
So, the Law of Unattended Consequences, ladies and gentlemen, you're hearing it live from Dr. Peter Navarro, now on the floor of the Senate, right across the street.
They're voting, and I'm telling you, we're going to push Navarro, we'll take a short commercial break, but you're seeing exactly what the Senate should see right up in their grill.
How this thing was stolen, the details of it was stolen, the receipts of how it was stolen.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Dr. Navarro, hang in.
raheem kassam
Just to be clear, some reports are saying Game on!
senators, some are saying four Republican senators, but let's be clear, in real time, right now, we are seeing that the Senate has the votes to call witnesses in this impeachment trial that will drag this on further and further.
Trump's lawyers have said this may drag on for weeks now as they seek to depose hundreds of witnesses.
steve bannon
Hey, hey, game on.
Game on.
Game on.
Let's go for it.
Game on.
Let's go for it.
All in.
We're going to return with Dr. Peter Navarro, witness number one for the Trump defense when return a war of pandemic.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
The bad blood and the vitriol just poured out in the, you know, it's a wound that you pull the scab back and all the pus comes out, right?
This is what you're seeing right now on the Senate floor because this is going to be a throwdown.
I want the audience, everybody in the audience, everybody hashtag War Room Pandemic, everybody on Telegram, Abandon War Room, everybody on Real America's Voice in the live chat, I want everybody to start telling us, who do you want to call as witnesses?
Who do you demand be called if we're going to do this?
Lindsey Graham, by the way, just switched and he's voting for witnesses.
I think they're going to have five Republicans, four Republicans.
raheem kassam
Looks like five now, even.
steve bannon
I think it's a majority vote, right?
It's a majority vote.
So it's going to have witnesses.
Obviously, hey, I'm not bragging here.
No brag, just fact.
We start with Peter Navarro showing their seats.
The next thing you know, they're arguing for witnesses.
Right?
Navarro, you would be witness number one.
Now, I think all bets are off.
You're going to have witnesses.
What they're trying to do, ladies and gentlemen, you've got to understand something.
This is about the McCarthy.
McCarthy leaked it to CNN, did he not, Rahim?
raheem kassam
He either leaked it to CNN directly, or via that lady, that congresswoman who, I forget her name now, but the way I'm told the story is that she told the message to CNN But Kevin told the message to her.
steve bannon
Let's go to Dr. Peter Navarro.
raheem kassam
Very quickly on this.
Like you say, if they want to do this, and clearly they do, they've just voted for witnesses, drags this out for weeks now, going to have depositions.
Remember, we opened this show by talking about 2020 Redux.
This is going to be another 20.
You're going to have Pamela Carlin and all these people back up there again, right?
steve bannon
All the hate.
raheem kassam
Right, but here's who we also need.
Here's who we need to hear from.
And here's who the President Trump's defense team needs to call up there.
One Mr. Mark Zuckerberg.
Right?
I want to hear from Mark Zuckerberg about the money that he plowed into these Democrat areas to change the way that people voted.
I want to hear from Stephen Sund.
I want to hear from Molly Ball.
I want to hear from the head of the AFL-CIO.
I want to hear from the head of the U.S.
Chamber of Commerce.
steve bannon
Tom Donahue.
raheem kassam
All of these people.
unidentified
Peter Navarro's favorite guy, Tom Donahue.
steve bannon
Mark Elias, listen, it just wasn't left-wing, you know, Perkins, Coy, and all the left-wing lawyers and source-backed stuff.
It was the Chamber of Commerce and Trump, you know, Donahoe, supposedly the paragon of capitalism, he and the corporations were the big drivers in the back of this.
Peter, let's continue your presentation, but I've got to tell you, get ready, brother, because you're going to the well of the Senate.
If they're going to bring up guys and try, what they're trying to do is prove, they're trying to prove a timeline that President Trump put in jeopardy Vice President Pence in the nuclear codes, okay?
And that, you know, McCarthy confronted him and he blew it off.
That's why they want, this is all about purging Donald Trump.
They don't want the votes to convict.
They want to purge him in front of the American people as a dangerous individual and a vindictive individual.
raheem kassam
You make a very good point, Steve.
peter navarro
You guys, you guys, you guys, hang on, hang on, you guys buried the lead here.
raheem kassam
Right.
peter navarro
The Lindsey Graham trap has finally been, finally been sprung, right?
So he comes in now at the end.
I mean, you lay, lay this all out.
steve bannon
And he voted for it.
peter navarro
You know, the Nikki Haley.
Yeah, I mean, you guys are on top of all this.
Let me get, let me get to this stuff.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
Hang on one second.
raheem kassam
Hang on one second, because I think the audience needs to understand this as well, because this is happening in real time.
Steve, what you just said is very important.
What they're trying to, the reason they want witnesses is to show that President Trump had calls with Kevin McCarthy during the time that the riot was happening.
Hang on, and they didn't take to Twitter to tell them to stand down or whatever.
Which, by the way, is not incitement.
Saying that the President did not actively take a step is not incitement.
steve bannon
I know, but they're not trying, you missed the point, they're purging him.
raheem kassam
You're missing my punchline here.
My punchline is the same as your punchline.
They are no longer pursuing the article of impeachment with this.
Now they are pursuing the removal of Donald Trump from the 2024 race.
steve bannon
And American politics.
raheem kassam
That's what this is now aimed to do.
And I think it's really good news for the Republican lawyers here.
steve bannon
Peter, we want to get through as much as possible, but more importantly, I think you need to set the big picture, because the reason I wanted to do it today, I thought, hey, this might be the last day of this thing, I want to get Navarro's in, which should be argued, but hey, you're going to go back to the bullpen, and you're going to keep warming up.
If they call witnesses, Peter Navarro's going to be on the other side, Donald Trump's not going to sit there and go, okay, you're going to call a bunch of witnesses saying I'm a terrible guy and I ought to be purged?
I'm bringing in the receipts.
You're going to get Navarro, you're going to get Matt Brainerd, you're going to get Cortez, you're going to get these guys for an entire day.
Give me eight hours, and give me eight hours and put Navarro on a loop.
So Peter, continue on your presentation.
We want the audience to understand.
Start telling us who the witnesses are, because now they want to throw down, we'll throw down.
Hey, we've been waiting for this.
This is what we want.
We want more time.
And they're trying to drive, purge Trump from this movement.
They're trying to purge Trump from American political life.
They're trying to purge him off the world stage and it's not going to work.
raheem kassam
Talk about a tell.
Talk about a tell as how you know they know they lost yesterday.
steve bannon
Lindsey Graham didn't want, Lindsey Graham told Trump if the F word, if the fraud word comes across, if you mention Navarro's name, if you mention the Navarro report, there's 17 guys gonna vote to convict you.
You can't do that.
You gotta come up here and play the tapes and say it's unconstitutional.
But Lindsey Graham's voting for, you know, to have McCarthy called as a witness, he's voting for that.
Peter Navarro's right.
The trap finally got sprung.
Dr. Navarro, the microphone is yours.
peter navarro
All right, here we go.
So we start Volume 2 of the Navarro Report, and this is really important to understand.
The whole grand stuff-the-ballot-box strategy of the Democrats was two-pronged.
It was a pincer movement.
Dramatically increased the absentee and mail-in ballots in the battleground states.
At the same time that you dramatically decrease the ballot verification.
So slip in more and more potentially illegal votes and then nobody gets to look at them.
So I'm going to show a slide now which is the big picture.
This is the Molly Ball cabal here, right?
What they did was they would change the laws They would change the rules, they would change the guidance, and they would go into court and they would have these public-private partnerships with Zuckerberg and Soros where they could pour in a tremendous amount of funding to basically privatize the election system.
So if you look at kind of what they did, I'm going to go to the next slide here, In order to dramatically increase absentee and mail-in ballots, here's the techniques they use.
First of all, they just relax the mail-in and absentee ballot rules.
You can send them in later, you can send them in early, whatever you want to do.
was huge and this was a lot of what Zuckerberg paid for.
They set up, they specifically targeted places like Milwaukee and Detroit and just littered these places with these drop boxes, which effectively break the chain of custody and allow ballot harvesting at the same time.
You just wheel up to the drop box, boom, there you go.
So you can see that just on these things alone, That was how they did it.
And then to dramatically decrease the absentee and mail-in ballots, You have relaxing the ID verification.
This was the whole thing in Georgia.
You reduce the signature matching requirements.
This stuff just comes in.
You open them up, you don't even match the signatures.
And then this thing called ballot curing.
This is the idea if a ballot comes in it would otherwise be rejected.
You have a chance to quote cure it.
A lot of places this is flat out against the rules, but they they were able to increase that.
steve bannon
Dr. Navarro, hang on one second.
I've got breaking news, and I know you will be particularly interested in this.
This shows you what's going on behind the scenes, ladies and gentlemen.
This is a tell.
Breaking news from Jim Acosta at CNN.
Just tweets out, a source familiar with the work of the House managers.
That would be the prosecution.
Says former Vice President Mike Pence, Chief of Staff Mark Short, has been contacted about providing information about the threat to Pence.
Short has not responded, this source said.
Trust me, ladies and gentlemen, he's been leaking.
He's been talking to the House managers beforehand.
I want to repeat this.
Jim Acosta, CNN.
A source familiar with the work of the House managers, that would be the prosecutors, Says former Vice President Mike Pence's Chief of Staff, Mark Short, has been contacted about providing information about the threat.
They're trying to cover it, he's already provided information.
unidentified
Bob, Peter... This was the Mark Short who was going around before January 6th telling everybody... That is massive.
steve bannon
By the way, the reason... What did we just say a second ago?
We nailed this and we said this is all about showing that President Trump jeopardized the life of Mike Pence, but as importantly, the nuclear codes.
This is the purging, and Marc Short, so Peter Navarro, I don't want you to give editorial comment, but would that surprise you, would that surprise you, but that was always a means, wasn't it?
Would that surprise you that Vice President Chief of Staff Marc Short might be tangled up with the prosecution somehow and be providing information against the President of the United States?
peter navarro
Mark Short was one of the most dangerous globalists inside the White House.
He was the number three guy for the Koch brothers.
And for your audience, if they don't know who the Koch brothers are, yeah, they are.
One of them passed away in 2020.
But they were one of the larger donors to conservative movements, but it's the traditional rhino conservatives and deregulation and tax cuts.
They hated, Koch brothers hated MAGA.
They tried to take Trump out in the 2016 race.
They tried to take him out, and did, in the 2020 race, and weren't sure.
steve bannon
But hang on a second, hang on a second, hang on a second, but yeah, but hang on a second, work with me on this.
You were an American hero, and the more that comes out, they're going to see what an American hero you were about the CCP virus and the COVID virus, of protecting the American people, making sure the Chinese communists were held accountable, but basically having a sophisticated management of the situation.
Who was one of your number one people that fought you tooth and nail every day that you tried to protect the American people?
Dr. Peter Navarro?
peter navarro
Yeah, you have to understand, Mike Pence led the White House... Well, give me a name.
I'm giving you a name.
I'm giving you a name.
unidentified
A little context here.
peter navarro
Pence was head of the White House Coronavirus Task Force.
His chief of staff was Mark Short, who effectively ran that task force.
And every time I tried to do a Defense Production Act action as the policy coordinator, I usually bumped in to Mark Short.
And one of the worst things that he did, The other thing he did, Steve, was, you know, Nick Ayers, the former Chief of Staff, was a great guy and there was full access to the Vice President.
Mark Short was constantly operating inside the White House and blocking the MAGA agenda and what the other thing he did Steve was you know Nick Ayers the former chief of staff was was a great guy and there's full access to the vice president I had a great relationship but the vice president Breaking news.
steve bannon
Anna Cabrera, CNN.
By the way, full stop.
Once Short Patty was done.
Full stop.
unidentified
Full stop.
steve bannon
Breaking news.
Anna Cabrera, CNN.
A source close to former Vice President Mike Pence.
A source close to former Vice President Mike Pence.
Tells Jim Acosta that Trump's legal team was not telling the truth.
Basically perjuring themselves.
When Trump's legal team was not telling the truth.
When attorney Michael Van Der Veen said, quote, at no point, unquote, did the then president know Pence was in danger on January 6th.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the... Lindsey Graham, wasn't the word was get in and out quickly?
The trap, they're trying to slam the trap.
If they're going to do that...
We'll fight, just a metaphor.
We're going to fight fire with fire.
Okay?
The fire is Peter Navarro.
If this is what they want to do... Remember, this is their process.
Rahim said this was never about instigating an insurrection.
They can never prove that because they didn't do it.
This was all a form for them to lead him into a trap with Lindsey Graham and McConnell to now spring the trap and try to purge him because he put in danger He put in danger the Vice President of the United States and the nuclear codes, Rahim.
raheem kassam
Here's the only question that needs answering at this point.
Does calling witnesses, dragging this process out, having all of this, Mark Short leaking, all of that, is it going to change the end vote?
It's not going to.
steve bannon
It's not the end vote, that's not relevant.
It's got to be in front of the American people.
raheem kassam
That's how you know.
steve bannon
Yes.
raheem kassam
That's how you know it's not about the vote.
steve bannon
By the way, on broadcast television, short commercial break, Dr. Navarro with the receipts, Rahim Kassan with the context, all next.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Bannon.
steve bannon
This has also got Pence's fingerprints all over it, over at Heritage and YAF, all this.
This is the establishment springing the trap on Donald J. Trump.
This is the Republican establishment's move to purge him, to purge him from the American political process.
So hey, guess what?
Game on.
Fine.
Want witnesses?
You couldn't say the F word because they're going to vote against you?
Hey, now you've got to bring in Navarro.
You've got to bring in Cortez.
You've got to bring in Matt Brainerd.
You've got to bring in Phil Kline.
You're going to take the two-hour version of Navarro's report First of all, everybody's going to get a copy, highlighted, annotated, and you're going to do a two-hour version, and that we should just play in a loop, like three times.
Six hours of Navarro going through it.
So it's indelibly linked into the American people's mind.
We're going to go back to Dr. Navarro.
Dr. Navarro, we're obviously going to do this again, because now we're going to witness prep you.
Because it's game on now.
It's game on.
Lindsey Graham, hey, just don't say anything, never say the F word, we'll get you in and out quick.
Today we came on and said, hey, right now they're going to have a little debate and fight on witnesses, but two hours of prosecution, two hours of the defense, they're going to vote, Joe Biden's going to take a nap, and the Senate's going to go for a late liquid lunch, like they normally do, right?
Three martini lunch.
So Raheem, put it in context and we'll go to Navarro.
raheem kassam
Well, what I want to say here is it's very clear now where Mike Pence fits into all of this.
It's becoming incredibly clear where Mike Pence's staff fits into all of this.
And so for the parachute that Mike Pence has now, which is the Young America Foundation and the Heritage Foundation, the audience needs to let those organizations and institutions know their thoughts on this.
I'll say it again.
The Young America's Foundation and the Heritage Foundation.
Make sure you go to their websites and let them know what you think.
Oh, and let them know, maybe, that they are not getting a single cent from you ever again.
steve bannon
Outrageous.
Dr. Navarro, we've got about five minutes.
I don't know if you need to go.
You can give the wrap-up, but I want to put it in perspective.
Let me just do the closing argument.
peter navarro
Yeah, well, I mean, you couldn't make this up.
It's like I'm here providing the receipts, and in real time, they're deciding to call witnesses.
unidentified
The Bannon's always ahead of the curve here.
peter navarro
I mean, it's a beautiful thing.
Just to finish up on Mark Short and Vice President Pence, look, what Mike Pence did to Donald J. Trump I think will go down in history as one of the greatest betrayals
Imaginable because clearly the vice president had a mission up on Capitol Hill to get to the bottom of all the election fraud and irregularities that I document in the three volumes of the Navarro report and He refused to do that.
The fact that the riot happened, we talked about this yesterday, the last person on earth that wanted that to happen was Donald J. Trump because it allowed the vice president, it allowed the RINO Republicans, and certainly allowed the Democrats to cancel what was going to be an investigation on January 6th, which was going to be one of the greatest days in the history of this republic because it would have allowed
for an investigation in this fraud.
So my closing argument here, and basically the argument for why we need to have witnesses up there on Capitol Hill, is you start with unequivocal six types of election irregularities across the six battleground states where the presidential election was decided.
It was everything from fraud and ballot mishandling to equal protection clause violations.
And statistical anomalies.
That's fact.
It's not fantasy, it's fact.
That happened.
And we know now why it happened, and this is kind of the Molly Ball Time Magazine narrative.
They basically bragged about how they stole the election.
And what I do in Volume 2 of the Navarro Report, it's kind of the dry analytics of the Molly Ball piece.
I show that the strategy was to stuff the ballot box with absentee and mail-in ballots, At the same time that you would remove any scrutiny of those ballots so that you couldn't determine whether they were illegal.
And there was a tsunami of votes.
And then at the end in the third volume dedicated to Stephen K. Bannon, I show you receipts and I'll just show you one slide here, which goes through kind of What happened in Wisconsin we have 26 times the number of illegal votes as the Biden victory margin of 20,000 votes and if you look for example This thing about indefinitely confined voter abuses.
They basically changed the rules so that anybody could say they were indefinitely confined and have essentially no scrutiny of who they were or any ID check.
And there's like over 200,000 of these things with a victory margin of 20,000.
I mean that alone.
So my point here, my point here is that this was a steal.
This was something that should and could have been investigated on January 6th.
The fact that the Vice President, Mike Pence, refused to entertain that notion and made some constitutional argument that was flawed on his face, tracks back to this guy Mark Short.
He is a bad He's an operative that, going back to the 2010s... We only got a minute to go.
steve bannon
By the way, Lindsey Graham's now trying to do a misdirection play and saying it's all left-wing media, him, Marco Rubio.
No.
This has got the hands of the Pence guys all over it, of leaking this information to left-wing journalists.
Look at where the source of the information's coming from.
They're trying to do a misdirection play, trying to say, oh, it's the liberal media.
It's the liberal media got it from somewhere.
Acosta and CNN got it from somewhere.
They're not trying to cover, they're trying to say, oh, we want to talk to Mark Short now.
No, they've already talked to Short, trust me.
They've gotten this information.
Dr. Navarro, how did people get the Navarro Report?
We want to thank you.
You're obviously going to be a, we've got to find out.
They may be trying to block Trump witnesses.
We're going to get into all the details of this.
How did they get the Navarro Report?
And we've got 30 seconds.
How did they get to your Twitter and all your other way to keep up with you?
peter navarro
Just download the report at PeterNavarro.com.
Twitter is RealPNavarro.
Look, you guys are knocking it out of the park on this show.
You're always like three chess moves ahead.
You had Lindsey Graham basically nailed weeks ago, and that guy, I mean, what he just did today, if he's going to vote for witnesses, that basically, he closed the trap on the President.
Vote us not happy today down in Mar-a-Lago, I bet you.
steve bannon
Can't be.
Okay, we'll take a short commercial break.
We're going to get back.
Frank Gaffney is going to be here about the CCP for the entire hour, but we've got breaking news, all of it.
Marian Mendoza, more breaking news on the Biden administration.
Short commercial break.
You hang right there.
We're coming right back.
