Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
People have already made a lot of money.
I think the main story here, though, is that Wall Street hedge funds... It's good.
You think a stock is $100 and it should be $80?
Go short.
But they don't just go short.
You know, they put together 50-page reports.
They get to go on TV.
They have their own networks, their own very powerful networks.
They don't need to go in a chat room and gather a million people with $400.
They can make two or three phone calls.
So the idea that the hedge funds are being dissed or somehow disadvantaged there is a farce.
Look at the short thesis on BlackBerry, okay?
The analysis on BlackBerry, and the long thesis on BlackBerry.
Right.
And then let me tell you one thing, Charlie.
Let me tell you one thing.
Let me tell you one thing.
I get trading out of it.
Look at the short thesis on GameStop.
Charlie, Charlie, Charlie, let me just tell you one thing, though.
Let me just tell you one thing.
I bought BlackBerry in my own account, in my own account, a year, almost a year ago.
Let Charles Payne answer.
Let Charles Payne answer.
Who cares about your thesis?
Who cares about your thesis?
Who are you?
Who are you?
Who cares about your thesis?
Guess what?
Not all the money in there are smart people.
There are people being led astray.
It happens every few years and it's happening now.
People were led astray when they bought General Electric at 54.
But a lot of small investors believe Pets.com was going to be the next Amazon.com.
And guess what?
There were a lot of people.
The crowd that shorted Tesla looked very, very wise, right?
In retrospect, maybe not so much, right?
Listen, we saw this with Tesla, Netflix, Amazon for years was a stock that the experts said don't buy because there was no E in the PE.
Here's the thing.
I bought BlackBerry a year ago, almost a year ago on my own account because of the 5G technology.
I just happened to see the short squeeze and take it.
My broker sent me an email saying, yo, you remember this?
I said, oh, golly.
So there was a thesis for me to own it.
Not everybody trades in it, Alex.
Excuse me.
Charles.
I told you a year ago.
What does a year ago mean to you?
I said I bought it a year ago.
And there are people that are buying me.
Listen, Neil, I didn't want to do this with anybody else that would not let me speak.
Okay?
Alright, alright.
Well, guys, one at a time.
One at a time.
So, Charles, you're saying, you know, you have confidence that people are grown-ups.
They can invest in something.
If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out.
But they're certainly as qualified as the hedge funds who have second-guessed it.
I'm not judging qualifications.
I'm judging opportunity.
I'm saying who the hell is anybody out there to say, oh, you should stop being able to own GameStop at a certain level.
I would love to be able to speak more than three seconds.
Alright, well, here's the bottom line.
Here's the bottom line.
Everyone has theses, right?
Alright, here's the thing.
You're calling people stupid.
You're calling people stupid.
stupid. You're calling people stupid.
Listen.
And Rush Limbaugh and all these lunatics are running around saying it's a class warfare thing. It's absurd.
I tend to agree with Rush on this because you know what?
Robin Hood could have raised...
It's absurd.
I would like to talk for more than one second, my man.
Please, give me a chance.
I'm asking you to let me talk for a minute.
Now, Robinhood raised a billion dollars this morning.
They could have raised that yesterday.
They could have raised ten billion dollars.
They want to go public.
The insiders don't want to give up any more equity.
They raised a billion because they don't have enough money for the settlement.
I'm out.
Please cut me off.
I don't want to finish this.
This guy keeps interrupting.
What kind of nonsense is this?
It really puts a lot of question about the integrity of the market, right?
And it really kind of everybody scratching their heads over this.
What should happen?
What is the right thing to do to control this or stop this?
Not unlike what we saw on January 6th at the Capitol, right?
If you don't have the police in there at the right time, things go a little crazy.
And that's kind of feels like what's happening with this much different, much lesser degree.
It's financial harm, not personal bodily harm.
But, but certainly that's the same kind of, you know, platform created frenzy that that people are operating under.
And these are these are very trying times.
Okay.
steve bannon
As we've said from the beginning, economic and financial power is 10 X over political Because the source of the political power, the uniparty that has occupied this city, and that would be Washington DC, your nation's capital, is owned and paid for.
By financial and economic power.
I want to turn now to the Financial Times, the prestigious Financial Times, to talk about this populist revolt of the little guy.
For our podcast and radio audience, I'll describe this.
Financial Times, the U.S.
watchdog defends Reddit army in battle with hedge funds.
And the subtitle is Day Traders Take on Wall Street's Old Guard.
Jillian Tett, who is the great columnist over there, says, on the revolution in finance.
And, of course, the Wall Street Bets logo right there about these guys taking on everything.
We're now alive in the war room.
I'll talk about all our distribution, one of the top podcasts in the nation, number two or three, or one every day, over 32 million downloads.
Of course, we're not really a podcast, we just put it up on the system.
John Frederick's Radio Network Nationwide, Real America's Voice, the streaming service, we're on the bird at Dish, Channel 219, Comcast, Channel 113, and simultaneously broadcast in Mandarin on G-News and G-TV.
In fact, we'll be going to Asia Later in the show to talk about the Wuhan virus and new developments are coming out that guess what?
We were right in the mainstream media and the authorities were dead wrong and it's gonna drive a lot of this Vaccination fiasco that's coming up in the summer spring and summer this year Okay, I want to bring in I think one of the smartest guys around and most controversial.
That's why he's perfect for the war room Mike Cernovich so Mike You saw that.
I want to start with Charles Payne.
Charlie Gasparino is a running dog, and I know Charlie, good guy, but he's a running dog for the Wall Street elites.
He's a running dog for the hedge funds.
He's always out there with rumor-mongering constantly.
You can tell what those guys think by what he's saying.
He's calling Rush Limbaugh a clown and this is not a populist revolt.
He's trying to go back to all the The lack of accountability, lack of visibility to protect the Wall Street equity lords that essentially control Wall Street and the City of London and Frankfurt and Tokyo and Singapore, right, and therefore control the political system throughout the world.
You had a series of tweets or comments on Your Instagram, I think, perfectly laid out exactly what this is about, why it's important, why people who never owned a stock in their life Right?
Who are a MAGA.
And just so people understand, Cernovich was one of the earliest guys into the MAGA movement.
Became a driving force in the 2016 campaign.
That's where he got his controversy.
Really became controversial after Trump won.
As did Breitbart, myself, and others.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
When they realized that this populist revolt was real and taking on the managed decline of our country.
And nothing personifies it more than the permanent political class in this city.
That is owned by Wall Street and its oligarchs in corporate America and particularly in Silicon Valley.
I want to start with the first one we put up.
Can I jump in there Mike?
Go ahead.
Yeah, sure.
unidentified
Sure.
mike cernovich
Go ahead.
Yeah, that's what confused me is I was always naive early on.
I was like, why is the media coming after me all the time?
What's the deal?
And then I realized I was one of the only people talking about economic populism.
So it took me a long time, even at my old age with the gray hairs and everything to realize that this is all interconnected, the economics and the media system, because it just didn't make sense the way they would go after me.
I was like, they're writing about me again.
It's like another thing again.
And it was always just the most nonsense stuff that you can imagine.
It's a professional smear thing.
And then you realize.
Oh wait, and you were also the same way too.
You had said that we're going to have left-wing populism, quote-unquote populism, which would be as we saw far left-wing radical socialism under AOC.
And those tweets segue into that, what socialism would look like under her, which would be a form of animal farm, where some pigs are more equal than other pigs.
And then you had people like us who just want to raise, I always say, if you say Mike Cernovich, what are your politics?
I say, you know what?
When I'm leaving Costco, there's a person standing on the feet all day checking My receipts and I think that person's probably never going to have a big seven figure exit.
That person just wants to work.
How much is that person making?
I want that person making, you know, $20 an hour.
How can we create market conditions to worry about those kind of people?
But that's not what the AOC's of the world are doing.
They're all in part of Wall Street, which as the tweets we're going to talk about approve.
steve bannon
I think you and I share the same concept.
We're right-wing populists and economic nationalists.
My watchword is very simple.
I come from a working-class family.
If you want to save this system and stave off a revolution, people have to get a piece of the action.
This country generates tremendous wealth.
It's provided freedom for more people than any nation in the history of the earth.
And the people, that's what the deplorables are, that's what MAGA is, it's on their shoulders that everything rests.
All civic society, ordered markets, the rule of law, all rest on their shoulders.
The Cheneys of the world want to throw your lives and your treasure away.
The Cernoviches and the Bannons and the Trumps of the world and the MAGA movement say, no, no, no, no, no, no.
It's got to be insured.
But I want to go back to your concept because we've got to frame the best way to like whether it's the pandemic, whether it's populism, if you give the deplorables nomenclature, you talk about process, you talk about critical path.
Once they have a mental map, they will come to their own conclusions about what they like, what they don't like, what they support and what they won't support.
I want to go back to your first one that caught my attention.
You did it the other day.
You said, this is a perfect storm.
And I want you to describe why you say that this moment in time and what's happening in these basements with these traders of the Wall Street bets is much bigger than what they are just doing.
Why is this a perfect storm?
mike cernovich
The reason this is a perfect storm is because the first time I heard of GameStop was from my Persian mother-in-law who's in her 60s.
I had no idea any of this was happening.
So just the genesis of what had happened, and for those listening on the podcast, it says, this GameStop thing is a perfect storm.
Media can't spin this as racism, sexism, or Trumpism.
It's literally everyday people of all races and sexes versus the very top, not the 1%, but the 0.001%.
And I realized that with MAGA, The attack went right away.
This is racism.
This is white supremacy.
This is white nationalism.
Look at these white guys in the MAGA hats.
That was their attack.
But this thing started on Reddit, which is a left-wing website.
Very liberal.
If you ever want to get a sense of Reddit's politics, read A threat about me.
You, they think the OJ Simpson incarnate or something like that.
So these are, these are all leftists.
It's just crazy.
Yeah.
These are, these are, these are lefties.
So the media now, I did get a little bit wrong.
The media did try to spin it as racism.
They try to, as you show that former SEC commissioner, compare it to the Capitol incident.
They, they, they're trying, but they're failing and they're losing control of the narrative.
So most of the people I heard this.
GameStop thing from were not even MAGA people. It was very what you call political normal people.
It was very a few professional class people, people of all colors, genders. Mike, I said my Persian mother-in-law is the one who asked me about GameStop.
She goes, what's up with this GameStop thing? I said, I don't know, man. What is this? So this was probably 40 to 80 million people. And I would like to see that poll to get some empirical data.
But I would just estimate that anybody who watches any kind of media for probably 40 million people at least saw the media in real time rally to within 48 hours shut down your trading account or manipulate the market because remember Robin Hood.
steve bannon
Let's put up Cernovich number two.
Yeah, I want to put up Cernovich number two.
Keep talking.
We're going to put it up what you're talking about.
unidentified
Go ahead.
mike cernovich
Robin Hood tried to claim that They suspended trading, but when you read the fine print, no, you could sell your shares of stock.
Now, for those who don't appreciate the implications of those listening at home is if there's a short squeeze, the short sellers want the price of the stock to go down.
Well, if Robinhood will only allow a one-way transaction, namely that you can sell your stock, but you can't buy more, what's going to happen?
Stock prices are going to go down.
steve bannon
The system came together perfectly to try to blow these guys out, drive the stock price down, and have them start to mount the losses, correct?
mike cernovich
Within 48 hours.
You had the media calling people white supremacists.
You had the media calling them domestic terrorists.
You had the media rallying to defend the hedge funds.
There was even some angles trying to claim it was anti-Semitic or something, which is one of the more bizarre hooks.
But you would keep reading all these things, and I couldn't even imagine the media would have rallied this quickly.
And I'm in the game.
It's so bad now that, you know, my own wife, for example, doesn't even get it.
It's so bad now that even if you're in the game, what happened... Mike, hang on a second.
steve bannon
We're gonna take a short break.
We're gonna come back.
Mike Cernovich in the War Room.
Give us a second.
Sell some ads.
We'll be right back.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we're here with Mike Cernovich, the ever-controversial Mike Cernovich.
Author, filmmaker, provocateur, leader.
Finish what you were saying about being in the game and your wife, Mike.
It was important.
I want to make sure the audience hears it.
mike cernovich
As much as I'm in the game and I've been smeared in every publication and attacked and lied about and lied to and you name it.
I wasn't even so cynical as to believe that the media would go all in, rally their forces that quickly to put down what I'm calling the Reddit Peasants' Revolt.
A few people took offense at that, but I said, I'm a peasant right with you.
I'm nobody to the system.
They want to crush me.
They want to destroy me.
They want to put me into the gulags.
They want to put every deplorable into the gulags.
We know this now.
So it was a Peasants' Revolt and the elite opinion went all in To put this down in a way that even I, having been victim of this many, many, many times, couldn't have anticipated, to the point where my wife, who's seen this happen, goes, I don't understand.
How are they putting it in people's faces like this?
Don't they realize this is gonna backfire?
Don't they realize they shouldn't do this?
Don't they believe that they're playing with fire?
And I'm like, honey, I love you, but you just don't understand really, to this day, what we're fully up, and probably that's why we have a good relationship.
She has that more kind nature.
But that's what people don't even understand, even me.
This is how quick they'll rally their forces to put down the people, to put the boot on the neck of everybody from the people like us who they view as influential, all the way to just a Reddit investor trying to pay his bills.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to get to this because I've said for years, you know, my talk is that the millennials and Gen Z, which a lot of these Reddit peasants are, are nothing more than Russian serfs.
You don't own anything with negative interest rates, zero interest rates, central bank.
They bail out the asset classes, assets go through the roof, stocks and real estate, real assets.
This generation of Millennials and Gen Z aren't going to own anything.
And that's why I've always seen the possibility, because a third of our show, 20% of our show, 25% is Democrats, you know, disaffected Democrats.
The merger of economic interests will put the cultural stuff aside to get to the folks of economic.
But I want to come up with your comments in these tweets about the Democrats and particularly AOC.
We haven't seen Elizabeth Warren, the fire-breathing populist, and AOC, the fire-breathing populist.
I was saying to AOC on the show the other day when guys were criticizing, I said, hey, stop with the eat the rich and go primary Chuck Schumer.
Chuck Schumer is the biggest guardian of the equity law.
Everybody knows that.
He's the biggest guardian of the banking class on Wall Street.
Go take him on.
What do you say, what are your thoughts, and let's get these two tweets up there, but I want just your thoughts, just roll with it, about why Elizabeth Warren is attacking the Reddit guys in this rebel army versus defending, and she's got this thing out, it's nice, it's about stability of markets and all that, she does a cover, but she wants to go in to these chat rooms, get all their information, all their chats about a pump and dump scheme, about market manipulation.
Mr. Cernovich.
mike cernovich
Right, so what I noticed right away, and it's funny because AOC's people monitor my tweets closely, so I'll tweet something, and then five minutes later, they'll answer without, of course, mentioning that they're reading me.
And what I tweeted out was Robinhood Citadel is a slam dunk, typical of my dyslexia, we got a little typo in there, slam dunk issue.
The AOC was tweeting nonstop about racial stuff, calling Marjorie Taylor a green and white supremacist, that's where her head was.
Elizabeth Warren kind of said something, but not really, the GOP's quiet.
So here's what I love about this, Steve.
I love what I call moral clarity.
I want, just like with that Kevin Clinesmith probation thing yesterday, I want it in my face.
And that was what Donald Trump, even though you and I maybe disagree on some things, probably quite a few things about him, he was the great catalyst that made them put it in our face.
You know what, if you're an FBI lawyer and you fabricate evidence, eh, probation, but George Papadopoulos gets a date wrong, he's going to go to prison.
steve bannon
Hold it, hold it.
Probation, hang on, hang on.
Probation, you get a $100 fine in probation.
mike cernovich
Right, right.
steve bannon
You get the $100 fine.
mike cernovich
I waited tables.
I would rather be stiffed on a tip than people leave pennies at the table, right?
That's how you really insult the waiters.
You don't just throw like three pennies on the table.
$100 fine.
And when I was a younger man, that would have outraged me.
But in my age, I think I agree with you.
This is a defining moment and it's a teachable moment.
I think this is beautiful because they're showing us this is right in your faces now.
We have complete and total moral clarity and then it's incumbent upon us to message it right.
So what I meant with that tweet was AOC, she's going over – Hold it.
steve bannon
Stop.
Hang on one second.
Give me the moral clarity.
I agree with you.
This is a defining moment and it's a teachable moment.
What is the moral clarity?
mike cernovich
The moral clarity is that we're peasants.
We're serfs.
We deserve nothing.
We will own nothing and we will be happy with owning nothing and they will own everything.
And that's what we are to them.
We are a modern day, and I don't like to use the word slave because America's history with slavery, but we are an indentured servitude class.
Okay, you can live.
You can eat some processed food.
You can maybe have cable TV.
Maybe if you're lucky you get an iPhone.
That's all you're going to get though.
You're never going to own a house.
You're never going to own a business.
You're never going to own a company.
You're never going to depart from the media narrative.
You're never going to trade against Wall Street and win.
Everything is rigged against you.
To the point where if you're Carter Page and you're a victim, his life is completely upended.
Even if you're made an international criminal under false pretenses, it doesn't matter.
We're going to give this guy probation.
We're lucky he got probation.
He was barely prosecuted.
That was one of the only things Durham actually did.
And then, oh, here's a $100 fine.
Peasants, peons.
So the moral clarity is there.
They hate us.
I remember five years ago, I got the reason I'm so quote unquote controversial.
It's five years ago.
I said, look, I've studied the far left.
What got me involved in politics from living a very nice life.
I lived in Paris in 2015.
I gave up everything for this.
I gave up everything for this.
And I, but I read a book on the Cambodian genocide.
And when you read about Pol Pot and you read about the Kramer Rouge, you realize these are the same people on the left in the United States.
The only difference is that there's a second amendment.
When I read this book, I actually cried.
I was weeping throughout the book when you read about how they rounded up millions of people.
They would take hammers and hit their heads and then you would It sounded like coconuts.
It sounded like people were opening up coconuts.
They just lined people up.
That's the left.
steve bannon
That's who they are.
mike cernovich
The killing fields.
That's who they are.
And I realized that's what they're going to do to my country.
And then I started saying this stuff publicly, but I was so far ahead of the curve.
They go, oh, look at this ranting madman.
He's crazy.
They would never put us in gulags.
And then now you're like, well, they're trying to throw a kid who made some memes.
They're trying to throw him in a prison.
You know, maybe they don't like the I don't have an analogy of that, but Kevin Clinesmith, an FBI lawyer, fabricates evidence leading to a whole sequence of cascade of perjury.
The judge is like, here, pay a hundred bucks.
Here's a quarter, call someone who cares.
Or, you know, you're going to get more probation if you sell a few magic mushrooms or a few marijuana, right?
If you're a teenager in New York.
So it's right there in our faces now.
They think we're garbage.
They don't think we have a right to humanity.
They don't think we have a right to dignity.
And this is the left.
In a way, people say that that's frightening, but I don't because they showed us too soon.
Something I said a few times is that my greatest fear wasn't that this was going to happen.
My greatest fear was that it was going to happen before people woke up, before people could actually see.
And now you realize, hey, oh, because maybe you think Mike Cernovich is a bad guy and he's such a scary guy, even though he's got two daughters, lives a very normal life.
Okay, you're just a person on Reddit trying to take on a hedge fund, who's trying to drive a company into bankruptcy, and now you're in the crosshairs, buddy.
So it ain't about left and right, it ain't about politics, it ain't about whether you use pronouns in your bio, it ain't about your skin color.
If you're a threat to the real power base, which is the Wall Street media complex, because of course all these media outlets are owned by what?
Bigger and bigger and bigger outlets, it's concentration media ownership.
So for me, that's the beauty of all this, how the elite will rally to destroy everyone, even left-wing media, right?
Because that's all an illusion, the idea that there's left-wing media.
They are trying to destroy the working man and they view us as peasants and we're nothing to them.
And I love it.
steve bannon
I love that they pulled that.
We've got a couple of minutes left.
I want you to, for our audience or activists, the whole second hour of the show today is going to be Scott Pressler in here telling how people get engaged.
We're going to go to Asia next to talk about the Wuhan virus.
What would you tell people to do today to start to work our way out of this, to start to push back?
Because we just won this election, you know, across the board in the House, in the Senate, in state legislatures and governorships, city councils.
It's a red nation with some Radical blue cities.
What would you tell people today in this moment of moral clarity?
What is Mike Cernovich's recommendation?
mike cernovich
You have to tell the GOP in their own self-interested way.
Hey, the corporations are all de-platforming you anyway.
Josh Hawley can't give a book talk because he can't go to a hotel now because the hotels are banning him.
So there's no reason in the world for the GOP to be the party of the corporate class.
So I don't believe in a third party.
I don't believe in burning everything down because as any student of history knows, Then it gets really bad.
We have to work within the system, but we have to fight hard and you have to fight at the right leverage points.
Get on the GOP.
Why aren't you calling for hearings?
Why are you people being quiet?
Why are you standing up for corporations?
They're not even going to donate money to you anymore.
They hate you.
They hate your people.
steve bannon
They hate your supporters.
What about Liz Cheney?
What's your recommendation about what should be done with Liz Cheney?
mike cernovich
She's got to be primaried.
We need more people.
2022 is our last stand.
steve bannon
It's the last moment.
Should she be thrown out of leadership today?
And should she be, the people of Wyoming are already censuring her and demanding she resign.
Should she be thrown out of leadership and should she resign today?
mike cernovich
Well, she never should have been in leadership and she should have resigned a long time ago.
And that's a whole different issue.
So I know that she's a popular So a lot of people want to focus on Liz Cheney, and it's good for people to have some sense of what to do.
Structurally, though, we need people hitting them.
Why is the GOP silent on this?
Why is the GOP protecting hedge funds?
The hedge funds don't even like them anymore.
I don't think the majority leader's good.
I'm mad at everybody right now.
I'm mad at the world right now.
steve bannon
Mike, we've got to bounce.
Give me your social media coordinates so the audience can start to follow you, those that don't.
mike cernovich
Yeah, you can find me.
I'm at Telegram at Cernovich, C-E-R-N-O-V-I-C-H.
I'm at Twitter at Cernovich.
I'm at Instagram at Cernovich.
I'm at Cernovich.com, so basically everything is Cernovich.
The way mass censorship is happening, Telegram's probably the safest.
steve bannon
Okay, Mike, thank you very much.
Always provocative.
Mike Cernovich, author, tremendous filmmaker.
Thank you very much for joining us early on a Saturday morning out in California.
Thank you, sir.
We'll be back in a second.
We're going to Asia.
Talk to Dr. Stephen Quay about the Wuhan virus and you.

It's the same we have to apply now on a global level.

As long as not everybody is vaccinated, nobody will be safe.
steve bannon
As long as everybody's not vaccinated, no one will be safe.
To talk to you about what's on the other side of the hill, that's coming.
The forced vaccinations, the digital passports, all of it.
And we're the first show in the world to focus on the pandemic.
We had a one year anniversary.
We started back in mid January of 2020.
Why is that?
Because we know China as well as anybody and know the CCP better than most.
Now we're you know, we've talked from the very firm.
I think our second show.
On the 26th?
Actually on the 25th on our first show we talked about the Wuhan lab and how this came out of the Wuhan lab and how there was a PLA military biological weapons program there and I've always said I think it inadvertently leaked during the gain-of-function experiments because the lab By the Bat Lady that was heralded by the world press, was completely out of control and not up to standard, should have never been certified.
All of that's going to come forward now, you got the WH over there right now with a phony investigation a year after it took place.
This all has to, this is the railhead of all the misery in the world right now, right?
This is the railhead of all the misery in the world.
And no one's being held accountable.
Well that day of accountability is going to come.
You're starting to see now some of the most respected people in the world, some of those respected researchers and doctors are now coming forward with the truth.
To counter the clown show that is the Tony Fauci clown show and others like Fauci that are just running dogs for the medical establishment.
And look, I'm not an anti-vaxxer.
You know, I believe in science.
I believe in data.
This is what we've prided this show on doing this when we called this a war room pandemic back in mid-January of 2020.
When the World Health Organization, I don't think, designated until March.
When CNN didn't designate it till March.
Those 60 days Or the reason, the principal reason that we have so many deaths in this country.
In addition, that Peter Navarro told you, he was inspired by what we did in those first couple of days.
It drove him, it was one of the inspirations he did to write the memo that President Trump signed off on to stop travel from China and to quarantine people that Tony Fauci fought.
Tony Fauci fought that as he's made one mistake after the other and I hope That the people around Joe Biden understand quickly that he's a promoter and a spin artist and a dangerous, dangerous individual.
Okay, I want to bring in now, it's an amazing study that's just come out in the last day or two.
Dr. Stephen Quay received his doctorate and his PhD from the University of Michigan, post-doc work at MIT under the Nobel laureate Gobind Khurana and also was a resident at Harvard MGH Hospital and was on the faculty of Stanford University School of Medicine.
So Dr. Cui also runs a company up in Seattle, it's publicly traded.
I want to talk to you about your new statistical analysis.
I want to talk first about the Wuhan lab and your statistical analysis about the lab versus the wet market and then I want to get into the timing of this.
My organization was one of the ones that helped The whistleblower movement and help the new federal state of China and getting Dr. Yan out of Hong Kong and getting her here to tell the West about all this.
But I want to go back.
You actually did the statistics and the math.
Walk us through what this new analysis is and what it shows.
unidentified
Sure.
So it's a it's a very standard process.
It's called Bayesian analysis.
Hedge funds use it every day to figure out what how to trade in the market.
The government uses it to determine whether an earthquake has happened or a nuclear bomb.
So it's a It was developed in the 1700s by a Presbyterian minister, Thomas Bayes, and we all use it.
We just don't know the name for it.
Basically, if you follow baseball, basketball, before the season starts, you have an order of the teams.
You're basically setting a probability of who's going to win the World Series.
End of the regular season, a lot has happened.
There have been injuries, there have been wins, there's been losses.
So they go into the playoffs with a new ranking.
But they still don't know who the winner is.
And so, every step of the way is basically a Bayesian analysis.
You start with evidence, you set your priorities, you bring in new evidence, you turn the crank, and you get a new answer.
So, in this process, I wanted to be very conservative because, you know, there's a lot of bias and we want to be right on this.
So, I began with a 98.2% probability that it came from nature, a 1.2% probability it came from a lab.
I dropped 26 different independent evidence sets into the machine, turned the crank, and the answer was that there's a 0.2% probability it came from nature, 99.8, or basically a 1 in 500-fold chance that it came from a laboratory.
steve bannon
How did that do that radical flip?
What did you actually put in, and is there anything about the model that could be wrong?
I mean, you started with one hypothesis, and the evidence has driven you to the exact opposite.
Explain to the audience, how does that actually work?
unidentified
Sure.
So in the paper, it's 194 pages, so if you have trouble sleeping, I recommend it highly.
You have to determine what's called the initial state.
So I took a paper by Dr. Peter Daszak, two other papers, and basically used those to determine what the initial state was.
It's a lot of math, but anyway, I used the 95% confidence limit, upper limit, for the starting point.
So that's how I got to 98.2 98.8% at the beginning of the process.
98.8%, excuse me, 1.2% at the process.
And then I began to drop evidence into it.
So, for example, in an infection from nature, the virus jumps into the human population for weeks, months, years ahead of time, and so there's practice jumps.
You can find those by going to the refrigerator in hospitals and bringing old specimens out and looking for what's called seroconversion.
And with SARS in 2003 and with MERS in the Middle East in 2015, it was about 1%.
In people who were close to the animals, it was more like 3 or 4%.
So the WHO did a study in March where they looked at 540 specimens from Wuhan that were from the refrigerator in fever clinics.
There wasn't a single seroconversion.
So the probability of that is less than 1%.
So you drop that in, Each number changes a little bit.
In the paper, I go through how each one changes.
Another example is that there's absolutely no evidence that the virus had any prior history.
So, this is literally one animal virus jumping to one human, and the rest is history.
The first patient at the PLA Hospital, about a mile from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, can have the virus traced directly to the sequences that infected President Donald Trump.
So, that is very unusual.
You see what's called posterior diversity with both, again, MERS and SARS, where about 50% of the sequences don't go through that first patient.
They go through cousins, as it were, and they meet back in time, etc.
It's pretty technical stuff, but it's very straightforward.
The beauty is, if you don't like my answers, give me your numbers, I'll turn the crank, and we'll see what it does.
steve bannon
Now, I saw your paper.
Has the paper been peer-reviewed yet?
unidentified
Interesting question.
So, it's 193 pages.
There are very few journals that will publish something that large.
So, I sent it out to 26 esteemed scientists in the world, all the members of the WHO team, all the members of the Lancet Commission, and Dr. Shi at the Wuhan Institute, and the doctors on some of the most prominent papers there.
I've gotten some feedback.
I've agreed to kind of keep it confidential, and I changed the manuscript.
After getting some feedback, but at this point it's not peer-reviewed.
steve bannon
But is the feedback, is the feedback, you're dead wrong and this is ridiculous, or hey, you've got to make this tweet here, on the margins, or is it to the heart of your argument?
unidentified
Well, it's always on the margins.
So, for example, there's a particular site on the spike protein called the Furin site.
It doesn't appear in 500 other viruses.
So, one of the most esteemed virologists in the United States, you know, the top of the heap, so to speak, said, well, aren't there millions of viruses?
And so, therefore, your denominator is so big, you don't know what you should do.
But then I found a paper by Peter Daszak, which said, you know, there's actually 3,200 species.
So, I dropped that into my equation.
I used that.
And so, none of it has changed significantly.
It's really hard.
I found only a couple pieces of evidence that point to nature and all the rest point to a laboratory origin.
steve bannon
And look, the reason the State Department came out with the intelligence agency said before President Trump left that it came from Wuhan and then there was a discussion, you know, they put forward that it's a PLA run thing, the lab is PLA run.
In your analysis, aren't you implying that this came from a, or even more than implying, that not only did it come from Wuhan, but this came from a gain-of-function experiment in the Wuhan lab?
unidentified
Yes, yes, that needs to be made very clear.
This virus has many signatures of laboratory manipulation, so that would be, those are the hallmarks of gain-of-function research.
In addition, in the first five patients that were published by the Wuhan Institute, I was the first to find what looks like adenovirus sequences as well.
So in my paper, I basically state that the end of December 2019, the Wuhan Institute of Virology was sequencing patient specimens in which there was both the SARS-CoV-2 virus and a Chinese-built adenovirus vaccine in the same patient.
I have not included that in my analysis because that, of course, would be definitive in a Bayesian analysis.
I sent a letter to the Rowan Institute doctors to ask them to explain if they had a trivial artifact explanation.
I haven't received any feedback.
steve bannon
Hang on, but I want to make sure we're clear about this.
Not only are you saying that your hypothesis totally flipped from wet market or bat cave to the Wuhan lab itself, and the implication is obviously as you go through it, it is not from nature, it's man-made and therefore came from some sort of gain of function experiment.
You're also saying, in addition, you're tying it back to patients and even vaccines from November of 2019.
I just want to make sure we're clear about this.
What is your point about the first patients and the vaccines?
unidentified
Let me be very clear because I'm really a precise scientist and language is very dangerous.
My analysis only differentiates between coming from nature and coming from a laboratory.
I can infer that it's the Wuhan Institute of Virology, but I can only say that it's laboratory-derived.
Now, the Wuhan Institute of Virology sequenced five patients in the end of December in which adenoviruses have been introduced into those patients, and those adenoviruses are against the CoV-2 protein.
There's no artifact that I can think of that could cause that, but I'm giving the Wuhan Institute the benefit of the doubt.
I've asked them to explain it for me.
It currently sits in my analysis, but it doesn't impact my statistics, awaiting feedback on what their answer is.
But all the people that have looked at it have not been able to identify an artifact.
So it looks like at the end of December, they were in possession of both the SARS-CoV-2 virus and a virus vaccine against it.
steve bannon
Okay, Dr. Quay, we'd like to have you stay over for the next segment, if you could, please.
Dr. Stephen Quay, formerly in the faculty at Stanford, has come out with a quite controversial new study, new analysis, about the beginnings and origin of The CCP virus, the one that has gone through, by the way, we can't say China virus because Joe Biden just signed an executive order, can't say China virus.
On this show from the very first day, we said this is not a China virus, that the biggest victims of this are the Chinese people.
We started the initial show in Hubei province.
A province the size of France, basically the population of France, about 80 million people, was shut down.
And Wuhan, with a population 40% bigger than New York City, was put into a hard, hard, hard quarantine.
Remember, the victims of the Chinese Communist Party, the first line of victims, are Lao Baijing, our old hundred names, the working class folks.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.

War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Our guest is Dr. Stephen Quay.
I want to go to, by the way, so here's the thing, Dr. Quay.
The railhead of all the economic misery in the world, now the capital markets misery, this geopolitical crisis, the political crisis in the United States, We've destroyed the balance sheet of the Federal Reserve.
We've destroyed the balance sheet of every individual listening to this broadcast.
Now people are hanging around for a $1,400 check from the government.
We've had a collapse of aggregate demand.
We've destroyed universities, colleges, kids senior year, culturally, demographically, economically, socially, any aspect at all.
We're at each other's throats.
And yet it's crickets You know, Joe Biden has an inaugural address, they say, oh, it's like Lincoln's second inaugural address never mentions the Chinese Communist Party or China.
Mentions the COVID-19 and kind of, yeah, we're going to take care of it.
You've got the, every night on CNN, you know, they're sitting there about all the agony.
Cuomo, hey, why does it make a difference where they died?
Right?
Why does it make a difference where they died?
Well, does it make a difference where the greatest generation died, whether they died on the streets, whether they died in the closing of their houses, whether they died in the nursing homes?
I wasn't smart enough to figure out how this was going to, they were going to be a targeted group.
So, why is the world, you're doing this thing a year afterwards, it's a statistical analysis that says, hey, points to a lab, maybe that lab is not, maybe it's not the wet market, maybe it's the P4 lab that was not particularly well run, well managed, well overseen.
Why is there voices like yours coming up that are supporting what Australian media tells us, the Five Eyes program is coming together with a consensus, it's lab made, gain of function, out of Wuhan, PLA overseen.
And Mike Pompeo, the former head of the CIA, Secretary of State, puts out a report before he leaves the White House.
Why do you seem like one of the lone voices in the wilderness?
There are now starting to be more voices like yours, but why has it taken us a year to have gotten here, and why do evidence-based, Data-based, science-based, places like CNN that rubs the deplorable's nose in it every second of every day that they're morons and that their betters are telling them this, yet you never hear analysis like yours.
They go out of their way.
In fact, Fauci, we've got Fauci, we'll play that next week, saying, I think in February or March, oh, I talk to my Chinese colleagues all the time and they tell us, you know, it's the wet market.
They have it under control and there's no human-to-human transmission.
Dr. Quay, what say you?
unidentified
Steve, look, I'm a scientist and maybe I'll disappoint you, but I want to stay in my lane.
So I will tell you everything I can about this virus from a science point of view, how it was made.
The things that I think could have been, you know, things that we can do, but, and I can comment on public health, you know, and whether lockdowns are important or masks are important and those sorts of things, but I really want to stay in my lane and be the science advisor.
steve bannon
So what is the, so stay in your lane, we want you to stay in your lane, what's the implications, we've got about four minutes, what's the implications of your analysis.
Staying in your lane, what's the implications of what Dr. Stephen Quay is telling us about the origins and characteristics of this virus?
unidentified
Okay, so now I'll touch on a little bit of what you said.
The blood and treasure of the world's people has been consumed in the last year in responding to perhaps an accidental escape from a laboratory of a science experiment.
In my paper, I talk about how after World War I, the chemical industry was called to bear in the war, and we banned it, and now only rogue states use chemical weapons.
Physics was called up during World War II, we made nuclear bombs, they're now regulated heavily.
And I believe this might be biology's turn.
I mean, after all, the two bombs in Japan during World War II, 10 square miles, about 300,000 people, This virus is now in every corner of the world from the Amazon to the Antarctic.
It's only a kilogram of virus at this point in time.
It's reproduced itself but it's still under a kilogram.
So I would like the public to have a vigorous understanding of this.
I think we need to stand in front of the public.
Explain the science here and do a pros and cons on whether gaining... But Dr. Quay, hang on, stay in your lane.
steve bannon
Hang on, stay in your lane.
We've had a biological weapons treaty since 1972.
The Chinese Communist Party has lied consistently for 50 years.
How did the scientific... I understand what you're saying, and I totally agree with you, but how did the scientific community of the world come together and basically build a Chernobyl?
Basically build a...
A potential bomb-making facility in Wuhan that the PLA controls.
I totally agree with you.
But when you sit there and say that, people are going, hey, we've got a biological weaponry that's every bit as tough as nuclear arms and every bit as tough as chemical weapons, maybe even tougher.
But the world scientific community kowtows to the Chinese Communist Party.
And that's why it's not called out.
So we've got all those regulations.
Why are they not staying within your lane?
Why are they not being followed?
unidentified
Well, I think, you know, we had a moratorium under the Obama administration for gain of function.
That was taken away in May of 2017, and all of this latest work appears to have been done after May of 2017.
steve bannon
Hold on, hang on, hang on, hang on, but let's be precise, let's be precise.
It was Dr. Collins and Dr. Fauci at NIH.
Obama's NSC put in, and I believe it was December of 2017, actually to be correct, when the proclamation came out, the gain-of-function experiments were changed by Dr. Collins and Dr. Tony Fauci.
And that is part of the record.
Dr. Quay, I want to thank you.
Go ahead, sir.
unidentified
No, no, yeah, there was a three-page, three inches of paper in the fall of 2016 that That led them to reverse the decision on gain-of-function research.
That's correct.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to take a, we've got to go.
Dr. Quay, we want to have you back on.
The paper's fantastic.
We're going to put it up on the live chat, all 194 pages in all its glory, but you've got some parts in there we're going to try to highlight so people can get to it.
Fantastic work, and the world really owes you, and hopefully there's much more that comes off of that you've inspired other people to get down and I hope this becomes peer-reviewed journal. I hope the people you send it out to come back and bang it up and say, hey, this is wrong, this is wrong, this is wrong, and that you change it to whatever, you know, what a peer-reviewed journal does. Dr.
Quay, thank you very much. I appreciate you coming on War Room. Thank you, Steve.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
Michael Glasner, COO of the campaign, is going to join us on Old Palin Hand, and we've got an entire hour of the one and only American patriot, Scott Pressler, as he talks about how you can get engaged to thwart what's going on in the world, particularly with Joe Biden and this radical agenda that he's trying to jam down the throat of hardworking Americans.
Scott Pressler joins us for the entire hour next in the War Room.
unidentified
It's all started.
Everything's begun.
And you are over.
Cause we're taking down the CCP.
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
