But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
And the contrast on display tonight was so stark.
I mean, those lights that are just shooting out from the Lincoln Memorial along the reflecting pool, it's like almost Extensions of Joe Biden's arms embracing America.
It was a moment where the new president came to town and sort of convened the country in this moment of remembrance, outstretching his arms.
I've reviewed hours upon hours of public hearings.
I've read almost all of the lawsuits that are out there.
Most of them were dismissed on legal process grounds.
Raising standing. | ||
And the general argument that we've heard was that because this was a general harm, if you want to believe there was fraud, that you have no standing because your harm has to be particular.
And that's more or less the reason why these judges haven't touched these cases.
It's not because there isn't evidence.
There is evidence. | ||
In fact, I'm in possession of 574 pages of sworn affidavits, forensic reports, all of which would make its way into a court of law under the rules of evidence in a federal or state court.
The fact that evidence has not been heard here by these courts do not conflate that with this idea that there is no evidence.
The courts have done what they always do.
When you have political matters, they want them to be decided politically, not in a courtroom, but through the elections, through the state legislatures.
And what we have are a bunch of cowards.
We have judges that are cowards, we have politicians that are cowards, and that's the reality.
Courage is contagious.
I got to tell you a very, very, very powerful video from a professor at New Mexico State's, I think, business school, Professor Clements.
Incredibly powerful. | ||
Incredibly powerful. | ||
We're live from the Green Zone in our nation's capital.
And it's a humiliation what has happened here over the last couple of days.
And it is a black mark that will live in American history.
This armed occupation of Washington, D.C., with no No one coming forward.
Justice Department, the military, the intelligence services, DHS, and to explain exactly why this city is still locked down.
Steve Cortez, who will be co-hosting the show this evening in studio, came in from Chicago and he is absolutely not just blown away disgusted in central Washington DC.
We're an occupied, this is an occupation, there's no other way you can say it.
And if it was justified, I have no problems if it's justified.
But we have to see the evidence.
They have to show the receipts.
You're in the War Room. | ||
It's Friday, the 22nd of January, the year of our Lord, 2021.
Now with a podcast north of 30 million.
We're on the John Frederick, Real America's Voice, we're on the satellite, we're on cable, we're everywhere, ubiquitous.
The show only continues to grow.
Why is that? | ||
We're the center of the resistance in the Nullification Project.
They pulled the Nullification Project on President Trump and fought it from day one.
We're going to fight this from day one.
Okay? | ||
The only way they want unity, they want unity on their terms.
Not unity as two sides coming together.
They want unity in their terms.
Everybody out there in this audience, courage is contagious.
We are winning this thing.
Jack Posobiec today, go to Jack Posobiec's tweet, if we can get Posobiec's tweets up.
Posobiec, first off, he's talking about the President of the United States, through a source, is saying it's disgusting what's happening to our troops, that the troops are having to sleep, you know, they're all over the place.
Washington's got 25,000, 25,000 National Guards.
25,000 National Guards.
We had a company, right on Capitol Hill, back at the Supreme Court, there was a company of armed National Guard troops yesterday.
My point is, hey, if there's a threat, let's understand it.
And President Joe Biden said in his inaugural address, the biggest threat in this country is domestic terror, white supremacists, white nationalists.
Let's see it. | ||
Put forth the evidence.
Obviously people that aren't in danger, Raheem jump in here.
I just want to point out for people on the screen here is what you're seeing pictures taken in a parking garage in Washington D.C.
where National Guard troops are being made to, and I want to remind people it was 34 degrees last night in Washington D.C.
and you've got the National Guard now, now that they're done with using them as a political tool and a prop, right, they want to throw them into parking garages and that's not even the bottom line.
They've got one port-a-potty for 500 of them in a parking garage.
Male and female. | ||
Little tiny space heaters for hundreds of people being shoved into parking garages.
It's cold here at night.
unidentified
|
D.C. | |
gets cold right off that water in the Potomac.
It's cold. | ||
They kicked him to the curb.
My daughter is a former army captain from West Point.
She's furious. | ||
People that served in the military, particularly the younger generation, this shows you.
They were all getting photos with them up in the Capitol.
As soon as they're not used to it, they're thrown away like trash.
That's what they think of them.
There's going to be tales to tell.
We've got the Attorney General of the great state of Texas, Ken Paxson, on here at the bottom of the hour.
Abbott said, hey, we're not sending any more National Guard there.
If you're going to sit there and start scrubbing all their social media to make sure that they're part of your program and they're not free Americans, this is not happening again.
Right? | ||
We vet these people to get them in the National Guard.
And Rahim, you're 100% correct.
You sit there and treat it like trash, as cold as D.C.
gets overnight, and they have one, for men and women, 500, they have one port-a-potty?
It's not acceptable. | ||
The one thing I'll add to that, however, is the spirit of these men and women is amazing.
I walk around Capitol Hill all the time and you hear them and their spirits are upbeat.
They're not the type of people to allow them to get that treatment, to get them down, right?
But at the same time, the fact that they have to endure that from the outset, it's a disgrace.
They've been used as a prop.
They've been used as a prop to do psychological warfare on the American people that, hey, there's some huge conspiracy out there that's going to overwhelm the Capitol worse than when President Lincoln gave his first inaugural address when I think five or six states had already succeeded from the Union.
But here's the good news.
Victory begets victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, what have I been saying over and over and over again?
Why are we not taking a vacation?
We're doing this six days a week.
We're doing it two times a day, three times a day.
We're going to hammer this.
We put out a newsletter.
We put out show notes. | ||
You must start the resistance now.
The left didn't take a day off.
They started immediately after Trump won at 2.30 in the morning on the 9th of November, right in front of Trump Tower.
This 10,000 didn't go away.
Look, but here's the crack of light at dawn you can see already.
I keep telling you he has no political capital.
And as CNN and these things, the poll from Edelman came out, the mainstream media said it's the lowest thing because people are tired of the propaganda and just throwing it out and ladling it out.
Rasmussen, which is the best tracking poll, let's get Posobiec's tweet up there.
Rasmussen is the best tracking poll.
They had President Obama on the first full day at, what, 61%?
They had Donald Trump, I think, at 56%?
Joe Biden at 48 percent.
Don't believe these Gallup numbers, he's got six... No.
And here's the evidence.
If we can get that... Yeah.
Okay. | ||
So Obama's first, 67 percent.
67 percent. | ||
By the way, he was a historian, he was charismatic, and by the way, we're in the financial crisis of freefall and Bush and McCain look like clowns.
President Obama came in, and by the way, Obama ran as a populist, it was the neoliberal, neocon Biden that was attached to him.
So 67 percent. | ||
Absolutely, no doubting that.
I mean, you know, you're going to quote, close Guantanamo Bay, get us out of the wars, yeah sure.
I never ended up doing any of those things.
But hang on, this is very important.
He came in at 67%, the country did come together, let's give this guy a shot.
I wasn't a huge fan, but he seemed like an okay guy, but you know, didn't like the policies.
Nothing got done except for health care.
All the gone time, but why?
He lost his political capital.
And to be fair, health care barely got done from what he planned.
And it was jerry-rigged.
That took forever and that's consuming.
But don't get me, that's a big thing, not a small thing.
It's statutory. | ||
It's not an EO that you can undo.
A lot of our stuff were EOs you can undo.
My point, he was at 67, had the country in back of him.
A lot of the suburban people say, we're going to give this guy a shot.
He and the wife look nice.
We like the kids. | ||
It's kind of an all-American story.
Why not? | ||
And he, by the way, he went to Lincoln Park in Chicago and had millions of people there.
His inaugural address had three and a half million people in D.C.
People blew away Reagan's crowds, right?
Only the size of Trump's crowd, but three and a half.
Okay, his political... 67%, boom, that political capital went away.
Let's go to President Trump.
President Trump's first approval was 56%.
unidentified
|
56%. | |
This is, by the way, we won with 47%.
Remember, we won with 47%.
So it's a 10... and look, we didn't have the smoothest transition in history.
They were banging on us every day. 56%.
Donald J. Trump had, what, two and a half for President Trump?
Okay, we matched Obama, but the guy's outside the gates.
Also, he had a massive online presence, but he was at 56%.
unidentified
|
Give me Biden. | |
48%. | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, embrace that number.
Embrace that number. | ||
He has zero political capital.
Step back. | ||
Don't let the psychological warfare of the media get to you.
Get under press. | ||
Get up your force multiplier.
You gotta be pushing this stuff everywhere.
Telling your friends, telling people that you love, that we're glad Trump's gone.
Get in their grill. | ||
Remember, This thing, it was 20,000 votes in Wisconsin.
What, 12,000 votes in Georgia.
8,000 votes in Arizona.
A handful, a very tiny thing.
When you consider what they say, 80 million, with our 75 million, what, you know, 155, 160 million people voted, the most massive turnout in history.
Right? | ||
And you're talking about tiny, tiny, tiny things.
The House, we're only a couple seats away from taking it over.
We picked up all these House seats in the Senate, a dead tie.
Our state legislatures, county supervisors, we won.
I'm saying this is a red country with some blue cities.
Right? | ||
And they own, and they control the institutions.
Like, what is it, Gramsci said, right?
They've gone through, they had the long march through the institutions.
Be not afraid. | ||
Let's go to, I want to say today, let's get the Daily Mail up, because we're going to have the Daily, Michael and Dale's going to come back for a tight, short segment, because yesterday, in that heroic one-hour epic of him going through his life, Daily Mail put a story up right at the end of that I think because of his evangelical Christianity, a total lie.
We're going to get to that later, but I want to go to the Daily Mail story on Biden and the thing.
What did I tell you about the TV?
And they're mocking Trump.
Oh, second victory for Biden in a week.
41 million versus 40 million.
Ho, ho, ho, ho, ho. | ||
Hang on for a second. | ||
Full stop. | ||
We got 63 million votes, right?
We got 63 million votes.
They did 20% more than that this time.
Right? | ||
Also, Obama had three, three and a half million people there.
We had two and a half, three million people there.
That's out of the audience.
We also had a massive live streaming.
This is, once again, a tell.
On a percentage basis, he should have been, you know, should have been at 50 million.
Where is the audience? | ||
Hey, I agree. | ||
He got 41 million people show up.
That's what you get when you get 63 million votes, ladies and gentlemen.
There is a correlation.
There's no heat on this thing.
There's no interest in this thing.
He had the same size audience as Trump had in 17 at 63 million votes, Mr. Rahim Kassam.
Yeah, just walk us through that again because that was very quick.
The math is we got 63 million votes in 17.
I'm going to take this Red Bull away.
No, no, no, no, no. | ||
Don't say I'm taking Red Bull.
The engine room doesn't like that.
All right, listen. | ||
So, what you're saying is, proportionately, on a man who allegedly got so many X percent more votes... They say he got 80 million votes, right?
Proportionately, you would expect the TV audience to match that.
It's 20% more than 63 million.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
And it doesn't. | ||
It doesn't. | ||
Same and close. | ||
And they don't even have the excuse that, hey, we had 2 million people out on the National Mall, any of that.
Obama had three and a half million, we had two and a half million.
That's all taken out of the equation, right?
He had nobody. | ||
Zero. | ||
You got to do the math. | ||
This is simpleton math in the Daily Mail.
This is psychological warfare.
Guys in there know. | ||
If you're on TV, you know.
I said, man, those ratings were not very good for the type of enthusiasm.
Somebody said, oh, well, they're not really Biden supporters.
They're anti-Trump. | ||
No, they want to see Biden.
If they really were there, if they're really there, they're going to tune in.
To mock and ridicule Trump.
You saw our show beforehand where all we did was show you that nobody showed up.
Mainstream media didn't show you at all.
Fox never did a cutaway.
They kept it in tight. | ||
You can't hide this, ladies and gentlemen.
It can't be hidden. | ||
It's an open scar. | ||
This is a wound that's not going to heal until we have some truth.
That's the truth and reconciliation commission we need.
is what happened to the votes. We're going to return with Terry Schilling of what they're trying to run on you right now. Schilling with us next.

War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic. Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
All female athletes want is a fair shot at competition, At a scholarship.
At a title. | ||
At victory. | ||
But what if that shot was taken away by a competitor who claims to be a girl but was born a boy?
Senator Gary Peters and Joe Biden support legislation that would destroy girls sports.
They call it equality. | ||
Really? | ||
That's not fair. | ||
Not fair at all. | ||
Vote against Gary Peters and Joe Biden.
They are too extreme for Michigan.
What is it Malcolm Gladding says is 10,000 you have to do something 10,000 times before you come become an expert.
I don't know that one. | ||
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's not the tipping. | ||
I think it might be the tipping points.
Well, his books are great.
He makes a case that you've got to do something 10,000 times to really start to perfect it, to really have enough control of it as a craftsman to take it to the next level.
My daughter, my beloved daughter Maureen, Captain Bannon, who went to West Point, basically went to West Point to play volleyball.
First team, all conference, four years in a row as the setter.
Came out of Manhattan Beach with the Summer Olympic team, the Olympic volleyball team trains.
Played volleyball from the time I think she's eight or nine years old.
Dedicated her life to that sport.
Dedicated her life to that sport.
That's how she got to West Point.
She went to a great prep school, went to West Point.
I basically gave up all the, you know, golf, everything like that, to go every weekend, take her everywhere.
The sacrifice, and hey, we're just scrundoons.
Every parent that takes their kids and takes their young daughters, they're playing these soccer, track and field, gymnastics, volleyball, girls basketball, all of it, the sacrifice that they spend on weekends and what they spend on cash and the whole family's life revolves around that.
This is disgusting! | ||
This is outrageous. | ||
If you want to destroy a generation of women, just do this.
This is outrageous. | ||
Outrageous. | ||
Terry Schilling, American Principles Project.
Explain exactly what's going on, and everybody in this audience, this is signal, not noise.
This is how you destroy a culture.
Particularly this great effort that's happened in the last, you know, 40 years where fathers and families are very involved in girl sports.
One of the reasons I think we have such tremendous leaders now in women is that they're playing team sports and the whole family's actively engaged in that.
Very different from times gone by, but it's changed back in the 80s.
Terry, tell us what's going on, how disgusting and really how vital this is to turn this around.
Thanks so much for having me, Steve.
So yesterday, actually on the first day of his being in office, President Biden signed an executive order that would allow for biological males to compete in women's sports.
And if schools don't allow this to happen, they're risking federal funding, Title IX funding.
Ironically, Title IX funding was actually established in order to Create opportunities in education and athletics for women.
This is erasing women. | ||
It's erasing their opportunities to thrive and prosper, get scholarships as your daughter did.
I have two daughters, Steve.
And frankly, it's enraging.
But what's even more enraging is the fact that big tech and social media companies like Facebook used PolitiFact To take down our ads, preventing millions of Americans from seeing them and seeing the truth about what Joe Biden was saying.
Hold it, hold it, hold it.
Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
They took that, they took that ad down.
They didn't let that ad play.
That's exactly right. | ||
They took it down. | ||
They, they said it was, they said it was false and they said it was missing context.
Uh, they said that what our claims were about how Joe Biden supports us, how Gary Peter supports it and how it would destroy girls sports was missing context.
Which, frankly, is what an argument is.
Every argument misses context because you're making one side of the argument.
It was egregious. | ||
And really, it's not an assault against us and the thousands of donors who helped us raise $7 million that we spent to help President Trump.
It's really an assault against the American people and the voters to prevent them from hearing this type of information about the policies that Joe Biden and Gary Peters supports.
Listen, when my daughter's playing volleyball or she played also, you know, soccer and she played baseball when she was young, you go around, you see the Hispanic and the African-American kids, young girls, that's their ticket out.
Their ticket out is to get a scholarship, to get a ride, what they call, to get a ride, to get into college.
How could you, how can parents and all the sacrifice, the 10,000 hours that they put in, that you want to see self-determination, independence, standing on your own two feet, handling defeat.
How do you do that when you're going to have boys compete against them?
It's outrageous! | ||
So how do we thwart this?
What have people got to do to get up on top of this issue now that you've got a guy like Joe Biden who's going to try to jam it down people's throats?
It's my team at American Principles Project.
Has already begun working with senators and members of Congress to introduce legislation that would save women's sports and repeal this Biden EO executive order.
What I need everyone to do in your audience is they need to go to savewomenssports.us and sign the petition.
We're going to keep you guys all updated.
Everyone that signs this petition is going to get updates on this legislation, Biden's EO, And how to fight back against it.
Right now, there are five Republicans in the House alone who are going to be leading the charge as co-sponsors of the Equality Act.
The Equality Act would make Biden's executive order permanent, so that no new president could repeal it.
We have to make sure that these Republicans know that this is a non-negotiable, that if they do this, it's a total betrayal of not just us and our voters, but of our daughters and their future opportunities.
It's being led by Elise Stefanik, Tom Reid, By the way, it's not us.
out of New York. And so the see, I just want to point out your listeners and your viewers are so great. Every time I come on here, we get so much support. We get so much feedback. Your your viewers and listeners are so engaged in this process.
And that's why I love coming on here and why I was thrilled to have you have me back on today. By the way, it's not us.
This is the single most powerful audience in all media.
Mike Walsh told me yesterday after he came on here about the book in the evening He went from 4,000 I think to 40 or something.
He says his publishers never seen.
We're a beast. | ||
And you know why? | ||
We have engaged people.
Book readers, people that go to sites.
That will move the needle.
You have to do this. | ||
But how do we stop this? | ||
What is this EO? | ||
We're going to have Paxson on here at the bottom, Ken Paxson, the great Attorney General of Texas.
About the executive, I know this is legislation, we've got to fight that, but this executive order, how do people fight this today, Terry?
What's the best thing that people can do?
I know they've got to go to SaveWomenSports.us.
Everybody in the audience, you're a force multiplier.
Not only do I want you to go there, I want you to send it out to everybody you know.
Save women's sports. | ||
I think it's 10,000 hours these kids put in to perfect something.
You want great citizens.
You want great families.
It's women's sports that has changed America.
It's changed America. | ||
Not only went to West Point, she went to the 101st Airborne for her country.
And she's just, look, we're just average schmoes.
I'm not saying we're anything special.
unidentified
|
But that's what it leads to!
And they're going to take it away to compete with boys?
Look, if some guy's got a problem, the family's got a problem, they've got to deal with those problems.
I'm not trying to pick on these kids.
That's got to be dealt with.
And I'm not saying it's not fair.
They've got to deal with that.
But you can't put them into women's sports and let them work that through as therapy.
That's ridiculous! | ||
And you're talking about breaking the spirit of these little girls?
Look at that spot. | ||
That spot's a powerful spot.
The little girl tries. | ||
She's a sprinter. | ||
She would have won, but some guy blows past her, as a guy should at that age.
So, Terry, how are we going to fight this now?
And I know, savewomensports.us.
Go. | ||
Everybody listening, even throughout the world, because it's coming to a country near you.
Go to this. | ||
This is how they're trying to break you.
How else can we fight this?
The first thing we need to do is start fighting it immediately, and it's such a good thing that you're having Ken Paxson on right after this, is we need to contact our attorneys general in the states and have them sue the federal government over this.
This is a civil rights claim, and it's ridiculous.
We need to get our attorneys general standing up for us and our daughters to sue the federal government and get this repealed.
You know, someone mentioned to me yesterday That every single one of President Trump's executive orders were sued and challenged in courts.
Courts literally ruled, the Supreme Court nonetheless, ruled that President Trump couldn't even repeal Obama's previous executive orders.
So we need to have our Republican AGs.
Sue the federal government over such an egregious overstep of federal power.
Men can never become women, and women can never become men.
Title IX was designed to protect women's opportunities in sports and education, and that's what the spirit of the law is, and that's what it needs to reflect.
And Biden's executive order is a disaster.
So Ken Paxton and Sean Reyes, all these other great AGs, they can fight against it and sue them now and get a stay on this.
It's the reason we have Paxton on today, the front line.
One thing I said, this is signal not noise.
I told you this yesterday.
They're going to have all these boring people up there as the cabinet secretaries.
The radicals are the second and third tier.
The undersecretaries, the deputy secretary, we're going to be getting all that.
That's where they're at.
Joe Biden looks like your hapless uncle doesn't really know where he is.
That's the front they're going to put him.
This is a radical, radical, radical administration.
Radical. | ||
Look what they first come out with.
Trying to destroy young women.
Trying to destroy young girls.
And I hope the young women of the world, I hope the TikTok crowd understands what they're trying to do.
They're trying to take away your opportunities.
They're trying to break your spirit for their radical, radical, radical agenda.
Terry, what are your coordinates?
How do people keep up with you during the day and get to American... Everybody's got to go to the American Principle Project too.
These guys are fighters.
Just go to AmericanPrinciplesProject.org.
That's our website. | ||
Sign up to volunteer. | ||
And I'm on Twitter as Schilling1776.
And we'd love to hear from more of your crew.
They really are the most powerful audience in America.
It's no doubt in the world.
Thank you, Terry. | ||
Thank you so much. | ||
Thanks for the chat. | ||
This audience, you're the game changer.
We're just a couple of schmendricks here to just tee this stuff up.
One thing, by the way, an audience member already, and also in the engine room of the War Room, also reminded me, everybody's home for COVID.
The thing should have been 80 million people.
There's nobody that's injured.
Remember, on Trump's day, it was a work day.
On Obama's day, it's a work day.
It's a holiday here in D.C., but the rest of the nation was working on Obama's inauguration.
They were working on Trump's inauguration.
Here, everybody's at home.
You know why there's no audience?
There were no votes. | ||
Not by legal votes, by people called United States citizens.
Yes, sir. | ||
Everyone's at home with their TVs on, which means that they were actively actually turning away.
Boom. | ||
From the Biden and Ornstein.
unidentified
|
48%. | |
He's got no political capital.
Game on. | ||
OK, we're going to go to the front line with Ken Paxson from Texas next.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back. | ||
I want to, from the last segment, I talked to my daughter going to West Point, basically on a volleyball scholarship.
Beach Life Patriot in the live chat tells us, my daughter, now a captain in the Space Force, graduated from Stanford because of her soccer scholarship.
Count me in the protest.
Every parent out there, we want you all to go to SaveWomenSports.us.
We want you to go to American Principals Project.
We got to get up on top of this one.
The 10,000 hours to perfect something that these young women spend when they're 10 and 11 and 12.
If you want to get a full ride in Division 1 sports, you're on it playing club, you're playing everything at 10.
Your parents are taking all their time in their weekends.
As a family event to do this.
It's central to the modern American family.
And it cannot be taken away.
Okay? | ||
I also want to go to... I got Ken Paxson now, the Attorney General of the state of Texas.
And I had his tweet up the other day.
Let's put it... Ken, thank you very much for joining us on War Room Pandemic.
We just got fired up with American Principles Project, talking about this EO.
But I want to go back, and I can't quote him because I can't actually pull it up.
I'm not that sophisticated.
And Rahim, do you have his opening day message?
Your opening day message!
To Joe Biden was to say, hey, congratulations, but I'm here to tell you, as the Attorney General for the state of Texas, as the Attorney General for the state of Texas, I want to read it.
I wish our country the best.
I promise my fellow Texans and Americans that I will fight against the many unconstitutional and illegal actions that the new administration will take, challenge federal overreach that infringes on Texans' rights, and serve as a major check Against the administration's lawlessness.
Texas first, law and order always.
Attorney General Paxton, is that a little bit too much in a guy coming in to the first day of his administration in his grill?
You've been known as a leader of this movement, an American patriot.
What got Ken Paxton to write that as the opening salvo to the Biden administration?
unidentified
|
I think it was eight years of Obama and Biden.
So there was a history there, knowing sort of what his agenda might be.
And then, of course, they were out discussing what they were going to do in the first, you know, day, in the first hundred days.
And none of it sounded particularly exciting to us.
And some of it sounded like a violation of federal law.
And some went even further than that, seemed like it was violating the Constitution.
Clearly, we have to see what they do.
We're already reacting to the immigration issues.
But, you know, it looks like we're going to be busy.
Texas is an interesting situation, the Rio Grande Valley, and we built the part of the wall down in El Paso, actually on the New Mexico side, going straight up the hill, the mountain.
We also built another part of the wall, the private wall, down in the Rio Grande Valley, actually on the river.
One thing that stunned me in this election was how well President Trump did in those heavily Hispanic counties.
You know, in the Rio Grande Valley.
I think Star County is the most Hispanic county in the country, 96%.
President Trump's numbers were unbelievable.
And the reason is, we followed up, is that people want border security and they don't want open borders and immigration.
They can't, they don't want all this competition from illegal alien labor.
What have you seen in the Biden administration the first day, which basically looks to blow up everything President Trump did?
What do you say that's illegal or against, because you were very precise, your illegal laws.
So what goes against federal law that you've seen so far and what is against the Constitution of what you've seen out of Biden already?
unidentified
|
Like we sent a letter to Homeland Security yesterday.
We had a memorandum of understanding with Homeland Security, basically, that they wouldn't change any policies during the first six months of this year without Working with us.
In addition, when you take federal law, I mean, clearly Congress has put an immigration sort of legislation together and those statutes have been around a long time and they govern how immigration is supposed to work.
When the Biden administration steps in the first day and says, don't enforce those laws, that's a violation of federal law and a violation of his constitutional duties.
So besides immigration, what else have you seen already in the cut of their jib that you anticipate that the great state of Texas and you as its Attorney General are going to be fighting them?
unidentified
|
Well, much like the Obama administration, I think we had 12 lawsuits against the EPA during my two years of dealing with Obama.
I see that coming, especially when you hear them talking about shutting down the Keystone Pipeline.
Those jobs are very important to not just Texas, but the entire country, but it's not just the jobs.
It's the energy independence that that has created so that we're not relying on countries, any other countries, and we're particularly not relying on countries that are hostile to us.
So I think that's a very important thing to focus on.
And clearly that's an important issue to the citizens of Texas.
It wasn't just energy independence.
Trump's plan was full-spectrum energy dominance, where America was going to become an exporter of all this great energy, right, and create tremendous jobs.
This is what they're trying to unwind, is not to take us away from full-spectrum energy dominance, get rid of even energy independence, and make us once again captive To some of the worst folks in the world to have to be a dependent.
So you're going to fight them on border security and immigration.
You're going to fight them on energy.
We just had Terry Schilling on here in this outrageous what they want to do on women's sports to go against Title IX and basically let young boys compete against young girls in women's sports and girls' sports.
What say you on that, Attorney General Paxton?
unidentified
|
As a father of three daughters, it's discouraging to me because these laws were put into place to protect women, give them opportunities, not create an environment where boys could come and step into female sports.
In my opinion, it's just the opposite of what was intended by Congress when they pushed that legislation through.
So it's sad. | ||
So how will you compete?
He's done an executive order.
How do the AGs, because you're the front line, this is going to come up over and over and over again because he has no political capital.
Rasmussen's tracking poll shows he has 48% approval as of today.
Rasmussen was the guy that had Trump at 56 and Obama at 67.
They're still the best tracking poll, I think, one I look at all the time.
And so how are you guys going to, when you say this, how are you going to be on the front line?
What is your plan to confront this?
unidentified
|
So it's just what we did in the second day of the Biden administration.
We sent that letter to Homeland Security.
It's very likely we're going to file a lawsuit, if not today, very soon.
And I think as we see more and more come down, as we have time to look at it, I think you're going to see more and more Republican agencies, and for sure us, suing them in court. So hopefully some of the legacy of the Trump administration will be the great judges that care about the Constitution, that care that we follow federal law, that we care about following the statutes and laws that our elected officials have put in place. And we can go back and say, hey, this administration is ignoring their constitutional duty and they're
overstepping their federal authority and their constitutional authority.
Do you get, for instance, our audience wants to know, can you stop, if they don't want us to deport dangerous, criminal, illegal aliens and they have this, or they want to No, I think that's exactly what we'll be doing.
or they want to have the boys compete.
Do you have the ability to go into court and get TROs and stop it until it gets worked through the judicial system or does their side get to implement it, you just got to suck on it until you actually go to trial?
How do we actually stop this?
Is it TROs or what's the mechanics?
unidentified
|
No, I think that's exactly what we'll be doing.
We'll be asking for some type of restraining order, some type of injunction, probably a national injunction to stop them from going forward what we would perceive to be illegal.
Because there's no reason, if this takes years, which it often does, that we would want them to be able to pursue policies that are unconstitutional.
So our stated first goal would be to stop it immediately.
And if we couldn't stop it immediately, pursue stopping it at least at some point.
Ken, last thing, for our audience, we always try to not just talk about signal versus the noise, but also to look over this hill and to kind of tell people, hey, this is where this is heading.
This is what you've got to be thinking about now, because this is directionally what's going to end up.
As you step back, because one of the things I think people admire about you is you're a strategist.
Uh, downrange for what Biden is, is what they've talked about doing.
Where do you see two or three of the big battles are going to be?
unidentified
|
You know, I think a lot of it's going to be on climate, the climate change, the environment.
If they can get control of that, they can shut down the oil and gas industry.
They can control the economy.
So I think that's, that's going to be a huge one.
I think immigration is a huge one because that lets them, I think, obtain more votes, uh, illegally.
Um, and I, I think that this whole election issue is a huge issue for all of us going forward, because if we can't go back into these states and figure out a way to shore up the integrity of the elections, we'll never know.
We'll never have credible elections.
We'll never know who really won.
We'll never be able to verify that anybody won.
If you can basically mail in ballots, no signature verification, and throw everything away, we can't ever go back and find out what actually happened.
Do you think in this Senate trial, they're talking about now, Lindsey Graham's talking about having some very short trial that would just focus on the day of January 6th and the issues that came up in the rally speeches, etc.
Would you, if you were sitting down with the President, would you actually argue to him, given your amazing lawsuit that kind of got thrown out for standing, I guess?
Would you actually argue for the President saying, hey, you got a shot here to show him the receipts, take your shot, take 20 days, and go through state by state?
What would you recommend to the President?
unidentified
|
No, I think that would be great.
We saw this happen with Oliver North.
He was put in front of the Senate committee and he was able to show America what actually was going on with the whole Contra situation and became a hero because people realized what he had done.
So I think the President would have a great opportunity to showcase what was going on with election fraud.
I think as time has gone on, he's been able to accumulate more and more information that will demonstrate How much we don't know, and then also how much we do know about election fraud.
Okay. | ||
Ken, you're obviously one of the leaders in this country.
You're a tremendous patriot.
Can you give people your coordinates on social media, how they cover, how they follow what the Texas AG is doing, and also yourself, what's your coordinates?
unidentified
|
You know, so good. | |
Texasattorneygeneral.gov is our website.
And I'm, this is so bad, I don't actually have my coordinates sitting in front of me.
I apologize. | ||
You know, that's the second time we've done this.
No, that's okay, Ken. | ||
unidentified
|
We'll put it up. | |
I know you're too busy. | ||
I'll put it up next time.
You're old school. | ||
An OG. | ||
P-X-A-G. | ||
Ken, everybody's going to be watching.
What you did during the election process to put that lawsuit together was nothing short of magnificent.
It should have been heard by the Supreme Court.
You have so many followers and so many admirers in this country.
Our entire audience, I want you to make sure you're following the Texas AG and we're going to get Ken's personal coordinates up there too.
Thank you very much for joining us on War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
|
Thanks, Steve. | |
Have a great day. | ||
This is what a fourth turning is about.
There's guys like Ken Paxson, you've never heard before, becomes a leader, becomes at the forefront.
He's got nothing but fight in him.
That's that good old Texas, tough as boot leather, right?
And no backup. | ||
On the very first, this is what I love, on the very first day, boom, sent in a salvo.
I know you're going to be coming with the illegal stuff.
I know you're going to be coming with unconstitutional stuff.
And in Texas, we're not going to take that.
I represent the state of Texas and I represent Texans.
And you're going to have to fight us in the courts.
And that's why Texas should be very proud they've got a guy like Ken Paxton right there at the forefront of it.
Raheem? | ||
unidentified
|
That's Ken Paxton TX on social media.
Is he in Gab or Parler? | ||
We've got to make sure that... Unclear.
When I get Gab to load, I'll let you know.
We've got to get his comms people on here.
Fantastic. | ||
Okay, short commercial break.
We've got Michael and Del next.
During the interview yesterday when Mike talked about his conversion experience, and you know, first he dedicated his life to God, then he had a personal relationship eight years later with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Daily Mail went up with an article right away, hey, Mike Lindell's having a big affair with a famous Hollywood progressive.
Mike Lindell is going to respond in just a second.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, yesterday was motivation day.
Today is fight day. | ||
Okay? | ||
Today is fight day. | ||
You had Terry Schilling on here, how we're going to fight back on the stealing of girls' sports by letting young boys compete in it.
Unacceptable. | ||
Not going to accept it. | ||
We had Ken Paxson, the great Attorney General of the state of Texas.
He's going to be all over these guys on immigration, on energy, on climate change, and particularly this situation with girls' sports.
He's already fighting on day one.
Everybody out there, what did American... Terry Schilling said, the most powerful audience in all media is this audience.
Because he's overwhelmed every day he comes on.
Michael Walsh's publisher was blown away last night.
We had Michael on again about the book Last Stands.
Blown away about the number of sales you had on Amazon.
It's not us, it's you. | ||
All the power rests with you.
unidentified
|
100%. | |
You're a force multiplier.
And here's how powerful you are.
Yesterday we had, took an entire hour, which is, I don't think we've ever done in War Room Pandemic for one person.
I think maybe Myles Guo a couple times in the spring on the, because he knew so much.
Just on the weekend. | ||
On the weekend show, never doing it a day.
But the story was so amazing, Mike Lindell, The CEO of MyPillow has now become a national and international figure because of his fight, not just for what President Trump stands for, and the Trump movement stands for, and what the deplorables stand for, and America First, and MAGA, all of it, but also for his fight, paying out of his own pocket, for this election fraud, which Ken Paxson, the Attorney General of Texas, just said the President of the United States has got to fight this in this trial in the Senate!
We're going to have Rudy on the next hour and talk about that.
This is a unique opportunity and Ken Paxson had a lot of political capital in this.
So we know Biden is at 48% and he has no political capital.
There was no TV audience yesterday.
That correlated to how many votes that he got.
In particular, everybody's home with COVID.
Everybody's home with COVID.
Nobody's at work like their work during Trump's inauguration and like Obama's inauguration.
They're all at home. | ||
And guess what? | ||
As Raheem Kassam says, they're making a conscious decision to cut it off.
So no Daily Mail, your story's wrong.
He did not beat him. | ||
You got to look on a percentage basis.
This is another part of your PSYOP scam.
And here's what's so brutal.
I wanted to have Michael Lindell on because I wanted to take time and hear people hear his story, and it was so moving and so powerful.
The drug addiction, the being under arrest, hanging out with addicts, and dedicating his life to God and then to Christ, how he turned it around and built an empire, and that empire they're trying to destroy.
At the end of the interview they put up a story that he's, I don't know, having an affair because they're not married, but he's got Jane Krakowski, a prominent Left-wing actress in the West Village in New York.
Very prominent, great actress, but obviously a progressive.
I shouldn't say obviously a progressive.
She is a progressive. | ||
And that's her right. | ||
Hey, we're a free country.
She can have her politics.
I have no problem with that.
But she's very well known.
Hell, Mike Lindell, who just said on War Room Pandemic, I have a recovery center.
I dedicate my life to this.
It's really not politics.
It's because this example, I turned my life over to God and Christ.
And that saved me and now I'm trying to do that.
On the Recovery Center he talked about he prayed and got rid of the desire for crack cocaine and alcohol and all of it.
Boom! | ||
Right in your grill at the end of that interview they come up with Jane Krakowski and Mike Lindell and he's sending her liquor and champagne and he's wooing her and her friends don't understand it.
And actually, Ms. | ||
Krakowski, in the article, buried the buried lead at the end of the article.
I think the next last paragraph, when contacted, Jane Krakowski goes, I don't know Mike Lindell, and I'm certainly not dating him, or words to that effect.
I want to bring in Mike Lindell now.
Mike, an absolute Bald face lie.
Why did they do it? | ||
And what are you going to do about it?
You're a fighter. | ||
You're just going to take this so people think you're a hypocrite?
And actually, you know, you're ruining some girl, some actress, because you're starstruck.
Mike Lindell's starstruck.
So he's got to date some Hollywood actress and send her champagne and liquors, I think they said.
Yeah. | ||
Yeah. | ||
And that's the part that's really damaging, because I'm I'm all about my Lindale Recovery Network is about helping millions of people off of addiction and then to put something like this out there is so damaging and so you know because of what it didn't say that I'm drinking it but it doesn't matter you're you're pushing liquor and and champagne and And this false thing.
I've never even been in the Hamptons or West Village, wherever she's talking about.
So this is so bombastic and made up and just a lie.
And I'm going, I'm taking them to court.
I'm going, I'm putting a lawsuit out with them today.
I'm going after them. | ||
Um, this is, this is defamation.
This is, uh, this is horrible.
I mean, I, you know, all these other things when they're attacking my, um, you know, my box stores and stuff, this is different.
This is attacking who I am.
You know, this is attacking my reputation.
This is attacking my integrity.
Now, you know, first they attack my company.
They try and bring down my sales and attack all the box stores, and they all succumb to culture.
Most of them come to, you know, cancel culture.
But this is different. | ||
You go after my integrity and my word, and you better look out.
Okay, we have up on the screen right now, we have the headline from the Daily Mail story yesterday.
For the radio audience, the podcast audience, just go to our livestream, go to the site, we're going to have the whole story up there.
One of the most powerful parts of Lindell's talk yesterday was this thing of his road to Damascus.
What they're trying to do here, remember, they don't want Trump and they don't want Lyndell, they don't want successful people who know how the world works and have created wealth and created jobs and have good hearts.
They have to destroy them.
They have to destroy them because they want you to live in servitude.
The reason you're nothing more than Russian serfs is because they want to take out your leaders, and they're going to attack Trump, and they're going to attack Lindell.
And the attack on Lindell is going to come from multiple areas, right?
This was a tell. | ||
And here's the amazing thing.
Jane Krakowski, who seems like a pretty good person, right?
She's a lefty, but that's her choice.
She's an American. | ||
unidentified
|
She told him point blank, I don't know the guy.
I've never seen the guy.
They still put the story up.
Why? | ||
Because they want to have it embedded and it'll be repeated and it'll be memed and it'll be sent all over.
That Mike Lindell's a hypocrite.
That Mike Lindell is pushing on a woman to woo her Alcohol.
And if he's doing that, it might be drugs.
Mike, can you just stay over?
We're gonna take a short commercial break.
I just gotta drill down on this one more time, because everything points to you right now.
They think they got Trump off the stage.
They're coming after Lindell.
Can you just bear with us?
We're gonna take a short commercial break.
unidentified
|
Sure. | |
Sell some MyPillows, I think, at the Real American Voice.
And hopefully sell some books.
You gotta go buy Mike's book.
We're gonna take a short commercial break.
We'll return with Mike Lindell, CEO of MyPillow, in a second. |
