What people want is they want all the votes to be counted.
Stephen K. Bannon.
What people want is they want all the votes to be counted.
steve bannon
Nobody on the left is claiming that Joe Biden is going to win vinegar on game day.
unidentified
Right, because the left understands that Democrats take the pandemic more seriously and will prefer to vote from home.
steve bannon
The vote that counts is when you go into a booth and close it.
Why?
Because it has no ability to be handled by anybody else.
unidentified
Steve, we have a system in this country, including the system by which your candidate won in 2016.
John, I agree with you.
steve bannon
Every vote gets certified.
should count. But they're going to try to overturn this election with uncertified votes.
It's going to be crazy lawsuits on naked ballots on every different aspect of it.
Those counting rooms are going to be knife fights. With this scale of votes, we'll go into January, and that's when the firestorm starts.
unidentified
That you think will end up being, it's still January, we don't have a president.
Yes.
And the fight then moves to Washington.
steve bannon
Yes.
unidentified
How do you think it ends up?
steve bannon
Right before noon on the 20th, in a vote in the House, Trump will win the presidency.
We actually have a president, Donald J. Trump, and he's going to remain president.
As we go forward, that was back from late September on the circus with John Hellman, where I walk through exactly what's going to happen, and this is what's going to happen in the next 24 hours.
We're live from the nation's capital, you're in the War Room, Jack Maxey, Stephen K. Banner will be joined a little later by Fog City Mitch, who's coming up from the It's Tuesday, the 5th of January, the year of our Lord, 2021.
We are on the eve of one of the most important days in American history.
Mitch McConnell, the majority leader of the Senate, says, or at least the majority leader of the Senate until maybe later tonight, What Mitch McConnell says is the most important vote that these Senators will ever take.
These are Senators who sat as a jury on only the third impeachment trial in the Republic's history back in, what, January or February of last year.
Okay, about a year ago.
John Fredericks, Radio Network, Real America's Voice, G-News, G-TV, and Mandarin.
We're on every platform.
We're ubiquitous.
Also, 27 million downloads in the podcast, making us one of the biggest podcasts in the world, with the number two.
We swapped between number one and number two with Pod Save America, the Obama guys.
Every couple of days very honored that you're on the podcast and listening to us watching us really think real America's voice to our special tonight We're gonna start we got so much to do and listen here remember keep keep You got to keep this in mind keep the whole thing in your mind Why do we keep going back to the states?
Why do we particularly go back to the state legislatures, Mr. Jack Maxey?
You know, because the Constitution says that's where this all emanates from, right?
The state legislatures.
We're going to be back in Pennsylvania later in the show.
We're going to start in Georgia.
We're going to later talk about Arizona.
And also, you know, so keep in mind, Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania.
There's a lot of rumors going around that the only ones that are going to be challenged.
That is not correct.
But, the center of gravity of this, I think, will be Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona.
Although, as you know, our number one draft pick is good ol' Wisconsin.
We call them red-handed.
So, I want to go to, start with Georgia.
Very important Senate races going down there right now.
Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue.
We go to our broadcast partner, John Fredericks of the John Fredericks Radio Network.
He has been, this gentleman has been down there now for about two months in Georgia, moved his whole corporation, corporate headquarters, everything down there in the field.
He's going to do a special tonight on the John Fredericks Radio Network in Real America's Voice.
He's broadcasting election results from Atlanta, Georgia.
John Fredericks, tell us, can you give us an update on what's happening?
john fredericks
It's 5.15pm on January 5th.
Mitch McConnell and the Republicans are holding on to power in the Senate, Steve, by a mere thread.
This is turning out to be a very tenuous situation.
Right now, the Republicans are not getting the turnout they had hoped for in some of the bigger areas.
They're getting it in north and south Georgia, in some of the smaller counties and rural areas.
They're way ahead of the schematics, but in some of the bigger areas, Right now, voter turnout is not where they thought it would be.
Let me give you some good news.
It's a beautiful day.
There's still time to vote.
People are still turning out.
We're getting conflicting reports depending on the precinct you're in.
Some are up, some are down.
Overall, basically, right now, 515 Republicans are hanging here by a mere thread.
Now, here's a couple of major differences.
When all of the absentee ballots have now come in, that we know of, that have come in today by 5pm, when you take all those plus the early voting, the total early ballots, mail and early voting, is down by 23%.
That helps the Republicans from November 3rd.
All this is comparison to November 3rd.
Here's the other good news in trying to follow this.
Unlike November 3rd where the mail-in ballots were counted at the end at, you know, midnight at 2 a.m.
That's not going to happen right now.
Early absentee ballots that have been processed are counted at 7 p.m.
So the first results we're going to get in are those mail-in ballots that came in and were processed.
What you have to look for right now is DeKalb County turning out to be a disaster for the Republicans.
They had a massive turnout with mail-in ballots and early voting.
They're getting a bigger turnout on game day in DeKalb County.
That is going 90%, 85% Dem.
There's just no Republicans there.
You look at November 3rd, it was a disaster.
The Democrats are turning their votes out there today on game day.
They've taken no chances.
They're not resting on their laurels.
So it's all going to come down to Cobb County Republicans, Gwinnett, in North Fulton, Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, towns like that, all of Gwinnett.
We need a massive turnout tonight in South Georgia.
The rally last night helping juice North Georgia turnout is big, bigger than expected, but there's no numbers.
Kind of like when you go to Virginia, you get a massive turnout in southwest Virginia, but there's just no people there, so it doesn't really impact anything.
Right now, Steve, hanging by a thread.
steve bannon
When you say, let's talk about turnout, you said earlier in the day that you were anticipating people on the back of the envelope were saying 85% of what the 1.1 million was, the 1 million, so you thought it was 850,000.
Is there any update from that?
I realize a lot of this is kind of, you're trying to eyeball this, but from your sense of your context and ground.
john fredericks
You run the numbers right now, and I think we got an update at three o'clock.
Right now we're projecting about 925,000 total turnout today, if projections hold.
If you projected ahead, projectability ahead, about 950,000.
That makes this thing really close.
We need a million, million, one to feel comfortable.
8 o'clock, pop open a beer, sit back, okay?
Things are going to be alright.
You're going to have to put that beer away.
You're going to take out a little bit harder liquor about 9 p.m.
tonight as you're chewing your fingernails down to the bone.
steve bannon
What's the sense of, if they had come in earlier and been harder for Trump, is it Trump-based that's not coming out?
Are they not getting these suburban, college-educated women they were so fearful that came out?
And by the way, David Perdue, in an act of political profiling courage, tweeted out, I think at 9 o'clock today, a couple hours after the polls opened, When they realized they weren't getting the turnout, he tweeted out that he was going to be part of the part of the throwdown here in Washington, D.C., of defending the Constitution, the Republic, and to make sure we get a free and fair vote.
Is it the Trump base, do you think?
Because right now you're at about 90, 92 percent of what you needed to, what the million was, and you need to be at least 100 and maybe even higher.
Where do you think, where do you think, is it the Trump base or is it independent women in Atlanta?
john fredericks
Trump base?
Trump base, period.
Look, we told him this, I don't know, six weeks ago in a, I said this earlier today but I got to say it again, in an absolute move that's worthy of a new Profiles of Courage Award, David Perdue tweets out.
At 1030 a.m.
that he's going to that if he was there he would vote with the president.
David, it's too little too late and it's really insulting because we knew you looked at the early voting poll numbers and then you made your own decision and so it actually backfired.
Look, the game is over with these people.
The gig is up, Steve.
They can't mealy mouth it anymore.
Trump has changed all that.
Deplorables want answers.
They want strength.
They want action.
They want you to do something.
They want you to tell them what you're going to do.
Not mealy-mouthed, and not milk-toasted, and not talk in circles about, yes, I'm going to review it.
All my options are open.
All hands on deck.
All that kind of nonsense.
Trump has changed all that, and his base demands more.
And if you don't give it to them, they're not coming out for you.
If Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue one month ago did exactly what we said on War Room and the John Furter Show being here, 25 cities in 37 days.
We were on every day reporting it.
Everybody was saying the same thing.
They just didn't get motivated.
And so now we're banking on this big game day operation.
We're way behind.
We're playing catch-up.
Right now, if this was a playoff football game, We're down by six.
We have a third and ten on their 15.
We got to get it first down and we got to get the end zone.
We got about three minutes, two minutes to go without any timeouts.
That's basically, that's basically what this is here.
We need it.
We got two more hours.
We need a big turnout tonight.
We need people to get out.
Call your friends, get them out because this is going to be very, very close.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to turn to the state legislatures.
Remember, the state legislatures are still the key here.
Even what happens tomorrow, remember, focus on the state legislatures.
Where does the state legislature in Georgia stand right now, particularly if this entire thing is reverted back to them?
Where do you think they stand now on certifying, decertifying?
If you had full hearings, full investigation of everything that's going on in Georgia right now, everything that went on for the November 3rd, where do you think the state legislature comes out?
john fredericks
Well, after what happened today in Fulton County with the hearing, which now is on January 6th, that's tomorrow, at 4 p.m., a Henry County judge, which the Democrats hoped, or I'm sorry, did I say Democrats?
No.
The never-trope Republicans hoped would squash the effort to inspect Fulton County ballots.
They have given the ballot counting effort Which is VoteGeorgia.org.
They gave a hearing tomorrow at 4 o'clock.
If the judge grants that...
That means the Fulton County ballots for November 3rd get inspected by hand, all 150,000 of them.
If that happens, they're going to find, Steve, 10, 20, 30,000 ballots that are not real, that somebody manufactured.
Every single affidavit says that.
It's a matter of how many.
If that happens and the state legislature convenes and Mike Pence kicks this back based on all the evidence he has, Georgia's 16 electoral votes are going to go to Donald J. Trump.
steve bannon
How big a controversy, if this gets kicked back and the legislature's got to open hearings and actually look at the evidence, how big a controversy do you believe that this will be in the state of Georgia?
john fredericks
I don't think it's going to be a controversy at all, because on January 6th, you're going to get 24 hours of evidence.
On January 6th at 4 p.m., if the judge in Henry County agrees to a hand count, a hand inspection of the Fulton County ballots, and you find thousands of ballots that Are not real.
They were printed on another machine.
They were never filled in by hand.
They were never folded.
They're not real.
Somebody manufactured them and took them in there.
They find that.
It's going to be an easy vote for the General Assembly.
But let me tell you something else.
Everything's at stake here.
If Pence doesn't kick these states back to the General Assemblies tomorrow, Mike Pence's political future is done.
I don't care what you say.
He's done.
If any of these state senators or representatives in Georgia then get it back and do nothing with it and say, well, we're just going to look the other way.
I guess now Stacey Abrams' vote fraud's okay because some consultant in Washington told us we have a better chance of winning.
They're done.
The disruption, the political and media disruption that is going to come out of this, Steve, is going to make your head spin.
Twelve months from today, everything is going to be different.
And if Mike Pence doesn't do this and kick these back on January 6th, tomorrow, his political future, zero.
steve bannon
John Fredericks, the John Fredericks Radio Network, hopefully track you down later.
You've got live coverage on the John Fredericks Radio Network, also Real America's Voice, all evening.
They're going to be in Georgia focusing on what's going on down there, one of the most important Senate races in history, two of them at the same time.
John, thank you very much.
We'll be coming back to you hopefully later in the show.
Short commercial break.
Jack Maxey, Stephen K. Bannon, we'll return in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we took care of that dinging from the last segment, and the reason is John Frederick's no longer on.
We've eventually got to teach John how to use that computer.
We've also got Fog City Midges now rejoining us from the rallies.
But I want to go, do we have Ben Berquam, the infamous Ben Berquam?
Let's go to Ben live.
Ben is down at Freedom Plaza.
Maggie Vandenberg just returned.
So Ben, can you hear us?
Tell us, what's the crop been like today?
I know it's been very cold.
You've had kind of a steady rain throughout the day.
Very chilly down there.
Tell us about the speakers.
What has happened?
Are people excited?
Are they pumped up?
up. Where are their heads right now?
unidentified
Oh crap.
What the?
and before we get to that, I've got a couple interviews.
I want to introduce you guys before we get recording.
You guys can say it, you guys can say it.
I'm going to take a nap over here.
Jordan and Randy are coming from Orlando, met my family in Phoenix and Oklahoma.
Tell me, tell him what you're going to do.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to turn on the air conditioner, but I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
steve bannon
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
I'm going to go to the bathroom and turn off the air conditioner.
Not hearing them.
Oh gosh, we're hearing them.
It was fire too!
It was the best advertisement we've ever had.
We're going to get that tape.
Maggie, you were down there, so just repeat what the guy was saying.
unidentified
So this guy who was just speaking, and my heart breaks because it was such a beautiful testimony about I mean a lot of what I think all of us have been feeling is just searching for truth in the days following the election and he was really testifying about how much he appreciates this show in particular and it just really hit home because this happens to me all the time now when I go out to these events people come up to me and they say please Thanks, Steve Bannon, for what you guys are doing at the War Room.
Thank you for leading this movement.
Thank you for telling the truth to the American people about what's really happening with the CCP, with the virus, with the election fraud.
It means so much to people.
And to hear what that man had to say, it just struck me, right?
And I have to say, I'm on a little bit of a high right now.
I just had an incredible experience.
I was asked earlier, just yesterday, if I would be available to speak.
I went down there, didn't even know if I was going to be able to get up there.
They introduced me, I ran on stage, it's pouring down rain, and I look out, and it's really hard to get a sense of how large the crowd is, but when you get up on stage you realize that Freedom Plaza is packed, it is pouring down rain, it is freezing, I couldn't feel my hands, and the people who are out there were on my every word.
And I looked out, and I mean, I got teary-eyed because you just see the fact that these are the real hardcore patriots.
These are people that are going to save our country.
These are the people that I want on my team, and I will take 5,000 of those people out there in the rain, over 500,000, you know, leftists in pink hats at a Women's March any day of the week, And I so I'm up there on stage.
I gave a very brief, but you know, like pumped up speech and I was speaking about the war room and I said, you know, my name is Maggie Vandenberg, Fog City Midge.
Some of you might have seen me in a war room and the crowd erupted.
And I mean, I had chills.
I just was I was overwhelmed.
I almost lost my train of thought, but it was it's powerful.
It's incredible.
And if that is just a small taste of what we might see tomorrow, I think we're going to be in for a wonderful surprise.
steve bannon
Let me say something about this show.
This is not about me.
It's not about Jack Maxey or any of us.
We have a tremendous production team.
And we realize we have some technical glitches, and that's because we're trying to do so much.
Denver's under a lot of pressure, particularly with the COVID that's out there.
Trying to do a great job.
Everybody, John Fredericks.
We've had a few technical glitz today.
We're trying to go live to Liberty Plaza, which is always tough, even for the biggest networks.
But here's the key.
And that's why we want to start with that clip from the beginning.
That was from September.
That's from September.
Okay?
And so how do we know in September where we're going to be today?
Because we do a lot of work and a lot of announcements.
We have a lot of smart people.
The show is much bigger than the ones you see that we're fortunate enough to kind of be in the front.
And we're grinding all the time.
It's seven days a week to get the information.
Remember, Bill McGinley and Rahim, I think it was back in July.
went to the the transition integrity project which is the less version this and we could deconstruct that get top people around here and kinda understand what was going on and that's we knew we were going to come this place it's one of the reasons over the last couple days were as Jack knows from the military, we're converging on a point of attack right It's coming to a head tomorrow, but you've got to keep a lot of things in place, and you've got to bring those state legislatures.
We're going to go up to Pennsylvania and talk to Lorsday.
They're meeting for the first time.
John Fredericks has told you about the state legislatures in Georgia.
Things may revert back to those guys.
We may have more testimony.
We actually may have hearings.
So all of this is in play, and all we try to do every day Is Laird by Laird doing it?
And I really appreciate the young man there saying how his family was so depressed and so down after the third and the wind was taking the sails and they didn't believe in anything.
And they started watching The War Room.
But here's the key.
The key is this audience.
You guys have responded every time.
Activism.
And remember, we're here.
And you have these Congressmen now, they're talking about 80 to 160, and you know, Tim Scott just came out in the Senate.
It's because they understand that you guys are woke.
That you guys are paying attention.
You now, as soon as you can explain to the American people, and just put the information out.
Right?
And we try to focus on show, don't tell.
Now I do go on rants every now and again, but like I say, you come for the rants, you stay for the reason.
Right?
So we try to lay this all out.
That's why it's so important today.
It's one of the reasons we wanted to go down to the Plaza to Ben Burquam, who's been all over the country, and Maggie.
I know we can't, but I'm saying that's why we started to go down to the Plaza to see that.
And remember, is this crowd as big as the one after November?
No, it's not.
Is it as big as the second one?
No, it's not.
And I think in interpretation and establishment, oh, it's starting to drift away.
The tide's starting to pull out.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The intensity level and the focus of people today It is far more intense than November 3rd and 4th, and here's the reason.
People were kind of crushed.
They couldn't say, well, holy, Trump was bleeding when I go to bed, and now I wake up and I don't understand anything.
As soon as you're able to create the structure or the context, and then to allow people to see the information, let them come to their own conclusions.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
Let them come to their own conclusions.
You know, they're going to be able to have their own mental map.
And with their own mental map, they can then start making decisions, and see what information they need, and then become disciples, or force multipliers, I think Seb Gorka calls it, to get that word out.
We've had so many people in this, not just around the world, because the show is a global show, not just because of our following of the Lao-Beijing and the Chinese freedom movement, the whistleblower movement.
But the fact that people out there, these populist nationalists, realizing come in tons of Democrats, particularly tons of people that were Bernie people and said, Hey, did Bernie really fight?
Did Bernie really stick in here?
Maybe I don't like all the Trump stuff, and I don't like a lot of the Trump people, particularly some of the elements that are that are on the margins with these guys.
But But, here's what I like.
I like the fact that they fight.
I like the fact they stand up for working class people.
I like the fact they stand up for middle class people.
So, that's what this is all about.
We're on the eve of one of the most important events in American history.
Tomorrow, on Capitol Hill.
It's going to start at 7 o'clock in the morning.
If you're here at the Ellipse, you get in there.
At 9 o'clock it starts.
I don't even know what the speakers are.
I think they're changing that around as we go.
But we do know that Donald J. Trump, at least as of right now, at 11 o'clock, is going to take that magnificent stage That looks back over the South Portico at the White House and deliver, I think, the opening of his defense of why this, of why, or actually I think he'll be on offense about why this thing was stolen.
And Jack, we're on the cusp of this.
We've brought it, we haven't brought it, but we've helped provide the information, I think, that people are jacked up and that's what we keep saying.
Don't forget about the states.
They're about, you may have forgotten them on the certification, but trust me, that's all going to be back in play As we start tomorrow.
Jack Maxey.
jack maxey
Well listen the other thing is you people have made anything that has occurred to this point is because of you and I think it's got to give a lot of us comfort to be out in the street and today there is a driving wet rain I'm telling you this is like patrolling weather out there and you got thousands of patriots out in the street and you look around and you realize we're not alone we're not even the minority we are the majority of this country and we are not going to take it this is just this is a fourth turning people
steve bannon
I tell you, and we are the majority.
I think that's the energy, Maggie, you saw down there.
I think that's the spirit you saw down there.
I was able to kind of watch it during the live stream today.
It was powerful.
The speakers were powerful.
There were a lot of speakers.
I tell you what, I have tipped to the crowd, because I don't know if I can stand down there in the cold, in the rain, and with the flags and enthusiasm.
And the last speaker you see, when Ben was down there, the enthusiasm is as much as it was at one o'clock whenever we started.
Okay, short commercial break.
We've got Tom King up in Pennsylvania.
He's going to talk about the legality of what's happening up there in the state legislature.
And Sean Parnell, everything.
We're going to have Boris Epstein from the campaign give us the latest.
And then we've got Peter Navarro, a whole bunch crammed in here.
I want to thank Real America's Voice for giving us some time tonight.
We'll be back in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, remember what the, by the way, we're having some massive technical problems.
We're going to try to get those worked out between Denver and here in Washington, D.C.
Some of that may actually be, I've got to tell you, people's, and I'm not a conspiracy theory guy, but they're no coincidence, people's ability to text and use cell phones all throughout the day-to-day.
And I'm sure that has something to do with what they anticipate the size of these crowds will be, although the crowds are not anywhere near what they're anticipated to be.
I think we've got to be blunt about that.
Very enthusiastic, but relatively small.
But feisty, and punch above their weight.
Maggie, we're going to get some videos up of yours.
Give us, before we get, so much of the things we want to go through, and particularly the structure of what's happening tonight, and what you're hearing all over.
I want to go back, make sure people are very focused on exactly what's going on.
What was the sense of folks down there?
Because there's been a lot of hot talk, and people are going to do that.
Really, down there, what were the Patriots saying?
unidentified
Well, the people who were down there are invested.
They are hardcore.
And I mean, even as I was walking up, some people you could tell were cold.
They went down there just to check it out.
But the real event is tomorrow.
This was a pre-game rally.
And so people wanted to come out who, you know, were already in town, who were like, hey, I'm here in D.C.
Let's check out what's going on down there.
But it was cold and it's pouring down rain.
So I was surprised that there was even anyone when they asked me to get up there and speak.
But I mean, it was packed.
So, you know, I actually have a hat tip and shout out to all the incredible patriots who were down there.
I mean, my heart was breaking.
It was a beautiful sight to behold.
So yeah, this was the March2SaveAmerica.com rally pregame event.
And yeah, it was great.
steve bannon
What's the sense about Pence?
What's the talk about Pence and what Pence has got to do?
unidentified
There's a lot of people who are worried about Pence.
steve bannon
Why?
unidentified
A lot of people are concerned that he's not going to stand up and have the president's back the way that they want to see him stand up and fight.
I think that people just believe that he's not as tough as Trump.
At the end of the day, he's an establishment guy.
steve bannon
Remember, there's two, as Rudy laid out today, there's two arguments they're going to make, two general lines of attack here.
One is that these were illegal elections in these states and were certified illegally, did not go by the way the Constitution laid out, although their state elections did not meet the qualifications at the level of the Constitution, and they're going to fight that, and Professor Eastman, who we've had on the show many, many times, is going to fight that.
In addition, they're going to go back to the six core states, and there may be a couple others thrown in here too, and they're going to object, and right now there's all kind of rumors they're only going to object to three states.
I think you should anticipate they're going to object to probably six, and at least five.
Those five would be Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
I think Nevada may be thrown in there.
And they're going to attack that on massive voter ballot and election fraud, and they're prepared to show the receipts and go through in extraordinary detail.
The reason the state legislatures are still incredibly important, they're not out of the picture yet, and that's why we're spending so much time in places like Pennsylvania.
We're going to have one of the top legal experts as soon as we get the technical aspects worked out.
We're going to have Tom King from Pennsylvania.
He's actually going to walk us through the first day in Pennsylvania was today, and guess what they didn't have?
They did not call in.
They did not have a hearing.
Are you shocked by that, Jack Maxson?
jack maxey
I was shocked.
I was shocked.
And here's the thing, though, people.
What we're seeing, and we've been saying this all along, is we're starting to see, we're separating the wheat from the chaff.
We are seeing who are patriotic, who take their oaths to God and the Constitution seriously, who can be trusted.
I mean, I was speaking to, actually Maggie and I were talking after the show earlier, and I said, you look at some of these people and you have to wonder even if their spouses are looking at them going, hmm, So your oath's no good.
What else are you untrustworthy in?
This is what it comes down to, people.
This is life at a fundamental level.
This is the moment in time.
We talked earlier, the rabbi talked about this being Mike Pence's moment that God has called him for.
If you were a Hindu, this would be your dharma.
Mike, you've got to step up and be a leader here.
The whole country is watching, and more importantly, history is watching, and the liberties of children that are yet unborn are going to be defined tomorrow, Mike, by what you do, Mr. Vice President.
steve bannon
And what we're talking about is what's the interpretation, and Louie Gohmert came on today and laid it out, is what's the interpretation of the Electoral Count Act of 1887 that came off of this highly contested election at the end of the Civil War in the Reconstruction period, which was the election of 1876.
And I think they realized, given what had happened in 1800, what had happened with John Quincy Adams and Andrew Jackson, what had happened in 1876. They needed to, they needed to pass, well actually what they felt they needed to do was to amend the Constitution. I think the practicality of the politics of the time is they couldn't get, and if you saw the film Lincoln and everybody I think should watch that, principally for the reason, watch it today and why it is something you should The whole process, the fight, is about the end of the Civil War.
It's about the fight to actually get amendments that ended slavery and kind of superseded the executive order, which was the Emancipation Proclamation.
And not making the political decision, they didn't have the votes, or they didn't have the movement to actually amend the Constitution.
They wrote a federal statute.
that statute is the electoral count act of 1887.
And that is what's in question.
We've had Bill McGinley on, we've had many experts on to talk about that.
The constitutionality of that, I think one of the things that will be in play is Louie Gohmert went to the, tried to go to the Supreme Court.
They said Louie didn't have standing.
He's now lost in district court, lost in appellate court.
I don't know if the Supreme Court will take it up, given what I think they feel is coming.
And I believe that you're going to see, and look, I'm not a constitutional lawyer, but I've listened to enough of these guys now over the last couple weeks, and I'm a fairly quick study.
I think that one of the reasons the court probably hasn't weighed in here yet, they knew that tomorrow was coming, they could mark it on their calendar, they kind of see the direction this is heading, and I think they believe that they may have to take on one of these cases that's going to come out, because I'm sure People may disagree with the way the process is run tomorrow.
What we know now is that anywhere from, I think there's 80, Greg, if you can double check that, I think there's 80 have actually come up and been named.
There's word is there's 160 in the house that are going to object.
Kevin McCarthy, can we double check that?
I don't think Kevin McCarthy has come forward yet.
And been part of that.
We do understand in the Senate side, I think I saw a poll earlier that said, I think there were 24 not going to touch it, 13 they were already in, and then they had 17 I think that were out there, and the 17 that are out there, Do I have my sound back?
unidentified
Well, I think they've got a video of my speech.
steve bannon
Oh, fine, fine, fine.
unidentified
It's about three minutes long.
steve bannon
Okay, let's play, I want to play, I want to come back to the structure part of this, and then let's play, can Maggie, we play the Maggie clip from the thing, and let's see if the sound works.
Okay, let's try it.
unidentified
Oh my gosh, I am so excited to be speaking with all of you patriots out here.
I want to give the biggest thank you to everyone who's here.
You guys are hardcore patriots and there's a reason why you came out here to DC to stop the steal!
This is what I'm telling you!
This is what I'm telling you!
This is what I'm telling you.
These are the real patriots.
God bless all of you.
I gotta say, we have a president who has been fighting for us for the last four years, and that is why all of us are out here to fight for him.
But this is bigger than Trump, and we all know that.
This is about our republic.
And if we don't get this right, we might not ever have a fair election again.
Ever.
So, uh, I don't know if you guys know me, but my name's Maggie Vandenberg.
I'm known on social media as FogCityMidge, and I've been on, uh, War Room the past couple months.
Do we got any fans of War Room out here?
Woo!
I love it!
And so many in the media have been claiming that there's no evidence of election fraud and that is patently false.
I say to people that if anybody who claims this is either outright lying or just completely willingly ignorant.
We've been covering the election fraud on War Room since day one and I have to say the evidence is overwhelming.
And the media has been complicit, as well as social media, in trying to silence and stop the truth from getting out there.
And the truth is this, that on November 3rd, Donald J. Trump won in an overwhelming landslide victory!
And I have to say, anyone who thinks... Let me put it this way, actually.
Do you know why Joe Biden didn't leave his basement?
Why he didn't campaign?
Because he didn't have to, exactly.
He did not have to because they had already cooked the books.
And in Joe Biden's actual words, these are his words, we have put together the most extensive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
The Democrats are frauds, Joe Biden is a fraud, this election is a fraud, and we are here today to tell every single person listening who cares about the future of this great republic, do not certify this fraud!
Stop the steal!
Thank you, patriots!
God bless you all, and God bless America!
steve bannon
Who was that?
Hang on.
jack maxey
Hang on.
steve bannon
We leave that in the war room.
This is like your kid sister.
They watch you all the time and they go out there and you're there.
jack maxey
Unleash her.
unidentified
That's the first time I've seen it.
steve bannon
That was a 10 on a 10 scale.
First off, Maggie, you're going to have to run for office one day.
That is a stump speech.
jack maxey
You stood up there.
steve bannon
Just let it rip.
unidentified
Thank you.
Thank you.
I didn't even know I was going to be doing that.
steve bannon
She's so shy and retiring when she's in the war room.
That was amazing.
You hit every major point.
unidentified
Yeah, well, and the crowd made it easy.
I was actually a little nervous, like, oh my goodness, is this going to be low energy?
But when I got up there, I said, these people are so passionate.
I can just go for it.
And, you know, I felt like also they The people that are out there are really who it's about.
I'm just speaking to them, because this is what we all know.
Honestly, it was an honor to speak to the patriots who are out there today.
These are our people.
steve bannon
That was money right there.
Here's the point.
This audience has changed the course of history, and here's why.
We're here on the eve of it.
Trump, the process is going to start tomorrow and the liberals are going to melt down.
So all the news producers watching this, Trump is going to close on this victory.
You can hide and you can mock and you can ridicule.
We now know that Trump is going to close on this victory and you guys are going to hate it and it's going to be out of control and you're going to be running around doing all kinds of stuff.
Hey, Trump is going to close on this victory.
And why is he going to close on this victory?
The interview you couldn't hear was the key.
What she said the day after, his parents, his mom, his dad, himself, they were so distraught, so blown away.
How could that possibly happen?
You think that nobody's... But, you just gotta step back.
Get some balance and then put your head down.
What do we kept saying?
Commit.
Just commit.
When you commit, good things are going to happen.
And this audience has committed.
And the American people, the Trump movement, have committed throughout the country.
If you guys knew how much work.
You see the rallies.
It's an incredible amount of work that these volunteers do to put on.
The Maggie Vandenbergs, etc.
All the people, all the speakers you see up there going around.
But also, all the researchers, all the crowdsourcing, all the things.
And remember, you know, you go on a live chat sometimes, people say, well, you know, this is a thing that's failing, the lawsuit's failing, they're not getting the thing, you know, let's just, we're going to go do this, right?
We need martial law, we've got to have martial law right away.
You're not going to win that way.
Particularly when we control these states.
It's just not going to happen.
What you're going to do is you're walking into a trap.
You're turning the business community off.
They're saying these people are crazy.
We've got to shut it down.
But why are we on the cusp of victory?
Because it was a grind.
You grind it out.
Crowdsourced information.
Got information out there.
On election stealing, on voter fraud, on ballot fraud, on election fraud, on no chain of custody.
This was a group exercise and now we're on the cusp of victory.
We know the Constitution's in our favor.
We know the law's in our favor.
We know the receipts are in our favor.
We're on the cusp of it.
We've called the play.
Now let's run the play.
We're going to run, for all the liberals and all the media out there, we're going to run the Green Bay Sweep tomorrow, okay?
We're going to run the Green Bay Sweep.
We're going to have a pulling guard, big blocking back, and a running back and back of it, okay?
Tomorrow, we're going to run the play.
Be back in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we're back in the war room.
We're going to try a group exercise here.
We want everybody in our engine room or the war room plus all the posse in the live stream.
We're going to try something in real time because we are having some technical problems.
We're going to go back to Liberty Square.
We're going to get the incomparable field reporter For Real America's Voice, the one, the only, Ben Burquam.
He's got an interview down there with some patriots.
We need you to tell us right away in the live stream, hashtag War and Pandemic, and of course my cell phone and other apparatuses, Maggie, et cetera, whether you can hear, because we don't know if it's going, we can hear fine, we don't know if it's going out.
So can we bring in Ben Burquam, the freezing Ben Burquam down at Liberty Plaza, which is right now next to the Willard Hotel, near the Trump Hotel, down by the White House.
Ben, can you hear us?
What?
unidentified
There's an amazing day down here.
I know we're having a little bit of technical difficulties.
But guys, thank you.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Okay.
Cut.
Okay, we can't hear.
We got a thing that we're trying to... Beautiful rendition of the national anthem out there.
Just an incredible... I think our own Jack Posobiec speaks tonight, right at 8 o'clock or something, so we're going to try to... We're trying to fix our technical problems.
We've got a breaking news, though, from the one and only Greg Manns.
Greg, where's the whip count now on what's going to happen tomorrow?
Okay, we need a microphone that works here.
There we go.
Okay.
unidentified
It's not that we have to confront a little operator.
steve bannon
That's OK.
Everybody take a deep breath.
Right.
OK.
There's no screaming in the war room.
Let me write that down.
Bannon, no screaming in the war room.
OK.
How are we doing?
unidentified
So we've got 13 senators that are going to object.
And the primary sponsors are Cruz in Arizona, Hawley in Pennsylvania, and Loeffler in Georgia.
In the House, there's 36 members that will object to all six states.
So what we need to do here in terms of getting this whip count to where it needs to be, the 10 senators that are outstanding that have not committed to these other states can step up to the Here's one thing that jumps off the page.
steve bannon
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Ron Johnson.
And Ron Johnson, who Donald J. Trump dragged over the finish line at 16.
He was down by, I think, 3 or 5 points that final weekend at 16.
Ron Johnson, whose Wisconsin is one of the Dirty Dozen, one of the Cruz Dozen.
He's not signed up for Wisconsin.
So right now we don't have Wisconsin and Michigan are not accounted for, correct?
unidentified
What is accounted for in the Senate is... In Nevada.
steve bannon
In Nevada, I think it's going to be a tough one anyway.
Nevada's got plenty of stealing.
I think the focus is not six states, it's going to be five states.
And the reason it's going to be five states, I think there is going to be a big focus on reverting back to the state assemblies, the general assemblies, and the legislatures.
And obviously Nevada is Democratic-controlled.
Although, I think if they get approval, I think we need to go through and spend two hours in the House and two hours in the Senate.
To go through these so right now the whip count is 36 in the house in all six states Yes, three in the Senate in three states.
Those states would be Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania and And of the third so the hundred and sixty there are 160 guys are saying they're going to step up But right now only 36 have come forward Yeah, across the board of all... Kevin McCarthy should be fired for this.
I mean, Kevin McCarthy, look, we don't care, right?
We don't need access to Kevin McCarthy.
We're not one of these sites that got to suck up to Kevin McCarthy.
Kevin McCarthy hasn't done his job.
With all the information, everything that's out there, and people, we're going to be taking names, okay?
I don't know how Kevin McCarthy's a minority leader if all you got was 36 votes in the six states.
There should be all 200.
I don't understand.
And look, Rudy said it the other day on the show.
He says we ought to start bouncing these guys out of the Republican Party.
Go form your own party.
Go do something else.
But this is not, you know, this is about the Constitution.
This is about the Republic.
I said it earlier.
They say Marco Rubio.
People tell me Marco Rubio is holding back to the last second.
Well, we kind of need you today to be out there to be pushing this and talking about it and getting the thing.
You know, you only got three states and Marco Rubio hasn't said anything.
I said earlier in the day, You know, if Marco Rubio does not stand up, and he's doing a good job on China, right?
He's trying to be more popular.
So we give big props to Senator Rubio for trying to, you know, trying to get with the program, right?
After, let's be blunt, his crushing defeat when he ran for president in 2015 and 2016.
But what was most interesting is Jack Maxey, alerted me today, and this is about the international reach and the global nature of our audience, and why we love our audience from all over the world.
You said that most of our audience from Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spanish-speaking were pretty unanimous in one thing.
What was that, Brother Maxi?
jack maxey
They were pretty unanimous in voting for Ivanka Trump in 2022 because Marco Rubio, they feel, has Really not stood up for the President of the United States, who's helped him in the past, and I think there's this growing sensibility, particularly amongst the Venezuelan diaspora in South Florida, that Rubio is just kind of a fraudulent character who speaks of character, but is an echo chamber, if you will.
steve bannon
Can you pull up my chat for a second the tweet he put out about the Gospel of John?
jack maxey
I will.
steve bannon
I think it was the Gospel of John.
I also want to go to, because Ivanka Trump, I know, people were shocked a little bit today about my endorsement of Ivanka Trump.
If Rubio does not step up to defend the Constitution in our constitutional republic, in our representative republic, if he does not step up, this is a defining moment.
I am a strong advocate Of Ivanka Trump, and I think you saw last night, let me be blunt, and I realize Kelly Loeffler, there's a couple hours left, you couldn't compare Kelly Loeffler on that stage to Ivanka Trump.
I mean, one had presence, command, it was just a power play in a couple minutes, and Kelly Loeffler You know, look, you gotta vote for her.
She is what she is.
She's a vote, but it's just not... I'm underwhelmed.
I've said that from day one.
I'm underwhelmed.
Now, vis-a-vis who she's running against, she's clearly the one you want to vote for.
But Ivanka Trump... And so, a lot of my staff came back, the engine room of the women, and said, by the way, remember Margaret Hoover?
You did Firing Line back earlier in, I think it was 2019 or 2020.
It was earlier either in this year or late last year.
Well, she now hosts William F. Buckley's The Firing Line, Margaret Hoover of the Hoover Institute fame, her family, President Hoover, I think she's the great-granddaughter, John Avalon's wife, and John's Rudy's former guy, not exactly a friend of Trump now, but John's a good man, don't agree with him on a lot of his politics, he's Rudy's former, I think he's Com's guy.
Back in there, I gave an interview, and I ended up talking about, of the people in the administration outside of Navarro, and this is a year ago, that Ivanka was probably the most populous.
You know, Ivanka has been very much focused on family formation.
She's very much been focused on policies that traditional Republicans haven't gotten back of, as far as paid family leave, as far as women's empowerment, making sure to... And there, I focused very much on her jobs program, focused on technical colleges.
And she was schlepping around the country, not going to glamour things, she's going to these technical colleges and grinding as a popular should.
Marco, Senator Marco Rubio, you got a couple hours, and I said actually 5pm, that was a deadline, so hey.
Ivanka Trump should file on Thursday to primary you down in Florida, and guess what, she'll win running away.
Okay, we're going to return in a minute to the War Room.
