| So far we are being told by two congressional Republicans, they believe 140 House Republicans are going to sign on to this effort, but what everyone's looking at is the Senate, and we know there is at least one Republican senator there who is going to be joining in on those efforts, despite being urged by Mitch McConnell, the Senate Majority Leader, not to do so. | ||
| Being urged by Mitch McConnell because he knows it's going to be a hard vote, a historic vote, and there's going to be a lot more than Josh Hawley. | ||

| I think that number now, the 140, you see their face? | ||
| They're in meltdown. | ||
| You wait to the day after the state legislature starts getting more involved, you're within a couple votes down in Georgia. | ||
| Folks, this fight's a long way from over. | ||
| And by the way, Jack Maxey, as you remind me in the break, we've had our back, this country's had its back to the wall a couple, three times. | ||

| And I was actually talking to someone over the weekend about Pennsylvania. | ||

| So let's go back a little ways because I believe that the War Room Posse has the spirit of the Battle of Trenton in their hearts and their minds and their souls. | ||

| They are the ones who can help make the difference right now at this critical juncture. | ||
| Let's go back 60 days. | ||
| OK, we are now 60 days past Election Day 2020. | ||
| And I have to tell you something. | ||
| Nothing that's happened in those 60 days should be a shock or a surprise to the war room posse. | ||
| None of it. | ||
| Because you know that the establishment is going to use every tool in their toolbox, every leverage point possible, to push back. | ||
| They're going to get Republicans to believe in the House and the Senate to believe, look, it's too difficult to prove. | ||
| There's no evidence. | ||
| And yet, over 60 days, We have had truckloads of evidence, literally truckloads of evidence, uncovered in this investigation. | ||
| And what we need now, more than anything, from the war room posse, from the deplorables, from people across this country, the patriots across this country who care about the outcome of this election for the sake of our Constitution and the sake of the future of our nation, is we need them to pressure their state legislators to call for more time. | ||
| We need more time. | ||
| So that way we don't have an outcome that doesn't fit with what the vote and the intention of the voters and the will of the people. | ||
| We need more time. | ||
| So the war room posse, everyone who follows you with passion and patriotism, they should be reaching out to their state legislators to say, you need more time. | ||
| You need to make sure that you have the confidence to know that your certification of this election is lawful. | ||
| If it's not, then it's on them. | ||
| It's on those state legislators for not fulfilling their U.S. | ||
| constitutional duties. | ||
| Do you think right now, in asking for more time versus asking them to say, hey, take a look at this and just decertify and step back, do you think that's within the power? | ||
| Since it is federal law, and that has not been challenged at the Supreme Court yet, the start of that, the judge said, hey, I don't want to touch this on the merits, right? | ||
| Because really, the thing with Louie Gohmert was to actually call into question the very constitutionality Of the Elector Count Act of 1877, which has never, I don't think, ever been challenged in this method. | ||
| Do you believe, other than that, the 6th is the 6th? | ||
| Are you arguing right now you want the state legislatures to say, come back and say, we want to put our certification on hold? | ||
| Do you want them to decertify? | ||
| They've got to go and say, hey, we need more time. | ||
| Because right now they have, YouTube, technically certified these slates of electors for Biden, correct? | ||

Look, you've got the six or seven states that have also sent in a slate of electors for Trump, which is very, very important. | |
| But look, the reality is the baseline, the bare minimum that they need is more time. | ||
| Because the truth is, it should be decertified. | ||
| They should flip the certification if that's possible. | ||
| But the challenge we're running up against, Steve, is you've got too darn many cowards in the Republican Party among these state legislators. | ||
| They're great warriors, no doubt. | ||
| But there are people who believe they don't have the power. | ||
| They don't recognize the power they have as state legislators, and they don't want to be the ones to step out first. | ||
| And so what we need is, we need the people to bolster their confidence, to help them recognize that it's the future of the country, and their own political future, by the way, that depends on this decision. | ||
| So we need, yes, I believe that they should decertify. | ||
| That these six or seven states should decertify the outcome, no doubt. | ||
| But can that be done? | ||
| And let me tell you the big problem with the certification in the first place is these state legislatures did not meet. | ||
| They are by Constitution, by the U.S. | ||
| Constitution, supposed to meet to certify these results, and they did not. | ||
| And they believe, in many cases, that their governor has to call them into special session in order for them to have that meeting, and they're wrong. | ||
| They don't need for their governor to call them in for special session. | ||
| They themselves can meet to fulfill their U.S. | ||
| constitutional duties, and they did not, Steve. | ||
| So we need for them to meet on the 4th, on the 5th, on the morning of the 6th. | ||
| We need for them to meet. | ||
| If the outcome can be for them to decertify, absolutely we want them to decertify. | ||
| That is the goal. | ||
| But at a minimum, Steve, They should be calling for more time to put a halt to what's going to happen in the U.S. | ||
| Congress on the 6th. | ||
| Now, thank goodness! | ||
| For warriors that follow you, for putting the pressure on the U.S. | ||
| Congress, because can you imagine? | ||
| Who thought it was possible that we'd be looking at 140 to 160 Republican members of Congress saying, hold on, this outcome I'm going to challenge in Congress. | ||
| Who thought that was possible? | ||
| And that was in only a matter of days. | ||
| So now, today, Saturday, tomorrow, Sunday, Monday, we can apply the pressure to get these state legislatures to meet To decertify or at a minimum to call for a delay in the action in Congress. | ||
| What Mark Serrano is talking about is that the pressure already that you guys have applied has had, trust me, it's had a huge influence. | ||
| You've got guys dodging right now, people are blowing my phone up, hey they're not answering our calls. | ||
| That's because you've melted down in Pennsylvania, you've melted down in Georgia, you've melted down in Arizona, and hey, that all of a sudden 140 to 160 from one on Monday just didn't happen. | ||
| You're lighting up those calls on Congress, and those guys see what you're doing in these state levels. | ||
| It's your power to say, hey, we're woke. | ||
| We understand what's going on, and we demand that you get woke, and you understand what your duties are. | ||

Well, yeah, I mean, the vice president certainly has the ability and the power to delay action on the 6th, according to our legal experts. | |
| You know, Phil is certainly supportive of enlightening the vice president in his office about their ability to call for a delay, to call for more time for these states to meet. | ||

So really, I think if anyone's whispering in the vice president's ear to say, oh, you don't have that power or you shouldn't take that step politically, I think that's a good thing. | ||
| I think the vice president who's been a loyal soldier to Donald Trump for these past four years, four and a half years, I think he has fully within his power, according to our legal experts, to call for more time. | ||
| And, you know, put pressure on the joint session of Congress to allow these state legislatures more time to consider the evidence of fraud, and so that they have the opportunity to decertify or flip the certification from Biden to Trump. | ||
| So it's certainly within the vice president's power to call for more time, according to our experts. | ||

| You've got people that are part of the MAGA movement or the nationalist populist that understand what was the undercard of that NDAA. | ||
| It wasn't just about the troops pay and all that. | ||
| It had deep things about the President's ability to take troops out of places. | ||
| It had this whole thing with Section 230 that's given the oligarchs a free ride on this. | ||

| So Jack, by the way, at home I want to start putting up, it's incumbent upon you today and all weekend We're not telling you what to say. | ||
| We're just giving you the opportunity to get involved, get engaged, and let these people know at the state legislature level what your opinion is, where you think we are in American history, and your advice of what they should do. | ||

| And if they don't have moral courage, then they should not have the ability to be in leadership positions. | ||
