| Of course we had the Senate in Georgia the other day, the Judiciary Committee published a withering analysis of the overwhelming evidence and in fact they said they're going to recommend that a special session be called of the Georgia Legislature to come back and decertify, decertify the electoral votes. | ||
| That would start the process to kick this into a contingent election into the House of Representatives. | ||
| Remember, everything people are talking about on the 6th is really about challenging Challenging in the House and the Senate, challenging the slates of electors, but just given how that vote would go, since it's by individual congressmen, it's probably not going to end up, if it's challenged like that, you're not going to end up affirming Trump's victory on the 3rd. | ||

| But this is the time to pay attention to Georgia because we do have Very, very strong legislators down there, Fleming, Collins, Powell, Gravely, who are going to be asking very, very pointed questions of Mr. Raffensperger in terms of what happened in Georgia, why there are dead people voting in Georgia, why there are illegal immigrants voting in Georgia, why there are people who don't live in Georgia voting in Georgia. | ||
| So all of that is going to be part of the Christmas Eve plans of the Secretary of State of Georgia, Mr. Raffensperger. | ||
| Okay, so we're going to go through, and by the way, Smith did such a fantastic job, such a great job. | ||
| Your lawyer going through that, both when you did it at trial and also when you did it, I think, to tee up Rudy's testimony down there. | ||

| You had every category and I think it tallied up to over, I think, 200,000 illegal votes that you guys can document. | ||

| Is he also going to go through all the situation with the mail-in ballots and talk about no supervision, no chain of custody, all that, you know? | ||
| Right now, the analysis is 600,000 of the 1.3 million votes, mail-in votes, in Georgia have no chain of custody. | ||

| That is the point of this hearing in Georgia this morning, is to put the feet of the Secretary of State of Georgia Raffensperger to the fire on all the election fraud, all the voter fraud, and on the ludicrous unconstitutional consent decree. | ||

| Stacey Abrams, who loses an election for governor of Georgia in 2018, has still not conceded Probably going around making people call her governor, okay? | ||
| And then Brian Kemp of Georgia and Raffensperger, the Secretary of State, decided that it's a good idea to issue a consent decree and to agree with her about a total mishandling of the Georgia election. | ||

| It goes back to an usurping of the constitutional powers of the Georgia legislature based on a consent decree entered into by Republicans. | ||

| Well, they're back in session based on my sources on January 3rd, which is three days before January 6th when the electors are supposed to be counted. | ||
| So the session, even though it's been out, is now going to be back in with plenty of time to send and recognize the correct electors because the Trump electors have already been sent. | ||
| Remember, the key issue, the key action taken now a week and a half ago on Monday the 14th was to send the Trump electors in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. | ||
| So they are there to be counted by Vice President Pence on January 6th. | ||

| You read the Senate report of the Judiciary Committee of Georgia, or you read the dissenting opinions of the three Supreme Court justices in the state of Wisconsin, you'll see where legitimate, authorized, either democratically elected state senators or democratically elected judges in the Supreme Court of Wisconsin beg to differ. | ||
| They think there's overwhelming evidence. | ||
| In fact, in Georgia, their recommendation is, have a special session, let's get all the testimony, let the Democrats and the media take a shot at this. | ||
| They believe it's overwhelming enough to put on the table the decertification of the Biden electors. | ||
| I want to bring in now John Fredericks, not for John Fredericks, basically leaving his home in Richmond, Virginia, decamping his entire operation down to Georgia. | ||

| I think they're going to take up this case and it will impact Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and I'm hoping for Georgia. | ||
| I just want to make sure people understand, you're specifically saying the case that John Eastman and the other lawyers named Marks, the case they filed the other day regarding Pennsylvania and the issues regarding Pennsylvania, that's the case you're talking about? | ||
| Yes, absolutely. | ||
| It's a solid case. | ||
| And I think it's going to be groundbreaking. | ||
| But that's the air game. | ||
| The ground game is what we've been running, understanding You know that we're playing against the clock and that is amplifying the case that we know that can be made publicly and within the public domain. | ||
| People are not stupid. | ||
| They understand that this election was rigged in some big counties and big cities, Pennsylvania, Detroit, Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee. | ||
| I mean, you name it. | ||
| I can tell you there is there is this measurable evidence that the election was stolen in those places. | ||
| The case that we have to make now is to put the political pressure on folks to do the right thing as we approach January the 6th. | ||
| I think that we're going to have a senator, and I think that we're going to have multiple House members that will, in fact, prosecute the case and challenge the slates of electors that have been sent under fraudulent grounds to the joint session. | ||
| Look, you can't win the Super Bowl if you don't win the playoff games. | ||

| And that means that we have to win in these states, in these counties, Making the case and I just don't think that we can just blow anything off. | ||

| I was there in 2000 in Florida when everybody told us that there was no way that the Supreme Court was going to take up the case. | ||
| We kept pressing and they took the case and they did the right thing. | ||
| What you know and I know was that if they hadn't, the state was ready to do the right thing anyway. | ||

| You know, Kemp is a Republican official and people are not making art, this is about all the people in the state, but you have Republican officials in Arizona and Georgia that don't seem to be actually even considering the evidence. | ||
| So what would you say to the Trump movement about that? | ||
| Well, these folks, meaning those Politicians, those political leaders that are ignoring the demand from the grassroots for action, think that they've pressed a snapback button, that everything is going to snap back to the way it used to be. | ||
| Let me tell you, that snapback button is dysfunctional. | ||
| And what's going to happen is that political careers will be shortened by this surrender to To what was obvious, a theft of elections in some very narrow political cases that can be measured. | ||
