| Lou Dobbs had to put some bizarre, bizarro – Lou Dobbs, the great warrior, had to put some bizarro interview with some guy talking about backtracking or reversing field on Dominion voting systems or smart tech or something. | ||
| It was a bizarro thing and they're reporting that – I think Maria Bartiromo and Judge Jeanine have to put it on their show. | ||
| We're going to get into all that of what exactly is going on. | ||
| But I want to start with something we haven't covered in depth. | ||
| We've covered the intelligence fiasco about the election. | ||
| And President Trump did not get his report, but he did get a briefing, right? | ||
| So that's all going on. | ||
| I want to bring on an old friend of the show and an old friend of mine and a colleague and one of the great patriots in modern American history, 35-year Army veteran. | ||
| In fact, the leader of one of the first cyber counterintelligence, cyber security operations in the 90s, Colonel Tony Schaefer and the author of a book came a number of years ago that you've got to read if you haven't, Operation Dark Heart. | ||
| Tony is a true patriot, deeply involved in trying to unearth and trying to get ahead of what happened on 9-11, and a guy that knows cyber. | ||
| So Tony, in 2004, Colonel Schaefer, 2014, excuse me, 2014, Panetta, who had been Chief of Staff of the White House and Secretary of Defense, when he left Secretary of Defense, he went up to Midtown Manhattan, Right? | ||
| And he gave a talk. | ||
| In fact, I think he might have given it on the aircraft. | ||
| I think he might have gone to the Intrepid and actually had a lunch or something and gave it up there, as I remember. | ||
| But what shocked me was that the title of the speech was, Beware of the Cyber Pearl Harbor. | ||
| And Panetta, whether you like his politics or not, was always a serious guy. | ||
| And he said, hey, the biggest threat we have is to what happened in 1941, is to have a strike Out of when we were least expecting it, a cyber Pearl Harbor. | ||
| And over the last couple days people have been talking about this hack. | ||
| Was it real? | ||
| Why did it take so long for people to talk about it? | ||
| Why did Krebs, and I want to talk about CBS News, they had Krebs on there dumping on the president, dumping on us, quite frankly on our audience, saying this is the most secure election in American history, but Krebs was the guy in charge of cyber security. | ||
| Catherine Herridge, She is the most well-sourced reporter at the Pentagon. | ||
| She left Fox. | ||
| She's at CBS News. | ||
| It's impossible that Kareth and Herod didn't have some inkling of what was going on. | ||
| I don't know why 60 Minutes did not ask Krebs. | ||
| You know why they didn't? | ||
| Because they wanted Krebs to dump all over Trump and dump all over us who are fighting to get only legal ballots counted. | ||
| And they didn't mention one word about this. | ||
| So, Colonel Schaefer, was this a cyber Pearl Harbor? | ||
| Was Leon Panetta right? | ||
| So, let's start with Krebs. | ||
| Krebs was completely wrong about the election, and he's wrong about CISA's understanding of the backbone, and the SolarWinds issue is going to prove that. | ||
| Let's be clear, Steve, on what SolarWinds is. | ||
| SolarWinds was a middleware used by other IT companies, the government sector, the NGO sector, to essentially manage databases. | ||
| So, think about this. | ||
| Anything that SolarWinds touched was compromised. | ||
| And what we understand now is that SolarWinds proved that. | ||
| Let's be clear, Steve, on what SolarWinds is. | ||
| SolarWinds was a middleware used by other IT companies, the government sector, the NGO sector, to essentially manage databases. | ||
| So, think about this. | ||
| Anything that SolarWinds touched was compromised. | ||
| And what we understand now is that SolarWinds was actually managing multiple, multiple databases to include major corporations, as well as government. | ||
| And so what we have to understand and analyze is the scope. | ||
| At this point, we know that this operation was going on for at least nine months, maybe longer. | ||
| And what's insidious, and let me be very clear for the audience who may not necessarily follow IT as a professional area of focus. | ||
| When you download software on your computer, it's normally digitally certified by someone. | ||
| Microsoft, if you have an antivirus, it is digitally certified. | ||
| What happened here, Steve, is that SolarWind, its entire structure was compromised by whoever the hacker is by embedding malware, in this case AT&T. | ||
| So right now, Mike Pompeo, who I respect, and I did advise when he was director of CIA, Mike is saying he thinks the Russians are behind it. | ||
| I don't necessarily think we know that, or if they're the only ones, because technology is completely ambivalent to the user. | ||
| So it's very clear whoever did this was brilliant. | ||
| They knew to target a company that had access to multiple other companies, and those other companies allowed this open access to solar wind to their entire infrastructure. | ||
| It's brilliantly evil, but it is a very large scope we're still trying to figure out. | ||

| Are we to be led to believe that people, it's like an understanding that Biden has been under investigation and people have known they've been corrupt and selling them out to the Chinese for years. | ||

| Here's what the here's what the time I'm gonna give you Tomorrow's news or Sunday's news today, tomorrow's news today. | ||
| They're going to be crushing President Trump for not continuing the Pentagon briefings and for not doing a full thing. | ||
| They were jeopardizing national security. | ||
| This is how they're going to say Biden won, it's time to stop this nonsense and we're just going to force our way in and Trump's just going to have to believe it and they're going to use this hack as the way to do it. | ||
| Am I correct in that, Colonel Schaefer? | ||
| I think it's very possible, but I think Mike Pompeo's made this very clear that, you know, the The hack has nothing to do and nothing the Biden folks could do at this point either, because simply put, the very mechanisms that Biden would take over, Steve, CISA, they're compromised. | ||
| So, you know, I don't think I don't think there's any benefit of giving them any access until we can figure out what happened. | ||
| And let me be very clear on the scope of this compromise. | ||
| We're talking about CISA. | ||
| We're talking about the National Institute of Health. | ||
| We're talking about apparently Department of Commerce, Department of Transportation, and DHS and State Department. | ||
| These are all major things which the current government has to deal with. | ||
| Nothing Biden or his folks could even think about doing at this point, nor should they. | ||
| So I don't dispute that they may use that tact. | ||
| I just don't think it would be healthy for them to get involved. | ||
| You don't want cooks in the kitchen that don't need to be there. | ||

| But he went to Georgia right away. | ||
| He went to the sound of the guns, right? | ||
| He knew that Georgia was going to be the center of gravity of this. | ||
| He didn't know when he got down there. | ||
| He thought it was going to be about trying to count this vote and then this election, this special election in January. | ||
| He didn't realize the depth of the political depravity, and that's what it is, political depravity that he would find when he got there, John Frederick. | ||

| Well, you know, he is a Republican governor, so he's going to get an invite to the Christmas party, and obviously he thought it was a good thing for him and the First Lady of Georgia to go, so he posted pictures of it. | ||
| This is all empty stuff though, Steve, because Georgia really is this head of the spear of the new movement that is sweeping America. | ||
| That nobody in the Republican Party understands. | ||
| Certainly Karl Rove doesn't. | ||
| Our two senators down there, he or don't. | ||
| That's why they're now at risk. | ||

| Georgia is now seeing the level of deception and corruption that has gone on in their government. | ||

| Basically, they said that David Ralston, the Speaker of the House, allegedly lied to the president when he said he would back that petition for the special session, which basically could have ended all this. And instead he was strong-arming representatives, threatening them that if they signed on to the petition for the special session, that he would strip them of their committees and blackball them out of their seats. | ||
| So we got several that have come on the record. | ||
| We got the story going out tonight. | ||
| I tweeted it out last night just to give you an example. | ||
| So far it's gotten like 15,000 retweets. | ||
| People are done with this and they want action and so they're looking at their leaders and I've said this over and over. | ||
| The movement that is fomenting in Georgia, which is is typical of the country, I believe, is outpacing its current stack of Republican leaders. | ||
| It's gone beyond them, doesn't care about them. | ||
| That's why these two Senate seats are at risk. | ||
| Nobody seems to want to go and find out why voters in Georgia are so mad and why there's a percentage of them that simply aren't going to show up in this runoff, putting these two seats at major risk. | ||

| I want to make sure we focus on something. | ||
| Do you think that, what needs to happen? | ||
| Because people don't know about January 6th, but there's a couple things. | ||
| We need a special session. | ||
| This is what Ken Blackwell was saying. | ||
| The control mechanism here is the state legislatures. | ||
| What needs to happen right now on Saturday to make sure that we have a special session in Georgia, either Christmas week or the week between Christmas and New Year, before the 6th, to make sure the evidence is presented in an official form? | ||
| What do you believe needs to happen? | ||
| There's a petition that has been circulated by the State Senate and by the House of Representatives in Georgia that is dead in the water right now. | ||
| According to the Georgia Constitution, a special session just dealing with the presidential election and the electors can be called with 50% plus one of members. | ||
| That means they need 29 of 36 to convene and to go over the evidence And also change the rules of the special election and get rid of that consent decree. | ||
| We've got to get this up on our site. | ||
| But the governor himself individually can call for a special session, correct? | ||
| Yes, he's not going to do it. | ||
| He said multiple times he's not going to do it. | ||
| He could do that today. | ||
| He could do that on his plane ride home from the White House. | ||
| If Kemp does not do this on January, right after January 6th, to me, the folks in Georgia, we should not worry about primarying Kemp. | ||
| He thinks he's got a political future. | ||
| To me, the effort should be to recall Kemp and recall him immediately. | ||
| Hey, if Stacey Abrams turns out to be the governor in some real, you know, some recontest, hey, so be it. | ||
| Right? | ||
| She stole it down there, fair and square. | ||

| If this guy does not step up and support this movement, and we're not saying predetermined, it's got to be for Trump, we're just saying call a special session and let's get in there with the Democrats, present the evidence. | ||

| So Kemp should be on notice that if he doesn't step up and call a special session, the people in Georgia should recall him. | ||
| And if Purdue and Lafleur don't step up and support the President on a special session, support the President, they're going to commit on the 6th to get to Congress in the Senate and back Tommy Tuberville to have a full vetting for two hours each of all these states. | ||
| They should, I don't know how they're going to ask Trump people to turn out. | ||

| If we had their cooperation, we could have it ended by Monday. | ||

| And I think over the weekend, you'll see different strategies being employed that we were employing before. | ||

| In the state of Arizona, make 200 machines available. | ||

| I can show you when they re-ran the vote in Coffey County, Georgia, they got three different results, three different times. | ||
