Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, there's so much breaking news today, we've got to get right down to it.
It's coming out of Arizona with these subpoenas.
It's coming out of Michigan with these subpoenas.
It's down in Georgia with the great find of Michael Patrick Leahy about the statute that ran out, making the drop boxes and the whole mail-in ballot fiasco.
Remember, the three verticals here.
The first vertical is about these illegal ballots, whether it's people registering from post office boxes or people that were underage or people that were not residents, all of that.
And they literally come to hundreds of thousands of ballots in Arizona.
And in Georgia and other places.
Number two, it is the, and by the way, that goes to Wisconsin, that goes to the early voting fiasco there, the indefinitely confined, and the campaign is all over in that vertical, in these states, digging that out.
Then second vertical is the whole fiasco constitutionally about the mail-in ballots, right?
Are they constitutional?
Did these state legislatures really do it and they do it in the proper way?
In addition, it's the chain of custody.
The drop box is ballot harvesting and chain of custody.
The third vertical is Dominion voting systems, right?
Are they really a tabulator?
Are they a calculator?
Forget on the Dominion voting systems for the here and now.
Please forget the servers on Mars and the gun battles running all over Europe.
It's all nonsense.
Focus on what you need to focus on.
That is the system and that's what the subpoenas are about.
Are these tabulation machines or are they calculation machines?
What did the software do?
What happened that night?
And get in there and seize those machines on a statewide basis, which they're trying to do in Michigan, and what they're doing in Maricopa County, which is 65 or 70 percent of the vote in Arizona.
There's activity all over the country.
Rudy Giuliani is driving this with his different groups at levels.
At noon today, an independent group The great group at the Amistad Project, led by Phil Klein of the Thomas More Society.
The communication partner, Mark Serrano, is going to be here.
It's another blockbuster press conference on a report they've done on Mark Zuckerberg on his $400 million getting left-wing groups hardwired into the voter registration systems.
All going to be exposed today at noon, an explosive new report.
As we're speaking, The United States Senate is having a hearing and it's a who's who of who's fighting at a state level, led overall by Ken Starr.
Remember Judge Starr's name because I happen to believe when it's announced that there's going to be a special prosecutor and there will be a special prosecutor, Look at Judge Starr at the top of the list of people who should do this, and we're going to be breaking in here.
We're very honored to be joined by one of the top investigative reporters in the country, Joshua Phillips, from what I think is the best conservative newspaper in the country, the Epoch Times, or if you're from the UK or Canada, the Epoch Times.
They're absolutely fantastic, and Joe Wang and the team at NTD, which is really the television arm, Joshua's got a new documentary out.
We're going to get to that after we finish Mark Serrano.
90 minutes long.
Who's Stealing America?
It's like everything the Epoch Times does.
It talks about the details.
There's no happy talk.
There's no commentary.
There's no punditry.
It's the details.
Joshua, thank you.
I want to go to Mark Serrano.
I know he's pressed for time.
The communications partner of Proactive Communications and the communications partner for the Thomas More Society and for the Amistad Project.
I've got to say right off the bat, Our audience loves you, loves Phil Kline, loves what you guys are doing.
You're grinding through this, and you're showing the receipts.
Talk to us today, Phil Kline, at noon, in Real America's Voice, I think he's going to pick it up, a live press conference.
The last time he had a press conference, he introduced the nation to Jesse Morgan, the truck driver that we still can't find the trailer for.
I'll tell you what, the special prosecutor, when the special prosecutor is assigned to the election fraud and the voter fraud, they're going to find the trailer, and they're going to find the ballots.
Okay, they're going to find out what happened to that.
Because the Justice Department, the FBI, and Ray should be fired immediately, Pat Cipollone.
Okay, let's go to Mark Serrano.
Tell us about today, this blockbuster report, what does it say, and what is going to happen at this press conference today?
unidentified
So Steve, today at 12 noon, we're going to release this report, The Legitimacy and Effect of Private Funding in Federal and State Electoral Processes in the 2020 Election.
This is a major report that shows the network of dark money that entered primarily from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
He had an entire network, Steve.
Your viewers can't really see this, but this network, this intense network, of nonprofits and privately funded groups.
Zuckerberg put in, Steve, $500 million into these elections.
And what's ironic is the vast majority of it, $350 million, went through the Center for Technology and Civic Life.
This is run by former Obama operatives.
It's a nonprofit.
They infused Zuckerberg dollars throughout the electoral system in America, notably, notably in Atlanta, in Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and Phoenix.
And what we're announcing today, Steve, is we've discussed this before.
steve bannon
By the way, by the way, Mark, Mark, Mark, hang on a second, hang on a second, that's just kind of some random, that's surprising, that's just some random cities, right?
It happens to be the cities that we're talking about, where these problems are.
Here's the reason.
The people opposed to us are very, very, very smart, and they're very well capitalized.
These are not dumb people.
They're smart people.
They're cunning people.
They're crafty people.
So tell us what's wrong.
Besides Mark Zuckerberg, look, listen to the Austrian School of Economics.
Our libertarian partners in here that are every day in the live chat are libertarians, and I love me some libertarians.
But they would say Mark Zuckerberg, hey, Phil Kline and Mark Serrano, I hear what you've got to say, but it's a free country.
He can spend his money any way he wants to spend it.
What's your beef?
What's the beef that Phil Kline, who's a former Attorney General of Kansas and a serious guy that does not waste his time, does not waste his donors' money.
Serrano, what's your beef with a private citizen just being a good citizen?
He just wants to make sure he's putting some money in technology.
unidentified
Absolutely.
And take a look, the left always complains about dark money in politics.
This is the darkest money that we've ever seen in American electoral history.
And the problem, Steve, is you can't take private dollars and fund a government agency to run elections.
That's not only government can run that, and only the state legislature can determine where those dollars go.
Why?
Because they must be distributed equitably.
These local cities, Racine, Wisconsin, and Kenosha, Wisconsin, and Milwaukee, they took these dollars and they put them in Democrat strongholds to boost Democrat turnout in swing states.
That's not lawful use of these dollars.
If Zuckerberg wants to give, $500 million, absolutely he can, but he's evading campaign contribution limits.
He's getting, by the way, taxpayers are helping fund that because he gets the tax deduction by giving it to a non-profit.
So the problem is you can't have private money in the public process.
But look, we've got a lot of groups involved in this.
steve bannon
Mark, Mark, Mark, Mark, hang on for a second.
Hang on a second.
Hang on a second.
I just want to make an observation.
I'd like to have you respond to it.
I heard what you just said, and it got hardwired in, and it allowed groups like Rock the Vote and others to have direct things.
And I'm just making a random observation.
Wisconsin.
Michigan.
Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona.
Last time I looked, I think those state legislatures are all controlled, the House and the Senate, by Republicans.
So what happened?
unidentified
Yeah.
Well, and I think the problem is because of the federal statutes that were established in 1948 and other times, this rote process for selecting electors for the vote from the electoral college, it's become so pro forma that these governors, these state legislators, they are not aware of their own power.
And state legislators, I think, in a lot of cases, they don't want to buck up against the system.
They want to just sort of let this pass because it's so difficult to go through what we're going through right now.
It's pulling the evidence, proving the evidence in court.
So I agree, Steve.
We've got a big problem, and that's a disconnect between many of these legislators who recognize their power under the U.S.
steve bannon
Constitution What I like about Phil Kline, what I like about you, you don't do white papers just to do a white paper and then let's have a conference and let's have a coffee and we'll have a good time and some Danish and then we'll go on.
You guys are action oriented.
This report, the last time you had Jesse Morgan and these guys up there, boom, all of a sudden Jesse Morgan, there's protest every Thursday outside of the Postal Center out in Bethpage where the ballots came from, there's action being taken.
What action today on this explosive report that just strips bare Zuckerberg's financing of the elections and particularly working with state governments to hardwire in left-wing organizations into the voter registration, what action Does Phil Kline and the Thomas More Society and the Amistad Project, what are they asking for?
What's the point you guys are trying to drive to on this?
unidentified
This report that details the involvement, Steve, of groups like the Democracy Fund, New Venture Fund, Skoll Foundation, Knight Foundation, the Center for Civic Design, the Center for Electronic Innovation Research, the National Voter Home Institute, the Center for Secure and Modern Elections, and Rock the Vote, like you said, this report details their involvement in this dark money network and what we're doing it with Steve, talking about action, is we're taking this report, it's going to be a centerpiece
Of a lawsuit that we are filing in the next 24 hours in the District Court of the District of Columbia that deals with Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, and Georgia.
steve bannon
Okay, what is the driving center of gravity of the lawsuit that the Amistad Project is going to file about those states based on this report?
Now, taking the report will be part of the evidence that you put in there.
What is the heart of the suit?
unidentified
It's basically the ecosystem that caused this fraud on a massive level to take place.
First of all, the dark money funding from primarily Zuckerberg and other interests.
Then the changing and the shifting of election law by governors and secretaries of state leading into Election Day months beforehand, superseding the power of state legislatures.
And then the fraud that we saw take place on and after Election Day in the management of the elections and also the counting of the ballots where a billionaire, Mark Zuckerberg, was allowed in the counting room because he funded it.
Okay, you're a small organization, right?
So I would say those three primary areas, the funding, the shifting of laws outside the power of the state legislatures, and then the fraud that took place on the ground.
Those are the three centerpieces of this lawsuit.
steve bannon
Okay, you're a small organization, right?
Small but intense.
And I know you're a volunteer and you come in and you help on the communication side.
Has any of the mainstream media with their vast investigative apparatuses, the Associated Press, the K-File at CNN, the New York Times, Tom Hamburger over the Washington Post, the top, the creme de la creme of the investigative apparatus in this country from the mainstream media, have any of those people, any of those institutions, any of those organizations, have any of those drilled down and tried to do any reporting about this story whatsoever?
unidentified
None whatsoever, Steve.
In fact, most of the mainstream media are ignoring this story.
They don't want to consider any potential facts.
If you take a look at news stories and how they're written right now, they are basically assuming that claims of fraud are negligent and don't apply.
And in fact, the New York Times and the Washington Post have intently, intently tried to take us out.
Tried to demonstrate that we are ill-intent here.
Uh, and it's really disappointing.
Well, I would rather that, uh, those reporters from the New York Times and Washington Post sit down and let us show us their, our evidence, but they don't want to see it.
Instead, they want to take shots, uh, at us.
And, and, uh, when the truth is we're just following the constitution, we're just procuring the evidence.
And really, we want the state legislators to look at the evidence, investigate further, and take action so that way the people's choice is what ends up in the White House, and also so that this fraud can never be perpetrated again.
But the mainstream media is a big, fat disappointment.
It's not a shock or a surprise.
But if only we had real journalists like people like John Solomon at Just the News and others who will investigate this, we've got the evidence.
steve bannon
How do people get access to your Twitter?
We've got about 30 seconds.
Twitter, how do they get access to the press conference today and Homicide Project?
unidentified
Find me at Mark V. Serrano, S-E-R-R-A-N-O.
Parler and CloudHub, it's at Serrano.
And you can find the press conference at cloudhub.com forward slash proactivecomtv, two M's, proactivecomtv.
I'll also send it out on my Twitter.
steve bannon
Your American Patriot, Mark Serrano.
Phil Klein, the team over at the St.
Thomas More Society.
unidentified
Okay, we'll take a short break.
steve bannon
Back, we're going to Arizona and Mark Fincham about the subpoenas in Maricopa County.
Next, on War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
John Roberts is reporting.
I think John Roberts is at, not the Supreme Court, but John Roberts is at Fox.
He's reporting that the Attorney General Barr went into the Cabinet Room today, got a standing ovation from members of the Cabinet.
That's fine.
It's all good.
Okay?
He did some stuff that was okay.
However, when the Special Prosecutor is finally selected and empowered, what Attorney General Barr did at the Justice Department about The Biden crime family syndicate and their compromise by the Chinese Communist Party.
Okay, and allowing Joe Biden to look the American people in the eye and lie about it.
And never to come forward and just, all they had to do was say, this thing is under investigation.
It's formally under investigation by the FBI and it's formally under investigation by elements of DOJ.
All you had to do, all that's going to come out.
All that's going to come out.
It has to come out.
Needs to come out.
No, Bill Barr did not do a good job.
Let me be brutally frank, Bill Barr did a terrible job.
It is a disgrace that is taking heroes around the country Heroes around the country and heroes like Joshua Phillips making this amazing documentary.
Watch Joshua Phillips 90-minute documentary for Epic Times and NTDTV and then you tell me there's no evidence.
This kind of dismissive, there's no evidence here, right?
You've got Krebs right now, you've got a who's who of people that are at the front line and fighting non-stop to make sure the American people just see that only votes are counted are legitimate legal ballots, right?
And if Biden gets more legal votes than Trump, than Biden in the states, the way the Electoral College wins, but then Biden's president.
We got that.
We would support that.
But it's not all votes, it's only legal votes.
You've got a who's who in Johnson's committee hearing today.
Right?
Of course you've got Krebs, the DHS guy, in his arrogance, the most secure, safest in the history of America.
Is that right, Maggie?
Is that what he's saying?
unidentified
According to this, yeah.
Krebs reaffirms that this was the most secure election in history.
steve bannon
That's fine.
We're an advocacy system.
Let's get to the receipts.
The reason we're getting to the receipts is heroes like our next guest, Mark Fincham, a delegate from Southern Arizona, who was mocked and ridiculed, but they had 11 hours of testimony.
11 hours.
And they started off, what I loved about it, they started off in the first hour and people on Twitter, oh this is slow, we gotta get there, we gotta go find the server on Mars, we gotta go find the gun battle in Paris.
Stop the nonsense!
You sound like a bunch of kids coloring outside the lines in comic books.
It's ridiculous.
Focus on what matters.
And what matters is what Mark Fincham, after 11 hours, he set the predicate in that first hour with Colonel Waldron and others.
That led to people in Atrium County, Michigan having the courage to step up and Atrium County led to other things.
What did it lead to?
Mark Fincham and others, the people at the Senate level and the Judiciary Committee having those hearings, they didn't want to have them, having that, and guess what?
A subpoena.
A subpoena went out to Maricopa County about the machines.
And guess what happened yesterday in Michigan?
Subpoenas for all the information, all the receipts, to hold it.
What is called evidence.
If it's so baseless, why are official government apparatuses now saying, I want all the evidence impounded?
Mark Fincham, what is happening out in Arizona, and what is happening specifically with this Judiciary Committee in Maricopa County?
mark finchem
Thank you, Steve.
So, yesterday at about three o'clock, two subpoenas were served on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
The first subpoena deals with the collection of electronic ballot images that were cast for all mail-in ballots.
Specific focus on that.
The second calls for a full forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment, the software, all of the election management system that was used in the 2020 election.
The kicker in this is there's no indefinite time on this.
The Board of Supervisors is required to deliver the information and our report back to the Senate for a forensics team that, as I understand it, is already working is 5 p.m.
December 18th.
So as soon as that data becomes available, as soon as the report becomes available, and people should be comforted in knowing that it's probably going to resemble the very same format that we saw in Antrim County.
So this is huge, an enormous development.
As Maggie said earlier, 4.5 million voters in Maricopa County.
Of that, I don't know the exact number of the mail-in ballots.
But if we focus just on those, that's where we suspect the highest probability of fraud might be.
That gives us the number to start with.
Now, one of the things that I'm going to ask for, given we have this and depending upon what we might see coming out of that report on Monday, I would challenge every single county election official and every single county recorder in the state of Arizona, because we're only looking at one out of 15.
I would challenge each and every one of them to voluntarily send us the ballot images so that they too can be run through the same system.
Now, some people might say, well, do you need a subpoena for that?
Actually, after the 1st of January, they are a public record and have to be retained for two years.
So my question is, why wait?
How about you get that data file to us so that while we have the audit team here, they can take a look for you and they can let the county supervisors in a particular county know your system was secure, you didn't have a problem.
Or if you did have a problem, we can at least point to it and say here's what you can do to fix it going forward.
steve bannon
Just some points of clarification.
The report, the complete forensic audit will not be done by the 18th.
That is the turning over of all the information so then you can proceed and actually do the analysis and then do the report.
The 18th, I just want to make sure we're clear about this, that is for the Board of Supervisors and the Election Board or whatever official apparatus is to make sure that all this information is turned over by then?
mark finchem
That's correct.
However, it's my understanding that the team, the audit team already has access So, the 18th was make sure you get this to us by Monday because we don't want to have to take further action.
Now, with the feedback we've gotten so far from board supervisors, they are not going to be hostile to this.
They want to make sure that there is an accounting for this.
steve bannon
Let me ask you another thing.
How did this come about?
When you put the hearing together at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Rudy was mocked and ridiculed.
It's some crazy guy that wants to go on the gold standard.
It's one of these displaced miners that's wandering around.
This guy Fincham is a crazy man.
And the governor, to show you how much he appreciated Mark Fincham doing this, in the first hour, the governor didn't he sign the certification of the election being fine, right, being okay?
Just in your grill, symbolically, for the optics.
So how did this come about?
How did all of a sudden we go from the governor in your grill, while you're putting on the 11-hour hearing, to having the Senate Judiciary Committee, which last time I looked was not sitting there, not a hotbed of pro-Trumpism.
How did this come about?
mark finchem
I think that the key that picked the lock, as you like to say, was the meeting that we call a hearing.
The governor called a meeting and was very dismissive about it.
On November 30th, and we moved from baseless to, and oh there's just a little brush fire here, it's gonna go away, nobody's gonna pay attention to this, to an unexpected wind blowing in that created a forest fire overnight.
In Arizona, anybody that knows about forest fire, you have a grass fire of an acre, before you're done it's 650,000 acres of burned high timber.
So, That's where we're at right now.
We now have something that's much more than a brush fire.
We have a full-on forest fire in this state of people who want to know whether or not our election was compromised in any way, shape, or form.
And they're willing to start with the small stuff.
So after our hearing, I think that people sat up and took notice and the relentless bombarding of senators and representatives I think finally applied enough pressure.
And the reason we've got that is because of your show, sir.
This would not be happening if War Room followers, if the people watching this show and Stand America and some of the other shows that are dealing with dismissing this false narrative that the mafia media or media mafia likes to put out, oh, this is baseless.
Really?
You talked about the binders at Bernie Karaket.
From my vantage point, where I was sitting as the chair of the hearing on November 30th, I saw four books that were four inches thick.
That's baseless.
So it's not washing.
And now I find, oh, well, now the Washington Post wants to call me and have an interview.
I'll take it, but you're going to write what you want to write anyhow.
So why do you bother with interviews?
You don't use facts.
I think the important piece to understand though, is that this is a popular nationalist mindset that we love our country and we are not going to stand by while somebody ignores the evidence that's being presented.
Like I said before, there was nothing magical about the 11 o'clock hour for Doug Ducey to sign off on the release and certification of our electoral college voters.
Nothing magical about that.
With what we presented in the first hour and a half, and I know he and his staff were watching.
I know they were watching.
They watch everything like that.
So they could have waited until five, six o'clock in the evening.
Mr. Ducey could have stepped back and said, you know, there's enough to this.
I'm not comfortable with signing this document because it appears to be based in fraud.
But he went ahead and did it.
And now people are absolutely, now that people know what happened, that's the whole point, getting this information out in front of people so that they can make a decision.
We've got smart voters, but the oligarchy wants to just seize, you know, guys like Zuckerberg.
They don't care about people.
unidentified
They simply want to seize the opportunity.
steve bannon
Mark, we have to bounce.
What's your Twitter handle?
What's Parler?
We've got about 15 seconds.
mark finchem
At Mark Fincham.
M-A-R-K-F-I-N-C-H-E-M on both.
unidentified
And by the way, thanks for the idea!
steve bannon
I love that.
You are Honey Badger.
unidentified
Was that Mrs. Fincham that did... That is the indispensable Tanya Ewing Fincham that did that for me.
steve bannon
I love it.
Okay, we're going to take a short break.
Back with Joshua Phillips next.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Do you believe that right now we are in a position where the 2020 election will be hacked?
Oh, without question.
There's nothing secure about the Dominion voting gear.
patrick colbeck
Many of the features of Dominion that are being characterized as glitches are actually designed features to help people manipulate the results of the election.
jorshua philipp
A month before the 2020 election, the parent company of Dominion Voting Systems received $400 million in funding.
unidentified
Instead of running towards the light of honesty and integrity, Dominion voting systems retreated to the darkness.
jorshua philipp
Where are the facts?
Is there any truth behind these allegations?
We have to find out.
unidentified
Very subtle.
steve bannon
That is the filmmaking.
I gotta tell ya.
And we've got so many great sites up today.
Revolver.
You've got Populous Press.
You have Gateway Pundit.
You have the team at Citizens Free Press.
You have all these.
But a broadsheet that's out there.
And I gotta tip my hat to you guys, it's the best conservative paper out there.
And I include the Washington Times, the Washington Examiner, as much respect I got for those guys.
You're being basically end-runned by the Epoch Times.
And it's because of the quality of the reporting and the relentless, you guys are pure honey badgers.
You'll go, and NTD, which I made a film with, our executive produced a film that the guys made to help them get distributed.
about Huawei.
Joe Wang and the team at NTD are amazing.
The combo of Epoch Times and the investigative reporting and the filmmaking and TV savvy.
We're going to put this in live stream.
Everybody's got to watch this.
Most importantly, what you have to do over the holiday period Is make sure your friends, particularly friends and family members, say there's nothing to see here, CNN's telling me baseless.
Say, just give me 90 minutes, give me 90 minutes and just watch this.
At the end of it, I don't know if they'll agree, but they will drop the word baseless.
Joshua Phillips and the team from, you've just done an extraordinary job.
You've got some breaking news.
How's our hearing going?
unidentified
Oh my gosh, our show team notes are just firing off.
There's so much happening and it looks like a lot of people are calling each other out.
This hearing is hot.
They've got a Q&A and people are going back and forth.
People are calling out Senator Peters, Hillary, the DNC.
Johnson says that Peters constantly lied about him with Russian disinformation.
A Star responding to Rand Paul.
Legal cases were rejected because of procedural reasons before getting to merit-based assessments of the arguments.
So, this is hot.
I'm sure we'll have a lot to talk about later.
steve bannon
Okay, this is the importance of these hearings.
This is why what Rudy did was so brilliant, right?
To go around and actually have hearings where they mocked and ridiculed.
Oh, it's in a ballroom in Gettysburg.
It's in the Hyatt Regency.
It's not even legitimate because it's not at the state capitol.
Okay?
But he got out there and people said, well hang on for a second, 11 hours, I heard some stuff.
This is the power of what Joshua Phillips and the team at Epic Times are doing.
You put these films together and you see it, and here's the amazing thing, being a filmmaker, Maggie's a filmmaker, to do a 90 minute documentary, it would take my team, which is fabulous, and we did a couple on President Trump here recently, I mean, it's taken me a year to make a 90-minute documentary of the quality of this.
And I'm not kidding you.
It's the team, your guys' ability to turn things.
I realize you're a news operation, so it's a little different.
But CNN couldn't do that.
CBS News couldn't do that.
On our side of the football, give me our team.
I like our team.
It's not, it's not, it doesn't have a deep bench, doesn't have a ton of resources.
One thing I will tell you is the Epoch Times and NTDTV is a bootstrap operation.
It's not CNN, right?
But Joshua, tell us how you, and by the way, this hearing is hot, the power of this hearing.
People say, well Johnson's already said he's not going to...
Day by day.
Victory begets victory.
Victory begets victory.
They're in there calling each other out right now.
It's going to be a national TV.
You can't hide from it.
You're going to pull clips from it.
We moved the chains.
Remember, we held the line and now we're moving the chains.
Move the chains.
Eventually, we're going to throw the ball downfield.
Like, Mr. President, when we declassify all the information, number one.
Number two, when we announce that somebody random like Judge Starr is a special prosecutor for the election fraud and voter fraud.
And number three, The Big Kahuna, which is the special prosecutor on the Biden crime family and the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration of America.
Because I will guarantee you folks one thing.
When that special prosecutor is announced and they start focusing on Hunter Biden and James Biden and all that and the hard drive from hell, This thing will metastasize.
It will expand.
The reason the establishment wants this to go away, the special prosecutor will have full subpoena power in an apparatus in a budget, okay?
So it won't have to be Joshua Phillips at NTD and also at Epoch Times by themselves.
You will have the official state apparatus that will start to look at the Chinese Communist Party's Buying, influence peddling and buying of American politicians, American Wall Street executives, corporations, all of it.
The writ of that will be large and one thing will lead to the next.
Joshua, how did you guys get the idea of how to make a 90-minute documentary and do it in a couple of weeks?
jorshua philipp
Well, so we did of course a similar documentary about a year ago looking into the origins of this novel coronavirus, the CCP virus.
unidentified
Oh, I remember.
jorshua philipp
And it was based on the same observation that we were seeing narratives across the board.
There's noise, people are saying stuff's false or saying stuff's true.
You're seeing different claims in different media and it's contradictory a lot of times.
We wanted to look at all the pieces of evidence and all the pieces of information and say, what can we verify?
What can we prove?
And what is the uniting tie between all of this information?
And of course, on election night, I'm sure myself, just like everyone else, right, we were watching what happened, right?
11pm, it looked like Trump was winning.
Statistically, it looked impossible that he would lose, statistically.
He had, what, 600,000, 700,000 vote lead in Pennsylvania.
And you saw the media calling states as being finalized, everything's done with, nothing more to see here, and most of the other states based on fewer votes than that.
And then all these same states that they refused to call, despite Trump having a greater lead than states that did call, all those states suddenly froze.
And then suddenly, right around 3 a.m., everything started spiking in opposite flips.
And to me, this showed that something very strange had happened.
And as a normal investigative reporter, what do you look for?
You look for anomalies.
You look for the standard operations of things, and then you look for anomalies within those standard operations.
Because when you see an anomaly, it usually means something happened.
steve bannon
Did you start by looking at the mathematical anomalies first, looking at the math, and then got into the details of how it was done state-by-state?
jorshua philipp
Well, the original analysis was based on seeing the math on the first night.
I mean, you had hundreds of thousands of votes coming in within a matter of sometimes a few seconds, sometimes a couple hours.
And it just so happened that the stats on those votes did not align with stats we were seeing elsewhere.
There were contradictions within that that are statistically impossible.
And just seeing that, I think anybody looking at these elections, I mean, how is it that the average American can look at this and you can say, this doesn't line up.
But then you have people tied in with our government, tied into government offices, even people working on things that are supposed to be watching for anomalies like this, saying there was no issue that took place.
And so, you know, when you start seeing people change like this, and when you start seeing the media behaving like it was, where in 2016, 2017, New York Times, CNN, all these big media, they were telling us that Dominion has problems, that the election system has problems, that there's all these different loopholes.
Those loopholes were not only not closed, those loopholes were expanded by state law because of the CCP virus.
And they went through methods of changing the laws in these different states, using methods that were not legal, bypassing the state legislatures.
When you start putting these pieces together, then you start seeing a developing tie between these incidents.
And when you see the media again, covering up, you know, with what's happening, changing their narrative suddenly, changing the narrative suddenly, with no basis for doing so, based on what they were calling for, changes on, you know, just a couple years ago.
And then you see them again behaving the way they did aligning.
It just so happens on these key battleground states that all suddenly have these same anomalies.
To me, as any investigative reporter and any person who's watching things like this, like yourself included, you know, how can we look at these anomalies and not say, okay, something weird happened here.
And again, as an investigative reporter, that was the catalyst for saying, we need to do something in depth on this.
We need to seriously look into this.
And as we started looking at the chains of evidence, we said, okay, we should probably make an investigative video, just like we did last time with the CCP virus, and put it all together.
steve bannon
Here's the thing that the connective tissue between the CCP virus documentary did, which was amazing, particularly in the time when you did it, because there wasn't a lot of people, the information was kind of all over the place.
The mainstream media has said, and CNN rubs our nose in every day, that you've got to be data-based, science-based, and evidence-based.
That's the holy trinity of the... That's a hold-up.
Oh, we're the believers in science and data and Fauci.
We're evidence science.
Your documentary on the CCP virus put to lie what the mainstream media has been talking about.
They're actually not data-based.
They're actually not evidence-based.
And they're particularly not science-based.
When you look at that.
Here, the exact same thing.
What gets me is this mantra, which is psychological warfare.
It's information warfare.
Baseless.
Unfounded.
No evidence.
You go back to database, you go back to evidence base, you go back to science base, you just look at the math and then as you guys put it through, there's absolutely, and I am not saying that you have to believe all the evidence is true, but what you have to believe is evidence and it's got to be adjudicated.
Right?
If the Democrats can come in and blow this stuff up or people can blow it up, hey, that's fine.
Our system is about an advocacy system where you put evidence out there and then you argue about it or what's true and what's not true.
That's what's not being done here.
That's the power of your documentary.
You did it in CCP and exposed to me.
The mainstream media is being a complete joke, and that's why when they sit up there and say we're evidence-based, science-based, you never hear any evidence, science, or data.
It's all Fauci and spin, and that's where the goalposts move over time, and you don't know, you know, now you're closing down every restaurant in New York City where like 0.1% or 0.9% of the affections have come from that, because it's not science-based, it's not evidence-based, it's not database, and that's the power and the connective tissue
And people, by the way, if you haven't watched their CCP virus video, you could watch it today and it's just as fresh and powerful and probably has a bigger impact given where we've come and still the refusal of people to focus on that.
jorshua philipp
Well, the interesting thing in that is we're seeing a connection between the CCP virus and what's happening now in the election because Whether we, no matter how we regard the origin of the virus, whether man-made, leaked from a lab, natural, who knows, right?
In the documentary, we of course look into all these different possible possibilities, I think, and I think we show significant evidence on each of those that it could, you know, in terms of where it could come from.
But we're seeing a connecting, a connection between these two incidents, one being
That the narrative, the model the Chinese Communist Party set forth and expanded throughout the world, through its manipulation of the World Health Organization, through its influence on foreign governments, including here in the United States, was the lockdown model, was the mask mandate model, and was this model meant to strangle out in China, strangle out independent business, so Xi Jinping, in his new mixed ownership model, could roll out a state ownership model, taking over on the government side all businesses.
And you have to question, if we're following the CCP model in every other way, is that what they're trying to do with this?
Are they trying to strangle out the economy so they can launch a mixed-model economy here in the US?
steve bannon
Remember, there are no conspiracies, but there are also no coincidences.
What you just heard right there from Joshua Phillips is signal, not noise.
This is the deep thing about the reset.
This is what the powers that be in this country right now want the CCP model.
State capitalism combined with authoritarian rule.
Obvious on the face of it.
Okay, we're going to get more into that.
Joshua Phillips from NTD and Epoch Times is going to hang.
We're going to bring Rahim in after a short commercial break and the reason is It's been a crazy day and it's about to get crazier because the press conference of Phil Klein and the team from Thomas More Society about exposing Zuckerberg and their filing of a lawsuit in federal court in the District of Columbia to expose all the dark money operations that went in back of this to hardwire in A whole laundry list of left-wing organizations into the official voter registration apparatus.
That's going to come at high noon.
We've got Raheem Kassam in here, going to join us next on War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
ron johnson
We're going to bring you in.
unidentified
Explain to them what we were trying to watch there from this hearing.
We see where there really are problems, we can correct them moving forward.
ron johnson
Senator Paul, Mr. Chairman, I can respond to that.
unidentified
You're saying I'm putting out information.
Now I have three questions for you, Director Krebs.
ron johnson
You lied!
unidentified
You lied, you lied repeatedly.
ron johnson
You attempted to tackle the disinformation campaigns via the rumor control.
We're going to bring you in.
steve bannon
Explain to what we were trying to watch there from this hearing.
This hearing is, and if people in our live stream can also follow it, it is hot.
They're throwing accusations at each other.
They're throwing punches.
Figurative punches.
Rahim, what is going on in this hearing?
raheem kassam
...feed and the video playing at the same time, but I'd really like to get that video to play of Senators Peters and Johnson, because there just is an incredible amount of pathos in the hearing today coming out of the left.
Very highfalutin, very high-minded, lofty rhetoric about how we need to move on, accept the results, and to the credit of people like Senator Johnson, they are not accepting it.
They're not falling for it.
Uh, you know, going in for the...
Just this nonsense that's being peddled in the hearings right now by the left, which is to say that, hey, you know, the spirit of bipartisanship is more important than getting to the crux of what happened at this election.
That's what we keep hearing from the left.
The right, including Johnson, including Senators Paul, are actually asking interesting questions, interesting chain of custody type questions about the ballots, questions about, hey, how does the voting system Raheem, I think we got it teed up.
steve bannon
Let's go ahead and play the clip that Raheem pulled and then we'll come back to Raheem.
ron johnson
...explanation, and see where there really are problems so we can correct it moving forward.
Senator Paul.
unidentified
Mr. Chairman, I gotta respond to that.
I mean, you're saying I'm putting out information... Try.
Well, one, it had nothing to do with this report you're talking about.
ron johnson
You lied repeatedly... I did not lie.
You lied repeatedly in the press that I was spreading Russian disinformation, and that was an outright lie, and I told you to stop lying, and you continue to do it.
unidentified
Mr. Chairman, this is not about airing your grievances.
I don't know what rabbit hole you're running down right now.
You talked about Russian disinformation.
Senator Paul.
dealing with.
Senator Paul.
But Mr. Chairman, you can't make these false allegations and then dropping it there.
That is why this committee needs to return back to its partisan things.
This is terrible what you're doing to this committee and all the great work that you talked about.
ron johnson
It is what you have done to this committee.
unidentified
It is not the case.
ron johnson
Falsely accusing the chairman of spreading disinformation.
Nothing could have been further from the truth and you're spouting it again, which is why I had to respond.
Senator Paul.
Mr. Chairman.
unidentified
Judge Starm.
This is outrageous.
ron johnson
Judge Starm.
steve bannon
That is the Iron Brigade of Wisconsin.
This is the Wisconsin Knights.
Senator Johnson is the nicest guy you're going to meet.
They're not going to back down.
This is what got us to Wisconsin today to see the ICs, how illegal they are.
This is Knutson and Spindall.
They're nice people, but they're not going to back down, and he was calling out Peters as a stone-cold liar, has lied from day one on this Russian disinformation, and he just got called out there in the Senate on live TV and he didn't like it.
He's got to go, oh, you're ruining this committee.
No, you're a liar, you're a stone-cold liar, and you've lied about Johnson from day one.
Raheem Kassam, your thoughts and observations.
raheem kassam
The funny thing is about that clip is that it was only seconds before that that Senator Peters had made the allegation about the Russian disinformation.
Then when Senator Johnson pushed back, Peters goes, I didn't say that.
I'm not the one who's been responsible for that.
You can't make that claim in this hearing.
It was literally right before.
And he's right to point it out because it had been several months ago that you heard this accusation made at Senator Grassley and Senator Johnson.
By Senator Pete is about spreading Russian disinformation.
Now, why does this matter in this particular hearing?
Because they are trying to make it so that anything that comes out in this hearing, whether it's news about Dominion, whether it's news about the laptop from hell, which in the hard drive from hell, which we've actually heard about in this hearing so far this morning as well, is all quote unquote Russian disinformation.
That's that's the claim being made and that's how they're dismissing it.
The Democrats are immediately, when they hear something that they don't like, they go Russian disinformation and then they pivot away to going, you know, the country deserves better than this.
We shouldn't even be here.
It's snowing outside.
We should be making snowmen and playing together in bipartisan fashion.
The Republicans are really drilling down into the details here, which is really great to see.
steve bannon
This is how we're going to win.
They don't want to talk about any of the details.
They just want to spin it and get out of the room.
It's not going to happen.
What the audience needs to do, the most powerful audience in all media, What you've done so far in having people's back is this is why you got subpoenas flying all over the place.
This is why you're doing a signature audit down in Georgia.
It's because of you.
You need to have Johnson's back today.
You need to have Rand Paul's back.
Go to the phones, go to email, go to the staff and say, we want more of this.
We love this.
Holding these guys accountable.
That's what you need.
People need to know they need the positive reinforcement when they're doing the right thing.
You've got to have their back.
Rahim, I know you're very close to the Phil Kline and the team up there.
You've got about a minute.
Explain to us this explosive report that's coming out at noon at this press conference about Zuckerberg and the hardwiring of the left into the electing system.
And I know they're filing a lawsuit in DC.
What do you anticipate is going to come out of this?
raheem kassam
Yeah, well, we're going to be carrying that here on Real America's Voice immediately after this show.
I have had eyes on this report.
It goes deeper into the discriminatory nature of Mark Zuckerberg via the CTCL group that we exposed.
Remember, it was us on the National Pulse Show.
We first did the report.
to this months ago with Phil Klein. Phil Klein will join us immediately after that press conference at 3 p.m. as well but to answer your question, this takes the case even further than just, hey, money's being spent. It's about people's rights to get to the polling station and how one is placed over the other, how CTCL devised a plan to discriminate against Republican voters and
spend the money via government and via the public sector.
Uh, to make sure that that happened.
And of course, the constitutionality of that, uh, will be something for the courts to decide over.
steve bannon
I suspect that this will go- Okay, National- by the way, immediately after, the network that's covering everything soup to nuts is Real America's Voice.
Stick here right after the show, you're gonna go live to the Phil- uh, client press conference.
Joshua Phillips, I can't say enough about what you guys- the Epoch Times- I wanna have- you're gonna come back on, we're gonna drill down.
Their expertise, remember, this is the great existential war against the Chinese Communist Party that has enslaved the Chinese people, that have now caused havoc all over the world.
Joshua, tell the team back at Epoch Times, you guys are extraordinary.
This documentary I want everybody to see.
More importantly, make all your friends and family that don't know the facts, make them watch it.
Great work.
unidentified
Thank you, Steve.
jorshua philipp
Appreciate it.
steve bannon
Okay, just fabulous team.
Make sure you put it on your homepage.
Put Epic Times up there with Revolver News, Populous Press, Gateway Pundit.
You can't say you're not getting information.
There are about 10 sites out there that are the cutting edge of reality.
Remember, the server's not on Mars, okay?
