Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
We're here with Mayor Giuliani, President Trump's legal team.
We're here in Phoenix, Arizona for the hearing.
What should we expect to hear today, sir?
rudy giuliani
Well, what you should expect to hear is another group of witnesses, like the ones in Pennsylvania, that put the lie to the Democrat propaganda that there's no evidence.
There's tons of evidence that they stole the election in Arizona, in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, in Georgia.
In Nevada, each of those places, thousands and thousands of Republicans were kept away from seeing any of these mail-in ballots against the law.
Not just for fun, it was done because the mail-in ballots are fraudulent.
And we'll show that the machine company they were using, Dominion, is a machine company that really, it's real expertise is how to change the vote, not how to count the vote.
That's been true for 10 years.
Why they would hire this company, with the horrendous record it has, turned down by Texas, at one point thrown out of Chicago.
The only reason you'd hire this company is you were negligent, didn't do any due diligence.
You just go on the internet.
It's been cleaned up a little now.
You just go on the internet and you can see its connection to Venezuela.
So there are a lot of things that are going to come out today.
Tremendous inaccuracies in Maricopa County.
There's no question And I think our statistical analysts will point that out.
President Trump won Arizona by a fairly good margin, and it was stolen from him.
Mostly in Maricopa County, somewhat in Pima County, both with just out-and-out fraud, keeping their inspectors away, and then some manipulation to the machine, which we don't have the full scope of yet because they won't let us see the machines.
So my vote is only as good as the integrity of Dominion, And all the hackers that exist that can get into the Dominion machine.
unidentified
Your vote is not as secure as your Venmo account.
rudy giuliani
Pardon me?
Say that one more time.
unidentified
Your vote is not as secure as your Venmo account.
rudy giuliani
Can you think of any reason why anyone would hire them to count votes in the United States?
unidentified
I could postulate a lot of... Are any of them good reasons?
They have a strong lobby.
They work with the government, they work with state government agencies, and they've got the infrastructure to sell their services.
So when we're talking about, it was Mr. Krebs?
Is that correct?
Correct.
Okay.
He stated the most secure election in history.
He stated we're not connected to the internet.
He stated no votes leave this country.
This is all things he's stated.
He's stated publicly.
So it's just a website, correct?
Right.
So are you willing to say under oath?
That you have seen the connection to the internet.
You have seen it go offshore to Germany, Frankfurt.
Are these things that you have personally seen and can say, that is not true?
Our white hat hackers, yes, they have that traffic in the packets.
So, why would he make that kind of comment, do you think?
Not knowing, believing the myth, or not wanting the truth to be known.
Thank you.
dr shiva ayyadurai
This iteration process, again, the computer was done, and the only one that we were able to come close to matching was this.
And I want everyone to look at this carefully.
So out of all the potential universe, which we've done, and we're going to continue doing this, by no means is this done, we find that the interesting possibility we find here is when the Democrat percentage is 130% Mr. Biden and negative 30% Mr. Trump, And the Republican percentage is 0-100, the Independent is 36%, 58%, Libertarian 0-60, 60-0.
But what's extraordinary about this graph, again, you know, we went through many, many, many iterations, it matches perfectly.
Near perfectly.
The slopes match, the curves match, the shape match.
So what this tells us is that this demographic distribution Of allocation of party affiliations is what can generate this.
And I find it highly implausible because this means that Mr.
Biden got 130% of Democrat voters and negative 30% and President Trump got negative 30%.
unidentified
That's Dr.
steve bannon
Wow.
I tell you, across the board, you had Phil Waldron there talking about hackers and talking about Krebs' happy talk on 60 Minutes.
Not press at all with one tough question on 60 Minutes.
One softball after another, not challenged whatsoever.
And I got to tell you, I thought Phil Waldron did a great job.
I thought Dr. Shiva did a great job.
I thought Rudy did a great job.
It's still going.
We may cut in.
The team in Denver and Fish are monitoring what's going on there.
I want to bring in now, is Jack Posobiec on?
We're going to get Jack Posobiec here in a moment to talk about Pennsylvania.
Greg, give us exactly what's the latest on Pennsylvania.
greg manz
So the resolution that was announced on Friday night did formally get introduced into the state government committee.
So it's been referred to that committee, and we'll see what the next steps are, whether or not there will be hearings, and to Boris's point, what mechanical issues can be undertaken in the state legislature now that this has been formally introduced.
steve bannon
And is it too late to have hearings, though?
My phone's blowing up because I think Pasova's going to talk about this.
There are loopholes.
Look, guys like Manns make their living.
They look like nice guys and they make their living up there in Harrisburg.
When the bills are this thick, there are loopholes on every page, right?
My favorite thing from House of Cards is when he's in South Carolina and they're negotiating the education fund.
People remember, when you see a bill this big, every comma and every phrase has been negotiated by lobbyists and guys in Congress on the staffs.
So they're saying there's a technicality on this that you might actually be able to bring back the new legislature for hearings.
We'll see.
I think it's political will, and they don't have it, and that's why you didn't see today.
You had plenty of time to make this.
You could have started Thursday and gotten through and had a real resolution, right?
greg manz
Yeah, and we've had Brian Cutler in our crosshairs these past couple days, especially today, but it's worth noting that the majority leader, Kerry Bettenhoff, is the one that will set the calendar going forward, that will enable the state government committee to operate going forward.
steve bannon
So this is just, I mean, I think Posobiec's got some ideas.
jack maxey
This is why our guys got to reach out to your representatives.
You know, as they say, perhaps put a little spark of liberty under them.
Bring the heat.
These guys got to do their jobs.
It's time for everybody to stand up.
And we're watching this, Steve.
You heard Boris Johnson say that, or forgive me, Boris Epstein say that he thought there was a little bit of people backing down.
And you talked earlier today about how Franklin said out in front of the statehouse in Philadelphia that it's a republic if you can keep it.
steve bannon
Look, we've got to face facts here.
We have the votes.
He got something for me.
We have the votes.
We have the venues, whether the state legislatures or the courts.
We've got the evidence.
We've got the receipts.
And now, both in Gettysburg and today.
And you have it at every level.
You've got the mathematical.
You've got the statistical.
You've got the voting systems.
You've got the ballot stuffing.
You've got the illegal votes.
You've got the illegal aliens.
You've got the mail-in.
You go vertical by vertical.
Take them.
Pick them.
You've got amazing evidence, and amazing between, like, Leah Hoopes that we had on the other day, right?
The citizen who'll stand up, a poll watcher, a poll observer, some official in Arizona, all the way to Dr. Shiva with nine degrees from MIT starting when he was four, right?
He's up there, boom, with the charts.
You got them.
They're prepared to step forward.
We have all the cards.
We also have something else.
We have the moral high ground in this war.
What we do not have is the will.
We have the will.
The audience has the will.
The deplorables have the will.
Heck, you got Frederick's on a bus tour, and he's surrounded every day.
You got guys coming up, Amy Kramer's on a tour.
They're surrounded by people saying, let's do it.
Our show's blowing up.
Yet in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona, controlled by Republicans, or at least the legislatures in all of them, and in Georgia and Arizona, Remember, all you need is Wisconsin, which has got no problems, because they're going to go to court, I think, wouldn't it?
Then Georgia and Arizona, we totally control.
You got it.
You're in the House of Representatives.
You affirmed the victory.
We're all booking suites.
You know, we're having a big party here at the Breitbart Embassy on the evening of the 20th.
So I'm going to bring in Jack Posobiec.
What we are missing is the will.
And what's missing is this kind of ossified Republican establishment that was ossified in 16 when Donald Trump came and like a sith through grass went through all their great candidates.
And they were all for Trump, rah-rah-rah, after he won on November 8th.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
They all came out.
We love this guy.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
They stayed around at the trough.
And now, and when you've got to stand up for the country, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona, for you, Posobiec, because you're a Pennsylvania guy, you're from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Last, I thought they grew heroes in Pennsylvania.
unidentified
Wasn't, wasn't, wasn't the Liberty Hall?
steve bannon
Independence Hall is in Philadelphia.
Isn't Valley Forge outside of Pennsylvania?
Isn't Gettysburg in southern Pennsylvania?
Look at all the great guys that came and fought in World War I and World War II from Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania is a commonwealth of heroes.
What are we doing today, cowering?
You get behind all these little technical terms.
This guy, what's his name?
Cutler?
And Corman?
They're cowering and saying, oh, you know, I don't know, it's not enough days, this is so hard, let me pass the budget.
I think there's a tax cut I want to look at.
So Posobiec, you're a guy from Pennsylvania.
I thought you Yankees were supposed to be made of sterner stuff, brother.
jack posobiec
Well, it turns out in this situation we've got here is not a situation where people are saying they can't fight behind closed doors.
What they're saying behind closed doors is that they don't benefit.
They are willing to sell the President of the United States and their own voters out Because they don't see any personal benefit.
Steve, they're saying it's going to go back to normal.
Don't worry.
We don't have to fight.
It's just going to go back to normal.
Trump will be gone, and we'll go back to our nice, steady cures, our $90,000-a-year job, our per diem, our travel.
This is what they're saying behind closed doors.
I will say, though, that there are some real fighters who are in there saying, hold on a second.
This is the party.
These are our voters.
How am I going to go face these people, day in and day out, when you're telling me that we shouldn't have to fight this out?
And it comes down to Brian Cutler, because the Pennsylvania Constitution, under the section on sessions, right?
unidentified
In Article 2, Section 4.
jack posobiec
Yes, the General Assembly shall be a continuing body during the term of For which its representatives are elected, all right?
They were elected for this term.
Now, traditionally, in the month of December after election, there isn't anything done, but that doesn't mean they can't hold a hearing.
It just says you shall on the first Tuesday of January.
It doesn't say that you can't hold.
He could gavel in.
Cutler could gavel it in.
steve bannon
and if the deplorable and a president all of all of you know i hang a hang of a person who would tell me do it he should put the so that the so that the so that your polish i'm irish you've lost me your you're ahead of me slow down and give me that one again you're saying that the speaker of the house cutler the same guy who did not even but no lift a finger to get this resolution that would put in a base in nineteen thirty eight law that would allow a alternative set of electors ago up and guide that guy who didn't look a finger
you're saying if in this close reading of the pennsylvania constitution he has the technical ability to actually gavel in the new house before january and actually hold a hearing Thank you for watching.
jack posobiec
There's nothing in there that says he can't do it.
And I challenge any lawyer or Pennsylvania constitutional scholar to find me Any line in here where it says that he cannot do this.
It just says that he shall start the new session on the first Tuesday of January.
steve bannon
Can you hang on for one second?
We're going to take a short commercial break.
I've got to come back and I've got to talk to you about Pennsylvania and then some broader themes here.
Jack Posobiec of One American News, who's from Pennsylvania, been all over the story, doing amazing reporting, where there's been from Arizona to Wisconsin to Pennsylvania, all of it.
Jack Posobiec.
We'll join the team back in the War Room in just a second.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, for the audience, it's not time to get bummed, not time to get mopey, not time to go, oh my gosh, this is so terrible.
Time to man up, okay?
And here's what we're going to do.
We're going to put Cutler's picture on the screen with his office phone number that you can call and Tell him what you think is the appropriate thing to do.
Is it to let the legislature go home or is it to deal with this and particularly at least have hearings and let the Democrats cross the witnesses.
It's an advocacy system.
We don't have any problem with that.
I want to go to Jack Posobiec.
I want you to answer then we get Greg Manzin.
You're both Pennsylvania guys.
What I'm hearing is that the senior leadership that's been so passive is sitting there going, there's no upside for us.
Right now we control the House and the Senate, we've got this thing, we've got to check on the governor, and if we step out here and support Trump in these charges, and hey, maybe they're right, maybe they're wrong, but just in the process of going out there, we're going to hit such a hornet's nest that we may potentially risk losing the House and the Senate in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in a couple years, and that's not worth it, because these guys are career politicians.
Have you heard anything along those lines?
jack posobiec
I think that's exactly what I've heard.
That's exactly what I've heard from my sources inside Harrisburg at the beautiful State Capitol.
Teddy Roosevelt once said that he absolutely loved our State Capitol in Harrisburg, one of the most beautiful ones.
But the situation is dire because the people of Pennsylvania, the people of the Commonwealth specifically, need to go to their representatives and, as constituents, tell them They did not vote for them in spite of Donald Trump being at the top of the ticket.
They voted for them inclusive of President Trump at the top of the ticket.
Keep in mind, Steve, that this is the same legislative body that's going to have to do battle with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court once again when it comes to redistricting, which is coming up after the next census.
So if they want to be in a position to do anything About the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court.
Remember, this is the one that has that Democrat supermajority on it that knocks, that makes up laws or says you're not allowed to challenge laws even if they're unconstitutional, is what they told Sean Parnell.
If they want to do anything about that Supreme Court, they've got to start fighting now.
And they've got to show the people that they're willing to fight because then eventually when the party puts up candidates statewide for Supreme Court, then maybe you can start to get some balance up there, right?
This is the situation where it stands in Pennsylvania.
You guys are going to lose the statehouse anyway.
That's what it comes down to.
You're going to lose the statehouse anyway if you don't start fighting.
steve bannon
Yes, because the Trump guys are not going to support you.
Greg Vance.
greg manz
Yeah, and when you look at the map of Pennsylvania on the state legislature side of things, the collar counties of Philadelphia, that is where Republicans are dying.
And very fastly, it's happening.
But at the same time, we're expanding in Erie.
We're expanding in Cambria County.
steve bannon
Working-class counties.
greg manz
Up in the Northeast.
We're taking the fight to Democrats, these traditional blue-dog Democrats, that are coming over because of President Trump's movement.
steve bannon
Yeah, no, the nationalistic populist, you can tell that's getting... You can't tell me that's not a Republican.
jack posobiec
You can't say that.
steve bannon
One last thing, Jack, before I let you go.
On Pennsylvania, I've got another question overall, but legally, there's so much overwhelming evidence in Pennsylvania, right?
And what Rudy and others laid out.
In the court fight, you know, we've had Parnell and Kelly's kind of kickback.
They're trying to get into federal court because the Commonwealth Supreme Court didn't want to touch the facts, didn't want to touch the merits of the case.
Where do we stand, you think, legally with pushing forward and still not certifying these electors?
jack posobiec
Look, you've got to start making the type of arguments that the Supreme Court justices will turn their ears towards.
You need to start making the type of arguments that will get them to prick their ears up and say, hmm, that sounds like a constitutional issue, it sounds like a federal issue.
And so I know there's one sort of low-hanging fruit out there of, well, it's a federal election, it's an election for president, therefore, It, by default, right, by definition, is a federal issue.
Yeah, that's, okay, sure, that's low-hanging fruit, but you've got to start going in.
We need to start talking.
That's why, and Dershowitz is the one who said, Jack Vesovic, Dallin Dershowitz, who said this, when he was talking about equal protection, right, these are the types of phrases that Supreme Court justices are going to be looking for when they get into these issues.
steve bannon
Jack, what have you heard about Wisconsin?
I know Michigan, I think, is now... I think it's not tomorrow, it's going to be Wednesday.
There's a hearing out there for the evidence.
There's all this that came about, the 100,000 to 200,000 illegal ballots in Wisconsin.
What's the latest information you have, intel you have, about lawsuits dropped in Wisconsin, lawsuits dropped in Georgia, lawsuits dropped in Arizona, lawsuits dropped in Michigan?
jack posobiec
Bob Spindell is coming back.
There is a public meeting that's going to be held of the Wisconsin Election Commission.
It's scheduled for 10 a.m.
Central Time.
It's 11 a.m.
Eastern.
It's going to be on Zoom, and people are allowed to reach in.
This is a capacity of 500 participants, so what I'm going to try to do is get in on my own live stream separately.
But we do know now that the Trump campaign is going to be fighting More ballots that I don't know what the final number is yet.
I've heard a few bands around, but I don't want to say that because I don't want to be inaccurate, but I do know that the number of ballots they plan to challenge is larger than the margin of victory, right?
And so tomorrow, we're going to hear Bob Spindel's response, and we saw that he's been already a little vociferous on Twitter, the bobsled.
His response to what happened during That Dane County recount and that Milwaukee County recount that we were talking about all last week.
We're going to get Bob Spindel's response.
steve bannon
That's going to be amazing.
By the way, remember, in Wisconsin it's 20,000 votes.
I'm hearing a minimum is going to be 100,000 that are going to be challenged as being thrown out, which is 5x.
I mean, it's way bigger than the margin of error, what they're challenging, because I'm hearing numbers up to 115,000, 200,000.
jack posobiec
Right, and I don't want to put words in their mouth because it hasn't been filed yet, but it's clearly above $100,000.
steve bannon
Jack, anything else we should know before we go away?
Well, the last thing about Lynn Wood's suit and what they argued, you know, the state of Georgia argued to defend smart tech and the computer company and Dominion Systems, voting systems, because of their intellectual property.
It was the exposure there into proprietary software that the state of Georgia thought it was appropriate in the middle of the night at 10 o'clock last night on a Sunday night to be arguing in court that they should not stop the erasure or taking down of any information off these machines which is it's a completely ludicrous if you look at the judges ruling it's brutal to the minion system basically saying you guys right there do not touch these machines don't we don't want you race anything we don't need reset we don't want any happy talk don't put your fingerprints on them what what are you
hearing about the whole Linwood situation Dominion voting systems and what's going down in Georgia.
jack posobiec
Interestingly enough I had a comment that came in from a first-time voter today and he said He said, Jack, you know, I'm a first-time voter.
I've never done this before, but, you know, I got a question.
Why don't you guys audit all the elections just regularly?
What do you mean you're not auditing these things?
You're not checking the electronic machines?
You're not verifying signatures?
And he couldn't understand why those types of verification processes that, of course, we apply to every single other aspect of our life here in the modern world, Would not apply to something as important as elections.
There's a lot of people who are getting turned on, you know, intellectually by what's going on and understanding the situation that has been in this country since we started.
I mean, all the way back to motor voter, if you want to go that far.
All the way back to motor voters when this started in the 90s, up until now, of the absolute disgrace.
It's a disgrace that we run our elections this way.
steve bannon
It's unbelievable.
Jack, how do people get more access to you on social media?
jack posobiec
Yeah, follow me on social media.
It's at Twitter, at Jack Pasovic, P-O-S-O-B-I-E-C, parlor at Pasovic, and you can also watch Antifa Movie, it's a new documentary, antifamovie.com.
steve bannon
And you're going to be, I take it right now, you're going to try to livestream, or people can go to you, Periscope, or to your Twitter, and you're going to be giving commentary on this Bob Spindell election commission meeting tomorrow at 11 o'clock Eastern.
jack posobiec
That's the plan, and I've got word that Bob is planning to get in there and he's going to do some work.
We've got a lot of patriots out there doing work, and I'd love to see it.
Patriots doing work.
Courage is the new pandemic.
steve bannon
Remember, thank you, Jack Posobiec.
One falls, remember, one falls, they all fall.
In Wisconsin, we've said it from the beginning, the lowest hanging fruit.
Jack Maxey, you've had an incredibly pensive look.
I know you spent the last seven days in a row looking at algorithms and data, and every day you're disgust.
Gets bigger and bigger.
One of it is that it's pretty obvious, given the efforts you're going through, is that the way the system works, whether it's Republicans or Democrats, but the way the system works, they don't actually, to his point, to Jack Posobiec, the first-time voter, why don't you always do these audits?
Why don't you always do it?
They don't want you to do them.
The system, you know, earlier on, it was Brian Kennedy or somebody said that the system's so shabby and so looked like a Rube Goldberg model out in Arizona.
That's the way they want it!
That's the way they want it.
This is not, this is an act of commission.
The system's set up like this so that they can drive their own outcomes.
jack maxey
The more opaque it is, the harder it is to certify what's going on behind closed doors.
I mean, this is the same as a bohi harvest was for the Biden family, right?
They make multiple different things to make it hard to look through.
But what I can tell you We are seeing in Pennsylvania you're not even allowed to vote using a P.O.
box.
There are 29,000 P.O.
boxes that are registered to vote, did vote, and amongst those P.O.
boxes, they got tens of thousands more votes sent to those boxes.
steve bannon
So how does that get certified?
jack maxey
Exactly, Stephen.
We're finding this all over the country.
When I'm dealing with my patriotic guys in Europe who are helping us, one of the things that they are so shocked by is they can't believe that the United States runs their voting system like this.
steve bannon
It's pathetic.
jack maxey
You couldn't certify a cash box at the little SoftServe store for your summer job like this, right?
You'd get fired the first night.
steve bannon
Or you wouldn't have a paycheck.
unidentified
You'd be working for free, right?
steve bannon
Okay, look, we're taking a short commercial break.
When we come back, we'll be on the road with some patriots, the people that put on the great Trump rally, Trump march here a couple of weeks ago in Washington, D.C., are now taking a bus around the country to fire people up.
They've already drawn some heat from Antifa.
We'll show a video of that, pictures of that, and have Amy Kramer's daughter on here, who's the, well, it's Marilyn Lynn Kramer.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back to War and Pandemic.
We now have Amy Kramer, who was one of the people in the driving force in putting on that tremendous March for Trump, the show support of Stop the Steal in Washington, D.C.
a couple weeks ago that drew, I don't know, 750,000, 800,000, a million people.
It was incredible.
They are now going up through the battleground states.
They're in Georgia right now.
Amy, thank you for joining us on War and Pandemic.
unidentified
Hey, Steve, thanks for having me.
steve bannon
So, Amy, I want to get to the thing first of President Trump.
You know, you have all these facts on the ground in Georgia that are just outrageous, including no signature match, you know, everything to do with these machines.
You had Lin Wood's lawsuit last night where they've I guess they've secured the machines in Gannett, Cobb, and Cherokee County.
What exactly is going on?
Why is the Republican establishment down there not having the president's back?
I mean, Kemp came back today after President Trump's interview with Maria Bartiromo.
Where he's saying, hey, I don't know why I endorsed this guy.
They're not standing up for the voters down there.
And he goes, we follow the law.
So can you, I know you're spending time now on the road to get out there, get a feel for the grassroots.
What is going on in Georgia?
amy kremer
Well, Steve, it's a very good question because, you know, two weeks ago, Three weeks ago I asked Governor Kemp to come to the rally at the State Capitol and be with us there and he told me to get back with me and I never heard back from him.
I know that two weeks ago he was at a Georgia football game when there was a protest going on at the Capitol and then last weekend I think he was trout fishing or something and you've got these protests going on.
And people are mad as hell.
We actually, I'm not in Georgia right now.
We were in Savannah earlier today.
We're in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and we were headed up through North Carolina.
But you know what?
We have decided we're rerouting and we're going back to Atlanta because that is ground zero and we have to demand That our elected officials take action here.
This is not about stealing an election from President Trump.
This is about stealing an election from we, the people.
And the only people that are going to get to the bottom of it and stop it, the only way we're going to is if we, the people, stand up.
So we are rerouting the march for Trump and we're headed back to Georgia.
We'll be there on Thursday and Friday.
And we want answers.
We expect answers from our representatives.
I don't know why the governor won't call a special session.
I'm really disappointed in him.
I know that today they were occupying the Capitol.
They were going to circle the governor's mansion and also go to Secretary of State Brad Rappaport's house.
Now, I have always been one that never advocates for going to a politician's house.
But you know what?
At this point, if that's the only way we're going to get answers, then let's go sit outside his house until he gives us the answers and until they are straight and come clean with the American people.
steve bannon
I have a question to ask you.
I know that January 5th is very important.
We've got to hold the Senate.
Nobody questions that.
But the effort to do that, particularly given what Stacey Abrams and they have on these mail-in ballots, doesn't the establishment understand that if they don't come together and back the deplorables on getting a fair vote here now, right now, between now and December 8th and 14th, now, in mid-December, there's just no chance they're going to rally all the Trump voters.
I mean, it's just not going to happen.
You know this.
You were on the founders of the Tea Party.
Is anybody listening to you, the fact that, hey, we gotta make this case, we gotta close this deal, then worry about the next deal?
amy kremer
But you know what?
You and I both know that yes, the Democrats are bad actors.
They're responsible for so much of this.
But the reality is, there are Republicans that are just as bad as Democrats.
And they don't want President Trump there.
And they would rather have Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden than President Trump.
Because for a couple things, number one, they can blame everything on the Democrats.
But number two, they raise more money.
And guess what?
This is a government for the people, by the people, and this is about the foundation of our nation.
How do you expect us, when they are trying to steal an election, and we see what's going on in Georgia, and now we've got this runoff, you want us to vote on the same machines that they rigged to try and steal this election?
I'm sorry, but we're not stupid, and we're not going to stand for it.
And if those Republicans don't get their crap together, then they too will be gone shortly.
Because we're not going to tolerate this.
The American people are awake, we're paying attention, and we may have been living our lives doing our own thing before, but this is a whole different ballgame, and you've waken a sleeping giant this time.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to make sure, because the tour was going to go to these other battleground states.
You guys are actually hanging a left and going to head back down to Georgia.
You're going to get there.
Right now, you intend to be in Atlanta on Thursday and Friday.
Is that the latest we're hearing?
amy kremer
That's correct.
We'll be there Thursday and Friday.
Then Friday night, we're going to go to Nashville.
And then we're headed up through the battleground states.
We're going up through North Carolina and Virginia to rally the base, to get them to come to D.C.
Those people, they want us to go to Georgia because they want these shenanigans to stop in Georgia.
And they'll still come to D.C.
on December 12th.
But we need to be in Atlanta.
We need to hold their feet to the fire.
And then we're going to head to the battleground states.
steve bannon
What level of enthusiasm?
Are people getting disheartened or are people hardened more for the fight now that they're seeing the evidence in the presentations at Gettysburg and today in Arizona?
I know you probably haven't had a chance to see it, but it's actually 2x what Gettysburg was as far as they've got very sophisticated statistical analysis and witnesses, so it's as good as Gettysburg was.
They've had obviously a little more time to prepare for this.
But are people getting more hardened on this and saying, hey, I'm not going to back off now that they're seeing more evidence, or do you think people are getting more dispirited?
amy kremer
Oh no, I think people are getting more hardened.
They are mad as hell.
Last night we were in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Several hundred people there.
I would bet you 98% of the people came up to me and said, I was in Washington D.C.
two weeks ago and I'm going back again.
And this time I'm bringing my entire family.
I mean, I had a lady telling me that her group is coming and they're bringing their tents.
They are not leaving because we look at this as this is being stolen from We The People.
Like I said, it's not about an election being stolen for President Trump.
It is about stealing an election from the people.
And the American people are not going to take it anymore.
We have had enough.
We saw, you know, an awakening with the Tea Party movement back in 2009, 2010.
But Steve, this is nothing like I've ever seen before.
I mean, this is the Tea Party movement magnified a thousand times.
And so when we get to these two weeks, I wouldn't be surprised if we have two or three times the people that we had two weeks ago.
steve bannon
Wow.
Okay, Amy, how do people get more access to you?
We're going to have you on all the shows.
We're proud to be one of the sponsors, but how do they get your social media?
People want to follow the bus and follow the tour to all your stops.
How do they do that?
amy kremer
Go to Trumpmarch.com.
All the information is there.
The one thing I would ask everybody, Steve, first of all, we appreciate your support and the War Room support and Mike Lindell and MyPillow and Right Side Broadcasting and everybody that's helping because we are being censored so bad on social media that if people weren't calling and texting their friends and family, I don't know how people would be finding out.
Thankfully, you're letting people know and we appreciate you so much.
But if you will text, And Carl, even if you have to go old school with a phone tree, please do it because people are having a really hard time finding our tour.
But we are out here.
We will not back down.
And my message to President Trump is do not concede.
Do not back down.
We are coming.
The Calvary is coming.
And we want you to continue to fight to expose this voter fraud and save our nation.
steve bannon
Amy Kramer on tour, going to be back in Atlanta to throw down there with the governor.
Amy, thank you so much.
You're a fighter.
amy kremer
Steve, come join us!
steve bannon
Amy, you're such a fighter.
You're there Thursday and Friday, correct?
amy kremer
I am.
steve bannon
We are, yes.
Are you guys going to have a rally one of those two days?
Are you planning on a rally?
amy kremer
Oh yeah, definitely on Friday.
But yeah, come on down Thursday probably too.
They won't grant us a permit at the Georgia Capitol.
I don't know why, it's our house.
But we're gonna be there and we'd love to have you join us.
Come on down!
steve bannon
Thank you, Amy Kramer from the tour.
Looking forward to that.
Amy, we'll have you back on.
We'll see you back tomorrow morning and then tomorrow night.
We're one of the sponsors of this tour and couldn't be prouder of what they're doing and so glad they decided to turn around and go back to Atlanta, right?
Because that's the heart of it right now.
jack maxey
Listen, I love the fight, and she said one thing, obviously, we can't have an election on January 5th if we don't trust the machines that were used this last election.
We've said it before, you said it earlier, if there's anything else we've learned, we need paper ballots.
Somebody should step forward and just declare that's how they're going to do the January 5th election in Georgia.
steve bannon
All of that stuff is important, right?
I agree with you.
It may be too late for the 5th unless you make some dramatic changes.
But everything that talks about that gets the reason I like I'm going back to Atlanta right now.
You got to focus on this right here, right?
If we don't close, because the rally they're talking about on the 12th is the electors.
We may be in the final stages of a Supreme Court vote or, you know, in one of these state legislatures.
It's, you know, on the 14th.
It's flip or fly.
So right now we're down to it.
We're what, 14 and a wake up?
That's why I love the fact that Amy called it audible and said, hey, yeah, going to Carolina and going to these other places and getting people jacked up for the 12th is important, but if you don't win right now, you've got Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona.
You flip those three, and you're in the House of Representatives.
Wisconsin's gonna shock people.
Tomorrow, Wisconsin are the quiet ones, and I think you're gonna see tomorrow, at 11 o'clock, we'll cut into this commission meeting with Spindel.
But he and his partner have just been incredible.
The veterinarian, right, have been incredible.
They haven't backed off an inch.
I'm hearing it's 100,000 to 150,000 illegal ballots.
And they've got the receipts.
And they're not going to back off.
I think they're going to go to court and I think they're going to fight this in the state legislature.
That's why the mainstream media does not, you never hear them talking about Wisconsin.
unidentified
Not at all.
steve bannon
Crickets.
All they talk about is mock Trump.
Oh, he paid $3 million in the 122 votes.
That was not the point.
And they know, that's how phony they are.
They know that's not the point of doing the recount.
You had to do that because simultaneously the way Wisconsin works is you're doing the audit, right?
You're doing this audit, and now they've come up with the goods.
Not one mainstream media story mentioned that.
All they talked about was, oh, Trump spent three million dollars and he's 122 votes worse.
It's not about that.
It's that you got caught.
They got stone cold caught in Wisconsin.
And these Wisconsin guys are straight as they get.
But they're not going to bend.
It's the new Iron Brigade.
It's the new Black Hats.
They held a Gettysburg, and they're holding here.
And I tell you, it gives everybody pride.
You see what they're doing, and then compare Pennsylvania.
You see what Wisconsin's doing, and you compare that down to Georgia.
You see what Wisconsin's doing, and you compare that down to Arizona.
And you have individual examples of courage, and tenacity, and grit.
But institutionally, I mean, the Republican Party is just looking the other way now.
It's a chance to rejuvenate itself.
This should be the most important moment of the Republican Party in its modern history.
Yeah, Greg.
greg manz
And Steve, on that note, President Trump just retweeted a former Lehigh County Commissioner in Pennsylvania.
It's not Pennsylvania specific, but he says, who needs Democrats when you have Republicans like Brian Kemp and Doug Ducey?
jack maxey
Well, you know, Steve, there's an answer for all of this.
Anybody at the RNC who's listening, everybody is outraged with you.
The answer to this is the Whigs.
And the last time we replaced the quote-unquote party of conservatives, just before the Civil War, was for the same reason.
The party was no longer up to the task of standing tall against slavery.
steve bannon
In defense of the RNC, this is the state party level.
I just think you've got to engage at the state party level.
Look, it's guys like Cutler.
Remember, these are professional politicians.
They're making decisions as professionals.
They're saying, hey look, I see there's heat on Trump.
This thing's not going to happen in other states.
Why should we step out here?
We're going to bring the wrath of the Philadelphia Inquirer down on us and all.
MSNBC, Rachel Maddow is going to be in our district.
I'd just as soon let this go on because it's not going to make a difference.
And the Trump guys, you know, the War Room guys are all talking smack today, and these people all worked up, and Amy Kramer's riding around on her bus.
But in four months, they'll forget about it, right?
And we'll be back to the good old days.
They'll just wait you out.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to be back in the War Room.
Greg Mance, Jack Maxey will return in just a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Vish, I want you and the guys in Denver to be monitoring what's going on out in Arizona.
They're still giving testimony.
They could go for a lot longer, although we understand they may have some surprise witnesses that may come out.
So we want to make sure that if it happens before we go off the air at 7, That we hear about that.
Another big show tomorrow.
Just every day we get so crammed for everything we have to put up here because there's so many fronts are being fought on and so many different avenues with, you know, the legal, you've got the state legislation.
We try to always give you the signal, not the noise.
What's happening in Pennsylvania, we knew it was going to be big.
The reality is, you had the goods in Pennsylvania, and you had some heroic people.
From Sean Parnell, to Colonel Mastriano, to Greg Rothman, you just had some terrifics.
I'm really proud of the fact that there seems to be veterans that are stepping up here and really trying to take leadership.
But it's guys like Brian Cutler.
He just gotta say, hey, you know, you gotta make him famous, because it's just not acceptable.
Particularly not acceptable not to have hearings.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
To pass that resolution, at least to sit down and have hearings, and have the Democrats cross the witnesses.
I have no problem with that.
If they think this stuff's all nonsense, let's get a witness up there and let them get crossed.
I mean, we have an advocacy system and that's how things make progress.
So, Jack, I know you've been deep into the, you mentioned one a second ago, I want to go back to that, what you said was happening in Pennsylvania, only by people voting from post office boxes, from central things.
I know you've been working, and either tomorrow or the next day you're going to have a little more walk-through presentation on what you guys are finding, but tell me, just hit the highlight reel, how bad is it?
jack maxey
Oh, it's awful.
We find 29,000 P.O.
boxes in Pennsylvania where people were receiving ballots.
If you take the top portion of those, they got over 30,000 ballots.
So multiples of these P.O.
boxes would get, say, 150, 200 ballots to the P.O.
box.
In Pennsylvania, you're not even allowed to vote with a P.O.
box.
When we started switching the search around so it was P.O.
P dot O dot or P slash O. We found even more.
We're doing a heat map right now, Pennsylvania, where we can see sort of how ballot harvesting was done.
We have great data from Pennsylvania concerning the ballots.
steve bannon
We're going to have a heat, we're going to have a heat.
unidentified
I love that.
jack maxey
Listen, I'm telling you what, these guys are global rock stars.
They created an entire geostatic map of the United States with every single address And the ability to match every single voter roll, every single election result, every mail ballot to those exact addresses.
steve bannon
So you can see where all the post office boxes and Trader Joe's showed up.
jack maxey
Right, and you're going to be able to see certain things where, you know, you'll look at a neighborhood and people are getting ballots and, you know, it's a little bit each day, just like normal behavior, and then you'll go to one neighborhood And thousands of people will have received the ballot on the same day and voted it all on the same day.
So all these anomalies start to add up to a big problem.
And one thing I want everybody out there who's even in the States, we allowed these third party vendors into our voter rolls all around the United States because of COVID-19.
This is one of the reasons this big finesse was allowed to occur.
And my guys comparing some two different voter rolls from Pennsylvania, one that was published right before the election and one just after, it looks to them that there may be some people going in there and trying to clean these things up.
So if it were up to me right now, I'd get the Secretary of States of every state in America to make sure that the only people who have access to those rolls from this moment forward are the county clerks and others responsible.
steve bannon
I've got a question.
We got it because of the sensitivity of it in the timing, the urgency of this, because everybody's saying what's got to be done in the future, but like for right now, how, and Greg jump in here, how could the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania certify this vote and done it so quickly?
When you have things like this, and you're going to be able to show many more than this of the 29,000 that voted from post office boxes, which is illegal, right?
You can't do that.
They have to have an address, not a post office box.
You've got seven or eight examples like this of those kind of groupings which have critical mass.
How could they have certified it without going back and doing these checkings?
jack maxey
Well, because, Steve, it's what we spoke of to begin with.
They've never really certified any of the elections.
It's always been a sort of muddied process that they hope everybody just agrees to.
You know, the Republicans will roll over, just as we've done so many times, all the way back to Nixon.
And I think now is the time to say enough people and stand up because really at the end of the day it's not a Republican or a Democratic issue.
This is an issue concerning the integrity of our voting process and the future of this republic.
As Franklin said, a republic if you can keep it.
greg manz
Yeah, and it just would showcase their ineptitude if they actually went in and did this.
So it's not just the actual results, but their work product would be completely exposed.
So it's much easier to bury your head in the sand and not actually be called out for your failures.
steve bannon
Breaking news out of the Senate is that they have adjourned without action on the nomination of Shelton to the Federal Reserve.
That means with Mark Kelly, because of the way that the special election was in Arizona, he'll be sworn in.
Shelton, who was kind of a breath of fresh air on the Fed board, not going to be a Fed governor.
So President Trump President Mitch did not take care of President Trump on that one.
That's one of the ones he wanted.
The governor won on the Fed board, you know, in a big way.
Did not happen.
jack maxey
But you know what this shows you?
It shows you that Romney has sort of a bitter kind of character, right?
He wants to go home with his football, and his father did the same thing back in the election of, what, 64, I guess, with Barry Goldwater.
He didn't get the nomination, so he tried to To harm the nominee's campaign, and he was fairly successful.
Bitter people.
Bitter fruit from the same tree.
steve bannon
I've got to tell you, the Shelton one's a big one.
Tomorrow, we've got Georgia, we're going to have Arizona, I believe, and this is why I would stay tuned, we're going off, but we're going to transition over to Real America's Voice back for their programming, and I think you're going to see some fireworks In Arizona, if you haven't seen enough today, so we want to tell everybody who keeps watching either GTV or America's Voice, whichever one you're watching to get the show, because they're going to continue to cover it, pick the live stream up.
There should still be some action and some fireworks out in Arizona at the hearing, which could go several more hours, but I think they're going to have a couple surprise witnesses out there.
That people want to watch.
Okay, we'll be back at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning with War Room, Jam Packer, and Go Around the Country.
We know that we're going to get into some pandemic stuff tomorrow, but everything right now is focused on trying to seal the victory President Trump won on November 3rd.
Of course, those dates are coming up.
December 8th is the safe harbor.
December 14th is when the Electoral College meets.
It's all going to be decided in the next 14 days.
Remember, tomorrow starts December, the last month of the year.
The last month of one of the toughest years in modern memory, 2020.
