Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.

We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Courage is contagious, and you've seen this now with the president of the United States, his throwdown yesterday in the I think it was in the Roosevelt Room.
You're seeing him now fully engaged.
I'm at the apparatus.
If you see what's happening in Wisconsin with these heroes that are demanding that every ballot be certifiable, One falls, they all fall.
We're going to bring in now Boris Epstein from the campaign.
My colleague Raheem Kassam is here with us.
We want to make sure we're getting your voice in the live stream and also hashtag War on Pandemic.
The show is lit today.
We're going through the details.
We're showing you the receipts This is what the mainstream media can't handle.
Remember, when your friends and family thread you, this is all baseless, because that's the programming they've gotten from the mainstream media.
You throw it back in their face.
Start with Georgia, or start with Wisconsin and then go to Georgia.
I want to bring in now Boris Epstein.
Boris, there's been a big change in the last 24 hours since the Pennsylvania Steve, how are you?
now the president's going to georgia tomorrow looks like a rally are gonna try also have a hearing walk us through the latest from the campaign still are you going to be with you as always a little the warriors are open war of all your listeners and viewers so uh... here's a list The latest is that the President, as he said, is going to Georgia.
boris epshteyn
Georgia is a vital state, obviously, for this election.
It is where they found thousands and thousands of ballots under every rock, it seems like, and that's only three relatively small counties.
Also, obviously, the vital Senate races.
going on in Georgia which are extremely, extremely important.
But in terms of the presidential election, Georgia is conducting, has conducted a recount, and now we petitioned for another recount and are doing everything possible to ensure that that recount includes signature matching, which is absolutely vital and extremely important.
So that's Georgia.
And then from there, we have to look at Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania hearing on Tuesday was absolutely vital to these efforts in terms of uncovering and exposing The widespread voter fraud election fraud perpetrated on the American people by the Democrats.
You're going to see more come out.
Wisconsin, the recount, from what I understand, the recount is wrapping up in Milwaukee and Dane County, which is where Madison, Wisconsin is.
And what we expected, which is over 100, maybe two, maybe more, 100,000 votes were cast illegally in the state of Wisconsin, where voting by mail, absentee voting, are not a right, they are a privilege.
And so from what I understand, from what I'm hearing, we will see the results that were expected.
the voter rolls are not going to match up with the granted applications to vote.
In Michigan, we continue to push for it.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Before we get to Michigan, let's go back to Wisconsin because if you get, look, one falls, they all fall.
You give Trump a state that shows that this was illegal and to the scale of 100,000 to 200,000, we had Brainerd on here showing them how they did the finesse.
He will bludgeon Joe Biden and the Democrats.
He will bludgeon that.
That's why one falls, they all fall.
I want to go to Wisconsin.
What's the timing of when that's going to be announced?
Because right now, you guys could fully dominate the Sunday shows.
You could dominate the weekend.
Remember, every time, a couple weeks ago, you were in Arizona.
When the things started to shift, that's when CNN called the election for Biden out of thin air.
That's Saturday, two weeks ago.
Because they understood with the Alito decision, with Boris, what you had to say, but the 9,000 votes cutting the lead by a third in Arizona.
Other activity that was coming up, they knew that you were going to dominate that weekend and Trump was going to get momentum, so they had to come out.
Fox wouldn't call it, so they called it.
They're going to be jammed up this afternoon.
They're going to get jammed up, and here's why they're getting jammed up.
There's no more good news.
There's no more lies that they can spin.
And they're so now on the hook for this baseless charge.
We're going to force-feed it to them.
Okay, we're going to force feed their lies, and this is what Twitter and Jack Dorsey, I want all the guys that have been taken down that did nothing but lie consistently to the American people.
Lie to them about the baseless charges.
These charges are going to show criminal, massive criminal activity, criminal activity in Wisconsin and in Georgia.
What do you think, what's the timing of this Wisconsin announcement, Boris, do you have any idea?
boris epshteyn
For what I understand, the recount in Milwaukee is going to be wrapping up as soon as today, and then the recount in Dane County, which is Madison, is going to be wrapping up as soon as on Sunday.
So as soon as that's over, that's when we make our next move.
That's when the information comes out.
Well, for what I understand, over 100,000 people who were not given the correct right to vote by mail or absentee doing so.
And that may be because they actually never got approval, or they lied that they were indefinitely confined, or there was another one of the myriad of irregularities we've seen across the country.
So, that's Wisconsin.
Wisconsin is a state that is Absolutely full of opportunity because it has been so full of fraud perpetrated by the Democrats and everybody's seen the numbers everybody's seen the spikes again where the question is if A court sees the list of applications that are approved to vote by mail or absentee, and then sees that people voted who are not on the list, how can they not act?
That is an absolute, incontrovertible evidence of election fraud, election irregularities.
That is Wisconsin.
steve bannon
Okay, but hang on a second, but that's my question.
Is it going to go back to the state legislature, or are you just going to go to the executives at the Secretary of State and say, hey, you can't approve this?
Are you going to get the prosecutors involved or are you going to go back to the courts?
What venue now do you see you guys taking to basically get the righteous and the correct certification?
boris epshteyn
Right, it's all about making sure the legal votes count.
Here's what's likely going to happen.
At the end of the recount, that recount is going to be quote-unquote certified.
And that is legally when it is our time to then file the contest.
So that is, and I don't wanna get ahead of anything here, but as we look forward, what there is to plan for is the recount's done, the recount then likely gets quote unquote certified, and that is at that point when we take the next step.
And then we do it through the courts, and also we continue to do it through the elected officials as we've done in Pennsylvania, and Arizona, and we're working on doing it in Michigan and all across the country.
steve bannon
Okay, I just want people in the audience to understand, so these certifications are a technical issue.
Do not lose faith when you hear that Wisconsin is going to be certified because they have to count the illegal, and let's say right now, the ones that we are claiming are illegal, right, and can't be counted, the 100,000 or 200,000 votes, Right?
Because we're more honest in the mainstream media.
We're claiming that they're illegal.
And we're prepared in the campaign, I take it, is prepared to show all the details of that in a court of law.
unidentified
Boris?
boris epshteyn
Absolutely.
The campaign is here and prepared to exhaust every possible channel, every possible remedy, and we are now going to let a legal vote stand.
This is all about making sure that this election was done with integrity, was done fair and square, and that it is the legal votes of the American people which decide who our president will be for the next four years.
And if you look at the evidence all across the country, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, it sure looks like if you count the legal votes and you don't count illegal votes, President Trump will be back for four more years. Look, the deplorables online and our audience is blown up today, just massive, and they're very engaged.
steve bannon
Although it's Black Friday, they said, hey, that's fine, I'll deal with my Christmas shopping later.
This is about my country.
Georgia.
Look, they're really excited, the President's going down there, and obviously they're very excited, and want to get focused on these January runoffs, and know that Stacey Abrams and the Democrats are going back and doing what they did for this first, you know, thing, getting all these people that can vote by mail, and all this kind of potential fraud out there.
However, they want the biggest emphasis in Georgia to be on the matter that's at hand right now, and that is closing on the President's victory in the state of Georgia.
Is that going to be an emphasis on the rally tomorrow?
And are you trying to have some hearings?
Because the President clearly added such a powerful, powerful element on Wednesday when he wasn't in the room.
What's your idea of what's going to happen in Georgia?
boris epshteyn
Well, take a look at the President's Twitter account.
I think it's pretty clear what he's going to be talking about tomorrow.
And specifically in the state of Georgia, the state of Georgia could not allow to send electors based on illegal votes count.
It's accompanied by the State Legislature of Georgia to determine who, between President Trump and Vice President Joe Biden, got the most legal votes in that state.
And the way you have to do that is by doing a real, honest recap, which has to include that signature matching and other verifications that we've been talking about nonstop.
And that is what our focus is on, and we continue to drive to that.
And I'm confident that the President will be focusing on that tomorrow in the beautiful state of Georgia.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go, before you got pulled back to kind of headquarters to be one of the top guys working with Rudy on everything, you were out, you were sent out to look into Arizona and make sure only legal votes counted.
What is going on in Arizona?
Because I'm hearing reports of people I know out there saying, hey, this stinks to high heaven.
He's down by 10,000.
If you've got Pima County problems, you've got Maricopa problems, you've got the tribal nations of potential problems.
What is going on in Arizona right now?
boris epshteyn
Well, a lawsuit was filed, an action was filed on Tuesday in Arizona.
Kelly Ward, who's the chairman of the GOP and also a Trump elector, was the plaintiff.
And that is seeking for verification of votes in Arizona.
Let's make sure that these are real votes.
Let's make sure that the irregularities that have been alleged did not happen if they didn't.
But if they did, we have to get to the bottom of it.
So that's been filed, and it was filed actually ahead of time under what's called Rule 27.
In Arizona, because really, you're not supposed to be allowed to file an action until Arizona certifies the election, which is supposed to be on November 30th.
But there's a rule that allows you to get discovery ahead of time, allows you to get information in layman's terms ahead of time.
So that's what's been done.
And that legal action is going to show us, as long as the courts allow, which they should, the legal action is going to show us the amount of irregularity in Arizona.
And from what I understand from being out there, There were, again, observers not allowed to observe county and processing of mail ballots.
There were duplicate, which means fixed ballots, ballots that may have been damaged but were fixed and were pro-President Trump ballots in large numbers, which were not counted.
And a huge array of other voter irregularities and election fraud that occurred in Maricopa County specifically, and we're also looking at Pima County.
But this lawsuit is specifically to Maricopa, so we are going to determine, hopefully through that lawsuit, and also through working with the Arizona legislature, who truly won Arizona.
As you mentioned, when Arizona was called on election night, wrongfully by Fox News, we were down 200,000.
When I got there two days after election day, we were down about 78,000.
When the counting stopped, President Trump was only down 10,300 to Vice President Joe Biden.
So, if anybody believes that Vice President Biden, with his message of America last, and his message of sadness and feebleness, beat Donald Trump in Arizona or anywhere across the country in the battlegrounds, well I've got some bridges in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens to sell you.
steve bannon
Boris, you've got about 30 seconds.
What can this audience do to support?
President Trump said, hey, I need the apparatus stood up and we're burning daylight.
We got basically to the 14th.
What can this audience do to support Rudy Giuliani, Jenna and Boris?
What can they do?
boris epshteyn
Express your support for counting all the legal votes on Twitter, on Parler, or Instagram.
Get loud.
Write your elected officials.
Make sure they call their offices.
Make sure they know that it is incumbent upon Republican and Democrat elected officials in your states to only count the legal votes when deciding which electors to send over to the Congress when the election is decided.
Because remember, that's what it's all about.
unidentified
On midnight December 13th, the voters will send the recount on January 6th.
steve bannon
Boris, what's your Twitter handle on Parler?
boris epshteyn
BorisEP on Twitter, at Boris on Parler, Boris underscore Epstein on the gram, the hot Instagram.
I'm on there, I'm posting some good stuff.
steve bannon
Okay, Boris, thank you very much.
I'll let you go back to work.
He's been working 24-7.
These folks did not take off.
Besides thanking God for the country they have, they went back to work to make sure it's a country we're going to have.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
You know, my colleague, first off, I want to say something.
Raheem has passed the most important thing when we do these shows solo.
The other guys, some guys take some down time because they're working, but to go back and do it with their families, you've passed the number one thing.
Jack Maxxie's highest and best use is making Navy brew.
Making Navy brew.
And Jack, I got to tell you, brother, And I say this as a former naval person to a former naval person, Brahim makes real Navy brew.
Nigel Farage has taught you well, sir.
raheem kassam
The funny thing is, I've never made coffee in my life.
Not with that machine.
You know, we use the crystals in England, the Nescafé.
steve bannon
The Nescafé, the incense, but it's terrible.
But they also are so tea-oriented.
Okay, I want to go to, you've been so deep in the weeds here.
On this, you were the very first guy that brought to mind, I mean, I was thinking about it and saw this thing in Brooklyn, but you said, hey, it's actually much more organized than you think.
Given that we're now on Thanksgiving weekend, the clock is ticking, the President's clearly engaged, but he's also worried.
He's saying, hey, can I get the apparatus focused enough?
And then he says, this is outrageous, never been done, but we've got long odds here.
Where do you think we are?
raheem kassam
So the President has just tweeted, he says, quote, Biden can only enter the White House as President if he can prove that his ridiculous 80 million votes were not fraudulently or illegally obtained.
When you see what happened in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Milwaukee, massive voter fraud, he's got a big unsolvable problem.
And I think that's right.
I think that's the right way to approach this.
You look at the way that the media is covering this, we've got a lot of ground to cover here.
Let's start off by the way the media is covering this.
The current chyron behind you is Trump falsely claims victory with fantasy conspiracies.
On Wednesday, when the Flynn news came out, CNN wouldn't even cover it for the first hour after everybody else was covering it, sticking instead with the chyrons that just said things like this.
Fantasy, conspiracy theories, nonsense, etc.
But what they'll never do is they'll never address the point that is being made, and there's several points that are being made as they break down.
Number one, 80 million votes, right?
80 million votes for Joe Biden.
Give me a break.
steve bannon
Obama at the top of his game, and Obama, whether you like Obama or not, in particular our audience, he's a charismatic, historically important figure, okay?
And Joe Biden blows through that with sitting in the basement with Jill feeding him the processed Gerber peas.
raheem kassam
Now that, to me, is a fantasy conspiracy, right?
That is fantastical by the definition of the word.
The other thing that they won't ever address, and they can address the tweets, and they can address Sidney Powell and some typographical errors and things like that, but they'll never address the mathematics.
They'll never allow anybody on their air to drill down into what the data shows.
They'll never put one of the graphs that we've put on air.
steve bannon
But they're going to have to.
That day's coming, ladies and gentlemen.
That day, that's the forcing function.
Here's the big shift right here with the President.
This is the first time, and I'm glad they're watching, we're in a pandemic.
They put the onus back on Biden.
Biden will never be a legitimate president of the United States.
He will never be a legal president of the United States.
We are heading towards a constitutional crisis in this country if the mainstream media and Wall Street and the Democratic Party and the most radical people they've got continue to force this.
Joe Biden, if he wants to bring the country together, don't give me some happy talk on Thanksgiving Day about unity.
Action, action, action.
And the President just put him on it.
You've got to come out now and show that this criminal activity in Wisconsin, the criminal activity in Atlanta, right, in Fulton County, is, number one, either didn't happen or you had nothing to do with it.
So the President, the big shift in this tweet, is he's now going really on offense.
Put it back on Biden!
Biden can't sit there and go, I'm the unity guy, and we started the show at the Kohl Open with CNN saying he used to be gaff-ridden, but now he's a steady Eddie, he's a steady voice.
No, he's not!
And here's the reason.
Mainstream media.
This is not baseless because we have the receipts.
This has to be solved, and we're the ones from day one that's saying we have to work together as a country.
You want to unify the country?
Let's just get down to the legal votes.
Let's get down to the certifiable votes.
Let's get down to the votes that have chain of custody.
Whoever wins in that regards is the next president of the United States.
If that's Joe Biden, we'll be the first guys to say, hey look, Biden won it, right?
Tough fight.
Very tough fight, but Biden won it.
But it's got to be legal, it's got to be certifiable, it has to have chain of custody.
And you're not going to make us go away, saying this is baseless, saying this is a conspiracy.
We now know from the polling, and the Hill had it in their Barry lead on Wednesday, or actually yesterday.
That virtually 0% now of the Trump vote is 74 million Americans are united in one cause.
And that is, this has been illegal, this has been stolen from us, and we're not going to allow it to happen.
The media is still so much in the orange man bad.
This is not about the orange man.
This is not about orange man bad.
This is more important than Trump.
He understands that.
His supporters understand that.
We are fighting for this republic.
We are fighting for the Constitution.
We're fighting for the people that came before us at Gettysburg that we owe this to.
And we're holding the line and we will not back down one inch.
And that's what they have to understand, and I gotta tell you where it's being shown?
It's being shown by Patriots in Wisconsin.
It's being shown by Patriots in Georgia.
It's being shown by Patriots in Arizona.
And once one falls, they're all gonna fall.
Right?
Because it's the same grift.
Raheem.
raheem kassam
And, you know, there's a broader, I think, public appetite for recounts here as well.
There is a lot of data out there that suggests that it goes beyond the Trump base, actually, to support the recounts and to support the full process out there.
Let's take us back to 1808, what Thomas Jefferson says.
A thousand phenomena present themselves daily, which we cannot explain.
But where facts are suggested, bearing no analogy with the laws of nature as yet known to us, their verity needs proofs proportioned to their difficulty.
Right?
It's Sagan's standard.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
Joe Biden and the national media is making an extraordinary claim.
And here's the deal.
This is why the President's tweet from just a moment ago is so important.
It shifts the onus of the burden of proof.
It shifts it onto Biden.
steve bannon
We've been saying this for weeks.
Go back and read that tweet again.
This is important.
This is an inflection point, ladies and gentlemen.
You know why?
Because Wisconsin's coming in, okay?
Now you shift the narrative.
Read that tweet again from the President.
raheem kassam
Quote, Biden can only enter the White House as president if he can prove that his ridiculous 80 million votes were not fraudulently or illegally obtained.
When you see what happened in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Milwaukee, massive voter fraud, he's got a big unsolvable problem, end quote.
And here's his for the people out there who are watching this, and I know we have a lot of audience on the other side who are watching this and going, no, you're making the extraordinary claim.
No, you're the burden of proof is on you.
Well, actually, our side is amassing a massive, massive load of evidence and publishing that evidence on a daily basis, whether thousands of affidavits, Everything else that's coming out, the Wisconsin and the Michigan and the Pennsylvania, you've got a number of websites, everylegalvote.com, Kevin Freeman, the Economic War Room guys, you've got our side clearly attempting and getting into that evidentiary, you know, it's our own form of discovery, you know, behind all of this.
But here's the other answer to it.
No, it's not us making the extraordinary claims.
Actually, it's us making the claims that are based on reality and history.
Actually, it's us that are making the claims based on your claims.
The Transition Integrity Project's original claims.
The book that they rely on so heavily, Ballot Battles, which I think I was the only one who bothered to actually buy and go through and look at how they were going to make and classify their arguments on the run up to and in the immediate aftermath of the election.
We can go through more of Ballot Battles and what it contains in there.
And then the other contingent part of that is, does voter fraud happen?
Does it happen when they're on?
That's Sagan's dictum.
I like that.
I want to go back.
You've run campaigns before.
You see the President today.
of those things is yes. So we do not have, there are no extraordinary claims being made on our side. Our claims are being made from the position of proof, evidence, science, data and history.
steve bannon
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. That's Sagan's dictum. I like that.
I want to go back. You've run campaigns before. You see the president today. He's signaling, ladies and gentlemen, he's signaled about, this is not noise. There's a lot of noise that comes out of there, but this is signal.
Signal was the apparatus.
He identified to the nation and to his followers.
We're all in.
I'm all in with the apparatus, and I understand the clock is ticking, that we're burning daylight.
To wit, when we left you on Wednesday, we were talking about Georgia and Arizona, these things, next week.
We're in Georgia tomorrow afternoon.
There's a sense of urgency.
This is also going to dominate the news cycle for the Sunday shows, because you're going to have two things that are going to happen.
You're going to have Wisconsin, which is nothing but bad news for those people, and they're going to be spinning this non-stop, particularly on the indefinitely confined, right?
They're going to be spinning this non-stop, okay?
And you're going to have the President of the United States in Georgia calling, yes, he's there, trust me, he's there for the 5th, but that's the secondary situation.
He's there to get in the grill of the Republican governor with his followers and say, hey dude, right?
I want a full and accurate count of this vote, okay, by the apparatus in the state of Georgia.
How important is he going to Georgia, Raheem?
raheem kassam
Massive.
You'll remember the day after the election, I came in here and I said, he has to get out there and do some rallies.
And I believe you looked at me across the room and said, genius.
Which is when I know I've got something right.
He has to do this, and not stop at one, and constantly be doing them.
Hey, look, the media is trying to say, you've got Caitlin Collins in there, taking selfies, getting ratioed on Twitter with her.
Hey, we're the team that got the President to answer the first questions in three weeks.
No, he had a press event.
That's on him.
So you've got all of these people out there who are going to be saying, oh, you know, he's not doing anything, he's not going anywhere, he's in the mumble tank, he's not doing his work, he's not being President.
Actually, let's show them full Honey Badger Trump.
steve bannon
Yeah, he should also start the second term.
I said this from day one.
Start the second term.
Okay, we've got a very special announcement right now.
Colonel Mastriano from Pennsylvania is going to join us in the next segment.
This is the hero, the state senator, 31-year Army veteran, that stood tall and said, let's go to Gettysburg and let's have the first hearing.
They'll put the receipts out in front of the nation.
Since that time, Everything has changed.
Okay, we're going to have him live from Pennsylvania next on the War Room.
We got the populace pressed in the next half hour.
A lot going on.
Also, the tee-up for the 5 o'clock show.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's game on day.
Okay?
Hold the line.
We're going to return with War Room Pandemic.
Raheem Kassam, Stephen K. Bannon, in the War Room in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Remember, in a fourth turning, there are people that you've never heard of before that now become leaders.
Let's take one like the Civil War, people like Ulysses Grant, people like a railroad lawyer, Abraham Lincoln, people like General Sherman, an army colonel out fighting Comanches as executive officer at first and then leader of, I think, the second cavalry out in San Antonio, Robert E. Lee.
They all became major players in that turning.
You're seeing those people come today, people you've never heard of, that step up in the moment, in the defining moment, in the minute that matters.
They step up.
And when they act, you see inflection points.
One of those inflection points, when the history of this is written, is Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where so much of American history.
Has been written and so much important history that hearing on Wednesday was an inflection point because it's the first time that The Trump campaign was actually able to put forward in front of smart people and for a national TV audience The receipts, the actual details of how this was stolen, to counter the mantra of the mainstream media that is baseless.
raheem kassam
You mean the guys who were saying, where's your evidence, where's your evidence?
No, we don't want to hear your evidence!
steve bannon
Right, right, right, just in relentless.
And the person who did that at tremendous political risk to himself, with State Senator Colonel Mastriano.
He now joins us.
So, Colonel, tell us what's transpired since then.
One of the things people are asking me non-stop, my phone's blown up all over since Wednesday, is when, because the House passed it, In Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, when are we going to actually have something that takes place in Harrisburg with the legislature?
And hey, let these guys who came forward with these receipts be crossed, let them be crossed by Democrats, but let's get the evidence out there.
Is that going to happen, sir?
doug mastriano
If I have anything to say about it, yeah, absolutely.
Who would have known Wednesday would have been so huge?
All it was was a hearing to lay the facts out there.
Let the witnesses come forth.
And Steve, as you said before, the media should have done this.
They should have found these witnesses if they cared about truth.
It's funny they only have intellectual curiosity when it advances their political agenda.
That's not journalism there.
That's political hacks right there.
And so we laid it out there, and wow, what a compelling case was made.
And the people of the nation were just, I think, a bit shocked and taken back that there was that much real evidence.
And so many witnesses wanted to step forward.
And that was only the tip of the iceberg.
There's many, many others that have come forward and sworn affidavits.
So what is next?
It's obviously a joint resolution saying that we are going to Probably grab back our constitutional authority in Pennsylvania and okay let me lay this out here so Pennsylvania 1938 the General Assembly in 1938 decided to hand over picking that delegates to basically the Secretary of State so whoever that wins the popular vote in the state assume any elections fair that the delegates would naturally go to that person which makes sense at the elections fair but if it's not
If it's not fair, will I actually hand that power of selecting delegates to the same person who cheated, you know, the same party that cheated?
Absolutely not.
And so thank God we have the federal constitution that That says we're going to exercise our constitutional power here, so we're going to do a resolution between the House and Senate, hopefully today.
I spent two hours online trying to coordinate this with my colleagues, and there's a lot of good people working with us here.
The resolution is going to say we're going to take our power back, we're going to seat the electors.
Now, obviously, we're going to need the support of the leadership of the House and Senate.
We're getting there on that, but we need to act like... Hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it.
steve bannon
I think we've got some breaking news here.
You're saying you're going to get a joint resolution?
to actually go forward and the Republicans control the House and Senate to go forward to basically take the power back from the Secretary of State and put in the state legislature to put forward the electors? That is exactly what we're going to do.
doug mastriano
And so look, it's going to obviously be a struggle.
We're going to hear the palpitations and the outcries of our Governor Wolf and Secretary Boockvar, whose resignation should have happened months ago, and she should have never been confirmed.
But you know what?
We have that power, and we're going to take that power back because there's so much evidence of shenanigans and fraud.
We can't stand aside and just watch this unfold around us here.
It's not about disenfranchising anybody.
It's making sure that every legal vote counted.
And if there is extensive shenanigans out there, it's up to the General Assembly to step in.
So we have a fight on our hands and we're going to fight.
We're going to take the fight all the way to the U.S.
Supreme Court if we have to.
steve bannon
Look, we saw fighters in you, and we saw fighters, and this is fighting for the Constitution, fighting the Republic, fighting for the American people, but we saw fighters.
The question is, and we know that courage is contagious, but has that courage gotten contagious upstairs?
Is leadership now prepared to take it?
You've got guys like Toomey, you've got leaders in the Senate, in the House, and all they seem to want to do is run for cover.
doug mastriano
Yeah, I mean, I was a bit dismayed reading, you know, former Governor Tom Ridge's comments there.
I mean, it's just, he mocked our hearings in Gettysburg.
If he was a student of history or cared for the truth, he should have sat and just watched it and made a judgment without just castigating us because we're doing the right thing, unlike him, obviously.
But yes, I am seeing a shift.
Now there's several, there's four leaders, two in the House, two in the Senate, and I'm seeing a shift among a couple of them.
So I think the momentum's on our side.
Look, if There's 50 voices in the Senate, 29 Republican or Independent caucuses.
That's all we need.
Or 16 in the Senate, really, to influence the leadership.
And I think we're pretty darn close to having 16, 17 Senators.
And I think there's at least half of the House, as well, on the Republican side moving forward.
So yes, they are getting motivated.
And sometimes it feels like we're pushing from behind.
But doing the right thing, I think, eventually catches on.
steve bannon
Since we are burning daylight, do you see in your resolution other things you're working on today and over the weekend?
You know, the President's going to Georgia tomorrow.
Wisconsin's probably going to report at this weekend, which is going to be a thermonuclear airburst, right?
Given the 100,000 to 200,000 votes that are illegal out there and are going to be purported to be illegal.
Do you see hearings actually happening with everything you're working on?
Do you actually see hearings?
And hey, let the Democrats take their shot!
That's the American system.
It's an advocacy system.
We don't mind.
The evidence is the evidence.
The math in Pennsylvania is so overwhelming.
But do you actually see a set of hearings happening with the state legislature that's more than just Republicans?
That's both houses and both parties?
doug mastriano
Yeah, I do.
But, you know, sadly, and this is, I'm a very impatient guy, and obviously growing up in an organization that's results-oriented in the Army, you know, either deliver results or get out of the way.
So this is more deliberative.
So this is going to happen in a week or two.
We just don't have time.
So that's why we're pushing forth this joint resolution to take our power back.
And the statements are going to be in there, basically.
We're going to take responsibility of the electors.
We're going to, of course, Void the certification because we can't certify an election result that appears to be corrupted.
And why can't that wait till after the Supreme Court makes a judgment on the case that the Trump administration makes and that we need to move forward as a co-equal branches government.
So there's just some strange things, Steve, that the Constitution in Pennsylvania has.
So normally, we turn into a lame duck on Tuesday.
So effectively, Monday is our last day.
We're going to have to step back in here and say, no, we're going to seat the new House members and senators and reinstate those re-elected, like myself.
And we're going to work through December.
I mean, it's like ridiculous stuff here.
You never think that a General Assembly would put themselves out of business for an entire month.
So there's a lot of things at this resolution you have to deal with internally to Pennsylvania, but also externally with this election.
steve bannon
Let me ask you, this resolution, can it just be empowered by the House and the Senate?
Would the governor have to sign something?
Would it have to be statutory, or could a resolution actually take it back, given the 1938?
Could you do it by resolution that the governor didn't have to sign, or does the governor have to sign it and then you have to overcome that like a veto?
What's the mechanics of actually making this actually happen besides going to court?
doug mastriano
Yeah, so for a Senate bill and a House bill, it does have to go to the governor.
So that's why this is going to be a resolution that does not require a signature.
And so we do have the authority to suspend law in the General Assembly.
Now, it's something that you'd only do in extreme.
I don't know of any case we've done that, but in our state constitution, we can suspend aspects of the law in an extreme case.
So we have the power to do that.
Steve, the whole thing is, why don't we start acting like co-equals?
Because this whole time, you know, we dither, we talk, we deliberate.
Let's assert ourselves.
At no point in the past eight months during this COVID crisis, when Governor Wolf has come down with his heavy hand here of edicts and proclamations, almost like a king, I had not seen a step out boldly.
Now we're finally seeing action here, but what a terrible time to find ourselves and to finally be compelled into action.
But this whole experience past eight months have prepared us for this moment because now we know how to circumvent the governor and how to override his failed Secretary of State.
steve bannon
How can people, particularly people that watch this show and listen to the podcast, by the way, over 21 million downloads now, one of the top podcasts in the nation and the world.
And that's besides all the distribution on cable TV and satellite and with Real America's Voice streaming.
I want to thank everybody, all our distribution partners on national radio with John Frisch.
I want to thank all of our distribution partners for that.
But how can the people that watch and listen to the show, particularly those people in Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, This is an action-oriented show, and you are an Army intelligence officer.
You know what actionable intel is, actionable information.
What should our audience do?
What actions do they need to take to support the Constitution, to support our Republic, and to support a legal and fair certifiable count in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?
doug mastriano
Please reach out immediately to your representative.
In the state house and your state senator and tell them they need to get on board with this joint resolution here to stop the certification of apparently a corrupt election.
We've seen lots of evidence and so we can't certify this here unless it's actually a reliable election and also get on board because we want to appoint our delegates.
It's our job.
We need to take that power back.
So get on your rep and your senator to do their job.
steve bannon
Colonel, how can people follow you on Twitter, Facebook, any social media out there for State Senator Mastriano?
doug mastriano
Yeah, thanks.
Thank you, Twitter, for suspending my private account.
You drew attention, and I went from 5,000 on Twitter to 112,000.
So thank you, Twitter, for attacking my free speech that I defended for 30 years of my life.
And Senator Doug Mastriano on Twitter, so at Senator Mastriano, and on Facebook, which is my largest platform, it's Senator Doug Mastriano.
And so we got to stick together.
You know, Don McFranklin County here in Pennsylvania, and Benjamin Franklin, famously said in 1776, you know, We either hang together or Shirley will hang separately.
We gotta hang together here.
It's still gonna be a marathon, but we're getting close to the end here.
And it's been a discouraging two, three weeks here, but we're close to victory here.
We do have momentum and we have to stick together.
Steve, one thing that really bothers me is we have a group of puritanical Republicans out there that criticize these fine points of things.
It's like, either get on board and help us or get out of the way.
Because there's just too much at stake here for petty little politics.
steve bannon
Colonel, thank you very much for joining us here in the War Room.
People will take action today.
Franklin also said, a republic, if you can keep it.
Raheem Kassam, this is in momentum is shifting, ladies and gentlemen, ever since the Colonel had that hearing in Gettysburg.
And Tom Ridge and these guys, first off, nobody cares what they say anyway.
They're totally irrelevant.
They have been irrelevant ever since they got us into the wars that bled out America.
And Tom Ridge was part of this, part of that corrupt administration, incompetent and corrupt.
Tom Ridge's IQ is about room temp.
Everybody that knows him knows that.
This guy is dumb as a brick.
So Tom Ridge, we don't care what you have to say, okay?
You are irrelevant.
The only time you get promoted is on CNN and MSNBC when you're attacking the President of the United States and the deplorables.
raheem kassam
Yeah, and I just want to echo the comments there from State Senator as well.
I mean, this is about speed now.
There are hard deadlines coming up, and sure, we'll be able to, you know, there are other remedies after those deadlines, but you really want to hit those deadlines for everything that you need to.
There were things in the first week that happened, which I'm sure, you know, will be discussed out in the long haul after this, when the books are written and the history is told, Well, we could have been a week, ten days ahead, if not months, you know, if things had been happening in the background.
But he's right.
You know, right now, for the people who are bemoaning the fact that there are challenges, get on board or get out the way.
steve bannon
No, it's incredible.
What are you covering on National Pulse?
We're going to have Geoffrey Inforth.
Normally he's been in Seattle and Portland reporting for us.
He's going to be here with the Populous Press.
What's on the show today?
raheem kassam
There's stuff, but I want to say there's something in the live chat that people are talking about, and I don't know if I'm allowed to talk about it.
steve bannon
Hang on, we'll talk about it on the other end of the show.
The 925th anniversary of Urban II's call for the First Crusade.
We're going to be back in just a second.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
You know, there's been an explosion of alternative sources to get information, particularly since Drudge has been total, I mean, just savage on President Trump and the deplorables.
And Fox News has made a business decision, the Murders made a business decision that they're going to kind of go to the middle and You know, be a centrist news operation and actually have some of the news guys be as nasty, I think, as snarky as possible about the president.
But hey, that's a business decision.
And I tell people, stop whining about it.
There's lots of alternatives.
There's lots of alternatives.
You've got Real America's Voice.
You've got One America News.
You've got Newsmax.
You've got others that are going to be sprouting up.
All over the place.
You know, let a thousand flowers bloom.
That's the purpose of competition.
That's a great thing of the capitalist system.
As impressively, you've got these incredible news sites popping up right now.
You've got Revolver News, Citizens Free Press, What's Finger, Liberty News.
Those are the pure aggregation sites.
And then you've got very sophisticated things like Rahim Kassam and National Pulse.
You've got some just incredible National File.
You've got all these popping up.
Non-stop, 24-7 a day.
One of the aggregation sites that is just spectacular is Populous Press.
I think last night, it was last night or Wednesday night on 640 AM, which is one of the biggest talk radio stations in the country out in LA.
One of the hosts said last night it was the number one, he thought it was the best aggregation site in the country.
I want to bring Jeff Rainforth, the editor.
In to talk to us a little bit about populist press and how everybody can get to it Jeff has done some reporting for us throughout the country on Antifa in the past and this is a guy that's He is a he is a warrior and very courageous and you got to be courageous and starting a starting anything called the populist press because you think that'd be the first thing that Remember people look at this and that's one of things we're trying to get the nomenclature, right?
we've been talking about the party of Davis for years and about Trump one because managed to climb by the elites and Don't think of Republican and Democratic more.
People that do that don't really understand the dynamics, the statics and dynamics of the modern politics.
This is about Nationalist versus Globalist.
This is about Populist versus Elitist.
So it is, that is where it breaks down, right?
And you have Populist on the left, you have Populist on the right, you have Nationalist on the left, you have Nationalist on the right, you have Globalist all over the place.
Tom Ridge, a huge Globalist, right?
That's why he's, you know, that's why he's criticizing what went on.
In Gettysburg.
So Jeff, tell us about the Populist Press.
How can people get there, and what differentiates you from Citizens Free Press, from What's Finger, from these other amazing aggregation sites that are popping up?
jeff rainforth
Hey Steve, thanks for having me on.
You can get to the site by just typing in populist.press in your web browser.
You can also pull it up, Populist Press, we'll pull it up on Google or whatever you're searching on.
Brian Colfage set the website up about a week before the election to give Trump fans a new conservative populist home because Drudge Report sold out.
A lot of us thought he sold, literally sold, but we're not sure about that.
He was big, instrumental in getting Trump elected in 2016 and he went the opposite way this time.
We first saw what was happening in the media covering up for like Conor Biden, and Drudge didn't cover it at all.
We thought something would happen to the election, it might be stolen.
We were right about everything.
We scan for the best conservative and populist news across the web, and that's what we put up.
And we were working day and night to keep To keep the content fresh and the information out there.
We are now at 200,000 views a day.
Apparently we're crushing Bongino even.
We're projected to have a million page views per day within six months.
So and this is coming in with No, it's all direct views.
We are not on Facebook or anything like that.
This is people who are bookmarking the site.
Word of mouth.
Good content.
And that's how we're getting the numbers.
We're cutting out big tech on purpose.
steve bannon
People should know, an aggregation site is different than like the National Pulse, which actually does reporting, analysis, opinions.
The aggregation site is where you're just linking headlines, etc.
from other sources.
So tell us, why is it populist?
What's your angle of attack that people want news about populism?
Why should they go there?
jeff rainforth
This is about, right now, it's mostly about President Trump and the election.
This is the news that isn't anywhere on MSN, say, and even on some mainstream conservative sites or news organizations.
We're culling together all of the top information about what's going on with the election, why we think it was stolen, and we're putting it all together for people right now.
That's the focus right now.
Helping Trump get the election.
steve bannon
Okay, Jeff, we gotta bounce.
Just give us one more time.
How do people get there?
jeff rainforth
Populous.press.
Populous.press.
And that's it.
You'll be on it.
steve bannon
Okay, Populous Press, thank you very much.
Justin Rainford from the Populous Press, another great aggregation site, like Citizens Free Press, like Revolver, for the Catholics, like Canon 212.
If you also go to sites like the National Pulse, they've got Stream, if you're an evangelical Christian, stuff's amazing, or a traditional Catholic.
Raheem, people should be looking, we've got a show at 5 o'clock.
Colonel Mastriano has already told us he's going to have more breaking news, we're going to have him back on it.
At 6, 6.30 I think.
Give us your assessment of the weekend.
What should people be looking for?
raheem kassam
Detail.
And there are plenty of ways to do it.
Detail here, detail at great aggregator sites like Populous Press and Citizen Free Press is covering a lot of this stuff now as well.
Detail that you're not going to see by turning on the television unfortunately, but you can see if you go to everylegalvote.com we're covering as much as humanly possible between myself and Natalie Winters over at the National Pulse.
In addition to the other stuff we're doing, by the way, and I do want to make just a very quick mention of the fact that National Pulse was assailed by Private Eye magazine last week.
I finally got their lawyers to admit that they made an error in their article.
What did they say?
They said that I was working for you by working at the National Pulse.
And they had to basically admit to, you know, copying the error over that whole thing.
And then I've got a big piece coming out today about Carol Cadwalader, who's this reporter who's done all of this fake news reporting surrounding Brexit.
But Steve, you know, we have to obviously talk about what a special day it is here in the world.
steve bannon
The 925th anniversary of Urban II calling for the first crusade from Clermont, France.
raheem kassam
And I think we should hear from Paul Simon.
unidentified
I never thought I'd...
I never thought I'd have a show exit with a Paul Simon doing crazy after all these years.
