Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Earlier today, Secretary Raffensperger presented the certified results of the 2020 general election to my office.
Following Judge Grimsberg's ruling yesterday, state law now requires the governor's office to formalize the certification.
Which paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options in a separate recount if they choose.
Georgia has runoff elections for two U.S.
Senate seats and a public service commissioner scheduled to occur over the next several weeks.
We demand complete explanations for all discrepancies identified so that our citizens will have complete confidence in our elections.
In the runoff election, we cannot have lost memory cards or stacks of uncounted ballots.
We must have full transparency in all monitoring and counting.
Every legal vote must be counted and the security of the ballot box must be protected.
As governor, I have a solemn responsibility to follow the law, and that is what I will continue to do.
We must all work together to ensure citizens have confidence in future elections in our state.
steve bannon
We must all work together to ensure citizens have confidence in future elections in our state.
I don't hear all the happy talk, right?
I don't hear all the happy talk.
And now you're saying, oh, the legal, he's going to get all the right code, all the legal votes.
It's been a total, unmitigated, embarrassing disaster down there.
That Secretary of State is a goofball.
It's been, he's running to MSNBC every chance he gets, saying, oh, I'm a big Trump supporter.
You're a total, complete phony.
You're the reason people hate politics.
They hate politics or they hate politicians.
And this is what we got in Georgia, right?
And I said at the time, they all come up to Trump and suck up to him.
They're all going to be his best buddy and they're all going to do everything.
They're going to support the deplorables.
They're all going to be populists.
They're all going to be nationalists.
It's all phony.
unidentified
You see right through these guys, right?
steve bannon
Okay.
But he didn't certify.
Did not certify.
That's the tell.
This is going to be a great weekend.
The pressure that they're going to put up...
On, we're killing democracy, we're staging a coup, we're all fascist.
Hey, pitch in here.
Here's what you should do.
This could all be put aside.
All you gotta do is help us in Wisconsin, help us in Michigan, help us in Pennsylvania, help us, roll your sleeves up, and as Americans, you want to unite the country?
Let's unite the country in getting to the legal ballots.
Not the dead.
We believe in eternal life.
We don't believe in eternal voting.
Let's make sure that the dead, and it's always so funny, why the dead only vote for Joe Biden?
jack maxey
It's all over.
steve bannon
You guys have not come forward one time to say it's all phony, no evidence.
Well, every day now, the evidence has come up from Matt Brainerd.
And these are low key guys.
These are not war room, hair lit on fire, banging on the table.
These are solid citizens.
It's just evidence after evidence after evidence.
You sit there, no evidence, no evidence, check it out.
And the hectoring that Kayleigh McEnany, hey, she's the comms director and the spokesman for the President of the United States, she doesn't need to be hectored by the CNN reporter.
Or the guy, what is his name, Clayman, or whatever that guy is, is hectoring her.
And I don't care about the White House Association.
My job, my role, when I was there, I was saying, get them out of there.
We're shutting down that Brady Room.
We're going to turn it back into a pool like it was during Kennedy's administration.
Get them out of there.
They're right underneath the Oval Office.
unidentified
It's like an infestation.
steve bannon
It's like an infestation.
Heck, I wanted to move them off into Lafayette Square and one of those buildings over there.
Not even to the EOB.
She does not deserve, and she doesn't have to sit there and be hectored like that.
I want to play it later.
She had a great put-down for CNN, Caitlin Collins, who should be ashamed of herself.
She had a great put-down.
I don't take questions from activists.
Well, you know what?
Activists shouldn't have a seat in that room.
Activists shouldn't have a seat in that room.
Caitlin Collins should have pulled CNN.
They are activists.
They're not playing the press conferences.
They did not play the Rudy Giuliani press conference yesterday.
You got it?
Let's play Kayleigh McEnany's beatdown of Caitlyn Collins.
unidentified
In 2016 and four years into his presidency.
Thank you everyone for the very good and substantive questions today.
I don't call an activist.
I'm not an activist and you haven't taken questions since October 1st and you just took about five, Kayleigh?
That's not doing your job.
Your taxpayer-funded job.
steve bannon
No, she's doing her taxpayer-funded job, Ms.
Caitlin Collins.
You are an activist.
You don't cover the President's thing because you don't see the facts.
When has CNN put up a fact?
When are you putting up facts?
You're supposed to be evidence, science, data.
Where's all the mathematical analysis?
How the probability of this happening?
Zero.
We're not backing down and every day there's a lot of time left.
There's a lot of time left between now and December 14th.
Okay?
We're going to get to the bottom of this.
Matt Brainerd said it best.
Brainerd said it.
He said, he says, Biden will never be considered legitimate, never will be considered legal until he gets it, rolls his sleeves up, pitches in here and should help.
That's, we're trying to help Biden and these guys.
You want to unite the country around Thanksgiving weekend.
Come out today and say, you know, I've told my campaign that I want to turn, I want, I want my guys there.
I want to work with the Trump campaign.
We want to go through, and no, not all votes will count.
Only all legal, certifiable, chain of custody votes will count.
And I am committed to do that.
You won't hear that because they can't win unless they cheat.
They can't.
The only way he can take the oath of office is if they steal it.
And the only way they can steal it is if we let them steal it.
It's not about Trump.
It's not about Rudy.
It's not about Sidney Powell.
It's not about Tucker Carlson or Sean Hannity or Steve Bannon or Vish Burra or Matt Brainerd.
It's about you in this audience.
If you have the steely resolve to say, we are not going to let this happen, we are committed with our whole being not to let it be stolen, it will not be stolen.
I want to bring in now John Fredericks, who shifted his entire operation, upended his life.
in Richmond and running the John Frederick Ray Network to go to the Ride to the Sound of the Guns.
It's happening down in Atlanta.
He's in Atlanta.
Heck, he's launched a paper.
He's buying a radio station.
He's broadcasting there.
He's raising holy hell.
He's got them all.
He's got guys down there.
Atlanta Journal-Constitution saying, who is this guy?
jack maxey
Now, is he Sherman or Rhett Butler?
steve bannon
It's a combination of both.
Combination of a gun runner, of a blockade runner, and a general who's going to take no prisoners.
But Frederick, you've got the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, you've got Mother Jones, you've got Media Matters, they're all hating on you.
That means you're doing your job, brother.
You've got a guy so upset.
So tell us what's going on today.
Did this governor back off a little bit?
Did we back him off of certifying this thing?
Tell us exactly what's happening.
john fredericks
Well, the Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, certified the vote today.
His lackey, the Lieutenant Governor, Jeff Duncan, ran to Fox News and CNN and basically said that the numbers don't lie.
He said Biden won Georgia.
We added up the votes and he won by 12,000 votes.
And so, he said we need to move on and focus on the runoff.
Of course, the problem with the runoff is you're going to have the same problem on January 5th that you had on November 3rd because they've done nothing to rectify any of the issues.
Now, the governor still has to certify the votes in order to seat the electors.
This is not done in Georgia by the General Assembly, Steve and Jack.
It's done by the governor.
So, he didn't certify it today.
We expect him to do that.
After a thorough review, but it also then allows, it allows The Trump campaign to file the lawsuit that they said they were absolutely going to file.
We think they might have got that in today by five o'clock.
I think that was the goal.
But as soon as it was certified, they were going to file a lawsuit to nullify the election based on the consent decree that was done.
Now, a couple other top events here.
can't georgia today which is in jerky county is pretty red trump country well i was there mike pence came and he did a rally the two republican senate candidates david purdue and uh... who who who who who was there mike peterson of the vice president who's a good man who's a good job that mike pence hang on my pants in a i don't care that mike pence coming down there and doing a rally for two centers I wanna know what Mike Pence is doing.
steve bannon
I'm not jumping on you, John.
What is Mike Pence doing about closing on the deal they won on November 3rd?
john fredericks
what i did not want to hear he's down there well it's not a car wants you to do that that's let me tell you what he said okay tell me a brother's very getting worked up here number one i know you're going to be happy though number one i've seen my pet speak like fifty times This was a different Mike Pence today.
This didn't look like a loser.
This looked like a winner.
This looked like somebody that had evidence that we haven't seen yet.
Number one.
Number two, he said we are going to fight on.
The President and I, he said, are going to fight on until every legal vote is counted, and every illegal vote is thrown out, and we're going to fight on until January 20th.
And he didn't mince words.
The two candidates for Senate didn't say that.
When a chant started, stop the steal, Perdue smiled, waited for it to end, and then went back into his can't speech.
But Vice President Pence didn't shy from that.
Now, I'll tell you one other big event that happened today on the John Frederick Show.
Lin Wood came on.
He said, hey, don't worry about the fact that my first salvo got dismissed by the Judge Ginberg.
I'm taking it to the 11th Circuit.
I'm going to win there, because it's not just one judge.
It's a panel.
My evidence is clear.
But here's what else he said.
Very clearly, if you want to go to the tape, Go to my YouTube channel, just put in WJFN Radio, WJFN Radio, subscribe there and it'll come up.
Here's what he said, I went and visited with Sidney Powell for several days.
I went and reviewed her evidence in detail.
I said to him, Did you look at it and is there something there?
And he said to me, the election is going to get overturned by the Supreme Court based on what I saw in detail.
She said she has evidence that is going to shock the country.
That's what Lynn Wood said.
These are, Steve, these are credible lawyers.
This guy just offended Sandman and won a bunch of money from the Washington Post.
He's offended Richard Jewell.
Sidney Powell, I know for a decade she's been coming on my show.
She went on my show when nobody else would touch her.
These are legit attorneys.
They say they have something.
And look, I said, can you share some of it?
And he said, I'm not.
Going to let Sidney or myself or anybody litigate this in the court of fake news public opinion, where it's going to get torn to shreds.
He said, this is a legal case.
It's going to go in front of judges.
And he said, when this is all said and done, America is going to be shocked.
The people that voted for Joe Biden, he said, are going to be sick over what they see that's happened.
So that's where we are today.
steve bannon
John Frederick, you're doing the Lord's work down there in Georgia.
Absolute firestorm is coming, and I'm glad you said that about Mike Pence.
We've wanted Mike Pence to step up.
He's a good man, but he's got to throw down in this fight.
I'm glad you said he was a fighter, and it looked like he had some information there that would make him a very Very aggressive in this.
John Fredericks, thank you very much.
We're going to put all your social media up so people can get to you.
The show is on fire down there.
Just make sure you don't forget the folks in Richmond who love you.
Knowing you're doing a great job down there.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Dr. Jan, we had a massive story today in the New York Times.
I think it was the front page.
The front page of the New York Times or one of the top pages.
A huge story about Dr. Jan and the War Room.
Tucker Carlson, Fox News, Miles Glow, the entire possible are turned with Dr. Yan.
Just a moment.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back, War Room Pandemic.
We've got to get John Fredericks, you've got to get on his Twitter feed and to listen to the show.
He's breaking news all the time.
He's doing amazing work down in Georgia.
They also have not just the Virginia Star, they've launched the Georgia Star down there, which is its own newspaper to compete with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
It's an online paper with Michael Patrick Leahy, and they're absolutely killing it.
People in Georgia have not had an outlet like that to come to, and it's pretty extraordinary how John's been there for two weeks and stirring up the pot, got them all.
You know, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, one of the great papers of the South.
Jimmy Carter wouldn't be president of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
I think the Cox family, big liberal family down there, has gotten back at Jimmy Carter, essentially made him president of the United States, or helped make him president of the United States.
And John, and they got a huge radio network, big old radio station down there.
John down there buying a station, doing something crazy, but just doing extraordinary work.
Now I want to bring on A rising media star, she's already one of the great doctors around about the virus, from Hong Kong University, one of the greatest centers for the study of this, the study of SARS and obviously COVID-19, which is essentially SARS-2, and a hero who defected
from China, from Hong Kong, at a big risk to her personally, to come to the United States and spread the gospel of the true truth about the CCP virus.
It would be Dr. Li Ming Yan from Hong Kong University.
Dr. Yan, thank you very much for joining us here on War and Pandemic.
You are the central focus of a major piece in the New York Times, the paper of record of our beloved country.
And this talks about your journey from Hong Kong University to the United States and the message you brought about the origins of this virus and what you know for being in the reference lab.
I noticed that they failed to put in here Any of the timeline and what people gave them about what you knew is a witness of fact for what the CCP knew and when they knew it.
I spent a lot of time going through the timeline with you and what you knew.
Of course, none of that went in there.
Obviously, because it's all fake news.
But, they did make a bunch of, a kind of aspersions to your research, etc.
The one thing, and we only got one segment today, we're going to bring you back, because I know you've got breaking news on so many other fronts, on CNN and so many other fronts of guys in Europe that you can now walk through have been given fake news to Lancet and other things, but just in this article, They make a big point about the origins of this virus that I think is very important to reiterate all the time.
In this article they kind of even more than imply that the scientific community of the world is in a consensus that this came from a bat and somehow got transmitted through the wet market.
Is that a true statement of what the New York Times is implying there?
In that making you seem like you're an outrider to think that this was man-enhanced somehow?
dr li-meng yan
Thank you for inviting me here.
So I want to answer this question.
It's very simple.
I mean, there is no evidence that can tell the public, the scientific world, that the COVID-19 virus comes from nature.
None of the bats and none of the wild animals as the intermediate host.
But there do have some evidence, as I show in my report, that this virus is modified after when the China military got the Zhoushan bat coronavirus, made it from not lethal to human to lethal to human, that it's going to function experiment.
And Why they insist on that is because the China government proposes all the COVID-19 pandemic from the beginning because they know this is their bioweapon.
And also they don't want anyone come out to question it or think about that.
And also that's why from early February, actually even from end of January, Mindset published a statute prepare for that paper to show that China government is very good in anti-COVID-19 and also that it's come from nature and also later blame Mr. Trump as a president who cannot do the good job as China.
So they all need to use this excuse and just to give people the definition because they are the top scientist.
They know when they talk, people will listen to that and that's how Chinese Communist Party and how the scientific world play with the people.
That is very bad behavior.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
I want to bring up something that's just come in.
They're obviously very nervous that because of you and other heroes like yourself, they know they're having a tough time selling that it came from the Batcave.
Now they've taken a very different tact.
What they've done the last, I think, 48 or 72 hours, Aren't they accusing now Italy?
That they're saying, oh, that in the sewage system in Italy, this has come up in September.
Actually, Italy, you know, they're taking Cuomo.
It's actually Italy's the problem.
Italy's the problem, not China.
Dr. Yan, what do you say about that?
dr li-meng yan
Because the Chinese Communist Party and also all these scientists know their lies are easy to be revealed by me and also the report, and also more and more people realize it.
And after I revealed all these things from my two scientific reports, they have to find the new evidence To fake their theories that come from nature.
And also Chinese Communist Party are very happy to see the paper to indicate any possibility that it may not come from China.
And they have already mentioned it come from outer space, come from the Norway Salmon, come from the Malaysia Panthens, come from U.S.
military map.
Italy is just one of the examples.
I think last month it was the Spanish wastewater, right?
So, Italian paper, that paper, I have to say, just have some very poor quality data because these people are not the real serologists in the virology field.
And it's easy for them to get false positive results, which is not accurate.
And also, the evidence they provide is very indicative, very weak.
So, they also don't admit that their paper can show the virus come from Italy.
They just try to talk about something Maybe there is a chance, but also they welcome people's discussion.
If Chinese Communist Party associates them into this paper, WHO associates into this paper because they are waiting for more evidence can be used to attack the whole world and let people believe it is from the nature and China is innocent.
steve bannon
You did two research reports that you put out, white papers, and they cast aspersion on those by having certain scientists talk about them, but there's not one fact in your research reports that the New York Times brings up as being inaccurate.
What is your assessment of that?
They attack you personally, and they have some people come on and attack you personally, and they say, oh, this has been dismissed by the scientific community.
But you still haven't seen any of these attacks where they actually get down to specifics and talk about specifics, where they question the two research reports.
What do you say about that?
dr li-meng yan
Because they cannot do anything in a scientific way to attack my paper.
There is nothing for them to attack in a scientific way.
They know it from the beginning.
And also the Chinese Communist Party knows it since I revealed it is from the Jiuquan bat coronavirus from PLA lab in January 19th.
That's why they are busy organizing I can give you a very simple example.
It's like, I know what is apple, and I explain to you from the tree, it's apple tree, leaf is apple leaf, and the flower is apple flower, taste is apple, this is apple.
But if you don't know what is apple, these journalists and those scientists just come to tell you, sir, this is banana.
They cannot deny my evidence, but they just tell you this is banana.
She is the only one who tell you it's apple.
So just like this, exactly the same.
That's their tricks.
steve bannon
Dr. Yan, we look forward to having you.
I know you're doing a lot of research, and we've got a lot of things to go through with other parts of the scientific community.
You're coming out with other research papers, and we're going to have you back very shortly as we work through this mess on the election.
I want to thank you very much for joining us.
Dr. Li Min Yan from Hong Kong University, now in the United States.
Huge article.
We're going to put the article up.
You've got to read a huge article in the New York Times.
Actually, Dr. Yan, I think it's actually a great advertisement for you because it shows you what a world figure you've become and how you've been embraced by the audience of Deplorables.
So thank you very much for joining us today.
greg manz
We've got some interesting news coming out of Pennsylvania, and a lot of this, we've got the hard data, the stats, and then also the players, the palace intrigue on both sides.
Kirkland and Ellis is withdrawing their representation of the Pennsylvania Secretary of State going forward.
steve bannon
What happened there?
Kirkland & Ellis, that's one of the biggest law firms.
This is the other day when Rudy's in court.
It's Rudy and the Misfit Toys.
And you've got three major law firms.
You've got Perkins Coy, you've got Haldor, I think it is, and you've got Kirkland & Ellis.
And Kirkland & Ellis is Obama's firm, right?
That's the one that did a lot of the work for the Obama administration.
So these are big hombres.
They're withdrawing?
greg manz
That's correct.
They're withdrawing from the representation of the Secretary of State.
steve bannon
Did they give any reason?
I'm sure it's not about their fees being paid.
greg manz
No, no reason, but they named somebody else a Barry Burkle of Kramer Levin.
steve bannon
Another good firm.
Also, we did have the senator from Michigan came out and had a readout.
It was like nine pages long of ask for urban renewal.
What did he say about after his meeting with the president?
greg manz
So it was a joint readout with the House Speaker and the Senate Majority Leader and The gist of it is they say that they've seen nothing to overturn the election results in Michigan.
steve bannon
And nothing to overturn?
And to imply they would certify?
greg manz
That is what the implication is, yes.
steve bannon
Okay, we'll get in more details in that.
We've got Phil Klein coming on in the next segment.
jack maxey
And even worse, he says, Michigan's certification process should be a deliberate process, free from threats and intimidation.
Allegations of fraudulent behavior should be taken seriously, thoroughly investigated, and if proven, prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Meanwhile, just prior to that, he says, we haven't seen any evidence of that.
Here's what you're seeing, people.
People are standing up and being counted by their behavior.
You know how we always say, don't trust what they say, trust what they do.
And now you're seeing who's marching to the sound of the guns and who's earning their little red badges of courage.
unidentified
We'll see.
steve bannon
By the way, it's all in the ballots.
It's all in the numbers in Michigan.
You've got to drill down and kind of get that down.
OK, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We return.
Phil Kline is going to be here.
Was it the Amistad Project?
He's got another development.
They had another big meeting today.
He's at the tip of the spear of all this.
One of the top lawyers in the country.
Phil Kline will join Greg Manns, Jack Maxey, and myself in the War Room.
We'll be back in just a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
steve bannon
Welcome back to the War Room.
To show you, the other night in that five or six hour meeting, the steely resolve of the decent folks of Wisconsin.
You heard the Wisconsin Knights and they were nice and polite the entire time, but they would not bend.
The Iron Brigade, the most renowned regiment or brigade in the entire Union Army in the Civil War.
Jack Maxey, give us a thumbnail sketch of it.
jack maxey
Incredible, because today is the anniversary of the Gettysburg Address and the Iron Brigade, and I didn't realize this, suffered the highest casualty rate of any brigade in the entire Civil War.
61% and three of their regiments suffered over 75% casualties at Gettysburg.
steve bannon
Never would break.
The Iron Brigade, the Pride of Wisconsin, the Badger State.
I want to turn now to Michigan.
I just had the head of the Senate down in the Oval Office asking for urban renewal money and asking, I don't know, for climate change money and asking for this and a lot of ask.
But said, hey, we looked at Michigan, not a problem there.
No problem.
So I want to turn now to Phil Klein, I think one of the most respected lawyers in this area, and I want to go to the certification process in Michigan.
Would you agree with that, Phil Klein, as you see things right now in the certification process in Michigan?
What is your assessment?
phill kline
Well, actually, two election judges in Wayne County disagree with that statement.
After reviewing the evidence presented to them by Wayne County, they refused to certify.
And in fact, after going through a six-hour haranguing that is like the county sheriff picking up the out-of-state kid and wanting to pin a crime on him, keeping him in a jail cell for 19 hours, not letting him leave or providing food, they still say that it should not be certified.
And in fact, that certification doesn't occur until Monday.
One of those in that room who refused to bend to all the pressure put on her, and also, by the way, has had to move out of her home because of the harassment, or one of the gentlemen did, Bill Hartman.
One of those election judges, in his affidavit that he released to the public, said, look, there are some serious questions that need to be answered.
This election should not be certified until they are answered.
I would encourage the Michigan legislature to ask the answers, or ask for these questions.
You remember, Steve, how they promised that these drop boxes would be secure.
That all of these, one drop box can hold tens of thousands of ballots.
That they would keep logs, have 24-hour, 7-minute video, that they would make sure that the people who picked up the ballots drove right to the counting center, that all of these ballots would be logged in.
Where in the world are the logs?
Where is the video?
Why aren't they sharing that with us?
Now, these big counting centers, look at the pattern here.
Every urban core area that's controlled by Democrat local officials in blue states, in the name of COVID protection, consolidated their counting centers.
In other words, they created a crowd to save us from COVID.
And there's two reasons they did it.
One reason is to create a room full of two football fields in length And so they could technically comply with the law that said a Republican must be in the place.
And they put the Republican in the cheap seats so they couldn't see them fraudulently completing the ballots.
Not only that, they centralized ballot collection so that they had these large dumps in the middle of the night of Bidens that suddenly were ballots.
I call them Bidens.
All these large dumps of Bidens in the middle of the night, of these votes that suddenly flip the election.
And this election judge says, I can't certify until I get those questions answered.
I hope the state board says the same thing on Monday.
steve bannon
What is the state board actually, I think has 10 days.
They're actually thinking they're going to go forward on Monday.
And if they deadlock, walk folks through what's the process, what's the process from there in Michigan?
phill kline
Well, if they deadlock, this could go to the legislature.
And the legislature could make the determination.
In fact, that's what the statute reads.
So, I think some are afraid of that responsibility and they don't want to consider that.
I think what will happen is that there are those who argue.
In fact, the attorney in Detroit argued this to the two who refused to certify.
That attorney said, you can't exercise your independent judgment.
You must vote to certify.
And there are some who interpret Michigan law that say that these individuals can't exercise their independent judgment, that they're going to have to end up certified.
We don't believe that's the case.
We believe that's the next legal fight if they don't certify, and then it goes to the state legislature.
steve bannon
One last question.
Secretary of State jumped on those people that night when they were taking the abuse and said, well, their role is only ministerial.
What did she mean by that?
Only ministerial?
I thought they were the election judges for Wayne County.
She said ministerial like dismissing it.
phill kline
Yeah.
They say they have no role except to rubber stamp whatever comes up that they can't think.
Now, as you know, That's what the left believes about us.
We should not be thinking.
We should be told what to do.
And that's how they interpret the law.
unidentified
Phil, we've got two others to get to while we've got you.
steve bannon
Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
I'd like to go to Wisconsin.
What are your thoughts in Wisconsin?
It seems like we got them dead to rights there.
phill kline
Well, there's several things that went wrong in Wisconsin.
What we're particularly focused on now and verifying is what's called The voter ID exception for the indefinitely confined.
The way Wisconsin law reads is that if you vote absentee, you have to first provide voter ID to get that absentee ballot.
And so there's an exception for those who are indefinitely confined because they can't go and show their voter ID.
Now what the Wisconsin Secretary of State did is the Secretary of State said, well, Anybody can claim to be indefinitely confined and you can't question it.
Now that's against Wisconsin law, but of course COVID is her excuse for doing this.
The number of ballots that were applied for by the indefinitely confined leapt from 50,000 to 250,000.
And what we're finding is, of course, those persons weren't indefinitely confined.
And we're also finding that some of those persons never requested a ballot.
And some of those persons didn't vote, but the record shows they got a ballot and voted.
And here's another issue that we're trying to dig out.
And I operate a project that's with the 501c.
I don't have the 400 million that Zuckerberg put into this effort.
So we've been fighting to get this information tooth and nail.
But these blue state governors also have entered into private public contracts that allow private interest groups to enter registrations directly into the poll books.
Now that's unprecedented.
You know, if the League of Women Voters did a voter drive, you fill out the paperwork, they take it to the election clerk.
And the election clerk, who is subject to Freedom of Information Act requests, subject to political accountability, would enter the data.
But in Michigan, the contract was given to rock the vote.
Rock the vote could enter new registrants in the Michigan poll books.
You can imagine the mischief that this caused.
And one thing that we've been demanding that these states are refusing is why not release who voted on election day now?
Why not release it?
You had to check identities before they voted.
So release it before certification.
So we can verify that the votes were cast by actual people.
So they're not releasing it.
unidentified
I think that's also a sham.
steve bannon
Phil, we've only got you for a couple more minutes.
I just want to ask you, as people look at this process, December 14th seems to be a hard date, right, when the slates of electors have to go to the state capitals and begin the process of the vote in the Electoral College, then culminate in the ceremonial meeting in Washington, D.C., I think on January 5th or 6th, or January 6th.
As you see it right now, the next week or two are going to be some of the most intense in American political history, and we realize that you're at the tip of the spear.
Put our audience kind of in the room.
What should they be anticipating?
Because we're doing four hours of shows now.
We do them in the afternoon, we do them in the morning, because people can't get enough of this information.
Put them in the room.
What is going to happen over the next, between now through Thanksgiving weekend, like the next 10 days?
What should they anticipate and what should they be looking for?
phill kline
Well, the certification of the vote by the state boards.
There's the possibility, as we've seen already play out in Michigan, that there might not be a certification.
The argument and the follow-up as it relates to whether legislatures are really willing to initiate the audits necessary To ensure that this election was conducted with the integrity required for the American people.
Hopefully, legislatures will step in.
The possibility that legislatures themselves will attempt to delay the process and refuse to see electors.
I'm not saying that will happen.
That's down the road, Steve.
And I think we're still, right now, we're at a time where six hours is a year in this process.
And things are moving quickly.
So there's a lot to be done before anything like that would happen.
I believe you're going to see a new flurry of lawsuits that involve equal protection, Bush v. Gore violation, allegations, and then some of the expert testimony that supports that, that says that if the election had been conducted right, some of these states would flip.
You're going to see an accelerated docket up to the Supreme Court of the United States, which I hope takes one of these cases.
There are also some state court cases that could be accelerated to state Supreme Courts that are unique.
For example, in Michigan and a few other states where people have unique standing to go directly to the state Supreme Court.
Whether any of this alters the election?
I think the odds are against it, but I think that pursuing every legal remedy is the right of those who are concerned about the integrity of the election, and we intend to do it.
And then I would say this.
We need to continue the effort To obtain and secure the evidence of everything that went wrong in this election.
Because I'll tell you what, the American people didn't get the election they deserve.
And they deserve to know the truth of what happened.
And so every official out there who's refusing us access to that information, we're gonna get it.
And we're gonna continue to fight to get it, so the story can be told.
steve bannon
Phil, we've got about a minute left.
Just a question to end, is that our audience, you know, the deplorables, and this show has metastasized globally.
They're bombarded every day by the mainstream media, from the BBC to CCTV to CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post, that they're destroying democracy, they're backing a coup by President Trump, this is totally illegal what they're doing.
What are your words to this audience?
What actions should they be taking?
Are they on the side of righteousness right now to demand that every legal vote and only legal votes count?
phill kline
They need to demand that they open the doors.
America was kicked out of the counting room.
They promised us that they would do this right, but they boarded up the windows and they said, you're not allowed in.
Don't worry.
There's no fraud going on.
And we had a billionaire in the counting room paying the election officials.
We must demand to be allowed in.
We must allow full independent audits with everybody present to see how it's conducted.
And we've got to kick billionaires out.
They have no role financing elections through government.
steve bannon
That would be Facebook.
Phil Klein is with the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society.
Phil, how can they get more access to you on Twitter or Parler, and how can they get more access to the Thomas More Society and your specific project?
People should know that Phil Klein is in the mix on this right now, and if you want to know what's going on, you should follow him on social media.
What's your handles?
phill kline
God-freedom.com.
God-freedom.com.
steve bannon
Phil Klein, thank you very much.
An American patriot.
Good luck there at the Thomas More Society of the Amistad Project.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
Thank you for joining us for War Room Pandemic.
So you see, you've got the Pasovics, you've got the Phil Kleins, you've got the John Fredericks.
They're people in the fight, okay?
Dr. Jan, in the fight.
I'd like the folks on our side of the football on this to be back in a moment.

War Room Pandemic with Stephen K Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K Bannon.
steve bannon
It's the 157th anniversary of The Gettysburg Address, which President Lincoln went back after a reasonable part of time to give a few words that he thought would be appropriate.
He was invited.
He wasn't the main speaker.
The main speaker came right before him and went for two hours, I think.
And really, the main speaker, who was one of the great orators of the day, based his talk On Pericles's, the famous from Thucydides, the Peloponnesian War, if you read the Pericles's speech of the war dead at Athens, right?
In that great war.
And he took a rift on that and gave a speech that was structured like that and then went through and actually gave the details of the battle.
People say, how could he talk so long?
gave a truly, back in those days, oratory was about telling stories and doing it in a very high rhetoric context.
And President Lincoln's was actually forgotten. In fact, there was very light applause afterwards.
It was over almost as soon as it began.
And people thought, you know, Lincoln was not known as a great speaker.
jack maxey
Under three minutes.
steve bannon
Under three minutes, like two minutes and thirty seconds.
And only one photograph, kind of things that he was up and down before it was even started.
But it's obviously a speech that I think ranks with his second inaugural address.
As obviously the greatest speech is given and really sums up much of what we do.
It's the 157th anniversary.
One of the greatest times I've ever had in my life on the 150th anniversary.
We actually went and broadcast I think for 10 or 12 hours because nobody else was doing it.
We actually did the live broadcast.
Of the third day at Gettysburg, a Pickett's Charge, where they allowed, I think for the first time, people, just regular citizens, recreators, but actually citizens can actually, at the very moment, recreate Pickett's Charge.
And it was quite, I think there were 40 or 50,000 people there that day.
It was incredible.
And they allowed us, the Park Service actually got us set up with our camera crews and everything.
Dan Fluhrer, we had cameras right there at the angle.
Where the Confederate Army breached that wall with General Amistad and were right there with the guns with Cushing, Alonzo Cushing, the young West Point lieutenant, whose brother I think later died as a Navy commando.
Cushing really held that gun battery right there that stopped the stop-pickets charge in really an amazing confrontation.
Coming a couple months later.
President Obama, for a host of reasons, didn't attend the 150th anniversary of the Gettysburg Address.
We've got a very special thing.
In fact, the Iron Brigade, General Reynolds, I think died, the Union general that died, famous general died, I think putting in place the Iron Brigade of Wisconsin.
And the casualty rates from the brigade were 61% at Gettysburg, was it?
jack maxey
And one of their regiments... Three of their regiments were the top three, with over 75% casualties at Gettysburg.
61% overall for the war, the highest casualty rate of any regiment in the war.
steve bannon
I'm a southerner, but for my mother's side, we did my great-grandfather and his brother fought with the 1st Maine Cavalry, and the 1st Maine Cavalry, his brother, Sgt.
Tom Jack, was with the Michigan, fought alongside the Cavalry against Jeb Stuart on the third day.
With the Michigan Wolverines, and it was really Custer that turned the tide of that battle.
But you find that Wisconsin Knights never misperceive or misconstrue these nice folks from Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
They got a lot of fight and a lot of grit.
jack maxey
We used to wrestle, you know, and you'd wrestle these kids from these real rural areas we used to call country strong.
You could never gauge how strong that guy was because who knows what he'd been doing all his life.
steve bannon
This is going to come down to Michigan Nice but Michigan Resolved.
It's going to come down to Wisconsin Nice but Wisconsin Resolved.
It's going to come down to Pennsylvania Nice and Pennsylvania Resolved.
That was the big sweep.
The difference in 2016 they never anticipated is when President Trump and the Trump Revolution swept Those Midwestern states and really shocked and the arrogance of the globalists and the arrogance of Hillary Clinton was that they didn't even need to go up there and campaign.
She never went to Wisconsin once.
Robbie Mook and all the woke crowd she had in Brooklyn thought it was just, it was too demeaning.
They didn't need to go talk to the, and address the union workers up there.
So, and so Vish, how much time we got?
jack maxey
Less than a minute.
steve bannon
Okay, fine.
So we're going to have a very special And I'll just tell you with a runner-up, we wanted to get one of the great commemorations for the Gettysburg Address.
And we thought of Sam Waterston and Hal Holbrook.
There have been many famous people.
Daniel Day-Lewis won the Academy Award.
Many famous actors.
We came down to the choice at the end, after vetting this with the War Room crowd, was Sir Lawrence Olivier.
And Johnny Cash.
And, of course, I voted for the Laurence Olivier, because they're a little more in high English, and I was outvoted unanimously by the World Root crowd, because they understood that the Deplorables, on a day like this, want to see something very special, and it is a very special rendition.
Jack, we've got about 10, 15 seconds.
jack maxey
And this is to remind us of Burke's dictum.
We owe just as much to the past as we do to the future, people.
steve bannon
Johnny Cash, the Gettysburg Address, on the 157th anniversary.
unidentified
Four score and seven years ago our forefathers brought forth on this continent a new nation conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.
Now we are engaged in a great civil war testing whether that nation or any nation so conceived and so dedicated can long endure.
We are met on a great battlefield of that war.
We have come to dedicate a portion of that field as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live.
It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.
But in a larger sense, we cannot dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot hallow this ground.
For the brave men living and dead who struggled here have consecrated it far above our poor power to add or detract.
The world will little note or long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here.
It is for us the living rather to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced.
It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us.
That from these honored dead, we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion.
That we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain.
And that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom.
