| And here's what they do. | ||
| This has become a sham audit. | ||
| So what they're doing is, when they're counting the votes and doing an audit, They're only allowing in one observer per ten teams, right? | ||
| That means that if I'm an observer watching this, I can only watch ten percent of the action, because I've got to observe ten teams spread apart of four people each. | ||
| The Republicans want a one-on-one relationship. | ||
| That's only the start of it. | ||
| Here's what else they've done. | ||
| Here's what else Rafflesberger, the Republican Secretary of State, has done. | ||
| He's turned the audit into a fake, scam, sham audit. | ||
| They're not going to be checking signatures on absentee ballots. | ||
| They're not going to be matching absentee ballots with addresses or with duplicate voters. | ||
| They're not going to be matching absentee ballots with the envelopes and signatures they came in. | ||
| So basically, if you've got, you've got 1,200,000, 1.2 million absentee mail-in ballots, they're not going to scrutinize them. | ||
| They're simply going to recount them. | ||
| So if they're phony ballots, they simply get recounted again. | ||
| That's absolute insanity. | ||
| They've done nothing. | ||
| It is a complete farce what they're doing in Georgia. | ||
| So today, the state national committee woman, Ginger Howard, very nice lady, and the state party chairman, Dave Schaefer, former state senator, he's got a spine. | ||
| And Doug Collins, they sent a scathing letter to Rafflesburgers saying, hey, wait a minute. | ||
| This isn't an audit. | ||
| All you're doing is protecting your own election scam. | ||
| And we can't even observe it because you've got a one-to-ten relationship for the audit encounters. | ||
| We want a one-to-one relationship. | ||
| They're having a press conference today at noon. | ||
| Jeff Duncan, the Lieutenant Governor, defended Rafflesberger, the Republican Secretary of State. | ||
| He's a Republican. | ||
| And again said, look, there's just nothing to see here. | ||
| Well, if there's nothing to see here, then why don't you let us see it? | ||
| Unbelievable! | ||
| And the fact that there's an audit, the purpose of the audit is to scrutinize the mail-in ballots. | ||
| Well, they've thrown that out. | ||
| They're just recounting them exactly as they came in. | ||
| What the hell kind of an audit is that? | ||
| This is a complete farce, it's a scam, and it's done by Republicans because they don't want to expose their own incompetence. | ||

| B. Does the address match? | ||
| C. Does the signatures on the envelopes they came in match? | ||
| This is all Georgia law. | ||

| Number D, or letter D. Do the absentee ballots that came in, were they also duplicate ballots that people try to vote? | ||
| And then we're told, no, there was an absentee ballot that came in. | ||
| Do they have double registrations? | ||
| Did they vote somewhere else? | ||
| That's what an audit is. | ||
| Not simply recounting the scam that's already been done. | ||
| Does that make sense? | ||
| Yeah, total sense. | ||
| But here's the question. | ||
| If it's Republicans, this is kind of the second part of the strategy here, is that Biden, you know, the rearguard action of the elites, Biden can't even get, you know, he can't even get the keys to the GSA building. | ||
| He's being shown as so feckless every day and so weak every day for what they do. | ||
| Last time I looked, President Trump's the head of this party. | ||
| One phone call from the White House Could make this happen. | ||
| So if you can't, you're not going to be able to sit there and prove that they stole the election if you can't even get guys in your party to, you know, you bang some heads and make it happen. | ||
| So make our audience feel better that heads are being banged and that Republicans are saying, yes, we will do and move heaven and earth to just show that these ballots are either legitimate or not. | ||
| If they're legitimate and certifiable, they got to count. | ||

| Well, they sent Collins and Ginger Howard, the state committee woman, and the chairman of the Republican Party, Dave Schaefer, sent a scathing letter to Raffensperger demanding this. | ||

| I have told them they need to have a press conference today on the Capitol steps, or, I'm sorry, outside of the GOP headquarters at 3 o'clock. | ||
| And invite the media and ask the question, why don't we do this? | ||
| This has got to get to the attention of the political team at the White House, and the President's got to pick up the phone, Stephen, make a phone call! | ||
| Because Kemp and Jeff Duncan, the Lieutenant Governor, and Rafflesberger, the Secretary of State, basically are saying nothing to see here. | ||

| Dan Abrams, they see Exactly what we're accomplishing here and they're getting very concerned about these lawsuits and particularly the affidavits that are showing up. | ||
| And we're going to have the FEC Chairman's interviews. | ||
| We're going to pull some highlights from this. | ||
| I want to go now to Rudy. | ||
| First off, Rudy, why don't you just give people an overview of where do you think we stand going into the weekend? | ||
| And then I want to talk to you specifically about Pennsylvania and in Michigan, where you have two court appearances that are coming up. | ||
| What's your overall view? | ||
| Are we winning right now or not? | ||
| I would say we're in a position to win. | ||
| We don't really start winning until these cases start getting presented and they get on the way to a decision, which will be next week. | ||
| But I mean, if you're asking me, is there enough material out there for a court to rule in our favor? | ||
| The answer is yes. | ||
| Right now, there's a major lawsuit in Pennsylvania that basically, if we're successful, would disqualify Somewhere around five to six hundred thousand votes, most of which would be Biden votes. | ||
| And he would he would win Pennsylvania. | ||
| It requires about anywhere from 15 to 40 witnesses, depending on the judge and how much he wants and how much corroboration he wants. | ||
| And basically the core of it would be that all these ballots were were submitted And never examined. | ||
| It's as if nobody knows if any true actual person actually signed these ballots. | ||
| The only thing we have left is the raw ballot. | ||
| The identifying material has been removed from it. | ||
| And since there is no number that puts them together, there's no way to find out. | ||
| And they become immediately under Pennsylvania or unlawful ballots. | ||
| If Pennsylvania agrees with that, or the upper court in Pennsylvania agrees with that, Then that would take care of Pennsylvania. | ||
| Michigan, I think Michigan's even worse than Pennsylvania, because in addition to having that, you also have that incident where 100,000 votes were brought in in the middle of the night. | ||
| There were three witnesses to that. | ||
| And actually, some corroboration of people who saw trucks coming in, and I think we'll be able to prove that 100,000 ballots were brought in at four o'clock in the morning at the hall in Detroit. | ||
| And we will be able to put witnesses on who will say that those ballots were all for Biden and that they had no other candidate on them. | ||
| Well, that hundred thousand ballots would have to be disqualified. | ||
| And then you have, and in Detroit, we have an incredible group of witnesses, including a woman who worked for Detroit for 40 years, who was trained by the Detroit political people to cheat. | ||
| She was actually put there to help cheat from the very beginning. | ||
| When people came in to vote early, she would instruct them to vote Democratic and show them how to do it. | ||
| When a person came to vote a second time, she would often go find a name in the registry book and give it and assign it to that person. | ||
| And then she witnessed also the exclusion of all the Republicans from the counting. | ||
| And then we have the three witnesses who saw the 100,000 ballots come in. | ||
| We have the postal guy who had a backdate and the postal inspector came there, browbeat him, didn't know, the postal inspector didn't know that the guy was taping him. | ||
| And when you read the tape, you say to yourself, why is a postal inspector intimidating a guy so much like this? | ||
| What, I mean, is the union going that far for Biden? | ||
| Those two cases are set to be heard next week. | ||
| We're also preparing a case that'll The Georgia case really is secondary to the recount now, just by nature of when they're going to occur. | ||
| So the recount is going to really have a lot to do with how good a case Georgia becomes, because despite the fact that they're separate things, if you win, If you win the recount, you don't have to really worry about the case. | ||
| And if you lose the recount, it's really hard to ask the state to kind of do it twice. | ||
| We'll try, because there's real fraud in Georgia. | ||
| But I would count more than on Nevada and on Arizona. | ||
| And that's the path to victory. | ||
| And it's really proving that in each state, there were ineligible ballots. | ||
| that overwhelm the margin of victory that Biden has. | ||
| And in some of these cases, it's easy. | ||
| I mean, the margins of victory are 41,000 votes, 50,000 votes. | ||
| It's not as if we have to climb some incredible mountain. | ||
| Let me go back and do the first off, Porter Wright, the law firm, either through intimidation, it looks like or It could be some of the partners there said, hey, this is a wild goose chase, and, you know, we don't want to blow ourselves up in front of our clients because there's no chance to win. | ||
| Why is Porter Wright, one of the major law firms, I guess Jones Day and Porter Wright were the two, Jones Day still with you, but Porter Wright just dropped off, sent a letter that they're resigning from representing the campaign. | ||
| What is that about? | ||
| This has been going on for quite some time, Steve. | ||
| This was going on during the impeachment also, and it isn't, Their assessment of the case. | ||
| Honestly, most of the partners at Porter Wright don't know what the case is about. | ||
| Only Ron Hicks knows what the case is about. | ||
| A large law firm, you don't know about somebody else's case. | ||
| This isn't an evaluation of the quality of the case, one way or the other. | ||
| This is an evaluation of political cowardice. | ||
| I mean, they're afraid they're going to lose clients. | ||
| I'm sure they've been threatened by clients. | ||
| In fact, I know they have. | ||
| Clients who said, if you continue to represent him, you're not going to have our business any longer. | ||
| It's not the first law firm that's acted this way. | ||
| This has been a problem for two years that nobody wants to see Donald Trump get representation. | ||
| I find that completely offensive as a lawyer. | ||
| We're supposed to represent the worst criminals because they need a defense. | ||
| This is hardly a criminal. | ||
| This is the president of the United States who's bringing up legitimate issues about the integrity of the election process. | ||
| Look, I didn't make up the testimony of these people that came to me. | ||
| I wasn't there when the 100,000 ballots were brought in that appeared to be fraudulent. | ||
| I only know that because five people have told me about it. | ||
| I mean, I didn't know the Republicans were kept out of viewing any of the mail-order ballots. | ||
| 50 witnesses have told me that. | ||
| So I believe you have an obligation to present this to the court. | ||
| You can't just say, oh, you know, Biden's the king now. | ||
| It appears as if there was a great deal of cheating. | ||
| It was confined to the major Democratic corrupt cities so you could get away with it. | ||
| Notice it doesn't happen all over the country. | ||
| It happens in the cities that have the corrupt machines like Detroit, like Philadelphia, like Pittsburgh, like Milwaukee, Minneapolis, places where the Democrats are in strong control. | ||
| It had been for quite some time. | ||
| The one thing we see that, you know, there looks like a lot of, you know, nefarious activity, but the one area where criminal, the word criminal comes up is in Nevada. | ||
| You've already had a criminal referral out there from when Rick Grinnell was on the scene. | ||
| We got Brian Kennedy later. | ||
| Matt Schlapp then went out after that. | ||
| Is Nevada, is the suit Nevada also alleged? | ||
| Yes. | ||
| Yes. | ||
| I mean, Michigan does, too. | ||
| Michigan has allegations that ballots were backdated. | ||
| Ballots had to stop, basically, on November 3rd, 8 o'clock. | ||
| Justice Alito ordered that and then put aside. | ||
| Instead of doing that, when those ballots came in, they backdated them. | ||
| That would be a straight out and out crime. | ||
| They forced people to vote Democrat. | ||
| That's straight out and out of the crime. | ||

In Michigan, they're going to have the representatives there. | |
| Is Nevada going to be filed separately in its own? You've got, you're in the middle section of Pennsylvania in federal court. | ||
| You're in a court, you're in both, they're an outside groups in state court, Coleman, they're going to hear from the judge the day at noon. | ||
| We'll be covering that. | ||
| You've got, you're in federal court, you're going to be in there next week. | ||
| Is Nevada going to be a totally separate federal court filing out in Nevada? | ||
| Yes. | ||
| I believe there will be a separate... | ||
| And it will bring up, first of all, they all have the common allegation that Republicans were kept out of the process of looking at the mail ballots and the absentee ballots, which makes the ballots illegal. | ||
| Some of them were very thorough in there. | ||
| In Pennsylvania and in Detroit, in Philadelphia and Detroit, I can't find anyone who looked at a ballot yet. | ||
| There may be a few, but what I'm saying is they were very effective. | ||
| In others, there's a mixed bag. | ||
| Like in Pittsburgh, they didn't look for the first half. | ||
| The second half, they were intimidated by the judge's decision in Philadelphia, and they allowed some viewing. | ||
| In Philadelphia, why was the Republican Party, if they were blocked out that much on those days, is there a track record and do you have it documented where the Republican Party was raising holy hell? | ||
| I remember that you went in and got a thing from a sheriff who wouldn't, a court order that they wouldn't enforce. | ||
| You know, the Corey Lewandowski part of it. | ||
| But is there a record where, I mean, why is the Republican Party not in meltdown? | ||
| Why were they not having press conferences? | ||
| Why was this not like a firestorm when it was going on? | ||
| It was a bit of a firestorm, just not covered. | ||
| I mean, the head of the delegation had two press conferences. | ||
| He tried to get it out, hoping he would print it. | ||
| And then he finally went to court with it that night. | ||
| And it was heard the next day. | ||
| And the court wanted him to compromise. | ||
| So he did make a record of it. | ||

| And here's what we want to do. | ||
| I want to take the two next, Georgia and Arizona, I want to take separately because there, we've been very involved in both. | ||

| In Arizona, I spent an hour last night with the Trump There you have splits between what the Republican establishment wants to do and what the Trump movement and what the Trump campaign want to do. | ||
| And it seems like there's just two different things. | ||
| Like Lin Wood is who I think is a fantastic lawyer. | ||
| He's tweeting out, you know, I think the Chinese Communist Party is involved here. | ||
| This is going to be massive when it's exposed. | ||
| You've got Sidney Powell who's out there talking about 450,000 votes in these different areas. | ||
| In Arizona, They're saying they're going, hey, we just don't want to recount. | ||
| Recount's not going to do it. | ||
| We've got to go in and do a hand analysis, ballot analysis of what happened here in Maricopa County. | ||
| So I just want to deal with Georgia and Arizona because there is there's not a united front. | ||

| This is the result of bad people making lists of enemies. | ||
| We also must remember that the Germans were disarmed just before Kristallnacht. | ||

| The book burnings were not part of Kristallnacht. | ||

| We've seen now for more than a decade they want to limit what books we can read. | ||
| Certainly, we can't read Mark Twain or any of that anymore. | ||
| Is that, Mayor Giuliani, is that the pressure that's coming on people like Porter Wright, where they've got corporate clients and you've got CNN sitting there comparing us all? | ||
| Absolutely! | ||
| I mean, I saw this pressure on my own law firm when I took on the representation of him. | ||
| It's clients like Zuckerberg or any of those people saying, we don't want you representing him. | ||
| It's bad for our brand. | ||
| How can you represent him? | ||
| The partners who represent those clients then get very upset that they're going to lose those clients. | ||
| We've gone into like a McCarthy kind of stage here, where you even see it in some of the reactions of some of the Democrats who say, Any of these people who support, you know, a contest, they should be thrown out of their jobs. | ||
| They're not reliable workers. | ||
| They should be thrown out of their communities and they shouldn't be allowed in politics. | ||
| Yeah, but it's not, it's not just, it's not just, it's not just Democrats. | ||
| I mean, the enablers here, the Republicans, look at, well, tell me what's going on in Georgia and in Arizona. | ||
| And, uh, you know, even in the suits, you got Lin Wood in a, in a dedicated, you got Collins, you got a fire breathers down there from the Trump, uh, from the Trump campaign and the Trump movement. | ||
| But you're not feeling any love from the governor or from the secretary of state down there, lieutenant governor. | ||
| Well, the governor there may have a special problem. | ||
| After all, he did contract with Dominion. | ||
| Dominion is going to turn out to be a complete disaster. | ||
| But in any event, it's at least going to turn out to be a tremendous embarrassment. | ||
| It's not a very good company. | ||
| It really isn't a Canadian company. | ||
| It really is a Venezuelan company. | ||
| It depends completely on the software of Smartmatic. | ||
| Smartmatic was a company that was developed about 2004-2005 to help Chavez steal elections. | ||
| That's the software is intended to help to steal elections. | ||
| And that's the software that's embedded within Dominion. | ||
| And Smartmatic owns a big piece of Dominion. | ||
