We're live from the nation's capital.
We're coming to a press conference.
Kayleigh McEnany and Orana McDaniel taking on the press.
Walking through the details.
We have the receipts. | ||
Taking on the details for the press.
Let's go back to this live press conference.
unidentified
|
I can answer at least regarding the lawsuit today in Pennsylvania.
No, no, but I'm saying you're saying you're talking about how the disparate treatment so for example in the city of Philadelphia If you do not provide an inner secrecy envelope with your ballot as you return it, that is not supposed to count.
But what we know is happening in Philadelphia is somehow the city of Philadelphia knew, knew which ballots had inner secrecy envelopes and did not, and we're telling voters ahead of time.
Hey, you may not have included your inner secrecy envelope.
You need to get in here and vote a provisional ballot and get that fixed.
But that was only happening in Philadelphia, but that was not happening in the rest of the state because the state law discourages that.
So as Democrats were disproportionately voting by mail, they were disproportionately picking up those added votes in the city of Philadelphia.
Let me say one final thing.
There were 682,479 ballots counted in Philadelphia, in Allegheny County, that there were no poll watchers allowed to watch.
It's the job of the media to ask the question, why?
Because all we are asking for is truth, transparency, and sunlight here.
That is all we are asking for.
unidentified
|
And sadly, we are asking the questions many of you should.
Kayleigh McEnany, the Communications Director and Press Secretary at the White House, Ronna McDaniel, Chairwoman of the RNC, they're in the lion's den.
And I've got to tell you, Whether you are fans of those two or not, today I thought they were spectacular.
They walk in there, they lay out the case, we just filed in Pennsylvania, and you saw right there the information warfare from the propaganda department of the globalist, right?
Not one question asking about how you can further this investigation, all this vicious attacks, vicious attacks.
So don't think this is going to be fair, don't think it's going to be even.
What Joe Biden needs to do, Joe Biden needs to step into this and say, if he wants to unite the country, if he wants to represent the soul of America, Joe Biden needs to step in and actually say, you know what?
All of this needs to be dealt with.
I need, we need radical transparency, righteous transparency, which is what Kayleigh McEnany was talking about.
All of that's going to come forward, or he's always going to be looked at as illegitimate and illegal.
And I don't care if they take us down again.
We're going to continue to hammer this until this vote is certified.
And it's not going to get certified by Twitter.
It's not going to be certified by Facebook.
It's not going to be certified by the Associated Press.
It's not going to be certified by CNN, or the New York Times, or the Washington Post, or Jeff Bezos, or the Wall Street Journal.
It's going to be certified In a legal process with the secretaries of state and the governors in these states and eventually the state legislatures.
And the Trump campaign is going to fight this in order to make sure that all legal votes count and no illegal votes count.
I think this was filed today in Pennsylvania with I think 12 to 15 affidavits.
That's just the beginning.
They're going to be added to.
Plus, Rudy's going for the kill shot, which is to throw out, right?
To throw out all these mail-in ballots.
Now, we've got a jam show.
We've got Fog City Midge, Maggie Vanderburgh with us, Jack Maxey, Raheem Kassam will join us later.
A lot going on all over. | ||
People are spread over.
We're going to go around.
We've got so many great guests talking about every aspect of this, plus the pandemic.
We're going to talk about the vaccine later in the second hour.
I want to go now To Atlanta, Georgia.
Kind of what is shifting to become the center of the political universe.
And John Fredericks. | ||
John, I want you to talk to the audience.
Can we get John Fredericks on?
If we can talk to the audience about the win we've already had just from the morning show.
This is a huge development.
us at 10. I know you were talking about your show. We were talking about it at 10 o'clock.
Walk us through what happened today about this is not in the presidential. This is about the Senate, but it's a very important situation. What happened today in Atlanta on this tweet that you sent me? This is a huge development. I had a new champion hero of the Republican Party and the America First Movement on and a Trump supporter. True and true, which is congresswoman-elect Marjorie Greene in North Georgia.
She replaced Representative Tom Graves.
She's been under fire from the liberal elite media since the day she got in.
She won easily. | ||
She came down to Buckhead today.
She's about two hours away.
Came from North Georgia.
Came live. | ||
We did a special at 3.30.
One of the biggest problems we have with this runoff is that there's a loophole, Steve, in Georgia voting registration law, which that you can vote in another state like Wyoming or Massachusetts in November 3rd, and then if you come to Georgia and register to vote, there's no length of residency.
So you can come to Georgia for a week Register, get somebody's address, and then be able to vote in the runoff on January 6th.
Now the Democrats are exploiting this.
They've sent out numerous Facebook messages, even Andrew Yang has said he's coming here with his wife, bringing as many people as he can.
You could basically come to Atlanta or St.
Simons Island for a three-day vacation, register to vote, legally, there's a loophole, it's not illegal, say you've Move to Georgia, give an address, you get an absentee ballot, they mail it to you, you take it, you mail it back in, you go back to Massachusetts, you go back to Virginia, or you go back to California, and now you voted in the Georgia runoff.
This is insane! | ||
This makes no sense. | ||
Now, everybody got on my show today and complained about it.
Marjorie Greene came on and said, hey, here's what we're going to do.
We're going to ask Speaker of the House, David Ralston, to call a special session, both the State Senate, Steve, and the House of Representatives in Georgia, controlled by Republicans.
We need a special session.
We need this loophole closed.
We need Brian Kemp to sign it, and that's it.
And she's called on Ralston and the Republicans.
They've done nothing. | ||
Now we're organizing for her, the John Frederick Show is organizing for her a press conference in Atlanta over the next several days in order to demand a special session.
Now the Speaker, Ralston, Republican, has got to answer to the people as to why he's going to let this loophole go forward so that you can get tens of thousands of people come for a three-day vacation.
and then vote in the runoff for the two Democrats.
Now Republicans just don't do this.
Somebody said, well, fight fire with fire.
We would never do this. | ||
It's not in our DNA to have people come in and vote fraudulently.
We just would never do it.
I would never do it. | ||
I'm here now. | ||
Right now, I'm at the Intercontinental Hotel for two weeks.
My wife and I can go to Atlanta, right up the street, register, change of address, give the address here.
We move, get an absentee ballot.
comes, mail it in and go back home.
Tell me how that's legal.
So she's called for a presser.
Now, other development just in.
Senator David Perdue and Senator Kelly Loeffler, both in a runoff, have called tonight, just moments ago, for Secretary of State Republican Brad Rafflesberger to resign.
They said he's incompetent.
They said it's time for Republicans to call out Republicans.
What he did here is a disaster.
We got 132,000 ballots that are likely to get disqualified.
He didn't manage this system.
He sent ballots out. | ||
Nobody can verify any of it.
They called on him to resign tonight.
He fired back and said, well, if I was in a runoff, I'd call for the Secretary of State to resign too.
Stop whining and go win.
So now you've got Republicans fighting with each other.
But Steve, that's what we need.
We need to break the back of the establishment Republicans who are absolutely doing nothing in order to further this cause.
So Perdue and Loeffler called on Rappaport to resign.
Called to question his level of competence and incompetency.
Those are the two big developments tonight.
In Virginia, Nick Freitas in the 7th with Spamburger still hasn't conceded.
They're still counting ballots there.
They filed suit and Freitas said today until every single vote is accounted for and scrutinized, he's not going anywhere either.
So this is going now all over the United States, Steve.
So, Nick Freitas has filed, he's filed his lawsuit against this, uh, these phony ballots in the thumb drive, her thumb drive that magically showed 15,000 votes for her?
Yeah. | ||
He's filed a suit about that?
He's filed the suit. | ||
Now, it, well, it might not go anywhere, and, and, like, those on the thumb drive, what the, what the Democrats said is they simply mislabeled it.
These were real authentic ballots, but that's fine.
I mean, people do make mistakes.
We're all human. | ||
So if they mislabeled it, fine.
No, I want to get somebody deposed.
I want to get somebody on record saying that.
You need a full investigation.
I don't believe anything these guys say.
Exactly! | ||
You need a full investigation.
That's what Freitas has called for.
So there'll be no concession from Nick Freitas.
He's down by about 5,000.
We got 15,000 votes that showed up on a thumb drive that was labeled as provisional ballots.
All that's going to have to get checked out.
That's the difference in the election was that thumb drive right now.
Boom. | ||
I mean, that's it. | ||
You take that out. | ||
But, I mean, you look at these ballots in Fulton County.
We were getting reports on them today where there's thousands and thousands of ballots with only Joe Biden's name checked.
I mean, who does that? | ||
And here's the thing. | ||
Nobody can find one ballot, not one mail-in ballot, in the entire state of Georgia Right?
Six million, almost six million people voted.
Nobody can find one ballot with only Trump on it.
It's Trump and someone else.
Yet they found 50,000 ballots that say Joe Biden and no one else's name.
I mean, Stephen, it defies the most basic logic and odds.
It's ridiculous. | ||
It's absurd. | ||
They're not going to steal it and treat us like idiots.
I'm glad you're down in Georgia.
You're anchoring it down there.
I'm really disappointed in Andrew Yang.
Andrew Yang comes out yesterday and says, oh, you know, the problem with the Democrat Party is too many coastal elites have talked to working people.
And then he pulls this stunt.
This goes against the interests of working people.
When you pull a stunt like that, you and all your elite buddies are going to head down there.
How many working class people can go down and take a week's vacation and then use that as some scam to sign up to vote?
You should be ashamed. | ||
This showed you what a phony Andrew Yang is.
I don't want to hear from the Yang gang, right?
This guy's a phony. | ||
He's another coastal elite.
John Fredericks, thank you very much.
Looking forward to having you on tomorrow.
I'm glad you're down in Georgia.
You coming on my show tomorrow in the morning?
You tell me when, brother.
Just text me. | ||
I love the John Fredericks Radio Network.
I love the John Fredericks Posse.
And I like the fact that you're down in Atlanta spreading his... Hey!
I like to buy stations all up and down the East Coast.
I think you're doing a great job.
Let's do it! | ||
We're gonna get one in Atlanta.
I gotta get Steve Bannon on in Atlanta during the day.
I gotta do that. | ||
That's my mission, Steve.
Thanks for having me. | ||
I'll see you tomorrow morning.
Brother, love you. | ||
Okay, let's go now to a Georgian.
Jenny Beth Martin. | ||
I want to bring Jenny Beth in.
She's founder of the Tea Party, but she's from Atlanta.
We can pull up Jenny Beth.
Jenny Beth, what the heck is going on down there?
Georgia's a great state.
What is with this Secretary of State that now Purdue and Kelly Loeffler are lighting this guy up because he's obviously dropped the ball?
Tell us what's going on.
Yeah, I think he's dropped the ball.
I think he's getting ahead of his skis when he says there's no fraud or he doesn't think that there's going to be a problem or the recount won't make a difference.
He may be right, Steve. | ||
So I think we all need to understand he could be right, okay?
So I'll give him that much.
But he doesn't know if he's right or not.
He is not privy to everything that's coming in on the hotline, in the war room right now, down in Georgia, where people are saying, I couldn't do my poll watching job, which I'm legally allowed to do, or they denied me entry to observe the canvas of votes, which I'm legally allowed to do, or for some reason my ballot is not showing up and I voted, or whatever the other stories may be.
He doesn't have access to that.
He doesn't know what affidavits may or may not be coming.
and uh... the people who are working to get to the bottom of all of this are doing it's not his job to go collect all that evidence and he needs to be very careful we just exactly how much he knows and what he did well how much he said because he doesn't actually know what's coming look if we find out that we had lost the selection and we lost it fair and square and we just didn't campaign well enough to do our job that's one thing
But I don't know that that is actually the case.
unidentified
|
And the thing is, there are still people trying to get to the bottom of it.
Jenny Beth, hang on for one second.
We'll keep you over the break because we got other stuff we got to drill down on with you.
I want to finish this and I got some other stuff I want to drill down with you.
Jenny Beth Martin, founder of the Tea Party Patriots, headquartered down in Atlanta.
We're gonna take a short break.
Midge, Jack, Steve will return with Jenny Beth in a moment.

War Room, Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back to the War Room.
John Fredericks, Radio Network on the Dish, Channel 219.
And in Chicago, Channel 113, on Real America's Voice, the streaming platform and digital platform and cable platform of the Trump movement.
Also Newsmax TV, Chris Ruddy and the team down in Florida, 70 Million Homes Crossed, GTV, GNews.
And everywhere. | ||
Pluto, as of today, 27th largest podcast.
And we're ubiquitous in all other spaces, but 27th largest podcast.
Monster downloads. | ||
Now over 18, 19 million downloads.
And I think 27th in the country.
Now I want to go back to Atlanta, Jenny Beth Martin.
We moved the needle today in Atlanta with John Fredericks, who's moved his entire operation down there as a center of gravity.
Look, Jenny Beth, let me cut to the chase.
You've got Congressman Collins.
You've got Lynn Wood. | ||
You've got Jenny Beth Martin.
You have others down there, day in and day out, 24 hours a day, working on this thing because it makes no sense of how these votes keep popping up.
We had Richard Barras on.
Our analysts from the from big data polling.
He had on a Tuesday night look like the Georgia is going to be won by three, four, five, six points, maybe higher.
And now you're in this situation.
There's something going on in Fulton County, these other places that these ballots just keep showing up and keep and it's so shocking.
They're all for Biden. | ||
So the Secretary of State, I just don't get the joke.
I don't get it. | ||
How you can sit there and say, I'm doing a great job.
There's no problems when there's obviously it's a mess down there.
It's a huge mess. | ||
Here's what we need to do.
We need to just. | ||
He's a problem. | ||
I don't have any. | ||
The issue at the moment with what the two senators issued today.
I actually heard that on a call earlier and I was like, good!
That's awesome to hear.
But here's what we need to be doing.
So let's think about what it is, where do we need to go from where we are right now.
Your listeners care about these things.
We need a recount and we need to be recounting the actual manual ballots.
So it may be more of an audit than a recount to make sure that the The hard copy ballot matches the batch of ballots that were counted and grouped together and scanned through a machine.
So that would be more of an audit, and there may be a way to do that statistically to make sure that they are matching up where they need to match up, and if they're not, then we go in and delve in further to go through every single ballot.
The other thing that we need to be doing that I think is the most important thing that needs to happen in this state, based on everything I've learned over the last few days, is that we need to get the signature card of every single absentee ballot envelope, and we need to go back and compare it to the signature on file.
And both campaigns should be observing the person who's making the comparison, and if we think there's a problem, we need to figure out how many of those are a problem.
Because from what I've heard, there have been some objections to it.
It goes to a three-person panel, and the three-person panel almost always just sort of accepts it and accepts the ballot.
They're not rejecting those ballots.
Why do you even have a signature if they're never even... I don't know that zero have been rejected, but it...
If they're not really being checked, or they're not being checked thoroughly, what's the point in the signature?
We need to check that. | ||
What's it going to take to go back and do that?
Because that's what needs to be done.
What legally has to happen to make that happen?
Well, I think that one of the things that is going to have to happen, and I know you mentioned a few people who are working on it.
Cleta Mitchell is down here.
They've got so many attorneys and people working on this.
And at the end of the day, you've got to take something to court.
So they are working to get affidavits and enough evidence because you're dealing with attorneys who are taking things to court.
So enough things that would hold up in a court of law to say, we think that there needs to be a manual audit or a manual recount.
And that's part of what they're working on right now.
And Matt Brainerd, he's been running all this data and has crowdsourced, funded the The work that he's doing, so he's going in and doing a whole lot of analysis and trying to figure out where we can find that evidence.
I've gotten to know him over the last couple of days.
He's not in Georgia. | ||
He's brilliant. | ||
He was my data guy on 16, at least for the first part, but he's brilliant.
That guy, Matt Brainerd is a brilliant guy.
He'll bring the heat. | ||
So it's good. | ||
He seems to be doing a great job.
So those are the things that are happening right now in Georgia.
I have a feeling that similar things are happening in Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania has a different situation because they actually were already in court and they have very clearly broke their state law.
So there may be a different solution in Pennsylvania than in Georgia.
But I just I think that To get to the bottom of it, we've got to figure out if the absentee ballots that were cast really were legitimate, and the best place to start with that is going back and looking and having observers watch every single one to match those signatures to make sure they match the signature on file.
Jenny Beth, thank you for coming.
I want to make sure we stay close to you with everything that's going on in Georgia.
I know you're very actively involved in the President's overall campaign, but particularly Georgia is going to become the center of gravity of this entire thing.
Thank you so much for taking time away today to come on.
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Jenny Beth Martin. | ||
We're going to get back, hopefully get her on the morning show tomorrow to talk about the Senate and about this thing about how they can go down and register.
It's outrageous. | ||
It's got to be shut down today.
I want to turn now, I want to go out to Arizona.
Brian Kennedy from Claremont, also one of the top strategic thinkers around.
One of the gentlemen that's been at the forefront of the American Bond Foundation to make sure that the Americans are paid for the Chinese bonds that were issued over 100 years ago.
Brian, let's pull back the camera.
I know you're out in Arizona to help and it's great that you volunteer to go out there because you're a huge supporter of President Trump.
But put us in this time right now of the importance of this vis-a-vis the Constitution and what our obligations are because you know we just filed in Pennsylvania and the next hour we're going to get to that.
Sidney Powell's going to come on next.
But the media is going crazy right now.
This is just Trump. | ||
He's an 11-year-old kid, so he can't absorb the loss.
And this is just a bunch of enablers like Brian Kennedy and Steve Bannon and Jenny Beth Martin, you know, making him feel better as they run around with their hair on fire.
And all this is just a distraction and not allowing Joe Biden to do the necessary transition he needs to take power on January 20th.
Well, I mean, anybody who has watched this election could see that we no longer have election integrity.
Now we can hope for constitutional integrity.
We didn't get the election right.
Everyone believes there's massive fraud that's gone on all around the country.
It's being shown. | ||
Affidavits are being signed.
The evidence is being mounted.
And so I think we can look at this and say, well, this time we didn't get it right.
What can we do constitutionally to make sure that we're at least faithful to our constitution?
That's where we are today.
And I think everything that everyone's talking about, who cares about the country, Should make sure that the Constitution is being followed.
Are we doing everything constitutionally in the right order?
But in these various states that you've been talking about, Steve, it's becoming ever more clear that one side played fair and the other side didn't.
And when you have in our system one side who so openly, obviously flaunts the rules, it's very difficult for the other side to try to match that.
In real time. | ||
And so you have to do it now, after the fact.
You can count ballots. | ||
You can recount ballots.
You can do audits. | ||
But even then, it's going to be very hard to see who voted where.
Because in so many of these states, the ballots have all been put into the same stream.
Sometimes they've been segregated.
Sometimes they haven't.
And then even in the various states, you have these voting systems, both in Georgia and in Arizona.
And in Michigan, you had this dominion voting system that's having these problems.
Uh, the, the machines had problems, the counting, uh, the count of the ballots had problems.
That's not even counting the voting system itself having problems.
And so all that has to be audited.
And that's a, that's a more arduous process than people think.
I mean, we counted a whole bunch of ballots in a few minutes, you know, in, in a few hours and now.
With a small number, it's taking days and still not done.
unidentified
|
And so there's a lot of work to do, but I can say, I think that I can.
Yeah, I think that I believe out in Arizona.
That's because it's probably good news coming for Trump.
That's why I slowly walk it.
We got two minutes left.
Here's our one. | ||
Do you believe, because you're one of the deep thinkers on the right, do you believe we'll ever get to a position, given how they've merged these ballots, all that, that we can actually certify this election in some of the key states?
Not in the contest. | ||
I think in the contested states, I think it's going to be very difficult just because of the level of fraud that went on.
I think actually in Arizona, we're going to get it right.
But even then, there's a lot of things going on that would suggest not.
I think one thing, though, for your your listeners and your viewers, the kind of feeling I'm getting on the ground here in Arizona is that the Trump base is angry.
It wants to fight. | ||
It thinks that things have gone In a very inappropriate way when it comes to voting, but that they love Donald Trump and that they want to fight.
I think if we had a rally here in Arizona, it'd be the biggest he'd ever had.
And so I was extremely encouraged by talking to everyday people that are within the Trump base here in Arizona.
They're excited. | ||
They don't think this election's over with.
And they're ready to stand with the president.
Do you think if he came out there this week, they're talking about starting coming out for rallies or actually updates to his partners being the deplorables.
Would you recommend to him that he come out to Arizona?
Absolutely. | ||
I'm already hearing big rallies being formed here and rallies having nothing to do with the campaign, nothing to do with the state party, but Trump world, MAGA world, they're the ones who are organizing this.
For themselves and for the country.
They love Trump, but this isn't about defending Trump.
Yes, they want to defend Trump.
This is about defending America and the veracity of an election.
That's what has to happen.
And yes, Donald Trump is their president.
Brian, we're going to come back to you tomorrow.
Thank you so much. | ||
Very powerful. | ||
Brian Kennedy. | ||
We'll get all his Twitter feed and everything up in the next segment.
Sidney Powell's going to join us after we take a short commercial break.
That's Brian Kennedy. | ||
The deplorables are defending the Constitution.
They're defending something greater than themselves, something greater than Donald J. Trump.
We're going to be back. | ||
Sidney Powell in a minute.

War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Welcome back to The War Room, live from the nation's capital.
It is Monday, the 9th of November, the Year of the Lord, 2020.
Four years ago today, Donald J. Trump won the presidency at 2.30 in the morning.
I want to turn now to Sidney Powell, one of the top lawyers, General Flynn's lawyer, but one of the top lawyers in the country and an absolute hammer.
No pun intended there. | ||
Sidney, I want to ask you, the Trump campaign filed in Pennsylvania today.
Do you believe that the campaign is finally on offense to really get to the bottom of what happened, not just in Pennsylvania, but in Michigan, Wisconsin, across the country?
You think they're on offense?
You think they're still playing defense?
unidentified
|
I think they're still playing defense.
I think a much stronger effort can be mounted, needs to be mounted, and will be mounted if I have to do it by myself even.
So talk to us about that.
Talk about what is the stronger effort?
What's the legal theory in back of it?
Where do you think that evidentiary pattern lies?
And then we'll talk about how you're going to execute on that.
unidentified
|
Well, I don't want to give away my litigation strategy at this stage in the game, other than to say there is significant evidence of widespread fraud that has manifested in multiple ways.
From dead people voting to absentee ballots being requested by people who didn't request them and filled in contrary to their wishes and filed to machine alterations of vote counts.
Some occurred in front of people's eyes and there's video out there on the Internet about that.
We've got massive statistical data that we're in the process of analyzing.
Things do not add up, and I've got expert witnesses that will be willing to testify to the incredible anomalies that cannot be explained by anything other than fraud.
Help our audience out. | ||
I want to go right to the massive statistical anomalies, these patterns, because I've had the top hedge fund guys in the world who are all, you know, got to make decisions on capital allocations based upon this.
They just say, hey, it's zero probability this thing happened like the media is reporting it happened.
But how do you, for our audience, because CNN's walking up saying you don't have any, where's your evidence?
Where's your evidence?
How do you turn in this pattern?
Right? | ||
Of massive statistical anomalies.
How do you turn that actually into evidence that you can take into a federal court, file a suit, get enough traction, and then go do some discovery?
Because in the discovery phase, they will melt down.
It'll be over. | ||
But you've got to get to discovery.
How do you get from here to there?
unidentified
|
Well, our pleading, when I get it ready, will be more than enough to pass the test of the Supreme Court's decision in Iqbal and get on to the stage of discovery.
We also have witnesses, very brave people, mind you, coming forward to report specific systemic fraud that they have personally witnessed.
Everything from buying votes to seeing the vote shut down and votes magically appearing to the tune of a hundred and some thousand later.
I mean, it's really stunning, Steve, and very concerning.
And we've got evidence now that the Democrats did this against other Democrats, too.
So it might explain why Bernie Sanders lost California.
Four years ago, among other things, they have the people that own and run this software and system have picked and chosen who they wanted to win particular elections for years now.
So the left is going to paint you, right, not just with a tinfoil hat, but that you're just a crazy Trump supporter, that your time representing General Flynn took you from a U.S.
prosecutor and U.S. | ||
attorney and a prosecutor and a great track record, it took you somehow over the edge.
And so now you're on the dark side, right?
You're talking all these conspiracy theories, all these conspiracy theories.
So just to your enemies, To your enemies, which are legion, and I think that's a good thing.
That shows you that you matter.
What would you respond to them?
Given that you've been a renowned lawyer for many, many decades, and now you're in the middle of this, and you use the word systemic.
Systemic's different than onesies twosies.
Systemic's different than one person that, you know, something, they filled out something wrong, or they voted for their dead aunt.
Systemic means to the heart of the system.
Right? | ||
So what is your response?
I know you've got to run, but what is your response to your critics, to your enemies, to the people that are out there that said, hey, this is a fantastic lawyer who just turned crazy because of what she saw or what happened on the Flynn case?
unidentified
|
Well, if they were going to have any measure of integrity, they would want the system examined for any flaws.
Because they would adversely affect them or their choices in certain times, too.
I mean, we should all want a system that is as solid and reliable and honest as it can possibly be.
So, I would think that every sound they make, screaming, weeping, gnashing of teeth, is a large volume of sounds of the telltale heart.
Last question, because I know you've got to run.
I see a lot of people coming out today and saying, you know, Lindsey Graham and others say, hey, we've got to have a hearing because we can't let this happen again and this is for the future and they should investigate.
Is now the moment it has to be?
The boil has to be lanced now?
Are you comfortable with let's have a hearing and let's make sure it doesn't happen in the future?
unidentified
|
No, I'm not comfortable with that at all.
I mean, I'm in the process of uncovering what can only be deliberate criminal fraud, and I wouldn't trust it to the Congress to investigate squat about this.
It would just be more political theater and cover-up.
Cindy, how do people get access to your Twitter account, and how do they get access to you?
unidentified
|
My website is sydneypowell.com.
It's S-I-D-N-E-Y-P-O-W-E-L-L.
And I tweet at Sydney Powell, the number one.
And if necessary, we'll be forming a nonprofit to pursue this litigation on behalf of the President and the voters writ large.
This is about the Republic.
It's not just President Trump.
This is about every voter, every American voter who has a right to election integrity.
And they're a legitimate vote to be counted and not canceled by fraud.
Sidney Powell, General Flynn's lawyer, and now on a mission to make sure that this gets taken care of now, not in the future, but today.
Sidney Powell, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you, Steve. | |
That's a tough ombre. | ||
Fire. | ||
Yeah, when you folks out there, That may have been involved in this.
When Sidney Powell says criminal, she's coming for you.
She's relentless. | ||
She can't back out. | ||
Remember, she stepped in, poor Flynn was going to go to jail for years on these white-shoe lawyers we had, and she got in there.
The whole thing got turned around, right?
Right now, she's on a mission.
And she doesn't want to hear from the ribbon clerks at certain organizations, like maybe the campaign, and others that are sitting there going, well, we don't know what she's...
She's going to go do it and you're just going to have to live with it because she is not going to back off.
I know her and she's not going to back off.
Well, and unlike people who like to talk, Sidney Powell has gone into the arena with this crowd multiple times and come out blooded but winner every single time.
So if you want to have someone in there, she's the guy.
She's the one you want to have.
The original whistleblower for Crying Out Loud.
She leaves the Justice Department and then writes a book about them called License to Lie.
You don't think this woman is tough?
It's been after her for a decade.
The book's incredible.
The book's incredible.
She's a hammer. | ||
I gotta tell you, she's a hammer.
And she's coming. | ||
She doesn't care. | ||
She's gonna raise her own money.
And she will raise a ton to go after this.
Okay? | ||
unidentified
|
The deplorables love her.
I just don't know why some of these lawyers who are pygmies, right, are trying to stop her.
Because she's got a lot of people saying, oh, hey, she's gonna go.
She's gonna roll. | ||
So you just ought to roll either just on a roll with it Right or or support it or not Maggie Vandenberg Influencer extraordinaire, what do you got?
Man, I'm just trying to keep up on social media.
It's been a crazy day. | ||
Yeah, you already touched upon it, the fact that, you know, what's going on in Georgia, you know, with Andrew Yang and everything.
How did people respond to that?
Were they disappointed or did they let him up?
Or, you know, this is going to be a big deal.
This is why the authorities down there got to step up for this thing.
This is outrageous. | ||
I think that most people don't really get it.
But for me, I was outraged because I've been seeing this sort of Something that was going to happen.
I've been anticipating this, that states that are swing states are actually going to move people down there to try to influence things.
And that's exactly what we're seeing, from Andrew Yang to his whole team, and this is what they're going to try to do.
Well, they should save money on their vacation because it's not going to count.
They're going to make sure, I know them, guys down in Georgia are not going to sit, men and women in Georgia are not going to sit for this.
Well, and the other thing is, there's, I think, a five or seven percent income tax down in Georgia.
One way to lock this down right away without, with little debate, I think, in their house, would just demand that anybody registered to vote in the state of Georgia must file a tax return.
That shouldn't be complicated.
It also would complicate things for some of these guys like Andrew Yang, right?
How many states are you going to file for next year, Andrew?
Yeah, but what a hypocrite.
Oh, they're all coastal elites and, you know, I'm for the working man and then he pulls this stunt, right?
unidentified
|
Just shows you just a complete coastal elite.
Cosmopolitan elite. | ||
Coastal elite. | ||
Party of Davos. | ||
All you have to do is look at that map to understand the wisdom of our founding fathers And the Electoral College.
I mean, there you have it.
You mean the map that's got all the red and the blue?
Absolutely. | ||
Absolutely. | ||
Do we have, I want it in the next segment, Vish, if we can pull the Neil Cavuto, you know, if we get the Neil Cavuto piece, he cuts off of Kayleigh's press conference.
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
By saying, we don't need to hear this anymore.
What is, somebody, with Cavuto, he's got to understand something.
Ailes always, he just did him a favor.
unidentified
|
Right? | |
He's always been the weak chain in that link.
And you've seen Shepard Smith now.
unidentified
|
Shep! | |
Look at Shep's ratings.
Shep's ratings at CNBC in prime time are a fifth of what we do on The Morning Show.
Right? | ||
Shep is a... Shep is a... He's not a bust, because he doesn't raise to the level of a bust.
It's like it never launched.
It's a failure to launch.
The thing's so embarrassing.
I think he's got like 100,000 viewers on CNBC at 7 o'clock at night.
You know why? | ||
Nobody cares. | ||
Nobody cares about Shep Smith.
He was plugged into a gap.
It's plug and play. | ||
He was plugged into a thing on Fox News that he was keeping on all day long.
That's why he had an audience.
As soon as you've got to go out and do it, you know, Chef, we live in the world and we eat what we kill, right?
Now you've got to actually do it.
And you're on CNBC, it's the biggest business channel in the world, bigger than Bloomberg, bigger than Fox Business, biggest business channel in the world, as they advertise.
You splattered, OK? | ||
But it was like a tree falling in the forest, nobody heard it.
No, because it's like such a non-event.
No offense, Neil Cavuto.
Neil, brother, look, before you start getting snarky with the Trump, with the MAGA and disrespect the president's press secretary and the head of the Republican Party who are coming out and talking about lawsuits, and you just in this snarky way finally comes out and cut off, remember, I knew Roger Ailes, and he hired you as a favor, okay?
You were no great shakes.
He just knew he could plug you in.
He could plug you in during the day, and they wouldn't lose the audience.
They'd just skip over it, right?
Your knowledge of, and you're on Fox Business, your knowledge of business is rudimentary.
I don't mean to say that as a Harvard Business School grad and Goldman Sachs, but your understanding of markets and business is rudimentary at best, right?
And I'm not trying to be nasty, but when you just show total disrespect, particularly when we're in a constitutional crisis, and that's what the Democrats are forcing on here, when you have that snarky thing and just, oh, I'm not going to be bothered by this and cut it off, you're showing disrespect for 71 million working class and middle class Americans.
unidentified
|
We're gonna be back with the team in the war room in a moment War room pandemic with stephen k bannon The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host Stephen K Banham.
Our position is clear. We want to protect the franchise of the American people.
We want an honest, accurate, lawful count. We want maximum sunlight. We want maximum transparency. We want every legal vote to be counted and we want every illegal vote to be...
unidentified
|
Whoa, whoa, whoa. I just think we have to be very clear and...
She's charging. | ||
The other side is welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting.
Unless she has more details to back that up, I can't in good countenance continue showing you this.
I want to make sure that maybe they do have something to back that up.
But that's an explosive charge to make that the other side is effectively rigging and cheating.
If she does bring proof of that, of course, we'll take you back.
So far, she has started saying right at the outset, welcoming fraud, welcoming illegal voting.
Not so fast. | ||
Not so fast, Neil. | ||
It's in the complaint. | ||
I think they've got 12 affidavits.
They're going to add more.
Maybe your production staff should have done that before you so snarkily cut away from the MAGA crowd.
Just for MAGA, remember, we don't have to take lists.
We don't have to take names.
unidentified
|
We don't have to tell Neil Cavuto he'll never have another job.
Like Shep Smith and the splatter of his new show.
Right with the... I don't think Nielsen can even rate it so small.
But Neil, you just ought to show the 71 million people that voted for President Trump a little more respect.
Like, how about any respect at all?
Maggie, Jack, commentary, observations before we go to Liz Yor to talk about the new rock star on the right.
Well, listen, I would be loathe to have myself talk while we're waiting for Liz York, because I know all of our audience loves Liz, another rock star.
Let's bring her in. | ||
Liz, I want you to discuss something you've been all over from the beginning.
Archbishops So he's had kind of a running dialogue with us.
his new missive that he sent out.
And I wanted to say, when he came to me, I got the first one he sent to the White House to make sure the president read it.
And then it was decided that it would be quicker, right, for him to put them up.
And he puts them up now and they go viral.
So he's had kind of a running dialogue with us.
Talk about the one that's up right now.
Well, Steve, it's a charge of the Light Brigade.
I have never seen such a throwdown in my life.
I'm calling Viganò the Spiritual General Patton.
He is watching every move that's going on in the United States.
You know, he was a whistleblower himself.
He was Nunzio, the ambassador to the United States from the Vatican.
So he understands the deep state and he understands the deep church, as he calls it.
He calls this a colossal electoral fraud on the American people that is being censored by the media.
Vigano goes on to say, and I think this is very powerful, and I urge your viewers, if you're getting depressed or concerned or you want to start your day off with a shot in the arm, read his letter.
This is Vigano. | ||
Reality no longer matters.
COVID and Biden are two holograms, two artificial creations ready to be adapted to contingent needs or replaced by COVID-21 and Kamala Harris.
So you see, and he also points out that Joe Biden in the deep state Is Joe Biden, John Podesta and his very close friend, Ted McCarrick, the serial predator.
That's the deep state. | ||
That's who we're fighting in this election.
And Vigano goes on to say he encourages this Americans and Christians to keep praying for Trump.
He's asking all American priests to perform exorcisms against the devil and Satan.
And he is calling upon and right at this hour, Christians are praying at the request of President Trump for whatever's going on in at the at the Supreme Court.
I want to read because this is what gives me hope.
This is the charge of the Light Brigade from a man who understands this huge spiritual battle that is playing out in the United States.
And quite frankly, the rest of the world is holding their breath, depending on the United States to carry on the banner of democracy and freedom.
And Vigano, like John Paul II, who is a cultural warrior, understood to fight communism, you must stand firm.
And now Vigano understands that that's the banner he must take up.
But listen to his words.
And those who are in the audience take part.
These dissections Hours are numbered because it will be enough to shine the light on them to make them collapse.
Light and darkness precisely.
So let us allow light to be shed on the deceptions of Biden and the Democrats without taking even one step back.
The fraud that they have plotted against President Trump And against America will not remain standing for long, nor will the worldwide fraud of COVID, the responsibility of the Chinese dictatorship, the complicity of the corrupt and traitors, and the enslavement of the deep church.
So this is our new leader in the church, quite frankly.
Hopefully he sounds like he may become a pen pal with President Trump, but he understands the stakes.
He understands the deception.
And, you know, in previous shows, we had talked about the children of the light, which are the Trump followers and the children of darkness, the deep state and the Biden and the Democrats.
And you know, even Vigano knows he's being made fun of by the media because of these terms.
But yet he presses forward.
And this is what everybody, all Christians, all people of faith, must believe.
They must stand firm. | ||
Steve, you said we're going to have dark days.
You know, litigation in these battles are like a roller coaster.
But if we dig our heels in, And I'm finding in talking to people from all walks of life, everybody wants to know, what can I do for President Trump?
What can I do in this battle?
And they're not losing hope, and they're going to continue to expose this fraud.
So, that's Bigano. | ||
This is his latest letter.
I would encourage everybody to read it.
Start off the day every morning to read it.
Because he talks about the importance of truth.
That truth is actually God Himself.
And that's what we're fighting for today.
For the truth to be exposed and for the lies to be outed by President Trump and by our lawyers.
Liz, we've got to bounce.
Liz Yor, we're going to get her Twitter handle in the next segment.
Liz Yor with Archbishop Vigano.
We're going to take a short break. |
