FALLOUT: Trump Convicted…And Still Leading

You are being gaslit.
I know.
Everything feels insane.
But you're not the one who's crazy.
It turns out that there are, in fact, a group of people out there who wish to psychologically torture you.
Apparently, they exist in the Democratic Party, and they exist in the media.
They are telling you lies, and then they are telling you that for you to doubt those lies means that you are somehow crazy.
The latest iteration of all of this is the Trump convictions on nonsense felony charges in New York City.
Now, anyone who watched that trial closely understands How stupid this entire case was.
The entire case was predicated on the idea that Donald Trump falsified business records in 2017 in order to cover up some sort of payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal in 2016 in advance of the election.
No federal crime that could be charged by the state prosecution was actually available because the reality, of course, is that the Federal Elections Commission had investigated all of this and found nothing that was particularly noteworthy.
But the prosecutor, Alvin Bragg, decided that he was going to bring a charge against Trump, a felony charge, come hell or high water, because he was going to get Trump.
He said this as early as 2021.
The judge in this case, And then of course, Donald Trump was convicted.
clear throughout the case he wanted Trump convicted. He basically colluded
with the prosecutor in order to craft charges in such a way that they could
avoid the jury's scrutiny. And then of course Donald Trump was convicted. And
then the minute you say, hold up a second, it seems like Donald Trump despite all
of his bad behavior didn't actually commit a crime here.
And that of the various charges being brought against Donald Trump, this
one is by far the And what it really looks like here is that you ginned up a false case and put it in New York City in front of a Manhattan jury that hates Donald Trump in order to simply go after him and take him out in advance of the election.
If you point out all that, then the same Democrats who will tell you that the Supreme Court is illegitimate and ought to be ended around.
The same Democrats will tell you that Donald Trump was a Russian cat's paw and that the election of 2016 was effectively rigged on behalf of Donald Trump by Facebook and the Russians.
Those same people will tell you that you are undermining America's institutions if you point out that this prosecution of Donald Trump is crap.
Those exact same people.
And this is led by the leader of the Injustice Society, Joe Biden.
So it is hard to think of a person in American politics who has escaped the wrath of justice more often than Joe Biden or members of his family.
Joe Biden has spent his entire political career being as corrupt as the day is long.
Joe Biden has used his political position in order to enrich every, every single member of his family, his brother, his sister, his kids.
Joe Biden has spent his entire career using his taxpayer funded position in order to facilitate wins for members of his family.
Including tens of millions of dollars to his derelict drug addict son, Hunter.
And yet he's out there specifically claiming that he believes in the rule of law.
This is the same president of the United States who was recently let off the hook by his own Department of Justice.
Not because he didn't commit crimes related to mishandling of classified information.
He clearly did.
He was instead let off because he was deemed effectively senile by Robert Herr, who was the prosecutor at the DOJ.
And now the DOJ is trying to claim under Merrick Garland that we can't even hear the tapes of the transcripts Between Biden and Robert Herr, because somehow that would violate confidential procedures of the DOJ.
Despite the fact that we have the entire text of the transcripts, we cannot actually hear the tape because we might actually hear this doddering old fool.
So he is covering up a cover-up, is basically what has happened with regards to the classified information.
But don't worry, if you doubt the rule of law, then that's because you're bad.
Right now, Hunter Biden is about to start his trial today.
On federal gun charges, you'll recall that he lied on a federal forum, Hunter Biden, and said that he was not addicted to drugs.
He was in fact addicted to drugs, and then he bought a gun, and then he proceeded to toss that gun into a dumpster.
His girlfriend at the time, who was his late brother's widow, so again, all sorts of wonderful things happening inside the Biden family, she actually took the gun away from him and it ended up in a dumpster.
It ended up in a dumpster near a school and then Secret Service attempted to cover all of that up.
And yet we're supposed to believe that all of this is on the up and up.
Then the DOJ tried to cut a sweetheart deal under Merrick Garland with Hunter Biden, whereby the gun and drug charges Only because of that was the deal scuttled.
toward some sort of outpatient treatment facility.
And in the middle of that deal was buried a quiet provision that suggested that all of Hunter Biden's tax charges
would also disappear.
And only because the judge in that particular case looked at that settlement agreement and said,
what the living hell?
I've never even remotely seen anything like that.
Only because of that was the deal scuttled.
And that's why Joe Biden's son is on trial.
Well, by the way, Joe Biden has decided to up the ante in terms of his defenses of Hunter.
You'll recall that he spent the last several years saying that Hunter did nothing wrong.
Hunter is the smartest person he knows.
Well, now, in the last week alone, the President of the United States, this upstanding member of the institutionalist caucus, the man who stands up for the rule of law, he's deployed himself down to Wilmington, Delaware, where he will be present for his son's trial.
Also, about six days ago, he traveled over to visit with Hallie Biden, who is the key witness in the gun and drug charges that are being brought against his son.
Which looks a lot like a little bit like witness tampering, like just a little bit.
Hallie Biden is expected to be called as witness number three when prosecutors for special counsel David Weiss' criminal gun case against Hunter Biden start their trial on Monday in Delaware.
The White House, of course, denied that that had anything to do with Joe's visit to Halley.
Apparently, they just get together and they play bridge or something.
But no, it had nothing to do with the trial whatsoever.
Karine Jean-Pierre said she's family.
She was married obviously to his late son.
I think that's something to mention also as you're asking your question to me.
And it was not about Hallie Biden's test.
I'm sure it never came up.
I'm sure it never came up.
Just like, just like the meeting between Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton on the tarmac in 2016.
I'll bet it never came up.
I'll bet it was all just, you know, just a weird coincidence.
Just a weird coincidence.

So, I say all of this to say that when Joe Biden got up on Friday and did a press conference where he decided to remark upon the conviction of Donald Trump and suggest that anyone, including Donald Trump, who calls into question that ridiculous conviction is undermining the rule of law and trust in our institutions, I've said since the beginning of the Donald Trump phenomenon, everybody in the media, everybody in the Democratic Party wants to say that Donald Trump is the murderer, that he killed American politics.
Donald Trump took an axe and bludgeoned to death American politics.
Wrong.
Donald Trump is the coroner.
Donald Trump's presence on the scene has just exposed what was true all along, which is American politics is falling apart.
And it's largely falling apart because the people who despise our institutions have essentially ripped out their guts, ripped off the face and worn it around dancing while telling you That American institutions are still alive.
Joe Biden and his friends have helped gut American institutions and then worn their faces around pretending that those institutions are still legitimate.
That is true when it comes to the justice system.
It is true when it comes to the media.
It is true when it comes to our university systems.
It is true when it comes to The executive branch of our government.
It's true when it comes to pretty much all the major institutions of our society.
Democrats in the left have taken the original purposes of these institutions, gutted them, and then used the legitimacy, the historic legitimacy of those institutions, as cover for the nefarious moves that they are making.
And that is what's actually happening.
When Joe Biden goes out there and starts yelling about how Donald Trump is violating The concept of rule of law by calling into question this ridiculous jury trial.
Again, these are the same people who backed rioters in 2020, who did the most damage to American property in the history of the republic in terms of riots.
Two billion dollars in property damage.
Meanwhile, the current vice president of the United States was attempting to bail out rioters.
These are the same people.
Joe Biden will get out there and suggest that black men in America are routinely victimized by the justice system.
He went to Morehouse College, where people are literally graduating from a pretty good college, and tells them that they are indisputably behind the eight ball when it comes to the justice system in the United States, which undermines rule of law in pretty significant ways.
But when it comes to Donald Trump being brought up on clearly tricked up charges, Then, if you doubt that, then you are against the rule of law and you are a threat to the republic, my friend.
All of which seems to suggest that all the ter- The amount of projection by the Biden administration, by the left in this country, is astonishing.
It's why everyone feels like they're going crazy.
When Joe Biden says that Donald Trump is a threat to democracy, while simultaneously activating his entire party to go after Donald Trump with every law enforcement tool in their arsenal, It feels like projection when he says that Donald Trump is a threat to the rule of law, while he himself with his family have avoided the scrutiny of rule of law for decades and are currently doing so right now.
It feels like projection.
So here is a little bit of projection over the weekend.
So Joe Biden, this is late on Friday afternoon, he says that the conviction of Donald Trump means that the rule of law was reaffirmed, which legitimately very few people believe.
Before I begin my remarks, I just want to say a few words about what happened yesterday in New York City.
The American principle that no one is above the law was reaffirmed.
Donald Trump was given every opportunity to defend himself.
It was a state case, not a federal case.
And it was heard by a jury of 12 citizens, 12 Americans, 12 people like you.
Weird, because I feel like if this had been one of the media's favorite race cases, say a white police officer and a black pseudo-victim, and that if the officers had been let off the hook, then what we would get is lectures about how terrible the American justice system is, how it is disproportionately affecting a percentage of the population.
That's what we would get from the equity crowd.
But when it is his political opponent, the guy who is leading him in the swing state polls, then all of a sudden the rule of law has worked perfectly.
Weird.
How strange.
How strange.
Here is Joe Biden continuing along these lines, saying that it's dangerous and irresponsible for Trump to say that the trial was rigged, even though, by the way, hush hush, it was rigged.
It was rigged in every way it is possible to legally rig.
Rigging has two different meanings.
Rigging is like you bribe somebody, but there's also legal rigging, meaning nothing explicitly illegal happened, but the thing was rigged.
And when you go to Manhattan to file these charges in a district where Donald Trump won maybe seven votes in the entire district, that is a form of rigging.
When the prosecutor in this particular case was swearing in 2021 that he was going after Donald Trump, that's rigging.
When the judge gave money to a Stop Trump group and his daughter makes money off of democratic activism, that is a form of rigging.
All of this is a form of rigging.
To pretend that that's not rigged, it's totally insane.
But here is, again, Joe Biden projecting, he says, how dare you say that it's rigged?
How dare you say these systems are rigged?
Meanwhile, he claims the entire Supreme Court is rigged.
And it's reckless.
It's dangerous.
It's irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don't like the verdict.
Our justice system has endured for nearly 250 years.
And it literally is the cornerstone of America.
Our justice system.
The justice system should be respected.
And we should never allow anyone to tear it down.
The justice system should be respected.
This man literally says in every stump speech now that even though the Supreme Court has told him that he is not allowed to relieve student loan debt, he does not have the executive authority to do that, he is ending around them.
He says it in every single speech.
Again, the reason this is upsetting is because no one likes to feel gaslit.
The term gaslighting comes from an old movie called Gaslight with Ingrid Bergman in which She plays a wife of Charles Boyer and Charles Boyer is trying to drive her crazy.
So every night he turns down the gaslight on the stairs and she then tells him that the gaslight seems to be going down all the time.
And it turns out that of course he is trying to drive her crazy.
Okay, that's what's happening right here.
Joe Biden and the rest of the media are trying to gaslight us.
And you can feel it.
It's maddening.
It's insane.
You're looking at the reality and we all feel this way.
You're looking at the reality and you can see it.
It's absolutely clear.
And he's telling you that it's undermining democracy to even question the systems set up by Democrats for the benefit of Democrats going after his chief political opponent and the threat to take him out of the White House.
We'll get to more on this in just a moment.

Biden almost totally gave away the game at the very end of this press conference.
And he gets to hide behind the question as to whether he is senile or whether he is just vicious and malicious.
So at the very end of this presser, he walks away and someone calls a question out to him.
About Donald Trump blaming him and blaming the Democratic Party for this conviction.

Because this is some of the creepiest nonsense I've ever seen from a president of the United States.
And he's a creepy old dude, is the current president of the United States.
Donald Trump refers to himself as a political prisoner and blames you directly.
What's your response to that, sir?
He stops.
He turns around.
And he gives a Joker grin with the full teeth.
And then he just keeps on walking.
Hey, if you don't want to answer that question, you could have just kept walking.
But he stops just to give away the game.
It's like the part in the end of the Batman movie where the Joker fully explains his plan to Batman.
And like every Batman movie.
He is so corrupt.
He is so corrupt.
And the abuse of our institutions on behalf of Democratic Party politics is so grave that is totally undermining the efficacy of the country.
You wonder why it feels like the country is coming apart?
Because the only things that Americans can share, in fact, the only thing that any polity can share, are two things.
One, social fabric.
Two, institutions.
Those are the only things.
The social fabric has been completely rent by the left.
The left has taken things as deeply true as gender and family and torn them apart.
The left has taken things like the Constitution of the United States and put them through the shredder and then claimed that they are acting on behalf of the Constitution of the United States.
Joe Biden has, in his own presidency, trashed the institutions of the United States, abused them beyond the point of breaking.
He used the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to try to cram down vaccines on 80 million Americans, and only because the company that we run over here, Daily Wire, sued the federal government along with others, was that stopped by a Supreme Court, he is then delegitimized.
And yet he's out there saying that Donald Trump is the threat to the Republic?
There's a backlash coming and it is brewing and whether it comes in the form of Donald Trump or something way, way worse for the Republic is one of the big questions here.
Donald Trump, frankly, his presidency would be excellent for the Republic at this point because something needs to happen to turn back the tide.
Well, people feel that, which is why the Trump campaign apparently raised $53 million in the days following the guilty verdict.
In the 24 hours, actually.
$52.8 million in the 24 hours after Trump was convicted on the 34 felony counts.
That is more than the Biden campaign raised the entire month.
It crashed WinRed, which was the actual website for donations.
Before his conviction on Thursday, FEC filings show that Trump's two best fundraising days were April 4th, 2023, when he was arraigned in New York City, and August 25th, 2023, the day after his mugshot was released in a separate criminal case in Georgia.
His fundraising also spiked when he was indicted by federal grand juries in Florida in 2023 and Washington, D.C.
in August 2023.
He also saw a bump when another judge in New York ordered him to pay $454 million in fines because E. Jean Carroll is an untrustworthy witness, shall we say, to her own supposed sexual abuse.
In other words, the American people don't like it when the systems of justice are militarized against the political opposition of the current president of the United States.
As it turns out, the polling numbers are also not changing for Joe Biden.
So you would imagine, in a normal republic, the way that this would work.
Normally, if there is a well-founded criminal charge against a leading politician, that person's poll numbers should drop.
That's normally the way that this works.
If there is a well-founded, nonpartisan, serious political charge against a politician, usually the poll numbers start to tank.
That's not happening with Donald Trump.
In fact, according to CBS News, Just over half the country thought Trump was guilty before the verdict.
Now just over half think the jury reached the right verdict and the trial was fair.
Republicans remain overwhelmingly of the belief Trump was treated unfairly.
Echoing the former president's sentiments, those who say the verdict was wrong called the jury biased, say the evidence was insufficient, and the charges politically motivated.
It turns out that hearing the jury's decision hasn't changed a lot of minds.
And when you look at the poll numbers, what you see is that basically they were where they are right now.
There have been three polls taken since the verdict came down.
Those polls are from Morning Consult.
They show Biden up 45-44, which is within margin of error.
Forbes-HarrisX has Trump up to 51-49, again within margin of error.
Reuters-Ipsos has Biden up to 41-39, again within margin of error.
In other words, there was no big spike for Joe Biden.
There was, it just didn't exist.
Because everybody basically already had this baked into the cake.
There's a new INI-TIPP poll that is also out today, showing them tied at 41.
Nothing has markedly changed in this election.
And nothing is likely to markedly change, because the reality is that we all know what we know about this.
And every Democratic attempt to focus in on Trump's supposed criminality, every attempt to smear Trump with more mud, is not going to have a lot of effect.
I've been saying this for almost a decade about Donald Trump.
Donald Trump is a mud monster.
The more mud you throw on him, the more he just looks like a mud monster.
The problem for Joe Biden is Joe Biden is not Donald Trump.
It is that he is a terrible, awful president.
And again, every time they attack Trump, it makes them look more corrupt.
We'll get to more on this in just one second.

When they trot out people like Adam Schiff, the representative from California who made bank during the Trump administration by going on CNN every single night and claiming that just around the corner was the nefarious evidence of Donald Trump working for Vladimir Putin.
Remember, every single night, Adam Schiff out there saying this, every single, and then leading impeachment efforts against Donald Trump on the basis of completely different stuff.
Now they're trotting out this schmuck to suggest that Donald Trump should be thrown in jail.
You think that's going to be a popular move?
Throwing your political opposition in jail?
Adam Schiff is saying this after abusing his access to intelligence information?
The one who should be in jail is Adam Schiff in all likelihood.
And yet here he is again.
And if you say that, then you're doubting the justice system, which you're not supposed to do.
Again, the gaslighting is so strong.
Here's Adam Schiff saying it's not dangerous to jail Trump.
It's good to jail Trump.
Do you think it would be dangerous for the country if Donald Trump were sentenced to jail?
No, I don't think it'll be dangerous for the country.
And we have seen Trump urge mass protests outside the courthouse that never materialized.
But nevertheless, this is, I think, what Donald Trump is aiming for.
This is essentially his threat, that if he gets jail time, that he's going to encourage his supporters to rise up.
And we saw the very deadly results of that on January 6th.
The very deadly results of that on January 6th.
Again, the only person who was killed on January 6th was Ashley Babbitt, who was a rioter, who was shot by a cop.
Adam Schiff.
And then Adam Schiff says Trump got too process.
Adam Schiff.
I'm not going to take lectures on rule of law from Adam Schiff.
The most pathetically corrupt member of the Democratic Party when it comes to Donald Trump.
It's just ridiculous.
Well, first, in terms of Laura Trump's interview and her complaining about the case being tried in New York before a New York jury, if you don't want to be tried in front of a New York jury, then maybe don't commit so many crimes in New York City.
It's pretty simple.
And that jury was selected in part by Donald Trump and his attorneys.
They vetted each of the jurors.
He had every right that every other criminal defendant has in that courtroom.
And they found, this ordinary jury of peers, found him guilty on every single count.
So, if you don't want to be tried in New York, don't commit crimes in New York.
But he got the same due process as any other person, and that's exactly the way it should be.
Actually, he didn't get the same due process as every other person, at least New York style.
If he had literally shot somebody or shoved them in front of a subway in New York City, they probably would have let him off easier than what he didn't do in New York.
Again, listening to... Here's the thing.
If you're going to claim that you are for rule of law, you actually have to be for the rule of law.
You have to be a trustworthy source.
Forgive me if I don't see Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez as a trustworthy source on the veracity of the justice system.
Here she was saying, well, you know, the justice system works perfectly for non- Name a criminal defendant other than a Republican who AOC says that the justice system has worked well for.
They don't exist.
But she's wearing her smart people glasses.
Those are the costume glasses she got over at the five and dime in order to demonstrate that her IQ is above that of room temperature, which it is not.
Despite the initial statements trying to politicize this verdict, saying that it was somehow partisan or Democrats or what have you, Donald Trump was convicted by a jury of his peers.
His peers that were people here in New York.
Unbelievable.
She's going to lecture us about the rule of law.
Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, socialist extraordinaire and fan of Hamas, is going to lecture us about the rule of law while wearing her blippy glasses.
Or maybe they can try out James Comey, the guy who's idiotic he started all of this.
If James Comey had actually just prosecuted Hillary Clinton back in 2016 for, you know, mishandling classified documents, everything else falls into place.
But he didn't.
Not only did he not do that, That piece of work then went out and basically bled into the public sphere the claims of the lying Steele dossier, which was laundered by the Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS into the American justice system.
So this clown, he's out there now talking about Donald Trump going to jail.
Again, if you are going to restore the credibility of the justice system, let me recommend that you not trot out James Comey, Adam Schiff, and AOC to defend its veracity.
Here is James Comey.
Do you agree with that, that it would be difficult or nearly impossible for the law enforcement institutions to put him in actual jail?
No.
They would just put him in a double-wide somewhere out near the fence, out in the grass.
And he would eat there, he'd shower there, he'd exercise there, he'd be away, as Donya Perry said, from general population.
But it's obviously doable.
I'm sorry, having conversations with a smug person like James Comey, a horrible FBI director, We'll get to more on this in just a moment.

Scharf was arguing that the Bragg case was clearly politically motivated and that, of course, this is all connected to Biden's campaign, which it is.
These charges, these supposed charges emerged in 2016, 2017.
Now, I may not be a mathematical expert, but I can read a calendar.
It is currently 2024.
The statute of limitations on misdemeanor falsification of records in New York State runs after two years, which would have been 2019.
This case was initiated in 2023.
How strange.
So here, right at, literally two months after Donald Trump announced his candidacy again, The case emerged in New York.
So Will Scharf is starting to point all this out.
And George Stephanopoulos, who was literally the press secretary for the Clintons, and is now an objective news journalism-er on ABC's This Week.
That is just something I will never get over.
I will never get over the idea that we are supposed to respect our mainstream legacy media because they hire objective journalists like the actual honest-to-God press secretary for the Clinton administration.

He is no different than Jen Psaki.

George Stephanopoulos has been posing as an objective journalist for two decades at this point.
Here he is saying, I'm not even going to hear questions about the partisan nature of this prosecution.

It's beneath me, says George Stephanopoulos, which would be a hell of a task since he's four foot two.
Finally, what do you expect from the sentencing process?
I vehemently disagree that the District Attorney in New York was not politically motivated here, and I vehemently disagree that President Biden and his political allies aren't up to their necks in this prosecution.

Well, how about the fact that Matthew Colangelo was standing over Alvin Bragg's shoulder when he announced this verdict?
I mean, Colangelo was the number three official in the Biden Department of Justice who suddenly disappears and shows up as an assistant district attorney right as Trump's case in New York starts to proceed.
You want to talk about political coordination, George?
It's right there in front of you.

This has nothing to do with President Biden.
Do you want to answer the question about the sentencing process or not?

Maxine Waters literally loves riots.
It's her favorite thing in the entire world.
Race riots are her bread and butter.
She's been doing this since the L.A.

But here she is saying she's afraid Trump is divisive.
Maxine Waters, who during the 2020 riots, was out there saying that you should get up and in the faces of your political opponents at gas stations and such.
A woman who is labeled by many non-partisan sources the most corrupt person in Congress, given that she sits on the banking committee that regulates her husband's businesses.
Here's Maxine Waters, again gaslighting you.
Let me just say this.
I'm worried that he's so divisive and that he's talking about retribution.
He's talking about revenge and he's going to do retribution dangerous.
He's even mentioned the Civil War at one point talked about there would be bloodshed.
I am going to spend some time with the criminal justice system with the justice system.
Asking them, tell us what's going on with the domestic terrorists.
Are they preparing a civil war against us?
Should we be concerned about our safety?
What is he doing with this divisive language?
It is dangerous and we're going to have to make sure that we understand that we're not at risk with this man talking in the way that he's doing.
They're weaponizing every institution in American society, and then suggesting that it's the right-wingers who are going to militarize and fight a civil war.
Which, by the way, is such cosplay crap.
There is not going to be a civil war.
Everybody is too fat and too lazy.
Who exactly are you going to fight?
The U.S.
Army?
This is not a reality.
But, you know what it is?
It's a predicate for a federal crackdown on dissenting points of view.
That's what that is for Maxine Waters.
The reason that she and her allies are saying that sort of stuff is so if there's one, one breakout of violence anywhere, let's say they jail Donald Trump.
And let's say that he then loses the election narrowly.
And let's say that somewhere there is a riot or there is an act of violence.
That will be the predicate for Joe Biden to crack down on political opposition.
That's what that will be.
And she's setting that up.
I'm going to ask law enforcement to look into domestic terrorism.
What kind of domestic terrorism do you think she's talking about?
She's talking about Islamist terrorism?
I don't think so.
She's talking about white supremacist terrorism?
I don't think it's that either.
I think that she's talking about her political opposition.
And then meanwhile, again, we're supposed to believe.
that it is totally fine for Joe Biden himself, personally, to intervene in the justice system.
Hakeem Jeffries, who is the House Minority Leader, he was asked about Hunter Biden's trial this week, and he was asked about the fact that Joe Biden has consistently said that Hunter did nothing wrong.
Isn't that some sort of intervention in the justice system that biases the jury pool, since he's the President of the United States?
And by the way, Hunter knows that, which is why he spent the weekend biking around Wilmington, Delaware, with his father, wearing a shirt that said on it, 46, the logo of his father's presidency.
I'm sure it was all a coincidence.
But here's Hakeem Jeffries saying it's totally fine.
So apparently it's really bad for Trump to decry his own conviction.
But it is totally fine for the President of the United States, after trying to get his DOJ to sign off on an absolutely unprecedented sweetheart deal with his son, to then also spend the last few years saying his son is totally innocent.
President Biden commented as a loving father, as I would hope any loving father would do.
Hunter Biden, of course, is entitled, as was Donald Trump, to the presumption of innocence and to a trial by a jury of his peers.
And this Justice Department is going to proceed in that fashion, present the facts and the law, and then we'll all have to wait for a determination that is made By a jury as to Hunter Biden's guilt or innocence.
Mmm.
It's a fine one.
I guess everything's fine.
Everything's on the up and up.
Or, again, they're trying to drive you crazy.
That's what this is.

Quote, 16,000 people erupted into rapture when Donald J. Trump walked into the Prudential Center in New York at 10 p.m.
Saturday to attend an Ultimate Fighting Championship match.
He stayed until the grisly end at 115 a.m.
It was his first public outing since being convicted on 34 felony counts two days earlier.
A moment after Trump took his seat, the stadium took up a spontaneous chant of President Biden's name preceded by an expletive.
F Joe Biden.
And then even louder, we love Trump.
And then of course, the New York Times has a very long piece about how evil it is that Donald Trump has a lot of men who support him.
Yeah, maybe the reason that there are a lot of men who support him is because they don't like the Biden presidency.
The Biden presidency has been a full-scale disaster area.
So Trump did an interview over the weekend.
He said, we will appeal the scam conviction.
Here he was.
So we're going to be appealing this scam.
We're going to be appealing it on many different things.
He wouldn't allow us to have witnesses.
He wouldn't allow us to talk.
He wouldn't allow us to do anything.
The judge was a tyrant.
Okay, that is all true.
He then says, correctly, if they can do this to me, they can do this to anyone.
Well, I mean, that is true.
He's made this point in more colorful terms, but the reality is that if a politically motivated justice system decides to come after you, and you are the criminal, they just have to find the crime, they will dig something up.
Legitimately, they will find something to come after you for.
Donald Trump's great crime is that he ran for president again.
That is his major crime here.
If they can do this to me, they can do this to anyone.
These are bad people.
These are, in many cases, I believe, sick people.
Trump also pointed out that while he might be okay with house arrest or jail, the public might not be up for that sort of thing.
Which again, this is correct.
It doesn't mean riots.
He's been with Hegseth, Pete Hegseth, who we interviewed on our Sunday special.

And President Trump said, maybe they'll throw me in jail or house arrest.
The American people, I'm not sure, are going to stand for it.
Now, how does that manifest itself?
Republicans don't tend to riot in general.
January 6th is so notable because it was an exception.
Quick, name another Republican riot.
You can't.
And that one was largely because President Trump was still president at the time and was physically capable of leading a rally from which a break apart went to the to the Capitol building.
But if Donald Trump is not president at anything in Washington, D.C., is he going to see like wide scale?
Everybody's going to leave their jobs.
The thing is, we Republicans, we tend to have jobs a lot.
We're all going to take the weekend off and head on up to Washington, D.C. and disrupt
the inauguration or something. That's something Democrats do in 2017. In any case, Trump is right
that on a general emotional level, the fabric of the country will continue to come apart.
Someone suggested you could appeal straight to the Supreme Court because of the special nature of
this case when it comes to the legal maze that you're still facing. And they could, the judge
could decide to say, hey, house arrest or even jail. How do you face what that could be? I'm okay with it.
I saw one of my lawyers the other day on television saying, oh no, you don't want to do that to the president.
I said, you don't beg for anything.
Just the way it is.
I don't know that the public would stand it.
I'm not sure the public would stand for it.
I think it would be tough for the public to take.
At a certain point, there's a breaking point.
Okay.
In the end, however, with all the talk about Donald Trump's convictions, Donald Trump may be going to jail, and all the rest, this election is not going to be a referendum on Donald Trump.
This election is going to be a referendum on Joe Biden being the worst president in modern American history.
Joe Biden is a truly god-awful president.
A truly awful president.
He surpasses, shockingly, Barack Obama in his level of awfulness.
I mean, it is truly... His record is so astonishingly bad Democrats, you should understand this.
You think Donald Trump is a lummox, you think he's a bore, and you think he's a convicted felon.

Doug Burgum, who's a prospective VP candidate for Donald Trump, governor of North Dakota, here he was over the weekend saying, listen, in the end, this election is going to come down to, you know, like kitchen table issues, not to convictions, not to weaponization of the Justice Department.
They were running for president and changing those business records to obscure donations to their own campaign.
You know what I'm saying.
This isn't just filing error.
Well, I hear what you're saying, but most Americans cannot explain it.
It's complicated.
Many of the legal experts that stood on the curb outside the courthouse for six weeks can't explain it.
So Americans are going to come back to the issues that affect them because this trial outcome doesn't affect them.
Inflation affects them.
It does.
That is correct.
That is correct.
And the media can continue to insist that the trial outcome affects them, but that's not right.
Unless the only thing affecting them is a generalized perception that these systems are falling apart.
President Trump, over the weekend, he said, listen, when I'm president, I'll bring the country together.
Why?
Not because I'm a non-divisive figure, but because I'm good at the job.
That's a pretty good case.
You know, people also say, can you bring the country together?
And the answer is yes.
Success will bring the country together because I had it together.
Before the China virus came in, I had it together.
We really had it together.
And, and it would have stayed.

Everybody was, everybody was doing better.
The country was doing better than it had ever done.
And we're going back to the same policies and then some.

And then we know what Joe Biden's presidency looks like.

And so they actually put out a tweet with the Pride Progress flag saying that if you need mental health help, Then the military is here for you.
And it turns out that didn't go out amazing.

This is our defense department now.

And this is the country that Joe Biden has helped create.
Remember, it was Joe Biden who originally floated the same-sex marriage trial balloon while he was vice president under Barack Obama.
And it is Joe Biden who has facilitated the Queers for Palestine alliance that characterizes the modern left, which led to wonderful spectacles over the weekend like this in Philadelphia.
So over the weekend, there was a pride parade.
A parade in which people engaged in pride with regard to what has traditionally been considered sexual sin.
They were confronted by pro-Hamas protesters, which is, um, fun.

So, on the social side, you have a Biden administration that is helping promote social fragmentation.
On the economic side, you have people not being able to eat in restaurants because the costs have doubled over the course of the last three and a half years.
On the international side, how bad is Joe Biden as president?
He is so bad that OPEC is basically now attempting to push against his re-election.
That's how bad he is.
For all of Joe Biden's attempts to save Hamas, it turns out you know who actually doesn't want to save Hamas in the Middle East?
The Saudis.
The great irony of the situation in the Middle East right now is presumably most of the non-Iranian backed regimes in the Middle East desperately hope that Israel wipes Hamas off the map and establishes some sense of security over the Gaza Strip and also in the north against Hezbollah.
That certainly includes the Saudis who have been signaling all along they do not give two craps about a Palestinian state and in fact actively oppose it.
They know a Palestinian state will be an Iranian proxy terror group.
They know that because it is.
Because according to current polling data from the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research, fully 71% of all Palestinians support October 7th.
So the Saudis and the rest of OPEC, they're like, you know what we don't need?
We don't need a Palestinian state.
And you know who's pushing that really hard?
Joe Biden and his morons in the State Department.
So on Sunday, OPEC agreed to extend production curbs into next year.
You'll recall that in 2022, in the run-up to the midterm election, Joe Biden went and begged OPEC.
He begged the Saudis to increase oil supply so as to drop the oil price to help Democrats.
And the Saudis were like, eh, not sure about that.
Now they're openly saying, right now, when Joe Biden is supposedly taking the side of the Arab world, it turns out there is no quote-unquote Arab world.
There's the Palestinians backed by Hamas, backed by Iran, and then there are the Saudis and the Egyptian government when they're not caving to Hamas in northern Sinai.
And the Jordanians, and the UAE, and Bahrain, and all those countries don't want a Palestinian state.
They just can't say so out loud.
It's Joe Biden who's pushing it.
So OPEC is looking at Joe Biden's policy in the Middle East, which has fomented support for Iran, which has strengthened Iran's hand, which has given billions of dollars in funding to Iran.
And they're saying, you know, we don't want this guy to be president anymore.
We want Trump back.
That is the reason why they are jacking up the oil prices in advance of the election.
OPEC agreed to keep collective curbs through next year.
The group has a long-standing official reduction of 3.66 million barrels a day.
The new deal now includes the UAE.
Eight top producers in the group also agreed to voluntary cuts separately into 2025, currently around 2.2 million barrels per day.
Apparently, they're going to start gradually easing that only next year.
Weird they're announcing that now.
Of course, there's a reason they're announcing that now.
There's also a reason why China wants Biden to be reelected.
So, heretofore American allies, like the Saudis, don't want Biden reelected because he sucks.
The Chinese, meanwhile, are like, you know what, let's just turn down the tensions a little bit.
You know, we don't want, we like Biden better than we like, you know, Donald Trump.
So China's defense minister is now seeking to assuage fears of confrontation between the Chinese and American militaries, a day after the U.S.
defense chief did the same, part of an effort to manage tensions between the two global powers in a turbulent environment.
In a Sunday speech to a security forum in Singapore, Admiral Dong Jun nodded to tensions between the two militaries in arguing for increased exchange and cooperation.
That was the day after U.S.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said that Washington doesn't seek a contentious relationship with the Chinese.
I'm sure they don't.
And not when the Chinese have been signing such nice, big, fat checks for years to members of the Biden family.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden decided to screw up yet another American ally over the weekend.
So Joe Biden's chief, you have to understand that when it comes to the Middle East and when it comes to Israel versus Hamas in particular, Joe Biden's main priority right now is that he, like Jake Sullivan, like the entire Obama holdover team, like Ben Rhodes, whose literal nickname in the Obama White House was Hamas, All of them have one priority and one priority only.
It is not getting rid of Hamas.
It is getting rid of Benjamin Netanyahu.
They see Benjamin Netanyahu as the obstacle to their world-beating two-state solution plans.
There's only one problem.
The Israeli public is not willing to grant a state to terrorists because that would be the stupidest thing you could possibly do.
But it doesn't matter.
Joe Biden, over the weekend, played what is one of the most cynical and frankly disgusting games that he's played in this entire war so far.
It's not the stupidest thing he's done.
The stupidest thing he did was to build a completely useless pier that then broke apart and fell into the water after resupplying Hamas with truckloads of aid.
That was the dumbest thing that Joe Biden has done during this war, which is pretty dumb.
But one of the most nefarious things that he's done, other than threatening to cut off Israeli aid as they seek to finish off Hamas in Rafah, Happened on Friday.
So Joe Biden came out and he said that he was presenting a plan.
He was presenting a plan.
It was supposedly Israel's plan, according to Joe Biden.
Now, as we will find out, that's a lie.
This was not Israel's plan.
So he presented what he called a three-phase proposal.
Phase one of the plan between Israel and Hamas would be a complete ceasefire, a withdrawal of Israeli forces from the populated areas of Gaza, release of some hostages and some remains of hostages, Palestinian civilians returning to their homes in Gaza.
Now, of course, the problem there is that if you allow everybody to move where they want to move, that means terrorists too, and a surge in humanitarian aid.
That'd be phase one, which is bad enough.
Phase two would be a permanent end to all hostilities.
Including an exchange for the release of the remaining living hostages and a full Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, which means Hamas wins.
That is Joe Biden's.
He says that Israel made this proposal.
As we'll find out, Israel 100% did not make this proposal.
He's lying.
So he said Israel made the proposal in an attempt to get Hamas to then buy in, and then he would claim Israel would not accept its own proposal and then blame Israel for never accepting a proposal that Israel never made.
So he's lying.
He's clearly lying.
Israel never would have made... You think Benjamin Netanyahu's government or the war cabinet in Israel would have made a proposal ending with Hamas in control of the Gaza Strip, refunded by the international community, which is phase three, major reconstruction plan for Gaza, final remains of hostages returned to their families?
So there's three phase plan, just to be clear.
Phase one is like a normal hostage deal that they've already done, which is a pause in fighting in return for hostages.
That's the part that Israel likely already approved.
Part two is the part where Biden just makes bleep up, just makes it up, and then says that Israel made it up.
He basically takes Hamas's position and says that Israel was pushing for it.
Phase two is a permanent end to all hostilities, leaving Hamas in place in exchange for the remaining living hostages.
Israel will never in a million years do that deal.
That is not a deal that Israel ever offered, but Biden lied about it.
And you can tell he's lying about it.
He's such a disgusting liar.
Truly, it's gross.
So here was Joe Biden on Friday laying out this ridiculous plan.
We'll get to why he's doing this in a second because it's clearly a manipulative move designed to put pressure internally on Bibi Netanyahu to either dissolve his government or to cave to Joe Biden's demands.
So here he was.
After intensive diplomacy carried out by my team, my many conversations with leaders of Israel, Qatar and Egypt and other Middle Eastern countries, Israel has now offered, Israel has offered a comprehensive new proposal.
Okay, so according to him, Israel made this comprehensive new proposal.
That is a full-scale lie.
The reason you know it's a lie is because of what he says next.
What he says is that Israel should accept its proposal.
I have a question.
Normally, if I make a proposal in negotiations, I've negotiated a lot of contracts, a lot of deals.
When I make a proposal in a negotiation, typically speaking, you don't have to convince me to take my own proposal.
That's not the way that it works.
That's not true for anyone.
If Israel had made this proposal, why does he spend half this speech trying to convince Israel to take the proposal?
That's absurd.
Have you ever heard anything like this?
What this is really designed to do is create internal pressures inside Israel.
So what Biden is doing here is right now in Israel internally, there's a struggle inside the war cabinet.
Benny Gantz, who is the chief political opponent to Bibi Netanyahu, who's the head of another party, he joined the war cabinet at the beginning of the war so there'd be a unity government.
Benny Gantz has threatened that he would leave the government on June 8th.
He would leave the war cabinet on June 8th, which is the end of this week.
If Netanyahu did not provide some sort of plan for what happens the day after.
That was pushed by the Biden administration.
The Biden administration wants the war cabinet to dissolve with the hopes that that will then collapse the government.
Now, the thing is that the Israeli government is complicated.
The war cabinet has nothing to do with whether the government actually maintains or whether it falls.
Netanyahu has 64 seats, maybe 63 depending on the count, in the Knesset, which means he has a solid government in the Knesset.
Gantz can leave, he'll still have that majority in the Knesset.
His government will not fall.
So nothing will be achieved by Gantz leaving the cabinet.
But the idea for Biden and for his color revolution in Israel is to create massive protests on the streets that would presumably collapse Netanyahu's government.
That's what he's actually doing here.
So in order to do that, he is lying.
And he's lying in order to create pressure from both Bibi's left and Bibi's right.
So from the left, he's putting out a deal that Israel never offered So that he can then claim that Israel reneged on its own offer and created tensions with the United States.
So Bibi gets pressure from his left.
On his right, he is hoping that by announcing a deal that no Israeli government could accept, Netanyahu has already said he would not accept any deal that would lead to Hamas still in retention of its faculties in Gaza.
He is making, he's lying here, in order so that other members of Bibi's actual government Presumably his right wing, which is led by a guy named Salil Smotrich for one party and Tamar Ben-Gavir for the other, that they would walk out of the cabinet if Bibi were to accept Biden's deal.
So he lies about a deal that Israel never offered in order to falsely create pressure on Israel.
And then he says that there are members of the Israeli government on the right who don't want to surrender to Hamas, who don't care about the hostages, which is the most despicable thing.
Joe Biden doesn't give two dams about the hostages.
There are five American hostages in Hamas's Tunnels right now.
And Joe Biden has exerted zero leverage on Hamas.
Zero, count them, zero.
He has not threatened to cut off the American airbase in Qatar, which they cut out for Iran.
He has not called for the arrest of Hamas's leadership in Qatar, which certainly the United States could achieve, in exchange for the hostages.
He's done none of that.
But here he was, putting pressure on Israel.
Because again, Joe Biden, he is a terrible president with a perverse view of how the Middle East works.
The people of Israel should know they can make this offer without any further risk to their own security because they've devastated Hamas forces over the past eight months.
At this point, Hamas no longer is capable of carrying out another October 7th, which is one of Israel's main objectives in this war and, quite frankly, a righteous one.
I know there are those in Israel who will not agree with this plan.
and will call for the war to continue indefinitely.
Some — some are even in the government coalition.
And they've made it clear they want to occupy Gaza, they want to keep fighting for years, and the hostages are not a priority to them.
Well, I've urged leadership in Israel to stand behind this deal, despite whatever pressure comes.
And to the people of Israel, let me say this.
Indefinite war in pursuit of an unidentified notion of total victory will only bog down Israel and Gaza, draining the economic, military, and human resources, and furthering Israel's isolation in the world.
That will not bring hostages home.
That will not bring an enduring defeat of Hamas.
That will not bring Israel lasting security.
He literally just said that there cannot be total victory against Hamas.
He doesn't believe in total victory against Hamas.
Now, this morning, Netanyahu came out and over the weekend, he was kind of futzing about with his words because he didn't want to offend Biden.
So he said this morning, quote, I will not agree to stop the war.
Despite what President Biden said, it has not yet been agreed on.
The deal has many more details.
The war will not end without achieving all the objectives.
We will not give up absolute victory.
So Biden was just lying.
He's just lying because he wants to bring down the Israeli government.
Just, just vile.
Just vile.
He is such a bad president.
Again, there's a reason that OPEC, the Saudis, are like, we're raising oil prices.
We want this guy out.
That's what's happening right now.
And it is indeed pathetic because the President of the United States is absolutely pathetic.
This little stupid trick is not going to achieve what Joe Biden thinks it is going to achieve.
It's not going to achieve.
Israel will finish the job in Rafah because if they didn't, then the sacrifice of their soldiers was in vain.
And the notion again, that hostage families, all the hostage families are clamoring for Israel to leave Hamas in control.
I literally met with the mother of a hostage last week.
On Friday.
And let me tell you, there are many, many hostage families.
And by the way, I know many families, unfortunately, of soldiers who have died in Gaza.
They are not willing to leave Hamas in charge of the Gaza Strip because they are not fools.
It would be foolish to leave Hamas in charge of the Gaza Strip.
Everyone knows this, apparently, except for Joe Biden and, of course, Breonna Joy Gray.
So I couldn't finish the show today without making a note of the widely respected genius that is Breonna Joy Gray.
She did a debate over the weekend.
She was the national press secretary for the Bernie 2020 presidential campaign.
She had a debate on Israel.
She knows nothing.
Zero things.
But this is the left.
This is the left in a nutshell.

There has to be a one-state solution, which means that there cannot... When people... When Hamas is talking about eliminating Israel, it's talking about not killing all of the Jews.
It's about eliminating the idea... It's about... It's about... Let me just finish.
Sir, can I just finish this sentence?
It's about eliminating the idea of a Jewish state.
Ending a Jewish state, ending an ethno-national state, and having a state more like what we have in the United States of America.
Having a state more, when she says she wants to end Israel, and when Hamas says that, what they really mean is that they want, you know, not an ethno-nationalist state like, you know, every Arab state in the region.
What they really want is a multi-racial democracy like the United States, as Brianne and Joy agree.
Ah, these geniuses.
These are the people who are well-respected inside the Biden administration.
I wonder why he's such a crappy president.
I can't believe it.
