[00:01:37]  Now, traditional vaccines inject a weakened form of a virus which trains your immune system to attack it.
[00:01:45]  That way, when your body encounters the full virus, your immune system already has antibodies on call.
[00:01:54]  Pfizer and Moderna instead uses code called mRNA sent into your cells.
[00:02:01]  Researchers who developed these new types of vaccines called mRNA vaccines started with the genetic sequence of the virus.
[00:02:08]  They also decided to focus on the spike protein we talked about earlier.
[00:02:13]  But instead of assembling and purifying that protein in the lab, they identified the part of the genetic sequence that creates it.
[00:02:20]  And then took a much faster route, by synthesizing mRNA and using that as the vaccine, which saved months of time and money.
[00:02:32]  Once inside the body, the cell reads the mRNA and begins to make harmless spike proteins of its own.
[00:02:37]  From there, your body's immune system recognizes the foreign threat and sounds the alarm.
[00:02:43]  If these spike proteins are so harmless, then why is the immune system waging an onslaught against them?
[00:02:50]  You see, it's not the COVID virus put into your cells, but a code telling your cells to make a replica of COVID spike proteins.
[00:03:02]  But since the COVID virus has never been isolated as an identifiable pathogen, it's practically a common cold.

[00:03:27]  Johnson& Johnson, instead of using mRNA, delivers an adenovirus, a group of viruses not related to COVID, to send the instruction manual to your cells.
[00:03:40]  How do adenovirus vaccines for COVID work?
[00:03:43]  Let's put all the pieces together now.
[00:03:47]  You start by administering the vaccine.
[00:03:50]  Here's an image of the vaccine virus next to a human cell.
[00:03:54]  The virus is actually much, much smaller than the cell, but we've magnified it just so we can see it.
[00:04:00]  The vaccine adenovirus binds to the surface of your cells and the virus is internalized into something called an endosome, which is a tiny compartment that can break down the virus shell and free the DNA. This moves toward the nucleus and the endosome disintegrates, leaving the viral DNA exposed.
[00:04:18]  This DNA then enters the nucleus, where it is transcribed into mRNA, including the mRNA for COVID spike protein.
[00:04:28]  The mRNA then leaves the nucleus for the cytoplasm, where it binds to ribosomes, which are the cellular machinery that helps make protein.
[00:04:39]  The mRNA is then translated into COVID spike protein.
[00:04:43]  These spike proteins are expressed on the surface of the cells and released, thus enabling your body to generate an immune response against them.
[00:04:51]  Your very DNA is now made into a war machine, unnaturally, through this genetic alteration of your God-given genetic makeup.
[00:05:02]  But your immune system is unsure what to wage war against.
[00:05:06]  Spikes? Organs?
[00:05:08]  Lymph nodes? Bone marrow?
[00:05:10]  The side effects are scary, but there's something far more sinister behind these vaccines.
[00:05:17]  Dependency. In case you haven't noticed, governments have been pushing their populace into more and more dependent positions.
[00:05:26]  Your business gets shut down, so you're dependent on stimulus checks.
[00:05:30]  Now they scare you into thinking that the common flu is life-threatening, so you're dependent on vaccines.
