The Benny Show - Benny Johnson - U.S. Supreme Court Just Put The FINAL Nail in the Democrats Coffin for 2026 | It's OVER Aired: 2026-05-12 Duration: 01:39:46 === Democrats Scramble for Midterms (08:01) === [00:01:05] Meanwhile, the House is back in session today for the first time since the Virginia Supreme Court struck down the state's redistricting attempt. [00:01:12] And Democrats are scrambling for a way forward ahead of the midterms. [00:01:15] Yeah, Chief Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergam joins us live from Capitol Hill. [00:01:19] Good morning, Chad. [00:01:21] Hey, guys. [00:01:21] Good morning. [00:01:22] Chances for Democrats to flip the House cratered after the two court rulings. [00:01:26] Democrats will look to House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries for answers. [00:01:30] He returns to Capitol Hill today for the first time since the court nullified the Virginia maps. [00:01:36] Republicans believe Democrats overplayed their hand in the Commonwealth. [00:01:41] They ran this campaign as a referendum on Donald Trump. [00:01:44] The whole campaign was stop Donald Trump, and we performed better across the state than we did just a few years ago. [00:01:51] So I think it's a good sign for Republicans. [00:01:54] I think it's a nightmare for Democrats. [00:01:57] Democrats say Republicans began efforts to tilt the playing field by redrawing maps, which favored them. [00:02:03] That's why Democrats tried to engineer new maps favoring their party in Virginia. [00:02:10] The Democrats didn't want to do this. [00:02:12] Donald Trump did mid-decade redistricting in Texas. [00:02:16] We in California said, we don't want to redistrict in California. [00:02:20] Stop doing it in Texas. [00:02:22] They didn't have a truce. [00:02:23] They escalated. [00:02:25] So the Democrats never wanted to do it, but we cannot unilaterally disarm. [00:02:30] Jeffries accused Republicans of trying to, quote, rig the midterm elections. [00:02:35] The ruling in the case involving the Voting Rights Act could cost Louisiana Democrat Troy Carter his seat. [00:02:43] What do you do when you can't play by the rules? [00:02:47] You cheat and you change them. [00:02:50] And what we see happening across the country is a changing of the rules because you can't win playing fair. [00:02:59] Democrats batted around an idea of trying to swap out the entire Virginia Supreme Court. [00:03:06] Now, the U.S. Supreme Court says Alabama can now draw new maps. [00:03:10] And the question for Jeffries is if Democrats oversold the Virginia plan. [00:03:15] To him. [00:03:16] Guys? [00:03:17] Yeah. [00:03:18] That's some severe moves. [00:03:20] I don't think Virginia's going to do it, and I can't see the Supreme Court doing anything with this. [00:03:23] Nope. [00:03:33] I just don't think they're going to do anything. [00:03:35] I don't think they're going to do anything. [00:03:37] Good morning. [00:03:39] Good morning to the Benny Brigade. [00:03:40] Good morning. [00:03:41] It is a gorgeous morning here in Tampa, Florida. [00:03:44] How about you? [00:03:45] What is the morning looking like where you are from? [00:03:47] President Trump will be waking up in China tomorrow. [00:03:51] Get ready for China. [00:03:53] News cycle. [00:03:54] President Trump is headed to China. [00:03:55] Okay, the last time I'll say it. [00:03:56] Today is Tuesday, May 12th, 2026. [00:04:02] President Trump is about to board a plane with Elon Musk. [00:04:05] The band is back together. [00:04:07] They are headed to engage in U.S. Sino relations with China. [00:04:13] And President Trump holds all the cards. [00:04:14] It's going to be a very, very interesting meeting. [00:04:16] Tons of viral moments, no doubt, in our future. [00:04:21] That has us licking our chops. [00:04:23] President Trump set to depart at noon today, between noon and one. [00:04:27] And he has a plane load of American businessmen and tech titans stocked to the brim. [00:04:34] Elon Musk being the number one. [00:04:36] We love seeing the energy back. [00:04:38] Elon Musk is donating to Republicans in the midterms. [00:04:41] He gave a $10 million donation to one Senate candidate and he is backing the Republican machine. [00:04:48] He said he was going to stay out of politics. [00:04:49] Nope. [00:04:50] They keep dragging him back in. [00:04:52] As we talked about yesterday, this is do or die for Democrats. [00:04:55] They are terrified of the prospect of losing life forever of their party. [00:05:01] Their party will atomize and break into warring factions as we are seeing happen with the Labor Party. [00:05:07] In the United Kingdom and the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom. [00:05:10] It will cease to be a viable national party. [00:05:14] And so, ladies and gentlemen, it's going to be a wild and exciting thing to watch. [00:05:18] Oh, cool. [00:05:19] President Trump just posted us on Truth Social. [00:05:21] Did he just do this? [00:05:22] This is awesome. [00:05:23] Thank you, President Trump. [00:05:25] Oh, man. [00:05:27] Oh, Mr. President. [00:05:30] Here's us with Mike Davis on Truth Social. [00:05:33] President Trump posted our clip of Mike Davis saying that Barack Obama and James Comey and Joe Biden are all going to go to jail along with Hillary Clinton. [00:05:41] And we could just put him in alligator Alcatraz. [00:05:44] It's not too far down the road. [00:05:46] We could all go visit. [00:05:47] What would you bring Barack Obama in prison? [00:05:50] What would you bring them? [00:05:51] What would you bring if you got a chance to do a visitation through like that bulletproof glass? [00:05:55] What would you bring Hillary Clinton in prison? [00:05:57] What would you do? [00:05:58] Let me know, chat. [00:06:00] Let me know, chat. [00:06:01] What would you do? [00:06:02] Thank you, Mr. President, for sharing our clip. [00:06:03] Thank you for being part of this audience. [00:06:06] Today, Democrats are seeking relief from an illegitimate institution to destroy another illegitimate institution. [00:06:17] Democrats are now begging the Supreme Court in order to fix the other Supreme Court. [00:06:24] Both courts they call illegitimate. [00:06:25] Both courts they say they want to pack. [00:06:28] Both courts they are trying to rig. [00:06:33] And now they're begging on bended knee both courts to come and save their asses. [00:06:38] We'll talk about that, ladies and gentlemen. [00:06:39] And Donald Trump asks a live poll about Rubio and Vance at the White House. [00:06:46] Wait till you hear the applause. [00:06:47] Will you agree with the applause? [00:06:49] We'll see. [00:06:50] We'll play the clip. [00:06:51] Representative Burgess Owens, a black man who lost his representation because of Democrat justices and lawyers and corrupt ones at that corrupt Democrats that were literally in bed with the prosecution kicked Burgess Owens, a black Republican, out of his seat in Utah and carved up a fake Democrat blue district. [00:07:17] What will happen next? [00:07:19] Will they get sued? [00:07:20] We're going to talk with Burgess Owens and Jeremy Corbell on the show. [00:07:25] Exciting show. [00:07:26] The UFO files. [00:07:28] Ladies and gentlemen, let's lock in. [00:07:30] My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show. [00:07:32] Bond Charge is what you should use in order to recharge your life, in order to make sure that you have a fresh spirit about you, an energized spirit about you. [00:07:41] We certainly feel energized right now. [00:07:43] Bond Charge is a good one. [00:07:46] The reason why is because you are deprived of red light. [00:07:48] You are deprived of the light that God created for you, probably because you work inside of a dark office like I do all day long. [00:07:54] I do my best to get out in the sunlight, but it just is what it is, especially around the winter months for most people. [00:08:00] Bond Charge helps you optimize your life. [00:08:03] This red light face mask leaves you feeling euphoric. [00:08:07] It's great for your skin and it's just great for your mind. [00:08:22] Go to bondcharge.comslash Benny and use the coupon code Benny to save 15%. [00:08:27] B O N C H A R G E dot comslash Benny. [00:08:30] Use coupon code Benny to save 15%. [00:08:32] 15. [00:08:33] Okay. [00:08:34] Well, ladies and gentlemen, what happened last night? [00:08:36] I love this. [00:08:37] This is my all time favorite. [00:08:40] This is my all time favorite timeline. [00:08:44] The Supreme Court, ladies and gentlemen, handing another L to Libs. [00:08:50] And I got something that I thought was kind of funny. [00:08:53] I'm going to try it out here. [00:08:55] And I hope you don't mind because the timeline for Libs being handed Ls has been contiguous. [00:09:03] And I think that it's neat because we've broken the matrix here. === Timeline of Liberal Losses (04:06) === [00:09:07] And every single year, Libs have something else to scream and cry about. [00:09:12] That opposition, Donald J. Trump is now president of the United States. [00:09:16] And I want to begin by just going through a people's history of how bad things have gotten for Libs. [00:09:24] Because Libs insist on using state power illegally, breaking every rule, never getting checked, having the institutions protect them, because that protection racket is now crumbling. [00:09:40] They're having to live in the world that we've had to live in, where, like, if you lie on your taxes, you'll go to jail. [00:09:45] If you don't pay your parking ticket, the fees and fines accrue. [00:09:49] You can't just go to your buddy's private island anymore, right? [00:09:53] And do whatever you want with the kiddos. [00:09:56] You can't do that. [00:09:57] That's what Democrats were used to doing. [00:09:59] Reed Hoffman, Democrat. [00:10:00] Bill Gates, Democrat. [00:10:02] All of Jeffrey Epstein's buddies, Woody Allen, Democrat. [00:10:04] Dershowitz, Democrat. [00:10:05] All of his best friends, all of Jeffrey Epstein's best friends, all of them are Democrats. [00:10:09] Jeffrey Epstein, Democrat. [00:10:10] Jeffrey Epstein trying to get Donald Trump impeached. [00:10:15] This was a Democrats' play island. [00:10:17] Jeffrey Epstein's island was like an incubator for the way the entire country ran, where you had a protected class that could do anything they wanted, any despicable, illegal thing that they wanted, whether that was creating vaccines that would do mass murder, whether that was creating viruses that would do mass murder, whether that was rigging elections with mass fake mail in ballots. [00:10:39] You could just do anything and you were protected. [00:10:44] And now that system's come crumbling down. [00:10:47] And they don't know what to do. [00:10:49] And the victories, recent victories at the Supreme Court, are just hilarious. [00:10:54] They're gut busting, hilarious. [00:10:59] Here has been the doom loop of the Democrat Party. [00:11:02] Starting in 2016, this was Democratic. [00:11:09] It wasn't a great year in 2016. [00:11:11] And then Donald Trump started getting real legislative accomplishments done and resetting the world. [00:11:17] Here's Democrats in 2017. [00:11:18] And then in 2018, when they didn't have rules. [00:11:30] And then in 2020, Donald Trump. [00:11:34] Polling numbers. [00:11:34] Then they had a couple of years where they didn't scream no as loudly because they rigged an election and they stole it and they stole it through their use of institutions. [00:11:43] And we all know this. [00:11:44] And so they weren't actually happy about that, by the way. [00:11:46] Like when you have ill gotten gains, when you've stolen something from somebody, it doesn't make you feel better. [00:11:52] You end up feeling worse. [00:11:54] You know, some of the most miserable people on earth live in very big mansions and have very nice things. [00:11:58] And they're, you know, it's bad for your soul. [00:12:03] And Democrats weren't happier. [00:12:04] Were Democrats happier in 2021, 2022? [00:12:06] Were they a happier party? [00:12:08] Were they better people? [00:12:09] Were they like happier people? [00:12:11] No, they were not. [00:12:13] No. [00:12:14] So then in 2023, Donald Trump doesn't get put in prison for 400 years. [00:12:21] Then in 2024, Donald Trump doesn't get shot in the skull and die. [00:12:26] Then in 2023, Then in 2025, President Trump is inaugurated again in a historic landslide. [00:12:35] In 2026, libs are losing everything. [00:12:40] And it's really fun to watch. [00:12:44] It's been really exciting to watch this 10 years now, 10 years of a doom loop, doom cycle for Democrats. [00:12:52] As they assumed that the country that they would control forever, they assumed that Obama would bring in 100 years of Democrat control, they just handed over to Hillary Clinton. [00:13:02] They'd import as many third worlders as they needed to rig every election. [00:13:07] We would become a total and complete globalist UN refugee camp, hellscape. === Alabama Map Ruling Explained (15:00) === [00:13:13] And it would all go our way. [00:13:15] They'd pack the court. [00:13:16] There'd be three conservative justices. [00:13:18] It'd be a three six decision every single time in favor of transgender wheelchair rights for every single Guatemalan sub 70 IQ Somali daycare worker. [00:13:33] That's what they thought, right? [00:13:34] That's what they were assuming. [00:13:36] They just had so much hubris. [00:13:43] Pride cometh before destruction. [00:13:45] Because they didn't do the work, and I think probably because they have no faith in God and because they are truly a godless movement, as all Marxists are. [00:13:54] They took that arrogance. [00:13:56] The American people rejected it because we are actually a godly people. [00:13:59] America of developed countries, America has one of the single highest beliefs in God and a creator. [00:14:05] We know that the government isn't God. [00:14:07] We as a people know that. [00:14:08] Democrats don't know that. [00:14:10] And we act like it. [00:14:11] We vote like it. [00:14:13] And now we have a 6 3 majority on the Supreme Court. [00:14:16] I'd like for it to be a stronger majority, but whatever. [00:14:18] And here we go. [00:14:19] Supreme Court just bodies Alabama. [00:14:23] Well, bodies libs who are trying to rig the Alabama race yesterday. [00:14:28] They wanted Alabama to keep their racially gerrymandered ghettos, congressional ghettos and their congressional DEI districts with some of the single dumbest members of Congress, right? [00:14:40] And the Supreme Court just like took their gavels and shoved it up sideways. [00:14:44] Court clears way for Alabama to use congressional map blocked by lower courts in racially discriminatory districts. [00:14:52] Oh, oh. [00:14:54] This is amazing. [00:14:55] The Libs dissented. [00:14:56] Who cares? [00:14:57] Alabama can now use their exciting new maps that could easily be an Alabama redraw. [00:15:07] Of all of their districts, as you can see here. [00:15:10] Alabama districts, there are two Democrat districts in Alabama. [00:15:14] President Trump won Alabama by double digits. [00:15:16] I believe it was 22 points. [00:15:18] ALX, can you please check me on that? [00:15:20] And Alabama can and should bring you a. [00:15:23] Well, this is the map. [00:15:25] This is the map that they are fighting over right now. [00:15:29] Alabama can and should give you a 100% red map. [00:15:32] This is what that map would look like. [00:15:34] Again, when Republicans gerrymander, it looks like nice little red squares, contiguous and geographic interests contained therein. [00:15:43] When Democrats gerrymander, it looks like you took a crackhead from underneath a bridge in Skid Row in Los Angeles, gave them a speedball, gave them a four loco. [00:15:52] Mango flavored, put him in a shopping cart, shoved him down a hill, and gave him a crayon and told him to draw the maps. [00:16:00] It's a nice map, honestly. [00:16:02] But anyway, the Supreme Court bodies Democrats once again and rules that Alabama can redraw their maps. [00:16:09] It's a beautiful thing. [00:16:10] Holy smokes. [00:16:11] Is that for real, ALX? [00:16:12] ALX says it was 30 points in Alabama, a 30 point electoral victory for President Trump in Alabama. [00:16:19] Let's go ahead and check the tape, shall we? [00:16:22] Look at this. [00:16:23] Kamala Harris looks like she won five, six counties in Alabama. [00:16:26] Donald Trump won every single other county. [00:16:30] President Trump got 1.4 million votes, and Kamala Harris got 700,000. [00:16:38] How many of those were fake? [00:16:39] You never know. [00:16:40] 64 to 34. [00:16:42] A devastating blowout, unlike anything you've seen across the country, except for the reddest of all states. [00:16:51] All electoral votes went to Donald Trump. [00:16:53] So, why aren't all the congressional districts going to Donald Trump? [00:16:56] They get nine. [00:16:58] Electoral votes, well, then the congressional districts should go for Trump as well. [00:17:02] It looks like there's just like a very small blue ribbon of riggable counties in Alabama. [00:17:11] Maybe pass a little extra voter security and you'd have no blue counties. [00:17:17] We know how Democrats roll. [00:17:18] Nonetheless, this is a massive ruling. [00:17:20] They did the exact same thing in Louisiana. [00:17:23] Louisiana asked for emergency relief, is what it's called an emergency relief. [00:17:30] Ladies and gentlemen, is we have racially gerrymandered congressional ghettos, DEI districts. [00:17:36] They're illegal, and we don't want to have elections with these illegal districts because we'll send illegal people to represent us. [00:17:44] So 100% of Alabama's blue seats are racially drawn. [00:17:48] Supreme Court nullified all of them, and now we can get a fair map in Alabama. [00:17:56] So we are encouraging, demanding that Alabama Republicans do the right thing and draw yourself a 7 0 1. [00:18:03] Map, please do the right thing and draw 7 0. [00:18:06] Here's President Trump on the ruling. [00:18:11] I love it. [00:18:12] But my question is a very good one. [00:18:14] We can end this news conference right now. [00:18:16] I want to read it. [00:18:17] My question, Mr. President, is that some Republican governors have not responded in terms of what they're going to do. [00:18:24] I guess early voting, for example, in Louisiana, Republican governors what? [00:18:28] What about early voting begins Saturday there, for instance? [00:18:33] Should they redraw the map in the next? [00:18:35] I would. [00:18:35] I mean, it depends. [00:18:36] I mean, some states don't need to redraw, and some do. [00:18:39] I mean, I know what the concept of the road, I just haven't seen the result. [00:18:44] Yeah, I would say generally, I would think that they would want to do it. [00:18:49] Some are greatly helped, and some, you know, didn't make much difference. [00:18:52] Yeah, I would say they would do that. [00:18:55] Redraw the maps. [00:18:56] Do it now. [00:18:58] Supreme Court demands it. [00:19:00] Your voters demand it. [00:19:03] Potential Republican maps supported by the Attorney General. [00:19:06] Who I'd love to get on the program. [00:19:08] Let's go hard in the paint and paint the state red. [00:19:12] Why are we giving a congressional seat in this state to Democrats? [00:19:16] This is a state that went for 30 points by Donald Trump. [00:19:19] Are there any 30 point states that went for Kamala Harris by 30 points? [00:19:21] I'm sure there are. [00:19:22] I'm sure there are states that went for Kamala Harris by 30 points or double digits at least. [00:19:26] Okay. [00:19:27] Are there ALX though? [00:19:29] I guess. [00:19:30] Like, didn't she just win New Jersey by like two points and Virginia by like a point? [00:19:37] But like, ALX, are there any states that went for Kamala Harris by 30 points? [00:19:42] Do Republicans represent any part of that state? [00:19:44] I don't think so. [00:19:46] No, I don't think so. [00:19:48] So, redraw the map. [00:19:49] Be strong. [00:19:50] Be smart. [00:19:52] Don't get Indiana cucked, as we say. [00:19:55] And look at us winning the war. [00:19:56] We're redistricting war. [00:19:57] Look at that. [00:19:57] Would you look at that? [00:19:59] Just beautiful. [00:20:00] Ohio standing up strong. [00:20:02] Look at Indiana. [00:20:03] Indiana completely failing, completely failing the Republican. [00:20:06] Hang your head in shame, Indiana. [00:20:08] Should have been two extra Republican seats there. [00:20:11] Missouri, Louisiana doing the right thing. [00:20:14] Florida, obviously, coming in strong. [00:20:15] Texas coming in strong. [00:20:17] Got the North Carolinas. [00:20:19] And Democrats got this right here. [00:20:23] This little blue district, we all know what they did in California. [00:20:26] This little blue district pisses me off. [00:20:29] This makes me so angry. [00:20:32] Hey, Alex, before we get to Owens, I want to talk about that judge, that corrupt judge, just to preview this. [00:20:38] So, can you grab me an article or two on that? [00:20:40] That corrupt judge who was literally in bed with the prosecution here. [00:20:44] Give me a good, solid article. [00:20:46] This is what Virginia Democrats are doing. [00:20:48] Virginia Democrats, you'll notice on our handy dandy map here that Virginia. [00:20:52] There is no Virginia redistricting added here. [00:20:55] This again looks like Republicans are going to have not only a massive advantage in the redistricting war, but also a massive advantage in who will win the Senate, who will potentially win the Senate. [00:21:09] Look at this Republican Party now spiking its chances to keep the Senate. [00:21:14] And the odds are completely even when it comes to who's going to take the House. [00:21:18] There are just a handful of swing seats. [00:21:22] This seat in Utah should not have been one of them. [00:21:24] Burgess Owens. [00:21:26] Represents this area, and this was a total and complete rig job. [00:21:32] And it pisses me off. [00:21:34] Just a really quick detour here Democrats in Virginia are now asking, begging for the Supreme Court to overrule their Supreme Court on their rigged maps. [00:21:50] Justin, it is now being speculated that the U.S. Supreme Court will laugh out Democrats after they just filed with SCOTUS to reinstate their draconian 10 1 Republican. [00:22:01] 10 1 gerrymandered map. [00:22:03] Democrats want federal court to nullify their own state Supreme Court and Constitution. [00:22:08] John Roberts says that the Supreme Court probably won't even take this up because it's such an absolute joke. [00:22:12] The Supreme Court, rather, found that the Democratic controlled legislature violated the Commonwealth's Constitution by not following clear and simple rules for a public vote on a constitutional amendment. [00:22:23] It's unclear tonight whether the Supreme Court will even take up the case. [00:22:31] Duh, says Laura Ingram. [00:22:33] Supreme Court won't review a case without a federal cause of action. [00:22:36] Go back to law school kids, the states. [00:22:40] And some of this sometimes is maddening because some states make insane rules like you don't have to show your ID to vote and you don't have to be a citizen to vote. [00:22:46] California is a good example of that. [00:22:47] Pretty much every single state that Kamala Harris won is no ID to vote. [00:22:51] You don't have to be a citizen of America to vote. [00:22:52] You can just, every single Chinese communist and Guatemalan druggie can just go in and cast a ballot. [00:23:00] It doesn't matter. [00:23:02] That's actually who they want to fill all of our states. [00:23:04] They want just communists and drug addicts from South America and some refugee slums from Somalia. [00:23:12] And that's just that that's a vision, actually. [00:23:14] Minneapolis St. Paul's vision of what Democrats want. [00:23:16] The point is that these are the laws, and states do have enormous amounts of control over how their states are governed and how their elections are run. [00:23:30] And that was actually some of the Save Act, that was some of the principled constitutional argument against it. [00:23:39] Anyway, this is exactly how federalism is supposed to work. [00:23:47] The Virginia Supreme Court says you broke Virginia laws. [00:23:51] And therefore, this doesn't work in Virginia. [00:23:55] In Florida, we did it, but we did it by Florida laws. [00:23:58] And in Texas, the same thing. [00:23:59] And in Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Tennessee. [00:24:02] In Ohio, and a bunch of other states like Missouri, they kept the law. [00:24:06] They were, we redistricted, but we did so via the law. [00:24:11] In Virginia, they broke the laws. [00:24:13] The Virginia Supreme Court shut them down. [00:24:15] Democrats are calling that court illegitimate. [00:24:16] And now they call the Supreme Court illegitimate. [00:24:18] So, they're going to the other illegitimate court to try and strike down the other illegitimate court. [00:24:22] And it's hilarious. [00:24:23] There is no federal cause of action here. [00:24:25] The Virginia Supreme Court did nothing wrong. [00:24:28] And oh, by the way, look at this. [00:24:30] This is the actual petition to the Supreme Court. [00:24:35] The dumbasses said the wrong court on the petition. [00:24:37] Do you see this? [00:24:40] You see in this? [00:24:41] They wrote it emergency application to the Supreme Court of Virginia. [00:24:44] No, you're sending this to the United States Supreme Court. [00:24:51] They put in the wrong court. [00:24:53] At least they spelled Virginia right on this one. [00:24:55] They spelled Virginia wrong and the word senator wrong on the last ones. [00:24:59] It's an amazing thing. [00:25:02] Clarence Thomas laughing all the way to the bank. [00:25:06] Democrats are literally arguing against themselves so they can hold on to what little power they have left. [00:25:11] It's just proved Virginia Democrats aren't really working for Virginians, a huge waste of time and money. [00:25:15] They've already lit, I don't know, $100 million on fire with this thing, and they're getting desperate. [00:25:20] Federal grounds of I don't like it. [00:25:23] This is a legal version of asking dad because mom said no. [00:25:26] Okay, here we go, ladies and gentlemen. [00:25:31] We're really excited about Burgess Owens being on the program. [00:25:35] House Republicans sued to block Utah congressional map that favors Democrats. [00:25:40] Representatives, Burgess Owens challenged the court imposed Map One drafted by advocacy groups. [00:25:48] This is something that should never happen in a dark red supermajority Republican state. [00:25:53] Utah Supreme Court Justice, who made this rigged map possible right here, the Longhouse. [00:26:03] And is there anything more damaging to the Republic than left wing, white guilt, white liberals, psychotic? [00:26:16] You can almost sense the SSRIs pulsing through her veins. [00:26:19] Anyway, it's really bad. [00:26:21] The Utah Supreme Court Justice has resigned now amid a probe of allegations that she was sleeping with the attorney who worked on the redistricting lawsuit. [00:26:31] Justice Diana Hagan appeared to reference the investigation. [00:26:35] And the toll that has taken on her loved ones in a resignation letter to Spencer Cox, obtained by Fox News Digital. [00:26:42] The resignation was effective immediately, and Hagan was accused by her former husband of sending inappropriate text messages to the attorney who helped challenge a Republican friendly map and maintained four red congressional seats in Utah. [00:26:55] So she was literally in bed with the prosecution in order to give them a blue map. [00:27:01] It's a despicable thing that has happened, and it needs to be. [00:27:08] Ameliorated immediately. [00:27:09] I don't know what the hell is going on in Utah. [00:27:11] Joining us live right now is the great legend Burgess Owens, who can sound off on this. [00:27:20] And I really hope that it is rectified, ladies and gentlemen. [00:27:24] Here we go. [00:27:35] Congressman, welcome back to the program. [00:27:37] It is an honor to have you. [00:27:39] Thank you, Benny. [00:27:40] Looking forward to chatting with you, my friend. [00:27:41] Absolutely. [00:27:42] Okay. [00:27:42] So I'm like, you know, you don't have to frame it or classify it the way that I do, but I'm sickened by what happened to your district in this total rig job in the Utah Supreme Court. [00:27:53] Can we zoom out a bit and can you perhaps like lay down the architecture of what happened and how Democrats were able to cheat a seat and then effectively try and kick you out of Congress? [00:28:05] I thought they were for black representation, Burgess. [00:28:08] Well, I'll do that, but let me just start off by saying, uh, we are so blessed, Bunny, that we are part of this generation. === Accountability in Our Republic (15:31) === [00:28:14] That as our country is about to go over the edge, we have been chosen to be part of this fighting back. [00:28:19] So, I appreciate what you're doing. [00:28:20] Everyone now is involved at this point in time. [00:28:23] We're getting our country back, we're getting back to good old fashioned faith, family, free market education. [00:28:29] And we now know what the left truly looks like. [00:28:31] We know Marxists hate everything we stand for, and we see how devious and um, uh, how crafty they are. [00:28:38] So, we did it, we're going to be educated now and moving forward. [00:28:41] So, Congratulations, our country is a great place. [00:28:44] Now, in terms of Utah, Utah is a beautiful, beautiful state. [00:28:48] When you talk about those tenant states, family, free market education, the reason why we're growing as fast as we are, the reason why we keep our kids close, why they're educated, we get it, we understand it. [00:28:58] And sometimes we get in this little freedom bubble, all of us. [00:29:00] We do our things like we have our occupations we're going for, we have our time with our kids and memories. [00:29:06] We sometimes get in that little freedom bubble and forget on the outside of that bubble is true evil. [00:29:11] It's called Marxism. [00:29:12] Something that hates everything we stand for. [00:29:14] We sometimes don't get it until COVID shows up. [00:29:17] And then all of a sudden we start to say, wait a minute, let's kind of pump the brakes, still, maybe I need to get more involved. [00:29:22] And now we have this going on across our country where we see it's all about the Democratic Party. [00:29:27] As we are passionate about patriotism, they are as a passion about power. [00:29:32] Anything, they don't matter how it comes, how they get it, how much pain you have to make happen to get that done, how many lives are being lost. [00:29:40] So we see that now and understand finally that there's something called evil. [00:29:44] So with Utah, you look at the map. [00:29:46] And you'll see this little tiny, any winning little bit of a blue dot. [00:29:52] That's the district that has now been carved out for the Democratic Party. [00:29:56] And it's been over time. [00:29:58] We have, I think we have to understand that we have a judiciary process. [00:30:02] Sometimes, first of all, they're not held accountable. [00:30:04] They're very much into an elitist process because they're not put in front of the people like the legislative body or the executive body. [00:30:11] In this case here in Utah, we have judges, Supreme Court judges, after they get through the first three years, they're in for 10 years. [00:30:19] And then we come, then they get on the ballot, and the ballot has nothing to say at all about their background, what kind of how they've been judging people. [00:30:27] And in the process, they just continue to move on. [00:30:29] So we're now beginning to, first of all, push back on the fact that we cannot have judges that are anonymous, that are leftists, that are doing everything they can to not stay true to our Constitution. [00:30:43] And we're going to make some changes as we come into first, particularly this coming November. [00:30:47] We have a retention vote. [00:30:49] We're going to get rid of one of these Supreme Court judges. [00:30:51] The other one just resigned. [00:30:53] And a district judge, I call a run out the clock Gibson, that played games the entire year, last two years, to make sure that our legislative body did not have a chance to step in and do their job. [00:31:04] So we're learning from this. [00:31:06] It's going to all turn out just fine. [00:31:08] We have to go through these tough times to realize that we've got to wake up, we've got to hustle, and we've got to fight for our Constitution and our great culture. [00:31:17] I love your positivity. [00:31:19] I can hire you as a motivational speaker to just come into the studio every morning and get me ready to go with my coffee. [00:31:26] Okay. [00:31:27] So we're going to put the map up here. [00:31:28] And I want to, like, we've been really nerding out on these maps. [00:31:32] And I want you to, like, potentially, if you wouldn't mind, just explaining to our audience what happened here. [00:31:39] Because, again, Utah is a supermajority Republican state. [00:31:43] Klein, please pop up the map. [00:31:46] And I want to, like, I want to, like, this. [00:31:48] So this is like the Salt Lake area. [00:31:50] And they just carved up. [00:31:52] This was an advocacy group map that was designed in order to put a single Democrat seat inside of this supermajority state that President Trump won by double digits. [00:32:13] Are you going to put it up? [00:32:14] Yep. [00:32:15] I apologize here. [00:32:16] There we go. [00:32:18] Sorry about that. [00:32:18] We had a slight technical difficulty here. [00:32:21] Thank you. [00:32:22] There it is. [00:32:24] Well, let me just quickly here. [00:32:25] Thank you. [00:32:26] Let me start by saying we are a republic. [00:32:30] We believe in the idea that ignorant and free can never be. [00:32:34] So we educate the populace so they can know and have the right representation showing up and voting for them. [00:32:40] So in the past, for all these years, we've had four districts, and those districts represent urban. [00:32:46] Suburban and rural. [00:32:48] So everybody, all four of us, come ready to understand the entire state. [00:32:52] So we, we represent out the entire people, or people population, and know that we have to be accountable to every fact, every sector of that. [00:33:00] So what these guys did is they decided uh they they uh, they decided to put a together initiative and you hear that the term we're going to be a democracy. [00:33:09] No we, we never have and never will be a democracy. [00:33:12] Uh, we were, we have always been a republic. [00:33:14] We were there on purpose. [00:33:16] Uh now, if you want to go to democracy, look at the French Revolution and you see the guillotine. [00:33:20] Because that's what happens when people are ignorant of the issue, they can become fearful or emotional, and that's what the Democrats want. [00:33:28] So, they have right now that little teeny weeny blue spot is Marxist leftist now. [00:33:34] There's actually somebody that might win that, that is a true Marxist. [00:33:39] It's a Bernie Sanders Marxist, and that is in the heart of Utah. [00:33:43] Now, what happens with this is that the rest of Utah is not represented correctly. [00:33:48] All the other, we're going to have, first of all, one of our votes will be negated every single time, and we don't have the The entire state being represented the way it has been in the past. [00:33:58] So we now understand it. [00:33:59] I think the biggest lesson of this is that we realize now we have a judiciary that people, if they're anonymous, if they're not held accountable, if we don't know what they're doing, there is a tendency of being very entitled and just very cocky. [00:34:11] And our judiciary in Utah cannot, we cannot allow that to happen from this point moving forward. [00:34:17] So I'm anxious, I'll say this. [00:34:19] It's been a tough thing for Utah, and I think we're going to end up, because of what's going across the country, not be counted against our country the way it would have been. [00:34:28] But in the day, Utah is learning from this, and we're going to make sure we get the right type of judges. [00:34:32] I hope our legislative body will also find a way to have everything transparent so we know who they are and we can get them out. [00:34:39] We have our retention vote in November. [00:34:43] The idea, and all Utahans vote no for Pullman and vote no for Run Out the Clock Gibson. [00:34:50] If we can do that, then moving forward, every judiciary from this point will realize that our eyes are on them, they'll be held accountable, and we'll make sure we uphold the Constitution. [00:35:01] Of not only our country but of our great state. [00:35:05] So, you say that these Supreme Court justices that passed this rigged map drawn by a left wing advocacy group that Utah will have an ability to effectively right that court and choose to not retain these other judges. [00:35:22] Is that what they're going to do? [00:35:24] Is that what the state is going to do? [00:35:25] They're going to flip the terms of power with the court? [00:35:28] Yes. [00:35:29] Well, right now, the map is what it is. [00:35:32] So, we have to deal with that. [00:35:33] We're going to have a Democrat and three Republicans that are four Republicans. [00:35:36] But moving forward, as we now know that we have a chance to put our voices forward in November. [00:35:42] In the past, this has not been an issue. [00:35:45] The maps, I mean, the ballots show up. [00:35:47] We see the names and know nothing about them. [00:35:49] Either we keep it blank or just ignore it, not realizing that this is how these people stay in power. [00:35:54] With the Supreme Court, it works this way. [00:35:56] Pullman was brought in three years ago. [00:35:59] If she passes this time, it'll be another 10 years before she'll be held accountable again. [00:36:04] And so that's the way these guys work. [00:36:06] They put on the black robes. [00:36:07] They become legislators and think that nobody's going to touch them because we don't know who they are, what they're doing. [00:36:12] This will change with, first of all, our governor putting in good, solid, conservative, uh, America first, Utah first, uh, Supreme Court judges and American and our Utah constituency understand who they are and hold them accountable every three to ten years. [00:36:30] What so, so they're not going to be able to fix this map before the 2026 election, is that correct? [00:36:37] You're you're you're nailing, unfortunately, we it is what it is. [00:36:40] We have gone from four. [00:36:42] Solid, good conservative districts to three and one Marxist district. [00:36:49] And I said, as tough as that is, and particularly when you see what Utah has always stood for, we have that little spot which says they're trying to turn us into California. [00:37:00] But now that we know it, the upside is now we know we can do something about it. [00:37:04] So I'm excited about that part. [00:37:06] And because what's going across the country, Utah will not have the impact that these people wanted them to have. [00:37:11] They wanted our one seat. [00:37:14] To be part of this, this math, this changeover, this change of power. [00:37:19] It's not going to happen because of everything that's going on right now across our country. [00:37:22] And this remarkable Supreme Court ruling just recently that we cannot segregate people. [00:37:28] Get that? [00:37:28] We cannot segregate people based on color. [00:37:30] Those days are done, Democrats. [00:37:32] So we're back to moving forward big time. [00:37:36] I want to get to that. [00:37:37] I want to zoom out and get to that decision in just one moment because you, Congressman, stand, of course, as a perfect example of the kind of representative, like the. [00:37:48] You stand as like the silver bullet to all of the talking points here because they do want to take your seat away. [00:37:54] They do want to rip power away from you, not because of your skin color, has nothing to do with that, has everything to do with your morality and how you vote and your worldview. [00:38:04] But very quickly here, I can't get my mind off the story of this Supreme Court justice who had this relationship with the attorney that was arguing to get rid of your seat, to deprive you of a seat and to kick you out of Congress. [00:38:20] And the Supreme Court justice. [00:38:22] Effectively, I was sleeping with the attorney that was doing this, the left wing attorney that was representing these advocacy groups. [00:38:31] And she's now resigned. [00:38:35] And I do wonder what do you think of that? [00:38:38] Do you believe that that might potentially be cause for such lack of jurisprudence and such open criminality on the court? [00:38:49] Because, of course, you can't do that. [00:38:51] There are rules, there are laws against these kinds of things. [00:38:54] For good reason, that you could get this judgment thrown out. [00:38:58] What's your take, Congressman? [00:39:00] I don't think that's going to happen. [00:39:01] At the end of the day, she resigned. [00:39:02] So that chapter is closed at this point. [00:39:05] We're now in the middle of our primary. [00:39:08] It is what it is. [00:39:09] And the point I'm making, sometimes we have to go through these real tough times. [00:39:13] We all know what that looks like. [00:39:14] It's times of reflection, it's time for us to sit back and say, okay, what can I do to make sure this doesn't happen again? [00:39:19] So for Utah, we needed this. [00:39:21] Utah needed it in this one way. [00:39:23] We are a remarkable state. [00:39:24] That just takes so much, so many good things for granted because we surround ourselves with other people like ourselves faith, family, free market, education. [00:39:32] We want our kids close. [00:39:33] We want to take chances and go out and build businesses. [00:39:36] We want to draw other people of all backgrounds into our state and have these conversations. [00:39:41] So that's the culture of Utah. [00:39:44] And we didn't know that we're under attack until this happened. [00:39:47] So we're going to have to go through this next two years dealing with a Democrat district. [00:39:53] I'm thinking and I'm hoping, actually, the very worst is they get a Marxist. [00:39:57] Because Utah needs to see what almost happened to us. [00:40:01] We'll get through this. [00:40:02] We'll get this thing turned back around. [00:40:04] We give the power back to the legislative body, which is our Constitution says that our legislation body is what draws the map, not a judge. [00:40:12] A judge can't go and pick out this group and say, I'm going to go with your map and negate everything else the legislators are doing. [00:40:20] So we're learning a great lesson, and we're going to be much stronger in another two years once this is all turned back around. [00:40:26] In the meanwhile, it is what it is. [00:40:30] So it seems like you are strongly campaigning against these justices. [00:40:33] You're going to flip the Supreme Court, and then can I count on you running again? [00:40:37] Congressman. [00:40:37] No, I'll say this. [00:40:40] This has been the greatest six years in terms of impact, in terms of being able to understand the greatness of Utah. [00:40:46] Benny, we were able to pull aside, we did something that's going to be so impactful for our kids, and I'm just so glad to be here with President Trump. [00:40:52] We have choice, school choice across New York State just bought in, just signed into the federal choice process. [00:41:01] We're going to have our kids so smart. [00:41:02] We have the Trump account where kids are going to, by age 18, are going to have income, they're going to have property, they're going to understand. [00:41:09] Financial literacy. [00:41:10] So I'm just so thankful that the last couple of years I've been part of this remarkable shift toward getting our country back as our kids are getting more patriotic. [00:41:19] So this, I think that my time has been a great time. [00:41:23] I'm glad I'm here. [00:41:25] I'm an entrepreneur at heart, so I'm looking forward to seeing how I can continue to have our educational process moving and improving, getting our kids to be the smartest, the most hopeful, patriotic in the history of mankind. [00:41:35] There's never been a better time to do that than with the Trump effect right now. [00:41:38] So I'm excited about being part of that and look back on it in a very positive way. [00:41:42] I'm extremely excited for the future, endorsing you for governor of Utah. [00:41:46] I can't wait. [00:41:47] It's going to be an awesome run. [00:41:48] I'll be your first donor. [00:41:50] We're very excited about it. [00:41:52] So, the Voter Rights Act, this Supreme Court, I would love to just get your opinion on this. [00:41:57] Obviously, Democrats are screaming, they're staging insurrections in Tennessee. [00:42:01] Barack Obama is out banging the drum. [00:42:04] Republicans are getting rid of historically black districts. [00:42:08] I mean, I don't even know what that is. [00:42:10] Like, how do you even argue that in a colorblind society or in a constitutional society where all men are created equal? [00:42:17] Your take on this, Congressman. [00:42:19] You can't argue it. [00:42:20] The key to it is we, from the very beginning, we've had certain things, one of which is becoming a more perfect union. [00:42:27] And a more perfect union, I grew up in the Deep South. [00:42:30] I was 16 years old before I had contact with white Americans. [00:42:34] But I had a remarkable, exciting, patriotic, business run community that believed in our country. [00:42:41] And we believe in education. [00:42:42] And we were excited about the fact that we finally get to a point where we can see each other inside out, not outside in. [00:42:47] Who does it the opposite? [00:42:48] It's Marxists. [00:42:49] Marxists want to divide us in any way they can. [00:42:52] Marxists want blacks to feel that they are not worthy or their background makes them unequal. [00:42:58] And that is not the truth. [00:42:59] So at the end of the day, we're at a point. [00:43:02] I'm so glad it's been way too long that Democrats have gotten away with this, whether it be dividing people up, putting segregated groups of blacks and then making them so miserable, so uneducated that they can control that process. [00:43:15] And Tennessee, think about this. [00:43:16] Tennessee has a district, 19 years, a white liberal. [00:43:20] Has been running this all black district. [00:43:24] That's how crazy this is. [00:43:26] But we're at a point now where he's a white liberal bald midget, actually. [00:43:31] But yes, who eats KFC on the House floor disgustingly with his greasy fingers. [00:43:37] I don't know why. [00:43:38] Steve Cohen, he's a real character. [00:43:41] But he ate black representation, I gotta tell you. [00:43:45] Can I say this? === White Liberal Runs Black District (15:03) === [00:43:46] What I love about where we are, Benny, and this has been a 40, 50 year dream, black America's waking up. [00:43:52] We're starting to see that we need the opportunities everybody else has. [00:43:55] We don't want to be put down, made victims, all that crazy stuff. [00:43:59] And it's exciting to see because once we leave, like I did 40 years ago, we'll never go back. [00:44:04] We then lean in hard to our faith and our families, education, the things that the Republican Party has always said, this is for you. [00:44:12] You can do anything you want to to dream big enough and overcome the obstacles and never feel as a victim. [00:44:17] So that's where we are. [00:44:19] And it's driving the left nuts because they came so close. [00:44:22] They're on a five-yard line, bringing all these folks in that could care less or no way matter our country because they're going to get their votes to or get the number more representative because of illegals in that area, all that's coming to an end, and so they are going nuts to come so close. [00:44:36] And then here comes Trump, and all of a sudden, in American people. [00:44:42] So, we're in a good place, I tell you, I'm excited about that for sure. [00:44:46] Quickly, Congressman, uh, your message to Barack Obama because he's doing now a tour saying that uh, Republicans are uh, racistly deleting black voices and votes. [00:44:57] My advice is, uh, sit this one out, Barack, sit this one out. [00:45:02] The worst president that we're going to look back in history and say ever in the history of our country. [00:45:05] We had an opportunity to bring us together. [00:45:07] This is the time that America said, We want a voice to show that we're not what we were in the past. [00:45:12] And he comes in, he changed our education system, brings his Marxist ideology. [00:45:16] He devises like no other time in history. [00:45:19] We're now back in a sense of people feeling so divided that we're back in the 60s. [00:45:24] And we were so far past that. [00:45:26] So sit this one out. [00:45:28] We have President Trump now. [00:45:30] We're going to leave our country in a much better place for our kids. [00:45:33] Cleaner, safer, more prosperous, and more excited about being American. [00:45:38] So, thankfully, we've turned that chapter in, and Barack is going to be seen for who he is and what he did. [00:45:45] Are you excited about your colleague AOC now leading the polls for president in 2028? [00:45:51] I'm very excited about that. [00:45:52] Yes, for the Democrats. [00:45:55] Right on. [00:45:56] Keep it going. [00:45:57] No, here's the deal. [00:45:59] First of all, let me just say this the reason why I'm as positive as I am is because Heavenly Father is the perfect plan for us. [00:46:05] We're together right now having this conversation and everybody's listening, because we are here, this generation, to bring our country back, and the Republican Party is the party has always been. [00:46:15] So let the Democrats keep leaning as hard left as they can possibly be Marxist, bring up the commonest and socialist. [00:46:22] Go for it, and American people see it for what it is, and as we educate our kids, they will never have a chance to come close to the power they now have. [00:46:29] So yeah, just bring it on AOC. [00:46:31] That's I love love your your, your thoughts, as a Democrat for sure Oh, you should go for it. [00:46:39] You should go for it. [00:46:40] Seriously, girl, you go, girl. [00:46:42] It's yours. [00:46:43] You know, the bartender to president pipeline is strong. [00:46:48] Yeah, it's either AOC or. [00:46:50] Can I say this? [00:46:51] It's one thing about leftists. [00:46:53] When you don't have God, you really do take yourself too seriously. [00:46:59] You're not reading the room. [00:47:00] You're not reading what's going on with other people because you don't care about other people. [00:47:04] And that's the problem with the godless Marxists and communists. [00:47:08] It's all about them, it's all about power. [00:47:10] Is what can I do to make sure everybody sees I am the greatest thing in sliced bread? [00:47:15] Americans are the same different way. [00:47:17] We are givers, we're servers, we empathize. [00:47:20] We want people to come along and be with us. [00:47:22] We want our kids to have a great legacy. [00:47:24] We want our country to be much, much better and freer. [00:47:26] That's who we are. [00:47:27] So, at our very core, and because of our constitution, we will stay at the very core that we're going to continue to move forward. [00:47:34] And that's why miracles like we have right now, we came so close, all of a sudden we're going in a different direction. [00:47:39] We should not be surprised. [00:47:40] It's just kind of our DNA. [00:47:42] We get to a point where we say, okay, enough of this. [00:47:44] We're moving forward now. [00:47:45] I'm going to get back to the real world and getting our kids in a good place. [00:47:49] Yes. [00:47:50] Kamala Harris, man. [00:47:51] It's either AOC or Kamala Harris. [00:47:52] It's going to be very exciting 2028. [00:47:57] Yes. [00:47:58] What would you prefer? [00:47:59] You endorse Kamala Harris right now? [00:48:03] Either one would be fun, but Kamala is precious. [00:48:06] She's special. [00:48:08] So I think Kamala should really find a way to get there, win a primary, to get there, and let's have this debate for sure. [00:48:19] We look forward, Burgess Owens, to having you on the program and as much as possible. [00:48:25] And we just love your positive attitude. [00:48:27] Obviously, the outlook is what we need right now. [00:48:31] There's far too many people in, I don't know, for some reason. [00:48:35] I think it's an op. [00:48:36] I think it's spiritual too. [00:48:38] And it's something that is, that they're trying to like break apart our movement. [00:48:42] We need more positivity, more upbeat energy, and you are the man for it. [00:48:46] God bless you, Barso. [00:48:47] And everybody follow. [00:48:48] I'm just saying, Benny, that's been great listening to you, but it's a real pleasure to talk with you, my friend. [00:48:53] It really is. [00:48:54] It's been fun. [00:48:55] Please come back anytime, and I will personally convince you to run for either Senate or governor on this program live in front of all these beautiful people. [00:49:03] Thanks, Benny. [00:49:05] Good job, Benny Burgess. [00:49:06] All right. [00:49:14] Ladies and gentlemen, we're calling up Jeremy Corbell, which is one of the all time absolute experts, probably the number one expert on Earth with a brand new movie out about UAPs. [00:49:29] And what is going on with the federal government's disclosures of these videos and shots from the lunar surface with all the lights in the sky and the wheel within a wheel? [00:49:43] And are they demons? [00:49:44] Are they aliens? [00:49:45] Are they. [00:49:47] Interdimensional beings? [00:49:49] Were they just like lights that they left on in Stanley Kubrick's set when he was faking the moon landing? [00:49:54] Nobody knows. [00:49:55] We're going to talk to them in just a second. [00:49:56] We're going to call a Patriot. [00:49:57] Patriot Mobile is our cell phone provider at this company. [00:50:01] We love them. [00:50:02] We use them. [00:50:02] We take them everywhere on Earth with us. [00:50:04] We'll be going to Bozeman, Montana later in the week to give a speech. [00:50:07] The Republicans, Montana, very strong state. [00:50:11] We love them. [00:50:12] But Patriot Mobile will follow us everywhere. [00:50:14] They keep us connected, the only Christian conservative wireless provider in the country. [00:50:17] Go to patriotmobile.comslash Benny and call 972 Patriot. [00:50:19] To sign up today, promo code BENNY for a free month of service. [00:50:22] Now, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the program the great and somebody that we wanted to have on the show for quite a while Jeremy Corbell, investigative journalist and co host of the Weaponized Podcast. [00:50:48] Jeremy, welcome to the program. [00:50:50] Hey, Benny, thanks for having me on. [00:50:52] It's been a life's goal and mission of mine to get you on this program to answer some questions because we've had some real characters on this show who I'm not sure know as much as you or at least spent your life trying to understand the phenomena that we can witness, see, sense, and feel. [00:51:17] And they've popped off and they've said some crazy things. [00:51:20] Like Matt Gaetz told us that there are alien breeding programs. [00:51:22] And that went pretty crazy. [00:51:25] JD Vance told us that all the aliens are demons. [00:51:27] And President Trump and Barack Obama have both sort of popped off on aliens and then they did sort of a document dump just a couple of days ago. [00:51:35] And so, given all that, could you please landscape for us what is happening right now when it comes to the intersection of the federal government and disclosures of UAPs? [00:51:47] Right. [00:51:47] I mean, so if people have been paying attention, it's a historic time. [00:51:51] There's been a fight for a long time to get people to be able to testify under oath. [00:51:57] And whistleblowers to say what they've seen, what they know. [00:52:01] It is clear now with this document dump, it was clear before, but now to the average American, it is clear that there has been a cover up, that there are machines that fly with impunity in our restricted airspace, outpace, outmaneuver, and outperform anything that we have. [00:52:17] And this has been going on a long time. [00:52:19] And for 75, 80 years, the government's saying, nothing to see here, move on. [00:52:24] All of a sudden, we see all these documents that are contradictory to that. [00:52:28] Now, people that have been paying attention, You know, they'll know the work that George Knapp and I have done. [00:52:33] You know, we brought forward military filmed footage of what they designate as UAP doing extraordinary maneuvers, things that nothing in our arsenal can do. [00:52:43] They've excluded China, excluded Russia, excluded our own government. [00:52:47] I'm not sure what that leaves remaining. [00:52:49] So the UFO phenomenon is a real physical hardware issue. [00:52:54] But, you know, if you listen to people that testified in Congress, like David Grush, there were biologics, bodies recovered. [00:53:02] Of beings that were operating or piloting some of these craft. [00:53:06] And so this has been going on a long time. [00:53:08] Anybody that tells you they know the full answer, BS, right? [00:53:12] This is such a mosaic. [00:53:14] It's a complex issue, but there are some facts, and we're starting to get some of this information coming out. [00:53:22] Standing from where I am, it's low hanging fruit. [00:53:25] What George Knapp and I have been exposed to, that's what we've been trying to report on, that's what we've been trying to bring out to the public. [00:53:31] And we've successfully done so through our journalism. [00:53:34] You know, last I checked, this is America. [00:53:36] We have freedom of speech, freedom of press. [00:53:38] That is a protected right here in America. [00:53:41] And, you know, I'm really glad to see the government now doing its work. [00:53:45] I do think this is a historic time. [00:53:48] And I do think it's an opportunity. [00:53:50] Nothing is given in this fight, never has been. [00:53:54] Every millimeter has been fought for, it's been provoked. [00:53:58] And so, you know, Sleeping Dog coming out at this exact moment is pretty astounding. [00:54:04] You know, our premiere was on the day of this historic. [00:54:08] You know, disclosure by the United States government. [00:54:10] It was pretty cool. [00:54:11] So here it is, Sleeping Dog. [00:54:13] Perhaps this is a great segue to just chat about this. [00:54:16] It does seem like everything is happening on a perfect timeline. [00:54:19] I'm sure it's predictive programming. [00:54:22] Like I'm just convinced now. [00:54:24] And then, you know, the moment Obama says that aliens are real, but they're not at Area 51, then the brand new trailer for Steven Spielberg's disclosure day drops the next day. [00:54:36] Got it, guys. [00:54:37] Your timing is impeccable. [00:54:39] But here it is. [00:54:40] Here it is, Jeremy. [00:54:41] This is your time to tell us you're fed. [00:54:43] You know, your timing's incredible. [00:54:45] It's coincidental. [00:54:46] You know, it's Sleeping Dog. [00:54:48] I'm sorry, Sleeping Dog. [00:54:49] I do want to promote this. [00:54:52] What is this documentary movie about? [00:54:54] Yeah, man, this documentary was not supposed to happen. [00:54:58] It's super personal, it lets people into my life. [00:55:00] And I wasn't sure I wanted to do that, but everybody kind of convinced me you know, you have to show people your process as a journalist with George, what it is that you've been doing, how you've gotten there. [00:55:11] So the movie itself to me is really about journalism, First Amendment, freedom of speech, the suppression of the voices. [00:55:19] The manipulation by intelligence agencies or the attempted manipulation on journalists, the threats that have come to whistleblowers and including myself and George. [00:55:28] So, we wanted to put it all on the table, all the cards on the table, and just say, look, this is what we do. [00:55:33] This is why we do it. [00:55:35] This is an issue of great importance. [00:55:36] It's the biggest story in human history. [00:55:40] If our government really laid out for our people what it is that's been going on, there's nothing to fear with it. [00:55:47] It's part of nature, it's part of the natural world. [00:55:49] So, this documentary. [00:55:51] Is to provoke. [00:55:53] I mean, you see in this documentary eight glimpses. [00:55:57] When I show some of the process of how George and I keep whistleblowers and data protected, you see me digging out in the desert. [00:56:05] And essentially, what you get from this is eight clips of things the government did not release yet, has not released. [00:56:13] Now, just from a political standpoint, there are 46 videos that Rep Luna and all of Congress wrote this letter to Pete Hegsef and said, look, we want these specific videos. [00:56:25] George Knapp and I did provide those file names and file links to Congress, but we also provided them a whole lot more. [00:56:33] So now there's kind of this call and response opportunity right now, because if they give those 45 videos, because actually George and I in our reporting released one of them called Instantaneous Acceleration. [00:56:46] So if you look at the list, number two is already out. [00:56:48] So it kind of gives you a hint, right? [00:56:50] This is going to provoke. [00:56:52] It is time to put these videos out to the American public, and Congress is dedicated to it. [00:56:57] But the movie's not just about videos. [00:56:59] It really shows that the fight for transparency, freedom of speech, which really means freedom of thought. [00:57:06] Because if we don't have the data, we don't have the information, and we can't talk about it, then we're not going to understand this fabric of reality that we're living in. [00:57:16] I liken it because we have a lot of people of faith on this channel, and I'm one of them. [00:57:21] And then I liken it to I'm not scared of what I find at the bottom of the sea. [00:57:25] Every time James Cameron sends down a damn submarine down there, a submersible, we find a brand new creature. [00:57:31] We find brand new, we don't find hundreds sometimes of brand new fish and things that we didn't know existed. [00:57:36] And they literally are living on this plane, in this water, on this earth with us. [00:57:40] I swim in the ocean, you swim in the ocean, and they're in the ocean too. [00:57:43] Right. [00:57:44] And we find them and they're brand new. [00:57:45] And we've been here thousands of years and they've been here thousands of years. [00:57:48] And that is, you know, that's not scary to me. [00:57:51] It's very interesting. [00:57:52] In fact, it's fascinating to me. [00:57:54] Yeah. [00:57:55] It's exciting. [00:57:56] It's not countervailing to my belief system. [00:57:59] Right. [00:57:59] In no way does it threaten my belief system. [00:58:03] And so that's something that I love your point there. [00:58:06] I love your calming point that, like, this is just the natural order of things. [00:58:10] If you wouldn't mind for us, could you please frame up at least? [00:58:15] Could you bring into focus a bit? [00:58:16] Like, what are we going to see in these 46 videos that everyone keeps banging on about? [00:58:22] Right. [00:58:22] So, the 46 videos is just something that we know the public can see and it would change the conversation. [00:58:30] Imagine this secrecy that's been going on. [00:58:32] Like, why the secrecy? [00:58:33] You know, back 10 years ago, People didn't, it was a matter of belief. [00:58:37] UFOs are not a matter of belief. [00:58:39] It's either true or not true, happens to be true. [00:58:42] You know what they are, where they're from, what the intent is, why so much kind of surveillance and interaction with human beings throughout history. === Secrets Behind Forty Six Videos (13:37) === [00:58:49] We don't really know. [00:58:50] So, these videos, they're kind of a starting point in this way. [00:58:54] The secrecy was created because of weaponization. [00:58:57] Because when our government found stuff that we didn't understand and they're like, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold up, can this be weaponized? [00:59:03] It became this secret race to try to figure out exploitive technologies, derivative technologies through exploitation of these craft. [00:59:11] And again, it's not just me saying it. [00:59:13] We had the head of the DIA's UFO program. [00:59:16] On our show, George Knapp and I did, called Weaponize. [00:59:19] And he admitted that we had an NHI, non human intelligence craft, that they've been exploiting and they breached the whole of. [00:59:26] I mean, look, the jig is up. [00:59:27] The truth is out there now. [00:59:29] But what people will see is data. [00:59:32] And that's been the problem with secrecy. [00:59:33] I understand old school, Cold War, keeping this secret till we figure it out. [00:59:38] But because people now understand that this is going on to some degree, that kind of excuse is out of the way. [00:59:46] So the scientific community. [00:59:47] Has not been able to look at this information to really help out. [00:59:51] You've had a certain very select number of minds on this. [00:59:55] When these videos are released, they're going to engage really smart people around the world. [01:00:00] The internet is going to win again. [01:00:02] They'll be able to help define and look at these technologies. [01:00:06] So that is kind of my hope is that that's the beginning process. [01:00:09] But ultimately, okay, videos of craft, if we get really clear video of one of these crafts, great. [01:00:16] But our government has. [01:00:18] Been exploiting this technology. [01:00:21] They have documents, apparently autopsies, bodies. [01:00:25] So now we're going from, okay, UFOs are real, to like, how much can and how much will they show? [01:00:32] Are they even getting the data after the presidential order from the CIA and all these intelligence agencies that show the best data? [01:00:40] I'm not sure. [01:00:40] But ultimately, if we are given this full disclosure in some way, it just shows that we're part of a larger ecosystem that we were unaware of. [01:00:51] And that is extremely exciting. [01:00:54] We don't know what it means to be a human being if we don't know what we're part of. [01:00:59] And so for me, it's not scary at all. [01:01:02] Whatever the truth may be, wherever the truth lands, I think it's really important as being a human just to understand our place in the universe. [01:01:11] So you believe that the tranche of files that were put out by the federal government at war.gov.ufo, you believe that that's just the first round, that's just not even an appetizer course. [01:01:24] For what's really happening, I got a call right after directly from within the White House and then also from congressional members telling me that's why I kind of broke the story on X because I was like, okay, it's coming tomorrow and there's going to be more. [01:01:37] So they're saying things like, you know, in a few weeks, there'll be another dump of information. [01:01:42] You know, I believe that to be true. [01:01:43] President Trump ordered it. [01:01:45] Obviously, this declassification process works. [01:01:47] People aren't freaking out, they aren't panicking. [01:01:50] And I believe if they continue on this path, they should be putting out more and better data. [01:01:56] But again, Journalism will do the job if they don't. [01:02:01] And we are going to provoke as much as we can truth to the American public. [01:02:08] In your lifetime of research, this phenomenon, do you have any instincts of what is actually happening here? [01:02:18] You seem to have been like sort of bolted down on where your gut says as to what this is, which is an advanced species that has. [01:02:30] Machine craft, you call them machines, machine crafts that are sometimes flown and sometimes crashed here into our orbit and our Earth. [01:02:40] Is that correct, or am I way off there? [01:02:43] They could be crashed, or they're as odd and strange as it sounds. [01:02:48] It's been reported by people within intelligence agencies under oath that there's been some sort of technological agreements. [01:02:56] I have no idea. [01:02:57] As a journalist, right, I try to go for the things that I can prove. [01:03:01] I find the documents, I find the videos, and if they're of public interest, George and I put them out. [01:03:06] The big questions you know, how many species are there? [01:03:10] Where are they from? [01:03:11] Have they just been here a long time hiding from humanity? [01:03:14] I doubt that. [01:03:15] I mean, these machines are so advanced. [01:03:19] Our government, when we've been trying to reverse engineer them, have made very little progress over the last 75 years. [01:03:25] So, if you're asking me the big question, anybody that tells you they know, they don't. [01:03:30] They're guessing. [01:03:31] I can't really guess here. [01:03:32] I just know that, look, why would you make a Ferrari if you're not going to drive fast? [01:03:38] When they've pulled these craft apart, they clearly have a propulsion system that is non reactionary. [01:03:44] So, like rockets to roller skates, you push something out the back and it goes forward. [01:03:47] These craft have utilized a different aspect of physics in order to propel. [01:03:53] So, why would you make something that is possible of traveling amongst the stars if you're not going to do it? [01:03:59] So, that gives me some insight into my understanding of maybe what we're dealing with. [01:04:07] What about, and I never regret asking this question, what have you seen? [01:04:14] Can you please color what have you seen that has sort of made you stand with your jaw agape? [01:04:23] There have been some shocking moments in my investigations. [01:04:27] I think that if what I have seen is put out to the American public, I believe it will be initially shocking. [01:04:35] I do think that it is so hard to trust right now. [01:04:39] It is so hard to trust your own eyes and what you hear from people. [01:04:42] I think there needs to be a large amount of evidence that is put forward to the American people in order for it to really sink in. [01:04:51] You know, I've been exposed. [01:04:52] To a lot, Benny, when it comes over the years of my work. [01:04:56] And some of it you can't trust, but I have really good sources, and so does George. [01:05:01] We've verified a lot. [01:05:02] A lot of it you can trust. [01:05:04] So I guess the short answer to your question, if you're asking, you know, what have I seen? [01:05:08] I've seen absolute convincing evidence that we are being visited or that there are others that are here. [01:05:14] And the intent, where they're from, I don't know those answers, but I know that some people do. [01:05:21] And I know that within our government, Are some of those answers, and the American people don't have just like a right to know. [01:05:27] I think at this point, we have a need to know. [01:05:29] They're here, meaning that they didn't just accidentally crash land and this wasn't some gas station stop, that they're here on purpose and they're living amongst us, Jeremy? [01:05:39] You know, I don't know. [01:05:41] That is something that people claim. [01:05:43] You know, let me give you an example. [01:05:45] In 2004, the Tic Tac UFO event became very, very famous. [01:05:50] A good friend of mine, Commander David Fravor, he chased a UFO for the United States military. [01:05:55] Now, these things were above 80,000 feet. [01:05:58] So, you know, that means essentially space. [01:06:01] And they were dropping down to sea level like that, less than a second, no sonic boom, instantaneously. [01:06:07] But they weren't just dropping down. [01:06:09] They were, the words given to me were docking with, somehow docking with something under the water. [01:06:16] Within intelligence agencies, this is a known secret. [01:06:20] So, they're doing something that was some sort of operation. [01:06:24] So, whatever is going on with these. [01:06:26] Non human intelligence with these craft of unknown origin. [01:06:31] There is a purpose, but what that purpose is, I just don't know. [01:06:36] Fascinating. [01:06:37] Uh, utterly fascinating. [01:06:39] I, I, I'm excited, you know, I'm excited over it. [01:06:44] And I, I do think that this is something that we do have a, maybe a historic opportunity to reveal what the government has been doing. [01:06:54] Some people have made some crazy claims on our show, like there's alien breeding programs. [01:06:58] Have you ever seen anything like that? [01:07:00] So, you know, I've never been briefed into that. [01:07:02] Um, you know, there's a lot out there in the lore of, uh, Of UFOs and what's been going on. [01:07:08] It's been so stigmatized for so long. [01:07:10] I'm really going after the nuts and bolts and trying to build upon that. [01:07:14] Every option is open until we have the core understanding. [01:07:18] That's what I mean by freedom of thought. [01:07:19] Like, if we don't have the information, we can't have debate, we can't have speech, we can't have the scientific community looking at all of this. [01:07:27] And look, this is why, like, really, Sleeping Dog comes at the most perfect time. [01:07:32] Journalism at its best doesn't just report on power, it moves power. [01:07:37] So, if you watch Sleeping Dog closely, it's going to provoke. [01:07:41] More releases. [01:07:42] That was the purpose of why we put it out. [01:07:45] If we keep the pressure on, more records will come out. [01:07:48] And again, I am sure if they show the good stuff, some of it will be shocking. [01:07:53] Final question to you, Jeremy, and everybody needs to go and watch Sleeping Dog is out today, in fact. [01:07:58] And it's again an honor to have you join us. [01:08:00] What would be your word of advice to perhaps somebody at the CIA or the president himself when it comes to the decision to release or not release this? [01:08:13] Because, of course, that's what's going on right now. [01:08:15] Yeah. [01:08:15] You know, what's happening right now is they're saying we can't have our government overthrown. [01:08:20] People can't know this. [01:08:22] If they know this, then they'll know we're not in charge and we're helpless to stop them. [01:08:26] And then the illusion of security will go away. [01:08:28] And so we can't do that, right? [01:08:30] It has to be that we can destroy China at any time. [01:08:33] We can destroy Iran at any time. [01:08:34] We're the world's warlords. [01:08:36] But if we show them this technology or these other beings that can do this and we can't do it, it means we're subservient to them. [01:08:42] Therefore, we lose our power. [01:08:43] And that's, of course, how power structures are built institutionally and always have been. [01:08:49] And so, what happens next? [01:08:53] What's your word of advice to somebody making that decision right now? [01:08:56] Yeah, my simple word of advice is very logical, which is that people are ready to understand this truth. [01:09:03] I understand the secrecy. [01:09:04] I understand why this was held secret for so long. [01:09:08] We are past that. [01:09:10] If America is not first, if we don't do this first, somebody else is going to do it. [01:09:14] Another nation is going to do it. [01:09:16] We're on a good trajectory. [01:09:18] I'm really excited that President Trump has made this order. [01:09:22] But we have to force the intelligence agencies who are just naturally been guarding this for so long to do what has been mandated. [01:09:30] People are not going to freak out. [01:09:32] People are just going to bond and unite more over this. [01:09:35] Whatever the truth ends up being, it is time to tell the American public nobody has the right to keep nature and the natural reality away from humanity and the American public. [01:09:47] So the word of advice is transparency is working. [01:09:50] No one freaked out. [01:09:51] Keep going. [01:09:52] Let it all out. [01:09:53] It is time. [01:09:55] I mean, you know, I can almost understand it, frankly. [01:09:59] Like, I really can. [01:10:00] And I, please don't unsubscribe to the channel, but like, you know, if you're the Aztecs, what would you do to stop Columbus from landing? [01:10:07] Right. [01:10:07] Cause you're over, you know, it's over for you, right? [01:10:10] The moment that it's like, here's the guns and here's the metal armor and you're finished, right? [01:10:15] And here's, here's the smallpox. [01:10:17] You're done, bro. [01:10:19] And so it's like, what would you do to, what would you do to stop Columbus? [01:10:22] And this is like a Columbus moment almost, right? [01:10:24] Am I wrong? [01:10:25] Isn't the correct framing, perhaps, or no? [01:10:27] I don't know, you know, because it's like nothing bad has happened. [01:10:30] Like, this is not something new. [01:10:31] This didn't happen yesterday. [01:10:33] This has been going on throughout our history. [01:10:34] It's been documented all the way since the beginning of recorded human history. [01:10:38] We just have better cameras and sensor systems, and we have more discovery and a technological revolution that's occurred 100 years ago. [01:10:46] So, this is not something new. [01:10:48] So, you know, if others were going to harm us, we would have already been harmed. [01:10:52] There's nothing to fear here. [01:10:54] You know, truth, when you have truth, you can deal with it. [01:10:58] That's what we should be doing right now, dealing with this. [01:11:02] Yeah, it is. [01:11:04] Excite. [01:11:04] I mean, it's just an exciting time. [01:11:07] It's just an exciting time. [01:11:08] I hope that President Trump takes all these 46 videos to Xi Jinping, you know, like today and tells them all about it. [01:11:13] Like, I, you know, I'm excited about it. [01:11:15] I'm thrilled about it. [01:11:16] I love your work. [01:11:18] And I think that everybody needs to go watch Sleeping Dog right now. [01:11:21] You can find it on YouTube. [01:11:22] You'll have the URL in the link in the description. [01:11:25] Here's obviously the promotional poster of it. [01:11:27] Jeremy spent his entire life searching for truth. [01:11:30] And for that, we deeply respect him. [01:11:32] Jeremy, also, you can follow. [01:11:34] Here is his ex account right here. [01:11:37] Obviously, he's just without a doubt the world's expert on this. [01:11:40] I have a sinking suspicion that we haven't seen the end of the UAP UFO question right now. [01:11:47] And Jeremy's going to be the man to answer a lot of questions. [01:11:50] Please follow him. [01:11:51] Godspeed, Jeremy. [01:11:52] Thank you so much. [01:11:53] Thanks for having me on. [01:12:02] Gentlemen, Jeremy Corbell. [01:12:05] What a cool dude. [01:12:06] It's like 50 different follow up questions. [01:12:11] Like, are they even smart? [01:12:12] I don't know. [01:12:14] Are they green? [01:12:14] Are they gray? [01:12:15] Which ones are they? [01:12:16] You know, is it Hillary Clinton? [01:12:20] We'll ask next time. [01:12:21] That was my first interview with Jeremy. [01:12:23] So we'll see, ladies and gentlemen. [01:12:25] We'll see what happens next. === Supreme Court Jurisdiction Issues (15:44) === [01:12:26] Rumble wallet is something that you could use next. [01:13:22] All right, ladies and gentlemen, it's again been a hilariously embarrassing day for Virginia and for Virginia Democrats in particular. [01:13:33] A wonderful day for Republicans in Virginia who've been on our program telling us what the future is going to be. [01:13:41] Ken Cuccinelli is. [01:13:43] One of those individuals. [01:13:44] And so is former Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyarez, who was just on saying that Democrats are going to get laughed off the docket here at the Supreme Court. [01:13:58] Let's listen to this as Ken Cucinelli will be joining us live in just one second. [01:14:02] Here we go. [01:14:04] The United States Supreme Court's going to probably laugh this completely off their docket. [01:14:09] And this is nothing but face saving, Sean. [01:14:11] This was an utter, complete humiliation for Akeem Jeffries and Virginia Democrats. [01:14:16] They just burned $70 million, $10 million of taxpayer money, $70 million in campaign funds. [01:14:23] And listen, if they had just paid attention to the attorney general's opinion I issued last fall saying this is completely unconstitutional under the Virginia Constitution. [01:14:32] And so, no, the Supreme Court, this is nothing but window dressing for them to try to save face with their donors. [01:14:38] This is going to get laughed out by the Supreme Court. [01:14:41] This is a last desperate gasp. [01:14:43] But now what they're trying to do, as you reported, you have this scheme where they essentially want to. [01:14:49] Unconstitutionally removed justices in Virginia. [01:14:51] The Constitution of Virginia says you can only remove justices by impeachment in Virginia, in this case, by arbitrarily lowering the retirement age. [01:15:01] It is an unconscionable scheme. [01:15:04] It shows how little in the rule of law that they've been paying attention to. [01:15:08] Ladies and gentlemen, the man who also held the title of the Attorney General of Virginia, a man who has been on our program correctly predicting this, calling That shot way out to the outfield is Ken Cuccinelli as Babe Ruth moment a couple weeks ago on our program, saying that the Supreme Court of Virginia is going to strike this down and strike it down hard. [01:15:35] And he was right. [01:15:36] Ken Cuccinelli joins us live right now. [01:15:47] Ken, do I got you? [01:15:48] Welcome back to the program. [01:15:50] You do. [01:15:51] Right. [01:15:51] Fantastic. [01:15:52] Thank you so much for joining us on such short notice. [01:15:54] I just, I was like, man, this is a clown show. [01:15:59] It is. [01:15:59] And you called it. [01:16:00] You called it so good. [01:16:01] Notice, right? [01:16:02] They keep making mistake after mistake, and you can't plan for these kinds of mistakes. [01:16:07] They're too stupid, really. [01:16:10] Yeah. [01:16:11] Okay. [01:16:11] So you can't plan for which court you're appealing to the Virginia Supreme Court or the United States Supreme Court. [01:16:18] You can't plan on. [01:16:19] Having to spell the word senator. [01:16:21] Nobody knows how to spell that. [01:16:22] Or Virginia. [01:16:23] I mean, you can't expect these people to do that. [01:16:26] Oh my gosh. [01:16:27] Or a Tony General. [01:16:29] Got that one wrong, too. [01:16:33] And I mean, for your listeners, the misspelling Virginia and stentator instead of senator was in a two page briefing that they slaved over. [01:16:46] So obviously, they were working too hard to pay attention to spell check. [01:16:51] I'm not a big Bill Gates fan, but he can spell Virginia and he can spell Senator. [01:16:57] But apparently, our current Attorney General cannot. [01:17:00] Our Attorney General. [01:17:01] Attorney General. [01:17:02] Okay. [01:17:02] So, a billboard for DEI hires here. [01:17:05] What are the chances of the Supreme Court reinstituting this map? [01:17:11] Zero. [01:17:12] Zero. [01:17:15] You're so far down the road, they aren't even going to entertain this. [01:17:20] You know, I watched Jason say there on the Hannity clip you showed, they'll laugh it out of court. [01:17:27] I know what he was saying, but they won't even get to laughing because the Chief Justice who sits over the Fourth Circuit isn't even going to advance it onto the full court because they don't have jurisdiction. [01:17:38] And you didn't need to go to law school to know this. [01:17:40] You just need to remember your civics class from high school. [01:17:44] State Supreme Courts are the final word on state constitutions. [01:17:50] And that's what this decision was. [01:17:52] And they're trying to. [01:17:53] Desperately say, well, they referred to federal cases. [01:17:58] And for the non lawyers, we refer to cases all over the country that talk about similar subjects that might have useful thinking. [01:18:07] That doesn't mean they govern the outcome of the case we're in. [01:18:11] And that's the situation here. [01:18:14] And so they're hooking on to the fact that they talked about federal cases to suggest to the Supreme Court that there's a federal issue, federal question. [01:18:27] That they have jurisdiction over. [01:18:29] And of course, we have a Supreme Court of the United States that has actually been very particular about not exercising jurisdiction where it does not have jurisdiction, unlike most of the rest of yours and my life from the U.S. Supreme Court, where they just took everything in and it was very political. [01:18:52] That is not what this court does. [01:18:54] And of all justices, I suppose you could get the hardcore conservatives, but the Chief Justice is. [01:19:01] Persnickety about that, and I say that favorably, and I don't always say favorable things about the Chief Justice. [01:19:08] Where does this leave Democrats other than a humiliating ass sheep? [01:19:12] It's been so embarrassing. [01:19:13] It's been a demoralization process, it's been a doom loop. [01:19:18] It's like, why even do this? [01:19:20] It's amazing. [01:19:21] I mean, if you were to script it, you couldn't come up with something worse. [01:19:25] I don't know who the dark arts master is, maybe it's you, Ken, who like convinced Democrats to spend a hundred million dollars in dark money in Virginia. [01:19:33] Lighted on fire right before the midterms. [01:19:35] What a black pill. [01:19:36] They spent more on this referendum than they spent to elect Abigail Spanberger governor of Virginia. [01:19:44] Wow. [01:19:44] Which is incredible, just incredible. [01:19:48] And I mean, if you're one of their donors and the next time they come to you and say, Hey, we've got this great creative idea, we just need you to give us about 20 million. [01:19:59] What's your reaction going to be? [01:20:02] Yeah. [01:20:02] Give me the gasoline, Eddie. [01:20:03] Yeah. [01:20:04] I'll just light it on fire right here. [01:20:08] Oh my gosh. [01:20:10] And, you know, you mentioned the state taxpayer money, but in Virginia, I don't know what other states are like, but in Virginia, the local governments, Are forced to fund the election in their jurisdiction. [01:20:23] So, five to ten million dollars of taxpayer money is only the state part. [01:20:29] The majority of the spending here is local governments who had no say in this unconstitutional trampling. [01:20:38] Um, and they have to run an election for 45 days. [01:20:42] Another gift the democrats have given us is the 45 day election. [01:20:47] What's very funny though. [01:20:49] Is they did get hoisted on their 45 day election petard here. [01:20:53] If the election had only been 15 days and they moved up their, the start of their shenanigans two weeks, they would have pulled this off. [01:21:04] The entire operation is petarded, I think you could say. [01:21:07] It's petarded. [01:21:08] Yes. [01:21:08] I love that. [01:21:09] That's great. [01:21:10] You should go into professional communication. [01:21:13] It's petarded. [01:21:16] It is an unbelievable calamity and clown. [01:21:19] Okay. [01:21:20] So, two quick follow ups. [01:21:22] One is, The New York Times article saying that they're just going to age limit now the Supreme Court retroactively, which I thought is genius. [01:21:31] I was like, this is brilliant. [01:21:32] This is brilliant. [01:21:34] It's amazing. [01:21:35] Every man could do this in his marriage, right? [01:21:37] No, age limits 30 now. [01:21:39] Like every single, like you could do this in Congress. [01:21:42] Age limits 40, right? [01:21:43] You wipe out the entire squad. [01:21:44] Ilhan Omar, AOC, they go packing. [01:21:46] You could do this to the Biden presidency. [01:21:48] The age limit is 81, right? [01:21:50] And Biden's no longer president. [01:21:52] It's so smart. [01:21:53] It's so, you know, the age limit is you have to be sober, and Nancy Pelosi is no longer a speaker to the House. [01:21:57] It's perfect, Ken. [01:21:59] It's perfect. [01:22:00] I love it. [01:22:00] It's a genius move. [01:22:02] I don't know why we don't do it. [01:22:03] It's so smart. [01:22:04] Is it going to work? [01:22:05] It's going to work. [01:22:06] Yeah. [01:22:06] And look, we've got a Marxist General Assembly now, and even they choked on this idea. [01:22:12] And it's not going to work. [01:22:14] It's not going to happen. [01:22:15] It could work, but it's not going to happen. [01:22:19] And first of all, they need a special session. [01:22:22] And there's only two ways to get that two thirds of the General Assembly. [01:22:25] That's not happening because the Republicans won't do it. [01:22:27] Or Governor Spanberger, who's speaking of lighting things on fire. [01:22:32] Pretty much lit herself on fire and all her political capital. [01:22:36] She has cratered her honeymoon numbers faster and farther than any governor of either party in modern Virginia history. [01:22:47] She has lost her popularity and political capital so fast on something that she probably didn't really want to do in the first place. [01:22:55] But once she jumped in, she got in with both feet and she pretty much lit herself on fire. [01:23:02] It's like dropping the Molotov cocktail on yourself before you throw it. [01:23:07] And politically, that's what she's done. [01:23:09] There's no way they get her to call a special session to do something that is even crazier than court packing. [01:23:16] This is court trashing. [01:23:18] We're going to throw the whole thing into the trash and start over. [01:23:23] Yeah, not happening in Virginia. [01:23:25] Okay. [01:23:28] It is amazing because what you've done now is you've taken this. [01:23:32] Is it fair to call Virginia a 50 50 state? [01:23:35] I think it's like probably the single most purple state. in all of America. [01:23:39] It leans blue, and we have Washington, D.C., bipartisan overspending to thank for that. [01:23:45] We used to be a red state, but you keep growing the federal government. [01:23:49] Big government people come, they don't want to live in Maryland. [01:23:52] Maryland stinks. [01:23:53] So they live in Virginia and they keep voting for big government and they keep pushing us farther to the left. [01:23:59] It's a unique political problem in the United States. [01:24:02] And until we get a balanced budget requirement, Virginia is going to keep creeping farther to the left because of the population of Northern Virginia brought in to run this federal government. [01:24:13] But you elect, you just elected a very popular Republican governor. [01:24:17] You served, and you served obviously and ran for governor. [01:24:21] Republicans can win in Virginia and do, and they become. [01:24:24] We're not out of the game here. [01:24:26] Totally. [01:24:26] Right. [01:24:27] And there's a lot of places where Republicans are just a joke, right? [01:24:29] And they're out of the game. [01:24:30] And so I guess like you brought up Spamberger, and it's like you've just proven to millions of voters what you'll do with a scintilla of power, with an ounce of power, you will disenfranchise them. [01:24:44] You know, you will gut your constitution. [01:24:46] You will light all the money on fire. [01:24:48] You'll do everything you can to steal every right that they have, which, I mean, they've done a number on Second Amendment rights, but really the right of like representation is what they were stealing here. [01:24:57] And that's, I think, even more universal and more a bigger crime to take from somebody because it's so fundamental. [01:25:07] And so, yeah, like it just seems like the dumb, the single dumbest political play, this side of like maybe Biden's pull out of Afghanistan, this is like the biggest political backfire I've probably ever seen. [01:25:19] Because you showed your cards for absolutely nothing and then pissed off everyone, motivated every Republican or independent voter in the state against you. [01:25:27] Yeah. [01:25:28] So I think that Americans are, including my fellow Virginians, you know, we don't have these long memories. [01:25:39] I'll set aside the Joe Biden jokes here. [01:25:42] But I don't know that it's going to motivate a ton of people on voting come November. [01:25:50] But I will say this if they want to try it again and try to do it correctly, they're going to have a lot of their own folks to overcome who don't, who felt like they had to take a shower after they went and voted for this Trump derangement syndrome effort. [01:26:07] And they're just not going to do it again. [01:26:09] They're just not going to do it again. [01:26:15] Maybe, I mean, you do talk about short term memory loss. [01:26:17] That's something that you get when you smoke too much weed. [01:26:19] Apparently, Luis Lucas has been smoking tons of weed. [01:26:24] And selling it, right? [01:26:25] Yep, that's right. [01:26:26] Dime bags straight out of the congressional office. [01:26:29] She got herself an FBI raid after, you know, thumping the whole 10 1, right? [01:26:35] F around, find out kind of thing. [01:26:37] And your take on this, what's going to happen here? [01:26:41] What, what it, this, this story is like the story popped and then I haven't heard much about it since. [01:26:46] Yeah, which is classic for investigations. [01:26:49] That investigations, one of my frustrations when I was the attorney general is how slow they can often be. [01:26:54] This one started in the Biden administration. [01:26:57] So, lest anyone think that Donald Trump is out to get Louise Lucas, Louise Lucas more or less invited the attention on herself. [01:27:05] And I served with Louise when I was in the Virginia State Senate. [01:27:09] She's been there a very long time. [01:27:11] She is a very thuggish legislator. [01:27:13] And I think you've seen that with her T shirt sales and everything else. [01:27:20] And what I will say I've enjoyed is watching her lay in to Spanberger publicly. [01:27:27] I mean, talk about no honeymoon. [01:27:29] Louise was on her in like two months, publicly trashing her and treating her like dirt. [01:27:35] And Spanberger's just trying to smile and grin and bear it. [01:27:38] So she's a real gift to the Republican Party. [01:27:42] I gave her Republican of the Week last week between the FBI investigation and her incompetence in bringing forward this gerrymandering effort. [01:27:55] I thought she really deserved Republican of the Week. [01:27:57] I couldn't think of any Republican that served Republicans better than Louise Lucas had last week. [01:28:04] And I think. [01:28:06] Based on my experience, and now I'm sort of putting my prosecutor's hat on, the FBI doesn't move forward. === Lawyer Pronouns and Investigations (04:10) === [01:28:11] They have a 95% conviction rate. [01:28:13] They don't move forward unless they're very confident of what they have. [01:28:17] There have already been arrests made, and I expect to see some rolling up, which is the usual prosecutorial approach. [01:28:29] And she is up the chain from the people who were initially busted. [01:28:35] So, and her business partner has been. [01:28:40] Been being investigated for a while as well. [01:28:43] So things don't look really good right now for Louise Lucas. [01:28:49] And, but, you know, if you're her lawyer, you're about to make a lot of money. [01:28:56] So, and, but I know where she should not go to get a lawyer. [01:29:01] And it's the same people who advise them that this referendum was a great idea. [01:29:09] And frankly, One of the fun things I've been doing is, you know, the Senate Majority Leader, not Louise Lucas, a guy named Scott Serval has been, well, dozens of lawyers told us this was a perfect event. [01:29:19] I'm like, name them, name them, name them. [01:29:22] Of course, Scott's a lawyer himself. [01:29:24] He's not a very good lawyer, but I have a funny feeling none of those lawyers live in Virginia and that they may be easily found on the Mark Elias who we are webpage at that law firm. [01:29:37] So, but Louise should look elsewhere for counsel for her personal. [01:29:44] Requirements going forward, I think that would be very advisable for Louise. [01:29:48] Uh, my one criticism of your commentary there, Mr. Attorney General, is that in the state of Virginia, they're not called lawyers, they're called attorneys. [01:29:59] And so, please use the correct pronouns because that's offensive, right? [01:30:04] Please use the correct pronouns for a legal professional. [01:30:07] It's an attorney, and Louise Lucas is a senator, and I'm a former senator and a former attorney general. [01:30:17] And I live in Virginia. [01:30:20] Wow, I had never put all three together and personalized them like that. [01:30:24] But I guess I live in all of J. [01:30:27] It's like you're giving a Biden speech, dude. [01:30:29] Yeah, it's like you're giving a Joe Biden speech. [01:30:34] So look for the Supreme Court to do nothing by Friday. [01:30:38] The Chief Justice has already not entered the immediate administrative stay requested by the Attorney General of Virginia. [01:30:49] And that. [01:30:50] Obviously, indicates that he doesn't think this is going anywhere. [01:30:54] He did invite the Republicans to respond. [01:30:59] I'm not sure they really need to, but they will because when the Chief Justice asks you for a submission, you provide it and then look for the application to simply be denied on Friday. [01:31:12] That's Ken's schedule this week for the Attorney General. [01:31:17] Well, you have been dead on. [01:31:19] Babe Ruth calling it from home plate directly to the outfield. [01:31:24] This is you. [01:31:24] I'll make that meme actually today. [01:31:27] And we appreciate you, Mr. Attorney General. [01:31:29] Thank you so very much for always being willing to pop on and give our listeners and our viewers very accurate information. [01:31:38] And we look forward to the fight for Virginia. [01:31:42] Amen, brother. [01:31:43] That fight goes on. [01:31:44] So I hope you can participate in it. [01:31:47] Follow Ken. [01:31:47] Here's his social media right now up on your screen. [01:31:50] The man who is saving Virginia, ladies and gentlemen, the republic for which it stands. [01:31:57] Thank you very much, Ken. [01:31:58] See you. [01:31:59] Good to be with you. [01:32:08] Democrats need better attorneys. [01:32:10] They could, people say, like, this sounds like it was written by ChatGPT. [01:32:14] ChatGPT wouldn't make these mistakes. [01:32:16] ChatGPT wouldn't be misspelling this. [01:32:20] It's worse. [01:32:20] It's actually technically worse. === Democrats Need Better Attorneys (04:35) === [01:32:22] If you're looking for good people, ZipRecruiter is the place where you should be looking if you want a good fit for the job. [01:33:31] Here's, ladies and gentlemen, your historic white pill for the show. [01:33:37] Here we go. [01:33:37] We always want to end on positive news. [01:33:39] Here's the white pill. [01:33:49] I love that one. [01:33:50] DOJ weighing new criminal case against Dr. Fauci despite Biden's auto pen pardon and statute of limitations has run out. [01:33:56] Very sad. [01:33:57] Dr. Fauci on Monday survived a five year legal deadline to face criminal charges for lying to Congress. [01:34:05] Very sad. [01:34:06] He wasn't charged for that. [01:34:08] Fauci testified in a Senate committee that he did not fund gain of function. [01:34:13] They should have charged him anyway. [01:34:15] I totally agree with Mike Davis here. [01:34:16] They should have just broken Dr. Fauci. [01:34:19] And made him prove it, right? [01:34:21] Prove the power of your immunity in your auto pen. [01:34:24] The country's former top infectious disease official could still face potential charges for lesser known, contested testimony or for alleged conduct stretching closer to the present day, such as conspiracy insiders say, even though the best known alleged crime went uncharged. [01:34:42] They are rolling up Dr. Fauci's co conspirators. [01:34:46] People are getting charged that were in his orbit, including his number two. [01:34:51] So, we'd really like to see this happen. [01:34:53] So, please, I beg of you, do this. [01:34:56] Somebody who wrote famously that my pronouns are arrest Fauci, my pronouns are arrest Fauci, is heading to China. [01:35:04] That's Elon Musk. [01:35:05] Elon Musk will join Trump in China. [01:35:07] So, get ready for more little X content. [01:35:10] I don't know, not sure. [01:35:12] Those are my, those are inarguably my favorite days at the White House, was little X bopping around and jumping around Donald Trump. [01:35:19] Elon Musk will be in China starting today. [01:35:23] With the president. [01:35:24] And this is, of course, a big time W for Donald Trump. [01:35:28] We want the team back together. [01:35:31] We need the team back together. [01:35:33] Elon Musk is funding the GOP in historic and record numbers. [01:35:38] He is going to be the world's first trillionaire. [01:35:41] And, ladies and gentlemen, he is also the only man who operates an independent auto manufacturing facility in China, in Shanghai. [01:35:50] So, he definitely has his bona fides, as they say. [01:35:56] And so we're excited about that. [01:35:59] I have a feeling that that's going to be the flavor of the show for the next couple of days. [01:36:03] There's some very interesting things that can happen. [01:36:05] Will Xi Jinping be there? [01:36:07] Remember President Trump meeting with Xi Jinping all those many years ago? [01:36:11] It was fun, it was interesting, it was dynamic. [01:36:13] We love seeing the president on the world stage, and we'll look for opportunities to go live, just like we did with President Trump's Middle East tour that he did a couple of months ago. [01:36:22] That was a blast. [01:36:23] The Camelcade, of course, something that is famous. [01:36:26] On this program that we are obsessed with, when they do a motorcade filled with camels. [01:36:30] Very, very fun. [01:36:31] Okay. [01:36:32] We already gave you our historic, we already gave you another historic white pill, but the which party will win the Senate has flipped hard for Republicans. [01:36:43] Which party will win the Senate in 2026? [01:36:46] Republican Party now at 55%, and Democrats at 47%. [01:36:52] A great way to kick off your Tuesday here today. === Benny Sharp Brings Liberty Light (02:48) === [01:36:57] Be strong and courageous, says the book of Joshua. [01:37:01] Do not be afraid. [01:37:22] We just have to defeat them all. [01:37:25] I don't know if we can defeat the aliens. [01:37:27] I don't know. [01:37:27] I'm not sure. [01:37:29] I don't know. [01:37:30] There are some people that attack me from the Christian right, of which I consider myself a member, that say that there's no such thing as UFOs and there's no such thing as aliens. [01:37:41] And so we look forward to actually having that debate. [01:37:44] I'd really like to have that debate, in fact, and give credit to both sides. [01:37:49] I don't know what you think, but I'm telling you that when it comes to me, nothing's going to shake or rock my faith because I know that it is rock solid.
