The Benny Show - Benny Johnson - 🚨James Comey ARRESTED as DOJ to SEIZES Comey Book Profits | Fauci Arrest 'Soon...' Dem Doomsday... Aired: 2026-04-30 Duration: 01:23:22 === Former FBI Director Turns Himself In (05:56) === [00:01:07] The former FBI director is now facing federal charges for posting 8647 on Insta. [00:01:13] Today, he turned himself in. [00:01:15] But nothing has changed with me. [00:01:17] I'm still innocent. [00:01:19] I'm still not afraid. [00:01:20] And I still believe in the independent federal judiciary. [00:01:23] So let's go. [00:01:25] But it's really important that all of us remember this is not who we are as a country. [00:01:31] This is not how the Department of Justice is supposed to be. [00:01:34] We agree, James. [00:01:35] The Justice Department is supposed to enforce the law. [00:01:38] Trump could have had his head blown off Saturday. [00:01:40] The gunman heard Trump was a threat from somewhere. [00:01:43] Someone called him a Russian traitor and a sexist white supremacist for years. [00:01:48] America's top lawman put a message out 86 Trump. [00:01:52] And Democrat donors keep trying to. [00:01:55] But the left thinks the FBI director is just an artist. [00:01:59] That is not a threat. [00:02:00] That is a piece of art your aunt with a beach house would buy on Etsy. [00:02:05] This was seashells on a beach. [00:02:08] This wasn't a direct threat to assassinate the president. [00:02:11] I can almost guarantee you. [00:02:12] We're talking about seashells on a beach. [00:02:16] We're not just talking shells, Ribs. [00:02:20] 86. [00:02:20] You know what 86 is? [00:02:21] It's a mob drone for kill them. [00:02:23] You know? [00:02:24] You ever see the movies? [00:02:26] 86 them. [00:02:27] The mobster says to one of his wonderful associates, 86 them. [00:02:31] That means kill them. [00:02:33] Vegas mobsters use the term if you needed someone gone. [00:02:36] You drive eight miles out and dig six feet deep. [00:02:40] You think the FBI director doesn't know that? [00:02:42] It's his job to know that. [00:02:44] We confronted him about it after it happened. [00:02:46] Watch. [00:02:47] Thank you for coming. [00:02:48] Great to meet you. [00:02:50] Hello. [00:02:51] Director Comey. [00:02:51] Yeah. [00:02:52] How are you? [00:02:52] Thank you. [00:02:53] Jesse Waters from Fox has a question. [00:02:55] Yeah. [00:02:55] Why are you on an 86 Trump? [00:02:59] All right. [00:03:02] Director? [00:03:03] I'm not taking questions like that, man. [00:03:07] Why would you post that? [00:03:11] Director Comey? [00:03:12] How was your interview with the Secret Service? [00:03:16] You want the book signed, really? [00:03:17] Absolutely. [00:03:18] Okay. [00:03:18] You got it, bud. [00:03:21] Can you sign my seashell, too? [00:03:24] Which beach is this that you're going to? [00:03:25] You find a Kamala seashell, 8647. [00:03:28] This is a politically charged beach, Darren. [00:03:30] I will. [00:03:31] You want to sign it? [00:03:35] I have a name. [00:03:35] Thank you. [00:03:35] Thank you. [00:03:36] Have a good night. [00:03:37] Have a good night. [00:03:38] Thank you. [00:03:38] Good night, director. [00:03:40] The left's violent. [00:03:41] Polls show they even believe violence is justified to win elections. [00:03:45] Carville's knocked back so much tequila. [00:03:47] That bald little crawdaddy is downright sadistic. [00:03:51] I do not want that man to die. [00:03:54] I want to watch him suffer. [00:03:55] And I can't watch a dead person suffer. [00:03:59] After President Reagan was shot in '81, the world hit pause. [00:04:02] They delayed the Oscars because celebrating didn't feel right. [00:04:06] Now the president's ambushed, and they don't condemn it, they justify it. [00:04:11] The Trump administration has caused so much pain to people's everyday lives that some folks are fed up and willing to risk it all. [00:04:18] Simple as that. [00:04:19] And if you're going to talk about anybody toning down violent political rhetoric, start with the president. [00:04:25] I'm Donald J. Trump. [00:04:33] All right, ladies and gentlemen, we have a stacked show for you today. [00:04:37] We're also traveling today. [00:04:39] So we're going to be rip roaring as we want to make an announcement that sucks this morning, which is that YouTube is cracking down on AI. [00:04:49] And I didn't want to do this live on the show, but it just is a reality that YouTube has been demonetizing an enormous number of creators for using AI. [00:04:57] And so we're trying to get guidance from them. [00:05:00] On how to integrate that with our colds. [00:05:03] We love our colds. [00:05:04] We want to figure out some way to move forward with them. [00:05:07] But nonetheless, on today's show, we're putting that on pause and we apologize. [00:05:13] Everyone knows that we love Jerry and we are the only show on the internet, I think, with an in house meme team. [00:05:20] And so that's just the explanation for today's program. [00:05:24] Nonetheless, we are moving forward with some incredible news out of the administration over the last 24 hours. [00:05:32] We now know why. [00:05:34] James Comey was arrested. [00:05:36] It wasn't just the seashells on the seashore. [00:05:40] There was so much more. [00:05:41] Our stack show today will include Senator Ron Johnson, Savannah Hernandez, who just had the DOJ return some indictments against Libs, who attacked her, and Jack Posobick, who has the scoop on James Comey. [00:05:54] Today is Thursday, April 30th, 2026. [00:05:57] My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show. [00:05:59] Blackout Coffee keeps our blood boiling, especially when you are able to see the Criminal nature of the deep state and fight it, and fight it we do every single day. [00:06:21] The caffeine pill that I take, it's not a pill at all. [00:06:24] It's the fresh brewed, delicious, patriotic coffee of Blackout. [00:07:00] Support American jobs. === Obama Brags About Political Process (15:01) === [00:07:03] Again, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to be traveling to Texas later today. [00:07:07] It's going to be an exciting day. [00:07:11] We have America First Policy Institute. [00:07:12] We're going to be hosting a rodeo in Texas later tonight. [00:07:16] I mean, I don't know. [00:07:17] Am I like a rodeo guy? [00:07:19] I mean, I don't really, I don't own a pair of cowboy boots. [00:07:21] That's not really the country that I come from. [00:07:24] So maybe. [00:07:25] Apparently, I'm going to get a cowboy hat tonight. [00:07:28] And we look forward to seeing you there in Dallas, Fort Worth, if you're there. [00:07:31] The Cowtown Coliseum is where we're going to be. [00:07:36] It's going to be a rocking good time. [00:07:37] We're excited for it. [00:07:38] And we are uplifted by the current news cycle. [00:07:41] It is. [00:07:42] A particularly enjoyable news cycle. [00:07:44] And this is what brings us to our first white pill of the day. [00:07:48] Let's go. [00:07:57] We ratioed Barack Obama. [00:08:03] That's what it is. [00:08:03] We ratioed Barack Obama. [00:08:06] There is, I don't know if it's exactly like a ratio, but Barack Obama complained yesterday that he can't be racist anymore. [00:08:14] And that's what the Supreme Court ruled. [00:08:15] We covered this live on the program. [00:08:17] The Supreme Court says you're not allowed to be a dirty racist and draw your congressional districts based on how many Black people are there. [00:08:24] And this seems like, wait a second, we were doing what? [00:08:27] Yeah, that's exactly what Democrats have been doing. [00:08:29] They've been doing it across the country. [00:08:31] There are many dozens of districts that have been drawn based on Section 2 of the Voter Rights Act, some of them in Pennsylvania, some of them in Washington State, some of them in Colorado, some of them in Texas, that have been drawn based on lawsuits from people saying, oh, you're going to disenfranchise this Section 8 person here who's never even voted, right? [00:08:53] They've created congressional ghettos. [00:08:54] And that's exactly what Barack Obama is doing. [00:08:57] He complained about it. [00:08:58] It must be exhausting, by the way, because last week Barack Obama was hyping. [00:09:04] An abomination of a map to Virginia that looks like you grabbed a meth head off the street, gave him Parkinson's disease and ALS and Lou Gehrig's, put him in the back of a shopping cart, rolled him down a mountainside and told him to draw a congressional district. [00:09:20] And that's what Barack Obama created. [00:09:22] Give me those districts, by the way. [00:09:23] I don't think I have them loaded up. [00:09:24] Give me those congressional districts. [00:09:25] So Barack Obama was hyping last week the single worst gerrymander in the history of America. [00:09:32] I think that what they did to Virginia. [00:09:34] Was because Virginia has so few seats, was arguably worse than what's happened in California. [00:09:39] Virginia has, I think, 10 seats, right? [00:09:41] They were the most even, actually the most evenly allocated congressional seats. [00:09:46] And Barack Obama came in with his communists and with George Soros money. [00:09:50] 97% of the dollars, dark money spent in Virginia, came from outside of the state. [00:09:55] And they went in there to rig it. [00:09:56] And of course, they rig it with mail in ballots from foreign criminals. [00:10:01] And Barack Obama was hyping, boom clap, cheerleading that all weekend. [00:10:06] And now suddenly Barack Obama's against Jerry. [00:10:08] It must be exhausting. [00:10:09] At the very least, you and I have a compatible, comprehensive, defendable worldview. [00:10:18] Like we have a conscience that's applicable. [00:10:23] In this situation, it's pretty obvious. [00:10:25] We think that all men are created equal, kind of like how the Constitution says. [00:10:30] And we don't think that you should draw boundaries and congressional ghettos based on people's skin color. [00:10:36] And that's what Barack Obama wanted to do. [00:10:38] That's why the ruling yesterday, 6 30, in the Supreme Court was so important. [00:10:44] Here, we get that Virginia map. [00:10:45] Look at this thing. [00:10:46] Look at this thing. [00:10:47] Jeez. [00:10:48] So, this is what Barack Obama wanted to. [00:10:52] Oh, I got it. [00:10:55] Here's what he did. [00:10:57] So, this is Barack Obama. [00:10:59] So, this was Virginia. [00:11:01] Pretty tight. [00:11:03] In fact, according to nonpartisan congressional raters that run the data on this kind of stuff, this was the best drawn. [00:11:11] Fairest maps in the country, they said in Virginia. [00:11:15] And Democrats went and did this to it doing these squirrely little tentacle lines all the way up here to all the people who were fired by Doge, all of the wine moms and SSRI bureaucrats, all the Dr. Fauci scientists. [00:11:34] And so every single district now carves way up there in order to get the embittered left wing. [00:11:41] SSRI got their ass fired by Doge, communist vote. [00:11:48] And then they wrecked Virginia. [00:11:49] So this was what Barack Obama was bragging about doing just last week. [00:11:53] And now he's crying about partisanship. [00:11:57] What a jackal, this guy. [00:11:59] Can he go away? [00:12:00] Like, I just can't you go away? [00:12:04] What, like, how long have you lived? [00:12:06] I'm nearly 40. [00:12:08] I've lived through a lot of presidencies. [00:12:10] I've never seen a president stick around like a maligned tumor, like Barack Obama. [00:12:17] What is he still doing this for? [00:12:19] We all know what he's doing it for. [00:12:21] These people, they have no lives outside of power. [00:12:23] Communism is their religion. [00:12:25] They don't believe in God. [00:12:26] They believe that God is the government. [00:12:27] They believe that they are God. [00:12:29] If you want to create congressional ghettos using black people as pawns to rig power for more race communism, if white people did this, you'd burn all the cities down. [00:12:37] It's wrong. [00:12:38] It's illegal. [00:12:38] It's unconstitutional. [00:12:39] In a republic, we have a rule of law, not a rule of race. [00:12:42] Boom. [00:12:43] 47,000 likes on this, 4,000 repos. [00:12:47] Barack Obama. [00:12:48] It's not exactly a ratio, but it's good enough for me. [00:12:53] I think it's the most smoked comment. [00:12:57] Barack Obama yesterday. [00:12:58] And that makes us happy. [00:13:00] The ruling yesterday, of course, was to get rid of a cancer like this. [00:13:04] It's a better representation, ladies and gentlemen, is right here. [00:13:09] This was the district in Louisiana that Democrats forced through lawsuits to buy, to force through lawsuits the Republicans in Louisiana to create. [00:13:31] Is there any explanation for this? [00:13:32] It looks literally like a bacterial virus. [00:13:36] There is no explanation for this. [00:13:39] I have great thanks for our Supreme Court, and you should too. [00:13:45] Without President Trump, we wouldn't have the Supreme Court. [00:13:47] We wouldn't have this ruling. [00:13:49] Now the South has the potential to add a net 27 seats to Republicans. [00:13:57] Florida went ahead and got busy. [00:14:01] And started doing exactly that just yesterday. [00:14:04] The Florida maps were passed. [00:14:07] Looks more like this now that out of a positive four seats for Republicans, passed the House and the Senate, and Ron DeSantis set to sign it in today. [00:14:19] So, this is why this is your historic white pill. [00:14:21] This is why we're leading the show with this story today. [00:14:24] We are winning on all fronts at the moment. [00:14:27] It just goes to show the demoralization op that we did not fall for. [00:14:32] Thank you. [00:14:34] On here is not reflective of political reality. [00:14:36] In fact, it is an inverse barometer. [00:14:41] Democrats decided to shriek and scream and cry about it. [00:14:46] You can see here, this is what they did in the Florida Statehouse. [00:14:49] Because they are theater kids, they're not serious. [00:14:52] They have to get bullhorns. [00:14:53] Expect more of this. [00:14:55] This is what's going to happen all across the country as you realize that the Democrat Party isn't a real party. [00:15:01] It is a party that the last real Democrat election was in 1984. [00:15:06] When they just won Minnesota and they realized that they'd lost the white working class forever, that's when Democrats decided to pivot and bring in infinity theater kids and criminal aliens to make up their entire base of support. [00:15:21] It's been a humiliation practice for Democrats. [00:15:25] Nothing better, though, than what happened with Hakeem Jeffries yesterday. [00:15:29] In this poorly lit, mewling cry fest inside of the house, here's Hakeem Jeffries. [00:15:40] Affirmative action is gone. [00:15:43] Diversity is gone. [00:15:44] We're at a point where affirmative action is gone. [00:15:48] Diversity is gone. [00:15:50] Equity gone. [00:15:51] Inclusion gone. [00:15:53] Racial tolerance gone. [00:15:55] The Voting Rights Act largely gone. [00:15:57] But guess what, extremists? [00:15:59] We're still here. [00:16:01] And we're not going anywhere. [00:16:04] And we believe in this country. [00:16:06] Not a perfect country. [00:16:08] Diversity's gone, says the first black minority leader of the House, standing on a stage with the most black members of Congress we've ever had in history. [00:16:21] Diversity's gone, he says. [00:16:25] We demand to be taken seriously. [00:16:27] That's the Association of the Wizards, whatever the arrested development meme is. [00:16:32] We demand to be taken seriously. [00:16:34] Here it is. [00:16:38] So things are moving very, very quickly, ladies and gentlemen. [00:16:41] Major news out of. [00:16:43] The Senate this morning, and we'll have Senator Ron Johnson joining us in just one second. [00:16:48] ALX, let me know that everything is set and ready to go. [00:16:51] Yeah, it's going to be you. [00:16:53] Sorry, bud. [00:16:53] Yep, it's going to be you. [00:16:57] Major news out of the Maine Senate race this morning Janet Mills, she's the governor of Maine, she dropped out of the Senate race. [00:17:05] She had a decent chance of winning, and now the Maine Senator race has swung to the right. [00:17:12] The person who now will be in charge of holding up the Democrat banner in the Senate. Is a guy named Graham Planter. [00:17:19] Graham Planter's claim to fame is that his Nazi tattoo has been covered up. [00:17:25] Maine Senator candidate Planter says tattoo, Nazi symbol, has been covered. [00:17:31] So they're sending their best. [00:17:33] Graham Planter, also, according to the Senate Republicans, has an exciting internet history of comments. [00:17:39] They just released this ad. [00:17:41] I want to get Senator Ron Johnson, who's ready to join us in just one moment, to respond to this. [00:17:47] A dramatic greeting of Graham Plattner's Reddit comments. [00:17:51] Holy f. [00:17:52] How about people just take some responsibility for themselves and not get so fed up they wind up having sex with someone they don't mean to? [00:17:58] Rape is a real thing. [00:17:59] This is a Democratic Party. [00:18:00] You're so worried about it to buy Kevlar underwear. [00:18:02] You think you might not get blacked out fed up around people you aren't comfortable with. [00:18:07] Why don't black people tip? [00:18:09] I work as a bartender and it always amazes me how solid this stereotype is. [00:18:14] Living in white rural America, I'm afraid to tell you they actually are. [00:18:18] I got older and became a communist. [00:18:21] Still got the guns though. [00:18:22] I don't trust the fascists to act politely. [00:18:25] I did used to love America, or at least the idea of it. [00:18:29] These days, I'm pretty disgusted by it all. [00:18:32] Feel free to back it up with facts. [00:18:35] This was the gayest, not in a fun, dick sucking way thing I've ever seen. [00:18:40] This has been a dramatic reading of Graham. [00:18:44] So, joining us live right now, somebody who, well, if Democrats vote for Graham Platner. [00:18:55] Would have to share an office with, or at least a building, is Senator Ron Johnson, who also has some major breaking news this morning on Dr. Fauci and the COVID cover up. [00:19:04] Please welcome back to the program the esteemed Senator from Wisconsin, Ron Johnson. [00:19:19] Senator, thank you so much for being here. [00:19:21] Good morning. [00:19:22] A little bit. [00:19:23] I got a feeling that Susan Collins is pretty happy this morning. [00:19:27] Although, you know, I'm highly concerned that guy gets elected to the Senate. [00:19:32] I mean, they elected Adam Schiff. [00:19:34] That's right. [00:19:35] Democrats will do some pretty outlandish things nowadays. [00:19:38] The, you know, radical left is a pretty powerful group. [00:19:42] Yes, that's right. [00:19:43] Okay. [00:19:44] So just your quick take on this. [00:19:46] Obviously, this man is unhinged. [00:19:49] He said very disparaging things about gay people, black people, all people. [00:19:54] He has a Nazi tattoo. [00:19:56] He's a communist. [00:19:59] Yeah, I'm waiting for Barack Obama to disavow him, right? [00:20:03] Like, wouldn't this be the way to go, right? [00:20:06] If you're against violence, you'll disavow Jay Jones, who says he wants to kill Republican children as the Virginia attorney general. [00:20:13] You'll obviously disavow the Nazi communist guy who hates black people, right? [00:20:17] Who's running for Senate as a Democrat in Maine. [00:20:20] Right, I know Maine's a beautiful state. [00:20:22] I think the people in Maine are reasonably moderate. [00:20:24] I mean, evidence the fact that they elect Republicans and Democrats, and regardless who they elect, they're generally moderate members. [00:20:33] I've got to believe that the people in Maine would reject somebody like this if they fully understand who he is and what his record is. [00:20:41] And my guess is Susan Collins and the NRC will put a few dollars behind making sure that folks in Maine know who this fellow is. [00:20:50] Yeah. [00:20:51] Okay, so real quickly, the Voting Rights Act ruling yesterday obviously, that was the talk of the entire day. [00:20:59] Everybody melting down, Chuck Schumer melting down, losing their minds. [00:21:04] Your take on this, Senator? [00:21:06] We think it's a joyous thing that you can no longer be racist in drawing congressional districts. [00:21:13] What you're making is a congressional ghetto by doing that. [00:21:16] You shouldn't be able to do that. [00:21:17] It's illegal, it's unconstitutional. [00:21:19] That's what the court ruled. [00:21:20] The best way to stop being racist is to stop doing racist things, right? [00:21:25] Well, again, I don't always agree with Chief Justice Roberts, but that was his quote. [00:21:30] If you want to stop discriminating, discrimination by racial, on a basis of race, stop discriminating on the basis of race. [00:21:38] I mean, that's pretty much his quote. [00:21:40] It's just true. [00:21:41] So stop doing it. [00:21:43] So I think this is a very good sign. [00:21:44] It was a correct decision. [00:21:47] Our Constitution basically let states run their elections, they let states, the state legislature, figure out how to apportion the districts based on the census. [00:21:56] The census apportions how many seats they get, then the states take it from there and figure out how many you draw your districts. [00:22:03] And that's going to be a political process. === Federal Records and Racial Discrimination (02:56) === [00:22:05] There's no doubt about it. [00:22:06] What the Supreme Court has just said is okay, fine, it's a political process, but you can't make those decisions based on race. [00:22:14] Do it based on whether the Republicans, Democrats, you can do it on a partisan basis. [00:22:19] You just can't do it on race. [00:22:20] So it's certainly not the end of the world. [00:22:22] It's in the right direction. [00:22:24] It's returning some constitutional protections for everybody else. [00:22:30] So, constitutional protections for us during COVID was that at the very least, we thought our medical professionals and those who were making the big decisions would certainly not have created the COVID virus, loosed it on us, used bioweapons, 9 11 Patriot Act funds in order to create these viruses illegally offshores. [00:22:51] But then, at the very least, if they were doing all that, Senator, they'd keep the evidence and not destroy it. [00:22:58] And that's what we found now in the Dr. Fauci. [00:23:02] Scientists' indictment and arrest earlier this week, Dr. David Morin's. [00:23:08] Can you please fill us in on that? [00:23:09] Your office, of course, is critical in the understanding of this because you have been the tip of the spear. [00:23:15] And I think you have new reporting out just this morning on this, correct? [00:23:18] Well, first of all, I got to give a huge shout out to my staff who, you know, years ago with our investigation, we weren't getting any documents from the Biden administration, none. [00:23:29] But, you know, we requested documents from some of the universities like UNC Chapel Hills and other universities. [00:23:35] This one came out of the University of Texas. [00:23:37] We got a document production of about 115,000 pages in response to our oversight request. [00:23:44] And my staff, Picked the needle out of the haystack out of the 115,000 pages, they found that email, David Moran's. [00:23:52] I mean, we didn't know anything about David Moran's. [00:23:54] You know, how they found it, it's remarkable. [00:23:57] But that was the email where he was bragging the fact that he had this, his FOIA lady had taught him how to make emails disappear. [00:24:06] And, you know, if you're going to send anything sensitive, send it to my Gmail. [00:24:09] Now, that's in direct violation of the federal records law. [00:24:12] You know, basically saying he knows how he's destroying federal records, he's avoiding it. [00:24:16] So, again, we, of course, turn that. [00:24:19] Over to the inspector general under the Biden administration, they did nothing. [00:24:24] That inspector general's office took President Trump to come in, kind of overhaul that inspector general's office. [00:24:30] And finally, we have an inspector general who pursued that. [00:24:32] And we've got the indictment against David Morrins, which is, again, probably just the tip of the iceberg. [00:24:38] I think the new news you're talking about is the report we released in conjunction with our hearing yesterday, where, by the way, within that report, we see further evidence of FDA officials knowing full well that. [00:24:51] They're covering something up, so let's talk about this offline. [00:24:55] This isn't the kind of information we should be putting in email. [00:24:57] So we see that same type of evasion, that same kind of cover up. === Safety Signals and Government Cover Up (14:39) === [00:25:01] But the big news from our hearing and our report is that on March 1st, 2021, not even three months into the emergency use authorization, Peter Marks, the head of CBER, was given a briefing by Anna Schwarzman. [00:25:19] She was the expert in FDA working with the inventor of the mathematical algorithm. [00:25:25] Analyzed Bayer's data. [00:25:28] They came to Peter Mark's statement briefing, said that the current algorithm, because of the uniqueness of having two injections that were very similar and the explosion in Bayer's reports, was going and was hiding, was masking adverse events and safety signals. [00:25:45] And so they'd come up with a state of the art system that 26 days later they presented the results showing there were 49 cases of extreme masking, 25 safety signals being revealed. [00:25:59] Once they unmasked them, including sudden cardiac death, different types of strokes, pulmonary infarction, Bell's palsy, and Peter Marks and the top officials of the FDA completely ignored it. [00:26:16] They shunted her off to the side. [00:26:17] They told her to cease and desist. [00:26:19] So, again, this is March of 2021. [00:26:22] They knew that they were going to mask the safety signals using the current analytics. [00:26:28] And by the way, Benny, I didn't need A mathematical model. [00:26:32] I showed a chart that, you know, going back to 1990, you know, a couple hundred deaths a year being reported to Veyers associated with vaccines. [00:26:41] 2021, 21,000 deaths. [00:26:45] It's like, hey, hello, Houston, we got a problem here. [00:26:48] I didn't need, I did not need a mathematical model, but that is, they hid behind that algorithm so that then Peter Marks, in talking to the injection injured who they were treating, Who they diagnosed with being injection injured continued to say, Well, we're not denying that there's injuries, but we're just not seeing safety signals. [00:27:10] I mean, and I had a video clip of him saying that through December 22nd. [00:27:16] We're just not seeing safety signals when he knew full well that the system they were using to try and find safety signals were going to hide safety signals. [00:27:25] I mean, this is sick. [00:27:27] It is evil what he did. [00:27:29] Let me finish. [00:27:31] I'm sorry. [00:27:32] No, please. [00:27:33] 2021 was also the first time NIH started treating the injection injured. [00:27:40] People like Breanne Dressen. [00:27:41] So, they were treating these people. [00:27:43] They had about 23 people the NIH was treating successfully, not fully curing them, but giving them real help. [00:27:51] But the NIH, the people there told these people, stay silent. [00:27:55] Don't tell anybody. [00:27:57] We're going to do this study. [00:27:58] We're going to publish results. [00:28:01] We'll acknowledge your injection injuries, but right now, stay silent. [00:28:07] And of course, those individuals who were just thankful, because they couldn't get treated on the outside, no one was acknowledging these injection injuries. [00:28:15] They were so thankful they stayed silent. [00:28:18] Do you think FDA ever published that study? [00:28:21] Do you think FDA ever acknowledged the injection injuries? [00:28:26] The answer to that is no. [00:28:28] Here we are in 20, they still have not done so. [00:28:30] So, I mean, this is just sick what Peter Marks, top official at the FDA, did covering this up. [00:28:39] How would you like to be somebody? [00:28:41] What, 24%? [00:28:42] Something like that. [00:28:43] 25% of Americans, according to a Rasmussen survey, believe they know somebody. [00:28:49] Who might have died from the COVID injection? [00:28:51] How would you like to be a family member of somebody who got the injection and died that day or within one or two days? [00:28:58] There are 39,000 deaths right now reported on VAERS associated with the COVID injection worldwide. [00:29:05] 39,000. [00:29:07] 24% of those deaths occurred either on the day of injection or within one or two days. [00:29:12] Now, again, I know VAERS doesn't prove causation, but I tell you what, if that was my loved one who I was begging, please don't get that, these things are experimental. [00:29:22] And they've got it anyway, and they died that day or got sick and died a day or two later. [00:29:27] I'd be pretty certain that that perfectly healthy person who was listening to Fauci and the other saying is safe and effective, and you got to do this, or this is a pandemic of the unvaxxed, do your part. [00:29:38] If my loved one went in there, got an injection, died within two days, I would be pretty darn sure that it was caused by the COVID injection. [00:29:47] And by the way, the FDA officials had to be sure as well. [00:29:53] Eddie does hit close home. [00:29:54] I bet you do know somebody, Senator, because you speak like so. [00:29:57] You work, your team is working like absolute animals on getting to the bottom of this, and nobody else's is. [00:30:03] And it does deserve a major compliment and a huge haptip. [00:30:07] And this is where we're constantly promoting the Senator because he is deploying his team to actually do this. [00:30:12] Every Senator could do it. [00:30:13] It's only Senator Johnson who's actually putting the legwork and the muscle and the shoulder work into breaking down this door. [00:30:21] My wife's beloved grandfather, somebody who was probably the closest that. [00:30:26] Closest individual in her family, the connection between granddaughter and grandfather is really strong with her. [00:30:33] She grew up on a farm, he got the covet injection and got turbo cancer almost immediately and died, yeah, like but quickly afterwards, after leading a life where he spent zero days in the hospital. [00:30:43] I mean, he was like very, very healthy. [00:30:45] He's an old farmer, right? [00:30:46] And those guys are sturdy, and just that happened and it was immediate. [00:30:52] And it's made my blood boil ever since. [00:30:55] I think so. [00:30:55] You're exactly right, so many, so many Americans. [00:30:58] Have stories like that. [00:30:59] Everybody watching right now has a story like that. [00:31:01] There were children. [00:31:04] The FDA, a memo released by Vinay Prasad, and we're still not getting the documents from McCary, and I'm going to be probably having to subpoena those things. [00:31:11] Interesting. [00:31:12] They looked at 96 autopsies of children. [00:31:14] By the way, autopsies were rare during COVID. [00:31:17] They were, people were discouraged from doing autopsies. [00:31:21] You couldn't get them, but there were 96 on children. [00:31:24] FDA looked at these, and Tracy Beth Hoag analyzed these. [00:31:28] And again, without a doubt, basically, they're saying 10 of these children died from the COVID injection. [00:31:34] And these children probably had like a 0% chance of being harmed by just getting COVID. [00:31:39] So we know children, and we saw the sports figures falling on the field to play newscasters. [00:31:45] I mean, we came up with a whole new acronym SADS, Sudden Adult Debt Syndrome. [00:31:51] And people, oh, what's happening? [00:31:55] This is so weird. [00:31:56] You know, here in 2021, all of a sudden these people are just dying, you know, athletes in the prime of their life, the prime of their career, they're just falling down dead or they're falling unconscious. [00:32:06] And our federal health officials were completely flummoxed, totally baffled by it. [00:32:12] Something this was weird. [00:32:13] Hey, we'll give it an acronym, we'll call it sudden death syndrome, and just say, Well, we just don't know what it is. [00:32:18] So, you know, they obviously knew. [00:32:21] And the reason I'm so passionate right now is now I have documented evidence. [00:32:27] I've always known it, I've always suspected it. [00:32:30] Now I have documented evidence that they knew this and they covered it up. [00:32:35] It is outrageous. [00:32:37] And again, I don't know what criminal. [00:32:40] Codes or what laws they broke. [00:32:42] But again, how many people died that didn't have to die? [00:32:46] And if I were one of those family members of a dead, or if I was one of those people permanently disabled, and I knew that these officials, I'd want their names and I'd want some kind of criminal accountability for the people who covered this up and led me down the primrose path to take these injections and it killed a loved one or permanently disabled me. [00:33:07] You know, it's very interesting what you said about Marty McCarry. [00:33:12] He's been on the show half a dozen times. [00:33:14] I guarantee you, Senator, the next time he's on the show, I will press him on this and get him on the record as to why he's not complying with your subpoena. [00:33:21] You do have an active subpoena for the FDA for McCarry? [00:33:25] I wrote a letter December 15th. [00:33:28] He responded to maybe 25% of my questions, all blather. [00:33:33] I mean, but he didn't give us our documents. [00:33:36] I mean, I want to see those autopsies. [00:33:37] I want to see all the communication in terms of the, you know, I want all the information. [00:33:43] Like I got here from Bobby Kennedy, the 11 million pages. [00:33:46] I mean, this is not easy to find, this evidence. [00:33:49] Okay. [00:33:50] But no, if you have him on, ask him Have you read Senator Johnson's report on what happened starting on March 21st within the FDA with Peter Marks? [00:34:02] How they were told that their analytic system was going to hide the masking or hide these safety signals? [00:34:09] Have you talked to those individuals? [00:34:11] By the way, we're trying to schedule individuals. [00:34:13] Schedule interviews with those people who are still working with the FDA, and we'll start interviewing these people. [00:34:21] I mean, my investigation now has only just begun. [00:34:24] We've been investigating this for years, but the Biden administration completely ignored us, didn't give us any information. [00:34:31] Bobby Kenney is because of his commitment to radical transparency that we finally have the evidence. [00:34:37] But again, how much has been destroyed? [00:34:40] I mean, David Morris is not the only guy that I'm sure knew how to destroy evidence to make emails disappear. [00:34:47] The problem with old Dr. Morin's is it's hard to make emails disappear because you send emails to like universities that people like me and my staff request the same information and we get those emails. [00:34:58] So it's hard in today's modern technology, it's kind of hard to make things totally disappear. [00:35:04] Senator, your colleague Rand Paul is on the show constantly talking about his criminal referrals for Dr. Fauci himself. [00:35:12] Many people viewing the statute of limitations on those winding down. [00:35:15] What should happen to Dr. Fauci, who quite clearly and obviously lied to the United States Senate about the origins of COVID 19? [00:35:27] Well, first of all, unfortunately, President Biden pardoned him. [00:35:30] So legally, he's probably off the hook. [00:35:32] But again, what he did needs to be fully exposed. [00:35:35] I mean, I think we all know it. [00:35:37] I mean, just listen to the conversation, the email exchange around January 30th or February 1st, whatever, 2020, when the people, the experts that he was consulting in terms of the origin of this thing, they all thought it was man made. [00:35:50] But then talking to Fauci and Francis Collins, and within a couple of days, oh, no, that's a conspiracy theory. [00:35:55] This sprang from a bat. [00:35:58] So, no, one of the reasons I haven't really taken up that investigation is my guess is the evidence that has been destroyed. [00:36:04] And I've known, I think, since very early on when I heard about the fear and cleavage site, this was man made. [00:36:11] I have no doubt that this sprang from Ralph Barrick through Peter Dasik through the Wuhan lab. [00:36:16] I mean, it's not even an interesting question from my standpoint because I'm like 100% certain this was man made. [00:36:23] And it all sprung from Anthony Fauci's grants. [00:36:27] And what about state charges? [00:36:30] We had Steve Hilton on yesterday saying that, well, you know, your federal pardon doesn't apply at all. [00:36:35] To state charges, every single state. [00:36:37] I live in Florida, for instance. [00:36:38] Like there was an enormous number of people, old people, that were harmed by this in Florida. [00:36:42] Would you be in favor of state charges against Todd? [00:36:45] No, I want it. [00:36:46] Absolutely. [00:36:46] I mean, any kind of crimes that he can be convicted of, I would be absolutely supportive of state DAs going after him on those things. [00:36:54] I want accountability, no doubt about it. [00:36:56] I'm not a lawyer. [00:36:57] You know, I don't have the capability of prosecuting. [00:37:00] All I can do is investigate and expose, and I concentrate on that. [00:37:05] And in the Conclusion of your search for truth with the FDA, what do you think is going to happen? [00:37:12] Would you be in favor of criminal charges? [00:37:14] Have you ever seen? [00:37:15] Is there any body of law that would show how that would happen? [00:37:19] Or perhaps like removing the protections for vaccine companies, right? [00:37:25] Like, where do you want this investigation to go? [00:37:29] For sure, we need to remove the liability for Pfizer and Moderna and AstraZeneca. [00:37:34] You know, two of the people in my first hearing or public event on vaccine injuries were. [00:37:41] Participating in the trials. [00:37:43] Bran Dressen with AstraZeneca, Maddie DeGary with the Pfizer childhood studies. [00:37:50] They've been completely abandoned. [00:37:52] I mean, Brie Dressen has got hundreds of thousands of dollars of legal bills. [00:37:57] I think AstraZeneca sent her like a check for $1,300 or something like that. [00:38:01] So, well, this covers it. [00:38:02] Maddie DeGary, even though she was still wheelchair bound, has to have a feeding tube. [00:38:09] Pfizer reported that to the FD that Maddie DeGary had stomachache. [00:38:14] So, these companies, I think, should be criminally liable. [00:38:19] They should be civilly liable. [00:38:21] I think the officials that hid this kept telling people these were safe and effective. [00:38:26] They should be held civilly liable as well to the people who were injured by it. [00:38:31] No, I think we're a long way from really getting the legal process to run its course and true accountability. [00:38:39] Again, we're just getting the documents now. [00:38:41] That's because the Biden administration completely stonewalled us. [00:38:46] Well, Senator, we're eternally thankful for you and for your fight on this. [00:38:52] In conclusion, here, obviously, this is something that is bubbling up and causing a lot of anger on the right and on the base. [00:38:58] It seems like leadership in the Republican Party has just dropped the Save America Act like a hot potato and isn't going to be moving forward. [00:39:05] It is actually barking at senators like yourself to stop talking about it. [00:39:08] What's actually going on there, Senator? [00:39:10] Well, you know, it's, it's, I've been, the reason I've been supportive of ending the filibuster is I don't, first of all, can't imagine the Senate being more broken. [00:39:20] We've, we pretty well eviscerated the, The filibuster, anyway. [00:39:24] There's no 60 vote threshold on any nominees anymore. [00:39:27] We're pushing reconciliation beyond the bounds, I think, of what it was designed for. [00:39:31] So everybody said, well, that's a slippery slope. [00:39:34] We're almost at the bottom of the hill in terms of that slippery slope. [00:39:37] So rip the bandaid off. === Senate Filibuster and Save America Act (05:37) === [00:39:40] Democrats will do it. [00:39:42] So, from my standpoint, that's what I would do. [00:39:46] Again, if we were certain Democrats would preserve the filibuster, we'd be for that as well. [00:39:51] So that if we're in the minority, we can stop their awful socialist legislation that will destroy this country. [00:39:57] I am like 100%, maybe 110% certain that the minute Democrats have the capability, they will end the filibuster, turn this into a one party nation. [00:40:07] And I've told my colleagues, their game plan, it's obvious, right? [00:40:11] Recently, open the border, flood millions of people in here, put them in sanctuary cities, plus up the census, get more members of Congress, make sure that we don't do anything to fix our elections, all controls off of elections gone, turn D.C., turn Puerto Rico into states, pack the Supreme Court. [00:40:28] That's what they're going to do. [00:40:29] Do you think? [00:40:32] A party that opened up America to millions of unvetted illegal immigrants, a lot of them criminals, sex, and human traffickers. [00:40:40] You think they're going to balk at ending the filibuster to get what they want to turn this country into a one party nation? [00:40:47] No, the radical left, which is the Democrat Party, they are at war with Republicans. [00:40:52] And I have colleagues that just aren't admitting that. [00:40:56] They don't want to believe it. [00:40:58] They've got good relationships with their buddies on the appropriation committees as they pass these bipartisan bills that we can't afford. [00:41:06] So, they're just simply not looking at the big picture here. [00:41:09] This is not the Democrat Party of JFK. [00:41:13] This is the Democrat Party that is run by radical leftists who are basically anarchists. [00:41:20] That, again, the radical left, communism, socialism destroys cultures, it destroys nations. [00:41:27] That's the path that Democrats want to put America on. [00:41:30] So, Senator, in all due respect, you're filibustering. [00:41:32] Like, so John Thune has just dropped it. [00:41:34] John Thune's dropped it. [00:41:36] So, John Thune's just said we're not going to do it. [00:41:39] Well, again, John Thune doesn't have the votes. [00:41:42] I mean, we have too many Republican senators who will not vote to end the filibuster right now. [00:41:46] But to give you some hope, Benny, we didn't have enough votes to end the filibuster on nominations until the Democrats were so obnoxiously obstructionist last year, where it was obvious Trump could not fill his administration. [00:41:59] He wasn't even going to get 500 nominees confirmed when, on average, in the first Congress, the president gets by 1,100. [00:42:05] So, all of a sudden, we had all 53 Republican senators. [00:42:10] Voting to end the filibuster on those nominations. [00:42:12] Is it possible now? [00:42:14] We just had the White House correspondent dinner. [00:42:17] Maybe reporters will start putting pressure on Democrats to do some of these things. [00:42:23] I doubt it. [00:42:24] But again, my belief is there's so much pressure from our Republican base. [00:42:32] Again, I'm not caving in pressure. [00:42:33] I just think this is what we ought to do. [00:42:35] Maybe some of those reluctant senators will actually do what their constituents want them to do. [00:42:41] Like, let's get something done. [00:42:42] Pass the Save America Act. [00:42:45] Fully secure our border. [00:42:48] Pass bills that make us more prosperous. [00:42:51] We can't do that, Democrats, because Democrats want chaos. [00:42:55] We'll see if these Supreme Court wins, these new congressional maps, some of these major moves and shifts in the direction of a GOP midterm hold will perhaps stiffen the spine of some of these senators. [00:43:08] We hope so. [00:43:09] We could hope for 50 senators just like Ron Johnson. [00:43:11] Everybody follow the great Ron Johnson and support his staff and pray for his staff who are doing just God's work, truly, in investigating one of the most evil crimes against humanity the COVID origins crimes. [00:43:23] Godspeed, Senator. [00:43:24] Thank you. [00:43:25] Same to you. [00:43:25] Take care. [00:43:31] Nope. [00:43:32] Okay. [00:43:33] Hey, guys. [00:43:34] What's up? [00:43:35] Nope. [00:43:36] All right. [00:43:36] ALX, Klein. [00:43:39] How are we doing? [00:43:40] Asking, guys. [00:43:43] Not of a stinger? [00:43:45] Nope. [00:43:45] Okay. [00:43:47] Unfortunately, ladies and gentlemen, we had a bit of a technical difficulty this morning. [00:45:22] Again, we apologize for some of the technical difficulties. [00:45:25] Let's head on over and speak with Savannah, who has some massive news today as we talk about some wins at the DOJ. [00:45:33] Savannah, who was Savagely attacked, and I want to play you some of this footage right now. [00:45:39] Savannah was attacked by banshees, by animals in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and they spit on her, pushed her, behaved like something you would see in Hotel Rwanda, Third World. [00:45:58] These people are demonic, and there's no other word for it. [00:46:06] And they can't mask their anger and they take it out on our side. [00:46:11] And we're seeing the scourges of this across the land. [00:46:13] And that is why it is so critical and so important for our DOJ to come slamming down on this behavior, which they did yesterday. [00:46:22] Oh, it's hard to watch. [00:46:23] We love Savannah. [00:46:23] We've known Savannah for ages. [00:46:25] We support her work and we're proud to have her joining the show right now. [00:46:30] Please welcome Savannah Hernandez, fresh off of DOJ indictments for these libtards and Reddit brain rotters who attacked her. [00:46:39] Savannah Hernandez joins us live. [00:46:40] Thank you. [00:46:50] Savannah, welcome back to the program. [00:46:53] I am so thrilled to see the DOJ's actions yesterday, and I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. [00:46:59] But par for the course for you, this certainly isn't the first time the left has attacked you. [00:47:01] It's just the first time that the federal government has acted on your behalf to protect you, and it's a wonderful thing to see. [00:47:08] Yeah, Benny, I mean, honestly, this is the first time that I've actually seen the FBI utilized to help the American people, so I never thought I would say it in my life. [00:47:16] But thank you to the FBI. [00:47:18] I'm incredibly grateful to them because under this administration, The organization is actually being utilized to bring justice against violent criminals in this country. [00:47:27] Now, yesterday, the DOJ brought indictments against all three of the people who attacked me Chris, Page, and Diana Ashrushko. [00:47:36] I was out in front of the Whipple Ice facility in Minneapolis, which has been a huge point of contention. [00:47:41] And I made a point not to interview anybody there because I knew the left wing, they get very easily agitated and they will use any excuse to violently attack you. [00:47:49] So I made a point not to interview anybody, but it didn't matter. [00:47:52] This violent family came up to me. [00:47:54] And it was actually William Scott Kelly who was already arrested for storming a church in Minneapolis, leaving children crying and screaming after they shut down their church service. [00:48:03] It was that man who initially came up to me and identified me and started screaming at me. [00:48:07] Then the mob formed, and Deanna and Chris had body checked me and shoved me multiple times prior to this clip that you just played, even playing the assault initially even happening. [00:48:18] They were already blowing whistles in my ear. [00:48:20] They were already body checking me. [00:48:22] Chris had already come up behind me and very. [00:48:24] Threateningly screamed in my ear. [00:48:26] And I was not doing anything to this family. [00:48:28] You know, multiple times I just told them, like, hey, back up and calm down. [00:48:31] I'm not here to even interview anybody. [00:48:33] And at that point, because they were surrounding me, I tried to be a good journalist and just say, okay, well, utilize my platform. [00:48:38] Why is this important to you? [00:48:40] It didn't matter. [00:48:41] This family became extremely violent. [00:48:43] And this is the direct result of the left wing being radicalized and being allowed to violently attack people for almost the last decade at this point. [00:48:52] So the fact that the DOJ and the FBI came in and they slammed down the hammer was incredible to see. [00:48:58] And I'm extremely grateful for it. [00:48:59] Especially since Hennepin County came out with their own charges. [00:49:03] And you guessed it, Deanna and Paige, who are in this very clip slamming me to the ground and tackling me multiple times, are not being charged by the Hennepin County DA. [00:49:13] They are simply charging Chris with a misdemeanor assault charge. [00:49:17] So the local county is barely touching these people and protecting them. [00:49:23] They're protecting the left wing terrorists who attacked an innocent woman and journalist on the street. [00:49:27] Basically, Benny, I mean, I'm not the first journalist who's been attacked. [00:49:31] Covering the Whipple Ice facility. [00:49:33] And I mean, I hope I'm the last. [00:49:35] And it is taking the federal government coming in and actually stopping these left wing jurisdictions because what's been happening for a long time is in these liberal jurisdictions, the county DA, the district court judges just look the other way when violent crimes are committed. [00:49:51] Even further, let's say something goes to trial, the entire jury is extremely liberal. [00:49:55] So, quite frankly, in many of these places, you don't have a justice system at all. [00:49:59] So, this has been happening for a long time. [00:50:01] And like I said, first time in my political career, They have actually seen the FBI be responsive to this type of very violent crime, and I'm extremely grateful for it. [00:50:11] So, what is going to happen next? [00:50:13] Have you been in contact with the feds? [00:50:16] I have been. [00:50:16] I have been in contact with multiple officials, and they have basically just walked me through the process of what will be happening next. [00:50:23] Of course, there's going to be multiple smaller trials as we move forward, but we're really hoping to see justice served and this case seen all the way through. [00:50:32] So, what could happen potentially? [00:50:34] What would be the charges leading to? [00:50:37] Jail time, prison time. [00:50:39] What are the summary of the charges? [00:50:41] So the charges are basically assault charges against all three and then against Paige and Chris themselves. [00:50:49] You also have basically, they obstructed my First Amendment rights. [00:50:52] So they obstructed my civil rights. [00:50:54] So they're also being faced with that charge. [00:50:55] I'm not super familiar with the legal jargon, so I can't give you the exact title off the top of my head, but those are the charges that they're facing. [00:51:03] And yes, I am hoping that there will be prison time tied to this. [00:51:06] Again, Benny, you know, I'm waiting to see how it plays out. [00:51:09] And I do hope that justice is served to the full extent of the law on this. [00:51:14] A lot of journalists were mewling and crying on air about an attack on the press over the weekend with the president's. [00:51:22] Assassination, the assassination attempt, and they claim to be victims. [00:51:25] I find it remarkable that none of these journalists ever back you up when you have photographic 4K evidence of being attacked viciously in the street. [00:51:34] None of that ever exists of any left wing journalist at, like, let's say a MAGA rally. [00:51:39] Yet you have, I don't know, Savannah, it makes me really sad, but like you have maybe a dozen, maybe a half dozen documented cases of somebody viciously attacking you, spitting on you, trying to hit you, throwing something at you. [00:51:54] Am I correct there? [00:51:55] Yes, Benny, this is not the first time I've been this viciously mobbed and assaulted. [00:52:00] And again, I hope it is finally the last, at least under this administration. [00:52:03] I think it will be because the FBI is setting a very strong precedent here. [00:52:07] But again, you know, regarding what you just said about the media and them not caring about First Amendment rights or, you know, journalists as a whole at all who are actually telling the truth, CBS actually went and interviewed some of the protesters who alleged that they were rescuing me. [00:52:21] Keep in mind, these protesters were surrounding me and calling me profanities and telling me that I needed to leave the property. [00:52:27] I was on a public sidewalk. [00:52:29] That's who they chose to interview. [00:52:30] They didn't even reach out to me directly. [00:52:32] They reached out to these protesters who were mobbing me and screaming at me as the arbiters of truth in this situation. [00:52:40] So, what is your message to other young journalists? [00:52:42] Because most people would see this and say, Why would I ever want anybody to walk into this profession? [00:52:47] It's like a death sentence. [00:52:49] And over a long enough period of time, that's what they want to do to all of us, Savannah. [00:52:53] Yeah, Benny, honest to God. [00:52:55] I mean, the first week after this happened, I ended up just having to cancel all of my media hits because, from a mental perspective, I was in that mind space and in that headspace of is this even worth it? [00:53:05] Because I'm putting my life on the line at this point. [00:53:08] And I would say that dying for the United States of America and dying for our rights is our duty and what we are here to do. [00:53:15] And I'm willing to do that. [00:53:16] So, to anybody who is willing or wanting to be in this profession, understand that it is dangerous, but the truth is dangerous, but it's worth it. [00:53:24] So, what happens next, Savannah? [00:53:26] Is this going to deter you? [00:53:28] Are you going to stop doing what you do? [00:53:30] Nope, it definitely won't, Benny. [00:53:32] Again, I have a Full day of media lined up, and I'm going to keep pushing forward. [00:53:37] I'm going to make sure that the full force of the law is utilized against these people in multiple ways. [00:53:42] So stay tuned for that, Benny. [00:53:43] We have a lot coming, and I'm very excited to make sure that justice is served in this case. [00:53:48] They pushed the wrong person. [00:53:49] Really? [00:53:50] That's very interesting. [00:53:51] Okay. [00:53:51] I got to ask a follow up on that one, Savannah, before I let you go. [00:53:54] So we've obviously seen that these kind of cases can also be brought civilly, and that there are, of course, you're not allowed to do this, right? [00:54:02] You're. [00:54:04] Again, let's look at the scenario. [00:54:06] You're simply an independent journalist, young female, standing alone, surrounded by a bunch of left wingers, and they savagely beat you to the ground. [00:54:17] That's, of course, not legal. [00:54:20] And there are a ton of remedies for that, some of them civil remedies. [00:54:23] Are you saying that you're going to bring civil cases against these agitators and terrorists? [00:54:28] We'll just have to wait and see, Benny. [00:54:29] We'll just have to wait and see. [00:54:31] You learn from the best there. [00:54:33] That's a good Trump line, Savannah. [00:54:34] Thank you. [00:54:35] Okay. [00:54:35] Thanks, Benny. [00:54:36] You learn from the best. [00:54:38] Savannah, everybody needs to follow her on social media. [00:54:42] If you don't already, you know that she's a favorite of the show. [00:54:45] She was also at President Trump's roundtable. [00:54:47] We didn't even get to talk about this. [00:54:48] You were at President Trump's Antifa violence roundtable, right? [00:54:51] I was, Benny. [00:54:52] I was. [00:54:53] And I unfortunately have to go. [00:54:54] I am so sorry. [00:54:55] But yes, I was at the Antifa roundtable. [00:54:57] This is why this is such an important issue to me. [00:54:59] So yes, go follow me on my social media account. [00:55:01] I will be updating you guys on everything. [00:55:03] And again, thank you so much, Benny. [00:55:05] I really appreciate you. [00:55:06] Nearly a million followers. [00:55:07] Fight with people who are fighting for us and for truth. [00:55:09] Godspeed, Savannah. [00:55:11] Thanks, Benny. === Grand Jury Plot Against Comey (15:23) === [00:55:18] Ladies and gentlemen, our show brought to you by Armra. [00:55:21] Armra is the colostrum that goes, I mean, sometimes I like it when these things blend together, it goes into my coffee every single second. [00:55:30] Oh, man. [00:56:08] This is A R M R A.comslash Benny and get feeling better today. [00:56:15] Ladies and gentlemen, somebody who's going to certainly need as much fortification as he possibly can get is James Comey. [00:56:23] James Comey is the top. [00:56:24] Line lead of the show. [00:56:25] We were too excited about our historic white pill to get to this. [00:56:29] But what we've learned over the last 24 hours is that it wasn't just the seashells that got James Comey in trouble, indicted, and arrested. [00:56:40] It was actually some of the subtext behind these seashells. [00:56:43] Somebody who's been studying this for quite a while and who knows the ins and outs, who actually, and I can't believe I can even say this about one of my friends, read James Comey's book. [00:56:55] That he was hyping and promoting at the time is the great journalist and somebody who's been OG hardcore MAGA since I don't know 2015 since perhaps even before MAGA was first initiated on the golden elevators. [00:57:10] The great Jack Pasobic. [00:57:12] Jack joins us live right now. [00:57:22] Jack, welcome back to the program. [00:57:24] We have something that is very curious here with the James Comey indictment. [00:57:29] It's, of course, under seal, so we don't know exactly what was presented to the grand jury. [00:57:33] But you have a suspicion that it's not just James Comey and a Borat Speedo arranging seashells while listening to Taylor Swift. [00:57:41] Well, that's exactly right. [00:57:42] And Vinny, I have to thank you and the audience here for when you played that clip of Attorney General Blanche yesterday being asked about me, of all things, and a post that I had made. [00:57:54] Years and years ago, in the context of Joe Biden needing the 25th Amendment, as I'm pretty sure we were all saying, including Kamala Harris, this is what I had been reporting at the time behind the scenes, that attorney Darrell Blanch pointed out, he said, No, we don't make indictments based off of just speech alone. [00:58:13] We don't make indictments just based off an Instagram image of seashells. [00:58:17] We do investigations, they take a full year. [00:58:19] The grand jury interviews people, we look at evidence, and that is what an indictment is based on. [00:58:25] So You start with something and then you investigate, and then you get to the point where the grand jury felt it was appropriate to make an indictment in this case. [00:58:35] Now, as we've looked further, one of the things that we popped out and shout out to the great Viva Fry because he was the first one to put this together last year. [00:58:43] And then I went back and actually looked at what he was talking about to your point about this book. [00:58:47] So you have to realize there was a trilogy of Instagram posts that he had made that day. [00:58:54] One was him reading a book, then the seashells, then A link to purchase the book and a description of the book. [00:59:03] And it may surprise many people who are listening only to the mainstream media or the CBSs of the world, who, by the way, still haven't invited me on. [00:59:10] And even though they're happy to call for me to be indicted, they won't even ask me if I'd like to respond in any way. [00:59:17] Well, it turns out that the subject matter of the novel was political assassinations. [00:59:23] And not only that, Benny, but when I went in deeper in the book, I found out that specifically it was about dog whistles. [00:59:31] Calling for political assassinations. [00:59:34] So, using coded text, coded language, coded phrases to call for these assassinations. [00:59:42] And the villain in this novel is kind of basically Alex Jones. [00:59:46] It's basically a write up of Alex Jones, and the main character, who is totally not a female James Comey, is this hero, New York prosecutor who's the only one who can come. [00:59:58] Oh, his daughter. [00:59:59] Oh, Maureen Comey. [01:00:00] Oh, God. [01:00:00] Yeah, Maureen Comey. [01:00:01] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [01:00:03] Is the only one who can come in and save the world from the evil Alex Jones, who again is using secret codes to call upon his followers to conduct political assassinations. [01:00:14] And again, this is the plot of James Comey. [01:00:17] I'm not saying this. [01:00:18] This is the plot of James Comey's book, the actual plot of FDR Drive. [01:00:22] If you read it, which I unfortunately have, it was awful. [01:00:26] It was absolutely awful. [01:00:28] But what's more sinister than anything else is keep in mind that this came out. [01:00:33] Right around the same time when these stories were being written about that TV show, The Savant by Jessica Chastain, that they were putting together, which also had a similar plot line. [01:00:45] Now, they had to pull that after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and many people had suspected that it had a very similar plot line to the James Comey book, and that's why it had to be pulled. [01:00:57] I think there were some rumors of advanced copies and screeners kind of floating around that sort of purported to this. [01:01:04] The real question is number one, of course, who was pushing this narrative in media, which is a broader question that I want to get into. [01:01:10] But the deeper question here is that means that James Comey knew exactly what he was talking about. [01:01:16] And there are going to be text messages and emails and interviews and witnesses, all to the point of underlying and examining he had intent, he had strategy, he had purpose. [01:01:29] And the piece that everybody was missing in the indictment was the asset forfeiture. [01:01:34] Why would there be asset forfeiture involved in an indictment like this, you ask, especially to all the people who say, oh, well, we don't know. [01:01:43] You know, what evidence there is. [01:01:44] Well, here's a clue, and it's a big blinking signpost. [01:01:48] Asset forfeiture means you made money, you received proceeds from an offense, proceeds from a crime. [01:01:57] This is, of course, illegal under federal law. [01:01:59] You cannot commit a crime and then make money from your criminal behavior. [01:02:04] I've written books, I've never committed crimes in the promotion of my books. [01:02:09] But it seems that the Department of Justice is pointing this grand jury is saying, This guy did something for money. [01:02:16] There is motive here. [01:02:18] And that's where I believe that it all comes together that this was a scheme to conduct this incitement in order to get the headlines and then play victim and then sell copies of his book, which he did on Stephen Colbert and others. [01:02:34] He knew what he was doing from the very start. [01:02:36] And I know that you've made the point as well. [01:02:38] He clearly lied about this over and over and over. [01:02:42] And the question is did he lie to it about it to federal agents? [01:02:47] Yes, we just found the shells. [01:02:48] No, you didn't, bro. [01:02:49] You didn't just find the shells. [01:02:50] You weren't walking on the beach with your wife. [01:02:52] You were sitting there hyping your book. [01:02:54] You put the shells together clearly as a promo. [01:02:57] And it would be pretty easy, I guess, if you wanted to go around and lie about it for a federal agent to say, here's all your DNA on a shell, right? [01:03:06] Like you clearly did this. [01:03:09] I mean, if they were really on it, Jack. [01:03:11] I will admit that I went a little Zabruder film with this because if you actually look in. [01:03:17] The first picture of him sitting on the beach, he's surrounded by seashells. [01:03:21] And so I was like, ALX, do we have that? [01:03:23] Do we have the old? [01:03:25] Are those still up on Instagram? [01:03:28] ALX, will you grab that on Instagram? [01:03:30] Can we, producer ALX or Danny, please see if we can get that? [01:03:34] It's clearly the same beach. [01:03:35] It's clearly, if it's not those shells, it's like shells that were right there, obviously. [01:03:39] James Comey's Instagram. [01:03:41] Let's go see if he's wiped all of this, it'd be from one year ago, or if those photos of him on the beach. [01:03:48] Hyping and hawking his garbage book if those still exist. [01:03:52] Because if they do, it'll be. [01:03:54] Okay, well, here we go. [01:03:55] Here's a screenshot of what James Comey's Instagram looked like at the time. [01:03:59] So here it is to back up what Jack is talking about. [01:04:02] It's a trilogy of posts. [01:04:03] So here's James Comey with the exact same seashells right next to him. [01:04:07] See? [01:04:08] They're right there. [01:04:10] There they are. [01:04:11] Where could the shells have come from? [01:04:13] This is Full Depruder. [01:04:15] You're exactly right, Jack. [01:04:16] Dude. [01:04:17] Yeah. [01:04:19] Those are the same shells. [01:04:21] It's literally the same shells. [01:04:23] So, James Comey is on Stephen Colbert's show, blaming all of this on his wife, saying that he and his wife were just taking a leisurely stroll down the beach and they saw this. [01:04:35] And even his explanation makes no sense on Stephen Colbert. [01:04:38] Not even Stephen Colbert was buying it, obviously. [01:04:40] Somebody left their address. [01:04:42] Oh, wait, this is something from my childhood when we'd 86 a place. [01:04:45] Let's get out of this pop stand. [01:04:48] Like, all of it was silly. [01:04:50] Stephen Colbert tried to back him up, but it didn't make any sense either. [01:04:53] Make a joke. [01:04:54] So, this is, they probably launched this. [01:04:56] How Shakespearean, Jack, that they would do this because this is exactly the perjury trap that James Comey sprung for General Flynn, isn't it? [01:05:05] And it certainly is in the early days of the White House administration. [01:05:09] And so the Trump's first administration. [01:05:11] And so this is why it's, in some ways, a sort of poetic justice for James Comey to be facing this because he himself set the perjury trap for General Flynn. [01:05:23] But what's, I think, even more damning for him is going to be the fact that clearly this was all planned out. [01:05:30] And clearly, again, if you look at the plot of the book, it's a book about a guy using dog whistles to call for political assassinations. [01:05:40] And the idea that he himself would write a book about that, but then suddenly have no idea what they are in reality just doesn't pass the smell test. [01:05:52] Because, in fact, sir, not only are you aware of these things, you literally wrote the book about these things. [01:05:59] It's right here. [01:06:00] You're promoting it. [01:06:01] We have all the evidence we need, 400, 500 pages of evidence, whatever it is. [01:06:05] So, this idea that, because I saw some people running around saying, oh, we can't prove intent, we can't prove intent. [01:06:10] It's right there. [01:06:11] It's right there. [01:06:12] It's so obvious. [01:06:13] And And by the way, in cases around the country, every single day, intent is proven over and over and over. [01:06:21] And so, even for people who say, oh, well, you know, there are, you know, the restaurants say 86, and like Green Day has a song called 86 from, you know, from the 90s. [01:06:29] And it's actually a pretty good song. [01:06:31] Give them credit. [01:06:32] It's, it's, it was before they went like totally crazy and lost their minds. [01:06:35] I got to be fair, Benny. [01:06:36] I got to be fair. [01:06:37] But full, full Subaru lesbians. [01:06:40] Yeah. [01:06:40] It was before, before they bought the Subarus, you know what I'm saying? [01:06:43] And his hair was like, Kind of close to the original color, whatever that was. [01:06:47] The mascara wasn't completely out yet. [01:06:49] I don't know. [01:06:49] But the idea is that he clearly meant it in this vein because he was writing and selling and marketing a book about it. [01:06:58] It's very clear as day. [01:07:01] And to me and to my mind, that's why the grand jury, keep in mind, a grand jury is already a group of people who come together and look at evidence and decide whether or not charges should be filed. [01:07:13] And even in just Again, being fair in the interest of that, there have been other times where grand juries have refused to go and file charges on Comey because they thought, you know, it was either political or they were just too political, a DC grand jury, et cetera. [01:07:27] So this time around, they said, no, this is an incitement to violence. [01:07:31] Here's my final question for you, Jack, because I think it was a critical one. [01:07:34] He didn't do this on Martha's Vineyard. [01:07:36] He did this in the Republican area of North Carolina, and that's where he's charged. [01:07:42] And so, how is this going to shake out? [01:07:44] Well, the way it's going to shake out is that he's going to have to now he'll initially file for. [01:07:50] For the charges to be dismissed, he'll say you haven't proven probable cause, you don't have enough evidence, and at which point they'll have to have the preliminary hearing, which is similar to what we're seeing happen with Tyler Robinson. [01:08:00] The preliminary hearing actually hasn't occurred yet. [01:08:03] That'll be happening here in about two, two and a half weeks. [01:08:05] And so that's when the evidence actually is revealed. [01:08:09] And that's the point that I'm hoping in both of these cases that we as the public, and of course, we as American citizens, get to see everything unveiled for the full public, for the light of day, unsealed. [01:08:21] It's not every piece of it that you're going to get. [01:08:23] They usually save more for trial, but at some point, we are going to see video. [01:08:28] We're going to see, and in the James Comey case, we're going to see emails. [01:08:30] We're going to see text messages. [01:08:31] We're going to see did he have conversations with his book publisher and his marketing agents about this, you know, guerrilla marketing, viral outrage campaign to get it out? [01:08:40] Because look, I've marketed books. [01:08:41] You know, we did AI songs and videos and we held events. [01:08:46] We went down to Mar a Lago and did a whole thing. [01:08:48] Actually, the SPLC wrote us up. [01:08:49] So I have to thank the SPLC for helping me make the New York Times list by going after my book so hard that it made everyone want to buy it. [01:08:57] But, you know, You know what, I didn't do, Benny, is I didn't threaten to kill the president of the United States. [01:09:01] I just, you know, it didn't seem like a good thing. [01:09:04] In fact, I don't even remember anyone suggesting that. [01:09:09] Alex knows what I'm going to call for here. [01:09:11] I'm going to call for the photo of Jack staring down the face of the Antifa, the helmeted Antifa Gimp that wanted to kill him and was threatening to kill him in a mob. [01:09:21] I personally witnessed this. [01:09:24] And I think this is probably a good way to close on this subject matter because assassination culture is, of course, normalized. [01:09:30] On the left, they don't get any hit back, nobody ever gets punished for this. [01:09:37] And nobody did the Jimmy Kimmel keeps his job. [01:09:39] He can make whatever jokes he wants to about Charlie and his death and his grieving widow. [01:09:42] None of these people are ever punished. [01:09:44] And that is why I'm going to cheerlead this to wherever it goes because here's the photo. [01:09:51] And I was standing just to the right of this. [01:09:53] And this was a mob that was trying to kill Jack. [01:09:58] And it was Jack versus probably 70 people at least, frothing at the mouth, Antifa BLM, defund the police activists. [01:10:07] And that changed me forever. [01:10:08] Actually, witnessing this is when I went home and told my wife, We're leaving. [01:10:11] We're leaving DC because it'll be our child or us next. [01:10:15] And these people have gone over a cliff. [01:10:16] They're going to kill us. [01:10:17] They're going to kill us. [01:10:18] Even down here in Florida, there are multiple people that have been charged and are waiting in federal prison right now for trials for trying to kill my family, Jack. [01:10:26] So, this is like a normal thing that people deal with. [01:10:29] Someone has to be punished for it. [01:10:31] Savannah Hernandez is obviously going to be bringing charges. [01:10:33] This is like great to see that happening with Savannah. [01:10:40] What happens next? === Punishment for Empire's Actions (07:52) === [01:10:42] Does this just accelerate exponentially to open hot war? [01:10:49] Or does something chill out here? [01:10:53] You know, it's really interesting, Benny. [01:10:54] There's a clip of an interview that we did actually when I was promoting Unhumans, the communism book. [01:11:00] And it was a clip with Charlie that I just keep going back to where. [01:11:07] He asked me this really poignant question. [01:11:10] And, you know, in the now, you know, a year and a half or so since then, it's taken on a life of its own. [01:11:16] He said, Jack, how big was the Russian Empire? [01:11:19] I said, Well, I mean, it's Russia, Charlie. [01:11:21] It's like 100 million people. [01:11:22] It's huge, right? [01:11:23] You know, it's a giant empire. [01:11:24] He goes, Okay. [01:11:26] Because this is Charlie. [01:11:27] He's very quantitative. [01:11:29] And he goes, Okay. [01:11:30] And how many Bolsheviks were there? [01:11:32] And I said, I don't know. [01:11:34] At one point, probably about 1,000 in the whole country. [01:11:38] And he says, Well, how could. [01:11:39] A country that large succumbed to a group that small? [01:11:45] How could they do it? [01:11:45] How could they take over the entire Russian empire? [01:11:49] And I said, Charlie, people didn't take it seriously. [01:11:54] They didn't take it seriously. [01:11:57] And now here we are a year and a half later, and people still aren't taking it seriously, Benny. [01:12:01] They're not taking seriously the threat that if someone is willing to use or a group of people is willing to throw off all shackles of morality and humanity. [01:12:13] And to use the most brutal, vindictive, and bloodthirsty tactics imaginable. [01:12:20] The Mangionis, the Tyler Robinsons, the Cole Thomas Allens. [01:12:25] They're not going to stop. [01:12:27] They are not going to stop until they're stopped. [01:12:33] We're incredibly thankful for the DOJ. [01:12:35] It seems to have gotten supercharged under Todd Blanchard the last couple of weeks. [01:12:41] Or maybe Todd Blanchard is just like finishing the work and doing it quickly to move on. [01:12:48] But either way, we're thankful for the results. [01:12:50] And the only way that you could possibly have a result here is to charge the SPLC, is to charge the people who are writing seashell notes of assassination or attacking Savannah. [01:13:01] That's the only way that it'll stick, or to go after the fraudsters and put them all in jail and to like frog march them and show people. [01:13:07] You can't do that. [01:13:08] You have to show people. [01:13:09] There has to be a gear that grinds against this. [01:13:11] Otherwise, we'll all be dead. [01:13:13] Right? [01:13:13] It's a law of the universe. [01:13:15] For every action, there needs to be an equal and opposite reaction. [01:13:17] It's a law of physics. [01:13:20] The equal and opposite reaction happening to James Comey right now and the man who's been investigating it and literally wrote the book on it is Jack Pasobiak. [01:13:29] Please go ahead and follow Jack here. [01:13:30] Of course, he has millions and millions of subscribers, and Jack has a show available. [01:13:36] On human events and on Rav every single day. [01:13:38] Also, a proud turning pointer with me. [01:13:44] And so, thank you, Jack, for being in the fight. [01:13:46] Thank you. [01:13:47] And I wore my Benny Johnson uniform today. [01:13:49] So, you know, I wanted to be in solidarity here. [01:13:52] I noticed we're slow. [01:13:54] Our backgrounds and everything is slowly blending together. [01:13:57] If only I just got to grow the beard, you know? [01:13:59] Exactly. [01:14:00] Yeah. [01:14:00] Or I got to shave, maybe. [01:14:01] We'll see. [01:14:02] Thank you, Jack. [01:14:03] Godspeed. [01:14:04] See you, man. [01:14:04] God bless. [01:14:12] Ladies and gentlemen, we had a stacked show. [01:14:15] We got to catch a flight. [01:14:16] We got to get to Texas. [01:14:18] In Texas, we're going to be meeting with Patriot Mobile, our dear friends, who's actually a sponsor of tonight's massive event. [01:14:24] Patriot Mobile, of course, will be traveling with us in our back pocket, as it always does, to celebrate America's 250th birthday. [01:14:31] How about changing your cell phone service provider? [01:14:33] There's all these dirty communists that run these big tech companies. [01:14:36] Patriot Mobile is the only Christian conservative wireless provider. [01:14:39] For more than 12 years, they've stood with Americans who believe in freedom. [01:14:42] And that freedom is worth defending. [01:14:43] Their premium priority access to all three major U.S. telephone networks gets you 100% U.S. based customer support, makes it super easy to switch over today. [01:14:54] Go to patriotmobile.comslash Benny, call 972 Patriot, and use the promo code Benny for a free month of service. [01:14:58] That's patriotmobile.comslash Benny, call 972 Patriot to make the switch today. [01:15:04] Ladies and gentlemen, we have unfortunately very little time left for us to hop on over to the airport. [01:15:14] And so we. [01:15:17] Jump on over to our checking of the polls today with James Comey. [01:15:20] What will happen to James Comey? [01:15:22] Will James Comey be in jail by June 30th? [01:15:27] Okay, even I don't think that's a little aggressive. [01:15:31] James Comey in jail by June 30th? [01:15:33] I don't think they'll even have a trial, honestly, by then. [01:15:37] But nonetheless, popped up between 24%. [01:15:42] Listen, a boy can dream. [01:15:44] A boy can dream. [01:15:46] Would it be a golden era? [01:15:50] If this happened, yes, it would, of course. [01:15:53] This would be, I mean, honestly, it's felt a little more golden than most recently, and we're thankful for that. [01:16:02] We're excited by the changes in the district maps here in Florida. [01:16:08] Extrapolate that out to the Voter Rights Act getting recalibrated because they didn't really gut anything. [01:16:17] They just recalibrated it so you can't be racist when you draw districts. [01:16:20] Now, multiple Southern states are saying we're going to pause our primaries and our caucuses and we're going to redraw our districts to be fair districts in this country. [01:16:29] Again, it could net Republicans plus 27 seats. [01:16:33] It could lead. [01:16:35] If Republicans control DC in this election through 2030, through that census, that's going to be, as we have shown you time and time again, another 25, net 25 flip from Democrat to Republican. [01:16:48] We just saw a massive change in the Maine Senate race. [01:16:52] That's one that Democrats. [01:16:53] Had to win in order to take back the Senate. [01:16:56] Now that plan is crumbling. [01:16:59] Libtards are crying and screaming at the top of their lungs all across social media. [01:17:03] James Comey is indicted. [01:17:05] I don't know about him being in jail by the 30th, but who knows? [01:17:09] Dr. Fauci's team's getting indicted. [01:17:12] It's a wonderful thing. [01:17:12] The SPLC has been exposed and indicted as a hate hoax group. [01:17:18] Cassie Hutchison, J6 Liar, is under investigation. [01:17:20] Fannie Willis is under investigation. [01:17:22] ActBlue is under investigation. [01:17:24] You've had some major. [01:17:27] From the FBI and the arrest of the Savannah Hernandez attackers that just happened yesterday. [01:17:35] And so, you know, stiff upper lip it. [01:17:38] The people who doom, the people who blackmail, the people that turned on our movement as soon as things got tough, you should despise them. [01:17:47] You should despise those people. [01:17:49] Like, I despise them. [01:17:53] Democrats will stab you in the face. [01:17:55] We know exactly what Democrats are going to do, we know what their game is. [01:17:58] They don't have anything to offer the American people. [01:18:00] The only way that they can keep power is by rigging the system, lawsuits, drawing lines that are congressional ghettos, and then bringing in people to fill those ghettos from third world hellholes that do not assimilate to America, that create ghettoized UN refugee camp no go zones all throughout our country. [01:18:21] And those no go zones attack Savannah Hernandez. [01:18:23] That's how you get attacked like that. [01:18:25] That's Democrat power. [01:18:26] They can't argue because none of their worldviews are consistent, none of it is ideologically consistent at all. [01:18:31] They can't argue their way into or out of any position. === Despising Democrats to Bring Liberty (04:47) === [01:18:35] They just have to rig the system for power. [01:18:37] We can defeat that. [01:18:39] And we are. [01:18:41] And we firmly believe, ladies and gentlemen, that God is on our side in that. [01:18:44] We do. [01:18:45] In our heart of hearts. [01:18:48] And so it is something that we are really glad that we didn't crash out. [01:18:53] Really glad. [01:18:54] I mean, I'm not trying to brag here, but there was a massive op that just ran. [01:18:59] It's collapsing now in real time. [01:19:01] But there was a massive op that was run against our movement over the last two months. [01:19:07] That was intended to destroy MAGA. [01:19:09] And now things are looking better than perhaps they've looked in a very, very long time. [01:19:13] Better than they've looked since Charlie's death, I can say. [01:19:16] That was a low point for me, for sure. [01:19:18] And so it's on the up and up, and you're at the right page and you're at the right place in order to capture that energy. [01:19:25] Ladies and gentlemen, can we still have a golden era? [01:19:28] I don't know. [01:19:30] I know that you can invest in gold, my friends at Advantage Gold. [01:19:33] Advantage Gold is keeping its customers locked in. [01:19:38] To its golden era. [01:19:39] That's because gold hit a record high of $5,600 an ounce. [01:19:45] It's dipped back because a lot of things have, and now is an excellent time to buy, ladies and gentlemen. [01:19:50] Not financial advice, but I can tell you that it's something that I've been practicing personally. [01:19:56] Central banks are buying, billionaires are buying. [01:19:58] That's just the reality. [01:19:59] Are you in? [01:20:00] Are you still sitting in a money market fund that's losing to inflation with every single year? [01:20:04] That's just the way that it goes. [01:20:06] This is why I trust Advantage Gold, America's top rated precious metals company. [01:20:10] And right now, you should too. [01:20:11] All you have to do is text Benny to 85545 today. [01:20:15] Text B E N N Y to 85545 today. [01:20:18] And you'll get an Advantage Gold investment kit sent right to your door. [01:20:21] Investing in physical gold and silver, tax free, penalty free with your IRA or 401k. [01:20:25] No cost, no obligation. [01:20:27] All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are off to the Lone Star State today with a verse of the day from Timothy 1 7. [01:20:37] For the Spirit of God. [01:20:40] For the spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self discipline. [01:20:48] Yes, ladies and gentlemen, there's been some changes to the show. [01:20:52] It has been rowdy and raucous. [01:20:54] A lot of it is something that has been brought about by forces that are outside of our control, some of the platforms that we broadcast on and things like that. [01:21:01] We don't like some of the changes. [01:21:04] We fight against them. [01:21:05] We're doing a lot of fighting behind the scenes and a lot of fighting in front of the scenes. [01:21:08] We thank you for fighting with us. [01:21:09] Okay. [01:21:10] Remember the spirit of God and that power that it gives you. [01:21:14] The power that raised Christ from the dead lives within you and your soul. [01:21:18] You are a soul. [01:21:20] You are a soul from heaven, not just flesh and blood. [01:21:25] Okay? [01:21:25] This is just temporary. [01:21:27] So make sure that you're marching on to the assured victory, no matter what happens, with us. [01:21:31] It's your boy Benny. [01:21:32] See ya. [01:21:35] It's the Benny Soul, where the truth is going to be. [01:21:38] Faith and freedom on your TV screen. [01:21:41] Stand up strong, battle through the night. [01:21:43] The Benny Soul's here. [01:21:50] With the warrior's heart, this man never fades. [01:21:53] You know it's primetime when Betty invades. [01:21:56] From saving the nation to stories untold. [01:21:58] The Betty shows a storm, see the truth unfold. [01:22:01] Stay in the loop, let freedom take hold. [01:22:04] Salt in all the libs, soul never sold. [01:22:06] It's the Betty show, where the truth gon' be. [01:22:09] Faith and freedom on your TV screen. [01:22:11] Stand up strong, battle through the night. [01:22:14] The Betty show's here, bringing liberty to light. [01:22:18] Liberty to light. [01:22:20] Bringing liberty to light. [01:22:23] Liberty to light.
