The Benny Show - Benny Johnson - Why Are Republicans Are About to BETRAY America On Amnesty for Millions of Illegals? Aired: 2026-04-20 Duration: 01:23:26 === Backdoor Amnesty Bill (14:49) === [00:01:06] Mr. Speaker, I vehemently oppose this backdoor amnesty bill that would allow hundreds of thousands of Haitians who entered our country illegally to be given de facto amnesty. [00:01:22] Temporary protected status, as its name implies, was originally designed to be just that, temporary. [00:01:31] And yet it's metastasized into what is effectively a permanent amnesty program. [00:01:37] for unvetted foreigners all over the globe and that's exactly what this bill extends. [00:01:44] So who are these people that this bill applies to? [00:01:48] There's roughly 350,000 Haitians covered under temporary protective status in the United States. [00:01:55] Of those an estimated 91% entered this country illegally. [00:02:03] 69% came in and estimated under the Biden administration. [00:02:08] In other words, what this bill does is codify open borders of the previous administration that the American people overwhelmingly rejected the last election cycle. [00:02:20] Mr. Speaker, no serious country tolerates virtually unlimited numbers of foreigners breaking and entering, and yet that's what this bill does. [00:02:33] But more fundamentally, Mr. Speaker, the purpose of our immigration system is to benefit our people. [00:02:42] It's for the benefit of Americans. [00:02:44] We have no obligation to allow anybody from any part of the globe to come into America. [00:02:50] When they do, they come in on our terms for our benefit. [00:02:55] So let's ask ourselves, does mass migration from Haiti benefit the American people? [00:03:03] The answer is obviously no. [00:03:06] 65% of non-immigrant Haitian-headed households are on welfare. [00:03:12] Does that make America stronger or more prosperous or more wealthy in any way? [00:03:18] Of course it doesn't. [00:03:21] And yet we're being asked to give them amnesty and make these absolutely horrendous years of open borders effectively permanent. [00:03:33] Mr. Speaker, the central thesis of the last election cycle was the American people rejecting mass migration. [00:03:43] That's why they gave the president the popular vote. [00:03:45] That's why Republicans have a trifecta, and we ought to listen to them. [00:03:51] The American people want their country back. [00:03:55] The American people are tired of sending their kids to schools where an unlimited number of children are speaking foreign languages, or schools that are flooded with fentanyl because of open borders. [00:04:11] Mr. Speaker, we want to live in America. [00:04:16] That's why I reject this bill, and I hope my colleagues will as well. [00:04:20] Listen, over 20 million illegals cross the border. [00:04:23] That's 5 million per year. [00:04:25] If we are not deporting at least 5 million per year, then guess what? [00:04:28] That's effectively amnesty to the ones that are not deported. [00:04:31] So if you don't want amnesty, we need to remove all of those illegals before they reproduce, before they have me spinning on a stick, roasting over an old oil barrel in the alley. [00:04:49] I am horribly allergic to cats, but I love them in memes. [00:04:52] So, Jerry, you get a full pass on cat memes. [00:04:55] I do, in fact, love also the Eating the Cats, They're Eating the Dogs remix. [00:04:59] It is Monday morning. [00:05:01] It has been an unnecessarily long weekend. [00:05:04] Klein, hit me with the remix. [00:05:06] Hit me with it because we are going to talk about Haitians today. [00:05:12] Who remembers the banger? [00:05:15] Who remembers the banger? [00:05:17] They're eating the dogs. [00:05:18] They're eating the cats. [00:05:20] Eat the cat. [00:05:20] Come on, Todd. [00:05:21] Eat the cat. [00:05:22] They're eating the dogs. [00:05:23] They're eating the dogs. [00:05:24] Did we experience the fake internet? [00:05:27] Did we experience it? [00:05:29] Yeah, we did, actually. [00:05:31] It's good to know that you lived through the best times. [00:05:34] You know? [00:05:35] So you just kind of like enjoy the memories. [00:05:39] I think this is an Olympian. [00:05:40] Right. [00:05:40] I think this is like a. [00:05:42] This woman is a famous Olympian. [00:05:44] Eat the cat. [00:05:46] Eat the cat. [00:05:46] Eat the dogs. [00:05:47] Eat the dogs. [00:05:48] Eat the cat. [00:05:50] Eat the cat. [00:05:51] You know, everyone made fun of Donald Trump for this. [00:05:55] And I know we're starting the show off a little hot, but it's true. [00:06:00] They're literally eating the cats. [00:06:01] They're eating the dogs. [00:06:02] Klein, do you have the article? [00:06:03] Pop it up. [00:06:04] I know it wasn't in America, it was in Italy. [00:06:08] But now we know, as a matter of verified fact, that they are indeed eating the cats. [00:06:15] Because in Italy, a brand new horror. [00:06:21] For the people there in Europe. [00:06:23] Hey, Alex, you're going to have to jump in and send the article if it's not already in there. [00:06:29] They found one of the Haitian migrants eating the cats. [00:06:33] Literally cooking a cat in a park in front of children. [00:06:38] Here it is. [00:06:39] My screen. [00:06:40] Thank you. [00:06:44] My screen, Klein. [00:06:45] Thank you. [00:06:45] Thank you. [00:06:46] There you go. [00:06:46] All right. [00:06:47] Fury. [00:06:48] Furry. [00:06:49] Yeah, actually, Furry. [00:06:50] As Nigerian migrant caught cooking cat in public park. [00:06:54] Next to children's playground. [00:06:56] Trump was right. [00:06:58] You could pop it up one more time and the Trump was right. [00:07:01] And the memes were right. [00:07:03] The TikTok trends were hilarious, dark. [00:07:06] And while they intended to make fun of President Trump, he did end up winning in a historic landslide, all seven swing states, the popular vote. [00:07:14] And all bellwether counties, ladies and gentlemen, President Trump was right on these issues. [00:07:21] And he's still right today. [00:07:23] So, why is it that Republicans are sabotaging, backstabbing, and betraying us on this issue? [00:07:29] They're eating the dogs. [00:07:30] They're eating the cats. [00:07:31] Eat the cat. [00:07:32] Eat, eat the cat. [00:07:33] Today is Monday, April 20th, 2026. [00:07:36] Republicans betray their voters on immigration, including letting hundreds of thousands of Haitians that are here illegally stay. [00:07:42] U.S. takes over Iranian boat, violating blockade, but there are good signs on the horizon. [00:07:47] Representative Brandon Gill, Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas, and Clay Fuller, the man who took Marjorie Taylor Greene's seat, thank God, is on the show. [00:07:58] My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show. [00:08:00] We've had our coffee this morning, if you couldn't tell, since we very rarely start the show off dancing. [00:08:06] We are locked and loaded with our Blackout coffee. [00:08:08] Blackout coffee keeps us caffeinated and ready to roll, especially in the times when you really have to stay on your feet. [00:08:15] Blackout coffee are our friends. [00:08:16] They're patriots. [00:08:17] They brew their coffee. [00:08:18] They make their coffee here in Florida. [00:08:20] They're people who make their coffee right down the road from us. [00:08:22] They support veterans, they create American jobs, and we love their brew. [00:08:27] Keeps us caffeinated and ready to fight the communists, gives us the energy to do our work every single day. [00:08:31] Perfect for work, travel, or keeping a go bag. [00:08:33] Blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny. [00:08:35] Use code Benny for 20% off your first order. [00:08:37] That's blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny. [00:08:39] Support American jobs. [00:08:41] All right, ladies and gentlemen, the United States House of Representatives is moving ahead on a bill to protect Haitian immigrants in a slap to the face, in the face to the Trump administration and to all of his voters. [00:08:52] Why the hell is this happening? [00:08:54] Because there are about a half, about a dozen traitors amongst the Republican caucus that are voting for full amnesty, including. [00:09:05] For hundreds of thousands of Haitians that are brought here and came here illegally, they remain here illegally, protected by a judge's order. [00:09:14] Trump wanted to send them home and take away their temporary protected status. [00:09:17] An important question for the Haitians here why are so many of them on welfare? [00:09:22] 65% of them on welfare. [00:09:23] Wow. [00:09:24] Well, you know, libs keep telling me that immigration is about bringing the best and the brightest to our nation. [00:09:31] If 65% of the people they're bringing here have to be on welfare, it's not the best and the brightest. [00:09:36] Also, if you are bringing the best and the brightest, then why don't you have them stay in their countries? [00:09:42] Most of these countries, you can see here Afghanistan, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Ecuador, Mexico, Haiti, Cuba, Vietnam, Colombia. [00:09:49] These are third world countries. [00:09:50] These are countries that have a really tough role. [00:09:53] Why not keep the best and the brightest there? [00:09:55] Wouldn't that make sense? [00:09:58] So, two lies in one. [00:10:00] They're here, they're on welfare. [00:10:02] Some 87% of Afghanis are on welfare here. [00:10:06] They come here not because they could assimilate or make America better. [00:10:10] They come here parasitically. [00:10:12] And if they indeed were the best and the brightest, Libs would want them to stay home, right? [00:10:18] Help these third world countries, the ones that we're already sending money to. [00:10:22] The Dignidad Act is traitorism to our party. [00:10:27] Ladies and gentlemen, this is the names. [00:10:30] Of those who voted in favor to give and keep Haitians here in this country, Democrats broke out into applause after it was passed. [00:10:41] Here are the Republicans, to their great shame. [00:10:43] We should ban every single one of them from the show. [00:10:46] There are some names that I certainly recognize here. [00:10:48] We're going to ban every one of these names on the show, or maybe bring them all on and let's roast them over why they would ever vote to pass a three year extension for 350,000 Haitians living in America so that the next Democrat president. [00:11:04] Could make them all give them all animosity, like immediately, nationalize every single one of them. [00:11:10] And that's what they promised to do. [00:11:12] It's absolutely critical. [00:11:13] So, what they promised to do, ladies and gentlemen, Brandon Gill, set and ready to go. [00:11:17] I want to talk with them about this. [00:11:19] Top Democrat strategist, James Carville, says the first thing that Democrats are going to do when they regain power grant Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico statehood so they can lock in four extra senate seats. [00:11:28] They've already stolen like eight senate seats. [00:11:30] Pack the U.S. Supreme Court, nine justices from nine justices to 13, adding four new left wing justices, reopen the U.S. Mexico. Border and grant mass amnesty to every single alien currently living in the United States. [00:11:42] Well, you'd probably get Republicans to help you do that. [00:11:46] Don't run on it. [00:11:47] Don't talk about it. [00:11:48] Just do it. [00:11:50] There's one man who's been warning about this literally, the eating of the cats on this program. [00:11:57] He's gone viral and he is one of the single clearest voices on this subject that exists in Congress. [00:12:04] His name is Brandon Gill of Texas. [00:12:06] He joins us live right now. [00:12:16] Congressman, welcome back to the program. [00:12:18] You went thermonuclear viral last week on the show, saying that you want America to look like America again, that calls to prayer doesn't feel like the Texas you grew up in, that cast systems in schools doesn't feel like the Texas you grew up in. [00:12:32] And a lot of people agreed with you that clip alone did 10 million views. [00:12:37] Why are Republicans not agreeing with you and voting to grant mass amnesty to hundreds of thousands of Haitians? [00:12:45] Yeah, I mean, this is probably the most frustrating vote I've seen in Congress since I've been here in the past. [00:12:50] For the past year and a half. [00:12:52] And I think the reality is there's a large, cheap labor lobby, to put it very simply, in Washington, D.C., who they descend upon the city, they go meet with a bunch of members of Congress, and they beg and they plead and they say, please, we need infinity Haitians in small town American communities because if we don't have them, our healthcare system is going to collapse. [00:13:14] Now, I think you and I can hear that and recognize that that is just frankly idiotic on its face. [00:13:20] Recognize that our healthcare system does not depend on mass migration from Haiti. [00:13:26] But nevertheless, you'll hear some of my colleagues, especially on the other side of the aisle, say things like, and I think it was Pramila Jayapal who said that 20% of American healthcare workers are Haitian. [00:13:39] Just completely, completely ludicrous. [00:13:42] The number actually is 0.6%. [00:13:45] But that's the kind of stuff you hear regularly that is used to justify mass immigration. [00:13:50] And I think, again, most people hear that and they realize this is. [00:13:54] Complete nonsense, but for some reason, not every member of Congress recognizes that. [00:14:00] So, Republicans did in fact vote for this. [00:14:03] This is an absolute scar on the face of what we promised that we would do for voters. [00:14:11] The eat the cats, the eat the dogs thing, it's funny, but it's like actually happening. [00:14:16] And there's, once again, no explanation as to the best explanation is healthcare workers. [00:14:23] That's it. [00:14:25] That's the best explanation I've received. [00:14:27] I mean, you'll have some humanitarian concerns, which I don't think are justifications that I find compelling, at least. [00:14:36] But you're exactly right. [00:14:37] I mean, you saw that Lizzie TikTok picture of a Nigerian immigrant grilling a cat in a school park. [00:14:44] I mean, that's what every small town in America is going to look like if Democrats regain control. [00:14:49] But what's frustrating to me is that anybody on our side would go along with this, to your point. [00:14:55] I mean, the key question we should be asking on immigration. [00:14:59] Is does this benefit the American people? [00:15:01] So the question on temporary protective status is does mass migration from Haiti benefit the American people? [00:15:08] And the answer is clearly no. [00:15:09] And you're showing that graph right there 65% of Haitian non citizen headed households are on welfare. [00:15:17] That makes our country weaker and poorer. [00:15:20] It rips apart our social fabric. [00:15:22] In no way does that make the American people better off. [00:15:25] So for that reason alone, we ought to reject temporary protective status, which by the way, Has metastasized into de facto amnesty, which it was never intended to do. [00:15:35] This temporary protective status, which was originally granted in 2010 after an earthquake in Haiti, has been re upped, re upped, re upped again and again and again to the point now where the majority, 69% of Haitians who are covered under temporary protective status, came in under the Biden administration. === Immigration Weakens America (10:30) === [00:15:56] In other words, they were part of Biden's open borders. [00:15:59] So voting. [00:16:00] To extend temporary protective status is voting to essentially codify Joe Biden's open borders. [00:16:07] And remember, that's what amnesty is. [00:16:09] And this is de facto amnesty. [00:16:11] That's why I've been so frustrated with this, because it codifies everything that we ran against, which is open borders under the Biden administration that has been tearing our country apart. [00:16:23] Yes. [00:16:24] Could you expound on why it tears our country apart, Congressman? [00:16:28] Yeah, you know, I would put it this way America is. [00:16:32] Unique. [00:16:34] We have a unique civilization here. [00:16:36] We have a unique culture and institutions and a unique way of life. [00:16:41] And mass migration transforms that on a very fundamental level. [00:16:45] You know, immigration is the one issue that really touches everything else in American life. [00:16:51] It impacts your children's education, how safe our streets are, the viability of our social programs. [00:16:58] It impacts, you know, whenever you're walking down the street, how safe your communities are. [00:17:07] So, it's the one thing that I think we should be focused intensely on. [00:17:12] And I think that's the reason why the left is so focused on it, because their desire is to transform American civilization. [00:17:21] And you do that through mass migration. [00:17:24] What temporary protective status does is completely plays into that. [00:17:28] You're bringing in 350,000 or allowing 350,000 people who are in the country who originally came here temporarily to stay virtually permanently. [00:17:38] And remember, this bill, by the way, Extends temporary protective status to just after the next president gets sworn. [00:17:45] In other words, it was designed specifically to spite President Trump. [00:17:49] So, what you're doing is you're undermining American communities. [00:17:52] And you've got, I mean, we ran last cycle. [00:17:55] One of the big elections, big issues was Haitians, mass migration from Haiti, transforming small town Ohio towns. [00:18:05] I mean, that's an abomination. [00:18:07] And we ought to recognize that. [00:18:10] This is something that I've always wondered, and perhaps you could. [00:18:14] I mean, I'm not the member of Congress, you are. [00:18:16] And so hopefully you can elucidate for our audience this number right here, which is total all migrants. [00:18:24] Obviously, there's outliers like nearly 90% of Afghanis are on welfare, but 54%, the absolute majority of every single migrant we bring into this country goes directly onto welfare. [00:18:39] These are all migrant headed households right here. [00:18:42] 54% congressmen? [00:18:44] Okay, a couple things. [00:18:45] One, if we're bringing in the best and the brightest and they have to be here on welfare, why are we bringing them here at all? [00:18:54] Two, shouldn't this be illegal? [00:18:57] Like, if you're coming here, shouldn't the point be that you are going to contribute immediately and not parasitically make our country poorer and steal from the taxpayers, of which you've contributed nothing? [00:19:08] Your ancestors have contributed nothing. [00:19:10] You fought in no wars. [00:19:11] You had no children. [00:19:12] You've added zero to our culture. [00:19:13] You've built no churches. [00:19:15] You haven't mowed a lawn in this country. [00:19:18] Why are you entitled to welfare? [00:19:20] Shouldn't there be a law that bans all migrants from welfare? [00:19:24] I mean, doesn't that make common sense? [00:19:28] It makes complete common sense. [00:19:30] And most Americans would agree with us on this. [00:19:32] I mean, American immigration policy used to be predicated on the idea that you cannot be what's called a public burden. [00:19:38] In other words, you can't do exactly what we're seeing here, which is come in from any part of the globe and immediately hop on welfare. [00:19:45] And expect the American people to pay for your food and your education and your housing and your health care and everything else. [00:19:51] And yet, that's what we're seeing now. [00:19:53] That doesn't make our country stronger. [00:19:55] It makes our country weaker in almost every single way. [00:19:58] So, what you're doing is you're saying that some middle class American family who's been here for generations should all of the sudden pick up the tab for people from the third world flooding into our communities, which, by the way, no American voted for. [00:20:13] Almost no American supports this. [00:20:14] If you poll the American people, They routinely, consistently say we either want legal immigration levels, either currently where they are or much lower than they currently are. [00:20:26] Very few Americans want more immigration, and almost no Americans want illegal immigration. [00:20:32] So, sorry, forgive me, please continue. [00:20:35] No, so that's the first problem. [00:20:38] The second issue is one of cultural compatibility, which used to be a key pillar of American immigration policy, which is if you come into the United States, you are expected to become American. [00:20:49] You're not expected to be a hyphenated American perpetually. [00:20:52] You're expected to adopt American culture and revere our history and adhere to the cultural norms in our civilization, which, by the way, is the whole reason why. [00:21:04] People immigrate into the United States because our culture, I believe, in many ways is superior to other cultures across the globe. [00:21:12] We've got to recognize that not all cultures are equal. [00:21:15] They're not all equally compatible with America's governing frameworks. [00:21:19] They're not all equally moral. [00:21:21] They don't all have equal dignity. [00:21:23] And we ought to recognize that bringing in third world countries where some lunatic is grilling a cat in an American park where children are playing around with is a culture that is incompatible with our own. [00:21:37] Speaking of incompatibility, sometimes it's important to compare just broad numbers. [00:21:42] The average IQ in Haiti is 68. [00:21:46] The average IQ is 68 and 67, depending on where the numbers are. [00:21:52] I have Grok pulled up here between 67 and 68. [00:21:55] Average IQ in America is like 105. [00:21:58] How is that supposed to be compatible? [00:22:00] How is that supposed to work? [00:22:01] Same thing with Somalia, by the way. [00:22:03] The average IQ in Somalia hovers around 70. [00:22:07] And that's the threshold for mentally handicapped, according to most psychological theses here in this country. [00:22:14] So, how are you supposed to square that, Congressman? [00:22:19] Well, that's the problem. [00:22:21] And perhaps there's a link between this and between the welfare usages that you see from migrants in many countries, which is that whenever you bring in a population who largely has not really interacted with what we would consider the modern American world and the modern American economy, they have a very hard time staying afloat. [00:22:42] And the result is that they become a net drain economically on the rest of the society. [00:22:49] But again, these are basic facts that we've got to recognize. [00:22:52] And I don't think that. [00:22:54] You know, think just as just to use one example is how does importing these populations, given the statistics which you just cited, impact American education? [00:23:03] Whenever these are the people who are going to schools with our children, who have to be taught alongside our children, by any measure, I mean, common sense would tell you that this would decrease the quality of education for American children. [00:23:17] And that's before we even start talking about people who are speaking foreign languages and having other kinds of cultural. [00:23:24] Uh, issues, uh, Congressman. [00:23:26] I know that you have to go. [00:23:27] I hope you'll allow me one more question because it's prescient and important and it's breaking news that just broke yesterday. [00:23:33] Um, uh, Ilhan Omar has now rescinded her 30 million dollar net worth and says that she is only worth a paltry 18,000. [00:23:43] Uh, she says that her liabilities now decrease her net worth. [00:23:48] Of course, that's not how it works, and I just filed my taxes, that's not how a liability works. [00:23:53] Um, lying to Congress is a big crime. [00:23:56] What's going on here with Ilhan Omar? [00:23:57] What should happen with Ilhan Omar? [00:24:00] It's bizarre here. [00:24:01] You're telling me that you had an accounting error to the tune of $30 million. [00:24:06] I mean, I know Democrat math is pretty bad, but it's not even this bad. [00:24:11] You know, to suggest this and think that the American people are going to buy this and not believe that there is something shady going on is completely crazy. [00:24:23] I would like to know how you revise your net worth down by $30 million? [00:24:28] And I think most people want to know as well. [00:24:30] I mean, that's an astounding. [00:24:33] Difference. [00:24:33] And, you know, there's been all kinds of questions about Congresswoman Omar, her immigration status, whether that was fraudulent whenever she initially came in, what types of businesses she and her husband run. [00:24:46] You know, I believe her husband is supposed to have run a winery, which I'm not quite sure how that squares with the rest of Ilhan's Islamic persona. [00:24:55] But, you know, I think there are a lot of open questions here. [00:24:59] And we checked. [00:25:00] It's very haram. [00:25:00] Like, you're not allowed to own a winery. [00:25:02] You're not allowed to own wine at all. [00:25:03] You're not allowed to be involved in alcohol. [00:25:06] It's not something that, you know, lucky for her, though, Congressman, in conclusion here, lucky for her, the winery is fake. [00:25:13] So she doesn't have to worry about it. [00:25:14] This is not real. [00:25:15] It's only real on paper. [00:25:16] She said it's worth $5 million. [00:25:19] So lucky her. [00:25:20] You're right. [00:25:21] Like, boom, it's fake. [00:25:22] So she's good. [00:25:23] It's what it seems to be. [00:25:24] Just don't ask questions, I guess, is the message from Democrats right now. [00:25:29] Yes, yes. [00:25:31] We hope that you continue asking questions. [00:25:32] We're so thankful for you and your fight on the Hill on this issue. [00:25:37] It's rare to actually have a voice that reflects the base and what people voted for, and you're one of them. [00:25:44] So, thank you. [00:25:45] Godspeed, Congressman. [00:25:46] And please follow Congressman Gill right here. [00:25:50] He has hundreds of thousands of followers on X. Make sure you're fighting with the people who fight for us. [00:25:54] Thank you. [00:25:54] Thanks for having me. [00:26:03] Ladies and gentlemen, just some hard hitting data there. [00:26:07] Got to tell you, it's really nice. [00:26:11] And I would never claim that Stephen Miller ever stole anything from me. [00:26:16] Stephen Miller is one of the arguably the single generationally smartest operator in politics in my lifetime. === Stephen Miller Parrots Us (02:51) === [00:26:26] He's a speechwriter for President Trump. [00:26:28] Some of the most eloquent, beautiful lines that Trump has ever spoken come from Stephen Miller, so he doesn't need my half baked ideas. [00:26:34] But this is one of my ideas, and it's a very proud daddy moment here to have Stephen Miller parrot what we have said on this program for quite some time, which is why would you ever want to bring a country that you wouldn't want to visit to America? [00:26:51] Meaning, if you were to break off Haiti and make it a state, Democrats would do that in a heartbeat, don't give them a chance. [00:26:58] But if you could break off Somalia, if you could break off Chad, you know, if you could break off the Eastern Front of Ukraine, would you really want that as an American state? [00:27:07] The answer is no. [00:27:09] These are very bad places to live. [00:27:12] So, why are we mass importing people from those lands? [00:27:16] Because the geography isn't the point. [00:27:19] It doesn't matter if it's an island on the south side of Africa, on the north side of Africa, some remote region of the world. [00:27:25] It doesn't matter where the geography is. [00:27:27] It doesn't matter if it's right off our border. [00:27:31] There's an enormous amount of Mexico you would not want to be American. [00:27:36] You would not want to naturalize the next 50 miles into Mexico. [00:27:42] That would mean an increase of 1 million hardened cartel member terrorists to our country. [00:27:52] The question is, and it's very simple when you actually frame it this way what cultures do you want to live next to? [00:28:00] Do you want to live next to the island of Haiti? [00:28:03] No. [00:28:04] Do you want to live next to Somalia? [00:28:05] Would you visit Somalia on a trip? [00:28:08] Summer's coming just around the corner. [00:28:10] We're rounding the corner on the end of April here. [00:28:15] Would you wish to go on a summer vacation to Somalia or Haiti? [00:28:19] No, you don't. [00:28:21] You don't want to go on a summer vacation to the vast majority of cultures. [00:28:25] In fact, the cultures that often are the ones that you go visit are the ones that are homogenous. [00:28:32] Japan, people like to go to Korea. [00:28:34] People like to go to Eastern Europe, some parts of Western Europe, the ones that haven't been just completely lost. [00:28:41] Biodiversity is our strength. [00:28:43] Now, here's Stephen Miller making this exact point. [00:28:45] We made this point on the show many, many times. [00:28:47] A useful way to think about migration is to consider what kind of societies the migrants have built in their homes and their countries, and to what extent you would like those conditions to be replicated here. [00:28:56] It's exactly the correct way to think about it. [00:29:01] Republicans in Congress have betrayed our nation and have done so in the worst possible way by creating a permanent Joe Biden era open borders. === Call of Duty Mission (06:41) === [00:29:17] And by the way, rewarding the people who did all this illegally. [00:29:26] It does make your blood boil. [00:29:28] I do want to tell you that I'm very excited for our next guest. [00:29:34] Our next guest is Congressman Clay Fuller. [00:29:37] He's getting set right now. [00:29:39] He just replaced Marjorie Taylor Greene in the House of Representatives. [00:29:42] He's doing a baptism by fire, but we are very much looking forward to hearing him on the show. [00:29:49] Also, looking forward to financial freedom. [00:31:06] Let's move on. [00:31:08] Let's move on to the new news of the weekend. [00:31:13] President Trump has blown a hole in an Iranian cargo ship. [00:31:19] Footage shows the moment the vessel defiantly ignored the blockade. [00:31:24] We'll play you the footage of the Toiska. [00:31:28] The Toiska is one of those massive oil tankers. [00:31:33] In fact, let's track it. [00:31:35] I love doing this. [00:31:37] You can actually track the ships now. [00:31:39] You can play that. [00:31:41] You can watch here. [00:31:42] This is an Iranian tanker attempting to fire the bombers. [00:31:51] Vacate your engine room. [00:31:52] Vacate your engine room. [00:31:54] We're prepared to subject you to disabling fire. [00:32:00] There we go. [00:32:12] There you go. [00:32:14] We mean it. [00:32:17] Ladies and gentlemen, President Trump said that these shots blew up their engine room. [00:32:21] You can see here, where is the Toysca today? [00:32:24] I become upset. [00:32:25] Don't get into rabbit hole obsessions on the internet. [00:32:29] I never had any idea that this would be so much fun to be able to track specific vessels. [00:32:35] In fact, once we heard that the Strait of Hormuz was open, the first vessel that went scooting around it was a. [00:32:43] Cruise ship with like Disney characters painted on the front. [00:32:48] And we thought that was hysterical. [00:32:49] Like the idea of them trying to dodge mines in that massive ship while people are flurry on board with their all inclusive drink coupons. [00:33:00] It's hysterical, made me laugh. [00:33:03] This is where the Toiska is today. [00:33:05] It was stopped in its tracks. [00:33:06] It's a massive container ship. [00:33:08] You can see a little photo of the ship here on the page. [00:33:12] And you can also see sort of what. [00:33:15] Yeah, the size of the thing. [00:33:18] Anyway, they were able to disable the engine room, blowing it up. [00:33:26] President Trump on Truth Social. [00:33:29] Why do we not have that? [00:33:30] Let's grab that, please. [00:33:32] New footage shows the American naval forces giving fair warning to an Iranian cargo vessel before blowing a hole in its engine room. [00:33:39] Dramatic video shows CETCOM on Sunday, shows troops aboard the USS Spruance intercepting the Iranian flagged Toiska. [00:33:48] In the Arabian Sea as it sailed towards Bandar Abbas. [00:33:52] This is one of the Iranian oil storage and refinement facilities. [00:33:58] In the footage, U.S. forces can be heard issuing multiple warnings to the Toyske and informing the crew that they were in violation of the blockade and ordering them to stop. [00:34:07] The warnings stretched on for six tenths hours. [00:34:11] However, the ship did not comply with standoff escalating. [00:34:14] The USS Spruance guided missile destroyer issued a final directive evacuate the engine room. [00:34:19] Motor vessel Toysca, vacate your engine room. [00:34:22] The troops could be heard telling the Iranian flag vessel, We are preparing to subject you to disabling fire. [00:34:26] Moments later, the destroyer unleashed several rounds from its five inch MK 45 gun, blasting directly into the ship's engine compartment and bringing it to a halt. [00:34:37] Officials claim the ship had attempted to push through the blockade. [00:34:40] Despite repeated warnings, Marines seized the ship after it was disabled. [00:34:48] It's like a Call of Duty mission. [00:34:51] This sounds awesome. [00:34:55] There's no indication that anyone fought back. [00:34:58] The Marines now are in charge of this massive 900 foot long, so nine football fields long, massive cargo ship and oil tanker. [00:35:11] President Trump writing on Truth Social today, Iranian flag cargo ship Toiska, weighing as much as an aircraft carrier, tried to get past our naval blockade and it didn't go well for them. [00:35:26] The Iranian crew refused to listen, and our Navy ship stopped them right in their tracks, blowing a hole in the engine room. [00:35:31] Right now, the U.S. Marines have custody of the vessel, and the Toysca is under U.S. Treasury sanctions. [00:35:36] We have full custody of the ship. [00:35:37] We're seeing what's on board. [00:35:39] Okay. [00:35:44] All right. [00:35:45] Good. [00:35:46] Ladies and gentlemen, that made us laugh, but what would make us cry, meaning crying tears of joy, would be if the peace talks that are going on right now. === Iranian Crew Refused (08:01) === [00:35:59] In Islamabad, we are successful. [00:36:02] We have stated our position publicly many times, but we will do so again. [00:36:10] What we are dealing with, let's pop on my screen, please. [00:36:13] What we're dealing with are literal demon goblins who would gladly allow every rapist in the third world to. [00:36:28] Come and hang out in your daughter's high school parking lot. [00:36:35] Every murderer of the third world to pour into your neighborhood to case your home. [00:36:43] They want this to happen to your children. [00:36:46] They want your children to end up like Lake and Riley. [00:36:52] They want it. [00:36:53] They're excited about it. [00:36:55] They're demons for it. [00:36:57] They want your children to end up like Charlie Kirk. [00:37:00] They want you. [00:37:04] To live either in a camp or in fear for the rest of your life. [00:37:09] They don't want a two party system. [00:37:10] They want a one party system where they have rigged and broken everything that it means to be an American to the whims of their power, and there isn't even an opportunity to fight back. [00:37:21] And if you do, you go to prison. [00:37:24] This is what they tell you. [00:37:26] They're clear about their intentions, they scream it from the rooftop. [00:37:31] And so we should listen, right? [00:37:33] Like when somebody tells you who they are, believe them. [00:37:35] Grant statehood to Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico, so rig the Senate forever. [00:37:39] Possibly rig the Senate so much that they could beat any filibuster, right? [00:37:44] They could pass anything that they wanted. [00:37:46] Pack the U.S. Supreme Court so that you'll never get a fair ruling ever again. [00:37:51] It's hard enough to get a fair ruling with a conservative court. [00:37:54] Reopen the border and grant mass amnesty to everyone inside the United States. [00:37:58] Well, how many illegals are in the United States? [00:38:01] Some people tell us 20 million, some people claim us 40 million. [00:38:05] I mean, there's this horrific. [00:38:08] Article out this weekend. [00:38:09] ALX, can you grab it, please? [00:38:12] 10% of the nation's births are anchor babies. [00:38:17] What kind of a country are we running? [00:38:19] Not one that's going to be around for long. [00:38:22] If that remains the case, they're pretty clear that the goal here is the destruction of America. [00:38:30] They're happy about it. [00:38:31] They're joyful. [00:38:31] They're gleeful as they talk about the rape and killing of your children, the destruction of your safe and secure neighborhood. [00:38:39] The atomization of your dollar, the desecration of your grandparents' graves. [00:38:45] They want it, they're excited about it. [00:38:50] Let me know when we have that. [00:38:55] Have a look. [00:38:56] 10%. [00:38:56] I mean, it's unspeakable. [00:39:00] You have to see it to believe it. [00:39:01] Pew Research Center. [00:39:04] About 9% of U.S. births in 2023 were unauthorized or temporary illegal immigrant mothers. [00:39:12] These would be called anchor babies. [00:39:15] This is why President Trump is trying to end birthright citizenship. [00:39:19] Seems like that's going to be an uphill battle in the Supreme Court. [00:39:23] So let me just make my stance extremely clear. [00:39:28] It's a very consistent stance. [00:39:29] We want to win elections because the alternative is insufferable. [00:39:35] The alternative is the end of our nation. [00:39:38] If we don't win elections, then this is what we will be subjected to. [00:39:44] To win elections, you need to focus on domestic policy issues. [00:39:49] I also don't want Iran to get a nuclear weapon. [00:39:51] I don't know anybody who does. [00:39:53] But if you have $5 gas during the midterms, if grocery prices remain very high, If the housing market remains very high and unaffordable, nobody can get a house, mainly because there are 20 million criminal aliens here in this country, then you will have a very, very, very tough midterm. [00:40:11] It's not going to be tough because historically it's always tough for the ruling party. [00:40:16] And so I want America to win. [00:40:18] Therefore, I want the distraction in Iran to go away. [00:40:22] Now, reports are out right now that Iran is meeting with Trump's negotiation team and that it's going actually quite well. [00:40:33] And that they're responding very positively to new terms. [00:40:36] And so pray. [00:40:38] Pray that we can get back. [00:40:40] We all saw what happened on Friday as the tensions eased. [00:40:45] Pray that we can get back, ladies and gentlemen. [00:40:48] This is why I sue for peace. [00:40:51] I pray for peace. [00:40:52] Blessed are the peacemakers. [00:40:55] All right. [00:40:56] Fantastic. [00:40:57] Okay. [00:40:58] The congressman is set. [00:40:59] We're thrilled, ladies and gentlemen, to have Clay Fuller for the first time on the program from Georgia. [00:41:06] He just won. [00:41:07] Marjorie Taylor Greene's old seat. [00:41:11] And we're excited to speak with him about what baptism by fire is like in the U.S. Congress. [00:41:24] Congressman, welcome to the program. [00:41:26] Thank you so much for having me. [00:41:27] I'm excited to be with you, Benny. [00:41:28] All right. [00:41:29] Well, a belated congratulations. [00:41:33] How has it been, your first week in Congress? [00:41:35] You know, I've heard from a lot of people, a lot of commentators. [00:41:38] This may be the best first week in the history of the United States Congress. [00:41:42] So we've been on fire in this first week. [00:41:44] You know, our focus is really to show that not only is there a warrior here for Georgia 14 and the hardworking people here, but also that, as you were talking about, there's There's a movement on the right to say it's okay to be proud to be an American. [00:42:01] It's okay to be proud to say we need borders. [00:42:03] And it's okay to say we don't want amnesty and to stand up for our Second Amendment rights. [00:42:09] And so that's what we've been offering in just the first week. [00:42:11] And we're just going to be offering so much more over the next couple of weeks. [00:42:16] You know, you come from a MAGA district. [00:42:18] I think you had a very comfortable win. [00:42:20] Libs were losing their minds. [00:42:22] They were saying, like, oh, you know, we're going to take the seat. [00:42:24] We're going to steal the seat. [00:42:25] No, I think you blew them out by like 15, 20 points. [00:42:28] So well done. [00:42:32] Can you explain what exactly happened there? [00:42:39] Do you have any take on Marjorie Taylor Greene and what occurred? [00:42:43] Do you know what happened? [00:42:44] I guess she used to come on the show a lot, right? [00:42:48] It just seems strange to us. [00:42:50] Personal question, but I wanted to ask. [00:42:52] Yeah, no, I don't know. [00:42:54] And the thing for me is, I was focused on the opportunity that was presented to me to fight for the people of. [00:43:00] Northwest Georgia. [00:43:01] And they were looking for somebody who was going to embrace the president. [00:43:05] And, you know, one of the things that I try to tell viewers across the country, because there was a little bit of a media narrative coming out of April 7th that there was some sort of shift in Georgia 14. [00:43:15] Remember, it was a special election. [00:43:17] And within the special election, we had a dominating performance, primarily because President Trump got in early to support our campaign. [00:43:26] He came down and campaigned with us in the district. [00:43:30] And so if I have any advice for Republican candidates across the country, If you want to win, embrace President Trump and his policies. [00:43:38] Yeah. [00:43:39] You have had a winning first week. [00:43:42] I mean, you get to Congress, and then Congress has one of the largest sex scandal blow ups in history. [00:43:50] I don't know how close you are to Eric Swalwell's old office or Tony Gonzalez, but this has been a bit of a roller coaster. [00:43:59] What have you learned the last week? === Harsh Punishment Deterrent (06:48) === [00:44:01] Well, and that was one of my first legislative priorities, and that's something that I'm currently working on is to hold bad actors accountable in Congress. [00:44:09] My background, I was an elected district attorney before hopping into this position, and I was in, I'm a lieutenant colonel in the Air National Guard. [00:44:17] My job has been to ensure the integrity and honor of the institutions that I was a part of, and we have to bring that back to Capitol Hill. [00:44:25] So I'm working on some ideas and some legislation that will hold bad actors on Capitol Hill accountable, because I think the American people want to see it. [00:44:33] What does that sound like? [00:44:34] Those are like, we call them weasel words, but it's like, hold them accountable. [00:44:37] Like, okay. [00:44:39] People are sick of hearing that because nobody ever gets held accountable. [00:44:42] So you can be real on our show. [00:44:46] I know there's other shows that you have to stay all locked up for, but what does that mean? [00:44:50] What would you like to see? [00:44:52] You're a prosecutor from Georgia, right? [00:44:54] For the country. [00:44:55] What's country justice look like for you? [00:44:58] Absolutely. [00:44:58] I want to see people in jail. [00:45:00] And the thing is, we need targeted, specific legislation that provides stiffer penalties for people who are in a position of trust. [00:45:08] And it could be a member of Congress, and you could talk about a number of different positions. [00:45:13] where people are in a profession of trust. [00:45:16] And I think you need stiffer sentencing penalties. [00:45:19] And then for our most serious crimes, if you are in a position of trust and you commit rape, then you should face the death penalty, in my opinion. [00:45:30] I know that there's a Supreme Court case on point related to this issue, but I think we on the right as conservatives should be offering, I don't think it's controversial across the country. [00:45:41] If you talk to people about how should we treat child molesters, how should we treat rapists, They would expect that the death penalty should be on the table for those crimes. [00:45:49] And so that's what I'm advocating for just making sure that people go to jail and go to jail for a long time and for our most egregious offenses, that they face the stiffest penalty that we can offer as a society. [00:46:00] Yeah, I mean, libs love China, right? [00:46:04] They love old school totalitarianism. [00:46:07] Like the amount of things that you can get the death penalty for in China drug dealing, you can get the death penalty, right? [00:46:13] Like rape, of course, you get the death penalty. [00:46:15] Exactly what you're talking about. [00:46:17] You know, because you want a structured, orderly, and clean society. [00:46:20] And so you have to show people that you're not allowed to behave this way. [00:46:23] And that's like the best deterrent, frankly, is a harsh punishment. [00:46:28] So you're saying that under just law, that somebody who behaved allegedly in the way that Eric Swalwell behaved, but like there are a dozen or more different people with varying arrays of allegations, a ton of them worked with Eric Swalwell. [00:46:45] A lot of the data and evidence is all backing up. [00:46:47] You know, he has 50 staffers. [00:46:50] Sign a letter saying he's a monster. [00:46:52] So you're saying that that could, like, under just law, that should be the death penalty. [00:46:56] And I haven't looked at the allegations specifically, and I'd have to look at a victim statement to see if this would apply. [00:47:02] But yes, if you use force, if an individual uses force to rape somebody, which is an element of rape, my personal opinion, and this has been my personal opinion as a prosecutor, as a father, if a woman is raped, that person should face the death penalty. [00:47:21] I think we'd have a better country, quite frankly. [00:47:23] I do too. [00:47:25] I'm so glad I asked the question, guys. [00:47:28] It's an important deterrent. [00:47:30] You mentioned drug distribution. [00:47:33] That's another thing that I want to take a look at. [00:47:35] So there are foreign actors who are bringing in carfentanil, it is pouring across our border now. [00:47:41] Fentanyl is pouring across our border, and they're coming from foreign actors in China and the cartels. [00:47:47] And I know you know this as well as anybody, Benny, but the number one killer. [00:47:51] 18 to 40 in the United States right now is fentanyl. [00:47:55] And if you are bringing poison in our community, if you are killing Americans at that rate, you should also be facing the stiffest penalty that we can offer as a society because you are literally murdering people. [00:48:05] So, those foreign actors that are a part of this, I know that the DOJ recently indicted some Chinese actors for fentanyl components. [00:48:12] I would like to offer the DOJ the ability to offer the death penalty when you're killing that many Americans. [00:48:17] Absolutely. [00:48:18] Absolutely. [00:48:21] I love this answer. [00:48:22] Again, like this is exactly what. [00:48:24] But people want to hear, well, at least we want to know where someone's heart is. [00:48:29] Tim Burchett went viral saying he wants to convict and then hang some of the Epstein people. [00:48:35] He said that on our show, and boy, that was a banger. [00:48:40] What would you like to see most change in Congress? [00:48:42] I know you haven't been there a long time, but considering the fact that you're a relatively young man and you could potentially see yourself in this rock solid MAGA district for the next who knows how long, what would you like to see change? [00:48:56] What would you like to work for to change in Washington? [00:48:59] Well, the main thing for me is continuing to work for the policies that I believe in that will make Georgia 14 and the community that I represent better, because that's my number one job, right? [00:49:10] I represent the hardworking people of Northwest Georgia. [00:49:13] And the number one thing, again, going back to my career as a prosecutor, in January 2025, when President Trump secured the border, I literally saw fentanyl prices in my district increase. [00:49:24] And we were saving lives because people weren't overdosing from fentanyl that was pouring in across Biden's wide open border. [00:49:31] So, that number one thing, just fighting for those policies to make sure that we're securing the border because it saves lives in my community. [00:49:37] The other thing is, over the last 34 years of macroeconomic policy, it has hollowed out Appalachian communities like mine in Northwest Georgia. [00:49:46] And so, I'm going to support President Trump in fighting for the policies that are going to bring back that manufacturing base that we've completely lost over the last three to four decades. [00:49:56] So, those two things, I know that's not changing necessarily the institution of Congress. [00:50:02] But maybe it is because I want to be effective here and effective for the people that I represent. [00:50:06] So, those two things just making sure we're bringing the manufacturing base to the good, hardworking people in Northwest Georgia and saving lives, making sure fentanyl isn't coming across a wide open border. [00:50:16] Yeah. [00:50:17] I mean, very much a rising young star, Brandon Gill, has made quite a name for himself on the immigration front, but also just protecting what we call America, like, you know, Heritage Americans feel like they have no champion. [00:50:37] You talk about Appalachia, that's like heritage America right there. [00:50:40] I mean, if there ever is one, everything from music to culture to the way people speak is like the truest, frankly, form of American. === Check Your FEC Data (15:18) === [00:50:49] And yeah, it's under constant and total attacks. [00:50:52] It's wonderful to hear you say that. [00:50:54] Brandon Gill was on railing that Republicans just joined with Democrats to keep hundreds of thousands of Haitians who came here illegally in the country. [00:51:06] What say you on that? [00:51:08] Yeah, absolutely. [00:51:09] So I was honored to take that vote and say that there shouldn't be amnesty for Haitian illegals in here. [00:51:15] The number one takeaway, and I know Brandon agrees with me, we cannot continue as a country to import the third world to the United States. [00:51:24] If we continue to do that, our country is going to fail. [00:51:27] And all you have to do is look at just, it seems like every week we have a new story coming out about some vulnerable American who's being murdered by an illegal immigrant who should have been removed from this country a number of different times. [00:51:40] You look at the student at Loyola in Chicago. [00:51:43] You look at the Air Force veteran who's pushed off a subway platform in New York. [00:51:48] It's just day in, day out, we continue to get these stories. [00:51:50] And that's why I look at Brandon. [00:51:52] Brandon kind of looks like Superman. [00:51:54] Maybe I can be Captain America with him. [00:51:55] So you've got kind of an Avengers team that is assembling up here who's going to make sure that we're going to secure our borders, never offer amnesty, and keep our American ideals as something that we should be fighting for each and every day. [00:52:08] That's wonderful to hear. [00:52:09] Final question for you because you're going to have to share an office and maybe even an elevator with her one of these days. [00:52:15] Make sure you have your Marlboro lights ready. [00:52:17] Is Ilhan Omar. [00:52:18] Ilhan Omar had a wild thing happen recently. [00:52:22] Surely you've had to fill out your congressional disclosure forms. [00:52:26] And she said that actually her $30 million net worth is only $18,000, that everything else is just a liability. [00:52:35] But, like, that doesn't make any sense. [00:52:38] I just did my taxes. [00:52:39] It's not how liabilities work. [00:52:40] Seems like she lied to Congress. [00:52:41] What actions would you like to see taken against Ilhan Omar also as a Former prosecutor, perhaps current prosecutor. [00:52:48] How will you be prosecuting to ensure that Ilhan Omar is thoroughly investigated in Congress? [00:52:54] Yes, and that's why I hope to be on a committee where I can use my prosecutorial skill set. [00:53:00] If normal Americans made these types of mistakes on paperwork to the federal government, they'd be facing an investigation and they'd be worried about going to prison. [00:53:07] And that's why I talk about, in general, we should be holding members of Congress accountable. [00:53:13] The other thing that's so problematic about that, you look at those numbers, those are just rounding errors. [00:53:18] on the billion dollars worth of fraud that she oversaw just in representing her district with the Somali fraud there. [00:53:24] So maybe all of that money that suddenly disappeared in her network just went to one of those leering centers there in Minneapolis. [00:53:31] Yeah, I don't know what kind of law that you practiced, but the vice president just recently told me that they have documented that Ilhan Omar lied on her immigration forms and that she committed immigration fraud, that the White House has it. [00:53:47] Stephen Miller has the official documents, and we've actually confirmed that through a third party at DHS. [00:53:52] What would you like to see, Congressman, happen as a prosecutor who surely wants to uphold American laws? [00:53:58] What would you like to see happen there? [00:54:00] Well, I became a judge advocate general because I saw a few good men in. [00:54:04] I never thought I'd be able to use this line in an interview, but Benny, I just want the truth. [00:54:08] Can we just get the truth? [00:54:09] And when that truth comes out and they have those documents and we look at that evidence, let's hold people accountable. [00:54:15] That's what the American people are asking for. [00:54:17] That's what they're begging for. [00:54:18] And honestly, that's what the good folks of Georgia 14 sent a prosecutor to do. [00:54:23] And I'm going to start going through that evidence. [00:54:25] And I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that the bad actors that are up here on Capitol Hill are going to be held accountable. [00:54:32] That's my pledge to every person that put me here. [00:54:35] And that's my pledge to every American citizen. [00:54:38] Ladies and gentlemen, this is why we need fresh blood. [00:54:42] This is why we need people that haven't been rotted and corrupted to the core from and by the system. [00:54:48] You can see what it does to people. [00:54:50] Oh, it's gross. [00:54:50] Have you seen what Nancy Pelosi looks like these days? [00:54:53] I mean, it's just eloquent. [00:54:55] I think it's people that don't put God first. [00:54:57] That's right. [00:54:58] Crisis King, I don't think they put their faith first. [00:55:00] That was actually part of my campaign. [00:55:02] It was the first word in every document that I had in my campaign. [00:55:06] God put me here. [00:55:07] God has kept me on this planet. [00:55:08] I'm a cancer survivor. [00:55:10] And I put my faith first in Christ is King. [00:55:12] And I think people lose that perspective when they're here. [00:55:15] You're doing God's work here and you're doing the people's work. [00:55:17] And that should be your focus every day. [00:55:19] Oh, man, you'll have the demons after you, right? [00:55:21] When you post Christ is King, you'll have the demons come after you. [00:55:26] I'm not worried. [00:55:27] We post it every morning saying, bring it on, you know, bring it on. [00:55:33] And well done. [00:55:34] I mean, listen, man, you go around Congress saying Christ is King, you're going to perform some exorcists. [00:55:41] You're trying to make a lot of friends here? [00:55:45] Maybe that's what you should say to Ilhan Omar when you're in the elevator with him. [00:55:51] Yeah. [00:55:52] My team's like, what do you mean, Marlboro Lights? [00:55:54] She smokes Marlboro Lights. [00:55:55] That's not haram, by the way, but she does smoke Marlboro Lights. [00:55:59] And that's how they were able to get her DNA to prove that she's actually related to the man that she married, her brother. [00:56:05] So it's from her cigarette. [00:56:07] So that's the explanation of that. [00:56:09] If anybody doesn't know the lore, Clay Fuller, you're going to know a lot of lore, and we very much look forward to having you back on the program. [00:56:17] What an honorable and dignified way to represent the great state of Georgia. [00:56:22] Everybody, follow Clay Fuller. [00:56:24] Make sure you're fighting with the people who are fighting for you up on Capitol Hill. [00:56:27] Here's his ex account. [00:56:29] He's got 31,000 subscribers. [00:56:32] Let's get that up to 100,000 by the end of the day. [00:56:35] Come on. [00:56:36] We're going. [00:56:37] Thank you so much, Congressman. [00:56:38] Godspeed. [00:56:39] Thank you, man. [00:56:39] I really appreciate it. [00:56:40] Have a great day. [00:56:48] Okay, ladies and gentlemen, exciting times. [00:56:50] Very interesting times, honestly. [00:56:52] Ken Paxson is locked and loaded and ready to go. [00:56:56] I want to ask him about this, so I just want to cover it very quickly. [00:56:59] Kash Patel promises that he's going to make arrests on the 2020 rigged election. [00:57:04] He said this in a Fox interview yesterday, the bombshell report. [00:57:09] And this is something that they damn well better do, honestly. [00:57:14] So, Kash Patel's promise is that not only do they have the evidence that the 2020 election was rigged, But also that they are going to begin arresting the actors who rigged the election? [00:57:28] Come on, ladies and gentlemen. [00:57:31] I mean, I don't know. [00:57:34] Am I going to have to print out the Felford again award, right? [00:57:36] Am I going to have to get one of these giant blue awards, Felford again? [00:57:41] Show me, please. [00:57:42] You know, show me. [00:57:45] We've said this from the start. [00:57:46] We've said this before Trump was even inaugurated. [00:57:51] The era of trust me, bro, move along. [00:57:54] Is over. [00:57:56] The era of show me your work, I'll believe you when I see it, is here. [00:58:01] It's not the fault of the Trump administration necessarily. [00:58:03] It's the erosion of trust over generations, but it's something that has happened. [00:58:09] Can't ignore it. [00:58:11] And it's rules you got to live by now. [00:58:13] Okay. [00:58:14] We live by a rule that we want patriots as friends and as partners on the program. [00:58:21] Patriot Mobile is what keeps us connected, locked in, and ready to roll when we are on the road. [00:58:27] We'll be on the road this week. [00:58:29] As well, multiple trips this week. [00:58:31] I hate being out of the studio, but sometimes duty calls. [00:58:35] I will be bringing Patriot Mobile with me. [00:58:38] It is premium priority access to all three major networks in America. [00:58:43] Better coverage backed by 100% US based customer support. [00:58:47] Can't tell you how critical that is. [00:58:48] Top tier sell service on the only Christian conservative wireless provider in the world. [00:58:53] Go to patriotmobile.comslash Benny, call 972 Patriot, and use the promo code Benny for a free month of service. [00:58:58] That's patriotmobile.comslash Benny. [00:59:00] Or call 972 Patriot to make the switch today. [00:59:06] Call in a patriot right now, ladies and gentlemen. [00:59:09] The great Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas, and also the leading Senate candidate for the Texas general, joins us live right now. [00:59:28] Thank you very much for joining the program, Mr. Attorney General. [00:59:31] My production team is telling me you have massive news to break. [00:59:35] Perhaps it just broke on the internet a huge lawsuit that you have filed against Act Blue. [00:59:43] The floor is yours, sir. [00:59:45] I assume you've heard of Act Blue. [00:59:47] Yes. [00:59:48] We just filed a lawsuit this morning in Tarrant County, which is in Fort Worth, against Act Blue. [00:59:53] We've been investigating them for several years. [00:59:55] We actually turned over some information to the FEC, the Federal Election Commission. [01:00:01] Uh, in 2024, obviously, that was during the Biden administration, nothing occurred. [01:00:05] But since that time, they've been in front of Congress. [01:00:07] Their lawyers have admitted that they misled the public, that they misled Congress, and that they actually didn't have safeguards in place to prevent people from giving donations and other people's names from taking foreign donations. [01:00:22] There's a lot of issues with compliance that they have not followed, and yet they told Congress that they had, and they've represented to us that they have. [01:00:29] And so, we filed a lawsuit. [01:00:31] We believe that they have misrepresented to us and to the People of this state that they're actually raising money illegally. [01:00:38] And it has a dramatic impact on elections that when foreigners can donate money and they can take money from people that they're not disclosing, they're completely violating our laws and they are impacting our elections. [01:00:49] So we filed this lawsuit today and we hope to get to the bottom of this and stop this from happening and hold AgBlue accountable for their violations of at least state law. [01:00:57] We can't stop them from violating federal law. [01:01:00] So, okay, a couple of important follow up questions here. [01:01:04] What is it that makes you believe, what evidence is it that makes you believe that they are? [01:01:08] Engaging in fraudulence. [01:01:11] Obviously, there's an enormous amount that we've covered on this program. [01:01:14] Everything from James O'Keefe going up and asking donors if they donated to Democrats, friends of ours like Matt Van Swole finding his name on random Democrat donations in Kansas. [01:01:24] I would encourage everybody watching right now to go look up your name in the FEC website to see if ActBlue has stolen your identity and is utilizing it in order to do straw donations of small numbers to Democrats throughout the country. [01:01:41] This is what they've been documented doing. [01:01:43] Did you find something like that, Mr. Attorney General? [01:01:45] Well, first of all, they confessed it in front of their lawyers, confessed it, and said they willingly and knowingly violated federal law. [01:01:52] Second of all, I, we, my office has registered in a way that you shouldn't be able to register to give money on Act Blue. [01:02:00] Now, we didn't give a lot of money, but we just wanted to test the system, and we were able to register and give money on Act Blue without following appropriate disclosure guidelines, knowing who we were. [01:02:11] So we know for a fact because we were able to do it that. [01:02:15] They are not following federal and state law. [01:02:18] So, you went and tested this out. [01:02:20] Can you explain that test? [01:02:22] Yeah. [01:02:22] So, I just had some of my investigators, some of my lawyers give money to ActBlue through their website, and they did it without disclosing the proper information. [01:02:34] And we were able to demonstrate that they are not following federal and state law. [01:02:39] It's shocking to me that we haven't already pursued this, but the feds under the Biden administration completely ignored this. [01:02:47] And they, I believe, knew that ActBlue was violating. [01:02:50] Federal law. [01:02:51] And as a result, I believe it's raised billions of dollars for liberal causes, liberal Democrats. [01:02:58] So you believe that this is happening across the country? [01:03:00] This is just like the biggest political money laundering scheme in history? [01:03:04] It could be the largest we've ever seen. [01:03:06] We will find out in litigation through discovery, hopefully, exactly the extent of how big this is. [01:03:12] But the numbers are large. [01:03:15] And if they are not following federal law, I think some of the suspicions that people have had for a long time, some of the ones you just mentioned, that they use straw people, fake names, I think. [01:03:25] That's very likely happening. [01:03:27] Yeah. [01:03:28] So, for anybody who doesn't understand some of the more boring nuance of campaign finance law, you know, there are limits to how much you can give. [01:03:37] There are these limits, if you break them, you can get in big trouble. [01:03:42] And they're very strict. [01:03:43] And if you give a penny more, then you could be facing prison time. [01:03:47] The way to get around that is obviously to give through thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of straw donations. [01:03:55] Of people who don't even know that they're having their name and identity used as a donation vector because they would never check, because who cares who wants to spend their days on government websites. [01:04:07] And lo and behold, you're able to then fund these campaigns. [01:04:10] You get some billionaire that wants to fund a campaign. [01:04:13] You get a thousand fake people, you know, or real people that have no idea that they're having their names and identities used. [01:04:20] And then you donate through them and you're able to funnel millions of dollars. [01:04:25] You know, you're able to funnel as much money as you want to any candidate that you want. [01:04:28] What would be the penalties if you found out that this is true, Mr. Attorney General? [01:04:32] Well, so they are doing it other ways as well. [01:04:34] They're using gift cards that do not identify debit cards that do not identify. [01:04:39] Who the donor is. [01:04:41] They're using Venmo and some other types of platforms to give without identifying who the people are. [01:04:48] So it's not just that they're using fake names. [01:04:52] They're sending these gift cards in without having any name. [01:04:55] So look, it's a huge problem. [01:04:58] And this is one of the most active sites for Democrats, maybe the most active site in U.S. history for raising money for liberal Democrats. [01:05:09] And that's a problem that this is being funded largely. [01:05:13] Through illegal donations, particularly illegal donations from foreign countries. [01:05:17] So we have foreign actors who are influencing our elections and directing elections that they want instead of what US citizens would prefer. [01:05:27] What would happen under Texas law if you're able to prove these things in court? [01:05:31] So we have no criminal authority. [01:05:34] A local district attorney would have to take that up. [01:05:36] Whether they would do that, who knows? [01:05:38] We have a lot of district attorneys in the bigger counties that are controlled by George Soros, and they would never follow up on this. [01:05:43] We do have some Republican DAs in smaller counties. [01:05:46] So we have to follow up with our civil law, which is we hold them accountable for violating civil law. [01:05:52] And we have penalties. [01:05:55] Violations of these laws amount to large penalties depending on how many people were affected. [01:06:00] And the more people were affected, the larger those penalties can be. [01:06:04] Why hasn't the Fed looked into this? === Jesus Upholds Law (11:35) === [01:06:08] That's a great question. [01:06:08] I know for a fact that they had the information we had. [01:06:12] They, you know, Congress heard the same thing we heard. [01:06:15] And we, of course, referred this to the FDC, Federal Election Commission, back in 2024 after our 2023 investigation pulled up the fact that we thought that federal law was not being followed. [01:06:27] Obviously, we can't enforce that. [01:06:28] All we can do is refer it. [01:06:30] So we did that and nothing happened. [01:06:31] So I don't, I can't explain that other than the fact that I, the Biden administration clearly didn't want to do anything with it. [01:06:38] And I don't know if it got buried there. [01:06:40] And, you know, the current FDC doesn't. [01:06:42] Have knowledge of our referral, but it's there. [01:06:45] Yeah, but it's been like nearly two years of the Trump administration. [01:06:48] So why haven't they done anything about it? [01:06:50] I don't have an answer for that. [01:06:52] I don't know. [01:06:53] I don't know if they just, I cannot answer that question. [01:06:56] That is really in their purview. [01:06:58] We can refer, we can't force any federal action on any particular issue. [01:07:03] Got it. [01:07:04] Okay. [01:07:06] Disappointing, obviously. [01:07:07] Thank you for keeping the heat up. [01:07:10] How about the heat in this Senate race? [01:07:12] How is this race going? [01:07:14] We have some new polling here. [01:07:17] You're up eight points. [01:07:19] Looks like the President Trump endorsement potentially is up for grab. [01:07:23] Is that so? [01:07:24] Well, obviously, that's his decision to make. [01:07:28] I should note that John Cornyn has never done anything about our FEC letter requesting some type of action on the issue we've just been talking about with Act Blue. [01:07:37] So it is interesting. [01:07:38] He has some authority in the federal government to do something about this and has not done anything. [01:07:43] But right now, I'm in Corpus Christi today in Victoria. [01:07:47] Traveling the state, I have not seen my opponent traveling much of anything. [01:07:50] He's depending on his fundraising advantage, which is significant. [01:07:54] Because as you know, McCain Fine Gold gives incumbents tremendous advantages in fundraising over challengers. [01:08:00] So he spent $100 million against me in the first round. [01:08:03] I spent 5.8. [01:08:04] Despite that, we are going to win this election. [01:08:07] I've got, I think, a better chance of picking up Wesley Hunt's votes, which his and the other five, about 18%. [01:08:13] So we're on a good track. [01:08:14] Early voting starts May 18th through the 22nd. [01:08:17] Your previous guest, Brandon Guild, just endorsed me and is out spreading the word for me. [01:08:21] He's doing a great job. [01:08:23] Great. [01:08:23] Well, I'll shoot Wesley a text and say, You better hop on, bro. [01:08:29] We'd love to have him on board. [01:08:31] Yes, that's right. [01:08:33] So, could you just give me a quick breakdown as to how you are going to beat James Tallarico? [01:08:41] So, I think it's, you know, Texas is not Illinois. [01:08:43] We're not New York. [01:08:44] We're not California. [01:08:45] People, I mean, he has, Very little accomplishment of any in the Texas House. [01:08:50] So they don't really know. [01:08:51] Joe Rogan made him by putting him on that show. [01:08:53] That's the only reason anybody knows about him, but they don't really know his views. [01:08:57] So if we have the resources, which I expect that we will, to expose his record and expose what he actually believes with his own words, talking about God being non binary and having strange views about Mary and abortion and men should be in women's sports, those are not Texas views. [01:09:15] And if they're highlighted, we will for sure make sure that James Tallarico is not representing Texas. [01:09:21] It would be a complete disaster. [01:09:22] If Texas lost to James Tallarico, I would say this country is in severe trouble. [01:09:27] I do not think we are there, and I do not think Texans will vote for that guy, knowing what he actually believes. [01:09:33] Yes. [01:09:34] So that's, you bring up a great point. [01:09:36] And we've played so many of these clips, and there's a new one every single day of the obscenity of James Tallarico, not just the insanity, but the true hedonistic blaspheming of Christianity from James Tallarico. [01:09:52] It's not Christianity, it's the opposite of Christianity, saying that God is non binary. [01:09:58] That's not true. [01:09:59] That's not what the Bible says thousands of times. [01:10:02] And then talking about The way that Jesus would embrace trans people. [01:10:08] Jesus is here to uphold the law. [01:10:11] Jesus is here to perfect the law. [01:10:13] God says, I make it through man and woman. [01:10:15] It's like insane using Mother Mary, as you said, to advocate for the murder of children, saying that Mother Mary didn't have consent from God to birth Christ. [01:10:27] This is what he's saying. [01:10:28] These are the points he's trying to make. [01:10:30] Anyway, that's like, whatever that is, it is the opposite. [01:10:34] It's not Christianity. [01:10:35] It's the opposite of Christianity. [01:10:36] It's anti Christianity, it's anti Christ. [01:10:39] Yeah, how would you define his theology? [01:10:44] Not Christian. [01:10:46] I'd have to say anti Christian. [01:10:49] He claims to be a pastor. [01:10:50] This is what's so dangerous about him that he is convincing people. [01:10:53] He's like a false prophet, convincing people that he's a Christian pastor. [01:10:58] But everything I hear from him is as far from the gospel of Jesus Christ as could possibly be imagined. [01:11:06] I know that there were references in the Bible about better to have a million. [01:11:10] Millstone thrown around your neck and you drop to the bottom of the ocean than to mislead the children. [01:11:14] And this guy is misleading people in Texas about what Christianity really is about. [01:11:20] There's no doubt that any mainline Christian pastor would disagree, any mainline Christian theologian would disagree with his presentation of what he claims is the gospel. [01:11:32] It is antithetical to the gospel, what he is preaching, and it is dangerous for people to not understand that. [01:11:38] Hopefully, we can make that real. [01:11:40] We can make it clear that he is deceiving people about what Christianity really talks about. [01:11:46] Yeah, I really hope so because it's, we will skitter very dangerously towards the edge here if we allow too many of these. [01:12:03] Yeah, I just don't know how anti Christians, I suppose, would be the right way to say it. [01:12:07] Whatever it is, it's not Christianity. [01:12:10] And it's something we've been warned about. [01:12:13] What about the culture of Texas? [01:12:14] I mean, this is something that we constantly talk about, but it's something that shocks our viewers regularly, looking at the number of mosques that are being built, looking at the number of H 1B scams that are being run through Texas. [01:12:28] This has been exposed time and time again. [01:12:30] How in the Senate will you fight this? [01:12:33] Many people saying, you know, like Texas just ain't Texas, Texas is not Texas anymore. [01:12:39] And weak republicanism and the Club for Growth and the Chamber of Commerce, you know, we need infinity laborers. [01:12:49] That's not the point. [01:12:51] And it's certainly not moral, like when it comes to preserving your culture. [01:12:55] How would you keep Texas, Texas? [01:12:57] Well, first of all, I would actually do my job. [01:12:59] That's something John Corn has failed to do. [01:13:01] This is a federal issue. [01:13:03] We've gone after. [01:13:04] Some of these developments based on Sharia law, which is a problem because Sharia law is in absolute conflict. [01:13:11] It's a different set of laws. [01:13:12] It doesn't match our constitution. [01:13:14] It doesn't match federal law. [01:13:16] It doesn't match state law. [01:13:17] This is a federal problem that John Cornyn has allowed to happen. [01:13:20] He's encouraged it to happen. [01:13:23] You cannot find anything that he's actually done to stop this. [01:13:26] He has been the encourager of it, including bringing in Afghan refugees that were not vetted into my state, into our state. [01:13:34] And he has caused great problems for our state. [01:13:37] And he needs to be a For that. [01:13:38] So he hasn't done his job at the federal level. [01:13:40] I've tried to do my job with what I can at the state level. [01:13:43] We've sued some of these developments. [01:13:46] We've sued Epic City, which is in my county, Collin County. [01:13:49] We shut down one in Coughlin County before they ever really got off the ground. [01:13:52] And we are pursuing every angle we can if these communities are discriminating and they're using Sharia law. [01:14:00] Now, we can't enforce federal housing laws, which also could be done at the federal level. [01:14:05] We can only focus on our job at the state, which we enforce state laws. [01:14:09] And if they're violating our state laws, As we believe, like Epic City was, they were violating state and federal securities laws. [01:14:15] We can only go after them for state securities laws. [01:14:17] And they obviously, we view them as having other problems beyond just securities laws. [01:14:24] Some interesting, I didn't know that number on Afghanistan. [01:14:27] You're saying that John Cornyn brought in infinity Afghani refugees to Texas? [01:14:33] I am. [01:14:33] I'm saying he worked with Joe Biden to do that and they were not vetted. [01:14:37] And it is a problem for us because now we have them here. [01:14:39] We don't know their backgrounds. [01:14:42] We don't know what they're going to do. [01:14:44] And some of them are going to be problems. [01:14:47] And that's one of them tried to blow up a building in Dallas. [01:14:49] Yes. [01:14:50] We caught him on TikTok. [01:14:51] Like, we caught him actually saying that. [01:14:52] We broke that story. [01:14:54] Like, This is an Afghan refugee saying he wants to kill as many Texans as possible. [01:14:58] Well, this is the responsibility of John Cornyn. [01:15:00] He worked with Joe Biden to make this happen. [01:15:02] So that is the problem. [01:15:03] He's worked with Joe Biden. [01:15:04] He never really, he didn't like Donald Trump until I got into the race. [01:15:07] And that suddenly changed on April the 8th of last year. [01:15:10] Prior to that, he was criticizing Donald Trump, saying he shouldn't be reelected and that he was probably guilty of a crime. [01:15:16] On the other hand, Joe Biden was congratulating John Cornyn for helping pass restrictive Second Amendment legislation and helping John Cornyn do this Afghan refugee resettlement. [01:15:28] It's sad that that's what Texas has, but that's what we put up with for the last 24 years in the Senate. [01:15:35] Final question here, just since you brought it up, but we happen to have data right here that shows that 87, you can round it up to 90% of Afghanis are on welfare. [01:15:49] So 90%? [01:15:51] Because has John Cornyn ever had to answer for why he has simply brought another parasitic welfare recipient population to this country that in no conceivable way is additive to American culture? [01:16:09] The average IQ in Afghanistan hovers just below 80 points. [01:16:16] You know, that's dangerously near where. [01:16:22] Where American psychiatry says is being mentally handicapped? [01:16:29] Had John Cornyn had to answer for this? [01:16:31] No. [01:16:31] John Cornyn, for the last three or so years, ever since he got booed at the state Republican convention for his position on gun restrictions, helping Biden, has not shown up to speak to Republican crowds. [01:16:42] He avoids it. [01:16:43] His campaign is all about taking DC money and trying to convince people that somehow all of his views are different than what they are. [01:16:50] And so he's never had to answer this question. [01:16:52] He's never had to face the voters because he does not campaign in front of Republican voters. [01:16:57] This is a campaign, 100 million dollar campaign so far, and it's going to be 150 by the time we're done, that tries to deceive voters in Texas, Republican voters, through campaign ads that present him very different than what he is. [01:17:12] He's never faced the voters in answering these questions, and he won't. [01:17:15] He will stay away from actual Republican voters. [01:17:18] He has for the last three years, and he has during this entire campaign because he does not want to answer the question that you just asked. [01:17:24] Nor does he want to answer all the other questions that many of us have for John Cornyn. [01:17:29] Yeah. [01:17:31] How does infinity Afghanis make America America? [01:17:37] How does that make America any better? [01:17:39] How does it keep anything that our ancestors built? [01:17:41] People like John Cornyn don't have an answer to that. === Avoid Buyer Remorse (02:40) === [01:17:44] Refer you to the Chamber of Commerce. [01:17:46] It's not Republicanism. [01:17:47] It's certainly not Americanism. [01:17:49] It's certainly not America first. [01:17:51] That's why you have our full and total endorsement for this Senate seat. [01:17:54] And we're thankful for Ken Paxson for fighting. [01:17:57] For giving Texans an alternative. [01:18:00] And you can see here, he's been rewarded for his fight. [01:18:03] He has over half a million subscribers on X. You should be one of them. [01:18:08] Thank you for your fight, Ken. [01:18:10] And you said in one month will be the primary? [01:18:13] May 18th through the 22nd, five voting. [01:18:16] And then May 26th, the day after Memorial Weekend, is the election. [01:18:19] So, you know, people getting out, it's a small turnout. [01:18:23] So bringing your friends, your family can make a huge difference. [01:18:25] So I appreciate the help. [01:18:26] Thanks for the interview. [01:18:27] Thank you so much, Ken. [01:21:41] That's 5 million per year. [01:21:43] If we are not deporting at least 5 million per year, then guess what? [01:21:46] That's effectively amnesty to the ones that are not deported. [01:21:49] So if you don't want amnesty, we need to remove all of those illegals before they reproduce. [01:21:55] Before they have me spinning on a stick, roasting over an old oil barrel in the alley. [01:22:06] Truth gon' be faith and freedom on your TV screen.
