| So that means no work, no school, no shopping, as they demand ICE to stop their operations in Minnesota. | ||
| The protest comes a day after Vice President JD Vance visited Minneapolis, blaming state and local officials for the unrest in the city. | ||
| The local authorities have been told do not cooperate. | ||
| So these guys are trying to go out and enforce the law. | ||
| They're trying to arrest sex offenders, but they're trying to do it in an environment where local officials have been told do not help them, do not provide intelligence about where these sex offenders might be. | ||

| Meantime, acting ICE director Todd Lyons is giving more details about the five-year-old boy who was taken into custody by immigration agents. | ||

| happened was the father from Ecuador saw ICE approaching him and he fled abandoning his own child in the cold in Minneapolis. | ||
| That's when our law enforcement officers stayed with the child, comforted him. | ||
| And Benny, by the way, as this is all going on, as this child's father has fled from law enforcement, which is a federal crime, there's rioters who are starting to take over and they're scaring the child. | ||
| Things are spiraling out of control as they're impeding operations. | ||
| So our law enforcement officers make took care of the child, tried to bring them to the mother, which the mother refused to take custody of the child, which is just unbelievable on its face. | ||
| Our officers, they brought the child McDonald's, played some of his favorite music, kept him warm when he was with them. | ||
| And now the child is back with the father and he's at a processing facility down at Dilley. | ||
| I do find this repulsive that the left so often uses children as props when it serves their purpose, but you never heard anything about the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of abandoned children at the border. | ||
| Here's just a photo from 2023 of a bunch of kids that were just dropped off in a raft. | ||
| And the smugglers went back into Mexico and they just, here's just a boatload of kids. | ||

| So much so in your abuse of power that in the summer of 2024, the indictment involving classified documents was dismissed after determining your appointment violated the appointments clause of the Constitution. | ||
| But you continued to sign your name on court filings until the time you resigned from office in January of 2025. | ||
| A federal judge just recently stated a prosecutor who continues to sign his name at court filings after a disqualification order should face disciplinary action or disbarment. | ||
