Good morning.
Well, Providence Police say they have developed a new lead, releasing new surveillance videos showing the clearest pictures yet of the primary person of interest that they are looking for.
These videos appear to show the potential gunman walking near Brown University at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
That is just two hours before the shooting.
The man is seen wearing a dark beanie, a surgical mask over his face, and a dark two-tone jacket.
He's just walking almost casually.
At one point, he stops, turns around, puts his arms behind his back, and just looks around.
This person of interest is described as a male 5'8 with a stocky build.
The FBI says this person should be considered armed and dangerous.
The FBI is also now offering a $50,000 reward for any information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction in this case.
Now, the Providence Police say they don't know what this person was doing walking around hours before the shooting, and they don't know whether the gunman specifically targeted the classroom where two students were murdered and nine others were wounded.
oscar perez-jr
I'll tell you that what I can tell you is that this individual definitely targeted Brown University because clearly as we're here speaking about that, and I can also tell you that obviously it's something that we're looking into as far as there was anything else that he was targeting.
bryan llenas
The FBI has sent more resources to assist in this investigation.
Yesterday, for the first time, we saw two dozen FBI evidence response team members conducting grid searches at and near the scene, searching through the snow, the bushes, and shrubs.
We saw them pick up several items, an empty alcohol glass bottle, what appeared to be a blue glove, anything that could perhaps have been tossed or touched by the shooter.
What was surprising was that these searches were being conducted 48 hours after the shooting right across the street of the engineering and physics building where the shooting took place.
And in fact, at one point on the very lawn of the shooting scene, the FBI was also seen in Tyvek suits going through the building's dumpster.
The FBI's lab in Quantico is processing evidence and agents are inside reconstructing the scene, documenting the trajectory of the bullets.
Investigators say they don't have the gun, but they know that the gunman used a nine-millimeter handgun.
Also, interesting, Brown University sent out an alert yesterday urging anyone that was inside the engineering and physics building behind me the day before and on the day of the shooting to contact them so they can interview them.
Interesting note about that is obviously we are 72 hours now past the shooting and also they cancel classes, cancel final exams and projects.
Many of these students have returned home.
Guys?
benny johnson
Tired of bad guys?
bryan llenas
Fear no more.

benny johnson
That was a good one, Jerry.
What was that?
I would have, I mean, I get that for my kids for Christmas.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is the Christmas season here in the studio.
We are ready to roll December 16th, 2025.
It is a season of rebirth and rejoicing and reclamation of what was lost.
And we hope that there's a lot of that going on.
There's some dark forces, however, that have been unleashed on our nation, and we're going to talk about them today.
I am unfortunately going to report to you as of right now, this moment.
We still have no idea who the hell went and engaged in a targeted political assassination.
We'll say it at Brown University.
Killing the one Republican leader on the entire college campus.
We don't know who it was.
The FBI has finally released, or the university has finally released, some footage of a wobbling, bulbous, fat walrus who's seen skulking around.
And you're telling me we don't, this is the best footage we have.
We're going to get into it today.
I'm angry about it.
I'm pissed.
I got to tell you.
I'm pissed.
I want to have joy in my heart.
I want to have uplifting on today's show.
I want it to be a joyous holiday time.
And you know what?
We are seeing some good things.
And so we're going to cover that as well.
Trump slaps BBC with a $10 billion lawsuit.
You're not allowed to just edit President Trump's words and lie on his name.
You're not allowed to do that to anybody, ladies and gentlemen.
And we're going to talk about it with Senator Tommy Tubberville, Representative Beth Ban Dine, and Erica Donald's joining the show.
My name is Benny Johnson, and this is the Benny Show.
Why don't we kick it off the Christmas season?
Very Christmassy, ladies and gentlemen.
Here's my ornaments.
Okay, I want to get the vibe going.
The vibe.
Let's do President Trump.
We have all of our ornaments here.
All of our beautiful Christmas ornaments.
We have 12 total for 12 days of Christmas.
Maybe you have this one and my little box of ornaments.
Maybe you have this one.
Maybe you have the RFK candy cane holder.
Maybe, ladies and gentlemen, you have the Trump 2028 hat.
Who knows?
What I do know is that these ornaments are not made by filthy communists 5,000 miles away.
They're made by beautiful American patriots right here.
And they've shipped in time to get them on your tree this season.
$5 each.
Can't get better than that.
Ladies and gentlemen, no inflation around here.
We are ready for the golden era of Christmas ornaments, at least.
And fresh off going to the White House for a Christmas party and a Christmas tour and everything like that.
Boy, we are bringing the Christmas spirit.
Let's do it.
How about our tree of the day?
Our tree of the day here.
Look at that.
A beautiful Charlie Brown Christmas tree there.
Freaking love it.
From Amanda McAlpin.
Amanda McAlpin.
Look at that.
A beautiful tree sitting there right by the fireplace.
Gorgeous.
JD Vance holding it down at the bottom.
Get your ornaments today.
Let's rock and roll.
Home Title Locke is the partner of today's show, Home Title Lock, and make sure that you don't get thieved by the sticky bandits or the wet bandits, whichever Home Alone you like the best.
Which Home Alone do you like the best?
I think that I like the original, honestly.
Home Alone is a Christian movie.
Did you know this?
It's true.
Home Alone was written by Christians, by devout Catholics.
It is about protecting your house.
Home Title Lock is also about protecting your house.
Cybercrime is exploding.
And while the sticky bandits, wet bandits, didn't engage in cybercrime, they certainly were there to thieve your home.
Home thievery can happen, and it can happen digitally today.
People can foreclose on your house.
They can falsify documents with your name on it, their name on it, and then record themselves as the owner of your home.
They can take out loans against your equity.
They can sell your property from out from underneath you.
This is why you need home title lock today.
Use promo code Benny for hometitlelock.com and you'll get a free trial and history report.
Free 14-day trial of their million-dollar triple lock protection, 24-7 monitoring of all title and records, urgent alerts, and a million dollars of insurance to fix it if you are a victim of a crime.

Okay.
benny johnson
I mean, I think I'm going to start just off the top.
I don't know if we have a, yeah, you know, I want to start off the top with like two or three like really quick things.
Let's go with the, let's go with three pieces of good news.
Let's do three pieces of good news right off the top.
Again, I'm like hyping myself into the Christmas spirit.
Why is that?
You know, the entire, my entire timeline is constantly people fighting, constantly people bitching, constantly people in our movement trying to slit each other's throats.
And thank God, I think that there's a lot of fatigue around that.
It's the thing that Charlie would have hated.
It's a desecration on his name.
Charlie Kirk was a uniter.
He was somebody who built coalitions.
He's the person who brought Elon Musk and Donald Trump together.
He's the person who brought RFK together with Donald JD Vance, together with Donald Trump.
Charlie Kirk did all these things behind the stage.
He didn't ask for any credit, but he was the man.
This is what makes him a legend.
And so to see the movement become very small and atrophied and infighting and bickering when there are good things that are happening in the country, like here, for instance, are the employment numbers for Americans over the last 12 months versus foreign-born workers.
An incredible graph here.
Number of native-born Americans with jobs up 2.6 million over the last 12 months, while the number of foreign-born workers has declined.
All of the job growth, all of it, has gone to Americans.
All of the job growth in the golden era gone to Americans.
Negative jobs for foreigners.
There are things to celebrate.
There are wonderful things that we can talk about here.
I mean, they're uncovering mass voter fraud and purging the voter rolls in Arizona.
This is a very, very good thing.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's, did I not send this one?
Did I not send this, Alex?
No?
500,000 voters purged in Arizona.
Did I not send that?
Mark Mitchell posted it.
Something that we've been like talking about for a very long time.
And why are they purging this?
I can't believe I didn't send it.
That's a second.
There it is.
Thank you.
I said, oh, I sent it to the wrong one.
There you go.
Pop that up, please.
Look at this.
500,000 to 1.3 million illegal voters on the voter rolls of Arizona.
Outrageous voter registration rates exceeding 100% of eligible voters.
How many times have we told you that Arizona, in particular, was a crooked state with crooked voter rolls?
The DOJ sued in order to clean up these roles.
This is because of a lawsuit from our friend Harmet Dylan.
And now Arizona is having to pay the Piper.
Absolutely destroyed.
I don't know if you guys, how long is that video, Klein?
Let's just play it real fast.
unidentified
Let's have a listen on Tuesday against Secretary of State Adrian Fontes after discovering from 500,000 to 1.3 million illegal voters on the state's voter rolls.
The Gateway Punder reports the lawsuit highlights outrageous voter registration rates, with some counties exceeding 100% of eligible voters, including deceased individuals and those who have moved away.
The lawsuit states this: Our findings reveal a staggering number of counties with more registered voters than eligible citizens.
This is a clear indication of a system in disarray.
We are holding Adrian Fontes accountable.
benny johnson
Dude, that's what I voted for.
Here's one more thing that I voted for: private sector jobs increased by 125,000 over the past two months.
This quarter, government jobs fell more than 150,000.
This is the Trump administration reprivatizing the economy.
Hard data, hard numbers.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is what America First looks like.
Now, I know it's not perfect.
It's not perfect.
We talked yesterday about D'Anbongino.
He's apparently Dan Bongino may leave the FBI.
I don't know, man.
I think that would suck.
But right now, we got like some good things rolling.
There's going to be the implementation of some pretty sharp financial policies that start on January 1 when the Big Beautiful bill is implemented.
Some major tax cuts, a new Fed chair.
Don't blackpill, man.
Yes, we do care about our midterms.
Yes, we do care about our country.
Yes, there are good things happening.
Yes, they are cleaning up the voter rolls.
Yes, they are ending fraud.
Yes, there are going to be massive filings by the federal government.
I have confirmed this.
I have confirmed it.
Take it to the bank.
Massive filings by the federal government.
Full exposés on stolen elections to the point of the Arizona clip.
The government is operating on behalf of the people to clean up the voter rolls to ban electronic voting, hopefully, to fix our nation.
Obviously, critical errors were made in past elections, and so we're here to celebrate it.
We did celebrate yesterday at the White House.
Before popping back to Tampa, First Lady, well, let me take my family into the White House.
Just wanted to share this photo with you.
No, I did not surreptitiously place any of our ornaments on a White House Christmas tree because they work very hard on making sure these trees are just right.
And it was gorgeous.
It was beautiful.
And we are honored, obviously, and humbled by God's grace to be able to carry forward this energy to you, to this movement.
We're going to be doing that tonight at Mar-a-Lago, hanging out with General Flynn tonight at Mar-a-Lago, and then later this week with AmericaFest with some other surprises sprinkled in there, ladies and gentlemen.
So here we go.
Just like, just kicking off, kicking off.
There's not that many shows left before Christmas.
So I'm wanting to lock in.
Let's stay positive, right?
The toxicity.
Clients saying I have a good, I had a good coat there.
That's right.
I finally got an adult coat.
I finally got the adult, finally got the adult jacket there.
What does that, what did my wife call it?
You see my son, my son's like pulling my tie.
You can't ever take a normal picture with your kids.
You just can't.
It's just not possible.
The fact that we get one photo of them all looking at the camera is a miracle.
Parents, do you feel me?
What is the point here?
Point is that that's the I do love home alone and that's the uh, Kevin Mcalester's dad jacket.
That that's his jacket.
That's the jacket that he wears when he's running through the airport right, and Kevin thinks he sees his dad and it's a different guy wearing the same jacket.
That's the Kevin Mcalester dad jacket okay, and I yeah, i've always wanted, i'll admit it to you, i've always wanted one uh and, and now I got one, so that's why my wife calls it and she's not wrong.
So there you go.
This is.
This is Peter McAllister's in the Peter McAllister jacket.
What's up?
So one of these days, I mean, obviously the goal for all men is to have Peter McAllister's, have the Peter McAllister house.
How does Peter McAllister afford to take his entire family first class to Paris?
What does Peter McAllister do for a living?
I don't know, man.
He doesn't tweet all day.
But anyway, we're proud of, we're proud of what we're building here.
Proud of my Peter McAllister jacket.
Enough.
Sorry for all the ranting and raving.
We just, I don't know.
I saw what happened with Erica and Candace yesterday.
And I don't want to talk too much about it because I don't really, you know.
I've had some internal conversations about what's going on there.
unidentified
And I don't know.
benny johnson
I don't know how Erica does it.
Yeah, I know both of them.
I am seed to Erica and Charlie's wedding, man.
Love the two of them.
Charlie's like a brother to me.
And Candace and George, and we were friends with them too.
And I got nothing, you know, I got nothing against them.
And I don't, I don't, it's been, it's unprecedented that levels of toxicity and spiraling that has happened.
And I hated it.
But more than anything, I hate influencer drama because it's like, oh, yeah, it's all about me.
You know, no, it's actually about the country.
It has nothing to do with you.
We should be humbled by God's grace every single day.
Get up and do the work.
And so I've been angry that so much of what happened after Charlie's death and memorial and that unifying moment that was transcendent and quite spiritual, that that's been like ripped at, frayed, pulled at, broken.
And so I'm, you know, I've been trying, I guess, not to not to fuel the fire.
You know, eyes on target.
You can't win a war if your own side's firing at you, if you have incoming from behind the lines.
And so we've been, you know, doing our level-headed best, like press on.
But I don't like the distractions.
I don't like them.
I want people to be adults and handle stuff like adults.
And that happened, I think, yesterday.
I hear some very, very good things from behind the scenes about this.
So I don't want to just cover this very quickly off the top since it's just on the mind.
And I just left a couple phone calls from people about this.
This is what you should want.
Here's Erica Kirk's tweet about a four and a half hour meeting with Candace Owens yesterday in person.
Had a very productive conversation with Candace Owens.
More to come from both of us looking forward to America Fest this week.
We'll be there.
Time to get back to work.
Agree.
Time to get back to work.
Absolutely.
There are people out here.
We're going to talk about Brown University.
They're literally coming to kill us all.
Yo, they're coming to kill us all.
There's a dude coming to kill me the other day.
There's a dude trying to kill me.
Like a couple of them.
They're now facing federal prison time.
There's going to be trials.
I'll probably testify at those trials.
Be happy to.
Enough.
Make no peace with evil.
Defeat it.
Destroy it.
We're not called to make peace with evil.
Are you a Christian?
Well, then live your life like Christ.
Christ did not entertain evil.
Christ banished demons.
Christ spaketh against evil.
You're not more Christ-like than Christ.
Christ wasn't suffering sin.
He wasn't suffering, you know, go and sin no more.
But he certainly wasn't one to sit there and to make peace with Satan in the desert.
No, Satan was manipulating the word of God, which is powerful, which is the most powerful thing on earth that centers all of us.
And Christ was there to rebuke him for lying.
So hopefully the lies shall be rebuked.
Candace Owens saying, Eric and I had an extremely productive four and a half hour meeting.
How do people meet for four and a half hours?
I don't know.
Everybody at this company knows that if you're on the phone with me for more than four minutes, something's gone horribly wrong.
More like four seconds on the style of phone calls.
Better yet, every phone call could just be a text message and every text message could just be a telegram message and every telegram message could probably just be like a gift or an emoji.
And so I don't know what people talk about for four and a half hours.
The rule of this company is that like we that we like we have banned all Zoom calls.
There are no such thing and nobody needs more pointless meetings.
But there it is.
Okay, good.
Maybe it's a different way that women handle things than men.
I'm not sure.
But anyway, here's what I do know that these two women, Erica Kirk and Candace Owens, they met yesterday.
And well, looks like it went great.
According to the phone calls that I had, show was late for just a minute today because I was talking with a frankly, I was talking with both, I was talking with people that know exactly what was happening here.
They said that what happened was a much needed reconnection with reality and peace between both sides and an understanding.
It's a great old quote.
It's hard to hate up close.
Say it again.
It's hard to hate up close.
Somebody's sitting right in front of you.
It's very easy to like hate an avatar or like, you know, shit post behind a screen or scream.
But like then you actually meet someone and they're like in the same room as you.
And, you know, it really takes a darkness of the human heart to like hate somebody that's willing to sit down with you.
And if they're sitting down with you in good faith, then, well, typically the way that the human heart is oriented is you're going to be able to find some common ground.
We're all humans after all.
Everybody makes mistakes.
Let's continue to read here what Candace says.
I feel like this meeting should have taken place a lot earlier than it did.
Same, honestly, but a lot's going on, okay?
A lot's going on.
We pray for the beautiful widow Erica Kirk.
We're very saddened.
I mean, there is no rule book, right?
There is no manual for what's going on here.
It's totally and completely banality of evil that took Charlie from us.
And the reactions, of course, have been wildly different across the board.
We've had to mourn here on the live stream.
It's been tough.
We agreed on much more than I had anticipated, of course.
We also disagreed on various points and people as well.
More importantly, we were able to share intel and clarify intent.
I will, of course, have full rundown on the show tomorrow.
I'm exhausted, but I want to let you guys know nothing was held back.
An immediate result was that tensions were thawed.
Okay.
This has been seen by nearly 5 million people, 68,000 likes, 6,000 reposts.
Good.
I don't want there to be tensions.
People can disagree.
There's tons of people that I disagree with all the time.
I go on shows with people I disagree with.
People can disagree.
But there is a movement out here that is trying to kill us.
And I'll say it once, because everyone asked me the Nick Fuentes question.
Everybody asked me about Candace.
We've just been at all these different events.
The New York Young Republicans, a huge Christmas event with thousands of people.
I think that like Sneeko and Nick Fuentes was there.
ALX was there.
Like, I think there are people like outside and, you know, there's all these, you know, there's all these different like edge lords everywhere.
And it's a world of very, very different voices and very different personalities and people.
And everybody's like, you know, it's just some giant high school, honestly.
It's a bunch of little like nerd groups all together, you know, and seeing who's going to get shoved in the locker.
And, right?
Like, it's, that's all it is.
It's all real life.
This is all adult life is actually an extension of high school.
And everybody asked me these things.
And my line has been consistent.
And it's been consistent for months after Charlie's death.
It goes like this.
All of us have a God-given, God-ordained right to free thought and association that is, of course, protected in our First Amendment.
And when you're having debates in good faith, the best ideas that spark off each other, they win.
People who are lying, they lose.
unidentified
People who have bad ideas, they lose.
benny johnson
And that's just the way it goes.
Okay?
That debate's awesome.
Those debates are great.
Those are the debates that keep the country going and that keep like sort of the spray de corps and the, oh, right, like the adventure of America.
It's like those debates.
The thing that is to be fought against, dispatched entirely, root and stem and salted of the earth, the people that don't debate that debate with a bullet to the head or the neck.
That debate by killing the argument, by killing the person, by killing their own souls in the process, that's the actual evil that we are fighting.
It isn't people that want to sit down and disagree on views, whether it's Piers Morgan and Nick Fuentes or Candace Owens and Erica Kirk.
Peaceable good faith disagreement is what built the damn country.
Go back and look at even before the Constitution, go back and look at colonial times or pre-colonial times.
What destroys a country like ours is secretarian violence, where a bunch of trannies and a bunch of left-wingers, a bunch of people who consume way too much Reddit or TikTok, Discord,
or MSNBC, in the case of the congressional shooter, right, who went ahead and blasted, sprayed bullets with the intent to slaughter every Republican member of Congress that was sitting on a baseball field was very close to killing multiple members of Congress on that baseball field.
This guy was, of course, a Bernie Sanders volunteer, lifelong Democrat, MSNBC watcher.
His name's James T. Hodgkins, and nobody remembers him at all because Republicans are weak and cucked.
And they refuse to protect us from the true enemy.
This is why this show is perfectly happy.
And I am perfectly embracing of those who just wish to have good faith arguments.
But what we're seeing is that the left has decided to lay down the mantle of the argument and pick up the weapon and just kill us all.
It's what happened at Brown University.
It's what's happening right now at scale throughout the nation.
Every one of us is at risk.
Multiple people are facing life in prison for trying to kill my family.
I've seen it.
You've seen it.
The time is now to get very, very serious about this threat.
The threat is not an edgelord saying something naughty on the internet.
The threat is the people who wish to kill us and harm our families.
They don't kill you because you're a Nazi.
They call you a Nazi so they can kill you.
That's what happened at Brown University.
And it is what's happening at scale around the country.
In the aftermath of Charlie's death, the left realized that not only could we go on TV like Jimmy Kimmel did and straight up lie and say that the killer was MAGA, which he did, the MAGA gang is trying desperately to say he's anything but one of us is the exact words that Jimmy Kimmel used.
And then now Jimmy Kimmel gets his contract renewed.
Oh, wow.
So you can just go and like lie about that?
75% of the country has no idea that Charlie Kirk's killer is a left-winger.
75% of the country has no clue that Tyler Robinson, and I say Charlie Kirk's killer because we've done multiple shows, you're going to have to present to be some other evidence other than the DNA evidence, the video evidence, the family evidence, the confession, and then Tyler Robinson just 72 hours ago confessing in court that he killed Charlie Kirk, saying to his lawyers, I think about the shooting every single day.
The guy had a wife.
I mean, okay, and I don't know what else you want.
You're going to have to present more.
You're going to have to present more demonstrable evidence than that.
Perfectly happy to talk about a greater overall conspiracy with Tyler Robinson.
Should it just be Child Robinson charged?
Should there be hundreds of other people implicated in this?
I hope that there are.
Because I think there's a lot of evidence to that.
What about the transgender boyfriend?
whatever.
Tyler Robinson was in a transgender relationship.
His boyfriend was transitioning from male to female.
So I don't even know what to call that.
But Tyler Robinson was a hate-filled leftist who hated Charlie Kirk, hated open debate, hated free speech.
He murdered Charlie because of that.
He said so in his own writing, his own words, his own confessions.
He said it to his family.
Then he said he wanted to kill himself.
That was prevented from being done.
And I think, thank God, because now we're able to hopefully have a trial live where we can see all of the evidence laid out.
We can see what actually happened and why.
And hopefully many more people will be charged.
Anyhow, that's the evil that we're fighting.
That's it.
And that's the evil we've always fought.
Remember, the idea of free speech to a king in America was enough to start a whole war.
Free speech is like flipping the bird to the king of England, King George III, and saying, you know, we hope these truths be self-evident.
That all men are created equal and doubted by their creator with certain inalienable rights.
Among those are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
That was free speech.
Nobody had ever spoken to a king like that.
And they got a war for it.
Obviously, went to war over that.
So we were willing to die for free speech.
That's the legacy of this country.
And that's what Charlie did.
Died for free speech in the purest tradition of Christian martyrdom and American martyrdom.
And so that's what we're fighting for.
I hate to see my side with such dire stakes Crumble in on itself in what seems like the definition of just kind of petty bickering.
And I want to just compliment Erica Kirk and I want to compliment Candace for making peace here.
I think people have had enough of the drama.
And I think there is drama fatigue, frankly, right now on the right.
And I don't want to, I don't want to, I don't want to add to it.
It is not productive.
Candace has confirmed that she is alive.
I think the final thing that we'll stay in off this, here we go.
candace owens
Four and a half hours later, I'm alive.
I'm alive.
I'm totally fine.
And I'm sorry I was going to do a show for you guys this evening, but I am truly exhausted.
Very productive conversation.
I asked every single question.
I mean, from Egyptian planes to Turning Point USA faith.
And I was very surprised by some of the answers that I got.
And I think they were also very surprised when I shared certain intel.
This probably should have happened a very long time ago, but I wanted to let you guys know that I am alive.
And I will have the full rundown for you guys tomorrow of what transpired.
And yeah, I think it was definitely a very big step in the right direction.
unidentified
So I'll see you guys tomorrow.
Okay.
benny johnson
Well, ladies and gentlemen, I'm, you know, it's like, like, maybe we just, you know, maybe we just pivot entirely off of this conversation 100%.
Like, maybe we just give absolutely no more flame, no more fuel to the fire on this.
But I think that is, that, I think that is a very positive action.
And I hope to see more of it, honestly.
I want to see people acting like adults because we have, there are very adult issues that are happening right now across the country.
We have real, like, like real existential issues.
We're going to talk about what happened at Brown University and some of the more, some of the horrors, how the left has effectively launched a jihad against conservative students after realizing that they could get away with murder.
It's Charlie Kirk.
Here we go.
Before we jump into that, ladies and gentlemen, Charlie Kirk dying for his faith.
Clearly, something was happening at Brown University as well with this Christian conservative leader at Brown University.
We need to fight for liberty.
We need to fight for religious freedoms.
We need to fight against darkness.
First Liberty is an organization that does that.
It's holidays.
Maybe consider joining and supporting this organization that fights on behalf of religious freedom.
Clearly, the battle lines have been drawn with a win rate of over 90% of their cases, including a 9-0 record of the Supreme Court.

Ladies and gentlemen, First Liberty is a partner of our program.
Okay, here we go.
Cops release very grainy new video of suspect Brown Shooter as they hunt for new leads.
I'm going to try to not go full scale psychotic on this story.
I'm going to try to not lose my mind over all this.
If you run a traffic light, then you're going to get a 4K photo of your license plate sent to you.
If you were picking your nose or eating an egg McMuffin while you ran that traffic light, you will be able to see the egg McMuffin flakes, you know, like on your fingers as you're driving.
You'd be able to see the coffee stain on your dashboard.
There are high-death 4K cameras everywhere.
This is something that's bothered me about Charlie's murder is the lack of real crystal images of what happened.
That has been very frustrating.
We've been very open about that.
They're holding all the evidence for the trial.
Fine, but like, you know, just leak it.
Let people see some of the more demonstrable evidence in order to shut down some of the wild speculation that is not helpful to your case, quite frankly.
Anyway, this has enraged me because a young woman who was clearly targeted for murder there at Brown University,
who was the vice president of the College Republicans, who was a devout Catholic and a devout Christian, who has deep ties to political activism, pro-life activism, to Doge even.
Her name was Ella Cook.
unidentified
She was shot and killed.
benny johnson
While allegedly the shooter yelled, Alu Akbar.
That's allegedly.
You know, we say that not to protect the shooter, but because there are different accounts, but they yelled at something, Alu Akbar, and then went after the like 1% of conservatives on campus.
So here's what we got.
This grainy footage is so enraging that there's 4K cameras everywhere, and all you can get from the Pipe DC pipe bomber, Charlie Kirk's killer, is shots like this.
So this is what they're saying.
This is who they're saying is the person of interest.
Let's go to the next one.
I'm going to see this one.
So you can see rotund, kind of fat, got a gut, very simp, like very simpy walk here.
Some people are saying that this gate, oh, here we go, gate analysis again.
But some people are saying that this gate looks potentially feminine, potentially a woman.
unidentified
We don't know right here.
benny johnson
Or just very, a very low testosterone individual.
unidentified
There you go.
benny johnson
So this is what they've, this is the individual wearing a mask, wearing a dark beanie and a black block, but I don't, you know, some people are saying that you could see potentially like a Palestinian kifa, that you could maybe see like some type of left-wing activist like Fanny Pack there.
Not sure if we have clear enough shots to show that.
Here's the FBI post bulletin seeking more information on this suspect.
Again, you can see sort of the fat and rotund body type.
Some people, people are like, it's a man, it's a man.
I don't know, man.
I'm still not ruling out that it couldn't be some type of wilder beast, female activist as well.
unidentified
I don't know.
But here you go.
benny johnson
So at the very least, they have something more than nothing, which is what we had as of yesterday.
The Providence Police. are up.
And what a joke they have turned out to be.
What an humiliation.
Providence Police.
We are requesting public assistance in identifying this person of interest, Saturday's incident, Brown University.
Sure as hell, seems like a political assassination to me.
Providence Police released new images of person of interest tied to Brown University mass shooting on Monday evening.
Officials attempted to calm growing anxiety.
The gunman is still on the loose.
Well, the gunman is on the loose.
I don't know how else.
How else should you fix that?
A series of new videos, most revealing images of the man police are pursuing, showing him dressed in dark clothing with black face mask, hiding most of his mug.
One of the clips shows him milling about outside of the campus for a few hours before the shooting.
A few hours.
So you have hours of footage.
There are over a thousand cameras at Brown University, yet none of the cameras, none of that footage has been released.
None.
Zero.
None of the Brown University footage has been released.
They presumably have the shooting caught on camera.
They refuse to release it.
Why?
I think it has to do with narrative.
The desperate manhunt is already more than two days old on Monday.
It comes after police say that they had a person of interest in custody on Saturday.
They cut that man loose.
It's always humiliating when they do that.
The FBI filer described the person as 5'8 ⁇ with a stalky build.
unidentified
Okay.
benny johnson
So they shot two prominent students, sophomore Ella Cook and freshman Muhammad Musarkoff from Azerbaijan.
Another nine victims were wounded.
We want to see the individual that pulled the trigger on these kids identified, apprehended, brought to justice.
A blurry surveillance video was released earlier in the day.
It showed a suspected shooter walking near the campus.
Police presence was ramped up.
It's amazing.
You can go through and shoot nine people.
You can shoot a dozen, actually a dozen people when you add it all up and then just walk away.
And all they have is like grainy videos.
You ever seen like footage of the Mars rover lands on Mars and sends back crystal clear images of Mars?
You can see like every grain of sand on the rocks, but yet this is what we have in Rhode Island.
Klein, what the hell is happening?
Klein's from Rhode Island.
I don't know.
Klein, what the hell is happening?
Here's information about Ella Cook.
This is why we call it a political assassination.
unidentified
Also, we're learning more about the two victims.
Freshman Mohammed Aziz Umakozokov.
He and his family arrived in the U.S. in 2011 from Uzbekistan.
They were naturalized citizens.
His sister says he wanted to be a neurosurgeon, inspired by a doctor who operated on him as a child.
Ella Cook was a sophomore and vice president of Brown College Republicans, rare for that university.
Her friends say she had a bold, brave, and kind heart.
She was an outstanding piano player.
She was fluent in French.
What could she not do?
benny johnson
Sick.
Friend of Ella Cook sounding off here, ladies and gentlemen, about who Ella Cook was, and it'll make your blood boil.
Again, I'm not going like Occam's Razor says that this was a political assassination.
If you go to Brown University, God forbid, and you just start opening fire, well, a thousand times to one, you are going to hit a left-wing student.
That's because it is a left-wing university.
It is the most liberal university, arguably, in the world.
It is certainly the most liberal of the Ivy League universities.
A thousand to one is left-winger versus conservative on campus.
Yet the person who was killed was the only conservative on campus.
He's going to have to explain that one to me.
No, I'm sorry.
No, I don't believe it.
You've got, they've got to find this shooter.
They've got to find this shooter.
We must know more.
Here goes a friend of Ella Cook.
unidentified
I tell you, I'm so everything I read about this young woman.
Just I'm an amazing piano player, fluent in French, a bright light for everyone.
And tell us, tell us about your friend.
phoebe peus
Ella was the type of person that, regardless of if you've never met her before, she just really, she was just such a bright light.
She was extremely welcoming.
And just, it's, yeah, it's just such a devastating loss.
I can't believe that she's not with us anymore.
unidentified
And our thoughts are with you.
And you say that the community at Brown is very small and you're very well connected to each other.
How did you get to know her?
What was your first contact?
phoebe peus
Ella and I, I sat next to her in a Brown Republicans meeting.
unidentified
And how big is that group?
phoebe peus
Not very big.
10 people or so.
So the room's pretty small.
And we're all good friends.
And Ella and I were two of the main women that are in this club at Brown.
So we were always, we immediately kind of stuck to each other.
And she was a freshman at the time this spring when I met her and kind of wanted some guidance going into her sophomore year, what she should do.
unidentified
What did she want to do?
phoebe peus
Ella had, she was kind of unsure about what she really wanted to do.
She started off as an Atma French major and then sort of started to decide that she might want to switch to economics and maybe go into policy.
unidentified
But she was kind of doing whatever she wanted.
phoebe peus
She was so bright.
Yeah, she could have done whatever.
unidentified
She didn't make enemies, did she?
She made friends everywhere she went.
phoebe peus
Yeah.
Ella was the type of person, her best friend, Lexi, who was actually the person who called me to tell me.
She's Jewish and Ella is the type of person that would go to Chabat with her.
And then her friends would go to Mass with her.
And that just kind of, yeah, that story really stuck with me because it just pretty much sums up.
unidentified
This past three months.
benny johnson
When will it not be enough?
unidentified
Yeah.
benny johnson
Okay.
Final thing on this.
The FBI, a former FBI investigator, says that this is most likely an insider.
This is most likely a member of the Brown staff.
A student, somebody who understood exactly where Ella was going to be, and then committed a political assassination real quick.
Here we go.
unidentified
Why wasn't there more surveillance at the university in this modern age?
It's almost unheard of.
bill daly
Yeah, it's very difficult for myself to wrap my mind around the fact that, you know, a university setting, and I've done security assessments on all types of facilities, including some universities, not to have kind of a complete composite of what the comings and goings are, just from a general public safety standpoint for students and kind of an expectation of security and safety, both parents sending their children there as well as as the young adults conduct themselves.
So, you know, I haven't been there.
I don't know.
I can't speak to it.
It is surprising that we don't have more from inside the building.
You know, which Lawrence leads to another element of this is that when we look at selection of this location for the shooting, you know, in the security world, we look at places as being public spaces, semi-public and private.
I would consider this a private space.
If you or I, Lawrence, were walking around Providence Saturday afternoon, would we have known that there was an exam where people gathered in one large maybe classroom in that building on a floor that's not maybe visible from the street?
So it leads to the question: was there anyone who either was associated with the university, a disgruntled employee, former student, someone who had a particular vendetta against an individual, but knew that this place was packed with people.
If you wanted to commit a mass murder, you would have gone down the street, unfortunately, to the mall, to the train station, or some other place where there would have been other targets.
But this target was selected for a very specific reason.
benny johnson
Such a great point.
This was not like just trying to commit terrorism or a mass murder.
They went to a specific place with a specific student who is one out of 10,000, who is an open conservative on Brown University and a Christian, and then screamed Alu Akbar and killed her.
This is a political and potentially religious assassination, and they got to find this man or woman who did this.
Ladies and gentlemen, Erica Donalds is the chair of the Education Opportunity at America First Policy Institute.
I think there needs to be some major reforms made in our education system.
She joins the show live now.
Erica, thank you for being on the program.
Sorry, this just makes my blood boil.
I'm very angry.
You have children that are in school and at university right now.
What needs to be done to secure our students?
Obviously, I know that your son is actually a turning point USA activist and very proud, obviously, of his activism.
But now you are seeing targeted political assassinations down the chain.
What needs to be done more to secure our schools?
erika donalds
Well, it's harrowing, but unfortunately, some of the damage has already been done when we saw for months university administrations tolerating anti-Semitic bullying, pro-Palestine protests, many times that turned violent, vandalism.
And they didn't punish these individuals for what they were doing on campuses.
They did not get punished for vandalizing and ruining property.
They did not get punished for intimidating other students and blocking the way for students to go to class.
And so naturally, what happens when you do not punish criminals is that they increase in the severity of their criminal behavior.
And so that is the culture that has been set on many of these university campuses.
And we see now that some have resorted to even further violence, of course, with shootings on campus.
And we, as parents, we, of course, are concerned for our son's safety, but that will never allow us to back down from standing for our principles and standing upright.
But we expect these university leaders to clamp down on violent behavior and any threats that would be made against students, whether that's for their religion or their political beliefs or otherwise.
benny johnson
I just, there are a lot of places that have armed guards.
Hospitals, for instance, have armed guards and inflow-outflow procedures.
Why don't we require that at universities and at schools?
I think that, frankly, it should be.
Banks have obviously armed guards at them.
There are many places, every federal building, and I'm not necessarily against that, but I believe that they're When you're seeing, when you're seeing what happened, whether it's Charlie Kirk's assassin being able to go on the lamb or then this assassin being able to just walk away, clearly not a very fit individual, bulbously kind of wobbling around the streets, and able to just walk away.
We still don't know who the hell they are.
There's been zero footage released by Brown University.
Something just stinks here, Erica.
erika donalds
Well, every university that I'm aware of has their own police force.
But, you know, we've seen.
benny johnson
So where were they?
erika donalds
Exactly.
Where were they when a shooting took place on campus?
benny johnson
12 people shot, Erica.
12 people.
erika donalds
It's not a huge campus.
It's insane that the university police were not able to respond quickly enough to not just neutralize this shooter, but also capture the shooter and the ability to look at surveillance and see where that shooter was going.
Why are we watching a shooter walking down the street casually when the university police should have been chasing after him with all of the technology and surveillance that they have available and resources that they have available?
I mean, think about the money that Brown University has, whether that's their endowment or all of the federal funds that they're getting for the number of students that they have.
There's absolutely no reason why those students should not feel safe and that this shouldn't have been neutralized and this individual captured immediately.
benny johnson
Erica, Grock is telling me right now that there are 95 full-time, highly trained security officers at Brown University.
95?
That's more than a presidential security detail.
That's a ton of guards.
So what the hell is going on here?
erika donalds
Absolutely.
That's the question I would be asking if I were a parent of a Brown University student.
Why are we paying 95 full-time officers if a shooting like this could take place with no timely response to it?
It is appalling, absolutely.
But we've seen this happen before.
Look at Parkland down here in South Florida, where again, this school district had their own police force as well.
The police were there on scene and did not go in to rescue these poor students who were being slaughtered by this madman.
We've seen it happen over and over again on educational campuses, whether that's K-12 or college, where even though they have a police force, they're not responding quickly enough.
benny johnson
I want to just ask a quick last question here.
I'm sorry, we have a tight show today because we were traveling, but I want to ask a last question.
Like when it comes to America First Policy Institute, what is your recommendation to harden schools and to ensure that we don't have coward cops?
I'm so glad that you brought up Parkland.
It's such a great point, actually.
There was an armed officer that cowered and hid while kids were getting mowed down here in Florida.
And I believe that there's now there was legislation that was passed in order to prevent that from ever happening again.
I think that cop is being tried.
The cop is like facing major severe penalties and they're going after the officer as right they should.
But what should be done from a legislative perspective in order to ensure that like no parents have to have their kids come home in a body bag like Ella Cook right now?
erika donalds
Well, the first thing is that universities should not be gun-free zones.
It goes back to the most basic element of this is that all of those students that were sitting in that classroom did not have Second Amendment rights at that moment.
They were not able to carry to defend themselves and their fellow citizens from this attacker.
Can you imagine if just one, just one of those students was armed and was exercising their Second Amendment rights in that moment, they could have saved lives, they could have saved injury, and they could have neutralized this criminal.
But the second thing is when you have police forces on campus, you need to enforce the law at the very first breaking.
It's the right broken window theory.
You cannot allow little things to go unpunished because it will escalate and you will have increased violence, increased vandalism, increased crime on your campuses, in your cities, in your communities, if you do not have law enforcement that will do their jobs.
And I don't always blame the law enforcement officers because oftentimes it comes from the leadership down.
benny johnson
You make such a great, yeah, such a great point.
That's such a great point.
You know, like, I'm sorry that my blood is boiling on this, but it just seems like it's open season on conservative activists and nobody, nobody is doing anything.
Republicans refuse to do anything.
They, they got shot up on a baseball field by a left winger and their reaction was to sing Kumbaya with Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters.
And nobody does any, the Republican leaders won't do anything to protect our kids.
And so, you know, at some point, it falls to us.
So I'm going to fix it.
Erica Donald.
Yeah.
I'll let you have the last word.
unidentified
Yeah.
erika donalds
Very raw for all of us with Charlie having passed just so recently and us looking forward to this weekend to celebrate his life in a way and his legacy at AmericaFest.
I know I'll see you there, but such a huge part of us missing and part of the movement missing.
And we're just tired of this violence and it being excused.
benny johnson
You know what, Erica, I'm tired of people getting away with it, actually.
You know, there is evil in the world, but you don't have to let evil just like walk and get away with it.
So I want more, I want more doors kicked in, frankly.
Erica Donald, ladies and gentlemen, you can follow her.
Obviously, she does incredible work, incredible work at America First Policy Institute.
She also speaks regularly, Turning Point USA events throughout the state.
And her husband's going to be the next governor of Florida.
Thank you very much, Erica.
God bless you.
thank you benny ladies and gentlemen moving quickly over to senator tommy tuberville uh you know and and somebody who's always spoken very raw and real truth on our program We're thankful to have him today.
Here we go.
Senator, last time we spoke was at Auburn University.
There were 10,000 kids packed into a stadium to hear you and the Trumps.
And I got to tell you, man, I'm like really upset at this situation at Brown University because those kids, they are like sitting ducks in these gun-free zones.
And more importantly, it just doesn't seem like anybody has any intention or is trying too hard to catch this killer.
It seems like the university is trying to withhold evidence, frankly, because this may not meet the may not meet the narrative.
Do you know anything about what happened at Brown University?
How do we fix a situation like this?
tommy tuberville
Well, first of all, thanks for having me on, Benny.
And I just got out of a classified hearing about all 100 senators about the drug boats that are being blown up in the Caribbean on the Eastern Pacific.
And it just shocks me that how the Democrats want to protect more of the drug dealers than they do Americans.
Well, it carries over to what we're talking about here.
One of the individuals that was killed at Brown University was from Mountain Brook, Alabama, a young lady named Ella Cook.
She was a Republican leader in the Republican Party at Brown University.
You can't tell me she wasn't targeted.
I would hate to miss that opportunity to say that because the consequences here are very, very fishy.
But at the end of the day, I just heard you interview before this.
Nobody really pays a price for this.
I mean, it's and on campus, and I've been on campuses all my life, 35 years.
You know, I was a college football coach.
And more and more of these are continuing to happen.
And we're going to have to force the hand of these people that run these universities.
For instance, I'm getting ready, hopefully, to be the governor in the state of Alabama.
And we're going to have to do something where for every 20 or 30 students on campus that these universities are making tons of money, that we have security for those people.
We have to add the number of people.
We have to ensure the safety of the young people on these campuses because they are a target.
They are easily accessible.
And it just amazes me that, again, we go back to we were the Democrats are worried more about the drug dealers than they are about people that are killing people here in our country.
benny johnson
I know it was a classified briefing, but I'd be deigned to ask you, Senator, what did you learn about these drug boats getting yeeted?
You said there were 100 senators there, so the entire Senate showed up to get a briefing from Secretary Hagsett?
tommy tuberville
Yeah, you know, everybody showed up.
And, you know, there wasn't really anything classified about it other than if we had watched the video.
We have not seen the video.
Some senators have.
But at the end of the day, we all wanted to know it.
Tell everybody, is there a process that we go through before we shoot a boat?
Is there a process legally?
Do lawyers look at this?
Do people at certain levels look at it?
And let me tell you something.
You know, what they go through before anything that happens to any of these boats is, I mean, it has to be right on.
And there have been boats that they have not attacked.
And so at the end of the day, they're doing their job as Pete Hagstett, Secretary of War, Marco Rubio, all these people.
And again, lawyers involved.
But the one thing I will and want to say about this is for 20 years, starting with Obama, thousands of people have been droned and bombed and nobody said a damn word about it.
And all of a sudden, you know, President Trump goes after the drug people, which, by the way, and you're in my lifetime, Benny, we've heard the war on drugs and how they've killed people in our country.
Fentanyl and a lot of these drugs are more dangerous than a nuclear weapon.
My God, we're losing hundreds of thousands of people a year, our young people, 18 to 45 in our country.
Shut the hell up and let us do our job.
Democrats are not going to do their job.
So let the Republicans and Donald Trump do the dirty work.
And it is dirty work.
We all understand that.
But it's against people that are trying to kill the people of the United States.
Protect our citizens.
And that's what our Constitution says.
And that's the authority they have.
benny johnson
That's right.
We want to see more strength from the Republican Party.
Obviously, something that hasn't been a problem for you.
You're one of the most outspoken senators out there.
This is why, of course, we fully endorse you for governor of the great state of Alabama.
And congratulations, by the way, on, is it Space Force now coming to Huntsville?
Is that correct?
tommy tuberville
Space Command.
benny johnson
Space Command.
tommy tuberville
We do have a Space Force, but Space Command is the group of people that run everything from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, anything that goes into space, NASA, they control it.
And it's President Trump's idea.
What a great idea, because as most people know, especially up here, the next war that we have is going to start in space.
And it's going to be either ended or probably won or lost from what we're doing in space in the next 10, 15, 20, 30 years.
benny johnson
So you, I mean, this is something that I've recently learned, and you've been educating our audience on this.
Alabama is like very central to rocket building, to Space Force, to our ability to fight in combat space and also to explore space.
This is something, of course, I didn't actually know.
So I wanted to give you potentially an opportunity to send a message to Elon Musk as it pertains to Alabama and the potential future governor of Alabama, Elon Musk making news this morning here from Axios saying that he's diving into the 2026 midterms for the GOP.
Elon Musk has begun to fund GOP House and Senate campaigns for 2026 midterms, an indication that his relationship with Donald Trump has thawed since their massive breakup this past year.
So there you go.
Elon Musk pulling back from his launching of a third party and then launching hopefully successful Senate and House campaigns.
But anyway, since you probably know quite a bit of the players here, Senator, your message to Elon Musk.
tommy tuberville
Well, the great thing about Elon Musk is he understands the process now dealing with a short period of time with President Trump about Republicans and Democrats and the involvement there in the future of our country.
You know, the thing about Elon Musk is he understands a lot of different things.
Now, he's into things such as building automobiles and Tesla and all sorts of those things.
The one thing that he loves more than anything is space.
And if it has not been for Elon Musk, we would be so far behind in space, behind China and Russia, because we spent all of our money in the last 20 years on these dang wars in the Middle East and now Ukraine.
We need to be putting our money if we're going to spend it into space.
And Elon Musk knows that.
He understands it.
President Trump understands it.
And Republicans, Democrats have no clue like anything else.
So at the end of the day, he's going to push a narrative where people start understanding.
Hey, y'all better wake up because we are way behind the Chinese and Russia in space.
Again, thank goodness to Elon Musk.
We're within reaching distance, but we got a lot of work to do.
benny johnson
Alabama going to help with that work.
Senator, future governor?
tommy tuberville
Yeah, big time.
You know, in Huntsville, Alabama, and all over the state, we're a big military state, and Huntsville is the missile capital of the world.
You see there with Senator Britt and myself, we were dedicating the opening or the beginning of Space Command.
But we have the Missile Defense Agency.
We have NASA.
We have Blue Origin.
We have all these entities like Boeing.
You see there, we went over and looked at a lot of new missiles from Boeing last week with Pete Hexet when we were there dedicating Space Command.
There's a lot of great things going on in Huntsville and all over the state.
But again, it goes back to one thing.
You have to have the money, you have to funding, but you have to have the plan.
And a lot of that plan starts from outside agencies that are public, not governmental agents.
We have 600 defense contractors that are private.
They're not government entities that help our country stay abreast of the future and be able to protect our citizens.
benny johnson
Very quickly here, you talked about obviously having strength in order to fight either a Venezuelan drug smuggler or potentially the terrorists that are already here in this country.
Something that we have devoted the show to is to prevent, hopefully, less Charlie Kirk or President Trump assassinations.
But to do that, you have to be very clear-eyed about the left and how evil that party has become and how they have winked and nodded and funded assassination culture.
Yet we've been frustrated to see the Republican response to this, which has been muted at best and at worst has created bitchy infighting, frankly, amongst the ranks.
We don't like that.
Obviously, you have to, you can't win a war with friendly fire or with fire behind the lines.
And so I wanted to get your take on this, Senator, with one final little divot here, which is a return to the congressional baseball shooting, which is wild to me because some gunman goes up and is clearly targeting Republicans.
And the response to that after nearly mass murdering a bunch of Republican congressmen from Congress is nothing.
There's been nothing, nothing.
Nothing that no, no, no moment of clarity, no moment of like, we're going to fix this or like making the other side, you know, have some type of consequence.
There was nothing.
And so how do we fix that weakness?
tommy tuberville
Well, I think it's a huge problem on the left, just basically denying that this country is in trouble in terms of immigration, in terms of our criminality, or the bad Department of Justice that we've had for years that don't put people in jail.
And then obviously, after you see what happened at Brown University, you saw what happened in Australia.
What's the first thing the Democrats say?
We got to get rid of guns.
These people have lost their mind.
You need guns to protect yourself.
Now, there's a lot of people in our country that don't have Second Amendment rights in some of these blue cities and areas that you can't carry a gun enough, enough.
We got to stop this nonsense.
And, you know, if you want to carry a gun to protect yourself, you should be able to.
Just be understanding that you know how to use it, use it the right way, but we have to protect ourselves.
Benny, let me tell you something.
We're getting ready to go on a year, 365 days starting January the 1st of our 250th birthday.
Huge celebrations all over the country.
Then we've got the World Cup coming to our country.
Huge mass groups that are going to be together in a lot of different games.
You have college football.
You have NFL football.
You have the Olympics coming here.
It is going to be a security nightmare for the people in this country.
So I hope we have a great plan.
The Democrats need to get on board with us as Republicans.
We have security meetings.
No Democrats are there.
They could care less.
They think, hey, let's let Donald Trump handle this.
No, it's not Donald Trump's problem.
It's all of our problem.
And we need to protect American citizens.
It's coming.
It's coming somewhere near you.
And we have to understand we have to protect ourselves and the people in this country.
benny johnson
What's happening to Ilhan Omar?
Because Ilhan Omar is somebody who's obviously advocated on behalf of ISIS terrorists.
She's somebody that says that, you know, September 11th, just some people did something.
She's obviously embroiled now entirely in billions of dollars of Somali fraud.
And I know that she's in a different chamber than you, Senator, but at some point, like, I think America needs to draw the line.
I mean, we had members of Congress on here saying that she should be investigated and then deported if she committed immigration fraud.
Your take?
tommy tuberville
100%, Benny.
The problem that we have here is Hezbollah, Hamas.
These groups are junior high teams compared to ISIS.
ISIS, they're the bad ones and they're coming back and they're starting to infiltrate our country.
Austria, Australia, those two guys had ISIS flags in their cars after they found them, after they captured these people.
We just got to get these weak-minded Democrats that believe that everything is going to be kumbaya.
Everything's going to be fine.
It'll all take care of itself and we better start taking care of ourselves.
So I'm really worried about next year.
I really am.
And hopefully nothing happens, but we have to prepare ourselves for the worst.
benny johnson
I know that you've got to run and I really appreciate your time.
Just one final take, since it was this United States Senate that brought us the Hart Seller Act, a lot of people, including the president, are now revisiting that and saying, well, wait a second, like allowing unlimited third world chain migration is actually idiotic for our nation.
It's how you destroy a country.
And if you have immigration without assimilation, that's not immigration.
That's an invasion.
And we've been invaded as a country by people who are incompatible with Western civilization and they hate this place.
And so what is the solution to that exactly?
Would you be in favor of repealing Hart Seller?
Would you be in favor of ending all third world and chain migration, birthright citizenship, and so on?
tommy tuberville
100%.
We're in a situation now where after Afghanistan and after Iraq and all these wars that we've had, that we brought all these people in from Somalia, we're overloaded.
First of all, it's breaking us.
You know, we're talking about how bad our health care is.
It's bad because we're having to pay for all these people that don't work, that don't want to work.
But end of the day, we have to stop this nonsense of bringing people in here that will not assimilate.
Here's, I think, one of the answers to the problem.
And you've heard, I've been going out against the Muslims, the people coming here that won't assimilate, that go by the Quran and Sharia law and all that.
And there's people here that are Muslim that are probably good people.
They need to speak out.
We don't need to be the ones speaking out.
It's the good people here that come here to assimilate, to go by our constitution and laws and want to make a better life of themselves, not these people that are coming here to destroy our country.
So we need the help from if there are good Muslims out there, which I know there are, speak out, talk out, and let's protect this country and make it better for all of us that want to be a part of the greatest country ever.
benny johnson
You're going off, coach.
And I know that you got a meeting to go to.
It's just you queued this up so nicely.
So I'll end on this.
You've gotten a war with Chuck Schumer here over this post.
This post, you're saying Islam is not a religion.
It's a cult.
Islamists are not here to assimilate.
They're here to conquer.
Stop worrying about offending people.
We've got to send them home now or we'll become the United Caliphate of America.
Chuck Schumer did literally squeal and clutch his pearls and called you Islamophobic.
I haven't heard that one since 9-11.
And then you roasted him and called him a member of Hamas, effectively, which is really fine.
tommy tuberville
Well, first of all, Chuck Schumer, Benny, is a politician.
He don't want to lose a vote.
And he's going to have to run against AOC and he's going to have to come out.
He's going to have to be a pro-Palestinian.
He's going to be pro-Hamas if he's going to win.
He knows that.
So he's trying to take it all out on me.
Hey, I'm not in New York.
I don't have to vote for you.
I wouldn't vote for him anyway because he's been a detriment to our country.
But, you know, hey, go do your own dirty work and figure out a way to beat this young kid from the Bronx or wherever she's from and try to get back into the Senate for the 40th year, which he should have been gone a long time ago.
benny johnson
Yeah, there you go.
All right.
Maybe you can have him down to Alabama, show him how to grill a hamburger.
Don't put the cheese on the raw meat, you moron.
tommy tuberville
He doesn't know where Alabama is, Benny.
benny johnson
Thank you very much, Senator.
As always, God bless you.
Everybody, go out and follow the next governor of the great state of Alabama, Coach Tommy Tubberville.
Godspeed and Merry Christmas.
tommy tuberville
Thank you.
Godspeed.
benny johnson
Good things happening in the country right now.
Want to make sure that you stay good with your finances.
American financing can do that.
People get caught up in high interest credit card debt.
There really is no other type of credit card debt.
All credit card debt is high interest.
And it's at historic highs right now.
There's a lot of good economic numbers that are happening in this country, and there are some bad ones.
And that is a bad one.
Americans are in debt.
Our federal government is in debt.
Can't fix the federal government.
That's on a different scale, but you can fix your own household.
And that's what we will be held accountable for.
So make sure that you, if you are in high interest credit card debt, you're calling my friends at American Financing in order to ensure that you get out from under that rock, get out from under the slavery, ladies and gentlemen, of that pressure.
Call American Finance in today.
You can move quickly in order to reconsolidate that debt at a much better rate.
You can make sure that you have a golden future.
And the sooner that you act, the quicker that you can save.
888-528-1219.
That's 888-528-1219.
Call AmericanFinancing.net slash Benny.
AmericanFinancing.net slash Benny.
Okay.
Ladies and gentlemen, President Trump is suing the BBC for $10 billion for editing his speech.
We have a member of Congress, Beth Van Dine, who's going to be on in just one moment.
He's going to talk about this.
But what they did was they took the January 6th speech, which I was at, and, you know, I was sitting there in the front row.
I tell the story a million times right next to Alex Jones.
Alex Jones, like literally, and Beth Van Dyne's from Texas.
I don't know if she knows Alex Jones.
I have no idea.
But, you know, Alex Jones straight up like clear the level of clairvoyance on this dude.
He gets a text message that there's like people that are popping off the U.S. Capitol and he saw it instantly.
He saw the false flag operation.
He saw the op.
He got up, kicked over his chair, and went running through a field that was protected by the Secret Service, two Secret Service agents running after him because Alex Jones was trying to get to the U.S. Capitol because he saw what was about to happen.
Like he saw what was going on and that they were going to use it in order to imprison and to slander and to jail President Trump and all of his supporters.
An important reminder that they were planning on jailing people that didn't even go into the capital.
They did.
They jailed people that didn't even touch the Capitol building, didn't even go into the Capitol.
I have no doubt, ladies and gentlemen, that the whole goal of this was obviously to put President Trump in prison.
They tried with the help of the BBC, who edited Trump's words.
This is why President Trump is suing for a record $10 billion, eye-watering, bankrupt the BBC, because of this edit.
unidentified
Here we go.
We're going to walk down to the Capitol, and I'll be there with you.
And we fight.
We fight like hell.
We're going to walk down to the Capitol.
And we're going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women.
benny johnson
So they just changed the intent.
They changed his words entirely.
They changed everything that the president said there.
Nothing that the president changed entirely his sentence.
They literally clipped and manufactured.
I don't know if they used AI.
Maybe they took a bit from a different speech.
Maybe they used lines from a different speech and spliced them in.
Or if they just used AI to just straight up lie about what President Trump said.
I mean, this is Orwellian stuff here.
It's totally and completely evil.
And Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne joins us live right now in order to talk about it because, well, I got to tell you, I hope that Trump wins this one.
I think he will.
Let's go.
Welcome back, congresswoman.
A Merry Christmas to you.
beth van duyne
Merry Christmas.
And by the way, glad that she got that she got home safely.
I knew her traveling with kids and delays.
The airports are never fun, but I'm glad you got home.
benny johnson
It was crazy.
We actually missed the children's White House Christmas party that we were going to go to, which sucked.
But the First Lady's office took care of us the next day and brought us in to just go take the kids in.
It was actually probably good because my kids immediately, I probably should, I shouldn't say this.
I shouldn't say this, but whatever.
We're going to talk about national security anymore.
You're probably privy to tons of national security things.
And, you know, and no, you're on the Ways and Means Committee and you probably have a clearance and everything like that.
But I caused a national security event when my two-year-old son, upon entering the White House, immediately went sprinting over to Trump's podium.
There's like a podium that the president speaks from and like grabs it, right?
And it's gold and there's an eagle on it.
And like multiple security guys running up because that's the residence, right?
Right up those stairs is the president's residence.
And you're not allowed to go running up those stairs.
beth van duyne
But I'm sure they recognize he was not a threat, right?
You're probably smiling.
benny johnson
Sure.
unidentified
Yeah.
benny johnson
Sure.
I mean, he's approximately as tall as Dr. Fauci, you know, so you don't know, you know, it could be a grown up man.
But what I'm saying here is we're very, we're thankful for that.
And sorry for the random story.
We have other things to talk about.
So let's talk about January 6th.
Let's talk about that hoax and what the hell was going on.
And the reason I say that is that like everything from the pipe bomber to the BBC getting sued.
Like, where is that right now?
I'm not sure if you're on Laudermouth's committee or not, but I know there's plenty of Texans who had their lives destroyed over this.
Your take on this.
beth van duyne
You had, look, you had people that were being attacked not only by the media, but also by our own government.
I mean, how they had to hire, you know, professional Hollywood producers to put together a committee where they are putting out only one side to try to make it as targeted, as hateful, and as offensive as they possibly could against Donald Trump.
And these were made up facts.
And the press was happy to run with it, to create their own narrative.
I mean, look about the pipe bomb that happened.
And that pipe bomb, by the way, that was placed right below my living room window between the RNC.
Yeah, that's where my apartment is.
It was right there.
And then again, the narrative was it was some crazy, you know, pro-Trump person who did it.
It did not fit the narrative who they found and they didn't go after it.
And they've, you know, they've barely even talked about it.
You know, thank God we've got outlets now like you, Fox, and others who are who are talking about it.
But I really hope that this president wins this lawsuit because I have been, you know, I have been the victim of lies in the media where it has been absolutely, it destroys, you know, entire administrations.
But it's also very dangerous.
When you look at what happened in the city of Irving just 10 years ago, when we had a Sharia law court threat, where instead of actually reporting on the news, reporting what was happening, reporting about some of the hatefulness that was coming out of this community, they defended them.
They made them martyrs.
The imam who came after me, who they had on the front page, a D magazine, looking like he has a halo, this guy ended up being everything that I said he was.
He was a child sexual predator who was grooming a 13-year-old for sex.
And guess what?
They never talked about it.
Instead, what they did is they make the person who is really trying to fight for our country, trying to defend the Constitution, trying to fight for our laws.
They made me the enemy.
And this is not the first time this has happened.
It's not going to be the last time it happened.
We've got to fight back.
And I love the fact that he's got the resources to be able to go after people like the BBC and other news outlets who just continue the lies.
It cannot continue happening.
benny johnson
So tell me a little more about that.
I mean, we've been radicalized to the number of Muslims that have moved into Texas, the Sharia law epic city.
They're now trying to change the name.
But there are whole communities that are breakaway communities in Texas.
And a good example of this is a whistleblower came to us and leaked us the live TikTok when a Afghan in Texas who's a taxicab driver was brought over here millions of bucks.
We spent to bring this man named Muhammad to Texas.
He's probably on welfare in Texas.
And he's openly talking about the car bomb that he's building to blow up Fort Worth and Dallas, to blow up buildings.
And we know how dangerous those bombs can be.
You can, I mean, listen, the Oklahoma City bombing was a car bomb.
World Trade Center bombing is a car bomb.
These are true threats.
And he's openly bragging about it, saying he hates Texas.
He wants to kill Texans.
And it's like, what do you do about that?
beth van duyne
Your point about lack of assimilation in Irving, Texas, when I was trying to fight all this, they'd actually found two girls who had been shot and killed at an honor killing by their dad, who, by the way, was another, was another cab driver, who had been shot and killed and left in one of our hotel parking lots.
This is an honor killing.
They are not assimilating.
And the reason why he killed them was he thought that his daughters are becoming too westernized.
So yeah, we have got to call this out.
And look, we want to be a welcoming community.
We understand that we are a country that was based on folks coming and immigrating here from other countries.
Fine.
But the thing that has always held us together is our principles, our love of the Constitution, our love of freedom, of being individuals.
But we are not, we are so sensitive.
And I remember writing about this again, 10 years ago.
We are becoming so sensitive to protecting other cultures that we are completely forgetting about our own.
We're completely forgetting about what holds us together as a fabric of a nation.
And when we see things like honor killings, Sharia law courts, and we don't call them out, we don't bring them to task, we show a massive weakness.
And that massive weakness gets filled.
People read off on that.
And I think that's why you're seeing places like Dearborn, Michigan, areas of Texas as a local, this goes all the way down.
It's not just a federal government issue.
You have got to, as a local elected official, whether or not it's city council, whether or not it's mayor, county judge, state, you know, state rep, you've got to start calling this out and creating areas that they are not welcome.
And when I say not welcome, we want to have everybody there.
We have one of the most diverse zip codes in the country in my city.
But what you can't have is where they are creating areas like no-go zones, where they are actually having separate courts.
And I remember I was demonized because I called it out.
And I was fighting this Sharia law court and I was saying how horrible this is for women.
And instead of getting liberals who always say that they're on the side of women supporting me, they called me, you know, demon.
They called me an Islamist or an Islamophobe, a hater, a racist.
Instead of actually supporting the position, we allowed this to happen.
And unfortunately, as much as we love our constitution, our constitution, in many regards, our First Amendment is what they hide behind and use against us.
I think it's looking at laws.
It's closing the loopholes.
We understand the intent in the laws, but they're getting around the intent.
And we've got to start looking at laws that can actually prevent what we're seeing happening.
benny johnson
Yeah, well, the laws that used to prevent what we are seeing happen were decimated not by even the boomer generation, but by their parents in the 1965 Hart Seller Act that opened up societies that are incompatible with Western civilization.
unidentified
Yeah.
benny johnson
This is incompatibility.
Let's talk about Somalia.
Somalia, you have an inbreeding coefficient of approximately 60% of the country is in first or second cousin marriages, child brides, genital mutilation.
You have Sharia law, 99.999% of the entire population is living under Sharia law.
It is an entire economy built on piracy and fraud.
And someone's going to have to explain to me, and I've been waiting for this, Congresswoman, someone's going to have to explain to me why that's good for our nation.
beth van duyne
That's not good.
That's not good for our nation at all.
Having people come in from Afghanistan when we know that that country was absolutely broken and having them come in here without really getting vetted.
We know that we have allowed, especially in the last five years, not in the last year, because of Tom Holman, because of Christian, because of President Trump, but the four years prior, we allowed 20 million people in here that we have no idea who they are.
We have no idea their intent.
We don't know where they came from.
We don't know what their history is.
And yeah, we absolutely need to start looking at our immigration system.
I've always said when people ask, what are you going to do about immigration reform?
Number one, let's close down our border first.
Let's make sure that we have a secure border.
We know who's coming over.
That's been done.
Now we have to have to actually go after the immigration system that has allowed those folks in.
Then looking at what they're doing to our economy.
You know, under the Biden administration, they were bragging about all these jobs that they were creating.
The jobs that they were creating were government jobs or jobs for foreign workers.
Finally, you've got an administration that gets it.
That H-1B visa program has got to either stop right now until we understand the amount of just how it's being taken advantage of or redone so that it doesn't exist.
I mean, it cannot continue in the way it has because it has absolutely hurt our American workers.
benny johnson
Yeah, you already have an O1 visa.
You don't need H-1B visas.
They need to be shut down entirely.
Would you be for repealing Hart Seller?
It's been an absolute atrocious mistake.
beth van duyne
I think we try to overcorrect in our country and we pass these massive laws that we don't look at the unintended consequences.
And I think what you need to do is if you're going to pass a law like that, put a number on it.
And when you see that hockey stick growth, recognize the fact, wait a second, this was not the intent.
That's not what we wanted to happen and block it.
But we haven't.
We kept making exception after exception.
Even look with the H-1B visa programs, we had exceptions where there wasn't a cap.
There wasn't a cap for academics.
There wasn't a cap for NGOs.
And we see it skyrocket.
And again, what that's done is it has hurt American workers.
It's hurt American wages.
And it has opened up opportunities for people to come into our country that quite honestly don't need to be here, don't want to be here, but are here to take advantage.
I think your example of what's happening in Minnesota with a Somalian population is right on, dead on.
benny johnson
What, I mean, you're a member of Congress who serves with Ilohana Omar.
I don't know if you share offices with her, but like, what should happen there?
beth van duyne
She's right down the hall, by the way.
She's like four doors down on the same floor.
benny johnson
Okay.
Well, what the hell should happen there?
I mean, this is, you know, you have the White House posting about how she married her brother, like dropping the documents on it and then talking about the DNA evidence that proves it.
beth van duyne
Yeah, I think when you, obviously, we have had multiple members of our House investigated.
If they have charges like they do and they seem to be based on fact, that needs to be investigated.
And if she's found, charge her with a crime.
Just because you're in Congress and a Democrat doesn't mean that you don't have to be up to the same standard of law that everybody else does.
It seems like we have seen whistleblower after whistleblower say that the FBI, DOJ, you name it, will not ask questions of Democrats.
We saw it with Hunter Biden.
We've seen it with the Clinton Foundation.
That needs to happen.
I am very hopeful that under Kash Patel and under Pam Bondi, those things are going to happen.
But the question is, what happens after that?
In the next, after three years?
Are we still going to be able to have laws in place that force the FBI, the DOJ, to do their job?
And that's exactly the types of solutions that we're looking for right now.
I recognize the fact that you've got three independent branches of the government.
We don't want to be able to tell the legislative branch doesn't need to be able to tell the judicial branch what to do, but we've got to hold them accountable.
We've got to hold them responsible.
And I feel like that hasn't happened in the last decade.
benny johnson
Yeah, it clearly hasn't happened in the last decade.
It's really ripping the country apart.
Like, of course, Minneapolis has become Mogadishu and you're seeing the epic amount of fraud there.
You're seeing Epic City in Texas.
And I think a lot of Americans are starting to wake up.
Like, wait a second, there is true incompatibility.
You know, every member of Congress comes on here and like talks about how we're a nation of immigrants and we're a melting pot.
No, we're not.
Like, what do you, what are you talking about?
Like, have you studied American immigration law up until 1965?
And that like 99% of it was from Christian countries and from European countries and from countries that shared the Western civilization traditions of our people, the people that built this nation.
I'm so sick of the SYOP.
Like, I'm tired of it.
No, America wasn't built by Somalians.
That's, and that culture couldn't build America because that culture is incompatible with America.
I'm like, I'm tired.
I'm tired of like that, that thinking.
And I'm tired of people like people, especially people in Congress, not saying you're doing this, but people in Congress, like not understanding the laws they passed that created these problems, right?
beth van duyne
And my family immigrated from Italy, from Ireland.
I mean, we did.
When we say we're a country based on immigrants, yes, but that also held the common thread of what we wanted in our Constitution.
And they got here and they assimilated.
They learned our language.
The problem that we have right now is we make excuse after excuse after excuse why we have to have 53 different languages for our legal documents, why everything has to be translated into another, why we have to have translators if people come to city council and they've got an issue.
Stop.
Recognize the fact that we have a common language.
We don't have, by the way, we don't have a federal language, right?
We don't, we don't.
We specifically don't, but it should be English.
When we see we're having laws, look at what's going on in our roadways.
You know, I've got a number of bills right now for CDL people for a commercial driver's license, you know, where you're seeing them go to places like New York and California.
They can't speak the language.
They're here illegally.
And yet we are giving them a license.
When I say we, I mean California, I mean New York, you know, their governments are giving them licenses to be able to drive, which is basically many missiles on our highways.
They're killing people, and yet we're not holding them accountable.
So there's a lot of laws that we can put in place.
We are trying, you know, we are fighting right now to keep the government open after January 20th.
We're looking at healthcare costs that are rising.
There's a lot of things, but I think we can also walk and chew gum at the same time.
And when I'm looking at what's happening across the country, when I'm looking at what's happening across the world, the shooting in Australia, these are not just one-offs.
There is a calculated attempt to try to get Islamists a lot more activity, strengthening.
And I think the reason why is for four years, the U.S. was perceived as weak because we actually were.
Now you've got a president who's taking it seriously.
You've got an administration that is giving, you know, putting the law into place.
They are actually holding people accountable.
And it's making people scared.
And that's fine, but we've got to be able to hold it not just for the next three years, but beyond that.
benny johnson
I just want to do a massive shout out.
I know that, you know, I know that this has been flagged for me before our interview today, but I don't think a lot of people understand the lore, man.
Like you really have taken on Sharia law in Texas and you also took on some of the dumb psyops like the clock boy, Ahmed, PSYOP.
You've been fighting this for a long time and we hope that it's a winning battle.
I'll give you the last word here.
What needs to, you know, what needs to happen in the state of Texas, I guess, in particular, and then on a national level, to ensure that American culture stays American.
And what I mean by that is not having not incompatible cultures come here and create their own breakaway societies.
beth van duyne
It means that people, instead of like holding back and wanting to be, oh, so proper and oh, so welcoming to other cultures, it means actually saying Merry Christmas and being and showing our traditions.
It means when you see people at school that are teaching things that shouldn't be taught, parents get involved, run for school board, get involved at the local level.
Mayors, city council members, vote people out that are not holding, whether or not it's permitting or other such things that are not holding our values or their oath of office, which is to protect the Constitution, to protect the laws of their state.
When they are not doing their job, hold them accountable.
But we've got to stop being so protective of other cultures that we are not respecting and holding and bullying ours.
And I think that's where it starts in making sure that we are the accountability, you know, even at the law enforcement level.
People have got to recognize the fact that when they are doing things that are illegal, there are consequences.
And they are going to be held accountable.
They're going to have charges.
And then those charges are actually going to be met and not just excuses made to why, because they came from this country, that country, why we're giving them excuses not to be able to follow our laws.
And I think it all starts at home.
benny johnson
Yeah.
Well, Texas has got, Texas is still Texas and we'd like for it to remain that way.
Obviously, there's a lot of good things happening, but this is something that's very disturbing.
And man, listening to that, listening to that guy has now since been arrested, but that Afghan saying that because of Texas and it was so warm and welcoming, because so many people in Texas welcomed him, he wants to kill them all.
You know, it's like it's like his job to like make sure that he kills as many Texans as possible.
It's like, dude, you need to be yeeted off this planet.
You know, like, dude, you need to be locked.
You need to be locked.
You should have never been in this country.
You were a terrorist in Afghanistan.
Now you're a terrorist here.
And, you know, I like it.
It sickens the soul, honestly.
beth van duyne
Yeah.
We are warm and welcoming in Texas, Southern hospitality, but also our motto is don't mess with Texas.
And when we sit here and we find something that we are not going to be perceived as weak, and I think, you know, things like gun laws, you know, we were talking about what happened just recently.
The more folks who can be able to protect themselves, again, it is a people aren't going to mess with places that they think that they're going to be shot or held accountable.
It's just not going to happen.
And I think Texas is a great example of that.
We need to do that across the country and policies matter.
Perception of weakness, perception of strength make a huge difference.
But again, this starts at home.
It starts at the local level, state level.
We all can work in harmony to make sure that our Constitution is upheld, that our laws are actually followed.
And when you have elected officials that speak out against those things, get rid of them.

Well, we are glad that you're getting rid of Epic City in Texas.
We're seeing this obviously as a greater and trending movement.
We're glad that people are finally talking about it and getting away from the melting pot psyop and getting back to like, wait a second, why aren't we preserving?
Why is every culture deserving of preservation except for our own?
And so glad that you've been speaking out against it long before it was popular.
Everybody follow the great congresswoman here and a very, very Merry Christmas to you and to the great state of Texas.
beth van duyne
And to your kids.
And let's hope you don't get any more delays at the airport.
benny johnson
It's a crazy snowstorm.
It never snows that early, but it was a complete whiteout.
It's great to see, though, nonetheless.
God bless you.
Merry Christmas.
The perfect Christmas gift for...
Look at this.
This is not the box.
Yeah, let me know with the boxes in a shot.
My box, the box of Christmas ornaments.
I'm sitting here looking at Christmas ornaments.
They're also on the tree behind us here.
And we've also hung ornaments on the AR-15s.
I don't know if that's you.
I don't know if that's what you want for Christmas.
Maybe your dad does want an AR-15 for Christmas.
Do you want an AR-15 for Christmas?
Would it be really hard to wrap?
I mean, yeah, that's something that if you wrap it, people are going to know exactly what the present is underneath the tree.
It's not going to be a huge surprise.
So that's up to you, right?
Something else that you probably want is drinkable water in your home.
Unfortunately, we have a lot of infrastructure problems in this country.
A lot of water ain't good for you or has a ton of stuff like fluoride in it that is not good for your children, that obviously has been proven to be detrimental, along with a ton of other chemicals that get dumped into this stuff.
A lot of the water is taken like directly from sewage runoffs.
And they run it through an osmosis process and they call it clean drinking water.
It's gross.
Anyway, the point is that Cove Pure is a water purifier that is so much better than anything we've ever had.
We have one at my house.
Perfect gift if you have somebody in your home that doesn't want to drink all that fluorinated water.
Cove Pure is extremely easy to install.
You just pretty much just set it up.
It's like so easy.
I don't consider myself particularly handy around the house.
Super easy for me to set up.
It's sleek.
It's nice, looks good, and it makes your water taste.
Well, kind of like the well water that I grew up on, right?
Something that's like completely all natural.
This is a wonderful way to cut back also on like sugar drinks or bad stuff that you drink if your tap water doesn't taste good.
And this provides a pure and clean, no aftertaste drink of water.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the perfect gift for your loved ones this Christmas.
You'll actually use it.
I highly recommend Cove Pure.
I'm partnering with them to give you a special $250 discount with my link, covepure.com slash Benny.
That's C-O-V-E-P-U-R-E dot com slash Benny.
That's $250 off.

And hurry, get yours before the actual sale ends.
Kamala Harris is stepping towards another White House run.
Oh, goody.
Let's go ahead and read this one.
I can't wait.
Kamala Harris isn't planning on going gently into the night.
YOU MAKE IT TOO EASY!
You make it too easy.
Kamala doesn't want to have a gentle night.
You know what I mean?
It's time to run again.
You got to get that promotion.
unidentified
Get Willie Brown back and let's get to work.
benny johnson
Come on.
You know the clip of Kamala Harris working for Willie Brown?
And they're like kissing and a reporter has him on camera.
They're like, is that your wife?
Because he was married at the time.
Or is that your girlfriend?
unidentified
So good.
benny johnson
Sorry.
unidentified
This is the lore.
benny johnson
Why does it matter?
Despite worries from party leaders and donors that she can't win, Harris remains near the top of most 2028 Democrat primary polls.
Strong support among black voters.
I don't know about that.
Most critical voting block for Democrat presidential primaries.
Anyway, according to insiders, she's ready to make a run for the White House again in 2028.
That's why she didn't run for Governor of California.
She probably would have been able to do very well in that race.
After lying low for the first part of the year and embarking on a book tour, Kamala Harris made several moves that many Democrats see as the beginning of a 2028 campaign.
Her book tour expanded.
Harris announced many more stops to promote her book called 107 Days, how she spent $2 billion in 107 days paying off all of her friends to endorse her.
Cool.
Great job, Oprah.
Glad you made a bag.
Everyone's so worried about Oprah.
Oprah made millions off Kamala Harris's presidential campaign.
Tourist tops will include primary states.
Wow, like South Carolina.
And she appeared before the Democrat National Committee.
Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, mingled with National Party officials, state party chairs in Los Angeles at the DNC winter meeting.
At a reception on Wednesday evening, DNC chair introduced her as the former second gentleman and maybe the future first gentleman.
Oh, no.
Harris is rolling out new rhetoric, too.
Great.
Great job, everyone.
I say go for it.
Not only because we have the clip here of Kamala Harris being called Willie Brown's girlfriend.
Remember, he's married when this happened.
This is good.
Here you go.
unidentified
Fine women.
Are you his daughter?
And fast cars.
benny johnson
And you his daughter.
unidentified
Fine women.
Are you his daughter?
benny johnson
And fast cars.
unidentified
Okay, got it.
benny johnson
Got it.
So it was Wal Kamal was his girlfriend.
Look at Kamala right there.
unidentified
Look at Kamala, right?
Look at his.
benny johnson
Look at that, how she's like elbowed her way into the shot to stand right next to him like his spouse when his wife's there.
What a monster.
unidentified
What a monster she is.
benny johnson
It's while Kamala Harris was dating Willie Brown while he was married in order to get a promotion and a bunch of free cars.
According to this report, it's like completely damning.
Kamala Harris was put on all these powerful boards, got all these free vehicles, got a rent paid for.
It was great.
This is great.
Man, working for the Willie, Kamala Harris was really able to get ahead.
And yeah, that's the clip I was thinking about.
That's really funny.
So it's even worse, actually, than being asked if his girlfriend is that she was his girlfriend, as if she's his daughter because he's 30 years older than her.
Oh, oh, man.
All right.
unidentified
Let's see.
benny johnson
What do the markets have to say about Kamala Harris as a Democrat nominee?
Polymarket.
Let's check it out.
unidentified
What we got here?
Who?
benny johnson
Who is the leader of the Democrat potential nomination for 2028?
So the betting market has Kamala absolutely a buy right now.
Goodness gracious.
Democrat presidential nominee in 2028.
Gavin Newsome is running away with it at 37%.
This is just the probability of it happening.
But these polls have been more accurate than any poll in America and properly predicting an enormous amount of the results over the last few election cycles.
And the probability of Gavin Newsom being it is right there, hovering at about 40%.
Who else is on the list?
AOC coming in second place.
Josh Apiro and Kamala Harris.
Okay.
All right.
I guess we'll see.
Is Ilhan Omar on the list?
We got a brand new video of Ilhan Omar.
This is funny.
We got that.
You got that loaded up?
Let's go ahead and check in and see.
What happened to Ilhan Omar?
ALX sent this without any explanation.
So what is it?
He just said LOL.
So let's walk it and watch it together.
unidentified
Can I ask you your response to Tom Hoolman saying you're under investigation for immigration?
Possible immigration violations?
Just any response you have to what he's saying in the public.
So you don't think they would find anything?
Absolutely not.
Why do you think they keep bringing this up?
Because you're sick.
benny johnson
That was my old friend, Nick Ballacy, asking the question.
I got to send him a text.
Nick, just go, just go for the jugular, dude.
Just be like, why'd you marry your brother?
Here's the documents that prove it.
Just go for the jugular.
You know, just like do it.
Here's the document.
There's the White House posting the documents.
Yes, Ilhan Olmore married your brother.
And they did a hard tag.
unidentified
There you go.
benny johnson
Just do it.
Nick, don't play nice.
He's the reporter there who's asking the question.
unidentified
He's a great dude.
benny johnson
Nick Ballasy.
Okay.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, Kamala Harris running is awesome.
It's great news.
Oh, the debates between Kamala Harris and JD Vance.
Please, I'm tagging you.
I'm begging you.
Let it happen.
Pentagon launches full command investigation into Senator Mark Kelly over serious misconduct allegations.
This is going to be big.
Got a lot of friends at the Pentagon, and they tell me that this is really something that's happening and that the court martial may happen, that Mark Kelly may lose rank over this.
Officers of Secretary of War on Monday escalated his preliminary review of Mark Kelly to a full command investigation.
The investigation into Kelly's serious allegations of misconduct has intensified, according to a Pentagon official, according to Punch Bowl News, new probe in conjunction with the Department of War's general counsel.
The department previously announced that it had launched the formal review of allegations against Kelly over a video calling service members who refuse illegal orders.
So Mark Kelly is there saying don't follow, effectively don't follow orders because he wasn't able to alliterate or eliminate any illegal order.
So he's just pretty much telling uniformed armed service members that they shouldn't follow orders.
Well, you're not allowed to do that, especially if you served in the military.
Department of War official confirmed to Fox News Digital that Secretary of War is escalating his preliminary review of Mark Kelly to an official command investigation.
Retired Captain Kelly is currently under investigation for serious allegations of misconduct.
Further official comments will be limited to preserve the integrity of the proceedings.
Kelly said in a statement that it should send a shiver down the spine of every patriotic American that the Secretary of Defense would abuse his power like this.
Bro, you're the guy who said don't follow orders.
You're the guy who said it.
You do this yourself.
It's the old step on a rake thing.
Dumb.
These guys are dumb.
Ilhan Omar is dumb.
Kamal Harris is dumb.
So be thankful this Christmas season for enemies that are so dumb.
You shouldn't be dumb.

unidentified
That we packed a lot in that show.
Holy smokes.
Goodness gracious.
benny johnson
Thankful.
Thankful, though.
We got a message from Baste Brook.
Okay, Baste Brooke, I think that you actually sent it, ALX.
So before we pop off here, why don't we post this new reporting from Fox News from Baste Brook Sigmund?
One of our favorites at Fox.
Exclusive, the FBI did.
not believe they had probable cause to raid Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago in 2022, a move that, of course, backfired horribly on Democrats.
It moved forward amid pressure from the Biden DOJ with an official saying that he didn't give a damn about the optics of the search.
Wow.
So that was a totally illegal raid.
You know who was on screaming till his voice cracked was Mike Davis about that.
So it looks like the FBI was forced to do this raid by the corrupt Biden DOJ.
This should come as absolutely no surprise to you.
We are fighting evil.
How do we fight evil?
With the word of God, our verse of the day today, Galatians 4.
What a good Galatians verse.
It's an awesome book of the Bible.
But when the fullness of time has come, God set forth his son, born of a woman, born under the law, and redeemer of those who were under the law.
He was there to redeem us.
Ladies and gentlemen, the New Testament was written.
Christ is the way, the truth, and the light.
Nobody comes to the Father except through Christ.
That is where our salvation emanates from.
That is where Christendom and Western civilization emanates from.
It's where our peace and our joy emanates from.
It's what Christmas is all about.
And we ain't going to forget that.
Ladies and gentlemen, God sent his son to die for us, born an innocent little baby on Christmas Day.
We're excited.
I'm excited to spend Christmas with my kids, man.
We're hyped about it.
And we're thankful.
I was talking with my wife about this this morning.
We're so thankful because it gives you great purpose in life.
You pop up the photo of the little family photo.
This is my purpose.
I hope it's your purpose too.
Do you have kids?
Do you want kids?
Do you have grandkids?
Man, like having, like, this is just the cheat code.
Unlocking purpose in life is engaging in the first command that God gives all of us, which is to go out and be fruitful and multiply.
It's a first command from God.
And everything centers around that.
And then it gives you clarity.
It gives you clarity of purpose.
And I come home and I know what I'm fighting for.
I kind of like am sad about guys who don't have that.
Like guys who come home and they're like, what am I fighting for, my dog?
Nah, nah, bro.
What am I fighting for?
Like some esoteric like idea written down on a piece of paper a long time ago?
Nah, nah, bro.
No.
All of those things were written by fathers, by men who had families, who had something that they wanted to protect.
And that's where that comes from.
The family was first.
The family predates everything.
And this is it.
My team is really angry now about the dog comment saying, you know, there are definitely some dog dads on the team.
That's fine.
I'm just trolling you.
I'm bullying you live on the feed to like go out, be parents.
I tell audiences of thousands this, millions this.
And I say it to you.
If you're a member of this audience, if you're a subscriber to the channel, like this is the way that you unlock the gifts that God has for you in life.
And God has different purposes for all of us.
But I'm saying this should be something that is essential to your American dream because it is part of the American dream.
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
God bless you.
Have a beautiful day and expect some updates from me and General Flynn at Mar-a-Lago tonight.
What a wild season we've been through.
March with us on to victory.
In the end, we win.
It's your boy Benny.
