| Good morning, Carly and Todd. | ||
| The suspect 30-year-old Brian Cole Jr. is expected to appear before a federal judge today. | ||
| He's facing two federal charges, transporting an explosive device in interstate commerce and attempted malicious destruction by means of fire and explosive materials. | ||
| Cole's arrest comes after five years of searching. | ||
| Agents visited more than 1,200 homes and businesses, conducted more than a thousand interviews, and reviewed approximately 39,000 video files. | ||
| But investigators say it was a new look at old information in the original file that broke the case. | ||
| Today's arrest happened because the Trump administration has made this case a priority. | ||
| That evidence has been sitting there collecting dust. | ||
| This wasn't a new tip. | ||
| It wasn't some new evidence. | ||
| It was the hard work of President Trump's administration. | ||
| Authorities spent the majority of Thursday outside Cole's home in a Washington suburb. | ||
| According to court documents, cell phone pings indicate Cole's cell phone was in the area of RNC and DNC the night of the crime, January 5th, 2021, the night before the U.S. Capitol riot. | ||
| And looked at the providers and what information they provided pursuant to search warrants at the time and asked questions such as why weren't all the phone numbers scrubbed and why weren't they connected and why wasn't there any geolocational data done? | ||
| Now, that is either sheer incompetence or complete intentional negligence, and neither of which is acceptable for this FBI. | ||
| But investigators have not publicly shared why Cole allegedly targeted the DNC and RNC headquarters. | ||
| This is chapter one of a 10-20 chapter book. | ||
| This investigation is not over at all. | ||
| The investigation has just begun. | ||
| We've interviewed the subject at length. | ||
| We are still going through an enormous amount of process accounts. | ||
| So it would be very early for me to get out ahead of that on motive. | ||
| Cole's court appearance is expected to take place 1:30 p.m. local time today. | ||
| Hey, that's funny. | ||

|
What's it over there behind the desk?
| Where? | ||
| Behind the desk. | ||
| It's the wall over there. | ||
| Let's go check it out. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Where did we put you there, honey?
| Santa Claus, probably. | ||
| Hardly way to try it out. | ||
| Malthie, you be careful out there. | ||
| Don't shoot your eye out. | ||
| Jerry's job every single day is to break me. | ||
| That's Jerry's job, no matter what. | ||
| No matter if I'm in DC looking like a working stiff here in my suit, we got a bunch of meetings in DC today. | ||
| Very excited about them. | ||
| But his job is to ensure that I am broken at the beginning of every single show. | ||
| And what does that mean? | ||
| That means if you're a stand-up comic, that the audience is laughing and rolling with laughter. | ||
| Well done, Jerry. | ||
| You're going to blow your eye out with that clearly art project of a bomb that was purchased by the Steve Urkel of Northern Virginia, created and planted the total mastermind, ladies and gentlemen, of this plot, Brian Cole Jr., who comes from a very strange family, who has very strange hobbies, | ||
| and who we are going to uncover today as what might be the single greatest FBI cover-up in our lifetime. | ||
| Things have gotten insane on this story, and we're going to get to every single detail this morning. | ||
| Friday, December 5th, 2025. | ||
| Now, we are live from an undisclosed location in Washington, D.C., the Heritage Foundation. | ||
| Again, we have an event here today, and we have a series of meetings. | ||
| So that is why the formalities and the tie and everything like that. | ||
| But ladies and gentlemen, this is a very specific and interesting case that has obviously gained the attention of the American people and is trying to be buried right now because it doesn't fit the narrative. | ||
| Something has gone horribly wrong here. | ||
| Something doesn't smell right. | ||
| You got our spider senses up today. | ||
| There's a trend that is happening that we're noticing when it comes to Matthew Thomas Crooks, Tyler Robinson, Brian Cole, that nothing makes sense anymore. | ||
| And when you start seeing patterns, you start recognizing, well, wait a second, like someone's lying to me. | ||
| This is going to be a wild one. | ||
| I think that we are about to expose one of the single darkest chapters in American history. | ||
| We're excited to do it together with you. | ||
| So many insane things have happened since yesterday's live. | ||
| We know so much more from even the press conference that happened at 2:22 p.m. Eastern Standard Time yesterday from the DOJ. | ||
| And we think we are starting to understand exactly what happened with the J6 pipe bomber. | ||
| It's worse than you could possibly imagine. | ||
| Trump administration exposes massive cover-up, including DC pipe bomb suspect as insiders float sinister reason why Biden failed to capture him. | ||
| U.S. Wynn's travel banned to more than 30 countries. | ||
| Wonderful. | ||
| Senator Mark Wayne Mullen and Viva Fry join the show. | ||
| My name is Benny Johnson, and this is the Benny Show. | ||
| We're very excited to have Contrarian Viva Fry on the program. | ||
| It's going to be a wild one, ladies and gentlemen. | ||
| We're going to check with the chat today as we go through all of the available evidence of the Steve Urkel bomber. | ||
| We'll begin to start calling him. | ||
| You either laugh or you just hang it up on these kind of things. | ||
| Something crazy is going on with this story. | ||

|
There you go. | |

| Okay. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
| Everyone's yelling that I'm not, I don't have a black t-shirt on. | ||
| Sometimes I got sometimes you got to suit up. | ||
| We talked about this the other day. | ||
| Janine. | ||
| Janine's tree right here. | ||
| Look at how beautiful that is. | ||
| The red and the white. | ||
| It's snowing outside in Washington, D.C. By the way, I got snow. | ||
| I got actually snow on my glasses. | ||
| It's snowing in Washington, D.C. today. | ||
| We're covered in snow coming into the studio. | ||
| Here we go. | ||
| Look at this. | ||
| Oh man, what is this? | ||
| Is this a hubcap? | ||
| We got a hubcap here. | ||
| This is from Amanda Braden on her Jeep. | ||
| Boy, you could have used that today. | ||
| We got a Jeep with a hubcap wheel with the Benny Show ornaments on it. | ||
| Ladies and gentlemen, I wish to be the number one Christmas ornament salesman in the entire world. | ||
| And I think we're getting there. | ||
| Over 40,000 shipped and made. | ||
| Get yours today. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| Let's rock and roll here on the pipe bomber. | ||
| Oh, man. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| We got to get through all of the new news that we've learned about Brian Cole Jr. | ||
| Brian Cole Jr. is the identity of the pipe bomber. | ||
| And I think he did it. | ||
| I mean, I'm not like, it's like, like, I've looked at, I've looked at the affidavit and let's go through it right now. | ||
| The affidavit that they have provided, which we were begging for yesterday, and we were like demanding, hey, listen, you got to get, like, you got to send us the information. | ||
| You got to show your work. | ||
| You got to show us like how to, how and why did you arrest this guy? | ||
| Well, here it is. | ||
| We can go through this document line by line. | ||
| Let's do the TLDR right now for the sake of the sake of time for the show. | ||
| Not only they have this guy's purchase receipts that show every single material, including the kitchen timers, the 60-minute kitchen timers that he purchased, the date of purchase, the time of purchase in the lead up to January 6th. | ||
| They have his license plate driving up to Capitol Hill and being within the vicinity of where the pipe bombs were placed. | ||
| I'm going to put big quotes around pipe bombs because I have a theory on all this. | ||
| And then they have his cell phone data. | ||
| We were constantly talking about how his cell phone data would be the evidence that actually shuts all of this down. | ||
| It is why the Biden DOJ refused to or purposefully corrupted the data themselves. | ||
| This cell phone data would be demonstrable. | ||
| They can triangulate exactly where this individual is in his cell phone pinged multiple towers in and around Capitol Hill in the exact same time that you can see the backpacked individual on camera with the pipe bombs in the backpack. | ||
| Okay, and we're just going to call them pipe bombs for the sake of argument right now. | ||
| I think there's a big debate right now as to whether these bombs were actually viable. | ||
| But let's just say, let's just say the individual in the backpack with the backpack skulking around Capitol Hill is this Brian Cole Jr. | ||
| According to this federal affidavit that was released yesterday, this is the demonstrable empirical evidence that we've been looking for. | ||
| Since at least early January 2021, Cole has used a specific telephone number associated with a cellular phone. | ||
| The FBI obtained historical cell site records associated with the cell towers located immediately in the vicinity of the RNC and DNC for the relevant time period of January 5th, 2021. | ||
| The pipe bomber was there. | ||
| This is the physical evidence we've been looking for and had all of the material to make the pipe bomb. | ||
| Here, by the way, is a photo of Brian Cole Jr. | ||
| Kind of a shocking narrative twist here. | ||
| So wait a second. | ||
| We've got a young black guy is the pipe bomber. | ||
| This is your white supremacist, old grizzled war veteran who clearly learned how to make pipe bombs in Vietnam. | ||
| Like this is him. | ||
| That's why we call him the Steve Urkelbommer. | ||
| This guy? | ||
| There you go. | ||
| Narrative destroyed. | ||
| And then what have we learned about Brian Cole Jr. and his family? | ||
| Oh, man. | ||
| Wait till you hear all of this. | ||
| First off, I got to, we just cannot help ourselves. | ||
| The destruction of the narrative happened live on CNN in all of its glory. | ||
| Jake Tapper, in reporting on this yesterday, so self-serious. | ||
| And this was how bread in the bone the pipe bomber is a white supremacist MAGAT narrative is. | ||
| That Jake Tapper yesterday, upon all of this evidence in the affidavit released upon the identity of this individual as a young black man, continued to say that the bomber is a white guy. | ||
| It's amazing. | ||
| It happened live on CNN. | ||
| Here we go. | ||
| Tim Cole Jr., a 30-year-old white man from the DC suburbs, is charged with transporting an explosive device in interstate commerce and with malicious destruction. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| That's how baked in this narrative was. | ||
| So there are a couple of other interesting Items in the background of Brian Cole Jr.'s life that sort of paint a larger picture of who this individual was and perhaps gives a motivation. | ||
| And we're going to talk through sort of our thought process on all of this because I think it's critical to understand like what possibly could be the motive here. | ||
| I think there's the surface level explanation. | ||
| And then there's the much deeper and much darker level explanation that sort of ties into Tyler Robinson, Matthew Thomas Crooks, and the Whitmer fednapping. | ||
| And we'll get there. | ||
| But let's begin. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| Let's start at the top. | ||
| Alleged pipe bombers family sued Trump, Department of Homeland Security over illegal immigration and asked Biden, DOJ, to address racism. | ||
| They hired Trayvon Martin's attorney in 2021. | ||
| The father of Brian Cole is a bail bondsman for criminal aliens. | ||
| Oh, so they're grifters off the criminal alien enterprise here, which is a massive industry, in order to get as many illegals here as possible and then to get their welfare dollars laundered back into their bank accounts. | ||
| That's how this op works. | ||
| That's how the NGO op works. | ||
| That's how these bail bonds is the scum of society. | ||
| This guy also comes from a family with a criminal background and criminal past. | ||
| We're going to get into all of that in just a moment, but let's go ahead and read the story to paint a larger picture about who and what could have possibly motivated Brian Cole, according to all available sources, a loner with no friends, a dude who was addicted to anime. | ||
| Hold on to that in just a second. | ||
| We'll cover it. | ||
| A guy who was like kind of terminally online. | ||
| Like what could have motivated this individual to build a bomb or something that looked like a bomb, an art project that looked like a bomb, and then go place them at the RNC and the DNC. | ||
| Let's go ahead and look at the family. | ||
| Brian Cole Jr. worked as a bail bonds at the bail bonds company run by his dad. | ||
| He worked to free criminal aliens from ICE facilities and sued the Trump administration's Department of Homeland Security. | ||
| So they're left-wing Democrat activists. | ||
| Let's just call it that. | ||
| This is not the behavior of a MA individual. | ||
| This is not the behavior of a Trump voter. | ||
| This is the behavior of a left-wing activist. | ||
| So you can firmly couch Brian Cole, who was 25 at the time, from a Democrat family that is politically motivated enough to actually sue presidential administrations who actually run a grift that uses criminal aliens and their deportations for money. | ||
| That's what they're doing. | ||
| You can go to the website. | ||
| We actually have the website of the family bail bonds business. | ||
| Pop that up. | ||
| You can go to the website and see the company itself. | ||
| It's a predatory company preying on criminal aliens who are about to be deported, effectively like scraping them for money. | ||
| That's, you know, the entire website details the whole process. | ||
| Let's continue to read. | ||
| Klein, throw that up when you've got it. | ||
| Weeks before, 30-year-old Brian Cole Jr. allegedly planted pipe bombs, he would have been 25 at the time. | ||
| Headquarters of the Democrat, the DNC, and the RNC on January 5th. | ||
| A court ruled against the company and its lawsuits attacking the Trump administration for immigration issues. | ||
| Daily Wire learned. | ||
| FBI affidavit in the case clearly knows that the suspect worked at a bail bonds company and lives with his mother. | ||
| Later in 2021, the company held a press conference bemoaning anti-black racism with left-wing attorney Benjamin Crump. | ||
| This is the same attorney that, of course, was famous for representing the racial fraud of Trayvon Martin. | ||
| This is the same guy that's involved in like George Floyd stuff. | ||
| These are race hustlers. | ||
| These are social justice activists. | ||
| These are radical, racialized activists. | ||
| So it sort of just gives a coloring of who these people are, what their motivation is, what their agenda is. | ||
| So what do we have so far? | ||
| Radical racial activists, litigious against the Trump administration, suing the Trump administration, losing against the Trump administration, extreme racial justice advocates and anti-Trump advocates. | ||
| Hate ICE, hate DHS. | ||
| Get a bunch of money off of the broken immigration system in this country. | ||
| Okay, got it. | ||
| All right, back to the article. | ||
| A high-profile civil rights attorney is calling for a federal investigation into the Rutherford County prosecutor accused of discrimination, Nashville news outlet reported in 2021. | ||
| Cole Sr., who is black, claimed racial persecution by Rutherford County District Attorney John Zimmerman. | ||
| Video shows. | ||
| Zimmerman had raised concerns about the bail bonds company's ethics, noting that it had been suspended from operating in a nearby district. | ||
| So also unethical bail bonds company. | ||
| Standing alongside Crump, he said to the media, he's defamed me. | ||
| He's called my insurance company. | ||
| We hope the Department of Justice can come in and do a brief investigation because we've seen a lot of questionable acts that Mr. Zimmerman has demonstrated towards minority-owned companies. | ||
| Crump said it is appalling that we want these allegations to be investigated at the highest level of government. | ||
| They call him a punk and a thug. | ||
| Why? | ||
| This is about him. | ||
| A lot of people believe they know the answer. | ||
| So this is a photo here of Cole Sr. | ||
| This is the father of the alleged bomber and Benjamin Crump. | ||
| There it is. | ||
| The video is still available on YouTube. | ||
| In April 2025, a Tennessee appeals court found that the sanctions against the company were called for due to repeated misconduct. | ||
| So unethical conduct, not racism. | ||
| The elder Cole lied about having never fired, filed for bankruptcy and having financial problems. | ||
| He was, in fact, did file for bankruptcy, so on and so forth. | ||
| So Brian Cole is listed as a statewide bondings owner in a dispute over bonds for illegal criminal aliens in the state of Colorado. | ||
| This article goes on to detail some of the other times that obviously the company fell afoul of proper business structure and management. | ||
| Charging papers say Cole Jr. began purchasing bomb-making parts in May of 2019 during the Trump administration's and long before any dispute with election results. | ||
| They say his cell phone signal showed that he was in the vicinity of the RC and the DNC. | ||
| The bombs were placed. | ||
| The Biden administration quickly used similar cell phone data to apprehend hundreds of Trump supporters for minor crimes. | ||
| Yeah, that's a real question here. | ||
| How is it exactly? | ||
| And I put this up in a post that's since gone viral. | ||
| Let's go ahead and pop that up. | ||
| How is it exactly that you had The guy's cell phone ping hit multiple times and his license plate and his receipts showing exactly what was purchased. | ||
| Get me the um, please get me the post. | ||
| Please get me my post on that. | ||
| Here you go. | ||
| I can find it. | ||
| Let me just let me just go through. | ||
| It's not just like one, it's just not just one purchase, it's the entire pipe bomb purchase, which is why I'm like, I'm here. | ||
| I'm going with it, guys. | ||
| Like, look at this. | ||
| New release affidavit shows eight eight-inch galvanized pipe from Home Depot in Northern Virginia. | ||
| 14 end caps black and galvanized from Home Depot in Northern Virginia. | ||
| Seven nine-volt battery connectors and clips from Microsender in Northern Virginia. | ||
| Three white kitchen timers from Walmart in Northern Virginia. | ||
| 14 gauge red and black electrical wire from Home Depot and Lowe's in Northern Virginia. | ||
| Steel wool from Home Depot and Northern Virginia. | ||
| Safety glasses, 2020. | ||
| Wire stripping tool, wire nuts in November of 2020. | ||
| Sandpaper and machinist file in November of 2020. | ||
| Two 9-volt batteries from Walmart, Northern Virginia. | ||
| Alligator clips from Home Depot, Northern Virginia. | ||
| It doesn't show any purchase of black powder or gunpowder, but that's something that you can obviously manufacture yourself. | ||
| You can get it from other sources, but this is demonstrable. | ||
| Brian Cole, the registered 2017 Nissan Centra, which was flagged in the license plate reader in South Capitol Street exit, just a half a mile from where he was first spotted. | ||
| The FBI also obtained cell phone records from towers within the vicinity of the RNC and the DNC. | ||
| Cole's cell phone was connected to these towers between 7:30 and 8:30, precisely when they say that the art projects were planted. | ||
| I say that because I don't know if these were operable bombs. | ||
| There are a lot of people telling me that they were not operable. | ||
| And that just gets that just, that just gets stranger and stranger. | ||
| And that's where things begin to break down for me a little bit on all of this. | ||
| We're starting to see some crazy similarities here to other strange loner ops that were also huge political stories, intended to be as damaging as maximally possible to the MAGA movement, the assassination of President Trump and the assassination of Charlie Kirk. | ||
| And also had some striking, bone-chilling similarities to this. | ||
| And I think we should get into those, frankly. | ||
| Let's go ahead and see what is publicly available about Brian Cole Jr., his background, and some of his web history. | ||
| Because frankly, I mean, even though his family, I guess, like, so on this surface level of the evidence, you could say maybe he's just upset. | ||
| They're upset that they lost lawsuits against Donald Trump. | ||
| They hate Donald Trump. | ||
| They live in Northern Virginia. | ||
| And so we're just going to take our loner kid. | ||
| I'm like, this loner kid just snapped. | ||
| And he decided he was going to make a bomb. | ||
| And he was going to like hurt the MAGA movement and hurt Donald Trump. | ||
| So that's where we are right now in the story. | ||
| Does that make sense? | ||
| Well, our contention in this the entire time has often been: well, wait a second, why would somebody who's MAGA want to bomb MAGA? | ||
| So it does stand to reason there. | ||
| Why would somebody who loves the president, you know, of course, the narrative here, even the Jake Tapper narrative, was this was a white supremacist MAGA bomber, even though we know this is a young black man who was a who works for a radical leftist family, so litigious against the Trump administration that sue him. | ||
| Jake Tapper still repeating the line. | ||
| Repeat the line. | ||
| It's a white supremacist bomber. | ||
| Jake Tapper still can't get it right. | ||
| So why would this individual do this? | ||
| Well, obviously, we've said for years, why would MAGA bomb MAGA? | ||
| If this was a MAGA guy, why would you be placing bombs where MAGA is going to be marching that day? | ||
| These bombs were placed also and discovered in a, we'll get there, in a perfect timeframe in order to deplete and pull away resources from the United States Capitol. | ||
| Now, that's been told to us by everyone from the Capitol Police Chief there on site, members of Congress who were there that day, to other security experts. | ||
| And now you start to like dig a little deeper and ask a few more questions. | ||
| Let's do that. | ||
| Here's a thread that caught my eye from Travis Hawley last night, cybersecurity, former U.S. Air Force, NSA, and CENTCOM. | ||
| So this dude's got quite a resume. | ||
| He says, this is the digital footprint that I did on this individual, Brian Cole Jr.'s email address that I've confirmed is his email address. | ||
| It's open source intelligence. | ||
| This is publicly available information. | ||
| Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. | ||
| Okay. | ||
| So who is Brian Cole? | ||
| You can see here, he's confirmed his email. | ||
| He's tied it to his Facebook account. | ||
| You know, we're not going to give out any available evidence, but he's locked in everything from his birthdate to his address. | ||
| So he takes that email and he goes and he does a scrape to see what it is associated with. | ||
| You can see some porn accounts here, adult friend finder, sex and swinger hookup site, something that we often find that these individuals, these online loaners and kids that they find to engage in this kind of activity are often addicted to terminal online gaming, | ||
| anime-themed social network sites, and some type of smut and porn. | ||
| That is the profile. | ||
| And that is what you find here. | ||
| I don't know any of these sites. | ||
| I don't own any of these games. | ||
| I'm not a gamer. | ||
| And I'm not trying to like slander gamers, but that's what this individual finds as he goes through and finds the IP addresses and the email addresses and where they are, what they are connected to, what kind of universe they're connected to. | ||
| Brian Cole Jr. was looking for pen pals online sometime before 2015. | ||
| He was looking for people to meet all around the world. | ||
| He was obviously involved in terminal online gaming, fantasy, and anime. | ||
| And then again, also had like had a ton of gamer accounts and had some, his email connected to some smut. | ||
| Let's just call them smut accounts, porn accounts. | ||
| It appears crime runs in his family. | ||
| His sister, Brittany Tiara Cole, has a number of violations and arrests. | ||
| You can see them here. | ||
| Publicly available information. | ||
| His brother, Marcus Cole, also has multiple, is a multiple felon as well. | ||
| Possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture and distribute, goodness, manufacturing controlled substances. | ||
| So, like a drug dealer, drug maker, and drug dealer, misdemeanors and traffic violations. | ||
| Using open sources, I came across extensive traffic and criminal record for Brian Jerome Cole. | ||
| This would be the father, as you can see here. | ||
| And then here's Brian Jerome Cole and his YouTube talking about being a bail agent. | ||
| So, there's further confirmation to that. | ||
| And his father has the bail bonds company here. | ||
| It's available on LinkedIn. | ||
| Are you starting to see kind of a profile built out here? | ||
| Again, like a disclaimer here: this is simply publicly available information. | ||
| I'm reading to you from Travis Hawley's X account. | ||
| This is open source intelligence. | ||
| And this is just something that sort of paints a broader picture of what kind of a profile of an individual we're dealing with here. | ||
| So, wait a second, what happened? | ||
| How did this terminally online, according to the people who worked with him, loner, guy didn't have any friends, didn't talk to anybody? | ||
| How did this guy suddenly go bomb the RNC and DNC? | ||
| Well, that don't make no sense. | ||
| Just like it doesn't make any sense with Matthew Thomas Crooks. | ||
| How'd this guy suddenly pick up a rifle and he's within 80 yards of the president, shooting the president in the head? | ||
| Same thing with Tyler Robinson. | ||
| There were really no warning signs with Tyler Robinson. | ||
| If you look at the parallels between all of them, and I don't want to take too many, I don't want to take too many liberties here, but all of them were terminal online gamers. | ||
| All of them were in the chat. | ||
| All of them were sort of dysfunctional loners. | ||
| And all of them were from very broken or dysfunctional families. | ||
| There were tons of warning signs, seemingly, that didn't get picked up or flagged. | ||
| And there was ample opportunity for what I personally believe, and this is simply my hunch here: some type of outside external manipulation. | ||
| In the case of Matthew Thomas Crooks, who shoots Trump in the head, kills members of the MAGA movement, we know as a matter of fact that the FBI hid and covered up his very terrible, like very scary, very violent, very left-wing online persona that spiraled into degenerate sexual activity. | ||
| Listed himself as a they, them. | ||
| He was into furry porn online. | ||
| Tyler Robinson, we know, as a matter of fact, lived with his live-in transgender boyfriend, girlfriend, also into furry porn online, also terminal online gamers. | ||
| According to those close with them, they would literally game, they literally lock in for games and play for hours, for days, for like three, four day stretches without sleeping. | ||
| deeply interlocked with online discords and communities. | ||
| And now you fast forward to the picture that's being painted of the pipe bomber here in Washington, D.C., and you have something similar. | ||
| I'm just noting that I'm starting to see a pattern here. | ||
| If you look at the Whitmer fednapping, you can also find individuals who are living with their mother, living in the basement, terminally online, sort of loser loaners that were targeted by feds in order to commit crimes. | ||
| Bombings. | ||
| That was part of the Whitmer fednapping. | ||
| Violent activity, violent kidnapping was what they were planning on doing. | ||
| If you go a little deeper, you'll find more reporting, specifically from our friend Julie Kelly, about how they had a Ralph Northam op that was going to do the exact same thing. | ||
| Kidnapping, bombing. | ||
| This was all put on by the feds. | ||
| These were Fed ops. | ||
| So I don't want to put the cart in front of the horse here, but this is going to be my working contention. | ||
| That somebody didn't just go insane, that somebody didn't just go crazy. | ||
| That this isn't just some lone gunman. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Oh, we just, we missed him.
| That something went horribly wrong here. | ||
| My contention, and again, this is just my hunch because I'm allowed to notice, and because that's legal in this country, and I'm allowed to be a noticer. | ||
| My contention is that there's something bigger at play here. | ||
| Perhaps this is an op gone wrong. | ||
| This could have been a confidential human source for the FBI. | ||
| That there could have been some other Fed involvement here. | ||
| Maybe it was off the books. | ||
| Maybe it was a splinter cell. | ||
| We know as a matter of fact that Matthew Thomas Crooks was training at the same gun range as DHS. | ||
| We know as a matter of fact that the FBI, in sworn testimony, covered up Matthew Thomas Crooks's radical left-wing leanings online. | ||
| We know that as a matter of fact. | ||
| And now we know as a matter of fact that the Joe Biden FBI hid from the American people the receipts, the cell phone data, the traffic data, the license plate, the footage of the actual bomber. | ||
| There's still 39,000 videos that we don't have. | ||
| Do they have video of him coming in and out of his car? | ||
| They have video of him putting on his mask. | ||
| Would you have been able to see his skin color? | ||
| Would you have been able to see who he, like who this individual was, something else discernible in them? | ||
| They haven't released that evidence. | ||
| Why? | ||
| My hunch, I'm allowed to free think here, free association. | ||
| That's my constitutional right. | ||
| My hunch is that this is an op gone wrong. | ||
| The reason why you never heard anything from the JSICS committee about the pipe bomber, that none of this was ever fully investigated, that they maybe found something, they found this individual immediately and then dropped it like it was hot, was that this was a confidential human source potentially for the FBI or some type of Fed agency. | ||
| That Brian Cole Jr., maybe, I mean, maybe I'll be completely wrong here. | ||
| And if I am, I'll apologize, but was not acting alone. | ||
| That there was something else nefarious happening here. | ||
| He fits the profile we've seen too many times. | ||
| Listen, you don't even need to look at recent history, although there's plenty of examples. | ||
| You can just go back to the JFK assassination. | ||
| This is the same profile of Lee Harvey Oswald. | ||
| And now we know as a matter of fact that the CIA has been lying to us for 70 years about that. | ||
| Some unstable loner who has weird associations. | ||
| And forgive me, I'm still, again, I'm still, we feel better than we've felt in a long time. | ||
| We're still getting over a rash of flu that went through the family. | ||
| And the CIA bumped him. | ||
| The CIA bumped Harvey Oswald. | ||
| They made contact with him. | ||
| They worked with him in Mexico. | ||
| We don't know the details of that meeting. | ||
| They were operating him. | ||
| They said so. | ||
| Now they've been forced to say it. | ||
| Now that everyone's dead, now we know. | ||
| So I'm just looking at patterns. | ||
| Dan Bongino says that this is chapter one in a nine or 10 chapter book. | ||
| How much more do they know that we don't know? | ||
| But here's what we know off the dumb. | ||
| And I've gone there. | ||
| I've gone there with like sort of how dark I think this goes and how this spiral potentially out of control. | ||
| And my hunch is that someone at the FBI, Christopher Wray or otherwise, said, holy hell, what have we done here? | ||
| We need to cover this up. | ||
| This was a confidential human source. | ||
| This was an op gone wrong. | ||
| This was a splinter op. | ||
| Somebody was chatting with this guy in his chats. | ||
| Somebody was operating or working this guy like we've done in Michigan, like we've done in Virginia, like we've done in all of these other ops that we tried to run. | ||
| The purpose of these ops were obviously to slander and smear MAGA to create fake crimes, fake bombings, fake kidnappings. | ||
| This was one of those ops. | ||
| It went wrong. | ||
| Somebody was running this guy in a black splinter cell or whatever. | ||
| He was one of our guys, or we were nudging him or pushing him to do this. | ||
| He went and did this. | ||
| And now we have to close it. | ||
| We can't come forward with this. | ||
| It destroys everything. | ||
| We're cooked. | ||
| That's my assumption of what happened behind the scenes with Christopher Wray. | ||
| What we know as a matter of fact is that the FBI was sitting here on this preponderance of evidence and data, wouldn't give us a name for four years, wouldn't open this case up. | ||
| Every single grandma, Mima, that left their DNA on a stitching needle, a crochet needle that they happened to drop on the Capitol steps that day, were identified through the same methods, you sons of bitches, used the Nokia cell phone pings of Mima. | ||
| Me Maw McGurk from Montana took her cell phone ping and locked her up in prison for the next 10 years, made her spend every single last penny of her social security savings and then locked her up. | ||
| Yet they had all of that evidence and all that data on Brian Cole and nothing. | ||
| Nothing. | ||
| So what the hell was that exactly? | ||
| Ladies and gentlemen, there's so much evidence that we don't know right now. | ||
| What I've seen, and the reason I'm going at this so muscularly is I've seen enough to say, how are you going to ever argue? | ||
| How are you going to argue this? | ||
| What's your alibi? | ||
| What are you going to say? | ||
| What are you going to do? | ||
| And I've had my conversations with my own sources, and they say, get ready. | ||
| You've seen nothing yet. | ||
| This is what Cash was on TV and Dan were on TV last night explaining that, like, listen, he haven't even been arraigned yet. | ||
| Once he's arraigned, get ready. | ||
| You're going to see so much more. | ||
| So these are ultimately my questions. | ||
| As we look at the available evidence here, the picture, I think, becomes clearer that at the very least, prima facia, this was a Fed cover-up. | ||
| Whether they were running him or not, that's my content. | ||
| That's my hunch. | ||
| I'm just starting to see patterns and profiles. | ||
| But was this something that was actively covered up? | ||
| And you can put up my post yesterday. | ||
| This is my contention, and we've gone thermonuclear viral on this, that this is something that was actively covered up because they found out that either this was one of them or this was one of them. | ||
| And what do I mean by that? | ||
| This was a left-winger that does not fit the narrative. | ||
| It's the Steve Urkel bombers, the BLM bombers, whatever you want to call it. | ||
| This is not the white supremacist MAGA bomber. | ||
| And they said, oh, not this guy. | ||
| Even though they had the cell phone records, the license plate number, videos, photos, who knows what they have. | ||
| The FBI didn't fail to catch this guy. | ||
| Leftists protected their own. | ||
| It's the biggest FBI cover-up scandal in history, and it's about to get worse. | ||
| Here, listen to Kash Patel from last night, ladies and gentlemen, say Joe Biden is about to be exposed in court. | ||
| This is about to get really, really ugly. | ||
| Here we go. | ||
| Will there ever be a look back on the way perhaps your predecessors or other people in the FBI handled this to question those methods and motives? | ||
| Again, the fact that it disappeared from the news basically the second January 6th happened and was never brought back up again, even in the months following, seems odd. | ||
| And I mean, it seems like something that people would want answers to. | ||
| Will there be a review process on how this was conducted differently? | ||
| How you guys could do this four years later and in eight or nine months actually come up with a suspect versus the prior administration having four years, a more immediate timeline, being able to go right into it, having the immediacy of that or even the fact that they just didn't care, doesn't that say so much about the weaponization of justice in America today? | ||
| Absolutely. | ||
| And I think you're going to see it on parallel tracks. | ||
| What you're going to see is as this case presents itself in court, you're going to see where we were able to collect the evidence and make the case against this suspect. | ||
| And then common sense journalism and investigators are going to be able to look at it and say, why did these people do X, Y, and Z four or five years ago? | ||
| That's going to make itself self-apparent. | ||
| But what we're doing at this FBI is also we have replaced this entire leadership cadre. | ||
| We have pushed out a thousand agents into the field. | ||
| There's a reason this FBI has 25,000 violent offenders arrested this year alone. | ||
| That's twice as many as last year. | ||
| There's a reason that this FBI is going to deliver President Trump the lowest murder rate in modern history by double digits. | ||
| There is a reason this FBI is out there crushing fentanyl, destroying narco-traffickers, and making sure the homeland is safe and preventing spies from infiltrating our homeland and our way of life. | ||
| That's what happens when you change leadership from the prior administration, FBI, who wanted to weaponize and politicize law enforcement to us, President Trump and the Attorney General, who want to just deliver law enforcement on every single front. | ||
| And that's what we're doing. | ||
| So you're going to see it in both lanes. | ||
| Ladies and gentlemen, we're looking forward to talking to Senator Mullen here in just one moment. | ||
| Two very quick clips that I have to get to. | ||
| One, Dan Bongino last night saying that this was an intentional overlook of evidence, that they clearly did not apply the same standards of evidentiary pursuit to this case and that Christopher Wray's FBI intentionally covered this up. | ||
| Here we go. | ||
| Sean, I don't know. | ||
| I don't know what the hell this prior leadership team was doing outside of targeting political opponents, weaponizing the FBI, destroying its reputation, embarrassing agents that are doing really good work out there, catching terrorists, CCP spies, and everyone else. | ||
| It's almost like they were intentionally trying to decimate faith in institutions. | ||
| It's horrifying. | ||
| I don't know what they were doing. | ||
| I can tell you what happened, though, when we got there, the director and I. My first meeting, my first meeting, I swore in, and I kid you not, probably 15 minutes later, and the people who are in the meeting know, I said, when I get in there, I want a full brief on this pipe bomber case on day one. | ||
| And I looked at the case agent after getting a full brief on what they'd done, and they had done some pretty extensive amount of work. | ||
| They had chased down, I think, thousands of leads, 6,000-plus interviews had been conducted, hundreds of tips, and it still was relatively stale, the case. | ||
| And I grabbed the case agent on the way out, and I said, you're going to get me this guy. | ||
| You're going to track this guy down. | ||
| You're going to find him. | ||
| You're going to get me this guy. | ||
| I want him. | ||
| And that started what's been almost a nine-month operation right now to make sure that we could get full accountability and transparency to the American public and find this guy. | ||
| And today, today we did. | ||
| Dan Bongino saying he doesn't know what the previous FBI leadership was doing. | ||
| Kash Patel getting into more details saying they didn't even try and use geolocation with cell phones. | ||
| Here we go. | ||
| Look, this FBI is doing one thing and one thing only, letting good cops be cops, letting our professionals and investigators and staff in the field go out into the field and conduct investigations. | ||
| That's what Donald Trump was elected to do. | ||
| And he's given us the resources and authority we need. | ||
| As to this specific case, the pipe bomber, you're right. | ||
| The prior administration sat on the evidence for four years. | ||
| There wasn't any production of new evidence from five years ago. | ||
| Here's what we did. | ||
| We went out to the country, brought in our experts, and Deputy Director Bongino led the charge and said, we are going to look at every single piece of evidence again. | ||
| Trace, we looked at 3 million lines of evidence. | ||
| We went back and looked at the cell phone tower data dumps. | ||
| We went back and looked at the providers and what information they provided pursuant to search warrants at the time and asked questions such as why weren't all the phone numbers scrubbed and why weren't they connected and why wasn't there any geolocational data done? | ||
| Now, that is either sheer incompetence or complete intentional negligence, and neither of which is acceptable for this FBI. | ||
| So we changed that in the prior eight months, not on just this case, but every one. | ||
| And what that did was allow us to narrow the search down. | ||
| I mean, I have to remind the audience in the world, this guy, this suspect, planted bombs at the United States Capitol on camera, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the prior four years couldn't find him. | ||
| Completely unacceptable. | ||
| We agree with that. | ||
| It is completely unacceptable. | ||
| Kash Patel says that after the arraignment today, you're going to get a new avalanche of evidence against Brian Cole Jr. | ||
| This case is clearly the key to what actually happened on January 6th. | ||
| What forces were at play that day? | ||
| Somebody who is fearless in talking about what potential forces there are in Washington, D.C. acting upon us and somebody who has a lot of oversight into issues like this is the great Senator Mullen from the state of Oklahoma, joins us live right now. | ||
| Senator, thank you so much for being on the program in what definitely doesn't look like your Senate office. | ||
| Although if it does, I'd be very impressed. | ||
| No, it's not. | ||
| I'm kind of usually you're the one in casual clothes, not in a suit. | ||
| I kind of feel like I feel like we switched roles here. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Yeah, you're stealing my swag there.
| Yeah, you better not be in your mother's basement making uh pipe palms. | ||
| Uh, what do you make of this? | ||
| This is something that really blows your mind. | ||
| Yeah, no, I was listening to you, uh, you know, for the last almost 20 minutes here, and um, you made a lot of good points. | ||
| I mean, and cash, and I spoke to Cash about this too, and Cash is like, listen, we didn't do anything except go back and re-look at it, and that's why he said in the news conference that either this was just incompetence or cover-up, one of the two. | ||
| Uh, because there's an important piece of data that hasn't been released, but he put enough out there that let people know all they had to do is connect the dots. | ||
| For instance, everywhere he is, you can simply start eliminating cell phones from different pings from different towers. | ||
| If he's in this area, you can start, okay, well, there was three guys in this area, eliminate them. | ||
| There was one guy in this area, eliminate them, and eventually get to who the person's phone is pinging at every one of these locations when they have all these video feeds, but it just wasn't done. | ||
| And I will go towards, I'm going to lean and give everybody the benefit of the doubt that was incompetence because it wasn't made a priority. | ||
| Now, because I know the men and women that do the investigations, not the ones on the seventh floor of Hoover Building, which we're moving because that floor has been corrupt. | ||
| And so we're moving the FBI, getting them a fresh start and a fresh look. | ||
| But the FBI in the field, they have to follow orders. | ||
| They got to follow directions. | ||
| But they all want to solve crimes because that's why they got into the FBI and they are studs, men and women as a whole, that do these investigations. | ||
| So I will think it's incompetent by the previous director, Ray, who just didn't let the FBI lean in and do their job. | ||
| And it took Cash Fatelle and the Trump administration with Pam Bondi to go, we're going to make this a priority. | ||
| The issue. | ||
| And, you know, the profile matches what we a lot of times joke about. | ||
| It's someone living in their parents' basement that's 30 years old that has no life because their reality is whatever screen is in front of them. | ||
| Yes. | ||
| And we know that that's a recruitment vector for some of the more evil intel agencies on earth and for some bad actors and whatever you want to say here. | ||
| I mean, the contention that this is just some lone wolf, you're going to really have to sell me on that. | ||
| Well, I don't, I'm not selling on that because not you, but what I'm saying is, you know, the greater, the, the, the greater federal law enforcement agencies are going to have to sell me that this is just some, you know, this is some guy that's like acting completely alone. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
| Well, let's talk about the recruiting part of this, right? | ||
| Why are these people recruited so heavily? | ||
| Because they don't live in reality. | ||
| You know that they can be manipulated because they want to be somebody. | ||
| They're looking for identity and they find their identity in a fake character that they dreamed up online. | ||
| And so when you can get them some of that rush that they get to by being successful online at whatever game they play or whatever tough guy persona they play by, you know, making ridiculous comments and calling you all types of words on, you know, online, they can track that individual down and say, hey, we'll give you an identity. | ||
| We'll give you that rush. | ||
| We'll let you live that reality. | ||
| And we're going to place you in these little areas. | ||
| And it's not, they're not teaching them the craft that the ICs enter the intelligent community uses. | ||
| We're using you as a source. | ||
| That's all you are. | ||
| You become a source for us. | ||
| And that source can be manipulated over the time because they find themselves wanting more and more and more of that. | ||
| And so that's why these individuals are recruited not just by the IC community, but they're also by our adversaries as well. | ||
| Yes. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| I just think there's, I mean, again, we're happy that we're getting some answers, but we do know right now demonstrably that the FBI under Christopher Wray, Joe Biden, just refused to investigate this. | ||
| Right. | ||
| They just refused to use the same level of investigative power that they used against Mimos from Oklahoma, who went to January 6th, and they destroyed their lives. | ||
| And they took every single penny from their savings account and threw them in jail, many of them. | ||
| And they triangulated and used every blurry photo, every grainy image, every piece of DNA, every cell phone ping that they possibly could that day. | ||
| Right. | ||
| You know, it's not like they're all sitting in the Stone Age and they just couldn't catch any J Sixers. | ||
| They just refused to catch this one. | ||
| Why, Senator? | ||
| I mean, that's an interesting question because everybody that walked through the halls of the Capitol, regardless, they're ones that broke in or they're the ones that after it was already in, that they just walked through because there was no one guarding the door. | ||
| They tracked down every single one of those individuals. | ||
| But yet the person that was actually bringing violence, that was setting up pipe bombs, they chose not to pay attention to because I really think it was more their narrative. | ||
| Thank God we have Kash Patel, Pam Bondi, and President Trump, who's bringing transparency back to the Attorney General's office and the FBI and hopefully even the CIA. | ||
| We're still working down that path. | ||
| But you put people in place like Ratcliffe, you put people in place like Cash, you put people in place like Tulsi, who's over the IC world that we know are good patriots, good individuals that's doing what they can to break down this deep state. | ||
| And I've always been really skeptical. | ||
| Benny, you and I have talked about this. | ||
| I mean, deep state, what is deep state? | ||
| I've always assumed deep state was being referred to as elected officials. | ||
| Now that I'm so involved with the Trump administration and these different agencies, and these individuals aren't just associates, but they're close friends of mine. | ||
| I start realizing it's never been elected officials. | ||
| It's bureaucrats. | ||
| And it becomes a deep state. | ||
| It's career politicians because they know politicians are only here for a short time. | ||
| The director of the agencies are only there for a short time because they change over every administration. | ||
| All they have to do is wait out what the director is and say, you know, we'll get to that as soon as we can. | ||
| We'll do that if it doesn't fit their narrative. | ||
| And that becomes the deep state. | ||
| And so you're seeing the deep state exposed for the first time and they're written out these bad actors. | ||
| But how many decades of these bad actors have they abused these agencies that should have been the cream of the crop? | ||
| And they've used it for political identity, which we saw the Democrat Party is the master at using it. | ||
| And so it's taking some time to clean it up. | ||
| And, you know, you can even go back and start asking the question: could this have happened earlier? | ||
| Say this, say President Trump would have made it back into the White House in 2021. | ||
| Would we have been prepared to expose what's happening in our government at that time? | ||
| I've even talked to the president about this. | ||
| It almost took a four-year pause for him to come back four years later for us to be laser focused and be eyes open when we came back into authority to say we have to take control of the government for the people and get it working for the people again, | ||
| not for the ideas that the deep state wants to draw the narrative of for whatever political party that they are moving towards, which in this case, we see that it was the Democrat Party. | ||
| What will happen next? | ||
| I know that you're very, very close with Cash. | ||
| You were one of the people. | ||
| You were the guy who actually led Cash's nomination process in the Senate. | ||
| You know, a lot of these victories, and I view this as a victory, I look at the affidavit and I'm like, man, this is demonstrable. | ||
| How are you ever going to be able to defend this in court? | ||
| I mean, if they have all this evidence on the guy, and apparently we're only seeing like 5%, 2% of what they actually have, then more than that. | ||
| You're going to have a tough time. | ||
| This is the individual in the backpack. | ||
| This is it. | ||
| And so let them prove that case. | ||
| What else is what will happen next? | ||
| I mean, what else is going? | ||
| They keep teasing that there's so much more. | ||
| There is. | ||
| But what's the American people and probably you and I both kind of get impatient because we're like, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go. | ||
| We got to remember it's been 10 months. | ||
| Look at what they've done in 10 months. | ||
| But they also got to keep the credibility of the agency, of the attorney general and the FBI. | ||
| They got to keep the credibility out there. | ||
| So they don't want to go out there and be Adam Schiff or Mr. Feinfang and say, we got the smoking gun and make a bunch of promises that they never follow up on. | ||
| So what you're seeing is a very methodical approach to the way they roll out information. | ||
| They keep it pretty close held, which I get people get upset by that, but they're running an investigation. | ||
| And then once they do it, they drop it. | ||
| And then everybody's like, holy smokes, we've seen this three times already in the last 10 months. | ||
| And there is more coming. | ||
| I was in a briefing yesterday that you and I spoke about offline, which we, you know, will be more to come. | ||
| And I learned something new on that. | ||
| And I have been working on this for two plus years. | ||
| Actually, it's almost been three years. | ||
| And so, but I don't know the timeframe on that when that comes out. | ||
| We know we want to have something. | ||
| And I know I'm being deceptive here. | ||
| So give me a little bit of credit on your audience, but Benny does know what I'm talking about. | ||
| But we're being very methodical on how we rolled it out, but we'd love to have something out on that early spring if we're ready to go. | ||
| But it's a very big case that's been covered up by the previous administration. | ||
| So I want to, relate it or not, jump over to what is publicly available right now. | ||
| Carrie Lake, member of the president's team, obviously, posting about it. | ||
| Also, the Dallas Express here with a headline: former Maduro spy chief, letter to President Trump seeks to expose narco-terrorist war against the United States using election-rigging machines. | ||
| He claims that SmartMatics was developed inside of Venezuela as an election manipulator tool to be deployed abroad so that intel agencies could manipulate elections. | ||
| He asserts that Venezuelan Cuban intelligence infiltrated U.S. institutions for decades, including military installations, and effectively that Venezuela has been the central hub of election rigging technology in our lifetimes. | ||
| And then they published the full letter. | ||
| And this letter has now been promoted again by members of the administration. | ||
| And so we do not doubt its validity. | ||
| We encourage everybody to read it. | ||
| It covers narco-terrorism, Trende Aragua, and counterintelligence espionage against the United States, SmartMatic, and your elections. | ||
| That's the section that I think I'd like to ask about. | ||
| Yeah, well, let's talk about what Stalin said, right? | ||
| And I'm paraphrasing it, but Stalin said that he would tear down, you know, he's talking about communism, and that's where Venezuela is moving towards. | ||
| Unfortunately, it used to be a shining republic and a very prosperous country until communism is allowed to go in with Maduro leading the charge, right? | ||
| And so if what Stalin wanted to do is he wanted to sow doubt into the American election. | ||
| If they don't believe in the election cycle, then they won't show up and that tears down democracy. | ||
| Also, wanted us to destroy the family makeup. | ||
| The family bond in the United States was like no other. | ||
| And how he has to do that is through drugs. | ||
| And so you see the perfect ability for them to sow doubt into our elections by going after our machines and then by destroying our cities, our towns, our streets, and our families by killing the amount of people that the drugs are killing. | ||
| I mean, I've used this term before. | ||
| I'll use it again last year, not term, but fact. | ||
| Last year alone in 2024, we lost over 66,500 individuals to drug overdoses. | ||
| That's more than the Americans' lives we lost in the Vietnam War, which was just over 57,000 individuals. | ||
| You think about that. | ||
| I mean, how quick that destroys our family makeup. | ||
| And so Venezuela has been the hub of this. | ||
| And there's no doubt that they're not working alone. | ||
| There's a direct relationship between China and Russia that's also involved in this. | ||
| And we know that they have been trying to get involved in our elections. | ||
| The issue that we've had, though, the reason why they were able to get there is because for years, Venezuela had a very close relationship with the United States and business partners and not just with technology, but also with the oil and gas industry. | ||
| And it started with their oil and gas industry. | ||
| And so we've allowed them into our economy. | ||
| And before we realize what was happening in Venezuela, we also allow those investors to be a part of some of the stuff we thought was unpenetrable, which would be in some of our election cycles and our election machines and the way we look at it. | ||
| And so there's a lot of concern there that the previous administration didn't want to look into, even though the information was staring right in front of them. | ||
| They chose not to pay attention to it. | ||
| And this administration is saying, hey, we want the elections to be fair for everybody, regardless of a Republican or Democrat. | ||
| If you're a Democrat, let your vote count. | ||
| If you're a Republican, let your vote count. | ||
| But let's make sure the American people can trust that our votes, our election system, is the most secure and the fairest in the nation. | ||
| Senator Tulsi Gabbard has spoken pretty publicly about how vulnerable the electronic voting systems are and how her team has been uncovering some pretty systemic vulnerabilities. | ||
| She said that live at cabinet meetings. | ||
| And that this was a crisis in the previous elections. | ||
| Those are her words, not mine. | ||
| I just want to read you the top line from this letter and just get you to respond to this, perhaps in closing here. | ||
| This is from, again, the head, effectively, like the head of the CIA for Nicholas Maduro, the head spy chief for Nicholas Maduro. | ||
| He says it was SmartMatic and our elections. | ||
| SmartMatic was born of an electoral tool, the Venezuelan regime. | ||
| It was a derived tool to help keep regimes in power. | ||
| I know this because I placed the head of IT for the National Electoral Council in this position, and he reported directly to me. | ||
| The SmartMatic system can be altered. | ||
| This is a fact. | ||
| The technology was later exported around the world, including the United States. | ||
| Regime operatives maintain relationships with election officials and voting machine companies inside of your country. | ||
| He's talking about the United States. | ||
| I do not claim that every election is stolen. | ||
| What I'm saying with absolute certainty is that elections can be rigged with our software and it is being used to do so. | ||
| Do you agree with that, State? | ||
| Well, this is something that's being looked at very heavily. | ||
| We do know that all these systems are supposed to be closed circuit. | ||
| And what's happened is these systems haven't been. | ||
| And anytime the data can leave a machine, it can also be penetrated from outside. | ||
| And so instead of having closed systems, One or two machines to be able to report data across the state has been able to be on the internet. | ||
| Now, it's supposed to be a secured internet system and it's supposed to be very secure coming in. | ||
| And they have these things that they call keys that you cannot get into the machine unless you have a key. | ||
| But if someone has the key that designed the system and they're able to get online anywhere and be able to go in and unlock it with a key, they can also cover up their tracks because that is the master key. | ||
| And so whoever designed the systems can theoretically enter into those machines. | ||
| And if those machines aren't 100% secure, which they're supposed to be when they're being calculated from certain centers before they're dispatched out, and they're supposed to be certified by the election committees. | ||
| But if that part is being compromised and then the internet is somewhat compromised, then anybody that tells you that knows anything about technology, they can be accessible. | ||
| Now, the question is, were they? | ||
| Well, if you have Venezuela, who isn't a friend of ours, and you have China and Russia that's trying to sow doubt into our election system, you have to make the assumption that if they haven't, they're planning on doing so. | ||
| And so we have to eliminate that. | ||
| And who knows if they have or haven't. | ||
| That's what the investigation is currently doing. | ||
| We look forward to the results of this. | ||
| You know, this is the show your work time. | ||
| This is no longer the trust me, bro, I got this. | ||
| Move along, Tom. | ||
| This is like the got to show your work. | ||
| Right. | ||
| And so whether it's the pipe bomber or whether it's stolen elections, we really, we really sincerely look forward to this. | ||
| We know that you're on the cutting edge of all of this, Senator. | ||
| As a closing question here, because I know we're at time. | ||
| Should we expect Christopher Wr, the FBI agent, Stephen D'Antono, potentially, I know I'm pronouncing his name wrong, but the man who was in charge of sort of the Whitmer fednapping and the FBI field office in DC on January 6th, should we be expecting, you know, as this unravels some Senate hearings about what the hell actually happened here with the pipe bomber? | ||
| I probably lean toward the tendency of maybe not unless there is evidence showing that they had more information that they chose, that they just said stop, don't expose it. | ||
| Poor craftsmanship or not making it a priority isn't against the law. | ||
| Now, if you 100% covered it up, yes, there would be an investigation on it. | ||
| I don't think we saw this. | ||
| We saw that with the pipe bomber. | ||
| There is some cases that you could say absolutely. | ||
| With a pipe bomber, it just looks like they just chose not to make it a priority. | ||
| They chose to look at other things rather than it. | ||
| Now, stuff is still coming out. | ||
| We'll hear more as we continue through. | ||
| But what I've been briefed on, I'd say probably not on this particular case. | ||
| Remarkable. | ||
| Well, that's just the way that Washington works sometimes. | ||
| But thank you, Senator. | ||
| It's always an honor to have you on the program. | ||
| Everybody, follow Senator Mark Wayne Mullen from the great state of Oklahoma. | ||
| Always happy to put up your profile there showing the proud American family, proud American dad. | ||
| It's kind of the dream right there. | ||
| My family is going to look like that one of these days, senators. | ||
| You're catching up. | ||
| Got a couple. | ||
| If you adopt, you can get there faster. | ||
| That's what we did. | ||
| Oh, man. | ||
| 317,000 subscribers for the senator. | ||
| Let's make sure that we are fighting with the people who fight for us. | ||
| Gods, Senator. | ||
| Thank you. | ||
|
unidentified
|
Thanks. | |
| Thank you, Vinny. | ||
| See you, bye. | ||
| Our next guest is Viva Frye. | ||
| His hair looks like a fast-growing tree. | ||
| Fast-growing trees is a partner, longtime partner of our program. | ||
| This is how my wife and I were able to get extra shade in our backyard. | ||
| Hard to think about when I'm up here getting snowed on in D.C. I'm telling you, it is the snow is coming down. | ||
| It's like crazy here. | ||
| I haven't seen snow in such a long time. | ||
| I'm thrilled about it. | ||
| But nonetheless, springtime is always around the corner. | ||
| It's nice to get a sheet of white, sort of, I don't know. | ||
| It seemed to me almost fortuitous landing in Washington, D.C. | ||
| The pipe bomber sort of unraveling here. | ||
| It seems like there's like fresh starts, fresh beginnings. | ||
| And you'll need a fresh set of trees, whether you're planting now or later. | ||
| Fast-growing trees has everything that you need to make your dream a reality, starting with the best quality and selection of plants delivered door to door. | ||
| It was amazing to see their delivery. | ||
| This is something that obviously we use. | ||
| We have a small little backyard, but we used it to plant some palm trees. | ||
| And my wife planted some, she got planters. | ||
| She put olive trees in there. | ||
| It's great. | ||
| It was amazing, amazing service. | ||
| Ladies and gentlemen, for the next chapter of your whatever you happen to be doing on your property, make sure that you go to fastgrowingtrees.com. | ||
| Use the code Benny at checkout for 15% off. | ||
| Perfect time to plant is now if you're in Florida where there's no snow, or maybe in the springtime if you're up here in the Northeast. | ||
| I know there's a lot of people get snow these days. | ||
| Again, I'm happy to be. | ||
| I'm happy to experience it from the Midwest, so I like it. | ||
| The offer is valid for a limited time right now, ladies and gentlemen. | ||
| Benny at fastgrowingtrees.com. | ||
| Use the code and get 15% off. | ||
| Okay, let's jump on over to a, again, a man who has hair that looks like a, I don't know what kind of a tree, palm tree, something like that, would be Viva Fry. | ||
| He's one of our favorite guests. | ||
| And I can't wait to hear his take on the pipe bomber. | ||
| Let's go. | ||
| Viva what up, G. Sorry to knock your hair, dude. | ||
| I actually really like your hair. | ||
| Oh, first of all, don't worry about it. | ||
| It's better than being called sideshow Bob when his hair was wet, but it keeps growing. | ||
| My wife thought it would stop growing a couple of years ago, but she was wrong. | ||
| We have a lot to get to, but do you have new glasses? | ||
| Are these like brand new glasses for you? | ||
| Yeah, they're relatively new. | ||
| I had the exact same frame break time and time again. | ||
| So the shop only had this one and the lenses fit in. | ||
| So I didn't want to waste the lenses. | ||
| So are you able to use your new glasses to see through ops from potentially the FBI, the Chris Ray FBI? | ||
| Like, what the hell is going on here? | ||
| What do you see, Viva, with your new glasses? | ||
| Well, this, I look, I am always prepared to be presented with new convincing evidence to change what we have been believing for the last several years, five years. | ||
| We were all operating on the basis that this was something of an inside job for lack of a better word or for use of the word that had been consistently used. | ||
| Inside job, set up Trump supporters. | ||
| And it must have been something of a at the risk of using the Ray Epps Fed surrection or the Gretchen Whitmer Fednapping plot, that this was something part and parcel of the January 6th Fed surrection. | ||
| How it went undiscovered when the Biden DOJ brought down the full weight of the law enforcement capacity of the American government against their rivals, and yet they somehow didn't manage to solve this crime, which defied all, you know, defied all logic. | ||
| We believed it was an inside job. | ||
| And the, I say the, the, you turn, or at least the path in a different direction yesterday by what it seems to be right now is a random anarchist, at least from the information that we have right now, who is alleged to have planted the pipe bomb in a story that breaks one month after Steve Baker's expose, which points the fingers squarely at Capitol Police involvement in this. | ||
| And where there had been no progress for five years under old and new administration, probably progress behind the scenes for the last nine months. | ||
| The timing is that which will cause a little bit of suspicion in people who were convinced by Steve Baker's expose, who believe that the Capitol Police were involved in this in one way or another, and they might still be. | ||
| To now be told, at least based on the evidence that we're seeing, that it's a random 25-now 30-year-old individual, apparently with some form of autism. | ||
| I don't know if that's family diagnosed or family protecting him, who was something of an anarchist. | ||
| And I've read through the affidavit, you know, buying parts a year and a half to two years before the pipe bomb was placed itself. | ||
| I mean, it's conceivable. | ||
| I'm still just can't get past the physical appearance of the analysis that was done to identify a potential suspect of the Jan 6 pipe bomber compared to this guy's physique, the length of his legs, the way his neighbors say that he walks, open to new evidence. | ||
| And I was listening to Mike Benz, and he did a deep dive, a three and a half hour analysis last night, where he picked up on something that I missed. | ||
| And it's amazing to be able to pick the brains of smarter people, that the timing coincides with the election integrity partnership business talking about how to fortify elections and how to get over a potential Trump victory and or ensure that a Trump loss results in the death of the MAGA movement. | ||
| And so this guy buying allegedly the parts a year earlier, coinciding with this plan to basically overthrow or ensure the 2020 election goes the way it should go, that makes a little bit of sense as well. | ||
| But again, we'll wait for new evidence to come out or additional evidence. | ||
| The affidavit felt a little thin, maybe sufficient for an arrest, but in my view, not enough for a conviction beyond a reasonable doubt. | ||
| But we're at the early stages of this latest breaking development. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| I mean, so Dan Vagino last night said that you are on chapter one of a 10-chapter book. | ||
| Kash Patel says that there's going to be an avalanche of evidence after the arraignment today that is going to be released. | ||
| But that level of certitude, everything from the cell phone data, which was used to lock up so many J6ers, the license plate. | ||
| I mean, I'm not here to be like, trust the plan, kind of guy, but it seems like this is what I've been looking. | ||
| Like, this is what I've been looking for, some type of physical evidence to point toward one individual. | ||
| That is the what. | ||
| The why, of course, is still way out there in the ether. | ||
| My speculation, if so that's like, so following that this, following that they have all of the available physical evidence to say that this individual who, you know, you can check the video, clearly meandering, clearly not quite sure what they were doing. | ||
| Like no confidence, by the way. | ||
| If you watch like the pipe bomber video, like no confidence. | ||
| Checking the phone seems, it seems to be like not a high level operator. | ||
| You can fast forward that then to say like, well, what was actually going on here? | ||
| And I think that's ultimately the real question. | ||
| What do you think this was? | ||
| What could have possibly motivated a Degan loner, terminally online individual living in his mother's basement seems to match the description, seems to match the profile of your Thomas Crooks, your Tyler Robinson, of your Lee Harvey Oswald. | ||
| It seems to match the profile of like these, these like, these perfect Patsy lone wolf characters who get like entrapped, like who get like railroaded, railroaded. | ||
| I'm glad you used the word Patsy because it requires, I won't call the individual a Patsy. | ||
| It might be a misidentified person. | ||
| The person planting the bombs might not be this kid. | ||
| There might be something of a conspiracy going on here. | ||
| The question I have is when you're trying to understand why the Biden DOJ would have not pursued this investigation, if it turned out that it was in fact just a random kid, autistic apparently in nature, extremist or anarchist allegedly, with no apparent social media footprint that we've seen yet, maybe more is coming, with no apparent political affiliation, we'll see maybe more is coming. | ||
| Why wouldn't they want to use this as an excuse to further the persecutions and prosecutions of the time? | ||
| To say, you don't need to be a far-right extremist in order for the administration and the media to W one. | ||
| So to the extent that this kid didn't have a social media footprint, he would be easier to manipulate into that character that they needed at the time. | ||
| So what would have been the impetus or the intention behind the DOJ, the Biden's DOJ, to brush it under the rug and actively not investigate it? | ||
| Unless this man was tied to, handled by, or radicalized by agents as a backup plan to ensure the requisite chaos on January 6th to not count the electoral college vote or working part and parcel, you know, Steve Baker's expose can still find a way to marry and merge with the developments yesterday to the extent they proved to be true. | ||
| And if more information comes, because the dude or the person in the video, the hoodie guy, was definitely on their phone repeatedly. | ||
| So we should get very, very accurate pings, more accurate than what's alleged in the affidavit that I went through yesterday. | ||
| And so if that comes through, I'm all fine. | ||
| More power to you. | ||
| Then it becomes a question of what would have been the motivation of the Biden DOJ to not go after this guy and use him as the Patsy to demonize far-right extremism, ideologically motivated extremism, which is what they wanted and needed in order to continue their persecution of Jan 6 far-right extremists. | ||
| So that's just what I'm trying to make sense of. | ||
| Now, we'll wait for more information, but I'm still very skeptical. | ||
| This is a radical turn from what we had all been thinking we understood of the situation, but not to stubbornly stick to our former beliefs when new evidence comes in. | ||
| At the same time, and this was brought to my attention in a series of wild phone calls this morning, I've been up at 4 a.m. traveling here in Washington, D.C. from Tampa, and we've just been pinging a lot of people that we trust on these things and a lot of people that have talked with us on the timeline here. | ||
| Exact same time period. | ||
| You have the Gresham Whitmer fednapping, which is a bomb plot, a fake bomb plot that was orchestrated entirely by the feds in order to manipulate the election around what MAGA was or wasn't, who Toronto Trump supporters were or weren't. | ||
| And they were able to get a degenerate degan terminally online living in his mother's basement, Michigan Trump supporter, you know, so they were able to, that poor guy, like to like shoehorn him and to push him, they used Facebook, but they used Facebook to sort of like grab him, right? | ||
| Isolate him and then manipulate this. | ||
| We've seen this playbook before in the same time period around the same, you know, so just to say that like, that's crazy. | ||
| It's inconceivable. | ||
| No, bro, like it's provable actually in court. | ||
| They let these guys off because they were able to argue that I was entrapped by the federal government to commit this act of terror. | ||
| Within the same timeframe involving similar and the same overlapping players that subsequently went into the Jan 6 incident. | ||
| Exactly right. | ||
| Stephen D'Antuono. | ||
| Yeah, I'm bad with names, but I'm good with concepts. | ||
| But yes, it was, you know, fednapping, taking mentally vulnerable people to radicalize them, to then use them in the plot, to train them, to finance them so you can create the terror that you then subsequently foil, celebrate yourselves, demonize your adversaries. | ||
| The only question is, does this, do they have the right guy? | ||
| Does he fit into it? | ||
| Are we going to find out that he in fact had similar type handlers or manipulators online? | ||
| They're going to, you know, things that were acutely missing from the affidavit yesterday. | ||
| On the one hand, that, you know, weight of the individual is one thing. | ||
| The temporal proximity of the purchases didn't make sense to the date of the placing of the bombs, but it does make sense in the broader context of ensuring the election outcome that the Democrats wanted. | ||
| But are we going to find out that he was in fact being handled or manipulated by agents, that he was known to authorities at the time? | ||
| Now that we've got Cash and Dan with, not new evidence from what they've said, but at least new people handling the file and going into the old evidence that might have been brushed aside. | ||
| That we'll find out. | ||
| But if we're led to believe, we're told to believe that this was actually just a lone wolf, anarchist kid, apparently autistic. | ||
| I don't know what his criminal record is, that he just somehow decided to do this. | ||
| I'm going to have a great deal of difficulty believing that. | ||
| And if we see that the evidence actually goes into more of a Gretchen Whitmer fed napping manipulation plot of teaching this guy how to make explosives, one thing that was acutely missing from the affidavit was where he purchased the ingredients for the black powder. | ||
| He bought the cat, whatever, the pipes, the caps, the timers. | ||
| It didn't specify if the two timers that he bought were the same two timers that were on the pipe bombs. | ||
| They mentioned steel wool, but they don't mention how he made the black powder, how he got those ingredients, because it's pretty unique ingredients as well. | ||
| They just briefly mention once in the affidavit homemade black powder. | ||
| So we'll see. | ||
| But we're going to have a lot of difficulty believing this was just a one-off lone wolf, you know, nutbag anarchists. | ||
| If it turns out that he was being handled and manipulated by Biden's DOJ, that would explain why they swept this under the rug and didn't further pursue it. | ||
| It could still involve active collaboration with, you know, merging somehow with Steve Baker's expose, because how they found these two pipe bombs so fast and how they knew not to look for a third one. | ||
| I mean, from what we're learning here, he bought multiple pipe bombs, multiple caps. | ||
| So there should have been at least six. | ||
| How they knew to find the two pipe bombs within 11 minutes or whatever, 15, 20 minutes of each other, and they knew that there were no third, fourth, or fifth, how they didn't put DC on lockdown after they discovered the first two is only explainable if they knew that there were only two and they didn't need that part of the plan anymore because they had foiled the or they had succeeded in the insurrection you know narrative by facilitating the insurrection, the FED the you know the FED Surrection. | ||
| So it only makes sense if this was a backup plan to ensure the requisite chaos to interfere with the vote counting, so they could then go after everybody and anybody under the sun who was right wing or Trump supporter or on scene, and they no longer needed this. | ||
| So brush it under the rug. | ||
| We're not yet there and if the evidence goes there, a lot of us will be satisfied. | ||
| For the time being, call it a little bit of uh after party depression where okay, that's it. | ||
| We'll wait for more evidence. | ||
| But if the narrative is this was just some random lone wolf and had no, no affiliation to anybody and the DOJ just didn't look into it because of incompetence for five years, some of us will have a great. | ||
| I told the senator, Viva, i'm like you. | ||
| That is going to be a tough pill to swallow, bro. | ||
| That is, there's been plenty of black. | ||
| You know there's been plenty of black pills, red pills, white pills but, like dude, that one is going to be really rough, especially again, not to impute any ill intentions especially given the timing of this breaking disclosure, coinciding with what many of us believe to be a rather compelling, explosive expose from Steve Steve Baker at the Blaze, they've retracted it now, at least the specific allegations against the Capitol Police Officer, because there's been an arrest and it's a logical thing to do. | ||
| But the timing is such that if anyone wanted to be conspiratorial, you could say, well, this could involve the higher ups on both sides of the party, if it's indeed true. | ||
| So let's come up with a Patsy and blame it only on him and nothing more to see here. | ||
| Nice and wrapped up with a bow. | ||
| You don't have to be conspiratorial to talk about the timing and the timing of the discovery of the pipe bombs happening at the exact same time in the perfect opportunity, the perfect moment. | ||
| So they sat there for 16 hours. | ||
| They sit there for 16 hours, 17, nearly 17 hours. | ||
| Nobody sees them. | ||
| Nobody discovers them. | ||
| And then they find him exactly when the MAGA rally is supposed to begin at the U.S. Capitol to divert resources. | ||
| Sun was on the show yesterday. | ||
| He's saying this, this decimated my capacity to defend the Capitol. | ||
| So, I mean, I guess you could separate. | ||
| So, let's separate like guy with backpack on film. | ||
| And we never actually see him plant the pipe bombs, right? | ||
| So, let's just, let's just say it. | ||
| Like, I hope that they come out with the footage, the undoctored footage. | ||
| Clearly, the footage was doctored. | ||
| Who the hell did that? | ||
| I mean, these are like major hanging questions. | ||
| Here's an explanation. | ||
| But, like, so there's there's there's backpack bad guy, to be fair, there's backpack bad guy. | ||
| Perhaps you have backpack bad guy, okay? | ||
| Maybe you have that, but then like you have a whole nother timeline problem on this end with the discovery of the bombs with their 60-minute kitchen timers. | ||
| Viva, how the hell was that supposed to ever work? | ||
| Virtual, I, as far as I recall, we were told at the time that they weren't active and they were inert. | ||
| Now we're being told with excessive stress by Pam Bondi and Kash Patel that they were live, they were ready to go off, and they could have killed a bunch of people. | ||
| How then they managed to evade sniffing dogs for 16 hours is highly suspect. | ||
| That video that you're talking about there, the surveillance footage of DC, the most highly surveilled city on a place on earth, reduced to one frame per second. | ||
| A lot of people hypothesize the reason why it was reduced to one frame per second is specifically so you can't see how the individual walked if the individual had a unique gait. | ||
| Put that in quotes. | ||
| And what's truly amazing is when Baker's expose comes out and everybody says that's junk science. | ||
| You can't trust gate for, you know, for as far as you can throw somebody. | ||
| And then lo and behold, yesterday, when I think it was ABC News, is referring to the gate of the suspect that they pulled up yesterday, saying he has a substantial, you know, favors the right leg or something along those lines. | ||
| Some people question that this video was specifically doctored so that you could not see a unique pattern of how the person walked. | ||
| That would make sense for a number of reasons, which might not work totally well with the theory we're now being told. | ||
| Although, if it turns out that this kid also has a unique way of walking, the other thing is the kid's got, I say kid, he's 30 years old now. | ||
| He's got corrective glasses. | ||
| You should be able to see through those. | ||
| You should be able to at some point in the, how many thousands of hours of video footage do they have? | ||
| See the color of the guy's skin. | ||
| I mean, this is why people think the person walks like a woman. | ||
| They think they see her adjusting her bra at some point in the video. | ||
| I wouldn't. | ||
| They think they see her waving at the cops. | ||
| I'm not convinced by any of this. | ||
| You should be able to see the color of the person's skin underneath if they're wearing corrective glasses because you can see through that. | ||
| You say Mike Benz was on the program. | ||
| You say that you listened to his full three-hour live last night at 11 p.m. | ||
| I don't stay up that late. | ||
| I watched it today at 1.75 and watching Steve Mike at 1.75, it requires concentration. | ||
| I mean, listen, you know, Mike Ben says there's 39,000 different video angles of this and that we've received a scintilla of them, maybe like 1% or 2% of the actual video angles of all of this. | ||
| This is, as you said, the most highly surveilled city, arguably on earth is probably around Capitol Hill. | ||
| There's a camera every foot. | ||
| And so how much more video evidence they had? | ||
| They have him getting in and out of his car. | ||
| You know, allegedly, they had a ping for the license plate. | ||
| This dude's Nissan Centra, 2017, Nissan Centra. | ||
| They have his license plate on Capitol Hill during this time. | ||
| So his car or the vehicle belonging to him is sitting there on Capitol Hill. | ||
| So clearly, it's got to be footage of the guy getting out. | ||
| Does he have a backpack? | ||
| Hoodie on? | ||
| Does he have a mask on? | ||
| Does he have his gloves? | ||
| Like, show us. | ||
| Well, but this, you know, going back to the beginning part where you said, you know, the guy lacked confidence, you know, the retort to that would be if this person knew exactly how to avoid, you know, certain cameras in terms of how they got to where they were and where they started. | ||
| That's what I'm saying. | ||
| Like they didn't avoid cameras. | ||
| Like an operator could have taken circuitous routes around Capitol Hill to be at least, you know, to be the least on camera, but this individual was the most on camera. | ||
| Well, except except as we say, like we don't see the person putting on the mask. | ||
| We don't know how they got to where they are and how they left. | ||
| So they have that. | ||
| I mean, that's what Mike Benz's contention is that they do have that. | ||
| Benny, I've got six cameras around my property, high def. | ||
| I can skim through any second of the day to see what happened where. | ||
| Do I believe that they don't know? | ||
| Do I believe that they could easily identify this individual if he's black? | ||
| I mean, like, it's like black and white. | ||
| It's the easiest thing to determine. | ||
| Forget whether or not it's a woman or a man. | ||
| The person black or white, we should be able to determine that. | ||
| And if someone's going to try to tell me that we can't based on all of the footage and all of the cameras in DC, call me conspiratorial, call me a pessimist. | ||
| I'll have great difficulty, you know, believing that. | ||
| So if it turns out definitively that this person is Cole walking around, all right, then we've got to know who else was involved in radicalizing this kid, if any. | ||
| We're going to see what his search history was. | ||
| I presume they're going to get that off of the computer. | ||
| We're going to see if there were other things on his computer, which might stir up other conspiracy theories. | ||
| There was a Twitter thread where they were talking about whether or not this guy had alternative handles on sex websites. | ||
| We'll find all of this out. | ||
| But we're at chapter one. | ||
| Maybe we're not at chapter one. | ||
| Maybe we're at chapter five because we've had a previous four chapters that nobody enjoyed reading. | ||
| We've got to wait for the additional evidence to come out. | ||
| All I'm saying is like, you look at this and we'll see how this kid moves. | ||
| His neighbors say he doesn't walk like the guy, like the person in the footage. | ||
| We don't yet know what his weight was at the time of the incident. | ||
| To me, it doesn't look like the same frame as hoodie guy. | ||
| But we'll see. | ||
| I mean, we just, they've arrested the person. | ||
| They're going to gather more information. | ||
| We have not yet had massive disclosure of the evidence in support of this arrest. | ||
| The affidavit, sufficient in my view, to warrant an arrest. | ||
| There's a lot of coincidences there, but maybe not sufficient to secure a conviction and they'll get more information. | ||
| But this reeks like it was part of a plot involving the former DOJ, the former FBI in Biden's administration. | ||
| And they didn't just neglect to look it over. | ||
| They actively participated in this and could never have it see the light of day. | ||
| So hopefully that evidence comes out because otherwise, if it's just a one-off loan nutbag, like in other cases where we've been told to believe the unbelievable, a lot of us are not going to believe it. | ||
| You're very, you're a very discerning date, Viva. | ||
| And so I want to get your final takeaway here on what would convince you exactly. | ||
| We have been promised mountains, avalanches of demonstrable evidence to prove out their case here. | ||
| Now, as somebody who has been covering this and as somebody who is on screaming with you about Epstein, I think the administration, I really do. | ||
| I think they understand that if this blows up and this isn't, that they got the wrong guy, that it's like over for the FBI. | ||
| That it's like, I mean, it's, you are in a really, really bad place here, right? | ||
| If this turns out to be like fault, they go out, they do like the full thing with Bondi, and it turns out to be flop. | ||
| Ben, I had this black pill thought yesterday. | ||
| You know, I've said it before. | ||
| If someone were trying to sabotage the most trustworthy elements of Trump's administration in the Epstein case, and I said this publicly, you know, what would they have done differently than what they did, which caused people to lose trust or question the people that they had hitherto had the most amount of trust in? | ||
| That's right. | ||
| If one wanted to sabotage the administration, what would they do? | ||
| They might have this massive press conference, and then a key piece of evidence comes out that utterly eviscerates the potential of this individual being the bomber. | ||
| And then what have you done? | ||
| My goodness, you've sabotaged this FBI and this DOJ. | ||
| Flip side, if he gets acquitted, that's a black pill. | ||
| If he gets acquitted at the end of the day, well, that black pill comes a little later. | ||
| In the meantime, people can celebrate having done a better job than the prior DOJ. | ||
| On the question of what it would take to convince me, because I asked myself this question as well. | ||
| I know what I believe right now. | ||
| I appreciate that I might not have the absolute 1,000% factual basis to believe it, but I believe that some storylines are more plausible than others. | ||
| If we were to see actual, first of all, like visual confirmation of the individual, like so that it's relatively clear, witness testimony is not all that good, but video evidence, which I presume should exist, would be sufficiently convincing. | ||
| The cellular data, not just within a few hundred feet of these polls, but the person was on their phone. | ||
| So we could see text message, call, what was he doing? | ||
| What was he searching? | ||
| If we have that, if we have like an overlap of a timeline with the path of the walked, the person walked, that would be sufficiently convincing to me. | ||
| If we were, you know, if I were going to try to frame the prior FBI, if it were to come out that this individual was in active collaboration with overlapping members of the feds who were involved in Gretchen Whitmer's Fed surrection, or just was being groomed, and you have evidence of that, that would be the explosive bombshell that might sufficiently unravel Biden, the prior DOJ, the prior FBI, and land people in jail. | ||
| So if it goes there and we have convincing evidence that this guy was a Patsy manipulated by elements within the Capitol Police, elements within Pelosi's entourage, and elements within Biden's DOJ for the reasons that we think that it would have been the case, there can be convincing evidence of that. | ||
| And that would just be, you know, that would be the massive white pill to some extent, because it might justify utterly, you know, fragmenting, eviscerating, shutting down the FBI. | ||
| Because if that's what they do, when it's in the wrong hands, it shouldn't exist in the first place. | ||
| We already know that that's what they do. | ||
| But yes. | ||
| I'm trying to be diplomatic, Benny. | ||
| Yeah, that's right. | ||
| But this is how I'm approaching all of this. | ||
| Because I just don't, I just don't think what we have right now, I'm willing to like bite, but I just don't believe it's the full picture. | ||
| And they're telling us it's not the full picture. | ||
| So it had better, well, that's it. | ||
| And it had better not be the full picture because no one will believe if it is. | ||
| And heaven forbid, if it turns out to be utterly disprovable and gets debunked in a humiliating way, then what is left of the current DOJ? | ||
| Oh, you're exactly right. | ||
| It would need to be replaced entirely. | ||
| But, and, you know, and I say this as a cynic. | ||
| If I don't know Kash Patel, I know Dan. | ||
| And if it were not Dan there, I would be exponentially more cynical. | ||
| So I'm, you know, they've made an arrest. | ||
| It does not jive with what I believed I understood of the situation. | ||
| We'll wait eagerly for the additional information and additional evidence that they promise is coming and we'll reassess then. | ||
| So until then, I've got to like scrub myself clean and reopen my mind to new facts and new conclusions. | ||
| Tis the season for new beginnings, Viva. | ||
| Everyone, you don't already follow Viva on X and on Rumble, by the way, his incredible channel, where they go through many of these timelines. | ||
| I know that your partner in crime, Robert Barnes, is quite skeptical as well on all this. | ||
| He's a little less diplomatic on certain issues, but we're going to have a good show this Sunday. | ||
| Yeah, please go ahead and follow Viva for just for just freedom of thought and some of the wiser and sharper opinions online. | ||
| We need more of that. | ||
| Nearly a million subscribers here on X. | ||
| A million by Christmas. | ||
| We'll see a beautiful Christmas present for Viva. | ||
| Godspeed, sir. | ||
| Thank you very much. | ||
| Merry Christmas. | ||
| You too. | ||
| We've done our best to deliver the best analysis here that we can, given the fact that we were on a flight at 4 a.m. this morning. | ||
| In our coffee mug was our blackout coffee. | ||
| Just a reminder that blackout, the backbone of this site, of this program, of what we do here, because we run on caffeine. | ||
| We do not run on nicotine. | ||
| I'm like, I've decided that I have a very addictive personality, and it's caffeine is going to be it for me. | ||
| But if we're going to drink this many cups of coffee every single day, then it better be coffee that we believe in and blackout coffee, ladies and gentlemen, brewed in America by American Patriots right in the beautiful state of Florida. | ||
| It's a small batch. | ||
| It's roasted. | ||
| And ladies and gentlemen, it powers you to have the ability to fight the communists, just like we do every single day. | ||
| If you believe in hard work, American values, and coffee that actually tastes like coffee, drink blackout, blackoutcoffee.com/slash Benny. | ||
| Use the code Benny for 20% off your first order. | ||
| And again, ladies and gentlemen, why don't we end here? | ||
| Because we do have a whole panel that we're doing here at the Heritage Foundation today with some good news. | ||
| U.S. widens travel ban to more than 30 countries. | ||
| Christy Noam saying, get ready, baby. | ||
| This is going to be something that will hopefully enliven and energize the MAGA base that needs it. | ||
| There's been some, I know, disappointments, but it's great to see the pistons kicking in here. | ||
| There's a full year before the midterm elections, and we're going to be covering all of it. | ||
| Here's Christy Noam delivering on exactly what America First is all about, which is ending third world migration that is destroying this nation. | ||
| Now, well, we hear this is perhaps expanding to 32 countries. | ||
| Can you confirm that? | ||
| And could you tell us which are the some of the countries they're adding to that list? | ||
| I won't be specific on the number, but it's over 30. | ||
| And the president is continuing to evaluate countries. | ||
| Listen, if they don't have a stable government there, if they don't have a country that can sustain itself and tell us who those individuals are and help us vet them, why should we allow people from that country to come here to the United States? | ||
| Why should we allow any immigrants to come to the United States at all? | ||
| It's a great question. | ||
| America's full. | ||
| We need to end all third world migration and I think end all migration for a very long time and give us a cooling off period like they did in the 1920s with Calvin Coolidge. | ||
| 1924 Immigration Act would be a great model. | ||
| It's something that has been cited as the vice president from the vice president as his model towards immigration. | ||
| You need a resettlement time in America. | ||
| You need a chilling out time. | ||
| We've had too much. | ||
| It's been too disastrous. | ||
| And quite frankly, as Calvin Coolidge says, and I'm paraphrasing here, America's desire to take immigrants should be limited to our capacity to take immigrants. | ||
| And America is clearly full and breaking at the seams. | ||
| So it, you know, you, you, we need to, we need to say stop. | ||
| I would say stop. | ||
| I would be happy if there were zero immigrants, net zero immigrants to the country for the rest of my life. | ||
| That would be, that'd be my take. | ||
| Let me know your take, ladies and gentlemen, as we'll plow through the rest of this day. | ||
| We will have Patriot Mobile at our side. | ||
| Patriot Mobile obviously travels with us everywhere that we go. | ||
| Patriot Mobile is the only Christian conservative wireless provider available at better premium coverage on all mobile carriers in the United States of America. | ||
| They are outpacing the competition in technology. | ||
| We travel with our mobile hotspot everywhere that we go. | ||
| I'm on it right now. | ||

| Make the switch today. | ||
| All right, ladies and gentlemen, that's going to be it for us today. | ||
| Our verse of the day here. | ||
| Hopefully, it will be an uplifting one. | ||
| It's been a dark show. | ||
| We hate, we like the truth, and the truth shall set you free. | ||
| And we're going to keep like efforting for that truth from James 11. | ||
| Every good gift and every perfect gift from above coming down from the father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. | ||
| Accept your gifts from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, this Christmas season and march with us onto victory. | ||
| That is assured, ladies and gentlemen. | ||
| Merry Christmas. | ||
| Have a great weekend. | ||
| And this is the greatest country on earth. | ||
