FBI Director Kash Patel Makes January 6th Pipe Bomber Announcement: Massive Breakthrough, Stay Tuned

On behalf of the First Lady and the entire Trump family, I want to wish all Americans a very, very happy Thanksgiving.
It's a great time of the year, and our country is doing really well economically like we've never done before.
It's President Trump doubting progress on affordability at yesterday's Turkey pardoning.
The president is shifting the national conversation back to America First and people focusing on prices ahead of these holidays.
Dana Marie McNichol is traveling with the president at West Palm Beach, Florida.
Dana Marie, good morning.
Hi, good morning, Molly.
As the White House says, they are making tremendous progress in securing a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.
What most Americans want to talk about this Thanksgiving are food costs.
The average Thanksgiving meal for a table of 10 this year costs $55 per person.
That is a 5% decrease from last year, according to the American Farm Bureau Federation.
President Trump noted this drop is largely due to lower turkey prices, as food inflation and affordability is a high priority for his administration.
Now, as for peace negotiations, President Trump says he's cautiously optimistic the three-year-long war between Russia and Ukraine may be over soon, but wants to hold off on any additional face-to-face meetings with President Zelensky or Putin until a deal is in its final stages.
Instead, Trump is sending his special envoy Steve Witkoff to meet with President Putin in Moscow and his Army Secretary Dan Driscoll to meet with Ukraine's leaders.
President Trump says he's not focused on the Thanksgiving deadline for the deal.
I don't have a deadline.
I just, you know what the deadline for me is when it's over?
And I think everybody's tired of fighting at this moment.
They're losing too many people.
And today, President Trump is urging people in Tennessee to get out and vote for Matt Van Epps, the Republican pick for the 7th congressional district.
Speaker Johnson says Republicans are pushing Trump's affordability agenda and this win would keep the seat red.
His opponent, state rep Afton Bain, has been dubbed the AOC of Tennessee by the GOP and faces criticism for saying she hates the country music scene in Nashville.
Today is the last day for early voting there.
And President Trump and First Lady of Melania, they landed here in Palm Beach last night while they will be celebrating fan Thanksgiving.
The president is already off to golf this morning.
Vice President Vance, he will be in Fort Campbell, Kentucky today to thank our service members.
Guess what?
Everything will be okay.
Guess what day, what day it is?
I do it.
All right, so hi.
We've been traveling a bit, and I'm a little sick, a little under the weather.
You could probably hear that.
And so it's been some rough mornings, honestly, because no matter how sick you are, no matter how much you need a little extra sleep, your kids will wake up at 6 a.m.
And so I needed a little bit of a chuckle this morning.
I needed a little bit of a laugh.
And why not?
Heading into our last show before the great Thanksgiving holiday.
Today is November 26th, 2025, the day before Thanksgiving.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are excited about it.
We'll do a little Thanksgiving history today on the program.
We're also hopefully going to be making history very soon by having an announcement on the January 6th Pipe Bomber.
Something that makes us feel like Lucy with the football, right?
Isn't that the classic Charlie Brown Thanksgiving episode?
Charlie Brown running through the leaves, trying to kick the football.
This has been us with the Pipe Bomber story.
We're like a dog with a bump.
We have asked every person, every powerful person we can get a hold of about this.
We have been doggedly going after this story, covering the reporting from the blades.
And then there's updates on that as well this morning from the FBI updates directly from Cash Pell.
First time we've heard from Cash Pell directly about the Pipe Bomber.
And the answer is pretty remarkable, actually.
So hopefully that will be a holiday miracle because Libs, I'll join you on this one.
That's the J6 terrorist I want to see behind bars.
Isn't that wonderful?
Isn't it time for us to come together during the holiday season?
Isn't this a time for us to all admit together that that's what we want?
Okay, I'll join you on this one case.
Yes, let's find this one terrorist and put them in jail.
And let's unmask them and find out exactly what the hell was going on here.
Okay.
Big news for that on this morning.
Trump declares Biden's turkey pardons invalid.
All right.
Corey Lewandowski will join the show.
Pastor Joe Harris will join the show.
And potentially we're working on a Navy JAG officer and federal prosecutor to talk about the seditious six, as they are called.
We'll see.
Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
Okay, before we get to the single funniest clip from President Trump, maybe in the history of the White House, and that's saying a lot, we got to talk about how we are going to the White House.
We are going to the White House this holiday season.
I'm not trying to brag.
What I'm trying to say here is this.
I am going to be putting our Christmas ornaments on the way.
I've been giving a green light to put our Christmas ornaments on the White House Christmas tree.
Okay?
If you want your tree to match the beautiful Christmas ornaments, of the way, I'm going to give this to Trump.
I'm going to give Trump this and this, the dump truck and the McDonald's.
I'm going to hand them to him and I'm going to give JD one of these.
I don't know if I'm going to be able to do this.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I know there's going to be all I can tell you is that there's going to be an option to do it.
I'm going to give them this.
I'm going to do it.
If you want to pick up yours, go to the Benny store right now.
The Benny store will, you can shop until you drop.
You can get your ornaments today and you can show the world that you have the most based Christmas tree.
These ornaments cost $5.
Why do they cost $5?
Well, because we're great at business and because we make them here in America, the sweet and skilled hands of veterans, they're the same price that they were last year.
$5, ladies and gentlemen.
Made right here in the US of A, right here in Florida.
And you are creating jobs.
We are hiring for this right now.
We've hired 12 new people at this veteran-owned manufacturing company that we make these ornaments on.
So you are helping the holiday season by decking the Christmas tree with patriotic ornaments.
Do so at our store.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's rock and roll.
Okay.
What do we have?
President Trump.
Klein, we never looped the song.
Never looped the song.
We never looped the song.
No, no, no, but you got cut off.
You're my DJ, bro.
You're my DJ, bro.
You got to cut the song off.
That's like, Benny, shut up.
That's like, you got to cut it off so that, like, I know to shut up.
Otherwise, I'll just do that all show.
I would actually love to have that all show long.
Do we have Ryan?
Do we have Ryan in the Do we have Ryan inside of the warehouse, Klein?
Do we have that clip?
Let's make sure that's loaded up every single day.
I want to be able to play and toss that every single day.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because we say that we make them here in America.
A lot of people say that.
A lot of people are lying.
A lot of people are frauds.
We actually literally do.
And the warehouse is stocked and packed and ready to ship every single day.
And it's something that we're really proud of, honestly.
Klein, you went there.
You went there and filmed like a whole thing.
I have my lock, but I want the one that comes.
Yeah, okay.
Well, just make sure that it's loaded every single show, please.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
In fact, no, no, I'm going to wait.
I'm going to wait until it's loaded.
I'm going to wait.
Okay, let's, let's, let's, uh, let, hold on.
I'm going to wait because it's our last show before the holiday season.
I want to, I want to, I want to play it for you because it's important and I love it.
And it's something that is bringing me Christmas cheer.
Here we go.
Ryan with Direct Commerce.
We just wanted to give you guys a quick behind-the-scenes view of how we manufacture the whole for the Benny shop.
So we use high-quality UV printing technology.
So the print will never peel, never become damaged.
They'll last, you know, for years of the time.
You know, hang nicely on your Christmas tree.
First ornament is the Freedom Flag Ornament to commemorate a patriot, Charlie Kirk.
Yes.
On the back, put a Bible verse, Matthew 5.10.
This one's truly art.
Beautiful.
Look at him go.
He should have outsourced a lot of this kind of stuff, but instead he chose to utilize a small business like ours.
Yes.
Manufacture products right here in America.
Another favorite is the JD Vance Say Thank You meme.
So we source everything 100% from U.S. manufacturers.
We're doing everything 100% in-house.
And, you know, look at that.
Yes.
All right.
Thank you.
Thank you, everyone, for your patience on this.
And thank you, Klein.
Klein went to the factory and filmed all that.
And it's amazing.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, let's hop over to the funniest clip from Donald Trump in history from the White House.
Turkey jokes.
President Trump makes a joke about Biden's invalid turkey pardons at the White House.
I have determined last year's turkey pardons totally invalid.
There are pardons about every person.
Here we go.
Before going any further, I want to make an important announcement because you remember last year, after a thorough and very rigorous investigation by Pam Bondi and all of the people at the Department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA, the White House Counsel's Office, and the Department of Everything.
We have a Department of Everything.
You know what that is?
I think that's called the White House into a terrible situation caused by a man named Sleepy Joe Biden.
He used an auto pen last year for the turkeys' pardon.
So I have the official duty to determine, and I have determined that last year's turkey pardons are totally invalid, as are the pardons of about every other person that was pardoned other than where's Hunter.
No, Hunters was good.
That was the one pardon, Pam, that was good, right?
The rest of them are all invalid.
I don't know what the hell you're going to do about that, but that's now we're going to take a little of the joke in.
That is a mess.
But they're hereby null and void.
The turkeys known as Peach and Blossom last year have been located and they were on their way to be processed.
In other words, to be killed.
But I have stopped that journey and I am officially pardoning them.
And they will not be served for Thanksgiving dinner.
We saved them in the nick of time.
This one has plenty of time, but they were saved in the nick of time.
All right.
That's hilarious.
And does that man look bothered to you?
This was from yesterday: the turkey pardoning at the White House.
President Trump cracking up the audience, saying that the pardons are invalid, and then naming the turkeys Chuck and Nancy.
Okay, one more clip.
Here we go.
The turkeys being pardoned today go by the names of Gobble and Waddle.
When I first saw their pictures, I thought we should send them, well, I was going to, I shouldn't say this.
I was going to call them Chuck and Nancy.
But then I realized I wouldn't be pardoning them.
I would never pardon those two people.
I wouldn't pardon them.
I wouldn't care what Melania told me.
Darling, I think it would be a nice thing to do.
I won't do it, darling.
All right.
Seriously, check out the vibes from the White House.
Check in, do a vibe check, and understand that there is good energy in this movement.
We're going to keep that energy moving forward through the holiday season and into 2026.
It's a time.
It is certainly a time to fight.
It's a time to be a lot smarter in the way that we govern, right?
I'm specifically looking at Congress.
Congress has been nightmarish in their inability to get anything done.
We're seeing now rumors that there could be more defections, more early retirements, that Republicans might actually lose the gavel in the House.
You might have a split house.
I mean, this is, I mean, we're going to do a whole series of shows next week on exactly where that is and start hammering the house over what the hell's been going on there.
You know, you've had the gavel for years now, but you had the gavel for a full year.
Like, what?
What's going on?
Like, we're going to hunt down exactly what happened to that majority.
Like, what the hell is that?
But anyway, we're going to leave those sort of heavier topics off the plate right before Thanksgiving.
Final funny Donald Trump moment from the turkey party yesterday.
Anyway, are you ready?
Double?
I just want to tell you this very important.
You are hereby unconditionally pardoned. I don't want to harm this beautiful girl. That's great, that's great.
Thank you very much.
Thank you very much, everybody.
You just look at him and you laugh.
It's just naturally funny.
It's just naturally funny.
It's the date.
It's the show before Thanksgiving.
So why not?
Why not?
Why not do extended clips of President Trump?
Saying, You're beautiful.
You're pardoned.
You're beautiful.
We love you.
Who would want to kill this bird?
If it was named Chuck and Nancy, would kill it.
Pardons are invalid for the last turkeys.
Kill them all.
Are you going to be eating turkey?
I hope you will.
Our turkey is already based, basted.
What is the what is what is the post-tense, past tense, of base, but bait?
Based it, based.
We're just going to say based.
My turkey is based.
Okay.
Our turkey is based.
We're cooking it.
And how are we going to cook it exactly?
I'm so thrilled to be partnering with Chef IQ.
This is a wireless cooking thermometer that we use in our house.
We eat very healthy.
In my home, that means a lot of like roasted chickens and so on.
I do, I do love grilling like any American man.
However, you know that these kinds of things, especially if you're cooking a cut of meat or a giant game bird or something that you don't normally cook on a grill, you can get it wrong.
And I got little kids.
They don't like super rare steaks.
And they certainly don't like undercooked birds.
Shouldn't be eating undercooked birds.
You shouldn't be eating raw chicken or bird or turkey or anything.
Ladies and gentlemen, make sure that you are cooking your meats on your grill or in your oven with perfection instead of having those annoying wired thermometers.
I was getting so pissed off doing that.
I also, we're going to do a prime rib, do a prime rib every single Christmas.
Those ones are tough.
That's tough to cook because it's just, it's so massive.
Anyway, that's what I broke down.
And I was like looking for wireless thermometers.
And there they are.
They're awesome.
I use them.
They're great.
I'll do content with them this weekend.
I'll show you.
I use them.
Chef IQ.
Wireless cooking thermometer.
Takes all the guest workout of cooking.
You just put the wireless thermometer in, bop, and you got the app on your phone, boom, and you're just able to see the temperature of the meat.
You're able to take it out, let it cool, let it rest.
Perfection.
You can get them right now at 30% off for the Black Friday sale.
Turkey Chicken Prime Rib.
I'm making all of it.
Chef IQ does the rest.
Let you know when to flip, when it's done, when to let it rest.
It is for the dads.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's for the dads.
So go get yourself one.
Chef IQ, use the promo code Benny for 30% off.
That's chefiq.com.
Promo code Benny.
The best holiday gift yet.
ChefIQ.com.
Promo code, Benny.
Okay.
Pipe Bomber.
How many times have we started the show?
It's not really starting the show.
We've just been sort of like sort of chatting, chatting with the chat, which by the way, the chat has been asking for Christmas ornaments.
So we are loading up all of the ornaments into the chat.
So if you're using the chat, YouTube allows, and as far as I know, YouTube is the only platform that allows us to do custom chat emojis.
And so we are loading the custom emojis into the chat.
We are loading custom emojis into the chat.
We are loading the Christmas ornaments designs into the chat.
So like nuke some of the old, you know, we've had some old stuff in there, Baron Trump, whatever, Milani's inauguration outfit.
Nuke some of the old ones and then load up the Christmas ornaments into the chat and we'll be able to flood the chat with Christmas ornaments.
Freaking awesome.
Okay.
Here we go.
First, let's begin.
There are two major things on the pipe bomber that broke yesterday.
And that, you know, we were ALX and I were sort of chatting about what to lead the show with.
And there's not a lot out there right now.
Everyone sort of goes into hibernation before the holidays.
But there were two major developments.
And since this is something that our show has pretty much been the center of, and what do I mean by that?
Am I the expert on this?
No, I'm not.
Do I have all the answers?
No, I don't.
But hot damn, has Kash Patel years ago, ALX, you have that old Kash Patel clip from our show?
I'm sure it'll be easy to get if it's not already in the script.
That old Kash Patel clip, man, from our show, it goes viral every two weeks in this time period.
We have, we, when, when it like, when we were risking our careers and our channel by asking these questions, we were still asking these questions.
I'm not going to blackpill on this.
I don't feel betrayed.
I just want the answers, okay?
And I'm aware that these are complicated topics.
We saw the Blazes reporting.
We covered the Blazes reporting.
There are updates on the Blazes reporting.
Ladies and gentlemen, Kash Patel, though, on our show, goodness gracious, what was it?
2022?
2022?
Again, we were asking these questions when Democrats controlled the House, Senate, White House, and they were complete tyrants.
And they would come to destroy and to cancel shows that would ask even like cursory questions about January 6th.
So we sort of started this ball rolling by asking the future FBI director back when he was just like a homie about the J6 pipe bomber.
Slow that clip up as fast as possible.
I saw it right there in the chat.
You just, you had it.
Yeah.
Didn't we?
No?
Okay.
Was that the Epstein one?
Okay.
Got it.
Okay, good.
Quite a few, quite a few old Kash Patel clips.
Anyway, that's the purpose of the show.
The purpose of the show is obviously to have people on the record to ask powerful people about these major issues.
And what Cash told us was the way that you figure out the pipe bomber problem in identity at the FBI is you just go in and release all the files.
And we agree with that.
That's what we want.
And that's also what will be required in order to reestablish trust with the American people, which has been utterly decimated.
And it sounds like for the first time there is a breakthrough in this case.
This case is, of course, critically important and critically instrumental in the understanding of what January 6th was because nothing makes sense.
Nothing makes sense in this pipe bomber story just off the top of the head.
Who was the pipe bomber on the phone with?
Why is the FBI still hiding so much footage of the pipe bomber?
Why was that footage degraded?
This is obviously decraded.
Why were the pipe bombs so perfectly identical to the training devices that the FBI uses for pipe bombs?
Why has no DNA evidence ever been uncovered by the pipe bomber?
DNA evidence is on everything.
DNA evidence is on, obviously, something as complex as a pipe bomb that you put together.
Why has there been no search history or identity of anyone put forward for this investigation?
Why were there kitchen timers on this pipe bomb?
Those kitchen timers were 60-minute timers.
How could a pipe bomb with a 60-minute timer be set to go off the next day at noon, 18 hours later?
That doesn't make, that don't make no sense.
Why are there so many mysteries around the people who discovered the pipe bombs?
Lady doing her laundry.
It's a little weird.
The Secret Service who discovered the pipe bomb at the DNC that were guarding Kamala Harris, that drove Kamala Harris right by the pipe bomb.
And then when they heard that there was a pipe bomb, they sat there and finished their wa-wah hoagies in their car.
They finished their lunches.
Then they got out nonchalantly, let little kids walk by the pipe bomb, let a guy walk on his dog walk by the pipe, let trains run, let traffic go.
Like there was no urgency at all.
Show me that kitchen timer.
Put it on screen.
Show me that kitchen timer.
What the hell is this?
How about the people who found these pipe bombs being mysteriously connected to intel agencies?
None of it makes any sense.
All of it stinks to high heaven.
No one has actually done any real investigative work on this.
They've burned the files.
They've done their level-headed best.
Look at that.
Good.
I love what you're doing there, Klein.
Okay.
See, wow, look, we're doing better investigations than the FBI.
Look.
See, wow, look.
It's a 60-minute timer.
Well, why did the pipe bombs go off in 60 minutes when they were placed at midnight?
They were allegedly placed there the night before.
So why didn't they go off at one in the morning?
They're not particularly sophisticated.
Go back.
Show me.
Look at that.
Wow.
60-minute timer.
So stupid.
It's also dumb.
They were clearly placed there that afternoon.
They're clearly put there as like a prop, probably found, probably placed there by the same people who found them.
And is also part of like a massive op.
And also, like, look, look at how hard they were trying to hide them.
Look at that, Klein.
You know, if you really, if you want to hide, you really want to like do some damage, you want to like make sure you hide the bomb and then it explodes and it's terrible.
And it really like is you're trying to inflict really horrible damage.
It's awful.
Make sure you just place it in the middle of the sidewalk.
That's how you do it.
Make sure you put it right on a bench.
This is a real sophisticated operation here.
And here's the final thing I'll say as I've thought about this.
If we've covered this for so long, ALX, how long have we been talking about this?
For so long.
Like one of our first shows when we started the show was on the pipe bomber.
I've been getting so exhausted with it.
But here's the deal.
So the whole idea here was that this is a MAGA bomber.
You know, MAGA's terrorists.
They're terrorists.
The MAGA bomber, you know, ignore the fact that no one in MAGA has ever been violent ever.
It's not a violent movement.
America First is a movement of love for our nation and the people in it, not hatred.
We want to deport all the criminal aliens, but nonetheless, we don't want to harm anyone.
We don't want to hurt anyone.
We don't want to take anyone's rights.
We certainly don't want to bomb anything or anybody.
These are actions exclusively of the left.
So run that through the brainstem, will you?
So the MAGA bomber is, so apparently this MAGA pipe bomber, that's an evil Donald Trump supporter, is placing bombs in the parade path of the Stop the Steel movement.
Go with me here.
So the bomber was trying to bomb MAGA.
Stop yelling.
Do you realize how insane this all is?
Do you realize how dumb you have to be to even like remotely bite on the official story that this is some deranged Trump supporter who wanted to bomb the government?
You know, they're placing the bombs to go off when the MAGA march was going to be marching right through that area.
So they're bombing their own march?
That don't make no sense.
It doesn't seem really smart.
No, it's not smart.
It's incredibly stupid and insulting.
And I'm so sick of having to cover this story.
I want this bomber found.
And I unite, I link arms with my liberal friends in the holiday spirit, in the Christmas spirit.
And I will say, brethren, unite with me.
Let us find this single January 6th terrorist together.
Probably 99% of the country sees this story and goes, okay, find the terrorists.
Either because they think it's some insane MAGA bomber, they're like blue and on.
Their brain's been melted by MSNBC.
I don't care.
Cool.
Or because they're an independent.
They're like placing bombs is bad.
It is.
Or they're like me and they know that this is a Fed op.
And by finding the actual pipe bomber, you'll be able to reveal a much deeper and darker conspiracy, either by a splinter cell, something that was or wasn't authorized.
I have no idea.
I don't know.
But you'll be able to reveal that everything that happened on January 6th was an op by the federal government in order to entrap Trump supporters and to put Donald Trump in prison to prevent him from ever running for president again because of something called the Insurrection Act.
That's what they were trying to do.
So they were trying to do it for four years.
And that would, that old Civil War relic of a law would have prevented Donald Trump from running for president.
It would have disqualified him from running for president.
Anyway, boy, did ALX find it?
Five-minute clips.
I've got a screen sign through it.
All right.
Okay.
So we got, I don't think we have time for the old cash clip.
I'm sorry, boys, to spring that one on you.
It's the last one I will.
Let's do the new one.
Okay.
The new pipe bomber clip from Cash.
Yesterday, Catherine Haridge does an interview and asks Kash Patel about the pipe bomb.
And he says, well, hold up.
We've had massive breakthroughs in the last couple of days, and you are absolutely going to be hearing from us on this issue, and we are wrapping it up.
Now, this is the most definitive thing that we've heard from Cash.
Listen to him say it, and I have a takeaway from this.
Here we go.
In a recent cable news interview with Fox, you said to stay tuned about the January 6th pipe bomber case.
Are there new developments we can discuss?
There are new developments.
Can we discuss them?
Not at this time, but I think you'll be hearing from us soon on it.
Are you closer to making an arrest?
When we took over the FBI, we knew there was a renewed interest in a lot of cases of great public importance.
And of course, this one, where it was alleged that someone went to the United States Capitol grounds and planted a bomb to possibly blow up then Vice President Kamala Harris or other Republicans and other Democrats on Capitol Hill was one we felt important enough to redouble our investigative tactics.
And that's what we've done.
And like we did in the Comey case when we made presentations in court, when the American public finds out the presentations we will be making, if we get to a judicial decision, then they will see how much was missed in this case.
And what we have done, and I hope the American public will realize our commitment to putting out as much information as we can, when we can, on cases of great public importance.
There's been a lot of media reporting about the pipe bomb case recently.
Have there been any significant breakthroughs for the FBI in recent days?
Yes.
Of course, I'd like to have a little bit more, but can you share any more?
Do you expect that there will be a charge before the end of the year?
My job is to protect the integrity of the investigation, and I know that causes a lot of backlash from some sectors of the online community, but I'd rather speak through our casework in public and be able to assure the American public that we are delivering actual accountability than just sit here and tell you I think we're going to get them.
Has there been breakthroughs in the last few days?
And Cash goes, yes.
Do you have a suspect?
Cash goes, watch our casework.
Will you be making an announcement to the American people?
Cash goes, yes.
These are the kind of things, like, listen, we know Cash.
He's been on the show.
I know him personally.
It's not like I travel up to D.C. all the time and meet with the FBI.
I haven't seen him since he actually became FBI director.
But like, it's not dumb.
You don't make statements like you can't make statements like this if you then and then go silent for the next four years and bring nothing to the table.
I mean, I guess you can.
It would be incredibly ill-advised.
So stay tuned.
Yes, we have had breakthroughs.
Yes, we will be making a large announcement to the American people.
Yes, we have suspects.
And ladies and gentlemen, report that came out a couple of weeks ago.
I think it was approximately two weeks ago on who the pipe bomber was from the blaze.
They had allegedly identified a person of interest on this pipe bombing security footage that they were using.
Allegedly, there are 39,000 hours of security footage of the, I'm sorry, 39,000 different security camera footages of the pipe bomber.
We've only seen a scintilla of that.
That I do not understand why.
That I don't know why.
But the Blaze got a hold of previously unseen footage, undoctored footage, they said, and then they alleged that they had found the identity of the actual pipe bomber and that it was a Capitol Hill police officer.
Well, the FBI is out with an official comment on that and a story here in CBS News sort of breaks it all down.
How an innocent woman's name was tied to January 6th pipe bombs.
Let's just go ahead and read this.
A federal security officer linked to a thwarted January 6th pipe bomb attack cleared her name by providing an alibi, video of her playing with her puppies at the time the devices were placed.
Sources told CBS News.
The FBI has now ruled her out as a suspect in the 2021 plot, according to three sources, but only after her name circulated on social media platforms, the conservative news site.
How an innocent woman's name came in to be publicly linked to the unexploded pipe bombs is a question that raised concern among many senior officials in the Trump administration.
CBS News is not naming the security officer or her workplace.
The federal agency that she protects declined to comment.
Multiple sources said the unit overseen by Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, drafted a memo identifying the woman and describing allegations that she had placed explosive device outside of Democrat and Republican national offices.
The memo was written after ODNI was made aware of the allegations from an outside source, the ODNI spokesperson said.
That's interesting.
ODNI officials said that the agency received a tip from a person affiliated with the media organization and potential criminal wrongdoing of an individual believed to be working with an intelligence agency set about documenting in the memo.
Now, this, of course, tracks, obviously, with the Blaze reporting.
A copy of the unfinished memo was given to senior staff security officers' workplace.
It also circulated among a few Trump administration officials, building expectations that the nearly five-year-old case may be solved.
But the memo caught the officials at the FBI Justice Department of White House off guard.
ODNI oversees the nation's foreign intelligence gathering, limited domestic and investigative authorities.
The FBI is leading the pipe bomb investigation.
Short time after the unfinished memo began to circulate, the conservative news outlet, The Blaze, published similar details to the draft.
So this is very interesting.
This, I did not know, that the office of the director of national intelligence was planning on releasing a memo on this.
Fascinating.
The Blaze News article used gate analysis software in order to come to their conclusions and said that it had been confirmed by several sources.
Several sources told CBS News that the classified draft memo, which is on the ODNI letterhead, was written by Paul McNamara, who is in charge of Gabbard's Director's Initiative group, which is tasked with providing transparency and accountability.
We're huge fans of Tulsi Gabbard.
We hope that she's involved in this, obviously.
Spokesperson Olivia Coleman says Odin I followed his obligations to report information received concerning alleged activities in members of the intelligence community and persons employment agency.
Alyssa Blair came forward with the allegation.
OD and I documented the accusations and lawfully reporting it, reported it.
Okay.
The bomb planting incidents is one of the lingering mysteries surrounding the events on the Capitol.
January 6th, nearly five years since the pipe bombs were placed.
No suspect has been arrested or identified.
An absolute humiliation to federal law enforcement.
The FBI said the bombs were viable, but they did not detonate.
Well, where are the bombs today?
Have we ever scraped them for any DNA evidence?
Kind of hard to make a pipe bomb without like, Dan, and not like I've ever tried, but like you have to assume that if you're going to make a pipe bomb, you're going to leave some DNA evidence on it.
CBS News was not shown the memo, but sources says McNamara had accessed confidential files to obtain details about the woman in the draft memo, including her place of work.
Gabbard, top ODNI official, has since distanced herself from the memo, telling senior officials the information about the woman's spread without her knowledge while Gabbard was traveling abroad.
ODNI officials said that the draft memo hadn't been reviewed or approved by agency leadership.
Sources said that the situation and others were viewed internally by some senior administration officials as interfering with areas beyond their purview.
Axios reported in September that Justice Department officials believed ODNI had hindered their case against former CIA director John Brennan.
Goodness.
New York Times in October reported that OD and I had accessed FBI investigative files related to Charlie Kirk's assassination and searched for evidence of conspiracies to potentially undermine the government's case against the alleged assassin.
Goodness gracious.
So what you're seeing here is just the age-old federal bureaucracies and intelligence agencies fighting against each other.
This has been going on for a very long time, but continues to this day.
Federal security officers cooperated with the FBI.
Sources close to the matter, said her lawyer.
Her lawyer said publicly that she's done nothing wrong, but the woman and her lawyer declined to comment.
So that is the update, ladies and gentlemen, on the reporting.
So what do we do in this situation like this?
It's exactly what I'm going to do with Charlie Kirk.
Obviously, like far more personal, but of extreme importance, just like this case.
I am going to take a very deep breath, and I'm going to let the filings speak for themselves.
I am going to be an agitator on the outside.
This audience will be an agitator on the outside for total and complete transparency.
I am going to do my level-headed best to not engage in unfounded theories.
I'm not even going to call them conspiracy theories because everything's just a theory until we see the actual proof.
What was released in the JFK files was proof that the CIA was involved in JFK's assassination.
We have that for the first time in 70 years.
That was released.
That was given to us.
We now have proof of it.
It's good.
A lot of people have asked a lot of questions.
A lot of people have done great reporting.
It's nice to just have the documents, just to show people.
Because these things have such recency to them, I'm going to try and pray for the patience of Job while publicly airing my frustration, as I have done on Piers Morgan's show, on podcasts with Tommy Lehren, on podcasts across the industry and space.
I've lost count.
Megan Kelly's show yesterday saying that I am not satisfied with the Charlie Kirk investigation.
No, I'm not.
And I've been public about that.
That's me efforting from the outside for absolute and total, pure, and complete transparency of every facet of that murder.
And we need the exact same thing on January 6th, Pipe Homer.
Same thing with Epstein.
That is the way to reestablish trust.
I will say this before we play the Kash Patel clip, and I know we're jumping over to Corey Lewandowski here in just one second.
Who's going to know a lot about all of this?
But Charlie Kirk was murdered in cold blood on a live stream.
The judge in that case is trying to ban live cameras from the court so that we can't watch the trial.
He's already saying that Tyler Robinson can appear in plain clothes, doesn't have to be in handcuffs.
You're not allowed to film Tyler Robinson.
You're not allowed to film the accused face of the accused, his reactions, his actions.
I mean, at this point, we won't be able to see anything from the trial.
The whole thing will happen in secret.
That is an unspeakable evil that is totally and completely unacceptable, indefensible.
Charlie was killed on a live stream.
We deserve to see his trial live.
Every bit of evidence, every bit of DNA, every bit of text messages, backgrounders, emails, the transgender boyfriend, where the hell is he?
Why has he disappeared?
Better damn, he better be in witness protection and go up there on the stand and sing like a canary and say everything, hopefully get charged.
But what do I know?
And if there was a larger plot or a larger conspiracy, then we need to know about it.
I'm trying my level-headed best to simply stay in that lane, let the filing speak for themselves, be patient, and let the cases develop.
Kash Patel was asked yesterday directly about this.
Was there foreign involvement in Charlie's killing?
Did a nation state do this?
These are some of the earlier rumors that popped up from well-connected sources about Charlie's killing.
And Cash had an answer, and here it is.
On the Charlie Kirk assassination investigation, you testified recently that more than 20 people were on the Discord chat related to the suspect, Tyler Robinson.
Have you spoken to those people?
Is it now a larger universe of 20 people?
Well, so with the Charlie case, it's a matter that is being led by the state authorities in Utah because it is a homicide investigation that is being prosecuted by the state.
So us as the FBI are partners and part of that prosecution team.
We're not the lead, and it's very much ongoing.
So there is a lot of legal process being doled out.
And we are committed to issuing every piece of legal process and search warrant that we can to talk to absolutely everyone and anyone who had anything to do with the assassination of my friend.
And we're going to continue to do that and also honor the prosecutor's wishes in how we do that and what we release publicly.
Respecting that it is an ongoing investigation, is there any evidence of foreign involvement?
Is there any evidence that Tyler Robinson had help?
Again, that will be spoken through by the prosecutors.
If I, as the FBI director, commented on that right now in any way, shape, or form, that would hurt their case.
The worst thing that can happen is the individual who's charged and has his day in court down the road is if we, the FBI or another law enforcement agency, improperly commented on evidence and gave the defense an unfair advantage during the trial.
Cash gave the exact same answer about Epstein.
Maybe we'll be able to play you that clip later in the show.
For now, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to hop over to our guest in just one minute.
Corey Lundowski is a law enforcement professional, so I'm going to ask him about this.
But there's somebody who I really trust, who is somebody I would trust with my life, frankly, and for good reason in the federal government and in federal law enforcement.
And I asked them about this answer.
And they said, listen, this is why you don't have all the Epstein documents.
This is why you don't have all the Charlie Kirk documents and evidence.
There are ongoing trials.
There are ongoing trials right now that involve Jeffrey Epstein, his estate, Jelene Maxwell, her probation, her whatever, you know, she's in prison.
And all of this evidence gets put under lock by these judges because it's currently in use in a trial.
And it is to be presented to the jury in those trials in a way that the prosecution and the defense wish to present it, not in the media.
When you present something in the media, you can make it inadmissible.
You can taint the jury.
You can lose a case based on doing that.
And so that was what was explained to me about not only Epstein evidence, but also the Charlie Kirk evidence.
I guess it stands to reason.
It's very frustrating.
It makes me pissed off, but it stands to reason.
I can accept it.
I can accept it.
I can't accept it in the case of Thomas Crooks.
I mean, what the hell?
I can't accept it in the case of Thomas Crooks because there is no trial.
Thomas Crooks is dead.
And we're finding out a bunch of like brand new evidence about Thomas Crooks, all this background on him.
So that I do not, that I will not permit.
And that I will not like allow because that I don't get.
Anyway, we're doing our level-headed best, ladies and gentlemen, to keep our head.
Make sure that you keep your head.
Make sure that you stay locked in, especially when it comes to an insane environment right now for medical care.
Medical prices are skyrocketing through the roof.
Christian care, MedaShare, is what my family uses.
I talk about that a lot because, well, I've had a bunch of kids.
I've had millions of kids.
These cabin kids are his expensive $30,000, $40,000 bills from hospitals for having kids.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Imagine being a taxpayer and trying to just like create more Americans.
You get penalized for it.
And then you can come here illegally and you can get it all paid for.
Not only that, your kid becomes an American citizen.
What an insane policy.
Anyway, the point is, is that you should have people on your side.
MetaShare is on our side.
It's Christian care with high standards.
So your deductibles are way lower.
It saved my family thousands of dollars.
It'll save your family too.
If you want more out of your healthcare, go to metashare.com slash Benny.
That's metashare.com slash Benny.

Message and data rates do apply.
Corey Lewandowski, joining the show live right now.
Corey, welcome back to the program.
Looks like you are, looks like you're built for performance here.
Good a Mercedes AMG shirt there, bro.
F1 race, Benny.
You got a full race this weekend in Vegas.
It was amazing.
What's up, man?
That's awesome.
Okay, so yeah, all right.
You were in Vegas.
Vegas was the location of a very strange and unexplained shooting that happened in Trump's first term.
And now there's a strange and unexplained shooting that happened, President Trump in 2024 with Thomas Crooks.
Now, I know that DHS has some major involvement in that.
Obviously, DHS is over Secret Service and is over Homeland Security investigations and so on.
There were a lot of people who were commenting based on Tucker's reporting on Thomas Crooks and some of his messages online that maybe the federal government is withholding information from us on Thomas Crooks, who he was, who he was communicating with, and so on.
You know, since that's that's since there's no trial going on and he's dead, then it begs the question, why haven't we got all the information on Thomas Crooks?
Like just everything, even if it is like his creepy porn habits or the fact that he, you know, was into furry stuff or used pronouns, like why not get that from the federal government, you know, instead of, you know, people leaking to independent sources.
Well, Benny, let me say, I have had the chance not to review the documents directly, but I have spoken to Director Sean Kern at the Secret Service, who turned over all of the information and the investigation to the FBI.
And I've spoken to Kash Patel about this as well, because I think the American people deserve transparency, whether it's the pipe bomber that you talked about, who I guess, you know, is busy with their dogs.
And so, you know, now the video of the dog has exonerated them or this instance.
Look, the American people deserve the opportunity to know what's going on, particularly when there's a potential assassination attempt, either against the president of the United States or an actual assassination attempt against our friend Charlie Kirk and a successful one.
So what we deserve is the right to know the truth.
I believe that there are continuing investigations as it relates to Charlie's individual.
That is an ongoing investigation.
Cash has said that, now being led by the state of Utah.
As it relates specifically to the attempted assassination on Butler, Pennsylvania, I believe the president has been briefed fully by the FBI, by the Secret Service.
He has agreed that the information they have provided him has been full and total and transparent.
And he is very satisfied with the conclusion of this investigation, which is there was one individual involved.
There was no outside entity involved, no outside authorization, no outside money, no outside world government involved.
And so the president believes that.
And if he believes it, it is good enough for me.
Yep.
So, I mean, totally.
And, you know, I'm not necessarily alleging that.
You know, I guess what I'm getting at is like, here's a great photo.
This is Thomas Crooks minutes before he shoots my president in the head, kills members of our community, the America First MAGA movement.
Here he is on the phone.
I mean, he's on the phone with someone or he's looking at something.
And it seems like in order to get all of the information out to the American people, it'd be good to like, what the hell was he searching for here?
You know, why did he use they, them pronouns?
Who was he in communication with?
You know, where did he learn how to make these bombs and how to, you know, how to shoot?
He was training at a rifle range that was also being used by Homeland Security Police, right, for training.
Like, was there ever any crossover there, right?
Like, was there ever any, you know, was there, did he get any ideas?
You know, that's the kind of stuff, like a drug test, for instance.
Like, was he on anything?
Was he on any medications?
Was he on any type of something that would fry his brain?
You know, if he's using they, them pronouns, was he on hormone blockers, you know, kind of, kind of thing?
Like, that's, I guess, what I'm asking for, right?
But here's what happens, and I understand it, right?
An assailant is murdered, killed because our good guys, the good guys, shot him immediately.
And look, there was a lot of questions.
Don't forget when the military went in and killed Osama bin Laden, right?
They went in and they immediately disposed of the body.
When things like that happen, it causes the American people to say, why?
Why don't we have information?
How come we don't know what actually transpired?
I will tell you, I have complete confidence in FBI under Kash Patel's leadership, in Sean Curran's leadership at the U.S. Secret Service.
Look, would we have rather had the opportunity, in my opinion, to put this individual on trial for the attempted assassination of President Trump to get all the information of who he talked to, what he did, and what his motivations were?
Of course, although there is a part of me, Benny, that says swift justice, an eye for an eye is just a better justice in this particular case.
So I think what we're going to see in the assassination attempt of the assassination of Charlie Kirk is we're going to see an individual being tried who probably is never going to take the stance, who's never going to testify.
And I think you'll see a level of frustration that we know this individual did it.
There's no question in my mind that he killed Charlie.
The question is, why did he do it?
And I don't know if we'll ever get those answers.
Right.
I guess I just like, I guess in a world where there's been a broken down trust, and I say this on the show all the time, Corey, you guys didn't break the machine.
You know what I mean?
Like it was broken for generations before, for four, five, 10 administrations that have slowly eroded the trust in American institutions.
And I know that this is something very personal to the president, obviously, where it comes to like him getting hit in the head with a bullet.
And so I can't even fathom, you know, that this is President Trump's decision, right?
And he's making his own decision on this probably with the release of this information.
But it helps restore the trust when all of the evidence is just sort of presented to the American people.
And I just want to encourage that because that's how you actually restore trust on these issues when you just, when you get, you know, when that's handed over.
It happened with the JFK files, right?
Like with the JFK files, and you guys had a part in that.
It's just like, it's a pressure release valve, right?
Where people are like, oh, thanks, you know.
And it also gives sort of the online internet sleuths something to do, right?
Instead of standing around being frustrated.
Well, you're right.
And listen, when the government hides things, let me just point you to the fake Russia collusion narrative, right?
Thank you.
Colonel Clapper and Brennan.
These guys literally made this up whole cloth with the advice and consent of the former president of the United States, Barack Obama.
We know that that meeting took place in the Oval Office.
We know that Hillary Clinton was involved in this.
They made the whole thing up and they hid it from the American people.
And every time an outlet asked them a question, they made us sound like we were stupid, like we didn't have the right to even question them, only to find out that the whole thing was made up.
I knew it was made up.
I was there every single day.
But when you question the leadership of some of these law enforcement agencies, the Comeys, the Clappers, the Brennans, they are just so incensed that you would ever question their credibility.
They don't want to talk about the fake letter that was signed as it related to the Hunter Biden laptop that we know was completely made up.
They don't want to talk about the fake Russia collusion narrative.
And that's why there is a massive distrust in some of these government agencies because they have lied to us time and time and time again and thought that they were above the law.
And finally, only now under this administration are some of those people being held accountable, but it's not enough.
Corey, I swear I don't like have Kara book you just on pipe bomber days.
I swear I don't.
Okay.
I know it's a total coincidence, but you have a decades-long law enforcement pedigree.
This has been extremely frustrating to us and our audience.
We just played the Kash Patel, the brand new clip from Kash Patel.
It's only a few hours old of him saying, listen, we have had major breakthroughs in the last few days on this, and you're going to be hearing from us very soon.
You're going to be seeing filings very soon.
There's going to be public announcements very soon on this.
Can you give us any information on that?
Do you have any idea where this investigation actually looks like?
The chief insult to us as viewers and as members of this movement, Corey, is that they were able to find every grandmother who even waved an American flag that day.
And they were able to let the single terrorist, somebody that I'm sure you and I both agree, is a literal terrorist walk free.
And that's very frustrating.
Well, it goes to show you when you have a government that has an objective, which is to go after every person who is anywhere near the Capitol within 20 miles, whether they were supporting their own free speech or deciding to do something else.
The federal government used every resource available to go after every grandmother, every grandfather, every veteran, every citizen who is out there saying, hey, you used your bank card 14 miles away.
We're going to come and question you.
And they use every resource available.
But now what we've seen in Washington, D.C. is literally a person in the nation's capital just steps from the Capitol itself, placing pipe bombs.
And we don't have that person brought to justice in a city which is riddled with cameras and oversight and supposed to be one of the safest cities in America.
And so, look, I do think we're going to find a resolution to this.
And it's amazing to me that some video footage was released by this agent who was playing with their dogs.
And they go, well, okay, I guess I exonerate you as if AI has never been used before to manipulate something that maybe we've seen.
So listen, I think cash and the FBI have to run down every single lead.
I hope they come back to us very quickly because this is a very, very serious threat that a person with the hoodie goes and plays a pipe bomb and then sees what seems to be Benny, a police car drive by and just kind of waves nonchalantly to them like they know who it is.
And look, I'm not making any assertions here or not.
But look, if I'm out doing bad things and I see a police car go by, the last thing I'm trying to do is draw attention to myself would be my mentality, my methodology.
So I would try to be low-key if I was doing that.
Not that I would, but that's what I'm doing.
This person seems to be relishing in the fact that a police car is going by and they're drawing attention to themselves.
Very, very odd.
They're saying that the pipe bombs with the 60-second timer on them were set to explode right around when the march began the next day at 1 p.m.
I remember January 6th.
Very plainly, I was sitting in the front row at Trump's speech.
First off, that's impossible.
How can you set a 60-second timer to go off 18 hours later?
But most importantly, like, why would a MAGA bomber be bombing the MAGA parade?
Like, this was exactly the time when like tons of MAGA supporters were supposed to be right in the circumference of the Capitol.
So that makes no sense.
Like, they're trying to bomb their own movement?
What the hell is that?
That's a level of sophistication that the average person would not have.
Okay.
Somebody is going to make a pipe bomb.
Look, they're usually, without speaking, you know, in a classified format, they're usually relatively rudimentary.
Okay.
Someone goes online, Googles the information, finds out the basic of it, and then they go and build it on their own.
From what they're now telling us is this was a very sophisticated pipe bomb.
This person could not only elude detection of every camera in Washington, D.C., place this, leave no DNA evidence anywhere, but then set this thing for 12 or 18 hours later with precision.
And we're only fortunate enough that we caught it before, you know, before it ever went off.
So listen, this is either a person who's incredibly sophisticated or somebody isn't telling us the truth on what's really going on here.
Yeah.
Well, I join you, Corey, in praying for total and complete transparency on this, on Thomas Crookes, on Epstein.
I think that that's obvious the obvious demands of the American people.
It's also a historic opportunity to restore trust, frankly, that's been eroded.
And again, I'm like, I try and be as fair as possible.
You know, you guys own the car now.
You guys have the keys, but this trust has been destroyed over my entire life.
You know, I'm nearly, you know, I'm 39 years old.
My entire life, this stuff has been atomized by a bunch of degenerates and a bunch of idiots who've like been in these positions and lied to the American people.
And so it's just, like, it'd be really incredible to see just moments of extreme transparency here on these major issues.
Okay, so Heritage Foundation.
I wanted to ask you about this.
So this dude at the Heritage Foundation comes forward.
His name is Mike Howell.
And he says that the Trump administration has fallen short. of his promise for mass deportation.
And he notes that there has not been any purposeful, large-scale workplace raids on farms, restaurants, hotels in order to appease the interest of employers.
And then he says that DHS has had intentional gaps in their enforcement and undisclosed deportation data.
And so he says there needs to be a major increase in deportation operations.
Republicans risk betraying their constituents.
I wanted to get your response to this, obviously, as this is something that you're deeply involved in.
Yeah, Benny, I don't know who this no-name slob is, but he obviously has no understanding of what is going on every single day.
Okay.
I don't know who this guy is.
He's completely irrelevant.
But what I will tell you is that under the president's administration, Donald Trump's administration, 2 million people have already self-deported and over 500,000 individuals who were in this country illegally have been arrested, detained, and deported.
And Benny, listen, there's a story out to you I just want to touch on.
It says that a relative to Caroline Levitt, the press secretary to the president of the United States, was detained by ICE and is now going through a deportation process.
Because I will tell you, we offer no quarter to anybody who is in this country illegally.
It doesn't matter who you are related to.
It doesn't matter who you are friends with.
If you are in this country illegally and you have a criminal record, we will find you, we will apprehend you, and we will deport you, period, end of conversation.
So whoever this genius is over at the Heritage Foundation doesn't know what we're doing, doesn't know that ICE is on path by the end of December.
So in less than 30 days, to have 10,000 new officers on duty every day.
We are on mission.
We are on point.
If you don't think what we're doing makes the community safer, look at Los Angeles.
Look at Chicago.
Look at Charlotte.
Look at the places where we have done large-scale operations.
And you have to also remember this.
The attacks on our ICE officers and CBP officers, the threats and violence against them is up over 1,000% over this time last year.
Not because they're sitting back on their laurels doing nothing.
It's because they're out in the communities every day.
The Latin Kings, a vicious, brutal gang, has put bounties on the heads of our law enforcement agents.
So whoever this genius is that's making these false accusations, I'd love to have him come and do a ride along and see what it's really like to actually put your life on the line as opposed to sit behind a desk and be another keyboard warrior.
I've done a number of those and it's been eye-opening, in fact.
I've really appreciated the opportunity to do that because, well, you can't really experience, it's kind of like going to a war zone, frankly.
You can't really experience it unless you've seen it up close.
And so I've been on these raids and, you know, it's why ICE agents are constantly in my prayers.
And I watched Christy Noam actually pray for ICE agents there in Portland and they needed it.
I wanted to put up these.
I just want to remind the stewards.
You will lose this in Chicago when they went out and Chief Bavino went into that crowd.
And if you remember, he got hurt that day, right?
He was on the ground because he was leading his men and women there at the Chicago ICE detention facility.
So this is not for the weak of hearts, not for the faint of heart.
These men and women are on the front lines every single day trying to make our community safer.
So, you know, it's not an easy job.
And so thank a cop if you ever get the chance.
That's exactly right.
Here we go.
The foreign-born population has decreased dramatically.
We see that in the employment numbers and then here in the Center for Immigration Studies by 2.2 million, first time we've seen a decrease like ever.
And this is obviously in part because of the enforcement.
So, okay.
Forgive me, Corey.
Got a bunch of little kids and they are all sick this time of year.
So I'm glad we do the show remotely, frankly.
What about the people who say there's not enough mass deportation?
Okay, so there's not enough mass deportation.
We want more mass deportations.
And this is clearly something that is complicated and that has been blocked by a lot of judges.
Nobody's saying that it's easy, but can you vision cast for us where, Corey, is this headed, right?
Like, so everyone saw how you solved traffic in LA and in Charlotte.
That's a miracle.
Well done.
Where is this?
Where is it headed?
Where is this chart going?
Where are the deportation charts going?
You just said, did you say 10,000 new ICE agents by December?
That's right.
So let me tell you where we are, Benny.
First and foremost, what people don't remember is we had the worst, poorest border under the previous administration that this country has ever seen.
And in three months, that border is sealed.
And over the last six months, we have zero, and I mean zero individuals coming into this country because we have operational control of the border.
So that's a massive difference.
So now as we've controlled our borders, we've sealed off our borders, we have the opportunity to go and do this enforcement on the interior of our country.
And we're using CBP and ICE to do that.
And we're targeting the worst of the worst, the pedophiles, the rapists, the gang members, the MS-13, Trende Araguas, et cetera.
And they know we're coming for them.
So they're leaving voluntarily because we've told everybody, if we find you and we deport you, you will never come back.
But we will not let up.
I think that by the end of this first year in office, by January 20th of 2026, we will see north of 3 million total people.
That's the self-deportations and the ones that we have deported leave this country for the first time in American history.
We have an outbound migration because people understand what's happening.
And we have the top cover from the president of the United States to say to the men and women on the front lines, you can go do your job.
So you will see that.
Now, what we hear, Benny, all the time, hey, this guy's been working with me for 15 years, 20 years.
We can't find American workers.
I say, when you have taken jobs away from the American people to subsidize them for the people who are in this country illegally, let me propose something to you, Mr. Business Owner.
Why don't you put your personal liability up for that individual who's in the country illegally, which means if they commit a crime, you're responsible.
They commit a felony, you're responsible.
They commit something, you're responsible.
You put your financial resources up if you're so confident that this is the right person.
And to an individual, to a business owner, I have never had one tell me that they're willing to put up their home or their family savings or their livelihood to go and support an illegal who they say is imperative for their success of their business.
So go hire Americans.
We have the greatest workforce here in this country that the world has ever seen.
But when you're subsidizing and allowing individuals to work for your company at a cheaper rate because you don't want to pay your fair share, shame on you.
Yes.
Final question on this.
And thank you for your generous time, Corey.
What can be done about employers?
So I'm reading this, you know, I'm reading this Heritage Foundation fellow or whatever, go after DHS.
And what he's talking about is he's talking about these large-scale businesses that hire hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of criminal aliens.
What the hell is that, Corey?
Certainly there can be a way through Department of Labor.
Certainly there are laws on the books that says you can't do that.
But am I that naive?
Like, how is this even allowed to happen?
You're spawned.
The construction sites in Charlotte.
Sorry to interrupt.
Construction sites in Charlotte all being empty.
Like, my God, like all of the students are illegals?
All the students are illegal aliens.
All the construction workers in Charlotte are illegal aliens.
All the drivers in Charlotte are illegal aliens.
What the hell is going on, Corey?
You're spot on because for years, decades, even, there's never been an enforcement mechanism for these businesses.
So, if they can pay someone under the minimum wage and not get caught with it, they were willing to take the chance.
This is the first time in a generation, if not our lifetime, that there's actually a president willing to enforce those laws.
So, what we do all the time as a department is we go to these companies and say, We want a list of every I-9 that you have for the people who work for you.
And most of the time, if not always, they turn them over voluntarily because it gives us the opportunity to then verify that the people who are working there are either legal or illegal.
And if they're illegal, we tell these business owners, we're going to come back.
I'm going to do a workforce enforcement raid.
I'm going to take all these people out, or you can turn them over.
It's completely up to you.
And you wouldn't believe it.
You wouldn't believe how many business owners are saying, please don't raid my business.
Here are the people who've been working for me illegally.
Let me give you the addresses.
And not just that, what we're seeing, Benny, across the board is through a number of technologies that we have, the abuse as it relates to marriage fraud and fraud for services that these individuals are permeating.
So, we're seeing about 35% of the illegal aliens in this country are also defrauding the government for some type of service, whether it's welfare or social security or something else.
So, we finally have a holistic of government approach that allows the U.S. CIS to work with CBP, that works with ICE, that works with everybody across the board to go out and prevent this from happening.
And our country is being fundamentally transformed for the better and will be even better going forward.
I mean, you love to see it.
It seems like a pretty obvious if you can't get work, the whole purpose of this is economic migration, and then to send remittances home to their home country to steal money, to take money out of America and send it back to Guatemala or Honduras or wherever, Somalia.
If you can't do that, then the problem is going to solve itself eventually.
And so, it seems like employment crackdown is like the obvious way to do this.
It's a lot easier than rounding people up in Walmart parking lots, but what do I know?
You know, when we hit LA, the traffic went down about 25% because the illegals were afraid to come out.
Okay.
There is nowhere we will not go to keep the American people safe.
So, if that's what it takes to reduce the traffic, which is to make sure ICE is on every corner, or we've got enforcement happening all over the place, we will continue to do that because the American people deserve it and they voted for it.
What about Minneapolis?
So, here's this: here's a shocking report.
Here's a shocking report about the Somalis.
I'm just going to pop it up on screen and let you respond to it.
But, like, it's talking about how billions of dollars of fraud has gone to pay for Muslim terrorists in Somalia.
And this is clearly like they just straight up are egregious in their defrauding of the system and using the autism reports and federal funds and local funds.
And they send it back in bags of cash to go fund Muslim terrorism in Somalia.
What's going to happen in Minneapolis?
Well, Benny, if you let me not get out in front of what our plan is, I would appreciate that.
But I will tell you this: you are not the first to raise this issue.
You will not be the last to raise this issue.
But I think in the coming days and weeks, you will see a dramatic change in posture in that community because this is clearly a major story that requires intervention to fix the problem.
And so, I don't want to get too far in front of this thing, but if you're doing something illegally and you're in that community and you're in that state, I would recommend yourself to pour go to the CBP home app and get the hell out of the country.
Really quickly, since we're on the topic, I wasn't planning on asking about this, but in the first administration, I had people that worked at DHS, I was very close with, and they sent since moved on to consulting and whatever.
But they said that there is like there is bona fide proof that Ilhan Omar committed fraud and multiple layers of fraud.
And in independent reporting from the Daily Mail, The Guardian, and others have confirmed this: that Ilhan Omar was in fraudulent marriages and that she was trying to do end-arounds, immigration policies, and so on.
Anyway, it's practically a meme at this point.
The president posts about it quite often.
Is DHS ever going to like do a proper do like a proper investigation into this?
Or should we ever expect anything like Ilhan Omar to ever have to answer to these allegations?
Will they ever become charges?
You know, like so, again, I don't want to comment on a potential investigation because it'll probably put me in the jackpot and I get in enough trouble on my own when I'm on your show.
Just think of Bad Bunny.
Okay.
So, so what I say is we have to let the process play out a little bit, right?
I mean, look, I made the bad bunny story, Benny, on your show, and all of a sudden, like the World Exchange.
If you're not on TMZ after being on my show, then we haven't done it right.
Yeah, well, that's true.
And unfortunately, I think they know where I live.
So, I will say, I don't want to get out in front of an investigation.
I do know, as you have, again, articulated, there's been a lot of concern and consternation about some of the stories that have been out in the public.
Some of them, as you know, are false and have to get run down, but some of them do have a sense of truth to them.
And it's our obligation to go and investigate any potential crime and make sure that if you are committing crimes in this country, you're held accountable.
Because as we've heard many times when Donald Trump was being investigated, nobody is above the law, not Adam Shifty Schiff, nobody, not Ilyan Omar.
Nobody's above the law, so we're going to apply the law equally to everybody.
All right.
So, you're saying there's a chance.
Okay.
So, you're saying there's a chance, dumb and dumber.
All right.
Uh, final thing, Corey, final thing to get you to react to because it's something near and dear to your heart that just broke while you were saying your last answer.
Brand new, fresh off the presses, breaking news.
Georgia prosecutor drops all charges against President Trump and others.
I know many of your, many of your and my friends, mutual friends, like Rudy Giuliani, um, uh, in the 2020 election fraud case.
So, since you just mentioned it, it's perfect.
No one is above the law.
Your response to this, Corey.
My response was this was a weaponized abuse of power against people that they didn't like-Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, David Schaefer, the former chairman of the Republican Party and Georgia, so many others who were out just making inquiries.
And so, this is a slight validation, a slight validation, but just think of what these people had to go through.
Some people were losing their law licenses, people lost their homes because of this.
And what I want to see is justice.
And I mean that, Benny, in the positive sense.
You know, every time Donald Trump articulates maybe going after somebody, the left comes up and says, Oh, you're weaponizing the Justice Department.
Where were they three years ago, four years ago, five years ago, when everybody who was involved with questioning the outcome of the 2020 election was being indicted or brought in for a grand jury, having to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend themselves?
So, this is a positive step, but it's much too little, much too late, and it never should have happened in the first place.
These people were just asking questions, and this was the weaponization of another district attorney like we saw in New York, and now we've seen in Georgia finally getting resolved.
I mean, I guess it's nice to see the conclusion here that we all wanted, but you're exactly right.
It's years too late, and the tens of millions of dollars that have been spent on these frauds.
I mean, the process is the punishment.
So, anyway, we'd love to see that applied to Ilhan Omar.
So, just happy to send you her marriage documents, Corey.
I know your number.
I'll text him to you after the show.
Here's Corey Lewandowski, ladies and gentlemen.
You should be up in Corey Lewandowski's mentions.
He's just an absolute and total barn burner for the administration.
He's a man who has worked with President Trump for the better part of decades at this point and is the architect of the VAGA movement.
He has 600,000 subscribers here on X.
He should be one of them.
Thank you, Corey.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Thanks, Prayer.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Ladies and gentlemen, that interview went a little bit long because we were getting our next guest set.
We're going to pray for a good connection here.
Something that tends to happen when you're talking spicy topics here.
Let me help you pray.
Hollow, ladies and gentlemen, is a wonderful app that I encourage you to download.
It is a prayer app for Christians everywhere.
Christmas season is a wonderful time to make sure that you are locked in with your faith and that you are locked in with the reason that we were created, the salvation of the world through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Hollow, if you don't know exactly where or how to quiet your heart, where or how to meet God, well, this is one way to help.
Hollow is launching an Advent series where there will be prayers for stillness and guidance every single day.
It's going to be led by faith leaders and also by cultural leaders like Chris Pratt, who's a favorite of mine.
Didn't know he was on the app.
That's kind of cool.
The point is, is that this is a faith community and Hollow brings people together.
You can get three months of Hollow right now for free at hollow.com/slash Benny and join the thousands of others preparing their hearts for the coming of Christ.
Hollow, ladies and gentlemen.
Good time of year for this.
Okay, let's try our next guest here, Don Brown, who is a JAG, a former Navy JAG lawyer and federal prosecutor on the program to talk about insurrection.
Oh, yes, the brand new one.
The Democrats are trying right now against Trump.
Let's go to Don Brown.
Don, welcome to the program, man.
Thanks, man.
Happy Thanksgiving.
That was a, even though the segment went a little long, I was enjoying that great segment with Corey.
And I'm in Charlotte right now, by the way, just to follow up.
And it's true, the traffic disappeared.
And I'll tell you something else.
We came down at the end of day one.
I was speaking in Greensboro and we got news that Border Patrol had come.
So we went down to First Word Park and we got there almost at sunset as the TV cameras were sort of breaking.
The first thing we saw, these young folks in their 20s, kind of like you.
I know you're a little older than that, but you had a younger types running around with sure that said socialism is the answer.
And who paid for that?
Now, the other thing that's an interesting little tidbit is that I had a routine matter at the Department of Motor Vehicles this week, and just to go in and make a little change.
And I got in and out within 25 minutes.
And all the sort of bonus points that we get from the War Patrol being here.
So I know you haven't asked me any questions yet, but I thought you might find that fascinating.
I do find it fascinating.
We have said quite regularly on this program that every problem that you have with American society right now could be alleviated and ameliorated with mass deportations.
Whether it is packed classroom sizes, the prices at the grocery store, the prices of gas, the prices of the home, or traffic on your street or crime on your sidewalks, all of them can be solved with mass deportations.
That is the answer.
And Charlotte's proving it right now.
And Charlotte has become a hub for sex trafficking and fentanyl trafficking as a result of the borders being open, no, the borders being shut.
But we still got to get these folks out.
All these families who've lost their sons and daughters to accidental overdoses, losing more Americans in one year to fentanyl than 10 years of the Vietnam War, it's atrocious.
So I applaud the administration and I'm hoping to see him keep it up.
I know that he will.
So it's a step in the right direction.
I agree with you.
I think getting into the businesses is probably the most efficient way of identifying a lot of these folks who are taking American jobs.
We got to get our jobs back.
So I didn't mean to go off track, but I agree with you.
Not at all.
Not at all.
The data backs you up, obviously.
I mean, the maps speak for themselves, right?
This is like, thank ICE.
If you're in the Charlotte area, thank ICE for your Thanksgiving holiday traffic alleviation and holiday travel capacity around the Charlotte area, if that is where you live.
Okay, so Don, this is your first time on the show.
You are a former Navy JAG officer.
You served at the Pentagon.
You were also a former special U.S. assistant attorney.
And so I wanted to talk with you.
You had sort of a perfect pedigree to talk about this fascinating video that is from the seditious six, as they have been called, by Pete Hegseth.
And in this video, we don't need to play the whole thing or any of it other than to effectuate that what they are doing is declaring that members of the military and intel services stop following orders from the commander-in-chief and from the Pentagon.
And we've read American law and we've read some of the military law live on air.
That doesn't seem, doesn't seem legal.
It doesn't seem something that is smart to do.
And it seems very insurrection-y to us, but we're not the experts.
Don, you are.
So what's your take on this?
Well, first off, let's be clear.
The commander-in-chief, the president of the United States has the constitutional authority to protect American lives and property on the high seas.
It goes all the way back to Thomas Jefferson with the Barbary Wars when he sent the Navy and the Marine Corps into the Mediterranean when the Barbary pirates were attacking American shipping.
Abraham Lincoln seized the RMS Trent, a British mail ship, because it had a Confederate sympathizer.
And Franklin Roosevelt issued shoot-on-kill orders to the Navy in the Atlantic before Pearl Harbor when we were protecting convoys against German U-boats.
Of course, Reagan sent troops into Grenada, George H.W. Bush into Panama, and even Bill Clinton issued a naval blockade of Haiti.
So it is constitutionally proper for the President of the United States under his authority as commander-in-chief to protect Americans on the high seas.
Now, listen, these ding bad Democrats know about as much of the Constitution or the UCMJ as I know about speaking Mandarin or Chinese.
They know nothing.
The issue with Mark Kelly, he's a Navy captain, and the UCMJ, which is the criminal code for the military, adopted and signed in 1950 by President Eisenhower, passed by Congress, allows Mark Kelly and anyone else who was a retiree to be brought back up, investigated, and prosecuted for violations of the UCMJ.
And there are about five or six here.
So I'm glad to see my friend Pete Hedges take action here.
I hope that we're going to see more substantive action.
It is the height of their responsibility.
They're putting American lives in danger by encouraging sailors and Marines and airmen not to follow orders.
It's the most despicable thing I've seen of many despicable things that Democrats have done for political gain.
So since you were a JA lawyer, I mean, we've all seen a few good men, right?
Like I'm sure you were Tom Cruise.
Well, yeah, you can see the resemblance, right, Manny?
Get mixed up all the time with Tommy.
You know, that's right.
I can say, you know, I can see it, man.
He's reminded everybody about that.
You're going to be in the next mission impossible, bro.
Go ahead.
There's got to be like, you know, could you break it down like you would for a very trusted and very loyal Labrador, somebody who doesn't know the military code, probably frontwards and backwards, like you?
Right.
What military code laws were broken?
What would charges look like against Mark Kelly, for instance, senator from Arizona, in this case?
Like, how would you prosecute this case?
Okay, first off, because Mark Kelly is a retiree and as the Navy captain is entitled to pay, not every veteran can be called back for prosecution, but retirees can.
So Article 2 of the UCMJ allows us to call him back to investigate him or violate an UCMJ.
There are about six different articles.
The one that comes to mind first is Article 94, which present prevents mutiny and sedition.
Sedition basically is when a member of the armed forces or a retiree encourages the disobedience of civilian authority.
And of course, Article 2 of our Constitution makes the president the commander-in-chief.
You can't do that.
Article, it's just not just Article 94, but Article 88 prevents what we call disrespect or contempt against the Commander-in-Chief.
So as a member of the public, you can say whatever you want to say, but within the context of the military, you can't speak disrespectfully against income energy.
So he's looking at Article 88, Article 94.
There's the general article 134.
He's undermining good order and discipline.
I don't want to go too deep into the weeds, but those three in and of themselves are grounds for investigation, in my judgment, calling him back and subjecting him to what we call a general court-martial.
So then, what would happen in the court martial?
This is fascinating, by the way.
I'm very interested in this.
Could you explain what Mark Kelly would be facing?
Like, let's say that you were defending him and he was sitting in a room with you.
You know, you just explained three or four different rules in the UCMJ that he broke.
What penalties could he be facing?
Well, the president has said, I mean, theoretically, for sedition, you could go all the way to the death penalty.
That wouldn't happen here, but it is possible.
He could also be prosecuted for treason.
I didn't even go there.
That is giving aid and comfort to the enemy of an enemy of the United States, and these drug cartels are that.
But, you know, he's going to try to raise First Amendment types of defenses.
But the UCMJ was passed by Congress, and a number of these articles have been held to survive from constitutional standpoints.
What will happen is if, in fact, he's recalled, there will be an investigation, what we call an Article 32 investigation in the military.
That's kind of like a probable cause investigation where a commander will appoint an investigating officer to look at what he said and what the others have said and determine whether or not there's probable cause that he has violated one of the articles.
And I think that's a pretty easy go.
And then if the decision is made to prosecute him, there will be a general court-martial convening authority.
Could be the president or it could be a regional commander such as CENTCOM, you know.
and a number of them that could convene the court.
And then a jury would be selected and a trial would take place to determine whether or not there's been a violation.
But he could be called back up, forced back into uniform and face charges on this.
And I think, you know, we need to at least get this process into motion.
You just can't have members of the Congress trying to undermine a valid, you know, order from the president.
Listen, the whole idea of this unlawful orders, I mean, look, Obama, for example, used drones to kill American citizens in the Middle East.
Now, some of those American citizens might be shady, but they have constitutional rights.
Out on the high seas, these terrorists who are bringing fentanyl, which is a weapon of mass destruction into the nation, have zero constitutional rights.
And it isn't like the president's ordered some action against American citizens like Obama did when the Democrats sat back and said nothing.
So the whole notion that there's been something illegally ordered is ridiculous.
And when you press these Democrats, they can't even point to anything.
You flip this around.
So Mark Kelly is occupying what you would call the John McCain seat, right, from Arizona when Barack Obama was yeeting American citizen teenagers in Yemen with drones without a trial, which is, of course, prima facie illegal and unconstitutional.
Sorry, sir.
Even then, if John McCain had the bloody cheek and temerity to come out and say, stop following orders of the commander-in-chief, I would totally disavow that.
Right.
Like, I would view that as like something that is indefensible, frankly.
Argue that it's unconstitutional.
Bring an impeachment charge if you would like, if you feel that strongly about it.
But to make a video that says all of you people serving in the military, stop following orders of the commander-in-chief, yo, that's like, that's, I mean, I would never be down for that.
Like, under any circumstance, right?
Like, that's the destruction of the country.
That's the destruction of the military.
That's the end of the mill.
That's the end of military order.
And a lot of these guys are on nuclear submarines.
And a lot of these guys have nuclear, you know, nuclear weapons or F-22 Raptors, very dangerous weapons, could kick off World War II.
We have bases in every country around the world and guns pointed in every country around the world.
And if you start like decaying order, then you'll kick off a world war real fast and get a bunch of people killed.
Like if you start sending these messages to the American troops, I mean, it's totally, it's insanely dangerous and indefensible.
Yeah, it's an unconstitutional attack on the chain of command.
See, the chain of command is constitutionally authorized at Article II with the president's commander-in-chief.
And when you start undermining this chain of command, then you put American lives and other lives in danger.
And it's a reckless assault against good order and discipline.
What are you going to try to do?
You're going to try to find, you know, we have Democrats that serve in the military.
We have Republicans.
You're going to try to isolate the Democrats against Republicans on a nuclear submarine, on a trident-class submarine, or on USS Abraham Lincoln or whatever the shit might be.
That is what they're appearing to try to do.
And it's the most irresponsible thing I've ever seen a member.
Well, I won't say the most irresponsible, among the most irresponsible acts I've ever seen members of the United States Senate engage in.
Well, you know, I know that you were on for the Senate.
And I didn't want to give you an opportunity to talk to me about your race since this is our first time meeting here on this beautiful live stream digital format.
So the floor is yours, Don, before we.
Thank you.
I entered the race back in late February, early March, in large part because the current sitting senator, Tom Tillis, was undermining a number of the president's appointees.
And of course, I work very closely with the Secretary of War Pete Hedsef on some military issues.
We work very hard to try and secure a presidential pardon for Lieutenant Clinton Lawrence, who had been in, who had been in Leavenworth, charged under Obama's rules of engagement and convicted for quote-unquote murder because his folks had been in the firefight in Afghanistan.
So I got worked closely with Pete, believed that he's one of President Trump's best picks ever.
He's going to be the best Secretary of Defense, now Secretary of War ever.
And Tillis had promised to, if any nominees for the cabinet had come through the confirmation process that he would support that nominee, Pete came through the Senate Armed Services Committee and Tillis then still tried to tank the nomination.
So that's what kind of kicked me off in the race.
We've been in the race ever since then.
We're running on an America first agenda, I believe.
And I would love to see these Doge cuts eventually codified.
I think the president has done a brilliant job.
It's been the most brilliant execution of any administration in history in the first 300 days.
But our Republican Congress has got to step to the plate.
We still have a Department of Education that's got to go.
The IRS has got to go.
I'm running on what I call Benny a deep state reduction act.
One of the recommendations that Doge made is 300 of the 400 agencies have got to go.
We have got to take a meat cleaver to the deep state for two reasons.
Number one, because it's busting our national, you know, our national debt is going out of control because it is deep state.
If you cannot constitutionally defend an agency, three letter, four letter, five letter, it's got to go.
The Department of Education, of course, is under the crosshairs.
It's got to go.
FEMA was an absolute disaster here in Western North Carolina.
We still have people that are displaced.
That's got to go.
The Internal Revenue Service has got to go.
So I'm going to bring a meat cleaver approach to the United States Senate.
And we have to understand President Trump has been certainly the greatest president in our lifetime.
We have a thing called the 22nd Amendment in the Constitution, which means that at high noon on January 20th, 2029, we'll have another commander-in-chief.
We love JD Vance.
President Trump is Mount Rushmore quality for so many of the things that he's represented.
But whoever that president is, is not going to be President Trump.
And the Republican Congress has got to step up.
And Congress has to fulfill its constitutional role.
Listen, we have this deep state because Congress historically has abandoned its constitutional role.
You go back to Woodrow Wilson, then you go back with the world must be made safe to democracy.
We're not a democracy.
We're a constitutional republic.
You look at Franklin Roosevelt and the New Deal.
This administrative state exploded.
Then you go to Lyndon Johnson with the Great Society.
It exploded even more.
And then Obamacare.
Four major moves of Democratic Congresses is to put us in this position.
We've got to take out the deep state.
That's what I'll be committed to, and that's what I'm running on.
And I'm going to have the president's back.
And we're going to bring the torch of MAGA into the future, even after January of 2029.
It's going to be up to the United States Congress, our Republicans in Congress.
And that's what's driving me to run.
I can see it clearly.
Don Brown for the military tribunals for the deep state.
Now I can see the vision here.
I'm on board with Pete Hedgehog.
In Kelly's case, he should be ashamed of himself.
He, of all people, and it needs to take place as far as I'm concerned.
Ladies and gentlemen, you can follow Don right here on X. He's got 20,000 followers, and he is running again for Senate in the great state of North Carolina.
And boy, he's made quite a convincing case.
I've been watching the chat here.
Boy, this guy seems like a good old loyal American.
This is what one of our commenters said on Rumble.
And I'll tell you what, Don, you're welcome back anytime.
Thanks, man.
Thank you, Benny.
Come down to North Con.
We'll give you a tour.
We'd love to have you.
You're a celebrity down here.
So thanks for having me today.
And happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
As long as there's barbecue involved, brother, I'll be there.
You got it.
All right.
All right.
Godspeed.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you, brother.
Ladies and gentlemen, when the Christ child was given gifts, amongst them was gold.
And that's crazy because it was thousands of years ago.
It did happen.
It's all real.
The reason why that story matters today is because of our eternal salvation and our souls and the Christ child and his mission to save the world.
We believe in that mission.
But I am here for a moment to talk about gold because, well, gold had value then and it has value now.
I'm not sure that frankincense and myrrh have the exact same value today.
I'm sure they're cool.
I don't really know.
I wouldn't really know them if I saw them on a shelf.
But you'd know gold, baby.
Everything from the Oval Office to your own portfolio to gifts for the Christ child.
Ladies and gentlemen, gold has retained its value throughout all time and history.
You should pick yourself up some today.
Advantage Gold can help you do that.
Call now at 800,900, 8,000 and leave a voicemail with your email address, AdvantageGold.
We'll send you a gold investment kit.
That's a $49 value for free.
That's $800,900, $8,000.
Don't wait while the price of gold keeps climbing.
It's up exponentially.
It's just a great earner in the portfolio.
Ladies and gentlemen, go gold today.
Go gold today.
Move your 401k, IRA, or retirement count over tax and penalty free into physical precious metal.
Ladies and gentlemen, joining me right now to talk about maybe the probably the birth of Jesus Christ this holiday season and how to have a peaceful Thanksgiving table is my pastor who's been advising me on these things and his advice is great.
And well, I thought that we should share that with you since I love you, the chat.
Pastor Joe Harris from Calvary Chapel joins us live now.
Pastor Joe, what's up, man?
How you doing?
It is one of the most famous mustaches in all of Christendom is Pastor Joe's.
Every time I post a photo with him, I want to talk about the advancement of the kingdom of Christ.
But all the comment section wants to talk about is how Epic Joe's mustache is.
So I guess we might as well just be out with it, right?
Might as well just get it, you know, just talk about it up front.
Elephant in the room.
I mean, you've made my mustache famous.
So it's your post that I made it go viral.
So thank you for that.
So let's hear today.
So we are entering the holiday season.
This is a holiday season, obviously, where I think a lot of people lose touch and lose their peace.
A lot of times in these moments, you can also engage in fights and wars with family members and stress.
That stress has already hit the Johnson household this holiday season, where my wife and I both had to calm down on this stuff.
And so I wanted to bring you on for just some spiritual advice on the next couple months of what it's really about.
What are some of the better ways to find peace in this period?
Well, it's interesting.
We're going into Thanksgiving and the idea of peace.
I mean, a scripture that comes to mind actually is a scripture in Philippians that says, don't be anxious about anything, but in everything, present your requests to God with thanksgiving.
And then the peace of God, which trespasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
So, you know, I would start with that.
I mean, I know sometimes maybe it's differences of worldviews around the table that might cause some conflict.
And maybe that's what you're, you know, referring to.
But, you know, actually, when we were in Clemson the other day, somebody asked the same question to you.
They were asking, well, you know, how do we handle people of a different worldview, different belief system, you know, in our families?
And you had, you know, such an excellent answer to that question that, you know, basically who else is going to love them?
Who else is going to show them the love of Christ besides you?
So I think one of the ways to have peace around the table is to just think of yourself as being on mission.
You know, think of, I mean, you are a person that has the gospel of Christ in you.
You have experienced the love of God, forgiveness of sins through Jesus.
And, you know, for me personally, I've been converted by faith in Christ.
So I know what it's like to be different and that the grace of God can change anyone.
So I'm not going to, I'm going to have love in my heart for someone who's completely different from me.
I'm going to have hope for someone.
I'm not going to be hateful towards anyone.
I mean, if anything, we're the peacemakers.
We have the grace of God in us.
So that's a good question.
That's a good thought.
Good thing to consider.
So be at peace.
What about a scripture when it comes to with my wife and I?
Certainly there's plenty of people that can have worldview differences and that can cause stress around the holiday table, especially when there's been a box of wine drained, you know, in the fridge or a bottle of Carlo Rossi rolling around on the floor.
People can get to, you know, the feathers can fly.
The turkey can fly, you know, in those kind of situations.
With my wife and I, it's just the stress of the holiday season.
You know, everything from us having to host Thanksgiving dinner and all of the various things that have to happen in this next month, you know, traditionally when it comes to buying presents and the kids and the family members all coming in, who's staying where, who's doing what?
What about times when it doesn't include worldview conflict, but it really just includes extreme heightened stress, right?
That can really destroy the purpose of the season.
And how do you work yourself through that as a Christian?
Yeah, the message of the season is that Christ the king came to us with the utmost humility.
He laid down his life for us, served us.
I think one of the best ways to handle that is to just continue to think of yourself as a servant, to have humility.
I mean, for us, you know, the pressure is we set our own bar.
You know, we set a bar of pride, essentially, if we think we have to have the perfect Christmas, the perfect gifts, the perfect, you know, perfectly baked, you know, turkey.
So for us, it's almost, you know, we should think of ourselves as being humble servants.
We're serving our kids.
We're serving a table of food.
So, you know, if you humble, if we humble ourselves and serve others like Christ served us, then it keeps from, you know, us being deflated.
It actually takes the stress off, you know, if we don't have, you know, everything is not going to be perfect, right?
We are not perfect.
Jesus is the only perfect one.
There's going to be a dish that tastes bad.
There's going to be a present that's the wrong, you know, a sweatshirt that's the wrong size, a remote control car that doesn't work.
So it's put that pressure on ourselves.
I mean, Christmas is about humility.
Christmas is about serving.
Ultimately, it's about the grace of God that came to us to give us salvation through Jesus Christ.
So, you know, having that same humility as Christ had towards us is really, I think, the way to eliminate the pressure, the stress, because the stress is not on us.
The stress, you know, God carries our burden.
So just having faith, humility.
Well, as people are going through their breathing exercises in the kitchen, you know, in order to like calm down, right?
Or locking themselves in the pantry to get themselves together.
What would be a scripture that would roll through your mind in order to bring peace?
So having, well, really, the one I just started with was having gratitude and praying.
I mean, back in the day, we would have hit the whiskey bottle or, I mean, I would have in, you know, lit up a cigarette.
You know, that's kind of like before Christ.
But now there's new ways to cope with life and distress.
So, you know, by faith, right?
So we have, like he says here in Philippians, present your requests to God with gratitude.
So gratitude for everything, gratitude for our salvation, thankfulness for the health of our families, to have a roof over our head, to be in America, the land, the opportunity, the freedom we have.
We can say Christmas.
We can sing.
We can go to church, you know, and celebrate the gospel and sing about Jesus and like all the good things, just having gratitude and for what Christ has done and for what he's given us.
I mean, he's blessed us so much.
So, you know, just having that heart for God and a gratitude and prayer and, you know, obviously praying, praying in the spirit, just taking a moment to trust him by faith.
Yes.
I feel like, you know, I'm no expert on this, but I'm just observing anecdotally, but like our entire culture is just built on ingratitude and the desire for more.
And that seems like the least practiced virtue, man, is just having gratitude for what you've been given.
And there's a lot of consternation and anxiety right now in the job market and in the economy and, you know, with the administration.
And I feel like there's such a fleeting appreciation for how much you are required to just be thankful.
And I'm reading through Matthew right now and it's like Christ like talking about like, you know, yo, like the birds, like you're worth so much more than the birds.
Yeah.
And God loves them like a lot.
And you're worth so much more than these flowers that are just going to be thrown in the fire.
And they're beautiful.
Like they're more beautiful than Solomon ever was, you know, and you're worth so much more than that, in fact.
And so like, chill out, right?
Like give us this day our daily bread.
But nobody practices gratitude like at all.
Like it's the, it's the thing you see the very least, frankly, is people just being thankful.
Why is that?
I hate that.
You know, I think it's probably because of misunderstanding of the gospel.
You know, Jesus actually says we have every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms.
It's partly because of that.
And then it's partly because we want material things, you know, when like, let's say you travel to East Africa and you're like, I've been there several times doing missions and it's, they don't have the same American dream that we have.
You know, they don't have the same opportunities that we have.
They don't have the same material life that we have.
So a lot of times we don't realize that like we have everything we need in Christ.
And then the material things that he gives us, those things are, you know, just icing on the cake, essentially.
Those things are, they are blessings and material blessings, but they actually don't even compare with the with the spiritual blessings that we have in Christ.
So we have to keep the American dream in perspective.
I mean, we do have, you know, this amazing country with opportunity all around us.
And we are driven to succeed.
We're driven to have a house with cars and all of these things, family, two, you know, three kids and a dog, you know, but it has to stay within perspective because we already have everything we need.
We have, you know, eternal life.
Paul even would say, if I have food and clothing, I'll be content with that.
So the other things, the house, the career, the success, the followers, how many followers?
What do we, you know, all of those things are just secondary to the main thing of being right with God through Jesus Christ, through faith in Christ.
When we lose sight of the gospel and finding our fullness in Christ, and then we begin to be stressed, be empty and not have gratitude.
I mean, we should be actually, we should wake up every day and be grateful that we're not going to hell.
We should be grateful that we have eternal life.
We should be grateful that we have breath in our lungs.
We have another day to breathe, another day to hug our families and hug our kids.
But we lose sight of the things that are truly important because of, honestly, because of the amazing, sometimes because of the amazing opportunities we have right in front of us materially, if that makes sense.
It does.
And, you know, it's something that I think a lot of people have been questioning, especially as we've watched at scale the largest martyrdom, I think, that any of us will ever witness, which is Charlie Kirk dying for his beliefs.
You know, no man dies for a lie.
Charlie died for the truth.
And, you know, we've sort of had a front row seat to all of that.
It's been a wild and shocking spiritual moment, I think, for many in the country.
What's been your take on what's been happening in America?
Like, how is God working right now through that?
I think it's been a spiritual awakening, to be honest.
I think people are searching.
People are asking questions.
Why did someone have to die so young?
People even ask those questions like, well, if God is good, why does someone, you know, why does a good person die young like that?
You know, but it's actually a picture of the crucifixion of Christ.
It's a picture of the martyrdom of Stephen.
And, you know, I think if you were to ask Charlie Kirk, even in this moment, would he change anything?
I don't think he would.
You know, I think we have to look at the situation and see, man, God used the death, an untimely death.
Yes, it's a tragic death.
It's untimely.
But it caused a revival.
It caused hundreds of thousands of young people to question and to say, I believe, to say, I'm going to read the Bible for the first time and to wake up.
I think the hard part is, is you see a lot of people just say they believe in God, but yet aren't finding a good Bible teaching church and finding the true gospel.
That's the hard part is people want to be the voice of Charlie Kirk, but Charlie Kirk would always say, the most important thing is your faith, your relationship with Jesus Christ.
So I don't want to lose sight of that with Charlie.
That was his legacy is a legacy of faith.
And he did love politics.
He loved the country.
He loved conservative thought and all those things are good.
But he would always say the most important thing is your personal relationship with Jesus.
So I just hope that message continues.
I'm thankful you've given me opportunities to pray at some of these turning point events and keeping faith really the priority.
But that's my take on it is like, let's not lose the main thing.
Let's not lose faith while we die for the country, right?
Let's continue to keep the main thing, seeking first the kingdom of God and the gospel and a relationship with Jesus Christ.
And then loving our country, those are great things.
It's a good thing.
And we need to fight for that for our posterity, for posterity and for our legacy.
But the main thing is that legacy of faith, right?
Yes.
Yes, that's right.
Nations come and go.
There's always a churning of the wheel.
There are things outside of our control.
It's all in God's control, but Christ remains eternal and the same.
And so in conclusion, Pastor, what would be your message this Christmas season just to realign the Christians watching and maybe some people who are on the fence about like, what is what is Christmas?
Exactly.
It's the message of salvation.
God, you know, for God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
Think if you could find a, if you're not in a solid Bible teaching church that really has, you know, conservative theology saying that like you actually believe that Jesus is fully God, that he is, um, was perfect, that he was born of a virgin, those are important doctrines.
So get to a Bible-believing church that teaches the gospel.
But, you know, for men, especially, be the spiritual leader of your home.
Read the Christmas story.
Believe.
You know, don't just read it, but believe.
Give thanks to God with your family.
Pray.
Give thanks for the gospel that God came to save us, that Jesus, he was born in a manger, but he lived a perfect life, died sacrificially, rose from the grave, right, to defeat sin and death for us so that whoever believes can have eternal life.
That's the Christmas story.
That's what it's about, that God came to save us and that people who believe in Jesus can have that eternal life.
So celebrate Christmas and keep that meaning central, the actual Christmas story of Jesus and read the story, pray to Jesus, trust in Jesus as your savior.
Call your kids to believe in Jesus and celebrate the true literal risen king, right, that came to save us and worship him somewhere with other believers who believe in king Jesus, that he is the one who all holds all things together and he is the eternal king, the king of kings, and live for him, walk with him, and worship him, right?
Just like the wise men did in Christmas.
We worship him the same way because we know he's the eternal God.
I mean, I would never call myself wise, but maybe in this circumstance, it would be merited because that is what we intend on doing in the Johnson household.
If you are a wise man, you should take that advice.
And it's what the wise men did in the earliest, in the first Christmas, and it's what wise men do now, 2,000 plus years later.
Wise men also follow Joe Harris, Pastor Joe Harris here on X. Here we go.
Pastor Joe Harris of Calvary Chapel here in South Tampa.
He's my pastor.
And, you know, I think he's, you know, whatever, wherever you are in your faith journey, you'd find rock solid advice and sound Christian doctrinal principles from his page.
You should follow him.
And if you're in Tampa, you should come join us at Calvary Chapel.
Thank you, Pastor.
Thanks, Benny.
It's a pleasure, man.
Godspeed.
All right, you too.
See you soon.
Say Godspeed.
You know, I always say Godspeed.
And it's like, well, it's your pastor.
You really mean it.
It's like, great.
It's been a rowdy show.
Like, we didn't plan on rolling for two hours here on the show, but why not?
Why not?
Plenty of good interviews and plenty of fun to be had here up against the holiday season.
I know everybody has got travels ahead.

Ladies and gentlemen, I need I'm gonna need to go clear my throat.
And I've been holding it down.
I've been holding it down this entire show.
But boy, those kids have got me got me sick as a dog.
I'm so glad I'm not traveling.
Holy smokes.
Gotta have some chicken noodle soup tonight and go to bed early.
Woof.
Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, let's go ahead and let's go ahead and check the polls.
Peace on Earth from Polymarket.
Let's rock and roll.
We want peace on Earth.
Boy, it'd be nice to have in time for Christmas the odds of a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire in 2025 on Friday.
Goodness, 25% at 15%.
Okay.
You got to just like obviously blend the numbers here.
20% and 25%.
What are the odds of a Russia-Ukraine ceasefire?
A Christmas ceasefire, a Thanksgiving ceasefire.
Didn't we have one of those in World War I?
We did.
The great Thanksgiving ceasefire in World War I where both sides went and played soccer together or something like that.
A Christmas or Thanksgiving ceasefire.
That'd be beautiful to see.
Amazing how Ukraine and Russia during World War I they were also fighting.
Then in World War II, these are such ancient eternal battles with these blood feuds, tribal blood feuds.
We want nothing to do with it.
Be done with it.
We don't want to fund it.
We don't want more death.
Let's have peace on earth, please.
And then let's focus on our own country.
Damn it.
Nice.
Okay.
Thank you, Polymarket, for these encouraging odds.
I would love to see it.
Ladies and gentlemen, again, I'd love to see you have Christmas ornaments on your Christmas tree.
You can go to Shop Benny and go pop the URL up one more time.
You can go to the Benny store and order yours.
We are shipping out thousands of them per day.
It's amazing.
We make virtually no money off $5.
I mean, what can you do?
Right?
Like, that's not the point.
That's not the point of this.
The point of these ornaments is to bring cheer and warmth and liveliness and joy throughout the nation to make sure that you have a fun to make sure that you have something fun to put on your tree.
And I do have one final.
I do have a here.
Here we go.
From Debbie Summers.
Debbie Summers.
I don't know if you're watching.
Debbie Summers sent in such beautiful photos of her tree.
I'm sending them to you, Klein.
Yeah, email.
Here we go.
Klein, I wanted to do this.
I wanted to do more of this.
I'm so sorry that we have had a crazy week.
But here we go.
Debbie Summers writes, Hi, Benny.
My husband and I retired and we want you every day.
We saw the Christmas ornaments that you are selling and we decided that they would be perfect for our little Charlie Brown Christmas tree.
And she asks, How did we do?
Well, Debbie, we're going to throw your Christmas tree right up on the show here.
And you can see for yourself.
Probably best not to, probably best not to put up your email.
Fine.
There you go.
Okay.
Here we go.
We can grab the, yeah, you email Klein directly.
That's fine.
And here they are, ladies and gentlemen.
These are beautiful.
These are beautiful Christmas.
They're incredible.
We love them.
Look at that.
She's got the Melania.
She's got the bomber.
They look great.
And the JD sitting there on the bow.
We love it.
Thank you, Debbie.
Summers, this is from Debbie Summers.
Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas from Debbie Summers.
God bless you.
And we will bless you with a final verse of the day here, Thanksgiving 2025.
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances.
This is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 5:16.
Yes, rejoice always and pray continually and give thanks in all circumstances.
A happy Thanksgiving to you.
And may God bless you in this great American tradition, this beautiful holy day here in America, where we give thanks for God's providence on our great land, the greatest country on earth.
It's your boy Betty.
Happy Thanksgiving.
See ya.
Guess what day?
Guess what?
Guess what?
I'll tell you the tale of a strong turkey.
Someone called P. John.
We need more stuffing.
Stuff him high, stuff him low.
Stuff that turkey.
We're gonna need more stuffing.
But guess what?
Guess what?
Everything will be okay.
Guess what day, what day it is?
in the sea, all owned by the oldest kings.
And the dying legacy, media deal weeds.
Soon will the penny show come to mind the salt from Lives for Fun.
Leave the gold and bring the gun.
