Now, a federal judge has denied the DOJ's request to release the Jeffrey Epstein grand jury transcripts.
Lucas Tomlinson is live in Washington with all the details.
Hi, Lucas. | ||
Well, good early morning to Carly and Todd.
A federal judge in Florida has denied one of three Justice Department requests to unseal grand jury records tied to Jeffrey Epstein, according to documents released yesterday.
According to Judge Robin Rosenberg, quote, 11th Circuit federal appeals court law does not permit this court to grant the government's request.
The court's hands are tied.
Appoint the government concedes.
Now, Judge Robin Rosenberg was appointed by Barack Obama in 2014.
She says only narrow exemptions permit the release of such documents.
And as you mentioned off the top, Trump's Deputy Attorney General could meet Galene Maxwell as soon as today.
Her lawyer welcoming the meeting posting on X quote, no previous prosecutor from the Southern District of New York or elsewhere has had the courage to meet with Ms. Maxwell and ask her these important questions.
So we are grateful to Mr. Blanche and his DOJ that they are approaching this with an open mind.
That's how our system is supposed to work.
Maxwell could be meeting with more people as well.
The Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee announcing he has issued a subpoena for a deposition.
James Comer says, quote, while the department undertakes efforts to uncover and publicly disclose additional information related to your and Mr. Epstein's cases, it is imperative that Congress conduct oversight of the federal government's enforcement of sex trafficking laws generally and specifically its handling of the investigation and prosecuting of you and Mr. Epstein.
And that deposition would take place in Tallahassee, where Ms. Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year sentence.

|
Is this the man who you certainly is?
You have testified that he choked you and he beat you.
I got something to say. | ||
And then I ain't gonna say no more.
Why is it so riveting? | ||
Why am I sitting there, Klein?
I'm like, well, what's she gonna say?
Did we get a fooling feature on that?
This is to kill a mockingbird, maybe to kill a mocking Bill.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's happening and things are getting spicy around here.
Thursday, July 24th, 2025.
Bill and Hillary Clinton finally have been dragged into a scandal of their own making.
There's nobody who made Jeffrey Epstein more than the marks of Bill and Hill.
Nobody has more to hide on this issue, and we can prove it to you.
They've finally been subpoenaed by the U.S. House of Representatives.
We'll have Jim Jordan joining the show very soon, actually, to talk about it.
And trust me, we will ask.
Votes to subpoena Bill and Hillary.
Over links to Jeffrey Epstein as DOJ meets with Jelaine Maxwell, a meeting that is happening right now.
And I want to order my producers to be on Maxwell Watch.
I want every bit of information, every scintilla of what's happening right now in Tallahassee, the federal courthouse.
There will be a meeting happening today and may well be happening right now.
Maxwell's lawyer is there.
Todd Blanche is the Deputy Attorney General, and he's going to be meeting with Jelaine Maxwell today in order to depose her.
Jelaine Maxwell has also been sent a subpoena by the House.
That's for August 11th.
So things are happening.
The wheels of justice are moving.
And man, there's so much panic inside of the Obama world.
Let me tell you what, James Clapper.
James Clapper straight up says, I'm going to flip.
It's wild. | ||
I think they got rats. | ||
They got rats in their ship.
People are going to flip on Obama.
Get ready, man. | ||
Obama better be getting his paddleboard ready in Martha's Vineyard.
Get scooting off the shore.
General Flynn told us they should seize his passport because Obama will flee.
Ladies and gentlemen, a strike force has been announced in order to assess evidence publicized by Tulsi Gabber.
We're going to talk about what a strike force means.
But the TLDR is that a strike force is an operation inside of the FBI that is intended on swift legal action and fact-finding in order to elicit immediate justice.
It is what you would think about a strike force in military terms.
Fast movement. | ||
Very heavy hitters. | ||
Door kickers. | ||
Right? | ||
Bomb throwers. | ||
The strike force is something that is not often used, and we're going to explain what it is and how it's going to work against a very, very nervous group of individuals.
So Barack Obama, James Comey, James Clapper, John Brennan, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton.
The wheel of time turns and it is a flat circle.
Here we go. | ||
Chairman Jim Jordan on the show.
Also Chip Roy on the show.
Also Representative Mark Harris on the show.
Three members of Congress.
Big news out of Congress and we are locked and loaded.
My name is Benny Johnson and this is the Benny Show.
Why are we locked and loaded?
Well, we eat our protein.
How do I eat my protein? | ||
Well, oftentimes chicken, sometimes steak.
The best way to have it, man, is with some masa chips.
Dude, the other night, do I have a photo?
Text Kate. | ||
Ask Kate to send the photo of what she made one night ago.
I asked her for a photo, actually, and I'm sorry that I don't have it for you right now.
It was an amazing dish. | ||
It was like this bunch of grilled meats, and then it was masa chips.
And the masa chips were delicious.
And we don't have chips or snacky stuff in my household.
My wife's very, very particular.
Masa chips are for real on my table nearly every night, if they're available at all, because my kids snack them incessantly.
The reason why is that there are no seed oils.
They're organic. | ||
They're just made of corn, sea salt, and beef tallow.
100% real, God-created elements that grow from the ground.
That's why they taste so good, why you don't feel bloated or sick or like you've just eaten a plate of oil after eating them.
If you've gone down this path of cutting seed oils out of your diet, man, when you start eating seed oils, it feels like you're licking an oil slick.
It's yucky. | ||
It's bad. | ||
Dude, go live the healthy way.
Go live like a caveman. | ||
Masa chips, man, is for me and for my family.
They're delicious. | ||
Masa chips, beloved by tens of thousands of customers.
They've been endorsed by industry-leading health and nutrition experts like RFK Jr.
Ready to give Masa a try?
You should go to masachips.com slash Benny.
Go to masachips.com slash Benny.
Use code Benny for 25% off your first order.
They're very, very tasty.
Masachips.com slash Benny.
Code Benny for 25% off your order.
Okay. | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, let's lock and load.
I got this Kevin Spacey clip that I find so interesting.
It's a very unique clip.
This is a clip that's going to blow your mind.
We got these photos of Kevin Spacey and Julene Maxwell on the throne, on the Queen's throne.
Shall we get them? | ||
Yeah, let's get them and toss them up.
I want to like establish something for you here, which is that the Epstein rabbit hole goes just so much deeper than you could possibly imagine.
And we all know how creepy the Clintons were in Haiti, the Clinton Foundation, what they were doing, the child sex trafficking and everything.
It's like so dirty. | ||
It's so filthy. | ||
We've had experts on the show talking about it at length, but let's just say the Clintons are very dark, sick, and sinister people.
And they have very creepy personal lives.
And there was a trip for the Clinton Foundation, a humanitarian trip to Africa.
And they just happened to be using Jeffrey Epstein plane.
No relation, I'm sure. | ||
Bill Clinton had to go speak in England, so they went through the Buckingham Palace and sat on the king and queen's throne.
Would you look at that? | ||
There it is. | ||
Who's that? | ||
Well, it's the person that the DOJ will be meeting with today.
Hopefully they'll ask about this photo.
The other person is Kevin Spacey.
So you have Jeffrey Epstein's Madame flying Bill Clinton and Kevin Spacey and some other Hollywood celebrities around the world for the Clinton Foundation to go help the children.
Huh. | ||
Oh, okay. | ||
Got it. | ||
And here's Kevin Spacey proving that Kevin Spacey was, well, let's just call it what it is.
He's an Academy Award winner.
He's an Oscar winner. | ||
He's somebody who has, you know, obviously A-list Hollywood fame, especially when this photo was being taken.
unidentified
|
He's the A-list of the A-list.
This is well documented.
Financier Jeffrey Epstein once flew Bill Clinton and Kevin Spacey to Africa.
Oh, wow. | ||
What happened on that trip exactly?
Well, Kevin Spacey, in an act of bravery, I think you could call it, did a not so well-publicized interview with Piers Morgan.
It's a fascinating interview.
Where Kevin Spacey decided to explain what happened on that plane.
This is a remarkable moment, and it's worth examining and re-examining from a moral standpoint and from the standpoint of like, what exactly was Bill Clinton doing with Jeffrey Epstein?
Let's let somebody who is a first-hand witness explain.
Go. | ||
unidentified
|
In 2015, I started seeing reports online, things on my Twitter account that I had flown to this guy, Jeffrey Epstein's island, and I had abused young girls.
And I was like, I mean, if you'd asked me in 2015, maybe even if you'd asked me in 2002, did I know a guy named Jeffrey Epstein?
I probably would have said no.
Well, of course, I have since learned who he is, and I have since been able to go back and find out that the airplane that we flew on for this humanitarian mission was owned by Jeffrey Epstein.
And to then learn, oh, he was actually on some of those flights.
And this Maxwell woman was on some of those flights.
I didn't know him. | ||
I've never spent any time with him.
I was with the Clinton Foundation people.
That's who I was with. | ||
Now, what I understand is that he didn't start to be investigated until 2005 by authorities in Florida.
So here's what I can tell you.
This Maxwell woman, she was one of many people that sat down next to me in that throne room.
I have no relationship with her.
I had no relationship with him.
I mean, he's not my friend.
I'm not a confidant. | ||
I've never spent time with him.
And interestingly, I will say this.
I was very fortunate that President Clinton introduced me a lot of business leaders in London because he knew I was coming to the Old Vic.
And I developed relationships with Robert Earle, Pula Ladobovich, Robert Earl, a lot of wonderful people, Richard Caring, people who supported the work that we did at the Old Vic and gave money to us.
Do you know who I never asked for anything?
Was Jeffrey Epstein. | ||
I didn't want to be around this guy because I felt he put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls.
And we were like, who is this guy?
So I will say this. | ||
So young girls on those...
Oh, yeah. | ||
You can almost see the exact moment where Kevin Spacey, if you would load it as a play beside, please, and you can pause it, you can see the exact moment when Kevin Spacey said too much.
I'm proud of Kevin Spacey.
I'm glad he said this. | ||
Thanks. | ||
Maybe he's one of the few people who's actually been honest here.
Right near the very end, Killer Klein.
You can see Kevin Spacey's like, ah, did I just tell the truth there?
I'm angry at Jeffrey Epstein because he put the president in peril.
Well, what peril did he put him in?
There were all these teeny girls on the flight, you know?
And now you know, I'm not saying that Kevin Spacey is a good man.
I'm not saying that Jelene Maxwell deserves to be out of prison.
I think they're all monsters.
I think they all, quite frankly, deserve jail for the rest of their lives.
And Jeffrey Epstein deserved to be rotting in prison as well.
And he should have been, were it not for our Intel agencies springing him to go abuse and torture children at the protection, with the full protection of the federal government.
What I am glad for, though, here is the desperation of Kevin Spacey in order to simply tell us the truth, in order to clear his own name.
Kevin Spacey has very publicly, let me grab that tweet, very publicly called for the release of all Epstein documents.
I think that that's honorable.
Kevin Spacey says there's a bunch of teeny little girls that came running out of the plane as soon as it got airborne.
What? | ||
That he's angry. | ||
He was angry at Jeffrey Epstein because Bill Clinton was enjoying it a lot.
Huh? | ||
There's photos and videos I can't show you because they're, well, let's just say that the people who own them are quite litigious.
But there are verified photos and videos of Bill Clinton getting massages, standing on the plane with Jelaine Maxwell on the plane manifest.
And we know as a matter of fact that every time that Bill Clinton flew on this plane, he dumped his secret service.
He said, screw you guys.
You're not allowed to be on this plane with me.
Very unique and precarious situation here.
Here's Spacey. | ||
Release the Epstein files, all of them, for those of us with nothing to fear.
The truth can't come soon enough.
I hate to make it about me, but the media already has, says Kevin Spacey.
This is seen by 18 million people.
That's gone viral. | ||
Spacey repeats and confirms it at the end, says producer ALX.
This was a request that I had right before the show started because I just can't believe that this clip is real.
Has anybody ever done a follow-up with Kevin Spacey on this?
We'll get to our news. | ||
I know that we're just vamping here, but like maybe you haven't seen this because, well, they've tried as hard as they possibly can to bury this when it had to do with Bill Clinton and when it has to do with Dershowitz or whatever Democrat billionaire was entangled with Epstein.
Bill Gates, you know, for instance.
Reid Hoffman. | ||
They love to bury these things when it's them.
But as soon as Donald Trump's name gets dragged through the mud on this, well, then it's a ravenous, psychotic, little rabies frothing at the mouth attack, you know, on every bit of morsel we can get from Epstein.
Oh, look, there's a photo of Epstein at Trump's wedding.
Well, we already knew that.
All that was already public.
They keep publishing these like, oh, look, Trump flew on Epstein's jet one time down to Palm Beach.
Well, yeah, we already knew that.
That's been public for years, bro.
Like, stop running these, like, bombshells as though, like, nobody knew about this stuff.
You're finding something new.
It's really, you're embarrassing yourself.
This, now, this is new. | ||
And what's more important about these kind of trips and these kind of stories is that this stuff is happening after Jeffrey Epstein was a convicted sex predator.
You do understand, you do have to break it down into two different eras.
There's the Jeffrey Epstein running the op, the Intel op era, wormholing his way into powerful society, of which President Trump was clearly a part of.
And then there's the convicted sex predator era.
Now that's the era where Reid Hoffman, Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, that's the era where all those guys snuggle up or continue to snuggle up to Epstein.
There is a marked moment.
The moment is 2007 and 2008.
Point being that you have here on tape, Kevin Spacey saying that there were a bunch of teeny little girls that come running out of the plane.
Is this just that 11 seconds?
Let's listen to it one more time, just in case you missed it.
unidentified
|
Here we go. | |
I felt he put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls.
And we were like, who is this guy?
So I will say this. | ||
There were young girls on those flights.
There were young girls on those flights.
Yeah. | ||
Executive producer ALX tells me that Piers asks further follow-up questions and he just confirms there were just these young girls that come prancing out of the plane as soon as they take off.
Now, ask yourself two real very important questions.
One, what would you do if your buddy had a private jet and you got on it and as soon as it took off, a bunch of little girls came out in their underwear?
Like, what the hell would you do?
I'd probably be convicted of murder or, you know, I'd be acquitted actually by a Florida jury, I assure you of that, because I'd throw him out of the plane while it's flying.
That's what I'd do. | ||
You know, I would like use Starlink to call the authorities wherever we were landing to have my buddy arrested, obviously.
I would be morally repulsed.
I would start to fight. | ||
I would realize that like my life is in jail, that this is so evil and deplorable and morally wrong that I needed to get off the plane no matter what.
I'd pull a 9-11 hijacker.
I'd run into the cockpit.
Land now. | ||
I mean, what would you do?
What would any moral, normal person do?
What does it say about Bill Clinton, these Hollywood elites, the Clinton Foundation executives, that they were totally down with this?
That this was what they wanted, in fact.
This wasn't the bug. | ||
It was the feature of using Jeffrey Epstein's plane.
You understand that when this trip had taken place, we already have the manifest.
We have the documents. | ||
Please put them up. | ||
We have the manifest from the flight logs.
We can show you the flight logs.
We can show you Bill Clinton dumping his Secret Service and using Epstein's plane to fly all over the world.
His name's right there, and these are just the ones that are publicly available.
They've been available for years.
They've been available for a very, very long time.
So we'll always show you the original documents.
You can see the logs here.
Bill Clinton flew on Sex Offenders much more than previously known.
But it's worth asking. | ||
Nobody had any moral compunction to say, oh, these teeny little dancing girls, like, those are bad.
We shouldn't, like, that, we shouldn't do this.
You know how big this jet is?
You know, this jet's the size of an Air Force One jet, right?
You know, it's a huge jet.
There were compartments in the jet.
We have a tour of the jet, in fact.
There's an old video where I think it was VH1.
I'm not sure. | ||
ALX can grab it. | ||
Where they do a tour of the jet.
And the jet is like all these private bedrooms.
It's disgusting. | ||
It's sick. | ||
Okay? | ||
It's sick. | ||
And so this is why it's important to make a distinction about Bill Clinton versus Donald Trump.
Of course, also, Donald Trump was like a what?
Reality TV host at the time?
Bill Clinton was the former president.
There it is. | ||
Bill Clinton was the former president.
Look at the size of that thing.
It's an Air Force One jet.
These things cost like $80,000 an hour to operate.
How'd you get so much money exactly?
Where's the money come from?
Can anybody explain? | ||
Where's the money come from?
unidentified
|
Hmm. | |
$80,000 an hour. | ||
Just in fuel and operation licenses to fly these suckers.
Where's that money come from?
unidentified
|
Exactly. | |
Yep. | ||
All these little private compartments, all these little bedrooms.
Everyone wondering what the hell went on there.
Well, let's just go ahead and talk to the people who were on that jet.
Kevin Spacey says, yeah, you know, a bunch of little girls come dancing out, come prancing out.
And I thought it was really bad look for Bill Clinton.
Yeah, okay. | ||
Here's what's also a very bad look for Bill Clinton.
The news of the morning.
Bill Clinton has been subpoena.
Thank the Lord and Hillary Clinton over links to Epstein and Jelaine Maxwell.
Let's read. | ||
House Oversight Panel Subcommittee voted to subpoena Bill and Hillary Clinton on Wednesday over their allegations to notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, Jelaine Maxwell.
Scott Perry introduced the motion, friend of the show, kick-ass dude from Pennsylvania, introduced the motion for subpoena during federal law enforcement subcommittee hearing, and it was approved by Republican-led panel.
No roll call vote taken.
The Clintons and several former top Justice Department officials, like Comey, who gave, by the way, FCE has a sweetheart deal.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland.
These are the people who were part of the actual cover-up.
Bill Barr, Jeff Sessons, and Alberto Gonzalez, somebody that we've been mentioning and name-dropping on this program, were all included in the list of subpoenas sought by Perry to expand the full committee's investigation into Jelaine Maxwell.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said he would need to formally issue the subpoenas to the Clintons and others, be compelled to provide testimony and documents to the panel.
Subpoena will be issued in the future, spokesperson for this House Committee told the Post.
The former president acknowledged in his 2004 book, My Life After the White House, that he flew aboard Epstein's private plane in connection with the work for the Clinton Global Initiative.
I wish I had never met him, Clinton wrote of Epstein.
Really, Bill. | ||
Adding that traveling on his plane was not worth the years of questions afterward.
The former president, who has not been accused of any wrongdoing in the Epstein case, except for by the original source documents of the depositions of the abused women, I can't believe they write this kind of stuff.
I'll show you. | ||
I'll show you the documents myself.
Okay, here we go. | ||
According to the visitor logs, Epstein visited the White House at least 17 times, beginning shortly after Clinton was sworn into office.
Wow, wow, wow. | ||
Would you look at that? | ||
17 times. | ||
That's a lot of visits. | ||
Subcommittee also approved a measure during Comer to subpoena the Justice Department for the release of the communications between Biden administration officials in the Epstein case.
Subcommittee's actions come after Coma subpoenaed Maxwell, been serving 20-year prison sentence.
Deposition is scheduled for August 11 for Maxwell to be subpoenaed by Congress, but that conversation is happening right now with Maxwell and the Justice Department.
Very interesting, fascinating buildup to all of this.
I find this really amazing, and I have yet to punch it out into our X feed, but just musing off the top of the dome here.
How often has Bill and Hillary Clinton been interviewed on MSNBC and CNN?
You know, it feels like once a week, Hillary Clinton comes crawling up from some tunnel somewhere in New York and gives some mueling, bitching diatribe about the current administration.
They stole the election.
But I can't think of a single time that a single on-air reporter on Live TV or pre-recorded has ever asked Bill Clinton or Hillary Clinton, who are often on air and often available for questions about Epstein.
Strange to me. | ||
They can't, they're just frothing at the mouth like raven, like ravenous dogs going after President Trump about this.
Every detail of President Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein is being overturned and looked at and being published in lurid detail.
Yes, Trump the thespian and the poet writing about Epstein, his sweet nothings to Epstein and painting him pictures.
That's definitely Donald Trump.
That's the my red button is bigger than yours.
Kill all the terrorists, you dumb bastards.
These are just quoting Trump's book on social media.
That sounds just like him, right?
Nobody's ever asked the Clintons about this.
Isn't that strange? | ||
unidentified
|
Isn't it a little odd to you?
Peculiar? | ||
We have just little scraps here and there, okay?
Here's a couple of scraps.
Bill Clinton has a painting hanging inside of Jeffrey Epstein's mansion.
In fact, it's the most expensive mansion in all of New York.
It's the largest single townhome in all of New York.
Jeffrey Epstein owned it.
He was leasing it from the State Department.
Do you know that? | ||
The State Department seized this building from Iran during Iran-Contra from the Iranian government, started leasing it to Jeffrey Epstein.
State Department, your landlord?
It's a little weird, a little confusing.
And inside of that building is this painting.
There was not an oil painting of President Trump.
There was an oil painting of Bill Clinton wearing a DNA-stained dress.
For those of you who know, you know.
Bill Clinton liked him young.
This is according to the deposition of some of the abused women.
Maybe you don't like it, but maybe you're upset about this, but I don't care.
This is what's in black and white.
These are the court documents from Jelaine Maxwell's civil trial that was released about a year ago.
Did Jeffrey ever talk to you about Bill Clinton?
Yeah, he said he liked him young.
You know, Donald Trump's mentioned in these documents, and none of the, like, Donald Trump's mentioned because everybody keeps asking about him.
And all the, you know, women, the trafficked women are like, who?
What? | ||
No. | ||
Huh? | ||
What? | ||
No. | ||
That's every single answer.
You can go through them yourself.
There's hundreds of documents, thousands of documents that were released about a year ago.
Very strange. | ||
There's this peculiar clip from Project Veritas where this reporter, Amy Rohrbach, explains that she's been trying to get the Epstein story up and out on ABC News.
And that according to the victims and the victim statements, she had everyone.
Now, there's a name missing from her list.
That name is Donald Trump.
But the name that's on the list is Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton.
And she says something else.
We had photos. | ||
We had videos. | ||
We had all the girls talking to us.
We had everyone. | ||
The Clintons. | ||
That's what she says. | ||
Don't tell me that Amy Rohrbach is some like MAGA right-wing Republican.
She's not. | ||
This was the most authoritative voice on ABC News at the time saying this off camera.
I've had the story for three years.
I've had this interview with Virginia Roberts.
We would not put it on the air.
First of all, I was told who's Jeffrey Epstein.
No one knows who that is.
This is a stupid story. | ||
Then the palace that we had her whole applications about Prince Andrew.
And that's a million different ways.
we wouldn't be able to interview Kate and Will, that also quashed the story.
And then Alan Dershowitz was also implicated in'cause of the planes.
She told me everything.
She took pictures. | ||
Everything. | ||
She was hiding for two years.
We convinced her to come out.
We convinced her to talk to us.
It was unbelievable. | ||
Everything. | ||
I tried for three years to get it on to no avail, and now it's all coming out.
And it's like these new revelations, and I freaking had all of it.
I'm so pissed right now.
Like, every day I get more and more.
Shockingly missing from this reporter's firsthand witness accounts of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes is the name Donald Trump.
Shockingly missing from all the Epstein testimony that has been released is named Donald Trump.
The federal government's attempt to release all of the witness statements yesterday was blocked by an Obama judge.
We'll see what happens in New York, but don't hold your breath.
Somebody who was holding their breath was Bill Clinton.
This one and single only time.
After this, we get to Jim Jordan.
I'm very excited to hear Jim Jordan's take on this and a number of other scandals that are embroiling right now.
We have Bill Clinton being asked by a young independent reporter.
I think just like a kid. | ||
I don't even know where the original video is from, but it's just like a dude in a handshake selfie line.
And Bill gets asked, this is the singular time.
Can you believe this? | ||
The only time that Bill Clinton has ever been asked about this on camera.
Tell me, how does this play for Bill Clinton go?
unidentified
|
Any comments on the allegation of your connection with Jeffrey Epstein?
Thank you. | ||
I got some more screws. | ||
You see that? | ||
You see that at the very end?
This is why you watch these things.
This is what we call weaponized autism here.
This is why you watch these things.
Look at them. | ||
Look at him go. | ||
Look at that. | ||
Look at that look back of Bill.
Look at that. | ||
Look at that glare. | ||
Oh, man. | ||
He's going, son, you're going to get a visit from Hillary in your federal penitentiary.
Goodness gracious. | ||
I think the evidence is clear.
Well, the evidence is that Jeffrey Epstein visited the White House 17 times, that Bill Clinton flew over 30 times on the Lolita Express, and that this Painting was hanging inside of Jeffrey Epstein's house.
It's a very unique relationship they must have had.
And according to Kevin Spacey, young girls came out and were there on the plane with Bill Clinton.
Kevin Space is a first-hand witness.
When are we going to subpoena him?
Let's ask. | ||
Let's ask the great Jim Jordan, a man who, of course, needs absolutely no introduction, joining us.
He's the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, and he's going to have, I think, quite a bit to say on this and many other issues.
Let's rock and roll. | ||
unidentified
|
Let's rock and roll. | |
Mr. Chairman, it's been a shockingly interesting news cycle here on so many fronts.
Yeah. | ||
And I don't even quite know where to begin, but since we're talking about the Jelaine Maxwell testimony and the subpoena from Congress, and then also the subpoena of Bill and Hillary Clinton by the Weaponization Subcommittee, maybe we should start there.
I feel like there's been a lack of curiosity about the relationship with Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein.
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of that.
What do you expect? | ||
Well, I think that that was included in the subpoena that came out of the subcommittee yesterday in Chairman Comer's full committee.
So I trust Jamie to deal with that subcommittee and what they decided.
I also trust the president and his team.
One of the things we're doing on our committee to, and this is just part of the annual trek that the Attorney General and the FBI Director make to Capitol Hill.
So we always have that hearing, that oversight hearing where you get the Attorney General and the FBI director to come speak in front of the Judiciary Committee.
So we've been working on that.
That will take place when we get back in September.
So a few weeks from now, we're going to have Pam Bondi in front of the committee where she'll be answering all kinds of questions.
I'm going to be probably focused on this whole Russia hoax stuff that we're now getting stuff from the Director of National Intelligence.
But she'll be available for all kinds of questions on a number of different topics and subjects, including the Epstein files, as will Cash Patel when we have him then the following week.
So we've been working on that.
It looks like that's going to be set for September.
And I think that's an opportunity for us to ask a number of questions on a number of important subjects.
You're sort of the master at seeing through the Fed subterfuge here and some of the language and the smokescreens.
You've asked some major questions about Epstein on our program before.
And so the floor is yours.
What would you like to see happen here as far as disclosure on this subject?
Because I hate seeing it spun into the next Russia-Russia.
I hate seeing it spun into partisan tack vectors.
I'd rather just have full transparency.
But your take on that. | ||
Yeah, I think it is partisan.
The obvious thing is where was the Biden Justice Department in the four years when they were in office?
And the Justice Department has indicated that they're going to talk with Ms. Maxwell and release certain material and working with the FBI and with the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General.
So like I said, I trust President Trump.
I trust his team. | ||
We've had a great relationship with the Justice Department.
I mean, it's been night and day dealing with Pam Bonnie, Todd Blanche, Cash Patel, Dan Bongino than it was trying to work with Merritt Garland and Chris Ray, for goodness sake.
And certainly much different than it was trying to ever work with Jim Comey way back when.
So again, I think we'll get answers when we have them in front of the committee, which is on this subject and a host of others.
We've got FISA reauthorization coming up, and we have this whole, where it all began, the real weaponization of government began, I believe, against President Trump back in 15, 16, 17, this timeframe that Tulsi has now given us some information and provided some, the, the, the, the, you know, what was sort of the catalyst for all the events that then unfolded that we were digging into.
I mean, the fact that they simply changed, manipulated, altered the intelligence community assessment, and it went right to the, to the White House as the reason for them making those changes, that's big.
That's big stuff. | ||
And then what happened, the events that happened after that, we're going to dig into all that.
Since you've been like a dog with a bone on this subject, Mr. Chairman, I'd love to get into that because obviously I think that is certainly the largest scandal in the history of the federal government.
Since you brought up Jim Comey, he was part of that subpoena yesterday.
I just want to ask a wrap-up on this.
You know, James Comey was part of this team at the FBI that gave Jeffrey Epstein this insane deal in Florida where the feds pretty much just let him walk and skate.
And it seems to be the problem, something that happened almost two decades ago.
And you had this same crew, this Robert Mueller crew.
He was part of the subpoena, but Alberto Gonzalez.
And during that time, and it seems like that's where the actual cover-up began.
And we've heard the Alex Acosta belonged to Intel.
We've obviously seen some of the FBI documentation that they were working with Epstein.
Do you think that the CIA has more questions here?
Do you think that this is an Intel thing?
And that's why it's shrouded in such mystery and conspiracy?
The short answer is I don't know.
I do know a number of people have raised that concern and raised that possibility.
Again, I don't know that we know that, but when these guys come in in front of the oversight committee, I'm sure those kind of questions will be asked and they'll try to get to the bottom of it.
But I don't know that anyone knows that for sure, but I've definitely heard that possibility being put out there.
And we'll just have to wait and see what Chairman Comer uncovers.
unidentified
|
Good. | |
We look forward to that.
And the questions that members of the Judiciary Committee may, in fact, have for the director of the FBI and for the Attorney General when they come in front of our committee later this summer.
We look forward to that.
We'll take it live. | ||
Thank you for giving us that preview.
We'll be sure to set our calendars.
I'm sure there'll be plenty of questions, obviously, about RussiaGate.
This seems to be the largest scandal in American history, and I've never seen the deep state telling itself like this.
I think Tulsi Gabbard has cemented herself as maybe the MVP right now of the Trump administration.
That's what I'd call her.
What is, since you have this encyclopedic knowledge, Mr. Chairman, about this scandal and you've been on this program previewing for us, what would happen if we actually had disclosures here?
What has surprised you about this?
Well, I think just the fact that it was the meeting December 9th in the White House looks like it was in the White House situation room where you got all the key players.
You got Clapper, Comer, or Clapper, McCabe, Brennan, Susan Rice, Loretta Lynch, and the President of the United States all in this meeting.
And that's where they talk about, no, we're not going to take what the professionals at the intelligence community have put together.
We're going to change it.
We're going to change it.
And I think this is where the beginnings of going after President Trump, because remember what they did, they used the dossier that they knew was false.
They used that as the basis to spy on the campaign.
They spied on Papadopoulos.
They spied on President Trump's campaign.
And then when he wins, they say, okay, we didn't stop in the election.
Now we're going to undermine his presidency.
And this all happens, I believe, in that December 9th meeting that Tulsi was talking about and the changes that she pointed out that took place in what the initial assessment was and what came after President Obama instructs the intelligence community to redo it.
And then the events that then unfold, January 3rd, 2017, Chuck Schumer's on national television and he says, if you mess with the intelligence community, President Trump, if you mess with the intelligence community, they have six ways of sunday getting back at you.
Three days later, Benny, Comey, and Brennan and Clapper go to New York to give President Trump a briefing.
President Trump believes it's the normal incoming briefing that the incoming president gets, a defensive briefing.
What he doesn't realize is it's actually a setup.
And they're going up there and they brief him and then they talk to him about the dossier.
That information gets leaked and thereby gives credibility, leak it to CNN and others.
They write, well, the director of the FBI just talked to the incoming president about the dossier.
This must be real. | ||
This must be serious. | ||
There must be real collusion between Trump and Russia.
That all gets taken off.
And the FBI knows it's baloney.
They know it's baloney.
They set the president up.
And you know that this was their mode of operation because three weeks later, they do the same thing to Michael Flynn.
They go, remember Comey bragged about this.
They send FBI agents to the White House.
Mike Flynn's been on the job four days, January 24th, 2017.
Mike Flynn, General Flynn thinks he's getting a briefing as well.
You know, I'm the incoming National Security Director.
They're going to come talk to me.
They're coming to set him up.
We have emails from FBI guys.
And one of the emails says, is our goal to try to get him to lie?
I mean, that's what they did.
And this is where it all began.
And then for the next 10 years, it was spy on the campaign.
It was set him up. | ||
Talk about the dossier.
Then it's Mueller. | ||
Then it's impeachment.
Then it's the 51 doing their thing.
Then it's Jack Smith. | ||
I mean, it's just like for eight years, it was been nonstop, but it all started here.
And Tulsi has shown us the change from what it was, meeting with Obama, new intelligence community assessment.
And you match that up with the events that then unfolded.
This looks like a conspiracy to me.
And God bless Pam for putting together the strike force at the Justice Department to dig into all of it.
Can you explain very quickly, what is a strike force, Mr. Chairman?
It's a focus group that's going to be looking at this issue, bringing in key people.
I don't know who those individuals are.
I don't know if they've been named, but key people at the Justice Department who are like, we're focused on this.
And I think asking the fundamental question, was in fact this a conspiracy to undermine the guy who was elected by we the people to be our commander in chief to be our president and it sure looks to me like it was it's a remarkable timeline of events we went through it yesterday how after that december 9th meeting at the white house immediately in the washington post cnn the uh and the the washington post cnn and the new york times the decided upon narrative was instantly laundered
out into those publications before the Intel committee could even get a work group together to get that predetermined result.
You can see the leaks instantly from the White House.
And they cite, we read the articles yesterday, Mr. Chairman, they cite top senior administration officials in black and white.
Here's the New York Times version of it.
Russian hackers acted to help Trump.
This is the day of that meeting.
This is how quickly they worked.
And this is before the Intel committee could, this is before the Intel community could even get an assessment together.
Yeah. | ||
unidentified
|
And they use Obama. | |
It's like, this is a smoking gun.
They use the Obama photo there, Mr. Chairman.
Yeah. | ||
Well, and then the same thing happened on January 6th, 2017, a few weeks later up at Trump Tower, it immediately gets leaked.
Oh, they briefed the president elect on the dossier.
I mean, think about this too.
They know the dossier is false, but they use it anyway to create this narrative.
So that's the FBI using false information, causing the American people to believe something that's not true.
Four years later, the FBI has the laptop.
They know it's real, but they allow that story to be out there that the 51 Intel people say that the New York Post story is a Russian information operation and this whole thing's a Russian.
They know that's BS, but they, they caused that to be out there and the American people to see that.
So both times they had the truth.
They had the dossier. | ||
It's false. | ||
They had the laptop. | ||
They knew it was true. | ||
And they let the opposite narrative go out there to the American people.
That's what our government did to us all in an effort to undermine president Trump.
That's how bad these people are.
Speaker 1: So what happens next, right?
Like the American public, we're just tired of there being a shiny lure in front of us and no bait on it.
And I think everyone's asking the same question, which is how do you charge this?
Now, Tulsi Gabbard said quite definitively yesterday that she's referred for criminal charges to the doj obviously they've set up the the strike force what you just elucidated there for us mr chairman is that they used the steel dossier as the main subsource for all of this which was of course russian disinformation they used russian spies lying about Trump.
And that's a foreign power being used to sabotage our election.
And so, I mean, is it treasonous?
Is it seditious conspiracy?
They charged a couple of J-Sixers with seditious conspiracy, Mr. Chairman.
Could they charge them with that?
Sure. | ||
They sure did charge some of the folks at the Capitol on January 6th with that.
Again, I leave that to the Justice Department.
I am so glad Tulsi did the referral.
We've sort of had a lot of these events and these facts, but the idea that she now has the evidence that shows the intelligence community assessment was manipulated and changed, I think is critical.
We have John Brennan, I think, saying false things under oath in front of Congress a few Congresses back, specifically when Trey Gowdy was asking him questions about the dossier.
So I think you have that fact.
You will have to look at the statute of limitations, what crime you're going to charge, if in fact you're going to charge it.
I think all those factors weigh in, but we have smart lawyers, great leadership at the Justice Department.
They will figure all that out and see if the elements of the crime are there.
And then where do you bring that?
Do you bring that in here in the DC area?
Do you bring it somewhere else?
Please, no. | ||
I get it. | ||
But all those have to be worked through.
And that's why I believe the Attorney General has appropriately put together this key group of people to focus in on this and get answers to all those questions.
Because you're right. | ||
The American people say, look, this was totally wrong what they did.
It happened right at the get-go.
It was done to undermine the entire presidency, the first term of President Trump.
That is wrong. | ||
That is just flat out wrong.
And oh, the guy who was kind of putting all this together, Jim Comey, just happens to be the guy who's walking along the beach and sees the shells or rocks, whatever, arranged in a pattern that says 8647.
I mean, that's the guy. | ||
He's critical to all this too.
So I think when you look at the big picture, you're like, this was wrong and it needs to be investigated.
And if there's a crime, they definitely need to be prosecuted.
Just very quickly here in closing, there's a clip of James Clapper that's going viral right now.
And I believe that you've questioned James Clapper under oath.
And he says that he's concerned and that he's retained counsel and he's on CNN.
And I don't want to play it.
I just want it as a play beside, please.
Because we don't have the time.
But he's saying he's worried.
Do you think that James Clapper would flip?
Why would James Clapper spend the rest of his life in prison or going through all of this for Barack Obama?
I don't know. | ||
I do know this. | ||
When we deposed Mr. Clapper and Mr. Brennan relative to the 51 former Intel officials who signed the letter, when they came in, there was a level of arrogance that you very seldom see, even in this town, from those two individuals.
It was almost like, how dare some hillbilly from Ohio bring in James Clapper and Mr. Brennan, the two smartest guys.
I mean, they were sort of in that category with Fauci.
They're so much smarter than you and I, the Iowa guy, the Ohio guy.
So there was a level of arrogance there that I've just very seldom seen.
But we'll see. | ||
What I do know is I do think Mr. Brennan said things that were not true.
If you go back and watch when Chairman Gowdy was asking him questions about the dossier, we're reviewing, our staff is reviewing those interviews and depositions we've had with Mr. Clapper and others.
Clearback with Comey, we had him under oath, McCabe under oath back several Congresses ago.
So we're going to look at all that as we try to help with getting the facts to the American people.
We know that you need to go, Mr. Chairman, but we appreciate your time.
We have this video of Brenton lying under oath.
We'll play it right after you hop.
But of course, beforehand, everybody go follow Chairman Jim Jordan.
He is crushing it here with almost 7 million followers.
It's got to make you one of the most followed members of Congress.
And, well, we're appreciative for your insight and for your salt and light, Mr. Chairman.
Yeah, well, we appreciate what you do.
Thanks. | ||
unidentified
|
Godspeed. | |
you you Amen. | ||
Amen. | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, we have the John Brennan lie right here that the chairman was name-dropping.
I think why not play it? | ||
Let's go ahead and have a listen to John Brennan Lying Under Oath, shall we?
Director Brennan, do you know who commissioned the Steele dossier?
I don't. | ||
Do you know if the Bureau ever relied on the Steele dossier as part of any court filings, applications?
I have no awareness. | ||
Did the CIA rely on it? | ||
No. | ||
Why not? | ||
Because we didn't. | ||
It wasn't part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had.
It was not in any way used as a basis for the intelligence community assessment that was done.
It was not. | ||
But it was. | ||
You filthy, dirty liar.
It was. | ||
We can see it now. | ||
The evidence is all there.
It's been declassified.
It was part of the corpus of intelligence.
It was actually the actual origin of the entire report.
Just whine. | ||
Also, quite ironically, you have Cash Patel back there.
Anybody notice that? | ||
You have Cash Patel back there, like looking around.
Look at him. | ||
I'm sorry. | ||
It's just funny. | ||
What is this? | ||
Is this inception? | ||
Okay. | ||
You got Cash Patel back there.
Like darting around. | ||
He knows the dude's lying.
You can see it. | ||
All right. | ||
Patriots in control. | ||
Let's make sure these guys go to prison.
Let's make sure that you have the opposite of that happening in your personal life.
I don't want you to be locked up.
I want you to be liberated in financial liberty as, of course, one of those things that is part of the American dream.

|
Strike force! | |
DOJ forms RussiaGate Strike Force to investigate declassified Obama-era evidence.
Well, well, well, what does this mean?
We have the release up right here from the DOJ.
Justice Department announces formation of Strike Force.
Okay, let's read, shall we?
The Justice Department has formed a Strike Force to assess the evidence publicized by Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, relating to former President Barack Obama's top national security and intelligence officials, alleged involvement in the origin of Trump-Russia collusion narrative.
The Department of Justice Wednesday evening announced the formation of the Strike Force.
Strike Force! | ||
Can we make a strike? | ||
Can we make like a Strike Force stinger?
That'd be great. | ||
I can already hear the music.
Yeah, I can. | ||
BASH! | ||
Why not? | ||
You know, why not? | ||
Let's just gamify the entire political ecosystem.
Let's do it. | ||
I'm sure Jerry can make one by the time the show is wrapped.
All right, let's do it. | ||
Investigate potential legal next steps that may stem from Gabbard's recent declassification of records, suggesting that Obama administration officials manufactured intelligence to form the narrative around then-candidate Donald Trump, colluding with Russia to influence the election.
The Department of Justice officials told Fox News Digital the DOJ takes the weaponization at the utmost seriousness.
The source familiar said the strike force told Fox News Digital that everything is being reviewed and no serious lead is off the table.
The source told Fox News Digital that National Security Division, the Justice Department, will likely be involved in the investigation.
It's a very interesting little photo here because what you have is Cash Patel, who was sitting behind Trey Gowdy there as John Brennan lied.
Boy, it's almost like Cash Patel has witnessed all of this, and it would be really nice to have the guy who wrote the Nunez memo about how fake RussiGate was be leading the charge here on the prosecutions.
The Providence Justice is proud to work with my friend Director Gabbard, and we are grateful for her partnership in delivering accountability to the American people.
We see the investigation, these troubling disclosures, fully leave no stone unturned to deliver justice.
The strike force consists of teams made up of investigators and prosecutors that focus on the worst offenders engaged in fraudulent activities, including chiefly healthcare fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, money laundering offenses, false statement offenses, and more.
A lot of false statements here.
So I suppose we'll see. | ||
They do seem really scared.
It's been a fascinating thing to witness.
Some of the things that have been revealed yesterday, it's frustrated me because this should obviously be the number one topic in the entire world.
And I want it to be, quite frankly.
It's no lying in saying that this is the largest federal cover-up scandal since or before Watergate, since ever, probably.
Will people go to jail? | ||
That's what everybody wants to know.
Tulsi asked yesterday, yo, you going to put Obama in jail for this?
And her answer sent some chills down the spines, many in Washington.
Here we go. | ||
unidentified
|
Do you believe that any of this new information implicates former President Obama in criminal behavior?
We have referred and will continue to refer all of these documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this.
For even Obama? | ||
Correct. | ||
The evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment.
There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact.
Ed, go ahead. | ||
unidentified
|
Director Gammer, thank you.
So just to two questions, but to begin on that.
The president, yesterday, you've inferred that the former president helped lead a coup.
Based on what you now see, do you believe President Obama is guilty of treason?
I'm leaving the criminal charges to the Department of Justice.
I am not an attorney, but as I've said previously, when you look at the intent behind creating a fake manufactured intelligence document that directly contradicts multiple assessments that were created by the intelligence community, the expressed intent and what followed afterward can only be described as a years-long coup and a treasonous conspiracy against the American people, our republic, and an attempt to undermine President Trump's administration.
unidentified
|
The Senate intelligence.
Years-long coup? | ||
Well, who's that sound like?
Mike Davis on our program two days ago that made huge news.
Mike Davis saying, Well, listen, it's an ongoing conspiracy.
There are no statute of limitations.
Charge it as an ongoing conspiracy.
They still, with their own words, say, hey, we didn't do anything wrong.
Trump's a Russian asset.
It's a continuation of the conspiracy.
It hasn't ended yet. | ||
So You can still charge it.
Obama continued that conspiracy after he left the White House.
There's no presidential immunity.
Here's that clapper clip I was talking to you about.
They're all so nervous.
Freaking Obama out with a nonsense statement.
It doesn't like it is an illiterate statement.
It's not even like, it's insulting to AI to say I wrote it.
Obama out with an illiterate statement.
James Comey's making ISIS hostage videos.
And here's Clapper from this morning being like, yeah, we're terrified.
Here we go. | ||
When the director says that she's referred these filings to the Justice Department for criminal investigation, tonight we're told they formed what is called a strike force.
Do you have concerns that they will attempt to prosecute you?
Well, certainly I do. | ||
You know, after eight and a half years of this, and I don't know of an intelligence product that was more scrutinized, more investigated than that product was by numerous people.
You know, it's very disconcerting.
It really is. | ||
And I take seriously when the President of the United States accuses me of being a participant in a treasonous conspiracy, which is ridiculous.
Yeah, what's your reaction to that?
It's ridiculous. | ||
It just is untrue. | ||
So what will you do if they come after you?
What is your plan? | ||
Well, I'll lawyer up, I suppose.
Already have. | ||
You've already hired attorneys in case of an anticipation that this Trump Justice Dormit could try to prosecute you.
We've had sort of perpetual attorneys since I left the government in 2017.
These people look nervous, don't they?
This is what I'm talking about.
The cameraman that James Comey must have hired directly from ISIS.
Look at him. | ||
He looks so scared. | ||
I am. | ||
Yes, I am fine. | ||
We should continue to be good FBI agents.
Yes, I like my Cheerios in the morning.
Look at him. | ||
I've been treated well.
I have been treated well by ISIS and have converted to serve Allah under my own willpower.
They're such frauds and they're caught, man.
The evidence is demonstrable.
It's a huge scandal. | ||
It's something that makes my blood boil and it's something that obviously has pissed off our next guest, who's always ready to get the flamethrower out.
A spicy tamale. | ||
From deep in the heart of Texas, the great Chip Roy joins us live now.
you you you Congressman, welcome back to the program.
What an interesting landscape we have set before us.
It does seem like there's so many different scandals that are bursting forth.
It'd be nice to know that the Republican Party has a rock-solid plan heading forward, but you've been a little critical of Republican leadership in the House.
I think give you the floor here to talk about what's going on in the House of Representatives right now.
Well, good to be on, Benny.
And yeah, we're heading into August looking at the tangled webs that were clearly woven by the not just the Biden administration, go back to Obama, obviously, and the entire Democratic complex that was clearly engaged in political action using the intelligence community for political purposes.
I mean, and people have to take a step back and realize how really significant this is.
I found it interesting to watch all of the left-leaning legacy news operations, you know, trying to kind of dance around this.
And they want to zero in on like, well, you know, are they going to get this?
Are they going to prosecute?
Is it right for them to prosecute?
They don't want to talk about the facts because the facts are very clearly damning.
And everybody in America now sees this.
What we all knew that you had all this ridiculous Russia hoax, which the president has rightly called it.
But I think people need to understand how big of a scandal this really is.
This is epic level scandal that frankly makes Watergate look pretty trivial in the grand scheme of things, given what we're talking about at the highest levels of government, the extent to which they were using the power of government for the purpose of impacting who is actually in charge of government, right?
They were using it for political purposes.
They were trying to undermine the president, President Trump, to use to, you know, ultimately impeach him.
That's what they were trying to do.
And it's pretty extraordinary in what Tulsi has put out.
Tulsi's a good friend. | ||
I appreciate what she's been doing and put out information on Martin Luther King and what she's been putting out on this.
There's been a lot of transparency in this administration, which everybody should remember while everybody's going through all of the motions with respect to Epstein, which I've called for additional transparency.
We want to know who's involved.
We should know. | ||
And I'm going to keep pushing on that and pushing the administration.
I have an obligation in Congress to do that.
But there's been a lot of transparency out of this administration about what we've been dealing with as a country with the abuse of power, the clear abuse of power, where you have the Obama administration stepping over the intelligence community, an already corrupt intelligence community.
Even that corrupt intelligence community was saying that there wasn't anything there.
And Obama said, no, shut up.
I'm going to make you do this.
And they're going to go along.
That's extraordinary.
On this subject, I'm sure you can understand.
You're one of those guys who gets a little who has your finger on the pulse.
And I'm sure you can understand, Congressman, that people are tired and that our base is tired of the paradigm of Democrats putting Republicans in prison for the rest of their lives for non-crimes and Republicans refusing to put Democrats in prison for monumental crimes that are public and available for all of us to see.
So will the Republican Party not be cucked this time?
Will people actually get punished for this treasonous or seditious act?
Because sorry for the long question here, but I witnessed Trump supporters be charged with seditious conspiracy, Congressman.
Some Trump supporters that weren't even at January 6th.
They weren't even there.
And they got cases for seditious conspiracy 22 years.
It's pretty wild. | ||
Would you be in favor of seditious conspiracy charges here?
Well, let's take one step back and look at what we're talking about in the weaponization of the government.
So be mindful that those of us who were using that phraseology last year as President Trump was running, heading into this administration, the weaponization of government against the people.
Mind you, the legacy media and our Democratic colleagues, the radical progressive left, mocked us for using that terminology.
Yet we're seeing in real time, it was in fact weaponized against the people.
Just last week, another thing we're not talking about is that we now have very credible evidence that the Biden administration very intentionally issued directives so that they go after parents.
Remember Scott Smith? | ||
Remember all of that with the teachers?
And they were going after teachers and getting the Department of Justice to target parents.
And that's one of those things that I think people are just sweeping aside.
And then go look at what happened with respect to the pro-lifers who were targeted with the FACE Act.
And then what you point out with January 6th, where people are going after, I had like a grandmother in my district driving from Austin out into the hill country who gets stopped literally five years later.
And then she ends up having to spend the night in jail.
That's how crazy these people were in terms of weaponizing against the American people.
And now what we see at the highest levels of government is a massive scandal where they were trying to target the incoming administration with lies designed to weaken, undermine him, undermine the administration to set up the 2020 election and to undermine his ability to govern.
That is clearly the kind of behavior that should be looked at by the Department of Justice.
I'm going to be careful as a former prosecutor.
I got to leave that to the Attorney General and the people over the Department of Justice who have all the files.
I don't, who can then go make the case.
My job in Congress is to elevate, expose, oversight, and to control the purse strings to try to constrain that.
Those are the tools that we have.
The executive branch has to go execute and the Department of Justice under the president, they need to go execute.
I think some heads need to roll.
I'll let them figure out how to do that.
So glad that you used that turn of phrase, Congressman.
Heads need to roll because I want to talk about a specific head that rolled or maybe didn't.
I'm not sure. | ||
Jeffrey Epstein's head, you've actually asked for the autopsy report.
They're one of the only guys who actually went and did that.
And I think that'd be very interesting.
Have you gotten a response?
Have you gotten Jeffrey Epstein's autopsy?
And why, Congressman, are you asking for that?
Yeah, look, I think we need to see the autopsy report.
I think we need to see the specifics with respect to the alleged hanging.
Obviously, there's some discrepancies there, the three minutes that are apparently missing in the video.
All of that, we need to get all of the information involving all of that so we know the truth.
And then I think we need the flight logs.
I think we need to see those specifically manifest.
Those are very typically public information.
And then generally, I think we need information.
Now, let me be cautious here.
I was a part of moving a piece of legislation through the rules committee unanimously, and it is passed and sitting there.
We could call it up on the floor saying that we need all credible information over the next 30 days.
Now, we left town yesterday without passing that as a body, but the rules committee passed it.
And I think that's the right standard because we need to be careful.
Grand juries have to protect victims.
Grand juries have to make sure that if someone is being swept up, that a reputation isn't destroyed because they happen to be on some plane, you know, nowhere near Epstein Island or nowhere near any of the ridiculousness.
But we need to understand from the Department of Justice what happened with Epstein, who was involved, who are the powerful people that were involved, and are any of them being protected.
And again, I'm giving deference to the executive branch to do this.
I trust the president and I trust the administration to want to root out and get to the truth.
But we have a job in Congress to push.
And I think the American people rightly are concerned we're not getting enough information.
So that's why I'm standing up and calling for more information.
And we'll keep doing that.
And if we don't get enough, then I'm assuring you, Congress is going to have a voice in September saying we need more.
And we'll see what happens over August.
So we've met, seem like a sturdy guy.
You're from Texas, former prosecutor.
Have you ever seen anybody who's on suicide watch have so many linens in his room and not be watched and hang himself from like a three-foot bed, like and break his neck by doing it?
He didn't seem like a particularly in-shaped guy, and I'm not sure that's even physically possible.
What's your take on this just from a 35,000-foot perspective?
Is it physically possible?
Is it, I mean, we could put the footage up here.
It's very strange, but it's refreshing to hear you call for the autopsy report.
Yeah, very odd and peculiar circumstances here.
Why so many linens exactly in that jail cell, Congressman?
Yeah, I mean, look, I am not going to speak to the specifics of what I think happened or didn't happen.
I will just simply say, again, in my time prosecuting and my time as the first assistant attorney general in Texas, you know, you tend to look at these things from a 50,000 foot level and go, does this pass the smell test?
Right. | ||
And when you have someone with his profile and you have someone with so many powerful people kind of circulating around him, and then you have him just turn up and die.
And then you say, okay, did he in fact hang himself?
I mean, look, I'll look at the evidence and look at it and see what I can see, but it sure raises questions when you've got a missing gap in the footage and when you have that result.
Now, maybe he did, But then, did he have help?
And if he did have help, then why and who?
This is the stuff that we deserve an answer, and why we need to see more information.
I, again, I want to see the flight logs.
If you need to redact somebody because it's a victim, okay, I'm very sympathetic.
These young women, right, that have gone through this and they've had some civil litigation.
Everybody listening to this, be very careful.
They're going to hear me.
They go, you're trying to cover up for the powerful.
No, no. | ||
What I'm saying is we need a process by which between the grand jury and the DOJ, they're making sure victims aren't being exposed further or anything.
We do that all the time, but we need to know the truth.
And that's what we're calling on the Department of Justice to be more forthcoming than they even have been.
But they've been leaning into this more than the Biden administration.
I want to be very clear. | ||
Where the hell were the Democrats over the last three or four years?
And my friend Scott Perry yesterday in the oversight committee, he put forward a resolution to call on all of these previous attorneys general and the Clintons and say, let's subpoena those guys.
What do you know? | ||
And when did you know it?
So God bless Scott for doing that.
This isn't just, they're politically trying to put this on the Trump administration when they were silent.
So let's just see what all these Democratic hacks, who we just saw get exposed under the hoax garbage that Tulsi just put forward.
Let's see what you have to say about Epstein.
I love to hear it. | ||
There's the chip. | ||
There's the chip, Roy, that this audience knows and loves.
Here's just a really quick clip.
I wouldn't, you know, I don't want to bog this interview down by playing you too much of a clip.
It's only 10 seconds, Congressman, if you'll allow me to play this.
It's somebody who's a dear friend of Bill Clinton and somebody who knew Epstein quite well.
And his name's Kevin Spacey.
He's a very famous actor.
And he said something remarkable on our friend Piers Morgan's show.
Here we go. | ||
unidentified
|
I felt he put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls.
And we were like, who is this guy?
So I will say this. | ||
There were young girls on those flights.
There were young girls on those flights.
Yeah. | ||
Will you be looking forward to asking Bill Clinton?
I mean, you're on the Judiciary Committee.
Do you be willing to ask Bill Clinton about the young girls on the flights that he was taking with Jeffrey Epstein?
Well, again, and I will defer to Jim Jordan.
He's a Judiciary Committee chairman and leadership to figure out how they want to call and who they want to call when.
But I think all of these people need to answer.
That's what I think. | ||
I think all of these political, powerful figures, they need to answer for why were they on these flights?
Why were they at Epstein Island?
What were they doing? | ||
What did they know? | ||
And we'll see what happens.
I don't know whether Ghislaine Maxwell, if she's, you know, she's been subpoenaed.
I don't know what she'll be able to say while she's still dealing with her trials.
I mean, that's going to be an interesting dynamic, but we ought to do everything we can to expose and get information so that we can know the truth.
And like ultimately, here's the deal.
I use an example, like as a prosecutor, if you're going after, say, a cartel or mob, mobsters, right?
If you are, if you've got a list of 200 people associated with a cartel, not everybody in America needs to see that list.
There are reasons why you need to hold that so you can go do your job.
But that's kind of only true, or it's made more acceptable if you're delivering scalps, right?
If you're coming forward and saying, look, I got the head of this cartel.
I got these 10 guys. | ||
They're in jail. | ||
We're going after them.
Yes, we cut a deal with some of these lower level people so we could go after the kingpins.
Great. | ||
I accept that. | ||
You accept that. | ||
If you go take down the head of the mob, you might cut a deal with the lower level guy.
But what we're right now not seeing are heads rolling.
Right now, we have Epstein and we have Maxwell.
And that happened over a period of time.
And by the way, it was the Trump administration.
It was the Trump administration that went after and indicted Epstein and started the process of charging Maxwell.
And then that finished up under Biden.
My point being, they've gone after those, but there's two.
You mean there aren't more people?
There aren't more people that need to be dealt with for what happened to these little girls or young women, depending on the ages.
That strikes me as kind of unacceptable, which is why there's pressure to see more.
But now go back to my point, this whole thing that we're dealing with or Tulsi, my good friend, she's awesome.
She's putting all this information out there.
And now everybody, they're looking at ODNI, they're looking at Clapper, they're looking at all this stuff, and they're going, wait a minute, you mean Obama literally in 2016, in December, just came in and said, nah, we're going to ignore all that.
You guys are going to shut up.
You're not going to say anything.
And we're just going to basically make up a hoax and put it out there and totally try to upend American politics, empower Russians to our detriment.
And I'm supposed to be wound around the axle that President Trump seven months in is trying to move through, figure out the obscene stuff.
Pam's trying to do it. | ||
And then now they want to focus on that when they were reasonably silent, but then they were using the entire power and the infrastructure of government to undermine our elections, to undermine the belief in our entire republic because they're power-hungry, radical, progressive Democrats who care about power more than kids.
The same people who use immigrants as chattel, the same people who use these immigrants and kids for their political power base and didn't mind that they were being raped by cartels.
Those are the same people that want to sit here and lecture me about this crap.
I'm sick of it. | ||
But we should get to the truth wherever it may lead.
And that includes Epstein.
And that includes the hoax.
And that includes all of this stuff.
Sorry. | ||
Oh, listen, I just have to get you a send-off question here, Congressman, that I'm sure won't make your blood boil at all and won't increase your blood pressure, given that you're from the state of Texas.
I'm wondering what you think of Congresswoman Salazar's amnesty bill, because that's definitely what the Republican base is asking for right now.
Any comments? | ||
So let me be very clear. | ||
We should do nothing right now other than support the president's efforts to secure the border, which he has largely done.
It's still a daily battle.
I talked to people on the border, but they're holding the line.
We should support the president's efforts to remove people who were dumped into our country illegally by the Biden administration, abusing parole and asylum to do it and gotaways, endangering the American people, people like Jocelyn Nungray, Who just last month, it was a year ago, that we lost her and other thousands of Americans.
We should focus on that.
We should not be focusing on status at all.
I totally disagree with my Republican colleagues, including my colleague from Florida, Maria Salazar, that we should be going down that road at all.
Let's be very clear: that bill does contemplate citizenship for certain individuals under DACA and DAPA.
It contemplates status for another 10 million people and a path to citizenship in the end.
It is, in fact, an amnesty, the same kind of amnesty that 1986, President Reagan ultimately regretted because it created a wave of people that were coming here illegally.
We should not be doing that at all.
It does not embrace the reforms that we put in H.R. 2 in the last Congress that we are going to pass this Congress that are actual clear reforms to fix amnesty, fix parole, fix catch and release, all of the things that we know to do.
By the way, first time we've ever done that as Republicans, a true security first and security only bill.
We should do that again.
We should jam it down the throats of Democrats.
We should dare them to stop it.
We should not succumb to the powers of the big chamber of commerce people coming in begging for cheap labor.
We should help Americans work.
We should get them back to work instead of on welfare.
And we should stop this open borders nonsense.
The president is right.
Tom Homan is right. | ||
Stephen Miller is right.
And the Congress needs to not mess it up like they always do.
Yeah. | ||
Oh, man. | ||
The one, the clip we always play is Paul Ryan going down to the, going down to the border and riding a horse and saying he's going to build Trump's wall, and he doesn't even bring it up for funding.
What a fraud. | ||
What a bunch of frauds. | ||
What a bunch of weaklings.
Chip Roy, you're not one of them.
And that's why we are big fans of Chip Roy around here.
And the congressman always spitting fire, telling it like it is, making Texas proud.
It's Chip Roy, ladies and gentlemen.
He's got 500,000 followers on X. He should be one of them.
Thank you, Congressman.
Thanks, Benny. | ||
God bless. | ||
unidentified
|
God bless. | |
you you Gentlemen, if you want to look spicy hot like Chip Roy's last segment, that's fire.
I think that'll go viral.
We should not be doing an amnesty.
It is an amnesty. | ||
Him calling out his Republican colleagues.
Good. | ||
I want to see more of that on the program.

I don't have a big enough house for a sauna.
Nor am I rich enough for a sauna.
Who can afford to put a sauna in their house?
I don't know. | ||
Norwegians, I guess. | ||
Nor am I Norwegian, ladies and gentlemen.
But I'll tell you this. | ||

All right. | |
Ladies and gentlemen, just designed to make you feel rocking and ready to go as we welcome a brand new guest to the show out of the great state of North Carolina.
Some news out of North Carolina this morning.
Can't wait to talk with Representative Mark Harris about it.
Let's rock and roll. | ||
unidentified
|
Let's rock and roll. | |
Congressman, welcome to the program.
So glad you can join us. | ||
Hey, Eddie, it's so great to be here.
Thank you for having me.
Okay, let's talk. | ||
Michael Watley, he was on the show yesterday.
He kept all the news from us.
I was even asking him about North Carolina.
Didn't know he was going to run for Senate.
That's interesting. | ||
What do you think about that, Congressman?
Well, it is interesting.
You know, a lot of news just broke here in the last 12 to 24 hours, I guess, here in North Carolina in the Senate race that's in front of us.
It seems that it's very clear now that Roy Cooper, our former governor, is going to be making his announcement by Monday that he's going to seek the Democratic nomination.
And now Laura Trump has made the decision.
She's not. | ||
Everybody was kind of waiting to see what she wanted to do or was going to do.
And she has decided she's going to remain on her program.
And I guess Michael Watley received the president's tap, and he is now going to jump in.
So we're going to have an incredible race.
It's going to cost millions and millions, hundreds of millions of dollars here in North Carolina.
And we've got to make sure that we hold this seat, though.
That's absolutely incredibly important for this next Congress.
Is North Carolina a Republican state?
You know, North Carolina overall, I believe, is a Republican state.
I mean, you look at the fact that all across the state, it's pretty much a picture of where you've got the urban and rural divide.
You've got several pockets in the state that are deep blue.
But when you really look at the state as a whole, it's overall red.
And I think that we have a great opportunity to hold this seat.
We just got to be consistently conservative.
I think that's the bottom line that sells in North Carolina is when you're consistently conservative and you're standing for truth and you're standing for righteousness, you're going to win elections.
And people can see that.
And I think this is going to be an important time for us.
You know, our last guest and your fellow Judiciary Chairman member, along with Jim Jordan, who is also on the program, have all been sort of popping off on This Republican amnesty bill that Salazar has brought up this past week.
And I just, it's a lot going on here, Congressman.
I just can't think of something worse to try and feed the Republican base right now than an amnesty bill for tens of millions of criminal aliens.
But, you know, I'm not the member of Congress.
So your take on this? | ||
Well, I can't really see it going anywhere when I look at where we are as a Congress right now.
I mean, bottom line, and I think Chip Roy said it well in the previous segment, and Jim Jordan, of course, is chairman of our judiciary.
You know, we're focused right now on getting this border situation as we should be solidified and making sure that we finish the border law, border wall.
We put 10,000 additional ICE agents now through the one big, beautiful bill that passed.
We're getting custom border patrol in place.
We've got 10,000, up to 100,000 beds, I should say, in place for deportations.
We've got to keep that focus going.
And that's where we are.
That's where this president is.
I know people are hearing various things about labor issues and agriculture and some of those kind of things.
But the reality is we've got programs in place.
We can use those programs like H-2A and others.
We can build off those programs.
We certainly don't need to be getting into something like an amnesty bill that's going to open the door.
We've got to take care of business.
We ran on the issue of securing the border, taking care of business, getting the illegal criminals out of our country, and we've got to keep getting that job done before we do anything else.
Yeah, I don't like the distractions.
And we've been seeing so many distractions pop up here.
And it's been remarkable, actually, to see the way that this ObamaGate scandal has been covered.
It's clearly something that the news media led with for two straight years.
The Russia collusion hoax.
It was the top of everyone's news cycle.
It was the tip of the tongue for every reporter.
And now nobody wants to talk about it, Congressman.
It's very strange now that there's direct evidence that it was all fraudulent and potentially treasonous and potentially a seditious conspiracy.
You've posted about this and you said that, yeah, we should totally lock up Barack Obama.
What's your take on this?
Like, how do you think this is going to progress forward, Congressman?
Listen, I've been telling folks from the beginning of this story, follow the evidence.
How many times do we hear it?
Nobody's above the law.
We've got to follow the evidence.
And Tulsi Gabbard has done all of us a great favor by releasing and putting out this information, getting it over to the Justice Department.
You know, we keep hearing more and more, and I anticipate we're going to hear even more as we go into the fall about these things that happened, the specific dates where the intelligence community had really come to the conclusion there really wasn't anything that had gone on with Russia.
And they're meeting where they had come to that conclusion.
And then there was that fateful December 9th meeting in the White House with the president and all of his people that pretty much changed the course and decided, no, we're going to make something of this.
And then you go into January when the meeting happens with Clapper and Brennan and Comey sitting down with President Trump, and they begin to talk about the entire dossier that they knew was false.
I mean, the fact that there is evidence, I'm understanding that these documents that have been sent over to the Justice Department point to the facts of the things we're talking about here.
And if indeed the evidence leads all the way to Obama, then by all means, we need to go to follow that evidence and it needs to be exposed.
And I think we're in a great position to do it.
And I think it's time the American people are waiting to hear.
There's something that I've been waiting actually for somebody to come on this program with your background.
And I'm really, I'm glad that you were booked today because it's a question that I've been meaning to ask.
Somebody who comes from a theological background.
Sure. | ||
And you went to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
You were a lead pastor at Trinity Baptist Church.
Sounds like a wonderful church, but you've spent a considerable time of your life in the study of divinity.
And I'd like to ask you a spiritual question, if I may, on this next topic.
Sure. | ||
Something I can't get out of my head.
There's this clip of Kevin Spacey, and I know that Bill Clinton has just been subpoenaed and Hillary Clinton has just been subpoenaed.
And there's a clip of Kevin Spacey, and he's talking about flying on Epscene's plane.
And he's talking about how these little girls came out and how it was really putting in jeopardy Bill Clinton.
But we know Bill Clinton was a frequent, if there was a frequent flyer program on the Lolita Express, boy, he'd be at the top tier.
And I can't figure, I can't square this circle.
Maybe you can help me. | ||
What is it inside of a person's soul that would allow them to engage in this kind of activity with young children?
Because they're just admitting it here, right?
And we've all seen the art of the podestas.
We've all seen sort of the sickness of this world.
And to a normal American, to the regular, just sort of God-believing, Bible-reading American, it's so despicable and it's so dark and disgusting, we wouldn't be able to tolerate it.
Our souls wouldn't let us.
But there's something inside of our elites that say, no, we should, I mean, this is something that I should engage in and that this is okay.
It's permissible. | ||
I shouldn't even report it.
What is that exactly? | ||
Sir. | ||
Well, the sad part is that it is a reality of humanity that we all have a sinful nature.
The Bible's clear that we are born for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
We all know that we have a sinful nature.
There is a unique sickness, no doubt, that is impeding someone who enters into this kind of dark and this kind of evil without question.
Of course, you and I, we recognize that.
I think the average individual that reads of people that would take advantage of these young girls is indeed a sickness.
But again, we go back to the fact that all of us have that sickness.
The power of the cross, the gospel of Jesus Christ, from my perspective, is the only thing that can change that heart and change that mind because it's darkness.
But I do think that there is a certain desperation and a certain deepness to the evil that does the kind of things that people do.
And it's a sickness. | ||
I mean, we watched it all play out even during the sentencing out there in Idaho of this evil individual that could just sit there and yet took the lives of these innocent people.
And there's a lot of darkness around us.
And we've got to be very aware of the darkness and the evil that pervades.
But we all have to be very attuned to the fact that, but for the grace of God, go I. And because again, all carry with us the sin nature, it's just it's very, very damaging when you see individuals that move beyond that into a realm of darkness and a realm of evil that is so destructive.
Yeah, like spirit cooking dinners and paintings of little abused children hanging on your wall.
I mean, we've seen it all.
It's satanic. | ||
Are there Satanists who live in Washington, D.C.?
Are there Satanists who run our country?
Well, I am not familiar with any particular individuals that I've come in contact with.
But yes, I mean, there are individuals who worship Satan all over the country, all over the world.
There are individuals that have moved into that realm of darkness and evil down to that point.
So yes, I mean, those folks do exist, no question.
Yeah, it does feel like when you're talking an issue like Epstein, you're talking about, you know, taking all of the evidence on surface level isn't doing it justice.
You have to actually get down into the spiritual level to quite possibly understand, like, who could possib, who could, who could even allow for the abuse of these children?
Like, who would, what kind of a person lets that happen in their presence, right?
Like, you know, what would you do if you got on a plane and there were little kids that were on the plane?
I mean, you know, it'd be so repulsive.
You wouldn't like allow.
You wouldn't fly to Africa, that's for sure, right?
Have a great time, not talk about it.
Exactly right. | ||
And I mean, you've got to, you've got to have the sensitivity to understand the surroundings where you are at any time.
And that, that, from a theological perspective, that's the power of the Holy Spirit that helps you to know.
And as believers, the Holy Spirit bears witness of one believer to another.
And we recognize that as well.
So, you know, you have a heightened sensitivity to the evil that is around you when you're in the midst of it.
Yeah, I'll tell you what, Congressman, whenever you go to the Hollywood Hills, we unfortunately have to go to LA here and there.
I always get this, like, it's like a sunken place, man.
You always get, you just get, it just feels that San Francisco, like downtown D.C. You can just, you can feel the darkness.
You can feel it, man. | ||
There's like these places have a spiritual energy.
No question, no question.
But I will say this. | ||
I mean, I've been there, as you said in my introduction.
I'm brand new. | ||
I've been in Washington now about six months, was sworn in on January 3rd.
There are some incredible believers and followers of Christ that are part of that, that understand, that do have that spiritual awareness of where they are and what they're doing.
And I'm very grateful for them.
And again, you quickly learn them and you draw close to them.
And just like some of the folks that I've seen here on your show already today are people that I love and respect and continue to learn from and look forward to in the future.
Very quickly here to end, if you approach this from a theological perspective, what should happen with Epstein and with this case?
What should happen here?
What do you believe? | ||
Yeah, I think that we've got to continue to get to the truth.
We've got to continue to get to the information and the evidence.
The fact that, listen, I've said all along, this Maxwell, at the end of the day, she has all the information.
I mean, she was the right-hand individual.
Getting her to come out and share.
I mean, if the American people really want to know, she's going to be the one that can identify individuals that were taking advantage of these people.
And so hearing from her, I think, is going to be an important step.
The fact that Todd Blanch is going to meet with her, I think is a great indication that this Justice Department is wanting to get to the bottom of this in many ways.
And so I think that's going to be important.
You know, at the end of the day, I get asked about that from immigration every now and then.
You know, how do you deal with this issue of caring for taking care of strangers and those kind of things?
And I understand the question, but listen, the Bible is clear that we are to be a nation of law and order.
We're a nation of laws and people have got to follow the law.
And that includes coming into this country.
We're all for illegal immigration.
We're all opposed and determined to stop illegal immigration.
And folks have got to be held accountable to that very tune.
So as a believer, what should happen on that issue?
We've got to maintain our laws and maintain order.
And I think that that's exactly what this administration is wanting to do.
And that's why I'm wanting to help move the needle in Congress to make sure that we continue on that path.
Well, we're thankful for that.
And Congressman, we hope you godspeed in your journey.
I know you're just getting started here.
So welcome, my guests, to the Thunderdome.
And we look forward to following up on how that journey goes.
We'll see. | ||
Congressman Mark Harris here.
You can follow him right on X. Here's his account.
And ladies and gentlemen, make sure we're fighting with people who are fighting for us.
Light against the darkness.

Thank you, Congressman.
Thank you, Benny. | ||
It's a pleasure. | ||

Breaking news. | ||

Breaking news. | |
Hulk Hogan has gone to see the Lord at the age of 71.
Hulk Hogan is a local here in the Tampa area.
We've been with Hulk Hogan a couple times at a couple of different events.
And this is terrible. | ||
He was a patriot, somebody who loved his country, loved his nation so very much, and contributed richly to the American experience.
And it is going to be missed that he spent what would be the sunset of his time on Earth speaking at the RNC Convention in a manner that was so memorable and honorable and exciting.
We were there for this. | ||
It's an incredible moment.
Let's have a listen. | ||
unidentified
|
my hero. | |
And they tried to kill the next president of the United States.
Enough was enough. | ||
And I said, let Trump-A-Mania run wild, brother.
Let Trump-A-Mania rule again.
Let Trump-A-Mania make America great again.
USA! | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, this is breaking news at this very second.
All of this is happening live right now.
We just, this is the first article on it, and it was published just seconds ago.
Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan dead at 71 years old.
Medics were dispatched to the 71-year-old's house in Clearwater early Thursday morning.
Operators saying it was a cardiac arrest.
A slew of police cars and EMTs were parked outside of Hogan's home.
The icon was carried on a stretcher into an ambulance.
Just a few weeks ago, Hogan's wife, Skye, denied rumors that he was in a coma, stating that his heart was strong and he had recovered from some recent surgeries.
We broke the story last month that there were rumblings that Hogan was on his deathbed.
We were told at the time that he was simply dealing with symptoms of a neck procedure that he underwent in May.
Hulk transformed professional wrestling into a family entertainment sport before Hulk wrestling catered to fairly narrow audience.
Hulk's theatrics in the ring and magnetic energy for children and their parents supercharged the sport.
Story developing. | ||
We hope that TMZ has it wrong, but this is the news right now that is breaking.
And we're honored to have gotten a chance to meet Hulk Hogan actually at a UFC event here in Tampa.
He was obviously a close friend of President Trump.
He's someone who clearly, because of what he did professionally, had some health troubles, right?
I mean, this is like bruising on the body.
Hulk Hogan is a very, very tall man.
He stands at 6'7 or 6'8. | ||
He's just one of the all-time American legends in our nation history.
This was him at the Madison Square Garden speech for President Trump, arm wrestling Donald Trump getting beat.
What a horrible loss for American culture and the fabric of our nation.
This was us witnessing Hulk Hogan walk in at the UFC event in Tampa holding the American flag.
Kobe Covington was the fighter.
Kobe Covington rips his shirt off.
A shout out to the true legend, Hulk Hogan.
We got to meet Hulk. | ||
I don't mean to do this live on the stream, but why not?
This is we're an open book.
We got to meet Hulk, and I didn't get a selfie.
Because, you know, I guess like sometimes you just say maybe it's inappropriate or whatever.
And so you just, you know, maybe you just, you know, I guess sometimes these guys, they just, they take too many photos, right?
So you just want to be polite.
I suppose now I regret it all.
But you can't have it back.
So there it is. | ||
A total and complete legend, Obviously, but you can see here, even on stage, that Hulk was, and you could see it obviously when you met him in person, that he had difficulty walking, and he had obviously punished his body in physical entertainment for this country for decades, is a total and complete legend for it.
And he went off to be with the Lord in what TMZ is reporting is a cardiac arrest, which, of course, if you have that kind of trauma to your body and your heart, and if you are of a,
yeah, if you have sort of this, as you can see here in the, you know, the videos of him walking out in Madison Square Garden, if you're, you know, if you're this size of a dude, right, you got to make sure that your ticker is, it's like a lot of work on your ticker, right, to keep everything going.
Hulk Hogan had, we had been in talks with doing an event.
We wanted to do an event with Hulk Hogan.
I don't mean to make this about us.
I just, we know his, we know Skye, his wife, and we know his business partners, and we were trying to do an event with Hulk Hogan here in town.
We wanted to do a big event with him, and they had told us that he was under the weather and was going through some rehab.
And so we just prayed and wished all the best.
But unfortunately, well, God claims his own.
Right? | ||
Rest in peace. | ||
Original American badass.
A real American. | ||
Isn't that the song? | ||
I'm a real American. | ||
Do we have that? | ||
Are we allowed to play it?
Maybe that can be our send-off?
Oh yeah, unfortunate. | ||
Okay. | ||
We can't play the song. | ||
It's copywritten, right?
We get the whole show taken down.
Gotta make that choice.
But Hulk Hogan is a true, a true patriot.
Somebody who we'll miss terribly.
Wow, what a way to go out with a bang.
What a way to go out with a bang.
It was incredible to witness.
Both the RNC, at UFC, and at Madison Square Garden.
We were able to see him meet him.
It was an extreme honor.
Ladies and gentlemen, now is the moment for our verse of the day.
unidentified
|
Let's go ahead and check in, shall we?
Sorry to have to process all of this with you.
You know, sorry to have to process all of this in front of you.
You hate it. | ||
You just hate it. | ||
Stares at you. | ||
This is, you know, God is the author of life and death, isn't he?
Right? | ||
So you can't argue with God on those things.
There are certain things that God...
That's why they're so joyous.
New life is such a joyous thing.
And it's why death is so sad.
You can't control it at all.
So you just give it over to God.
From 1 Timothy 6, 12, our verse of the day.
Fight the good fight of faith.
Lay hold on eternal life, to which you are also called.
And the Lord called his servant Hulk Hogan up to heaven today.
And so Godspeed to the real American, Hulk Hogan.
Show in honor of him. | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, keep fighting, right?
Remember, in the end, we win.
It's your boy Benny. | ||
