	Good morning, Carly and Todd.
	Pennsylvania Senator David McCormick is hosting this inaugural summit at Carnegie Mellon University today.
	McCormick says he wants his state to lead the next revolution in energy, tech, and AI.
	He and the president are expected to announce $70 billion in investments.
	And per Axios, these investments include new data centers, power and grid infrastructure, and AI training programs.
	CEOs from ExxonMobil, BlackRock, Amazon Web Services, among several others, are set to attend.
	President Trump has prioritized winning the AI race against China.
	In January, he announced Project Stargate, a $100 billion venture between OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle to build data centers in the U.S. Just yesterday, the Defense Department said it's granting contract awards of up to $200 million for AI development at Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
	The huge amount of data processing for AI requires a lot of energy, and President Trump is looking to remove regulatory obstacles to energy production to increase capacity.
	We need to win the battle for AI innovation in America, and Pennsylvania is at the center of it.
	And I told the president this, this is his energy dominance, technology leadership policies in action, and it's going to bring thousands, tens of thousands of jobs to working families across Pennsylvania, which is what he promised and it's what I promised.
	Also on Monday, NVIDIA announced it can start selling chips to China again.
	The company was at one point facing billions of dollars in charges after the U.S. imposed tough restrictions on chip sales to China.

	Congratulations on a historic passage of the Big Beautiful Bill.
	Why don't we start with that?
	Thank you.
	A big thing.
	I know that was an answer to prayer, quite literal prayer, I think.
	Is that the way it was told to be?
	It was, up to the last hours of that.
	And a lot of prayer and patience and teamwork.
	I mean, no one can take credit for it individually.
	It was truly a team effort.
	Lombardi said, I think it was Vince Lombardi said, victory loves preparation.
	We did a lot of preparation, a lot of work.
	I mean, a year and a half went into that, but we delivered it, and we'll be able to share that with the people for the next year and a half before that midterm election.
	There is so much disinformation about it out there, but I just want to give an opportunity for you to thank Hakeem Jeffries for calling it a deportation machine on steroids, which was one of the best marketing.
	I mean, did you pay him?
	I don't know how it worked, right?
	Like, did you get him to fix the LSU game?
	It's really not, that was an incredible marketing from Hakeem Jeffries.
	Hakeem has given us a lot of gifts.
	You know, the eight and a half hour filibuster effort was an abject failure.
	We have a highlight reel of people falling asleep behind them, you know.
	And I try to get up and be succinct.
	I mean, Reagan said no speech should be longer than 20 minutes.
	I just want you, for the record, mine was about 11 minutes in length, but we had lots of ovations in the middle of it.
	So it went 23 minutes.
	They keep telling me that.
	The binder.
	You brought the binder.
	The binder.
	It takes a lot longer.
	As I said on the floor, it takes a lot longer to build a lie than it does to tell the simple truth.
	And we have the truth on our side.
	Yes.
	Your favorite elements of the bill, maybe you could just truncate them for us.
	There's so much.
	But what we did was we wrapped the entire America First Agenda into one piece of legislation.
	And the reason we did that, people have to remember why the emphasis on reconciliation.
	It's the only way around the necessity of getting 60 votes in the Senate to pass our agenda.
	We're never going to get Schumer and the Democrats to go along.
	And they have a 53-vote margin in the Senate, 53-vote majority.
	And so we have three votes to give in the Senate, three in the House.
	So we had to put it all together.
	There had to be something for everybody to get them all there.
	But there really is.
	And so in the final result, you get not only the historic tax savings, the largest tax cut in U.S. history, we also have the largest amount of savings ever in any piece of legislation in the history of legislatures on the planet Earth.
	Okay, it's a $1.5 plus trillion dollars in savings.
	Drop in the bucket, but a very important turn on the wheel of that aircraft carrier that is a U.S. economy.
	We have many more steps ahead of us.
	But in the bill is American energy dominance, the secure border, the wall will finally be finished and built.
	I mean, all the basic things that we promise the American.
	Right.
	funding is hugely popular with this audience.
	Of course, of course, because it's a top priority and it was with the American people in the election, largely why we won.
	But we have regulatory reform.
	I mean, everything in there, and we're making the first changes to the welfare state in generations, and it's going to preserve the programs.
	Those safety nets are meant for a small population of people, the elderly, disabled, young pregnant women who are single.
	But it's been abused.
	And when they expanded Obamacare and did the expansions, everybody got on the wagon, all these young, able-bodied young men who don't have dependents riding the wagon.
	So, you know what?
	We put work requirements in.
	And I can sell that in any town hall, in any district, in anywhere in America.
	It's the right thing to do.
	You saying the town halls.
	Do you remember the Hakim Jeffries video where he's like, the American people are behind us?
	And he's standing in an empty field?
	Yes.
	Yeah.
	Like, again, do you like ask them to do these things?
	Look, the Democrat Party isn't a real bind.
	They don't have a leader.
	They don't have a platform, no principles they can articulate.
	They're about to make a Marxist the governor, the mayor of New York City.
	Yeah, that's right.
	He's a communist.
	And I feel so sorry for my Republican friends in New York City, but it's great for us.
	And that guy, now they're recruiting open, avowed Marxists to challenge Hakeem and others in the party.
	I mean, they've got a real problem.
	Not a good time to be a Democrat.
	So your team sent along one piece of data, and then we're going to take questions from the audience.
	Your team sent along one piece of data that I wanted to cover here, which was Republican fundraising numbers are at historic highs right now.
	However, there's a huge conversation about this very thin majority and how we're going to keep it.
	A lot of news being made right now about what that strategy is.
	Can you give me that strategy?
	Yeah, absolutely.
	In a nutshell, there's a couple of reasons for hope.
	First, we have to defy history.
	It's only twice in the last 90 years that a sitting president has picked up seats for his party in that first two-year cycle, that midterm election.
	But we're going to defy history.
	This is the group that does it.
	A couple of reasons for that, real quick summary.
	We truly did experience a demographic shift in the last election cycle.
	So we have a record number, Hispanic and Latino voters, black voters, union workers, Jewish voters.
	These people are going to stay with us because we're delivering on our promises and they will feel that before the election.
	I mean, this is nation-shaping kind of stuff.
	And it just so happens, I think it's providential that we have the most favorable election map that we've had in decades.
	What I mean by that is as we're sitting here, there are 13 House Democrats sitting in districts that Trump won.
	21 of them are sitting in districts he came within five points of winning.
	There's only three House Republicans sitting in Commonwealth Harris districts.
	So we have a totally offensive opportunity to go out and flip blue seats to red.
	We're in the candidate recruitment phase right now.
	We've got some all-star candidates.
	The president's all in.
	He's helping me on that.
	And we're excited, man.
	I'm bullish on the midterms.
	I'm convinced we're going to grow the majority.
	The majority was grown, and this election was won by young people.
	And here's our first audience question here from Golden Age 007.
	Speaker Johnson, what is being done to promote fatherhood and ensure that fathers have stronger fights and the presence of their children's lives?
	That's a stronger rights and the presence of their children.
	Yeah, it's a great question.
	This was a pro-family piece of legislation.
	The one big, beautiful bill reflects our policy choices.
	You know, we increase the child tax credit, which affects like 90 million Americans.
	91% of the country will benefit in some big, meaningful way with their wages increasing and all that.
	It will help households to be stabilized.
	We also have the new this earth fund.
	You know, if you have a child, it's incentivized.
	You get an investment account.
	It's an incredible thing.
	I just had a child like on inauguration day.
	Oh, you're in.
	I know you were busy that year.
	You're in.
	But like, I just had a child on inauguration.
	Do I apply?
	Do I like, do I qualify?
	All this starts in January of this year.
	It's retroactive.
	Yeah, yeah, man.
	You're in.
	Yeah.
	And invest it wisely.
	Okay.
	These are big ideas.
	We're the pro-family party.
	We support the sanctity of life and the sanctity of family and strong marriages, traditional marriage.
	And you're going to see that reflected in public policy, not just in the big beautiful bill, but in the things going forward.
	And that's important for the foundation of society itself.
	Why are more executive orders codified into law?
	I know that we have a rescission package that's going through right now.
	This seems some rocky ground in the Senate.
	Why aren't rogue judges being voted out and defunded into Spartan?
	So on the executive orders, we're working every day grinding it out to codify the president's executive actions.
	In the big beautiful bill, there's over 30 of those included in the legislation.
	And that was really important.
	We wanted to get as many of them as we could into the reconciliation package because we knew that was actually a lawmaking exercise.
	It's now signed into law.
	So these things are now permanent.
	They're codified.
	We've passed over 50 of them already through the House.
	We'll continue to do more every week.
	They're going to hit a buzzsaw, many of these in the Senate because you're not going to get 60 votes.
	So using reconciliation packages is a key to make sure that we get it in.
	We have to survive the Byrd rule and not to get too deep in the weeds, but it's complicated.
	We have another reconciliation bill that we're planning for the fall and a third one, hopefully for the spring.
	So you can attach one to each fiscal year.
	So we're on the whiteboard exercise right now, putting together the components, brainstorming with everybody.
	You're going to see more of this, and we're going to codify as many of those executive orders as we can.
	I haven't heard any Republican make the case for why NPR needs to be funded by the federal government.
	And we all saw what an extremist Elmo is over the last couple of days.
	Well, they weaponized Elmo.
	Okay.
	That's what happens.
	Elmo's funding is through berserker mode.
	I mean, look, this rescissions package, this is low-hanging fruit.
	You know that.
	I mean, this should be the easy stuff.
	We passed it through the House with flying colors.
	And, you know, the idea that we would defund these abuses in USAID is long overdue.
	We're not going to fund transgender operas in Peru anymore.
	Congress didn't know that was happening.
	Now that we do, we can't stand for it.
	So we have to claw that funding back.
	This is the first of many, I hope, rescissions packages.
	We need the Senate to do their job.
	Fantastic.
	Here we go, something that is near and dear to the hearts of obviously this movement and this channel.
	What happened to the January 6th video releases?
	Can you give us an update?
	Were they completed?
	Yes.
	They've all been released.
	They're all out there.
	All videos are released.
	There may be like 100 hours.
	There was the equivalent of like five years of videotape.
	I mean, there was 40,000 hours or something.
	There's a small subset that the Senate sergeant-at-arms and the parliamentarian over there insisted they had to keep private because it showed like the emergency private exits and stuff like that.
	But other than that, everything is there.
	None of it's been altered in any way.
	It's out there for the public.
	I mean, I believe in transparency, and we made that promise.
	It took a long time to upload it and do all that.
	Originally, we were trying to blur the faces of like the citizens who are involved because we didn't want them to get doxxed and targeted and all that.
	But it became so cumbersome, everybody just agreed, release it.
	So it's all out there.
	So go judge for yourself.
	All right.
	Speaker Johnson, this is sort of on the heels of something else that a lot of people are asking questions about.
	And because we've been lied to by our federal government for so long, I feel like there's some type of like a, there's a pain point, right, and a pressure cooker that gets heated up on issues like the Epstein issue.
	Right.
	And obviously that's something that's taken over a lot of the online dialogue.
	I have a question here about it that concerns either testifying or testimony for Jelaine Maxwell potentially before Congress, or if you would support members like Marjorie Taylor Green or Anna Paulina Luna on the release of subpoenaing the Epstein documents from the DOJ, whether you would support either of those.
	Yeah, I haven't talked to Marjorie or Anna about that specific subject, but I'm for transparency.
	We're intellectually consistent in this.
	Look, Reagan used to tell us we should trust the American people.
	I believe in that principle.
	I know President Trump does as well, and I trust him.
	I mean, he put together a team of his choosing, and they're doing a great job.
	It's a very delicate subject, but we should put everything out there and let the people decide it.
	I mean, the White House and the White House team are privy to facts that I don't know.
	I mean, this isn't my lane.
	I haven't been involved in that.
	But I agree with the sentiment that we need to put it out there.
	And, you know, Pam Pondi, I don't know when she originally made the statement.
	I think she was talking about documents, as I understood it.
	They were on her desk.
	I don't know that she was specific about a list or whatever, but she needs to come forward and explain that to everybody.
	I like Pam.
	I mean, I think she's done a good job.
	We need the DOJ focusing on the major priorities.
	So let's get this thing resolved so that they can deal with violent crime and public safety and election integrity and going after Act Blue and the things that the president is most concerned about as we are.
	So I'm anxious to get this behind us.
	Yeah.
	And I can see that because there's so many victories and there's so many wins that are happening.
	We just had the most incredible six months of any administration, arguably in the history of the United States.
	There are so many accomplishments.
	It would take us a stack of papers this high.
	And yet we're having to spend our time talking about this.
	Let's get it resolved.
	That's going to be wildly refreshing for this audience.
	I'm going to speak on behalf of them to say, to hear somebody just say, let's just have transparency with the American people, get it out there.
	And there's no reason to protect predators, right?
	So of course.
	This is the family values party.
	Let's just do it.
	What Epstein was involved in was an unspeakable evil.
	We've got to stand against it, not just in word, but in deed.
	And so we'll see what happens.
	Look, I do trust the president.
	I know his heart and head is in the right place.
	I don't question that at all.
	And I'm convinced they're going to sort this out.
	The reason why this is such an important question is that there is real danger on the streets.
	Attacks against ICE agents up 700%.
	We just heard today from DHS.
	One of those attacks, Mr. Speaker, was a member of Congress, somebody named Lamonica MacIver, who was just indicted.
	And while the news cycle moves very quickly, it turns out that she's going to get her day in court.
	What is your take on that?
	And there seems to be a pretty alarming trend in both houses, the Senate and the House, where Democrat-elected representatives are like bum rushing Christian Ohm, right?
	We saw with Padilla.
	It's unbelievable.
	I mean, I have been very vocal, publicly and privately, with these individuals in Congress on the Democrat side.
	And at every elector and every time there's a press gaggle, we've got to turn the temperature down.
	And the Democratic Party seems, they seemingly believe this is in a political advantage for them or something to make the enemy law enforcement.
	I don't buy it.
	The American people don't buy it, but it's leading to real danger and real peril for people who take that risk and put on the badge.
	It's unbelievable to me.
	I don't understand why they're doing it.
	They're sealing their own political fate.
	I mean, but it has real world consequences when you have our heroes out there taking on unnecessary risk.
	I was at the Chicago ICE Regional Office a few weeks back, visiting with the people there, just telling them on behalf of Congress and rational people in this country, we love you.
	We appreciate you.
	We're with you 100%.
	We got them a lot of additional funding.
	We're going to have 10,000 new ICE agents because of the big, beautiful bill and all the support that they need.
	But we got to have elected officials act like mature adults and not spur this stuff on.
	It's really dangerous.
	Yeah.
	What would be your take on Lamonica McIver?
	She currently serves on the Handling Committee.
	She's on the Homeland Security Committee.
	That's right.
	In fact, there was a hearing today.
	Is there going to be any type of consequence?
	So here's that.
	This is the delicate balance we have in the House rules.
	Believe it or not, you're not prevented from serving on a committee if you've been indicted.
	And our first reaction to that is what?
	Okay, but then but here's the other side that we have to consider, and these are things you got to balance.
	If a member just being indicted means that you're kicked off committees and you're no longer effective in Congress, you know there's some leftist local DAs around the country that would weaponize that immediately.
	And they would start prosecuting and indicting all of our conservatives in the House.
	And then they'd all have to be kicked off their committees.
	I mean, that would be political dynamite, right?
	So you got to be careful to balance it.
	The House Ethics Committee is required to do an in-depth investigation when something like that is triggered.
	And they are doing that at MacGyver.
	We're awaiting the outcome of that.
	And then we got to make the decision on how to proceed from there.
	Just a random, just very important question that I can't figure out.
	And please help me.
	Please educate me on this.
	There's a story, and I don't know if we have it in our deck, but of AOC having an illegal alien working on her federal staff.
	And since you know this operation inside and out, and you're probably the most effective, I mean, I didn't know Republicans could pass laws anymore until I met you.
	But since you're one of the most effective speakers and you know the ends, how does that happen, Mr. Speaker?
	It shouldn't.
	I mean, that would be a violation of federal law.
	I would not be surprised if that were the case.
	They want to give them safe harbor and sanctuary cities and all that.
	Why not have a sanctuary in your own congressional office?
	But if she's doing that, there is real consequences.
	And we'll have to look into that.
	That's the first I've heard of it.
	I don't really support it.
	The staff member self-deported because they got a notification.
	Oh, that that's illegal?
	Nobody asks questions about it, but it's true.
	It's all the great.
	It's written up by the New York Times.
	Publicly.
	I mean, I don't read the New York Times.
	I'll have to go find it.
	What I'm saying is, her congressional reporter wrote this up.
	And it's like, well, this is a problem.
	Wow.
	Yeah.
	So she's alleged to have known that, that she knowingly enforced why I'm asking.
	I needed another project today, but I appreciate that very much.
	Thanks a lot.
	We don't have enough scandal.
	Looking onto the future, last question, looking onto the future.
	Maybe like, you know, we speak to a lot of young people, have a lot of young people in the audience.
	I know that you have a pretty fascinating story yourself and like about choosing life and about choosing family and about choosing to like to make your start here in this country and not blackpilling and not dooming.
	And given to the stature to which you have risen, right?
	What a what a remarkable story.
	Maybe a message for things to come and maybe a message of hope for younger people.
	Yeah, and we have to do it in a very short period of time.
	I got to go on the house floor just trying to sound Texas victims, but I'll say just in short summary, God chooses the lowly things to confound the wise.
	Stick to the truth of scripture.
	You'll be fine.
	You'll earn the favor of God and man.
	And God delights in using unlikely people to do these things.

	But we have this minority that we keep using, a slim majority.
	It feels like a minority.
	We keep using that as an excuse, and we might see an omnibus out of it.
	Uh-oh.
	Yeah.
	But at least it'll be a good omnibus, maybe.
	Written by Republicans and Democrats.

	Okay, can you explain that, though, in simpler terms?
	Can you explain that in terms of that?
	Sure.
	So you want to see every single bill go to the House floor.
	Yes.
	So if you recall, in 23, we had the big speakers fight.
	And one of the big demands that we had was we would have.
	You remember.
	Yeah, we remember.
	So we wanted individual appropriations bills, single subject bills to fund the federal government.
	We have 12 of these bills that pass out of committee every year.
	And every year we kind of pretend to work on them individually, but then they all just get shoved together.
	And then we have a minibus or an omnibus bill that ultimately gets signed into law.
	Now, in the last Congress, we did not have the Senate.
	So we were going to see that more than likely, but we at least wanted to do our part in the House and have those individual bills.
	And we got about nine of them passed.
	So we did pretty good.
	We did pretty well for Congress's standards.
	And now we do have the Senate.
	So it is possible to pass these individually, but will we?
	We have a lot of weak Republicans, as we've seen, even with some of the fighting with the Big Beautiful bill.
	Some of them maybe even too strong of conservatives to actually come to a point of agreement.
	And so we may end up seeing these again in an omnibus bill.
	And maybe that's better than another continuing resolution, because we know that the public doesn't like continuing resolutions because that's just funding the government on Nancy Pelosi's policies again.
	Yes.
	So the chances of this happening would be great, but we're watching like that the Republicans of the Senate can't even cut NPR funding, which is insane.
	Maybe even help me since you work here.
	Since you're so beloved by our audience and they trust you.
	Why would Republicans vote to keep funding NPR and PBS?
	We've already seen what an extremist Elmo is.
	Okay.
	We've seen that Elmo had a total crash out.
	Why?
	Has anybody come to you and made an explain to that?
	No, this is something that absolutely blows my mind, that we cannot cut funding anywhere.
	And this goes back, even Reagan said there is nothing that is more eternal here on earth than a government program.
	We create these government programs to fund something, and they're never temporary.
	They are everlasting, and it is so difficult to actually get this funding cut.
	We've seen this with the pandemic and the spending levels there.
	We can't even go back to pre-pandemic, pre-COVID level spending here in Washington, D.C. And there's so many people who are addicted to the actual spending and maybe they feel virtuous or feel like they're owed to spend this money to keep these things afloat.
	But if they can't stand on their own, why did the American taxpayer have to fund that?
	And NPR, they have plenty of money.
	Sesame Street, they have plenty of resources.
	I mean, Hakeem Jeffries was just on the House floor a few weeks ago with an elmo call.
	You know, if that doesn't pick them up some sales, then I don't know.
	That's right.
	Hakeem Jeffries, we just asked the speaker about this.
	Maybe you can help us.
	He called the Big Beautiful bill a mass deportation machine on steroids, which is the best marketing I've seen anyone do in Congress.
	I'm sorry we didn't come up with it.
	Right.
	Where were you, Congresswoman Bober?
	Yes.
	Well, right, I should have.
	I did retweet after he said it.
	I'm like, thanks for the tip, Mr. Leader.
	But No, it is a mass deportation machine on steroids, and Stephen Miller is the one holding the injection pin.
	So, I mean, it is amazing to see the work that is taking place.
	I mean, look, in Colorado, we have Trende Aragua that was terrorizing Aurora.
	And now we're even seeing that the state of Colorado is releasing sex offenders because they aren't mentally stable to stand trial after attempting to kidnap a child.
	And so, I mean, the whole system is rogue in every sense of the term.
	And we have got to get these deportations funded, which we did in the Big Beautiful Bill, and we've got to ramp them up.
	So I'm excited to see this machine at work.
	So here are some of our questions.
	We're doing like live questions from the chat.
	This is one, since you are one of the youngest members of Congress, and you're certainly young at heart, no matter what, never, never ask, never ask a lady her age.
	I don't actually even know, but one of the youngest grannies in Congress.
	There we go.

	It says, what is the best advice to give to a 20-year-old who's trying to make a living while living in the state of California?
	Presumably being a Republican, conservative living out in California.
	Technically, Colorado's a blue state.
	So I think you'd know a lot about this answer.
	I think my number one piece of advice is move.
	If you want to keep your money that you're working for, get the heck out of California.
	I have friends that are doing well for themselves and recently relocated to California for work.
	And they're seeing that nearly half of their income is being taxed.
	And so if you want to actually keep the money that you are working so hard for, get out of there.
	Go to a state that is not imposing these extreme taxes.
	Now, in Colorado, we have the taxpayer bill of rights.
	We call it TABOR.
	And that actually protects some of our tax dollars from the state squandering.
	California doesn't have that.
	And if we didn't have it, we would look a lot more like California in terms of taxing our people.
	But even so, they are also implementing fees every time you turn around.
	Now, Netflix is going to be taxed as a streaming service for the state of Colorado.
	This was upheld by a court.
	And so now Colorado is going to tax our Netflix there.
	So I guess I have to create a new account with my aunt's address in Florida or something.
	What's going on with Tina Peters?
	We always have to do it.
	So I talk to President Trump often about Tina Peters.
	She's actually in a jail in my district, and it's difficult for her to even get visitors.
	Yes, she was moved to Larimer County, and she's in jail there.
	And this is something that I and many others have spoke to the President and Attorney General Pam Bondi and, of course, our FBI directors about intensely, because what she's in jail for, these are state crimes.
	So, you know, I do want to put that aside.
	President Trump cannot just come in and pardon her.
	This is something that has to be done by Governor Jared Polis.
	And she was charged with these state crimes, but the ones that they hit her with is actually something that our current Secretary of State did on a statewide level.
	Tina Peters somehow released one password that got out to the public, and this password was released after the election.
	No votes were changed.
	No election results were changed due to this.
	Nothing was accessed.
	But just in this last election, there was passwords for 62 of our 64 counties in Colorado released and made public.
	And the Secretary of State, Jenna Greswold, tried to hide this.
	There were county clerks who were not even made aware that their passwords had been released.
	And this was during early voting in the 2024 election.
	So Tina Peters is sitting in jail for something that the current Secretary of State for Colorado did on a much larger scale.
	And now our Secretary of State is running for Attorney General of Colorado.
	The scales of justice are not evenly weighed there.
	And I do believe that President Trump is working on ways to free Tina.
	And we have to get creative on how that's going to actually happen since it is state charges that she's in there for.
	Yeah, the state charges that she's in there for.
	Because from a federal perspective, there's not a lot that you can do there.
	Correct.
	And she did have one federal charge, but they did not convict her of that federal charge because that is something that could have been pardoned in this administration.
	And I think they knew President Trump was going to be in there and would defend Tina for honoring election integrity and trying to expose any fraud that may be done in the state of Colorado.
	Let's talk pardons.
	So here's a question from Mike Farrill.
	Can they pass legislation to reduce the use of auto pens, requiring handwritten signatures, executive orders, pardons, and so on, going forward so that we know that it's actually not a Roomba running the country?
	Yes.
	So I think something like that, especially for the weight of the document that's being signed, I think that that is something that we can move forward doing.
	Look, we use auto pens.
	I have an auto pen in my office, but I also know exactly what's going to be signed.
	There is a paper trail of saying, I approve this.
	So my legislation, if we are drafting legislation and they're just going to put on a digital signature or use an auto pen, well, then that has my approval and you can actually look through that.
	But to not have any record, any paper trail, line of a chain of command for this to be used, I mean, that's an issue.
	Joe Biden is saying that he recalls all of the pardons that he approved the auto pin to be used for.
	He doesn't recall what he had for breakfast.
	He doesn't recall how to get out of a closet.
	This is documented by folks who were near and dear to him and protecting him and hiding him from not just America, but the world.
	So I think for the weightiness of a document, maybe there should be stricter implications made for actually using the auto pen.
	Now, you know, when I sign a personal letter to someone back home, I honor my constituents as regularly as I can and celebrate them.
	And in my office, there is a ban on auto pens for those.
	If I'm going to send a personal letter to someone, I will be damned if we're using an auto pen for that.
	I want a special touch honoring that person.
	And so maybe there needs to be standards set across the board for the auto pen use.
	I mean, how could you conceivably sign a pardon with an auto pen when the president doesn't even know the names?
	The New York Times admitted that they were inserting names.
	The staffers were inserting names.
	Correct.
	Well, in the interview, it was only 10 minutes there with the Times and Joe Biden because they can't have him vulnerable and exposed for much longer than that.
	Who knows how long the drugs take to wear off, you know, when that cognitive decline like really sets back in and the peak is gone.
	But yeah, that that was a very short interview.
	And we all know we see the cognitive decline.
	We saw it in the first campaign and we were lied to for years.
	And I think that's why this is still a big story.
	We're not running against Joe Biden again in the next election.
	And we're not he's not anywhere near the ticket in 26, nowhere near the White House in 28.
	But the narrative is still every Democrat covered for him.
	I have Democrat colleagues who were furious that they couldn't even go to the White House and see the president and have conversations.
	They said no administration operates like this.
	And it certainly doesn't.
	I've been to the White House and seen President Trump many times this year alone.
	And and that's how it should be, that regular communication and those visits to keep the president up to date.
	And members of Congress weren't even allowed into the White House to meet with the president.
	It wasn't real.
	It wasn't real presidency.
	No.
	He had fake rooms built and everything.
	Fake rooms.
	Right.
	He had that that press room where they.
	Oh, yeah.
	That's right.
	Fake White House.
	Yeah.
	The fake White House.

	It's a fake party.
	They don't have they don't have real supporters and they don't have real donors.
	And Act Blue is something that is currently being investigated, I think, by committees that you serve on.

	Ms. Boebert, what is going to happen with those politicians that got donations from Act Blue?
	Why can they keep using this fraudulent donation service?
	Yes.
	And so I don't know if anything would is going to happen to the members individually, but certainly those who run Act Blue.
	There's been issues that have come up with with Act Blue for quite some time now.
	Project Veritas, James O'Keefe Media Group, they've done a great job of exposing exactly what is going on at Act Blue.
	I did a very short, a few minute search into Act Blue with some of my largest donors in Colorado and closest friends who I know donate to the Republican Party and their names were on it.
	My name was a donor on Act Blue.
	My ex-husband's name was listed as a donor on Act Blue.
	I don't mean to be rude, but can I stop you there?
	Yes.
	Hold on.
	You're a very well-known Republican member of Congress.
	Yes.
	You have many millions of followers on social media.
	People know you when they see you walk down the street.
	You're donating to Democrats.
	Well, I am not.
	But according to Act Blue, Lauren Boebert has donated to Democrats.
	We've covered this because there have been many guests on our program.
	And shockingly, it's probably easier to count the guests that didn't have their names and addresses stolen from them.
	And this is identity theft.
	This is a real federal crime.
	This is real teeth to it.
	Right.
	And easy to charge.
	So you're saying you're a victim.
	Yes.
	Of Act Blue laundering money.
	Yes.
	To Democrats.
	That is absolutely correct.
	And not only is it the identity theft, but they are straw donations, which is also illegal.
	You cannot donate in someone else's name.
	And the forms are very strict and detailed.
	So we can actually track who is donating.
	But for the person who used my name, my ex-husband's name, to donate to Act Blue, and many people who I know would never donate to Act Blue who are listed.
	And some of them, I mean, it's hundreds of thousands of dollars that are on there, one person in particular.
	And so not only is that identity theft, but they are straw purchases.
	It's kind of like a straw gun sale.
	You cannot, I cannot purchase a firearm for you in my name and then give it to you.
	So it's kind of, it's kind of similar to that.
	And honestly, I would be more okay with a straw gun purchase than I am a straw donation because this is something that follows you.
	I mean, people actually look at your donor history and see what kind of policies and politicians you support.
	I'm sure the Trump administration has pulled donor files on everyone that they have interviewed for this administration to say, are you really a Republican or are you just saying that to get this job?
	That's a great point.
	So now that will be in your permanent record.
	And if you're applying to work at a state party or if you're applying to work at anything even tangential to politics, it'll skew you one way or the other.
	Yes.
	Beside the fact that it like is a violation, obviously, it seems like a civil rights violation because what they're doing is they're taking your name and likeness and address.
	Yes.
	And donating something antithetical to what you believe in.
	Yes.
	Well, and then think of that too.
	Like you're sitting here, you're walking the halls with all of these members of Congress that are accepting these stolen dollars and these stolen identities.
	Like what the hell is going to happen?
	Yes.
	Well, so as a member of myself, so if someone did that in my name to donated to me for when read, when read, we they have act blue, we have when read.
	So, you know, I mean, there there is there is a little bit of sympathy there.
	I get donations from when read and I don't know who they're coming from.
	And so you can't vet every single donation.
	But with act blue, the fraud has been so widely documented that someone needs to be held accountable.
	And I do believe it needs to start at the top because individual members of Congress are not going through every single donation that is made.
	Maybe some of these larger ones that would kind of.
	raise a flag and say okay where did this come from who is this person oh wait they're a republican why are they donating a hundred thousand dollars to toward my campaign uh and so now that that that is a very large amount for campaigns you know you can't receive all that but But still, if someone is actually earmarking that to you, where is it coming from?
	And I think those folks there at the top need to be held accountable.
	So in the Oversight and Judiciary Committee, we are deposing Matthew Reedy today for information.
	And so that will be coming out shortly.
	And so hopefully we get more information about this Act Blue.
	But I don't think with the work of James O'Keefe going door to door and asking people individually if they had made, I think you've even done it before, Benny, and said to have you made this donation and them saying, no, I never have, never donated to anyone, that we would even be where we are today.
	Yes.
	Okay.
	So judicial committee hearing.
	That would be most likely the committee where a Jelaine Maxwell would testify.
	Would you be in favor of that?
	Absolutely.
	Yes, yes.
	Of course, we want answers.
	No one is satisfied with what has been received or lack thereof.
	No one is satisfied with the rollout of this.
	Of course, we've heard that Dan Bongino is not satisfied with the rollout of this either.
	And, you know, I mean, I think you hear time and time again, what an honorable stand-up man Dan Bongino is.
	President Trump, he obviously thinks highly of Attorney General Pam Bondi.
	I don't know her personally, but I know Dan, and he's a wonderful man, and I have no reason to doubt him.
	And I think moving forward, we need a special counsel.
	That has got to happen.
	There has to be a special investigation into this if we aren't going to be provided information.
	Now, there's a lot of things that Attorney General Pambondi is doing well.
	Of course, President Trump is doing many things well.
	The FBI is doing a great job.
	Our Department of Homeland Security is, you know, this mass deportation machine on steroids, and now they have the funding to go after it even more.
	But this is something.
	I hope it doesn't become a false idol to Republicans where we just lose sight of everything else.
	But that doesn't mean we don't want answers.
	There are plenty of good things to focus on and still more that we need to do to really get through the next four years and hopefully the next eight years in a Republican majority.
	God help us, God willing.
	And so this is certainly important.
	And I want answers.
	And maybe that takes that special counsel to do so.
	Maybe Matt Gaetz can lead the special counsel.
	Would you vote in favor of that?
	Absolutely.
	Yes.
	You know, Matt spoke highly of Pam Bondi and saying, you know, that she's the best attorney general that President Trump has had.
	But yeah, Matt Gaetz as a special counsel, absolutely.
	So just one quick follow-up on that.
	Oh, you know, when it comes to the restoration of faith with the American people, that is a practice that Congress has actually assisted in with the requests of documents for JFK.
	And I use this as like a government, because I'm trying to be a Democrat.
	All right.
	I love this administration.
	I love this president.
	I mean, I know so many people that are working in it.
	I'm just trying to do call it tough love, call it whatever you want, right?
	I'm just using this as a golden example.
	The JFK releases by Tulsi were incredible and learned a lot.
	I mean, we just learned that like Oswald was like practically a CIA informant or agent.
	Yes.
	And they've been hiding that for, and everyone's very impressed by Congress getting that information.
	And these are requests made through Anna Polina's committee.
	Believe me or not.
	Yes.

	And so by you and your committee.
	And so I just, maybe final question here, but can we use those tactics in this instance?
	Because what that did from our perspective, and we read the chat and we read the comments, there's this pressure cooker that built up that the government's lying to me and they hate me and they're lying to me and they killed my president, right?
	They killed a president.
	They nearly killed Trump.
	And they're lying to me about killing a president.
	And that's like so evil.
	And then what you do in your committee is you release that pressure.
	And that's so good for our country.
	It actually is so helpful for all of us that you release the pressure on JFK.
	And everyone's like, okay.
	Well, now they're being honest with us.
	That's nice.
	Thank you.
	And it restores faith.
	It immediately restores faith, right?
	Maybe it's not perfect, but it jumps, right?
	And can we apply that to the Epstein case?
	Because I see that deterioration.
	And quite frankly, it's going to be hard.
	You know, I want people to trust, you know, but I want people to trust like Dan, you know, in cash, right?
	And, you know, Pam when they're doing something, or I want those wins to be, you know, I want their wins to be wins and not to be shadowed by this.
	Absolutely.
	And so transparency is the only way to garner trust, to regain it, and to move forward at being trusted by the American public.
	And that's why I'm here.
	I didn't trust my government.
	And so I said, well, I'll go there myself and see what's in there, you know.
	And so this is imperative.
	And, you know, credit to our chairwoman, Ana Paulina Luna, who has been on this from the beginning.
	Now, the only difference in the JFK files, RFK, MLK, Jr., the only difference is our task force has to deal with the declassified documents.
	Epstein was not something that was declassified, but certainly something we want to have released.
	And so we've been working on the things that were declassified.
	Tulsi Gabbard has done amazing at providing us information, and there's still more information that is coming out.
	And yeah, we need to get to a point where Congress can also subpoena records or be given records to have actual hearings on.
	A lot of times hearings can be frustrated because it seems like it's just a lot of talk, a lot of questions with no answers, but it is something that the American public is watching, paying attention to, and can receive information and then dissect that themselves.
	So with the Epstein files, certainly people want as many questions asked as possible so they can get as many answers as are available.
	And we're going to continue with those declassified documents as well in this task force.
	And Chairwoman Luna has done an amazing job thus far.
	And I think that she will certainly continue in that.
	I just want to thank the audience for their patience with me as we are building a system here for answering and asking your questions.
	I have to be able to read them correctly.
	Just very quickly, one more question directly to Congresswoman Boeber.
	Why can't you subpoena Joe Biden to answer questions about the AutoPen and get a deposition?
	Is there any precedent for that?
	I don't think that there's any precedent for it, but I'm not against it.
	Why not?
	We could subpoena anyone we want.
	Democrats wanted to subpoena President Trump, and why couldn't we?
	I mean, the only thing is we wouldn't get much out of him.
	You know, this actually goes back to the last Congress.
	We wanted the her tapes released.
	And, you know, there was a deposition where Joe Biden was, they said that he was not fit to stand trial.
	And they released the transcript to us and would not release the audio.
	And we were demanding that from Christopher Wray.
	And we were denied.
	And the Democrats were saying, oh, well, anything that's in the transcript is the same thing you're going to get from the audio tapes.
	But now we have learned that that is not true.
	Exactly what we suspected took place, where he was given audible cues, where there were long extended pauses, where there was stuttering that was not actually transcribed.
	And so this would have proved further our accusations of his cognitive decline.
	And that's when he was still running for president.
	So that was something that we should have had then.
	And so if we need to get a deposition with Joe Biden again, seeing that he's mentally fit or not, we'll find out.
	But also, I think there's many people who should be subpoenaed, including Jill Biden.
	You know, we could bring Hunter Biden back in.
	You know, might have to sober up for a minute.
	It was a really hard week for him, you know, to come in clean and, you know, get it all out.
	But, you know, bring him back in.
	And then, of course, the chiefs of staff that were at the White House as well, those folks that were actually acting more as president than Joe Biden ever did.
	But again, we aren't running against Joe Biden in these next elections, but it is important to A, expose any fraud that was taken place with an auto pen and see if these documents are valid any longer.
	And B, prove that Democrats will lie to you at all costs to have power.
	And that's exactly what they were doing.
	And this party has not changed one bit.
	So if they lied to you about Joe Biden's cognitive functions, they will lie to you about anything else just to get back in power.
	Except the mass deportation machine on steroids.

	And something that happened based on a series of phone calls that we've had in the very, very small hours of the evening that have meant a lot to me.
	And I hope will mean a lot to you.
	And so let's settle in for a little fireside chat here, shall we?

	I got a couple of phone calls yesterday.
	Now, before you jump to conclusions and think that it's the phone call of an angry President Trump screaming at me to like stop talking about Epstein, that's not it.
	In fact, it was the opposite.
	It was really neat and incredibly encouraging.
	It was various members, key members of the law enforcement, federal law enforcement community.
	Some of them have been here a long time.
	Some of them haven't.
	Either way, I was starting to get sort of a constellation of what's really happening right now on the Epstein disclosures.
	And let me tell you everything.
	And here we go.
	One, Dan Bongino is back in his office.
	He hasn't quit.
	He was able to speak with President Trump.
	Cooler heads were able to prevail.
	And we were praying for that.
	We wanted that with Elon and Trump when they had their little blow up, right?
	Two alpha bulls in one pasture.
	It's just not going to work out.
	That is just the way that it is, water under the bridge.
	But we really didn't want Bongino to go.
	Dan Bongino has been like a mentor to me.
	Dan Bongino has helped with this show and this audience.
	Dan Bongino is the guy that calls me like late at night when I'm about to go to bed, but you take that call, right?
	And you listen to him and he's giving you good advice, right?
	He's watching the stream.
	He's watching the show.
	He's always been just such a great homie.
	And so I'm a massive fan of Dan.
	Here's the best part about Dan.
	He's got a huge heart, right?
	He's got like a really, really big heart.
	I'm not talking in a COVID vaccine way.
	I'm talking about like he's like actually born by, born of like caring about people and like and really showing his emotions for the things he cares about.
	And let me tell you what he cares about more than anything, certainly more than his show or our show or anything else, the future of this country.
	He's a father.
	He loves this nation.
	He loves this movement.
	He loves the MAGA movement.
	He loves President Trump.
	Dan Bongino is a massive President Trump fan.
	And he wants to see President Trump succeed.
	He wants to see bad guys go to jail.
	I know this.
	Trust me.
	I know this.
	Dan Bongino did not take a severe pay cut, like you're talking 10,000% pay cut in order.
	He had one of the most successful podcasts on planet Earth, right?
	In order to come here and to cover up for the swamp.
	That is not what Dan Bongino did.
	But he no longer has one of these.
	I'm not going to touch it.
	I promise Cole.
	He doesn't have one of these.
	And so it actually falls to, I would argue, far lesser talents, okay, and far lesser commentators, but nonetheless, in our own humble way, being able to make the case for Dan and for what's happening right now, or better yet, in order to push positive energy as to what the base really wants, likes, and cares about, and what they want to see done.
	And we've tried to do that in a very fair and even-handed way without torching people or flaming people or crashing out, but by giving like gentle, or maybe not so gentle nudges that this is something that the base cares about.
	It's a test.
	It's a test.
	And here's the most, here's why it's a test.
	It's a test because we don't want to pay taxes to pedophile cults.
	Okay?
	The end.
	That's it.
	That's my entire explanation.
	It's really not that hard.
	But more importantly, I guess if you want to get into like a very deep level, like a visceral level, like what you believe in, it's a class warfare thing, isn't it?
	You know, I'm sitting here, like all of us are carrying these giant bags all day.
	Like we work with our hands.
	We build things.
	We build this studio.
	These elites, they abuse children and they get off and no, and they have protections that none of the rest of us have.
	We are working class.
	I come from mud.
	I come from nothing.
	I went to community college and mucked hog stalls, literally shit up to my waist.
	That's what I did to make my bones to pay for my community college.
	Okay.
	That's where I come from.
	And that's probably where you come from, most likely.
	And that's hundreds of millions of us in this country have to live like that.
	And our children have to live like that.
	And that's just the way it is.
	All right.
	And it's a class warfare thing, really, with this Jeffrey Epstein stuff.
	It's not a left or right thing.
	There should never be, I mean, obviously the Democrats have a bad history with this stuff.
	There should never be any safe harbor for any predators.
	There is no like, you know, there shouldn't be any safe harbor for ever, any predator.
	But there are classes, isn't it?
	It's not a left or right thing, is it?
	It's not like a political zeitgeist thing.
	Now a bunch of Democrats are screaming to release the Epstein files.
	The boiling point of this is a class warfare question.
	We, the normal, pay our W-2s, pay our taxes, people in America get our calluses on our hands.
	Us normal people watched elites rape kids on a private island on private jets.
	And then they got away with it.
	Those effers.
	And the obscenity of that, the in-your-face spitting in our faces that they can get away with it is what enrages the masses about that.
	That's why it plucks a nerve.
	Not because of Trump or Biden or Clinton or anything, not because of any of that, but because we are sick of being spit on as the working class in this country, as the Americans who keep the damn country running.
	You could get rid of the elites and nothing would change.
	You got rid of the working class, the people that filled potholes, as we're walking in, as we're walking in.
	There's a dude just out here.
	He's a mason.
	He's like building, not a mason like, ooh, mason, but like a dude who just like does rock work, right?
	And he's just fixing the capital.
	You know, fat capital, it's a whole building, big old rocks, pieces of rock fall off.
	And he's just a dude, right?
	He's got all this mud all over him.
	He's got grit on his face, grit on his hands, dirt under his fingernails.
	And he stops us.
	He's a subscriber to the channel.
	He's like, just like, he's like, thanks, man.
	Thanks for like, thanks for like keeping it real out here.
	You know, nobody really, nobody wants to work.
	Nobody wants to work here.
	I'm like one of the only guys that like shows up to work.
	Everyone gets a paycheck, but I'm like the only guy showing up to work, right?
	And I just like appreciate it.
	We listen, I listen to your channel all day as I'm out here fixing bricks.
	It's like a proper grafter.
	He's out here fixing bricks at the U.S. Capitol.
	And this dude is a subscriber to the show.
	And that's like one of the greatest honors.
	We sat out there and talked with him until we got so many mosquito bites.
	And we had to get the show ready.
	The point is that this.
	If you got rid of the elite, the people that were flying on Epstein's plane, nothing would change in this country.
	If you got rid of the guys who fixed the bricks and the sewer systems, you wouldn't have a country anymore.
	You'd descend into Somalia.
	You'd turn into South Sudan overnight.
	And it's those people, the guys who work in manholes, the guys who work with brick, you know, work in bricks, and we feel very privileged to do what we do.
	But there's physical labor involved and we consider ourselves working class.
	Those guys, us, that's why this pisses us off.
	Because it's one more time that these privileged Silver Spoon elite that most likely didn't do anything or aren't particularly impressive, I've met plenty of them, like that those people that had things handed to them have decided that they are going to take the gifts that God gave them and the gifts that they were born with and abuse.
	Typically abuse people from where I come from, right?
	Trailer parks.
	That's where Jeffrey Epstein went to go cruise for chicks.
	He sent Jillian Maxwell to go to the trailer parks to find women who had broken homes, who didn't have fathers present.
	And it's sick.
	And so they prayed off of where we all come from.
	They prayed off of the working class for their own sick pleasures and their own demonic practices.
	And we want these bastards to feel it for once in their lives.
	We want these bastards to feel what it looks like to not have that protection.
	And we want everybody who knows them and everybody who's ever been their friend and everybody who's ever like, whoever like even texted them while they were going to the Epsteins Island to feel fear.
	The kind of fear that people felt in January 6th, quite frankly, I'll tell you this from inside of the Capitol.
	You know, I was invited to January 6th, the Trump speech.
	I've lived in fear for the last like six years, right?
	Because my name, not because I didn't go to anything here, whatever, right?
	We've had nothing but J-Sixers on our show, like we've big advocates for them.
	But I had my name on a seat there for Trump speech, right?
	I was invited by the White House.
	I listened to January 6th speech by Trump.
	And I've lived assuming, and my wife and I had this conversation.
	I've lived assuming that a Fed would kick in my door, right?
	And just because I shook, just because I attended the Trump speech would like paul me off, right?
	They'd come up with some, you know, they were trying to come up with some reason, right?
	Paul me off.
	Obviously, thank God that President Trump pardoned J Sixers and we pushed that behind us.
	And even Mike Johnson just said, I've released all of the tape, everything that doesn't have some type of security element to it that cannot be released for security purposes.
	You have it all.
	You have five years of footage.
	Go for it.
	That's transparency.
	I felt that fear.
	Every person, I just assumed, I just assumed it would happen, you know, because it was just happening to everyone.
	Every person, look, why should I feel like that?
	I did nothing wrong.
	That's like the power of the DOJ when you actually angle it directly at the people, when you actually angle it directly at a group of people.
	What I'm asking for is for that searing heat and fear to be angled at child predators.
	That's what I want them to feel.
	The people who flew on that plane and the people who engaged in that activity, I want them to feel that.
	At any moment, a Fed will kick in their door and their life will be over.
	That's what I want.
	That would be justice.
	That would be righteous.
	That's good.
	These people are evil.
	There's no greater evil on earth.
	And so that's why we ask.
	And that's why we keep asking.
	And we do it out of love for the president's administration and care for the people that we are close with.
	And now I have the update.

	But there's real truth to there being a now large, motivated movement of people inside of the federal government that want a principal special counsel that want far more muscular and massive disclosures, and that that is growing because of us.
	That's growing because of our activism.
	That's growing because of what we are doing on this channel and on other channels.
	I reported this out last night.
	I reported out that there is now a very strong movement for more and a very strong movement amongst our base for true justice on this.
	And I think that, quite frankly, the process is the punishment.
	True justice would be just being out with all the files and all the evidence.
	That would be actual justice.
	And the people who not only were a part of this, but also enabled it.
	Again, there's a clip.
	I don't think we have it loaded, but there's a clip of Cindy McCain, who probably has chilled out in this room before.
	I don't know.
	We're on the House side, not the Senate side.
	But Cindy McCain, like, what, like, lived up here.
	Her husband ran the damn Senate.

	Here's this clip of her that says, where she's like, we all knew what Epstein was doing.
	We knew it.
	We knew.
	It was known.
	He was our donor.
	You know, we just didn't want to do anything about it.

	And we're winning and it's an incremental approach.
	Democrats spent 30 or 40 years trying to destroy this country.
	And they did it incrementally.
	And what Republicans are doing right now is incrementally clawing it back.
	It's not perfect, but it's winning.
	And we've got to get used to that.
	We don't need a two-year majority.
	We need a 20-year majority.

	I didn't know, Congressman, you know, respectful.
	I didn't know that Republicans could pass laws.
	I didn't know that was the thing Republicans were even capable of doing.
	For years, this show and this audience was lied to by people like Paul Ryan.

	Saying he's going to build a border wall.
	He's going to fund the border.
	He's going to fund ICE.
	He's going to fund Trump's border wall.
	He did a little sizzle video praising himself for riding a horse on the border, saying, I can't wait to build Trump's border wall, to do anything.
	In fact, did the opposite.
	But you guys like freaking pulled it off.
	That's the thing.
	What's the difference?
	Yeah, what changed?
	It's a mentality shift, okay?
	And it's kind of back to that Reagan model of 80%, right?
	If I can get 80%, that's a victory.
	Business people will tell you when they go to the negotiating table that they have to get some sort of return on the investment.
	They have to get a win.
	If they can get a win and they know it's very unlikely they're going to get everything, they'll start high.
	Trump is the master at this.
	He's the art of the deal.
	He knows the deal.
	Republicans today have taken the approach of, okay, it is not perfect.
	Like, I can tell you 100 things about the bill that I wish were different.
	But you know what?
	I can tell you a thousand things that are really good.
	And then I'm very happy that we did.
	And I think that's the, it's a mentality shift.
	We're winning because we're like, we're going to come back.
	We're not done.
	In fact, this is step one.

	So that's the difference.
	As somebody who loves the state of Texas so very much, so proud of your state, you got to be really thankful for the mass deportation machine on steroids.

	And how do you report back to your constituency when you don't have the decency to stand for Lake and Riley's parents?
	When you don't have the decency to stand for Jocelyn Nungare's mother, when you don't have the decency to clap for a young boy who all he wanted to do was be a federal officer, a secret service officer.
	They didn't clap for him.
	How do you have the decency?
	He's from Texas.
	Yeah.
	Yes, he's from Texas, right?
	That's exactly the young man.
	The young boy is.
	And these tragedies occurred under their watch.
	So to say that we are glad that the border is secure is the understatement of the year.
	To say that we are glad that we are removing criminals and potential terrorists, which I have worked on as hard as any issue out of our country to make our country safer.
	I mean, my goodness.
	You know, this is insane that they can't get on board with this.
	It's the opposite, Congressman.
	They're electing communists.
	They want a communist.
	Who wants to tax?
	This is one, we look through all of his policies.
	So Zorhan Mandami, I know New York's a far ways away from Texas, but you guys are going to get a bunch of new congressional seats based on New Yorkers leaving New York.
	Same with Florida, right?
	It's like California and New Yorkers, they leave and then they come to our states.
	That dude, Zorhan Mandami, you're in charge of the Republican Study Committee.
	You're the chair of it?
	You're the chair of it.
	So maybe you could study this.
	Is it legal to tax white people more?
	Because that's what Zorhan Mandami says.
	It's on his website right now.
	It says tax white people more.
	That's how we're going to pay for things in New York.
	Like, can you study that?
	And maybe you can give me an answer right now.
	I'm not sure there's much to study on this.
	This guy is, he's, Republicans everywhere are going to Hold this up as where their party is going.
	They're so lost.
	They're so rudderless.
	And the fact that this is the shining star, the example, the person that AOC is campaigning with to say, look at where our party is going, because there are good Democrats and I enjoy working with them.
	We disagree on things, but there are still some good ones.
	Unfortunately, they're following Adami.
	And they have nothing to say for it other than an anti-Semitic message, which is what they're endorsing, a pro-socialist government takeover of private endeavors inside New York City, which is what they're endorsing, and so many other things.
	It's just, it's unbelievable.
	Not much to study on this one.
	As a Republican, we have good policy.
	We're going to fight for good policy.
	And I know that because there are multiple Democrats every single vote we put on the House floor that are voting for our policy.
	It's very interesting.
	Multiple Democrats, 20, 30, 40.
	Because there's a lot of districts.
	The speaker was here talking about this.
	There are a lot of districts that are Trump districts that are currently occupied by Democrats.
	15 is correct.
	Yes.
	Yeah.
	If my number is correct, I think it's 15 districts that Trump won that are represented by Democrat representatives, which we hope will change in 2026.
	Well, this actually ties in perfectly to the question that we have from the audience.
	And this is probably the single most popular question that the audience is asking.
	They want to know about term limits.
	You're the perfect guy to ask this of.
	How would that happen?
	You know, there seems like everybody sees like members of the Senate.
	Who was it?
	Was it Barbara Boxer?
	There's a member of Diane Feinstein literally come up here like terminally ill in 90.
	I mean, it's awful.
	It almost seems immoral, right?
	What happened with Joe Biden?
	Immoral, actually, an act of immorality.
	Like it's like evil, in fact, to do to such a terminally sick person.
	Maybe term limits would help that.
	The floor is yours.
	What are your thoughts on term limits?
	Sure.
	And look at the age discrepancy between Republicans and Democrats right now, because we have a meritocracy.
	You can only serve three terms in a position of chairmanship of a committee, and then you're done.
	And it creates competition.
	Democrats are all seniority.
	You have to wait here for 30 years until you become chairman.
	I didn't have to know that.
	That's really interesting.
	It's very interesting.
	And by the way, many Democrats have confided in me that, and not even confiding, they say it out loud.
	We wish our system was like yours because that would make us sharper.
	It would make us more competitive.
	We could compete with your ideas.
	Unfortunately, we have people who are, you know, in some cases in very poor health that are running and are in charge of committees.
	So sure, term limits.
	Don't ask my wife about them.
	She's very pro term limits for family reasons.
	Yeah, she wants to be back with your beautiful family.
	Absolutely.
	We have four children.
	We have three girls.
	Yeah.
	The deep state, I'm in my third term.
	Understanding where these bureaucrats are that have for decades controlled the agencies, have written regulations and basically things that have the full force and effect of law.
	The oversight that is needed is not a two or three term job.
	It is not a 20 term job.
	It's somewhere in the middle.
	If you can't get in here as an Air Force guy and promote, and I don't mean position, I just mean by influence of do your job well, figure out how to do it better next term, so on and so forth.
	If you can't do that in about 12 to 14 years, you're probably in the wrong business.
	You know, I think that's what the Constitution was written for.
	Term limits will always be a discussion.
	I would be open to looking at this.
	I also believe that the people of this country need us to make sure we have oversight of the agencies that don't have term limits, that will never have term limits, that will never do a town hall in my district to come say why they wrote some overreaching egregious regulation.
	I'd love for the CIA to do a town hall.
	By the way, I was with Director Retcliffe.
	He is doing a phenomenal job of rooting out that deep state and owning what should be the shining star of all of our agencies, the CIA, that should be helping our national security.
	And they are, and he's doing a good job.
	His memo was incredible on Comey and Brennan.
	His memo was remarkable.
	Yeah.
	He's a good actor.
	He's a transparent guy.
	Just very, very quickly, I know we're up against a hard out.
	The B-2 bombers, you're an Air Force guy.
	It's got to be a huge point of pride for you.
	Have you ever seen one of those?
	Have you ever flown one?
	B-2s, no F-17 or F-22 that escorted the F-117s that escorted the B-2s, yes.
	These were my first flew this mission.
	That's so.
	These were the guys I trained flew this mission.
	Freaking cool, man.

	If I can just real quickly talk about the Republican Study Committee.

	It is an incredible group, 189 members, the conservative conscience of Congress.
	We are conservative.
	We also come to the table.
	We want to be a part of governing.
	So you asked early, like, how did you guys do this?
	I have to give some credit to our members in the Republican Study Committee who for months in advance of this bill got together, talked about it, debated, had a dialogue, you know, substantive conversations, pushed leadership.
	The very first time we pushed them after our winter retreat at the end of January, they said, we're going to save $350 billion.
	And we're like, no, you're not.
	We're going to save way more than that.
	And that number has to be trillions, not billions.
	So don't even come to the table unless we are going to meaningfully save.
	And I want to save more.
	Was disappointed at the final number that the Senate came back with, but we're going to get back after it.
	This is what the RSC does is, and you being here, the first time we've ever done this to have members come through and talk to you.
	And thank you for getting the message out.

	I know I've asked you this a couple times, but it just keep you keep like, can we go to the casino sometimes?

	I occasionally visit one.

	Okay, so auto pen, I want to start with garbage fake news from NBC.
	NBC is like, oh, Congressman Palmer used an auto pen once, and that means he can't ever talk about an auto pen again.
	Can you please explain that?
	That's exactly what they would do during the Biden influence peeling investigation.
	We discovered that Jim Biden had funneled $200,000 to Joe Biden, which was from a scheme.
	We traced the money.
	We traced the laundered money from the scheme to Joe Biden's back pocket.
	And the next day, the media came out with a story.
	Comer loaned his own brother $200,000, just like Jim Biden loaned, which was, they just made that up.
	So they came out with this AutoPen story.
	I have given dozens of interviews saying that everyone uses an AUTOPIN for correspondence, but you can't use an AUTOPIN for legal documents.
	A judge can't use an AUTOPIN to sign a warrant.
	I can't use an AUTOPIN to sign a subpoena.
	If you sign something real estate related that requires a notary public, you have to use a real pen.
	Anything pertaining to the law has to be used.
	You have to use an ink pen.
	A real person sign it with an ink pen.
	What we're talking about here are pardons and executive orders.
	They were signed with an auto pen on days when Joe Biden was in the White House.
	So why, if Joe Biden was in the White House, did he not just sign it himself?
	Now we've got this evidence that emerges that Joe Biden wasn't competent.
	Jake Tapper's book said that.
	We're pretty confident Jean-Pierre's book's going to say that.
	That's why they pulled him off the ticket after he won the Democrat nomination.
	Obama and them saw him in the debate.
	It's like, my God, this guy's not all there.
	And then all of a sudden, all these pardons and executive orders and everything start rolling out of the White House after he's pulled off the ticket.
	They're signed when he's supposedly in the White House.
	So did he even know about it?
	The New York Times story yesterday, Joe Biden interviewed, the first real interview he's done since he left office, and he admitted he didn't know all those people that he was pardoning.
	It's a devastating interview.
	That's very damaging.
	It's a devastating interview.
	I don't know how you get around it.
	Now, I know they buried the lead 17 paragraphs in.
	I counted.
	But paragraph 17 says that Biden's staff inserted names into the pardoning documents that Joe Biden didn't know about.
	Yeah.
	Think about all the prosecutors and all the time that was probably put in and tax dollars spent in prosecuting many of these people.
	And then some staffer just sticks a piece of paper in an auto pen and signs Joe Biden's name and poof, they're pardoned.
	I mean, that's not how the system's set up.
	The Constitution doesn't allow the president to, if you work for me, Benny, say, hey, Benny, you go pardon anybody you want.
	You can sign my name in the auto pen.
	That's not how it works.
	The pardon has to be by the president.
	The president is supposed to thoroughly understand what he's doing, and then he overrides everything that was determined by a jury, by a court of law.
	He has the power to do that.
	That's the last check and balance in the whole process.
	And Joe Biden admitted, yeah, I didn't know.
	I just, I gave the staff authority to pardon whomever.
	I mean, do we need to bring all the staff in?
	Were the staff getting paid to do that?
	I don't know.
	I don't know.
	But were they related?
	Did they have a conflict of interest?
	I mean, you can't do what Joe Biden did.
	And he admitted in the New York Times he did it.
	We're concerned about the pardons, but we're really concerned about the executive orders.
	Most of these executive orders were signed during the lame duck period when Donald Trump won, you know, between the November election and January when Donald Trump takes office.
	That's called the Langduck.
	So everybody in the Biden administration knew Trump won the election and he was going to be president.
	They start signing a lot of executive orders for the sole purpose to Trump-proof this administration.
	One reason that it's hard for Donald Trump to deport the criminal illegals is because of these executive orders.
	One reason it's hard for Donald Trump to eliminate government agencies like USAID and Department of Education is because of executive orders.
	So we think that everything that was signed with this auto-pin from executive orders and pardons can be ruled invalid in a court of law.
	That's why we're doing this investigation, and hopefully we'll get results very soon.

	And I think if they didn't release it the first month, which I said they wouldn't, which you and I have said repeatedly, that we're never going to get it.

	I know you've gotten quite a bit of engagement saying, I don't know a single person in Congress that wants to protect these monsters.
	Talk us through this.
	What is this moment?
	Like, you're such a deep thinker.
	What is this moment really?
	And how do we fix it?
	Look, this moment comes pre-packed with a whole lot of issues that will grab people's attention.
	Number one, trust in government, particularly in the U.S. government, is at an all-time low.
	But understandably, they've got a government that spies on them, lies to them, very often doesn't shoot straight with them and requires them to work many months out of every year just to pay their federal taxes only to be told that we're $37 trillion in debt.
	Then when you add to that, the fact that we've had child victims, many, many child victims of a heinous set of offenses stretching over many, many years.
	Expectations get built up.
	And then when they perceive that they're not getting that, they get upset.
	And so this is a difficult topic.
	And it's a topic that's not simply going to go away easily.
	There are a number of ways around that, including by anything that will give the public a greater understanding of what the government has, what it doesn't have, where it doesn't have it or can't release it, a robust explanation as to why what's not being released can't be released, either because it's privileged, grand jury proceeding material or to respect victim confidentiality or something like that.
	And then finally, I think there are people who do know who could talk.
	Imagine, for example, if we had Ghelane Maxwell come and testify before a congressional committee.
	I think that could go a long way toward helping the public gain some insight into this long-standing criminal enterprise that people are afraid will be swept under the rug.
	You have voiced this on social media, but I want to ask right now, will you be in favor of Ghelane Maxwell testifying?
	Absolutely.
	Absolutely.
	I've posted on this.
	And if she were to testify, I think she could answer a lot of questions that could help put all of this in perspective.
	Yes.
	Do you have any instincts on what exactly was happening here?
	That does seem to be the rub, right?
	I know you know Tucker really well.
	I know you know Dan Bongino.
	I know you know a lot of these players.
	They're not monsters.
	They want the truth.
	Dan didn't take a 10,000% pay cut, right, to come up here and carry water for the deep state.
	That didn't happen.

	Yeah, I know a lot of these players, some of them are disagreeing with each other.
	Dan Bongino and I have been really good friends for the last 14 years and good friends with Cash Patel and also with Pan Bundy.

	I think there is a way to draw a straight line between all of them in a way that will satisfy the public's both curiosity and legitimate demand to know what happened.

	Well, I mean, it's very interesting.
	It just seems like a class warfare thing to me.
	And the more I've thought about it, I've thought about the visceral reaction.
	And it feels like the real anger isn't because it's a Republican in office or a Democrat in office or even that Clinton was part of this whole thing.
	Right.
	The real anger is that it's the elites that are taking advantage of working class people.
	They trolled the trailer parks for young women who didn't have fathers.
	They abused them.
	And now they're laughing at us, spitting in our faces because they can get away with it again and again and again.
	And the working class of this country, which number in the hundreds of millions, are looking up at these people and saying, must we suffer another insult at the hands of these monsters?
	Right, right.
	And they see that Mr. Epstein got a pretty favorable treatment on his plea agreement 10 years ago.
	Favorable.
	And incredibly lenient.
	And then the second time when he was taken into custody and the way he died, whether you call that a coincidence or something else, it piques people's curiosity and not without good reason.
	So I think regardless of how this is handled moving forward, I think everybody has to acknowledge the legitimacy of real concerns that the American people have with this pattern that is itself incredibly troubling.
	Yeah.
	What's next for the Senate?
	I know that you've had some members of Congress in here, very brave, because we've had members of Congress in here.
	I'm coming over to the House side, by the way, just very brave for doing that.
	Members of Congress coming in here being like, that damn Senate, they can't even defund NPR.
	He talked us through this reception package, talked us through, we're all happy that Republicans are passing laws again.
	I didn't even know Republicans could do that in my lifetime.
	But now there's the next step after the Big Beautiful Bill.
	What's that landscape?
	This ties into something that I commented on to my Republican colleagues in the Senate just a little while ago today in a meeting and that I later posted on, which is that we have developed a mantra in the analogous context of voting rights.
	There's a tension.
	On one hand, you want to make it easy to vote, but you also want to make it hard to cheat.
	In the spending world, it should be easy to cut and hard to spend, but instead we have the reverse of that.
	It's easy to spend in Congress and very hard to cut.
	There are a couple of workarounds, a couple of procedural tools that most people like you, even people like you who are very engaged and you're by no means a novice of the political world, aren't even aware of the fact that these procedures exist because they're so seldom utilized.
	But a president can propose rescissions to previously appropriated funds, which can then be passed on a simple majority vote in the Senate.
	This is one of those moments.
	Now we have between now and this coming Friday, this coming Friday, the 18th of July, to pass this rescission package.
	If we pass it, we can pass it with a simple majority vote.
	Now we're talking about, I mean, it's a lot of money, to be sure, but in terms of federal dollars, it's like $9 trillion, relatively small compared to the overall sale of what we've, I'm sorry, $9 billion.
	This is a classic mistake in Washington.
	I just committed it.
	Roughly $9 billion.
	Only a thousand-fold difference between what I said and what the truth is.
	Senator, everyone loves you and knows, if it were up to everybody, you'd be in charge of the Treasury and the Fed.
	But like the fact that you just made that mistake proves the point.
	It proves the point.
	Maybe we shouldn't be dabbling in numbers this big.
	I wish it were $9 trillion that we were cutting.
	In any event, $9 billion between now and Friday that the Senate can cut on a simple majority vote.
	In that cut, you have funding for things like NPR, which basically become the communications arm of the DNC.
	These guys are far-left radicals, and they have the right to say whatever they want.
	They're protected under the First Amendment in doing that, and they'll fight to the death for the right to do it.
	But they do not have a constitutional right to extract money out of the American taxpayer by force of law.
	That's what they've been doing.
	We've got to undo that, and that's why we've got to pass this rescues package.
	For those Republicans who are wringing their hands over this and saying, oh, it's too hard.
	We might cut something legitimate that helps some good people somewhere.
	The same can always be said of almost every component, every dime of federal spending.
	You can always identify legitimate beneficiaries of something that gets done there.
	But that doesn't mean we need to keep it.
	And where it's become so easy to spend and so hard to cut, we need to take advantage of it.
	We need to avail ourselves of the benefits of these procedural cuts.
	One of these moments where if ALX were in the room, we would say, imagine eating this good.
	Imagine cutting this good.
	Imagine cutting this good.
	Where you've got a simple majority.
	You got to take advantage of it.
	You can leave it on the table.
	How could they fund Elmo when we found out what an extremist he was?

	Now, I manage my expectations up, but you're not going to get 100% of everything.
	And if you think you are, you here in Lululean, you got to, I mean, manage your expectations.
	I like a majority of the bill.
	Obviously, the tax cuts deal with Medicaid, obviously SNAP, get these states to pay more.
	So I think it was overall a good bill.
	Now, there's some things I was very frustrated.
	The fact that they put this little penalty against gamblers.
	I like to go to any casino.
	I like Vegas.
	I think it's fun.
	But if you break even on the casino, this and that, now they took this.
	You can only deduct 90% of your losses.
	Why in the hell would you do that?
	It's been 100%.
	Why would you do that?
	So they snuck that in there.
	Believe it or not, Dana Titus, a member out of Nevada, represents Vegas.
	I said, sign me up as a co-sponsor right away.
	I said, we got to strip that.
	That was stupid.
	That just didn't make any sense.
	And then there was another portion of the bill that I wanted.
	You didn't even know about that.
	That's an example.
	They snuck that in there.
	And then there was another one.
	I wanted to Tax the net investment earnings, the net earnings on the investments of the endowments to 21%.
	Now, in 2017, the tax was 1.4.
	So they've had it at 1.4, but that's not enough.
	I said, we take it to 21% because instructions were find a way to reduce the deficit, raise some generate some revenue.
	We would have brought in 7 to 10 billion with a B a year by making it 21% to the corporate tax rate.
	Guess what they do in the Senate?
	They took it down to eight.
	We left, so now we're going to get a billion.
	We left billions of dollars on the table.
	I said, that is just stupidity.
	What the hell are we doing?
	Why would you do that?
	Harvard, $53 billion, all these elite universities, all this money, and we're not taxing them.
	It makes no sense.
	So I wanted to take it to 21.
	We got it through the House, through ways and means.
	I mean, Jason Smith did a great job.
	We got it through the House at 21, and then they took it to 8, and nobody was able to explain it to me.
	I was grumpy.
	I was grumpy.
	I'm telling you, I was grumpy.
	I saw it.
	I saw the clip.
	But there was no way I could go against the big one, big beautiful bill because I didn't get my way.
	I mean, 8% is better than 1.4, but my God, we got to be better than that.
	We should do better than that.

	The thing that animated our audience and that I was, you know, I was looking at this thing and some of it's not good and some of it's great.
	Man, that funding for ICE was unbelievable as a Texan and as a proud Texan, somebody who represents the state and really like, I got to tell you, I hope that you get a chance to meet Troy Nell someday.
	You'll be like, that's a member of Congress from Texas right there.
	That's a member of Congress from Texas.
	That's like huge for us.
	That ICE has one of the biggest budgets of any military on earth is actually an unbelievable promise made.
	And the assaults that's taking place, it seems like the Democrats, they say they're the party of peace.
	I beg to differ.
	I think they're the ones that are getting people all spun up.
	And they actually almost encourage people to get violent.
	They really do.
	And you want to go out and insult an ICE agent, throw stones at one, try to stab him with a knife, try to shoot him?
	We need to protect our ICE agents.
	I mean, just the threats and the attacks on federal law enforcement, it's out through the roof.
	I tell you what, these ICE agents got to protect themselves.
	You threaten an ICE agent with a knife or something, we need to shoot you dead.
	That will reduce recidivism.
	We need to shoot you dead.
	There's no reason that these bad ombres in this country should feel like they can just go out and start assaulting our federal law enforcement officers that are trying to do their job.
	Who would want to do that anymore with the assaults up 700%?
	We got to be better than that.
	And the Democrats got to cut back on this banter and all this crap because it's not healthy.

	Here's what just happened.
	It was a procedural vote.
	And we have these all the time.
	It's called a PQ.
	It's voting on the previous question.
	And if the Democrats had won the previous question, which I know sounds insane, it's one of these crazy rules in the House that are hard to understand.
	That means they would control the House floor.
	And that means they could bring up anything.
	They could bring up impeachment articles against President Trump.
	They could bring up a whole package of insane Democrat agenda items and force votes on the House floor on these things.
	That's what we voted against.
	We never allowed Democrats to have control of the House floor because we control the House floor.
	So it's a misunderstanding.
	And I just wanted to straighten that out.
	There's not, you know, I read Rokana's bill.
	It's a garbage bill because it doesn't have any protections for re-victimization or anybody.
	And, you know, obviously the point of all of this is to not have abuse materials and to have less abuse, not more abuse.
	Nobody wants that.

	I'm a pretty like hearted person.
	But I get so angry at sort of what felt like a slander as though like we're goblins for wanting abuse material on the internet.

	But what Rokana put out there is an insane bill that doesn't have any protections at all.

	And that you have to have some delicate balance on this.

	I want to bring you up to speed on something else that just happened on the House.

	There's a bill called the Genius Act.
	And the Genius Act is one of President Trump's executive orders.
	He signed it on January 23rd.
	And what it does is it creates the framework for federal regulation of stablecoin and cryptocurrency.
	And so this is an important agenda item for President Trump.
	I fully support it.
	However, we just took down the rule for that bill to stop it from being advanced because the House, we weren't allowed to put amendments in on the Genius Act.
	And there's one very, or actually two critical things that have been left out of this bill that hardly anyone knows anything about.
	One is for people to be able to maintain their chain of custody.
	That's extremely important.
	If anyone that owns crypto, they want to maintain their chain of custody.
	That has to be in the bill.
	The second thing, which is even far potentially very deceptive, is that it does not ban a central bank digital currency.
	That is not currently in the Genius Act.
	And so I voted no on the rule and took it down, went completely against House leadership because we have to make sure there's a ban on central bank digital currency because that's basically the beginning of the B system.
	If you're a Christian, you never want to have a government banking system where they can control digital currency.
	And President Trump himself, in his executive order, had the ban on what's called CBDC central bank digital currency.
	That was in his executive order.
	However, the Senate did not put it in there.
	So we're in a fight.
	It's happening right now in the House, and we're fighting to make sure there's a ban on that.
	So how does that hold up, right?
	Like, are you on the winning side there?
	Do the majority of Republicans agree with that?
	Just happened 25 minutes ago.
	I think the people at home, I think the people at home that watch your show know exactly what I'm talking about.
	They do not want the framework to be put in place to allow for the back door to create a central bank digital currency.
	We trust President Trump and his administration, but we don't trust a future administration.
	We can see the nihilist hellscape that is modern day China, where if you post something about Xi Jinping and you haven't like it, you can't buy groceries.

	But when I was so proud to partner with Marsha Blackburn and she introduced her amendment to strip it out, she fought with Ted Cruz.
	I was like, that away.
	And they voted 99 to one to take it out.
	And it was partly because my no vote was sitting in the House.
	So when we work together and make sure these bills are done right, then we're passing the president's agenda.
	But if we go too fast and we just go along with whatever leadership tells us to do, then we aren't getting it right.

	People really want to know what's going to happen next with Epstein.
	They want to know, like, what, like, what, like, can the FBI review the terror?

	And those 20-year-olds and 30-year-olds do not have hope for a future.
	They can't afford rent.
	They can't buy a house.
	They can't afford insurance.

	They're maxed out in credit card debt.
	And they're saying, hey, what about my life?
	We aren't Interested in sending weapons or selling weapons to NATO because the reality is, Benny, the American people are paying for that because we're the top contributor to NATO.
	And we don't want to get engaged in World War III.

	And so I think that's another issue that I think MAGA and the people that care about America first need to get passionate about.

	And it's probably why he's Donald Trump's golf partner, because he actually threw haymakers and he broke some jaws, metaphorically, and he did real work.
	And he showed what Republicans who have a passion and a power to actually change the country for the better can do.

	School districts and cities are forcing everyone to wear a mask.
	I mean, it's kind of, you know, we're far enough removed that you can lose sight of how close we came to losing everything.
	And so for me, I just, for whatever reason, I just felt like this was a, this was go time.
	This was a time to save the country.
	So we sued on the vax mandate.
	We won it the Supreme Court.
	We had the student loan debt forgiveness case.
	We won it the Supreme Court.
	We filed the Missouri versus Biden censorship case, which exposed all of that big tech, big government alliance to censor conservatives even before Elon Musk bought Twitter.
	So I'm really proud of the work that we did.
	And looking back now, I think it was we were really kind of holding the line until President Trump could get back, right?
	And so now we've got a chance really to save the country.
	So I love that job.
	It was a great opportunity.
	And you're in Thunderdome when you want to get into those fights.
	But it was good for me too, because I saw the full landscape of what the left has set up, the institutions, the NGOs, all the stuff that is aligned against us and our way of life.
	And yes, I was proud of that time and try to take that same fighting spirit here.
	And just one final question on the state AG level.
	Many Republicans sitting here frowning about Joe Biden and the pardons, and he pardoned Fauci and he pardoned his family.
	But a state AG, that pardon means nothing.
	Am I correct in understanding this?
	Oh, yeah, those are, yeah, those are for federal crimes.
	By the way, I think the most important revelation that's come out here in the last couple of days, really, so I led the co-chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the auto pen.
	We kind of kicked it off, and we have actually requests sent to the archivist, who happens to be Marco Rubio now, by the way, to get a paper trail.
	Isn't that kind of funny?
	I told Marco a letters coming his way as the archivist, but to get the records of when the auto pen was actually authorized.
	But now you've got revelations that he maybe didn't actually agree to even use the auto pen for individual pardons and commutations.
	That has serious consequences, not just at the state level, but throws into question whether or not those are valid at all now.
	So I think this is a scandal bigger than Watergate, and it's just beginning to unfold.
	Can I please nail that down?
	Wait, so you're telling me that Joe Biden didn't agree?
	Yeah, the reporting from the New York Times of all places in the last 48 hours is that he may have given sign-off to classifications potentially of crimes, but not actually individual people that the AutoPen then signed the pardon for.
	That's actually a real problem.
	So like you have to be of sound mind anyway.
	It's sort of like if you're ever in a will contest of, you know, and they have to ask if the person who changed their will at the last minute was of sound mind and knew what they were doing.
	That's an important question.
	So that's on the table with Joe Biden.
	And then even if he assented to a classification of crimes he may want to consider, the idea that he didn't actually sign off on Hunter Biden or anybody else that he pardoned, which on top of the craziness of these were preemptive pardons for crimes not even identified.
	So the whole thing is crazy and goofy.
	Yes.
	And I don't think we've seen the last of that.
	Yeah, it's such a weird thing to pardon somebody when they haven't been charged with anything.
	And by the way, think of the precedent that sets.
	Any president on the way out the door now can just say, anybody that I've ever talked to is just immune from any prosecution for what's the limiting principle there, Senator.
	There isn't one.
	That's the problem.
	Okay, so Trump can just pardon the MAGA movement.
	Yeah.
	Like, oh, okay, got it.
	Anybody, yeah, you could just say, or, you know, you would name people, but they're, you know, anybody in his administration, I mean, this has never been done before, right?
	It's never been done.

	I've never seen so many members of Congress, including senators, attack and assault ICE agents.
	I've never seen anything like it.
	They're not like doing it, you know, you will reap the whirlwind, Kavanaugh.

	No, they're physically attacking it.
	You know, Alex Fadia physically bullrushed federal agents.
	It's all on camera from five different angles.
	Lamonica McIver of New Jersey physically assaulted ICE agents and impeded an arrest.
	She's been indicted for that.
	Three indictments returned.
	You just increased charges, I believe, today.
	You wrote legislation to double the maximum federal penalty for assaulting or impeding an ICE agent.
	Tell me about this.
	I think this is a big deal.
	So if you want to get inside the mind of the Democrats, they believe they could get away with opening up the border and then creating a problem so big that they would just give mass amnesty.
	And the key was they had to stay in power.
	That's why they were willing to go along with the ruse that Joe Biden was somehow competent and they had the coup with Kamala Harris.
	And why, by the way, all this stuff was hidden is because they wanted to hold on to power so badly because their grand plan was to have these 20 million people who came in four years be citizens.
	And by the way, you don't even have to be a citizen to be counted in the census.
	That was their other play.
	But anyway, so what you will never hear, Benny, any Democrat, even if they were to condemn an attack or an assault on an ICE agent, what you'll never hear any one of them say is, you know what we need to do?
	Take a step back and let the ICE agents do their jobs.
	And why won't they say that?
	It's because they actually believe in open borders and they don't think that anybody who's here illegally should ever be deported.
	So, if you're going to go down that road and you're going to justify it, and their base is demanding that they fight harder and they're showing up these detention facilities and are willing to assault ICE officers, there ought to be a penalty for it.
	So, we're going to double the penalty.
	And if you want to do this, you ought to be prepared to go to jail, to go to prison for 80 years.
	And, you know, put some, I just don't think we can tolerate this because if the ICE agents who also have families and are patriotic people who believe in this country, if they can't be protected in doing that, we're not really a sovereign nation at all.
	Attacks on ICE agents up 700%.
	700%.
	I'm reading your post right here at Senator Eric Schmidt.
	This is wild.
	80 years.
	So what, yeah, so what are the penalties here?
	Yeah, so the maximum penalty you could get, which may not be issued by a judge, but it increases that maximum to 80 years.
	And, you know, as you mentioned, there's a 700% increase in assaults now.
	And I don't think that's going to slow down.
	The rhetoric hasn't cooled at all.
	Why would any Democrat not attack an ICE agent when they see their elected representatives behaving in this manner?
	That's wild.
	Because I've never seen anything like it.
	It's the members of Congress attacking the cops.
	It's crazy.
	And you're even hearing, like, it's been reported that, you know, I think they want something bad to happen.
	And the ICE agents are showing a lot of restraint, and they got a tough job.
	I mean, you're going into some tough neighborhoods and getting rid of some people who have been raping and murdering people, right?
	These are Curtel members.
	And so they deserve our respect.
	And this bill is just one small way to show it.
	So Sparks, viewer, Sparks 5251 says George Santos is going to prison and he was kicked out of Congress.
	But you have Democrat members of Congress that are doxing federal agents, inciting violence, and assaulting ICE agents.
	And nothing ever happens.
	And it does frustrate people.
	Yeah.
	Well, one of the reasons why I think having a strong U.S. attorney in the D.C. circuit is important and having U.S. attorneys across the country.
	President Trump is just beginning this.
	So you're starting to see the next wave of the agenda.
	You have the nominations, then you have the reconciliation.
	We're on rescission actually in the Senate today and tomorrow.
	We can talk about that.
	But then you also have judges and U.S. attorneys that are going to be appointed by President Trump.
	When I was Attorney General of Missouri, we partnered with Republican or President Trump appointed U.S. attorneys to crack down on violent crime.
	Those partnerships, of course, went away when Joe Biden came into office.
	So part of enforcing federal law and federal statutes, criminal statutes means you have to have U.S. attorneys who are serious.
	We didn't see that for four years under Joe Biden.
	So I think we're entering a new phase.
	So to my friend who sent in the question, hopefully better days are ahead on that front.
	Yeah, because we all saw Alex Padilla weeping, weeping on the Senate floor.
	Okay.
	Well, what happens next?
	I mean, it was like, you know, if we're going to spiral, if the whole country is going to spiral in this manner, there's going to be an equal and opposite reaction.
	Yeah.
	I mean, eventually you're going to have to put a Democrat member of Congress.
	It's really weird, though.
	It's really weird.
	I can't actually believe that this is their hill to die on.
	You know what I mean?
	Like, they just came off of an election cycle where they got smoked.
	And the number one or number two issue was illegal immigration, depending on the day, inflation or illegal immigration.
	And they've decided now that they're going to cast their lot and have margaritas down in El Salvador with, you know, 13 gang members and show up and have a real problem with these ICE agents who are just trying to do their jobs.
	The American people don't support that.
	And you have to meet this mass migration we've seen with mass deportations.
	And one of the, you know, really important things in that reconciliation package that passed two weeks ago was it front loads all that money, 45 billion for facilities, 45 billion for agents, another 40 billion for the wall.
	All of that is frontload.
	And the reason, Benny, we did that was when you get into a normal appropriations process with Democrats, they hold that hostage and they hold defense spending hostage for their crazy social programs that they want spending on.
	And so what we did was it's not just that the money is there, but we've taken that leverage away now moving forward when you get into these budget battles with them.
	So that was a really forward-looking thing that President Trump really spearheaded with his team.
	And it also gives them the money to go do their jobs because you're going to have more ICE agents now.
	That's coming.
	There's nothing they can do about it.
	Those are coming.
	The deportations are coming.
	We're going to be building new detention beds.
	Alligator Alcatraz, you're going to, you know, all this stuff.
	So there'll be more of it.
	There'll be more of them.
	So you have such a shining record of being a law enforcement agent in an AG, an attorney general.
	What would be your advice to Pam Bondi right now?
	I think even in this chair, we've heard today, some frustrations.
	Jim Homer was in here and he's like, man, I just can't get anything done with the DOJ.
	And obviously there's lots of frictions with Epstein and the releases and maybe on a 35,000-foot level.
	What's your advice?
	Well, I think I'm not, you know, I'm, you know, not going to give Pam Attorney General Bonnie advice.
	I've got a lot of respect for her.
	And Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, right?
	I mean, that's the, of course, kind of the team you want in there.
	I think for me as a former prosecutor, it's a bit challenging because I don't know what they're, you know, I don't know what they're looking at.
	I think everybody, I've been on your show talking about, yeah, we want to see as much as we can.
	We want to get this out there.
	I just don't know what they're looking at.
	So I think President Trump has sort of spoken to this and we'll see what happens next if there's any more information that comes out.
	But people are naturally curious.
	I am.
	Of course, they would be.
	I just don't know what's in, you know, what they're looking at.
	And those charging decisions then are typically pretty sensitive.
	So maybe they had a, didn't have as much as they thought.
	I don't know.
	I mean, that's just the God's honest truth from me.
	We have one more question here from Dean Rockaway, 25, talking about alleged donor fraud using names and multiple times.
	This is something that people have seen.
	Is this the act loose?
	Yeah, yeah.
	Well, actually, this is one area, Benny, I think that state AGs are stepping up on.
	This is insane.
	Yeah.
	And if you follow, which is kind of in the minutiae, but like the way fundraising works on these national races, Democrats, like to a four to one margin, raise individual dollars more than Republicans.
	It doesn't matter.
	It can be Mike Lee versus some no-name.
	And the no-name will out-raise Mike Lee four to one on individuals through Act Blue.
	And so you got to ask the question: are they just better at it than this?
	Or is there something else happening here?
	And I think it's good that the Republican AGs are looking at this because this is kind of a state-by-state kind of thing.
	And also, one of the great things, which is part of this rescissions package we're trying to pass here, cutting out USAID is effectively a money laundering, has been a money laundering operation with these NGOs.
	So think about that.
	The guy that swings the hammer, the guy that's working on the railroads, the truck drivers send his tax dollars here.
	I mean, those are the people I grew up with.
	They send their tax dollars to Washington, and then you send it to USAID so they can work with an NGO to work on Guatemalan sex changes or Sesame Street in Iraq, all this nonsense.
	But it could also be that those foreign dollars have made their way into this AC Blue network.
	And that's a very legitimate question to be investigated.
	And I think that's what this is all about.
	And we'll see.
	But it is very, very suspicious.
	But also one of the reasons why you got to cut off the spigot with this crazy, you know, permanent Washington establishment view of foreign policy spending because it's just, they fund these NGOs that push mass migration and censorship, too.
	It's nuts.
	So you have 72 hours, right, to get this rescue package passed.
	Yeah, so it has to be done by Friday, which means here in the Senate, tonight we'll probably move to proceed to the bill, which means it'll be on the bill for consideration.
	There's debate for 10 hours, then there's a vote of Rama.
	So meaning probably tomorrow is what the Senate will be doing.
	I'm actually handling that package, so working with the White House to save about $9 billion.
	And over a 10-year window, that's $90 billion, right?
	On this crazy stuff.
	And also front and center in that is NPR.
	Like finally getting the federal government out of taxpayer dollars going to NPR and PBS, this corporation for public broadcasting.
	It's so woke.
	You've got the head of NPR who's called President Trump a fascist.
	The guy who left was on their senior advising team.
	There's no Republicans.
	The coverage is so biased.
	I don't know why we would keep funding this.
	And so it's our opportunity to kind of put our work.
	I mean, you only need a simple majority, right?
	We need 50 votes plus JD Vance is really what we need, but we can only lose three people.
	So that's kind of what's going on around here today is making sure that we got the votes to do it.
	And like from my perspective, this is like a no-brainer.
	But we're working with everybody to try to address what their concerns are because ultimately it's about getting it passed.
	Yeah.
	I mean, what an insane time that we live in where we can't even do that.
	It's very insulting to us just on a personal level because I see how hard these guys work and I see how hard this team works.
	I mean, we just set this up in like two hours.
	Like we bust our asses.
	And the fact that NPR gets billions of dollars and to compete again, to destroy us, right, to slander us, to write hit pieces on us, it's such an insult.
	It is.
	And I think of them, we're like, I think.
	We're trying to scrappy build this from scratch.
	Yeah, I love this.
	And look at you like you're near.
	It's good by the grace of God.
	But yeah, but you're hustling, right?
	And that's what this is all about.
	And I do think that the good news is that our media now ecosystem is so much more diffused.
	It helps conservatives because those were the gatekeepers for so long that kept a lot of the real information away from people and they can't do it anymore.
	And they hate the fact that we've recognized it and we don't want to fund it anymore.
