🚨UNEARTHED: Epstein ADMITTED He 'Worked for CIA' as FBI Responds: 'You Will Get The Files...'

Today, in a joint status report, the FBI says it's still running searches on the Epstein records, including all communications from Director Cash Patel regarding a possible client list.
So, are there reasonable conclusions to be drawn here?
And is this a messaging problem?
Did they overpromise before they knew what the documents would show?
Here to weigh in is Tom Fenton, Judicial Watch President, and Molly Hemingway, the Federalist editor-in-chief and Fox News contributor.
Tom, here's what Cash Patel said about that Epstein client list shortly after he was nominated as FBI Director Watch.
You say that the FBI has Epstein's list.
They're sitting on it.
That doesn't seem like something you should do.
You're protecting the world's foremost predator.
Why is the FBI protecting the greatest pederist, the largest scale pederist in human history?
Simple, because of who's on that list.
What the hell are the House Republicans doing?
They have the majority.
You can't get the list.
Put on your big boy pants and let us know who the pedophiles are.
Tom, he sounded pretty definitive there.
So what changed?
I think they decided for political purposes they didn't want to include the individuals who were on these lists and put them in the public domain.
And they were concerned that some of them may not have done something warranting the disclosure.
I mean, that's the most charitable interpretation.
But there is a list.
There's no doubt.
I mean, they talk about in the memo they wrote, well, there's no incriminating client list.
Well, what does that mean?
I want the non-incriminating client list.
And of course, the client list is a term of art, right?
Where are his associates?
Where is the list of contacts?
And we asked under our FOIA lawsuit, Pam Bondi, give us the documents that you say you were looking at.
Give us documents about the release of these documents.
You said the FBI was obstructing the release.
They came back to us and said, we have nothing.
Molly.
Well, this is a proxy for what we've seen with so many big stories throughout the years where the American people just want to know what's going on with assassination attempts, you know, whether it's the one in Butler on Trump or the one that was successful against JFK, the Russia collusion hoax, the situation with Epstein.
Everyone understands that there might not be a, you know, smoking gun.
Right, but no one feels very satisfied with the level of investigation that was taking place or the transparency.
And it seems that the FBI and other government agencies care more about managing the narrative than actually just revealing the information that needs to be revealed.
And then we have interviews with former mobsters who actually was in the same jail as Epstein and had kind of a shocking claim.
Watch.
Jeffrey Epstein would have to be a magician to try to hang himself in that cell.
I was in that cell.
You just, there's no way to, there's nothing on the ceiling.
The bed post is this high.
I couldn't even go to a restroom without them walking back and forth and having me on camera.
You know, there's no way he committed suicide.
Tom, you know, and Pam Bonnie yesterday said that video they released isn't conclusive.
But it's a reset.
That minute is a regular reset.
And they're still looking for that minute.
And so release video that doesn't show what happened in the cell isn't terribly persuasive.
I'm not sure what they were expecting there.
The fact is there are two competing forensic investigations, one by Epstein's family, which suggests it was a homicide, and one by the examiner up in New York.
He says it was a suicide.
So given those issues, to say because the video doesn't show one way or the other whether someone went in there, to conclude, oh, well, there's nothing to investigate seems odd.
And they also said, we're not going to give you any more documents.
And kind of with this, well, there are too many conspiracy theories out there.
And I don't like to be dissed like that.
*Music*
There's no need to feel down.
I said, young man.
Pick yourself off the ground.
I'll say young man.
Cause you're in a new town.
Hey!
Never say never, ladies and gentlemen.
It has been proven time and time again that the most powerful force in life is a motivated man that doesn't say or hear no and keeps driving towards truth and keeps fighting back.
And ladies and gentlemen, when you have that energy and when you have that force of nature and that dog in you, boy, you can accomplish some things.
We're actually breaking through on this Epstein stuff.
It's incredible.
We're actually breaking through.
I have had conversations over the last 24 hours with some very powerful people, and there's going to be some breaking news on this show.
Get ready.
There's going to be some breaking news on the show.
This episode has lit a fire in the hearts of those who are in law enforcement to go with absolute reckless abandon and force of will against predators.
We're going to have breaking news on our show, ladies and gentlemen.
It's going to be good.
We are going to win.
When you Have these dark hours, that's when you need to fight the hardest.
And it's a remarkable thing when you can manifest.
And here's what we manifested over the last couple of days as a nexus point on this program, this audience, us here, you, this chat, this chat, point the right way, this chat.
What we have been able to manifest, you're going to love.
Because suddenly we're winning on this issue.
There are these moments in the battle where the tables turn.
And we may well be at a point where we're going to get what we want here with Epstein.
And let me explain very crystal clear what we want so that it rings like a bell.
We want to know that we're not paying taxes to a predator cult network.
The end.
That's it.
That's it.
The era of, trust us, bro, we looked into it.
Move along.
That's over.
You literally blew its head off with JFK.
That hasn't existed for a generation, but it definitely doesn't exist now.
You and me watched the Department of Justice, same building, virtually the same people, lock up every grandmother who even looked at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.
They hunted them like dogs.
They found them, and they locked them up.
Yet you asked them to put a couple billionaires or politicians in prison for pedophilia who are on tape, who are on camera, or on flight manifests for doing it.
And they're like, we can't do it.
Oh, we saw we.
We saw we.
We don't know.
No, it's not going to fly.
It's not going to fly.
What's happened in this rollout has been an insult to the American people and an insult to the base.
And the base has punched back.
You may argue 5D chess.
You may say this is what Trump wanted in the first place because now we got all the Democrats.
CNN straight up calling for the release of the Epstein files.
You may say it's 5D chess.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I just know that there are small victories.
There are cracks now that are happening.
A couple days ago, on Sunday night, we were told, you'll never see the Epstein list.
Everyone's innocent.
Jelaine Maxwell is a political prisoner.
She's sex trafficked to no one.
Okay.
And now, wouldn't you know it, ladies and gentlemen, we have some big, big movements on who Jeffrey Epstein actually was, what he was doing, and it's all verified, and they're not going to be able to run away from it any longer.
Ladies and gentlemen, we're going to cook today, Thursday, July 10th, 2025.
We are victorious in fighting back against the deep state.
This is the battle of our lifetimes.
DOJ responds to Judicial Watch requests for Epstein records.
Turns out there is a mountain of evidence.
They're hiding it.
And we're going to get it because of you and me.
Also, Epstein admits to being a CIA agent in print.
Oh yeah, baby.
Now that people are looking, now that the full Streisand effect has materialized, what we're going to probably get is a special counsel.
Streisand effect, meaning Barbara Streisand sees a picture of her house on the internet and goes, don't look at it, don't look at it.
I'll sue you if you look at it.
The more you do that, the more people are going to want to look and say, wait a second, you're guilty of something.
Something's not right here.
And now we may well get a special counsel.
That's what Steve Bannon is calling for.
We're going to have Marjorie Taylor Greene on the program.
We're going to have Anna Paulina Luna on the show.
Viva Fry as well.
We're going to lock in today.
We may yet have some big announcements for other guests on the program.
We'll wait and see.
The battle is just beginning.
It's your boy Benny.
Let's freaking go.
Okay.

Okay, ladies and gentlemen, I don't want to repeat myself, but I just want to set the table.
There's a reason why we, old clips of our program continually go viral on this subject, and we are very proud of it.
It's probably the proudest I've been of this program because what we're doing is we're seeing God's plan taking effect.
We've been asking this question back when we had 10.
How many viewers we have, Alex?
How many viewers would we have when we went live?
10?
Most of those, those are probably my wife watching on like 10 different devices.
God has a plan.
It's humbling.
Eclipse have gone thermonuclear viral.
There's a reason why we asked about this stuff.
From the get.
You know, Pam Bondi's first interview was this program?
Here you go.
Here's a clip from it.
Pam Bonnie's first Interview backstage at CPAC was this show.
And we said, you know, knowing that she had just been in office literally less than a week.
So you can't like, can't fix everything in a week.
Got it?
You tried, you're trying to be nice here.
So in the best possible way, and Cash for Tell, Cash for Tell wasn't even confirmed.
They were still doing the Cash Quel battle.
There's a big question, will Cash get confirmed?
So we put it to her this way, like, hey, you know, once Cash is locked in, you're going to release this Epstein list.
We were the first show to ask.
Okay?
This is something, dog with the bone, something that is near and dear to our hearts.
What was her answer here exactly?
Let's listen.
Yeah, it's something Cash has talked about a lot, and you have when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and the people who are predators in this country.
Americans think these guys have gotten past for a long time and maybe even are still being protected right now.
Jeffrey Epstein lists the documents and a lot of public statements about this.
I can't talk about that publicly, but President Trump has given a very strong directive, and that's going to be public.
Okay.
Yeah, okay.
All right.
So people can expect actual movement on this, not just empty promises.
Donald Trump doesn't make empty promises.
I think promises made, promises kept.
And that's why we're all there to carry out his directive about making America safe and prosperous.
A lot of documents.
I was briefed on this yesterday.
What happened to those briefings?
What happened to the documents?
We're going to make it.
Promises made, promises kept.
We're going to lock it in.
What the hell happened?
How did you go from that?
And I know as a matter of fact that she was telling me the truth there.
How do you go from that to there are no documents, there is no list.
There was no blackmail.
Everyone's innocent.
We're all good.
Move along.
How does that happen?
And we're going to leak it.
In order to get this story out, we're going to leak it to the liberal press.
How does that happen?
Also, also, Benny of the past, put your hands down.
Stop it.
I'm nervous.
That's what it was.
I only had like two minutes.
All the security guard, all the secret service was there.
And so they were like yelling at me.
You only have two minutes.
You only have two minutes.
So what do we do?
What do you only have two minutes?
We asked about Epstein, okay?
That's what we did.
All the clips going viral.
Fox News played our clip last night from three years ago, December 2023.
We asked about Epstein.
We asked Cash about Epstein.
It's become the single most famous clip of Cash Patel talking about Epstein.
Ben, put your hands down.
This is a major problem.
It is a crisis and it is a crisis that can be solved.
We're not haters.
We're lovers.
We like this administration.
We're friends with this administration.
And just like a friend who prevents you from getting into a bar fight, we're going to get your ass kicked.
We are trying to help.
It looks like, it looks like we may well have had our first victory here.
Let's see.
Judicial Watch, ladies and gentlemen, Justice Department says that it is reviewing the FBI DOJ records for possible release.
Judicial Watch announced a joint status report in federal court reporting that the Justice Department and the FBI are reviewing their records in the FOIA lawsuit.
Jeffrey Epstein related, the lawsuit request identifies clients, associates of Epstein, the Justice Department's disclosure, is at odds with leaked, unsigned, and undated Justice Department FBI memo that suggests no more Epstein records would be disclosed to the American people.
Well, they have the records.
They have to release them.
That's how FOIA works.
It's the law.
They have to give you these records.
Maybe they can redact the whole thing, but what would that show?
What if they released an entire binder of black pages?
ALX, you still got your binder?
Poor ALX.
He got one of those Epstein binders.
You still got yours?
Uh-oh.
ALX still got it.
Okay.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have an Epstein binder.
I don't think we have it with it.
ALX is in the studio.
There he is.
You all love ALX.
You all love ALX.
Look at ALX doing the one thing that you should have done, which is to search through.
Let's just do a real quick shout out to ALX.
ALX got one of these binders at this influencer event, the humiliating one where they all danced around with them, right?
ALX, instead of dancing for the cameras, decided to actually look through the information in the binder and to see if there's any relevant information.
He did the thing that you would do if you were a journalist.
If you had a large platform and you should probably be reviewing what the hell's inside, right?
Instead of dancing with it like a prop.
This is no, this is not like, I'm not trying to lash out at these, you know, this is a nightmare.
It was a nightmare.
It should have never happened, honestly.
What do you think is going to happen?
You hand a bunch of influencers a prop that says the Epstein files.
What do you think is going to happen?
It's like, this photo is guaranteed.
Then, by the way, they walked him out in front of the world's press.
It was a setup.
They should be furious.
These are some of President Trump's most ardent supporters, people that appear on our show regularly, people we love.
There's Libby TikTok, Scott Pressler's on the other side.
Cernovich is on the other side.
Cernovich has done an enormous amount of work on the Epstein issue.
Very honorable and noble work.
And they trod these people out to humiliate them.
It's very, it's very, it was an embarrassment.
And these are some of President Trump's strongest allies.
And so it's really, really, truly frustrating.
ALX did the one thing that everyone should have done, though.
Talk about galaxy brain stuff here.
ALX actually went through and says, what the hell did they just give us?
He immediately texts me and goes, it's all old stuff.
But worse yet, the stuff that's out is unredacted and this stuff is redacted.
So they're insulting us.
It's all stuff that's publicly available, flight logs that were released in 1996.
Sorry, 2006, 2016.
They were released a decade ago.
Old stuff.
What Tom Fitton is suing over is the new stuff.
So this is where the cookie crumbles.
Juicel Watch sued the Justice Department and FBI in April after they failed to adequately respond to three separate FOIA request records filed in 2025 concerning Epstein, and including specific requests depicting the identities, clients, or associates of Epstein.
Epstein document requests were sent to the Justice Department's office for information policy criminal division review.
Oh, so they do have the documents.
Would you look at that?
The joint statement of status report states, plaintiff, judicial watch, counsel, pursuant, anticipated number of documents, the FOIA requests and dates.
Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Searches in process, and they are reviewing those results.
Communication with Director Patel's Epstein client list, FBI search effort ongoing.
FBI does not yet have anticipated number of documents.
The U.S. Attorney's Office initial search ongoing.
U.S. Attorney Office does not have initial number of documents.
And it looks like the Office of Information Policy is also going to be releasing documents as well.
Government has yet to turn over any documents, nor has it disclosed when any document might be released.
Judicial Watch complaint references Fox News report, which states that President Trump returned to the Oval Office with the prospect of publicly finally being able to see Epstein's long-awaited black book, which we know is true because we have this article from Jelaine Maxwell.
You can either grab it or, I know it was up, we put it up earlier in the week.
As part of Jelaine Maxwell's trial agreement, they locked up her black book.
It was actually stored away.
Amazing.
The black book does actually exist.
The files actually do exist.
The government has all of them, and we know exactly where they are.
As we have covered, but as was confirmed in multiple phone calls I had yesterday with top DOJ and FBI officials, the vast majority, a mountain of physical and digital evidence exists inside of the southern district of New York, the same district that defied Pam Bondi in giving the files in the first place.
Allegedly, there was a dump truck that was delivered of Epstein documents, and it all disappeared.
There it is.
There's the article.
Delay Maxwell's little black book to remain secret in court deal.
Odd that.
Hmm.
So now the feds are admitting that they have the evidence.
Would you look at this, ladies and gentlemen?
Daily Mail from yesterday talking about how much evidence they actually do have.
This is wild.
Give me that link, please.
I'm going to need that link, guys.
Please up that in the producer chat.
Gonna need that link.
Thank you.
Okay.
Let's go through this, shall we?
Just some of the damning evidence that blows a hole in the FBI's claim that Jeffrey Epstein didn't blackmail powerful friends.
Oh, boy.
Look at these photos and videos.
Well, well, well, well, well.
Very interesting stuff here, ladies and gentlemen.
Stuff that we've actually not seen before.
All of the federal exhibits.
Dozens of CDs, binders, mysteries, hard drives found at Jeffrey Epstein's New York mansion has cast doubt on the Trump administration's controversial claim that there's no evidence.
Pedophile blackmailed anybody.
Photos of the explosive evidence, unearthed by DailyMail.com, show a treasure trove of potential proof that he was hiding inside of the $51 million Manhattan townhouse in a raid of 2018.
Let me just be very clear here about this Manhattan townhouse.
He was leasing it from the State Department.
What?
Yes, he was leasing it from the State Department.
State Department seized this townhouse from the Iranian government.
How the hell do you get a seized townhouse from Iran lease from the State Department?
How do you do that?
Before I keep reading, other big information from this morning.
Oh yeah, confirmed Jeffrey Epstein was a CIA agent.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen, from the great Data Republican.
Data Republican saying that they went through a, let's see, this is from 2021.
Jeffrey Epstein admitting to being a CIA agent.
An Evening Standard profile of Jeffrey Epstein from 2021.
He claimed regularly that he worked for the CIA.
Then when it became inconvenient, just like a classic CIA move, he decided to cover that up.
But there it is in black and white from the Evening Standard from 24 years ago, ladies and gentlemen.
He carries, this article is incredible.
You should read the whole thing, but it talks about how he's able to carry a gun through Manhattan.
He has this lavish life.
He's connected to all these billionaires.
Nobody knows where the hell his money comes from.
Nobody knows what he's doing.
He must be involved in some type of gun running.
The next graph here, the next paragraph here, after it talks about how he's bragging about being a CI agent, talks about how he smuggles guns into the UK for fun.
Well, how the hell do you do that if you're not Intel?
Somebody explain that to me.
He issued a pump action riot gun he brought into the UK.
Now, you are not allowed to bring a New York police-issued pump action riot gun into the UK.
God knows how he got it into our country, a friend said.
What?
So he's literally smuggling weapons into our allies, nations, against their laws?
What kind of a relationship with the government must you have in order to do that?
It's all coming together.
And the more they try and hide it, the more it's going to explode.
The grenade pin has been pulled.
Let's go back here and read some more of this evidence.
Epstein's victims and even some of his former associates have claimed in interviews and depositions over the years that disgraced financiers secretly kept incriminating evidence of high-profile friends.
We know this to be true because we have eyeballs and a functional brainstem.
And we were able to read articles from the Wall Street Journal and New York Times about how he blackmailed Bill Gates.
Yet in a bombshell two-page memo released on Sunday to liberal media and a hacked reporter who hates Trump for some unspeakable reason, after a series of historic Trump victories on 4th of July weekend, almost as like a spitting in your face insult to all of us, the Justice Department decided to crack this thing open and piss off the entire world.
Concluded no further disclosure of material would be appropriate or warranted.
Really?
Well, you know, Pam Bondi, everybody in the Federal government right now.
Like, let me explain how this works.
We, the American people, decide what's warranted.
We decide what we want.
This is a country for us, by us.
And if you've forgotten, that privilege of what is released and what is not lies with the American people.
We have a voice.
And throughout all history, when you fight that fight, it is a losing battle.
Eventually, with enough people calling loud enough, we're going to get what we want, which is what we want is here detailed in the rest of the article.
And this is why I'm trying to be friendly and give good advice to my friends, okay?
That's what I'm doing here.
Trying to help, right?
Nobody, stop insulting us and saying that we want CP released on the internet.
Stop insulting us saying that we're some type of like mongoloid troglodytes that want predator material on the internet.
No, we don't.
You can keep it.
Shove it where the sun don't shine.
I don't want it.
You don't want it.
What I want is a full, a more full constellation of what the Jeffrey Epstein op was, why high-profile officials like Alex Acosta said he belongs to Intel.
So let's give him a pass on sex trafficking with children, which is what they did.
They gave him a pass to sex trafficking with children.
So who's they exactly?
Why was this happening?
Somebody explain that to me?
That's what we want to find out.
Are we paying taxes to a globalist predator cult?
It's not that hard.
It should be like the lowest possible threshold for you as a government to confirm with the American people that we're not doing that.
It's pretty basic.
We're not perverts.
They're the perverts.
We're not goblins that want like predator material.
They're the people who did that.
Stop covering up for them.
Stop insulting us.
Like we're the bad guys.
We're not.
In fact, the exposure of these people and the punishment of them is what a just society would do.
The just society says we don't want to be part of a predator cult and protecting them.
And so in order to protect our own children and our own society and our own nation, in our own sovereign, faith-based, God-centered nation, we're going to ensure that people who did that, and I'm sure it happened, people who did that are punished.
And probably the biggest punishment would be having their names out there, having their careers and lives destroyed.
And it knows no party, right?
This isn't a left or right thing.
It's a human dignity thing.
And we should all be like uniting hands and agreeing.
Like if you hurt children in this way, then you waive your rights, okay, to a dignified life, right?
You don't get to spend the rest of your life in white-collar club-fed, which is what Jelaine Maxwell is doing right now.
Amazing.
The government's claim sparked fury across the right.
Interesting.
Interesting, isn't it?
That it's only us who are pissed off.
You don't see anybody on the left angry about it at all.
They're silent as the grave on all this.
Isn't that curious?
Oh, and there are some voices on the right who are very excited about closing this chapter.
That's also extra telling, right?
Plenty of voices on the right that are like, move along, move along.
Yep, yep, nothing to see here.
We agree.
Yep.
How could you?
We agree.
Now it's time to move on to more important things like funding the foreign wars.
Shut up.
You're such frauds.
It's so hard to play the game anymore.
You're such frauds.
Seriously, I just, I don't even agree.
It's going to get me off on a tangent that I don't want to go on.
But yeah, like, like, there are a couple of voices that are too excited to close the chapter on Epstein.
It's very curious.
The government's claims sparked fury across the right.
Got it.
Including some of the Trump's own supporters who'd count on the president having full transparency.
Why did we count on that?
Because that's what we were told.
All right.
And also, it's a terrible, terrible look to be protecting a predator.
It's an awful look.
And we're going to tell you, like on this program, there's going to be breaking news.
There's no, there's like predators will not be protected.
Predators will not be protected in our movement.
That is going to be like part of the movement, like the core of the movement.
We're not the ones who sets trafficked 300,000 children into our nation and lost them.
That's the other side.
They're going to have to defend it before God.
We're going to be the people that go out and try and save them.
Am I wrong?
Kings and queens in the audience?
No, we're the ones who are going to go save them.
Any father knows.
Any dad knows.
I come home to my little children and I think about the dads who had their kids stolen from them.
Like Virginia Roberts' father, who's on Capiers Morgan weeping about how his daughter was killed after all that she's been through in order to cover all this up.
You know, it could be any of us, quite frankly, right?
Life comes at you fast and we live in a sunken world and it could be any of our kids.
The way to stop it, frankly, is these monsters, right?
To punish them.
Now, the chilling excerpts and exhibits from Epstein's New York property, many of the crimes took place, show shelves full of labeled binders, drawers packed with CDs, a closet on the fifth floor where a stash was hidden.
In one photo, labels on the binders are redacted, but are believed to have contained the names of young girls and women featured in specific videos.
Another of what appears to be a dressing room in the home shows a large safe that was found containing a large amount of cash and passports.
Ah, wow, would you look at that?
Here's the full picture of the famous hard drives photo.
And what you can see above the hard drives photo is a redacted photograph.
See that black photograph?
That's not a black photograph.
Someone's in that photo.
Who could it be?
Do you understand why we're pushing for this?
Zoom in, Shall we?
If we can.
Thank you, Killer Klein.
Zoom in.
Who's in that photo?
This is a photo that sits above a locked closet drawer with what is according to the special agent in charge of the FBI, the federal government's own documents, says they didn't put yellow evidence tape on all these hard drives.
Jeffrey Epstein put yellow evidence tape on all those hard drives.
Okay.
Okay.
You can't debate it.
Why'd they black out that photograph?
Who's in that photo?
Is it Clinton?
Gates?
Obama?
Who's in that photo exactly?
You know, it's next to a military helicopter, a U.S. military helicopter.
Isn't that curious?
Boy, you don't get that close to a U.S. military helicopter or take rides on that without some real access to some really powerful people.
Who was giving Jeffrey Epstein access to the U.S. military?
Can somebody explain that?
You know, that's a first-hand POV photo.
It's framed.
Who was given access to that exactly?
Why'd they black out what's in this framed photograph right here?
Who is so important to Jeffrey Epstein and so protected that they would black out that photo?
That's strange.
They didn't black out his books.
They didn't black out other photographs.
They didn't black out other things.
Like the names on these CDs.
Why would they black out that photo?
That's curious.
Maybe the government could answer that.
Like, where is all this stuff?
Where's this inventory of stuff?
Like, where is it?
So interesting.
Never even noticed that before.
The noticing shall continue.
Exhibit shown in court at Jelaine Maxwell's 2021 trial includes shelves of labeled binders found at the house.
What's inside the labeled binders?
Oh, they're all redacted.
Don't worry.
It's all CP.
No, it's not.
Stop insulting us.
It's not.
Makes me so angry that they're trying to do the full, like, you're the problem thing.
They're trying to be like, oh, you're all just perverts that you want this stuff.
No, it's not.
Here's a great one.
Look at, I mean, look.
So all these binders.
It's all these binders.
What are they?
You know what those are.
You know what those are.
You know.
You know what's in there.
I know you know.
Shout it out in the chat.
Scroll down one more.
And down to this big gilded entryway of this mansion.
You'll see here that they've blacked out once again more framed photos.
You can see the creepy little crying babies under that?
Look at that.
So you have a framed photo of a bunch of creepy crying babies.
Little cherubs that are crying.
Isn't that horrifying?
Yeah, well, yeah.
What is that?
Strange art?
You can always tell the people by their art.
You can always understand what's going on with the art.
Isn't that amazing?
Would you look at that?
Then the most important right here, another image shows his dressing room.
A large safe was found containing a large amount of cash, diamonds, and passports.
Where are the diamonds?
Where are the passports?
Passports to where?
According to the federal documents, the passports had pseudonyms on them.
How powerful do you have to be?
Exactly what do you have to do for a career and a profession in order to get a nation, a foreign nation, a sovereign nation to give you a fake name and a fake passport?
How does that work exactly?
Oh, did we note on the shutdown?
Did we tell y'all that Jeffrey Epstein bragged about being a CIA agent about 25 years ago?
Hmm.
One of the safes, on top of one of the safes was two binders full of CDs, along with other items.
One particularly damning box of hard drives was found sealed with evidence tape, but the FBI agent in charge admitted on the stand that it wasn't their tape, suggesting that the date could go back to the first raid at his Palm Beach mansion during 2016 investigation, which resulted in Epstein getting a sweetheart deal.
The resurfaced images were revealed in court during the trial of Epstein's madame, Jelaine Maxwell, convicted in 2021 of procuring young girls for him to abuse.
Now serving a 20-year sentence.
Epstein's waiting trial on sex trafficking charges when he died by suicide in jail.
Debatable, obviously.
Trump supporters and other skeptics have speculated for years that the convicted sex offender did not kill himself in prison, was murdered so that he would be able to implicate high-profile people in his crime.
The fiasco over the Epstein evidence has put Attorney General Pamboni under intense mounting pressure.
All three had previously pushed conspiracy theories about Epstein's death.
Fazemass questions of stonewalling, the controversy, has led to former Trump advisor and ally Elon Musk to form his own political party and then to claim that other people were implicated in this.
One of the people that he claimed was implicated in it is Steve Bannon, who actually Steve Bannon has a pretty interesting documentary that he's working on with Jeffrey Epstein.
I confirmed this with Steve actually yesterday.
I said, is this real?
There's like a documentary.
Steve Bannon sat with Jeffrey Epstein and filmed like hours of interview questions with him.
I didn't get the full piece, but I'll tell you what Steve told me.
He said they're working on a multi-part series documentary with Epstein.
Epstein doesn't have a lot of interviews.
Bannon sat down with him.
Now Bannon's calling for a special counsel, which is a great, great move.
Ladies and gentlemen, here we go.
Steve Bannon, Trump must appoint special prosecutor to investigate the Epstein files.
Guys, can you re-up this article so we can read it through?
Yeah, thank you.
Alex, please make sure that these are mine.
Yeah, thanks.
Okay, great.
Thanks, guys.
Putting the show together live because there's just so much breaking news that's happening right now.
Steve Bannon demands a special prosecutor to investigate the Epstein files.
Great idea.
Magify Brand Steve Bannon has called for a special prosecutor to investigate Epstein's files after President Trump's Attorney General denied the late pedophile had a list of high-profile clients.
Bannon's Trump former Chief strategist said it would be easy to release court documents in the case and that the special prosecutor could uncover who else was involved in Epstein's discussing crimes.
The attorney general, I believe, needs to go to the court and ask for a complete unsealing of the files and answer Tom Fitton's judicial watch emails, Bannon told the Telegraph.
Now, this is what's been told to us from very high levels at the DOJ and the FBI.
We broke this on the show, but we'll explain very quickly here what's happening.
All of this evidence that we showed you in the previous article, all of that evidence is, it wasn't sold at market.
The government does have it.
It wasn't destroyed.
It's been used in trials before.
You can't, listen, you can't go use all this stuff in a trial to put away Jelene Maxwell, which they did.
This is why we have these photos.
You can't go use all this stuff in a trial and then act like it never appeared.
We have the photographs of it.
It's been shown to courts and juries and judges, right?
And Jelene Maxwell, who's appealing her case, has a right to it, right?
So the court fully understands all of the evidence.
And they have a right to that evidence.
And they have a right to see it and use it in their own favor.
So it's not been disappeared.
It's not been destroyed.
The people who are like, they destroyed it all.
That's not true.
At least not with this stuff.
That box of hard drives?
From the first...
The insinuation is that that's from the sweetheart deal.
That box of the hard drives is from when Jeffrey Epstein got a sweetheart deal from Alex Acosta for belonging to Intel.
Those evidence files and red yellow tape, the evidence tape is from when he first got off on federal charges that should have landed him in prison for the rest of his life.
Boy, if they date all the way back to then, how much true evidence did the government have?
Oh, man.
We're sitting here on the Manhattan Project of evidence.
We are sitting above the precipice, ladies and gentlemen.
The bomb is fused.
It is ticking.
And it is going to explode.
I'm telling you, man, this thing is going to, the bomb's going to drop here.
It's going to be biblical.
Once this stuff finally gets out, it's going to be so, so very bad.
Inside of that box there, do we have the explanation of Bill Clinton liking him young?
Inside of that box, do we have that explanation?
Because here's what the victims told the court in the Jelaine Maxwell trial.
The victims said Bill Clinton liked him young.
That's what they said.
Were Jeffrey Epstein's own words?
Bill Clinton, of course, like continued his relationship after Jeffrey Epstein caught a case for being a sex pest criminal trafficker.
Bill Clinton loved it.
Is that why Bill Clinton had this painting hanging in Jeffrey Epstein's Manhattan mansion?
Is that why?
Why would you get an oil painting of Bill Clinton?
Where's this painting exactly?
Can the Fed, listen, the clip that's going so viral right now is Cash on Our Show, a direct message to cash.
Where's this painting?
This painting is not abuse material.
I mean, it might be abusive to Bill Clinton, if your Bill Clinton is abuse material.
But it'd be nice to see, you know, right, it'd be nice to see Bill Clinton on the other end of that stick, you know, for once in his life.
Bill Clinton, the serial abuser, maybe getting a taste of his own medicine.
Why this?
Painting.
Why did Jelene Maxwell at Bill Clinton's only daughter's wedding?
Why?
Why'd she have a seat of honor there?
This is long after, this is like a decade after Jeffrey Epstein caught a case for being a predator at a paedophile.
Why?
Man, it'd be great to haul in Clinton and ask these questions.
But at the very least, can the government please tell us where this oil painting of Bill Clinton is?
Clearly, this isn't abuse material to anyone other than Bill Clinton.
So like, where is it?
Where do you have this painting?
Can I go see it?
Where is it?
Who's storing this?
Where is it hanging exactly?
Yeah.
Yeah, exactly.
Can I buy it at auction?
Right.
Boy, oh, boy.
Bannon said this on War Room.
Got to release the Epteam files.
It comes as Attorney General.
Pam Bondi's Justice Department said over the weekend that there was nothing more to say on the case.
Such a bad strategy.
Such a bad strategy.
All my conversations internally with the administration are just like people who are really wise when it comes to this kind of stuff, talking about the nightmare of the rollout here.
And some of them aren't wise to like, I've seen all the documents.
I've not gotten that.
Like, I've seen them all.
Like, virtually no one's, you know, really seen them.
They're under seal pending an appeal from Jelaine Matchwell.
But what you could do is you could come out and say, we're going to release them all after this appeal is done.
Or we're going to fight with the judge in order to release them all now, or release as much as we can now.
Or you could set up a special counsel.
The single worst thing you could possibly do is to tell everyone to shut up and then to release this dumbass memo on Sunday night after an epic 4th of July weekend and take all that good energy and turn it into bad energy.
It's the worst thing you could do.
And that's what many people are so angry about.
I'm telling you, the conversations I'm having, people are furious about it.
So ladies and gentlemen, one of the conversations is Steve Bannon.
You know, Steve Bannon is, he just had lunch with Trump.
He really is the beating heart of MAGA, the beating heart of this movement that he himself helped stitch together over the course of decades.
And now Steve Bannon is making a defense for all of us and saying, you need a special counsel and you need one now.
Here we go.
We don't control the Justice Department.
We don't control the FBI.
We don't control the CIA.
We don't control all the agencies that Tulsi oversees.
We don't control the Pentagon.
That part of the apparatus that is the deep state in the administrative state around it, they control it.
We don't.
They just see Trump as a passing figure, like they see everybody as a passing figure.
They had two coups.
They took out Kennedy in a coup.
They took out Nixon in a coup, right?
And they took out Trump the first time in a coup.
They got three.
They tried to set him up to be.
This audience and this president, this is what his moral authority is.
He said, screw you.
They wanted to go to Mar-a-Lago.
This audience said, fuck yourself.
We're not going to do that.
We are going to fight and get it back.
And now we're back.
It's the first time they've ever been defeated.
And now we must run the tables.
If we don't run the tables, they're going to destroy us.
And you know what?
We will deserve to be destroyed.
If we don't do this now, now, now, we deserve to be destroyed.
We've got, this is what the thing of victory is.
It's not permanent until we permanently take them apart.
And it can be done.
They're cowering.
With all their power and all their control, they understand that we're the mortal threat to them.
And this is why they try to, and this is why they try to suck us into these sideshows.
Like, let's go regime change Persia and get you sucked in for 25 years.
Let's get you into a land war near Stalingrad and Kursk.
How about that?
Let's go do that.
We're winning.
We're winning.
The Justice Department and FBI had not responded to Tom Fitton until we started pushing back.
I think they were going to try and literally kill this thing in its jail cell.
But now that we're uncovering information like this, that Epstein was a CIA agent and bragged about it, never seen that article before in my life.
Incredible.
The government is bending the knee, slowly but surely, telling Tom Fitton, no, you're right.
We do have all these files.
Yes, it's true.
They weren't sitting on my desk, but they do exist.
And so we're going to have to do something about it.
Gosh, just beautiful.
Oh, it's just beautiful.
So it's working, ladies and gentlemen.
It's working.
It's incredible.
This pressure works.
I want to do just one quick, just one quick explanation of how many people are calling this out.
Just real fast here.
And then we're going to have the great Annapolina Luna join the program.
Everyone is.
We haven't played these clips yet on the program, but I want to just do a quick rundown.
Dannon's calling for a special counsel.
Tucker Carlson is calling it an absolute total cover-up of Jeffrey Epstein's murder and crimes.
Glenn Beck is calling for Pam Bondi to resign.
Megan Kelly is calling for Pam Bondi to resign.
The Epstein family is out saying the government is lying to us.
They've lied to our faces.
We're the bereaved family, and they won't give us any information.
Tucker's takedown, particularly savage.
Here we go.
So they're not stupid.
But how can you say that thousands of children were raped, but I'm not going to find out who raped them?
How can you say that?
I agree.
I agree.
They said that.
By the way, when Pam Bondi went on television and said, I have a videotape of kids getting abused, I didn't, I followed this case closely, and I know a lot of the people involved, as I've told you.
I had no idea.
I didn't know that.
Really?
Thousands of children got raped?
Who raped them?
Where are the rapists?
Like, why aren't they in jail?
This is the Department of Justice.
Yes.
That is so crazy.
This is like the, this is honestly one of the craziest things I've ever seen in my entire life.
And I just think it's very dangerous to play around with this stuff.
Like, very dangerous.
Well, I don't want a revolution.
But if you wanted a revolution, this is how you would act.
Yes.
Yeah.
Tucker called for a revolution.
Tucker pull on a Tim Pool Civil War.
There is a long list of people calling for Pam Bondi to resign over this.
Very powerful.
This is not inconsequential.
You are talking about the living, beating, breathing, red, bloody heart of the MAGA movement.
Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Steve Bannon, Tom Fitton, people who have fought beside Trump, his strongest allies, his greatest allies in this country, in this movement, are really making some noise.
You're not going to be able...
You can't ignore it anymore.
You're not going to be able to let a whistle past the graveyard on this one.
Ladies and gentlemen, Tucker Carlson saying it'll lead to a revolution.
We'll see.
We'll see.
A member of Congress, Anna Paulino, will be joining us in just one second to talk about that revolution.
First, a revolution in finance.
Ladies and gentlemen, Alio, our friends, are reworking and remaking the financial world.

This is a paid app for another event for Alio Capital.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, let's bring on somebody who always is money in the bank, the great Annapolina Luna.
Rock and roll.
Oh, APL.
I don't even know where to begin.
How pleased are you with how the Department of Justice is handling this Epstein case?
Look, Benny, you know that I've been the chairwoman of the task force on declassification of federal secrets, and I did everything that I could do in my legislative ability and capacity to try to obtain any information.
And as you know, we are basically ignored by the DOJ, but this kind of signifies a bigger problem here in that if there's not anything that comes out and there's plenty of things that the DOJ and the Attorney General can authorize Cash Patel and Dan Bongino to release that doesn't implicate victims, that doesn't have CSAM on it, I would say that they need to release some information because at the end of the day, what this is going to do is once it fractures the trust, it could really fracture the base.
And what I'm finding is that, you know, if you look back historically on times that the American people did not trust their government, it really goes back to Kennedy, right?
And you know that we just had a groundbreaking discovery on Friday.
We had the CIA divulge some incredible things called the Joe and Ed's files that ultimately answered many questions, really confirmed a lot of suspicions that the American people had for decades.
But now we have proof that Oswald was not a lone gunman.
The CIA observed them the whole time.
They lied to Congress.
I mean, you name it.
We got it in this file dump.
And so kudos to Director Radcliffe.
But what happened, and you saw my public statement that's been out there, is that, you know, we're going to ask the DOJ, we're going to ask for the FBI to be able to release that information to the American people.
We want to see it.
We haven't been able to see anything else other than what's publicly out there already.
But it needs to be resolved.
And I will just say that the American people want truth and transparency no matter who it implicates.
And I think they deserve that.
So we bring this up.
It's easy.
You know, the pen is mightier than the sword, and a picture is worth a thousand words.
So let's just look at just a few pictures here.
This is an article that was just published in the Daily Mail.
These are the federal government's own photographs.
And this is the descriptions by their own special agent in charge for the FBI.
And you have boxes, mountains, in fact, of evidence.
That is everything from cookbooks to photographs.
There's a photograph there that's blacked out.
APL, I wonder what that is.
Nobody knows where the Bill Clinton oil painting is.
Like, you could just tell us these things.
Here is a safe.
In this safe, according to the FBI, there is a Manila envelope.
You can see it right there.
That's filled with passports from different countries where Jeffrey Epstein uses pseudonyms.
How the hell do you get a pseudonym on a foreign nation's passport?
I don't know.
It'd be nice to see that.
A bag of diamonds.
That's what's in that little box right there.
None of this stuff is CSAM.
None of this stuff is predator material.
Stop acting.
What makes me so angry, Congresswoman, is that they're acting like we're perverts for wanting to see this stuff.
Or that like we want to see abuse material.
We don't.
We want to see all of the mountain of evidence that you're hoarding that would put together a more full picture of what the hell this guy was doing so that we can confirm that we're not paying taxes to a predator cult.
That's I mean, I think that those are all valid concerns.
I have the same concerns.
You know, to go a step further though, there has to be something that comes up because there's so much conflicting information spanning over the last decade since this really happened in Florida back when it did.
There's so much information that different administrations, different law enforcement, different officials have put out.
And so there really has to be some credibility to this.
This cannot just blow past.
There needs to be an official, I would say, a legitimate investigation.
I think a special counsel would be good to look into this, but either which way, you know, it doesn't make my job any easier.
You know, we've been pushing for this for a long time and it's really disappointing.
So would you be in favor of a special counsel to be set up that perhaps could look at the internal corruption at the DOJ and the FBI that is, that we know to be endemic?
And perhaps that's what you need, right?
Well, I would say a special counsel is what seems to be what the American people are calling for.
What I will also tell you, though, Benny, is that, you know, we haven't seen any of this information.
I don't know that any member of Congress, at least on my task force, has been able to even look at some of the basics.
And so what I would say is that, you know, similar to how it was rolled out with, you know, the GFK files, give information that does not implicate victims doesn't have CSAM, whether it's passports, whether it's the name of books, whether it's evidence, crime scenes, whatever it might be, put it on the archives and let the American people decide for themselves.
That is the only way to, I think, restore trust.
And look, I want to believe that there isn't systemic corruption at the DOJ, but unfortunately, I've been in Congress and I've seen how the DOJ operates.
And it doesn't necessarily mean that it's the Attorney General, but what it does necessarily mean is that there's a big problem over there.
And that we don't fix it, it's going to unfortunately fester and it's going to hurt the American people.
The American people trust that their government's going to do the right thing.
If justice is truly fair and belonging, then it needs to happen.
And so we'll continue to push for that release call for it, but it's been deafening how many members of Congress have been silent on this.
And to be clear, also, I want to clear something up.
I do not think, and I've told this to multiple media outlets because I've been getting questions on this, is Trump on the Epstein client list?
No.
And I'm very positive that, because if he was, they would have released it during the election cycle.
But what I do know and what I'm seeing right now across every aspect, whether it's rich, poor, famous, not famous, people have actual concerns.
Are people basically paying off people to be quiet?
And that's not okay.
Yeah.
Okay.
So this raises a pretty massive question, which is you have the authority in Congress, you're Article 1.
They should be compelled, in fact, to give you this evidence.
The fact that they're keeping it from you, and you have clearances, you have skiffs, the fact that they're keeping it from you, what does that say for the rest of us?
Well, it's very frustrating for us, obviously, but the one thing that I don't have on the task force is subpoena power and authority.
And I think when I actually set up the task force, you kind of saw it.
So many people were like, oh, you're never going to release the files.
You're going to gatekeep it.
You're going to stone them all.
It's like, guys, I don't actually control the declassification authority here.
It's actually at the Department of Justice.
And you're actually seeing that now.
And I also need to clear up because I know Dan and Cash.
And I do think that there's information that they can release, but they cannot release any information if they don't receive permission from the DOJ.
So there's some information that can be released from what we're hearing.
They need to release that.
I think to not is detrimental and only making this worse.
I've got a curious question for you, which is, this is such a winner with the base, right?
Because again, it is totally honorable to not want to pay taxes to a predator cult or people who protect a predator cult, right?
So obviously we know that that was going on.
Jelaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were found guilty of these crimes.
This is not speculation.
They were found guilty of these crimes.
They were charged and found guilty.
Okay.
So that's what they are.
They're predators.
Why are more Republicans not speaking out against this?
Well, it seems like such a winning issue.
Benny, I had a bill that I introduced last year.
I reintroduced it this year, and it was to increase the mandatory minimums on child predators.
And they will never bring that to the floor.
They won't even run it through committee.
There's a lot of frustrations that I have with my own party.
And you've seen that frustration come through because I do believe that people look at this as a long-term job.
They're worried about reelection.
They don't want to do things that are deemed as controversial.
But I would say that the bare minimum basics of being a big, a good human being would be to fight against people that are trying to hurt children.
And so I would say that, you know, right now would probably be a great time to put that legislation on the floor.
But it is pretty interesting how many people have been quiet.
And I understand maybe some fears that they might have because of people surrounding this.
But what I will say is that, you know, clearly, if you're a parent, clearly if you are a good person, you want to ensure that people like this aren't just walking the streets and that they're not able to get a free pass.
And so what I would say is that, you know, I'm not at the GOJ, unfortunately, and I'm not at the FBI, unfortunately.
But what I would say and what I would encourage them to do is do the right thing and release some of the information that doesn't, you know, show children or CSAM to the American people.
Let them decide.
The American people are not stupid.
Final question for you, Congresswoman, because you were critical in getting all these JFK documents out there, and we use that as the gold standard for D-Class.
And it was a pressure release.
People don't understand.
It's a pressure release valve for the American people to just say, we trust you.
Here's everything.
And those documents, by the way, like some people are like, there was nothing in them.
They're stupid.
You're dumb.
You're stupid if you think that.
Yeah, actually, Benny, let me just go through this real quick.
So we obtained a document actually a couple of weeks ago, and we were waiting for the CIA to get it uploaded online so that we could announce it to the American people.
So kudos to Director Radcliffe, because there were many documents that previous directors had kept classified, even though there was an order to declassify everything.
And because Director Radcliffe has actually assigned a team to us to actually help go through and actually unclassify things that should not have been classified pertaining to the JFK assassination, we've actually been able to obtain the trust.
We actually obtained something called the Joe Needes file.
What this proves is, A, I think I stated this earlier, but that Lee Harvey Oswald was not a lone gunman.
In fact, the CIA did have knowledge and was observing him the entire time.
Joe Needes was a covert operator from the CIA who actually used a pseudonym and actually was involved with many anti-Castro movements.
He was also in the midst of recruiting people to assassinate Castro.
Remember, this is all the CIA operating outside of the purview of JFK at the time.
And then we find out in, I'm looking through the files and we actually found evidence of basically fake names that Joe Needy's was using as undercover names.
So look, you know, it's kind of interesting because we saw what happened with JFK and we're seeing kind of this same question.
And it feels like a similar situation with Epstein.
And what I will say is this.
If you want to restore faith with the American people, you need to let them decide for themselves.
You cannot spoon feed it to them.
You cannot hide it from them.
And if you give the feeling that you are, no matter what you do after that, it's never going to be the same because there's still always going to be the level of distrust.
And so what I will say is that the way that the classification was run with JFK, which flawless, there was evidence in that.
I think that right now, you know, there was a couple of outlets that were left-leaning Benny that were actually trying to go to my committee and write hit pieces saying that we were pushing conspiracy theories.
And then after we actually brought in one of the doctors who was actually at the initial Dallas operating room to actually testify to Congress that there was multiple entry wounds from both the front and the back, they couldn't write the article anymore.
And after we actually obtained evidence that said that the CIA themselves did not buy the loan gunman theory, now you're seeing that a CIA operative was actually installed in one of the investigations that Congress was doing, lied to Congress, served as the interface, lied about being undercover, and then was later awarded a medal by the CIA for undermining congressional efforts into JFK.
I think that that kind of paints a picture of what this government is capable of.
But thanks to this administration, thanks to Tulsi Gabber, thanks to Cash Patel and to Director Radcliffe, we've been able to roll out this incredibly historical changing information.
I don't want the Epstein to put a stain on this because this administration has been transparent.
And we're getting Stefan Martin Luther King and Robert F. Kennedy as well.
And we're going to be doing investigations into that.
So just remember that, that there's still a pull for transparency even within the DOJ.
But I will continue to encourage and ask on behalf of the American people for the facts to be out there.
And I think that they deserve it.
It's the gold standard.
And it's been 67 years, 67 years in the making.
And no other government has released this.
It is a massive goal.
It is a massive credit and W for your committee and also for the Trump administration.
Yeah, It's had President Trump not gotten elected, because remember, we actually were able to even declassify stuff that Biden had ordered to be declassified that the CIA and the archives would not release.
So, this is covering down going back from like Obama, Bush, Clinton, Biden, and now it was Trump's administration that was able to do this.
It's a remarkable feat.
It is a testament to what can be done and the model that should be applied here with Epstein.
Again, I don't know how you, what happens when you do something like this is you're seen as a, I think wrongly, right?
You and I both know many of these people inside the administration, but you are going to be smeared as protecting the predator.
And there's no, he's a dead, he's a dead pedophile.
He should have no rights.
You should.
Am I wrong?
I need to give you a slogan.
A dead pedophile's no rights.
I mean, I would get behind that slogan.
Okay, like, that's not right.
Like, what are we protecting here exactly?
Right?
Like, out with it.
Okay.
Well, Annapolina Luna, obviously, you most likely already follow her, but if you're not, you should.
She's going to cross 400,000 followers today right here on her official account on X, probably one of the number one most, probably in the top five most followed members of Congress.
Congratulations, Congresswoman.
You're doing remarkable work.
Godspeed.
Thank you.
Thank you.

July 13th, the one-year anniversary of President Trump surviving an assassin's bullet.
Ladies and gentlemen, a moment good, okay?
A moment where, I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the single most you're going to have to present me with evidence to the contrary, but it is the most viewed miracle in human history that President Trump surviving that bullet.
And God put him here for a reason.
And that's what this entire battle is right now, is accountability and holding those accountable.
And this is our chance.
This is our chance to decipher the Rosetta Stone of the deep state.
I think that's what Glenn Beck said called it.
I thought it was a genius.
That's what the Epstein file is.
And they're holding onto it so tightly, their fingers are bleeding.
And that shows you that we're over the target.
Why was all the JFK stuff released?
APL was just doing a massive victory laugh.
Well deserved over that.
JFK stuff's released because they're all dead, right?
Everybody who's a part of that op, they're dead.
Their kids are grandparents at this point, right?
Statute of limitations been run on that.
All those operations are done and dusty.
Okay.
It was a little embarrassing, but no one's going to go to jail.
People will go to jail for the Epstein stuff.
At least that's my suspicion.
I'm sure it's yours as well.
I think it probably is a suspicion of the great congresswoman from Georgia.
Her name is Marjorie Taylor Green.
You might have heard of her.
Ladies and gentlemen, she joins the show live.
Can't wait to hear her take on this.
Let's go.
you you you you you MTG, welcome back to the program.
I'm sure you have some thoughts on how the DOJ has been handling this release of the Epstein files or non-release, actually, of the Epstein files.
The floor is yours.
Let's just get your snap take on this, please.
Right, Vinny, this is something I've been vocal about for years.
And this is an important issue to all Americans.
Jeffrey Epstein is the most well-known pedophile in modern day history.
I think no one can argue with that.
And this is a man that walked in circles that most regular Americans can't walk in.
He walked among the most powerful people in the world.
And he was known in those circles to be basically a pedophile, to be a sexual aggressor towards young women.
And they still chose to hang out with him anyways.
And it's really difficult.
This is a red line for many people.
And I feel the same way.
It can't just be dismissed, especially with the evidence that stands that any American can read, especially when Jeffrey Epstein was convicted in 2009.
And the prosecutors and attorneys on that case were told that Jeffrey Epstein was involved in the intellectual, in the intelligence community.
And so, this is something that has been well known and talked about.
And one of his most famous madams is serving 20 years in prison, Gislaine Maxwell, to this day.
And her little black book was sealed in the court hearings with over 2,000 names that had foreign leaders, some of the richest people in the world, American politicians.
And her book, her little black book with all those names was sealed in her court hearing.
There's been so many victims of Jeffrey Epstein and Just Lane Maxwell, and then other women as well that procured these young women and minors for Jeffrey Epstein.
And so, you know, I'm a big fan and personal friends with Cash Catelle, Dan Bongino, and Pam Bondi as well.
But this one's hard to swallow.
And I think Americans and everyone deserves more answers.
Benny, I'll finish with this.
When George Santos is going to prison to serve seven years in prison and not a single person that hung out with Jeffrey Epstein while he committed horrific crimes against minors is not going to prison, we're asking what's wrong with our justice system in America.
And currently right now, just to add on to that, there's a doctor that is being prosecuted right now.
He's a hero in my book, and he's being prosecuted.
His trial is going on right now.
And all he did was destroy Big Pharma's COVID vaccines and issue fake vaccine cards for people that didn't want to take these vaccines under mandate.
And when our Department of Justice is prosecuting a heroic doctor like that, but is dismissing the most well-known pedophile in our time, it just doesn't pass a smell test and it doesn't sit well with people and it shouldn't sit well with people.
And it's right to speak out about it.
And I'll be very honest with you.
As a member of Congress, I can tell you right now, any investigation that's done on congressional committees won't satisfy the American people because I think the American people know that when you see these committees and hearings and investigation, it doesn't really follow through with what you're expecting.
So I just think that this is one of those things that it's just wrong.
It's just wrong.
And no administration should ever protect the people that were around and involved with Jeffrey Epstein.
And one last thing on it, Benny.
Sorry to be long-winded.
I very much, this is my own opinion.
I don't care what anybody thinks of me when I say this, but I very much believe Jeffrey Epstein is also linked to other foreign countries' governments.
And so that's my opinion, and I'm willing to say it.
Well, we have photographs of Ehud Barak, the prime minister of Israel, and the head of one of the Mossad agencies going in and out of his house.
We have those.
There's photos, right?
So stop telling us to not believe our eyes and ears.
On this program, Congresswoman, Alan Dershowitz, said he brought Jeffrey Epstein to Israel to meet with high-level government officials.
He told me that.
I couldn't believe it when he told me, but he said, yeah, totally he could have been Mossad.
We know Jelaine Matwell can't go to Israel and meet with high-level officials, right?
So why was Jeffrey Epstein?
So I'm not like, again, the picture that's being painted here is, and it's pretty clear picture, is that Jeffrey Epstein belonged to Intel.
Now, we have an interesting little nugget out this morning where Data Republican was able to find that he was a CIA agent.
He bragged about it openly.
And it's in print from about 25 years ago.
The Evening Standard wrote up a profile of Epstein.
And he was bragging about being a CIA agent then.
Is he lying then or is the government lying now?
Which one is it, Congresswoman?
I honestly couldn't tell you.
I haven't been privy to any of the classified information.
And I won't pretend that I know.
I can just tell you my thoughts and my opinions on it.
And the fact that I stand with everyone that is upset and angry about this.
I think it's completely wrong.
And unfortunately, I wish this was different.
Yeah.
I just want to put up the evidence here just so that everybody who's going to clip the show, how dare you?
How dare you?
Here it is.
The Times of Israel.
Ehud Brock met with Jeffrey Epson dozens of times, flew in his private jet, was friends with him.
Photos him going.
He was there.
This is a good one.
Including 2014 private flight in Florida after he had been charged and convicted and found guilty and done prison time for child sexual abuse.
Okay.
Yeah.
Well, this is clear.
There's a clear line right there.
Read it and weep.
Are we supposed to deny what our eyes and ears tell us?
And absolutely not.
And I want to follow up on something else, Benny.
It's not anti-Semitic to talk about this.
And it's not anti-Semitic to question any foreign country's government, secular government, including Israel.
And I think that's the right thing for people to do is to always question any foreign government's motives, especially when they come to our country constantly demanding money and demanding help and support.
Unfortunately, I don't see enough of the American people in the halls of Congress demanding help and demanding support and demanding funding, but I do happen to see a lot of foreign countries leaders and diplomats coming to Washington on too frequent of a basis.
Yeah, we fund a lot of other countries' borders better than we fund our own.
Is that correct?
Yes.
Yes, that's correct.
Yes.
I have an amendment, actually.
I have several amendments going for our NDAA that is being worked on right now.
This is our Department of Defense funding, and it's over $800 trillion, actually close to $900 trillion is the total bill.
But unfortunately, there's money in there for foreign aid, and I'm introducing amendments to take it out.
I'm introducing an amendment to take out the $500 million for Israel.
They already receive $3.4 billion annually every single year through the State Department.
I've got those same amendments on Taiwan for $500 million and for Jordan for $500 million as well.
Those are countries that also receive significant amounts of American taxpayer dollars every single Year.
And here's a ridiculous one, Benny.
There's $15 million in there for AIDS prevention education activities.
And I don't know why Americans are having to pay for that in Africa.
I think that's ridiculous.
And I think if people want to donate money to that themselves, they can, but it shouldn't be in our Department of Defense funding, as well as $118 million for foreign disasters in foreign countries and aid.
You know, I think we've had enough of our own natural disasters in America, and that's exactly where our hard-earned taxpayers should be going, not to foreign countries.
And that's not being mean to foreign people and foreign countries, but America's broke.
We're $37 trillion in debt, and we just can't pay for the world anymore.
And that's not being an isolationist.
That's actually being smart and serving the people that pay for all of this stuff and have been chained into $37 trillion in debt.
Yeah, it's entirely correct.
And it leads to some of the peculiarities about this whole Epstein case is the entanglements inside of the foreign intel agencies and foreign nations.
That seems to be part of the pressure point here.
I'm wondering, do you believe, because this problem isn't going away, do you believe that there should be perhaps a special council that is established to just simply look into this, given that perhaps the endemic corruption is within the Department of Justice and the FBI itself from decades and decades and decades of abuse and grotesque misleadings of the American people?
I think that's a great question, but I'll be very direct and honest with you and to your listeners as well, because I think your listeners are really smart.
It sounds good to demand a special counsel.
And while I think a special counsel should reveal all the information that people want to see, I honestly don't think that it'll go anywhere.
And I don't want to lie to anyone and make any promises that sound good or would be a great hot take on social media.
But I really, truly, if we aren't seeing the information coming out right now with this administration, I think the very sad and wrongful truth is that I don't think we're ever going to see the information, especially revealing what all of us pretty much know to be true with 99% confidence is that Jeffrey Epstein was an asset of the intelligence community and very likely linked to foreign countries' governments.
Yeah, it's a wild article here from this morning.
So this article from the, I can't get over it.
It brags about, this is the one about Ehu Barack, but the one from the Evening Standard.
It brags about how he was able to gun smuggle into the UK.
Who's able to gun smuggle into the UK?
He was bringing a bunch of presents of like pump action police riot rifles.
That's how they start the article.
That he's just gun smuggling for fun into the United Kingdom.
Who's allowed to do that?
Nobody.
As a matter of fact, remember when Madison Cawthorne was a member of Congress, he got busted for having a gun.
I think he had it in his wheelchair going through the security at DCA.
Can you imagine anybody trying to smuggle guns into a country and getting busted?
No, this guy was clearly protected and he's dead now and he's still clearly being protected.
And so are the powerful people that they have information on.
This is what I can't figure out.
Perhaps you could square this hole for me.
Like, why protect a dead pedophile?
Like, what's the deal here?
Like, he has no rights.
He's a dead pedophile.
So why burn credibility on this one, MTG?
The only reason to do that is because you're protecting the powerful people that are still alive.
It's not about the dead pedophile.
It's about the powerful people and governments that are still alive.
And again, I don't agree with it.
You know, I love President Trump and I absolutely love his administration, but I'm also my own person and I can disagree with things.
Yeah.
What would be your advice if you were to try and rectify this?
Victor Davis Hansen, who we broadly admire, said this just isn't going away.
And in fact, it just makes it worse when you tell people, especially in the year 2025, we looked into it, move along.
Like that doesn't fly anymore, right?
So what would be your advice, the Trump administration, to fix this?
My advice is burn the bridges.
The people voted for transparency and truth in America first.
And they really meant it in this election.
And I say burn the bridges.
Expose everyone.
The truth should come out and do the right thing, regardless of which foreign country's government is involved and regardless of all the powerful people that may be linked.
I think that's the right thing to do.
And I know, I mean, my goodness, Dan Bongino and Cash Patel are actually locking up criminals and pursuing them and tracking them down every day.
These guys are doing an incredible job.
And I know, I just, in my gut, I feel like they would like to do the same thing.
Yeah, it does color all the incredible work that they've done.
It does.
And there hurts my soul because I know that they are doing incredible work.
And I'm so proud of so many W's in the Trump administration.
Oh, yeah.
It's, I mean, truly, it's been six months and the wins are incredible.
They're absolutely incredible.
And we have to keep our eyes on that, right?
It's only been six months.
You know, today I'm sitting here looking at the news.
A federal judge just issued a new nationwide block against President Trump's orders seeking to end birthright citizenship.
The left is not going to stop.
The Democrats are not going to stop fighting us.
So we have to continue to fight together against the Democrats.
But this Jeffrey Epstein thing is a pretty hard pill to swallow.
Yeah, it's a tough one for the base, and you have to keep the coalition together.
The only way that you have a victory like you have in 2024 is the incredible coalition that President Trump built.
That's right.
That's right.
Like, why aren't more Republicans talking about this?
Do they just want it to go away too?
I have no idea.
Benny, I've quit answering for my colleagues.
I just focus on myself.
I focus on my district.
And I just truly try to represent the American people.
And so I'm working on really great legislation, Benny.
I have a bill coming out that Is going to call for a new census and will count not only the population of our country because that's in the Constitution, but more importantly, it will count American citizens in this country.
And then it will call for reapportionment based on the American citizen count only.
So that means California would lose seats, New York would lose seats.
They would go to red states that don't harbor and give sanctuary to illegal aliens.
It would also change the Electoral College count, being more favorable towards states that do not harbor and pay for illegal aliens.
And I think it would drastically save our elections.
It also, the last thing that's really important is it requires every single voter that votes in a federal election across the entire country to provide proof of citizenship when they vote.
And this is a bill I'm really excited about because I believe our elections are so important.
That's how the American people continue to control their government.
And Democrats want nothing more than to provide amnesty for illegal aliens and have them voting in our elections.
Yes.
So this would take an act of Congress.
And we've studied this.
Yeah, it can't be done through executive order.
No.
It does take, to have it permanent, it takes an act of Congress.
And I have one guy behind me, President Trump.
He is endorsing my bill, which actually gives it a lot of momentum in the House.
And I've already been speaking with Speaker Johnson and our leadership, as well as the White House legislative affairs.
So this is one that I'm going to need everyone's help to push because I think we know how important elections are.
And the elections going forward are going to be even more important because the left is not guiding its way back to center.
They're turning further to the left.
And we saw that in the New York mayor's election recently.
We're looking at a very dangerous socialist in New York possibly becoming the mayor of New York.
Yeah.
A vicious racist, too.
Something I didn't get a chance to ask Trump when we were at Alligator Alcatraz's about that.
This guy wants to tax Trump and his family more.
He wants to tax rich white people in New York, which is, again, patently illegal, right?
Like, but also immoral.
And nobody's calling that out.
Like, nobody on the left is saying that that's wrong.
So at what point does that then, if we let the left take the levers of power, they're telling us what, they're telegraphing what they're going to do, right?
Like it's going to come South Africa.
Absolutely.
This is what the Democrats don't believe in the American dream.
They want to punish you.
If you become successful and wealthy in America, you'll be punished by being forced to pay the highest taxes in the land.
And taxes are already outrageous.
And so is the cost of living.
And Benny, there's one thing I'm concerned about and it's something I'm looking into deeply is unfortunately with the cost of living and I'll just go into insurance, for example, health insurance, homeowners insurance, and car insurance is skyrocketing and it's out of control.
And the problem with that means is we're opening the door to these radical socialists and even communist Democrats that will run for office and they're going to promise they're going to go back to Bernie's free health care for all.
They're going to be promising outrageous government funded insurance programs for Americans.
But we've got a suffering population of people in America that that will be appealing to because they already can't afford insurance.
Young people, my kids are 22, 25, and 27, and their generation, they can hardly pay rent.
They never don't, they don't even know if they'll ever be able to buy a house.
But when they look at insurance and the cost of living, it's so unaffordable.
So I really am concerned about our future of our elections, where extremely radical Democrats will become appealing to American voters simply because they're dealing with these problems every single day, while our federal government is more interested in sending billions and billions of dollars to every other country all over the world.
And so, I mean, I'm unapologetically America first, and I think we have a lot of work to do.
Yeah.
Well, your bill would be the first start.
We'll help you in muscularly pushing for that.
That's how you actually fix the country.
You disincentivize bringing criminal aliens in to rig the systems and rig your elections, obviously.
Yes.
Yes.
That's exactly what we need to do.
Obviously.
And then you change the way they, we looked it up in the Constitution.
It does say that.
Count the persons, not the citizens.
Right.
You wish you had a time travel machine.
One of those things you wish you could.
Right.
No, citizens.
Citizens.
Citizens.
And citizens are the ones that are paying for our government.
Yes.
And so, you know, while we have Tom Homan and President Trump's great administration and Secretary Noam, and they're all working on deportations and securing our border, which is so important, we're so thankful for.
We should correct our elections so that going forward, they can't vote because they've already tried.
Democrats tried to pass a law in Washington, D.C. and the District of Columbia to allow illegal aliens, non-citizens, to vote in elections.
New York City does it.
And there's several cities in California that already allow non-citizens to vote in their elections.
This is the end goal for Democrats.
So I think this is the way to stop it before they get the power to be able to do it.
Another way to stop it is to follow our dear friend MTG here on X with nearly 5 million subscribers already.
MTG is one of the most followed members of Congress and certainly one of the most prominent and powerful and outspoken.
And we're so thankful for that because it does actually move the Overton window for all of the cowards that she has to serve with so that we can actually have a functional party.
And so we're thankful for you, MTG.
Thank you, Benny.
It's great to see you today.
Godspeed.
you Thank you.
Oh, man.
All right.
Here we go.
This is going to be a very interesting and spicy segment here with Viva.
Looks like Viva is sending in some content, producing out His own segment.
So let's rock and roll.
You know, Viva Fry.
He joined us earlier in the week, and we only got one question in.
And so we thought it'd be polite to ask him back.
And ladies and gentlemen, here we go.
Viva Fry, former litigator who has definitely some thoughts on the Intel connections with Jeffrey Epstein.
You, uh...
You got some tanks, Viva.
How you doing, man?
Not bet, Benny.
I was listening to you with Marjorie Taylor Greene, and I remembered the whole thing with Ehud Barak.
The most insane thing is that he said, I didn't know that Jeffrey Epstein had been convicted of solicitation of child prostitution.
And I'm like, the former prime minister of Israel with all of his security doesn't know who he's doing business with.
Holy crab apples.
Yeah, it was implausible, to say the least.
So here's a quote from an article that you sent along to our producers.
The headline of the article from Business Insider is Israeli's former prime minister says he visited convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in private Caribbean island.
Oh, but he never parted with him.
Okay, got it.
That's a great defense there.
On Sunday, Barack defended his business ties with Epstein on Israeli TV, saying that he had no idea that the wealthy financier was convicted of prostitution.
Involving a minor in 2008.
How stupid does anybody think that people are?
You do background checks on babysitters, criminal background checks.
The former prime minister of Israel is not going to have his own intelligence to go deep on people he's in business with visiting.
It's laughably stupid, but the problem is nobody believes what's going on.
So the question is, how do you address that?
I mean, that's the conundrum for Trump.
Interrupting a question from a reporter, a legitimate bona fide question from a reporter, that only goes so far momentarily that might pause the question, but that is the Streisand effect.
And we still haven't gotten an answer yet as to how this memo is undated, unsigned, uploaded after the Axios leak, and no one's spoken to the memo.
I mean, does that even stand any type of precedent?
Like, if it's unsigned and undated and nobody knows who wrote it, well, can you just write it off?
I mean, like, at what point does it stop being real?
I know that they've copped to it and said, yeah, it is our memo.
What the hell is going on here?
It all seems so wildly strange.
It almost seems deliberate or intentional.
I don't know if it's to fracture a base to make now the portion of the Trump, I call it MAG, I mean, MAG is a silly word for it, but the portion of the Trump populist base that believes there's more to the Epstein story than just an individual trafficking to himself.
There are witnesses talking about being exploited, being sexually abused by other people.
And nobody's going to let it go, certainly not after the decade that we've been through.
And certainly not after what the very members of the FBI now had said prior to becoming deputy director and director.
And it's not like you can't walk away from those things.
I believed them then.
They haven't said anything now.
But you're basically like my theory is that if you wanted to undermine Trump's FBI, this is how you go about doing it.
You leak an unsigned, undated memo to Axios, only then to, I guess, out of compulsion, update it to the website the next day.
Bondi has said things that contradict this memo.
She can't speak to it.
She can't sign off on it.
And now people are looking at Trump's FBI as though it's run by two people who have been peddling Epstein conspiracies for the last five years.
It's a good way to undermine an entire administration, whoever's doing it.
So you think that this is actually an internal op?
What do I think?
For discrediting.
And it's working, man.
Well, well done.
Boy, these people are good at what they do.
You don't need to believe the specific theories to posit what can be going on.
Either it's true or it's not true.
If it's true, it means a bunch of people have been wrong for years.
If it's not true, but the thing is this, it also can't be true based on what the administration, what the media has been reporting for years.
Whether or not it's a list per se, people know you don't go to jail for trafficking when you're not trafficking to anybody but yourself.
The argument wasn't even that it was only trafficked for Epstein.
The argument was that I guess they didn't get anybody else.
Who knows?
So, you know, there can only be so many theories here.
Either it's the absolute truth and everybody should accept it and move on, which is probably not going to happen and is probably not the case.
Then the question is, you know, is Trump in his willingness to always want to own a situation and not look like he's getting embarrassed or played?
That would be the response.
You'd get the same response out of him from the reporter.
Someone comes up with a question that sort of calls into the question his administration and he wants to own it and look like he's not getting thrown under the bus or played.
And so he says, yeah, I'm owning this.
How can you ask a question on this when we have bigger issues to talk about?
But the bottom line, Bondi looks like she misspoke and her trying to walk her way out of the Fox News interview.
I don't think it's going to work on anybody who appreciates semantics when the question to her was, it looks like the DOJ is going to release the list of Epstein clients.
Is that really going to happen?
And her answer is the file sitting on my desk.
Yes, there were other files.
But the question was quite specific.
And there was no, there's no list.
There's no, I'm not sure if there's a list.
Everybody knew what that proverbial list was.
She's got to walk that back.
Patel's got to walk back his statement from a year and a half ago that Bill Gates is on the list.
He's, you know, panicking that the list is going to be released.
And now it looks like, you know, if they're calling us conspiracy theorists, then I guess it means that the FBI is being run by the same Epstein conspiracy theorists.
What is the out here, right?
So now that we've identified the problems and given voluminous amounts of information and evidence that there is a massive cover-up here, the American people are wise to that.
What is the out now?
What must happen?
Some are suggesting a special council or perhaps like a special investigative unit that has been set up with special access and classification.
What do you think, Viva?
This is a good question.
It's easy to identify problems, not easy to propose solutions.
The easiest solution is transparency.
If what they're saying is right, then show the evidence above and beyond an unsigned, undated memo that was leaked to the most leftist anti-Trump organization on earth.
Show the evidence.
Promise transparency.
Be transparent about it.
Nobody wants to see videos of underage pornography.
Nobody wants to see that.
And if those videos exist, by the way, then they said he had downloaded videos or suggesting that he was in possession of downloaded materials.
The question is: was that child pornography created by or with Epstein associates?
So unfortunately, nobody wants to see the CP, but who was involved in it?
How was it manufactured?
Where was it procured from?
And are people going to jail for that?
But there's been zero transparency.
And now questions being raised about that video itself, the 10 hours showing that Epstein wasn't visited at any point in time in his cell.
There's questions as to whether or not it was even focused on the right cell.
Set aside the one minute deleted thing.
If they're going to go and off Epstein, it might take more than one minute.
I wouldn't put all the stock in that missing minute.
But if you have a video on its face that shows Epstein was in his cell uninterrupted for 10 hours after having been on Suicide Watch, but oddly removed from Suicide Watch, I've still got questions.
Is that normal protocol?
Is that typical?
Or is that itself part of the conspiracy?
But now people are suggesting that the video might have not even been pointed at the right cell and therefore it's totally irrelevant.
But no one's really spoken to the video yet.
They just release it and expect everybody to say, oh, okay, here's 10 hours of showing at its most charitable, nobody visiting on Epstein, which is itself very suspicious, and then move on and shame people into asking questions a day after this unsigned, undated memo is leaked to Axios.
It's crazy.
That is the chief insult to the base and to the American people and to those who follow this case and who have followed it for years.
Man, the media is digging up interviews we've done from like three years ago, you know, with Cash and Bongino on this.
And they're all going viral.
And it's quite telling.
Some of the answers have aged well and some of them have aged very poorly.
But that seems to be the chief insult here, Viva, which is that they rushed this.
Why?
That is probably the largest red flag for me is that they somehow thought that releasing it in the dark of night on a Sunday after a 4th of July weekend, a series of historic President Trump Ws, and this is, by the way, tanked President Trump's approval rating.
He was just about to pass Barack Obama, right?
And this is according to Ras Musin, Mark Mitchell up with the numbers this morning.
I don't want this.
I'm a supporter of President Trump and his administration.
I love a lot of these people.
But that seems to be the biggest red flag for me, Viva, is that this has been done so sloppily.
Even if you must, there's a gun to your head, you must come to this conclusion.
You have to come to this conclusion, okay?
He's Intel.
He's so Intel.
We can't let it go.
You don't release it like this.
You don't.
You do it in the exact opposite way, right?
In a much more transparent, an explainer, a big press conference.
People can ask questions.
On its face, that is probably the single most insulting thing is how this was leveraged against the American public.
Well, assuming it was done deliberately, if this were intended to be a leak to undermine and humiliate the Trump administration, but you don't want to admit that you got humiliated or that you were the pigeon or what is it, the target here, you own it.
You own it like Trump is trying to own it.
This reeks to me of the same type of leak that you had after the Iranian strikes, where a classified memo that should not have been released, which undermined the administration or at least the effectiveness of the strikes was released.
And then they say, well, it's top secret, classified.
It should not have been released, but it's low confidence in any event.
So disregarded.
This strikes me as being the same type of sabotage that potentially you have activists internally who are trying to leak a memo, which maybe someone drafted in an attempt to humiliate and sabotage the Trump presidency.
And I should preface this also.
I don't know Patel personally.
I know Blanjell personally, Blanchino personally.
You can go back to my tweets on this.
He was, and I firmly believe, the best pick on earth for deputy director.
I also believe that he doesn't have the same freedom that he had before becoming an employee of the state to share his personal opinions.
And right now he's got a job to do and he's got a boss to answer to.
Patel, I don't know personally, but total faith in Patel as well.
Bondi, I never knew personally, or either way, was neither here nor there would have preferred Gates.
But this criticism is not intended to take down Trump.
Trump needs to be the president.
He needed to be the president.
I've been one of the most vocal supporters is a silly word.
I say it was an act of God that Trump even was alive the day of the election based on what we saw in Butler.
It's divine that to some extent he's here.
That doesn't mean that you're not going to criticize things that they need to understand that this is going to hurt the administration.
You can love, have faith in Trump.
That doesn't mean that you're going to close your eyes and accept what you understand to be fundamentally unbelievable.
And so that's where we're at.
They should have done things way differently if this is the truth.
And by the way, like you say, if they can't release the truth, because it would reveal either that the U.S. has been blackmailing other countries, which would lead to potential global war.
Like if people find out the U.S. has been using underhanded nefarious techniques, although I suspect most people think that anyhow, for global policy, that could lead to global conflict.
And there might be a national interest reason for bearing this story.
Do it better and at least get a Machiavellian person in the administration to do it in a way that doesn't look like you're treating the base, the most loyal die-hard supporters like idiots, because that's what it looks like.
And that's what people feel like right now.
Yes.
And after Bindergate, that was already, it was already like a wound that had been ripped open.
Nobody liked seeing these loyal Trump supporters treated like that and humiliated.
And that, of course, is what's going to happen when you hand him a binder marked the Epstein files, right?
And the whole thing is just incompetent.
I err on the side of incompetence, Viva.
But instead of malevolence, but either way, it's indistinguishable at some level.
And this is indistinguishable.
Absolutely.
And if your purpose here were to sabotage, mock, and discredit those so-called influencers, but I'll call them commentators, what would you have done differently?
I had Liz Wheeler on.
Liz Wheeler's the blonde lady on the back bottom left.
I had her on afterwards because they wanted to tell their story.
They looked like willing participants in propagating disinformation when they were the victims of a rollout that was either by design or accidentally absolutely humiliating.
That's DC Draino on the left.
these are people who have been the most staunch supporters of President Trump and the administration.
There's one in this picture that I think is particularly damaging, which is Scott.
You can't argue that there isn't a more successful activist on planet Earth at registering Republican voters than Scott Pressler.
It is impossible to argue.
So the fact that they bundled him up in this, in this massive discredit operation, is sinister.
This is Scott Pressler arguably pulled Pennsylvania for Trump.
That's a fact.
That's a fact.
And I say arguably only to give a little room of doubt there.
Absolutely.
And by the way, it doesn't just make them look like peddlers of disinformation.
It also makes them look like they're somehow rejoicing in the celebrity that comes from the sinister underbelly of the Epstein finals.
So whether or not this was by accident or by design, what is happening now is in the wake of this.
And this didn't have to happen, Bindergate.
After Bindergate, we're told it's going to be rolled out in phases.
And now no rollout.
That's it.
Did I say that?
Oh, another missed beak.
I meant phases.
There's one phase and it's no phase.
So, and for people saying what it says phase one on the binder.
Well, what does that mean?
No, it's insanity.
And it really is an insult to the most ardent populist supporters of Trump and his administration, because ultimately it makes the administration look either incompetent or corrupt and neither are good at this point.
So, and the old, it's what difference does it make anymore?
First of all, that partially took down Hillary Clinton.
So if that's your best defense, understand how that worked out in the past.
What difference does it make at this point?
Will not fly with anybody.
You have had the most prolific sex trafficker, arguably, in American history, but at least thousands, maybe tens of thousands over decades involving prominent political figures, Ehud Barak, Prince Andrew.
And now, sorry, after all of this decades, I've never let this story go.
It goes deeper than anybody thinks because it does.
Here's a nice little voe.
He killed himself and there's no list and there's no blackmail and go on with your day and don't be a, don't, don't be a conspiracy theorist and push this issue anymore.
I mean, it's it's sinister enough to make even the most optimistic person have serious, serious questions.
I never miss a chance to shout out the team that we have here.
I'm so proud of the company that we've built.
And I want to show you something, Viva, that perhaps you've never seen.
A snap of our executive producer, ALX, I know you know him, doing the one thing that should have been done on this binder, due diligence.
So instead of dancing with it and grinning with it, and again, I don't fault them.
They were trotted out in front of the world's media.
What are you going to do?
Right?
Everyone's yelling at them.
But ALX, I just wanted to shout out for my boy.
ALX held it down, looked through the files, and immediately texted me.
There's nothing here.
But we did, FEMA, we did more than the DOJ did.
This is ALX doing more work than the DOJ did.
If I'm not mistaken, what ALX is looking at there is the cover sheet that literally says, and I saw this before the whole thing went public, but I don't know what you can, I don't want to get anybody in trouble for leaking information that they got there.
The cover sheet said, you're not getting anything new in here.
And so, but they hadn't even seen the cover sheet before that photo was taken.
And it looks like a photo op.
But from what Liz Wheeler told me and from what Jack Pasovic said, two of the most ardent Trump supporters out there, they didn't know that there was going to be photographers out there.
So they're caught off guard.
And just to highlight something else, you know, two days ago on the Bongino Report Rumble channel, now I forgot her name.
Haley.
Haley.
Haley's talking about the fact that, you know, none of this is going to cut it.
Nobody believes this.
And it doesn't jive with the last decade of information, of intelligence.
And so it's just this.
On Bongino's own channel?
Well, it's on the Bongino Report.
And I shared the clip, but like, and then everyone's like, well, now they're on the inside.
So they've seen the evidence.
I sincerely believe they had more reliable evidence from the outside when it was coming from leakers within than they have right now after having been given a file from the FBI that they are now investigating for corruption.
So try to make that make sense.
They're investigating Comey and Brennan for corruption with the Russia Gate thing.
We'll see if they get to any charges before the statute of limitations is up, like Patel had advised on Rogan.
They're investigating the same FBI for criminal misconduct that they are now relying on what was handed over to them, or at least what they think was handed over to them.
So even their own arguments don't square off within the four corners of this thesis that we're expected to swallow.
And it's discouraging because Trump has to succeed if the Democrats take it in 2026 at the midterms.
And if they take it in 2028, what?
You'll have staved off a Kami Kamala for four years, but you might end up with Zoran Mamdani in 2028 or AOC.
So this is not criticism for the sake of criticism.
This is criticism for the sake of construction.
And they better start fixing things because when you lose the, or sorry, you didn't lose Jack Pesobics yet, but when Owen Schreuyers, InfoWars, Pesobic, Steve Bannon, when they start leveling this criticism publicly, you'd better listen because you're not going to shame them into silence.
Find me a Trump supporter that does not deeply love and listen to on a daily basis.
A Tucker Carlson, Megan Kelly, Steve Bannon.
Fox News has been going quite hard on this, actually.
There were a number of segments last night.
Some of them used our old clips and it's always an honor and we're always thankful for it.
It's the work that we do here on this program.
But Fox, Laura Ingram did like a 20-minute segment that used multiple clips from this program to talk about what a nightmare this is.
And it's tough love.
I'm not doing it as a criticism.
I'm the biggest fan of this administration and their accomplishments.
And they had a historic series of W's and they decided to destroy it with this, which is insane to me.
And they're typically smarter than that.
And the timing of it, it comes, you know.
Yes.
I agree with your contention.
Was it a leak?
Was it a leak?
Was it a Dobbs?
Is this a Dobbs decision style leak that is intended to like harm and hurt?
It does beg a serious question, Viva.
It comes in the wake of the Iran-Israel strikes and purported ceasefire a day before Netanyahu's in America.
I mean, these dots may not connect, but the dots are there and you can't blame people for seeing them.
And people also tend to forget, you know, the biggest mistake of Trump's first term was hiring and relying on the wrong people.
There is nothing more destructive than a yes man within an administration or a business.
when I used to be a lawyer and I used to represent a lot of restaurants, and the owners would say, There's nothing worse than a client who's unhappy leaving without telling you because they don't tell you, they don't come back and you lose the business.
The ones that tell you, at the very least, care enough, you can internalize what their criticism is, make your restaurant better and try to get them back later on.
But the worst thing that anybody can do right now is either just be a blind yes man or just give up entirely and say, I'm washing my hands of this because my voice isn't being heard.
Your voice was heard.
ALX says thank you for that shout out.
That is the cover letter.
We actually have photographic proof of this.
We'll put it up on the screen right now.
You called it Viva.
This was the cover letter there from Pam Bondi to Cash Patel, directing him to conduct an immediate investigation in order to get to the truth.
And that'll have the full Justice Department support for that investigation.
Can we zoom out?
This is in the wake of when there were allegedly files being disappeared from the SDNY office, and either Patel or Bondi had to issue another letter there to say, is this the same letter, I think?
No, this is the one that was the cover sheet for the blind.
This is the cover sheet for the blind.
No, I mean, this is at the same time that the FBI field office at the most corrupt judicial district in America, the SDNY, was allegedly removing boxes.
And they had to get a letter either from Bondi or Patel.
I forget who it was at the time.
It's crazy.
And you cannot understand.
I mean, you try to make sense of it.
And the only way you're going to make sense of it is by either solidifying conspiracy theories or coming up with new ones that some would say this is Netanyahu, Israel dogwalking Trump.
Others are saying Trump is using the blackmail material potentially to negotiate, compel global settlements for whatever.
I mean, how you interpret it sort of depends on your blinders or the glasses that you're viewing this through.
But one way or the other, it doesn't make sense.
It doesn't jive with a decade of information.
And it doesn't jive with statements of this very administration as recently as three months ago and as going far back as five years ago.
You can go find the clip.
You can go find the clip.
I heard, I said it while I said it while Trump was in Saudi Arabia.
We looked through the manifest.
We looked through the manifest live while we were waiting for Trump.
And I would say, oh, let's go read through the manifest.
And there were a bunch of like heads of various chip companies and things like that, right?
AI companies.
And way down at the bottom of the list on the third page was Reid Hoffman.
And I said, what the bloody hell is Reid Hoffman, Mr. King of Trump Law Fair, put Trump in prison, celebrate when Trump got shot, which he did, according to Peter Thiel.
What the hell is Reid Hoffman doing on this manifest?
How is Reid Hoffman flying on Air Force One, Saudi Arabia?
This is insane.
Reid Hoffman, of course, a very close and friendly Epstein associate.
No, well, it was Elon Musk who said Reid Hoffman is sweating bullets.
Of course, Elon Musk also just said Trump was on the list.
Bannon's on the list.
So he might be burning his own credibility.
But I'm saying, like, we said it live on the stream.
We were like, wait a second.
Is Trump playing the leverage play of all leverage plays, right?
Bring this guy along like in the middle of the ocean, like call him up to his office on Air Force One and like say, listen, you son of a bitch.
You know, I got you dead to rights and you're going to, you know, you're going to, are you going to are you going to behave, right?
This guy funded everything against Donald Trump.
He funded election rigging.
He funded like all the insurrection.
He funded all like the crazy lady's name, Carol E. Gene Carol.
Egene Carol.
Egen Carol.
We're best-selling book now.
Yeah.
He published all of it.
Yeah.
It's crazy.
And I'm like, wow, Trump is operating on a level.
So maybe, maybe.
But then the question, if the base ever found out that the administration was using this information for its own national benefit, would people even be cool with that?
It's like doing the wrong thing for the right reasons.
Unsure.
But one thing, by the way, also, not for nothing.
It's virtually a year to the day since the Butler assassination.
And what do we get?
Five or six Secret Service agents get 42-day unpaid summer vacation?
I mean, there's ways to roll out the stuff that's going to be bad in a way that people will understand, but at least not be caught off guard.
Yeah, 10 to 42 days unpaid leave, and then they're going to come back to lowered positions when they come back.
And on the one hand, my initial reaction is, whoopty freaking do, they just got paid an unpaid vacation in summer.
Flip side is I say, okay, fine, they're going to be humiliated.
They're going to come back to demoted positions.
Maybe this is the way of weeding out the incompetence of the corruption.
But this looks like a Kevin Kleinsmith, FBI lawyer who falsified evidence under the Carter Page Pfizer warrant, the previous corrupt criminal FBI, getting 12 months probation and 400 hours community service for falsifying evidence.
So it again looks like there's never any consequences when it's the government.
If it's a lowly citizen or the plebs, they go to jail for many, many years.
But this is all coming at the, you know, one big poopstorm at a bad time because yes, Trump had massive wins, massive successes.
Even if you were skeptical, cynical, nervous about the Iranian strikes, the fact that there was a ceasefire that seems to be holding was a win.
And now you got this, which is a distraction.
And then in the wake of this distraction, the crumbs to the plebs is, oh, yeah, we're investigating Comey and Brennan.
And we've sanctioned those Secret Service guards who nearly got the president murdered and got Cori Comparatori murdered and two others grievously injured.
They get 10 to 42 days unpaid, whatever they call it, administrative leave.
It's awful.
They should be rotting in prison for the rest of their lives.
There was more to the Butler assassination attempt, but we're led to believe also that it was just a confluence of errors that who could have seen it happening?
That perimeter that had the best vantage point for a sniper cut out of the perimeter, who could have seen that coming?
Well, definitely not the Lady Ghostbusters, who are now going to have time to go make a sequel, I guess.
Trump in any alternate universe, that goes down the way whoever was planning it wanted it to go down.
You got Nikki Haley and the other guy there, Pompeo, as the ticket for the Republicans.
You're in World War III right now, a hot World War III war with Iran.
By the grace of God, Trump survived that.
It doesn't mean that we're going to rely on the miracle to say everything Trump and the administration does is divine.
The biggest mistake from the first term, bringing on the wrong people and listening to the wrong people.
And it's a question of making sure that doesn't happen again right now.
Yes, men are the most destructive forces for any company, for any business, and for any relationship for that matter.
So you criticize where it's warranted, not for the purposes of destruction, but for the purposes of making better.
I could not agree with you more.
We love the president and his administration.
We know them personally, and we are giving them tough love, which is absolutely required.
It's biblical.
It's moral.
It's just.
And it's why God puts strong people in your life in order to tell you tough truths.
And that's what we've been doing.
I'll end with this because the team has said ALX sent it in as a final defense of himself and what he was reading.
This is the letter.
I don't think any of this happened, but here's the letter.
By 8 a.m. tomorrow, February 28th, the FBI will deliver the full and complete Epstein files to my office, including all recordings, documents, audio, video recordings, and materials related to Jeffrey Epstein and his clients, regardless of how such information was obtained.
There will be no withholdings, no limitations to your access.
There it is.
May I just highlight one point, one word?
Three words.
And his clients.
This is not someone speaking without knowledge.
This is not someone speaking out of her hat.
And this is not someone speaking without having had any information or any prep.
This letter was drafted and prepped.
His clients.
There's no clients.
Yeah, three months later, there's no clients.
No incriminating client lists.
So there might have been clients of blood.
And then you expect people to swallow this.
Like, oh, no, when that interview that she did where she was answering, what's the reporter's name?
I want to say it's the Fox News guy with the gray hair.
But he's like, he says, is it true?
John Roberts, thank you.
Is it true they're going to release the list of Epstein's clients?
It's on my desk.
She drafted this letter.
Epstein and his clients.
Oh, what did you mean by that?
I meant business clients.
I didn't mean trafficking clients.
Crazy.
It's tough love.
It's biblical.
It's moral.
You have an obligation to do it if you actually care about somebody.
You don't just watch the people that you care about make mistakes or do things that can damage them.
So that's what we're doing.
Viva, everybody go.
Speaking of love, big fans of Viva.
Viva's on his way to a million subs.
Be there before he hits a million.
Come on, get into that club, baby.
I don't know.
I needled Elon the other day.
So maybe I don't know if there's an algorithm to tweak.
I'm joking, by the way.
I think tough love on Elon as well.
If you make accusations that Bannon is in the Epstein files after having apologized and retracted your Trump one, either put up the receipts or don't make those type of stupid comments.
I don't know that Bannon's in there.
Yep.
I feel that.
All right.
Well, thank you, Viva, and Godspeed.
And everybody follow Viva and his show on Rumble, which is an absolute great time.
We were on yesterday.
Here's the Rumble page.
There you go.
Godspeed, man.
Thank you very much, Benny.
Have a good one.
Have a good one.
Ladies and gentlemen, our verse of the day, and then we're rocking and rolling.
We have Student Action Summit tomorrow.
We'll be speaking in Tampa.
We'll be taking that live as well.
Verse of the Day from Ephesians 5.11.
Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.
The cheer.
Can we do the cheer?
massive cheer.
Have no fellowship with unfruitful works of darkness, but expose them.
It's beautiful, ladies and gentlemen.
Let it be known that we will not be in fellowship with darkness on this program.
We will take a principled stance.
It is very easy for us.
It is binary for us, and I know it is for you too.
The reason why is because we follow and read our Bible.
We know that Christ is king.
And we know, ladies and gentlemen, that all we need to do is to keep fighting.
And that's what we're going to do on this program.
And we are winning.
And guess what?
Best part about it, in the end, we win.
It's your boy Benny.
see ya Pick yourself off the ground.
I'll say young man.
Cause you're in a new town.
There's no need.
Benny shows when the truth gon' be.
Faith and freedom on your TV screen.
Stand up strong, battle through the night.
The Benny shows here, bringing liberty to life.
From the speeches to debates, Benny's sharp like a blade.
Cover through the lies, watch the truth cascade.
With the warrior's heart, this man never fades.
You know it's primetime when Benny invades.
From saving the nation to stories untold.
The Benny shows a storm, see the truth unfold.
Stay in the loop, let freedom take hold.
Salting all the lips, soul never sold.
If the Benny shows where the truth gon' be, faith and freedom on your TV screen.
Stand up strong, battle through the night.
The Benny shows here, bringing liberty to light.
Liberty to light.
Bringing liberty to light.
Liberty to light.
Bringing liberty to light.
From the speeches to the baits, Benny's sharp like a blade.
Cutting through the lies, watch the truth cascade.
