Good early morning, Carly and Todd.
Overnight, Russia launched one of its largest missile strikes on Ukraine's capital, killing at least nine people and wounding dozens, including children.
Hours earlier in the Oval Office, President Trump appeared to criticize Ukraine for standing in the way of peace.
I think we have a deal with Russia.
We have to get a deal with Zelensky, and I hope that Zelensky, I thought it might be easier to deal with Zelensky.
So far, it's been harder, but that's okay.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has cut short his trip to South Africa to return home after the strikes.
He said it's been over 40 days since Ukraine agreed to the Trump administration's proposal for a full ceasefire and said this massive missile and drone strike is just the latest example of Russia showing it does not want peace.
Zelensky said 70 missiles and 150 drones were fired into Kiev overnight, which took place hours after peace talks stalled in London.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio canceled his trip to London after Ukraine said it would not accept U.S. recognition of Russia's annexation of the Crimean Peninsula, something the first Trump administration also refused to recognize.
Trump's Ukraine envoy Keith Kellogg led those discussions in London A new Fox News poll says 61 percent of registered voters are extremely or very concerned about Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Yesterday, Vice President J.D. Vance says it's time for Ukraine and Russia to accept a peace deal or the U.S. should walk away.
Talking about Zelensky, President Trump posted on True Social that the man with no cards to play should now finally get it done.
President Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, is set to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Friday.
And Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is also scheduled to meet with NATO Secretary Mark Ruta later this morning.
here in Washington, guys.
unidentified
|
Hi. | |
And you are Gina? | ||
Gina. | ||
Hey, what's up? | ||
Nothing. | ||
Look, I'm going to be real honest with you.
It's been a long time since I've been with a man looking to get back up on that pogo stick.
You know what I'm saying?
I don't need to say that.
I don't need to see James O 'Keefe in drag ever again.
Thank you very much. | ||
James O 'Keefe will be on the program in just a minute, along with Mike Davis and Congressman Corey Mills, an absolutely stacked show today, Thursday, April 24th, 2025.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has finally done it.
She's referred deep state intel apparatchiks, anti-Trump vengeance agents.
For criminal prosecution.
Thank you, Lord! | ||
Lord! | ||
Thank you! | ||
Department of Defense Branch Chief calls President Trump illegitimate and vows to resist him from inside of the Pentagon.
And you wonder what Pete Hegseth is up against.
And you wonder what the people inside of the FBI are up against.
Cash and Dan. | ||
We're going to talk about them today.
There have been some major meetings that have been going on.
There's a lot happening underneath the surface.
And we're going to get to all of it.
My name is Benny Johnson and this is The Benny Show.
Make sure that when the economy is on shaky ground, when things are moving, and again, we talk about it as an exorcism when we are exercising the demons in our economy, that you are protecting your assets.
The way that I am protecting my assets is obviously making sure that I'm out of debt, the kind of crippling debt that really destroys family households, and that I am securing assets like...
My mortgage, my home, the things that are durable, the things that I can lock in.
American Financing helps you lock in both of those things, ladies and gentlemen, by unlocking the equity in your home to pay off insane credit card debt that has been skyrocketing over the last couple of years of your homeowner.
And you don't want to face uncertainty.
Make sure that you get yourself out of that 20% 30%?
I mean, don't come after me here, but, like, it's something that I actually totally agree with a lot of libs on, which is that there should be rate caps on credit card debt.
There should be rate caps on these kind of things.
This is, like, straight-up usury.
And it's immoral. | ||
I mean, the Bible calls it immoral.
There's a lot of this stuff that is...
It's designed to keep you in a cycle of debt forever.
Get out and take control.
American Financing can help you.
They can help you access the equity in your home to unlock...
That high-interest credit card debt getting out from under it and giving you peace and real savings.
You can save $800 per month.
They can close in as little as 10 days.
Call American Financing today.
It costs you absolutely nothing to get started.
888-528-1219. | ||
That's 888-528-1219 for AmericanFinancing.net slash Benny.
All right, let's begin with taking a bite out of crime.
Thank God. | ||
Tulsi Gabbard finally referring intel officers.
I want you to name them. | ||
I need you to name them. | ||
I need them named. | ||
I want to know who they are.
I want to see handcuffs.
I want to see perp walks.
The White House is not above any of these things.
Let's freaking go. | ||
These are the kind of people that need to be sent to prison, and they are endemic throughout the federal bureaucracy.
This is the reason why it's so hard to get things done.
This is the reason why there are so many leaks on Pete Hegseth.
Every single time Pete Hegseth goes...
To take a piss in the Pentagon.
There's some new leak about it.
There's a new fake news about Hegseth from yesterday.
Hegseth installing a, what do they call it?
A beautician's room inside of the Pentagon.
It's really just so that Pete Hegseth can do hits from inside of the Pentagon so that he can message, which is his job as DOD chair.
We're going to cover all that, but let's begin with this.
This is the good news off the top.
DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, refers Intel officials, three of them, to the DOJ for Prosecution over alleged leaks of classified information.
Officials are warned intelligence community professionals that Gabbard referrals will serve as a warning.
Let's read. | ||
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard referred two intelligence community professionals to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution.
Two! | ||
Two! | ||
She also said there's a third coming.
Two! | ||
What's the Matthew McConaughey line?
Those are rookie numbers.
We need to pump up those numbers.
Those are rookie numbers, okay?
Let's go. | ||
We need three times a day.
Three times a day. | ||
We gotta get referrals.
Three times a day. | ||
Those are rookie numbers.
But that's okay. | ||
It's a good start. | ||
Okay, gotta start somewhere.
What are they referred for?
Criminal leaking. | ||
Classified information.
Fox News Digital has learned.
An ODNI official told Fox News that the intelligence community professionals leaked classified information to the Washington Post and the New York Times.
Classic move. | ||
A third criminal referral is on its way to the DOJ.
The official told Fox News Digital the intelligence community professionals should take the move as a warning.
Politicization of our intelligence and leaking classified information puts the nation's security at risk and must end, Gabbard told Fox News Digital.
Those who leak classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
Well, we know one thing that is absolutely certain that these people have a...
Awesome capacity to find out what you are doing digitally if they want to.
If they believe that you are committing a crime, they will hack and remove every barrier to go and to pry and see.
We're going to talk about, in just a second, an FBI agent who announced they're running for Congress, by the way.
Make sure we get that video, boys.
And we're going to show you exactly the quality of people that have staffed our intel agencies.
They are not who you think they are.
Or maybe they're exactly who you think they are.
The point is, is that we've worked very closely with Tucker Carlson.
Tucker Carlson was our boss for a period of time.
Tucker Carlson, when they suspected that Tucker Carlson was speaking, just speaking with a Russian, this is before the Ukrainian war, just speaking with a Russian, they went and hacked his signal chat, they hacked his email, they hacked all of his encrypted messaging apps.
They got all of his information.
Nobody knew that Tucker Carlson was trying to set up an interview with Vladimir Putin.
Now, he eventually went and did that interview.
But nobody knew that. | ||
Tucker Carlson on the Nelk Boys podcast being like, I got called to DC and they knew everything.
All of my private communications.
All of it. | ||
Now, of course, that was evil and that wasn't right.
But they can turn that around and use that weapon for good.
And that's what they're doing here.
They are clearly finding intel operatives who are leaking classified information.
Let's go ahead and grok.
What is the punishment for leaking classified information, shall we?
What are we facing in prison time here?
Gabbard added, I look forward to working with the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate, terminate, and prosecute these criminals.
Tulsi Gabbard is a cold-hearted bee.
This woman is serious about this kind of stuff.
The reason why is that they try to pull all this stuff over on her.
And this is going to be a trend of the show.
This is going to be a trend of the show that I want to, like, make very clear.
You know, it's time to just throw the gauntlet down and, like, explain why I have faith in Pam Bondi, why I have faith in Cash Patel, and why I have faith in Dan Bongino.
And I know that there's a lot of people chirping online who say that nothing has happened.
To them, I would say this.
The reason why we advocated so muscularly for these people in these positions is because all of them, every single one, Tulsi, Pam, Cash, Dan, all the way down the list, and we were just at the DOJ actually two weeks ago with Steve Bannon.
Steve Bannon had been persecuted by the regime and the weaponization of these tools.
There's a great point in bringing up Tucker Carlson and how they spied on Tucker.
They do have awesome power.
That power has been abused, and it's been abused against Cash, who was the first person brought in by the January 6th committee.
It's been abused against Dan Bongino, who's been deplatformed, who had the entire censorship industry.
Dan Bongino was like a big part owner of Parler.
Remember Parler? | ||
Had everything ripped from him, taken, totally shredded, destroyed, taken offline through the government.
The government went and did that.
They were coming for Dan.
They were trying to destroy him.
And they ended up ripping away large chunks of stuff that he had built through the system.
Of course, they put Steve Bannon in jail.
Here you can have, here's Steve Bannon and I at the Justice Department just last week, two weeks ago.
And there is, of course, a photo of Donald Trump right behind us doing the mugshot.
The main point here is that President Trump is doing the mugshot photo for his official portrait.
And that's why we chose this, because this is exactly where...
All of this is stemming from.
Kash Patel, Pam Bondi. | ||
Pam Bondi was defending President Trump through all this.
Pam Bondi was Trump's personal attorney through all this.
They know the horrors of these systems when they're turned on innocent Americans.
Turning a ship this size around is going to take some real maneuvering.
Because the ship was sailing in the wrong direction.
It is a very heavy ship, the weight of the bureaucracy.
And it is staffed with people like this little goblin I'm about to show you who's running for Congress that I find so fascinating.
This little FBI, this little like, this guy's going viral.
It's like former FBI agent for releasing the single most cucked beta lispy, humiliating, passive aggressive feline campaign ad.
Now he's he's demanding we thank him and send him to Congress because he thinks half the country's terrorists.
I'm going to show you the quality of these people.
And James O 'Keefe will talk about the quality of these people.
Here's what should happen to these people.
Unique considerations for DOJ leakers.
Let's go ahead and, okay, Klein, just, like, bring up, what are the penalties?
What are the penalties?
What are the federal classifications, please?
Okay, go find it and then put it up.
When you have it ready, put it up.
The official explained the process, their decision-making, telling Fox News Digital that they conducted an internal review and then sent the criminal referral to the Justice Department.
The DOJ would then send the referral to the FBI.
To begin a formal investigation.
We are aggressively investigating other leaks and will pursue further criminal charges as warranted, the official Fox News Digital said.
Any intelligence community bureaucrat who is considering leaking to the media should take this as a warning.
The official added that the Trump administration will identify the leakers and the leakers will face legal consequences.
Okay, producers, what are those legal consequences?
unidentified
|
Great. | |
All right, here we go. | ||
Let's pop it up. | ||
There we go. | ||
From the Legal Information Institute.
Shall be fined and imprisoned not more than 10 years or both.
Got it. | ||
Well, let's go ahead and make sure that we do that.
What we're asking for is one person to go to prison.
We're asking for one individual to be put in handcuffs and to be taken to prison.
That will be a very important lesson for everyone.
Here's what's happened, though.
Please pull up Vindman.
Vindman. | ||
Congressman Vindman. | ||
We spent all day, we spent the majority of the show yesterday howling about how this corrupted society rewards criminals.
There's a congressman named Vindman.
Here's his page, webpage.
This guy's a criminal. | ||
He worked... | ||
With his brother and his degenerate family to leak on President Trump.
He then testified against President Trump in Congress in the first impeachment.
Donald Trump held a perfect phone call with Zelensky, and the more we learn about Zelensky and the more we learn about Ukraine, the more dark it all gets.
Funny how every single assassin who tried to murder Trump has a Ukrainian connection, maybe using Ukrainian weapons.
Maybe we're trained by Ukrainians.
We know that as a matter of fact for Ryan Ralph.
So Donald Trump had every right to question Zelensky in his first term.
They stole the information from the phone call.
They selectively leaked out bits and pieces of it to Adam Schiff.
And then these guys get rewarded.
He gets elected to Congress.
Killer Carmelo Anthony is the same problem.
The same thing with the ICE.
The degenerate illegal alien that killed a bunch of, like, Americans, murdered him, let him burn alive.
He's drunk driving yesterday.
They say he's going to be released early.
Society will not last if we continue to reward evil people.
This is an evil person. | ||
You can always see it. | ||
There's like a physiognomy to it, right?
You can always see it in the eyes.
You can always see it in the way people carry themselves.
This jackass leaked on Trump, and he was rewarded by a seat in Congress.
He got Trump impeached for nothing.
Rewarded? | ||
We must stop it. | ||
Tulsi Gabbard is stopping it.
Earlier this month, Gabbard established a new task force to restore transparency and accountability in the intelligence community.
Fox News Digital first reported that the director's initiative group, which was started by an investigation, the weaponization from inside of the intelligence community.
Do you realize what a behemoth they are taking on here?
Do you realize what a Goliath is being taken on by this group of people who have been persecuted by this?
When you make these moves against these people, you better come correct.
You better be... | ||
When you move on the king, you better be ready.
Okay? | ||
It better be a kill shot.
You better come correct.
And I think that's what's happening.
According to all of our sources, this is what's happening.
Mike Davis is going to be coming on the show, fresh from meetings at the DOJ.
He's going to be giving us updates about what's going on inside of the DOJ.
We're going to ask him about this.
Gabbard also held that employees who participated in sexually explicit NSA chat rooms Accountable is pursuing action on those who made unauthorized leaks and classified information on the intelligence community.
Good. | ||
Thank God. | ||
So this is a massive step in the right direction.
The next step, it can't turn into the Durham report.
It can't turn into, here's all of these crimes.
Durham report, Hillary Clinton.
Here's all these crimes that Hillary committed.
Look at them all. | ||
Look at all these crimes.
And then nothing happens.
People must be in chains and they must be sent to Guantanamo Bay.
Better yet, let's send them down to the El Salvador prison.
That's great. | ||
Start there. | ||
Goodness gracious. | ||
So this is obviously very good and very big news.
Here's the news breaking last night.
unidentified
|
Meantime, DNI Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard referring two intel officials to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution for allegedly leaking classified information to the Washington Post and New York Times.
And she says a third referral is on the way.
Gabbard exclusively telling Fox News Digital, quote, leaking classified information puts our nation's security at risk and must end.
Those who leak classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest.
Good. | ||
I mean, you have to start somewhere.
You have to start somewhere.
These are the people that you're up against.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the cringeworthy FBI.
I need the tweet, please.
Not just the video. | ||
I need the tweet. | ||
This is the cringeworthy FBI agent who decided that he's going to reveal to all of us who they are up against.
And here's what I said about this.
This video is going viral right now.
Some little weasel named John Sullivan.
Mr. Super Patriot here.
In fact, you know what? | ||
How will we play the video?
How will we play the video?
I'll just kick us off by saying this.
Because of Hollywood programming and because of propaganda, the American public is under the impression That FBI agents were masculine, were hardscrabble, were like tough cops, were by the book, all business.
And that's the way that they're portrayed in the movies.
I think that's what many people think when they think of the FBI.
But in reality, FBI agents are like this.
unidentified
|
We're up against some serious threats right now.
From skyrocketing costs to Trump and billionaires corrupting our government.
And I can't just sit on the sidelines and watch.
Because for 17 years, I was an FBI intelligence analyst.
Working in secret to keep us safe from global threats and the insurrectionists who stormed our capital.
But now that the threat has come...
The insurrectionists who stormed our capital.
unidentified
|
Look at that post photo.
Yeah. | ||
This moron worked in a cubicle.
He had zero power. | ||
And he was exactly the kind of person who used every ounce of his energy to put grandmothers in prison, who we call infractionists.
This is the energy of the people who put away J6ers.
And if you check the comments on this, you'll see...
Many FBI agents coming in underneath this video saying the agency is stocked with these people.
The agency is right. | ||
It is rot, pure rot inside of the agency.
These individuals are who run the FBI.
So it's time to reframe the entire conversation.
It's time to reframe our understanding of what Cash, Dan, Tulsi, Pam, what they are up against.
This is what an FBI agent is.
Not the FBI agents from the movies.
Not the 1950s FBI agents.
Not the 1920s FBI agents chasing down gangsters and bootleggers.
This is what your modern-day FBI agent sounds like, looks like, and acts like.
Just imagine an entire agency staff with Tim Walls.
unidentified
|
...armed our Capitol. | |
But now that the threat is coming from inside the White House, I had to leave the FBI and step forward so I can finally tell you who I am.
Hi, I'm John No, I can say that now.
I'm John Sullivan. | ||
I'm a dad, a husband, a public servant and a cancer survivor.
And I'm running for Congress.
For years, I fought for you in secret.
And now, I want to keep fighting for you in Congress.
I'm John Sullivan. | ||
Classified. | ||
It's not classified. | ||
John Sullivan for Congress.
Join me. | ||
These are the people that run your federal intel agencies.
These are the people. | ||
Klein's scrolling through the comments.
These are the people. | ||
This is what they're up against.
An entire agency staffed with John Thalavans.
It is like the passive-aggressive beta-feline theater kids.
Low testosterone. | ||
Who were shoved into lockers throughout their entire high school.
Who were demeaned. | ||
Who all they ever wanted to do was get the lead role in Oklahoma for the theater club, for the glee club, but then ended up, you know, having to be stagehand, gaffer, or best boy, right?
Like, they've been humiliated their entire life by the jocks and by the nerds who are running everything now.
Trump is the jock, Elon representing the nerds, who have control of everything.
And they have, like, this vengeance, this evil, vengeful, passive-aggressive bitterness.
You can just hear it. | ||
Could you imagine being a, like, little grandmother with your 25-cent Walgreens flag?
And, like, the cops just open up the door to the Capitol and you think it's a free tour.
And so you walk around and, like, obey the velvet ropes and everything.
And then this femboy monster, like, comes down and, like, calls you a terrorist.
And now he, like, produces a video demanding we all thank him.
No thanks, jackwad. | ||
We all thank, like, thank me for my therveth.
These are the people. | ||
These are the people. | ||
They have to be eradicated within the federal government.
This is what they're up against.
This is it. | ||
And it's going to be tough.
It's going to be a tough slog.
So something that obviously is part of the way that you clean out these agencies.
Could you imagine, like, what needs to be undone?
In some levels, it's kind of like all of the criminal aliens in the country.
There's 10 million of them that Joe Biden let in.
Like, you have to clean up the mess.
The cleaning up of the mess is tough work.
Tulsi Gabbard warning intel officials on her first day that they will be going to prison if they leak.
Let's go. | ||
There's going to be a lot of house cleaning because now we're hearing CIA agents don't like getting doged, so they're going to sell state secrets to our enemies?
What are we going to do here?
I am curious about how they think this is a good tactic to keep their job.
They're exposing themselves essentially by making this indirect threat using their propaganda arm through CNN that they've used over and over and over again to reveal their hand that their loyalty is not at all to America.
It is not to the American people or the Constitution.
It is to themselves. | ||
And these are exactly the kind of people that we need to root out, get rid of, so that the patriots who do work in this area, who are committed to our core mission, can actually focus on that.
I want to read something from Dan Bongino's executive producer who's been with Dan for years and who decided to just snap yesterday.
His name is Jim Verde. | ||
Doesn't have that big of a following, right?
He's just one of those behind-the-scenes guys, an old radio, salty radio dude, who said something really profound about Cash and Dan.
I want to just skim through it here so that I give you some perspective from the people that know them the very best.
Because these guys, the people who've been near, close up, right?
Dan Bongino has been much of a mentor to us and to this show.
Cash Patel has been a regular on this show and could be found weekly on our programming.
Up until, you know, up until things got really, really real.
And it's just like, rings like a bell.
Here we go. | ||
I have to address the trashing of Cash and Dan.
Caveat. | ||
I've not spoken to Dan since the start of the show.
I only texted him about things not at all related to work.
This is going to take a minute, so bear with me.
When we first started the show, I had two months to put everything together.
The production elements, discussion, everything.
We had a week of practice before going on the air.
When we hit the air, it took months of angst and tinkering.
To make changes before we finally hit our stride.
And you know what we didn't have?
A cabal of people lined up working against our success.
Trashing us at every single turn.
That's something we didn't have to face.
Then Dan decides to leave a highly successful multi-million dollar job.
Just like, let me say this.
Dan is a very, very good businessman.
Dan Bongino is probably, based on a dollar amount, the most successful businessman in the space right now.
He'd been... | ||
Grinding and working in this for decades plus in this industry is very much the granddaddy of independent podcasting.
And so Dan has built out something very lucrative.
I don't think anybody quite realizes exactly how much Dan Bongino left to do this.
But it's effectively like quitting a Super Bowl, like you're the quarterback of a Super Bowl team.
And you quit after winning the Super Bowl and you're about to sign the biggest contract of your life to go work at a non-profit, to go work at a charity and fill soup bowls for homeless people.
It's like the equivalent of what Dan Bongino did.
Dan decides to leave his highly successful multi-million dollar-year job while launching a new network, taking a job in government, giving up a lot of money, family time, freedom to do whatever he wants to do.
Who does that? | ||
I'll tell you who. | ||
A guy who's tasked, who's talked about this problem for years and wants to stop it.
So why have you seen no results?
Cash has been there for six weeks, and Dan's been there for a month.
Ask yourself, if you took the job, what are the first things that you're going to oversee an organization of 40,000 people?
Half of them are determined to sabotage everything you do.
That video I just played for you, that guy was from the FBI.
Mr. Sullivan? | ||
That guy was from the FBI.
Imagine an entire agency staffed with those people.
Go read the comment section.
Don't put it up. | ||
Go read the comment section, though.
You'll find a bunch of people who work at the FBI who are either whistleblowers or who have direct knowledge, and they'll say, ah, yeah, this is exactly what the agency has turned into.
There's one of these guys around every corner.
They're trying to sabotage you.
You have scores of investigations open, millions of documents and data to go through.
You're getting emails and reports from so many people.
You have to decipher what's real and what's not.
And you only have less than a month.
Does that sound like an ideal situation to jump into after you've run your own business the way you wanted to?
No. | ||
Do you want the agency to run the way that it was?
Not paying attention to the rule of law and not having the evidence you need to prosecute somebody?
Just doing it because it will feed the base red meat only to blow up in your face months later or weeks later or to have change that isn't permanent?
That's what's most important.
The changing of the culture.
And that starts with putting people in prison for real.
Not John Durham. | ||
Cutesy time. | ||
John Durham. | ||
Like, all these people did all these bad things and nothing happened to any of them.
Does this sound like a recipe to have immediate action taken against individuals and entities that you've been waiting for?
If you want to assume, if you want to assume you should, this is what he took the job for, giving up everything.
He's had to give up. | ||
You're delusional. | ||
You really don't want to see any lasting change made.
How can I be certain of this?
Because I know him. | ||
And I know the kind of person he is.
And I know he's working to improve the agency, the government, and the country.
But he loves it and is a real patriot who would not have taken this job unless he wanted real change.
Don't think he's out working every single day.
Do just that. | ||
And it's not for him because he didn't need this.
He's doing this for you.
This went viral. | ||
It's been seen by a million people.
7,000 reposts, 24,000 likes.
I think that, you know, there is a really important line that goes like this.
Hold people accountable.
And then watch the work.
And then see the results.
Right? | ||
But don't sabotage. | ||
Do you understand how much sabotage is happening?
Damn Bongino and Cash Patel from the inside.
That's why I play you Mr. Sullivan because they're faced with an army.
40,000 Mr. Sullivans around every single corner.
Playing you this because there is a real operation that is happening right now.
We have a lot of knowledge about what's going on.
And there's real movement that's being made.
I mean, they haven't even begun to scratch the surface.
Tulsi Gabbard has referred people for criminal prosecution.
Letitia James has been referred for criminal prosecution.
And from what we know...
They haven't even tapped the very tip, tippy top of the iceberg.
So we are going to do this.
Trust but verify. | ||
And we're going to push and we're going to cheer on major successes and victories.
We're going to push as best that we can, like on behalf of this audience, what people want.
We're the only people to ask Kristi Noem about the assassinations.
We were the first people to ask Pam Bondi about Epstein.
This is good motivation.
This is good friction, right?
Good. | ||
Pushing for a result. | ||
But we're not going to sabotage.
Right? | ||
This is what I think is absolutely most important.
Because the sabotage is officially here.
Man, you can hear. | ||
You want to hear it from, like, inside of the actual...
You want to hear it from inside the depths?
Dude, this guy is, like, a high-up Defense Department branch chief.
He works for Pete Hegseth.
He's a direct Pete Hegseth report.
His name's Nicholas Terza, Department of Defense Branch Chief.
This dude is in every meeting.
He's part of a ton of strategic decisions.
He has commands of thousands of people under him.
Why don't you go ahead and listen to what he has to say in this new James O 'Keefe Undercover video.
unidentified
|
I'm assuming that your boss isn't Pete Hegseth.
Ultimately, he is my boss.
But this is insane. | ||
I actually know Pete Hegseth.
You do? | ||
Like, personally? | ||
This is so crazy. | ||
Like, that's not a good reflection on me.
That's a bad reflection on Trump.
Like, nobody I know should be the secretary to pass.
Oh, no. | ||
Like, he's insanely young to be a department.
Like, and he wasn't that high up in the military.
He used to be in the D.C. National Guard.
Oh, did you guys work together?
Yeah, I mean, in our side hustle in the D.C., in the National Guard.
And I met him in my unit. | ||
He was just in my unit. | ||
What do you think the intent is?
Is it like, do they want to hurt America?
I think they don't care who they hurt.
To enact the change that they see making America in a populist, conservative framework more traditional, even if that means being more...
Sexist or racist or chauvinist.
The same guy who tried to overthrow an election is just like truly setting us out of fact with dictatorship.
He's illegitimate. | ||
He's generally immoral breaking every door and we're gonna resist him.
Everything he does. | ||
I'm a very patriotic person and I've never been that patriotic.
What's your least favorite thing about John?
Oh that he's... | ||
unidentified
|
that he utterly lacks any moral principle.
The worst thing about him is his utter lack of moral principle.
The second worst thing about him is how stupid he could be.
Bye. | ||
I mean, again, we don't need Tulsi Gabbard's brand new leaker task force to figure out who the deep state agents are sabotaging President Trump.
We just need a bunch of Tampa threes is what we need.
We need a dispatch of Florida threes and sevens.
To be sent in to every federal agency to, like, hit up people on Hinge.
This is all you need. | ||
And a James O 'Keefe camera and a little eyeglasses and a mustache.
Here we go. | ||
This is having real-world effects.
James O 'Keefe released this.
I encourage you to watch the entire video that shows you the sabotage from inside the Pentagon.
This guy's howling with laughter in public with some chick or dude that he's never met.
About how much he hates Pete Hegseth, how he's going to sabotage Trump at every turn.
unidentified
|
This guy is a big deal. | |
This isn't some intern.
James O 'Keefe, noting that this man is absolutely legit.
Here's his LinkedIn. | ||
His LinkedIn shows exactly what branch chief, DOD monitoring and compliance, global investment, economic security.
Sky worked with USAID. | ||
Perfect, right? | ||
He worked with the CIA. | ||
High up at the Pentagon.
His LinkedIn's been deleted, of course, now.
And Pete Hegseth is taking action on this.
According to James O 'Keefe, Pete Hegseth has seen today's video of the branch chief.
Department of Defense officials are handling the situation.
Handcuffs. | ||
Like, what you gotta do?
I mean, now you're talking military.
And if we're gonna be talking military...
There's only one man we've got to bring on to do that.
A man who knows the American military, has served honorably himself, who continues to serve in a district that is stocked with veterans and service members.
Somebody who loves the armed forces and loves American citizens and does more to rescue American citizens than I think any member of Congress in my lifetime or yours.
He's the Honorable Representative Corey Mills, joining us now.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
you you you Corey, welcome back to the show.
How high up is this individual who's talking about how he's going to sabotage Trump at every turn?
A department branch chief, defense department branch chief attacking President Trump.
unidentified
|
Can you put this in perspective for us?
Yeah, it's very high. | ||
I mean, you're talking about something that's nearly like an assistant secretary of defense type position.
You're talking about, you know, just below the criteria and thresholds of what you'd probably need for a Senate confirmation type hearing.
So, yeah, I mean, definitely could help to thwart efforts.
Definitely could be a disruptor within the Department of Defense and certainly not what our Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, needs.
I mean, look, I hate to say it, but look, we're in the first hundred plus days.
We're still having a clean house from all the deep state rats.
We're still having to go after those who are implants and who are career bureaucrats who don't want to see the America First agenda to succeed.
That's within the Department of State.
That's within the FBI. | ||
That's within the Department of Defense.
And that's certainly across the entire whole of government.
And so we're going to keep weeding these people out.
We're going to keep fighting them.
But look, here's the deal, Benny.
The more that individuals like myself keep coming after them, you watch.
Whether it's my trip to Syria to try and get fact-finding missions, whether it's rescues that I've done, whether it's my defense, sub-secretary of defense Pete Heggseth, whether it's the promotion of the America First Trump agenda.
So what should happen to somebody like this?
It's one thing to have a bad FBI agent or we didn't like how we prosecuted the January 6th cases.
It's a different thing when you're inside of a military command, right?
And you're saying that I'm going to actively sabotage the commander-in-chief?
Well, first off, he should be immediately removed from his position and under investigation.
There should be a hearing that is conducted with regards to armed services.
There should be a dismissal of this individual who's admitting to sabotage or to try and thwart the efforts of the America First Agenda.
And here's the thing. | ||
Why would an individual who claims to be so patriotic want to stop the Secretary of Defense who's done a great job going after our enemies like the Houthi rebels, who's rebuilt the morale of the military and gotten recruitment numbers up, who's ridded the military of diversity, equity, inclusion, the most divisive policy under the Obama and Biden administration for meritocracy?
Why would you want to do that unless what you're trying to really do is be that deep state in bed who's trying to destroy America?
That's not patriotic. | ||
No. | ||
So, again, as a military man and a veteran of how many years of service?
I spent almost five years in the military and then spent another roughly five years with the State Department and then did a little work with the agencies and also with USAID.
So, a little work with the agencies.
We know what that means.
So, you're well familiar of what happens if you...
I mean, there's certainly penalties that should come down on this.
I mean, this should be something that could be potentially under a criminal charge and trial.
I mean, this is an individual who's pled an oath, who's actually signed up, and who knows?
If an individual is so willing to sabotage, I'd be interested to know what his actual level of clearance is and what he may or may not have released.
I'd like to know whether or not there are certain classified information that he's been willing to divulge.
And so there's so much And again, this goes back to even the attempted assassination stuff, right?
When you start peeling that onion back, you never know what you're going to find.
And it just gets deeper and deeper.
And so I think that a full investigation into this individual, his clearance levels, the level of information that he has, and how far he was willing to go could reach the levels of treason.
It's crazy. | ||
We are the only people who have really pressed Kristi Noem, who we think is doing a great job, on the assassination.
And she said, well, you know, we're not sure if he was acting alone.
And I go, hold up, what now?
Well, the good thing, though, is that we've actually had some further meetings and we're waiting to get some information out, but myself and Eli Crane did meet with ODNI.
We did meet with one of the head guys there who's looking into further investigations into this.
I know a lot of people were thinking that since our initial report and hearing that it's over.
It's not. | ||
We've just been waiting on the administration to get in place so we can actually get access to the necessary documents, information, so we can continue to go ahead and get into this.
We are far from over from our investigation.
Congressman Crane and I literally We sat in ODNI two weeks ago, made requests for information, and also from the IC communities.
Our Director of National Intelligence has been very interested in trying to dig into this with Tulsi, as well as for Joe Kent, who's an amazing American and Patriot, former Special Operations guy, CIA, knows the information in and out, ran for Washington 3 against Herrera Butler.
But we are far from over from digging into this and determining the Iranian regime influence, but also those here in America who may have been a part of it as well.
Yeah. | ||
Perhaps you could answer just a couple lingering questions since you know a lot more than we do.
This is the time in the show where I tell everybody that the official assassination task force did nothing and it's only Corey Mills and Eli Crane who are actually hitting the bricks.
And yourself as well, Benny.
Don't exclude yourself because you played a major role in getting the media hyped up on this and getting and exposing things and actually being on the ground at Butler before many would.
I mean, the only people that actually laid where Thomas Crooks laid with all the blood.
We were there so fresh, the blood was still.
That's right. | ||
The blood they couldn't power wash off was still there.
Okay, so answer me this question.
This is not exactly where I wanted the conversation to go, but I have to go there.
We have this new footage of Matthew Thomas Crooks speaking on his cell phone, but doing a FaceTime call, man.
We see him on his phone right before he shoots the president.
We know he has all these encrypted apps.
We know that the government can get into those apps.
We know they can get into his phone.
We have never seen photos of his bedroom.
We don't know what books he was reading.
We don't know anything about him.
We know more about Shannon Sharpe's DMs with an OnlyFans chick than we do about the guy who nearly caused a civil war in this country, right?
And the end of Western civilization as we know it.
This is really critical.
And it's starting to piss me off.
Now we're starting to see a little bit of revelation.
I'm going to try and connect something here.
I don't know if it works.
Tell me if it works. | ||
We have little bits of revelation about Ralph and about other potential assassinations of President Trump that were in the works.
There seems to be some major ties to Ukraine or the Ukrainian military.
There was another dude that was just nabbed for killing his parents and then working with a Ukrainian number, according to the DOJ filing.
This is a Wisconsin kid.
Who's going to try and fly a drone and kill Trump.
So we're starting to see this sort of coalescing of a connection with this overseas influence trying to influence Americans to murder Trump.
That's the pattern that's being created.
Does that pattern apply to Matthew Thomas Crooks?
Well, I think that it very well could.
Again, what we don't know is what we don't know.
And I think that if we looked back into it, you also had a Pakistani native who traveled to Tehran, who then traveled and crossed through the borders, and then also went into Houston, Texas, where he was...
Question about the FBI and release who had a hit list of not just President Trump, but others.
And that was obviously an Iranian plot as well from the regime.
So I think that we have to look at the fact that President Trump's the most loved and hated individual in the world.
You have the cartels who are seeing a rapid decrease in their revenue.
You have a 600% increase in apprehensions.
You've got the borders, which have been secured thanks to President Trump.
You've got an expansion of the Abrams Accord, which is disrupting the Iranian regime, the Ayatollah and the Quds Force and the IRGC.
People who are not wanting Middle Eastern stability, which the president has been pushing for.
You've got Ukrainians who don't want this peace deal.
You just heard Zelensky make a comment about Crimea.
And so you've got a lot of people who have ulterior motives to try and go ahead and cozy up to the president, but you also have those who have nefarious motives to try and eliminate the president.
And so we have to do our job not only within the agencies and not just within our own government to try and investigate these and prevent these and forecast events, but we have to find out who is truly behind all of these.
individual things. | ||
And to your point on the cell phone, that should be something which is easily obtained.
These are things that we requested from ODNI.
I can tell you that the three special operations guys that we met with at ODNI and Tulsi Gabbard's office a couple weeks ago, myself and Eli Crane, they are digging into this.
This is not over, so I don't want Americans to think that.
Just because we haven't released something that we're not still digging the pertinent information, it's just that so many people have tried to thwart our efforts, stonewall us, and block us in hopes that we would give up.
We're not giving up. | ||
You're talking about the President of the United States who was truly saved, had God's hand protecting him at 611.
I go back to Ephesians 611, Don, the armor of God for the protection against Satan.
And so we have to look at the fact that we are going to continue to push forward.
I know. | ||
I, myself, as an elected official, I'm tired of hearings.
I'm tired of hearing. | ||
Oh, we just need more information.
Oh, we just need more evidence.
Oh, we just need to go. | ||
We need accountability to start going after people.
But in this case, we truly do need to get the additional information so that we can find out which, whether maligned state actor or non-state actor was behind this.
So you bring that up and you put it all together and you start seeing, like, what happens if it's found that Ukraine, according to the DOJ's own filings, is in black and white.
In the Ralph case, in the Wisconsin case, and also in the Crooks case because the feds have admitted that he's working with overseas encrypted apps.
So what do you think that means?
What happens if you find out that there's an element inside of the Ukrainian military that was trying to kill Trump?
Well, again, I think this is something for our National Security Advisor, for our counterterrorism teams, ODNI, and the President of the United States to look at.
I'm sure that there would be certain diplomatic channels and certain types of actions that will be taken with regards to sanctions, tariffs, other types of things.
I'm trying to attack a world leader.
I'm not going to go and get ahead of my skis here and ahead of the president on what would take place.
I'm sure there's too many classified information pieces that I'm not privy to at the moment that would give me an indication of where we're going.
But what I will say is that we know very well that this president takes action.
He's not about talk and rhetoric.
And so if we find that there is an actual state actor who's responsible for this, I'm sure there will be consequences to pay.
So what about state actors inside of the federal government?
I just want to loop back here to this new video from...
OMG Media and James O 'Keefe, where this guy is dead to rights.
James O 'Keefe, by the way, what an amazing guy on investigative journalism.
Between him and Laura Loomer, I'll tell you, we've got two of the best within our side.
Truly. | ||
And again, getting results.
I mean, you know, what matters is actually the real world results and getting the bad people out and getting consequences.
So if you have somebody who's this willing, who's like on a hinge date, right?
And he's this willing to declare treason against the president, which is what he's doing.
You know, at what point do you have to just rewind the clock back and be like, of course they could create a splinter cell and try and kill Trump.
I mean, if they're willing to say this kind of stuff on a date, then what are they willing to do professionally?
Well, and that's just one individual who's willing to speak.
How many are actually smart enough to understand tradecraft who are still trying to lay in the shadows?
How many are actually continuing to try and pretend to play the game, wear the MAGA hat, and yet go ahead and wear that false flag operation where they're actually trying to impede in operations?
I mean, I saw this in the first administration.
I went in, I was originally supposed to be the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operation Low Intensity Conflict.
And I can tell you that the Mattis crew who continued to interview me did everything they can to prevent that from actually taking place because they knew that I was very pro-Trump and pro-America First in the agenda.
So he had people, even in the first administration, working diligently against him.
There is no doubt that those individuals, especially this early in to the administration, We talk about term limits for members of Congress, and I fully support that because we understand it's not meant to be a career.
But I'll tell you, we need to start looking at term limits for these bureaucrats who are unelected, you know, officials who are basically thinking they have actual lawmaking authority.
We need to talk about the staffers on the Hill who bounce from one office to the next office to the next office, carrying their own ideological beliefs and their own political, you know, kind of Thought and process through.
It's actually led to the continuation of insanity, right, which is the definition of doing the same thing over and over and not getting a different result.
unidentified
|
So I think there's a lot of deep state cuts that need to happen.
The only way we do that is to eliminate a lot of the bureaucrats here in D.C., to eliminate the Department of Education, to return to the individual states, to go to the idea of a pre-17th, pre-16th amendment, where we go to the tariffs, where, again, that's what President Trump understood from roughly 1780 to 1860.
The federal revenue was supplied by tariffs by 90% of the revenue was just tariffs.
And then we started taxing the American people so we could feed the greed and agenda, just like we did with the 16th Amendment, or 17th Amendment, excuse me, 1913 on Woodrow Wilson.
I'll bore someone for a minute.
Our U.S. senators used to be elected by our state legislators.
That protected our Tenth Amendment state and individual rights, because then the state legislator could say, hey, Senator, do you like your job?
Because if you vote on this, you're disenfranchising the states and individuals.
We're going to remove you.
Well, then they said, why should politicians elect politicians?
And they allowed that we, the people, to go ahead and elect our senators.
And what did you see? | ||
A hockey stick-like trajectory of federal growth on bureaus, on agencies, on departments.
There was no more checks and balance.
Disenfranchisement of our Tenth Amendment rights.
That's where the deep state started to grow, was under Woodrow Wilson.
We have to get control of that once again, return the power back to the states, back to the individuals, and away from the D.C. bureaucrats and the D.C. federal officials.
So, final question here, Congressman, to that exact point that you just made.
The only way to not have this system of a deep state that sabotages every administration, but certainly the ones that they don't like, is consequences.
Tulsi Gabbard finally coming through.
And we know this kind of stuff takes time.
There's a lot of frustration with people.
And maybe you can speak to that in the same way.
And again, first hundred days.
Let's put it in the context of how early we are.
That's exactly right. | ||
Here's the headline. | ||
Tulsi Gabbard. | ||
We have final referral from the Intel Committee, from the intelligence world, for leakers for criminal prosecution.
Tulsi Gabbard says, I'm going to see to it that they are criminally prosecuted.
That's right. | ||
Good. | ||
Shackles, orange jumpsuits.
We'll do a live stream about it, right?
Everyone needs to see it.
This is obviously the right move.
There needs to be, I think, a lot more of it.
You're from the Intel world.
You've worked inside of this world.
Can you tell me what kind of an effect is this going to have?
Well, it's going to have a massive effect.
I mean, we're already seeing it where within Fort Meade alone, you're starting to see a lot of people who are resigning, who are retiring, who are going away.
They know that accountability is coming.
You're starting to see this even with Cash Patel and the FBI, where right before he even stepped onto the job, you had so many people who are resigning.
Let's not forget that Peter Strzok and Page, who basically were plotting against the president for trying to utilize a crossfire hurricane.
Look, there's a lot of deep state stuff that's going on, but it's being cleaned up.
And I'm thankful we have people like Attorney General Pam Bondi, who's willing to prosecute.
You've got Tulsi who's going after it and making sure she cleans it up.
You've got Kash Patel and the FBI.
You've got Pete Hegseth who's going to clean up the Department of Defense and get our armed services back to what it used to be.
You've got Marco Rubio who's reestablishing America on the world stage to be the global world leader.
And you've got President Trump who's holding our adversaries accountable, strengthening our allies, and guaranteeing that our borders are secure so no more angel families and we can prioritize the America First agenda.
This is what we're talking about.
Then you've got John Ratcliffe who used to be DNI who's in charge of the CIA who's leading it.
You've got guys like Show her true operators within the actual ODNI.
You got Mike Waltz, a former Special Forces colonel who has led the way, who's sitting in the National Security Advisor.
You see the cabinet that President Trump has put forward, and it is to eliminate deep state, but it takes time.
And these individuals have been hiding for decades.
They are not easily rooted out, but we are coming after them one by one, and we will methodically make sure that we return the powers back to we, the people.
Good. | ||
You just need a couple baddies with hidden cameras.
And I think you'd root most of them.
That's all. | ||
Congressman. | ||
Well, we don't need all these task force.
All you need is James and a couple of four out of fives, you know?
I'll tell you what, it worked against Swalwell, didn't it?
unidentified
|
That's right. | |
Oh, man. | ||
unidentified
|
It's just, it's too easy.
And you check that guy's mentions.
That's just something that'll stick forever.
unidentified
|
Right? | |
You check the guy's mentions and it'll be permanently there.
All right. | ||
Somebody who's definitely glad he got his business in before the tariffs with China.
So, well done, Congressman.
We really hope that you can come back with regularity and brief us on this.
I would like to get regular Trump assassination.
I would love to be able to continue to try and follow up on this.
I'll let you know what I get back from ODNI.
unidentified
|
Trump assassination updates, yes.
We will keep doing this.
And, Benny, the American people just has to know.
Your followers have to know.
And I understand it's a very slow process, but there's so much to uncover.
These people have hidden for decades within the system and in the bureaus.
We are uncovering that.
We are digging for information.
We haven't stopped. | ||
Eli Crane hasn't stopped.
Know that they're going to attack us.
Know there's going to be false reports.
Know we're going to get fake media hits constantly.
But it's because we're doing our job.
But I won't stop fighting just because they keep attacking me.
Badass. | ||
Thank you, Congressman.
Thank you, Benny. | ||
Appreciate you, brother.
250,000 followers. | ||
Man, that following shot up, man.
Which means I'm a bigger target now.
That's exactly right. | ||
Let's go. | ||
Thank you, Congressman.
Godspeed. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Thank you. | ||
you you Ladies and gentlemen, we're coming in hot.
And not just because he's redhead.
But coming in hot from the DOJ.
Somebody who I just spoke with at the DOJ.
Mike and I and Steve Bannon and a great panel.
We're at the DOJ. | ||
Sort of ripping the bark off of, I guess you could call it the deep state writ large, right?
The deep state censorship complex.
And you have individuals there.
Every single person in that photo had been targeted.
Some went to prison for standing up against the deep state.
Mike Davis with a report from inside of the DOJ joining us live now.
unidentified
|
you you you Mike, welcome back.
You are fresh out of meetings at the DOJ, and you've made quite a bit of news in my timeline, going out and saying, like, everybody, be patient.
It's happening. | ||
Can you unpack that for us, please?
Well, first, I want to say, if we go back to that picture and my gut is hanging out, I need to get on that Steve Bannon prison diet.
Look at him. | ||
He looks shit. | ||
He looks great. | ||
Look at him. | ||
That guy's like 71 years old and he's more fit than both of us.
If we go to the gulag like Steve did, we can lose like 30 pounds.
That's right. | ||
You have the Donald Trump mugshot photo in the back that Donald Trump has now said, I did the mugshot again for my official portrait, which I think is a really good sign about what's to come because it's like Trump hasn't forgotten.
Steve Bannon hasn't forgotten.
And you know, you damn well know, Mike, and you said on the show many times, Kamala wins, you're going to the gulag.
unidentified
|
We all are. | |
Based upon that picture of me, I think I could use a little bit of gulag time.
Maybe less red wine and more prison time to get rid of that gut.
Holy cow. | ||
Anyway, the Viceroy needs to get his stuff together.
All right, Viceroy. | ||
What did you learn in the DOJ this week?
It was a very productive week.
I've gone over to the DOJ and the White House several times during my vice reign here in D.C. And I would say this.
There are a lot of people who are concerned about what Pam Bondi is doing or not doing at the DOJ.
I think the Epstein stuff got her tripped up.
I would just say to your audience, justice is coming.
I promise you, justice is coming.
I went and met with... | ||
The Attorney General, Pam Bondi, one-on-one.
I met with her team in the Attorney General's office.
I met with Todd Blanche.
I met with Emil Bove. | ||
Todd Blanche is the Deputy Attorney General.
I met with Emil Bove, who is his number two, the number two to the number two, the most powerful, unknown position in the government.
I met with Chad Mizell, the acting number three, and Pam's Chief of Staff.
I met with Stanley Woodward.
I met with Gail Slater. | ||
Harmeet Dillon's over there.
Cash Patel's over there.
Dave Bongino's over there.
They're starting to fire on all cylinders.
I promise you this. | ||
This is normal during a startup phase as you're getting people confirmed and staffed up.
You're not going to have immediate results, but they've gotten a lot accomplished already publicly.
Publicly, for example, just firing a lot of the deep state, getting rid of these bad actors, chasing them out of the Southern.
District of New York chasing them out of Maine Justice.
They've closed a lot of these cases.
They're opening cases.
They're working on this.
And I promise you that justice is coming.
They're working with the FBI.
They're working with these other law enforcement agencies.
They're working with these agency heads.
They're working with the DOJ leadership.
Justice is definitely coming.
I know it's coming. | ||
So, you know, we're doing the entire show based on Tulsi Gabbard's referrals for criminal prosecution, criminal leakers from inside the intel agencies.
And we've sort of buttressed that with also the referrals for Letitia James for criminal prosecution.
Are these criminal prosecutions going to be picked up by the DOJ?
Because the system is that they don't have to criminally prosecute these referrals.
Well, I remember, Ben, what day was it?
It was like the day after the election.
I came on your show and we talked about Big Tish James.
And I think we made some headlines.
I got in trouble again, which is pretty routine on your show, which I enjoy.
It doesn't bother me at all.
But remember, I think I told Big Tish that her fat ass may be going to prison.
And wow, who knew that we would have been Nostradamus that day?
Because now there is pretty compelling evidence that Big Tish...
Oh, there you go. | ||
I dare you. | ||
There was pretty compelling evidence that Big Tish James lied on a Virginia mortgage application.
She said it was her primary residence, even though she's the New York Attorney General, so she can get a more favorable loan agreement in Virginia.
And lo and behold, she was probably lying.
And lo and behold, that's mortgage fraud.
And lo and behold, there are prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia who will probably indict Tish James.
I mean... | ||
It's pretty compelling evidence.
And she's the one, remember, who brought the bogus fraud charge against, civil fraud charge against President Trump for supposedly duping Wall Street banks, sophisticated Wall Street banks, paying them on time as agreed in full with interest.
And Tish James said that Trump lied about the value of Mar-a-Lago.
She said that Trump said Mar-a-Lago was worth...
You know, like a half billion dollars and it's worth double that.
And Tish James said, well, no, no, no, it's only worth $18 billion because that's what the tax assessor says it's worth.
If you just go on Zillow, go on Redfin and look at what property cost in Palm Beach, Florida, the most expensive real estate in the world.
Trump has 20 acres of the most prime real estate in the world.
It's, I think, the only property that touches both the Atlantic Ocean.
And the Intracoastal Waterway is clearly worth at least $500 million, if not a billion dollars or more.
And to say that it's only worth $18 million, a tennis court at Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million.
And Big Tish took Trump to trial in New York on this and got Arthur Ingeron, that nut job trial attorney, to railroad President Trump where it was a kangaroo court.
There was no due process.
Now, Democrats want due process for trendy Aragua terrorists and MS-13 gangbangers who beat women and traffic women and, you know, rape kids.
But, you know, suddenly they care about due process, but they didn't care about due process for President Trump.
So I would say to Big Tish, when I warned her several months ago that we're going to put her fat ass in prison, I think that's actually going to come true.
So you believe that the DOJ is going to pick up these charges?
And they're going to potentially put Big Tish on a prison diet.
You began this by talking about prison diets.
And you could potentially get that here.
Maybe it would be a good thing.
We're not sure. | ||
But you're saying that it could happen.
Well, I either have to put her on a prison diet or we're going to have to increase the Federal Bureau of Prisons food budget.
So one of the two. | ||
But I would say to Big Tish, if you lied on your mortgage application, that's mortgage fraud.
You're very familiar with the fraud statutes because you brought your bogus fraud case against Trump to try to derail his presidential campaign and bankrupt him.
And I think they have Big Tish dead to rights on this.
And so nobody's above the law.
And if they don't indict...
Big tish for this. | ||
They're giving her amnesty.
So I don't think the Trump administration is going to give her amnesty.
So I think they're going to indict her.
And what about the intel leakers?
This is, again, like you have to send a message.
There has to be some level of deterrence.
Otherwise, you're going to get what James O 'Keefe uncovered yesterday, which is just straight up traitorism inside of the ranks of the military.
This is happening throughout the federal government.
What kind of a message do we need to send to these people?
And like, how harsh should it be?
Because without the handcuffs and without the perp walks, man, It's just going to be term one point up.
Remember, they went after President Trump for having his presidential records in the office of former president in Mar-a-Lago, which he's allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.
And they said, oh, we're going to ignore the Presidential Records Act.
We're going to charge Trump with espionage for having his presidential records in the office of former president, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act.
What Tulsi Gabbard may have here is she may have people in D&I, the Directorate of National Intelligence.
Who are leaking classified information, right?
That's definitely espionage.
So if you're going to charge Trump with espionage, then guess what?
these deep state anti-Trump forces, they're going to come after you.
Good. | ||
Okay. | ||
So I'm not trying to, I know that there's only so much you can say about meetings that are privileged with various agency heads inside of main justice, but can you give us just the veins of, when you say justice is coming, can you give us like a broad target area of what's being looked at right now?
I don't want to go into specifics because I don't want to be called as a witness.
And so I may or may not have had discussions with any or all of these officials about any or all of these matters.
But I just get a hunch as a private citizen who's a very keen political observer that justice is coming.
I would say, especially for Big Tish, justice, if I were a betting man, I would bet Everything I own, that justice is coming for you, sweetheart.
So lawyer up. | ||
And it's going to be so great.
It's going to be so great.
The woman who was pursuing Trump for non-fraud was committing mortgage fraud at the same time.
So I just cannot wait to sit back and drink my red wine and put more weight on my big gut that we just saw in that picture that Ben put out there with Bannon and May before we missed our prison diet.
I just cannot wait to see Big Tish go through this process because I am very vindictive.
And I believe that when you commit crimes like what Tish James has apparently done here, there needs to be justice.
No one is above the law. | ||
That's what Big Tish posted just a year ago, Mike.
I would say this, Big Tish.
Retribution is an important...
Part of justice. | ||
It serves as a powerful deterrence, and it serves to heal the victims.
And I remember a video in 2022 that I just posted last night.
I should have got it to your team, Ben.
It was Tish going on. | ||
She's on Twitter bragging how she's going to go get President Trump in 2020.
That's why she's running for AG.
She's going to get President Trump.
Life comes at you fast, Big Tish.
The team is grabbing that right now.
So, Mike, you often said the hunters are going to become the hunted, and you are right.
You're the single most correct guest we've ever had on this program.
Unpack for us the process that's happening right now inside the FBI, because I know that there are criticisms about the speed at which things are happening, and we've tried to denote at the beginning of the show that...
Dan Bongino's been there one month.
Cash has been there less than 100 days.
And that this kind of change doesn't happen overnight.
Well, I mean, they've had a lot of change happen overnight.
You have Emil Bove, who was the acting deputy attorney general, who came in on day one, and it was like a political mass murder inside the Justice Department.
I mean, Emil Bove, he's a friend, he's an ally.
I'll tell you what, if you think the Viceroy is vicious, you do not want to get on the wrong side.
I don't know if there's much left for people to do after Emil Bove was there for his three-week reign of terror.
So no, look, there is a...
There is a ton that's already happened.
I mean, they've went through and kneecapped the Southern District of New York, which everyone called before the Sovereign District of New York that was untouchable by Maine Justice.
Remember, every federal prosecutor in the country reports to the Deputy Attorney General who reports to the Attorney General who reports to the President of the United States.
That's how our constitutional order works.
That's how you have accountability at the Justice Department to the American people.
Before Amo Bove stepped onto the scene on January 20th at 12.01pm, the Southern District of New York didn't report to anyone.
And I think Amo Bove changed that overnight.
Just ask Danielle Sassoon, or whatever the hell her name was, the former acting U.S. attorney in Manhattan who got chased out of her job.
I mean, they've already brought serious reforms to the Justice Department led by Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche and Emil and Chad and Katz.
They are doing a hell of a job every day.
Remember, we are up against a deep state rot that's been in place for 60 years at the Justice Department.
It went on steroids under Obama.
We've had, you know, since Obama took office on January 20th.
2009, we have had a, every single day has been a, they've been building this deep state within the Justice Department.
And even in Trump's first term, the political leadership over there was too weak to do anything about it.
And the Deputy Attorney General, Ryan Rosenstein, was their champion for the deep state.
So, I mean, they've already accomplished so much at the Trump 47 Justice Department.
And just three short months.
And we're just getting warmed up.
We're just getting people confirmed to these key jobs.
They can't do anything until they're confirmed.
So just a real quick change of arena here.
The John Roberts court ruling 7-2 that Donald Trump doesn't have the right under the Alien Enemies Act to get rid of alien enemies.
Seems like the court is effectively saying that they are the president.
John Roberts saying that he was elected, that the will of 77 million Americans don't matter.
And more importantly, that the president has no wartime powers.
The president couldn't...
And this is something that we posited to Julie Kelly yesterday.
Could Donald Trump get rid of the 9-11 hijackers?
Like, if the 9-11 hijackers were here and were ready to fly a plane into a building, could Trump get rid of them?
Or would there be a district judge saying, no, we should let these guys train, you know, learn how to fly Cessnas?
It would be the latter. | ||
And then you'd have Democrat senators having margaritas with them, right?
And that is the problem.
You have the president of the United States campaigned on the facts.
He's going to secure our border.
He's going to deport these illegal aliens.
All of them, all of them are criminals under our federal statutes.
He's going to focus on first on the most violent and vicious ones like Trendy Aragua foreign terrorists who are clearly working with the Venezuelan government to sabotage our country.
The FBI just made that. | ||
That's why he made the finding under the Alien Enemies Act that these are alien enemies who are working with Venezuela.
Trendy Aragua, MS-13. | ||
He's focusing on them. | ||
There is not constitutional law Due process rights for illegal aliens.
The only time illegal aliens have due process rights is when Congress provides it by statute.
The Alien Enemies Act does not have due process in the statute, so therefore it does not exist.
And I need to remind these judges, particularly these justices, I clerked on the Supreme Court.
I helped confirm the Chief Justice and Justice Alito and Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh.
And Justice Barrett, I know these people personally.
I know Justice Thomas, right?
You wear robes, not capes, right?
You are a mere mortal. | ||
You have a very modest but very crucial role.
You decide cases and controversies of the plaintiffs properly before your courts.
With redressable claims.
That's it. | ||
Nothing more, nothing less.
You are judges and robes.
You are not superheroes in capes.
You are not flying around the country looking for people to save because you're not narcissists.
You're merely judges. | ||
And what they did on Good Friday is you had seven judges.
Who thought they were wearing robes instead of capes.
They were narcissist superheroes.
They actually were self-appointed generals with Chief Justice John Roberts thinking he's the commanding general.
Where they think they can open up the Supreme Court and order the president and join the president.
Maybe for the first time in American history that you have an injunction on a president.
You can join officers. | ||
You can't join... | ||
The president, and they enjoined the president and said that he has to stop a military operation to deport illegal foreign terrorists who are working with Venezuela to sabotage our country.
That's not constitutional girls and boys on the Supreme Court, right?
So these seven self-appointed female, I will add, generals on the Supreme Court think that they can order the president not to carry out a military operation even before the district court has an order, even before the Fifth Circuit issues a ruling, even before the solicitor general puts in the government's position, submits the government's position that the This is lawless.
This is unprecedented.
It's extraordinarily dangerous, and the Supreme Court needs to back off of this cliff, just like Justice Alito warned them in this case.
Just a real quick question as a follow-up to that, Mike, because you raised such an important point.
Because as so many of us sat here and scratched our heads at how the Clarence Thomas, who decided rightly on this along with Alito, but as how the Clarence Thomas court could go this way.
You know a lot of these justices, and you know them personally, and you've worked for many of them.
What's going on here with some of the conservative judges and justices?
This seems like a very egregious and incredibly strange and rather scary moment in the constitutional powers and how they align.
It's not Trump. | ||
Trump is not creating the constitutional crisis here.
It's the courts who are overtly interfering for the first time, as you mentioned, in American history in the executive power.
Yeah, I think there's a difference in the generation between Alito and Thomas and the younger justices, the Trump justices.
Alito and Thomas went to school at a time where you didn't have the Marxists fully dominating these law schools, right?
And then Gorsuch, Kavanaugh.
Barrett go to law school in a time where the Marxists fully dominate these law schools.
And they taught a different type of law when Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett went to law school.
They taught that judges are supposed to do justice.
They're supposed to be wearing their capes and not robes.
They're supposed to be narcissistic superheroes instead of mere mortals who decide cases and controversies.
And so I would remind the Trump justices that you wear robes.
Not capes. | ||
Your job is not to fly around looking for people to save.
Not every perceived wrong in this world can be righted through the courts.
There's not inherent justice and equity that you guys need to go find in every case, right?
Sometimes there's just not a good legal result.
And that's okay because you're dealing with national security.
And if we send foreign terrorists the hell out of our country and they go sit...
And a Salvadorian prison for the rest of our lives.
Whether you think that's just or unjust, too bad.
You're not the commander-in-chief.
Oh, the Viceroy. | ||
What a barn burner, Mike.
That one's going to fly, man.
I'm telling you. | ||
I'm seeing positive results here.
We're trying our best. | ||
It's good to ask for results.
It's good to hold people's feet to the fire.
But you can't, like, don't sabotage, right?
There's plenty of that going on.
And we want to establish a clear path for what this entire administration is about and what they are accomplishing.
And I think that there's been a lot that's being done behind the scenes, is what we hear, that's going to come out, and it's going to be pretty biblical.
And so thank you, Mike, for doing just that.
Everybody follow Mike Davis.
He's one of the best out there.
He's got 400,000 followers.
He's one of those guys that does very much hold feet to the fire.
The Article 3 Project is how he does that.
Here's the Article 3 Project right here.
Support Mike by supporting the only true upholder of the law on the right, which is the Article 3 Project, an organization that has not been completely cut by special interests.
Godspeed, Mike. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
you you Well, ladies and gentlemen, when you have breaking news, like we have right now, we have breaking news that a judge has enjoined, oh yes, Donald Trump and his administration from stopping federal funds going to sanctuary cities.
Just another one, don't worry.
It's totally not a judicial coup at all.
Federal judge. | ||
Federal judge. | ||
I've got to pull the story up here.
Thank you. | ||
Obama federal judge William Orrick stops Trump from defunding sanctuary cities which harbor and protect illegal aliens.
Yet again, a single leftist judge dictating policy.
Specifically, protecting jurisdictions who harbor illegal alien invaders.
This must end. | ||
It's the perfect photo right there.
Exactly what you'd think.
Exactly what you'd think.
How corrupted is this country?
It can't continue like this.
It can't. | ||
The actual coup, the actual insurrection, is not anything that happened on January 6th or afterwards.
The actual insurrection is what's happening now.
The stealing of presidential and executive powers, Article 2 of the Constitution, that have been vested in one man that we all select, the whole of the country selects him, this is a true insurrection.
It's a really, really dangerous time.
John Roberts has got to get his court in order.
And this has to be stopped.
It has to be. | ||
When it comes to breaking news, make sure that you're locked in with America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
Patriot Mobile is something that I've talked a lot about.
Patriot Mobile is the phone that is the backbone of this show.
They keep us connected when we are on the road.
We will be traveling next week, and we'll be traveling the week after that.
We'll be doing a couple of...
Interesting projects outside of the studio.
Something that we've got to do to keep the blood flowing, right?
You want to make sure that you are out in culture and throwing punches, right?
Patreon Mobile will be at our back and in our pocket.
Their carriers have access to all three major networks and they support the First and Second Amendment because they believe in free speech.
It's something you should definitely have in a cell phone carrier.
Ladies and gentlemen, we respect that.
Go to PatriotMobile.com slash Benny and call 972Patriot right now.
Use promo code Benny for a free month of service when you sign up.
Switch to Patriot Mobile and defend freedom with every single call or text that you make.
PatriotMobile.com slash Benny.
Okay, well, that's a little, that's too bad.
That is the breaking news.
This is the plan. | ||
They had Russiagate in the first Trump administration.
That was what they had cooking.
And now they have this. | ||
A judicial insurrection is what this is.
Why don't we end on some positive news here.
Donald Trump trolling Hillary Clinton inside of the White House.
Hillary Clinton's portrait hanging in the White House because she was First Lady.
First Ladies get these kind of things.
And Donald Trump decided to hang up his own portrait right next to it.
It's Donald Trump's avatar from his Truth Social.
And President Trump, the photos are just absolutely glorious.
Donald Trump posing with Glenn Beck after an interview with Glenn Beck in the White House.
And massive troll. | ||
On the other side is the Bush dynasty, represented by Laura Bush.
Why this is hysterical is because these are the dynasties that Donald Trump destroyed in 2016, the Bush dynasty and the Clinton dynasty.
The Bush dynasty has no more power or sway or hold over the Republican Party at all.
Zero. | ||
And, of course, the Clintons.
Hopefully. | ||
After the Epstein documents have been released, the Clintons will be, well, serving their time.
Not the first time that Donald Trump has done this.
In fact, just last week, President Trump replaced the portrait of Obama in the entryway of the White House with a kick-ass portrait of him saying, fight, fight, fight, with blood streaming down his face, fists in the air, and the flag behind him.
Still don't know anything about the assassin at all.
That nearly ended Western civilization as we know it.
We're going to keep asking.
We told you that James O 'Keefe would be joining the show.
He'll be joining tomorrow.
He had a major scheduling conflict today that popped up, and that's just the way it works when James O 'Keefe is— when you've got a guy who's doing it as good as anybody's doing it as far as investigations.
What are we thinking, guys?
We want to take this? | ||
Okay. | ||
All right. | ||
Donald Trump taking questions inside of the White House.
And, you know, I started out because I didn't like all the money that we were paying, and then I realized how many people were dying, and that's by far the more important element right now.
I'm saying we can save thousands of people.
I don't like that it takes long at all, but I think they both want to make peace.
I do believe so. | ||
There's a lot of hatred there.
There's a lot of very bad blood, a lot of distrust, but I hope we're going to get there for the sake of a lot of...
Young people that are dying.
unidentified
|
Do you have a deadline for when?
I have my own deadline. | ||
I have my own deadline, and we want it to be fast.
And the Prime Minister is helping us.
He wants it to be fast, too.
And I think everybody at this time in NATO, they want to see this thing happen.
So we have a deadline. | ||
And after that, we're going to have a very much different attitude.
But I think it has a very good chance of getting done.
unidentified
|
What can Norway do to prove that they're an important ally to the US?
What can Norway do to do?
Just keep doing what they're doing.
unidentified
|
We have a very good relationship with Norway.
Great leader, great people.
I know many of the people in Norway and it's truly an incredible country.
So all they have to do is keep doing what they're doing.
I think is probably the best answer I can give.
unidentified
|
The former Secretary General of NATO is here.
How important is the NATO Defense Alliance, Mr. President?
Is it sacrosanct from your perspective?
Well, it's a very interesting question.
It's certainly very important for Europe.
And I think without us, it wouldn't be nearly as powerful.
And as the former Secretary General, who did a great job, can tell you, we played, I played, when I was there, a very big role.
In making sure that NATO is funded by the 28 — at that time, they had 28 countries, including us, because many of the countries weren't paid.
And they ended up being paid, you would say.
And the Secretary General was very nice about it, as far as I was concerned.
Other presidents went in, they made a speech, and they left.
And that kept going on. | ||
And, you know, in the meantime, they had no money.
And the United States was paying far more than its fair share.
You could say that they were paying.
I actually said sometimes it looked like 100 percent, and it was unfair.
And the two of us worked very well together, and we took care of the situation.
unidentified
|
There are some Can you repeat the question?
I can't Yeah, please, go ahead.
unidentified
|
The statistics are showing that the US actually has a trade surplus with In Norway.
Are you going to be looking into that and see which of the countries are actually in a trade surplus?
Yeah, well, with the United States, almost everybody has a surplus.
It's really an amazing phenomenon.
Now, there's a surplus of a couple of billion dollars I think you have with us.
I congratulate you. | ||
That's very good. | ||
We've got to get a little bit of that for ourselves, maybe.
But they do have a surplus.
Norway has a surplus. | ||
unidentified
|
President, in the current situation, analysts have pointed out that the U.S. actually means allies.
Do you consider Norway as a possible ally in this situation?
I think Norway's always been an ally.
They've been somebody we've been very close to, very friendly with.
Maybe more so now with me than other people, but I think Norway's always been a great ally, yeah.
Norway's been a friend.
unidentified
|
That's why it's a very strange question, actually, because the U.S. is our lead ally, and we built on a relationship with which we will talk about now, Mr. President.
It's of high relevance, and I'm very happy that we have your state and Secretary of Defense.
So this is a very strong tie.
But it was a question about an ally in the tariff situation specifically.
Tariff situation? | ||
Yes. | ||
Well, we're talking about a little bit different subject, then.
We're talking about a different type of ally.
No. | ||
In this case, he would be very much inclined to be an ally of Norway because he wants to make the best business deal possible.
And Norway and the Norwegians are great business people.
They're great traders.
They're a great, very smart nation, very well-managed nation.
Has been for a long time and in particular now with this leadership.
But we'll be talking about trade.
And other things. | ||
And I think we're going to come to a conclusion very quickly.

|
Mr. President, I was wondering whether you think that Donald Trump or his Secretary in Ukraine otherwise deserves to be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize?
Well, I salute President Trump for having been taking very important initiatives to get this conflict towards an end which both parties deserve.
We need to have a ceasefire, save lives, and move towards something which is more secure for Europe, for the people concerned.
And on that, we work together.
And I look forward to, you know, going into some details because we are at the critical moment.
On that price, you know, that is the committee taking care of that, which is completely working on its own terms, and I cannot comment on that.
Thank you very much for that question.
I like that question. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, please. | |
Can you clarify when the U.S. is speaking with China?
They're saying it's fake news that trade talks are happening.
Well, they had a meeting this morning, so I can't tell you.
It doesn't matter who they is.
We may reveal it later, but they had meetings this morning, and we've been meeting with China.
And so I think you have Jeff as usual.
I think you have your reporting wrong.
Thank you very much. | ||
We'll see you. | ||
We'll see you inside. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Norway with us. | ||
This restarted? | ||
Okay. | ||
All right. | ||
Producer telling me that that was not us cutting off President Trump.
That was just a restart.
I just love zipping in. | ||
I just love dropping in quickly.
This is President Trump meeting with the President of Norway.
And saying something that will probably spike markets.
I mean, frankly, Donald Trump talking about the confirmation of deals with China and ongoing conversations, saying that there are dozens, if not hundreds of nations that are coming to the table, including the president of Norway today, to meet with Donald Trump and then to also end the war.
All of it will be very, very good.
And the end of the war is certainly what we are looking for.
For Donald Trump going off on Zelensky this morning, going off also on Russia's President Vladimir Putin, who gave Donald Trump a painting yesterday, or at least we learned about it yesterday, of Donald Trump surviving the assassination attempt.
So Trump badgering and then trying to pull both sides together into a peace agreement.
The details of that peace agreement has been sort of bricked out as exactly what you'd think.
Ukraine lost a bunch of territory.
They have to give concessions to Russia, and then Russia gets concessions with Ukraine not joining NATO, but maybe joining the European Union.
And then there needs to be a big rebuilding process.
Either way, we want peace.
The reason why we want peace is not because we are pro-Russian or because we are pro-Ukrainian.
I don't like either country.
I think both countries are run by scumbag dictators.
I just believe that this is a conflict that is designed to deplete the treasury of my nation and then potentially deplete our biggest treasury, which is to embroil Americans in a war and get us all killed.
That's the design of these kind of things.
This is what they're doing right now.
They're trying to do the same thing with India and Pakistan at the moment, and we set out against it.
These forever foreign wars have never done any good for our country.
Never! | ||
And so it's time for us to rid ourselves of them, as the founders warned.
Don't embroil yourself in foreign conflict, George Washington lectured, as his final words to the American people in his inaugural...
In his departing address from office.
Not sure exactly what you'd call it, but his final address as president.
He says, get the hell out of these foreign wars.
So we want it to end for that exact reason.
Now obviously you're slaughtering hundreds of thousands of people that shouldn't be losing their lives in this conflict, and that's also a moral evil.
And so Donald Trump is immorally right here to do his very level-headed best to end.
The conflict, hopefully, it does come to an end.
Ladies and gentlemen, peace be upon you, right?
This is what our verse of the day is about.
We want peace in our world, and we want peace on this show from Colossians 3.15.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace and be thankful.
I just got chills there, Klein, and realized that the verse today was all about peace.
Kind of like a nice little way to end the program.
This is what we're looking for.
That's right. | ||
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, you members of one body.
We are all called to peace and to be thankful, to be grateful for what we have, and know that the birds of the air, God takes care of them, and we're worth more than many sparrows, as Christ says.
God will take care of us, and in the end, we all win.
Thank you for marching and fighting with us.
It's your boy Benny. | ||
