Speaker Time Text
brooke singman
I'm pulling out his...
Stakes tariff plan today at the White House.
What to expect coming up.
unidentified
First, let's start with Brooke Singman here with all the details on last night's election results.
Hey, Brooke.
brooke singman
Hey, guys.
Good morning.
Wisconsin Supreme Court will keep its 4-3 liberal majority.
The election's historic turnout caused seven Milwaukee polling stations to run out of ballots, according to city officials.
Democrat-backed Judge Susan Crawford defeated conservative Judge Brad Schimmel in the most expensive judicial race in United States history.
Listen.
unidentified
My promise to Wisconsin is clear.
I will be a fair, impartial, and common sense justice on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Thank you.
And I want to thank everyone across the state who helped to get us to this point.
I'm here because of you.
brooke singman
Shemel spoke out after the loss.
unidentified
You put all your heart into it, and I can't thank you enough for everything you did.
To try to make this a success, but it just didn't work.
And yeah, I've called Judge Crawford and conceded.
brooke singman
Meanwhile, President Trump hailed Wisconsin voters for enshrining the state's voter ID law in their constitution.
Trump saying, quote, Trump-backed state senator Randy Fine defeated Bernie Sanders-backed Democrat Josh Weill.
Fine won the seat previously held by National Security Advisor Michael Walsh.
Trump celebrating the victory, saying, quote, both Florida House seats have been won big by the Republican candidate.
The Trump endorsement, as always, proved far greater than the Democrats' forces of evil.
Congratulations to America.
unidentified
So I promise you this.
You have entrusted me with something extraordinary, the opportunity to go and fight for you.
I'm not going to let you down.
I'm not going to let my family down.
I'm not going to let my boys down.
benny johnson
And I'm definitely not going to let my mom down.
unidentified
CD1 is where the hopes and dreams of the Democratic Party come to die.
Let it be known that this election is a reminder that the Florida panhandle will forever be red and it'll be forever Trump country.
brooke singman
These victories give two more seats in the House for Republicans, expanding their slim five-vote majority by two more.
unidentified
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
benny johnson
It's hump day.
It's hump day, ladies and gentlemen.
Lock in.
Let's go.
We have a rip-roaring show for you.
FBI agents will be on the show, whistleblowing about the 2020 election fraud that we now have documented.
And we will show you the documents today, speaking with Senator Mark Wayne Mullen as well about this, and HUD Secretary Scott Turner, another...
Trump administration official will be on the program today, Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025.
FBI agents who censored big tech reveal in leaked documents that they are rigging the 2020 election.
They knew exactly what they're doing.
And also those same filthy, dirty, rat, mongoloid agents.
Still work as goblins inside the bowels of the FBI.
We are headed to Washington, D.C., albeit the DOJ tomorrow, demanding resignations with Steve Bannon.
I kid you not.
It's going to be fun.
We'll tell you all about it.
Voter ID passes in Wisconsin, and why you should not listen to the Doomers, please, ladies and gentlemen.
My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
Go gold in the golden era.
Today will be...
As always, your front seat to the Golden Arrow.
We will have a Trump administration official, high-ranking, awesome dude on the program.
Again, I guess this is probably the best time to preview it.
We'll be at the DOJ tomorrow.
We're going to be doing a panel at the DOJ with Steve Bannon, Miranda Devine, and Will Cain.
And it's going to be an incredible panel.
We're going to be talking about internet censorship, of all things.
The point of the show today.
This news could not come at a better time.
The breaking of this news is so important.
So we are locked in for the golden era.
Expect a lot of content from us tomorrow.
It's going to be a rip-roaring good time.
I can't believe I've been to the DOJ like four or five times and never in handcuffs.
At least not in this administration.
They tried as hard as they could in the last administration.
But here we are, ladies and gentlemen.
The point of the golden era is that this is a time for us to reset and recalibrate.
Welcome to Liberation Day as well.
And we have some very good breaking news on that.
Go gold with our friends at Advantage Gold.
It's a long way of saying that.
You can go gold today by investing in physical gold and silver.
A very smart investment, if I do say so myself, as there are ups and downs in the stock market, crypto markets, and every market.
Gold keeps chugging right along all the way up to $3,000 per ounce.
Highest recorded level ever.
It ain't stopping.
And I don't care what they find at Fort Knox.
Ladies and gentlemen, gold is on our way.
So ladies and gentlemen, wealthy investors under 43 do invest in...
Gold, the reason why is because, well, they're looking to build dynastic wealth.
Do it with something solid.

Plus, you could qualify for $1,000 in free silver qualifying purchase.
Remember, helping secure your financial future starts with making informed decisions today.

Data and message rate supply performance may vary.
Okay, let's talk about the election results last night.
Gotta take the good with the bad.
You've got to face reality.
We did everything that we possibly could on this program.
We brought on all the candidates.
We were campaigning.
We were talking about it nonstop.
And we were bringing on all the activists as well.
We had Pressler and Tyler Boyer had a Turning Point Action along with, again, two candidates.
So don't listen to the doomers.
Donald Trump's been in office for a couple weeks.
You can count the weeks that Trump's been in office.
unidentified
Weeks.
benny johnson
He's had the actual power of the presidency.
So there are so many demons to exercise out of the federal government and out of the economy, out of what's been happening today.
Today is Liberation Day.
This is the day that Trump's tariffs go into effect with Mexico and Canada.
And we're already seeing those effects.
Please pull up the tweet.
Ladies and gentlemen, the tariffs with Canada.
Canada just knelt bending the knee to Donald Trump.
Today, this second.
As soon as we went live, news broke.
ALX, grab that, or Jack, grab that.
News broke that Canada said, okay, we give up.
Mercy.
We will remove all tariffs from the United States if the United States removes all tariffs from us.
This is obviously massive breaking news.
This is what President Trump wanted.
Israel just did this.
GTFO.
I mean, like, how does Israel have tariffs on American goods?
But here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
Has said that they will drop all tariffs on America.
This is the result of President Trump's policies.
This is the point.
This is the intended effect.
The intended effect is to, one, make Canada our 51st state.
That would be really fun.
Two, you got to be able to have...
Actual free trade.
Free trade means that there are no tariffs on American products that you bring American manufacturing back home.
You make it so that people can manufacture closer to the customer base here in America.
Everybody wants to sell into the American market.
It is a privilege to sell into the American market.
Countries take advantage of us through their own tariffs.
America's too stupid to tariff back.
And now we have even more breaking news.
Looks like it's working.
India is open to slashing its tariffs on $23 billion worth of U.S. imports as it rushes to shield itself from President Trump's reciprocal attacks.
How are these things...
Trump's just getting started.
I cannot emphasize it enough.
Look at these results.
Trump's just getting started.
Expect all day today, Mexico will grovel and bend the knee.
Mexico will be sprinkling salt on Donald Trump's margarita by the end of the day.
Trust me on this.
China will do the exact same thing.
It'll be a little more complicated with China.
Taiwan's doing the same thing.
It's working, but you have to give it time.
You have to give it like a moment.
We're getting results.
But these things don't happen with the flip of a button, with the wave of a magic wand, as Obama would say.
And so this brings us very nicely to what we...
Are looking at as a landscape for the American electorate right now.
So if you look across headlines, you see like a bunch of people cheering and saying the Democrats did so well yesterday.
Hold up.
No.
No, they actually didn't.
There were massive Democrat losses yesterday.
And I think that like you need to effectively put in perspective that what we're talking about is the future of the House of Representatives, the future of Congress.
Well, there were only two congressional races yesterday, and there was one ballot initiative that determines how elections will go in the state of Wisconsin.
The two elections were won in landslides by Republicans.
Both of them were on our show, Jimmy Petronas and Randy Fine.
So let's lock in and be realistic about this.
Both Republicans won in landslides.
In Wisconsin, the results...
Do we have the results?
The results of the actual ballot initiative...
Guys, I need the results.
The ballot initiative in Wisconsin.
Go, go, go, go, go.
unidentified
Go, go, go, go.
benny johnson
There they are.
Right there.
unidentified
There you go.
benny johnson
The results of the ballot initiative...
Look at this.
The green...
The green is in favor of voter ID.
The red is against voter ID.
This is the biggest question here in Wisconsin.
Guys, please.
Okay, thank you.
Here you go.
Map of Wisconsin.
This is the biggest question on the ballot.
This is the most important issue in the state.
How is the vote counted?
How is the vote cast?
If you have a muscular voter ID system, then it becomes...
Increasingly, and it becomes excruciatingly hard to cheat.
When you have to show a valid ID that is issued, those do not get issued to criminal aliens.
You cannot vote multiple times with multiple IDs.
You have redundancies and checks.
This is incredibly important.
This is the result.
Look at this.
Every county in Wisconsin voted.
In favor of this, it was a 60-30 issue for voter ID in Wisconsin.
Yes, the long shot, as we talked about yesterday, Brad Schimmel did not win in Wisconsin.
But there were a number of things at play there.
Everyone screams about Elon Musk.
You know, there's like five billionaires that were funding this Susan Crawford.
Susan Crawford ended up...
And I think that this proves two or three very important points.
Get that off.
I don't want to say that.
Susan Crawford is a product of partisan Democrat political machines.
The MAGA machine is just getting rolling.
The MAGA machine is something that hasn't been built because Republicans are frauds.
Republicans like to steal money from their base.
They don't want to win elections.
They want to get rich.
Think of every state official as like a Ronna McDaniel.
Somebody who just wants to fraudulently suck all of the money under themselves and pay themselves obscene fees and never win elections.
This is what we're up against in states like Wisconsin.
Wisconsin, there's a mafia of like a few handful of families, just like this in many states, that run everything.
And it becomes very, very hard to win in those states because they're not used to winning.
They're used to losing and making a lot of money by losing.
There's no responsibility when you lose and you get rich doing it.
That's a system that needs to be broken.
The MAGA machine needs to be built.
We're part of that here on this program.
That's why we've been talking about this nonstop.
That's something that needs...
The Democrat machine does operate because it's been built by 30 years it's been built.
Put that map up again.
This is the will of the people.
The will of the people are on our side.
There's also questions when it comes to, like, look at that one state.
Look at that one county over there in Madison.
The one county.
There's a huge student population in Wisconsin.
The Roe v.
Wade issue with the Supreme Court is something that is a major motivator.
You know what I believe on this channel, obviously, that abortion is murder.
Every abortion is murder.
However...
This is a motivating issue for a Supreme Court race.
That messaging has been deeply and consistently dug down very deep on the left.
And they can really action college students here in dormitories.
School is in session.
They can go get hundreds of thousands of votes squeezed out of one of the biggest colleges in the entire country right there in Madison.
University of Wisconsin-Madison.
And so you can see the landscape for the one loss.
There was one loss yesterday.
So we won three.
So it was 3-1.
We win yesterday.
Two landslide elections for House members.
A larger House majority now for Republicans.
Then a massive landslide, literally a monstrous landslide here for voter ID in the state of Wisconsin that is now enshrined in its constitution.
And then Democrats were able to, with hundreds of millions of dollars spent, get an activist on the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
And yes, they're going to try and meddle with things.
Yes, the GOP can sue.
Yes, the Republican Party can fight the Supreme Court on this stuff.
You can clearly have these battles.
And the Supreme Court of Wisconsin can be overruled by the Supreme Court of the United States.
There's a lot of checks and balances there.
So I've got to tell you, if you're asking, What would you rather have?
As a result yesterday, this or that?
Well, ladies and gentlemen, pretty obvious.
I will take this.
This is the most important issue.
And this shows you where the country actually is.
Not a bunch of like feminist libs screeching and screaming, voting in Madison for abortion, which is what the Supreme Court race was all about.
And Donald Trump, Donald Trump building his machine.
Also, it's just a matter of fact when there are, when there is, There was fraud in Wisconsin, period.
There's plenty of images that make no sense.
They're all over your timeline if you open up X. Plenty of images that make absolutely no sense in how they counted the votes in Wisconsin.
There's an abundance of fraud that happened in the state.
And also, there's a bunch of blue-collar and working-class people and also independents and swing voters, Democrats, who voted for Trump in 2024.
But when Trump's not on the ballot, they don't vote for Republicans.
That's just a reality, and it's something that we're going to have to work on.
So there you go.
I will tell you, like, a big question that I have is, where's the RNC?
Big question that I have is, like, where were other Republicans?
Where were other creators even talking about this?
Why does it feel like we're, like, alone talking about this race?
It was, like, us, Scott Pressler, the quartering, Charlie Kirk.
But then there's this massive class of, like...
GOP influencers, GOP donors, billionaires, and really smart campaign people.
They didn't say a peep about this race.
Nothing.
Until Republicans start getting serious about this kind of stuff, this is why we lose.
But I'm telling you, check out this clip from CNN.
This is such an important clip.
Ask yourself, which boat would you rather be in right now?
Democrats in Congress, according to CNN's own polling, have a 21% approval rating.
21% approval rating.
Republicans won yesterday in a landslide, and we won the most important ballot initiative in the country.
That will be replicated in every state across the country.
Ask yourself, who's actually in control?
Check this out.
harry enten
Holy Toledo.
Voters' views of the Democrats in Congress among all voters disapprove.
68%.
And look at the approved number, just 21%, even lower than the Democratic Party at large.
This is the lowest on record for Democrats, according to Quinnipiac University polling.
You think these numbers are bad?
Let's go to this side of the screen.
We'll look at how Democratic voters feel.
Get this, the plurality of Democratic voters disapprove of Democrats in Congress at 49%, and just 40% approve.
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Oh my goodness gracious, you just can't get worse than these numbers.
unidentified
Oh, Democrats, they're gonna win back the House.
benny johnson
We have so much time.
Trump's been in office.
Count the number of weeks Trump's been in office.
Count them.
We have so much time.
With a roaring, booming economy.
With arrests.
With the destruction of Act Blue.
With putting the fraudsters in prison.
With the pursuit of voter fraud, something that I'm going to ask about tomorrow at the DOJ, yo, we are in control.
So don't listen to the doomers, man.
I've had about enough.
I've had a belly full of the doomers.
All right, moving on over to the 2020 election.
Well, well, well.
You might recall that during the 2020 election, The largest political bombshell since Watergate dropped directly in Joe Biden's lap.
His crackhead kid left his filthy laptop at a computer repair shop, and that laptop was a mystery box of criminality, provable money laundering, obscene crimes, not only against humanity, like sex trafficking, But crimes against our country, straight-up treason.
We can prove it.
We have the phone calls.
That laptop was the smoking gun to the Biden crime family's receipts of crimes, and they were laid out in a row, alphabetized on the laptop.
I mean, it's incredible.
Go through the Marco Polo book on Hunter Biden laptop.
We got a copy, actually, in the other room.
Marco Polo, awesome organization.
They went through and detailed 475 felonies on that laptop.
This is the end of any chance of Joe Biden running for office.
He would have to drop out.
If that laptop was actually pursued journalistically, and if people went through and actually started reporting on it, one, they'd all be in prison.
Two, Democrats, Trump would have romped to a 48-state landslide.
Would have been like one of those Reagan-Nixon races, right?
It would have been in shambles.
It would have been in shambles.
Kamala Harris would have been running for president in 2020.
unidentified
How exciting would that have been?
benny johnson
Something incredible happened.
For some reason that was unbeknownst to us at the time, and I gotta tell you, ALX, executive producer of the show, and I remember it fondly.
Suddenly, everybody who was posting a link to the New York Post bombshell story about all the crimes here in the laptop got nuked from social media.
We all got banned.
I got banned.
ALX got banned.
ALX got banned permanently from X. The entire laptop story was totally shadow banned from Facebook.
When you go on Facebook, You try and post a link, they won't let you.
Couldn't talk about it on YouTube.
Couldn't talk about it on any social media.
Like, why?
This is a really big story.
Well, because 51 Intel experts decided to collude together with Anthony Blinken, became the Secretary of State for Joe Biden, Joe Biden's hatchet man.
Anthony Blinken got all these guys together, all these CIA spooks and spies, to say that the The laptop had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation.
It's famous now.
But let me show you.
You don't need me to retell you history.
Let me show you how effective it was.
President Trump tried to bring this up at a debate.
President Trump tried to say, yo, listen, there's this laptop, filthy, and it's filled with all of your crimes, briberies, and treasons against America.
And that's what it is.
I don't even care about the Hunter Biden.
I don't care about the drug use.
I mean, sure, he's a filthy, dirty drug addict.
He should be in prison, of course, for the rest of his life.
I hope he still goes to prison.
I care about Joe Biden's crimes, like the larger crimes of selling out of the country.
And Trump brings it up.
And check out what happens in the 2020 debate.
joe biden
There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing me of is a Russian plan.
They have said that this has all the characters.
Five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage.
Nobody believes it except his and his good friend Rudy Gianni.
benny johnson
Hey Alex, where's the email?
Where's the email from Blinken?
Because there's an email from Blinken saying the reason why we're doing this letter is to give Joe Biden a talking point during the debate.
They did the talking point.
They did the letter in order for Joe Biden to deliver that line right there.
And that was enough, plus the censorship, to shut the story down.
Because at that time, everybody was so scared that they were parroting Russian disinformation that everyone just shut the F up about it.
Check out Chris Wallace.
Mealy-mouthed, crawls on his belly, wrote it true like cockroach to this guy.
He had a show on Fox News.
I mean, can you believe this guy?
He's one of Joe Biden's butt buddies.
He's one of his best friends.
They go on vacations together.
And he was allowed to moderate a debate.
Look what he did to Trump.
unidentified
The mayor of Moscow's wife gave your son $3.5 million.
That's not true.
What did he do to deserve it?
joe biden
What did he do with Barista to deserve $183,000?
unidentified
None of that is true.
chris wallace
That's a question, not an answer.
joe biden
If not, none of that is true.
unidentified
Oh, really?
chris wallace
He didn't get $3.5 million?
joe biden
Mr. President, please.
chris wallace
He didn't get $3.5 million?
joe biden
He didn't get $3.5 million?
Mr. President, please.
He didn't get $3.5 million, Joe?
chris wallace
He got $3.5 million.
joe biden
That is not true.
benny johnson
Really?
chris wallace
Mr. President, it's an open discussion, please.
joe biden
It's a fact.
chris wallace
Well, you have raised an issue.
Let the Vice President answer.
unidentified
Did Burisma pay him $183,000 a month with no experience in energy?
joe biden
My son did nothing wrong at Burisma.
unidentified
I think he did.
chris wallace
Mr. President, let him answer.
joe biden
He doesn't want to let me answer because he knows I have the truth.
His position has been totally, thoroughly discredited.
unidentified
By who?
joe biden
The media.
By everybody.
unidentified
Well, by the media, by our allies, by the World Bank.
joe biden
By everyone has discredited.
Matter of fact, matter of fact.
benny johnson
Look at how effective it was.
They ran this operation.
They ran this operation and they ran it.
Through the FBI in Silicon Valley.
Check this out from Schellenberger.
The FBI said it didn't interfere in the 2020 election, but it did!
It tricked Twitter and Facebook into censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Now newly released chat messages show the FBI issued a gag order after an employee accidentally confirmed the laptop's authenticity.
Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to show you the details.
Right now, we're going to look at the actual receipts.
We're going to go read them.
We're going to put up all the documentation on screen.
But I want to establish something very important.
The FBI got this laptop.
The FBI sent goons.
We've had the laptop repair store owner on our damn program.
The FBI sent goons into that guy's office to try and threaten him with guns.
They said, give us the laptop.
Give us the receipts.
Give us the paperwork.
Effing thing when Hunter Biden bought a gun illegally, coked out of his skull.
Something I will never, something I will ask Trump, you have my, I'm telling you, on my mama.
Maybe I'll do it tomorrow at the DOJ.
Maybe I'll do it tomorrow at the DOJ.
There's a bunch of very powerful people working at the DOJ.
I'm going to ask tomorrow.
Why did the Secret Service show up to try and hustle?
And shake down the gun store owner who sold Hunter Biden the gun.
You know, that guy's gone public.
He said, as soon as Hunter Biden bought the gun, and this was in 2018, Hunter Biden wasn't supposed to have Secret Service.
Who the hell had Secret Service?
How does Hunter Biden have Secret Service?
Secret Service goes in there to try and muscle the guy.
Say, give us the paperwork.
This never happened.
Men in black style.
unidentified
Ka-ching!
benny johnson
Right?
This is incredible.
What kind of operation were they running here?
How deep does the deep state go?
This massive cleanup operation that was being done to try and cover up for Hunter, the degenerate kid that they knew was the key to everything.
And before we read this, I just want to make you more angry.
Let's scroll down, please, the actual messages.
When Hunter Biden caught a case for that gun charge in...
William and Williamsburg.
Wilmington.
Correction, sorry.
Wilmington was where he was being tried in Delaware.
Remember, he buys the gun.
He's on coke.
They get in a fight.
The gun gets discarded in a trash can next to a high school.
It's loaded.
Hunter Biden should be in prison for the rest of his life.
Hunter Biden's found guilty of this.
How did they prove that Hunter Biden was coked up at the time?
The FBI comes walking into the courtroom.
The judge bangs the gavel in Hunter Biden's case, and the FBI comes walking to the courtroom, holding up the laptop.
They literally walk the same laptop, and we're going to read the messages right now, that the FBI, an FBI agent named Elvis Chan, a little rat, this guy, cockroach, we're going to stomp him.
The FBI goes walking in with the laptop saying, here's your evidence, judge.
This, of course, happens in 2024.
We covered it live.
The FBI had the laptop the entire time.
They knew it was real the entire time.
The documents I'm about to show you prove that the FBI colluded to rig the 2020 election, to steal it from you, from Trump, from us, by covering this up, the greatest political bombshell in American history.
There is no single document or single hard drive with more crimes on it than the Hunter Biden laptop.
Demonstrable.
unidentified
Provable.
benny johnson
In 2024, an FBI official admitted to the House investigators that an FBI employee had inadvertently confirmed the authenticity of Hunter Biden's laptop to Twitter on a conference call in the morning of October 4th, 2020, the day the New York Post broke the story about it.
I recall when the question came up, the intelligence analyst, assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division, said something to the effect of, yes, the laptop is real, testified then that there was no such thing as Russian disinformation.
It's all real.
It was the office of the General Counsel Attorney assigned to the Foreign Influence Task Force.
He said it's all garbage.
We have no further comment on the subject.
For the first time with the change in administration, the FBI has now turned over to the GOP House investigation internal chat messages that show the Bureau of Leadership actively silenced its employees, actively rigged the election.
The FBI, which has a special task force to counter foreign election interference, could have set the record straight by confirming the laptop is just real.
You could just say it's real.
Okay, it's done.
It's not Russian info.
Disinfo.
The subject of an ongoing criminal probe.
Instead, FBI leadership allowed a false narrative about the laptop to gain momentum and to censor us.
I cannot express enough.
As somebody who was very politically active on social media at that time, how pernicious this thing was.
ALX, it was like literal smallpox.
It was like a virus.
Like, if you shared anything about Hunter Biden's laptop, your account was gone!
Gone!
So many people got their accounts deleted, taken offline, unable to speak, because they shared just questions about this laptop.
How is this being done?
Oh, the FBI agent, Elvis Chan, who's right here in all of these messages, San Francisco-based FBI agent was tasked with interacting with social media companies.
There was a gag order on discussion of the Hunter Biden laptop.
Chan's job was to close hold, to choke hold social media companies to silence us from talking about this.
There was this little goblin of a reporter named Jake Sherman.
He still crawls around Capitol Hill.
He posted about the Hunter Biden laptop and he was forced to apologize by his Employer Politico.
They made him crawl on his belly for the Bidens and apologize for just asking a question about the laptop.
This report is unbelievable.
You can go back.
You can go through the actual commentary here.
And you can see is Twitter.
Let's just go read the chats.
Here they are from Elvis Chan.
Is Twitter treating this as disinformation?
We need to shut them up.
We need to work hard to make sure that this doesn't spread.
This is just a domestic hit job.
You guys are tracking the covers of the laptop, right?
I would love to know if a copy exists with us.
Oh yeah, it does.
I was briefed on the matter from the New York Post this morning.
It's time to do Operation Cleanup from the Deep State.
And they go through...
In message after message, working internally at the FBI as to how to censor this laptop story and rip us all offline for just talking about it.
There is so much more to this report, ladies and gentlemen.
We have a very powerful senator who's going to join the show right now.
Before we jump into even more details on this report, we'll have FBI whistleblowers on to talk about it.
People actually know this guy.
I want to name and shame Elvis Chan.
Put his photo up right now.
For some reason, inexplicably, Elvis Chan is still working at the FBI.
He still has a very powerful position.
In fact, he was promoted after censoring American citizens.
Garrett O 'Boyle.
Elvis Chan was an FBI supervisory agent and he was telling social media companies to censor Miranda Devine's bombshell story about Hunter Biden's laptop.
Now we learn here, including Chan's oh crap moment when he confirmed the laptop was real, what happened to him since?
He got promoted to assistant special agent in charge.
Chan gets promoted for gross mismanagement and abuse of authority.
Whistleblowers get suspended indefinitely and forever without pay.
So there we go.
What should happen, ladies and gentlemen?
What should happen?
Senator Mark Wayne Mullen joins us live now to talk about this.
Let's see what the great senator from the state of Oklahoma, as I say.
unidentified
Thank you.
Thank you.
benny johnson
you you Where I come from, Senator, they call this having a bee in your bonnet.
I'm pissed off about this.
I'm angry about it because members of my team, excellent members of my team who you've met, my executive producer ALX, was deleted from the internet because he dared talk about The Hunter Biden laptop, among other things, sharing memes and so on.
And I have no doubt that Elvis Chan, ALX, let me know if you have direct evidence of this.
I have no doubt that Elvis Chan assisted in that operation to try and kill my company, to try and kill conservative creators, to eliminate us from being able to do the work that we do every single day.
And so this really pisses me off.
Why is this guy still working for the FBI?
markwayne mullin
You know, I think it's actually probably better he does work for the FBI.
Now listen, hear me out on this one.
Because he's still there, he can still be investigated.
That means that Cash Attell, who I'll be visiting with later today, in fact, around, well, I won't tell you when, but this afternoon, him and I are meeting.
And in this conversation, I'm sure will be brought up, but as long as he's there, Cash can still go and talk to him openly about these cases, because if he was gone...
We would have to bring him back into a subpoena of a court, which could get tricky because, remember, that would have to probably go through a D.C. court.
And we also know those don't actually line up with the Republican agenda here.
We can talk about how many injunctions they put against President Trump versus Biden and Obama combined.
So it's actually, Benny, I think it's probably better that he's still there so we can talk to him.
Plus, Cash will make him comply with the subpoena that he completely ignored, remember.
Ignore the subpoena underneath the Biden administration.
Now that he's underneath the Trump administration and the director is not Director Wray, but it's Director Patel, he'll probably have to comply with that subpoena and come to Congress.
So it could work out in our favor.
benny johnson
So we have everybody turning on this practice.
I mean, Mark Zuckerberg went on Joe Rogan for like two hours talking about how abusive the Biden administration was in censoring your constituents, in censoring any capacity for us to have an alternative media in this country.
He said it was something out of 1984.
And obviously they've reversed a lot of these policies, but there needs to be a little bit of muscle here.
Like the people who did this to us and tried to kill independent media in the cradle, they're like true enemies of the First Amendment and the core of what kind of makes this country work.
What is the Senate?
You know, like how seriously is this being taken inside of the Senate?
markwayne mullin
Yeah, so it's taken really serious because this is part of the deep state that we're trying to weed out.
We have once in a generation opportunity here to actually change the back doors of the government, the ones that have been working for political party and not the American people.
Now, what's funny is the Democrats who control this.
They're the ones that's complaining that we're trying to get rid of all these people so we can control the government.
We're just trying to get the government to work for the people again.
And you've got to clean out these back offices.
And these back offices are people just like this gentleman to which you're talking about.
And it's a very serious deal because we feel like we have 18 months to get this done.
We're not guaranteed to win the election in the midterm.
In fact, historically, it's going to be difficult.
But we feel like if we deliver...
On the promises that President Trump made to the American people that we'll succeed in that.
At the same time, it's not a guarantee.
So we are working tirelessly underneath the leadership of Leader Thune, which a lot of people questioned.
I think he's proven himself completely different at this point.
He is running the Democrats ragged right now.
He's got them extremely scared, and these investigations are continuously, even though you're not hearing about it, a lot of times they're happening down in skiffs because a lot of this stuff is classified information.
This is public information, but actually how they got the information, why they got the information, what was the tradecraft they used for it, who was their boss, who was actually...
A lot of this stuff has been redacted from open reports.
It has been in closed files, which you have to be ready to get into.
And so the Biden administration did a lot to cover the tracks up, but we're having to find it and go through it.
And we're working closely with the White House.
We're working with Cash Mattel.
We're working with Tulsi Gabbard.
We're working with Leader Thune.
We're working with Speaker Johnson.
We're all working on this.
Not just this one, but there's probably a dozen more just like this.
benny johnson
Wow, very interesting.
What subject matter?
markwayne mullin
A lot of it has to do with cover-up.
A lot of it has to do with the election.
I'm not going to get down that road of election, but what was actually covered up during the election.
So when you start talking about the censorship, for instance.
You brought up Mark Zuckerberg, so I'll bring up Mark Zuckerberg.
When that guy started getting to jiu-jitsu, he changed, not just physically, but the guy changed mentally, too.
And I probably talked to him several times a month, and right after the election, he says, I'm glad to finally be able to get back to our base, to get back to do what we're doing.
And I just kind of sent a question mark.
He says, You don't understand the handcuffs, I'm paraphrasing here, the handcuffs that the Democrat Party put on us.
Okay, well that opens up a whole can of worms, right?
Because that's freedom of speech at that time.
And if these guys are actually working under the rule, which we consider that we refer to as a town square, to wherever they can be held harmless for what's posted on their site, because that's the town square rule, you know what I'm talking about?
And if that's the case...
Then who was telling them to be censored?
Who was telling them to pull this stuff down?
Was it coming directly out of the White House?
Was it coming from the FBI?
Was it coming from the DOJ?
What threats were being made?
So every time you pull a string here, that string opens up a little bit more and you find another door you've got to walk through and another string you've got to pull.
It's very interesting, and I'm not this conspiracy person, but we are working really, really hard to uncover it so we can get these people.
Out of the government that forgot their core job, and that's for the people, by the people.
benny johnson
So you ask, like, who was actually doing the censorship?
Well, here you go.
Here's the document, Senator.
Here's Elvis Chan, back at it, talking about how Facebook...
Could potentially get legal cover from the government as long as they censored conservatives.
markwayne mullin
Elvis Chan was just a FBI agent.
Zero chance he can do that on himself.
Remember the FBI, for your listeners, the FBI isn't a standalone department.
It is under the DOJ.
So does this go all the way to Garland?
Who inside the DOJ?
Because the agent can just say pull it down.
The threats to pull it down.
What did DOJ say to these You know, platforms to get them to pull this down.
It wasn't just because they were working with them because they, you know, they had the same blood type or they believed on the same, you know, socialist agenda that the Democrat Party was moving towards.
What was the threat?
Because I got to believe there was a threat here.
What was that and who ordered it?
benny johnson
It seems like an obvious civil rights violation.
markwayne mullin
You think?
benny johnson
The federal government can't.
I mean, it seems like something that could be prosecutable via the Civil Rights Division.
I'm going to meet with them tomorrow, actually.
We'll be at the DOJ tomorrow.
It seems like something that's easily prosecutable because this is the federal government with all of the weight, power, money, guns, pointing a proverbial, maybe a literal gun at the heads of these companies to censor Americans, which is a direct violation, of course, of our civil liberties, of our constitutional liberties.
Wouldn't that be like fertile ground?
markwayne mullin
It could be, but what you don't want is an escape goat.
So you don't want Elvis to be the escape goat.
Right now, Elvis is probably the escape goat, but there was zero chance Elvis was making this call himself.
Now, mind you, it's the FBI.
They're kind of used to doing things that they cover the tracks on, right?
There's a tradecraft that goes along with it.
And that's why I say it's probably good that Elvis is still part of the FBI because we can bring him in and start saying, who told you?
Now, who is his boss?
Who told his boss?
Did Director Wray have direct knowledge of this?
And then if Director Wray had it, then you know it had to go to Garland.
If that's the case, there could be a ton of charges here.
If not, if they technically didn't do anything illegal, let's just make that assumption.
If not, there could be a lot more people let go, not just in the FBI, but now you're talking about the DOJ.
We don't want to stop with the front guy.
It's never the front guy that makes the decision.
It's the front guy that's being told what to do.
There's people in other offices that are the front guy.
benny johnson
That's very interesting.
So it looks like the investigation here is moving forward, and you're getting the documents, and we're actually able to show you documents.
Of the FBI rigging the 2020 election on the show.
And I'm very thankful for that.
markwayne mullin
What you have stuff that was kind of public record.
That doesn't show anything.
We've got to cover everything else that is very difficult to find.
The Biden administration, even though you had an absent-minded president, they did everything they could to cover their tracks.
They started covering their tracks in July.
They saw the writing on the wall in July.
And so it's not like we surprised them and just won the election in November.
They had a lot of time to be prepared.
When they realized they didn't have anybody else to step in that could win the election and they had to revert to Kamala Harris, who had worse numbers of Joe Biden, they knew they were in serious trouble at the time.
benny johnson
So, Senator, are you saying, are you...
Saying that there was destruction, wanton destruction of evidence?
markwayne mullin
I don't know if it was or not.
We haven't found it.
We're just trying to find it out.
That's what we're trying to go towards.
We don't know.
When you get to that level, are they really sending out a text message?
Are they really putting it in writing?
Are they calling from a government phone?
Probably not.
So this is the kind of stuff that you've got to find, and it's not as easy as what you think.
These are professionals that understood how to cover their tracks.
It's their tradecraft.
It's what they do.
It's how they stay alive.
It's how we infiltrate our enemies and be able to have spies put inside places.
We are the best in the world at it.
benny johnson
Well, we look forward to your investigation and the results of that.
We do our very best on this.
Channel, Senator, to try and talk about realistic timelines here.
markwayne mullin
And to tell you realistic timelines, I'm telling you what our timeline is, we know we have 18 months.
And so we're working really, really, really hard at it.
And of course, Benny, with you being out there on it all the time, you were very outspoken about this from the beginning, right?
Sometimes it could cost you...
It's somewhat your career, right?
benny johnson
Well, yeah.
Damn well did.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
I had to move out of D.C. for it.
markwayne mullin
Right.
And so, I know this is personal to you, and all of us wanted to work swiftly and fast.
I'm just telling you, it's not...
That easy.
But we want to do it, too.
We don't want to have a repeat.
We don't want to deal with this.
We don't want President Trump to leave office in three and a half years, and then they continue to go after him because they're biased at it, which we know it will happen.
Their hatred towards him is only growing.
It's not society.
Even though he won the popular voting, he swept swing states, even though he won the electoral vote by margins that we haven't seen in a very long time.
The American people spoke loudly.
The Democrats have not gave up.
I mean, I literally just came from the House floor presiding, and I had to hear Chuck Schumer for 15 or 20 minutes spew lie after lie after lie after lie over what President Trump and Doge and the Republican Party is doing.
They are doubling down on their hatred, and so we have to get rid of this because if we don't, what's going to happen in 18 months?
They're going to try to impeach President Trump.
God forbid we lose control.
We have to get rid of these individuals that's leading it on the outside as fast as possible.
benny johnson
This is such an important point.
The moment that they get a one-seat majority in any chamber, it's impeachment time.
It'll be just impeachment immediately.
markwayne mullin
We'll do it at the House, for sure.
And then we probably have a hard time getting convicted, but we're still going to deal with it.
In the House, underneath Nancy Pelosi, I mean, she's not going to be there, but she still pulls the strings.
But let's just say Hakeem Jeffries, right?
God forbid he becomes Speaker, they'll be impeaching him every month.
I mean, I'm exaggerating here, but they really will.
benny johnson
Are you really, though, Senator?
markwayne mullin
I don't know, actually.
You can't under S. You can't.
Judge crazy.
It's kind of like I tell people, you can't argue with crazy.
You can't judge crazy either.
You don't know what they're going to do, and right now the Democrat Party is acting completely like they've lost their ever-loving mind.
benny johnson
It's berserker mode.
Okay, I'm getting the call that you have a very hard out, but you name-dropped Schumer, so I just, as quickly as you want to do it, what the hell with this Schumer suing Trump to let criminal aliens vote?
This is an unbelievable document.
We'll put it up.
Please.
The floor is yours.
markwayne mullin
Well, this is just more of them going after President Trump or President Trump doing his job.
Remember, illegal crossings are down by 96% last year.
I think 97% in 2022 and maybe 98% since 21. In 21, this time last year, we had 211,000 illegals crossing the border every month.
This month, we had 7,900 or 7,800.
The legal crossings are down.
Our borders are secure in the southern.
Northern still is an issue.
And Chuck Schumer is continuing going after President Trump.
For what harm?
Last time I showed that you had to file a lawsuit, you had to show harm.
What harm can Chuck Schumer say when the American people are safer underneath President Trump?
What harm has it done to him?
I'm sure he's had security this whole time, so he hasn't had to deal with the illegal activity that's going to place.
So I would like to know what court allowed him to file this.
Because there is no harm he can show.
Now, that goes back to the injunctions, right?
Underneath the injunctions, and I like to bring this up because people need to understand the injunctions that's taking place.
Underneath Biden or Obama, eight years in Obama, the court only stepped in eight or 12 times to put an injunction against his executive orders.
And by the way, his injunction or his executive orders was not as much as President Trump, but they were only about 15% less.
Underneath President Trump, in four years, they did it 64 times.
Biden, 14 times.
Already this year, with 73 days down, they've already put in 15 injunctions against President Trump.
And his executive orders are running hand-in-hand with what Biden did in his first 100 days, too.
So the bias of the court, once again, with Chuck Schumer allowing him to move forward, and Sue is continuously moving forward and showing their bias towards the president, which...
It's why the benches on these district courts have to be held accountable.
benny johnson
This is an unbelievable document.
Here it is in black and white, Democrats suing President Trump in order to let criminal aliens vote.
They do the job for us.
The best part about it all, Senator, they got 21% approval rating.
I think that'll go down as President Trump's administration rolls to successes.
So here's hoping.
We're fighting.
Follow fighter Mark Wayne Mullen right there.
Everybody knows the great senator from Oklahoma.
270,000 Americans already follow.
Get on in there.
See you, Senator.
markwayne mullin
See you, brother.
See you.
benny johnson
you you you you Stressful time, ladies and gentlemen.
We want to make sure that we stay healthy.
We want to make sure that we stay fit.
I got two boys.
I want to be able to kick their butts, right, as I get older, as they get older, right?
The point of being a father, right?
Extend the event horizon to which your sons can kick your ass.
So I'm working out.
I'm also doing sauna.
And the way that I'm doing sauna, because we really don't have that big of a house.
You don't have any room for that kind of thing, is Bond Charge.
Bond Charge.
Infrared sauna blankets.
Awesome, man.
It's awesome.
They ship me one.
It's a face, but they also have a wrap.

Okay, ladies and gentlemen.
Somebody who is absolutely here to diagnose a disease is the great Kyle Serafin, who is an FBI whistleblower who paid a very high price for talking about the corruption inside of the FBI, and I cannot tell you how excited I am to talk to him about Elvis still being in the building at the FBI.
unidentified
Let's go.
Let's go.
benny johnson
you you you you Kyle Serafin, I am sorry for the corny Elvis joke.
Being in the building.
kyle seraphin
That was a good segue, actually.
I thought that was great.
benny johnson
I've been trying, man.
I didn't want to pull up with the senator, right?
He's a very serious man.
kyle seraphin
You know what?
He's a serious man, but he's from Oklahoma.
And did you hear what he just dropped on you?
An escape goat?
That's not a thing.
It's scapegoat.
But in Oklahoma, they got special phrases and they say things in different ways.
I went to school in Oklahoma, so I have a lot of love.
I'm a Sooner.
I graduated from there.
I'm going to drop this on you.
I'll send it over to the senator as well.
When I was there, I had a boss while I was working at a computer company who kept saying things were cross-eyed bears.
He would just go, you know, I'd say I had a problem and he'd go, oh man, that's a cross-eyed bear.
And I'd be like, oh, okay, yeah, that's a cross-eyed bear.
And then he would go and do it again and he would say, that's a cross-eyed bear.
And I was like, I don't know what the heck a cross-eyed bear is.
Just like, I don't know what an escape goat is.
But he kept saying it over and over again.
Finally, I repeated it back to him one time.
He said something and I go, dude, that's just a cross-eyed bear.
He's like, what's a cross-eyed bear?
And then I knew something was wrong and I realized it was an Oklahoma thing.
And he just goes, Can you use it in a sentence?
So we did it again.
He goes, no, no, no, no, son.
unidentified
A cross-eyed bear.
kyle seraphin
It's a common expression in the South to say that there's a cross-you bear.
I just heard cross-eyed bear, just like I just heard a scapegoat.
And you know what?
Oklahoma's a special place.
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
benny johnson
Think about this, Kyle.
If we have so many serious things to talk about, but why not?
I'm from farm country in the middle of nowhere, too.
Iowa is where I was raised.
You could be talking about an escaped goat.
kyle seraphin
That's right.
It could be a thing.
benny johnson
Like, the fence breaks, a goat gets out.
kyle seraphin
You've got to go get it.
Mangy animals.
That's right.
Mangy animals.
benny johnson
They can climb.
They can jump.
kyle seraphin
Yeah.
Cross-eyed bear.
You know, he's got troubles.
A cross-eyed bear is a problem.
It's walking through the woods.
It's hitting trees.
It doesn't have depth perception.
Like, there's all kinds of issues that go along with that.
benny johnson
Are you ready for this one?
kyle seraphin
I'm ready.
benny johnson
Let's talk about the goat of internet censorship, Elvis Chan.
kyle seraphin
He's kind of a goat, yeah.
benny johnson
And he's an escaped goat who was able to, I guess...
Not get fired.
Obviously, you've been popping off.
You and Garrett have been popping off about this.
I don't know if you know Elvis Chan or if you've ever worked with him.
And the senator did get a fact incorrect.
He said that he was just like a low-level FBI.
No, he was a special agent in charge, to my understanding.
kyle seraphin
He was an ASAC, actually.
benny johnson
And he got promoted.
And so I want to dive into this with you, but I want to just start off the top and say, your time at the Bureau, Were you aware of any, like, open internet censorship that was going on?
kyle seraphin
No, so this came out of San Francisco.
This was a program that was referred to as Bronze Griffin, which people may have that and they go, like, oh yeah, I kind of heard about this.
If you were paying attention to the Twitter files drops, which I was riveted by when they happened, we found out that there was this thing that you hear Taibbi talk about, you hear Schellenberger talk about it, they did it in testimony.
They referred to it as a, I think, a censorship industrial complex.
And I would actually broaden it because it's not just censorship.
It's an information industrial complex.
So we've got a military industrial complex.
Those are senior level military leaders.
They get hired on to industries after the fact.
They get hired on not because they know the most about fighter jets, right?
They just know the guy who signed the next check for the next fighter jet.
And that turns out to be really lucrative.
We saw guys like James Baker, who were the former attorneys working in the Office of General Counsel for the FBI.
They go get hired on by Twitter because the FBI is an intelligence agency and it deals in information.
It doesn't deal in fighter jets.
It deals in info.
That's what intelligence agencies do.
So what we saw was this departure and this sort of interplay with people who were working for the bureau in the intelligence sphere and then going to the place where intelligence lives in the private sector.
And that is Google or Meta.
And Twitter was one of them at the time, now X. All of these places are places where information resides at a level and a bulk collection that the government would be jealous of.
And so they want to make sure they have those inroads.
One of the things Taibbi talked about was a quote-unquote belly button, which is the interface.
It's the navel that connects a mother to a baby, but it also connects two places with this back-and-forth exchange, right?
Waste out and nutrients in.
That's the umbilical cord.
So having that belly button connection was saying the FBI was the front person because they're a legitimate law enforcement agency, too.
They have a cover for action to go out there and interface with all these businesses, and they do under various programs.
There's a thing called InfraGard.
There are two different offices that fall underneath the director that involve interface with the private sector.
And those are basically two things.
One, they allow the FBI to maintain legitimacy and kind of leverage.
We saw kind of a carrot and stick situation, like, we'd really like you to do this.
And then the alternative is, if you don't, there's going to be this penalty regulation coming in from Congress.
Mark Warner was famous for saying these things.
They were kind of holding it over the head of big tech.
And regulation equals expense, so they don't want that.
And then the second piece of it was, was they were like, also, we'd like to get our people into jobs after the fact.
So let's just go ahead and send them out there.
Let's put these people into positions so they're going to be empathetic.
Can I drop something that's not currently public with you right now?
benny johnson
Please.
kyle seraphin
The stuff you were showing earlier, this is the Catherine Herridge and this is Schellenberger's documents.
They were showing those text messages.
If you guys want to throw them on the screen, you can.
A lot of it was redacted, right?
And one of the things that they showed a redaction of, if you'll scroll over, it says OGCAGC.
That is the Office of General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel.
benny johnson
Right there at the top.
kyle seraphin
Now, in this case, and there's multiple instances of it in the various different slides that they had.
And the fun thing about that is, is that person was a very specific person working under national security.
That person's name is Matt Perry.
I asked somebody in the Office of General Counsel about it and said, can you give me a historical on the timeline there and what this guy was doing?
And he went from Washington, D.C., where he spent most of his career.
And now he lives, you're going to be shocked to hear, in San Francisco, where Elvis Chan cut his teeth as the ASAC, the assistant special agent in charge, working bronze griffin, working with the tech agencies.
And he works for Microsoft now, which is the exact same protocol that we saw James Baker do.
This pipeline of FBI attorneys directly over to working for big tech companies.
It's undefeated.
It's Mike Benz's blob.
It is the thing that continues to go on.
It's intelligence that exists both in private and public sector.
And they work together for the same ends, which are analogous.
So, the...
benny johnson
Guy who was responsible for rigging the 2020 election, or at the very least was excited to do so by censoring conservatives, trying to destroy our site, trying to destroy our show, trying to destroy the young creators on our team who've worked with me for a decade or more.
Those guys got rewarded.
kyle seraphin
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's how it always works.
They get to retire with a pension.
They get to go over there and take a new job that pays them a bunch more money for services rendered.
And thank you for being part of the team.
And also, by the way, their names are never made public.
They're redacted by the FBI.
Why?
That guy's not an FBI employee.
He was an attorney.
He didn't work like super sensitive cartel operations.
I've got buddies that have gone and put cartel members in jail and get credible threats by people who actually cut off heads that they say, hey, you know, these people are going to come after you.
You've disrupted this prison gang and they've put bodies in the ground.
And what do we do?
Do we move them and redact their name from all the public documents?
unidentified
No.
kyle seraphin
We just give them a little bit more security for a little while.
Sometimes the FBI pays for cameras or something.
It's just not that much.
Because there's a risk that you assume when you decide to go and raise your hand and swear allegiance to the Constitution and say you're going to do an honest job.
And by the way, that guy's not a law enforcement officer.
And he never was.
He never swore the same kind of oath.
He didn't carry a badge and a gun.
So this is the problem with putting non-FBI agents into places.
And Elvis Chan is another example of someone who is an FBI agent, but he's an intel guy.
And so what he does is his allegiances to information and intelligence, not to criminal investigations or legal criminal process.
benny johnson
So look at this clown with that grin on his face and that inexplicable hairline.
kyle seraphin
What kind of belt do you think he holds in BJJ, if you were going to guess?
benny johnson
My pay grid.
Elvis Chan on securing the 2020 election.
What's to stop them from doing it again, is my question to you.
Kyle, because we saw, obviously, the Blinken letter to Michael Hayden.
We saw Michael Hayden getting all the CIA directors on board.
We've seen the emails now.
We've seen how the op worked.
We've seen the muscle come through and the threatenings and the deplatformings.
We've seen the op at play.
What's to stop them from doing this in 2028?
If everybody just gets rewarded, Kyle, if everyone who's a part of this gets a pat on the back and a golden star to pin on their chest and a...
Plum job at Microsoft.
Paid half in stock.
Then what's to stop them from pulling this operation again?
kyle seraphin
I mean, the short answer is nothing.
Shy of an FBI that goes out there and gets some transparency and gets some accountability.
And those are the things we talked about the last time you and I spoke.
They need to be done.
The senator said the same thing.
There is an advantage of having them working for the Bureau.
You can actually compel testimony.
You do what's called a Kalkine's warning.
This is a very specific procedure for federal employees.
You can get dragged into an internal investigation, and they have two options.
They can give you a Garrity warning, which means you don't have to incriminate yourself, and you don't really have to talk to us, like what you're saying is voluntary.
Or they can give you a Kalkine's warning, which says, we're not going to hold you criminally liable, but we might take your job if you violated the terms of your employment, but we do need you to answer this, or it will be in subordination, and you will be removed.
And so you do have some tools that you could leverage.
Was Elvis Chan the only guy running this op?
Was he the highest level?
Probably not.
But I do know that he was out there talking to CEOs.
He was the front man of it.
And he wasn't a low-level person.
He was a GS-15, which maxes out the government scale.
He's a second-line supervisor and answerable only to the special agent in charge, which he's now been promoted to, from what I hear.
So at the end of the day, he was a senior person in the FBI.
No question about that.
Those people are referred to as executives and front office and a bunch of other nonsense.
So they have a lot of...
So he's not nobody, okay, under any circumstances.
And I had people that were on conference calls.
Here's the fun thing.
They have evidence of this at the FBI.
If they were so inclined, guys like Kash Patel, people like Dan Bongino sitting in there right now, who've talked about some of this corruption, who know these stories inside and out because they've been covering them the same way you and I have, they can walk out there and do something about this.
There are videos that were shown around the country to various members of the FBI.
And you know how government works.
If they put it on video, they also recorded it.
It goes into the archive.
They don't ever lose any of this stuff.
Storage is cheap.
And they were broadcast with Alvis Chan.
Specifically, I know he was talking to the CEO of Reddit, whose name I don't know off the top of my head, but was talking to the CEO of Reddit.
This is in a post-laptop era, but Biden administration.
This is when FBI whistleblowers were starting to come forward to weaponization.
And I had a whistleblower come to me and say, listen, here's the problem.
He stood in front.
of an entire audience locally and then also across the country which was videotaped and it was like available through the uh the secure net and he said Kind of a wink and a nod.
Like, we can't enforce your terms of service, but we certainly could call people out.
And if you wanted to block people, ban people, censor people because they violated your terms of service after we used the investigative resources of the FBI, the American federal government's going to lean on a private company and tell you who violated your terms of service, you know, you could always get rid of them.
And it was a wink and a nod, and everybody kind of chuckled and said, yeah, that's what we can do.
And that's what they actually did.
That's what the Twitter files proved.
That's what people on your team and others have actually experienced.
This is not like a...
This is like not a...
A victimless crime.
This is something that cost people their livelihood.
There was a lot of money.
And of course, an election was in play, which they're claiming, you know, it was the only thing.
There were a lot of things at play during that time.
But an FBI weighing in on any side, you know, didn't they, weren't they accused of rigging something that happened with Hillary Clinton as well?
They were all, like, everybody was up in arms about it.
I just think they thought it was going to go the other way when they sort of, like, let her go with it.
Dropping that, quote-unquote, by saying they weren't going to prosecute her was a big deal.
It could have gone just as likely the other way, where Americans were like, well, the FBI said that she's good, so she can be president.
benny johnson
Okay, so quickly, this gets to my point.
Like, they did it with Hillary Clinton, and nobody suffered any consequences.
Nobody went to prison, right?
Some people lost their jobs.
Maybe they like it better.
I don't know.
But, like, it didn't matter.
They all got CNN gigs.
They all got MSNBC gigs.
No one suffered.
And so why not run it again?
And they ran the exact same op with just different shades in 2020.
So what should happen, Kyle?
Like, if you were in charge of this, what would you advise?
What should happen to ensure that it doesn't happen again?
I don't have to do this show in 2028, brother!
kyle seraphin
Well, we're probably going to do it.
Let's be real, because that's just the nature.
The status quo is basically undefeated in this country right now.
But let's say what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Let's say mutually assured destruction was a pretty good situation.
It worked pretty well in the 80s.
We never went to nuclear war with Russia.
We never went with the USSR.
We lost one of the great cold warriors, Val Kilmer, a.k.a.
Iceman, right?
Just lost him overnight.
One of my favorite people of all time.
Reminds me.
Mutually assured destruction was if you attack me, then you get attacked in equal and opposite kind.
They went after Donald Trump with 18 U.S.C.
241.
Conspiracy against rights.
And that was supposedly because he defrauded the American people of their right to be able to elect the president and select.
And this was January 6th nonsense.
That's what they went with.
Conspiracy against rights.
It's very broad.
Conspiracy means it didn't even have to happen, by the way.
It just means that you planned for it to happen, and you had an executable plan, and so the discussion of that plan is enough.
Cash Patel, Dan Bongino, the director's advisory team, the folks that are working inside the bureau right now, have the ability to query these comms.
They can find the conspiracy.
Those are criminal charges under 18USC.
They could actually go after, and it's not the first time that somebody who's worked for the FBI has been indicted for criminal conspiracy or has done something criminal.
Generally speaking, the biggest reason to get removed from the FBI is when you embarrass the FBI.
And what is more embarrassing than weighing in on not one but two different presidential elections and having people run an op against the guy who's currently the sitting president?
And as you mentioned, 20% approval rating for the other team right now.
Democrats lean into the 20 when there's an 80-20 issue.
They go and find the fringe minority and they own it.
They wear it.
They put the skin on like it's their own.
Okay, fine.
You get to own that.
Let's go ahead and prosecute some people that have done some things wrong.
And then you can get all the people that were crying about defund the police and saying that the cops are the bad guys.
Okay, sure, there are some people that are bad.
I heard Kash Patel say, let good cops be good cops.
Do you know who was standing behind him when he had that press conference?
A bad cop.
benny johnson
A very bad cop.
kyle seraphin
The guy who actually was the special agent in charge in Richmond when they went out and published that radical traditionalist Catholics were potentially close to white supremacists and likely to be recruited by white supremacists to do God knows what.
The same guy that was the final straw on whether or not that got approved was standing behind him during the good cops discussion because that guy also got promoted.
And you know who hasn't been promoted?
Because he's still suspended forever is my friend Garrett O 'Boyle.
He's gone 30 plus months without a paycheck for telling people about real corruption like this and talking about, hey, here's the cases where FBI agents were investigating parents at school board meetings and these are the specific parents because when I released the first piece of it and I went to weaponization and said, look, they've introduced this threat tag and now the FBI is actually saying they're going to use counterterrorism resources on parents, that's pretty bad.
The question is, did they actually do it?
And Gerardo Boyle was part two.
He was the second punch in that, where he went to Jim Jordan's committee and said, not only did they release a threat tag saying they were going to do it, here's the actual parents' names whose rights were violated, and here's the people who were actually going to be the victims of that lie that the Attorney General was involved in.
You mentioned Merrick Garland earlier.
He was the source of all this, but all this stuff actually comes to a slightly lower level of corruption.
People like Lisa Monaco, people like Lee Loftus, who are the number twos sitting in the DOJ that actually run the DOJ historically.
Like, you know, the Attorney General is kind of a figurehead.
They give you, like, broad policy, but they're not actually managing specific offices.
And so a lot of this stuff got carried out by people who are legitimately what we call deep state.
They're administrative state.
They're people that have been there for 20 or 30 years.
They always get to retire.
They never end up going and paying for any of this stuff.
Their names are never publicized when the Office of General Counsel says, by the way, we had a finding of wrongdoing from three years ago, and these are all the things they did.
They did this, and they did this, and all this, and here's the case for it, and we've also sort of concluded that this is true based on the burden of proof that we have, but that person has retired, so we have no options.
We've referred it to FBI and DOJ, and DOJ has decided not to prosecute their own people because they work in the private sector.
The same lady who removed me, she works for General Electric.
She has a job in aviation as a chief security person.
And she removed a bunch of Christians specifically for saying they didn't want to get the vaccine shots.
And so we have a sincerely held belief against this.
And she said, well, we're going to pull your security clearance because you are not loyal to our regime.
And you have some personal guidelines because we don't agree with the way you think.
They did a straight up purge in the FBI.
You heard Jim Jordan say this for the last couple of years.
That's not fake talk.
That's not just like someone being hyperbolic because they're in Congress and running for office.
They legitimately purged dissent.
So there were two types of people.
The people who said, I don't think this is right and I'm going to highlight myself, you get removed.
And the people who saw those people get removed and go, man, I still got a paycheck and the stuff I'm doing is not directly doing any criminality.
I'm going to keep doing my job and shut my mouth.
And so people have learned the exact wrong lesson.
And unless we have accountability, where some people pay and some people are made whole, which is a really big thing.
If some people are not made whole and corrected, I actually got Schellenberger yesterday with my April Fool's tweet.
I posted that Garrett O 'Boyle and Steve Friend were reinstated with full back pay and benefits and they've been promoted.
And I got Miranda Devine.
We got Alan Fuhr at the New York Times.
So it goes to both sides, both in New York.
We had Schellenberger, Project Veritas, various other people going like, yeah, congratulations.
And it's like, yeah, that was a joke because it's April Fool's.
That should have totally happened.
That's why it was plausible.
That tells you exactly where America's at right now.
The wrong people got promoted.
The right people are still waiting for justice.
We can't have that.
benny johnson
I'll tell you.
We will clip this.
We will tweet it.
We will tag cash.
And we will send it, man.
kyle seraphin
I've already press tested it for them.
You know what I mean?
benny johnson
It's amazing.
There's a feedback loop now that is getting really tight.
And it's important.
And it really does come from the people who are victims here.
And I would never classify myself as a victim, but Kyle, like, if there are people who have been victimized by this, and this goblin straight up, like, tried to take us offline, tried to destroy our show and my company.
And this was the intended result, was to demonetize and then deplatform.
And so this is an existential threat to me, my family, the people who work for me, who are my family, who work with me.
So yeah, like a dog with a bone, man.
We're going in.
Kyle, we gotta jump, dude.
You're the man.
Thank you so much for always shedding so much institutional light on everything.
And also for bringing up Val Kilmer, who is a legend and who is the Iceman.
And yeah, it's sad to see it, man.
It's sad to see him go.
I mean, he only had 10 minutes of screen time in Top Gun.
He's the most memorable.
Give me another Top Gun.
No, I don't want to see the Batman one.
kyle seraphin
No, show me the bite.
benny johnson
There you go.
Thank you.
kyle seraphin
There it is.
The bite.
The chomp.
The gum chomp.
benny johnson
That's exactly right.
That's exactly right.
Taking a bite out of crime.
Kyle Serafin.
Everybody go follow Kyle.
And obviously, he's an excellent source of information on this.
200,000 people already follow.
Kyle Serafin.
Get in there.
Truly brave man.
Thank you, Kyle.
kyle seraphin
Thanks, Benny.
unidentified
Bye.
Like, I can't.
benny johnson
I'm going to talk with Secretary Scott Turner right now, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
The guy seems like an incredible dude.
I've never met him.
He seems like a great guy.
He's really rocking in Washington, D.C., making huge changes inside of maybe one of the most entrenched bureaucracies in Washington.
He's got a tough job.
But I'm going to ask him a tough question off the top.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
Secretary Turner, it's an honor to have you on the show.
I do got a tough one for you.
What is your favorite Val Kilmer movie role?
unidentified
Top Gun.
benny johnson
Yeah.
You passed.
You passed, there's the bite.
There you go, there's the bite.
unidentified
There it is right there.
benny johnson
My production team pulled up him as Batman, which I think is like, you can put it up, pop it up.
It's fine, right?
It's fine.
He's not the worst Batman.
unidentified
Yeah, no, that's not a tough guy look.
benny johnson
Yeah, he's not the best Batman.
He's got the bat nipples.
And I've always had a problem with that.
I always had a problem with the bat nipples.
Not where I was planning on going with this.
Just wanted to maybe give you the first time ever that you talk about Batman costumes as a first off question.
unidentified
Great to be with you, Banny.
benny johnson
It's great to be with you.
You're doing incredibly important work.
And I want to pop up this post yesterday that went thermonuclear viral.
Actually, from March 26, where you terminated the mortgages for illegal aliens that HUD was running via Biden's taxpayer FHA plans.
First off, hold on.
How is this even legal?
And I didn't even know that this was happening.
What an insane policy.
unidentified
Yes.
Well, and Benny, it's so good to be with you.
You know, we have taken two very distinct actions into this one that you alluded to with the FHA-backed mortgages.
We want to ensure that American taxpayer dollars are going to American citizens.
And so no longer can illegal aliens receive FHA-backed mortgages.
And we want to make it very clear because in the Biden administration, they prioritized illegal aliens over American citizens.
And the second action that we took was with Secretary Noem at DHS to make sure that any HUD-funded housing.
Which is backed by and paid for by American taxpayer dollars is only for American people.
And so illegal aliens that are here in our country will no longer be able to live in HUD funded housing, HUD backed housing.
Ben, you know, surprisingly to some people may not be to others, but we have nine million people living in government subsidized housing in America.
Fifty nine percent.
Of illegal alien families take at least one part or more of welfare programs in our country, which costs us $42 billion a year.
And so as President Trump, Secretary Noem and others have done a tremendous job in securing the border.
We want to make sure that we turn off the spigot.
So those that are here in our country illegally, we want to make sure that the resources...
Of American taxpayers that we protect those resources and they are used for American citizens and American citizens only.
benny johnson
I just again, I guess I hate to ask a question again, but how is it even how is it legal?
I don't understand you.
Your department is funded by the American taxpayer and that money was being laundered to criminal aliens and in order to.
Give them housing when most Americans, you know, we have a young company here.
There's a lot of young staffers that are in their 20s that want housing.
They're desperate for housing.
It's too expensive.
It's so hard.
The mortgage and interest rates are so high.
And yet they're able to look across the street from their apartment and see a criminal alien getting government subsidized housing.
What a prima facie insult.
unidentified
Absolutely.
It is an insult in the face of the American people.
And so that's why we're working very hard with President Trump under his leadership with the White House interagency to make sure that we are prioritizing American citizens.
And if you think about it, even at HUD, we only serve one out of four eligible, those that are in need as it pertains to getting HUD-funded housing.
We're only serving one out of four, and we should be serving four out of four.
And as you alluded to, those that work on your team and other young Americans are wondering, how can I?
Uh, afford a house either now or in the days to come.
And so we have to prioritize Americans and that's what we're doing, uh, here at HUD and in the administration.
benny johnson
A bit of a passion project for me, uh, Mr. Secretary, but, uh, I, I do want to drill down on that.
So many young people are being robbed of their chance to start the American dream.
You can't start the, you ain't no man if you don't got land, right?
My grandfather used to say, and it's, it's something important, right?
Like if you have dirt under your feet.
That you own, and it's a home that you own.
You're more tied into the society.
It's less transient.
You have more soil that you wish to fight for.
I know that this is certainly the case for me, and I think it's the case for everybody who owns their first home.
That's why buying a home is such an important part of getting your life started.
What are you doing to make that more accessible for young people?
unidentified
Yes, sir.
You're exactly right.
We do have a housing affordability.
Crisis going on in our country.
Illegal immigration, as we've talked about, is a big part of that.
The regulatory environment in our country, which is truly burdensome, is a big part of that.
And so we are very focused at HUD when it comes to creating more.
And a big part of that, Benny, is the regulatory environment, taking down federal regulations, taking down local and state regulations to allow the ingenuity and the creativity and the innovativeness of American people to come alive, even as it pertains to building affordable workforce housing.
And so I would say to your listeners and those that are in this generation questioning, how am I going to be able to do this?
I would say, you know what?
Stay tuned, keep working hard, stay faithful, and stay with us because we're working every day very deliberately to work with private sector, non-profits, and others to make sure that we can increase the housing supply, bring the cost down, and create more housing for the American people.
benny johnson
So you posted recently you and RFK Jr., and you said you're going to be working to make housing healthy again.
Wanted to expand on this.
Obviously, you as a former athlete.
RFK, who's in his 70s, who can do more chin-ups than me.
It seems like a good pairing.
How are you going to make housing more healthy again?
unidentified
Well, you know, RFK, he's extremely focused on making America overall healthy again as it pertains to our food supply and getting processed foods out and getting dyes out.
And he's very well versed in this, as you know.
But when you talk about the neighborhoods or the communities in our country, In particular, the urban neighborhoods, rural neighborhoods, tribal neighborhoods, in these neighborhoods oftentimes being in their food deserts, their health deserts.
And so Secretary Kennedy and I and our teams were talking yesterday, how do we make these communities healthy?
And when you talk about building affordable housing, workforce housing...
He was saying, you know, we need to build even community gardens to get people out and to learn how to garden, to learn how to make and produce their own food, get kids involved, get every generation involved.
Now, you know, back in the day, historically, in housing projects, there was lead in the paint that was in public-funded housing.
There was environmental issues.
Many of those, some are still left today, but now the new construction is not just...
Making it healthy on the inside, but also on the outside.
And so we're collaborating together when it comes to physical fitness.
How do we get the kids out, you know, to collaborate with their peers and their friends to exercise from an education standpoint, fitness standpoint, even being from a spiritual standpoint, from a familial, a family standpoint.
And so we talk about making housing healthy again.
It's included in all of those aspects.
benny johnson
That's wonderful, Mr. Secretary.
I lived next to a bunch of government housing in Washington, D.C. When I was in D.C., I could, you know, this was a rough neighborhood, but there was a little football field.
I coached the six-year-olds in that football field, and it was so important to have just the ability to run around and knock heads and to get some activity.
It was like the best part of those kids' days.
And I just couldn't agree with you more, man.
unidentified
Absolutely.
You know, kids today, they have so many distractions, as you know.
They have video games.
They have their phones.
These, you know, cell phones to me are one of the worst things in this generation, in particular for our young kids.
Kids don't go outside to play anymore to go run in the grass.
If you just, back in the day, you throw a ball in the grass or put a couple of balls, man, we used to make up games, you know, throw the ball in the air and whoever catches it, you know, tackle them.
And so we want to really encourage young people.
To get back to being physically fit.
And it also helps you from a mental standpoint.
Kids that exercise, kids that are involved in sports, kids that are involved in team activities and exercise particularly, they do greater in school.
Their behavior is better when they exercise and involved in fitness.
And so those things are many more common when we talk about making our communities and our housing healthy.
benny johnson
The man knows what he's talking about.
He has an image of him during his playing days at the Broncos and at the Redskins, is it, as well?
Chargers, Bills, Broncos.
I'm sorry, did I dead name the Redskins?
I apologize there.
unidentified
I love it.
No, the Redskins, that's what I call them.
That's who I played for.
benny johnson
That's right.
I'm sure you seem like a guy who gets very easily offended.
Is this it?
Yeah, there we go, right?
unidentified
There you go.
benny johnson
You might be able to do more chin-ups than RFK.
unidentified
I think I can get him.
I haven't challenged him yet, but I think I'm going to.
benny johnson
I see you guys arm wrestle.
The news of the day, Mr. Secretary, is about tariffs, and this is Liberation Day for America.
The tariffs seem to already be having an effect where other countries, India and Canada, namely, but I expect Mexico and China in the coming hours, to say we give up, and the tariffs are having great effect now.
Canada has said...
No more tariffs on America if you guys take tariffs off us.
That seems like a W. How does this affect what you're doing?
And how is the administration approaching this?
unidentified
Well, you know, President Trump is a tremendous leader.
And anyone who is surprised by this hasn't really been paying attention.
You know, in the first administration, tariffs were successful.
When it pertains to steel and aluminum, President Trump campaigned on tariffs.
He talks about it every day.
He is an America first president.
He's an America first patriot.
His number one and only priority is the American people.
And so when you talk about trade, we want fair trade globally.
And you talk about Liberation Day to be set free from the grasp or the hold of others.
No longer can other global economies or foreign adversaries.
Take hold of us and hold us captive when it comes to trade.
And so I would say those that are surprised haven't been paying attention.
But the process that we're going through, Benny, is a process that I believe is necessary because over the last four years, America has become stagnant.
America has become complacent.
Status quo crippled America.
And so when you go through transition, like we're going through right now, Benny, we're going through an economic transition time.
But transition is not comfortable.
When you're not comfortable, then you're growing.
If you're growing, you're winning.
I remember when I was in the NFL in training camp.
Training camp was hard.
It was never comfortable.
It was never fun.
It hurt.
It was painful.
There was always change.
You literally were transitioning every day.
You didn't know if you would have a job the next day.
You didn't know if your teammate would be there the next day.
And that was not a comfortable situation.
But for the team as a whole, the end goal was to win the championship.
And President Trump is a championship president.
And America is the number one champion in the world.
But we have not been living that way.
We have not been trained in that way in the last four years, but that day is over.
And I'm part of be glad of this process because I know even during the pain that growth is coming, even during the hardship that we're becoming stronger.
And the people around the country, people around the world have been putting on notice that America is not only back, but America is very serious about handling our business the way we've been called to handle and taking care of our people, not just for now, but for the posterity of our nation.
benny johnson
Hey man, preach.
That's music to my ears.
That's exactly how you grow.
That is exactly how you save a government that's gone so sideways.
People don't like what you're doing.
I did want to ask you really quickly about that hack of the video screens at HUD.
Did you ever find the person who did that?
Are they fired?
unidentified
Yeah, it's an ongoing investigation, but we responded.
We have a tremendous team here at HUD, Benny.
And we do not play games when it comes to protecting this agency, protecting the American people, and protecting the mission that we've been called to.
And so we are handling that in the appropriate manner.
And those who did it will be handled in the way that they should be.
But those things will not be tolerated here at HUD, not under my leadership, not under our team, because our number one job here is to serve the most vulnerable people of this country.
So we don't have time for games.
We don't have time for things that are not filled with integrity.
Transparency and honesty.
And so, yes, sir, we are handling that the way we should.
benny johnson
Good.
Well, I hope they do a block and tackle drill with you.
In closing, we had to do it.
We had our team pull something from the archives.
It's the only available video of President Trump on a football field throwing a football.
And I wanted to get your opinion of this since you are an expert.
This was Patriot Field in Buffalo in 1992.
President Trump gets one shot to send a football through a small hole in a tarp, and he got it.
And I just want to get maybe your play-by-play on this.
unidentified
You know, I like the way he approached it.
He's relaxed.
He's having fun.
You know, he's very confident.
Even the way he holds the ball in the spiral, you know, was tremendous.
So when I see him, I'm going to let him know, hey, I saw that pass you through, and I think he did a great job.
benny johnson
Oh, man.
We don't want you to leave.
We need you at HUD, but you'd be a great sports commentator.
Thank you, brother.
Sir, it's an honor to have you on the program.
Everybody go follow Scott Turner.
He's somebody who's really rocking and rolling.
He's got 115,000 Americans already.
That makes him the most popular HUD secretary in history, let me tell you.
And he's somebody who's really fighting for us.
And it's great to have fighters on our side.
Godspeed, Mr. Secretary.
unidentified
Thank you, Ben.
I appreciate you, brothers.
Thank you.
Thank you.
benny johnson
you you Man, we're rock and rolling today.
There's so much.
There's so much that we still have to cover.
Jeez, how do we do it?
Our blackout coffee.
Here it is.
There it is.
It's getting hot now.
It's a little hot.
unidentified
A little hot.
benny johnson
Sun coming up, right?
Getting hot.
So I got the old iced blackout coffee.
Blackout coffee, ladies and gentlemen.
Keeping us locked in.
Working hard.
Energized.
Ready to grind.
Ready to rise and grind.
Message I send to the client literally every morning.
At 6 a.m.
Here we go!
That's right.
Getting our workouts in.
We are proud to be drinking blackout coffee.
Blackout coffee keeps us going.
We head up to Washington, D.C. tomorrow to go chill with Steve Bannon, Miranda Devine, somebody who was censored by Elvis Chan.
Scumbag.
It's, uh...
Great to know that I have a pack of blackout coffee in my bag when I travel so I can have it.
Crack it open on the road all the time.
Premium, small batch roasted coffee made right here in America, right here in Florida, not too far from where we do the show.
When you drink blackout coffee, you're not just getting the best coffee out there.
You're supporting a company that stands for you.
If you believe in hard work and American values and coffee that actually tastes like coffee and not like burnt slop made by dirty communists, go to blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny.
Use the code Benny for 20% off your first order.
Support the American dream.
Drink blackout coffee.
Be awake, not woke.
Blackoutcoffee.com slash Benny.
Stop settling and start drinking some real coffee.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, where do we even go from here?
Donald Trump is meeting with Mark Zuckerberg right now, apparently.
So that's interesting.
We'll be with Miranda Devine tomorrow.
And here she is in this Devine tweet that we were talking about earlier.
Yeah.
So Mike Murrell, former acting CIA director, John Brennan, asking him to sign the dirty 51 letter falsely claiming Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation to give the Biden campaign something to talk about to push back on Trump.
So, about an hour ago in the show, we played you the video of Joe Biden doing exactly that.
Using that dirty letter and the censorship surrounding this issue in order to shut down the conversation of his son's laptop.
I think there's one final thing that I just want, that I just gotta play.
I just gotta play.
Because I want you to understand that Joe Biden didn't pardon himself.
Joe Biden is not somebody who is immune to being charged in these crimes.
That Joe Biden is someone who could really send a message by scalping Biden, metaphorically, legally.
You could really send a message.
They said that they should charge him.
At the DOJ, but that he'd be too mentally incompetent.
Well, you know, that ain't your choice now, right?
There's a phone call that was recorded.
unidentified
It was not supposed to be recorded, but it was recorded.
benny johnson
Of Joe Biden speaking to the leader of Ukraine at the very last hours of Joe Biden's vice presidency when they were leaving office knowing that Trump was coming in.
Joe Biden, in this phone call, It's talking about a man named Kolomoisky.
Kolomoisky is a oligarch in Ukraine who runs a massive bank called the Privat Bank.
This is the bank that was doing all the wires to Joe Biden and his family.
This is the bank that was doing all of the funding of the Joe Biden crime family.
They needed to get that bank shut down quickly before Trump came to office and learned everything.
And it's all on tape!
It's all on tape!
This call alone is enough to get Joe Biden charged.
Quick, you've got to shut down this bank that's been paying me and my sleazebag family.
You better do it before Trump finds us out.
I just want to establish, and we had to rush to the senator and rush to our whistleblowers, rush to the secretary.
I want to establish, I don't care as much.
I do care on a moral level.
I don't care as much about Hunter Biden pornos and coke parties.
I don't.
I care about bringing down the regimes that sell out America like the brass on the Titanic.
I care about destroying them.
And that's what's on the laptop that I actually want to sink my teeth into.
You can have Hunter Biden, okay?
It's Joe Biden.
And here he is on the phone.
Why has nobody ever played you this?
You know the answer to that question.
joe biden
Let me ask you one thing before I forget.
unidentified
Pravatt Bank.
joe biden
I understand the governor of the bank is tentative about setting a date certain for the transition to take place.
And I'm being told secondhand that I don't know if this is her position for sure.
That she is unsure of a date until she gets an agreement from you.
Here's what I've told them.
I've told them to get back to her and set a date, and I would talk to you about the date.
Because this is getting very, very close.
What I don't want to have happen, I don't want Trump to get in a position where he thinks he's about to buy onto a policy where the financial system is going to collapse.
And he's going to be looked to to pour more money into Ukraine.
That's how he'll think about it before he gets sophisticated enough to know the detail.
So anything you can do to push the Privat Bank to closure so that the IMF loan comes forward, I would respectfully suggest is critically important.
To your economic as well as physical security.
I know it's difficult.
I know Kolomorski is a pain in the ass and a problem for everybody.
But it really is critical that you guys figure this one out.
And you've been good.
You've publicly spoken out as I've asked you to do.
benny johnson
You've done that.
Scumbags.
I wonder who was recording them.
I wonder who released that, right?
Yeah.
President Trump celebrating big wins in Wisconsin.
Voter ID amendments.
Big win for Republicans and workers.
This is really important.
I mean, again, don't listen to the doomers.
I'm so done with doomers.
I'm so sick of these people.
Oh, the sky's falling.
Oh, everything's collapsing.
Shut up!
How about you get to work?
How about you build something?
How about you create something?
Instead of, like, whining and bitching all the time.
We, like, I freaking love, like, I just shout out to the chat.
Hearts to the chat.
Could put some chats up on screen.
We love you.
We thank you for showing up for us.
We do our hardest to build here and to book incredible guests and to go and to hustle.
So big hearts out to the chat.
We freaking love the chat.
And we, you know, this is us.
This is us building.
This is what we can do.
We're going to go, like, this weekend, we're going to go to, like, a Tesla protest and, like, troll them with a Cybertruck.
And Byron Donald's going to ride with us.
It's going to be awesome.
Like, this is us.
We're going to roll, all right?
We're going to be at the DOJ tomorrow, like, fighting censorship with Steve Bannon.
It's going to be awesome!
This is us, like, we freaking love you, and this is us building for you, right?
Building to try and help.
Everybody crying and whining because some Supreme Court justice...
That had, like, a 90% chance of winning, just based on all of the headwinds, that that, like, did go?
But then we won everything else?
No, I'm done, man.
I'm done with it, you know?
I'm like, I'm done.
And so we love you.
You know you're the man.
Thank you, Paul.
We freaking love the chat.
We love you all.
And we are doing everything.
What up, SRG505?
Let's freaking go, Turtle.
Turtle?
There better not be a Mitch McConnell after...
Yeah, I just saw Turtle on there.
It better not be a Mitch McConnell stand account.
Is that Mitch McConnell?
Is Mitch McConnell watching this?
He laid up in the hospital somewhere?
unidentified
I love the NHL!
benny johnson
Happy Wednesday, Patriots.
That's exactly right.
Freaking nothing but hearts.
Nothing but hearts out to the chat.
Nothing but hearts out to the chat.
You won't find another team that works and grinds harder for you here in the golden era.
So, we're...
I mean, there's a lot of news.
There's some JFK stuff.
Elon Musk was at the...
Elon Musk was at the CIA yesterday.
Do we not?
Do we not?
We have to.
We have to.
You've got to see this photo of Elon Musk at the CIA.
It's freaking awesome.
He was on Fox News.
Elon Musk was on Fox News saying, we know exactly who's behind these terrorist attacks.
So get ready.
We're coming for you.
And that would be a very scary thing for Elon Musk to say.
I think we're in for some big, exciting times here.
Here's Elon yesterday.
unidentified
Yes, it is remarkable that there is so much violence.
You know, people have burnt cars.
They've fired bullets into dealerships.
They've scratched swastegas into Teslas.
There's some people that have...
They're just going about their lives.
They've done nothing wrong.
And Tesla's done nothing wrong as a company.
And so I find it ironic and incredibly hypocritical that the same Democrat politicians who would...
If you want to throw someone in prison for 20 years simply for watching things at January 6th, but not actually doing any violence, you don't hear a single word from them about the actual violence happening against Tesla.
What incredible hypocrites they are.
It's outrageous.
I mean, really, this is fundamentally a case of terrorism.
Domestic terrorism with the purpose of intimidation.
And it's harming innocent people.
It's really terrible.
And I think what we actually have to get to are the people who are organizing and paying for these attacks and protests.
That's who we really need to go after.
Because the people who are actually throwing the Molotov cocktails, they are the foot soldiers.
But we need to go after the generals.
And we're going to do so.
The president has made it very clear that we're going to go after those that are paying and organizing these violent attacks.
And Attorney General Obandi has said the same thing.
I believe that that is exactly what will happen.
Do you know who they are?
We're coming for them.
Do you know who those generals are?
benny johnson
We're coming for them.
And then as soon as Elon says that, he posts this.
See Elon Musk at the CIA.
Freaking awesome.
Okay, let's punch in on the first one.
Here's Elon at the Central Intelligence Agency.
This is John Ratcliffe.
There, he's the director of the CIA.
Standing there in that famous little corridor that's in so many Hollywood movies and TV shows.
And then here he is underneath this kick-ass spy plane.
That's cool.
Why don't we get to go to CIA?
Can we go to CIA?
Kara, can we go to CIA?
Kara's our awesome booker.
She's an unsung hero of the entire show.
Kara, can we go to the CIA, please?
Can you book that for us?
I want to go to the CIA!
I want to go to the CIA!
I want to go to some super chats.
We're going to make a stinger.
We're going to make a stinger about super chats.
We're going to do super chats every single show.
We're going to do super chats every single show.
Here we go.
Your Barmy.
Your Barmy.
Your B-Army.
Wisconsin's garbage.
Well, our graphic designer Jamie lives in Wisconsin, so she's not garbage.
So I'm going to stand for Jamie.
unidentified
Okay?
benny johnson
But we were in Milwaukee, and I can tell you there are some garbage places in Wisconsin.
I can tell you some people, yeah.
But these people aren't garbage here.
Look at this.
Look at this beautiful map of the state.
Map of the state.
Look at that.
Entire state voted for voter ID.
60-30.
So that's good, right?
Okay, here we go.
Josh Monroe, in a message to Elon, says, I don't think it'll happen, but people might try it in short.
Tesla stock?
He's going to buy more if that happens.
It's money that I'm willing to lose.
That's exactly right.
And we're giving away a Tesla.
Just FYI.
Giving away a Tesla.
And it's not a promotion.
Nobody's paying us to do this.
It's not like an ad, right?
We're just going to...
God has made the show where we can do...
You know, we can hire people.
We can do large format things for the people that support us.
And we can support Elon in the same way.
So we're going to give away a Tesla.
Go to benjohnson.com right now to enter.
All you got to do is subscribe.
All you got to do is subscribe.
Isaac Vanderbilt.
Vanderbilt, are you related to Anderson Cooper?
When did they mail in ballots?
Was the real rig.
When they did mail in ballots with the real rig, you're exactly right.
Correct?
Isaac Vanderbilt, you smart man.
They're a smart family.
But yeah, you're exactly right.
Jamie, is mail-in ballots legal in Wisconsin?
Please tell me, what are the laws for mail-in ballots in Wisconsin?
Something that I don't have off the top of the dome.
Does everybody get a mail-in ballot in Wisconsin?
God, I hope not.
Goodness, I hope not.
But, I mean, we know that elections have been rigged in Wisconsin.
The Senate election was rigged, for instance.
But yeah, you're exactly right.
They lied about Hitler being killed.
I wonder what they lied about.
What else they lied about in history?
So Manishet here is talking about how Argentina is going to be releasing new documents on the Nazis that moved there in an operation called Operation Paperclip and the Rat Lines.
These are lines of travel where Nazis went to Argentina by the tens of thousands, actually, after the war.
And this is well documented.
And there's just, well, no physical evidence that Hitler died in Berlin in 1945.
Whatever you think about that, there just isn't, okay?
There's just zero.
The Soviets said they found a skull fragment.
It's a skull fragment of a 40-year-old woman.
DNA test show.
So it's all a lie.
It's been a lie.
It's always been a lie.
So what happened?
I don't know.
I guess there's a possibility and they never found the body.
It's also a possibility they escaped.
So who knows?
Who knows?
But with Argentina releasing the documents, we'll see.
If conservatives lose Canada, I will be blackpilled.
Don't.
I'm not your buddy, Guy.
Don't be blackpilled.
Don't.
We're going to win.
Pierre Polyev has great polling numbers.
We should get him on the show.
Cara, get him on the show.
Cara's awesome.
Cara's our booker.
You'll hear me shout out, Cara.
Give me a shout-out here.
Come on, Pierre Paulyou.
Okay.
Had a client come in yesterday for tax prep, didn't even have a Social Security, and 1099 literally tried to blame Elon in my MAGA-filled office.
Oh, no.
So S. Joe, I think, must do tax preparation, I guess?
And so didn't have a Social Security number?
Is this a criminal alien?
My goodness.
I hope you didn't do the taxes, but, you know, everyone's got a job to do.
Elise, Elise777 says, Welcome to the Dash, 45. The Dash always means something.
Didn't he tell us?
He has it all.
We have it all.
I suggest purchasing smelling salts.
Okay.
I love that.
You're right.
The Dash, that's all that matters, right?
Your life, it'll say the dates on your tombstone and what happens in the Dash between the day you're born and the day you die.
That's your life.
How are you remembered?
Most people are not remembered for the amount of money in your bank account.
Most people are like, nobody scrawls the number in their dying bank account on their tombstone.
No, you're remembered by the way you treat your family.
Talk to billionaires.
I actually spoke with a couple billionaires the other night here in Tampa.
Tampa's a big Republican fundraiser area.
It's not like I'm a billionaire.
I'm not.
Even close?
Or never will be?
Okay.
But we're proud of the little business we're building here.
Anyway, it gets us in the room with people during Republican fundraisers.
And it's amazing talking to these guys.
You talk to these guys and you ask them like, you know, they're older guys.
You're like, you know, what are you most proud of?
To a man.
They're the most proud of their adult children wanting to spend time with them.
They don't say their yacht.
They don't say their plane.
They don't say the business they sold in the 80s.
They say they're proud of their kids wanting to spend time with them.
So, like, lock that in.
These guys were, like, in their 80s, right?
So that's what they're going to take with them to the grave.
So, just from the most successful members of society, that's, you know, on down, right?
To us plebs.
Us hoi polloi, as they say.
These are the things that matter.
Ask Donald Brazil to vaporize yourself in the name of Seth Rich.
There's Elise 777 back at it.
Yeah.
Very interesting.
Very interesting.
Seth Rich, I think, will come...
The Seth Rich case, I think, will come roaring back the more that we learn about this.
Here's a reality about the forensics of the DNC leak.
The reality is that the absolute forensic accounting of that is it was not an outside hack.
It was an internal hard drive that got all the information.
That's a matter of forensic realities.
It wasn't the Russians hacking the emails.
That was always a lie.
So, who did it?
And then who tried to cover it up?
Imprisoned the whole Biden family.
None of them, their buddies, have legitimately been pardoned.
You now have a new list.
Use it.
Well, that's exactly right, Manishet.
Manishet.
There is a huge legal challenge.
We've had legal scholars on the show.
That say, wait a second, you can't pardon somebody who hasn't been charged with crime.
You can't just do that.
If that's the rule, then every president will pardon every person in his entire Rolodex till kingdom come.
I'll just pardon my whole family.
Why wouldn't I, if I'm president, I have four kids and a wife, why wouldn't I pardon all of them plus every employee at this company?
Why wouldn't I just pardon all of them for everything they've ever done?
Like, why not?
What a nice gift to give to somebody, just in case they effed up back in the day, right?
They filed the taxes wrong, whatever.
Like, what a ridiculous precedent that we were setting.
So, yeah, you're right.
It's not legally viable.
It shouldn't stand.
Benny, you should do a show with Officer Tatum.
The two of you would be a dope stream.
10, 20-minute segment.
Keep fighting.
Done.
I have Kara sitting right here in the chat, and Kara will get us Brandon Tatum.
Brandon Tatum's a total homie.
I'm a big fan of Brandon Tatum.
I know this guy.
This guy rules.
We haven't done a show together.
I have no idea why.
I'm a fan of Brandon Tatum.
I like him.
A lot.
So we'll find a segment where, you know, it's Law& Order.
Cops.
He was a cop, right?
He's just a great dude.
Got great instincts.
We'll do a show with Brandon Tatum.
Thank you, Lucas.
Thank you, Lucas.
This is a, like, really smart idea.
unidentified
Okay.
benny johnson
Here's Elise777.
Back at it again.
Relax.
My dad is a television repairman.
Oh, I can fix it.
You can't fix the car.
All right.
Well, I'm not sure I understand that one, but here we go.
All right.
Here we go.
And Lady Trucker!
What's up, Lady Trucker?
Good morning, Benny Brigade.
President Trump must separate from the blue states or defund the rogue judges ASAP.
Fire the FBI agents who were impersonating as MAGA patriots on January 6th.
Ooh, that's a matter of fact.
We have that clip.
We have the footage of the guys LARPing.
The FBI agents LARPing as MAGA supporters who raided the Mar-a-Lago residents.
You're exactly right.
Lady Trucker, we will be at the DOJ tomorrow.
We will be meeting.
I can't tell you the names.
We'll be meeting with people who have the power to fire these agents, and we will ask for you.
We will ask for you, and we'll get it on camera.
We'll flip it around.
We did a little interview with General Flynn when we were back, when we were out there the last time.
And we will ask this for you in your honor, Lady Trucker.
Why not fire all the agents that were there on January 6th?
I think they have done a lot of that, though.
A lot of that.
Thank you for the question.
Here's CR.
If Kamala won, this would happen even worse.
No free speech.
You're exactly right.
The whole point.
The whole point was to shut us all down.
Mike Benz is excellent on this.
I would say if we wanted to do like seven hours straight.
So I ask a question.
You just got Mike Benz.
Here's how you interview Mike Benz.
You ask a question for 30 seconds.
20 seconds.
21 seconds.
And then you sit silently for the next hour.
It's actually fascinating.
I like to get to kind of sit back.
That's great.
unidentified
Okay, here we go.
benny johnson
The original dudette just sending in.
Just sending in.
Thank you, original dudette.
Chan conducts himself more like a CCP officer.
Yeah, well, I mean, this is how CCP operates.
CCP ran secret police stations.
They've been closing them because Trump's been going after them.
They ran, like, secret police stations for any Chinese-American who criticized China here in America.
So they'd haul you down to their secret Chinese police station on sovereign American soil.
Yo!
Klein, you don't know this, but Klein Wong, Klein Wong, his last name is Wong, and, uh, half Chinese?
Half Chinese and Portuguese.
Okay.
So...
Something that ALX and I didn't do when we were hiring Klein is check to see if he's a secret CCP police officer.
So thank you, intellectual iconoclasm, for your question here because we don't know if Klein is a secret CCP officer.
He could be.
He could be.
He'll have to answer.
He'll have to answer.
I'm adding Klein to the stage.
Here's Klein laughing.
This is Kline laughing.
We have a problem with the redundancy of the mic, so I'm not sure.
Kline, can you answer on the record?
I'll mute myself.
Can you answer on the record?
Are you a secret Chinese police officer?
unidentified
I'm not a secret Chinese police officer, and I have criticisms of the CCP.
benny johnson
Sounds like something a Chinese agent would say.
Sounds like your training has come in handy.
unidentified
Ah, and Shaolin Temple.
benny johnson
Klein does.
Klein, yeah, nobody in the chat, nobody in the team believes Klein.
Do you believe Klein?
Klein, let us know, chat.
Okay, all right.
Here we go.
Don't trust Zuck.
Manus Het says, yes, I totally agree with you.
Same OG.
Let's just do two more here.
All right, ladies and gentlemen.
Because I wanted to sort of run us up to it's 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
I would like to do more of this.
Like, let me know.
The chat's telling me we should do super chats more.
We're going to make a whole stinger.
This will be like a whole thing.
And we'll read chats.
Because we love the chat.
It's just me.
Or are we weeding out all the CCP activists who have infiltrated our country's ideologies?
Not a coincidence here.
You're exactly right.
Yes.
It does seem like that.
Some of the first arrests.
Can you grab me this, producers?
More arrests.
unidentified
More.
benny johnson
M-O-R arrests.
More arrests!
Can you grab me this?
One of the first arrests of Kash Patel was some communist agent who was giving secret information.
He was in the military, and he was giving secret information back to communist China to the point of same OG just made here.
They did it.
We have the news articles to prove it.
There's a member of the American...
Military.
He's a member of the armed services.
And he was giving secret information to China.
So the answer to your question, yes.
A lot of Chinese communists are being rooted out.
But we need to root out a lot more.
Including maybe in our studio.
We don't know.
We don't know.
Freaking love Klein.
All right.
Intellectual iconoclast.
There it is.
unidentified
All right.
benny johnson
We can just pop that up.
We need a rule of change in Congress.
All debates and discussion of the floor committee must be oath sworn.
What happens to our country?
What happens to our country is we do it.
So saying that you must swear an oath that you're telling the truth for the Congress.
Well, no one would ever speak again.
No one would ever speak again.
And Lady Trucker, back in action!
Lady Trucker, President Trump, separate from the blue states, strip Pelosi.
Please don't strip Pelosi.
Whatever you do.
I'm begging you, don't strip Pelosi.
Okay, moving on.
Strip Pelosi for security clearance!
Oh, got it, okay.
And Schumer!
And maybe just declare martial law and shut down the demon rats!
Blah!
Sorry, I'm so sick and outraged.
Well, yes.
So are we, Lady Trucker, and thank you for fighting with us.
Thank you for fighting with us.
These people didn't want us to have a show.
Here, by the way, is active duty.
Former army soldiers arrested for theft of government property and bribery scheme in order to sell this information back to China.
You can go ahead and read here on the DOJ website.
Elvis Chan is with the FBI still.
Elvis is working for Microsoft.
How is this possible?
Let's get rid of the security clearance.
Let's get him out.
Exactly right, lady trucker.
I cannot...
I cannot agree with you more.
And R.I.P.
Val Kilmer.
That's the last one today.
R.I.P.
Val Kilmer, ladies and gentlemen.
Freaking legend.
Your favorite Val Kilmer?
Klein?
I'm your Huckleberry.
Right?
Like, yeah?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I'm your Huckleberry.
It's got to be me.
Yep.
For me, it's...
Sorry, guys.
I gotta switch my brain.
What's the character name in Tombstone that Val Kilmer played?
Doc Holliday.
Thank you.
My apologies there.
Sometimes you just...
Sometimes you just gotta...
There it is.
Okay, Doc Holliday.
My favorite Val Kilmer role, for sure.
Hugs from Chile!
Keep fighting, brother!
You guys, USA back and stronger.
We love you.
You can put Doc Holliday up.
That's right.
Nobody in Chile is offended by Doc Holliday.
Especially not Violeto!
Cool, man.
Sweet!
We love you and hugs from Chile.
That's awesome, man.
I would love to go to Chile someday.
harry enten
Great.
benny johnson
Yeah, we would absolutely love that.
unidentified
Okay.
benny johnson
Ladies and gentlemen, we're back at it.
Love your energy all hyped up.
Everything at the beginning and the end of your show.
We love our people.
We love our people.
That's our people right there on screen.
That's our people.
Look at that.
That's just...
This is like...
This is peak Western cinema.
There is no...
There is nothing better.
This is peak Western cinema.
And we thank you all.
And we love you.
Prove it.
We'll get you the first of the day.
Right?
Obviously.
This is how we prove it.
Okay?
Give you absolute truth, rock-solid truth.
Some of the things that we do on this show is speculation.
Some of this is wild speculation.
Here's actual truth from Ephesians 4, 26. Don't sin by letting anger control you.
Don't let the sun go down while you are still angry.
Such important.
Sometimes it's hard for me because we have a very intense show here and very intense days, right?
You come home and you like want to dump that stuff, but sometimes the stress gets to you, right?
You behave badly.
This is the beauty of having children, in fact, because when you're met with like these glowing, like happy, squishy little faces, like it actually just de-stresses, you know, like it like de-stresses you immediately.
And so this has been very helpful for me, but the truth is that I have an anger problem.
That's an absolute fact.
You can see it.
We're rip-roaring.
We're yelling sometimes in the show.
You get emotional, right?
You get emotional.
You get tied into this stuff.
I do get angry.
I got angry on the show today because this pissed me off.
This entire thing pissed me off.
They tried to take out my team.
They tried to take out this entire show.
They tried to destroy us.
They tried to eliminate our chance to talk together every single day.
Yeah, this is a photo of me.
This is what I come home to every single day.
This is St. Patrick's Day.
