Speaker Time Text
madeleine rivera
Good morning, Carly and Todd.
A day after meeting with top tech CEOs, the president is set to meet with more top business executives today.
This comes after stocks tumbled Monday over fears that tariffs could impact growth.
The attendees at today's business roundtable reportedly include the heads of Cisco, JPMorgan Chase, and Citigroup.
There is uncertainty not only in the markets but on Capitol Hill too where lawmakers are hoping to avoid a government shutdown this week.
House Speaker Mike Johnson is hoping Republicans can muscle the GOP short-term spending bill on their own.
They are expected to vote on the bill later this afternoon, but there are some GOP members who are on the fence about voting yes.
Johnson says he hopes he does not have to call on the president to get members back in line.
unidentified
Have you asked?
Did you ask him to kind of work with you and talk to some of your members who are maybe still undecided?
I hope that he doesn't have to do that.
We should be able to do our business with him.
But look, he is, as always, very helpful, willing to help as needed.
I just told him to stay tuned.
madeleine rivera
There is one Republican congressman who is unlikely to change his mind.
You see him there.
Congressman Thomas Massey has maintained he is voting no, leading to this reaction from the president on Truth Social.
The president saying he should be primaried and I will lead the charge against him.
He's just another grandstander who's too much trouble and not worth the fight.
There is optimism, though, in Saudi Arabia, where Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Michael Waltz are meeting with a Ukrainian delegation today.
A senior State Department official says the fact that the Ukrainians are willing to sit down signals they are serious about reaching a ceasefire deal.
Rubio says the minerals agreement, which fell apart about two weeks ago after that Oval Office spat between Presidents Trump and Zelensky, won't be a part of today's conversation.

One man is not enough to handle this horse.
lady every day is a joke.
My name is Nay O.C. That is why I have downloaded the CBP Home app to get me the fuck out of here.
Nay O.C. Woo baby.
benny johnson
AOC's going to jail, isn't she?
Oh man, we are buckled up and ready for the ride!
Ladies and gentlemen, today is Tuesday, March 11th, 2025.
Speaking of riding, we definitely wouldn't be riding the AOC horse.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are going to be riding this truth train and we're going to be exposing some people that definitely deserve a little extra scrutiny from the Department of Justice.
That's definitely somebody that we are going to stay on.
A horse we are going to ride in on and stay on until we get handcuffs.
That's what we want.
We want on this program handcuffs.
We've said it.
We want arrests.
We want indictments.
We want frog marches.
We need people to go to jail.
Kristi Noem is arresting ice leakers and maybe putting them in prison for 10 years.
What's going to happen to AOC now that she's been exposed for...
Compromising national security?
Openly breaking U.S. law?
We're starting the campaign today.
AOC for Gitmo, former illegal immigrant, criminal alien who worked in AOC's office at a top-tier level, has self-deported.
Would you look at that?
Ladies and gentlemen, InfoWars journalist Jamie White murdered in Austin, Texas.
We'll get you the latest from Alex Jones and Infowars as to what exactly is happening there.
A lot of very interesting energy right now inside of the White House, gearing up for some massive global victories for President Trump.
We're going to cover sort of where all of the administration officials are, and we'll be joined by an administration official today.
Counselor to the President, Alina Habba, will be on the show.
She'll be live from the White House, and we're going to ask her a little bit about AOC.
Can't wait!
Let's freaking mix it up and get going.
My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
Listen, I've got to tell you, I'm really excited about gas prices.
I drove by a gas station this morning.
When was the last time you saw gas below $3 a gallon in Tampa, Klein?
I don't know.
It was, like, a long time ago.
Maybe not.
I've lived here for four years.
Maybe not since I've been here, actually.
Yeah.
Yeah, pre-COVID.
Like, it's crazy.
But I saw it this morning.
Gas blow, $2 a gallon.
Eggs are now cheaper than when Donald Trump took over in the White House two months ago.
Egg prices are dropping and falling.
My wife is, like, talking to me about our grocery price listing, and she's like, whoa.
Like, there are massive...
We eat a lot of avocados in our family.
It's like, this is unbelievable.
Like, avocados for a dollar?
So there's, like, prices are...
Going down and going down quickly.
I think this is how President Trump is going to defeat inflation.
Obviously, there's going to be some major pain in the system as that works out, but you can see it already.
Most people, I think this is a reality, most people and the people that you know and I know, they're not like living every single day inside of some type of political cone where they're so locked in.
To politics.
Most people just want cheap gas.
Most people just want cheap groceries.
Most people just want their roads paved and not to have potholes.
Most people just want peace in their time and not forever war.
Most people just want their dollar to be worth something.
It's like pretty simple.
For the vagrants and bums to be cleaned off their streets.
For them to be able to walk with their kids on the sidewalk.
That's it.
Go out for pizza and ice cream on Friday night.
That's literally what, probably 90%.
of the native-born Americans want in this country.
There's a psychotic 10% that wants to destroy this place, and we're going to get to that in just a second, because those people are being deported.
But that's what most people want.
So there's going to be some turmoil, some ups and downs as we exercise the demons out of this economy.
But ladies and gentlemen, I think things are trending very, very nicely for what most people want.
What most people want is an affordable life.
If you want an affordable life, you should check out my friends at American Financing.
I don't know your exact financial situation, but if you're like thousands of homeowners that American Financing is talking to every single month, you're struggling to keep up, drowning in high interest debt.
It's not your fault.
Life got very expensive over the last couple of years.
Inflation hit very, very hard.
If you're carrying credit card debt with balances of over 20%, your mortgage sits untouched, you're ignoring the one thing that could turn it all around, your home.
American Financing can help.
You could trade 10 minutes for a shot at saving an average of $800 a month because that's exactly what homeowners are doing right now when they call American Financing.
It's a simple, no-obligation call can change everything.
Their dream team of salary-based mortgage consultants can help you out today.
Call American Financing right now and start feeling that relief.
888-528-1219.
That's 888-528-1219.
Americanfinancing.net slash betting.
Okay, so here's a very important law.
In this country.
That I think is going to become quite famous, actually.
We don't usually read the Criminal Resource Manual in the Justice Department, CRM 1500-1999, Section 1908, Title VIII, U.S. Code 1324A, Addendum A, Amendment A, 1, That's not typically what I'm looking at before I go to bed, you know?
It's like the nighttime reading.
Actually, every single night I'm sitting there reading my Bible, right?
Trying to read my Bible.
So this is not normally what...
If there's a big book next to my nightstand, it's not the U.S. Criminal Code.
Maybe for some of our guests, like Mike Davis, or Lena Habba, or Julie Kelly.
Maybe this is what they read, and they thumb through it.
But for me, ladies and gentlemen, the big book.
Next to my nightstand is the Bible.
But I decided to read this this morning just by happenstance because it happens to link with a very interesting story, ladies and gentlemen.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, totally.
Yes.
Okay.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a breaking announcement here that Alex Jones can actually join the program live here coming up pretty soon.
So we're going to blister through this.
We want to give Alex had a member of his staff that was killed.
And we don't know why or how.
We have no idea.
But it's where a Soros prosecutor is in charge in Texas.
It's an awful tragedy.
And we want to get the news straight from Alex.
So Alex is going to join us here in about 15 minutes.
So lock in, ladies and gentlemen.
Very, very sad for our friends over at Infowars.
Okay, here we go.
Here is this criminal code.
And I find this to be pretty cut and dry here.
This code makes it unlawful for any person or entity to hire, recruit, or to refer for a fee the employment of a united in the United States for an alien, knowing that the alien is an unauthorized alien, as defined by subsection 1324A H3.
This section makes it unlawful for any person or entity after hiring an alien for employment to continue to employ the alien in the United States knowing the alien has become an unauthorized alien with respect to such employment.
This section provides that if any person or entity engages in a pattern or practice of these violations, subsequent section A1 or A2, shall be fined not more than $3,000 for each unauthorized alien.
With respect for which violation occurs and imprisoned for six months!
If the entire pattern or practice or both continues, well, ladies and gentlemen, maybe even some more severe penalties.
Uh-oh.
Oh my.
I just wanted to go ahead and read this section of the criminal code here because AOC is employing criminal aliens.
Here we go.
Former top...
Aid to AOC, somebody who was working for AOC just last month, ladies and gentlemen, has self-deported home to Colombia.
Oh yeah, this is a wild one.
So AOC had a criminal alien working for her.
The illegal alien...
Who was a top staffer, by the way, let me tell you, like, one of the top positions you can have on Capitol Hill is a director of communications.
He's really important, especially if you're a member of Congress, is a fast mover.
If you're a member of Congress, has millions of followers, like AOC does, ALX, Danny, am I wrong?
Does AOC, is AOC the most followed Democrat on all Capitol Hill?
If my numbers are correct, and we follow these numbers pretty closely, Ashley, what do you think?
Can you look up her accounts?
I think AOC is the most followed Democrat on all Capitol Hill.
A criminal alien was in charge of the largest social media accounts for one of the parties in a two-party system for one of the bodies, Article 1 of the Constitution.
A criminal alien was being employed in AOC's office.
At a high level for years and has had to self-deport, AOC is clearly in violation of the U.S. Criminal Code.
Let's read.
A legal immigrant who worked for AOC's campaign has moved to Colombia in frustration over the pace of progressive immigration reform in the United States.
Oh, I'm so sorry.
So sorry you had to go home.
Because you just hate it here so much.
Because this entire nation didn't get down on its knees and bend to your will.
Diego de la Vega said, It's bittersweet.
I hadn't left the country in 23 years, from the age of 7 to the age of 30. Oh, okay.
Hey, Diego, how exactly did you as a 7-year-old get into America?
Illegally.
Somebody explain that to me?
Was Diego a victim of child trafficking?
I don't know.
I don't know.
I'm asking questions.
How does a 7-year-old...
How does a 7-year-old...
There are 7-year-olds who live on our block.
I have a 4-year-old.
There are 7-year-olds who live on our block.
They can't go down and buy a pack of gum from the 7-Eleven on the corner.
7-year-olds can't travel 5,000 miles from Colombia to America by themselves.
So how did Diego get into the country in the first place?
Were we part of some criminal scheme?
Was somebody paid?
What's going on here, exactly?
Oh, I was brought here at the age of seven.
Now I can't go back to the U.S. It feels like exile.
It's a very permanent move, but my wife and I are confident that we made the right decision, and after some time, it's been a pleasure to be here.
De La Vega came to the U.S. when he was seven years old, but ended up illegally overstaying his visitor's visa.
Do you know any seven-year-olds?
Maybe you've got a seven-year-old.
Maybe you've raised a seven-year-old before.
If you had kids, they were seven at one point, right?
Unless they're younger than seven.
But can your seven-year-old just overstay a visa by himself?
No.
Super weird.
Protections are going away regardless of who is in the White House.
The strategy wasn't adopted for the modern era.
Biden had a trifecta of the House and the Senate, but he dropped the ball.
This is De La Vega.
Sitting here.
Posing with his dog.
Okay.
De La Vega first became politically active in 2010 after the DREAM Act, which would have offered a path for legal citizenship for children brought to the United States.
It failed to pass the Senate by five votes.
Very thankful for that.
Very proud to ensure that it never passes the Senate.
The DREAM Act should never pass the Senate.
What?
How insane are you?
The DREAM Act incentivizes...
Criminal aliens to bring as many children and as much child trafficking as possible to the country.
Are you stupid?
Hey, let's make sure that every child brought to America just immediately becomes an American citizen.
All the children of the world.
You know what's going to happen?
You're going to open up the floodgates even more than Joe Biden did when he lost 400,000 children.
Don't ask Jill Biden about that.
She was the head of the Save the Children organization.
He signed up with AOC in 2022, holding various positions before rising to Deputy Communication Director, a post that he held, until December.
laura ingraham
December?
benny johnson
According to his LinkedIn, Diego is amazing, Ocasio-Cortez said.
We love him.
Yeah.
So, okay.
Rep.
AOC did not return a request for comments to the post.
So, wait a second.
So, is AOC saying that there are no Americans in her district?
She represents the Bronx.
Is she saying that there's no Americans that she could have, like, working this job?
She had to hire a criminal alien who's here illegally, who's definitely part of some type of criminal scheme because that's what happens when seven-year-olds are trafficked?
This person was communicating for AOC, who's the most followed member of Congress?
The most followed Democrat in Congress?
Who has chosen a casting call?
It's true.
AOC was an actress.
unidentified
She auditioned for this role.
benny johnson
She went to this George Soros audition.
This guy deports.
Dude, AOC is breaking laws.
AOC is doing crimes.
So let me explain to you exactly how these congressional offices work.
You don't like to think that there's like top secret.
You know, you watch like a Tom Cruise movie.
It's like top secret.
You bring him in and you sit him down and there's like this paperwork and it's in a locked suitcase, silver suitcase.
You open it up and the agents are saying that.
No, actually, classified information is regularly disseminated through these congressional offices, either via just water cooler chat, gossip.
Sometimes the documents are brought in.
Either way, it's very sensitive information that Congress deals with.
Members of Congress deal with what committees is AOC on?
Describe those.
What committees?
AOC is sitting on all these committees, no doubt, right?
Little Democrat superstar.
So she's sitting on all these committees.
So, like, a criminal alien national had access to all of the committees that AOC's on?
unidentified
Look at this.
benny johnson
Oh, okay, oversight and investigations.
House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
The Commerce Committee is, like, how America spends its money is the single most powerful committee in the entire Congress.
Oversight and investigations?
Listen, I'm telling you, like, these people, the way these congressional offices work, like a sieve, this is worse or as bad as Fang Fang with Eric Swalwell.
Remember Fang Fang?
Put a staffer in Eric Swalwell's office.
This is a matter of fact.
So, Fang Fang, the Chinese spy, the Chinese national, who was fundraising for Eric Swalwell, who did a bang-bang with Eric Swalwell, put an intern inside of Swalwell's office.
Yo, this was a spy operation.
There it is.
The Chinese spy suspected, who targeted California politicians.
This article goes into how the Chinese spy would sleep with American politicians.
There's Eric Swalwell right there receiving a nice fat check from the Chinese spy.
And the big part of this, the big scandal in all this, is that this spy, Fang Fang, put staff inside of Eric Swalwell's office.
When Eric Swalwell was about to be put on the Intelligence Committee, the FBI went tearing into then Kevin McCarthy's office and said, F no!
You have a spy in your office!
And also you are literally in bed with the enemy.
Chinese intelligence has been penetrated.
And not in the way that we want to, as America.
In a very humiliating, sad way, where you sit at the edge of the bed in a fetal position and cry for half an hour afterwards.
Anyway, Eric Swalwell, a man who's, like, best known previously for ripping ass on television.
Dude, seriously.
I mean, I don't know what the Chinese military is going to award Fang Fang for having to do this operation.
I can't think of a dirtier political operation than having to go sleep with Eric Swalwell.
It's like, could you imagine?
I mean, the worst.
It's the single worst assignment.
It's got to be the single worst assignment in military history, in intel ops history.
Nothing, nothing comes close.
The escape from Shawshank Redemption?
No, the prison escape, nothing comes close.
Crawling through two miles of sewer drain?
Nothing comes close to getting Dutch ovened by Eric Swalwell as he's crying in a fetal position.
In bed, asking if you want to get Chinese takeout because he hears you like that kind of thing.
Asking you how to use chopsticks.
Could you imagine?
Poor Fang Fang.
Poor Fang Fang.
I mean, she's probably in therapy.
She probably has been in therapy for years after this.
Talk about taking one for your country.
Whatever the Chinese equivalent to Arlington Cemetery is.
Like, poor Fang Fang is going to get buried there.
Anyway.
We have a serious show here.
We're talking about serious things.
Anyway, AOC is a criminal and deserves to go to jail.
Because we can show you the actual criminal statute right here.
For the criminal statute that should put AOC in jail.
Now, there are actually multiple reasons why AOC should go to prison.
AOC has been giving the criminal aliens that work on her staff or outside of her staff, I don't know, how many criminal aliens does she employ?
Some sleuths on the internet are saying, like, this might not be the only one.
Yeah.
Exactly.
You really couldn't find an American to do this job?
Maybe this is what the Fang Fang whole thing is.
Maybe I agree with you.
Doing jobs Americans won't do.
That's what Fang Fang was doing.
Maybe they're right about that whole line about that immigrants will do jobs that even Americans won't do.
Maybe I will agree with them on that one point.
Working for AOC, sleeping with Eric Swalwell.
Jobs no American would do.
Right?
Right?
Okay, fine.
See, look, don't ever say that I didn't try and find common cause with these people.
Don't ever say that I didn't try and, like, bridge the gap, all right?
I agree.
There are some jobs that are too filthy and too disgusting for any American to do, and we must import one Chinese spy to do them.
Working for AOC.
Could you imagine?
All right, anyway.
Okay, all right.
Yeah, working for AOC.
It's a similar, yeah, every day is the Kentucky Derby.
Here's Tom Homan saying, yo, I've asked the DOJ to investigate and to charge AOC because she's a criminal.
AOC gave advice for how to escape ICE deportation.
Tom Homan saying, not allowed to do that.
There's plenty of statutes that say you can't impede with federal law enforcement.
Here we go.
laura ingraham
But Tom, you got AOC out there, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Congresswoman, putting out a webinar.
Doing a webinar to help illegals avoid, I guess, apprehension.
Giving tips about how to continue to remain in the country and ultimately gain the system.
tom homan
And I sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General.
At what level is that impediment?
Is that impediment?
I'm not an attorney.
I'm not a prosecutor.
Is that impediment?
Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts?
If so, what are we going to do about it?
Is she crossing the line?
So I'm working with the Department of Justice and finding out.
Where is that line that they crossed?
So maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now, but I need the AOG to opine on that.
Because there's an impediment.
It's impediment, in my opinion.
I'm not a prosecutor, but we need some further guidance on that.
But again, if we have to take every federal dollar out of the city, we'll do it.
I mean, we're done.
This is...
benny johnson
Okay.
Tom Homan saying that he's already investigating right now.
Tom Homan saying just this weekend that now he is planning on, or he has already asked, waiting for the clip here, has already asked the DOJ To charge AOC.
There we go.
Okay.
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
Tom Holman coming in over the top saying, no, no, no, no, no.
You're not allowed to, from a congressional, you're not allowed to take a taxpayer-funded salary and then break American law.
No one's above the law here, right?
Here we go.
tom homan
The DOJ, what I find disturbing is that any member of Congress wants to educate people how they evade law enforcement.
You can claim you're educating those constitutional rights, okay, you can keep that claim.
What she, in fact, is doing is telling people don't open your door, hide in your home, don't talk to ICE.
We're talking about people who are in the country illegally, committed a crime, they're a public safety threat, they've been convicted of serious crime, and they've been ordered and removed by a federal judge.
So it's like AOC and others don't want ICE to enforce the laws that they enacted.
She's a member of Congress.
You can't go after her.
benny johnson
Do you think others should?
tom homan
No, I think I've asked DOJ, where is that line of impediment, of interference?
If someone stands in your way to prevent you from arresting somebody, put your hands on them, that's impediment.
But what line is telling people to hide from mice, not open the door?
Where do you cross that line on impediment?
So I simply asked the Department of Justice, give us that line.
You have talked to them about this.
That's what you're saying?
Absolutely.
unidentified
Wow.
benny johnson
We'll see where that goes.
AOC has sent a screaming, streaking, crying letter to Pam Bondi saying, Am I going to jail?
It's pretty sad.
AOC has also gone on NPR and straight up admitted to lying.
So here we go.
The dumbest thing about criminals, if you understand the criminal mindset, criminals will just continue to show how guilty they are again and again and again.
Look, they'll continue to admit their guilt.
Thankfully, most criminals are—a law enforcement—anybody who works in law enforcement will tell you this.
Like, thankfully, most criminals are just so dumb, right?
They sleep with Chinese spies.
They employ criminal aliens.
And then they admit to it live on NPR.
Here you go.
unidentified
You had a recent dispute, if that's the right word, with Tom Homan, the president's Homeland Security czar.
So-called.
You held an online forum, a Know Your Rights forum, that he didn't like.
What were you doing?
What was your goal as you saw it?
alexandria ocasio-cortez
My job is to educate and act as a liaison of critical information to my constituents.
And I was informing all of my constituents of their constitutional protections.
And in particular, They're constitutional protections against illegal search and seizure in the United States.
unidentified
Holman was upset, I suppose, because he felt that you were giving advice to people who were here illegally.
Were you?
alexandria ocasio-cortez
I was giving advice to all of my constituents.
Yeah.
unidentified
He said he was going to report you or even that he did reach out to the Department of Justice.
Have you heard from the Department of Justice?
alexandria ocasio-cortez
I have not, and I intend on reaching out to the Department of Justice to inquire.
unidentified
Really?
What would your question be for the Department of Justice?
benny johnson
Well, your question should be like, hey, do you have a fitting for my orange jumpsuit?
Hey, do you know my size?
Because it's like patently illegal.
Now comes the time, all right?
The F-around find-out time.
We have some very good news for you, and then we have some not-so-great news for you.
The good news is that some people are actually literally going to jail.
The bad news is that, sadly, people like Ilhan Omar and AOC, who have openly used their position to stop deportations and impede federal law enforcement.
Do we not have the Ilhan Omar clip?
ALX, please grab me that Ilhan Omar clip.
Ilhan Omar has done the exact same thing.
She's like at these public events.
It's like, yo, here's how you stop ICE.
Here's how you detect an ICE raid.
Here's how you make sure you're never deported.
Yo, like these people, they're behaving criminally.
It's time to charge them.
They put Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro in prison.
Nancy Pelosi did that.
Like, let's go.
Make some examples.
There are some examples that are being made.
Here's AOC's little letter.
Here's AOC's letter to...
Pam Bondi.
unidentified
Am I going to jail?
benny johnson
What size?
You know, I'm a four, but I'm really a six.
So when you're cutting that jib for the orange jumpsuit, make sure you get it right, okay?
I don't get on TikTok.
We'll see.
Those are the actual laws that are being broken.
Democrats are lawless, and the world that they want to create is a world where, of course...
These kind of crimes can happen.
They'll never be charged for them.
They're never charged for them because they control the prosecutors in these various jurisdictions.
Now that we're in charge of the Department of Justice, there better be some justice.
We've heard for four years that justice is blind and nobody's above the law.
Well, here's literally the code and statute in the criminal handbook that AOC is breaking right now, okay?
So let's start flipping that around, all right?
Let's start resetting the table.
So speaking of horrible hellscapes, Soros-run prosecutors, and the terrors that they can visit upon us legal Americans, ladies and gentlemen, joining us now is Alex Jones, who just suffered a horrible tragedy at InfoWars with his staff.
A young, very talented reporter for InfoWars was murdered.
We don't know much else, ladies and gentlemen.
And so Alex is going to hop on the stream and is going to inform us and, well, our prayers up for InfoWars.
unidentified
Here we go.
benny johnson
you you Alex, thank you so much for joining the program.
I know that you're very busy this morning and our prayers to you and to your staff.
We're so sorry to hear about this tragedy.
Can you tell us more?
All we've heard about is that this This individual was killed outside of their home, and that's it.
Do we have any more information?
alex jones
I have a lot more information for you.
Jamie White was here seven, eight years.
Really good friend of mine.
He was our best writer.
They're all great, but they would recognize he was the most prolific.
You couldn't keep him out of here.
He worked really seven days a week.
And when he was on vacation, we really missed him.
He was the only writer that is actually basically outside the control room.
His desk is right through that control room.
Um, that I'm looking at, I could look through the open door at his desk.
And, uh, I mean, I talked to him every day.
I sent him articles.
We were constantly on the phone, really good friend of mine.
And I'm, I'm in shell shock right now.
He was up here Sunday night for the Sunday show.
We do that.
I was doing with chase guys and the rest of the crew.
Um, I wasn't on air Sunday night.
I'm normally, I was up here doing work.
So I saw him one last time.
And then he went home and right before midnight out by his car.
Um, he.
It was either shot or stabbed.
The police won't tell us.
They said the call was a hot shot call, meaning serious wounding, stabbing, or shooting is what they call it.
And we were really worried yesterday morning because he works early in the morning, and we were calling him.
He wouldn't answer for hours.
So one of the riders, who's really good friends with him, went over there, and there was yellow tape and everything.
You'd seen in the news there had been a murder.
In the early morning hours, the police got there two minutes after a 911 call of someone seriously wounded.
They got him to the hospital at 15, but as they rolled him in, he died.
The hospital said right when he died on the table, they were starting to attend to him.
And the crew member, just to give you an idea, said there was just blood everywhere.
He could see over the yellow tape.
The police came over, said, we're not going to talk to you.
They said, no, no, no, we're his friend.
He works with us.
Showed the cop, obviously, pictures with him.
And that person, because they hung out a lot, Jamie and his girlfriend, and then Don Salazar, and his wife is also a reporter, but she doesn't work for us, but we work with her.
So they were really big friends for years.
Don's been here 14 years.
And so people were crying up here in the morning, trying to not tell me what was going on.
The police had asked them not to say anything until the family was told.
Then they told me by 1 o 'clock, you know, he's dead.
He's the guy that got killed.
We haven't gotten to all the family yet, so we can't talk about it.
By 4 o 'clock, the father and his sister were very close.
They said, no, the rest of the family knows.
You can now tell people.
And so I went on air at about 4 o 'clock, did a special report on it, and told people what I knew.
After that, we talked to the detectives again, and they said they have two suspects.
That's all they'll tell us.
They still aren't going to tell us gun or knife because they, you know, obviously that's part of the investigation.
People they talk to, they don't want other people to know, you know, the details.
They said that they'll be releasing more soon.
I'm going to talk to them here as soon as I get off with you.
They've got some more information.
And obviously, everybody started seeing immediately that he was one of the few people.
A U.S. senator got put on the list.
Jack Posobiec got put on it.
Jamie White got put on it.
We're going back over two, three years ago, putting U.S. aid and Soros in reports about all the illegal funding into Ukraine that's now top story the last few months with Doge.
And so you can go see his post on X about being on that enemies list.
The people running that enemies list, one of them is an American citizen, a trans person, if you remember, was saying, yeah, we're going to come after US citizens.
We'll get you where you live.
We obviously have the US citizen leftist going over there and then getting all this training and recruiting people with all the clear CIA connections, all the passports and money coming back and trying to kill Trump at Mar-a-Lago.
So there's a lot coming out of there.
It's really NATO attacking America through Ukraine and through that lawless black hole.
People are saying it could be that.
Could have been a crazy leftist.
Followed him from the studio.
He went to see his girlfriend, reportedly, and they may not have got him there.
And then they waited and got him when he got home.
We don't know all the details of that.
It could have just been a crazy crackhead.
There's a lot of crime here.
We have the worst.
He's recognized out of all the Soros DAs, over 800 of them.
And counting attorneys and others in the country, he is the worst, which is saying a lot.
He lets people out of jail that shoot multiple people on 6th Street but didn't kill them, and that's the bar district, and lets them out the next day.
So this guy will not prosecute hardened criminals.
He says if they're not white, he says it's all racist.
He famously, when the Army sergeant off-duty was doing a lift, Black Lives Matter blocks him.
The anti-member points the AK-47 at him.
And then the sergeant shoots him.
He had to be pardoned.
Totally clean shot.
You see the guy aim the gun at him and tell him, get out.
And he defended himself.
Total legal shoot.
The governor had to pardon him.
I mean, we have the worst person, Jose Garza.
So whether it's Ukraine and the Soros group or whether it's a criminal, which I tend to think that's probably it because there's a lot of crime.
But I mean, who knows?
It's just Soros everywhere.
This is literally, they admit that Garza was literally financed almost his entire campaign five years ago to be the new DA.
And I mean, he's so horrible.
He calls people in Zoom meetings.
You pull these up, type in Austin DA, Jose Garza calls city officials comrades.
I mean, this guy calls people comrades.
He's an admitted Marxist-Leninist.
And so he has aided and abetted this.
He is an accessory to this.
If it wasn't the Ukrainians or some leftist.
So it could have been the Ukrainians, could have been a crazy leftist, staked outside the office, followed him, could have been a crackhead, could have been a gangster type.
But regardless, every position we look at, it's all part of this crime wave and all part of the globalist system.
benny johnson
So Alex, this is important.
The police say that there is a suspect now.
alex jones
Suspect.
benny johnson
Okay, suspects.
There are two.
alex jones
I said suspects.
benny johnson
Okay.
So, I mean, that'll obviously be key in determining who this was and what their motivation was.
Jose Garza is, again, a Soros DA.
There was a Soros DA here in Tampa where we broadcast.
The governor here in Florida said, you're not allowed to just openly violate the law and make one of our beautiful cities a crime-ridden hellscape.
I'm going to remove you from office.
Why don't Texas Republicans have the balls to do that?
Austin is where the Capitol sits.
It's a beautiful building.
Austin is a great city with a lot of good energy.
Why don't Republicans do something about this?
alex jones
The governor did put the state police into the city, but all they did was write tickets.
And I'm not trying to attack them, but I mean, myself, my family, we all got pulled over repeatedly.
Oh, you're five miles over the speed limit.
And so they didn't do any real law enforcement.
And absolutely, I mean, Soros overthrows governments.
He made his money first crashing markets and stealing old people's pension funds and is proud of it.
He says the best time of his life was working for the Nazis in Eastern Europe when he was a teenager.
I mean, the guy and his whole system is just, it's the deep state.
And absolutely, and they are getting removed in some areas, as you said.
They're not being removed in Texas.
The legislature is pretty bad.
They just gave.
The Democrats, as many seats on the boards in the state a few weeks ago, and so, yeah, we've got a big problem.
Texas is full of rhino, dirtbag, George W. Bush-type people, and the process of removing them is ongoing.
We have not cleaned house like Florida or some of the other states yet, and we need to.
benny johnson
Do you think that there is any type of legal culpability?
For victims of these Soros prosecutors, here's Garza right here.
We'll put up his image on screen.
But clearly, like with Lake and Riley, right?
And I'm no lawyer, but Alex, there was a sequence of events that happened that led to her murder, where elected officials who swore an oath to protect Americans openly allowed this murderer to go free and to kill Americans, to continue to kill Americans.
We were just on the subway bench in New York where they set a legal criminal alien set an American on fire on the subway.
Is there ever going to be any legal culpability?
Are you potentially exploring options like this if it does turn out to just be somebody, some murderer that this man released?
alex jones
Yes.
In fact, I should add, if I didn't add this, because it's all a blur, I'm still shocked.
benny johnson
Yes.
alex jones
We're sorry.
Both of the police detectives we've talked to, and they said it's off record.
We're not saying their names.
They both said, literally, they took a third of the police away.
Of the other two-thirds they had, a third of them were put on social work, and community outreach left as propaganda, and he said, we have a third of the police.
Listen, I never see cops anymore.
I never see people pulled over anymore for speeding.
People drive like maniacs all over the road now.
It's like Road Warrior.
People are being broken into everywhere, and it's because the city of Austin five years ago slashed the police, and then they had a bunch of people quit because of a cop.
Oh, by the way, Garza has prosecuted a whole bunch of Austin cops on clean shoots and tries to put them in prison.
So, I mean, the guy is a monster.
I mean, they're not just trying to put heroes like Daniel Penny in prison.
You know, they're with Alvin Bragg.
They're doing it to police here.
So this guy wants destabilization.
He wants Cloward and Piven.
And if you look at the percentages of him, the last time I looked at the numbers, he was the person that got...
Percentage-wise, the most money from Soros.
And the judges here are elected.
So the judges over my show trial, where I was already found guilty, is literally a Soros operative.
Before she took the bench, she had blue hair.
I mean, literally a fat antifa witch that flies to work on a broom.
And these people are all flying monkeys of these people.
People ask why I'm still here.
My family's here.
All the cities are communist in Texas now.
People just think it's great.
No.
And I can't evacuate.
I don't have the money to move.
If I did, I would move to a county, a more conservative county that are still rural but have internet now because this place is dangerous.
So, I mean, I carry a gun all the time.
And again, revolvers, folks, for the training, even though I'm really good with guns, this isn't going to fail you.
This isn't something you've got to make sure you've got the safety off or any of that.
The safety is the hammer.
And I suggest everybody get a light.357.
Or.38 Special.
It's a good, strong round, and I can shoot somebody right in the chest at 30 feet if they pull a weapon on me, just like that.
And I'm carrying this, and I'm very observant everywhere, and I tell the crew every day, I said, I want to see you with your concealed carries.
I want to see you with guns on your hip.
We got the laws changed four years ago where it's just a concealed carry for everybody.
Guns, guns.
I went over two days ago and told my parents and everybody, I want to see you with guns.
And I told the crew, actually last week, I want to see guns.
Because we're obviously a big target here, but everybody is.
And this is what the founders gave us to defend ourselves from the Democrat terrorist hordes.
Defend ourselves, I said.
But it's time for everybody to pack 24-7.
And I've got my shotgun ready at my house if Antifa comes.
And that's what it comes down to.
Because they could do their big communist uprising.
They've been saying they would.
We've had all the top Democrats say civil war conditions and rise up and we're going to kill Trump and the view saying it's time to fight and die to stop Trump and Trump's going to kill us.
We've got to fight and die.
That's a quote from just Friday.
All these Democrats that are going along with Trump and doing the censure of Al Green, here's their names.
People need to go after them on the view, that witch.
Joy Behar.
I mean, it's a bunch of witches who couldn't find their ass with both hands that want to play war with America.
But we're peacefully fixing it and taking it back.
But they're trying to bring it into full war.
They're the ones that want to get rid of due process.
And if they go down that road, I don't have some fetish for extrajudicial stuff.
But they're bringing us into that area with the terrorism and the burning of the Teslas and attacking and all this.
And so they're the ones taking us into this zone.
And they don't understand this is our zone.
That's why we are against it.
And that's why we know history, because we understand we're the real alphas.
We're the killers.
We do the hanging.
And the sleeping giants awake.
So Soros and the rest of them, you're not in the same ballgame anymore.
To the Ukrainians and all of you bullies, they're oppressing the Ukrainian people, the Ukrainian globalists.
You're not in the same zone anymore.
This is a new era.
And so I would advise them to surrender now because we're not going to surrender, and their attacks and bullying are only pissing us off.
benny johnson
Alex, I know you're justifiably upset right now.
We pray for you, your staff.
We said so last night as soon as we heard this horrible news.
If there's anything that we can do to support Jamie or his family, let us know.
alex jones
I haven't even thought of what to do with that, and I'm so, from everything, so broke, but we're going to put something together to help.
benny johnson
We'll share it, and we'll donate.
Alex, we'll be there for you.
alex jones
Hey, brother, you're kicking butt.
God bless you and your crew and your great viewers and listeners.
You can find me on X at Real Alex Jones.
We're all in this together.
Benny, I really appreciate you.
benny johnson
Godspeed, Alex.
alex jones
God bless you, and thanks for caring about it.
Because this is a journalist that's been killed.
It should be investigated.
I think Pam Bondi should look into it.
The Austin Police Department admitted they're totally overwhelmed.
They said they can't really respond to most crime scenes.
That's a whole other area.
I'm asking the Trump administration.
This is important.
This is a journalist that's been killed.
It needs to be investigated.
It could have been a hit.
There's a good chance it could have been.
The more I'm talking about it, the more I'm thinking about it, a lot of smart people are calling me saying, Alex, this is...
Eight people have been killed the last two months here in the first year.
Okay, what's the chances in a town of over two million people that an InfoWars lead reporter...
It's butchered.
So we need to investigate this.
I'm asking the Justice Department to investigate.
benny johnson
All right.
Thank you for that update, Alex.
Our prayers are with you.
Godspeed.
alex jones
Thank you, sir.
unidentified
Thank you.
Thank you.
benny johnson
you you Ladies and gentlemen.
All right.
That's the update from Alex.
I mean, it's horrible.
He says that he suspects that it was just a crime-ridden degenerate.
Those kind of people roam the streets of Austin, Texas.
It's so sad to say.
Texas, which is a red state through and through.
It's a great American city, Austin.
It's actually a wonderful city.
It's a ton of history in Austin, Texas.
And it's just gone to hell.
It's just gone to hell.
We were just in New York, man.
I mean, what did we see the moment we got off the train?
Oh, we took a train.
We took like an overnight train from...
Washington, D.C. to New York City.
And you get off the train and you see just nothing but vagrancy, criminal aliens, people sleeping on the street, pushing shopping carts.
You're in the downtown, the heart of America's empire state, capital city.
And you get off and it looks like Third World.
It's sick.
It's what AOC represented.
And AOC represented it well, I guess.
This is why we're in favor of pushing, once again, For criminal charges for AOC.
There are other things that you could go after AOC for.
Like, a good example here is...
Here you go.
AOC under investigation!
Why would that be?
Well, because she took a big fancy, I don't know, $50,000 treat, ticket, Met Gala.
This is something that AOC should have been nabbed for.
unidentified
She...
benny johnson
Used taxpayer funds to effectively flaunt ethics rules.
And on, I think this was in 2022, she showed up with a tax the rich dress on.
And she's under house ethics investigation.
I think that they cleared her.
Maybe she had to pay a fee.
2021.
Yeah.
The ethics groups argue that Ocasio-Cortez received an impermissible gift to attend 2021's Met Gala, which he did not pay to attend, despite the tickets reportedly ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 under House ethics rules.
Members of Congress are not allowed to accept gifts, except if they fall under certain types of exemptions, like widely attended events.
This was not a widely attended event.
The American Accountability Foundation wrote, Specifically, we believe that Representative Ocasio-Cortez violated Rule 5, the rules of House of Representatives.
By accepting admission to the Met Gala, an event whose per seat cost is $50,000.
Furthermore, she accepted dresses and stylings.
Apparently, the lady who was running the makeup for this was just an absolute monster, AOC.
Anyway, AOC is part of a little ragtag band once called The Squad.
Who consistently flaunts American immigration rules and laws.
Here's Ilhan Omar doing the exact same thing.
Ilhan Omar, who follows in AOC's footsteps by explaining to criminal aliens how they can avoid federal ICE detection and detention.
unidentified
"I'll tell you, Omar, what is the case for the police?
What is the case for the police?
What is the case for the police?
ilhan omar
"I'm telling you that the police are not allowed to do this.
I'm telling you that the police are not allowed to do this.
"I'm telling you that the police are not allowed to do this.
unidentified
"I'm telling you that the police are not allowed to do this.
I'm telling you that the police are not allowed to do this.
ilhan omar
I'm telling you that the police are not allowed to do this.
benny johnson
These people like hate our country.
They want us to live in a destabilized, broken nation.
They want to destroy Western civilization.
They straight up say it, by the way.
They say it in...
There are posts.
There's this dude who's getting deported right now.
He was one of the lead protesters in the Hamas protests.
Here's his post.
This is who Democrats are defending.
Democrats are going wall to wall defending this guy.
He led a violent insurrection, effectively, at University of Columbia in favor of Hamas.
And he straight up says, we're fighting for the total eradication of Western civilization.
He was here on a visa.
And the Trump administration sent him home.
Said, okay, you know what?
You're going to post stuff like this?
See ya!
We don't need people.
You can hate us for free where you come from, where you belong.
ICE arrest Palestinian leader of Colombia's anti-immigration protests revoking a student visa and green card.
Send him home.
Dude, you should be like lucky you don't go to Gitmo, quite frankly.
So, this is, you know, obviously something that is indefensible, but Democrats are defending it.
How are they defending it?
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
Here's Jasmine Crockett explaining that...
You're gonna love this.
Illegal immigrants...
Aren't behaving illegally.
Let's go.
unidentified
It is not a criminal violation to enter the country illegally.
It's not it's not a criminal.
It's crime.
It's not a crime, which is why they're so frustrated, because they really want our local law enforcement to go out and round up people when they could be looking out for the murderers and the sexual abusers, as well as the robbers.
They want them to go and round people up on civil accusations.
And so.
benny johnson
Yeah, yeah.
Round people up is exactly what the Trump administration is doing.
Alina Haber will be joining the program very soon.
Ladies and gentlemen, they're using the CBP1 app, the app that was used to invade our country.
What man intends for evil, God intends for good.
The app that was used to invade our country, the Trump administration is using that app now to catch criminals.
A delightful update, ladies and gentlemen.
Leave now.
The Trump administration repurposes controversial CBP1 app to encourage self-deportations.
Here's how they did it.
unidentified
This is pretty remarkable.
The Trump administration has taken that controversial CBP1 cell phone app for migrants that the Biden administration was using, and they've repurposed it into a self-deportation app that is officially launching today.
And we're getting an exclusive first look at it.
Take a look.
The app is now called CBP Home.
It allows illegal aliens in the U.S. to register to self-deport.
They fill out biographical information, including their countries of citizenship, which country they plan to return to.
Their alien registration numbers, their contact information, and it allows them to upload photos of themselves to confirm their identity.
All of it is then submitted to CBP, and they leave the country.
Now, you might be asking yourself, well, why would an illegal immigrant want to self-deport?
Well, DHS says if they leave now, they will have the opportunity to return to the U.S. legally in the future and chase the American dream.
But if they don't leave, they will be found, arrested, detained, and deported with a permanent ban on it.
entry into the United States.
In a statement to Fox News, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said in part, quote, the Biden administration exploited the CBP One app to allow more than one million aliens to illegally enter the United States.
With the launching of the CBP Home app, we are restoring integrity to our immigration system.
If they don't self-deport, we will find them, deport them, and they will never return.
The Biden administration's use of the CBP One app allowed more than 40,000 migrants to come into the U.S. at a port of entry every single month.
That totaled nearly one million migrants by the end of his presidency.
President Trump terminated that app immediately upon taking office, leading scenes like this showing migrants dismayed at the border on the day of his inauguration as they learned their CBP One appointments were canceled and were never coming back.
And DHS tells me that any migrants who had that CBP One app, on their phone will see it automatically update to this new self-deportation app starting today.
And DHS can also use the data from the prior CBP-1 registrations to track migrants for removal.
So in a nutshell, Dana, Trump just took Biden's program, which was bringing migrants in, and has now totally repurposed it to get them out.
Thank you.
benny johnson
This energy.
Man, this is the energy.
And I got good news for you.
Finally, I have good news for you on this front.
Ugh, man.
People getting arrested.
Finally, Stephen Miller saying on X, vast numbers of foreign nationals who support terrorism and reject American values have been awarded visas, revoking them as a national security imperative.
We must only admit those who embrace the core principles of our civilization.
So if you're a dude that says, I am here to bring down Western civilization, then you can do that, but you can do that from home.
Your home.
Where you belong.
Where you hate Western civilization.
Why would you do that from Western civilization?
If you hate our country so much, if you hate our people so much, if you hate our superior society so much, then go home!
Obviously.
We are for the total eradication of Western civilization.
It reminds me of language that Ilhan Omar used.
Where are the charges for Ilhan Omar?
Where are the charges for AOC?
Ilhan Omar says we have to totally eradicate.
The Minneapolis Police Department.
That's what she said.
Lock that in with what the horrible thing that just happened with Alex Jones and his reporter, James White.
So sad.
Ladies and gentlemen, yeah.
We seek community and instruction from militants in the global south.
Oh, okay.
Got it.
So the cartels is what they're saying.
Bad news for the cartels.
Illegal crossings at the U.S.-Mexo border is down 94% year over year.
Let's freaking accept some of the W's.
Kristi Noem saying that the leakers of ICE raids are going to face 10 years in prison.
I'm begging you.
We know Kristi Noem.
We just spent the whole day with Kristi Noem.
We just traveled in her motorcade.
I'm begging you.
Do it.
We will cover it wall to wall.
Frog march those people into prison.
It will be one of the most important days in American history.
Christy Noem says two leakers accused of disclosing ICE operations, ID'd, put law enforcement lives in jeopardy, will face 10 years in prison.
Of course, we're going to have to go through a legal process here, right?
But they've been fired, and now legal process is ongoing.
And a video exclusively provided to Fox News.
Noem has seen giving an update on the matter.
Do we have the video?
We don't have the video.
Let's load it up, please.
We've identified two leakers of the information here at the Department of Homeland Security.
We've been telling individuals for our operations putting law enforcement in jeopardy.
We plan to prosecute these two individuals and hold them accountable for all that they've done.
We're going to continue to do all that we can to make America safe.
The names of the two alleged leakers were not disclosed.
DHS spokesperson Trisha McLaughlin told Fox News that they expected to face charges.
We're preparing to refer the perpetrators to the DOJ for felony prosecutions.
These individuals face 10 years in federal prison.
We can find and root out all leakers.
They will face prison time and will get justice for the American people.
Good!
Thank you!
Yes!
We've been waiting for somebody to speak like this.
The wheels of justice turn slowly, but they continue to turn.
Here's Kristi Noem saying they're turning.
kristi noem
Everyone, I wanted to give you a quick update.
We have identified two leakers of information here at the Department of Homeland Security who have been telling individuals about our operations and putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy.
benny johnson
We plan to prosecute these two individuals Well, ladies and gentlemen, that is a promise made, promise kept.
Can't wait.
We know that this is very, very important.
Can't wait to speak to Alina Haba.
About this?
Somebody who knows quite a bit about fighting back against a corrupt system.
Ladies and gentlemen, joining us now live from the White House is the great counselor to the president.
Ladies and gentlemen, Alina Hava, live now.
you you you Alina, thank you so much for being on the program.
I would never deign to compare you to the lawfare agents against President Trump.
I'm not asking for that.
But the whole reason why you had to stand outside of so many courthouses was the iconography, the imagery of it.
And as we hear Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, say, we are looking at 10 years in prison for the leakers who put these ICE agents' lives at risk.
We can't help but applaud that.
Big time.
We're very much looking forward to that because that will be a great deterrent.
It will be a great image for the American people to say you can't put law enforcement and their lives in jeopardy.
alina habba
That's 100% true.
President Trump has always stood with all law enforcement, as you know.
Same with Kash Patel and Pam Bondi.
And accountability is coming across the way.
I mean, there's just nowhere we're going to stop when it comes to that.
Now, like you said, this is not fake news.
This is not a witch hunt.
These are real people putting real human beings' lives in danger.
You cannot do it.
You cannot post.
ICE members, team members on the streets of New York as a deterrent.
You can't do that.
There are protections that are in place for those individuals that sacrifice their life, that sacrifice for America to protect us.
And when you jeopardize those people and the safety of citizens of this country, you will be prosecuted.
It's very simple.
Christie's just doing a knockout job along with the DOJ, FBI.
I could go on and on, Tom Homan.
I'm so proud of my team here.
And the president is really leading.
benny johnson
Yeah, we have spent the beginning of the show talking about this very strange piece of news, and I'd like to get your take on it that popped up this weekend, where a top-level staffer for AOC self-deported back to Colombia.
And we went through sort of the federal statute here, and you're not allowed to employ illegal aliens in this country.
And you certainly shouldn't be allowed to employ them in Congress, which is insane.
What's your take on this?
Very odd situation.
What was AOC thinking?
What was she doing?
And will there be any further actions from the administration on this?
alina habba
So what was AOC thinking?
I'm not going to speak to her, but I can assume she was thinking the same thing as when she wide open let the borders come in and fentanyl and let children be trafficked.
So that's the same.
That we're talking about that allowed this themselves, number one.
Number two, I really want to understand how, and I've gone through this process myself.
I have staff.
They are to be vetted.
They go through a process.
They are cleared.
They are investigated if need be, interviewed, etc.
And they go through a process to have responsibility in the federal government to get a federal payroll.
So I'm confused on how that went by.
I would like to know if AOC had something to do with that, number one.
Number two.
I think it speaks volumes that the irony that we're now using the same app.
To self-deport that they were using to allow these illegal immigrants to cash in, check in, and use American taxpayer dollars to get a hotel room, get a $10,000 credit card.
So this individual self-deported, and she's probably crying in the corner when this is exactly what we mean.
How can this person be working in Washington?
How did this happen?
And under AOC's nose, with her permission?
Unacceptable.
I expect action, and I'm going to hold them to it.
I really do, because I think this is absolutely unacceptable.
benny johnson
Just one quick follow-up there.
I mean, you've obviously had a number—you've hired a number of people at the White House.
You have an office right there on the West Wing.
You are one of the most important counselors to the president.
Clearly, there is a very—just to get into the White House, there is such a thorough background check.
alina habba
Yeah.
benny johnson
To go through.
Getting employed at the White House or in the federal government, in congressional offices, you have access to classified or secure information.
You have a lot of access there.
And so it just boggles the mind as to how a criminal alien is allowed to work inside of one of the branches of government.
alina habba
Well, that's right.
And more importantly, if you're harboring these individuals, you saw Governor Murphy said and then immediately retracted that he had an illegal alien in his home in the attic and that he was going to hide them and good luck ice coming to get them.
Like, not sure if you saw the news, but we're coming.
We're coming.
We're deporting you.
And then you are welcome into this country with the means that we have in place, going through the process to make sure you're a vetted individual that's not a criminal, that's not going to hurt.
Our citizens.
And that's the bottom line.
We're not anti-immigration.
We're anti-criminal illegal immigration.
That's not immigration.
That's border crossings, human trafficking, human extortion that's coming in and extorting our country and our taxpayer dollars.
So if AOC had any part in that, that's a problem.
benny johnson
Yes.
Do you think that the DOJ should look into this because it really hit our radar?
alina habba
Absolutely.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, there's so much for them to look into.
I feel badly because the list is long, but they did not give us any short stick on how much we have to fix.
It's really a shame, but we're excited to do it.
We're a growing team here.
We're hiring every single day.
We did, of course, do a big purge as well.
Because you cannot hire when you have toxicity, when you have poison in the well.
So we have cleaned it up.
We're still going to continue to do so.
And then we're going to hire people to really get into this.
We have a huge team already investigating a lot of things at DOJ.
Pam's doing tremendous work.
Cash is doing tremendous work.
Actually, Pam told me yesterday, there are not enough hours in the day, Alina.
And I feel her.
I mean, there are not.
We are all so busy.
But we're doing well by the American.
benny johnson
You're taking a big focus on child trafficking, and God bless you for that.
This is something that the Biden administration, of course, refused to talk about.
I believe that they lost, was it 400,000 children, Alina?
alina habba
More than that, actually.
The real numbers are really disturbing.
I used to call it human trafficking, and I've been asked to task on this, and I work with Tom Holman, Kristi Noem, and RFK at HHS, because it actually goes across the board.
So, yeah, I'll be serving as a point person on human extortion, really, because it's not just human trafficking.
Human trafficking is just child sex trafficking, is what it's usually thought of.
But there's just—it's far bigger now.
It's cyber.
It's labor extortion.
It's a lot.
And I will be— In the next few days, talking a lot about it and exposing, frankly, the failures of the last administration, the risks that they put a lot of these children into, and the failures in rehabilitating some of these children, and not just children, adults as well.
benny johnson
Yeah.
So, I mean, it sort of like ties into this entire question, which is, where's the culpability, right?
These people, the Biden administration was the single largest allowance or facilitator of human trafficking and child trafficking.
In world history, by sheer numbers.
I mean, I think these people really need to be held responsible.
alina habba
Yeah, they enabled it, right?
So when you allow these people to come in, and then you direct the police enforcement and enforcement in general to not do anything, that is turning a blind eye while people are getting...
For whatever the purpose, but child trafficking is one that's easy to discuss.
But to allow a child to be sex trafficked, exposed, and repeatedly raped by an illegal immigrant who tricks them in many cases into coming into this country is the single most disgusting, disturbing thing.
And you should be held accountable for that.
I mean, I could go on for hours because most of my time here outside of direction from the president, and this includes this.
Has been spent focusing and understanding what has actually happened and what they hid.
And the numbers are atrocious.
They are serious.
And what they're doing to these children is seriously disturbing.
benny johnson
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, I mean, obviously, it's a dark subject matter, but somebody's got to actually take this on because the question is, like, do we live in a moral country or not?
Like, do we live in a country that upholds life and upholds the value of children, right?
I know that you're a mother.
I'm a father.
Do you care or are you a monster?
alina habba
No, I mean, that's the reality of it.
And, you know, anybody.
Anybody.
That is a pedophile or is found guilty and proven guilty.
And I want to be very serious about that because people under the Adult Survivors Act, we saw an influx of no statute of limitations and people accusing people of rape and then dropping suits that maybe the suit was not fruitful or didn't have evidence.
And I've been a lawyer, so I've seen this.
So I really believe in one thing, which is nobody is guilty until proven so.
But we know that we have a lot.
A lot of very guilty people who allowed this to happen in our country, who turned a blind eye and directed, directed police, directed ICE agents, directed Border Patrol agents.
To do nothing.
To me, that is so unacceptable.
They would bring one child in, circulate them, and bring them back for a fee.
That is unacceptable to me, and I will spend my time here predominantly focused on this because it kills me.
As a mother, as a woman, as a human being, and as an American, it should never have happened.
We have to make sure these children are taken care of, rehabilitated, and brought back to their families.
benny johnson
I have so many other things I want to talk about.
One final thing, since you currently occupy an office that was recently used by Jill Biden, who was in charge of the Save the Children organization.
That's what she was saying.
She was the head of the Save the Children organization while her husband or her policies were facilitating this largest child trafficking operation in human history.
It just, it's so evil.
alina habba
I mean, my actual office, I believe, was also held by Hillary Clinton.
So I found that out when I moved in.
I had sage.
benny johnson
Did you call it exorcist?
Did you get an exorcist?
You can tell.
alina habba
You do it, you know, holy water, sage, whatever you got to do.
Look, everybody that has a moral compass, and I'm fortunate that I am under the...
You know, commander-in-chief who cares so much about this and has directed this real serious mission.
We campaigned on it.
We campaigned on saving the children.
We're going to continue to save these children.
Get them off the streets.
Get them safe.
Get them taken care of.
Anybody who could allow this, who had a position of power, and I consider it a real honor to do well and to do something.
Good.
Anybody who would condone, turn a blind eye, and then put a title on their name and pretend they're saving children is disgusting.
I can assure you that I will actually be doing things to help.
You know, Christy, Tom Homan, and they have just led such a path for me to help with these children, and I'm so honored that they've included me in this and asked me to help in this way.
But I will tell you, you will see results, because there will be no way that my name is going to be attached to some fake title that comes out of this administration and has done no good.
It just will not happen.
benny johnson
It's so powerful.
People don't even like to talk about it because it's so dark.
It's so evil.
But you have to face evil in order to defeat it.
You have to face it.
And we're so thankful that you're doing it.
You've been facing a lot of evil, Alina.
It's been your professional job for the last couple of years.
alina habba
It really has.
It's been, I can't even believe it, Benny.
I mean, we've been talking about this.
It's been four years now, I think.
I just can't believe it.
God has a plan for people.
I started as just a lawyer, and here I am, and it's a real gift.
It's definitely God's plan for me, and I hope I can do some good with it.
I mean, every day that I'm away from my children, they're in New Jersey, and I'm here, when I have any sort of despair, I just remember that I'm going to help so many children, so many Americans, to make sure we're safe, but not just American children.
These are children from other countries that were duped, that were manipulated, that were sold.
By their family who is in desperation, cartels, etc.
And it's just, it's a gift.
It's a gift.
And I plan to take it seriously.
benny johnson
Before we move off that point, I just wanted to touch on when it comes to pederasts and prosecuting them and the people who are related to them or were in league with them.
You know, Jelaine Maxwell is the only person that's ever done any time.
For Epstein, I guess the American people, Pam Bondi seemed furious in her letter to Kash Patel about the FBI withholding evidence from her on Epstein.
Apparently, according to her words, there's a truckload of new evidence.
Any updates on that?
alina habba
It's funny.
I actually just asked about this and where it's at.
And I just want to say, I understand and hear the American people's, you know, ask.
And sometimes they mistakenly put it on me, and that's fine.
I'm part of the administration.
But I will say that I personally have checked in.
They are going through it.
You have to be patient.
Because when you are...
Wanting to prosecute and actually do something with the information that you have.
You have to make sure that you save the integrity of the investigation so that we can bring these people to justice, so that we can hold grand juries, so that we can do certain things.
You have to be careful.
The value for the American people to know immediately would undercut.
We have to do it.
We have to expose it.
We're going to be transparent 100%.
But we also have to make sure we're not putting any children in danger, putting any minors that don't want and do not deserve.
To be publicly identified in danger and making sure that we put forth the information that would still assist us in getting these individuals to justice.
It's such a convoluted thing, but I will tell you transparency is 100% coming.
We did get a ton of documents.
Pam's letter, I think, was directed towards the SDNY that we now know the individual in charge there had directives to...
Go in in the FBI and said, be the resistance.
Do not turn over the documents.
We have no tolerance for that.
But I would just say to the American people, yes.
They got the documents.
Cash instructed those individuals that you must cooperate.
One resigned, who was leading the charge and not cooperating.
And now we have them, and we have to go through them.
There is a very large amount of documents, I've been told.
They are going through them.
And I also, frankly, believe in transparency.
We have to give the American people transparency.
And we have been, frankly.
And unfortunately, sometimes we have to wait a little bit to go through the documents.
We are not machines.
But I know that they are.
We are actively working on it.
benny johnson
So people who won't have any access to classified documents would be a number of your old enemies, a number of the individuals from New York that fought you in lawfare, a number of individuals who fought you in D.C., Tulsi Gabbard stripped a huge list, let's get that up on screen, of security clearances yesterday.
Might have brought maybe a little chuckle to you in your office because there are some very familiar names on there.
alina habba
I recognize some of them.
benny johnson
51 Intel experts who lied.
Your take on this deserved?
alina habba
Yeah.
I think so.
I mean...
I have nothing to do with the decision.
I can say that I wasn't surprised by it.
I think when, like I said, you use your office in a corrupt or improper manner, it's a serious oath of office.
You are to take those charges that you are given when you put your right hand up and your hand on the Bible.
It is not to be partisan.
It is not to be used as a political weapon.
weaponization of justice is a serious problem that we have experienced for four years.
If you are engaging in that, if you have shown a disdain for somebody based on anybody other than the crimes or the actual law, then you do not have the authority in my opinion.
And I'm just speaking for myself at this point, I don't know what the reasoning was before I have been the witness of it.
I have screamed about it for four years.
These people do not deserve to have the positions that they have because they did not serve their people.
They serve their own political party and interests.
And that is my opinion.
It is the opinion that I've seen firsthand.
There is no question, after seeing all the lack of evidence against my former client, now I'm not my client, but the president of the United States, that these were completely targeted information.
investigations and the relentlessness of these individuals, some of them is disturbing.
I don't know where their moral compass is.
I think they would do their people well if they focused, for instance, on real crimes like child trafficking and things of that nature rather than political attacks.
benny johnson
Plenty of crime in New York.
You know, some of your old friends, Alvin Bragg and Letitia James, are on that list.
alina habba
Who are they?
I've never heard of them.
unidentified
Yeah.
benny johnson
Oh, shit.
You know, you just, you hate to see it, Alina.
alina habba
You know, it's really unbelievable because you have to remember something, too.
We're talking about Doge.
We're talking about...
I want you to think about, and I've spoken about this ad nauseum, but think about how much of your taxpayer dollars in New York have been spent on persecuting Trump and prosecuting Trump.
And now he's sitting in the White House.
So that money was completely and utterly wasted.
It was a disaster.
It was a distraction.
And it was really the effect of a political rally.
It was not actually legally sound.
It was solely to get...
To the MAGA base, to get to the American hardworking people that were frustrated with the economy, to get to the angel moms who lost children from cocaine and rape and all these things and fentanyl.
This was a distraction from the horrible four years that we had.
And all it's done was push the American people, I think, closer together and to show that these people cannot be trusted.
And it's a shame.
It's a shame because you're given such an opportunity when you're put in a position of power to either do good or do evil.
And I'm going to choose good every day of the week.
But these people, I don't believe.
I don't believe that they have that moral compass in them.
I don't.
benny johnson
I don't think that there's even a compass left with Joe Biden there.
You were talking about how Joe Biden had sort of a fake presidency, right, that was run by fiat.
Now there's reporting out that apparently Autopen.
The vast majority of the documents from the Biden administration here from the New York Post, Biden used auto pen signatures on most White House documents, raising concerns of his awareness.
According to the Oversight Project, that auto pen was used while Joe Biden was on vacation to commute sentences of criminals.
alina habba
Not good.
benny johnson
And it was signed, it was listed, signed in Washington, D.C. Yeah, and I want to see if the pardons were signed with an auto signature, because honestly, I would challenge the validity of that.
alina habba
If you do not have the mental capacity to sign your signature to something and you're not actually signing it, I would challenge the ability to enforce that document.
I think that there is a real problem here.
Speaker Johnson spoke today, I just heard him on the news, relaying that he had had a conversation with the president about President Biden, about something he had signed and he had no recollection of what it was, had truly no recollection.
So I would want to know a couple things.
Number one, did Jill have the auto signature pen?
Who was authorizing it?
Why was it used?
Are these valid documents?
If the executive branch, if the commander-in-chief did not know what he was signing, how are they valid?
If he didn't actually approve them, how are they valid?
There's a lot of things there that are concerning to me on such a serious level.
And then we have a president now that's just able to answer every question off the cuff, walk in the back of the plane, take tough questions, answer them without a problem, knows everything about every department under him, running the government fully and actively, and opens his doors on a regular basis to answer.
I have real concerns about it.
I'm not surprised, but it's very concerning.
benny johnson
As an attorney, like forging a signature is obviously a very serious crime.
You can't uphold the document if it was fraudulent, if the individual didn't sign it or have any understanding of this is what power of attorney is actually.
And so where you say, are you making the case, some legal scholars at Heritage Foundation have made this case that these executive orders Or laws that Joe Biden signed may not actually be valid if he in fact didn't sign them.
alina habba
I think if you sign any document and you don't have capacity, the mental capacity and inability to know what you're signing, it does challenge the validity of a document.
It's not something that I've looked into as of yet.
Obviously, this is new news, but I will definitely be recommending that we look into it.
I think that it's strange.
I would really like to know, most importantly, who signed it, if he knew that it was being signed.
Obviously, it's not a fake signature.
It's an auto signature.
But the point is, it's inappropriate.
You are the commander-in-chief.
This is big deal stuff that you're doing.
And to see that most were auto signatures, that's concerning.
That's really concerning.
We have to look into it.
benny johnson
We know that your office isn't far from the Oval Office.
We just want to thank you for taking that concept completely off the table by these style of signatures.
The giant marker and the giant...
The giant signature.
Very different style.
alina habba
Yes, yes.
It's Trump style.
It's just President Trump through and through.
You know, he's really turned the Oval Office into such a beautiful space and he invites everybody in all the time.
I don't think there's a day that people aren't popping in.
The door is open.
He works outside of doing, obviously, top secret things that he needs to shut that door for.
But the reality is he's always been a very open book and he has been criticized and ridiculed in a very unfair way in the press because of that.
I think anybody that does a lot of press gets exposed to that other side of the coin, the trolls that just like to, from their mother's basement.
But we're used to it and he's tougher for it.
But look, he's signing those documents in front of the American people.
benny johnson
Nobody's gonna ever challenge those, I can assure you The trolls from the mother's basement were very upset that Donald Trump Joe Biden probably hung Donald Trump's mugshot, but with a different vibe, Donald Trump hung his own mugshot in the Oval Office or leading into the Oval Office.
I believe if you go into the Oval Office, you'll pass by President Trump's mugshot.
Was that your decoration decision?
alina habba
No, no.
No, that was all him.
He literally picks every single thing.
I think that it's a reminder of the journey that he's taken, and it's a reminder of every single person that walks in, what they did to him, and where he is right now.
Unfortunately, some have not gotten the memo and are still trying to be disruptors in a bad way.
And if you just get on board with America, I mean, the one thing the president has said a lot that I don't think is getting enough attention is, you know, we want this to stop.
We want the divisiveness to stop.
We want to actually bring the Democrat and Republican Party together, because if we do that, America would be...
We have a party that in his joint session speech refused to stand up for a child with cancer.
We have a party in his joint session speech who's screaming with their cane and getting thrown out, embarrassing themselves.
I can't get behind that.
But President Trump is a very forgiving person.
He's also willing to work with them and trying to bring them to the table every single day.
Hopefully one day they will come because that's the man that really endured a lot.
I think it's fortunate to have seen firsthand, but also unfortunate that he had to go through it.
Nobody should have to go through that, let alone a sitting president.
benny johnson
Yeah, I'm just saying, can you pop up that last video?
With this last video, Zelensky should have known what he was walking into when he passed by the mugshot.
He should have known!
It's like your boss was warning him, right?
alina habba
Yeah, they put him through hell.
And he's better for it, for sure.
But nobody deserves to go through what he went through, day in, day out, for years on end.
But, you know, God has a plan, like I said.
He's where he needs to be.
And we're making real changes.
And we do not, you know, we don't take this role for granted.
I think that because of that, because of that mugshot, because we remember that there were alternative plans for him, had a lot of these...
Raisy, radical, liberal Democrats had their way.
They would have him in jail and instead were here making America better.
So I'm grateful.
benny johnson
That's right.
What man intended for evil, God intended for good.
And we thank you for fighting for good, no matter how dark it is.

All right, well, we covered a lot of the news, actually, with Alina.
It's a pretty drastic and exciting day.
I just want to addendum one quick thing, because we did ask about the Epstein files.
We'll always ask about the Epstein files.
FBI Director Cash Patel working aggressively to comply with all congressional record requests.
Awesome.
Freaking awesome.
Cash Patel is delivering...
Documents ahead of time, personally asking staff for updates when records will be sent to the Senate and the House.
Cash Patel is making sure that Jim Jordan gets everything that the FBI has on the J6 pipe bomber all the way through, like multiple other compliance investigations.
J6 pipe bomb is something that's here in the memo, but also 400 other pages of committee requests.
Fox News Digital has learned that the document production included minimal redactions that the FBI plans to turn over additional records to the House Judiciary Committee on the topics in the coming weeks.
We're thankful for Director Patel and we'll have more updates soon, says the spokesperson for Jim Jordan to Fox News.
Patel's efforts come as Republicans on Capitol Hill for years under the leadership of FBI Director Chris Murray and James Comey have complained that the FBI has missed deadlines and has defied congressional subpoenas and refuse to hand over documents.
Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Judiciary Committee in the Senate, all-powerful Judiciary Committee, said a very simple, very simple three-word sentence.
Praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord, says Chuck Grassley.
Very good, ladies and gentlemen.
Tomorrow, we are going to have more members of President Trump's administration on the show.
We're going to be covering...
The massive scandal that is exploding at Act Blue right now.
We're going to do a deep dive investigation into all of that.
And, well, ladies and gentlemen, we're just so proud to bring you your front seat to the golden era.
Here we go.
This is sort of the scorecard right now.
Look at all that.
Actually, hold on.
We missed someone.
We missed our boy.

And to do it in a way that, like, is pretty honest because we're just you.
That's it.
We're just you.
We're fighting for the exact same thing in this country, the preservation of this, a superior civilization and country.
And if you don't like it, you can leave.
All right?

Romans 8, 28, our verse of the day.
Come on, baby.
This is a good one.
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and who are called according to his purpose for them.
unidentified
Such a spectacular verse.
benny johnson
God works for the good.
God works for the good.
Man, we've had to, like, remind ourselves of that.
Multiple shows where we had Alina Haban, not from the White House, but from some dingy courtroom where they're planning on putting Trump in prison for the rest of his life.
What man intends for evil, God intends for good.
God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love him and are called according to his purpose.
