Right now, President Trump is getting ready to welcome Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the White House.
The two leaders will hold a bilateral meeting followed by a news conference.
We expect they'll address the ongoing ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas, the hostage releases, and, as was just mentioned in that Q&A at the White House, the growing threat.
We are monitoring the visit, as you can see on your screen.
And any comments they make, we'll make sure we go directly to hear from Benjamin Netanyahu and President Donald Trump.
But right now, as we watch and wait for the big arrival, let's bring in Trey Yanks, who is live in Tel Aviv.
Trey.
trey yingst
Yeah, hey, Will.
Good afternoon.
The Wall Street Journal reports the Trump administration is preparing a $1 billion arms package for Israel.
This military aid is set to include both bulldozers and 1,000-pound bombs.
We do know this comes as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is in Washington holding meetings about the Gaza ceasefire in addition to bilateral talks with President Trump.
This week, Qatari negotiators are restarting conversations to determine how phase two of the agreement will be implemented.
If it proceeds as planned, phase two is expected to lead to the release of all remaining living hostages, in addition to seeing a full Israeli withdrawal from Gaza.
While high-level talks take place in Washington, these lower-level, more technical conversations are moving forward in Doha.
The coordination to implement the deal is extensive and also includes a critical humanitarian angle, with additional aid trucks entering the enclave and wounded patients exiting.
President Trump's Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, addressed these efforts today outside the White House.
steve witkoff
We're hopeful we'll get to the right place on phase two.
And what me and the National Security Advisor are identifying, which, by the way, President Trump identified, is that phase three, the reconstruction, is not going to go the way that agreement talks about, which is a five-year program.
It's physically impossible.
trey yingst
The main issue here is that Netanyahu is under immense domestic political pressure to resume the war against Hamas.
His position comes amid the backdrop of other significant security issues including Iran and Yemen, not to mention the ongoing Israeli operations in the West Bank.
This morning, two Israeli soldiers were killed in a shooting attack that targeted an observation post next to a checkpoint.
With so much happening in the region, the meetings today are consequential and significant for the future of the Middle East.

East We got the flying goats from Iran.
Okay.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, let's freaking rock and roll.
Donald Trump making peace at the White House.
Let's freaking go here.
Donald Trump and Bibi Netanyahu at the White House.
You didn't see Bibi Netanyahu visiting Joe Biden at the White House because everyone knew that Joe Biden was fake and not real.
This is what you want to see.
You know my stance on all this.
I know this is a very, very touchy subject for so many people.
And so I've been very, very clear for, I don't know, years ALX on all this.
We want peace!
These wars happen because of weakness.
These wars happen because evil men feel like they are allowed to invade other countries, bomb other countries, slaughter and kill.
We don't want that to happen.
We want peace.
These wars rob us of our treasure, our greatest treasure, whether it's Ukraine, whether it's Israel, whether it's Russia, whether it's China.
We don't want these things to happen because One, we end up funding them.
Two, we end up being pulled into these wars.
And peace is far better for a world economy, for a stable globe and government.
Ladies and gentlemen, we want peace.
Which side of the Ukraine war are you on?
Are you with the Russians?
Are you a Russian agent?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a moot point.
We are an agent of peace.
We're not on any side other than the American side.
Damn it.
The side of President Trump, when he was asked about this two years ago on CNN, was, I don't want anyone to die.
Which is why we would be very much in favor of President Trump, who will be live momentarily at the White House with Bibi Netanyahu at a press conference.
He was live here in the Oval Office.
This wasn't a press conference necessarily, right?
But they took, you know, they said a few comments in front of that roaring fireplace.
Donald Trump essentially saying, I want to be a force and powerful leadership in this effort.
I'm happy that they're there.
I want there to be peace.
Donald Trump saying, when I left office, we had no problem.
There was no Ukraine and Russia fighting.
There was no October 7th.
There was nothing.
Very poor leadership led to a lot of problems and a lot of death.
We have a lot of fires.
We're going to put them out, Donald Trump says in front of a giant fire.
Would have been great.
Hey, White House.
When Trump says that, have him take a giant bucket of water and splash it on the fire behind him.
Next time.
unidentified
All right.
benny johnson
Secret Service probably wouldn't allow him.
Anyway, the point is that Donald Trump's been ringing the same bell for a very long time.
When Donald Trump was not even the candidate yet for president, Donald Trump was just...
His own magnanimous self inside of the political landscape.
He hadn't even announced he was running for president yet.
He went on CNN.
And he was prattled on about by the harpy on CNN, somebody named Caitlin Collins, constantly cosplaying Scott Pressler, about the war in Ukraine.
And his answer rang like a bell.
At no other time at this single CNN town hall that he did with Donald Trump, did Trump turn the entire audience against CNN better than this.
Here's President Trump delivering on his promise.
donald j trump
One of the things you have to do is you have to get Europe.
unidentified
Mr. President, can I just follow up on that because that's a really important statement that you just made there.
Can you say if you want Ukraine or Russia to win this war?
donald j trump
I want everybody to stop dying.
They're dying.
Russians and Ukrainians.
I want them to stop dying.
And I'll have that done.
I'll have that done in 24 hours.
I'll have it done.
You need the power of the presidency to do it.
unidentified
But you won't say that you want Ukraine to win.
donald j trump
You know what I'll say?
I'll say this.
I want Europe to put up more money.
Because they're in for $20 billion.
We're in for $170 billion.
And they should equalize.
They have plenty of money.
benny johnson
Ladies and gentlemen, the way to get the sides to stop fighting...
And killing each other, which nobody wants.
I don't want it.
You don't want it.
Clearly, you don't want it.
This is like an immoral thing.
I consider myself a moral person in the sense that I'm trying my hardest to live by the virtues of the Bible and the Christianity of which I follow.
And you shouldn't want families, children, mothers, fathers wiped from the earth.
Killed in their homes.
No matter what country it is, no matter where it is, you should want peace.
And the best way to get peace is strength.
And the only way to allow for strong sides who are currently killing each other to stop doing that is to do what Donald Trump is doing at the White House right now.
Soon there will be a press conference with Donald Trump and Bibi Netanyahu.
Ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump was just sitting in the Oval Office with Bibi Netanyahu talking about a peace deal.
We are in favor of that.
We haven't changed our stance on this.
We haven't simped for one side or the other.
Again, a hot topic.
Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, Palestinians.
We've been utterly consistent for the last three years that we want the death and the dying to stop.
This is how it's done.
Here's President Trump moments ago inside of the Oval with Bibi Netanyahu delivering on his promise.
donald j trump
Everybody's demanding one thing.
You know what it is?
Peace.
We want peace.
We want people to stop being killed.
But everybody's demanding one thing.
Very simple.
Peace.
And he wants peace also.
benny johnson
Alright.
So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen.
President Trump was live inside of the Oval Office during executive orders signings.
This was earlier in the day.
This is some of the takes from Donald Trump as we await this joint press conference between Trump and Bibi Netanyahu where they will be taking questions from the White House Press Corps inside of the West Wing.
They'll have the full press there, so expect it to be very rowdy, and this is a very hot topic and something that causes a lot of blood boiling on both sides.
Can Donald Trump calm the waters and chill everyone out?
Will Donald Trump deliver on the thing that we want him to deliver on, that he wants to deliver on, which is peace?
We certainly hope so.
Donald Trump, again, earlier in the Oval Office, signing executive orders, taking a couple questions from the press.
We want to get to them because we don't have a shot right now.
We can put it up right now.
What we have for a feed is just a shot outside of the White House, right?
So we don't have a shot of the two at the press dais yet.
As soon as that happens, we'll hop on over there.
So why not do a little bit of a wrap-up?
Joe Biden joined a talent agency in Hollywood.
Okay?
Because everybody wants to put Joe Biden into movies.
That's what we really need, is more movies with Joe Biden acting in them.
Donald Trump was asked about this, and his response, perfect.
peter doocy
And just last one, because you mentioned it many times.
What do you think about Joe Biden signing on with a talent agency?
donald j trump
You gotta be kidding.
He signed on with a talent agency?
unidentified
He does.
peter doocy
He's got some entertainment agents now.
donald j trump
I think he's got bigger problems than that.
I think he's got much bigger problems than that, but I wish him well.
We inherited a mess.
This place is a mess, but it's quickly being solved, the problem.
We're going to make America great again.
Thank you very much.
benny johnson
That's an interesting clip to play first, since that was clearly Donald Trump's last question.
Trump took 20 minutes of questions.
Some of the more interesting ones in the subject of our show this morning was Elon Musk shuttering USAID.
Donald Trump not happy with that organization, nor should he be.
It was a demonic government that sat outside of the...
U.S. government, did whatever it wanted to, acted like a globalist intelligence agency to usurp the will of the people, overthrow democracies.
Sow political discord?
Destroy nations?
Donald Trump saying, I'm glad it's gone.
Here we go.
donald j trump
It doesn't seem to work.
unidentified
On Elon Musk, how often are you talking to him?
And have there been ideas that he's brought to you that you've said, oh no, wait a minute, this is going a little too far?
donald j trump
Well, many ideas, but look, he's done a great job.
Look at all the fraud that he's found in this USAID.
It's a disaster what the people, radical left lunatics, they have things that nobody would have even believed.
The whole thing with 100 million spent on you know what?
With money going to all sorts of groups that shouldn't deserve to get any money with the money.
I'd like to see what the kickbacks are.
How much money has been kicked back?
Who would spend that kind of money to some of the things that you read about and I read about and I see every night on the news and every morning when I read the papers?
Who would spend money for that?
I would say this.
The people that got all that money, are they kicking it back to the people that...
Gave it from government.
No, that's, to me, very, very corrupt.
The real question is how much of a kickback has there been?
And one of the things I want to investigate rapidly, because I've never seen anything to this extent, the train that's being built between Los Angeles and San Francisco is the worst managed project I think I've ever seen, and I've seen some of the worst.
Billions and billions, hundreds of billions of dollars over budget.
In fact, I read where you could take every single person that was going to go on the train and get the finest limousine service in the world and take them back and forth with limousines and you'd have hundreds of billions of dollars left over.
It is the worst thing.
And we're going to start an investigation of that because it's not possible.
I built for a living and I built on time, on budget.
It's impossible that something could cost that much.
And now it's not even going to San Francisco and it's not going to Los Angeles.
They made it much shorter.
So now it's at little places way away from San Francisco and way away from Los Angeles.
Now, we're going to start a big investigation on that because I've never seen anything like it.
Nobody has ever seen anything like it.
The worst overruns that there have ever been in the history of our country.
And it wasn't even necessary.
I would have said, you don't buy it.
You take an airplane.
Of course, you're $2.
Of course, you're nothing.
You take an airplane.
But this got started.
And if you have to, you drive.
You can drive.
They have hundreds of billions of dollars of cost overruns.
And it's not even the same project.
It's much shorter.
It's way outside of San Francisco and way outside of Los Angeles.
So we're going to be looking at it.
unidentified
Thank you.
benny johnson
I love that Trump is locked in on this.
It is such a massive rabbit hole you find yourself in.
I just can't.
I'm obsessed with it now.
Discovering what USAID...
We didn't even get into the child trafficking this morning with Mike Benz.
We didn't even start going and looking into the black box, the absolute heart of darkness that USAID has funded and facilitated.
We're going to keep going on a series really exposing what USAID was and is.
And Donald Trump is sitting there saying, no, Elon Musk is doing God's work here.
Ladies and gentlemen, speaking of doing God's work, Donald Trump talking about getting rid of the Department of Education, potentially.
Maybe just deleting entire departments.
We've been seeing that.
Although we haven't seen an entire department like that would have an appointed head, like an acting head, like the...
You know, Department of Education, right?
Someone appointed by the federal government.
We haven't seen that happen yet, but the axe is at the root of the tree.
Here we go.
peter doocy
Education Department.
Why nominate Linda McMahon to be the Education Department Secretary if you're going to get rid of the Education Department?
donald j trump
Because I told Linda, Linda, I hope you do a great job and put yourself out of a job.
I want her to put herself out of a job.
Education Department.
So we're ranked number 40 out of 40 schools, right?
We're ranked number one in cost per pupil.
So we spend more per pupil than any other country in the world.
And we're ranked at the bottom of the list.
We're ranked very badly.
And what I want to do is let the states run schools.
I believe strongly in school choice.
But in addition to that, I want the states to run schools, and I want Linda to put herself out of a job.
unidentified
Do you think that's something you can do with an executive order, or are you going to ask Congress to do it?
donald j trump
I'd like to be able to.
Look, if I could give the schools back to Iowa and Idaho and Indiana and all these places that run properly, there's many of them, I think.
So, if you look at the list, Denmark, Sweden, Norway.
Believe it or not, China's doing very well on that list.
A list of well-educated, you know, where they run their school system well.
You have a lot of countries, not surprising names.
I think that if you moved our schools into some of these states that are really well-run states, they would be as good as Denmark and Norway and Sweden and some of the other states.
And then you'd have the laggards, and you know who they are.
I don't have to go to it.
You'd have the same laggards that are laggards with everything else, including crime.
But even then, you'll break it into systems.
As an example, if you went to New York, you go to Westchester County, you go to Dutchess County, you go to Suffolk and Long Island and Nassau and Long Island.
You have maybe six or seven locations.
And you have New York City, which would include the five boroughs.
And I think even that would run much better than it does right now.
Same thing with Los Angeles or California.
You'd have Riverside.
You'd break it up into six or seven people.
But most of them would be states, and you'd have one.
Like in Iowa, you give it to the state of Iowa.
You give it to the state of Indiana.
These are really well-run states.
They don't have debt.
They don't have problems.
They don't have any crimes, relatively speaking, to speak of.
And you would have...
Education that would be the equivalent of Norway and Denmark and various other places that are at the top of the list.
So we're at the bottom of the list and we're the most expensive.
We're at the top of the list when it comes to cost per pupil.
We spend more money per pupil than any other nation in the world.
And yet we're rated number 40. The last ratings came out.
You saw them.
So they talk about 40 countries.
We're rated number 40. And I say that if we did this, we would...
We would go 20, 30 notches up.
We could do great.
And we would have some of the best districts in the world.
peter doocy
But are you looking to do that with an executive order, sir?
Or do you need to work with Congress?
donald j trump
Well, there are some people that say I could.
I think I'd work with Congress.
I think we'd get, look, we'd have to work with the teachers' union because the teachers' union is the only one that's opposed to it.
Nobody else would want to hold them back.
Look, we have to tell the teachers' union.
We're rated last in the world in education of the top 40. We were 38. Now we're 40. We went to 39. We went to 40. We're 37. But we're 40 now.
The thing just came out.
That's under Biden.
Remember that.
unidentified
Secretary Rubio, I have to deal with it.
benny johnson
Donald Trump is very serious about eliminating the Department of Education.
He answered the question by saying, I hope that you eliminate your job, Linda McMahon, who he appointed as the Department of Education chair.
So, this, this is the new landscape.
It was amazing, during the Christmas break, there were all these libs in my timeline that were constantly like, Donald Trump can't cut all these government departments.
He can't eliminate entire departments.
He won't be able to sign so many executive orders.
He won't be pardoning January Sixers.
Tom Homan won't be deporting people to Gitmo.
That's not possible.
Elon Musk won't be able to cut government.
What is Doge even?
They're not even real.
It's all fake.
Dude, do you understand Trump got a bullet through the ear?
He took a bullet.
He ate a bullet!
Do you know that the feds raided Melania's closet?
Do you understand how radicalizing that is?
The feds went in...
And sniffed Melania's closet, those sick perverts.
And you don't think that's going to radicalize Trump when he gets back in?
He has no more Fs to give.
You did it to yourselves.
I hope you enjoyed the last four years, libs.
Because now we're on the other side of the rollercoaster.
It's amazing.
The pendulum, click, clock, tick, tock, swings back the other way.
And hot damn is Donald Trump going in.
Human rights!
UN!
Not just the Department of Education, that is going to be eliminated.
Donald Trump has pulled the United States out of the UN Human Rights Council because they are America haters.
Here's his response to this question.
will scharf
Thank you, sir.
Next up, in light of numerous actions taken by a number of bodies of the United Nations, which exhibited deep anti-American bias, we have an executive order prepared for your attention.
That would withdraw the United States from the UN Human Rights Council, would withdraw the United States from the UNRWA, which is a refugee organization, and would also review American involvement in UNESCO, which has also exhibited anti-American bias.
More generally, the executive order calls for a review of American involvement and funding in the UN in light of the wild disparities in levels of funding.
Among different countries that, as you've expressed previously, is deeply unfair to the United States.
donald j trump
So I've always felt that the UN has tremendous potential.
It's not living up to that potential right now.
It really hasn't for a long time.
There are great hopes for it, but it's not being well run, to be honest, and they're not doing the job.
A lot of these conflicts that we're working on should be...
Settled, or at least we should have some help in settling them.
We never seem to get help.
That should be the primary purpose of the UN, the United Nations.
And again, it's got great potential.
And based on the potential, we'll continue to go along with it.
but they got to get their act together.
unidentified
Disjector work full now.
donald j trump
Well, you've got to be fair to countries that deserve fairness.
Some countries, as you know, that are outliers, that are very bad, and they're being almost preferred as countries to those that do their job and are doing a good job.
They're going to end up losing a lot of countries.
They're going to end up losing their credibility like other organizations, and then they're going to be nothing.
The potential of the United Nations, and not everybody agrees with me on this, the potential of the United Nations is fantastic, if properly run.
So we'll see what happens.
unidentified
How much money are you willing to take away from them?
donald j trump
Well, we're taking away a little bit, but we're not looking to take away money.
This is so important that we're really, as you know, the United Nations is largely funded by us.
And it shouldn't be.
It should be funded by everybody.
But we're disproportionate, as we always seem to be.
But it's something that if it ever lived up to the potential, in 10 minutes it would make up the difference.
That's the kind of power it could have.
Right now, it doesn't have that power.
benny johnson
So ladies and gentlemen, again, this is what we missed earlier with something that was recorded live to tape is what it's called, live to tape.
So they don't allow you to go live inside of the White House for these question and answers with Donald Trump.
There is a pool camera that is recording these questions and answers that Trump gives and then the.
Tape gets sent out to all of the journalists there in the room, media outlets, and then we can cut the tape, right, and put it together.
So these are some of the questions and some of the answers that were given.
Trump's talking about the United Nations.
He's talking about bad countries behaving badly, and he talked about Iran.
There's a question that was brought up whether Iran will kill him.
There were Iranian plots, according to our federal law enforcement.
To try and kill Donald Trump, there's money exchanged.
There have been arrests actually made.
Feds were very, very quiet about this during the presidential race and run, but now they've come out with it.
And the question to President Trump was, what would happen to Iran if they tried to kill you?
The response here is very interesting.
Here we go.
peter doocy
say you're unhappy to sign it if it's Iran and their proxies who threaten to retaliate against you and your team by killing you guys or taking out Solomani.
donald j trump
Well, they haven't done that, and that would be a terrible thing for them to do.
Not because of me.
If they did that, they would be obliterated.
That would be the end.
I've left instructions.
If they do it, they get obliterated.
There won't be anything left.
And they shouldn't be able to do it.
And Biden should have said that, but he never did.
I don't know why.
Lack of intelligence, perhaps.
But he never said it.
If that happens to a leader, or close to a leader, frankly, if you had other people involved also, you would call for total obliteration of a state that did it.
That would include Iran.
So I'm citing this, and it's a very powerful document, but hopefully we're not going to have to use it.
benny johnson
We'll see, ladies and gentlemen.
We'll see.
It looks like they are gearing up for some type of major action against Iran.
I will reiterate, reiterate, reiterate that I don't want war.
War is not in the interest of America.
It is not in the interest of our economy.
It is not in the interest of anyone.
It is immoral.
Peace.
Peace is what is actually the only moral solution.
If you're approaching this, I think, correctly and logically, you don't want people to be killing each other.
You want America to be providing prosperity and a better life for those around the world.
There is a way that we don't have to be perpetually at war.
And who does war benefit?
This is why, I mean, you're well aware of my stance on this.
Why do we always pull up the map of the richest suburbs in all of America?
Why are the richest suburbs in all of America around Washington, D.C.?
Those richest suburbs around Washington, D.C. don't actually provide anything.
They don't create anything.
It's not like there's any industry.
Coal mines, diamond mines, gold mines in there.
It's a freaking swamp.
It's an actually deeply undesirable part of the country with no true natural resources.
Yet it is the richest because...
They do have an industry that they operate, and that is war.
So the defense contractors, those who work high up the Pentagon, those who are able to manipulate and use their high position inside of our federal government for war-making, that's how the swamp gets rich.
That's how the deep state gets powerful.
Take away the war-making apparatus.
Goodness, how many years has this country existed when we were not at war?
Again, it's terrible for everyone.
Terrible for us.
Terrible for other nations.
It depletes our national treasure.
How much money have we spent in Ukraine?
Would we be better off if $187 billion were spent here in this country?
Do you have a pothole you need filled on your street?
Do you have a power line you need fixed?
Do you have a bridge you need repaired?
Think of how much money could be spent here in this country.
So yes, that is my...
My position is also the position of those who go off and fight.
I bet you know.
I bet you know an Iraq war veteran or an Afghanistan war veteran or somebody who served.
And go talk to them.
How about this?
Go speak to them.
Go speak to those individuals about what that experience was like.
And what their take on that forever war was.
In Iraq.
We're still in Iraq.
In Afghanistan for 20 years.
We're still in Iraq.
Sitting here 25 years out, the Iraqi war, and we're still there.
No, ladies and gentlemen, no.
It's bad for us.
It's bad for our young men and women.
It's bad for our treasury.
It's bad for our real treasure, which is, of course, the future of this country.
Speaking of the young future of this country, Donald Trump was asked about the young employees at Doge who were recently doxed illegally.
These are some of the geniuses that Elon Musk is working with.
Ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump defending them full-throatedly.
Here we go.
unidentified
Is that Doge who's going to investigate the train?
donald j trump
No, I'm doing that myself.
peter doocy
Some of these Doge engineers that Elon Musk has helping him are as young as 19 years old.
unidentified
That's good.
donald j trump
They're very smart, though, Peter.
They're like you.
They're very smart people.
peter doocy
Thank you.
Have you met any of these guys?
donald j trump
No, I haven't seen them.
They work actually out of the White House.
They're smart people, unlike what they do in the control towers.
Well, we need smart people.
We should use some of them in the control towers where we were putting people that were actually intellectually deficient.
That was one of the qualifications is you could be intellectually deficient.
No, we need smart people.
Some are young and some are not young.
Some are not young at all.
But they found great things.
Look at the list of things.
Maybe I'll do it tomorrow.
I'll read off a list of 15 or 20 things that they found inside of the USAID.
It has to be corrupt.
Nobody could approve that.
They could only approve that if they were getting kickbacks.
You're talking about hundreds of millions of dollars.
peter doocy
Hey, Mark, it sounds like you're going to wind down USAID.
donald j trump
It sounds like it.
I mean, I think so.
peter doocy
So when that happens, which part of the government...
donald j trump
Well, I can see Marco Rubio being in charge, State Department, because they're giving money to...
I mean, some of the money is well spent, I guess.
benny johnson
So, ladies and gentlemen, once again, if you're just joining us, this is from earlier in the day.
This is called a pool feed.
This is something that is live to tape, where they tape President Trump live, but it's not actually broadcast live.
And the footage is then distributed to all major news companies and outlets.
A preview.
Of what we're going to be seeing here in a moment.
You can see the absolutely slam-freaking-packed, wall-to-wall press conference.
This is in the East Room of the White House.
Gold Room, as it's known.
And you can see that this is just going to be bananas.
Bananas.
People can't even breathe in that room.
So you're going to have quite...
Quite a role here for Donald Trump and for Bibi Netanyahu, the president of Israel, who will both be live taking questions from this press corps and every camera on planet Earth, hopefully announcing an end to the war, which is what we want.
Okay?
It's what you should want.
It's what everyone should want, actually.
So, continuing.
Donald Trump talking about securing...
Not other countries securing this country.
Talking about criminals.
All the ladies and gentlemen.
Criminals in this nation.
Potentially being something we're very excited.
Exiled!
When was the last time we did exile?
When was the last time you effed up so bad you got exiled in this country?
Donald Trump.
Starting.
And you heard it here first.
We told you this was going to happen two weeks ago.
How do you think we know?
Oh man.
Starting to potentially exile.
American criminals, career criminals, the reality of the math is that if you took the most dangerous element, the most dangerous career criminal, the 1,000 most dangerous people out of every major American city, that you'd reduce crime by 99%.
That 1% commits 99% of the crimes.
There are habitual drug addicts, degenerates, lunatics, demonically possessed individuals who are not worthy.
Of the society that we live in.
A moral society governed by God and law and order.
They're not worthy of that society.
They're not fit for that society.
So you must remove them.
When you remove them, you remove the contagion point for other people to be so mal-affected.
And then you get rid of 99% of your crime.
Announced today, El Salvador saying we'll happily take America's prisoners, including Americans, and put them inside of our special little Club El Salvador detainment centers, which have completely and totally eradicated MS-13.
As you know, when was the last time you heard about MS-13?
That's because El Salvador decided to just end it all by locking up every member of MS-13.
Here's President Trump talking about what should happen to career criminals in America.
unidentified
You announced a deal this week that would allow potentially American citizens for criminals to be put in a different country.
Is that something you're looking to do?
donald j trump
No, I didn't know that he announced that yet, but if he did, it's fine, yeah.
We have hard, hardened criminals, horrible people.
You see them pushing people into subways.
The train is coming.
Last week, a guy walking around just sees somebody waiting for the train.
The train's coming 40 miles an hour.
And he gets pushed into the subway.
And that happens all the time.
These are sick people.
If we could get them out of our country, we have other countries that would take them.
It's no different than a prison system, except it would be a lot less expensive.
And it would be a great deterrent.
Send them to other countries.
If we could go a step further, in other words, we're talking about getting the criminals out of our country that come in through.
Other countries illegally, right?
The illegal migrants, as I call them.
Well, we have people that are just as bad as them in our country.
If we could get them out, I'd be very happy.
unidentified
Well, that's a lot.
donald j trump
It's a very small fee compared to what we pay to private prisons.
And a very, very small fee.
I don't know.
We'll have to find that out legally.
I'm just saying, if we had the legal right to do, I would do it in a heartbeat.
I don't know if we do or not.
We're looking at that right now.
But we could make deals where we'd get these animals out of our country.
And, you know, if you take the shooters, the people that hit old ladies in the back of the head with a baseball bat when they're not looking, they walk down the street.
The people that, and you see it, the people that take out a gun and shoot you for no reason at all.
If we could get these animals out of our country and put them in a different country under the supervision of somebody that made a relatively small fee to maintain these people.
Because you know what?
These are criminals.
You call them hardened criminals.
They've been in jail 40 times.
There's one 42 times.
And every time the person gets out, it's a he.
Every time he gets out, he commits another crime within 24 hours.
And it's a heinous crime.
It's a rough crime.
We don't want these people in our country either.
We don't want them in our country.
If we had the option to get them out and let them be based in some other country at a fraction of the cost, and frankly, they could keep them because these people are never going to be any good.
That person...
That has been arrested 42 times or 22 times or 17 times and is all in for manslaughter and everything else and only gets out because of a very weak judicial system that only goes after people like Trump.
They don't go after the criminals.
They don't go after people like this.
And they laugh at our law.
If that took place, you would have a lot less crime automatically.
benny johnson
It's amazing.
It's amazing actually witnessing.
A government protect its own people, common sense, and a government that says, no, we want peace.
We don't want forever war.
Trust me, I see the comment section.
Like, I'm aware this is a hot-button issue.
This is a hot-topic issue.
There's a lot of boiling blood on both sides and on all sides.
And the easiest way to quiet it all is to say no more war, to have no more killing, to have no more slaughter.
And so, ladies and gentlemen, that is, of course, the stance of this program.
It is better for you, it is better for me, it is better for our children, it is better for our nations.
Here is the live shot of the press dais that is at the White House right now.
This is what you'll see at the White House momentarily with the two leaders who will be there giving a press conference and hopefully suing for peace.
Inside of the Oval Office, and we'll cut, of course, to this, As soon as the president takes the podium there, this is Donald Trump's first joint press conference.
You can see White House aides who are seating people in the front row.
J.D. Vance was at a meeting with Bibi Netanyahu earlier inside of the Oval Office.
This meeting was between Donald Trump and the president of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu.
And they were asked a series of questions by the press.
And we just got that tape.
Once again, it was not live.
It's live to tape.
There's a pool feed.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is going to be the joint press conference, all right?
And this is what we're going to cut to as soon as the president and Bibi Netanyahu take the stage.
But they were live inside of the Oval for their initial...
Meeting.
Klein, can you bump on over to that shot of all the press right there?
Yeah.
Just show you guys exactly how stacked this freaking room is.
Holy smokes.
Yeah.
So this is...
We just missed the wall of press.
There's literally a wall of press up to the ceiling.
Hundreds of people packed in there.
So it's bound to be a very, very rowdy, rowdy press conference and obviously something that's very hot blood on both sides.
So let's go ahead and see how President Trump set the table here earlier inside of the Oval Office and a preview of what is to come.
Here we go.
unidentified
We're dealing with a lot of people.
donald j trump
And we have steps to go yet, as you know.
And maybe those steps go forward and maybe they don't.
We're dealing with a very complex group of people, situation and people.
But we have the right man.
We have the right leader of Israel.
He's done a great job.
And we've been friends for a long time.
We do a great job also.
And I think we have a combination that's very unbeatable, actually.
unidentified
Can I ask, what would happen, Mr. President, what would happen in the year of the year of the Wait a minute.
donald j trump
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Where is that person?
Where is that person coming from?
Come on.
unidentified
What would happen if you'll hear from the Israeli side today that they're not willing to go through with the deal to get all the hostages that help them finish the war?
donald j trump
We'll see what happens.
What ever happens, we'll be prepared to handle the situation.
unidentified
Are the Saudis demanding a Palestinian state?
benny johnson
No.
donald j trump
No, they're not.
unidentified
Are they demanding a path towards a Palestinian state or any other recognition?
donald j trump
Everybody's demanding one thing.
You know what it is?
Peace.
We want peace.
We want people to stop being killed.
But everybody's demanding one thing.
Very simple.
Peace.
And he wants peace also.
unidentified
Mr. President, do you think it's politically possible in Israel to get this deal done until the end?
donald j trump
To get the deal done?
Why wouldn't a deal get done?
A deal can get done.
We'll see what happens.
We're dealing with very complicated people.
But a deal can absolutely get done.
unidentified
President Obama, are you supporting an Israeli strike on Iran?
donald j trump
We'll see what happens.
unidentified
We've heard Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
peter doocy
Take credit for the hostage and ceasefire deal.
Who do you think deserves more credit?
benjamin netanyahu
I think President Trump added with great force and powerful leadership to this effort.
I appreciate it.
He sent a very good emissary.
He's helped along.
And, you know, I'll just tell you, I'm happy that they're here.
And I'm sure the President is happy that they're here.
unidentified
And I would think that's about enough.
benjamin netanyahu
What about the Israeli press taking a press conference in Israel and not in Washington?
unidentified
We would love to take a press conference.
A few more questions.
Prime Minister Netanyahu, do you support going forward with this deal and getting all the hostages out?
benjamin netanyahu
I support getting all the hostages out and meeting all our war goals.
That includes destroying Hamas' military and governing capabilities and making sure that Gaza never poses a threat to Israel again.
unidentified
Are you willing?
All three.
Are you willing to agree?
Are you willing to agree to Trump's vision to get the hostages out?
benjamin netanyahu
I think that I should talk to President Trump.
unidentified
I'll ask, do you agree with Trump's vision of getting all the hostages back home, even if it means to end the war?
benjamin netanyahu
Well, I'm not sure that you articulate correctly what the president's vision is.
He can ask.
He can speak for himself.
He does that very, very well.
I have my own views.
Three goals.
Not one.
Not two.
Three goals.
And I will meet all three goals.
I think the president can help enormously.
He brings fresh thinking.
unidentified
It's a horrible thing.
donald j trump
We can't forget it.
I'll never forget it.
And you can't forget it.
And some people want to put it out of their memory, but we're not going to ever let that happen.
It was a horrible day, October 7th.
That was a horrible period of time.
And a lot of people like to pretend it didn't happen.
It happened.
It's a big group of people that like to pretend it didn't happen, like the Holocaust didn't happen.
Same mindset.
And now we're going to...
We're going to get this thing wrapped up and we're going to get it done.
We're also dealing, I think, very successfully with Russia, Ukraine.
We can hopefully get that one done at some point in the not too distant future.
That's a complex problem also.
But we solve problems.
You know, when I left, we had no problem.
There was no Ukraine and Russia fighting.
There was no October 7th.
unidentified
There was nothing.
donald j trump
And some very poor leadership led to a lot of problems and a lot of death.
And it's a shame, but we'll put it out.
We'll put out the fires.
We have a lot of fires, but we'll put them out.
unidentified
Well, a lot of plans change with time, and a lot of death has occurred since I left and now came back.
donald j trump
This death occurred not while I was here, but while somebody else was here.
It shouldn't have happened.
unidentified
They shouldn't have allowed it to happen.
donald j trump
It would have never happened.
And that includes Russia.
Ukraine would have never happened.
Not even a little bit.
Not even a chance.
But now we are faced with a situation that's different.
In some ways better and in some ways worse.
But we're faced with a very complex and difficult situation.
but we'll solve the problem.
unidentified
Mr. President, did you get refugees from Gaza out of Gaza?
If not Jordan, Egypt, what other countries you think might accept Palestinians from Gaza?
donald j trump
Well, I think Jordan and Egypt will...
I know they've spoken about it with you, and they say they're not going to accept.
I say they will.
But I think other countries will accept also.
I think that Gaza maybe is a demolition site right now.
If you look at Gaza, it's all...
I mean, there's hardly a building standing, and the ones that are are going to collapse.
You can't live in Gaza right now, and I think we need...
Another location.
I think it should be a location that's going to make people happy.
You look over the decades, it's all death in Gaza.
This has been happening for years.
It's all death.
If we can get a beautiful area to resettle people permanently in nice homes where they can be happy and not be shot, not be killed, not be knifed to death like what's happening in Gaza.
And right now you have in Gaza a very dangerous situation in terms of explosives all over the place.
In terms of tunnels that nobody knows who's in the tunnel, the whole thing is a mess.
And I think that if we can resettle, and I believe we can do it in areas where the leaders currently say no.
I mean, I've been saying that with Mexico having to do with the border and all of the things, and you saw what happened, 10,000 soldiers, and they're going to do a good job.
I really believe that.
And I believe Canada is going to do a good job also.
They said the same thing.
Then they did something much different than what you were hearing.
This is a very, very difficult situation, but we're going to get it solved.
I don't think people should be going back to Gaza.
I think that Gaza's been very unlucky for them.
unidentified
They've lived like hell.
They lived like you're living in hell.
donald j trump
Gaza's not a place for people to be living.
And the only reason they want to go back, and I believe this strongly, is because they have no alternative.
What's the alternative?
Go where?
There's no other alternative.
If they had an alternative, they'd much rather not go back to Gaza and live in a beautiful alternative that's safe.
peter doocy
Mr. President, would Palestinians have the right to return to Gaza if they left while the region?
donald j trump
It would be my hope that we could do something really nice, really good, where they wouldn't want to return.
Why would they want to return?
The place has been hell.
It's been one of the meanest, toughest places on earth.
And right now, I've seen every picture from every angle better than if I were there.
And nobody can live there.
You can't live there.
So if we can build them through massive amounts of money supplied by other people, very rich nations, and they're willing to supply it.
If we can build something for them in one of the countries, and it could be Jordan, it could be Egypt, it could be other countries, and you could build four or five or six areas.
It doesn't have to be one area.
But you take certain areas and you build really good...
Quality housing, like a beautiful town, like someplace where they can live and not die.
Because Gaza is a guarantee that they're going to end up dying.
The same thing's going to happen again.
It's happened over and over again.
And it's going to happen again as sure as you're standing there, Peter.
So I hope that we could do something where they wouldn't want to go back.
Who would want to go back?
They've experienced nothing but death and destruction.
I believe they need the state.
unidentified
I believe we've got to.
I believe we've got to.
That you know.
That you know.
donald j trump
Well, I don't think they're going to tell me no.
I think they're going to tell Biden no, and I think they're going to tell other people no.
I think there's a good chance.
unidentified
How many people are you thinking about?
donald j trump
All of them.
I mean, we're talking about probably a million seven people, million seven, maybe a million eight.
unidentified
But I think all of them, I think they'll be resettled in areas where they can live a beautiful life and not I don't see it happening.
donald j trump
It's too dangerous for people.
Nobody can go there.
It's too dangerous.
Nobody wants to be there.
Warriors don't want to be there.
Soldiers don't want to be there.
How can you have people go back?
You're saying go back into Gaza now?
The same thing's gonna happen.
It'll only be death.
The best way to do it is you go out and you get beautiful...
Open areas with the sunlight coming through.
unidentified
No, that's not what I meant.
donald j trump
They are not going to want to go back to Gaza.
unidentified
Prime Minister Netanyahu, what is your message to the families of the hostages that look at this deal, that worry that this deal won't go through?
What do you say to them at this moment?
benjamin netanyahu
Same message I said from the beginning of the war.
Get them out.
Get them back.
You got over 70 percent, close to 75 percent of the people.
Who everybody believed will not get out.
We got them in successive deals and most recently with the help of President Trump.
We're not going to give up on any of them and we're not going to give up on our other war aims.
Hamas is not going to beat in Gaza and we're going to get everyone back.
unidentified
Prime Minister, how optimistic are you about reaching phase two of the ceasefire?
How optimistic are you about that happening?
benjamin netanyahu
Well, we're going to try.
That's one of the reasons, one of the things we're going to talk about here.
You know, when Israel and the United States work together, when President Trump and I work together, you know, the chances go up a lot.
It's when we don't work together, Israel and the United States don't work together, that creates problems.
When the other side sees daylight between us and occasionally in the last few years, to put it in mind, they saw daylight, then it's more difficult.
unidentified
When we cooperate, chances are good.
donald j trump
Say it.
unidentified
Now that Iran is so weak, isn't it the right time to eat the nuclear facilities once and for all?
donald j trump
So you say Iran is so weak.
I appreciate you saying that.
They're not weak.
They're very strong right now, and we're not going to allow them to have a nuclear weapon.
It's very simple.
You know, I signed a very strong proclamation.
Iran was in big trouble when I left.
They were broke.
They didn't have money for Hamas.
They didn't have any money for Hezbollah.
You had no problem.
October 7th could have never happened.
When I left, October 7th could have never happened.
And frankly, Russia and Ukraine, as I said, could never have happened.
They became very strong, very fast.
They sold massive amounts of oil to China and everybody else who would not buy the oil when I was president because we said, don't buy the oil.
And they became very rich very quickly.
But they're not weak.
They're not weak.
They're strong.
Doesn't mean they won't be weak.
But you know what?
We just don't want them to have a nuclear weapon.
They can't have a nuclear weapon.
unidentified
The Prime Minister wants you to spike Iran.
That's what he wants.
donald j trump
You don't know what he wants.
What do you know about anything?
unidentified
Is that option on the table?
President Trump, is that option on the table?
donald j trump
You're not just talking about Jordan and Egypt?
No, it could be other places too.
There are many people that have reached out, many countries, many leaders of countries that have reached out that would like to participate in that.
It doesn't have to be Jordan and Egypt, but I think it would be also them.
unidentified
Mr. President, your relationship with Mr. Netanyahu knew ups and downs.
How would you describe it right now?
donald j trump
No, I think it's mostly ups.
trey yingst
Mr. President.
unidentified
The Palestinian Authority, should we rule Gaza?
Because Gaza will be empty.
What?
The Palestinian Authority.
donald j trump
Well, it's had a pretty hard time, wouldn't you say?
I'd say it's had a pretty bad time of it.
unidentified
Mr. President, Qatar has criticized in the past as a funder of terrorism, so has the prime minister.
Do you think they're part of the solution or part of a problem moving forward?
donald j trump
I think they're trying to help.
Qatar is absolutely trying to help.
I know him very well.
They're doing everything they can.
Very tough situation, but they're absolutely trying to help.
Okay, thank you very much, everybody.
unidentified
Thank you.
Thank you.
danny de urbina
There you go.
There you had President Trump with an absolutely amazing press conference there with the President of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, inside the Oval Office.
It's so good to see him back there.
I'm Danny Derabina.
I'm on Team Benny.
Benny had to hop off real quick because he had a family obligation he had to get to.
But we weren't going to miss a second of this.
Of course, President Trump is expected to walk out any second now and address the nation in a joint press conference with the Israeli Prime Minister.
Right there, you can see the shot there.
This is the East Room of the White House.
So this is sort of on that second level of the White House.
You see the two podiums there.
So again, when they walk out, they're expected to do what Trump does, which is a very...
You know, off the off-script press conference there, where I'm sure they'll get asked a lot about sort of peace negotiations that are currently ongoing in the Middle East, as well as perhaps, you know, some fun moments there with the press, as we know Trump is known to do.
Man, we've had quite a week.
Trump just, I mean, quite two weeks, actually, right?
So we're officially in the golden age.
Donald Trump putting pen to paper.
Signing executive order after executive order to make America great again.
You can't really see it here, but I'm wearing my Golden Age shirt.
That's how you know it's official when you get the t-shirt in.
That's when you know you're in the Golden Age.
We have some more spicy clips for you on the way.
Just what President Trump has been delivering this week especially, which has been results after results.
And of course, earlier today, he had a press conference inside the Oval Office where he got asked a myriad of questions.
And one of the biggest things that has been sort of pressed out there the past couple days is USAID, which is perhaps one of the greatest money laundering schemes and frauds perpetrated on the American people.
And we're just now finding out everything that has, every tax dollar has been extracted from us by force to fund absolutely heinous and absurd aid.
Operations across the world, which is really just, as Trump said, he said it was a far leftist lunatic operation.
And so what you may have missed was Caroline Levitt, President Trump's press secretary, really going hard into everything that the, there you go, everything that is wrong with USAID.
This is an absolutely amazing clip.
Let's play it.
unidentified
You're watching live coverage.
karoline leavitt
Through USAID over the past several years, these are some of the insane priorities that that organization has been spending money on.
$1.5 million to advance DEI in Serbia's workplaces.
$70,000 for a production of a DEI musical in Ireland.
$47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia.
$32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru.
I don't know about you, but as an American taxpayer, I don't want my dollars going towards this crap.
And I know the American people don't either.
And that's exactly what Elon Musk has been tasked by President Trump to do.
To get the fraud, waste and abuse out of our federal government.
Thank you guys.
unidentified
Caroline's viewers and the public audience, but it was important to the folks in the media to understand.
danny de urbina
Caroline Levitt going hard in.
Of course, the left is melting down over Elon Musk and Doge and all they're doing right now to really eliminate waste and fraud and abuse from the federal government.
The chat's real.
You guys know what I mean when I say Chucky?
I don't know if you missed her.
This is Jen Psaki, President Biden's former press secretary.
She was quite painful to listen to, but she's known to have these erratic meltdowns over just the slightest inconveniences.
And here we have her just melting down over Elon Musk and Doge.
You have to watch this.
Drop the salt emojis because, oh boy, this is a good one.
unidentified
Because what's happening right now is a hostile takeover of the U.S. government.
trey yingst
There's no other way to describe it.
joy reid
Over the past two weeks...
Which kind of feels like it's been two years.
We have learned just how fragile our democracy is and how relatively easy it is for someone who's determined and really well-funded to steal and corrupt it.
If you are going to write a playbook for how to steal a democracy in less than 20 days, it would sure look a lot like this.
unidentified
Who has the nuclear codes?
Think about it.
The only answer to that question, the only honest answer to that question tonight, For the first time in history is, we don't know.
We don't know who has the nuclear codes.
We don't know who has what inside the Trump government.
We don't know who is doing what inside the Trump government.
But we do know they are doing things that have never been done before and that are illegal.
Legal.
danny de urbina
So people are melting down, and one of the people in Congress who we know is known to just have these Apple Black meltdowns on camera is, of course, your favorite Pocahontas, Elizabeth Warren right now.
She's standing outside of the former USAID building, just absolutely melting down over Elon Musk, and this one's just great.
We have to play it.
unidentified
No one elected Elon Musk to nothing.
Not one Democrat in America voted for Elon Musk.
Not one Republican in America voted for Elon Musk.
Not one Independent in America voted for Elon Musk.
Not one libertarian in America voted for Elon Musk.
Damn, not one vegetarian in America voted for Elon Musk.
And yet, Elon Musk is seizing the power that belongs to the American people.
We are here to fight back!
danny de urbina
Now, when you watch that, do you ask yourself whether we're being ruled by the most stable people?
Does that look like a stable person to you?
Look at the hand movements.
It's so erratic and so uncontrollable.
And these people are supposed to be writing the laws for our country.
Oh, man.
I mean, it's almost better watching it on mute.
You can see just the gesticulations are out of control.
And then you see right there to her right, you see Maxine Waters, who is one of our favorites.
She's had her moments.
She had a moment earlier today on the very same topic, going after Elon Musk.
Oh, man.
Guard your loins.
Let's watch this one.
unidentified
California!
Hello, everybody!
maxine waters
We have convened here!
In the right place, the Treasury Department.
unidentified
We have got to tell Elon Musk, nobody elected your ass.
maxine waters
Nobody told you you could get all of our private information.
Nobody told you you could be in charge of the payments of this country.
We have told you, you've made enough money off our government yourself.
And now you want to take...
Everybody else's payroll and make sure that they don't make the kind of money that you've made.
Oh, you want to use our money to go to Mars?
No.
We want to use our money right here in Washington, D.C., in this country.
We want to make sure that all of our federal employees are protected.
We've got to make sure that you know and understand nobody elected you.
You think you're the president of the United States of America, the co-president that can take over, go into our private payment system, and do whatever you want to do?
You got another thought coming.
We're going to stop you right now.
Ladies and gentlemen, we're at a crisis in this country.
We're in a crisis in this country because Trump and Elon Musk and the billionaires have decided they're going to put us all in our place.
They're going to run this country.
They're going to make sure that they take over everything.
Are we going to let them do that?
unidentified
No!
maxine waters
Are we going to let them run this government?
In the way that they can make even more money?
unidentified
No!
maxine waters
And so they won't stop.
It is so brazen.
Every day they're taking new actions.
They're taking executive actions.
Every day they're doing something.
Do you know that Trump and the billionaire class have created more cryptocurrency?
Do you know that that cryptocurrency is not a donation?
It's not an investment?
It's going into their pockets.
Do you understand that the money makers are in charge, they think?
But when the people decide that we're not going to be trumped on...
That we're not going to be walked on.
That we're not going to be stumped on.
That we're not going to allow them to control our lives and push us out.
That when they understand that, we will win!
We've got to be prepared to be out here no matter how cold it is.
No matter if it's the rain.
No matter if it's snowing.
We've got to be here.
This is our country.
Elon Musk's country.
This is not Trump's country.
This is our country.
We deserve to have decent jobs.
We deserve to have the respect.
We deserve to be treated in a way that all Americans should be treated.
And so let me just tell you now.
I have Elon Musk's major office in my district.
He won't even meet with the local elected officials.
He said he was going to tunnel under from his office all the way to the airport so he didn't have to be among the measly people on the ground to get to the airport.
He is a low-down, dirty, no-good person along with Trump that cannot be trusted, and we must not be afraid of them.
Again, when the people fight, we win!
When the people fight, we win!
When the people say that you'd better see us because we damn sure see you.
Thank you very much.
danny de urbina
By the way, this is the same lady who in 2016 told every one of her supporters to go up to President Trump's cabinet officials and, quote, get in their face.
She is quite an interesting person.
And you can see everyone else behind her.
It's quite funny.
They all look extremely uninterested in what she's saying.
It's more entertaining for us than it probably is for the people there having to listen to that on blaring speakers.
The hands.
It's always with the hands.
You can't trust these people.
It didn't just stop there with Maxine Waters.
We had...
Another very interesting moment with Chucky Schumer.
Oh man, this guy.
These people are losing it over Elon Musk.
And by the way, they keep saying they're mad about subverting democracy.
Let's be clear.
What Doge is getting rid of are trans operas in Colombia.
So calm down, lady.
It's going to be okay.
And you can save yourself the extra tax dollars that you...
That Elon Musk is now saving him.
We have that Chuck Schumer clip, I believe.
And again, we're waiting for President Trump to walk out any minute now and address the nation in a joint press conference with Benjamin Netanyahu.
You can see the podiums right there.
So you can see the reporters right there are doing their standing shots.
It's a really good indication.
That usually means the president is sort of on his way and he'll be on camera shortly.
So again, when he does, we'll go directly there.
We're not going to miss a second of it.
In the meantime, though, I mean, there's so much to talk about.
Lots of news in the past 24 hours and the last 14 days, so we are not skipping a beat.
Again, the big talk today has been Elon Musk, everyone sort of melting down over him making government more efficient, which should tell you something.
Why are government leaders so terrified of government being more efficient?
It probably tells you.
They're not very talented individuals who don't contribute a lot.
And so they probably feel a little threatened that they're on the chopping block.
But guess what?
Government officials work for us.
So if you can't, you know, if you have no value to provide, Elon's going in there and he will find you.
So again, we are waiting there for President Trump.
You can see the two podiums there.
In the East Room of the White House, of course, a couple minutes ago, they had a little press gaggle inside of the Oval Office where they talked about many different topics, mainly about Middle East peace.
It's something that really defined President Trump's campaign.
He was the peace president versus Joe Biden, who caused multiple global uproars.
So Trump is coming in here saying, no, we're going to bring peace back.
And it looks like he's starting with the Middle East.
So it's a really big deal that you have Benjamin Netanyahu inside of the White House today.
It sends a powerful message to the world order.
And again, we will take President Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu the second they walk out.
We won't miss a second of it.
In the meantime, I think we have Chuck Schumer.
Melting down.
This is a wild one.
Let's take a look.
unidentified
We will win!
We won't rest!
We won't rest!
Thank you, everybody!
Thank you, Leader Schumer!
Come on, come on.
Thank you.
danny de urbina
I don't know if I needed to watch that, but that was...
I'm glad I did.
That was very interesting.
Very on-brand for Chuck Schumer.
That was one of the most painful things I've seen, but simultaneously one of the most entertaining.
There's a really interesting clip of Chuck Schumer.
Dancing with Stephen Colbert and doing these really weird gesticulating movements you can see there.
If we can hunt it down, we'll play it.
Chuck Schumer, man.
This guy.
Have you ever seen a senator that resembles a gremlin more than Chuck Schumer?
I certainly haven't.
He just looks like a gargoyle.
He looks like he's ready to perch on top of a cathedral.
Just oversee.
Very interesting moment there from Chuck Schumer.
Let's pop back to the...
There we go.
This is Chuck Schumer right there dancing with the failed late-night host, Stephen Colbert.
Is he double-masked?
Oh my goodness.
This is...
These are our leaders, folks.
Not for lying.
Here's another Chuck Schumer dancing.
These people are not okay.
I want Trump to ban that.
That should be Trump's next executive order.
I want Trump to ban Chuck Schumer from ever dancing again.
I think that would unite the country in more ways than one.
What is he doing?
I feel like I couldn't even do that if I tried.
I don't know.
Chuck Schumer.
Chuck Schumer is hereby banned from ever dancing in public again.
My goodness.
Let's pop on back over to the podiums and see what's sort of shaping up there again.
You can see the reporters there.
The two podiums are lined up.
You got the flags in the background.
This is the eastern of the White House, so this is usually where they do a lot of the more public-facing events.
It's a very large room in the White House, sort of like towards the side of it.
And you'll see President Trump host professional athletes here when teams win the Super Bowl.
This is usually where they'll do the ceremony.
Trump will do a lot of executive order signings in here.
He's expected to do one there tomorrow, so stay tuned for that.
Yeah, so from what I hear, that room is packed from wall to wall.
Everyone's very eager to listen from these two world leaders and what they have to say.
So, So, you know, as soon as they walk out, we will go there.
We're not going to miss it.
President Trump earlier had a very interesting moment in the Oval Office where he was asked about Iran, and he said he left instructions.
Very clear instructions for his military if Iran ever tried to harm him or anyone close to him in retaliation for the death or the killing of Qasem Soleimani.
Again, just looking over here, is that Pete Hegstaff in the front?
Steve Whitcoff.
Okay, so you can see a lot of these VIPs are already starting to line up.
This is a really good sign.
They don't bring these sort of high profiles out unless...
President Trump is set to walk out momentarily.
So this is a really good sign.
You can see some White House there giving some guidance to the VIPers.
Again, once that first row walks out, it's a really good sign that President Trump is expected to walk out very shortly.
So we see there Secretary of Defense, PXF.
That sounds great to say.
Steve Wyckoff is, of course, President Trump's special envoy to the Middle East officially.
He's also one of Trump's closest friends, golf buddies, business partners.
Also comes from the real estate background, so there you go.
Looks like there's some reshuffling there, but again, that's a really good sign that we are expecting President Trump any moment.
Something that might, you know, affect PX, as we were saying, were these special instructions that President Trump left for his military.
If Iran ever dared make a move against the United States of America.
So he's, He gave a very blunt answer, and then there was a very interesting follow-up where he sort of clarified what he was talking about.
Let's listen to that while we wait for President Trump.
unidentified
You just said when you said if they do, they get obliterated.
Just to be clear, you were talking about if Iran made an attempt on your life.
Yeah.
donald j trump
That would be called total obliteration.
I can't imagine they do that.
It should have been stated by Biden, but he didn't state it because he had no clue, as you know, as everybody knows.
unidentified
What is your vision, actually, for a relationship with Iran?
donald j trump
My vision for what?
unidentified
For a relationship with Iran.
donald j trump
I'd love to have a good relationship with everybody.
They can't have a nuclear weapon.
That was the only thing that was very important.
They can't have a nuclear weapon.
Beyond that, it would be very tough if they insist on doing that.
They have some of their leadership, I can tell you right now, and maybe you know it, maybe you don't, but there are many people at the top ranks of Iran that do not want to have a nuclear weapon just for that very reason.
unidentified
Mr. President, what's your reaction to China's retaliation?
danny de urbina
Isn't it good to have strong leaders in the White House again?
What a difference we have in the past four years.
President Trump there giving a very strong message and a very stark warning to Iran, don't try it because we will obliterate you.
Very, very strong words from President Trump.
Another strong leader, of course, in this administration is Pete Agseth, who we saw just there in the East Room of the White House.
Pete Agseth was at the border yesterday, and man, did he deliver some strong words to cartel leaders, not even who would dare not just cross the border, but then attack.
We believe and he believes that border security is national security.
unidentified
Guys and gals of my generation have spent decades in foreign countries guarding other people's borders.
It's about time.
We secure our own border.
Tens of millions of people have poured across this border under Joe Biden's administration, unchecked.
We have no idea who they are.
We have no idea where they're coming from.
We have no idea what their intentions are.
In many ways under the Biden administration, and Tom knows this better than anybody else, they were facilitated their entry into this country.
That stops now under President Trump.
And the Defense Department is proud to be a part of it.
We have defended other places and other spaces.
We will defend this line.
danny de urbina
There you go.
Pete Hegseth going in strong right there.
Let's take a look over at the East Room right here.
President Trump is set to walk out any minute.
It's really filling up now, so that's a good sign.
Usually there's like these pre-receptions that accompany the signing ceremonies or the...
The press conference in this case.
So we should expect President Trump to walk out very shortly, as you can see the room.
They're really filling up now.
I can see Peter Doocy's head sort of sticking up there in the back.
Right behind that rope is where they put all the press.
So you can see some of our favorites there.
And then the chairs are going to be reserved for VIPs and sort of special stakeholders.
Who are involved in the bilateral meeting.
So they'll be there.
Do we have audio in the room?
unidentified
Maybe we can listen in to what's going on in there.
danny de urbina
Okay, just chatter.
Not a lot for now.
Again, when they walk out, we will go directly there.
We won't miss it.
unidentified
Let's see what else.
danny de urbina
There you go.
So I think that's Besant.
He just got confirmed.
So he's up there in the front row.
Who else do we have here?
Yep, there you go.
Okay, Pete Hexeth there talking.
That might be Kristi Noem.
I can't really tell from the back, but that might be Kristi Noem.
So a lot of the sort of top Homeland Security officials are there waiting for President Trump, eagerly awaiting his walkout with the Prime Minister of Israel.
So let's go.
As soon as they walk out, we will be there, and we will play it for you.
We have some clips from earlier today as well from that amazing press conference with President Trump inside of the Oval Office.
It's always very historic and surreal whenever President Trump, we see him behind the Oval Office.
We've waited four years very eagerly for this moment, and here he is finally back in there.
So let's get...
Let's get a special moment from there.
In the meantime, let's listen to the room and maybe we can hear something, something that's happening there.
unidentified
Thank you.
danny de urbina
So, we're waiting there.
I just got a really, really amazing clip that just happened outside of the USAID.
Oh, man.
I don't know if you remember, but, you know, a couple days ago, we had this crackpot senator who just lost it at RFK, and this is, like, one of the more amazing moments we've had.
This same senator, Senator Wyden, is out here right now in front of USAID, melting down over Elon Musk.
And I don't know about you, but I cannot get enough of these clips.
So let's play that quickly before President Trump walks out.
And again, whenever he does, we'll go directly there.
But let's play Senator Wyden.
Oh man, you gotta watch this.
unidentified
It's not complicated.
maxine waters
It's not hard to design.
unidentified
We've got one message today.
Tell Elon Musk to take his hands off your money!
Thank you!
Thank you.
Thank you.
danny de urbina
Oh my goodness.
This guy, there's something about his phenotype that doesn't really add up.
He kind of looks like one of those creepy bankers from the Harry Potter movies.
I don't know what it is with these people, but they don't look real.
You have Gremlin, Chuck Schumer, and you have whatever this is, but it's very creepy.
He came out of the Joe Biden Replica Factory.
Stretch skin.
It's really creepy and weird.
We have another...
We're just going to roll with the meltdowns because they're so good and you just have to watch them because they're just fresh.
They're fresh off the press, so let's give them some fresh salt as we play them.
We have Van Jones melting down over USAID as well.
Van Jones has had some very interesting moments on air, whether it's crying over Joe Biden or melting down over X, Y, and Z. The latest meltdown, oh man, again, Elon Musk is causing panic inside of not just the government buildings in D.C., but also apparently the newsrooms.
And, oh man, he's in need of some salt.
So let's nourish him.
Here we go, Van Jones melting down.
unidentified
We can brag on Marco Rubio, I'd be happy to do it, but I'm going to tell you right now, people are going to die in very large numbers around the world who are expecting the United States to live up to our promises, to get them medicine, to get them help.
And when that happens, people are going to remember that.
There are people right now who have HIV who are alive only because the United States is making sure of that.
Donald Trump says, we don't care.
You go die.
That's the message from the United States government.
It is the wrong message to be sending.
It opens up the door for China and other people to say, at least we're a stable government who's not going to leave you out here to die.
This is not an abstract conversation for people around the world.
danny de urbina
Again, it's just all over the place.
It's CNN.
It's out in the street.
It's in Congress.
These people are melting down.
Again, you can see right there, we're looking at the East Room right now of the White House.
Where we are expecting President Trump any minute now.
So, chat, let me know.
What do you think President Trump's going to talk about?
He's talked a lot about Middle East peace.
That was sort of one of the things he campaigned on.
It really united, you know, Jews and Muslims.
They were all supporting Trump because they all knew he was the one president who could actually bring peace to the region.
So I'm sure that's going to be, I mean, a massive topic of discussion today.
Let me know.
What do you think they're going to talk about?
What do you hope they talk about?
Which reporter do you think is going to get shut down first by President Trump?
He's done it a couple times since swearing in on January 20th.
We saw it with Caitlin Collins.
He called her a very smart person, very sarcastically.
But let me know.
Which reporter do you think is going to get slapped by President Trump from the East Room of the White House?
I think it's going to be Kaitlin Collins.
That's just me.
But let me know.
Let me know.
We have...
I have to do it because I keep getting these Meltdown clips and I have to do them justice.
I have to play them for you guys.
This one is Ayanna Pressley who is one of those members from the squad.
And they are salty over Elon Musk.
They have been.
I think it's because AOC and Elon broke up.
They're all just taking sides now.
And of course, this is AOC's gal pal in Congress.
Very salty about the Elon-AOC breakup.
And we have to play this because, again, Ayanna Pressley just having a fit over USAID.
Let's play that.
unidentified
We will see you in the courts, in Congress, in the streets.
Elon Musk is a Nazi netball baby.
A godless, lawless billionaire who no one elected.
Elon, this is the American people.
This is not your trashy cyber truck that you can just dismantle, pick apart, and sell the pieces of.
And I want to say...
Bye.
Thank you.
danny de urbina
Oh, man.
Here, I have to show you.
Do you see this?
Do you see?
I don't know if you caught this, but do you see Maxine Waters in the background clapping like this?
Who does that?
Who claps like this?
Chat, let me know if you've ever seen or you have clapped yourself like this.
It's very interesting.
I mean, I'm more entertained just looking at the people lined up behind her.
They all look like very angry librarians.
They look...
The faces you see when you turn in a book that's two hours past due at the public library.
They look very angry.
Thank you, Elon.
Another thank you to Elon, because if it weren't for him, we wouldn't have these amazing meltdowns from these radical leftists right now.
It's great.
I'll take it.
Any day.
Thank you, Elon.
This is one of the unadvertised benefits of Doge.
We're going to get an avalanche every week whenever a new government agency gets shut down of these Democrats having meltdowns on the streets of D.C. You can see right there the room is still filling in for President Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu.
When they walk out, we will go directly there.
President Trump.
So what happens during these sort of bilateral press conferences is they'll sort of walk out with some kind of opening statement, and then they'll just go crazy with questions.
And President Trump is known to take a lot of questions.
He's very transparent.
So we're going to hear from a lot of different topics.
President Trump is sure to sound off on the myriad of...
We will surely see a Smackdown moment from President Trump.
I'm predicting Caitlin Collins.
Let me know what you think.
It's going to be a good one.
We also have a special guest.
We have ALX who is standing by.
ALX, let's go to him and get his thoughts on everything that's going on.
What a day it's been so far.
unidentified
What a day it's been so far.
danny de urbina
AOS, what's going on?
alex alx lorusso
Had to do the stinger.
danny de urbina
We had to do it to him.
alex lorusso
Enjoying the meltdowns over Doge.
alex alx lorusso
It's so funny because the first criticism that they had of Doge was that, oh, they're an outside group.
They're going to be ineffective.
alex lorusso
What honestly can they do?
And then they soon realized on day one that Doge is actually not all talk and they're down to meaningful business.
Have even gone as far as dissolving USAID.
And it's so funny.
alex alx lorusso
On the floor of the Senate yesterday, Chuck Schumer was like, what's next?
The IRS?
I'm like, yeah, I hope so.
alex lorusso
And so does all of America.
alex alx lorusso
And they're chanting outside.
Ron Wyden's chanting outside.
alex lorusso
He's like, oh, get Elon's hands off of our money.
I think most of America would say that about Congress, not about Elon Musk, who's saving them money.
It's like really just seeing the one-two punch of, you know, Trump signing the executive orders causing the meltdown.
Then on the back end, like Elon doing things behind the scenes and Doge doing things behind the scenes.
And, you know, they're melting down that like 19 and 20 year old kids are working for Elon at Doge when our founding fathers were 19 and 20 years old.
So there was a lot of funny memes going around earlier saying, oh, our founders would be rolling in their graves or whatever, and it just shows an image of them.
alex alx lorusso
Because there was this boomer that said, who are these little boys or whatever running our government?
alex lorusso
And then somebody made that into the meme of our founders, who are these little boys, and it just showed the ages.
danny de urbina
They were like 18, 20, yeah.
alex alx lorusso
Yeah, yeah.
So it was like...
alex lorusso
Yeah, the people who, like, literally founded our country, and you're losing it, that young engineers are on Doge.
And at the same time, again, like I said, before Trump took office, their biggest criticism was, oh, Doge is all talk, and they're not actually going to do anything.
So, yeah, and the other thing, too, like I said, seeing, like, Trump every single day in the Oval Office taking questions and signing executive orders, It's just so nuts to see actual action every single day.
And it's just refreshing to see.
danny de urbina
Totally.
And just watching those meltdowns, you can really tell what they hate the most isn't the mandate of Doge, it's efficiency, ironically.
Because Republicans have really promised, like, yeah, we're going to lower the deficit, we're going to improve government efficiency.
They've been promising this for years.
And really, Elon Musk, it's wild what timeline we're living in, because Elon Musk was a Democrat not too long ago.
And now he's the one who's putting muscle behind it and really cutting the fat of our federal bureaucracy.
It's really cool to see.
alex lorusso
We're seeing a lot of the initial ones that they're focusing and cutting has been like...
Diversity.
There's upwards of, I think it was over a billion already, that they probably just literally keyword search diversity in the budgets for all of these departments.
They put up just like a list detailing all of the savings that they had just from that one, you know, that one word, diversity across all these departments.
And I think it was over a billion and they, you know, lined it all up.
So it's like...
Just how easy some of this stuff is to go in and find.
And, you know, the USAID stuff is really hitting them hard because like Benny did the show earlier with Mike Benz, an entire deep dive of just how they're using USAID to fund their left-wing causes.
And they're just using it as a catch-all to say, oh, we just want to fund these grants.
And they're basically enriching themselves and their friends through it as a fraudulent organization.
But yeah, we're going to see meltdowns every day on MSNBC and CNN.
We had Maddow, we had Joey Reed, we had them all last night saying, this is how the playbook to overthrow democracy, all of this type of stuff.
We have J.B. Raskin calling it a coup.
It's insane that these people are now put in the position where they have to defend wasteful spending.
alex alx lorusso
Because if you just take it into perspective, it's like, okay, any of these anchors that are real journalists could just counter to Raskin or any of these Democrats that are like, oh my god, get your hands off our money and say...
alex lorusso
Which one of your constituents would want to fund, and then you just name any of these wasteful spending items, like the, you know, condoms for Hamas, or, you know, any of the...
danny de urbina
Trans operas in Columbia.
alex lorusso
Exactly.
So it's like, you go, I'd like those representatives to go to their constituents in a town hall, in a live setting, and say, hi, I am for this, and name one of those items, and then give the mic...
To, you know, to the constituents and have them stand up and see what they think of that.
And yeah, as Klein is noting, we see J.D. Vance walking in.
So that is a really, really, really good sign that Trump is probably not too far behind.
danny de urbina
Right.
He was probably part of the sort of the discussions that are happening behind that curtain right now.
So the fact that he's out there means, you know, we probably should be expecting him any moment now.
Yeah.
unidentified
And the room looks more full by the minute, so...
alex lorusso
Yeah.
unidentified
We'll see.
alex lorusso
It looks like it's imminent.
I wonder if Elon is there.
I know Elon met with BB and his son earlier.
But, I mean, he's, like, essentially living next door to the White House.
Yeah.
danny de urbina
What a time.
alex lorusso
Yeah.
danny de urbina
And they're getting great sleep.
Like, the founder of, like, this, like...
Biohacking sleep company donated a bunch of high-tech beds to the Doge team.
alex lorusso
They were getting good sleep.
It's like the Twitter 2.0 days and also the Tesla days when he used to sleep on the factory floor.
All of these people are just sleeping in the office at this point because they're working.
It's so funny though because initially a lot of people They're like, oh, I'd love to get a job at Doge or whatever.
A couple friends that I know, they're like, oh, could you get me a job at Doge or whatever?
And I'm like, I don't think you want to work at Doge.
I probably could help you, but it's thankless work, honestly.
You're hours on end and it's...
You're going to be underpaid, but that's what you're signing up to do.
Obviously, if you're trying to save the government money, you don't want to be giving out these six-figure salaries.
It is not glamorous, but they're doing probably harder work than most people in our government.
I think it's safe to say.
It's been incredible to witness the last not even month of this administration.
danny de urbina
It's so insane.
You have, like, 90% of government bureaucrats aren't even showing up to work, and then you have, like, a team of four people, five people, like, sleeping in the office.
alex lorusso
Yeah.
danny de urbina
They're, like, carrying the entire federal bureaucracy.
alex lorusso
I think it was, like, 20,000 that actually, it might have been undercounted, but so far that have taken the deferred resignation offer.
I think that was the number that I saw.
But I think that undercounted it and this total is still coming in.
But the amount of people that are like...
It is a pretty sweet deal for people who actually don't want to work.
And it's funny because that's exactly what they did initially to weed out the Twitter 1.0 people.
They gave them a severance and gave them the option to not work there anymore if they weren't going to be serious about their work.
If you're working for the government, it shouldn't be a cushy job.
You should be actually working for the people.
And again, with Twitter, that's a company, it was a public company, but it's even more important if you're working for the government because you're being paid by the taxpayer and to treat that as some luxury, cushy job.
Not even have the decency to show up to work.
Here we go.
danny de urbina
Here we go.
President Trump there with Benjamin Netanyahu.
donald j trump
Thank you very much That's a lot of Press, congratulations.
You bring them out.
You really bring them out.
Today I'm delighted to welcome Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu back to the White House.
It's a wonderful feeling and a wonderful event.
We had fantastic talks.
And thank you very much with your staff.
He's the first foreign head of state to visit during our administration.
Bibi, I want to say it's an honor to have you with us.
Over the past four years, the US and the Israeli alliance has been tested more than any time in history.
But the bonds of friendship and affection between the American and Israeli people have endured for generations, and they are absolutely unbreakable.
They are unbreakable.
I'm confident that under our leadership, the cherished alliance between our two countries will soon be stronger than ever.
We had a great relationship.
We had great victories together four years ago.
Not so many victories over the past four years, however.
In my first term, Prime Minister and I forged a tremendously successful partnership that brought peace and stability to the Middle East like it hadn't seen in decades.
Together we defeated ISIS.
We ended the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, one of the worst deals ever made, by the way, and imposed the toughest ever sanctions on the Iranian regime.
We starved Hamas and Iran's other terrorist proxies, and we starved them like they had never seen before.
Resources and support disappeared for them.
I recognized Israel's capital, opened the American embassy in Jerusalem.
And got it built, by the way.
Built it, too.
Just not only designated it, but got it built at a price that nobody's seen for 40 years.
We got it built.
It's beautiful.
All Jerusalem stone right from nearby, and it's something that's very special.
And recognized Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights, something that they talked about for 70 years, and they weren't able to get it, and I got it.
And with the historic Abraham Accord, something that was really an achievement that was, I think, going to become more and more important because we achieved the most significant Middle East peace agreements in half a century, but the Abraham Accords in particular, and I really believe that many countries will soon be joining this amazing peace and economic development transaction.
It really is a big economic development transaction.
I think we're going to have a lot of people signing up very quickly.
Unfortunately, for four years, nobody signed up.
Nobody did anything for four years except in the negative.
Unfortunately, the weakness and incompetence of those years, those past four years, the grave damage around the globe that was done, including in the Middle East, grave damage all over the globe.
The horrors of October 7th would never have happened if I were president.
The Ukraine and Russia disaster would never have happened if I were president.
Over the past 16 months, Israel has endured a sustained aggressive and murderous assault on every front, but they fought back bravely.
You see that, you know that.
What we have witnessed is an all-out attack on the very existence of a Jewish state in the Jewish homeland.
The Israelis have stood strong and united in the face of an enemy that is Kidnapped, tortured, raped, and slaughtered innocent men, women, children, and even little babies.
I want to salute the Israeli people for meeting this trial with courage and determination and unflinching resolve.
They have been strong.
In our meetings today, the Prime Minister and I focused on the future, discussing how we can work together to ensure Hamas is eliminated and ultimately restore peace to a very Troubled region.
It's been troubled, but what's happened in the last four years has not been good.
I want to thank Prime Minister Netanyahu for working closely with my transition team, the special envoy, Steve Witkoff, who's here somewhere.
Steve?
Stand up, Steve, please.
What a job you've done.
What a good job you've done.
You've done a fantastic job.
National Security Advisor Mike Waltz.
Thank you, Mike, for working so well with us.
Thank you.
We have, in addition, Marco Rubio, who is on the phone right now, listening to every single word that we say.
And he's going to be great.
And Pete, congratulations.
And Scott, congratulations.
I see you're here.
And Caroline's been...
Doing a great job.
She's really probably talked about more than anybody here.
She's done a fantastic job, and thank you very much, Carolyn.
We're proud of you.
But we'll only be satisfied when all of these problems are solved, and we have the team to solve them, and that's going to happen.
And it's going to happen, I think, very quickly.
I also strongly believe that the Gaza Strip, which has been a symbol of death and destruction for so many decades, and so bad for the people anywhere near it, and especially those who live there, and frankly, who's been really very unlucky.
It's been very unlucky.
It's been an unlucky place for a long time.
Being in its presence just has not been good.
And it should not go through a process of rebuilding and occupation by the same people that have really stood there and fought for it and lived there and died there and lived a miserable existence there.
Instead, we should go to other countries of interest with humanitarian hearts, and there are many of them that want to do this.
And build various domains that will ultimately be occupied by the 1.8 million Palestinians living in Gaza, ending the death and destruction and, frankly, bad luck.
This can be paid for by neighboring countries of great wealth.
It could be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12. It could be numerous sites or it could be one large site.
But the people will be able to live in comfort and peace.
And we'll make sure something really spectacular is done.
They're going to have peace.
They're not going to be shot at and killed and destroyed like this civilization of wonderful people has had to endure.
The only reason the Palestinians want to go back to Gaza is they have no alternative.
It's right now a demolition site.
This is just a demolition site.
Virtually every building is down.
They're living under fallen concrete that's very dangerous and very precarious.
They instead can occupy all of a beautiful area with homes and safety and they can live out their lives in peace and harmony instead of having to go back and do it again.
The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip and we will do a job with it too.
We'll own it and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the site.
Level the site and get rid of the destroyed buildings.
Level it out.
Create an economic development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the people of the area.
Do a real job.
Do something different.
Just can't go back.
If you go back, it's going to end up the same way it has for 100 years.
I'm hopeful that this ceasefire could be the beginning of a larger and more enduring peace that will end the...
Bloodshed and killing once and for all.
With the same goal in mind, my administration has been moving quickly to restore trust in the alliance and rebuild American strength throughout the region.
And we've really done that.
We're a respected nation again.
A lot's happened in the last couple of weeks.
We are actually a very respected nation again.
I ended the last administration's de facto arms embargo.
On over $1 billion in military assistance for Israel.
And I'm also pleased to announce that this afternoon the United States withdrew from the anti-Semitic UN Human Rights Council and ended all of the support for the UN relief and works agency which funneled money to Hamas and which was very disloyal to humanity.
Today I also took action to restore a maximum pressure policy on the Iranian regime.
And we will once again enforce the most aggressive possible sanctions, drive Iranian oil exports to zero, and diminish the regime's capacity to fund terror throughout the region and throughout the world.
We had no threat when I left office.
Iran was not able to sell oil.
Nobody was buying oil because I said, don't buy it.
If you buy it, you're not doing any business with the United States.
And Hamas was not being funded.
Hezbollah was not being funded.
Nobody was being funded.
There would never have been an October 7th.
Two weeks ago, I once again designated the Houthis as a terrorist organization.
They're trying to destroy world shipping lanes, and that's not going to happen.
And over the weekend, I ordered airstrikes against senior ISIS leaders hiding.
The caves of Somalia took them out.
Here in America, we've begun the process of deporting foreign terrorists, jihadists, and Hamas sympathizers from our soil, just as we have people that are extremely evil, and we're sending them out of our country.
They came from jails.
They came from mental institutions and insane asylums, and they were dumped into our country.
They're gang members.
We're getting them out at numbers that nobody can actually...
I believe.
And every single country is taking those people back.
They said they would never take them back, and they're all taking them back, and they're taking them back very gladly.
And I recently signed an executive order combating the vile wave of anti-Semitism that we've seen in the aftermath of the October 7th attacks.
Together, America and Israel will renew the optimism that shined so brightly just four years ago.
It was really a bright, beautiful light.
We will restore calm and stability to the region and expand prosperity, opportunity, and hope to our nations and for all people of the Middle East, including the Arab and Muslim nations.
Very important.
We want the Arab and Muslim nations to have peace and have tranquility and have great lives.
I'd like to now invite Prime Minister Netanyahu to say a few words.
We'll take some questions afterwards.
Thank you very much.
benjamin netanyahu
Thank you, Mr. President.
I'm honored that you invited me to be the first foreign leader to visit the White House in your second term.
This is a testament to your friendship and support for the Jewish state and the Jewish people.
I've said this before.
I'll say it again.
You are the greatest friend Israel has ever had in the White House.
unidentified
Thank you.
benjamin netanyahu
And that's why the people of Israel have such enormous respect for you.
In your first term, you recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
You moved the American embassy there.
You recognized Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
You withdrew from the disastrous Iran nuclear deal.
I remember we spoke about it.
You said, this is the worst deal I've ever seen.
I'm elected.
I'm walking out of it.
That's exactly what you did.
And I think it speaks loudly for just common sense, just looking at things and seeing them as they are.
And, of course, you also brokered the groundbreaking Abraham Accords in which Israel made peace with four Arab states.
We did this in four months.
Nothing happened for a quarter of a century, but in four months we were able, working together under your leadership, to have four historic peace accords.
And now, now in the first days of your second term, you've picked up right where you left off.
Your leadership helped bring our hostages home, among them American citizens.
You freed up munitions that have been withheld from Israel.
They had been withheld from Israel in the midst of a seven-front war for our existence.
And you just freed it.
You ended unjust sanctions against law-abiding Israeli citizens.
You boldly confronted the scourge of anti-Semitism.
You stopped funding, as you just said, international organizations like UNRWA that support and fund terrorists.
You renewed the maximum pressure campaign against Iran.
Ladies and gentlemen, all this in just two weeks.
Can we imagine where we'll be in four years?
I can.
I know you can, Mr. President.
For our part, we in Israel have been pretty busy too.
Since the horrendous October 7th attack, we've been fighting our common enemies and changing the face of the Middle East.
On that infamous day, Hamas monsters savagely murdered 1,200 innocent people, including more than 40 Americans.
They beheaded men, they raped women, they burned babies alive, and they took 251 people hostage to the dungeons of Gaza.
Iran and its henchmen in the Middle East were absolutely ecstatic.
Haniyeh praised the massacre.
Sinwar said that Israel was finished.
Nasrallah boasted that Israel was, here's what he said, as feeble as a spider's web.
Well, Mr. President, Haniyeh is gone.
Sinwar is gone.
Nasrallah is gone.
We've devastated Hamas.
We've decimated Hezbollah.
We destroyed Assad's remaining armaments.
And we crippled Iran's air defenses.
And in doing this, we've defeated some of America's worst enemies.
We took out terrorists who were wanted for decades for shedding rivers of American blood, including The blood of 241 Marines murdered in Beirut.
We accomplished all this with the indomitable spirit of our people and the boundless courage of our soldiers.
The Bible says that the people of Israel shall rise like lions, and boy did we rise.
Today, the roar of the Lion of Judah is heard loudly throughout the Middle East.
Israel has never been stronger.
And the Iran terror axis has never been weaker.
But as we discussed, Mr. President, to secure our future and bring peace to our region, we have to finish the job.
In Gaza, Israel has three goals: destroy Hamas's military and governing capabilities, secure the release of all of our hostages, and ensure that Gaza never again poses a threat to Israel.
I believe, Mr. President, that your willingness to puncture conventional thinking, thinking that has failed time and time and time again, your willingness to think outside the box with fresh ideas will help us achieve all these goals.
And I've seen you do this many times.
You cut to the chase.
You see things others refuse to see.
You say things others refuse to say.
And after the jaws drop, people scratch their heads and they say, you know, he's right.
And this is the kind of thinking that enables us to bring the Abraham Accords.
This is the kind of thinking that will reshape the Middle East and bring peace.
We also see eye to eye on Iran.
That's the same Iran that tried to kill us both.
They tried to kill you, Mr. President.
They tried through their proxies to kill me.
We're both committed to rolling back Iran's aggression in the region and ensuring that Iran never develops a nuclear weapon.
Mr. President, ladies and gentlemen, Israel will end the war by winning the war.
Israel's victory will be America's victory.
We will not only win the war, Working together, we will win the peace.
With your leadership, Mr. President, and our partnership, I believe that we will forge a brilliant future for our region and bring our great alliance to even greater heights.
Thank you.
donald j trump
Thank you very much, baby.
Very nice.
Thank you.
And J.D. Vance, everybody.
J.D., please, Vice President, stand up.
He's been doing a good job.
He's been working very hard on all things, but this in particular.
We'll take some questions, please.
Yes, ma 'am.
Go ahead, please.
Go ahead.
unidentified
Yeah, go ahead.
Mr. President, can a normalization deal with Saudi Arabia be achieved without the acknowledgement of a Palestinian state?
That question for you too, Mr. Prime Minister.
And, Mr. President, given what you've said about Gaza, did the U.S. send troops to help secure The security vacuum.
donald j trump
So Saudi Arabia is going to be very helpful and they have been very helpful.
They want peace in the Middle East.
It's very simple.
We know their leader and their leaders very well.
They're wonderful people and they want peace in the Middle East.
As far as Gaza is concerned, we'll do what is necessary.
If it's necessary, we'll do that.
We're going to take over that peace and we're going to develop it, create thousands and thousands of jobs.
And it'll be something that the entire Middle East can be very proud of.
But everybody feels that continuing the same process has gone on forever, over and over again, and then it starts, and then the killing starts, and all of the other problems start, and you end up in the same place, and we don't want to see that happen.
So by the United States, with its stability and strength, owning it, especially the strength that we're developing and developed over the last...
Fairly short period of time.
I would say really since the election.
I think we'll be a great keeper of something that is very, very strong, very powerful, and very, very good for the area.
Not just for Israel, for the entire Middle East.
Very important.
And we'll, again, have thousands of jobs.
And there'll be jobs for everyone.
Not for a specific group of people, but for everybody.
Okay?
unidentified
Please.
benjamin netanyahu
I think peace between Israel and Saudi Arabia.
It's not only feasible.
I think it's going to happen.
I think if we had another half a year in your first term, it would have already happened.
donald j trump
It's true.
Many, many more.
I agree.
Many more nations.
benjamin netanyahu
I think you can't prejudge and pre-guess how we'll achieve it.
But I'm committed to achieving it.
I know the president is committed to achieving it.
And I think the Saudi leadership is interested to achieve it.
We'll give it a good shot, and I think we'll succeed.
donald j trump
Yeah, please go ahead.
unidentified
First of all, President John Biddy here from the practice room in the Owl-Wedt-O-Media.
donald j trump
Well, I can't tell you whether or not the ceasefire will halt.
We've done, I think, a very masterful job.
We weren't helped very much by the Biden administration, I can tell you that.
But we've gotten quite a few hostages out.
We're going to get more out.
But we're dealing with very complex people, and we are going to see whether or not it holds.
We certainly want to have more come out.
They've come out damaged in many ways, damaged, very damaged people.
But they're going to get better, and they're going to be strong, and they're going to have a good life.
And we hope to get as many as possible out.
Whether or not it holds, I don't know.
We hope it holds.
We hope it holds.
benjamin netanyahu
I think that the appropriate time, which I think will enable us to really investigate what happens, what were the causes of the failures by an independent commission that will be accepted by the majority of the people.
We don't want it accepted by one half of the people and not the other.
I think we should have it, and we should find out exactly what happened.
I'm insisting on it.
And believe me, it will surprise a lot of people when it happens.
donald j trump
Kelly, Kelly, go ahead.
unidentified
Mr. President, you are up on something that is really quite striking tonight.
You are talking about thank you, Mr. President, Mr. Prime Minister.
You are talking tonight about the United States taking over a sovereign territory What authority would allow you to do that?
Are you talking about a permanent occupation there?
Redevelopment?
And Mr. Prime Minister, do you see this idea as a way to expand the boundaries of Israel and to have a longer peace, even though the Israeli people know how important that land is to you and your citizens, just as the space is inherited by the Palestinians as well?
donald j trump
I do see a long-term...
Ownership position, and I see it bringing great stability to that part of the Middle East and maybe the entire Middle East.
And everybody I've spoken to, this was not a decision made lightly, everybody I've spoken to loves the idea of the United States owning that piece of land, developing and creating thousands of jobs with something that will be magnificent in a...
Really magnificent area that nobody would know.
Nobody can look because all they see is death and destruction and rubble and demolished buildings falling all over.
It's just a terrible sight.
I've studied this very closely over a lot of months, and I've seen it from every different angle.
And it's a very, very dangerous place to be.
And it's only going to get worse.
And I think this is an idea that's gotten tremendous.
I'm talking about from the highest level of leadership, gotten tremendous praise.
And if the United States can help to bring stability and peace in the Middle East, we'll do that.
unidentified
Bibi?
benjamin netanyahu
I mentioned again tonight our three goals.
And the third goal is to make sure that Gaza never poses a threat to Israel again.
President Trump is taking it to a much higher level.
He sees a different future for that piece of land that has been the focus of so much terrorism, so many attacks against us, so many trials and so many tribulations.
He has a different idea, and I think it's worth paying attention to this.
We're talking about it.
He's exploring it with his people, with his staff.
I think it's something that could change history, and it's worthwhile really pursuing this avenue.
donald j trump
Yeah, please, go ahead.
Go ahead.
unidentified
Mr. President, I have a question for you.
Can you hear me?
Yeah.
So before rebuilding Gaza can obviously take out all the hostages, and one of them is the down-to-stander and American soldier who is alive, how will you be assured that you will take out all the hostages and then...
donald j trump
We're working very hard to get all the hostages.
The word is all, and we are working very hard.
So far, it's been moving along fairly rapidly, pretty much on schedule.
I'd love to have them all out at one time, but we're taking them out.
And tomorrow, more are being released, and over the days, more.
And then we're going to a phase two.
But we'd like to get all of the hostages.
And if we don't, it will just...
Make us somewhat more violent, I will tell you that, because they would have broken their word.
Mr. Witkoff and his entire group have been working 24 hours around the clock, and they want him out, and promises have been made to them.
And we'll see whether or not those promises will be kept.
But we want all the hostages, that's right.
unidentified
How much time do you think it will take?
Mr. President, do you support Israeli sovereignty in Samaria?
donald j trump
Well, we're discussing that with many of your representatives.
You're represented very well.
And people do like the idea, but we haven't taken a position on it yet.
But we will be making an announcement probably on that very specific topic over the next four weeks.
Go ahead, please.
unidentified
Thank you so much, Mr. President.
Thank you.
You just said that you think all the Palestinians should be relocated to other countries.
Does that mean that you do not support the two-state solution?
donald j trump
It doesn't mean anything about a two-state or one state or any other state.
It means that we want to give people a chance at life.
They have never had a chance at life because the Gaza Strip has been a hellhole for people living there.
It's been horrible.
So bad, so bad, so dangerous, so unfair to people.
And by doing what I'm recommending that we do, it's a very strong recommendation, but it is a strong recommendation.
By doing that, we think we're going to bring perhaps great peace to long beyond this area.
And I have to stress, this is not for Israel.
This is for everybody in the Middle East, Arabs, Muslims.
This is for everybody.
This would be where they can partake.
In terms of jobs and living and all of the other benefits.
And I think it's very important.
It just doesn't work the other way.
You know, you can't keep trying.
It has been going along for so many decades, you can't even count.
You just can't keep doing.
You have to learn from history.
You can't keep doing the same mistake over and over again.
Gaza is a hellhole right now.
It was before the bombing started, frankly.
And we're going to give people a chance to live in a beautiful community that's safe and secure.
And I think you're going to see a tremendous outflowing of support.
I can tell you, I spoke to other leaders of countries in the Middle East, and they love the idea.
They say it would really bring stability, and what we need is stability.
Yes, sir, please.
Go ahead.
unidentified
Thank you.
Are you still committed to imposing sanctions on the ICC despite the move being stalled in the Senate?
And please, a question for the Prime Minister as well.
The President has been very clear about his desire to achieve a deal with Saudi Arabia.
How do you settle this if Israel is required to renew the war against Hamas in the future?
donald j trump
Go ahead, Bibi.
benjamin netanyahu
I think everybody understands that just as the President...
Fought and defeated Al Qaeda and ISIS, that we can't leave Hamas there because Hamas will continue the battle to destroy Israel.
You know, in this temporary ceasefire, one of their leaders comes out.
You know what he says?
We're going to do October 7th again, except we'll do it bigger.
So obviously, you can't talk about peace.
Neither with Hamas or in the Middle East if this, you know, toxic, murderous organization is left standing.
Any more than you could make peace in Europe after World War II if the Nazi regime was left standing and the Nazi army was left standing.
You want a different future?
You've got to knock out the people who want to destroy you and destroy peace.
That's what we're going to do.
I think that will also bring – usher in, actually, the peace with Saudi Arabia and with others, and I think there will be others too.
unidentified
SECRETARY KERRY: Yes, ma'am.
donald j trump
Go ahead.
unidentified
SECRETARY KERRY: I have a little hard time understanding you.
donald j trump
Where are you from?
Actually, it's a beautiful voice and a beautiful accent.
The only problem is I can't understand a word you're saying.
But I just say this.
Good luck.
Live in peace.
Go ahead, please.
That's okay.
Yeah, please.
unidentified
And Professor, you said earlier today that it was tough for you to implement these sanctions on Iran.
But you did indicate that you were willing to negotiate with them.
What would that look like?
And are you in conversations with them I hated doing it.
donald j trump
I want Iran to be peaceful and successful.
I hated doing it.
I did it once before and we brought them down to a level where they were unable to give any money.
They had to survive themselves and they had no money.
They were essentially broke.
And they had no money for, as I said, Hezbollah.
They had no money for Hamas.
They had no money for any form of terror, the 28 if you call it, the 28 sites of terror.
They had no money for any of it.
They had to do their own and focus on their own well-being.
And I hated to do it then, and I hate to do it just as much now.
And I say this, and I say this.
I would love to be able to make a great deal A deal where you can get on with your lives and you'll do wonderfully.
You'll do wonderfully.
Incredible people.
Industrious, beautiful, just an unbelievable group of people in Iran.
And I know them well, have many friends from Iran and many friends that are Americans from Iran.
And they're very proud of Iran.
But I hated to do it, just so you understand.
And I hope we're going to be able to do something so that it doesn't end up in...
A very catastrophic situation.
I don't want to see that happen.
I really want to see peace, and I hope that we're able to do that.
They cannot have a nuclear weapon.
It's very simple.
I'm not putting restrictions.
One thing: they cannot have a nuclear weapon.
And if I think that they will have a nuclear weapon, despite what I just said, I think that's going to be very unfortunate for them.
If, on the other hand, they can convince us that they won't, and I hope they can.
It's very easy to do.
It's actually very easy to do.
I think they're going to have an unbelievable future.
Yeah, please, sir.
unidentified
Go ahead.
You just laid out your plan for Gaza.
donald j trump
Yes.
unidentified
Can you lay out your plan for Ukraine and also...
donald j trump
For Ukraine?
unidentified
For Ukraine, yes.
You consider yourself a strong leader.
You blame your predecessor for...
Letting Russia to take over Ukraine.
Will you demand from Putin to get out of Ukraine, from sovereign territory of Ukraine?
donald j trump
So we're dealing right now on the subject.
I don't want to spend a lot of time because we're here for another reason.
But we are having very good talks, very constructive talks on Ukraine.
We're talking to the Russians.
We're talking to the Ukrainian leadership.
It would have never happened.
That would have never happened.
It should have never happened.
I get reports every week, the number of soldiers, mostly soldiers now, the cities have been largely demolished.
You talk about a very sad sight to see.
We talk Gaza.
Well, many of these cities look as bad as Gaza and worse, what's happened to them.
And I want to see that end.
And I want to see it end for one simple reason, the life of young people being absolutely obliterated on both sides.
You probably have 700,000.
Ukrainian soldiers dead, 800,000, maybe more Russian soldiers dead.
It's very flat land, and the only thing that's going to stop a bullet is a human body.
In this case, usually soldiers.
And the numbers are staggering.
When you hear the real numbers in Ukraine, what the numbers are.
And this doesn't include the cities that have been demolished and all of the people that were killed.
So I want to see it stopped.
We're having very good talks, and I think we're going to get it.
I think something will be...
Hopefully dramatically it will rise above everything.
You have to.
You can't let this continue.
This is an absolute slaughter that's taking place on the beautiful farmlands of Ukraine and we have to stop it.
We can't let this continue.
It's a human it's a human it is it is a human tragedy and we're going to try very hard to stop it Yeah, please go ahead Mr. President, what's your view about the president of a basketball in all the regional changes you want to do?
unidentified
And the question for the climate story, what's your view on President Trump wanting to reach a deal with Iran and not a much more active military stance towards him?
donald j trump
Go ahead, baby.
unidentified
Go ahead.
benjamin netanyahu
I think the President just said something that I think is the pivot of everything that we're talking about.
He said Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
And we fully agree with that.
If this goal can be achieved by a maximum pressure campaign, so be it.
But I think the most important thing is to focus on the goal, which the President just did, and I fully agree with it.
donald j trump
Well, I said it and he said it very well.
It's a campaign of pressure to see if we can get something done.
He doesn't want to do what some people think will automatically happen because they're very difficult people to deal with, as you know.
But if we could solve this problem without...
Warfare without all of the things that you've been witnessing over the last number of years, it would be, I think it would be a tremendous thing.
Go ahead, please.
unidentified
Do you have any plans to visit Israel?
donald j trump
To visit where?
unidentified
Israel and Gaza.
donald j trump
Oh, well, I love Israel.
I will visit there and I'll visit Gaza and I'll visit Saudi Arabia.
And I'll visit other places all over the Middle East.
The Middle East is an incredible place.
So vibrant.
It's just one of the really beautiful places with great people.
And I think a lot of bad leadership has taken place in the Middle East that's allowed this to happen.
It's just terrible.
And that includes on the American side, by the way.
We should have never gone in there a long time ago.
Spent trillions of dollars and created so much death.
So that includes Americans, but yeah, I'll be visiting a lot of different places in the Middle East.
I've been invited everywhere, but I will be visiting some, yeah.
Let's go.
Caitlin, go ahead.
unidentified
Thank you so much, President Trump.
donald j trump
Caitlin, go ahead.
unidentified
Just to follow up on what you were saying there.
donald j trump
Say it, go ahead.
unidentified
Just to follow up on what you were saying about the DAZNs leading DAZNs going to other countries One, where exactly are you suggesting that they should go?
And two, are you saying they should return after it's rebuilt?
And if not, who do you envision living there?
donald j trump
I envision the world, people living there, the world's people.
I think you'll make that into an international, unbelievable place.
I think the potential in the Gaza Strip is unbelievable.
And I think the entire world, representatives from all over the world, will be there and they'll...
And they'll live there.
Palestinians also.
Palestinians will live there.
Many people will live there.
But they've tried the other and they've tried it for decades and decades and decades.
It's not going to work.
It didn't work.
It will never work.
And you have to learn from history.

And I don't want to be cute, I don't want to be a wise guy, but the Riviera of the Middle East, this could be something that could be so magnificent.
But more importantly than that is the people that have been absolutely destroyed, that live there now, can live in peace in a much better situation because they're living in hell.
And those people will now be able to live in peace.
We'll make sure that it's done world class.
It'll be wonderful for the people.
Palestinians, Palestinians, mostly we're talking about.
And I have a feeling that despite them saying no, I have a feeling that the king in Jordan and that the general president, but that the general in Egypt will open their hearts and will give us the kind of land that we need to get this done.
And people can live in harmony and in peace.
Thank you all very much.
