| When you look at these threats and you put them all in parallel with each other, and I'm not saying that they're all centrally planned or organized, but if you look at these threats, at what point do you start classifying them as terrorism? | ||

| You know, I don't know about where you are, but in East Tennessee, where I grew up, if there's a murder scene, I mean, they've taped it off. | ||
| They're putting up tents. | ||
| They're bringing in all the forensic people. | ||
