| In your right mind, do you look at the facts of this trial, as we have been talking about almost exclusively for, like, the last two and a half months, brought on every single expert, every single lawyer, every single attorney, some people who are not big-time MAGA, right? | ||
| Some people, like, given platforms to Andy McCarthy is a good example, or various legal experts on CNN or MSNBC, who you can trust for, as a matter of fact, Are not going to be putting on a red hat and voting this November. | ||
| And universally, the responses are twofold. | ||

| Nobody's been able to establish what the crime is. | ||

| It's going to be critical and frankly at this point I have zero confidence in the fact that this person, who should not be sitting on the bench right now, will do the right thing and give jury instructions that are in an appropriate manner without any persuasion towards the prosecution. | ||

| It's an interesting thing, but the way that this works is there are statutes of limitations for the vast majority of crimes. | ||
