3,720 to what?
Never tell me the odds.
I'm not going to die.
benny johnson
Great shot, kid.
unidentified
That was one in a million.
Remember, the force will be with you.
benny johnson
What's going on, ladies and gentlemen?
It's Benny with Byron Donalds.
It is November 7th, 2023, Election Day, and we are inside of Capitol Hill.
We're going to have an amazing show for you.
Representative Comer is going to come by and talk to us.
Biden impeachment.
Anna Polina Luna is going to be here in a moment, along with an entire incredible based caucus of Congress.
Memer of Congress, Mike Collins, will be joining us along with the great MTG.
But right now, Byron, what's up, my man?
unidentified
Man, I'm good, actually.
You know, we are going to try to figure out how to fund the government.
We're going to be conservative in that.
We're going to fight for border security, make sure that gets done.
And definitely going to hold the Biden crime family accountable.
Listen, I never knew I was Luke Skywalker.
I'm loving that.
benny johnson
Yes.
unidentified
I'm loving that.
Boom.
I love it.
benny johnson
Biden crime family, Death Star.
unidentified
Well, look, it's crazy.
benny johnson
Are you a Star Wars fan?
unidentified
Big time Star Wars fan.
You're a Star Wars fan?
I've seen all nine movies.
Love it.
I'm a sci-fi guy in general, so I'm a Trekker, not a Trekkie.
That's weird.
I'm a Trekker.
Love Star Trek.
Love all that stuff.
benny johnson
Wait, you do like Star Trek and Star Wars?
unidentified
Yes.
Both?
Yes.
One love over the other.
benny johnson
You can't love, you can't.
unidentified
It's Star Wars.
This is my Disney problem.
Because I love Star Wars, but Disney is, you know, it pissed me off with a lot of the woke stuff.
benny johnson
They're in your district.
unidentified
No, they're not in my district.
But I had to get rid of my Disney Plus.
I had to.
Really?
It was too much.
Listen.
If you're an adult and you want to do your thing, do your thing.
God bless you.
I don't agree.
But to stick it into movies incessantly for little kids, I just can't get there.
So I had to cancel Disney+.
benny johnson
You take your kids to Disney World in Florida?
unidentified
They're older now.
They don't go anywhere.
They want to go to Universal Studios.
They want to do big roller coasters, water slides.
Now they want to just go to the beach.
benny johnson
Nobody cares about Universal, man.
They keep it locked in.
Family-friendly entertainment, Dr. Seuss.
Velociraptors, the old Marvel characters.
unidentified
Listen, the Mummy ride is still one of the best rides.
It's a great ride.
The Rockin' Roller Coaster, amazing.
Actually, so my music on the Rockin' Roller Coaster is...
No, no, actually, it was Kanye, but you know what it is now?
Beastie Boys, Sabotage.
Yes!
One of the great hip-hop songs of all time.
Love it.
I think I'm going to use that to come out on stage at one of these rallies.
benny johnson
Yes.
unidentified
I think it'll be insane.
benny johnson
Turning Point, AmFest.
December.
unidentified
That could happen.
benny johnson
Done.
unidentified
You gotta let the beat drop.
benny johnson
Lauren, I know you're watching.
This is easy.
I know you're watching.
I'm doing your job for you.
You been on Harry Potter World?
unidentified
Yes.
By the way, you know one of the things I'm doing right now to get away from Capitol Hill mentally?
I'm re-watching the Harry Potter films.
Really?
I'm right now in the middle of The Prisoner of Azkaban.
I'm in the middle of Film 3 right now.
benny johnson
Amazing.
unidentified
This is the stuff I gotta do.
Look, Capitol Hill is crazy.
But the thing that we're committed to doing is...
Doing the necessary hard work, which is a lot of times standing up strongly to the Senate, definitely to this White House, because they're nuts.
But you've got to find ways to just kind of break away to recharge the batteries.
So watching movies and cigars are my breakaway.
benny johnson
You've got a cigar chair over there.
It's not in the shot, but there's an entire chair.
ALX is sitting there.
Producer ALX is sitting there right now.
There's an entire chair with a giant box of cigars, and it's right by the window.
You hear your thinking over there?
unidentified
I think with that, yes.
I think decompressed, the Dyson fan blows all the smoke out the window.
I got a humidor over there on the floor.
You know, a couple of bottles in this office that are not in the shot.
They're hidden.
But look, I think, to be honest, we're dealing with an administration that is lawless, that is corrupt.
And the only thing, the only way to hold them accountable is you got to be tough and you got to be firm.
And I think the House Republicans, even through all the stuff that's happened the last month, what's coming out is a resolve that is tough, that is firm, that does not want to continue business as usual here in Washington, D.C. And so there's going to be a lot of decisions that are going to be made over the next couple of weeks.
Some people may like, some people may not.
But the end goal is to hold this administration accountable and secure our border.
That's the end goal.
benny johnson
Yes.
Real quick, back to the cigars.
Would anyone stop you from smoking in Congress?
Is this normal in Congress?
Do people smoke?
unidentified
Listen, there's a couple members.
I'll let them talk for themselves.
There's a couple members.
They don't do pocket squares.
They have three sticks.
And depending on the day, depending on what's going on that day, I know how well the day is going.
Because if there's only one stick by like 3 o 'clock, I'm like, oh, it's one of those days, isn't it?
They've already been through it.
No, a lot of members smoke in their offices.
benny johnson
You don't have to smoke outside?
You can smoke inside the building?
unidentified
Yeah, you can smoke inside the building.
benny johnson
Most people don't know that.
That's not allowed in most places in America.
unidentified
Yeah, but Capitol Hill...
We're just basically like, no, you're not going to tell us that this is no smoking.
We're going to smoke, and it's a thing.
Some members smoke every day.
And you know, you can tell by the smell in the hallway where you are in the conference.
Cigar smoke, everybody.
Cigar smoke, not smell, smell.
Cigar smoke.
benny johnson
Or where you are in the speaker voting nomination process.
unidentified
Listen.
benny johnson
If you start smelling something that's not tobacco, you're like, oh man, it's getting bad.
unidentified
No, that's for outside.
That's for the streets of Washington, D.C. Yeah, that's right.
benny johnson
This city smells like weed, man.
This city smells bad.
unidentified
But I have to be clear for my colleagues, America, there is no marijuana smoke in Capitol Hill.
It does not exist.
Now, when you hit the streets in D.C., I can't control that.
It's pretty wild.
But inside the halls, it's cigar smoke.
benny johnson
So you're in for speaking.
unidentified
I did run.
A couple times?
benny johnson
You've been nominated a couple times.
unidentified
Isn't that crazy?
benny johnson
Are you going to be speaker one day?
unidentified
No.
Yeah.
I'm serious.
No, I don't think so.
benny johnson
I mean, look, we endorse you.
Our show endorse you.
unidentified
Well, I love you.
benny johnson
Audience loves you.
Audience loves you.
unidentified
That job's a tough job, man.
Mike Johnson's great.
I pray for him.
He's got a tough task in front of him.
I got his back.
I'm going to stand behind him.
Yeah, yeah.
Because I want him to be successful.
This is the most conservative person to ever be Speaker of the House.
Yeah.
I'm going to stand behind him so that he can get his mission accomplished.
But for the future?
Nah, man.
The only thing I want to do is see us win for the American people.
So whatever that role is, I'm up for it.
But it's about victory.
And so, you know, I think that the tough part of politics now is, and I get it, our voters, they're pissed.
They're passionate.
They're fed up.
They're tired of the lies.
They're tired of the weakness.
They're tired.
What'd you knock over?
I was in the floor here.
benny johnson
Your spectacle is going.
Hold on.
I'm watching this.
unidentified
Watch it through there.
They're going to watch it through there.
But they're tired of all the usual stuff.
And so if it meant running to be speaker to try to change that, so be it.
If it means being supportive of Mike Johnson, which I'm going to do, so be it.
benny johnson
Did you hear the huge hit job on Mike Johnson?
I mean, he may not even be able to survive this one.
You hear he's not rich?
Man, he's like an average man.
Who, like, has a mortgage and, like, has bills to pay.
This is huge.
This just broke in the media.
I'm sorry to have to do this to you live.
So a huge scandal.
Mike Johnson apparently isn't filthy rich off of government contract money and lobbyist money.
And so how can you trust a man like that?
unidentified
You know what?
That's just...
It makes me like him more.
Actually, most of America is trying to figure out how they're going to move from one month to the next.
This is the people's house.
So if the guy who's in charge of the People's House is a guy, good.
Maybe the Senate and the White House will start to realize what's really going on in America and stop playing these games between people who have contracts and people who have been in the game for too long playing inside baseball as opposed to doing what the country needs.
benny johnson
What is that hit job?
I couldn't believe it.
I actually read the article.
I'm like, this is for real.
He's not super.
He's not.
Mike Johnson isn't super rapper rich and doesn't have a bunch of Ukraine money flowing through his bank account.
And so, shame on him, right?
He's got to pay his mortgage.
unidentified
That's this town, man.
This town is more concerned about how things look and historically how things have been versus the reality happening in the streets of the country.
Because every time members go home, you hear from people at home, and you hear from Republican activists, you hear from people in the supermarket.
You hear from your friends at church.
You hear from neighbors on the street.
You get the real sense of what people are thinking about and concerned about.
And it's different than what this town is concerned about.
So them going after the fact that Mike Johnson is not a rich man, I say good.
Because that means that the interests of America are actually going to be represented.
And look who we got!
Look who's coming into the show!
What's going on?
benny johnson
Hey, everyone!
unidentified
What's going on?
benny johnson
We said it's going to be a wild...
Show!
We got an incredible show.
It's way better than The View.
This is way better than The View.
unidentified
Did you compare us to The View?
benny johnson
We got an ensemble cast here.
unidentified
The based office.
benny johnson
Basest caucus in Congress.
unidentified
Do you want to know?
You do the intro.
What's up, brother?
anna paulina luna
The memer in chief over here.
unidentified
I didn't know you had a carry permit in this town.
Get the guns out.
benny johnson
How do we do the show?
unidentified
Are you serious?
If I'd have known that, I'd wear tank top.
benny johnson
I appreciate a good day.
anna paulina luna
They're good.
And speaking of dad, my dad is downstairs.
Well, Andy's downstairs.
unidentified
He's going to bring the baby.
Oh, Andy's going to bring him up?
benny johnson
Do we got mom jokes?
unidentified
Is that a thing?
anna paulina luna
I don't have any new mom jokes yet.
unidentified
We're working on them.
benny johnson
Congratulations.
anna paulina luna
Thank you.
Very happy, and you too!
benny johnson
How's life navigating Congress with a newborn?
anna paulina luna
It's been interesting, but one of the coolest things that I did during my maternity leave is I actually read through the House Manual.
So you know how thick that is.
It's like this big.
And I found some things that I could use in my toolkit.
So last time I busted out a toolkit, we censured Adam Schiff.
This time, hopefully it'll be a bigger look, but we're going to get it done.
benny johnson
You're going to censure?
Rashid Tlaib?
What's going on?
anna paulina luna
I think actually she is going to be censured.
benny johnson
What does that mean?
Is that like...
Kindergarten, you have to sit in the corner.
unidentified
You're very, very bad.
benny johnson
You ever listen to my Collins' dad jokes all day?
unidentified
That's it.
anna paulina luna
It's a disciplinary tool, but I think the biggest thing is that you're going down in history as a POS.
unidentified
Yeah.
POS.
A person of shame.
Okay.
I'm just checking.
A person of shame.
benny johnson
Okay, can we talk for just a quick second?
Because I was walking up here to the office.
It's hard to find these offices.
It's like labyrinthine in Congress.
And I walked by her office, and she has the Palestinian flag, right?
But she also has the Pride Progress flag.
unidentified
Yeah, I know.
Which does really seem like a dichotomy to me.
benny johnson
It doesn't seem like that should be...
That's not the same world, right?
unidentified
Look, to be totally honest, not even to be glib about it, For people in the LGBTQ community who are pro-Palestinian, quasi-pro-Hamas, pro-Hezballah, they do realize that if they were in Gaza or in Lebanon, that they would be tortured and executed.
benny johnson
They do that.
unidentified
That's what they would do.
benny johnson
That's what the UN says they do.
unidentified
So I don't understand how you could be in support of groups politically that would kill you.
Literally.
That makes no sense to me.
But it makes sense to her.
One of the reasons why she's a person of shame.
I think it's an even bigger person of shame.
anna paulina luna
But I do think it's incredibly disturbing that they have this one perspective that they're pushing via the propaganda machine in the mainstream media that, you know, this is supposed to be an all-inclusive movement, right?
And yet they're failing to realize that, one...
Hezbollah and Hamas and everything that these people are doing, they're really holding civilians hostage.
They're failing to condemn that.
And then when we call them out on it, it's just they double down on their position.
And it's actually interesting because they said that the Republican Party's fractured.
unidentified
You should see how fractured the Democrat Party is right now over this.
Agreed.
benny johnson
Well, Joe Biden can't get, like, 30%, like, in the polls.
So nobody wants Joe Biden to run for president anymore.
So what's going to happen?
unidentified
Are they stuck with him?
anna paulina luna
Newsom.
I think it's going to be Newsom.
unidentified
No, I think Joe's staying.
No, I think Joe's out.
Yeah, I think Joe's out.
benny johnson
He's out?
unidentified
I don't think Joe's going to work.
benny johnson
How's that going to work, right?
What's the mechanism there?
Because it takes forever to get on the ballots in these states.
You need a big army of lawyers and stuff.
How are they going to do that?
unidentified
Gavin's already gone over to China because of talking points.
Yeah, right.
benny johnson
He's also sniffing little kids.
unidentified
I saw that in China.
benny johnson
He tackles the boy with the basketball, grabs him up, and then grabs up the little kid, gets a sniff in there.
unidentified
Is that a requirement?
benny johnson
You got my endorsement.
unidentified
He has Joe White.
benny johnson
He's working on it.
anna paulina luna
I think right now what they're doing is they've been angling him for a while.
And I think that they're not stupid.
They know what we're doing on oversight.
They know about the information coming out of these investigations.
And so I think that they're anticipating that he'll likely be...
You know, the subject of an impeachment, and I think that they're getting people lined up to take over.
unidentified
I think you'll know within the next couple of weeks.
It depends on how much they just let Joe and Hunter hang out there.
If they just let them go, and these subpoenas just start going through, and they start having to testify, yeah, man, they're done.
benny johnson
So we were at the White House yesterday, and it's amazing.
I thought there was a lot of reporters that worked at the White House, and I remember asking questions to the White House press briefing.
Lots of reporters there, right?
I don't think that's changed.
There's graffiti all over the White House grounds now because of a Palestinian protest.
But the graffiti all said FJB.
Can't say it on the live stream, but scrawled out in giant letters on every monument is an FJB.
Multiple monuments, actually.
And I'm like, these are leftists writing this.
And this is so close to the White House, Hunter Biden could see it from his room.
And does anyone like Joe Biden?
anna paulina luna
Well, I think that's going back to how fractured the party is right now.
The Democrat Party is over what's happening, not just with Israel, but also, too.
In fact, they don't really like him.
They've never liked him because he's not as progressive as they want him to be.
Again, we are fighting people that are essentially pushing Marxism.
And I think that when people hear that term, they're not necessarily seeing the gravity of that situation.
But, I mean, it is pretty interesting.
You see these people that were literally trying to jump the gate at the White House.
And that's supposed to be normal, peaceful, passionate protest is what they call it.
Yet when everything happened on January 6th, they basically said those are instructionist terrorists.
The issue with white nationalism is everything that they tried to say.
benny johnson
Guy shaking the fence, right?
On January 6th, he's got like 10 years for shaking the fence.
That's in the filing.
He shook a fence.
But then this guy's shaking the fence.
unidentified
He climbed up on the fence at the White House, which is not a small fence, by the way.
benny johnson
It's like a 20-foot tall fence.
And they're shaking that.
And there was red blood smeared all over.
We saw it.
And is anyone going to catch a case for any of this?
anna paulina luna
I don't think so.
benny johnson
Is there anything Congress can do?
Because this is what drives the audience nuts.
It's like we complain and then nothing happens.
unidentified
So Congress, we don't have criminal law capabilities.
That's main justice.
That's the U.S. attorney under the District of Columbia.
The same guy who's been...
Overcharging and going after people who walked into the Capitol on January 6th.
Didn't break a window.
Didn't do anything with Capitol Police.
They walked in.
And this guy's coming out with giving them years.
Meanwhile, the guy who's basically one step from being gunned down by Secret Service.
Let me just tell you.
Hop the fence at the White House and see what happens to you.
Secret Service will mow you down.
That is their job.
They will do it.
But anyway, coming back, that guy is up on the fence.
That's a federal offense.
I don't think main justice is going to do anything about it.
benny johnson
I've seen, you guys have all been to the White House.
You see the guys with 50 towels up on the roof.
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
benny johnson
Right?
You have to assume, even if you're standing out there, they got something trained on you at all times, right?
In every direction.
anna paulina luna
Well, one of the most frustrating things, and I think Byron being on oversight with me, is one, we went to the D.C. prison here.
Where they were holding some of the people from January 6th.
And when you see that they are basically preventing these people from taking their cases outside of Washington's jurisdiction so that they can actually receive a fair trial, that's when you realize, one, these appointments top-down are absolutely problematic.
But even sometimes, I'm sure you can probably win this in you as well, but it can be frustrating because it felt like up until recently that everything was getting either slow-rolled and or people just weren't wanting to take those votes.
Maybe Holloman ruling some of these people that are in positions of power.
So you have us.
We're up here.
I promise you we're fighting, but it can feel like sometimes we're yelling into a vacuum.
benny johnson
So let's talk about oversight.
Let's talk about Jim Jordan's.
We just found out 10 hours ago.
Well, we were at your event last night, Congressman, like, that we were on a censorship list from the federal government.
unidentified
I'm sorry.
benny johnson
I said immediately to Stephen Miller, like, sue him.
I will join your class action lawsuit.
The federal government has taken away our constitutional rights.
They have organized.
And this happened under the Trump administration.
This government's big, right?
But, like, imagine how bad it is now.
unidentified
Right?
benny johnson
So they thought they could get away with it while Donald Trump was president.
And imagine how bad it's all happening now.
And so we're on this list, right?
And Jim Jordan just released this incredible document cataloging how the government just effectively grabbed all of our tweets, sent them in to social media companies, said, like, take these people offline.
My producer was taken offline.
We were effectively, like, shadow banned entirely through the election.
Couldn't get any engagement.
Again, the question is, what is the recourse?
I would love to join a class action lawsuit.
You know, I know it's hard to sue the government, but I would love to join a lawsuit with everyone else on the censorship list and sue.
What's next?
anna paulina luna
So I think with that, there's two things.
One, there's a class action, or not a class action, a lawsuit that Rogan D.C. Drano has for a joint state actor with the state of California and the Biden administration for censorship.
So that's going to be a Supreme Court case.
I'm pretty sure it's on its way up.
But the second thing is, is going back to what Jim Jordan had requested.
So when we were in oversight, we had E.L. Roth in there from Twitter.
Yes.
You actually had evidence that Twitter was communicating with CISA under DHS.
So that's a government funded program or organization and that they were actively working to suppress I think one of the things that we can do is with information brought forward by Jim Jordan, I think that Yul Roth perjured himself.
Based on the information that was put forward in the Google Documents.
If that's the case, I mean, that's contempt of Congress.
So I think that that's the first thing is, can we bring that forward?
The second thing would be is that these, again, are appointed positions, but with the appropriations that we're working through now, I think that there's an accountability mechanism for organizations like DHS and CISA, but that would be the appropriations that we have to work through.
benny johnson
Because you fund them, but I really want to put a pin in this.
Do you think he perjured himself where?
anna paulina luna
So I specifically asked him if he was communicating on Jira, which was a cloud server platform, and he pretended like he didn't know about it.
He had no recollection of it, and then we brought forward.
His own communications from that platform.
And so if you're lying to Congress and then Jim Jordan's bringing forward those receipts for that, that's prejudging yourself.
benny johnson
So then what happened?
I mean, we're looking at Joel Roth catching a case?
anna paulina luna
Well, I think it's his agenda.
unidentified
Because now Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice, they have to step forward.
I agree with your position about going through that.
And if he's in contempt, we should do that 100%.
And then...
There's a referral that is made to the Department of Justice.
And it's in the Department of Justice hands if they're going to pursue the charges.
It seems to me the only charges they like pursuing are the ones dealing with Donald Trump or dealing with conservatives.
It's one of the big issues we have on what the Department of Justice needs a complete house cleaning.
But Ana's absolutely right.
That's where this thing is going.
But the censorship of the federal government.
It was the 2020 elections.
To be frank, it was the 2016 elections as well.
And so it was the midterm elections to a degree.
And they're going to want to do the same thing next year.
So holding this stuff accountable right now is critical.
Yeah.
And you know, Benny, if I could add on to that a little bit.
I mean, we've only been in charge since January.
And it took us a little while to get our committees up and running.
And I know America wants instant gratification.
I do too.
I don't sit on those committees.
But we want people to be held accountable.
But you know, Byron's exactly right.
This all started way back with Obama.
There was a systematic process that they were going to indoctrinate America and take us to that socialist, that Marxist regime that they want.
But Donald Trump stood in the way in 2016, I think, scared to stew out of him.
Oh, he did.
That's why they went after him and made sure that they're trying to kill him off any way that they can.
But with us regaining the majority in the House, and now we've held hearings, things are becoming...
It's so evident now.
They come to light.
And as they come to light, people actually see that, yeah, they're going to hold people accountable.
And you're going to see, I mean, there's an avalanche already coming out now with whistleblowers and people wanting to step forward with information they know.
So I don't think this thing has got, this snowball is nowhere near the size that it's going to get.
benny johnson
You're famous for using memes, Congressman.
They're putting memers in jail.
You better watch out.
Right?
Douglas Mackey.
unidentified
Yes.
What is it?
benny johnson
How long, Alex?
Seven years?
Seven years for Mackey?
Seven months?
unidentified
Seven months.
benny johnson
For making a meme.
And so, I mean, I guess, again, what is the solution here?
Everyone's like, defund!
And I understand.
I couldn't imagine being in your role.
Because everyone's like, why haven't you deported Joe Biden yet?
What's wrong?
Deport him back to, I don't know, Ecuador.
Why would you deport Joe Biden to Ireland?
Like, send him back!
I don't know.
But I get it.
There's limitations.
unidentified
But at what point do you start playing hardball where it's like you really do defund?
The hardball is about to begin.
Because with the new speaker in place now, I think the conference is in a real good spot to do that.
There's about four different steps that got to get worked out.
I'm not going to talk about that now because I want to keep some stuff back.
But at the end of the day, it is about policy changes through spending.
Like, you're going to fund the government to a degree.
Let's just be very clear.
The government's going to be funded.
The question is, what are the policy parameters around the money that the federal agencies have to do their business?
That's step one.
Step two is, this is a political question.
Donald Trump is now president.
We have a House majority still in our, actually, I think we can grow the House majority.
We now have the Senate.
So the play call...
The first time around in Trump's first term was, well, now we have all three.
Let's do something.
And, you know, the Obamacare repeal got blown up by John McCain.
benny johnson
We couldn't even get a wall.
We couldn't even get a wall.
unidentified
That's changing now.
We're trying to lay the foundation for 2025.
First hundred days, we just are running through the place and doing a bunch of the changes that need to be made.
I mean, you think, Benny, since 2016, almost 70% of this conference now is America's first agenda.
Very true.
benny johnson
70%?
unidentified
Almost 70%.
That's huge.
So the whole outlook on how we run and operate Congress, it's different from 2016.
benny johnson
That's remarkable.
What's the biggest thing with Mike Johnson?
People are very interested in him.
Most people think he's an unknown entity, right?
Unknown quantity for those Americans.
Our audience is pretty excited about it, but we still don't know really much about him.
unidentified
My dad's always told me one thing.
He's always said, son, People got to trust you and they got to like you.
And he's got both.
Yeah.
anna paulina luna
I think the biggest thing for me is that he's a constitutional attorney by trade.
And so there's a lot of this parliamentary procedure specifically going into the impeachment inquiry and hopefully vote on impeachment, but that he understands from a perspective of he's, you know, Pelosi, they were like piranhas with what happened with President Trump.
And I think him having that foundation could not be And so I think that that...
Flushing out, being out there in the ether with social media.
Us having X now is a huge deal to share that information.
So you're going to see some stuff.
benny johnson
Are you going to drive a Cybertruck?
anna paulina luna
I don't know about that.
I think it's kind of ugly.
unidentified
I know.
Sorry, it's a little ugly.
anna paulina luna
But maybe we'll do a test drive or something.
benny johnson
I think it's a masculine design.
I think men really like it.
It's something that's designed to repulse women and men like it.
I don't know.
You drive a Cybertruck?
Would you drive one?
unidentified
Dude, I'm busy.
I haven't even seen it.
You haven't seen it?
No, I haven't seen it.
anna paulina luna
It looks like something out of Tron, minus the lights.
unidentified
Oh, I'm for it.
But I'm in for this.
benny johnson
So we're looking at a 70% America First caucus.
People don't understand how incredible the generational change that's happened.
anna paulina luna
And we need more people.
unidentified
Real quick to that piece.
It's now getting that into the Senate.
anna paulina luna
Yes.
unidentified
So you get a lot of House members that come up.
House members, you know, they run for the Senate.
They run for the things that happen.
Getting that mindset into the Senate is the next step.
benny johnson
Yeah, because that moves slowly.
That's like the Senate.
That's a generational thing.
unidentified
Suspicious body.
anna paulina luna
McConnell's like the Sith Lord.
To be clear, I'll say it.
unidentified
He's like the Sith Lord of the Senate, but in all seriousness, we need some new blood.
benny johnson
He's the Sith Lord of the Senate?
anna paulina luna
Yes.
benny johnson
Really?
anna paulina luna
Yes.
I'm probably going to get someone out of care.
He's the Sith Lord of the Senate.
I posted it.
He really is suppressing a lot of the conservative ability up in the Senate, and I think that there are some great people like Rick Scott's crushing it.
Senator Mike Lee's crushing it, but they are absolutely suppressing it.
unidentified
You know why Rick Scott's crushing it?
He's Florida.
anna paulina luna
He's from Florida.
unidentified
We do good things in Florida.
Don't look to Georgia.
anna paulina luna
You're all right.
unidentified
Hey, Benny.
Hey, Benny, real quick.
So remember when I told you how members smoke in the Capitol?
Yeah.
And depending on what's going on in the day, by the way, that's the buzzer for the floor, everybody.
Uh-oh.
It's not a fire alarm.
That's the buzzer.
Jamal!
Jamal!
That's the floor buzzer.
So we have members who, you can tell how the day is going by the number of cigars in their pocket.
Troy Nels.
Troy Nels, baby.
Troy Nels, baby.
benny johnson
It's always out there.
Do you actually carry?
We got Congressman Trinnells in the house.
Do you actually carry handcuffs on you at all times?
unidentified
No.
benny johnson
What's this like waiting for you, Jamal?
Where'd you get the handcuffs?
anna paulina luna
Capital police.
unidentified
I'm out.
benny johnson
You're out?
unidentified
I'm out.
benny johnson
Okay, real fast.
Explain the ring.
unidentified
This is great.
So this is the championship ring from the congressional baseball game.
So Roger Williams out of Texas, our coach.
Gabe gave one of these to everybody.
Now, he didn't ask me for my ring size, my finger size.
So, like, it goes that far.
So, I decided, why do I really use it?
This is my pinky ring.
The bubblegum machine only had one size.
Listen, man, when it's time to use, like, knockout power, this is what happens.
This is the bat.
benny johnson
You were telling me before we went live.
You have the bat.
unidentified
So, most people use the bat.
This is the ceremonial bat, right?
This is the bat that he gave all of us.
See?
Signed by him.
Roger Williams, right there.
So he signed it.
Great.
Most members have it signed with, like, the metallic pen.
Not me.
This is my thinking back.
So I'm in here.
I'm swinging.
Not at staff or anything.
I'm usually in the corner while we're talking policy or we're trying to figure out what the heck we're doing next.
So this is my thinking back.
benny johnson
The Hamas direction goes down.
You're ready.
unidentified
You're trapped.
This is my tool to battle the White House and the Senate.
That's horrible.
anna paulina luna
What's your principle?
unidentified
With my principles in tow.
Constitution in the pocket, battle my shoulder.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is why we're up here.
benny johnson
We're here to show you.
You should be inspired.
You should be optimistic.
These are your representatives up here.
You should be excited.
This would not be possible.
Five years ago.
unidentified
Oh, last but not least?
We're rocking.
Last but not least, go Noles.
Go Florida State.
9-0, baby.
UWS.
Sorry, Doug.
What's going on with you?
Did you say UF?
anna paulina luna
Who?
UWS.
unidentified
UWS?
They play football?
anna paulina luna
Yes, we got a team.
unidentified
You know, Byron, you're sitting on the couch with back-to-back.
We're going to talk about Georgia later.
What's on my FNC right now?
SEC rules?
Where?
College football, man.
I can't say anything about that right now.
You might have me on there.
Watch out for my notes.
benny johnson
Paul Dana White.
We'll do a UFC.
We'll do a brawl next time.
Okay, I'm moving over.
Producer telling me to move over.
unidentified
Congressman.
anna paulina luna
I'm out, I'm out.
benny johnson
Oh, I wanted to talk more.
Alright, alright.
We're just rocking.
We're rolling.
We're live.
Okay, producer saying we're swapping.
We're moving.
We're shifting.
unidentified
How old is this?
Enjoy it.
benny johnson
You're out too confident?
unidentified
Yes.
Okay.
You're in good hands.
I think you're in very good hands.
Okay.
How are you?
Great.
You're on the couch.
Yes.
Holy cow.
You brought in the big guns.
Oh!
What's going on?
Okay.
Hi.
Right there.
benny johnson
Right there.
troy e nehls
We're live, baby.
benny johnson
Don't mind us.
unidentified
We're live!
benny johnson
Yes, we are live.
unidentified
Can we do...
Okay, over here?
All right.
benny johnson
Great.
unidentified
All right.
benny johnson
All right.
unidentified
The base caucus.
benny johnson
Can we start it?
Can we start it?
Can we be based?
unidentified
I guess you already had the Freedom Caucus, so we could just...
Oh, the base caucus.
Base caucus.
benny johnson
That's what we're trying to...
That's what this is.
marjorie taylor greene
How about Republicans that actually care about the issues that matter to Republican voters and Americans?
benny johnson
Like centering, Rishita Tlaib?
marjorie taylor greene
Teaching people, holding people accountable, maybe stopping the weaponized government.
I don't know.
benny johnson
Yeah, that's right!
unidentified
Well, there's two censure resolutions.
marjorie taylor greene
I brought mine.
Mine actually addresses the real issues.
The other one's like a little flap on the hand.
benny johnson
That's the camera right there.
Can you show us the resolution?
marjorie taylor greene
Oh yeah, here's mine.
It actually addresses October 18th.
Which was no different than January 6th when people came in and occupied the Capitol complex.
It called her out for staying from the river to the sea, wanting the genocide of Jews, ridding them out of Israel.
But more importantly, it gets into those five details of the group she's organized with, Benny.
A group called Global M.T. Vada.
We have pictures of their cell phones when they were messaging each other back and forth in the cannon rotunda when they were occupying the cannon building.
And the name of their group message was Global Intifada.
And as the lead attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Centers, she was in that chat.
We have pictures of her name in that chat.
These are not...
No, the lead attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center within the Global Intifada, meaning Arab Uprising Jihad.
Corey Mills is very familiar with this.
He just went to Israel.
But what happened on October 18th is no different than January 6th.
And my central resolution holds Rashida Tlaib accountable because she incited that mob with a speech and she is organized.
They fundraise for her.
They support her in Congress.
And that's why this central resolution is important.
benny johnson
Congressman, you've been rescuing Americans from Israel.
Dozens?
Hundreds now?
Bringing people home?
cory mills
We're closed at almost 300 at this point.
The first 77 through ground evacuations, I opened up personally.
So we did 32 on the first day, focusing on more at the Golan Heights, the Syrian border area.
So Tiberias and Hype up in the coast of Nazareth.
And then the second day we went through, we wanted to focus on areas that had been more rapidly hit.
So we went to the West Bank, did quite a bit up in the West Bank, and then also into Jerusalem.
and then to the south of Jerusalem as well, closer into the main affected areas where we were doing consolidation points.
But I want to talk on something that Marjorie just hit on.
I mean, look, you know, the same way that you had this special counsel, Jack Smith, who is being weaponized to go after President Trump, who they know is trying to basically just run his race unopposed, or not unopposed, but unaffected.
You know, they're utilizing this to go after them, but yet they try to levy this idea that USC 18, section 231 talks about Well, they're doing the same thing to the J6 people.
There's people who are sitting in prisons right now with no charges, no freedoms, no right to their due process as afforded to them under the Constitution, but yet Rashida Tlaib and these pro-Hamas, which is a pro-terrorist organization, are allowed to run ranted amongst our capital and have no repercussions whatsoever.
I mean, it's just so ridiculous.
And you know what?
Let them continue to try and play those games.
My focus, as it has been since October 11th, is saving Americans abroad.
Because it's obvious the Biden administration is not going to do a single thing.
They didn't do it in 2021.
You know, I went over in 2021 and conducted the first overland rescue of Americans out of Afghanistan, which is a mother and three children born and raised in Amarillo, Texas.
To Marjorie's point, or like you were talking about with the base caucus, it's not even about being the base caucus.
It's about a caucus that's tired of talk.
unidentified
Yes.
cory mills
And actually wants to do something.
We're ready to be representatives, not politicians.
Representatives of statesmen act, politicians talk.
The one thing we don't have a shortage of in D.C. are politicians who want to talk.
That's all we have, both on the left and the right.
And that's why we need the base to come out.
benny johnson
So talk versus action.
There was a Hamas direction at the White House.
They're going to keep doing this.
So Congress was the first target, White House next target.
We're sitting there at the White House yesterday filming.
They desecrated our monuments.
There's spray paint.
Shockingly, all the spray paint says FJB.
All the spray paint is crude messages to Joe Biden.
Hunter Biden could read them.
Just do the eight-ball Hunter Biden.
You can see it from your room at the White House.
It's all there.
There was a J6 that shook a fence.
And now in prison for years, right?
cory mills
Hasn't even gone into the Capitol at all.
benny johnson
Yo, I'm looking at all the same thing, and they're like wiping red blood all over the fence.
marjorie taylor greene
He's spending 30 days in solitary confinement.
cory mills
Or Jeremy Brown, who's in Pinellas County right now, who's a former Special Forces former ranger, who was there providing medical aid to people on the outside of the Capitol, didn't even go in.
He's still being held to this day.
benny johnson
It will only stop when they take medicine.
Am I wrong?
marjorie taylor greene
These are pro-Hamas terrorists on the streets.
They just killed a 67-year-old Jewish man.
That hit the news yesterday.
Someone hit him on the head with a megaphone.
It's going to get out of control.
I agree with Corey.
Too many people in Washington, not these gentlemen I'm sitting with right here, but too many people.
I'll call out Republicans too.
Want to be politicians, not representatives, and no one wants to hold this government account.
benny johnson
So you can refer to the Department of Justice, a criminal case, right?
You would say, hey, this person behaved criminally.
unidentified
We can, but you know that they're not going to do anything.
Look at what happened to all the riots in 2020.
That's why it's so important that President Trump gets re-elected, because he's the only person that can genuinely change the trajectory of our country and can genuinely change.
The way the DOJ is working and all these.
We can pass bill after bill after bill.
We know that Chuck Schumer's not going to take it in the Senate.
We can pass HR2.
We can pass defunding Jack Smith's investigation.
We do all that.
Schumer's not going to have any of that in the Senate.
the only way to genuinely change the trajectory of our country is electing Donald Trump next year for president, and he will completely change the way that the DOJ, And all of us on this panel right here have endorsed the president.
cory mills
We know he's exactly what we need in 2024.
We need bold, course corrections.
We need not just policy change domestically, but internationally as well.
He had the greatest foreign policy that we've seen in our lifetime, whether it was the remaining Mexico, China phase one deal, Abram Accords.
You go on the plethora of holding the UN accountable, which I think we should defund at this stage.
You know, the UN, in my opinion, stands for useless nations.
And then looking at how we actually hold NATO accountable for their 2%, who's actually the most impacted by what is going on with the China-Russia-Irano-Korea.
President Trump understands that.
And I'll be clear, not only is he the right person for it, but the things that are necessary to do, you cannot have a re-election looming over your head to do it.
To have the moral and political courage to go forward, the only one out of this entire selection is President Trump who doesn't have those things looming over his head that can go in and actually make it happen day one.
benny johnson
Who's being protected by the regime right now that catches a case on day one?
Trump's DOJ.
What would you advise Trump's DOJ, whoever would be attorney general?
Who would you advise for them to go out?
Would it be the would it be Joe Biden?
unidentified
We have literally checked.
marjorie taylor greene
$200,000, $40,000 written to Joe Biden from his brother, Jim Biden.
They are the crime family.
They're the Biden crime family.
They are so corrupt.
Our Department of Justice needs to go after them.
cory mills
And even the wires that uses his personal address as the verification for where the wire should be sent to.
benny johnson
Because that's just money laundering, right?
Then you report that you've got a loan payment.
You don't pay taxes on that.
Like low-level wallet.
unidentified
Think about it.
cory mills
It was a $400,000 payment to Hunter, of which it just so happens $40,000 check goes to Joe Biden.
That sounds like 10% for the big guy.
unidentified
It's a perfect 10% for the big guy.
benny johnson
It's 10%.
So who would be Attorney General?
marjorie taylor greene
I don't know.
This is up to President Trump.
benny johnson
I was talking with Ted Cruz last night and he was like, we were in talks with Attorney General first term.
And I was like, man, that would be it.
That would have been.
unidentified
That would have probably changed the course of the nation forever, actually.
benny johnson
If you had a strong attorney general that wasn't such a pussy on Russiagate.
cory mills
Forget it.
benny johnson
Right, that's right.
It wasn't a little muppet, right?
unidentified
And then you would have had protection for the president, but it would have changed the entire course of the country.
benny johnson
Maybe I'm wrong.
The attorney general...
Incredibly important, though.
marjorie taylor greene
But they also have to have a managerial expertise because it can't just be a figurehead.
This is the entire Department of Justice that is infected with resistance attorneys that view their job as the ability to politicize the Department of Justice and harness it against the American people and any of their political enemies.
So this person has to be fearless.
They have to be committed.
And they have to be loyal to the president, loyal to the American people.
cory mills
And the thing is that you can't just come in and say, oh, I'm going to abolish the DOJ and the FBI.
That's not reasonable.
It's something that we'd all love to see, but it's not reasonable.
We need real reform in here.
And what we have to understand is the FBI actually leads the nation when it comes to seeking down child pornography, child sex traffickers, things like that.
The idea that you're going to have these people just run around with red meat eater rhetoric saying, abolish the entire FBI.
Well, look, state and local police force are not trained up to be able to handle that at a time.
But what we do need is an AG who can come in, who can reform things, who can repeal some of the actual administrative duties and responsibilities that the FBI has been abusing for a long time.
And we have to take a very long look at Section 702 at Article 1 of FISA to make sure that it cannot be utilized against the American people and it can be used for its intended purpose, which is actually foreign intelligence surveillance.
They have continued to avoid the question which is at...
What are the analytical links that enables me to utilize FISA?
And they try to say that it has to have foreign interrogation properties.
Well, here's the thing.
I can link any person in this room, if I want to, through however many degrees of separation to justify the abuse of this running through the FISA courts.
And we know the FBI is the most grossly abusing of the actual FISA process.
So we need an AG to come in.
And actually understand how to prevent this weaponization against the American people, how to reform and make the necessary cuts, because I think you have to shrink massively what the role, responsibility, and scope is of the FBI, and we have to return the power back to the American people as opposed to holding it here in D.C. Have Republicans forgotten how to wield power?
unidentified
Yes.
benny johnson
Like, have we had our balls cut off?
Sorry, Marjorie.
marjorie taylor greene
They don't have any balls, it must have.
troy nehls
I agree with Mr. Steuby here.
I think every decision we make...
I think many of us said it to Kevin McCarthy when we took the majority.
Every decision we make in the House has to be in the best interest of getting the White House in 2024.
I think our base is frustrated.
You can form weaponization, all these committees, and we can talk, we can get on Fox News, we can expose $200,000 checks, $40,000 checks.
What does it matter?
We can expose all this, but if you don't have the White House, I don't care, you can pass HR2 all you want.
troy e nehls
It's dead, and we know it's dead in the Senate.
troy nehls
So our focus should not be bickering amongst each other and figuring out who should be the Attorney General.
Our focus should be Donald Trump in 2024.
That's it.
troy e nehls
Nothing else, quite honestly, really matters.
troy nehls
Yes, we have the power of the birth.
Right now, our president is being crucified up in D.C. They're trying to take him off ballots in Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan.
Fannie Willis is an absolute nut job, in my opinion, a racist.
troy e nehls
And they're going out there trying to do things in Georgia.
And we're sitting here talking about these other things.
troy nehls
I'm focused on January 6th, and I know Mr. Stuby and I have talked about it.
You know, I don't know why we shy away from January 6th.
We're afraid to talk about that.
troy e nehls
But we need to talk about that.
We need to talk about January 6th, because if you don't think Adam Kensinger and Liz Cheney and all the liberal media, the nut jobs, the dishonest media, is going to start bringing that into this 2024 election.
As once Trump is the nominee and he is our nominee, it's going to be highlighted every single day.
troy nehls
Matter of fact, they've been indicted for more.
So my focus right now is making sure that Donald Trump gets back in the White House.
troy e nehls
And I want to help kind of lead that effort to bring the counter narrative to that sham committee.
troy nehls
Because I'm telling you, there are moderate Republicans out there that believe Donald Trump is at fault for January 6th.
troy e nehls
It'll be furthest from the truth.
troy nehls
We need to expose it.
benny johnson
Are the tapes going to be released?
And what will they show?
Right?
Like, can you fill us in?
Release the tapes.
marjorie taylor greene
There was a rumor that went out, I think, this past week that our new speaker, Mike Johnson, was releasing all the tapes.
That's not true.
A limited number of tapes have been released to the blaze, and they'll be bringing that out.
And from what I've been told is they're trying to work a process.
To release more of the tapes.
And I think the American people are hungry for them.
But many of them have already been seen.
Tucker Carlson did a great job highlighting them.
Julie Kelly did a great job.
John Solomon.
Many others have highlighted these tapes.
Now the Blaze will do the same thing.
But I completely agree we need to have...
No fear of January 6th because many of these people did nothing wrong.
They walked into the Capitol and that's all they did.
And they shouldn't be persecuted like they are.
We should fight back against this narrative.
We can say the election is stolen all we want to.
There's nothing wrong with it because I do believe the election was stolen.
I do believe Donald Trump won in 2020.
And I don't care how mad and angry the left is and the media and whoever wants to make fun of me for saying that.
Or anyone saying that.
Elections are extremely important.
And, you know, Troy Nels is absolutely right.
Donald Trump is being persecuted because he's winning.
And they are going to do everything they can to stop him in 2024.
And they're going to do everything they can to steal it again, Benny.
And we should be talking about that.
Because they are going to try to stop him, whether it's Colorado, Minnesota, Georgia, my own state, any state where they can take his name off the ballot.
Or they can use the systems with the absentee ballots.
There's nothing wrong with talking about that because the absentee ballots are ripe for fraud and many states did not change their laws from 2020.
And these are the things that matter to us.
And Greg Stubbe's right.
Troy Nels is right.
If we don't have the White House, we can do nothing.
But still at the same time, it is our job as elected Republicans to fight as hard as possible in our capacity and pressure other Republicans to stand up.
And be courageous, because these are trying times.
These are perilous times, and we're losing our country.
troy nehls
Can I make a comment on it?
And I've talked to Mr. Schubert, and I've talked to the Speaker about it, Johnson, about taking a deep dive into the January 6th committee in and of itself.
We hear a lot of rumors, oh, they destroyed this, they destroyed that.
You don't have the evidence anymore.
The sham committee, I don't know if anybody here has read the report, it's over 800 pages, but it's a hell of a read.
I think that we need to form a group, a select group of us, to go in and look at the committee, the January 6th sham committee, and what they may have hidden.
There's so much.
You could take the monkey off of Speaker Johnson's back by saying, form a small group, form a committee, and let's just send all the tapes, let's get all the tapes and get it to that select committee, a select committee, I think.
And let's let them look at what's out there.
There's so many unknowns.
But right now, the American people have heard from Benny Thompson, the puppet, and Nancy, the puppet master.
troy e nehls
We got to have a counter narrative because that's what they're going to use in 2024.
troy nehls
They're trying to indict him for it.
They're trying to keep him off the damn ballot.
troy e nehls
We should not shy away from January 6th.
We shouldn't do it.
And I think there's enough out there.
troy nehls
And I think I know enough about it that I can let the American people know that.
January 6th is not Donald Trump's fault.
marjorie taylor greene
No, it's Nancy Pelosi.
cory mills
The election integrity, though, that Marjorie mentioned, people glaze over since 2020.
That is such an important thing.
And bear in mind, there is media clip that you can find to this day in 2004, where when they were going to do mail-in ballots, Jerry Nadler came forward and said, mail-in ballots are too susceptible to fraud.
That's his exact quote.
But now when they found a way to actually manipulate the system to work ballot harvesting their favor, We can't lose the attention on where we're at right now.
And watch.
You just saw the new poll that came out by New York Times, whereby President Trump is now leading in five of the six key swing districts, Wisconsin being the only one that's down by two, which that's a rally and a half, and he's already up four.
And we see how poorly that President Biden has continued to do.
We see the corruption that's coming forward.
We see what's happening with Hunter Biden stuff.
We have to focus on the key issues that we said in 2022 that we were all running on, which is election integrity, release of the J6 tapes and the political imprisonment, stopping the weaponization of DOJ, getting our house back into physical order.
These are all the things that we said that we were going to do.
It's time for us to actually deliver on that.
benny johnson
So there's a judge in Connecticut who's like, yo, I can't determine who's the legitimate winner of this re-election between two Democrats.
There's no winner, actually.
Screw you all.
Redo the election.
I'm a judge.
Your mail-in ballot is so effed that I'm just going to throw the whole election out, right?
Which is exactly what Donald Trump asked for in Georgia.
Am I wrong?
marjorie taylor greene
That's exactly what he asked for.
You know what bothers me, too?
I am so upset that we don't have men protecting women and kids in this country.
I'm sitting here with three fine, respectable men that would stand up and protect women and children.
Right here, Greg Stubbe, his bill protecting women's sports.
That was one he sponsored when I first came to Congress.
I co-sponsored it.
These should be things we're pushing for.
My bill to protect kids from transgender surgeries, children getting their body parts cut off.
These are things that Republicans should highlight.
We should never let Democrats beat us over the head, shaming us for stolen election.
We should never let Democrats beat us We're pro-life.
We're also pro-women and pro-children.
Four men being men and standing up and defending not only their families, but also themselves.
And there's nothing wrong with that.
I really love our values, Benny.
And I think we should lean in harder and highlight these values.
benny johnson
What are the issues, right?
troy nehls
I just had a hearing before I came over here in judiciary.
The Bureau of Prisons, we talked to the lady in charge, and they're doing transgender surgeries, taxpayers paying for it in the Bureau of Prisons.
And I said to myself, I don't know how all this works, but I had five minutes.
I said, What you're doing, a guy can get convicted of something.
He can say, well, my name isn't Troy Nails anymore and my name is Susie Nails.
I'll start wearing some makeup and some pink, you know, whatever, toenails.
And then all of a sudden you're going to release the bull in the pen of heifers.
I said, none of this makes sense to me, but we are absolutely paying for men to transgender and releasing them with the women.
I have some issues with that.
Taxpayers are paying for it.
cory mills
But think about it, Joy.
troy nehls
Taxpayers are paying for it.
cory mills
I asked a young lady the other day if we should lower the age, right?
This is an actual question.
I said, hey, should we lower the age of kids so they can get tattoos at any age?
And she said, no, that's too permanent.
What do you think of sex changes?
marjorie taylor greene
So they can cut off their breasts and be castrated and do this before they're even old enough to buy nicotine or alcohol or join the military?
benny johnson
I'm not a biologist.
Like Betty.
Probably the greatest line in the history of any Supreme Court confirmation ever is, well, I'm not a biologist, right?
cory mills
I'm not a biologist, but I can tell you if I'm getting water hit on my head, it's not people pissing from the rooftop.
unidentified
I don't think it's a long-term thing to win, though.
benny johnson
I don't think people buy it.
unidentified
All the issues that we've talked about here.
troy nehls
We didn't have him under Donald Trump.
Israel, Ukraine, didn't have any of it.
I go back to my sock.
troy e nehls
You miss me yet?
You miss me yet?
benny johnson
I don't know.
unidentified
I'm telling you right now, folks, I think we all on this panel agree.
troy e nehls
If you don't have the White House in 2024, folks, I don't know.
troy nehls
I think America, this guy, this nut job in there has destroyed our country in three years.
troy e nehls
You give him another four, buddy.
We're in trouble.
Now, I want to impeach him.
It's not going to go anywhere in the Senate.
troy nehls
We can impeach him so he can't sit up on stage, say, here, Trump, you've been impeached twice.
troy e nehls
We say, hey, asshat, you've been impeached once, right?
But we want to make sure we give him his warm milk and put him to bed early because he needs to be the nominee.
I'm afraid of the guy with the pretty teeth in California, and I don't want Michelle jumping in that eye.
We need to make sure.
Give your viewer.
Tell your people.
Send $10 to Joe Biden because he needs to be the nominee.
unidentified
He needs to be the nominee because Donald Trump will clean his...
cory mills
Send him ice cream.
troy e nehls
We need him to be the one.
unidentified
I don't know.
marjorie taylor greene
Gavin Newsom's got quite a record.
unidentified
Well, I'm concerned about that.
Gavin Newsom was in China tackling little Chinese kids, playing basketball.
He's preparing.
cory mills
I'd like to get Ben and Jerry's to actually create a child's hair-snipping flavored ice cream.
I think that...
marjorie taylor greene
They probably...
troy e nehls
They probably have one.
marjorie taylor greene
They didn't share his work.
unidentified
But, yeah.
So you don't think they're going to get the switcheroo at Vermont.
benny johnson
Will Joe Biden be the nominee?
troy nehls
He has to be.
unidentified
I think he will.
troy nehls
Thank you.
benny johnson
And Kamala will stay on his...
cory mills
Pray about it because that was the big pleasure.
Kamala was having a meltdown.
marjorie taylor greene
I heard that.
cory mills
They don't seem to like each other.
benny johnson
They don't seem to like each other.
No, they're rarely seen together.
marjorie taylor greene
The racist, she called it out on when they were running against each other.
cory mills
He's a racist.
Accused him and actually said, we also know that you're sexually assaulted someone.
And then when she got done with it, after he had picked her as VP, she goes, well, it's just politics.
Which means, basically, I will lie about everything as a Democrat.
benny johnson
You think they're going to make it to 2024.
You think they're going to make it to election day.
So we're a year away today.
Today is election day.
unidentified
If you have any election day messages, pull out.
benny johnson
You know, any election day.
marjorie taylor greene
We live in a time where everything wrong is right and everything right is wrong.
I'll believe anything happening is possible because everything that's happening shocks me every single day.
I don't know where we're going to be a year from now.
I don't know if we're going to be cheering because we elected President Trump.
And can't wait to bring him back or if we are going to be wondering how in the hell we elected another dementia patient for another four years.
I think it's yet to be seen, but I think the American people need to fight.
We have to fight.
unidentified
So those polls look pretty bad.
benny johnson
I mean, everyone's saying statistically there's no chance that Joe Biden can win this election.
unidentified
I agree.
cory mills
But then again, if we have election integrity, that's why I mentioned that earlier.
We have to have elections matter, as Marjorie pointed out.
Both Greg and Troy are absolutely right that we have to just focus on 24, but election integrity has to...
Brian Steele had brought something, which I believe is called ACE or AIM, which actually helps to look at election integrity and try and get something in place.
We've got to really focus on that.
We have to have the poll watchers and poll observers and monitoring it closely and actually getting out and vote.
We have to beat the Democrats at ballot harvesting for the states that enable ballot harvesting.
We have to outplay the Democrats because 24, we keep saying this, 2020 is the most important election in the world.
We see now.
Full destabilization in the Middle East.
We see China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia, and all the rest who are actually leading the charge right now to eliminate the U.S. dollar as a global currency, who are attacking the petrodollar, who are utilizing weaponized WHO and WEF, who have taken over the continent of Africa, Oceania, expanding Eurasian borders, cutting off Western Hemisphere's supply chain, drowning us out while the White House weakens us militarily, diplomatically, and economically.
This truly is.
The most important election will ever happen.
If we don't get President Donald Trump back in office, we're all damned.
benny johnson
Who's Trump going to run with?
marjorie taylor greene
That's up to him.
I think it's more important for him to focus on that list he has and who he's cleaning out of this town.
He'll pick someone good for VP.
It's more important to make sure that that list gets...
benny johnson
I asked about Attorney General, because it does seem as though there were so many lost opportunities in 2016, 2017, when Donald Trump takes the oath, there were so many lost opportunities.
Unified control of Congress couldn't even get funding for the wall.
cory mills
But he was a political outsider at the point, and he was a businessman.
Now he has seen the true death of the swamp, and when he comes in, there are lessons learned.
Where he is going to clean house, not at the top level, not at the secondary level.
Look, I was a business owner.
When you do a merger acquisition, I used to hire a third party to come and do what they call ABC, which is activity-based costings, where you would evaluate the individuals in the company to say, that person could stay, that person would be redundant, let's bring in someone new.
He treated it very similarly as a political outsider, which we want a businessman.
We want a political outsider, not someone who's been corrupted or can be corrupted by the swamp.
But he has seen...
With his own eyes, the snake in the actual gator pit that sits here in the swamp, and he knows now how to probably go in and absolutely eliminate those who would work against the agenda.
benny johnson
The narrative out there in the media is that Republicans are all divided, right?
Everyone's divided.
unidentified
Oh, the Speaker's race, and they have to have votes for the Speaker.
benny johnson
But it seems like Democrats are more divided than Republicans.
It seems like there's this massive civil war inside the Democrat Party that's going on right now, and they all hate Joe Biden, right?
The polling out of the Democrat Party is like Joe Biden.
Black voters don't like him.
Hispanic voters don't like him.
Young voters don't like him.
Donald Trump is tied with Joe Biden for voters under 30. Whoa!
It does seem like they are facing a huge crisis right now as well.
Does that play out here in Congress?
unidentified
Do you see how the breaking Hamas issue has definitely shown the divide within the Congress?
benny johnson
Yes, it's ripping them apart.
unidentified
You have them so far left progressive members in their conference that support literally terrorist organizations.
Over our ally, Israel.
And there's a lot of Jewish members in the Democratic Conference.
The bill we passed on Israel last week, there was, what, eight Democrats that voted?
It was interesting as they waited until the very end until they knew it was going to pass to vote for it.
But that, I would say, is the biggest issue right now, dividing the Democratic Conference.
benny johnson
Do you think Jewish Americans will stop voting Democrat?
unidentified
You should.
cory mills
I also think that they're seeing what's happening right now.
I mean, look, you've literally got the Senate under two Democrats, Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell, who have been accused to take the bill up.
And we have to acknowledge the fact that people that are here in the House, whether it's Jared Moskowitz or the others who are Democrats, they've taken offense to the fact that you've got a Hamas caucus who is continuing to try and promote this terroristic organization.
and shooting down aid, but yet once Joe Biden wants to throw 60 plus billion dollars into Ukraine, the most corrupt nation in the world.
And that's why I love Speaker Johnson, by the way, and what he did.
He divided it up, not forcing difficult votes on his members, because he does believe in a decentralized, member-driven, not speaker-driven solution.
But he broke it up for we can vote on Israel.
And for myself, for example, I would vote down Ukraine funding.
And then support our funding for either Disaster Relief Fund or our border.
He's given us that opportunity.
Biden has prioritized Ukraine's funding over Israel.
I think Democrats have taken notice of that.
I think especially those in the Israeli communities who are being terrified, those at NYU, those at Ithaca, all the other universities who are now scared to even attend their own colleges, I think they've all taken notice.
I think that swings and pivots towards Donald Trump for the election.
benny johnson
Who's going to win that?
Because the people are radical.
Those people are not going to be suddenly like, actually, the state of Israel should exist.
You don't make that transit.
Who's going to win that?
That is a big civil war.
marjorie taylor greene
If you want to know the battle, I want to see one.
I want to see the battle won for the American people.
Our border, if so ever, I'm fed up with the foreign wars, Vinny.
I haven't funded Ukraine a penny, and I'm sorry, I stand with Israel, but I didn't send them any money either.
You want to know something?
They are kicking Hamas' ass right now, and not American dollar has gone over there to help them.
Not one dollar.
And they are doing a great job defending their own country, defending their people.
But we've had over 10 million people cross our border, over 1.8 million gotaways.
And we know terrorists are among that 1.8 million.
We don't know how many there are.
I would argue there's tens of thousands in our country right now because Border Patrol arrested 73,000 since Biden took office.
So how many of the 1.8 million got away?
The border I want to see defended is the United States of America.
And I'm tired of seeing 24-7 on the news.
Israel, Ukraine, and every other country on the planet.
cory mills
voters are right but i would say there is 3.8 billion we have allocated funding in 2020 senator marco rubio passed an actual bill that puts 3.8 billion guaranteed on revolver into israel so that does help with the iron dome and other things and i do believe and i support israel's right to defend but marco is correct our southern border at the end of the day we're elected by the american people and no one else we have to serve the will of those we represent so our southern border The greatest and number one issue for Republicans today.
troy nehls
And, Benny, this is why Joe Biden will get beat.
It's sad the American people are having to deal with this, but the thousands that are coming through, that's not helping Joe Biden.
The Mayorkas is in denial, and we know our borders are as incompetent.
You've got the crime taking place across cities across our country.
You have right now Ukraine.
Nobody is in Ukraine when Trump was president.
Hamas wouldn't be in Israel if Trump was president.
So sometimes I think...
The American people and the pain has to be real.
troy e nehls
The American people have to experience pain for them to realize just how destructive this administration is.
And I think the American people have seen it.
Do I want to see gas go to eight bucks?
Well, if it does, I'll say, well, America, you earned it.
unidentified
You voted for this asshat.
troy nehls
He hates it.
troy e nehls
He doesn't want to drill.
He won't do any of it.
So I think that as this administration continues with these disastrous policies, and there's a crisis on every corner in America, it only helps our cause in 2024.
I mean, it's sad the American people are dealing with it, but elections have consequences.
benny johnson
Have you gotten any briefings that there's going to be a terrorist attack here in America?
troy nehls
Wouldn't surprise me if there was.
benny johnson
At some point, you look at the numbers and you see the number of people on terrorist organizations trying to come into the country.
You have to assume that something horrible is going to happen.
unidentified
I don't see how we are not attacked in the next year.
There was 40,000, 43,000 Chinese Communist Party, Chinese individuals through the southern border, 30,000 Russians, Palestinians, Iranians, Afghans, like all of these people who hate our country are being allowed through the southern border, and it was hundreds of known terrorists have now been apprehended.
We asked my workers when I was on Judiciary last cycle, have you released them into the country?
You refuse to answer that question, so you know they're being released into the country.
You can't tell me that those people aren't coordinating something.
cory mills
Small cells.
And I think that's exactly what we're looking at.
If anyone wants to take an example, and this is my opinion, not fear-monger, but, you know, we had our 9-11.
Israel had their October 7th.
I think that we have to look at the model that was utilized on October 7th more so than this large, well-planned, methodical, you know, kind of strike that we saw in 9-11.
You're going to see these small terroristic cells are going to pop up as disruptors.
I would see it happening closer to election cycles, especially if Donald Trump starts to go up in the polls.
I would also see where people are coordinating attacks to try and break down confidence.
And again, the whole idea, you know, we use the term terrorist all the time, but that means to terrorize the communities, the civilians, those in that populace.
And so utilizing terror as a mechanism to try and get lower voter turnout, utilizing terror to try and drive a narrative, utilizing terror.
To settle doubt in the actual abilities for us to be able to provide security in our communities.
While they think that's going to work against this Republican Party, this is the thing that we've been fighting against the most.
Secure our borders.
Protect and actually support and defend our law enforcement.
Make sure that we're deporting those who shouldn't be here.
I'm not for you having your court date and your trial date.
If you came here illegally, we should pass a bill that says you don't even have a right to even apply for citizenship any longer.
We need to start focusing on the fact that with 11 million plus people, if you gather every illegal into one city, they'd be the second largest populated city in America.
What does that tell you?
benny johnson
Wow.
unidentified
Well, 98% of them that are ordered to be deported, they don't show up to their hearing, and this administration is not deported.
So there's...
I don't know the exact number off the top of my head, but I can guarantee you it's in the tens of thousands of people who have had their amnesty hearing, who were found by a judge to not qualify, and has been ordered to be deported, and this administration is not deported.
troy nehls
They're going to be voters one day.
cory mills
You can vote in local elections even if you don't actually have your American citizenship.
And I like what Marco Rubio just talked about.
If you're here in these college campuses...
On a student visa, which a lot of times they're expired anyway, and you're trying to support a terrorist organization being a pro-Hamas-like protester, I think that we take you right there and we send you back home.
No excuse for us to be able to maintain this kind of hatred here at home, the anti-Semitism, the anti-American rhetoric.
We've got to protect our own citizens, and that's one of the ways we can do it.
marjorie taylor greene
Well, what about Christopher Wray?
He just told Judiciary Committee just recently, he told them there will be terrorist attacks.
In our country.
And Christopher Wray is spending all his time tracking down grandmas that walked through the Capitol on January 6th.
How many of those people that attacked the White House this past weekend waving the Palestinian flag, cheering for Hamas, who just murdered innocent people in Israel?
How many of those people is Christopher Wray tracking down while he openly admits to the Judiciary Committee here in Congress that there will be a terrorist attack here on American soil?
benny johnson
I mean, I just don't know how you politically survive that, right?
Joe Biden's policies directly lead to that.
I can't see the comment section right now, but I know exactly what people are saying.
They're saying, we gave Republicans Congress unified control of the Senate and the House and the executive in 2017, and we did not get wall from it.
and what would the wall in 2024?
unidentified
But the speaker was right through, like what work have we done?
cory mills
And keep in line.
unidentified
There was wall being built.
benny johnson
Yeah, Paul Ryan went and made a video saying, "I'm gonna do the wall," and he lied to everyone.
Yeah.
unidentified
Paul Ryan lied to everyone.
cory mills
But we did have Remain in Mexico.
We did have other articles that actually did protectives.
And there was wall being built.
Not at the rate that it should have.
Our border is not secure.
We didn't codify it in the way that we should have.
But at the end of the day, I wasn't in Congress.
We're here now.
We've got a stronger base.
We're actually knowing what the priority is.
And the priority is, as you hear Troy and Marjorie say all the time, as well as the rest of the conference, our southern border must be secure.
benny johnson
So tell me what changes, right?
So I remember this.
Nancy Pelosi was able to kill wall funding by saying it was racist.
And then putting a wall around the Capitol.
They didn't pass it.
So will that work in 2025?
marjorie taylor greene
I think that's up to the American people to send members of Congress who will actually do it.
benny johnson
Yeah.
marjorie taylor greene
And that's where primaries matter and that's where elections matter.
benny johnson
The Republicans will actually do it in 2025.
marjorie taylor greene
Please send us Republicans that will actually do it.
benny johnson
Yeah.
cory mills
And also force the Senate to take up HR2, which is the most conservative border bill that the House has ever passed.
And yet no one's putting pressure on Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell to bring HR2 to the floor.
When we've already passed it here in the House, look, we're elected members to the House of Representatives, not to the Senate.
The upper chamber has to actually do their job and then let Joe Biden go ahead and threaten to veto it.
Remember, he threatened to veto the D.C. crime bill as well.
And when it got to his desk, he had no choice but to sign it.
We have to get the American people to literally blow up the phone lines with call after call after call to the Senate to say, why are you not passing H.R. 2?
Why are you not bringing it to the floor?
Why are you not putting this on the president's desk?
You say you care about our communities.
You say you care about the American citizens.
You care about Americans that are being trafficked.
Look, you have, right now, you had just $18,500 million a year for the cartels and their revenue.
Under Joe Biden, it's now over $13 billion, of which 40-plus percent is just human child sex trafficking and tens of thousands of lives that are being lost to fentanyl that we know is being printed by mainland Chinese in the Darien Gap and trafficked through.
If the American people care so much, get a bug in every single one of the ears of these senators and bring HR2 to the Florida Pass.
unidentified
The only way to do that now is to use the appropriations process as a crutch.
And unfortunately, in our conference, we don't have even the majority in our conference.
We're willing to shut down the government if you won't shut down the border.
Unfortunately, in our own conference right now, we don't have the votes to do that.
And the only way that we're going to get the Senate to negotiate with us in the current circumstance because we have the House is to say we're willing to shut down the government if you're not willing to shut down the border.
And that's the only way you're going to get Schumer and Biden to the negotiation.
cory mills
Let it be the Schumer shutdown.
unidentified
These continuing resolutions where...
We get absolutely nothing that are voted on by almost all the Democrats and, like, half of our conference.
Is how we're going to continue.
I've been here for, this is my third term.
And that's how we funded the government.
And the American people have given us the House.
And this is our one opportunity to stand and say, look, the border is so important to the American people and the safety and security of the American people.
The terrorists are coming in and defending all deaths.
All of that, that we're willing to shut down the government if you don't shut down the border.
benny johnson
But people look to the Senate and then they see the Republican leader going on campaign tours with Joe Biden, right?
They like held hands.
Mitch McConnell and Joe Biden held hands like they were on their honeymoon.
unidentified
That's why people get depressed, right?
benny johnson
People are like, oh my God.
cory mills
But they keep electing McConnell back into the office.
You know, the American people can't say in one side of their mouth, we want change, and at the same time, go ahead and elect the very people who are continuing to do this.
For 30, 40, we have people dying in their seats.
That's why I'm such a big deal on, I like term limits.
I like the idea of us actually doing what we said we were going to do.
But you've got two Democrats, as I alluded to.
You've got Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer, who's running the Senate, and then you have Hakeem Jeffries, and the only one in the four corners who's Republican is Speaker Mike Johnson fighting the fight.
benny johnson
Rick Scott.
Looks like it's challenging Mitch quite a bit.
marjorie taylor greene
Tommy Tuberville is killing it over there.
He is holding the line.
We have a few senators really fighting hard, but Greg Stubbe is 100% right.
Until Republicans are willing to tell the Senate, you aren't getting a penny from us, we are shutting it down.
Until you actually do something for the American people, then nothing else matters.
And then we can dangle what they value more than anything else.
The neocons in this town, they love Ukraine.
They love Zelensky.
And that's the real power right there.
It should never be paired with our border security because we know the Biden administration will take a policy win and run on it in 2024.
But the real way to stop them is shut down the government.
Or tell them, you're not going to see a penny for Ukraine.
I'm not voting for a penny.
But say, we aren't going to do anything for you until you do the right thing for our country.
benny johnson
Is Ukraine done?
I mean, like, they're having them.
Now even corporate press.
Yeah, as long as he's finished.
unidentified
Give me someone who will pay it back.
troy nehls
He's the biggest loser in this thing with Israel.
Because obviously nobody's really talking about Ukraine so much anymore.
So he's out there trying to get some TV time.
He's trying to say, what about me?
What about me?
I have also been one of the people on the couch.
troy e nehls
I've never given him a nickel.
troy nehls
I was one of 57, I think, when the first $40 billion said, can't do it, won't do it.
I've been to Ukraine.
We've probably all been there.
I won't do it.
There is no strategy.
troy e nehls
But what's irritating, too, with some of my Republican colleagues is that Warren Davidson offered an amendment for funding for Ukraine and said, the administration, Joe Biden must come up with a strategy.
If we're going to give Ukraine more money, the administration must provide us a strategy.
unidentified
It failed.
troy e nehls
It failed in a Republican-controlled Congress.
unidentified
So I'm telling you, we need to grow a backbone is what we need to do.
troy e nehls
We need to go back.
troy nehls
We just don't have the will right now.
We just haven't had the will.
Maybe it changes under Speaker Johnson.
But, Benny, I just want to tell you, you're a hell of a guy, all your viewers.
troy e nehls
Donald Trump 2024.
I've got to get the hell out of here.
benny johnson
Yeah, we're down to our last minute here.
Quick question.
Final question.
Jamal Bowman.
What actually happened there?
cory mills
He lied.
I mean, this is the funny part.
I like how people were so willing to expel, you know, George Santos for the lies and lack of integrity prior to him coming to Congress.
But we did nothing with Jabal Bowman, who is a member who was elected, who lied, and who's now being criminally prosecuted.
Why isn't he coming up for the same expulsion as everyone else?
I think that we don't need to focus too much time on him because it's not worth it.
Maybe just start labeling everything not here, Bowman, on every one of the fire alarms around the Capitol.
But the reality is that he does need to, at minimum, be censured for this.
I know that Lisa McLean put something up as well as Malia Takis.
But again, this is an example we talk about.
We're so quick to attack ourselves, but not go after the left and go after all the wrongdoing.
And to Troy's point, all three of us are military veterans.
Warren Davidson's bill that would have actually made him put together an operational planning strategy, we didn't go on a single operation or mission without an operational strategy or con-op.
So why is it that we're just sending open checkbooks?
I won't support it.
It's been handled wrong since the 1994 Budapest memorandum.
There's no teeth, no accountability, corruption at an all-time high.
I'm not going to allocate a penny towards Ukraine.
benny johnson
Final message for Election Day today.
A lot of big races across the country.
What's the message?
marjorie taylor greene
Vote.
Go vote.
cory mills
Go vote.
unidentified
There's a lot of conservatives that are very frustrated.
Don't let Pelosi win and frustrate you and the Democrats and Schumer and Biden frustrates you so much that you don't think that your vote doesn't matter.
Because it does.
And if you start thinking that your vote doesn't matter, then the Democrats are winning and we're losing.
marjorie taylor greene
I agree with that.
That's the message.
benny johnson
Ladies and gentlemen, this has been The Benny Show Live from Congress.
This has been a great thing.
Thank you so much.
We want to do this more often.
We want to bring the audience more into the building because this is where it all happens.
marjorie taylor greene
Thanks, Denny.
Thanks to Byron Donalds for letting us crash his office.
benny johnson
Yeah, pretty cool office.
unidentified
There's a smoking chair over there.
Export Selection
