| And then there's Tom Cole, the House Rules Committee chair. | ||
| And speaking of rules, one thing, the Republican Main Street Caucus, which has 68 members, they made it very clear that before anybody votes for a speaker, they've got to change that rule that allows one person to vote on vacating. | ||
