After his so called sweetheart plea deal on tax and gun charges collapses.
Brooke Singman has the very least.
Hey, good morning. | ||
That's right. | ||
Hunter Biden's expected plea deal falling apart in court yesterday as he pled not guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and a felony gun charge.
Now, the deal would have allowed Hunter to avoid jail time for the gun charge by pleading guilty to the tax crimes.
But the judge did not accept the plea agreement, questioning its constitutionality.
At one point, the judge saying, quote, I have concerns about this agreement.
I can't let him plead of something.
He thinks he has protection from something and he doesn't.
The initial deal crumbled over two sticking points.
Whether Hunter could face additional future charges and whether his tax crimes could be decoupled from the felony gun charge while addicted to a controlled substance.
The judge even questioning Hunter on his foreign and domestic business dealings.
After pleading not guilty, the judge ordered the president's son to adhere to several conditions in order to stay out of jail, Hunter Biden is a private citizen and this was a personal matter for him.
As we have said, the president, the first lady, they love their son and they support him as he continues to rebuild his life.
And House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer applauding the judge's decision.
Watch. | ||
The judge did the right thing.
Today was a victory for justice in America.
Hopefully the witnesses, like Devin Archer and the others who we're going to be bringing before the committee this summer, hopefully they saw what happened in that court today.
And I believe if these witnesses will come forward and tell the truth, I think the American people are going to be in for a big eye-opener with respect to Joe Biden.
And House Speaker Kevin McCarthy saying the Biden family legal saga is far from over with a potential impeachment inquiry still up for consideration.
unidentified
|
You have the president saying one thing that we've proven is not true.
You've got IRS whistleblowers saying something when it comes to government treating the Bidens different.
You've got an informant claiming that the Biden family had been...
Bri, should you ignore that or you should investigate that?
The only way you can investigate that is through an impeachment inquiry.
As for Hunter, the judge gave his lawyers 30 days to resubmit a plea deal with clearer language.
Your Honor, I object! | ||
unidentified
|
And why is that? | |
Because it's devastating to my case!
unidentified
|
Good call! | |
Liar, liar! | ||
You're a liar! | ||
Hunter Biden, today is Thursday, July 27th, 2023.
Judge eviscerates Hunter Biden's sweetheart deal torpedo right to the bow of the ship.
Boom! | ||
Bye-bye, U.S. Biden. | ||
Hunter threatens immediate arrest.
After he violates conditions, Hunter threatened with immediate arrest after he violates conditions.
Sorry, ladies and gentlemen, I'm hyped up.
I feel the energy. | ||
Do you feel the energy? | ||
We got Congressman Troy Nels on the show, and he is going to go ballistic on this.
My name is Benny Johnson, and this is The Benny Show.
Ladies and gentlemen, I am hyped up because I feel the energy shifting.
I feel that energy, okay?
I feel it in my bones. | ||
I know that there is a limit to the amount of fraudulent, the amount of corruption that can happen in the human sphere.
Eventually it all collapses in on itself.
And you gotta have the energy to fight on.
That is why, ladies and gentlemen, I eat a lot of protein.
I actually have lost about 30 pounds over the last year by tightening up my diet, eating a ton of protein, and part of the way I am able to...
To accomplish this is by getting that protein shipped directly to my door.
That's why I use Moink. | ||
M-O-I-N-K. | ||
Moinkbox.com. | ||
Moink delivers grass-fed, grass-finished beef, lamb, pasteurized pork, chicken, sustainable wild-caught Alaskan salmon straight to my door.
I get hyped up on all the protein.
Man, I eat like two steaks a day.
Royce sees me when I bring in my lunch.
When I bring in my lunch, it's like a giant pile of meat, and we are ready to go.
It gives us the energy to carry on, and it's...
Often, Moink meat. | ||
The reason why is because Moink sources from American farmers, American farmland, Americans who are making the best product available.
Ladies and gentlemen, please consider jumping in and supporting Moink and their mission as well.
And by the way, just a personal call out, the best bacon that you will ever eat.
The best bacon you will ever have, bar none, hands down.
Keep America's farmers going by signing up for Moink Box today.
Moinkbox.com slash Benny right now.
And the listeners will get a free ground beef for a year.
That's M-O-I-N-K box dot com slash Benny.
Moinkbox.com slash Benny.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, here we go!
You ready? | ||
I'm ready. | ||
We're going to cut some meat today.
We're going to cut straight to the bone of what we know is a moment in American history that we will not forget.
Not for a long time. | ||
Yesterday, the abject and utter implosion of the Hunter Biden case happened apace before our very eyes.
And the timeline and TikTok we will give you today is really remarkable.
We were on live with Kash Patel yesterday.
We didn't know anything about it because all the news dropped at around noon, right?
And then they went back and forth all day in the court.
Now we have the transcripts.
Now we know what they were actually trying to do.
Well, they were actually trying to hide.
They were actually trying to give Hunter a get-out-of-jail-free card saying that they will never prosecute him again for the rest of his life if he just pleads guilty to two little misdemeanors that will keep him out of jail.
A diversion program. | ||
And Hunter couldn't even do that.
In fact, Hunter Biden ripped up the plea deal and then pled not guilty to the things that he's on camera doing.
You can't get any better than that.
The breakdown of it is spectacular, ladies and gentlemen.
The timeline of Hunter's crimes.
We will lay them out before you here in just a moment.
But first, how about a photo?
Here's a photo. | ||
You gotta ask yourself, why does Hunter Biden feel like he can go into a courthouse when there's so much demonstrable evidence proving he is guilty?
Proving his guilt. | ||
And ladies and gentlemen, we're gonna rip open the laptop today on the show.
We're gonna show you his text messages.
We're gonna show you videos.
We're gonna show you indisputable evidence of Hunter Biden's obvious guilt.
But you gotta ask your question.
You gotta ask the real question here, which is, is Hunter Biden the victim?
I know, I know, I know. | ||
I'm going to get cancelled in the conservative spheres.
Someone's going to clip this and be like, ah, Benny's standing for Hunter.
What I mean is, who's actually taking advantage of this guy?
Who's taken advantage of Hunter Biden's, his entire life?
Before Hunter Biden ever touched his sweet lips to that hot crack pipe, his first delicious crack rock that he lit on fire.
Before Hunter Biden was able to do that, well, Hunter Biden was a small child.
And someone was raising that kid.
Somebody scrambled Hunter Biden's brain like an egg when he was a little kid.
I have an image for you that will reveal who the actual culprit is here.
Who's the actual criminal?
What you're going to see here is a Joe Biden swearing-in ceremony for Senate.
In the 1970s, Joe Biden is a fossil.
Joe Biden getting sworn in in the 70s in a, what is that, a strange bed?
Who's that in bed? | ||
Oh, it's Hunter Biden. | ||
Because Hunter Biden was just in a car accident where he lost his mother.
Hunter Biden was a small child, and Joe Biden, cretin, craven, lunatic, decided this power-hungry goblin, Joe Biden, decided to drag a podium into the hospital room and get sworn in next to his injured son, who was being used as a prop after a deadly accident that took the lives of his mother and his sister.
This is how long we have seen Joe Biden use his degenerate kid and his son's injuries and maladies to Joe Biden's own personal benefit.
That's what's going on here.
The reason why Hunter Biden is able to Behave in such a manner, such a privileged, spoiled brat, dumbass manner, like he did yesterday, is because his entire life he has been protected by Joe Biden because he's been used by Joe Biden.
He is an organ of Joe Biden's power and politics.
Ladies and gentlemen, the man who was married to Jill Biden, the nanny of Joe Biden, The nanny, not Hunter Biden's mother.
Joe Biden's not Hunter Biden's mother.
She's the help. | ||
She's the little girl that was hired to watch Hunter Biden when he was a kid.
Joe Biden had an extramarital affair with her, but she cheated on her husband that she was married to.
Joe Biden cheated on his wife that he was married to.
And that's what's led to this picture-perfect romance.
Don't believe me? | ||
You want to know how much that Fs up a kid?
You want to know how much that scrambles a kid's brain?
Go ahead and listen to Joe Biden's husband.
I'm sorry, correction.
Jill Biden's initial husband, her first husband, tell the story about how their entire marriage is a fraudulence.
Watch. | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, it's going to break her heart.
He's the ex-husband of Dr. Jill Biden, the widely admired woman who's been at Joe Biden's side for 43 years.
And he has an eye-opening story to tell.
I was betrayed by the Bidens.
Joe was my friend. | ||
Joe was my wife. | ||
According to Bill Stevenson, both he and Jill first got to know Joe Biden when Biden was a county councilman in Newcastle, Delaware.
Stevenson asked his help obtaining a liquor license.
So you were friends with Joe Biden?
Oh, yeah. | ||
Not only that, I threw a fundraiser for him in August, raised between $2,500 and $3,000.
We got married in 70. I introduced Joe to Jill in 72, right before the election.
Then one day, he says a man came into his bar and asked him to pay damages for a fender bender that involved Jill.
He looks at me and he says, oh, she wasn't driving.
I said, her beloved Corvette, she wasn't driving it?
He goes, Senator Biden was driving it.
And I went, what? | ||
Oh, my God. | ||
Have you ever heard this?
This is why... | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, you watch The Benny Show.
This is why you watch this program, because we will go back into the archives and we will tell you the actual truth.
The real truth is that Joe Biden is a degenerate scumbag who cheated on his wife with a babysitter.
And that's who Jill Biden is.
Now, I have no idea why Jill Biden is so obsessed with wearing shower curtains everywhere she goes.
That we will leave up to God, between her and God.
But I can tell you this, that messes with a kid.
I can tell you this, when you use your kid in a hospital bed as a prop, For your campaign, and by the way, Joe Biden has used that photo of his son in a hospital bed every single campaign run.
That is in every single ad.
That's in every single leaflet.
Joe Biden was so proud of that.
Pivoting off the death of his wife and his daughter and the pain of his son.
And Joe Biden continued to...
Use the pain of his child in order to fulfill his political dreams and aspirations his entire life.
Joe Biden is a dirty, filthy man.
He's a dirty, evil man. | ||
Joe Biden got his son off in 1988, a cocaine charge in New Jersey.
Joe Biden's son Hunter was arrested in the Jersey Shore with a judge charge.
It was expunged in 1988, at a time when his father was pushing for the incarceration of drug offenders, disproportionately from minority groups.
The drugs continued. | ||
So Hunter Biden never had to face accountability for this.
Joe Biden got Hunter out of jail in 1988.
Now, Hunter Biden, I think we did the math, Hunter Biden was a teenager.
Producer ALX can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Hunter Biden was a teenager in 1988, perhaps 18 or 19 years old.
Ladies and gentlemen, Hunter Biden carried on doing drugs, admitting in his own biography that when he was at Georgetown, he regularly did cocaine.
Smoked cigarettes, drank alcohol, and then got addicted to crack.
He put his first crack rock, according to the New Yorker, into a cigarette and smoked it because he didn't have a crack pipe.
But Hunter Biden learned about the crack pipe quickly.
18, according to ALX. | ||
So when Hunter Biden was 18, his father got him off a crack charge.
Hunter Biden learned about a crack quickly.
Here's Hunter Biden with a crack pipe sleeping in his mouth.
This is the actions of a man who has no fear of any federal consequence ever.
We just want to lay out the timeline here for you so that you understand who is the true victim here.
Hunter Biden's father protected him every step of the way, putting him inside of gushing funnels of money, unaccountable money, from Ukraine to China to Russia.
Three million dollars for the mayor of Moscow.
Hunter Biden, The addict, his entire life, since he was 18, the addict, the cokehead, the crackhead, the messed up kid, was protected by daddy every single step of the way.
Never any fear of getting locked up.
Even though Joe Biden, and this is how it always works, right?
The people who are so righteous and indignant on certain things are the ones who are guilty of those things.
Oftentimes, Joe Biden regularly went down to the Senate floor and talked about his big ass crack laws.
Lock them up. | ||
Don't have a choice. | ||
Judge, don't have a choice.
Gotta put people away for five years for smoking crack.
What about this guy? | ||
How about the guy who filmed the amount of crack that he was weighing in his hotel room with the prostitutes?
I think we have the footage.
There it is. | ||
Here's Hunter Biden. | ||
This is a footage from his cell phone.
Look at that amount of crack right there.
Look at the pile of crack.
Look at that. | ||
That's the Mount Everest of crack rock piles.
This is Hunter Biden filming inside of some, like, dilapidated hotel room.
Some flop house. | ||
Talking to some hooker about the amount of crack that he has.
You can see Hunter Biden's face on the film.
What we're trying to do here is not to pull up some type of embarrassing video about Hunter Biden, whatever.
No. | ||
The internet's filled with that.
What we're trying to do here is present to you a story of the person who's truly being abused here, which is Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden was then brought in by his father after he was kicked out of the Navy for testing positive for drugs.
Hunter Biden blamed it on black dudes, by the way.
Said that black dudes sold me a secret crack cigarette.
Got it? | ||
That's how drug deals work.
I got sold a secret crack cigarette.
Got it. | ||
Okay, he said he bummed a cigarette off of two African Americans or African immigrants.
Hunter's not sure. | ||
Blamed it on the black guy.
Got it. | ||
Corn pop 2.0. | ||
Had too much pomade in his hair.
So here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
Hunter Biden blamed his discharge from the Navy.
Another plum job that his dad got him.
Discharges from the Navy, and then Hunter Biden gets brought directly into Joe Biden's orbit.
Joe Biden says, I'm going to run you, kid.
I'm going to put you in charge of so much money.
I'm going to put you in charge of so many business deals.
You're going to fly private all around the world.
You're going to have access to all this money, and I know that you are a degenerate dirtbag.
And I expect everything to go well.
No, he didn't. | ||
Joe Biden knew damn well that Hunter Biden would be nabbed one of these days because he knew that his kid was an abuser, was an alcoholic, was a drug addict, was a womanizer.
Was addicted to gratuitous, illegal sex?
I say illegal because, trust me, ladies and gentlemen, there are going to be sex crimes charged against the Bidens.
Hunter Biden was using human traffickers and sex traffickers for Ukrainian and Russian women, among others.
When Hunter Biden was offered an Asian girlfriend, he said no yellow in his own text messages.
And we'll get into that in just a moment.
It's funny how that never gets brought up.
Hunter Biden also gratuitously uses the N-word often in his...
Text messages. | ||
Stuff we can't even put on screen for you because it's too offensive.
It's funny how nobody ever asked a question about that.
So here we get to today. | ||
A world in which Hunter Biden has been trapped and is now being given by Joe Biden and his administration the greatest plum sweetheart deal you've ever seen.
And we want to say, and we never thought we'd find ourselves saying this, God bless.
The federal judge in Delaware.
Mark Levin has a tweet that perfectly sums it up.
The judge in Delaware did something that not a single judge in D.C. has done in standing up to Jack Smith.
She refused to rubber stamp the Biden-Garland DOJ steamrolling over our justice system.
This judge's name is Judge Noriega.
The corruption is palpable, and she wanted no part of it.
And every federal judge participating in this tyranny, particularly in D.C., will long be remembered as disgraceful partisans who defied their obligation to justice in the Constitution.
We're going to get into exactly what happened here and exactly the absolute immolation and implosion of this deal and what it means for you, what it means for our actual justice system.
But first, in pairing with this timeline, we think it's valuable to show you exactly what crimes Hunter Biden has effectively gotten away with.
And then we're going to get into the details of this plea bargain that has now gone up in flames, been literally ripped up in court.
Check it out. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea deal is officially off the table.
Today, the president's son showed up in a Delaware courtroom expecting to plead guilty to two counts of tax misdemeanors and a gun charge that would magically disappear.
Until Delaware Judge Mary Ellen Norica asked one simple question, what's actually in the deal?
Apparently that was a very difficult question that Hunter Biden and Biden's Department of Justice didn't want to talk about and didn't really have a straight answer to.
Hunter's lawyers said, Hunter has lifelong immunity from everything.
He'll never get charged for anything ever again, having to do with anything or anybody, anywhere.
And the judge said, really?
And Biden's prosecutors, obviously embarrassed, said, well, this is still an active investigation and he could still be maybe charged for a few things.
And Hunter's lawyer said, then there's no deal.
And all hell broke loose in the courtroom.
So that is a good summary of what happened.
We're going to jump into the details here because we actually have the transcripts and you deserve to actually know what happened inside of this courtroom because it is egregious.
Ladies and gentlemen, the transcripts of what happened, the TikTok of the court asking various members of the Department of Justice and the legal team is here on a Twitter thread by Chris Tigani, who is a person who is from Delaware.
Who was, I believe, prosecuted by David Weiss for an illegal campaign contribution to Joe Biden.
So this is a guy who's been prosecuted by this exact same system.
So this is why he has a particular care about this instance.
Check this out. | ||
Judge Noriega asked the U.S. attorney five times if there was any precedent for such a one-sided plea agreement, like he gave Hunter.
He said no, not at all, five times, and even admitted that this was crafted to suit the facts and the circumstances.
That's how quickly this blew up.
Has the DOJ ever given a deal like this to any other American?
And they had to admit five times to the judge, no.
Judge Noriega then said that she had never seen an agreement not to prosecute like the one that she was being asked to sign off on.
There was and is no precedent.
For U.S. Attorney David Weiss to give Hunter Biden such a special treatment while strictly enforcing the law on everyone else, including the dude who's tweeting this, by the way.
This guy had to do a hard time, if I'm reading his story correctly, for making an improper donation to Joe Biden's campaign.
The court. | ||
All right, now I want to talk a little bit about the agreement not to prosecute.
The agreement not to prosecute includes the gun case, but it also includes crimes relating to the tax case.
So we look through a bunch of diversion agreements.
We've never, ever been able to find anything similar to that.
Hunter gets a lifetime get-out-of-jail-free card.
A lifetime get-out-of-jail-free card for anything else they could ever prosecute him.
I mean, do you realize what an insult, what a spitting in your face this is?
This is the continuation of an abusive father who has used his degenerate, troubled, demon-possessed son.
And if you watch these videos, you can see that it's demonic activity, this kid.
Demonic activity that was welcomed by his father, by cheating on his mother, by using him as a prop.
Joe Biden, the evil. | ||
This vindictive bastard who's using his kid as a political prop is simply continuing the protection racket to protect his political prop.
And Joe Biden, who has signed off on every fundraising agreement, who has signed off on every single budget increase, has signed off on every single spy operation for the FBI and the DOJ that they've ever wanted in 50 years, is finally getting his dividend.
That's what's happening here.
Hunter Biden gets a lifetime get-out-of-jail-free card.
Judge, do you have any precedent for agreeing to not prosecute crimes that have nothing to do with the case or have never been charged or diverted?
U.S. Attorney, I am not aware of any, your honor.
We have never done this for any other American, living or dead.
For agreeing to plead guilty to misdemeanors and no jail time, the DOJ asked to never prosecute Hunter again for the rest of his life.
They're trying to insulate Hunter from another Trump administration.
They're trying to insulate Hunter from you and I gaining power once again.
And then finally, hammering!
This son of a bitch, the way they deserve to be hammered.
The actions taken by the DOJ criminal and attorney Weiss are an insult to every other citizen.
I'm sorry for my cursing.
I try not to curse on this show.
But sometimes I get so angry as a parent.
I get so angry as a father trying to teach my kids American values.
My kids love this country.
American flag is one of the first things that they learn.
And it's so disrespectful to a country that was built on no oligarchies, no kings, every man a king, every woman a queen in this place.
We are all judged the same.
And then I see stuff like this that makes my blood boil.
In fact, Judge Noriega was so surprised at the plea diversion agreement that she questioned the constitutionality of the agreement.
This is insanity. | ||
It appears that Attorney Weiss rigged the outcome for Hunter.
Are you still a prosecutor, Mr. Weiss?
This is crazy. | ||
Read this statement from the court.
I'm concerned that the provisions make me a gatekeeper for criminal charges and puts me in the middle of a decision as to whether to bring a charge.
And we already know and we already talked about the separation of powers and that choice of whether or not to bring a charge is with the executive branch Is this even constitutional?
Is this even constitutional, the judge asked?
Inside! | ||
Of a state that is run by Joe Biden where this judge absolutely probably has some type of connection to the Democrat Party, a connection to the Bidens herself.
Not even she. | ||
She is so disgusted by this agreement that she is just openly sickened by it.
So she throws it back in their face, blows up the deal.
And here we go, ladies and gentlemen.
Out this morning, an incredible timeline.
Of the crimes that Hunter Biden may now well be charged with.
They have opened up Pandora's box here.
Their hubris, the hubris, the sick hubris of this family, their flaunting and degeneracy and insult to you and I, regular Americans who pay our taxes and live by these rules every single day, is finally coming home to roost.
There's only so much corruption before it collapses in.
Check out this timeline of what Hunter Biden may now face.
unidentified
|
The dramatic reversal coming after the feds admitted that Hunter is still under investigation.
The whole thing crumbling when the judge expressed concerns over the constitutionality of a plea deal and questions rising about how the DOJ could still be investigating Hunter while granting him immunity for anything they discover in the future.
How did we get here, right?
Let's go back to our timeline.
This October of 2019, that's when the FBI learns about Hunter's laptop being left in Wilmington, Delaware.
In December 2019, two months later, the FBI takes possession of it, right?
And informs the IRS of evidence of tax crimes.
About a year later, he had the 51 intel officials declare that the laptop was all Russian disinformation.
That was also three weeks before a national election.
Coming in November of 2022, James Comer vows to carry out wide-ranging Hunter Biden probe.
April of 2023, now there's whistleblower claims about mishandling in the investigation.
We talked about that. | ||
That same month, Hunter's attorney meets with federal prosecutors.
Ladies and gentlemen, why did the plea deal fall apart?
Why was there no deal? | ||
No jail time. | ||
Misdemeanor charges. | ||
Ratcheting down every single charge to make sure that he got the most limited slap on the wrist, just like he's always gotten back to 1988 when he first had a mugshot and a dust-up with the law.
Have you ever seen Hunter Biden's mugshot from the Jersey Shore?
No, of course you haven't.
Because Daddy Joe stepped in and took care of it because he needed his political prop.
Ooh, man, there's going to be judgment for these people one day.
Why the deal blew up is that the judge...
Could not believe what a sweet deal this was for Hunter.
And said, this is trash.
And as soon as the Department of Justice had to answer questions across from Hunter's legal team about saying, yeah, you know what, Hunter is actually still under investigation.
And whoo, hot damn, we're going to get there in a moment.
Because what the DOJ revealed is that the worst is yet to come for Hunter Biden.
The judge actually was able to get that out of them.
Well, as soon as that happened, Hunter Biden's legal team went screaming for the hills that Hunter Biden may actually be held accountable one day for his crimes.
Watch. | ||
How could both sides come to a plea deal hearing that blows up in the first five minutes?
Here's what happened. | ||
This sweetest of sweetheart deals was agreed to a month ago.
And I don't think they put any of it in writing.
It was more of a handshake deal.
But a lot's happened since then.
When news of the deal broke, even the mainstream media said Hunter was getting home cooking.
And then immediately after, two highly credible IRS whistleblowers came forward and detailed a five-year Justice Department conspiracy to obstruct the case against the Bidens.
Tip-offs, roadblocks, special treatment, prosecutors weren't even allowed to crack open the laptop.
On top of that, an FBI informant claims a Ukrainian CEO bribed Joe Biden.
And that Joe Biden strong-armed him for the cash.
Five million to Joe, five mil to Hunter.
And not only that, there could be tapes of Joe Biden demanding bribes.
And then in a last-second twist, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy signaled that an impeachment inquiry is looming.
So, this Delaware prosecutor is thinking to himself, if I go forward with this sweetheart plea deal, I'm part of the cover-up.
So that's what's happening.
The court is saying... | ||
I will now have bloody hands.
Shakespearean, Macbeth level.
Blood on my hands. | ||
I can't wash it. | ||
Macbeth. | ||
If I agree to this, and what would the judge be agreeing to?
The judge would be agreeing to immunity from all foreign deals, which is where the actual rubber hits the road here.
The tax crimes Hunter Biden's art was supposed to have pled guilty on.
The real crimes here are acting as an agent of a foreign government because that law, the FARA law, Foreign Agent Registration Act, is simple, clean cut, and has guaranteed jail time to it.
Judges don't have a choice.
That's what friend of the show Brett Tolman was saying.
Wait a second. | ||
The DOJ just admitted that they are going to potentially charge Hunter Biden with FARA violations because the judge said, according to the transcripts we just read to you, wait a second, how can he plead?
How can he plead for something that's an ongoing investigation?
Are you still investigating these crimes?
Ooh, baby, have we found the bombshell of bombshells in Hunter Biden's personal texts.
We're going to read them for you in just a moment.
Brett Tolman saying, wait a second, the worst is yet to come.
unidentified
|
So the department is going to have to make some tough choices right now, and they're going to have to decide, do we add the FAR accounts in?
Do we also add perhaps a more serious consequence on the gun charge?
Do we also go with what we've done in every other tax case and do something more substantial in the tax?
Counts that have been brought.
And do we make a recommendation that the judge sentence him like we do in every other case in this country to what the appropriate minimum or maximum guideline range is according to what he pleads guilty?
Roll the dice and have the first son potentially serve prison time?
unidentified
|
That's the choice they have to make right now is if they're going to try to restore the legitimacy of the department's reputation or, Jesse, even worse, will they do this?
Will they just throw it all away and throw it to the caution to the wind and dismiss the counts and just let everybody know what's happening?
Man, this is getting bad.
This is the... | ||
Are you Christian? | ||
You remember the brigade?
Are you a person who believes in real justice?
Do you believe in biblical justice?
Well, you'll find time and time again, time and time again, whether it's a Pharisee or whether it's an old king of an old land, that the corruption and the evil has an end point.
It becomes so heavy. | ||
Alexander Solzhenitsyn is a writer from the Soviet Union who was locked in a gulag and wrote about the corruption inside of the communist system, inside of communist Russia, and talks about the organ, almost like a tapeworm, and that the worm is so long and the organs are so corrupt and rotted and the structure is so heavy at the top, the corruption eventually collapses in on itself.
The system can't withstand it.
And that's what we're getting now.
Tom Fitton tweeting yesterday, of course Hunter Biden is an unregistered foreign agent.
A federal judge effectively exposed that with one question in Delaware today.
The one question is, did you work for China?
Hunter Biden said yes. | ||
Hunter Biden answered.
She questioned Hunter.
Did you work for Ukraine?
He said yes. | ||
Hunter Biden was a foreign agent.
Check this out. | ||
From Hunter Biden's personal text messages.
Baby, you better buckle up.
You ain't ready for this one.
This is Hunter Biden texting his daughter.
This is Hunter Biden texting his daughter.
ALX, check with me on that.
Haley. | ||
I believe Haley is the Biden daughter.
Okay? | ||
Hunter Biden's daughter.
But it may have been his brother's widow that he was banging.
I don't mean to use such crude terms.
These people are just such sick degenerates.
His brother died of brain cancer.
That's a tragedy. | ||
And then Hunter Biden swooped in immediately to shag his widow.
What do you want from me?
That's what happened. | ||
Take it up with the Bidens.
They're the evil people.
I'm not evil for noticing.
That's what he did. | ||
Read this text message with me.
Let's make it as big on screen as possible.
Because I want you to be able to read it.
This is directly from Hunter Biden.
You're right. | ||
I find myself, because I've chosen to alienate my friends, my family, my employees, and my kids, very alone in dealing with rebuilding an income that can support enormous alimony, and my kids' costs, myself, dealing with the aftermath of the abduction and likely assassination, what the New York Times expressed, of my business partner, the richest man in the world, the arrest and conviction of my client, the chief intelligence officer of the People's Republic of China by the government.
Record scratch. | ||
Hold on. | ||
Wait a second. | ||
What? | ||
His business partner, who is the chief of intelligence for the People's Republic of China, so running the CIA for the People's Republic of China?
Hold up. | ||
Has anybody asked Hunter Biden a question about this?
The retaliation of the Chinese in the ouster and arrest of U.S. suspected CIA operatives inside of China.
My suspected involvement in brokering a deal with Vladimir Putin directly for the largest sale of oil and gas assets in Russia to China.
A tax bill that Eric left hanging over my business and dad's running for president.
There you go. | ||
You ever seen it right there?
You ever seen it in more black and white?
It's great when they say it out loud.
Lucky for us, they've literally said it out loud.
And why the hell would they do that?
Why are they so stupid? | ||
They're so stupid because every step of the way, this sick little degenerate has had his tracks covered for him by daddy.
Every step of the way. | ||
I think Hunter Biden is 53 years old, never had to face a single consequence in his life.
Doesn't even have to face the consequence of having a child out of wedlock.
His father is right there with him, backing him up.
Hey, we won't even acknowledge this girl exists.
Sick freaks. | ||
Man, these people disgust me.
And this is what was sussed out.
In the courtroom yesterday, the judge said, have you ever worked for Ukraine?
He said, yes. | ||
He said, have you ever worked for China?
He said, yeah. | ||
And in his own text to his brother's widow, that's Haley Biden.
Okay, that's what we suspected here.
This is a text from December 2018 to his lover and brother's widow, Haley Biden.
Just want to get all those details correct for you, as disgusting as they may be.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is what the Bidens are about.
What about the White House?
What do they have to say about it?
What does cringe, what does old cringe have to say about it?
You know, it's a little interesting because they call themselves, they said they're restoring decency to the White House.
They say no one is above the law when it comes to Joe Biden, yet here they are defending Hunter.
Let's go ahead and check in with cringe.
Here's our cringe for the day.
unidentified
|
Months ago you said that nothing has changed when you were asked about the president's previous remarks on his son's business dealings, but the language has in fact changed, so I just want to clear this up once and for all.
The president has previously said that he has never discussed overseas business dealings with his son.
But the White House now says that the president has never been in business with his son.
So why the updated language?
Which statement is true?
Or is this semantics and they're both true?
As I stated on Monday when I was asked this question multiple times, nothing has changed.
Nothing has changed on this.
Nothing has changed on this.
And so you could ask me a million different ways on this question.
Nothing has changed. | ||
unidentified
|
The White House and the president's circle, you know, that language does seem to be somewhat different.
I didn't know if there was any distinction there.
I wanted to ask, though, about Elizabeth Naftali.
So this is them changing their language.
It's very important. | ||
You've got to understand, there's a lot of lawyers who come in and say, don't say it that way.
They said that Joe Biden has never spoken with his son.
Now they say Joe Biden was never in business with his son.
I think the tax records are going to belie that.
Joe Biden will come on your screen every single day and say, we need to solve gun crime in America.
And we need to limit the rights that were given to us by our creator and then laid down in the Constitution that we have a right to defend ourselves.
By the way, all gun laws are unconstitutional.
We have a right to bear arms.
All gun laws are unconstitutional as written by the Constitution.
unidentified
|
So... | |
In case you wonder about my stance on that, I mean, you can see behind me every single day my official stance on the Second Amendment.
What about the White House?
Because they seem to be—the gun crime is something that is written really strictly into federal law, much like the FARA violations.
They seem to be handing Hunter a giant W here, not prosecuting him at all for his gun crimes.
What does cringe have to say about that?
this is who baby our nuclear cringe of the day and if you're a gun owner you're gonna love this one President Biden has spent most of his political career working on gun laws, on gun reform.
unidentified
|
Does he believe that someone who is charged with possessing a firearm illegally should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law?
So here, I'm going to be, I think I know where this question is going.
And I'm just going to continue to say As it relates to the case that we're seeing in Delaware, I'm just going to not speak to that.
It is an independent matter.
This is up for the Department of Justice.
Even with the question that you're asking me, it's one of those legal criminal matters, and it's up to that process, that legal process.
unidentified
|
I'm just not going to speak to it here The president when the senator crafted gun legislation as a president he talks Often about the need to get illegal firearms off of our streets So when someone possesses one illegally, what does the president believe should happen?
The president has been very clear.
You just laid out where his position has been, what his policies have been, what he was able to pass into law.
I'm going to be very mindful here.
I'm going to be very careful because I see where this question is going.
unidentified
|
No, I see where it's going.
The only person, the only gun criminal that the White House will protect is the same drug criminal that the White House will protect.
Who left a little baggie of cocaine?
Anybody? | ||
Can you get back with us on that?
Who left a little baggie of cocaine at the White House?
Same guy who left the bags of cash all over Joe Biden's bank accounts.
By the way, these people are in charge of our federal printing presses for our dollars.
Maybe you should consider diversifying into something other than the United States dollar.
That's why I diversify with gold.
I diversify using my friends at Allegiance Gold.
Allegiance Gold can help protect you from the inflated dollar.
Jerome Powell yesterday hiked inflation rates, again, the highest in 22 years.
Maybe you're looking at the bank collapses.
Maybe you're looking at a forthcoming stock market collapse.
Ah, it's time for me to potentially diversify.
Use Allegiance Gold. | ||
Allegiance Gold can help protect you because the collapse is coming, ladies and gentlemen.
It's going to be biblical.

Don't let Joe Biden play Monopoly with your money.
So I have just the most delightful clip for you.
These are Democrats reacting to the court decision yesterday, the implosion of the deal.
This is so salty. | ||
You're going to love it.
I want to see salt shakers rocking the comment section.
I want to see salt shakers all over the comment section.
Shake that salt. | ||
I want to drink it with you.
I have my tasty coffee right here.
I want this to be filled with salt by the end of this clip.
Get those salt shakers ready.
Betty Battalion. | ||
Let's go. | ||
unidentified
|
Why do you think Democrats seem to not care when there's a Democrat in the White House about possible corruption in the Oval Office?
The corruption that we're seeing is a corruption of the Republican Party.
Why don't Democrats care about some of this stuff that has come out?
It's BS. | ||
unidentified
|
There's no real evidence.
Why would we want to impeach him when there's no wrongdoing?
Why do we want to impeach him?
We don't know what he done.
unidentified
|
Wait a second. | |
Joe Biden literally committed bribery, as we told you yesterday.
Article 2, Section 4. Joe Biden committed bribery.
Bribery is listed in the Constitution as one of the reasons you can impeach the President.
That's all you need. | ||
Article 2, Section 4. Article 2, Section 4. Article 2, Section 4 to the impeachment clause.
That's all you need. | ||
Simple. | ||
Simple. | ||
Okay? | ||
So salty. | ||
Sprinting in Congress.
Running in Congress. | ||
And baby, we got some salt.
We got those sweet salt shakers.
unidentified
|
Can we put some of those salt shakers up on the show?
I love throwing a salt shaker.
Thank you, Mary. | ||
Thank you so much. | ||
God bless you, Mary. | ||
Oh, thank you for the salt, Angela.
Oh, yes. | ||
All right. | ||
Oh, very, very salty. | ||
Mmm. | ||
Yum. | ||
Salt so good. | ||
Yum. | ||
Salt show good. | ||
unidentified
|
Mmm. | |
Salt show good. | ||
Dan, thank you so very much.
We got the brigade showing up with their salt shakers, baby.
Ooh, a lot of salt from Sandra McSalty.
Ladies and gentlemen, somebody who's not salty is Elise Stefanik, the number three most powerful Republican in the House.
Somebody who I think is doing a really damn good job.
She replaced Liz Cheney, in case you're wondering if we hit the upgrade button here.
Elise Stefanik saying, time to impeach, baby.
She's echoing McCarthy saying, it's time for the impeachment.
Let's go. | ||
unidentified
|
Republicans in the House have floated a potential impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden over this issue.
Is that something that you would support?
Oh, absolutely. | ||
I'm in conversations with Speaker McCarthy and all of our members.
And the important thing to know about impeachment inquiry is that ensures that the House is at the apex of its power and oversight responsibility.
So it means that our subpoenas have the most power possible when it comes to litigating this out in court, because we know getting the facts is not going to be easy.
We know that this White House, this Department of Justice, they are trying to cover up for Hunter Biden and ultimately Joe Biden.
And what is important that you mentioned at the The White House is trying to quietly change its language.
First, it said that Joe Biden never spoke to his son Hunter Biden about Hunter's business dealings.
They have changed that language to now saying Joe Biden has never been in business with Hunter Biden's business operations.
That is a significant change.
And the fact that the White House press secretary lied to the American people to say, oh, no, it's the same position we've always had.
It is only because of House Republicans that we've discovered the dozens of LLCs, which is illegal money laundering.
The fact that nearly 20 Biden family members have profited illegally.
I believe that the American people are smart.
They understand that the big guy is Joe Biden.
unidentified
|
Okay. | |
Salt, salt, salt. | ||
That salt must flow. | ||
Keep that salt flowing, baby.
Let's go. | ||
Jim Jordan saying the worst here is yet to come because every single time that you move laundered money through a bank account or a new LLC, that's a new felony.
Watch. | ||
The compelling thing that has happened in the last several weeks is two brave whistleblowers coming forward, Chairman Smith releasing their testimony publicly, and then them coming in front of Mr. Comer's oversight committee and testifying, and their credibility was unimpeachable.
Their story has been consistent.
Their facts have not wavered.
Their testimony has been straightforward, and it's been validated by an FBI agent who we've interviewed.
So what I really want to do, what the Judiciary Committee really wants to do, is get into...
Who were those people at this now famous October 7th, 2022 meeting where David Weiss said he didn't have authority to bring the charges wherever he went, asked for special counsel designation and was denied that by the Justice Department, and the Justice Department says something different.
Mr. Shapley says, this is what David Weiss said.
The Justice Department said that's not what he said.
We want to get to the other people in that meeting.
Mr. Shapley, Mr. Weiss were in that meeting, and five other people were there.
We want to talk to them, and that's what we'll be pursuing.
Just as quickly as we can.
I've seen people in the salt shaker saying, "Yum yum, salt so good!" Ah, we out here!
We are out here, ladies and gentlemen.
We do have an announcement for you that the great Mike Davis will be joining the show.
The congressman is stuck on the floor, screaming and yelling and ranting, and we wish him the very best.
The congressman will join us soon, and Mike Davis, our favorite legal expert, our in-house legal attorney, will be joining us in just a moment.
He's getting set. | ||
He has been advising James Comer and Jim Jordan as to how to bring down the Biden crime syndicate, Following Mike's advice, check this out.
We'll take a sworn deposition from Devin Archer, the former business partner of Hunter Biden, and we expect him to testify that on 24, two dozen occasions, he can recall Joe Biden being used by Hunter to call into meetings with foreign business on foreign business deals with the foreign business partners, the same Joe Biden that swore that he never once talked to his son about his foreign business dealings.
Congressman Coleman? | ||
Yes, there's a lot of speculation that that's what he's going to say.
But remember, one thing Jason Smith pointed out, these lawyers have intimidated many of the witnesses that we've tried to bring forward for depositions and transcribed interviews.
And they've told them things like, you're only going to implicate yourself.
We're not going to get in trouble.
Hopefully the witnesses, like Devin Archer and the others who we're going to be bringing before the committee this summer, hopefully they saw what happened in that court today.
And that these lawyers aren't going to continue to get away with the shenanigans that they tried to pull yesterday when they lied and said they were part of Ways and Means staff to get something removed.
Those days are over, and we're in control of this thing, and I believe if these witnesses will come forward and tell the truth, I think the American people are going to be in for a big eye-opener with respect to Joe Biden.
Oh man, okay, so get ready, because the person who actually knows where all of the bodies have been buried, and which shovels buried them, and has the genetic code, the bloody gloves, and the footprints of the Biden crimes, his name is Devin Archer.
Devin Archer has been screwed over by the Bidens completely.
They have effectively body-bagged the guy, and now Devin Archer is going to come in and cooperate with the Republican investigation.
What does he have to lose?
What does he have to lose?
The heat in the kitchen is increasing, and so is the salt.
The Salty Army along with the Benny Brigade.
Ladies and gentlemen, we out here making salt mountains the size of Hunter Biden's Crack Rock Mountains, and I'm loving it.
Salt so good. | ||
You're going to want to make sure that you stay tuned.
Mike Davis is joining us here, ladies and gentlemen, in just seconds.
You're going to want to stay tuned, however.
on our programming, and you're going to want to make sure that you are doing that via a cell phone company that you can trust to stay connected.
That is why I use Patriot Mobile.

That's why we can connect with you wherever we are in the world.
We have some international travel that we'll be doing very soon for you, and you're going to love that.
Guess where we're going?
It's going to be awesome, ladies and gentlemen.
Go to patreonmobile.com today slash Benny, patreonmobile.com today slash Benny to get free activation with the code Benny.
Ask about their coverage guarantees.
I guarantee you a damn fine interview.
with my boy Mike Davis, who joins the program now.
Mike, thank you so much for being on the program.
In short notice, Congressman Troy Nels is stuck on the floor screaming, ranting, raving about something, and we sure are sure it's Hunter Biden.
So, Mike, have you ever seen...
Anything like this? | ||
I'm thinking like the Hindenburg maybe?
Going up in flames? | ||
Maybe the Titanic? | ||
I mean, it's very clear from Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea agreement that the Biden Justice Department is protecting the Bidens.
They're protecting their boss because they know that there is evidence that Joe Biden is corrupted, is compromised by tens of millions of dollars in foreign bribes.
And other corruption to Joe Biden, to James Biden, to Hunter Biden.
It seems like every Biden family member, except for the four-year-old granddaughter in Arkansas, who they don't claim.
And this evidence is overwhelming.
We have IRS whistleblowers.
We have SARS reports. | ||
We have bank transfers that house oversight chairman James Comer.
They have this overwhelming evidence, and the Biden Justice Department was trying to sweep all this under the rug with Hunter Biden's plea agreement, and they were lying about the terms of the plea agreement.
They were trying to essentially give Hunter Biden a backdoor presidential pardon here through this plea agreement, and this Democrat judge, this judge who was picked by both Democrat I mean, smoked them out yesterday.
I mean, were you surprised?
I was surprised because I actually thought that this Democrat-Jewish So, what happens now?
Can you game theory for us?
Hunter Biden pled not guilty.
I think that is ill-advised.
Well, I mean, he had to plead not guilty because they were either going to go in and plead guilty or they were going to have a plea agreement or they were going to plead not guilty and move this case along to the next phase.
And so the Biden Justice Department will have to try once again to work with Hunter Biden's attorneys on another sweetheart deal that can pass this judge's muster.
But I think they've been smoked out here.
I mean, I think it's very clear that David Weiss, the U.S. attorney in Delaware, is corrupt.
And he had this corrupt sweetheart deal with Hunter Biden.
And it wasn't to protect some 53-year-old crackhead.
It was to protect David Weiss's boss, the president of the United States, Joe Biden.
So the public image here is really bad.
I mean, even in leftist media, people are saying this falling apart is going to bring an enormous amount of scrutiny on Hunter Biden.
People are saying that this deal may actually come back but be far, far worse for Hunter.
And now it opens up the FARA violations and opens up new lines of inquiry into the Biden crimes.
Do you see anything coming from that?
I mean, do you think that things could potentially be getting worse for Hunter?
I mean, it should be getting worse because it is very clear that Hunter Biden was the bag man for Joe Biden's foreign corruption schemes as vice president of the United States.
Joe Biden and Hunter took $10 million in foreign bribes from Burisma.
They threatened to cut off Joe, that vice president Joe Biden threatened to cut off a billion dollars in U.S. aid to Ukraine unless the Ukrainian president...
Fired the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma and the Bidens.
They have 17 audio recordings of this at Burisma, 15 with Hunter, two with Joe.
And I don't think that Joe Biden, who is not exactly the brightest bulb out there, realized that this Burisma executive...
With whom he was shaking down this bribe may have been a Russian asset.
So you have Russia who could have compromising material on a sitting president of the United States on a foreign bribery scheme.
And guess what? | ||
This is Ukraine. | ||
This just happens to be where America is at war with Russia.
It can't get worse than this.
And so House Republicans need to move forward aggressively.
They need to open an impeachment inquiry now.
They need to start calling in these witnesses now.
So you are in favor of impeachment, tactically?
100%. | ||
You have a compromised president of the United States.
There is very clear and damning evidence that this president, our president of the United States, is compromised by these foreign bribes and other corruption.
And it is affecting America's foreign policy.
We're at war. | ||
With Russia right now. | ||
We were not at war with Russia during the Trump administration.
We're at war with Russia almost certainly because Russia knows that the president of the United States, Joe Biden, is weak in compromise because of these corrupt foreign dealings with Burisma in Ukraine.
Man, the worst is yet to come.
Article 2, Section 4 lists bribery as a reason you can impeach a president.
And foreign bribery is probably the number one The reason you would do it is because it makes your president of the United States compromised.
It makes him make decisions based upon his own financial interest or the person who bribed his financial interest instead of the American interest.
And we're seeing that very clearly in Ukraine.
Final question for you, Mike.
What would be your legal advice to the members of the House who sort of like all of our hopes rest upon them, right, in this impeachment inquiry?
How would you go about this inquiry of Joe Biden?
I would impeach Joe Biden and Merrick Garland immediately.
I would impeach Joe Biden.
Immediately because there is very clear evidence that he took foreign bribes and other foreign corruption.
And I would impeach Merrick Garland immediately because it's very clear that Merrick Garland has been protecting his boss here.
Yeah, well, from your mouth, of course, to Kevin McCarthy's ear.
Who seems to be agreeing with you now suddenly?
The power of Mike Davis, man.
The guy got us the Supreme Court.
The guy single-handedly ended.
You don't have to say it, Mike.
The guy single-handedly ended Roe v.
Wade, affirmative action.
Mike Davis, one of the greatest legal minds in American history.
You gotta follow him. | ||
Right there, talking to the great Chuck Grassley.
Whispering in Chuck Grassley's Iowa ear.
Follow Mike Davis. | ||
133,000 people can't be wrong.
Also, the Article 3 Project, which is Mike's organization.
Go and support them. | ||
Godspeed, Mike. | ||
Thank you, Ben. | ||
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
you We can't talk about this next subject with Mike because Mike is the master of the Senate and the master of these judicial nominations in the Senate, and he wouldn't be able to rag on the guy who gets some of those things across the finish line.
But let me tell you, hot damn, the reason why there is a Merrick Garland in the DOJ and he's a bitter old woman is because of another bitter old woman in the Senate named Mitch McConnell.
Mitch McConnell did do one good thing one time, and that was holding up the...
The highest court in the land?
Whew, man. | ||
We do thank Mitch McConnell for that.
We do also say that Mitch McConnell's done a lot of horrible things and needs to resign for those horrible things, including, but not limited to, a lot of business in China, a lot of investment in China, never speaking out against his best friend and sugar brother, Joe Biden.
Mitch McConnell loves Joe Biden.
And both these guys are way past their prime.
As evidenced yesterday by Mitch McConnell literally freezing on camera, medical professionals tell me that this looks like he had a stroke, a miniature acute stroke.
Check out this footage.
Partisan cooperation and a string of...
unidentified
|
Anything else you want to say?
I'm sure let's go back to you.
Do you want to say anything else to the press?
I'll take a hand. | ||
Okay, so let me begin by saying I don't ever wish anything bad on any other American.
I don't want. | ||
I want Mitch McConnell to resign.
I want Mitch McConnell to admit that there should be age limits to how long you can spend in Congress.
The man is clearly unwell.
The man had a concussion recently.
He fell down the stairs at the old Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C., now called the Waldorf Astoria.
Those are big, long, marble stairs, and he fell down all of them.
I think he broke his hip.
Dude. | ||
Leave! | ||
Leave! | ||
You've had a long career in D.C. I'm sure you've made insane amounts of money.
Leave! | ||
What is it about power that, like, draws these craven lunatics to, like, gobbling up more of it, more of it, more of it?
Go be with your grandkids.
Go worship your God. | ||
And be done. | ||
There needs to be limits.
Elon Musk was tweeting about this this morning.
There's age limits for how young you can be when you run for Congress.
25 or 35, respectively, if you want to run for president.
And there needs to be age limits on how old you can be in Congress.
Ladies and gentlemen. | ||
And now, joining us to answer those questions is a member of Congress, the great Troy Nels, from the state of Texas, joins us now.
Thanks, Troy. | ||
Really appreciate you coming on the program.
I know that life is in flux in Congress.
You saw that clip yesterday.
Do you believe that there should be a sort of ceiling?
Well, I want to be careful on that.
I believe that we should have term limits.
That's what we should have in Congress.
We may differ on what those limits should be.
I think two terms as a United States senator, that's 12 years to get your policies and objectives met.
And I believe six terms as a House of Representatives, that's 12 years, and we should be out of here.
That's what I believe. | ||
Yeah. | ||
Do you think any of your colleagues will support that?
Because that would go against the industry of Washington, D.C., that Joe Biden is now in court for.
Well, I'm sure, but I support, I've always supported term limits.
I believe that we should have them.
Would it get through the House?
Probably not. | ||
But you now know where I stand.
And, Benny, as it relates to a ceiling on age, I...
I tell you, some 75, 80-year-olds are better shaped than others.
And right now, I don't support that ceiling because when Donald J. Trump comes back as their 47th president, that guy's a machine.
He runs on motor oil. | ||
That's what he runs on. | ||
He runs on motor oil. | ||
Okay, so what does Joe Biden run on?
He doesn't know. | ||
He's sleepy. | ||
He can't get off the stage.
He cannot get off the stage by himself.
He wanders around. | ||
He can't form a coherent sentence.
You talk about impeachment, Kamala, she's worse than he is.
Let's be careful now. | ||
Yeah, let's be careful.
I think that Joe Biden maybe runs on Burisma Oil, their gas company.
They're a pump full of that.
So you saw this case fall to pieces.
What are you going to do about it?
You're on the Judiciary Committee.
Well, I think that we just need to continue what we have been doing.
And hats off to Chairman Jordan and Comer over oversight.
We are exposing this family for what they've done, what the DOJ and the FBI has done against the American people with silencing, you know, First Amendment speech.
So I think we're doing a hell of a job.
I know that the base and others, they want answers to these questions.
They want action. | ||
And I believe that we have done a very good job up to this point.
In exposing this corrupt administration, Joe, Hunter, the entire family, we've known where there's smoke, there's fire.
There's going to be a forest fire here soon as it relates to the Biden family's corruption.
Yeah, I would say thank you on behalf of all of our viewers because I believe this deal fell apart because of the work that the House Republicans have done solely.
And it fell apart because of this work.
If they were smart, man, they would have brought these charges like day one and just gotten it over with.
But instead, they waited for Republicans to have control in Congress.
What's next? | ||
You said that there's more on the menu, boys.
What's next, Congressman?
Well, there is. | ||
We've got a markup today on Judiciary.
We need Zuckerberger in front of us.
We need that clown in front of our committee.
He's not really willing to work with us.
We've asked for documents.
Chairman Jordan has asked for all sorts of documents, and he continues to more or less just ignore the committee.
So I think we need to have Zuckerberger in front of our committee as well to talk and answer some great questions.
That we have for him. | ||
So there's a lot going on.
You hear about the impeachment talks this week, and this is one area that I may not necessarily agree with some of my colleagues, but I am so focused on the 2024 presidential election.
And I personally believe, Benny, and tell me where we differ on this, but I want Joe Biden to be the nominee for the Democrats.
Why would we impeach him?
It's through Joe Biden.
He's the weakest link. | ||
We know what we have with him.
He can't find his way around.
He can't speak clearly.
I mean, he's in bad shape.
That's the easiest target for Donald Trump in 2024.
Donald Trump will beat him a second time, and this time in 2024.
That's why I don't know about the impeachment.
I don't know what we get if we don't have Joe Biden.
I think he's the easiest target.
I think your chances of getting a conviction in the Senate is borderline zero, especially with Chuck Schumer running it.
And I think that it's just to put the American people, to put the evidence against the Bidens in front of the American people and force the coverage of it would strategically be the way.
Hey, what do I know? | ||
I'm not a member of Congress.
I agree with you that Joe Biden is the weakest person to run against, and we should count our blessings, actually, that he's such a corrupt degenerate in office.
Troy, thank you so very much for joining the program.
I do deeply appreciate your work.
The Judiciary Committee is where a lot is happening.
Please follow the congressman on his Twitter account, 144,000 people.
Can't be wrong, and he is a fighter in Congress.
I was a sheriff. | ||
I was in law enforcement for 30 years, Benny.
I was a sheriff of Fort Bend County.
And that knucklehead, he murdered one of my residents when I was sheriff in Fort Bend County, Texas.
And we arrest him and we find out that he's been previously deported six times.
So secure our damn southern border, put the American people first, and keep guys like that, that bad hombre, out of our country.
God. | ||
Bless you, Congressman, and Godspeed.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Thank you. | ||
With this news cycle and with this program and with the Benny Brigade, we are here.
We are brigaders. | ||
We are here to fight for America, fight for our values, and fight for structuring our lives thusly.
God, family, country. | ||
That's what we care about and that's why we start with God and we end every show with a verse from God, from the good book.
The verse comes from Isaiah.
I love these Old Testament verses.
Give me some Old Testament justice, baby.
isaiah forty three you are my witnesses declares the lord and my servant whom i have chosen that you may know and believe me and understand that i am he before me no god was formed nor shall there be any after me Do you feel like God's servant?
Do you feel like you have been chosen by God?
That you are a witness to the work that God is doing?
If you believe that truly in your heart, then you will not fear.
You know the Bible says fear not?
The phrase fear not 365 times?
That's one per day for you.
So fear not. | ||
We have been chosen by God for this time.
You are not a mistake. | ||
You're not born in the wrong era.
Just quit looking backwards.
Start looking forward to the work that God has for us.
We march ever forward here in the Betty Brigade Salty Army.
We thank all of you for watching. |
