And has more on what will happen inside the courtroom.
Brooke, good morning. | ||
Hey, good morning, Todd Ashley.
As Laura just mentioned, former President Donald Trump will not be put in handcuffs at his arraignment later today, and he reportedly will not have a mugshot taken.
Now, Trump is facing more than 30 felony charges from New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office.
Those charges will be revealed when the indictment is unsealed at the arraignment today.
One of Trump's defense attorneys, Joe Takapina, detailing exactly what we can expect.
Listen. | ||
unidentified
|
Well, he'll be in the courtroom.
I think he'll be about three or four rows back.
What's extraordinary is that tomorrow's actually happening.
That's what's extraordinary.
It's surreal. | ||
It's shocking. | ||
But, you know, look, we don't know what's going to happen tomorrow other than that we'll be pleading very loudly not guilty before the judge.
And then we'll go from there.
Trump is expected to arrive at the Lower Manhattan Courthouse around 11 a.m. today.
Now, streets near the courthouse are expected to close around 1 p.m., a little more than an hour before the arraignment is set to begin.
And Trump could finish up in the courtroom as early as 2.30 p.m.
And guys, the former president hired an additional defense attorney ahead of today's arraignment in New York City.
Todd Blanche, who successfully defended former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, joined Trump's criminal defense team yesterday.
Now, Blanche successfully...
He defended Manafort from a bank fraud indictment brought by former Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance.
Meanwhile, Trump is now accusing Alvin Bragg of illegally leaking details about his indictment to the press.
The former president says Bragg should, quote, do the honorable thing, indict himself.
Now, New York City authorities stepped up security at Trump Tower and the lower Manhattan courthouse to prepare for today's indictment.
unidentified
|
New York City authorities have been a very successful candidate for the first time.
I bet there's rich folks eating from a fancy dining car.
They're probably drinking coffee and smoking big cigars.
Well, I know I had it coming.
I know I can't be free. | ||
But those people keep a-movin'And that's what tortures me And that's what tortures me Today is Tuesday, April 4th, 2023.
Trump Arrest Day. | ||
Are you prepared? | ||
Alvin Bragg leaks 34 felony counts against Donald Trump on eve of his arraignment.
That itself is a felony.
He should indict himself, says Donald Trump.
Trump campaign raises millions and skyrockets in polls as politically charged indictment back...
In case you're having a little bit of a crisis of conscience and a crisis of faith in the institutions in America right now, maybe it's the time to diversify into something other than the American dollar.
Maybe it's time to diversify into, I don't know, precious metals, things that have withheld their value against idiot leaders.

Oh boy! | ||
Okay, here we go. | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, we are set for today.
Donald Trump will be going to the courthouse very, very soon.
And we will bring you that coverage.
We have actually people who are there on the ground.
We will bring you the coverage as it comes in.
It is a madhouse. | ||
It is chaos right now inside of New York.
And we have clips of Marjorie Taylor Greene coming to you in just a moment.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is speaking.
We'll bring you Marjorie Taylor Greene.
In just a moment, speaking in front of the courthouse in New York.
But first, ladies and gentlemen, let me bring you back to another seminal moment in American history.
Nearly 20 years ago to the day, America started bombing Baghdad.
America started dropping bombs on a regime that we said was undemocratic.
They're dictators. | ||
Saddam Hussein, he persecutes his political enemies.
Saddam Hussein puts people in prison.
For unjust crimes! | ||
You might recall what it looked like on your television screens when we began the shock and awe campaign against the Saddam regime.
unidentified
|
*gunshot* | |
So that's what it looked like when America began slaughtering.
Hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, military targets included, and then went after a regime because of a lie from your government in order to absorb further government power and put American lives at stake, throwing young men.
Do you have a member of your family that went and served in Iraq?
If they served in the military, God bless you.
But the reckless Bush administration put their lives in jeopardy.
Sending these young men and women off to war.
4,000 plus never returned.
Hundreds of thousands, of course, of civilian casualties.
And another casualty in Iraq is, of course, the Christian population, which has been completely decimated.
But why did they invade Iraq exactly?
What was the purpose to invade Iraq?
Well, they had weapons of mass destruction, right?
That was one lie. | ||
But another lie was that we were spreading democracy inside of Iraq.
You might recall one of the greatest...
unidentified
|
The objective is to compel Iraq to destroy its illegal weapons of mass destruction and its programs to develop and produce missiles and more of those weapons.
Saddam is dangerous. | ||
The world would be a better place without him.
But the reason he poses a growing danger to the United States and its allies is that he possesses chemical and biological weapons and is seeking nuclear weapons.
And unlike my colleague from West Virginia and Maryland, I do not believe this is a rush to war.
I believe it's a march to peace and security.
I believe that failure to overwhelmingly support this resolution...
So Joe Biden was the number one emissary, the propagandist for the war in Iraq.
Now, what was the predicate for that?
Yes, the weapons of mass destruction lie, but also that Saddam Hussein was an evil dictator that did mean things to the people that lived under his rule.
He locked up innocent civilians.
He locked up his political enemies.
He ran a one-party pseudo-state.
They had a fake opposition party.
Saddam Hussein, of course, got millions of votes in the presidential election, even though he tortured, raped, and murdered people's families.
Everyone voted. | ||
He got 99%. | ||
81 million votes for Saddam Hussein in his presidential elections.
And we went in there because Saddam Hussein was an evil dictator and we wanted to spread democracy.
Well, now that illusion is over.
Forever. | ||
That's what today marks.
We're going to bring you the TikTok.
We have live cameras. | ||
We'll bring you all of the live information as it happens inside of the courtroom.
But we wanted to start off today by saying the game is over.
America, as a democracy spreader, or as a country where this kind of shit doesn't happen, well, that's done now.
We now fall into the exact same category as Saddam Hussein, and probably worse, to be quite honest, because our leaders lie about it.
Saddam Hussein never lied about being a dictator.
Our leaders in our tyrannical oligarchy class, they lie about it.
We went to Iraq and sacrificed the best in America, 4,000-plus men and women, to go spread democracy there.
And just 20 years later, nearly to the day, Here we are locking up the frontrunner, potentially locking up, definitely charging and arresting and arraigning today, the frontrunner of a political party that stands against everything that the current regime wishes for your life.
And so what is the current regime going to do?
Not only are they going to lock him up, they're going to gag order him.
Take away his freedom of speech.
unidentified
|
What are they charging him with?
Data entry? | ||
Problems? | ||
34 accounts of falsifying business records.
Oh, putting the wrong number into a spreadsheet?
That's what they're gonna go after Donald Trump for?
You gonna go after every single business owner in America?
Reminder, ladies and gentlemen, the illusion is now over.
America now, today, this day, falls into the dustbin of every other tyrannical, dictatorial regime that we have...
Apparently, with some type of moral certitude, fought Korea, Vietnam, China, Russia.
We're the same place. | ||
Are you prepared for that?
Does that make your blood boil?
It sure does make my blood boil.
Man, I am hopping man this morning.
We've descended into that ash heap of history that Reagan talked about.
Same as the Soviets. | ||
And that's because the American Bolsheviks are the ones running this place.
It's a huge disillusionment for people in my generation because I grew up as a super patriot.
Did you have people who served in Iraq or Afghanistan serve in your family?
I did. | ||
I watched dudes I went to high school with never come back because of this war.
Because they were spreading democracy.
A democracy that... | ||
And rules of which we don't even believe here at home.
So what exactly do they die for?
Candace Owens making a similar point last night on Tucker.
Very profound. | ||
I'm the same age as Candace Owens.
Very profound. | ||
This sucks because we grew up in this post-9-11 era.
Very wide-eyed and bushy-tailed about what it means to be an American.
And then watching all of that shatter into a thousand pieces.
Candace. | ||
I want to say this about this cultural demise that we're facing.
I know people are understandably outraged, people are understandably anger, but I also want to comment on just the overwhelming despair and sadness that all of this is making me feel.
And I know that so many people at home are feeling the exact same way, not just about America's present, feeling bleak about the future, dystopian nightmare that we're currently existing in, but also looking backward.
One of the things that I think a lot of us are feeling is disillusionment with what American justice is even about.
We've spent the better half of the last century entering We have a right to be in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, because our principles are better, because these people are criminals, because these people are terrorists, because these people have the wrong ideas.
Now, all of a sudden, our government is turning that same ideology against the American people, right?
Now, we have the wrong ideas.
Now, we are the domestic terrorists.
Now, we are the people that need to understand that criminality is allowed.
It is incredibly despairing.
Truly. | ||
Because you grew up with an illusion of America that this kind of thing would never happen.
And now, again, today, we are going to see the arrest and arraignment.
He may not be wearing handcuffs.
That's what they say. | ||
unidentified
|
We'll see. | |
Of the leading political opposition party head.
Donald Trump is the head of the Republican Party.
He is the big lion at the front of the pack.
He's a former president.
I'm not supposed to do those kind of things here.
It's deeply disillusioning.
And more importantly, it's being done by the same individuals that lied us into Iraq, saying to us that we had better angels on our shoulders, that we would never do that here.
We would never persecute our political opposition here.
We would never lock up people without trial here, like Jacob Chansley.
We would never kill individuals who are politically inconvenient to us, like Ashley Babbitt.
Slaughter them without warning, unarmed, because they're wearing the wrong colors.
Like the Shiites did to the Sunnis in Bathurst, Iraq.
We have become Bathurst, Iraq.
And of course, if this metaphor couldn't even become more perfect, you have Uday and Kuse Hussein, Saddam's sons, running around mowing people over, raping women on their wedding night to other men, torturing the soccer team, and so on and so forth.
Is that any worse than what Hunter Biden's done?
The kid... | ||
Of the dictator, the kid of the leading ruling regime, well, he gets to get away with literal murder.
How about the Marco Polo report?
How about 450 federal felonies that you can find dead to rights Hunter Biden on?
And they're going after Donald Trump for bookkeeping from the 80s.
Huh? | ||
Donald Trump's a billionaire.
You think he keeps his own books?
No, we've just become Ba 'athist Iraq.
Again, it's harsh to understand this, and more importantly, it's harsh to actually comprehend the reality that that same state that went and invaded Iraq, that same state exists today in the form of Victoria Nuland, who was the architect of that.
She worked for Biden. | ||
Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, they were around, they voted for it.
Joe Biden was the number one drumbeat advocate for it in the Senate.
Joe Biden knows how this works, but now Joe Biden is just simply turning that around on the American people.
So he's turning around those weapons of war on the American public.
You are now the enemy. | ||
You must understand how this all works for the Bolsheviks.
The Bolsheviks, they're not about global conquest.
They're about internal conquest.
The crushing of their own people.
That's what makes the Marxists so special.
The Marxists is not the imperialist.
The Marxists is about control of their own population.
The crushing of their own people.
That's where true Marxism happens.
That's why the moment the Bolsheviks took over in Russia, they sued for peace with the Germans, World War I. They said, we don't need any imperial conquest.
We're about the oppression of our own people.
Who do they use to do it? | ||
A man named Levante Berra.
Now, this is the man who said, show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
This is the guy with Stalin's right hand.
Show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
This is the famous line from Levante Berra.
Does that ever ring true right now?
Stalin locked up 20 million in Soviet gulags.
He certainly interned far more people than Hitler did.
Funny how we don't remember the Soviet atrocities here.
But the playbook is the same here in America.
The Soviets just turned all the weapons of war in on their own people.
And that is exactly what's happening right now in this country.
The same regime that brought you Iraq is bringing you...
The tools of war, they are just now pointed internally.
The persecution is now on us.
They're using those weapons of war on you, and you're going to see that today.
Marjorie Taylor Greene was in front of the courthouse in New York.
We've been processing the footage.
We're going to bring you a clip right now of what she had to say with a megaphone.
This is our best shot of it.
Go. | ||
unidentified
|
It's meant to be. | |
Donald J. Trump is innocent.
This is election interference.
The DA Alvin Bragg is nothing but a George Soros-funded tool.
He is a tool for the Democrats to try to hijack the 2024 presidential election.
This is a travesty. | ||
And I'm here as a representative and a member of Congress to take a stand using my First Amendment right to speak out against this.
This should never happen in America.
Ever. | ||
And every single American should be concerned.
How much of a laughing stock are we around the world right now?
Well, you have leaders from different continents.
Now, Criticizing America as a tyrannical state.
Viktor Orban, who represents one of those old Soviet states, who knows well the Soviet system, tweeted this yesterday.
Keep on fighting, Mr. President.
We are with you. | ||
At real Donald Trump. | ||
Now, that would be actually a great first retweet for Donald Trump back onto Twitter.
The president of Mexico...
Who's considering joining a system of financing that excludes the U.S. dollar.
How exciting would that be?
The nation of which we share our second longest border with.
Joining the BRICS system in order to undermine and destroy the United States dollar.
Mexico. | ||
The president saying, this is obviously open political interference.
They're just trying to lock up the guy they think are going to beat them in 2024.
They're saying it openly.
They're saying it on our border.
unidentified
|
Watch. | |
They want to arrest him.
If that is the case, then the whole world would know because we're not sucking on our thumbs over here.
that the real reason they want to arrest him is to remove him from the ballot.
And if I say this is because I suffered from the fabrication of a crime.
And I say this because I too was a victim of a fabricated crime because they didn't want me to be the candidate.
Amen. | ||
Amen. | ||
Thank you. | ||
So the socialist in Mexico and the former Soviet state, these people can see plainly what's happening in America.
They can see that we have now become everything that America claims to fight against.
A tin pot, anarcho-tyranny dictatorship run by an oligarchy of unelected, deeply corrupt, Individuals who hate you and whose main goal is to undermine the value and the comfort of your life.
And you mustn't be allowed to vote for the guy they don't like.
And that's what this is all about.
Check out this amazing, I mean, this is just like a work of art from Donald Trump here.
Maybe Alvin Bragg should indict himself, Alvin, Donald Trump said last night.
Furious Trump demands Alvin Bragg indict himself and resign for illegally leaking details of indictment that includes 34 felony counts, no mugshot or handcuffs, just hours before the Manhattan arraignment.
So what happened was a very, very detailed, not just like whispers of what's going on with Trump.
Oh, he might be, he might get some counts against him for felony for bookkeeping.
No. | ||
Very detailed, precision language of the indictment was leaked that absolutely...
Came from Alvin Bragg's office.
It was leaked to Yahoo News.
Donald Trump saying, Alvin Bragg just illegally leaked various points, complete information from the pathetic indictment against me.
I know the reporter, so unfortunately, does he.
This means that he must be immediately indicted.
Talking about Alvin Bragg.
Now, if he wants to really clean up his reputation, he will do the honorable thing and indict himself, Donald Trump, to the very last.
A legend. | ||
He will go down in judicial history, and his Trump-hating wife will be, I'm sure, very, very proud of him.
Many, many other members of this guy's staff have been outed as Trump-hating lunatics, fully clinically classified TDS.
They've had to essentially scrub multiple Twitter accounts.
And scrub the entire personnel file online of who works inside of the DA in Manhattan.
Because people are going through and finding out that these people are, it's just staffed with Trump-deranged lunatics.
But you already knew that, of course.
Ladies and gentlemen, I think we have the article here.
Manhattan DA purges executive staff section from website.
But we have the receipts, says the Gateway Pundit.
So, they are purging their staff records.
Does this seem like a legitimate inquiry to you?
Does this seem like a legitimate office?
Does this seem like a legitimate case?
Donald Trump made errors on his business spreadsheets.
I was brought cold comfort by an Eric Erickson tweet.
Eric Erickson, not a member of MAGA, not a huge Donald Trump fan, a big Donald Trump hater, actually.
But even Eric Erickson defending Trump.
Ben Shapiro defending Trump.
Matt Walsh defending Trump.
Big-time people who don't like Trump or don't want Trump to run like Elon Musk defending Trump.
Chris Rock, Mike Tyson defending Trump.
It goes on and on and on. | ||
People can see what's going on.
There's an antibody reaction happening right now in America to this.
There's a backfire that's going on right now.
You've awakened the sleeping giant, to paraphrase General Yamamoto in World War II.
Eric Erickson bringing me some cold comfort this morning, talking about how they've been using lawfare for a long time.
It's just the GOP have been pussies and have never pushed back.
Democrats charged Tom DeLay.
Remember, Tom DeLay, very famous, very powerful Senate leader.
On campaign finance allegations.
Rick Perry over a veto threat.
They charged Donald Trump with federal campaign violations.
Democrats have weaponized the prosecutorial system against Republicans repeatedly.
Please scroll down to race.
Delay's conviction was toss on appeal.
Perry was exonerated. | ||
Trump, most likely too.
Phil Crepin responding.
Bob McDonnell as well. | ||
Anyone watching from Virginia?
You remember your very popular governor, Bob McDonnell, who everyone was talking about being a, hey, this guy's going to be the GOP nominee for president.
Boom! | ||
Bob McDonnell, campaign finance violation!
You go to prison! | ||
Yet Hillary Clinton can fund the Steele dossier.
Hillary Clinton can pay for the Steele dossier, not report it.
You know she had to pay a $130,000 fine quietly.
We covered it this summer.
Nothing. | ||
No handcuffs. | ||
Nothing. | ||
She robbed Donald Trump of the election that he deserved in 2016.
No, no, you heard that right.
I don't think Donald Trump had a first term.
I've made this very public.
I think that Donald Trump did not have a first term as president.
Donald Trump, of course, won the presidency in 2016.
He had robbed from him interference in the election.
By the FBI, who worked hand-in-glove with Hillary Clinton to manufacture charges against him, push a special counsel against him that hung as a black cloud above his administration.
Robbed him, and you, of course, of your vote.
They've done this to Republican after Republican after Republican.
This is the party that can make Mitt Romney the dog-torturer bad guy.
If you can do that to a guy who is about as bland as a bag of unroasted marshmallows...
Unlike a lukewarm summer day in North Dakota?
Well, then you can do that to anyone.
Trump on Truth Social. | ||
Radical left Democrats have criminalized the justice system.
This is not what America was supposed to be.
He's right. | ||
The Mexican presidents, Eastern European presidents, they're all saying the same thing.
We know Sovietism when we see it.
We lived through it. | ||
This country is becoming Soviet.
Somebody who, of course, remembers the Cold War well, has been working in media for the better part of 35, 40 years, Tucker Carlson, who sort of cut his teeth reporting at the end of the Cold War, having this to say last night, profound and elegant as ever.
Before long, outlets like CNN may be your only source of information about the trial.
And that's the scary thing.
Imagine a system. | ||
Where the person who's been charged is no longer allowed to defend himself.
Oh, are you seeing the connection here?
Like the parking garage attendant who was shot by a criminal, he gets arrested.
Like Jose Alba, who tried to save his own life from a lunatic in his bodega, he gets arrested.
The people who are the victims of the tyranny don't get to speak.
CNN speaks for them. | ||
Imagine that. | ||
There are multiple reports tonight that Alvin Bragg's office will seek a gag order when Trump is arraigned.
That would prevent Trump, unpaid of going to prison, from talking about his case in public.
But CNN and MSNBC and the New York Times and the Washington Post, all the completely filthy, corrupt liars in the media, handmaidens to power, they'll be able to say whatever they want.
So Alan Dershowitz moments ago On War Room was saying that if they put a gag order on Trump as he's running for president, and far and away the frontrunner for president, ALX, if we have polls in the script, go ahead and kick them to me.
Let's show you some polls, but you know what they show.
Donald Trump up 20, 30, 40 points.
Donald Trump swings in Donald Trump's direction by massive orders of magnitude, probably from the working class that know what it's like to be persecuted by the government.
This is going to have a bonus effect here.
Alan Dershowitz saying that he's going to challenge this directly at the Supreme Court on Donald Trump's behalf, and Donald Trump doesn't need to pay him a cent.
Alan Dershowitz will go—Alan Dershowitz is not MAGA.
Alan Dershowitz is a big Democrat, Harvard law professor, O.J. Simpson defender.
Alan Dershowitz says he's going to go take this to the Supreme Court because it's such a violation of everything we know as Americans.
Like, even the libs are starting to realize that the system is in total collapse.
CNN, seconds ago, saying that this is going to be impossible to find an impartial jury for Donald Trump inside of Manhattan.
CNN, when you've broken CNN, when they are beginning to see the light, and they're beginning to ask questions about the dangers that we are going to be bringing upon ourselves, the pox upon this American household, you've got problems.
Watch. | ||
unidentified
|
Well, that's fascinating.
And Cy Vance, who preceded Alvin Bragg in that position as district attorney, warned over the weekend about what Trump says and these things that are said outside of court and how that could affect actually Bragg's case, Abby, potentially negatively for the former president.
Yeah, I mean, look, I think that this is already going to be an uphill climb.
You're in New York City.
This is the year 2023. | ||
People are, there is no one on this planet unfamiliar with Donald Trump.
It's going to be really challenging to find an impartial jury in this jurisdiction, but that's going to be the task here, and they're going to have to find a way to prevent the defendant in this case from making that job even more difficult.
You know, talking to lawyers over the weekend, they were talking about whether there would be a gag in this case.
I think that's definitely something that could very well be on the table.
They're not going to find an impartial jury.
Super low-information microwave brains on CNN know that.
Donald Trump is demanding that this case be moved to Staten Island.
That's a small little Republican island, if you're not familiar with the geography of New York.
A little spot of Republicanism inside of Manhattan that's considered part of the greater Manhattan area, but is its own little independent sort of nodule out there, the Middle East River.
Donald Trump's demanding this.
It should happen, but it won't.
So what's to become of this?
What's to become of what's going on right now with Trump?
Well, ladies and gentlemen, two things.
One, we have absolutely bombshell video coming from the front of the courthouse.
We were just sent. | ||
Incredible video of what's happening in front of the courthouse.
It's loading and we'll play that for you in one moment.
But as it pertains to what will happen to Donald Trump in the polls, we have a few for you right now to show you what the American people think of this.
Trump 55, DeSantis 26. Look at Donald Trump.
Look at that. | ||
Just absolute destruction there inside of the National Republican primary.
Morning consult. | ||
This is a very anti-Trump publication, polling that Donald Trump is just absolutely clobbering.
I think we have one more poll from this morning showing just absolute destruction for Donald Trump.
Reuters' Ipsos poll, again, anti-Trump hating lunatics, saying Trump plus 44. So Trump by 14 points.
So you're seeing the backlash even now.
You're seeing the boomerang come back and crack the nose and bloody it, even now.
Tucker Carlson had a very interesting pollster on last night, somebody from sort of ancient history, a pollster from a bygone era, talking about what happened when Republicans went after Clinton.
How do people respond to the weaponization of government?
Well, when Republicans went after Clinton, they took a man who was deeply unpopular with America and sort of made him a bit of a rock star.
I don't like to say that, but that's just the result.
I don't like Bill Clinton.
He's a monster. | ||
He's there to be locked up.
Same as Jeffrey Epstein, obviously, one of his best friends.
But nonetheless, these are the historic realities that when the Republicans weighed political persecution against Bill Clinton, half of these guys were probably sleeping with their own interns.
I mean, I think we actually literally know that.
That's just, again, the facts.
Ended up making him more popular.
Watch. | ||
unidentified
|
When the Republicans started to gang up on him, it actually worked to his benefit in the end.
Likewise, when Joe McCarthy back in the 50s started beating up on other Americans, Democrats started to surge.
So we're seeing this as an exemplar of that general theory.
Americans don't mind bullies, but they do not like to be bullied.
Therein lies the difference.
And Trump is now the beneficiary of that.
Yeah. | ||
So Trump is now the beneficiary of the weaponized government and a weaponized uniparty going after an individual.
They did this to Clinton.
Fascinatingly enough, Bill Clinton also paying hush money to Paula Jones whilst in office.
Seems like a bit of a campaign violation there.
But here we go. | ||
here we go in front of the courthouse this footage was just sent to us high death footage of marjorie taylor green on a megaphone and my producer's telling me this whole clip is a Also, to the Mayor Adams.

|
As you can see, I'm CDQ peacefully protesting, but you called me out by name.
While you allow crime in your streets and you send your henchmen down here to commit assault against people by making loud noises, assault against police officers who are doing their jobs trying to prevent violence.
Democrats are the party of violence.
They're the party that enabled and funded and cheered for violent riots all through 2020.
We burned $2 billion worth of damage.
That's the Democrat Party.
We're the party that wants to protect the lives of the unborn.
We're the party of male and female, two genders only.
We're the party of secure borders.
We're the party that will bring peace to the world like President Trump did, not World War III like Joe Biden is doing.
We're the party of economic prosperity.
We're the party where every American can live the American dream.
But the Democrats are the communists.
Democrats are the communists.
They are destroying America.
Destroying freedom. | ||
Democrats are the ones that have nothing to campaign for.
Because they are failures.
And they're proving it today.
I want to thank the New York City Young Republicans for organizing this protest.
I want to thank the press who are here today to cover this protest and allow me to speak and spread my word.
And I would like to thank patriotic Trump supporters who are here today.
USA! | ||
Thank you. | ||
Moments from now, approximately 11 o 'clock, it is expected that Donald Trump will be surrendering to the New York courthouse and he will then be arraigned.
He will have photographers inside of that New York courthouse, just a few, that will be allowed a few minutes to take photographs of him.
Before a judge. | ||
So you will get those images.
According to reports, Donald Trump will not be taking a mugshot.
According to reports, Donald Trump will not be handcuffed.
Let's wait and see. | ||
This is obviously not the actions of a free society.
These are not the actions of a democratic system to lock up And gag your political opponents.
There are individuals throughout history who did this.
The Bolsheviks did it. | ||
unidentified
|
Pol Pot did it. | |
Xi Jinping does it today.
So does Vladimir Putin.
You jackasses. | ||
Putin's so bad, he locks up political diffident.
Free Brittany Griner! | ||
Free Brittany Griner! | ||
Lock up Donald Trump, of course, here at home.
Brittany Griner's free, Donald Trump's in prison.
We didn't like the color.
You see, we like the color of Brittany Griner's skin, we don't like the orange skin.
Donald Trump, wrong color.
You see. | ||
Adolf Hitler, of course, blocked up his political...
That's the first thing he did.
After not even winning a majority in parliament, after winning just a 31% inside of the Reichstag, Hitler went through and just...
Total poush, total purge of his enemies.
These are the acts of a dictatorship.
The mayor of New York was threatening Marjorie Taylor Greene.
We just played the absolute banger of a clip there.
Danny was right. | ||
These are the acts of a dictator.
They have little minions throughout the organs of government.
To then threaten Americans you thought you had a right to peacefully assemble.
The mayor of New York threatened Marjorie Taylor Greene with jail for doing what we just showed you.
Here's Eric Adams, a supreme disappointment, threatening MTG with prison.
So to divert attention from his own ineptitude and the hours he spends in bars at night, he's now decided to become...
A political celebrity.
So he's now threatening to jail a member of Congress, Marjorie Taylor Greene, if she dares to protest Donald Trump's arraignment in a way that he doesn't like.
Watch this. | ||
While there may be some rabble-rousers thinking about coming to our city tomorrow, our message is clear and simple.
Control yourselves. | ||
New York City is our home, not a playground for your misplaced anger.
People like Marjorie Taylor Greene, who is known to spread misinformation and hate speech, she stated she's coming to town.
While you're in town, be on your best behavior.
As always, we will not allow violence or vandalism of any kind.
And if one is caught participating in any act of violence, they will be arrested and held accountable.
So... | ||
Precious New York City, where grandmothers, Asian grandmothers get shoved in front of moving subway trains, where there are homeless people defecating on the streets, where there are hookers on every single corner, where the rats are big enough to put a saddle on and ride.
Precious New York City, where looters...
And armed robbers are not prosecuted.
They're freed, where drunk driving isn't even prosecuted anymore.
Your precious, beautiful home.
Well, mustn't have individuals like Marjorie Taylor Greene, who's from Georgia.
In Marjorie Taylor Greene, none of those things happen, not in her district.
Uh, no. | ||
No, no, no. | ||
Marjorie Taylor Greene isn't allowed to come here and practice her free speech.
She's just a member of Congress.
What does it look like on the ground here, man?
I mean, it is insanity. | ||
Some of this footage coming out is crazy.
Check out this footage of the total circus in front of the courthouse here.
George Santos, member of Congress, was walking.
Look at the media. | ||
Swarm this man like he was a raw tenderloin.
Thrown into a pool of piranhas.
Check it out. | ||

|
Oh, you're AP. | |
Hi, how are you? | ||
I can't support the President.
Are you going to need support?
No, I'm not. | ||
Why do you feel that you need to support the President?
Are you okay? | ||
I am. | ||
I do not. | ||
I'm sorry. | ||
Why do you want me to support?
No, I'm not. | ||
Why do you feel that you need to support the President?
I am sorry. | ||
Why do you want me to support the President?
I am sorry. | ||
Why? | ||
Why do you want me to support the President?
I want to support the president.
I think this is unprecedented and it's a bad day for democracy.
I think this starts a precedent that what's to stop the next prosecutor in two years from doing the same thing?
Are you worried about your own legal issues?
Are you worried they're going to come after you?
Does he have legal issues?
What are they? | ||
This makes it bad precedent is legally in it.
It makes, it cheapens the judicial system.
Not good for America. | ||
Do you feel like Trump will return the favor and support you?
I'm not here for that. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Thank you, Mr. Sanders.
Are you worried about your own legal jeopardy?
Oh, beautiful. | ||
Lock him up! | ||
Do a good job! | ||
They're all flagrants.
They have jets. | ||
They're funders. | ||
They're funders. | ||
Snack them all! | ||
Russia is fine! | ||
I'm going to harbor power.
You want to win Russia? | ||
I'm a Democrat. | ||
I'm going to pull up! | ||
An absolute circus. | ||
What a circus. | ||
Beside me is going to play a clip of what it looks like in front of the court right now.
I didn't know there were this many cameras on planet Earth.
This is a shot from seconds ago across the street from the Manhattan District Court.
Not a single one of these reporters will ask, for instance, what does this mean for our judicial system?
Well, if you could just...
Well, does that mean we're going to see Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, Biden and all of his nieces and nephews in chains?
You know, there are more Republican district attorneys than there are Democrat district attorneys in this country.
What about growing some balls here?
What will this eventually become?
Especially if you can selectively leak.
Will any of these reporters or journalists ask these questions?
No, of course not. | ||
They're too stupid and they're too self-interested.
They're too low IQ and they know that their publications are failing.
So while we could have 20,000 viewers concurrently right now, which we do across all platforms, watching this, CNN is being sold.
I mean, they're trying to sell CNN again for pennies.
Tucker Carlson's broadcasts of the January 6th tapes drew 6x more viewers than Anderson Cooper in the same time slot.
So what does that tell you?
They've lost. | ||
They lost the media. | ||
Media credibility is zero.
They're desperately trying to make money off of this.
They don't care what it does to the system.
This is the feature, not the bug, of the new Marxists.
They want to destroy the system.
They want to destroy the system.
They want! | ||
The presidential candidate, the leading presidential candidate by 20-odd points of one of two parties in this country to not be able to speak.
They crave the power. | ||
They love the power. | ||
They can't help themselves.
Trump's lawyer says there will not be a gag order.
Donald Trump's supposed to give a speech tonight at Mar-a-Lago and address the nation.
Tonight at Mar-a-Lago, which means he's going directly from New York right back to Florida.
We'll be covering that live as well, but here's Trump's lawyer saying no gag order.
There's been a lot of reports today that there might be a gag order placed on Donald Trump, a presidential candidate.
That has happened in the past.
Roger Stone, I think Manafort, I don't fully remember, but I know it happened in Stone's case.
Are you telling me there's a possibility that they would prevent a presidential candidate?
From using his free speech rights and defending himself?
unidentified
|
Can't be. | |
Won't happen. | ||
I don't believe anyone's even looking for that.
I mean, that would really set ablaze the passions and the tempers that already have been inflamed by this.
You know, people view this as a political persecution.
You know, those numbers you showed, Sean, in your introduction regarding his increase in popularity in the polls and the amount of money that's come in the last three days are because people are infuriated.
And they are now understanding that weaponization of the justice system is a real thing.
But, you know, attempting to gag a United States citizen who is a defendant, not a lawyer, not a litigant, but a defendant in the case.
You know, especially, that's a First Amendment violation, obviously, but has to be balanced against a right to a fair trial.
But imagine putting a gag on Donald Trump when he's the front runner for the Republican Party, the presidential office.
And imagine during the campaign, he's told, you know, I can't speak about the case.
So when people ask him questions, he has to just say, sorry, I have a gag order.
Obviously, that's not going to happen.
That would directly interfere with the election, as this prosecution has already done.
That would further interfere with the election.
There's no scenario where that's going to happen.
I'm sure of that. | ||
I don't think that's even going to be requested.
So we were just sent a clip.
As it pertains to the silencing of free speech.
They are trying to gag order Trump so he cannot talk about this case.
You're going to silence the leading candidate for the presidency?
The guy that virtually every single poll in America shows will beat Joe Biden handily?
Now remember, that's an inversion.
You do recall that Donald Trump would lose to Joe Biden by like 20, 40 points.
Wow, it wasn't even close.
Donald Trump's chances of becoming president is approaching zero.
Now they're showing Donald Trump beating Joe Biden.
So how bad are things for Joe Biden?
You now understand why they must silence Donald Trump and why they're trying to use the judicial system to do so.
And I know it brings you cold comfort, but they've been doing this to Republicans for a long time.
We've just been pussies in our party.
We haven't stood up against it.
But they did this to Bob McDonnell, Rick Perry.
Both of those guys were presidential contenders.
They did this to Trent Lott?
That's like 20 years ago.
They've been using lawfare against Republicans for quite a while.
When the media assassinations don't work, when the Mueller investigations don't work, when the dossiers don't work, well, then just scream in their faces.
This footage sent to us moments ago by our friends at Frontlines, Drew Hernandez, a dude infused entirely with soy, okay?
You can hear... | ||
The sound of the testosterone evaporating in his voice.
A man built on soy and salt and tears.
Tears which I drink proudly every single morning.
Handing out whistles while MTG speaks.
unidentified
|
Sir, can I ask what those are for?
So we hear that Marjorie Taylor Greene is coming to the city right here.
So we brought some whistles to hand out to people to drown her out with some noise.
Yeah, so Marjorie Taylor Greene is coming here, and we will bring her Wethel so that you can Wethel in her faith.
Do these people seem like Americans to you?
Is that what an American would do?
If you cared about the First Amendment, if you cared about—if you were just pretending to care, is that what you would do to a member of Congress?
I can't think of a single member of Congress.
I kind of want AOC to speak, right?
I'm not making the corollary.
I'm not saying that Marjorie Taylor Greene is AOC.
Although, you know, they both are known by their anagrams here.
But Marjorie Taylor Greene, I kind of like when AOC speaks.
Like, I find it very entertaining.
I want to listen. | ||
It's funny to me. | ||
Makes for good fodder for the show.
But they don't even care.
They don't care about the content.
They just want to whistle in her face.
And that's what you heard, of course, in the footage that we played.
Speaking of whistling about what's going on here, there's a dog whistle that Joe Biden gave us on 11-9-2022.
11-9-2022. | ||
Joe Biden said, we will prevent Donald Trump from taking power.
If he does run again, we'll make sure...
That there are legitimate efforts of the Constitution that he does not become president again.
Here is Joe Biden endorsing, nay, advocating for the political persecution of his top rival inside of the Republican Party.
We have it on tape. | ||
unidentified
|
Go. | |
That G7 conversation was tied to your predecessor, who is about to launch another campaign.
So how do you reassure them if that is...
The reason for their questioning that the former president will not return, that his political movement, which is still very strong, will not once again take power in the United States.
Well, we just have to demonstrate that he will not take power if he does run, making sure he, under legitimate efforts of our Constitution, does not become the next president again.
Oh, okay. | ||
We're just going to make sure that he doesn't become the next president again, says the guy who cannot fill the break room at the local nursing home when he goes in to give a speech.
Mainly because the people interned at that nursing home know that he's there to actually steal their applesauce.
This is what it looked like when Donald Trump departed.
For New York yesterday, these clips I think are very important because it shows you what real support looks like in the country.
Go. | ||
Stop, stop, stop, stop.
That's not it. | ||
Clip E, Royce. | ||
Clip E. I mean, you guys know that we, of course, had the Golden Elevator clip loaded.
I mean, you are aware that, of course, we have that clip loaded.
Very rare misfire from Rolls-Royce.
Does a very good job keeping up with this show.
I mean, we might as well play it for you now.
We told you we have it in the craw.
So, we openly advocate.
We know that multiple members of the Trump family watch this show.
We have Laura Trump on tomorrow.
We have Don Jr. on soon. | ||
We'll have Eric on soon.
We had Trump's lawyer on yesterday.
We know that they watched the show, so we try and advocate for our best ideas.
Our idea today was Donald Trump should do Golden Staircase, Golden Escalator Redux 2.0.
This is how Donald Trump should have entered his walk to the courthouse.
unidentified
|
See a woman in the night with a baby in her hand.
In the North Street light.
America. | ||
Come on, boys. | ||
Come on. | ||
You want to see it, boys, don't you?
You do want to see it. | ||
We wanted to see Alina Haba, who was on our show yesterday.
This is Trump's attorney.
A good lead-in to Trump's attorney who joined us yesterday to talk about these illegal leaks from the prosecutor here.
Now, Alina Haba, just so you that you understand the energy right now of Trump world, she joined us not inside of a pantsuit.
This is Trump's lead attorney here.
Not wearing a pantsuit.
you join us wearing a golden firearm piece of jewelry along with a Trump 45 squared, meaning president twice, a t-shirt.
What she had to say, though, was far more important how they will, of course, go about these leaks that are themselves felonies by Alvin Bragg's office.
Alvin Bragg's the one who needs to watch out here.
Because he's the one selectively leaking this information to the media.
Two-part question. | ||
Unpack that as to what might happen to Alvin Bragg and what is your message to Alvin Bragg this morning?
Sure. | ||
Oh, it is my message. | ||
That's a good question.
Jim Jordan is doing the right thing.
He needs to expose the corrupt DAs, the corrupt AGs.
Somebody was on BBC and they asked me about, you know, is it interference?
It's not interference.
This is interference in elections.
So we need to use our house that we finally have some say in and start investigating these corrupt DAs and these corrupt AGs for what they're worth.
What I was inferring was the felony of leaking any information about an indictment and in itself to leak that there were 30 to 34 counts from their office, which had to come from their office because we do not have it as of yet, is a felony in itself.
The Trump team, along with Alan Dershowitz, not a MAGA supporter, saying that this is all, you know, felony is bound in this case, but on the other side of the aisle.
The American people are standing with Donald Trump.
Donald Trump's fundraising sourced to $7 million after indictment.
Donald Trump had the biggest fundraising haul day that he's had, I believe, since announcing.
This is the TikTok of what's planning on happening today.
Again, Donald Trump was expected at 11 a.m.
It is now noon. | ||
We are working on getting you a live shot from our friend Savannah Hernandez at the courthouse.
We may just give her a call because there's such horrid reception there.
Of course, we showed you the scourge of media standing by.
Scroll down through this article.
Let's give them sort of the TikTok and the play-by-play here.
This is the map of Manhattan.
This is where Donald Trump is going to head to.
He's going to go from Trump Tower down through Manhattan, down to the court, the Manhattan criminal courthouse, where Trump will walk in through a side entrance, the maximum security, and then Donald Trump will be fingerprinted and processed.
Amazing. | ||
The most famous man in the world.
Then Trump will appear in court, hearing before the judge, and then Donald Trump will presumably fly right back to Mar-a-Lago.
Scroll up one more time, Royce, please.
3 p.m., expect his trip back to Mar-a-Lago, 2.15 p.m., and then 8.15 p.m., Donald Trump will be giving a speech at Mar-a-Lago.
So we have now... | ||
Varying groups in front of the courthouse.
The crowd is packed. | ||
The crowd is absolutely packed.
Do we have this, guys? | ||
And this is crazy. | ||
Blacks for Trump are there.
They're sort of the famous guys who stand behind Trump during his rallies.
We also have soy-filled protesters that are there.
But I believe the pro-Trump protesters...
Absolutely outnumber, toss it up, absolutely outnumber the anti-Trump protesters like 2,000 to 1. Check this out.
So we're seeing, again, possibly the blackest day in American history, a day that Democrats may live to deeply and abidingly regret.
Look at the support for Donald Trump in downtown Manhattan.
Wild. | ||
Absolutely wild. | ||
Look at these dudes. | ||
Good for you. | ||
Nobody act the fool, please.
They're looking for something.
They're praying that somebody wiles out and some hooliganism begins.
Don't do it. | ||
I'm praying for you people.
Something that we're going to unpack, an article that we're going to unpack here with Darren Beatty, the publisher.
And mastermind behind one of the best publications in America, Revolver News, is this article here from today.
The New York Post. | ||
Alvin Bragg's indictment of Donald Trump opens a Pandora's box for Democrats.
Democrats are jumping for joy at the prospect of Donald Trump finally getting hooked like Al Capone or any kind of criminal charge.
But on their own political idols, namely the Clintons and the Bidens, could be a day...
Could one day be gored by a hyper-partisan district attorney in search of a crime, no matter how McCain.
Democrat DA Alvin Bragg's case against Trump is so convoluted that even the Washington Post thinks that it's a stretch.
Even Axios this morning, the Axios, the hyper-ventilating Trump deranged Axios, Mike Allen was hyper-ventilating this morning being like, there is no jurisdiction here for Alvin Bragg to do what he's doing.
Put all your faith in Jack Smith.
But what Alvin Bragg is doing is insane.
When Axios calls it a witch hunt?
Could DAs go after top Democrats?
Where to start? | ||
There's no shortage of scandals.
Like the Clinton Foundation, described by whistleblowers as the largest unprosecuted fraud ever.
Bill and Hillary Clinton registered as a tax-exempt charity, but have used it as their own personal piggy bank.
On and on and on and on again.
What is the deep state doing to protect against this?
How will the retaliations against the MAGA movement?
Darren, I really appreciate your patience this morning.
A lot of breaking news. | ||
A lot of people on the ground sending us a lot of information outside of that courthouse.
unidentified
|
What a circus. | |
But what a Black Sabbath.
Are we any different than Bathurst, Iraq at this point, Darren?
It's a wild trajectory that we're on, for sure.
I mean, I could rack my brain to come up with ways that Bathurst, Iraq was actually preferable to what we have now.
Illuminate for us. | ||
Illuminate for us. | ||
You're one of the smartest people we know, and we love having you on the show.
Well, I mean, for one, Ba 'athist Iraq did not carry on any pretensions of being a free society.
And that's, you know, I guess, you know, one of the most important transformations over the past several years.
Really, everything kicked into high gear.
Things accelerated dramatically once Trump ran.
I mean, that's what kicked all of this off.
If I said in other contexts, in other venues about this indictment, in one respect, It's totally crazy.
It's totally out of line.
Even left Democrat outlets, aligned outlets like Axios and other more kind of sophisticated people on the other side recognize it's a bridge too far and will be counterproductive from a political point of view.
But the internal logic, the internal sort of The broad-scale emotional trajectory, the mass psychosis unleashed by the fact that Trump ran against the coordinated opposition of every single powerful institution in the country, won and humiliated them by doing so, it all had to come to this.
Such a powerful symbol of resistance against our corrupt regime cannot stand.
They will do everything and they have done everything to take him off of the chessboard because he started and continues to lead the most meaningful political movement in American history, at least one of the most in terms of challenging the corruption going on.
So it always had to be this way.
Even if it's a ridiculous decision by Bragg, even if it's gone too far, Trump derangement syndrome, which what it is, but it's not some kind of peripheral incidental thing.
It's a very real mass psychosis that's animated the response to Trump's victory and his emergence as this unlikely political leader in the 21st century.
And so, you know, think about it.
30-plus felony accounts, 30-plus separate felony accounts is unheard of.
It's ridiculous. | ||
Which, by the way, this story about the details of the indictment were leaked to the same reporter who played the critical role in trafficking the Russiagate slop.
In fact, it was the same Yahoo reporter, one of the handful of people that Christopher Steele evidently trusted enough to brief on the stupid dossier, and on the basis of whose Yahoo report the government was able to get a FISA warrant against Page.
This is the guy that bragged evidently.
Leaks details of the indictment, too.
It shows you how incestuous it is.
It shows you how malicious these collaborative efforts are in this broader sort of Democrat machine, deep state nexus of things, which, by the way, someone out of that nexus is representing Ray Epps, which is kind of a weird trajectory, but that's an entirely different story, although connected in the sense that it's all kind of...
One network. | ||
They're all just completely activated, completely vigorous, and completely determined to silence, suppress, and crush not only Trump, but the energies associated with Trump's victory in 2016.
That's what it's about and that's what it's always been about.
It's interesting that you brought up energies because evil doesn't sleep, and it feels as though evil needed to go somewhere 20 years ago, almost to the month we invaded Iraq.
We began the show with the shock and awe bombing of Baghdad.
We invaded Iraq, of course, on a lie, and then if you go through and actually look at the evidence, you'll find that the number one cheerleader for this was Joe Biden.
And it feels as though, one, of course, it wasn't just about the weapons of mass destruction.
We said we were spreading democracy.
None of these people ever believed in democracy.
They're proving that right now.
But then two, it feels like those weapons of war.
of war, since they can no longer be agitated internationally, must be agitated and used domestically.
And that's where it feels like there is a turning point here.
Now, of course, Revolver News has been number one in covering this.
Love reading your site.
You've been... | ||
You've been the leading voice on this.
But it seems to have come to a turning point here markedly with the prosecution, persecution of the leading candidate for a major political party and the potential gagging of him during a campaign cycle.
Absolutely. | ||
Can you expand on that? | ||
No, of course. | ||
Look, you know, I think the broader picture is this is kind of an inevitable culmination of energies unleashed.
In response to Trump's victory, but in another sense, it marks a dramatic inflection point.
And I think one way to understand it is this.
There was the first wave of deplatforming that basically was, okay, we'll blast you off of social media.
We'll deactivate Trump's Twitter account.
We'll deplatform him from Twitter, even as he's a sitting president of the United States.
The regime going after people's bank accounts and such.
This is sort of one wave of deplatforming.
We're moving into the next wave, which is simply putting people in prison.
Moving from sort of disinformation as a censorship predicate to shut people up in terms of their speech and shut people down in terms of their finances.
Now we're in the lockup stage.
We're in the... | ||
Aggressive abuse of the criminal justice system, of the Department of Justice, in order to indict political enemies.
And you see that with Trump.
You see that in the recent case of this individual who was not just indicted, but who now suffers under a felony conviction for memes.
Against Hillary in the 2016 election.
This represents the next phase of assault.
We've gone from deplatforming to imprisoning.
And then, you know, there's a third wave, which I think we can all imagine what that is, the step that comes after imprisonment.
But it's all part of this very dangerous trajectory, the weaponization, not only of the national security apparatus, but now of the Department of Justice itself, of the justice system domestically against political enemies.
It's very dark. | ||
It's very dangerous. | ||
And it's very unfortunate that that's the direction we seem to be heading towards.
We have European leaders who lived under Soviet rule, like Viktor Orban, and then we have a socialist Mexican president coming out against.
This saying that it's all political.
We know what this is from.
Saying that America has become a laughingstock.
How will there ever be any moral high ground ever again?
Again, you cover a regime that loves adventurisms abroad in order to spread democracy.
How could America ever possibly give that pretension again that we are the bastion of democracy and must spread it around the globe?
That's a really fascinating and deep question that warrants a very comprehensive response.
I'll try to give a summary of some things one might want to think through to get a handle on that.
And it goes very deep. | ||
We've covered it on Revolver.News for a long time.
And it gets partially to my response to your Baghdad question, that Ba 'athist Iraq did not...
Did not present itself in moral terms.
And so there's this weird sense in which hypocrisy is this insult added to the injuries conducted by the globalist American empire, whatever you want to call it.
But there's also this unique sense that for the United States, this self-understanding.
Of being a free society, of being a democratic society, of being a society of liberty, of being a kind of moral exemplar to the rest of the world, whether or not this was ever true, frankly, it's always been a uniquely critical component of America's self-understanding and a critical...
component of how we project ourselves abroad, even in the sense of using that as a foreign policy instrument itself.
And so, whereas we can look to other authoritarian systems like China, Soviet Union, and so forth, and, you know, there are nuances within those things, but they never really had to justify themselves in these kinds of lofty...
So I think it's a very kind of interesting trajectory where we're kind of going into this mask off mode in one sense.
Whereby other countries can look at us and say, how could America ever pretend to have the moral high ground in this case?
You've lost the weapon that you use to browbeat other countries.
Whenever you sanction other countries, you always give a moral lecture in conjunction with it in order to justify your stature.
How can you continue to do that?
But then in another weird sense, it is animated by this hyper twisted moralism.
That's become the dominant ideology in the United States, this kind of hyper-leftism, wokeism, whatever you want to call it.
This animated Trump derangement syndrome is a kind of this expression of moral indignation run amok and run outside of any kind of proper sphere.
To the extent that it rejects any kind of rational understanding of the political situation.
And so it is a very weird position that we're in.
The wokeness and the concomitant Trump derangement system, Trump as the biggest challenger to all of the kind of ideals embodied in wokeness by at least according to the understanding of the people who espouse it.
It's a very interesting place to be in because we're more aggressively embracing this as the dominant state ideology, but in doing so, losing our capacity to project moral high ground abroad.
And even in the domain of foreign policy, we're just making a lot of unforced errors.
For instance, look at the case of Brazil.
It was this same kind of woke religion.
It was this same domestic obsession.
With not allowing a victory to anything associated with Donald Trump, that led us not to support us being in this sort of foreign policy context, State Department and associated institutions, to not support Bolsonaro for domestic reasons.
Now we have Bolsonaro's opposition, which is favorable to foreign adversaries, which is making deals.
You know, in relation to currencies that are not advantageous to the United States.
And that would have been an easy win for us.
But we let it go. | ||
Why? | ||
Because of the fact that the moral craziness of wokeness, the moral hysteria of wokeness has taken over.
Every institution in the United States has taken over our foreign policy.
It's basically calling the shots now without any rhyme or reason.
And it's a bizarre situation for the country to be in.
We're really at this weird transition point from what used to be America to what now is the globalist American empire, as I call it.
It's, of course, profound what you just said, but also chilling.
It's very sad. | ||
Ways on your soul if you actually care about this place.
A final very quick question, Darren.
Vladimir Putin is the most sanctioned man on planet Earth right now.
Vladimir Putin is sanctioned because, well, he invades other countries on lies, and then he locks up his political enemies, and he locks up dissidents on trumped-up charges, right?
And how exactly is there any type of moral clarifying line between that and a modernist American Marxism movement, the American Bolsheviks?
Is there really any daylight between these activities?
That's a very complicated question.
There are differences there, but I see there's definitely the hypocrisy that you're pointing to.
I think that our system is...
It's a much more refined type of authoritarianism than what you see in Russia.
It's refined to the point of being in some ways very opaque, and that's what's so interesting about this new kind of structure that was formed in the United States.
It's not a democracy, it's not a free society, but it's not kind of a...
Dictatorship in the more primitive sense of the term.
It's this very sophisticated interlinkage of this new dominant ideology.
Whatever you want to call it.
I don't even like the term wokeism, but it's a good proxy term.
This dominant ideology that has infused every single institution and that obscures a lot of the interworkings of the actual powerful stakeholders that don't really present themselves in any transparent fashion.
Again, in Russia, you have transparently Putin is the one in charge here.
It's kind of strange. | ||
You have networks of people, you have sociology, but Biden is certainly not in charge in the sense that Putin is.
So who really is? | ||
So the American system is probably not much more free, if at all, than the Russia system.
But the mechanisms of control are, I think, far more refined and sophisticated and...
Opaque and difficult to understand, especially because we're right in the middle of this transition process into this new form that has taken shape.
The best way I can describe it is kind of a dystopia that combines the worst elements of East Germany, Brazil, and South Africa.
Anyone who knows the history of East Germany and who's ever lived in the former East Germany, I have, eastern part of Berlin, knows that's something that you want to model yourself after.
Darren, thank you so much.
It's profound. | ||
We look forward to really thinking about what you've said here for quite a while.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
you you All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are back to the courthouse in front of New York.
We have more. | ||
Footage for you coming in as we await Donald Trump leaving Mar-a-Lago.
He did that yesterday. | ||
He will now be leaving Trump Tower.
Very soon there are the live shots of him waiting to leave Trump Tower in Manhattan.
This is the big, gleaming, glistening, golden tower close to Central Park.
He's going to drive down the island of Manhattan to the other, to the...
Very tip. | ||
And lower Manhattan, he will then be going into the surrendering himself to the fraudulent scourge on our judicial system, the courthouse in Manhattan, the criminal courthouse in Manhattan.
It's an absolute disaster.
We are working hard. | ||
We have people in the crowd in front of the courthouse.
But their cell phone service is very difficult to uplink.
As you can imagine, it is just an absolute horde down there.
You can see some of the nutjobs standing in front of the building.
Somebody with some ridiculous sign there.
air this from savannah hernandez who we're trying to connect with right now i think to spread the love i think it's important that our side's heard over here too I love you.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
So, super calm, nice people, clearly, standing in front of the courthouse in New York.
Again, we are waiting on the departure of Donald Trump from Trump Tower.
Some reports say that he wishes to speak to the media.
That Trump wants to get out and speak to the media.
So we're going to stay up on this, ladies and gentlemen.
Trump wants to get out and speak to the media.
If he does that, we wish to be live.
It will be a very short drive because, of course, Secret Service will have the roads cleared for Donald Trump.
What will Donald Trump be speaking about?
Well, most likely he'll be bringing up his major opposition.
Inside of the presidential race, somebody named Joe Biden, who is suddenly seemingly under an enormous amount of pressure himself.
I know this seems like straight out of Bizarro World, but what if this was all timed in order to take away from the Republican investigation of Joe Biden?
Just a thought. | ||
James Comer, the bulldog on the right, who has...
That investigation in the craw of his hand is saying that, hey, yo, guys, we have multiple Biden associates that are cooperating with us right now, giving us the bank records, giving us the messages, proving that Joe Biden was the kingpin of his own crime family.
Of course, you're going to hear crickets.
You're going to see media parked outside of the White House or outside of Biden's house in Delaware.
Like a circus, like a bunch of circus animals, livestock, like they're doing right now.
Again, Donald Trump apparently wants to speak to the media.
Maybe he'll drive right up and start talking.
I don't know. | ||
We want to see it. | ||
James Comer saying he wants to see Joe Biden in shackles charged with his family crimes.
Take it away, Comer. | ||
unidentified
|
Why should we be optimistic that four associates, when they ignored Tony Bobulinski and everybody else, will be listened to at this point?
Well, I think that the...
The associates want to tell their story, and they've been left out to dry.
By their association with Hunter Biden.
If you look at everyone who's ever been in business with a Biden, whether it be Hunter Biden or Jim Biden, none of them ended well.
None of the businesses ended well.
Most of the businesses never got started off the ground.
Any money that was transferred in from China or adversaries around the world ended up in the Biden's back pockets.
So these people have been left out to dry.
They want to tell their story.
They're good names. | ||
I think that's a very positive thing.
There are two more people that were involved with the Bidens in various schemes that want to come forward, but they're currently involved in different types of litigation, and we're trying to explore the various options that they would have.
But take the four to six people that we're in communication with, along with now having bank records from multiple banks, as well as having access and going in every day to the Treasury Department to see those suspicious activity reports.
And this investigation is moving along at a lot faster pace than I think most people would have predicted.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
So James Comer is there saying, hey, this is moving along very, very swiftly.
We are finding out an enormous amount about Joe Biden.
They're particularly focusing in on Joe Biden and his receipt of Chinese cash.
Chinese money from the business dealings with Communist China.
Now, we've asked our favorite in-house lawyer, Mike Davis, about this.
The reason why is that with this Alvin Bragg new case, the new ability to charge anyone who's ever set foot in your state with any crime, well, what's to stop some attorney general from Texas?
Midland, Texas, from charging the Bidens with trying to sell our oil.
Texas oil, for that matter.
That seems like an easy racketeering charge.
This seems like an easy case.
Joe Biden wouldn't be able to defend himself.
Joe Biden couldn't even pick up a coin when it was handed to him yesterday.
Joe Biden dropped a challenge coin.
It was a military challenge coin.
I think I have some, actually, here in the office.
I should set up one of those little walls.
But challenge coins, I actually don't, I actually sadly do not have one in my drawer.
Challenge coins are about this big.
I do have a lens cap though.
They're about this big.
Military members, give them to each other.
The challenge coins are minted to show military status, military rank, military groupings, and are a sign of honor, right?
When you hand someone a challenge coin, it is to say, we respect you.
Now, let's... | ||
I mean, assuming that Joe Biden should ever be handed one of these, it happened yesterday, Joe Biden then dropped the coin directly out of the ground.
So, not great. | ||
unidentified
|
Finally making his way out of Air Force One at MSP International for us in a clean, smooth descent down the stairs.
There's the salute from the president and a handshake, and that might even be the sun.
Peeking out there for the president as he makes his way here at MSP International, doing all the normal pleasantries.
And I think he just picked something up.
What could he have dropped?
Post-it note? | ||
A Kleenex? | ||
Maybe some notes for his remarks today?
Another salute. | ||
So Joe Biden is dropping the challenge coins.
I think we have the clip, the closer up clip of Joe Biden actually dropping that.
Again, it couldn't be more insulting if you're a member of the military or if you are a member of a police office or a fire department, then you know you're well familiar with the challenge coin tradition.
This goes back many, many years.
Many people have shelves filled with challenge coins behind them.
We should have one. | ||
I have a lot of them. | ||
People give them to me all the time.
Dropping them onto the ground would be a massive insult.
And once again, ladies and gentlemen, when Donald Trump departs, we will take it live.
Again, ladies and gentlemen, we have word that Donald Trump wishes to address the media live, and we will bring that to you live when he gets rolling.
Speaking of getting rolling, here's Joe Biden rolling his challenge coin around on the floor.
I'm focused on now on making sure you've got the place to sleep, food to eat, helping you rebuild your lives in Rolling Stone.
The town of Rolling Stone will be back.
What did I say? | ||
I said Rolling Fork, Rolling Stone.
unidentified
|
Great. | |
Okay. | ||
Cool. | ||
Got it. | ||
All right, guys. | ||
Well, that was Joe Biden not knowing the town that was destroyed behind him, saying the wrong name of the town that was destroyed behind him.
We actually have closer up footage.
ALX, grab me that closer up footage of Joe Biden with the coin when he dropped the coin and had to like amble over and try and get it.
Really embarrassing. | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, we have footage of Fox News getting heckled and pushed around outside of the Trump courthouse.
Get the F out of here is what's happening to the Fox reporters out front of the courthouse.
So this is, I guess, the scene.
Check it out. | ||
unidentified
|
Check it out. | |
Oh, you're gonna roll your ice at me now?
Oh, you're gonna roll your ice?
You better get the fuck out of here.
You better get out of here and roll your ice.
You better get out of here and roll your ice.
Don't touch me. | ||
Don't touch me. | ||
Excuse me. | ||
Don't touch me. | ||
Yo, hurry up. | ||
Get out of here. | ||
Get out of here, bro. | ||
Get out of here. | ||
Yo, hurry up, bro. | ||
Hurry up. | ||
This shit get real hot. | ||
It's getting real hot and sticky up in here.
Get it out of here. | ||
Hurry up. | ||
Hurry up. | ||
It's real hot and sticky up in here.
I know. | ||
It's showing their true colors.
unidentified
|
They're showing their true colors.
Hello. | ||
Do I have a polite conversation?
Heavy up. | ||
Heavy up, bro. | ||
You ain't moving fast enough.
I feel like it's my impression, like, angrily.
We're my people. | ||
I can't believe y 'all came over here.
Fox News is the best! | ||
We love you, we love you.
Okay, so that is... | ||
An absolutely wonderful reporter there who is a friend of the show.
You see her on Hannity all the time, sort of on the ground.
Fox News reporter that is getting assaulted.
I mean, by the definition of assault, surrounding her and pushing her and pushing her cameraman.
She has armed security with her, thank God.
Although, if they ever acted, of course, in self-defense, you know that they'd be the ones who go to Rikers Island inside of the sunken place that is Manhattan.
Why couldn't they get a live shot?
Well, you can see there why they couldn't get a live shot.
Fox News broadcasting that Donald Trump wishes to speak to the media.
Fox News went back to their studio in the upper west side of Manhattan and said that Donald Trump reports are that he wishes to speak to the media.
Harris Faulkner, check it out.
Donald Trump has expressed interest in speaking to the media in the hallway outside the courtroom this afternoon, either on his way into court or out or both.
According to a federal official familiar with information the Secret Service has received, this official said it would likely just be a comment in passing, not a full-blown gaggle.
What do you think? | ||
unidentified
|
Well, it seems like President Trump has always been very good at speaking directly to the media.
The media do a good job of covering up what he has to say.
So he understands that if he can speak directly, that's his best argument because he can speak directly to the American people that way.
But this whole thing, you know, it really is a travesty.
The whole thing that matters here is whether you are with the regime or against the regime.
The reason why people in New York who commit all these violent or who commit crimes and are, you know, you can bring it from a felony to a misdemeanor is because it seems to be in Alvin Bragg's political interest to do this.
And Donald Trump is on the other side, so it doesn't matter.
You know, this is very evocative of Stalinist regimes where you find the person and then you are, you know, you determine who the person is that you want to put in prison and then you can concoct some kind of crime.
for six years. | ||
The specifics don't really matter, except in so far as we see how weak this case is.
But this is a day they have long hoped for.
So Trump wants to speak to the media just in the hallway outside the courtroom, perhaps before, after or both of those times.
We know that the Secret Service.
So, you may hear from Donald Trump.
We hope so. | ||
Will they gag order Donald Trump?
We shall see. | ||
We shall see. | ||
It's dangerous out there, though.
Man, you are seeing footage of anti-Trump protesters trying to incite an uproar.
Be careful, ladies and gentlemen.
unidentified
|
Be careful. | |
This is a scary time. | ||
PSYOPs everywhere. | ||
We've already seen. | ||
Individuals trying to make Trump supporters look bad by dressing up as QAnon shamans and so on and so forth.
This isn't any knock against Jacob Chansley, who deserves to be a free man and hopefully will be a free man very, very soon.
He's right now in a halfway house.
But you gotta be careful out there.
Here's footage of anti-Trump protesters trying to essentially start fights in front of the courthouse, hoping, I think they're hoping, To get something.
Do not act like hooligans.
Please, we pray. | ||
Don't do it. | ||
Don't give them any reason to do anything against you.
You are inside of the seventh circle of Dante's Inferno in Manhattan.
A lost city. | ||
Check this out. | ||
Here are anti-Trump protesters trying to incite an uproar.
unidentified
|
In front of Trump Tower that we covered years ago.
And what this lady does is she gets in the middle of everybody.
And she does just that. | ||
She tries to troll them.
She harasses them with her bizarre behavior.
And this is what she wants.
She wants to get tangled up.
She wants to get, you know, and you can't have a conversation with these people.
You just can't do it. | ||
I know that Marjorie and I talked earlier about, you know, maybe engaging in conversations with some of these protesters.
But that's not what they're here to do.
They're not here to do. | ||
They're here to shock. | ||
They're here to really incite.
They poke you. | ||
It's like they want to poke you so, push you so far that perhaps you do something in frustration.
That's what they're here.
They're into it and tag.
Okay, so we have proof, ladies and gentlemen, that they are trying to incite, that they are trying to make MAGA look bad.
We have uncovered an agent, an actor, who fake acted like a MAGA supporter, went there to make...
MAGA look bad. | ||
This is in front of the same courthouse.
The same location. | ||
This was a few days ago. | ||
This man has been called out.
We were able to uncover his true identity.
This man dressed up as a MAGA supporter in order to gain attention?
To make everyone look like idiots?
Psy-ops everywhere. | ||
Psy-ops everywhere. | ||
Check out this dude who got called out by real MAGA supporters.
He wore antlers on his head and a loincloth and painted his face and wore a Make America Great Again flag.
This guy was a psyop. | ||
He's a fake. | ||
He's an actor. | ||
We know who he is. | ||
unidentified
|
Watch. | |
What are you doing, bro?
What are you doing, bro?
Bro, what are you doing, bro?
You look stupid doing this shit, bro.
Stop doing this, bro. | ||
What are you doing? | ||
This is my religion, sir.
Bro, you're a Trump supporter, bro.
We don't do that. | ||
You're looking real crazy right now.
What do you mean we don't do that?
Who are you to say what Trump supporters do and not do?
Bro, I'm from Trump, bro.
I know, but... | ||
We are ranking in this shit, bro.
What are you doing? | ||
What do you mean? | ||
Am I going outside the bounds?
Bro, you're acting crazy, bro.
What are you screaming for?
Everybody calls us crazy, sir.
I think you're a Democrat, bro.
I think everybody calls us crazy.
I don't think you're for Trump, bro.
I don't think you're for Trump, bro.
You're not... | ||
This man is not for Trump, bro!
You're a scam! | ||
You're a scam! | ||
I've been rejected by every single community!
We don't act like that! | ||
Like, we don't do that. | ||
I've been rejected by every single community of people that I've been a part of.
And even in the Trump supporter community.
Yes, I was picked on and made fun of so much growing up.
And then I finally feel like I find a community.
So that man was an actor.
So don't believe a word of what he said.
Guy's an actor? | ||
He was on America's Got Talent.
We went through his Instagram page.
We're not going to put it up here.
We don't need to give the guy extra clout.
We're not even going to say his handle.
That guy was at America's Got Talent.
He went there. | ||
All of the cameras were trained on him.
And they were just waiting for that guy.
I mean, you should have seen the mob of media that came rushing over because they thought they had another QAnon shaman on their hands.
And so, be careful. | ||
Psy Ops are everywhere.
Now, this is what it looks like in front of the court.
Where Donald Trump is expected in just one moment.
The officers are getting prepared.
The officers are getting prepared for Donald Trump's arrival.
Here, they've blocked off the entrances now.
Again, we will bring you that live when it happens.
But you should see just the absolute circus.
And also, more importantly, somebody who was just there speaking at this circus will be joining us in just a moment.
Gavin Wax, a great man, will be joining us in a moment.
Check out the officers preparing for Donald Trump's arrival here.
So, things are definitely getting heated.
This is an image of what it looks like there in front of the courthouse right now.
This is provided to us by a friend of the show, the president of the New York Young Republicans.
He is a patriot. | ||
His name is Gavin Wax. | ||
You can see him there in the image.
He's the man standing right next to Marjorie Taylor Greene, the blonde...
Hair, of course, right there in sort of the lower center of the image is Marjorie Taylor Greene.
And then Gavin is standing right next to her.
So he is front and center.
And then there's Jack Posobiec, of course.
So that's Gavin. | ||
If you want to talk about the center of the center of the universe right now, he was just there.
Gavin joins the program now.
you President of the New York Young Republicans, Gavin Wax!
Thank you for being on the program.
Maiden Voyage on The Benny Show, and we appreciate you.
Tell us, what was it like down there inside of this absolute circus?
Well, Benny, thank you for having me on, and thank you for all the kind words.
And it certainly was a chaotic New York scene down there.
Just to give your viewers some perspective, we were meeting at Collect Pond, which is directly across from the courthouse where President Trump will be arraigned, and that is an entire full city block.
So the image you just showed showed Trump supporters going all the way to the end and all the edges of a city block.
I want to say there was at least a thousand people there.
Obviously a mix of counter-protesters, our supporters, and press.
But I will say we outnumbered the counter-protesters by a decent margin.
We had several hundred Trump supporters who were continuing to trickle in, by the way.
This was during Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene's speech.
So it was a beautiful, perfect, huge rally and totally peaceful.
And we were very happy to do it and show our support for the president in the bluest of areas here in Manhattan.
That's right. | ||
This is shocking. | ||
Look at this. | ||
We have blacks for Trump.
You have cowboys. | ||
You have Harley-looking dudes.
Was there any rabble-rousers?
Were there any psyops? | ||
Were there any Antifa interlopers?
Do you think that this might happen?
Is this under threat? | ||
How did it feel down there?
What was the energy like?
Yeah, I mean, going into these things, it's always a little stressful.
You've got three front wars, conservatives.
You've got, you know, maybe some feds.
You've got Antifa. | ||
You've got, you know, people who are just trying to pretend they're Trump supporters.
So you never know what's happening.
But I give all the kudos to the NYPD, New York City's finest.
They did a fantastic job.
They worked with us. | ||
They kept it peace and safe.
There was a separation from the other side.
And what they did, I mean, they mostly just, you know, they whistled.
They banged some drums.
They yelled, lock him up.
I mean, it was very mild.
I mean, if anything, we should be asking why in a blue place like Manhattan, one of the bluest areas in the country, there was so few and so few on the left there.
I mean, we really showed them, you know, who I guess runs the town today.
Yeah, yeah. | ||
Okay, so tell me, you were with Marjorie every step of the way.
Talk me through that. | ||
We have played already the clips.
The last hour we played the clips of Marjorie's speech.
And it was a banger. | ||
What happened during her speech?
Was she shouted down? | ||
We saw whistles being handed out for people to annoy her.
What were the major takeaways from Marjorie's address to the audience?
I mean, it was a rabble-rousing speech, to use Mayor Adams' own words.
He called her a rabble-rouser before her arrival.
But she gave a great speech.
We wanted to have a speaker system, but we were denied because we didn't have a permit, I guess, last minute.
So we went old school. | ||
We went grassroots there with the megaphone.
You see it. | ||
She gave a great speech.
She rallied the crowd. | ||
We did a USA chant. | ||
She called out Mayor Adams by name and his rhetoric.
She called out the district attorney, Alvin Bragg.
she called out the politicized prosecution and persecution of the president.
It was a fantastic time.
The only people, Benny, that I would argue were being even close to violent were actually the press.
I mean, they were mobbing her.
It was an insane scene as she was coming into the park.
She was even being flanked by local leftist notables, Jumaane Williams and, you know, Jamal Bowman.
They were, I guess they were, you know, giving her grief as she was walking into the park.
But Marjorie spoke, gave a fantastic speech and all her support, Any takeaways from her major...
Themes and messages? | ||
I think at the end of the day, she called it what it is.
She called it as most of the American people see it.
She said that this is a complete miscarriage of justice.
It's an abuse of the judicial system.
It's a weaponization of the legal system against the president, leader of the opposition, the presumptive nominee.
And then she called out the fact that this city is going through a crime wave as we speak right now.
I mean, crime statistically is up across the board in every category, violent crime especially.
You know, there are... | ||
There have been fights, and based on what you just said a moment ago, you said if anyone is rabble-rousing, it's the media who were acting like animals trying to either get to Marjorie Taylor Greene or actually...
in physically violent ways.
This footage is just breaking.
I want you to see it and then tell me, like, maybe break down this footage.
You're watching a cameraman for a corporate press outlet like assault a protester here in this footage, possibly the worst we've seen today via the media.
I'll play it for you right now.
unidentified
|
Hey, Jason! | |
Don't ever fuck with me!
What's wrong with you, bro?
You're pushing me like an idiot.
I will kill you, motherfucker.
Get up! | ||
Uh-uh. | ||
Get down. | ||
Why are you pushing me like that?
Get the fuck out of here.
No. | ||
Don't want your time, lady.
Uh, yikes. | ||
So, I mean, I'm sure you don't know any of those people, but you did...
Just say, the only reason I played that clip is you said the media were the ones that were, like, borderline behaving violently.
That man clearly is carrying around $150,000 worth of, like, very sophisticated sound equipment from a corporate media outlet.
Am I wrong, Rolls-Royce?
I mean, he's got good gear there, right?
So, I mean, what's your takeaway?
Did you feel this energy?
So, it's funny, this happened as we were just setting up, like, I think around 9 o 'clock, and the place hadn't even really been fully...
I mean, again, I called it out before the congresswoman came out.
I kept saying, you know, two feet back, step back, you know, make some room.
The media were acting like complete and total animals, and the video you just played showcases that perfectly.
I recognize a few of the faces in the vicinity, but it's unfortunate.
It's unfortunate we have such an aggressive media.
I was there, you know, doing the press circuit, you know, after the speeches were done, and you could just feel the animosity coming out of them.
You could just feel the vitriol.
I mean, I think they hated the fact that it wasn't violent.
I mean, they were really trying to project their worst wishes onto this rally, and they couldn't help themselves when it was exactly what it was, a peaceful and a large rally.
Now they're already trying to, you know, they want to talk about crowd size, so I'm glad we have that bird eyes picture, because you can see there's flags, big Trump 2024 flags all the way in the way back.
So I would love for them to claim, and this is like just one frame, but let's see what they do in terms of the narrative going forward.
So talk to me about the narrative going forward from the young Republicans in Manhattan.
You are clearly standing at the gap in the storm inside of this city, and a storm that it is.
You are a very brave man just by running this club, and you are the president of that club, correct?
Correct, yes. | ||
Thank you. | ||
So talk to me about what your messaging has been through all of this, and have you seen your numbers swell?
Have you seen support for your work?
Have you seen a backfire to all of this?
It seems like many people are quite embarrassed in New York.
It's a great question, Benny.
I mean, I'll answer it in two parts.
I'll say since we took over the club in 2019, this is a historic club.
It goes back to founding the Republican Party, Abraham Lincoln.
It's the oldest and largest in the country.
It was on its deathbed. | ||
There was like 50 members.
There was no money. | ||
There was nothing to be had.
It was a decrepit institution that only had a legacy.
And I was told repeatedly, don't embrace Trump.
Don't embrace MAGA. | ||
You're in New York City, yada, yada, yada.
We came out from 2019 on.
You know, all aboard the MAGA train, and we have seen nothing but success from it.
We're now over 1,200 deuce-paying members.
I'm speaking to you right now from our clubhouse here in Manhattan.
You know, first time we've had a clubhouse in 60 years, a piece of New York City real estate.
We have a quarter-million-dollar gala this year.
We're going to be at Cipriani Wall Street.
We invited the president's son, 600-person Black Tie Affairs.
Our membership, our money, our publicity have never been better.
So quantitatively, I mean, it's done wonders.
And if we look just this past week with the rallies and everything, we've had donations.
We've had press. | ||
We've had new members. | ||
So as far as I'm concerned, there's a large number of people, even in New York City, that are looking for an outlet, and we're providing it.
And, you know, I encourage other patriots across the country to follow the model.
You know, we could do it here, you know, deep behind enemy lines.
We could do it anywhere.
Good man. | ||
How inspirational. | ||
So you're inside of your clubhouse right now.
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
I've got the exposed brick, you know, with the hardwood floors.
Very speakeasy vibe here.
I think that's Teddy right behind me.
That's dope. | ||
The OG. | ||
Parting shot here, what is your message to Republicans who obviously don't live in New York, tens of thousands of which are watching live right now?
What is your message to them?
What does the energy feel like?
Are you going to now get renewed vigor to fight for your nation?
And what can people do to help you?
Well, thank you. | ||
My message to fellow Republicans is that you have to let your voices be heard.
We can't just go quietly into the night.
We can't just stay at home.
This is part of a demoralization campaign.
They want us to feel hopeless.
They want us to be afraid.
They don't want us to show our support.
So we need to get out there and peacefully exercise our First Amendment rights whenever possible.
We can't let them control the narrative.
And this is what the club is going to continue to do in the form of peaceful protests.
We're looking into possibly filing an amicus brief.
In this case here in Manhattan, we have jurisdiction being based in New York, so we're going to have a brief for this case supporting the president against whatever ends up coming out of this.
We're going to look at all methods to continue to keep attention focused on this injustice that's happening in our country.
And if you wish to support the club, the New York Young Republican Club, oldest and largest in the country, you could donate at nyyrc.com.
If you're in the metro area of New York City, you can join.
Members, we're always welcome.
We have a lot of great events, great socials, and we're trying to keep...
The Fight Alive here in America's biggest city.
So I deeply, deeply admire you.
It is easy to be a Republican in a state like Florida.
It is easy to walk the streets and to really live without care.
I have felt what you feel.
I lived in Washington, D.C. for 15 years.
It was a dangerous time near the end of it.
It really inspired. | ||
I was like, I'm never going to live.
I will never live. | ||
I don't even like visiting blue cities.
I don't even like visiting.
And so I deeply appreciate your work.
And it takes such great testicular fortitude to do what you do.
And especially today on all days.
So thank you. | ||
Thank you so much and Godspeed.
Thank you, sir. | ||
God bless. | ||
unidentified
|
God bless. | |
Ladies and gentlemen, we await Donald Trump's departure from the Trump Tower in New York.
We will be bringing you those shots live, and it seems as though those cars have now lined up.
And so here we go. | ||
Donald Trump's SUV is now in front of that building.
As we are watching, there will be a sign that greets Donald Trump, apparently, now that is being hung up, a massive billboard-sized sign.
This new footage just in from in front of the courthouse.
Check this out. | ||
unidentified
|
Congratulations. | |
What day to meet you? | ||
Hey, there we go. | ||
Hey! | ||
Sorry. | ||
Sorry. | ||
All right. | ||
All that moving. | ||
You're on the wrong side.
I have COVID. | ||
I don't care. | ||
I really do have COVID. | ||
Good for you. | ||
You're on the wrong side.
I'm going to get out of here.
Yo, back of bed. | ||
Turn this flag, bitch. | ||
Turn it up. | ||
Turn this foot up. | ||
Turn this shit up. | ||
Get off of it. | ||
Bitch, you keep the wrong side, bitch.
I'm not doing it, bitch.
I'm from New York. | ||
What's going on? | ||
What's going on? | ||
Get the fuck out of here, girl.
Violent communist agitators.
Exactly. | ||
Violent indivisible U.S. soldiers.
Look at all those people.
That's all. | ||
Yeah, you have to. | ||
Violent communist agitators!
So, what are they saying?
You're on the wrong side.
Well, it could be metaphorical.
They had a big sign that says, Trump lies.
Got it. | ||
Yeah. | ||
Definitely. | ||
From the party that blew up the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
Got it. | ||
From the party that can't define what a woman is.
From the party that says the border is secure and that your banks are safe.
Yeah. | ||
Donald Trump lies. | ||
unidentified
|
Got it. | |
Okay. | ||
What they mean... | ||
In physical reality is that they have actually created sides now.
There are literal physical barriers that are now up inside of the park between the two sides now screaming at each other.
So you just heard Gavin Wax saying that the MAGA members outnumber Libs like 10 to 1. That's pretty embarrassing.
They have now split up those sides with Gates.
And garrisons. | ||
So, yikes. | ||
Here's what that looks like.
unidentified
|
Y'all sent our money to Ukraine.
Y'all sent our money to Ukraine.
Y'all sent your lives to the children.
We'll see you next time.
So you can see the guy there on the right, clearly a huge fan of Joe Biden's fentanyl policies.
Very excited about the open border.
Been a huge boon for him and the dentist that he certainly does not employ.
More footage of the split up now.
So police have now divided the protesters into camps, essentially.
Inside of the protest, and you are seeing all manner of interesting characters coming out here.
So you have the lock-him-up side, and you have the peaceful, patriotic MAGA side.
You can see a different angle of that here.
unidentified
|
Typically used to doing.
This was kind of out in the playbook for this type of demonstration.
Now, what... | ||
What we have. | ||
Let's see if we can turn down here.
I'm going to show you a great example of someone that is here to do nothing but instigate.
This lady right here. | ||
So that lady, I'm not sure we can actually show you the video of that because she's topless.
And she's crazy. | ||
There's video of it. | ||
ALX inside the chat. | ||
But we don't want to get the stream taken down.
By showing nudity. | ||
But maybe you guys, maybe you can review this.
But there's clear instigators, right?
These are mentally ill individuals.
Another mentally ill individual is deeply low testosterone, Jamal Bowman, who is a member of Congress.
He is the person who, probably on hormone blockers, was yelling and screaming and griping at Thomas Massey.
... | ||
Congress yelling and harping and mewling at the cameras.
Here's what he has to say.
unidentified
|
Do your freaking job, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
You don't need to be in New York City talking that nonsense.
Go back to your district.
What are you doing here?
You're here for politics.
You're here because you want to be VP.
You're here for your own fundraising.
You're here for your own nonsense.
So you're here for your own nonsense, says Jamal Bowman, talking to Marjorie Taylor Greene, who's there in front of the building.
And yeah. | ||
Who is definitely not doing anything other than saying that Donald Trump is innocent and this is a political persecution that would probably be more appropriate under a Soviet dictatorship and is destroying the country.
I'm looking at a live shot right now in front of Trump Tower.
You can see all the cars lined up waiting for Donald Trump to pop in.
Will Donald Trump pop out of those cars and speak to the press?
According to Fox News, he just might.
We shall see. | ||
But we know one thing. | ||
We certainly know one thing.
God is not happy with New York right now.
God is not happy with Manhattan right now.
There was an absolutely terrifying and magnificent, but chillingly magnificent, lightning strike.
On the very location that they will be bringing Trump in a moment, this was from the day before Donald Trump traveled to Manhattan.
I am a believer in the supernatural.
I am a believer in God. | ||
And I'm a believer in signs.
So I guess take this for what you will, but it's worth showing you this absolutely magnificent lightning ensemble that struck...
Literally the building that they're bringing Donald Trump.
What does this mean? | ||
Is God unhappy with New York?
Will God smote New York?
Well, we shall see. | ||
Here's what I had to say about it, and accompanied with the incredible footage from The Five yesterday.
Watch. | ||
Wow. | ||
Check that. | ||
Isn't that amazing? | ||
unidentified
|
Really? | |
That was Sunday night over Manhattan, and this is like the...
It looks like a big tree, doesn't it?
God is not happy with the Trump indictment, I'll tell you.
That's for sure. | ||
Is that what it is? | ||
Or he could be. | ||
It's not nice to fool Mother Nature.
Yeah. | ||
Wow, that's fantastic.
Okay. | ||
Okay. | ||
I think that was... | ||
I think that was... | ||
unidentified
|
Geraldo. | |
Saying, oh yeah, maybe he is unhappy.
Or happy. | ||
God doesn't lightning strike things that he's happy with.
You can go back to Zeus. | ||
The lightning strike doesn't mean good things.
The lightning strike generally means bad things.
Bad things like Sodom and Gomorrah-style stuff happening in Lower Manhattan.
Okay, so we have an edited version of the, like, semi-naked provocateur who is walking around in Manhattan with a wig on and glasses trying to instigate and incite Trump individuals.
Just letting you know, like, what the Patriots...
Like Gavin Wax, president of New York Republicans, like, what he had to deal with.
Yikes. | ||
This is what the left-wing protesters look like down at the, you know, down at ground zero for the Trump arraignment for today as it tore.
unidentified
|
I'm going to jump Republicans.
Kids. | ||
Okay. | ||
They're not sending their best, as a wise man once said.
Not sending their best.
So, that individual is down there, you know, I guess, live-action role-playing Elton John, according to Danny D 'Aurbina.
Very prescient there. | ||
You can see the live shot here, in front of Trump Tower.
All of the vehicles, in front of Trump Tower.
There they are, lined up.
And ready to go. | ||
So, Donald Trump arriving soon and will be loading into one of those cars, presumably the middle SUV, in just a moment.
But where do we sit now? | ||
You have inside of this nation a cancer.
It's called Bolshevism.
It's American Marxism.
The Marxist goal in life is to pit institutions against each other, to essentially infect and erode institutions like a cancer, like vermin.
Their job is to then eliminate the ties that bind us as society, that give us purpose as a society, the things that we can care about together, like a shared flag.
Or a shared ideal, a shared justice system, a shared, I don't know, media.
People telling us the truth.
And the truth itself then becomes something that is esoteric.
You can't really grab at it.
And then justice itself no longer becomes blind, but becomes a cyclops.
Where we have simply one side that is dead-set trained with a red laser eye on the persecution of the other side.
And that's, of course, what you're seeing now.
This is what happens under collapsing regimes, the opaque oligarchy that's in charge of this nation that seeks to lock up Donald Trump.
Who is a friend of the show?
Alina Haba was on Fox News just moments ago giving the most recent legal updates on Donald Trump's case.
Talking about the reasons that the case should be dismissed and that she does not believe that the judge will give Donald Trump a gag order and that Donald Trump is fantastically sad for our country.
A grim moment. | ||
We thought it would be important to listen to Donald Trump's top legal advisor in this moment for what's going to happen and what is about to happen inside of that criminal court, Alina Haba.
unidentified
|
I'm not a lawyer, but I'm going to ask a legal question.
It seems like there are three motions that the legal team will file.
Number one, dismiss the case outright.
Number two, change the judge.
Number three, dismiss Alvin Bragg.
Do any of those dismissal movements are likely to win?
I think there's a lot more than that.
I can't get into privileged conversations, obviously.
We do have a plan. | ||
But I would say that we have an A-team right now that knows what they're doing.
There will be several reasons that this should be dismissed.
Statute of limitations, venue change, etc., etc.
is to be expected. | ||
But whatever it is, I think that most of it has been pointed out just from any other legal scholar, Dershowitz or whoever you may see.
And we're all kind of seeing that this is...
unidentified
|
It's an outside chance that the judge says, right, you don't have a case, walk away, and everybody goes home.
That's not going to happen, is it?
Well, see, I think it should happen, but my faith in the judicial system is a bit jaded at this point after a couple years of representing Trump.
unidentified
|
Talk to me about the gag order.
I believe a gag order would be standard.
I mean, no defendant is surely allowed to walk out of the courtroom and badmouth the court or badmouth the DA.
Right. | ||
I don't think there will be a gag order.
unidentified
|
Really? | |
Why not? | ||
I don't, because I think we're dealing with a political figure who's a candidate.
I think they could deal with it in different ways.
They could make sure that evidence doesn't come out and things that are critical to the case at hand.
But to try and silence the leading GOP candidate, to try and silence somebody who needs to go into debates and respond to questions for the American people would be election interference, which, frankly, this is.
So I think we have, if that were to even come up, I think we have a very solid First Amendment.
Right argument, especially for my client.
unidentified
|
Without interfering with attorney-client privilege, how would you describe former President Trump's demeanor at the moment?
Is he combative? | ||
Yeah, that's not privileged.
He's fantastic, honestly.
unidentified
|
Is he combative? | |
No. | ||
No, he's not combative.
unidentified
|
But that's not like him.
He's usually very combative.
No, I think he's seeing this for what it is.
I think he's gotten tremendous support.
He has a good team around him.
And he has won several cases that are brought out by people saying garbage, frankly, for lack of a better word.
But you have to understand, this isn't really any different than the attorney general case.
This isn't any different than some of the other witch hunts that we have.
So it's another day for him.
And unfortunately, he's sad for the country.
That is the only... | ||
unidentified
|
I'm sad for America. | |
Yeah, I'm sad for America.
unidentified
|
A political prosecution of a former president makes us look like third world.
Exactly. | ||
We're embarrassing right now.
It's very embarrassing.
unidentified
|
Alina, thank you very much for being on the show this morning.
You're going to have a big day, we know that, but thanks for being here.
Why? | ||
Is something going on? | ||
No, we'll be okay. | ||
We're going to be just fine.
unidentified
|
Alina Hubbard, thank you very much.
Thank you. | ||
Thank you. | ||
unidentified
|
Thanks for having me. | |
Let's see. | ||
All right, ladies and gentlemen, the motorcade is rolling through Manhattan.
Motorcade rolling through Manhattan right now.
We'll bring you those clips.
We'll bring you those live shots.
Let's get a live feed up, boys, of this happening right now.
The massive turnout in front of the court today in favor of Donald Trump.
Thousands. | ||
Inarguably thousands of individuals who are in support of Donald Trump turning out.
We have that footage here.
You can see, essentially, the sort of expanse of people, 20, 30, 40 deep, all in front of the courthouse in Manhattan.
I've never seen anything like it.
Ladies and gentlemen, Royce, do we have the footage?
Yeah, it really is something.
I appreciate you all also sticking with us as we are on hour two.
We typically only have an hour-long show here, but we thought, historic moment, we're going to do the best that we can.
We have an obligation to you as an audience, and so we're going to do our best to serve you and to establish that trust that you can watch this without, of course, the pedantic embarrassment.
Like a CNN broadcast. | ||
So this is what Donald Trump will pull into when he arrives at the court.
This is what he will see.
unidentified
|
Cheers. | |
Oh, he just tons of hair.
Yeah, they heard my kids play parody...
And now they're like, "But that's fantastic" Now that was change it.
Hour, Hour and Hour, Hour and Hour....
dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb...
October, Mayhem! | ||
you All right, ladies and gentlemen, we have the live feed here.
Stick with us again. | ||
Of course, we are going to bring you a little bit of an inception here, sort of showing you, you know, if you're on YouTube here, we'll bring you this.
There's no sound on this, right?
There's no sound. | ||
This is just Raw Fox. | ||
This is from the Raw Fox station.
There's a station that just sort of like gives you raw news.
And so this is from them.
You can see Donald Trump's motorcade here rolling through Manhattan.
There are individuals who are standing in the middle of the road.
What the hell, you asshats?
People are standing there with flags along the road in Manhattan.
And you see here Trump leaving.
Trump leaves Trump Tower and heading to the courthouse.
As you can see there, they, I mean, what is that?
A dozen vehicles traveling through the city.
Donald Trump in the sort of signature armored vehicle there in the middle.
Donald Trump with full secret service protection.
Donald Trump is allegedly going to be put inside of like a waiting room.
There. | ||
As he's being processed, I guess, at the court, Trump will be inside of a waiting room because he can't be put into a cell.
He can't be handcuffed because of security reasons.
I can't believe I'm even saying these words.
I can't believe I'm even saying this stuff.
So... | ||
What do we got here? | ||
Alright, so let's cut this feed.
This is now back to a guy with a way less cool set than I have.
Not that that's the thing that we should be concerned about right now.
But boys, I'm sure you can find a better feed than that.
Let's get one. | ||
And let's keep rolling here.
I certainly want to establish that there are some...
Super degenerates in front of the courthouse.
There are some absolute psychotic individuals in front of the court right now.
So we sort of just pray for people to behave and to not incite anything.
Donald Trump arriving shortly, especially with no traffic, Donald Trump will be there very, very, very quickly.
I think we have another live feed up of what it looks like in front of the court right now.
It looks like here, this is for the arrival.
Trump arrives at Manhattan Courthouse.
So this is a live shot of Trump's arrival.
So this would be where Donald Trump is going to be, his car's going to be parked, he's going to be heading in.
You know, it's creepily like...
Quiet roads in Manhattan have been cleared.
Here's Trump. | ||
They're going down along the East River.
Traveling down. | ||
I mean, ladies and gentlemen, I...
What do you say? | ||
What do you say to a show like ours?
What do you say this moment?
Like, it's sort of sad. | ||
It's like broadcasting something that is the end of...
The Republic that you so very much love.
Something that is the end of something that you treasure.
What is this moment? | ||
I feel like I'm having an antibody reaction to what I'm watching.
The Republican Party frontrunner being dragged into criminal court, indicted the first time that's ever happened.
We've had plenty of criminal presidents, plenty of bad people be presidents.
None of them have ever been indicted.
Some of them have been impeached.
None of them ever criminally indicted.
Never. | ||
So here, thank you. | ||
Thank you, Royce. | ||
Again, we're on our two hours and 15 minutes of this broadcast, and there you can see it.
You're going to have Donald Trump.
Traveling inside of these motorcades.
I've traveled in a motorcade before.
Lived for quite a while inside of Washington, D.C. I've been in a few motorcades.
They're very fun. | ||
This one ain't fun for Trump.
But again, Donald Trump's up by 30, 40 points in the polls.
And now every poll consistently is showing him beating Joe Biden.
The American people have an antibody reaction to the open criminality and persecution of their government.
Especially on a guy like Donald Trump.
So the TDS, the Trump derangement syndrome vote.
There are like 40 million people that probably crawl across flaming broken glass in America to vote against Donald Trump.
They've had their minds broken.
They believe the corporate press.
Those people, this is what this is for.
Independents say, according to polling, that this is an absolute disgusting abuse of power.
Republicans, of course, 90% say the exact same.
You're losing the middle.
On this? | ||
The president of Mexico and the president of Hungary?
Both saying that these are third world tactics?
And that America as we know it has now collapsed in any type of moral superiority or pontificating that we would ever have around the world.
We gotta give money to Ukraine!
Because Vladimir Putin's a dictator.
He locks up political dissidents.
He locks up the people that may run against him.
Got it? | ||
Look at the images on your screen right now.
Watch in real time what's happening on your screen right now.
It's the same thing. | ||
It's the same thing. | ||
Persecuting. | ||
Individuals who stand against you in total totalitarian power using the legal system to do it.
It's not really a legal system.
It's not a justice system.
It's a system! | ||
unidentified
|
Ha! | |
Mark my word. | ||
It's a system! | ||
But there's no justice about it.
It's a system that is designed actually for injustice.
So the man who helped build this city...
Mr. New York. | ||
The shots that you're seeing right now.
Mr. New York. | ||
The man who assisted in building Manhattan.
Who saved Manhattan from an absolute scourge.
A ruin. | ||
Donald Trump bet on downtown Manhattan when the city had fallen in the 70s.
Building Trump Tower when no one was building skyscrapers anymore in New York.
The city was all but abandoned.
It looks like we've had an issue with the feed, not our feed.
That's an issue with the feed that we had.
Here it is back again, ladies and gentlemen.
Just a little glitching inside of the feed.
You're seeing here on your screen is Donald Trump traveling to the lower criminal court inside of Manhattan.
Donald Trump, of course, the frontrunner for the GOP nomination for president.
He may get a gag order. | ||
They may be able to silence the man who wishes to run against them.
They can't help themselves.
American Bolsheviks. | ||
It's sort of like a funeral procession for the America that I used to think existed.
And maybe it did exist at some point.
An America that was above this.
That actually stood for an ideal.
Like, I don't know, not persecuting or prosecuting your political rivals.
Silencing them. | ||
Not persecuting or prosecuting little grannies who may have waved American flags inside of or around The United States Capitol, a sightseeing tour.
But those days are over.
And this is where we live now.
We have an image here from Jason Miller, who's driving with Donald Trump.
Jason Miller posting three punching fists and a photo of the vehicle traveling through Manhattan.
He's inside the car with President Trump.
So, this is Jason Miller.
Do we still have the Fox News feed?
What does that look like?
Because, I mean, without traffic, this is not going to be a long trip in Manhattan.
So, here we go. | ||
Again, you're going to have, this is in front of the courthouse.
This is the entrance here.
Yesterday, Donald Trump popped out, waved.
Did a wave, did sort of a mean mug, certainly wasn't cheerful, and gave himself a, you know, did sort of a fist, right?
A defiant fist towards the sky.
We have that clip for you.
We'll show you what Trump did yesterday.
I think this is... | ||
A moment to note to you that your screen hasn't frozen.
This is just a very sort of glitchy feed.
I think it's the best that Fox has at the moment.
We're pulling a Fox News feed right now.
And we are awaiting Donald Trump's arrival.
And potentially the death of the Republic and so on.
Hurrah! | ||
Hurrah! | ||
This feed's glitched, Royce.
Gotta get it off. | ||
So, we'll show you what Donald Trump did when he arrived at the Trump Tower yesterday.
When Donald Trump came to the Trump Tower yesterday, he sort of put up a defiant fist and waved at individuals.
Again, we're not trying to fetishize this at all.
We've done an entire hour show about the Sovietization of America.
So apparently this is...
Ah, this is Donald Trump.
unidentified
|
Got it. | |
This is Donald Trump pumping his fist on the way to the arraignment.
My apologies. | ||
This is Donald Trump leaving Trump Tower, not arriving yesterday.
When he arrived yesterday, he was wearing the same red power tie and did a wave.
But I'm conflating that with just seconds ago when Donald Trump did a power fist up in the air.
This was today. | ||
Check it out. | ||
unidentified
|
This looks like a very weak case and a way to go after this former president that...
I don't know what that music was, ladies and gentlemen.
I apologize. | ||
ALX, Danny, it's kind of like ear-bleeding music.
Just mute the asset. | ||
We have some very enthusiastic individuals who like putting music to this kind of stuff.
And sometimes it's not my favorite song.
Not my favorite music. | ||
Okay, here we are, back in front of the...
Back in front of the courthouse here.
Donald Trump's arrival imminent, presumably.
And there you go. | ||
Goodness gracious. | ||
Never again is a sign of purple and pink-haired people out front.
unidentified
|
What a circus. | |
us. | ||
Goodness, goodness, goodness.
unidentified
|
So, we don't want... | |
I mean, who knows what's going to happen in one of these lunatics, what these lunatics are going to do.
I guess we're not going to pull away from this shot because this will be the shot if Donald Trump says something or walks up to the media.
I mean, why the hell not?
You don't know if they're going to put a gag or on you.
That'll only happen in front of a judge.
So maybe you might as well just walk over to the media right now.
So if he does that, well, hot damn!
We're going to be here for you.
We don't know. | ||
We're not sure. | ||
I've been in Manhattan quite a few times.
I've worked for New York-based companies.
And not a big island. | ||
And not big, certainly, if you have no traffic.
And so, you know, we're expecting Donald Trump's arrival here just seconds away.
But what can you do, man?
You know, you just sit here and make fun of the people with the purple hair, I guess.
Actually, it now looks like Donald Trump has arrived.
Perhaps that shot was errant, showing the front of the courthouse when it should have been showing the side.
Because now it seems to be what looks like the motorcade is there.
And Donald Trump entering.
That is Donald Trump's motorcade.
It has arrived. | ||
The side of the courthouse is what was used.
Did Donald Trump send a message?
Did he say anything? | ||
Did he do anything? | ||
Well, we have the shot here.
Trump arrives at courthouse.
This is the live shot. | ||
Right now. | ||
I think they may have broadcast sort of the front of the courthouse when they should have been on the side of the courthouse.
So here is the footage of Donald Trump actually arriving.
ALX, am I right? | ||
Is this what we're going to play?
unidentified
|
Royce? | |
Yeah, okay. | ||
Alright. | ||
So here's the footage of Donald Trump arriving literally seconds ago at the courthouse.
You can see it here. | ||
From there, he'll go up to the 15th floor, where he will await his arraignment, which should be in about 50 minutes from now.
Again, we won't get a live look inside the courtroom, even though these are state charges, which allow for cameras in the courtroom.
The judge has agreed to a request.
So, yeah. | ||
unidentified
|
Got it. | |
Collapsing regime. | ||
Collapsing empire. | ||
China's going around the world.
Making sure that the dollar becomes entirely worthless currency.
It's no longer the reserve currency.
They are building literal military islands.
And we are bringing charges against for miscalculating spreadsheet addendums or legal hush money.
Paid to porn stars? | ||
Silencing a presidential candidate?
This is what we're doing.
So China's building military islands and is going around the world de-dollarizing all of Africa and all of South America and aligning nations, including Mexico, against us.
That's cool. | ||
And this is what we're doing.
Here's a better shot of Donald Trump actually walking in to the courthouse.
Again, seconds ago, go.
Donald Trump has posted on Truth Social seconds ago, heading to Lower Manhattan Courthouse.
Seems so surreal. | ||
Wow. | ||
They are going to arrest me.
I cannot believe this is happening in America.
Make America great again.
MAGA. | ||
Donald Trump posting, I mean, would have to be from the vehicle that he was in.
Posting there from inside of the car on Truth Social, as he pulled up to the court, because this Truth Social posted seconds ago, Donald Trump again saying, they are going to arrest me.
Seems surreal. | ||
There's a live shot in front of the court.
Donald Trump has entered the court.
Donald Trump did not genuflect or speak to the media.
Donald Trump did not talk to the press.
There will be... | ||
Like a minute's worth of photographs to be taken inside of the courtroom.
They will capture the dissolution of the Constitution as we know it, and the destruction of the American political system and norms as we know it, the immolation of our republic as we know it, those photographers shall capture.
So, that That will be the only media you'll get from inside of the courthouse.
As for right now, we know that Donald Trump did not address the media and did not do any motions as he was heading into court.
But while he was leaving Trump Tower, Donald Trump put up the defiant fist, which I'll play that for you one more time.
unidentified
|
There you go. | |
So, again, Donald Trump posting on Truth Socialists tossed that up here, saying, they're going to arrest me.
So, this is the America that you live in now.
Do you wish to save this country?
Because this is go time.
This is go time. | ||
There's a Supreme Court election in Wisconsin.
That would be a great message to send if you were watching from Wisconsin.
It would be a great message to send showing up and voting.
Do you believe that we should lock up our political opposition here?
Because Donald Trump, well, I mean, if they can lock him up, what do you think they can do to you?
What do you think they can do to you?
If they can put Donald Trump in prison, what can they do?
unidentified
|
To you. | |
They are going to arrest me.
I can't believe this is happening in America.
unidentified
|
What are the charges? | |
A couple errors in a spreadsheet.
Bookkeeping misdemeanors that have been elevated to felonies inside of a city where you can get away with murder, push people in front of subway cars, and nothing will happen to you.
So there we go, ladies and gentlemen.
ALX grabbing that motivational Trump meme that was put out just the other day.
unidentified
|
Please, let's go for that.
It really is hard to put into words what you see happening here.
Individuals at the courthouse are screaming.
Deeply mentally ill individuals, which of course the entire Democratic Party is filled with now.
Mentally ill, psycho, sociopathic, deeply unhappy, deranged individuals wandering around.
Our friend Savannah Hernandez captured one of them, screaming at her.
Do we have this, Royce? | ||
Yeah. | ||
So, just to let you know...
Maybe why Donald Trump didn't go up to the media and address the media there in front of the courthouse.
Here's a good example. | ||
unidentified
|
All right, guys, this is Savannah Hernandez on the Trump-supporting side of the McCain-Criminal Court.
And we have this woman right here.
She is a Biden supporter.
Fuck white people! | ||
Who keeps coming and trying to incite others with Trump supporters here.
She keeps coming up to the table.
She keeps turning on her side.
Okay, so that's what was...
Sorry, guys. | ||
We normally don't like dropping F-bombs in the broadcast.
Again, live broadcast.
Live coverage here. | ||
We apologize for the F-bomb.
I think we're all adults here.
But also, sometimes the gravity of the situation requires a little bit of grit.
And honesty about what the other side is.
Deeply broken. | ||
Mentally ill. | ||
Mentally ill individuals who don't want the best for you.
Who would very gladly be the rosy-cheeked faces of the people who lock you up for wrongthink.
Inside of the little camps.
And you don't think it can happen here.
Well, take a very short trip back into about a hundred years ago.
One of the richest, very advanced countries.
The longest monarchy currently ruling.
The Romanovs, the Russian royal house, Russia, again, like the Tsar of Russia, Tsar Romanov, Tsar Nicholas, was the richest monarch when he ascended to the throne at a young age in all of the world.
And in his short reign, his entire country was taken from him.
He was executed. | ||
His family was executed inside of a gutter, a basement of a house of special purpose, and some backwater in Russia.
This was like in his young life.
He and his young daughters.
Anastasia, it's all fantasy.
There was no Anastasia.
They just slaughtered him and his family.
The Bolsheviks took over Russia, and they began the immediate persecution of everyone inside.
Of that country. | ||
But especially those who might stand politically against them.
That's why they killed the king and his entire family.
So, if you don't think it can happen here, you can just crack open a book and look at what's happened around the world.
China? | ||
Russia? | ||
Communist dictatorships?
Patton was right. | ||
We should have pushed through Europe.
And we should have gone to Moscow.
Honestly. | ||
At the end of World War II, that was the time.
That was the time to defeat communism.
And now American Bolshevism has reached its zenith here in America.
You can lock up your political enemies here in this country too.
Isn't that great? | ||
Donald Trump being arraigned sometime this hour.
Inside of the courthouse.
We won't have any live feeds of that.
There are no camera. | ||
There will be no moving motion camera footage of that inside of the courthouse.
Donald Trump will be delivering an address later this evening at Mar-a-Lago.
And Donald Trump's lawyer has assured us that he will be delivering that address, gag order or not.
And so Alina Haba says that that will go forward 8-15.
is the time that that is supposedly going forward.
And so we have it for you.
I'm going to play you two final clips from two different visions of America.
The first clip I'm going to play for you are the prison guards at the Soviet concentration camp.
The Levante Beras. | ||
Of our current era. | ||
The individuals who would gladly lock up multi-millions in this nation for wrong thing.
For misgendering. | ||
For going to church and reading the Bible.
These monsters from MSNBC.
The MSNBC coverage of this moment is dark.
Look at the grinning. | ||
The salivating, the cretinous mongreling over Donald Trump now under arrest.
You can hear the giddy, glee, cracking and cackling in their voice.
Your nation doesn't fall with a bang or with a boom, but with a maniacal cackle.
From a deeply unloved Chardonnay mom.
Divorcee from the Upper East Side with Xanax rattling around in her purse.
This is how a country ends.
Watch MSNBC's broadcast for this moment.
unidentified
|
And I think it's worth taking a pause for a moment and recognizing the moment that we're in that we've never been in before.
And that is that when he walked into that courthouse And he was escorted officially.
Donald Trump, former president of the United States, frontrunner for the Republican nomination for president of the United States, is now under arrest.
We've never seen it before.
It is a sobering moment.
And even though he's very consistent, sending out social media posts from the car saying again, Seems so surreal.
Wow. | ||
They are going to arrest me.
Can't believe this is happening in America.
You could shorten that and say that for Donald Trump, perhaps he can't believe this is happening.
He did not believe, certainly in this case, from the reporting from inside, that this was going to happen.
And it has now happened.
Donald J. Trump is under arrest.
Andrew Weissman, your thoughts.
And, of course, they go to Andrew Weissman, the rat on the Mueller investigation, who was the puppeteer behind the old, befuddled, buffoon Mueller, who couldn't even answer questions about his own report.
You remember that. | ||
The guy was just a Muppet.
Andrew Weissman, of course, the guy who ran all of that.
The rosy-cheeked, grinning, smug, sneering face of the Soviet Gulaug Politburo as it looks with uncaring eyes into the middle distance as you Your family
are carted off. | ||
It's happened before in civilized societies.
It's happened before. | ||
It wasn't too long ago. | ||
There are people alive today that remember the Red Purge.
This happened in the 40s and the 50s under Stalin.
Stalin's reign of terror lasted through 1953.
Tons of people around who remember it.
Joe Biden's one of them.
It starts. | ||
With the political dissidents, the sightseers on January 6th, with Donald Trump, who they've convinced everyone is a megalomaniacal orange man bad.
It starts with them, and then it ends with you.
It ends with all of us. | ||
What are you going to do?
Are you going to take a renewed fortitude?
And the saving of this country?
Will you have a new birth of freedom springing evermore in your heart and say, I will do anything it takes to prevent the Bolsheviks from taking control of my country and carting away my children?
If they can do it to Trump, they can and will do it to you.
It would be much easier, actually.
They've proven that time and time again.
What does Donald Trump stand for?
What does this moment mean?
Well, I believe that there's no more fitting way to cap off this three-hour broadcast and this moment than with a cinematic masterpiece produced by Trump's team, released as he's heading to New York for this arraignment and giving chills and a voice, of course.
To the 75 million plus 100 million Americans that have a twisting in their gut over this.
Because we are not sunken or lost souls.
We're still a moral country filled with moral people.
And this is what we believe.
unidentified
|
The only president of the United States to be impeached for a second time.
Former President Donald Trump has been indicted.
Remember this. | ||
Nothing worth doing ever, ever, ever came easy.
Following your convictions means you must be willing to face criticism from those who lack the same courage to do what is right.
Relish the opportunity to be an outsider.
Embrace that label. | ||
Being an outsider is fine.
Embrace the label. | ||
Because it's the outsiders who change the world and who make a real and lasting difference.
The more that a broken system tells you that you're wrong, the more certain you should be that you must keep pushing ahead.
This is a party that wants an outsider battle.
unidentified
|
I continue to believe Mr. Trump will not be president.
You must keep pushing forward.
Never, ever give up. | ||
There'll be times in your life you'll want to quit, you'll want to go home.
I can't do it. | ||
I can't do it. | ||
unidentified
|
Just never quit. | |
You will build a future where we have the courage to chase our dreams no matter what the cynics and the doubters have to say.
You will have the confidence to speak the hopes in your hearts and to express the love that stirs your souls.
And you will have the faith to replace a broken establishment with a government.
That serves and protects the people.
unidentified
|
If they're not coming after me, they're coming after you.
I'm just standing in their way.
And I always will stand in their way.
unidentified
|
Thank you. | |
Ladies and gentlemen, sometimes you have to stare deeply into the blackness to understand what evil is capable of, and I believe we've seen that today.
In this three-hour broadcast, we've brought you all of the scenes directly from the courthouse for Marjorie Taylor Greene to the deeply mentally ill protesters to violence perpetrated by the media.
There's no other word for it.
Multiple interviews with various individuals like Darren Beatty, who's an American philosopher, really, and really tried to set the stage for what this means for the country going forward.
What it means for us is that we must coalesce as a movement.
It does fall to us. | ||
Don't feel bad. | ||
There have been a lot of generations that needed to come together and save this place before from dark darkness.
Black evil, but it's always the same evil.
It's always the same evil at the center of mankind's heart.
Mankind wishing to control themselves and control those around them.
Ever since the biting of the apple in the Garden of Eden or the killing of Cain and Abel, you have the blackness of the human spirit.
It has always existed. | ||
Men that think that they are God building towers of Babel and trying.
And failing at being God.
We end with a Bible verse every single show.
Normally we have a one-hour show, we have a three-hour show today, but we still wish for our Bible verse to carry us out.
The only way to keep ourselves from becoming lost entirely is to focus on that which we know is truth, not the psyops, not the fakery, and certainly not the corporate media.
That is going to relish in this evil, because they are indeed truly evil.
The real blackness of the soul.
But to look upon the Lord, and that's what we shall do with Luke, verse 17, 6 here.
And the Lord said, If you had faith like a grain of a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, Be uprooted and plant in the sea, and it would obey you.
You could tell mountains to move, and they would.
You could do great things if you had faith.
Do you have faith? | ||
Yours is not the first generation in America, and it certainly will be the last generation in America, that must defeat evil, foreign or domestic.
There's a reason why they have that when the president gets sworn in.
Foreign or domestic evil.
We must fight it. | ||
And sometimes the evil is right here at home.
Often, actually. | ||
Are you ready for the fight?
Are you ready to save America?
I sure as hell am. | ||
Yippee-ki-yay! | ||
God bless you. | ||
Let's go save America. | ||
