| You know, Chairman Durbin was very, very aggressive in making sure that we didn't get too much time in this because he's wanting to protect this Democratic administration. | ||

| The House also has the power, both the threat and the actuality of impeachment charges. | ||
| They can choose to pursue those, particularly with those who don't participate, don't answer their questions or otherwise. | ||
| So that ultimately, all of our best tools right now as conservatives or just as people who are religious and are dedicated to the American way of life, our best leverage right now exists through the House of Representatives. | ||

| You know, people who follow me who don't like me could have done this at any point. | ||
| Why did they do it then? | ||
| I've wondered whether they were upset that I was about to give a speech railing on Japan for its mistreatment of U.S. Navy Lieutenant Ridge Alconus, who's languishing in a Japanese prison for having experienced a medical emergency resulting in a car accident. | ||

| Perhaps somebody else in collusion with the Department of Defense did that. | ||
