| Footage from Paul Pelosi's attack in San Francisco does not correspond with the official Department of Justice report on the incident. | ||
| Now, this will come as a shock because this was made into a federal incident, and so the DOJ sent their lawyers and their top investigators in. | ||
| You would assume that in their write-up for federal charges against Peter DePepe, the attacker of Paul Pelosi, the nudist, Berkeley, drug-abusing, illegal immigrant, that this man would have seen the full scrutiny of the Federal Department of Justice, | ||
| and that their report on this incident would be encompassing the body cam footage. | ||
| Wouldn't that make a lot of sense? | ||
| We would go review the body cam footage and then we would put that in our report. | ||
| It's a black and white, you know, it's on tape, right? | ||

| According to a source familiar with the investigation, who personally watched the police body camera footage from that night, officers knocked on the door of the Pelosi home, then backed away. | ||

| The 82-year-old did not immediately declare an emergency or tried to leave his home, but instead began walking several feet back into the foyer toward the assailant and away from police. | ||
