Anything that is done on the left that happens to be violent is just seen as pure mental illness.
And let's all forget, let's all forget about the fact that Brett Kavanaugh, there was a man wandering through with zip ties and assault weapon in Brett Kavanaugh's neighborhoods just a few seconds ago.
Yeah, we're not going to pay attention to that.
We're going to run wall to wall on this complete...
Lunatic who is now confirmed an illegal immigrant in this country.
Holy smokes. | ||
This is what we... | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, have got to say we have been warning about this for a while.
We have been saying on this show and on this program that open borders and lax immigration is going to literally be the death of this country and that innocent Americans, day and night, get horribly injured or worse all across this country.
We hope for all Americans to live happy, peaceful lives.
We don't want any Americans to get hurt.
But when Americans do get hurt and Paul Pelosi was hurt in this attack with a hammer by an underwear clad lunatic who was in this country illegally, who should never have been here, then it must be a moment's pause to stop and say, what the hell are we doing in our David DePaype.
Is a criminal migrant here illegally on an overstayed visa from Canada?
Let's begin to read here from the Washington Examiner.
Was David DePaype an illegal immigrant?
Is Pelosi's attacker an illegal immigrant?
There's a lot we don't know about the Pelosi attacker at 2 a.m. on Friday morning, but David DePaype reportedly grew up in Powell River, British Columbia.
He's a Canadian. | ||
According to CNN, left Canada about 20 years ago to pursue a relationship.
It brought him to California.
As long as he crossed the border at a port of entry and presented himself for inspection, there's nothing illegal about a Canadian living in the United States, except he can only be here to visit.
Canadians are not allowed to stay in the United States.
They can only stay for six months before they have to apply for an extension or citizenship.
Even then, the maximum extension is only another citizenship.
six months. | ||
Then you have to go back to Canada.
That's our laws. | ||
This means that after the first year he was in the United States, DePay would have become an illegal immigrant.
It's possible that he had an American parent, married a U.S. citizen at some point, or pursued naturalization through some other path.
But so far, no such thing has been reported.
What we do know is that DePay had two children with a nudist activist, Oxane Gypsy Taub, and a third child with a still unidentified second woman.
Taub did get married more than once, but not to DePay, who attended at least one of Taub's weddings.
and was the couple's best man.
Okay, totally seems like a very, very healthy relationship there.
It appears that DePaype was living with Taub and the mother of his two children.
At the time, he was apparently okay with her marrying another man.
He is mentally ill. | ||
He has been mentally ill for a long time, said Taub.
To ABC7 from California's Institution for Women, where she is serving time for an attempted abduction of a 14-year-old boy.
Again, this guy is a criminal psychotic.
When I met him, he was only 20 years old.
He didn't have any experience in politics.
He was very much in alignment with my views and of the left.
I've always been a progressive.
I absolutely admire Nancy Pelosi.
As an illegal immigrant, it would have been impossible for DePay to secure a legal job, which only leads to more questions.
For example, how was he able to afford to live in a Richmond, California home just north of Berkeley, an expensive neighborhood?
It's unfortunate that politicians are increasingly targeted in their homes, such as Rand Paul and Brett Kavanaugh.
But they were targeted by American citizens.
This is a criminal migrant who is here illegally due to lax immigration policy of Joe Biden.
An immigration policy that has let in terrorists into this country, that has let in all manner of gang-banging evil into this country, human smugglers, child smugglers, sex traffickers, and has led to the historic...
Most illegal immigrants ever to enter our country in a single year.
Millions and millions and millions because of Joe Biden.
So let this be a referendum on Joe Biden and his criminal migrant policy.
Fox News report. | ||
unidentified
|
Bill, good morning to you.
According to a CBP record I obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, there were at least 23 known or suspected terrorists caught here at our southern border in 2021.
Take a look at this graphic.
We'll dive right into the numbers for you.
This shows there were approximately 23 hits on the TSDB.
That is the terrorist screening database.
There were four in San Diego sector, four in El Centro, two in Yuma sector, two in Tucson sector, three in El Paso sector, four in Del Rio sector, and four in the Rio Grande Valley.
And again, this is the FBI's terrorist screening center who puts together this database.
And keep in mind, these are only the ones they know about, only the ones they caught.
And as you take a look at some file video right here, we'll explain why that's such a concern.
Keep in mind, just in the last six months alone here at the border, there have been more than 300,000 known gotaways.
Border patrol can't be everywhere.
At once, people are getting through in major, major numbers.
And that's one of the reasons why former ICE director Tom Homan says these terrorist numbers, these guys caught at the border last year, are a major concern.
And he says DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has to start considering the border crisis as a national security issue.
Ladies and gentlemen, you cannot separate these issues.
Now, we are not saying that David DePape...
who was found in his underwear with a hammer attacking Paul Pelosi early on Friday morning, crossed our southern border, which gets the majority of the attention.
But we can say that David DePape was not swept up and removed from this country and was allowed to stay here for 20 years, a complete and total failure of multiple administrations, including to and up to Joe Biden, probably the worst offender when it comes to immigration policy.
Probably the worst immigration president in our lifetimes here or henceforth.
Joe Biden is himself a criminal.
Joe Biden is the largest human smuggler in human history.
And Joe Biden's policies can be directly linked to this man, the violent attacker of Paul Pelosi, being in this country, period.
If they had the... | ||
Focus on removing criminal migrants and not letting criminal migrants reside in America.
Would David DePap, would he be here at all?
The answer is, of course, no.
They would have been removed.
They would have gone through the list and been like, who is this guy?
Who's this slob from Canada?
He's clearly a drug addict.
He's clearly the refuse of society.
He's going to be a problem here.
Probably going to do something bad to an American citizen.
Get him out of here. | ||
Back to Canada, scum. | ||
This is exactly what should happen to people like this, and it is because of these policies, it is because of the policies of the left, that David DePape was allowed to live here in this country, full stop, the end.
The Daily Caller reporting Paul Pelosi's attacker was in the U.S. illegally.
The suspect who attacked Paul Pelosi Friday with a hammer was in the U.S. illegally, according to Fox News.
42-year-old David DePape broke into Pelosi's home in San Francisco.
On Friday, it assaulted Pelosi with a hammer.
DePay was sentenced to charge with crimes including attempted homicide, assault with deadly weapon and elder abuse.
Fox national correspondent Bill Mnugin reported that he was illegally in the United States.
Per ICE source, David DePay was the suspect accused of beating Pelosi, is in the country illegally in a long-time visa overstay.
These people are known to the DHS.
These people are known to our federal government.
They are illegal, criminal migrants, and they are here criminally.
I'm not saying they are all bad people.
I am saying they have broken American law.
By the letter of the law, the Black and White Inc.
Who was this guy? | ||
Why should he have been removed?
Well, let's go over to Michael Schellenberger's substack.
Michael Schellenberger absolutely has the authoritative piece on who David DePaype is.
Drugs, paranoia, and pedophilia.
The story of David DePay.
Yesterday afternoon, I visited the Berkeley house where DePay had lived with his former lover, a nudist gypsy, in a charismatic Russian immigrant, 11-year David's senior.
DePay appears to have fallen under the spell of Taub around 2003 when DePay was a quiet, video game-obsessed 20-year-old who had arrived after a four-hour drive from British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
DePape's stepfather, Gene, told the AP yesterday that Taub was his stepson's girlfriend, not wife.
That David and Taub had two, not three children together.
And that David's third child was with another woman.
The article then carried the headline, Need is Great on Thanksgiving Day in the East Bay.
Describe Taub, Pape, and their three children eating Thanksgiving dinner with the homeless.
This man was a homeless drug abuser.
He was also considered far left by all of his neighbors, including, but not limited to, his own girlfriend slash live-in, live-in girlfriend, live-in lover.
They were drug abusers.
He abused their little children.
According to the children, according to Facebook posts from the children themselves, he abused the children sexually.
He was clearly an addict.
DePay's history of drug use, psychosis, and homelessness has been missed by the majority of our news reporting and our news systems.
And that is what we spoke about this morning.
We refuse to believe your narratives.
We will not believe blindly what you tell us.
Nick Sandman was not a racist.
Jesse Smollett was not attacked by a MAGA gang.
Donald Trump did not collude with Russia.
Hunter Biden's laptop was not Russian disinformation.
We do not believe your narratives any longer.
We will believe hard evidence.
unidentified
|
Yes. | |
Thank you. | ||
This guy was not a right-wing political activist.
According to his friends, he started abusing drugs, and then he went off his rocker.
He was a mentally ill, The end.
That is the story of this guy.
He was a notorious local nudist.
Lived inside of a home with a Black Lives Matter sign and an LGBT rainbow flag emblazoned with marijuana symbols hanging from a tree.
Essentially, a homeless encampment.
He lived in a broken-down camper in the driveway.
Let's continue. | ||
What has now happened, breaking literally moments ago, is that the Justice Department has filed federal criminal charges against David DePay, allowing the government to control and hide evidence and selectively leak.
This, according to the Gateway Pundit.
Paul Pelosi's attacker, David DePay, is set to face federal criminal charges.
Update. | ||
Department of Justice Monday announced two federal criminal charges against DePay.
DePay was charged with attempted kidnapping and relating to a federal official threatening to injure a family member.
According to CNBC, U.S. government will now control all of the evidence and might act to shape the national media system.
Well, we know that they do this.
They have done this with Donald Trump, the Mar-a-Lago raid, the Russiagate.
It goes on and on and on and on.
It literally never ends.
We have the criminal complaint here before us.
Let's pop that up on the screen.
Jerry. | ||
Criminal complaint here by the United States District Court, Northern California.
This is the criminal complaint against David DePay.
In it, it essentially reads what is going on with DePay and what happened, according to DePay himself.
So here we go. | ||
Facts supporting probable cause.
On October 28th, 2022, at 2 a.m.
San Francisco Dispatch received a 911 call from Paul Pelosi located at the Pelosi residence.
A male home intruder. | ||
And that the male was going to wait for Pelosi's wife.
Pelosi further conveyed that he did not know who the male was.
The male's name was David.
DePate pulled a hammer from Pelosi's hand and swung the hammer at him, striking Pelosi in the head when the officers arrived at the door.
They went inside immediately.
They were able to restrain DePay.
Now, what did DePay say that he wanted to do?
DePay said he was going to hold Nancy Pelosi hostage and talk to her.
If Nancy were able to tell DePay the truth, then he would let her go.
If she lied, then he was going to break her kneecaps.
This is according to the criminal complaint here from the federal government.
DePaype was certain that Nancy would not have told the truth and said that she was the leader of the pack of liars in our government.
DePaype said that he broke into the house through the glass door, which was a difficult task and required a hammer.
Paul Pelosi was in bed and was surprised by DePay.
DePay woke up Pelosi and then Pelosi said that he was looking for Nancy.
Pelosi responded that Nancy was not present and tried to appease DePay and what he wanted.
DePay had a large backpack with him.
Pulled out zip ties to try and restrain Pelosi.
Pelosi went into the bathroom where he grabbed his phone and dialed 911.
They struggled over the hammer.
DePay pulled the hammer away from Pelosi.
He swung the hammer towards Pelosi.
DePay explained that Pelosi's actions resulted in Pelosi taking the punishment instead.
This is according to DePay.
A Mirandized recorded interview of DePay from the San Francisco police.
So now, the guy's recorded statements are coming out.
So here's a couple of weird things.
Also, in this, Julie Kelly says there are conflicting statements in this about the hammer and who was holding it and who had the hammer.
Julie Kelly on Twitter saying this.
And also, there was apparently a guard here.
Where's the section here with the guard?
There was a guard that saw the man break in, break into the residence, saw him with his backpack, and they saw the dude break into the house and did nothing here in San Francisco.
Apparently a security, a witness, searched.
A witness searched... | ||
Yeah, there we go. | ||
Witness saw an individual, all black, carrying a large black bag on his back.
Walking near the Pelosi residence, witness was parked.
Witness was working as private security at an address nearby.
Witness then heard what sounded like banging on either door or a car, and he heard sirens within a minute or two.
Okay, so you have a... | ||
Security guard that saw DePay apparently break into the house?
There is officer video.
This according to the United States District Court.
There is chest camera video from the officers.
So hopefully that will be released.
Security footage released.
And clearly this man is a mentally ill lunatic.
According to... | ||
According to literally everyone that we know, and according to his own neighbors, who said, we don't understand, like, this guy's just a mentally ill freak.
This is one of David DePay's actual neighbors.
This is why we demand evidence before coming to conclusions.
This is what his neighbors have to say about DePay.
unidentified
|
You know, nudist drug abusers and that's who gravitates toward them.
I'm not sure how old they are.
And Trisha, again, what do you say their politics are?
I'm not sure. | ||
I would imagine that they're more left-leaning because of their support for the gay community and for...
I'm sorry for other people, but it is...
Now I'm not sure what way they land because...
Because they have the LGBT flag with the pot.
Do not believe the lies.
Do not believe the cancerous regime that is in total collapse, that is built on fraudulence, that wants you to believe that this guy is some type of big MAGA Trump acolyte.
This guy is a mentally ill loner, LGBT, Black Lives Matter activist, according to his neighbors.
Benny, where'd you get that?
I don't know. | ||
The on-camera news interview with his longtime neighbor?
The sub-stack of a guy named Michael Schellenberger who ran for governor in California who literally went to DePep's home?
I don't know. | ||
Doing something called journalism?
You jackals. | ||
Letting... | ||
Letting the facts lead me to my conclusion.
Letting the evidence lead me to my assumptions.
And not my assumptions.
Let me ignore all the evidence.
It is remarkable that these people who told you that Nick Sandman is a racist.
An evil, vicious, racist.
That Kyle Rittenhouse is guilty of the most heinous crimes imaginable.
That Jesse Smollett was attacked.
By MAGA bros at 2 a.m. during a polar vortex, holding a Subway sandwich.
Got a noose around his neck.
This is MAGA country. | ||
These same people that told you that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation, that Joe Biden has never spoken to his son about his business deals.
These people want you to believe blindly without evidence.
That David Ape is some type of hardened right-winger.
That he's been some huge Trump supporter.
No, I'm sorry. | ||
We went and looked ourselves.
We went and looked ourselves before they took down all of his WordPress blogs.
What was this man's supposed WordPress?
Certainly someone publishing under his name.
Absolute schizophrenia.
Entire post. | ||
They're not there anymore.
Entire post with just one word in them.
Crazy, broke brand stuff.
Mentally ill. | ||
Nudist. | ||
Drug abuser. | ||
Illegal. | ||
Immigrant. | ||
A legal immigrant. | ||
The 911 dispatch audio says that Paul Pelosi was himself trying to figure out who the hell this guy was.
That he called him a friend.
This is according to the 911 call.
Here we go. | ||
unidentified
|
Northern 4 Car, Pay Priority 910, 2640 Broadway, Cross of Scott and Normandy.
Pay for 14 hour copy. | ||
RP stated that there's a male in the home and that he's going to wait for his wife.
RP stated that he doesn't know who the male is, but he advised that his name is David and that he is a friend.
RP sounded somewhat confused.
Is a friend. | ||
RP sounded somewhat confused.
What do you want from me?
You want the evidence? | ||
You want the actual data?
There you go. | ||
You got it. | ||
I got you. | ||
Okay, there's the 911 calls.
Here is the criminal filing.
Let's pop that back up on screen.
The criminal filing, which is not a good thing, I don't think, that the feds are handling this, to be quite honest with you.
I'm sorry, but I don't trust them.
I literally do not trust these people.
They have lied too much.
Remember, the FBI sent like 400 people down to investigate Bubba Wallace, NASCAR racer, and the noose, the garage pole.
That was, by the way, on every single garage.
That's our federal government.
These people lied, as Durham proved.
He did not get prosecution, but he proved it.
These people lied and colluded and paid in order to get dirt on Trump.
They fabricated fraudulent evidence.
They maligned the right.
They fraudulently claim that white supremacy is the number one.
A threat in America? | ||
Whilst here, in this story, concurrently with the Carrie Lake story, which is fascinating, there was a break-in at Katie Hobbs' office.
She's running for governor of Arizona.
Guess who broke into her office?
A criminal, illegal migrant as well.
So you have, within the time span of one week, two criminal migrants breaking into Democrat offices.
Democrat homes, private areas, and then causing harm to those people.
One was more severe than the other, obviously.
And here we are. | ||
So, those are the facts.
Julie Kelly, one of our favorite reporters, saying that there are logical inconsistencies with the way that the FBI wrote this up.
And that even the FBI's report conflicts with itself about who was holding the hammer when and who opened the door.
The original reports, according to the police, Politico, and NBC, said that someone else opened the door.
And then they have now reversed that this morning.
So what are you supposed to believe?
Well, I guess you're supposed to believe the hard evidence.
So you must release the CCTV tape?
There are cameras all over the Pelosi residence.
Release the body cam footage.
Release the interviews with DePay.
Talk to his neighbors. | ||
Talk to his ex-lovers. | ||
Talk to his... | ||
Apparently this guy was a pedophile.
Apparently this guy was an abuser.
According to his children.
Now this is just based on a Facebook post from one of the alleged children that lived with him.
But apparently this guy was an absolute sexual deviant as well.
Among all these other horrible things, including but not limited to being a criminal migrant in this country illegally because of the policies of Joe Biden in part.
He's apparently been here for 20 some odd years.
So you can blame Joe Biden's policy and every other open borders, lax immigration, lax criminal migrant policies of all of the failed administrations that allowed this.
From George W. Bush through.
Not blaming Donald Trump.
Donald Trump. | ||
Donald Trump was excellent on immigration.
Ladies and gentlemen, why do we do this breaking report right now?
Because you deserve the true narrative, the real hard facts, and the information without political bias injected into it like a cancer.
Why are conspiracy theories or other theories able to matriculate and blossom about this report so quickly?
And we won't be, we will be talking to you about facts here.
But we will bring up uncomfortable facts and things that are not a part of the oppure narrative.
Why? | ||
Because it's important, damn it!
Because we consider ourselves journalists.
We consider ourselves journalists in the sense that we literally want to tell you the true story.
Why are the counter-narratives able to grow so quickly on this guy?
Because nobody believes the corporate press.
Because you bastards have lied to us for the last time.
So if you wish for us to believe something, we are common sense people and you can release the effing tapes.
We will see them with our own eyes and we will draw all the conclusions.
We will not believe you when you say that Donald Trump is a Russian pawn.
We will not believe you when you say that Hunter Biden's laptop is disinformation or that Jesse Smollett is a victim of a hate attack and an anti-gay attack or whatever.
We don't believe you and we never will again.
You have generationally broken the trust in the corporate press by abusing for your own vicious misdeeds and venal purposes for power.
Any semblance of goodwill and faith that we, the American people, had in you.
So you can F off if you wish for us to drool and to clap like seals and for us to mindly, blindly believe your stupid narratives.
Either put up on the table right now or hit the bricks.
Hard evidence. | ||
That's what we will believe from now on.
The end. | ||
Okay? | ||
So we will continue to report on this.
It is important that you know what actually happened.
It is important that you see and hear from someone that hopefully you trust, and we pray that you trust us, and we thank you for watching.
This is how you actually do journalism.
These are the facts and the evidence as we know it right now.
A left-wing lunatic attacked Paul Pelosi.
In his underwear, with a hammer, in Paul Pelosi's home.
The guy's now being charged.
The guy was a complete and total nutjob.
Should have never been in this country.
And it should absolutely lead to a national conversation on criminal, illegal migrants remaining in this country who are dangerous.
You really want to get to the root of the problem?
Let's go. | ||
I'll have that conversation any day.
And we will continue to have these conversations.
Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for watching.
We talked truth on this channel.
There's your breaking news report.
You'll hear it here. | ||
Probably no one else has the balls to tell you.
Here we go. | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, that is the story of David DePay, a story of a broken immigration system and a broken, loner, leftist freak who's just a drug-adled lunatic.
That's it. | ||
As always, we do not hope or wish for any American to have pain or suffering in their lives.
It doesn't matter who you are.
We want happiness and we want health for our fellow Americans on this show.
We wish Paul Pelosi a speedy recovery.
My name is Benny Johnson. |
