| And Hunter and his lawyer, George Maziers, replaced it with Owosco, which was Hunter Biden's law firm or business that he operated. | ||
| So he effectively swapped out an entity that he owned 20% of to a business that he owned 100% of, which is fraud. | ||
| So here is the legal definition of fraud, saying that they are switching up the company names and moving the equity pieces into American companies from Chinese holdings, not paying the taxes on those, committing egregious fraud. | ||
| Now, this is not including the tax fraud that Hunter Biden is currently being criminally investigated for by a grand jury and being indicted for by a grand jury. | ||

| Connec Corporation's Eugene U, 51, was held on the suspicion of theft of personal identifying information and computer hard drives. | ||
| Other digital evidence was seized by investigators in the county's district attorney offices, according to the statement. | ||
