Declaring war on the New World Order.
TruthRadioShow.com And Shalom and welcome to TruthRadioShow.com and welcome to our in-depth copy of the study of the Bible We are now on to 2 Thessalonians chapter 1.
This is one of my favorite books, 2 Thessalonians, because there's a lot of information about Jesus Christ.
A lot of information about the Antichrist as well, but most importantly, tons of information about the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
So, welcome to the broadcast here, and before we begin guys, like always, and if you're new to the series guys, right now, I would stop right here.
Go back and at least watch 1 Thessalonians before we go any further.
But we have the book of Matthew all the way up to here of each chapter and one video for each chapter.
So I would suggest to go back and listen and watch the first book of 1 Thessalonians.
So anyway...
We do a Bible study approach like always.
Pray for wisdom and understanding.
Very important to do so.
Those listening on ShakeAwakeRadio.com, the audio edition.
Thank you guys for tuning into Annie's Awesome Network.
Thank you, Annie.
God bless you.
10 years anniversary for the network.
Amazing stuff.
So, Bible study approach.
We have a graphic on the screen for those watching on YouTube.
We pray for wisdom and understanding.
So let's do that right now.
Number one thing to do.
So, join me in prayer please.
Jesus, Yeshua, Messiah, once again we come upon you and we ask you to forgive us all individually.
The sins, the trespasses, the transgressions, the abominations that anyone of us may have committed.
We ask you to wash those away.
Wash them all away with your precious blood, Lord.
And we are forever grateful, forever in your depth, for the stuff, the advocation you do for us, that you spill your blood for our sins, the remissions of our sins, that those who believe in you shall not perish, but have everlasting life, as you promised in your great word, the scriptures.
And Heavenly Father, we come before you, and thank you so much, we come before your throne, and in your mighty name, we ask you for divine wisdom and understanding today, and we call upon the Holy Spirit, the great Great spirit of wisdom and comfort.
And we ask him, Lord, to write your word upon our hearts today.
And we pray for everybody that's going through any spiritual, mental, physical, any kind of problems at all, that you may comfort them, Lord.
Comfort them and soothe their hearts and protect us all from the forces of evil.
Protect us broadcasts and all the information may all be true.
As you say, Lord, in your word from Paul, Uh, let every man be a liar and let you be true, Lord.
And say, today we're gonna not speak of our own bill of court, we're gonna speak on behalf of your court.
Because our hearts are of deceitful, Lord.
Our words are not always true, but your word is always true.
In your mighty name we pray, Heavenly Father, Amen.
So, we read the Scripture in context.
Very important, context is key.
You need to understand that.
That's extremely important, especially when you get to the books of Paul, because sometimes Paul can be a little rigorous to understand, as we go through the Scriptures here.
We say this all the time, all these false ministries out there, I'm sorry, all the false religions, They constantly bash on Paul, they hate Paul, and they widely take Paul out of context.
So that's why, especially with Paul's books, you need to understand and read it in context.
And let the Scripture interpret Scripture.
Very easy to do.
So you don't need to be a Bible scholar, you don't need to go to seminary school, just read it for yourself with the Holy Spirit.
And like I say all the time, don't take my word, anybody else's word for it, read it for yourself.
And we're gonna do that right now.
So if you've got a Bible, listen on ShakeWakeRadio.com.
Please open that Bible up, because we want you to read it for yourself.
So, open up 2 Thessalonians chapter 1, and if you're watching on YouTube edition, we got it right up on screen, the King James Bible.
But if you want to use your Bible, go for it.
So, and we also encourage you not to use apostate versions, like the New Translations.
Those are apostate Bibles.
Don't use them, please.
But, here we go.
So, Paul and Silvanus and Timothus, unto the church of the Thessalonians and God, our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
This is Paul's second letter to the church of Thessalonians.
Grace unto you and peace from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.
So, if you guys are, again, just new to this broadcast, again, I suggest go watch Fresh Dust, you know, yeah, four or five chapters, I think, I forgot what it was, of Fresh Dust Lions.
So, as you understand already, we don't just read through the Bible.
There's many people who could do it a million times better than me.
We just, we read through the Bible, yes, but we get the context.
We draw it all out.
And you're gonna see here.
So, we are bound to thank God always for you.
Brethren, as we meet, That is me.
Because that your faith grows exceedingly.
And your charity of every one of you all toward one another abound.
So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith and all your persecutions and tribulations that you endure.
So you can clearly see, yeah, back then the saints, which I believe is not who the Catholic Church deemed the saints.
The saints, anybody believe in Jesus Christ?
That's us, the church, the saints.
So, massive persecutions even back then.
Even more today.
Tribulations, we go through tons of tribulations.
And we're going to go through the Great Tribulation.
Other than like when your dispensational churches say, we're going to be raptured out of here before the Antichrist comes.
No.
You're going to see that in the next chapter.
That's not true.
But anyway, yeah.
And Matthew 24 talks about us going through the Great Tribulation.
Those who endure to the end shall be saved, Jesus says.
He returns for us and collects the saints immediately after the Tribulation.
And yes, in Doria, Matthew 24, again, those who endure to the end shall be saved.
And it's crazy, right?
Because Matthew 24 talks about persecution, talks about tribulation, and enduring.
And those of you who bashed Paul, guess what?
Paul is doing nothing wrong.
He's exactly reciting what Jesus taught him.
Word for word, verbatim.
Talking about persecutions, talking about tribulations and enduring.
That's what we did all through the ages as followers of Christ, and we still do it to this day even more.
So, which is manifest token, verse 5 here, which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God for which you also suffer.
What does that mean, which we all suffer?
What do you mean we're suffering?
Because right now, back then, at this point in time, in this point of history, they were suffering.
But they're deemed worthy and righteous from the judgment of God.
Deemed worthy to be in the kingdom of God.
So, if you're not going through some of this stuff at all, in whatever case, you're not doing your job right.
Becoming a follower of Jesus Christ, or what we call a Christian, right?
Doesn't guarantee a life of luxury and all that.
No.
Your target becomes bigger.
That spiritual target on your back becomes massive.
And they're going to attack you even more.
So seeing it as a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you.
Recompense, right?
So, let's get the meaning of that.
Because sometimes, like we do this all the time, Bible definition.
This is what a Bible study uses.
You look up the verses, the words, everything else to understand.
Recompense has multiple meanings and used in a variety of contexts.
So, let me see.
To repay, reward, restore.
Or you see what's in this content.
So book of 2 Thessalonians.
So, you always want to get the biblical meaning.
To give back or pay in return.
He'll pay your troubles back for you.
Alright, so here we go.
So, seeing, verse 6, seeing that the righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you.
To pay back, right?
In here, right?
God is just.
He will pay back trouble for those who trouble you.
So, don't take matters into your own hands.
So, the people give you tribulation.
And remember, the people out there doing this, guys, it's not their fault.
I mean, it's their fault for not coming to the Lord, but it's the enemy that's controlling them.
The enemy that's brainwashing them.
So you gotta pray against those principalities.
You gotta pray against those demonic forces that are driving these people.
But God will pay in recompense back to these people.
And the forces that are doing this to you.
Understand that.
So all the suffering you go through, all that tribulation... Right?
God will pay them back.
And when you endure through this, right?
God will reward you.
And then he'll pay that back.
And to you who are troubled, rest with us.
When the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels.
And this is where it starts getting to the return of Jesus.
This is awesome stuff.
Very much context in this, yeah.
So, what's that mean?
The Lord shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels.
It's trying to talk about the second coming.
Which hasn't happened yet.
It will, and I really believe it soon.
But, "...in the flame of fire, taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ." This is the word right here in the Bible.
The gospel of Jesus Christ.
The word of God made flesh right there.
So I was talking about some heavy duty spiritual warfare that's coming on this world to the people who give you troubles and tribulations and persecute you and all that stuff.
Yeah, if they don't repent, They're in trouble.
But their forces, the spiritual forces behind them, they're the ones that are going to suffer even more.
So, who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power?
When he shall come to be glorified in his saints.
And who's the saints?
Once again I have to emphasize, The saints are you.
Anybody who believes in Jesus Christ has been baptized in the water and the Holy Spirit that gave their life to Jesus Christ.
That's you, right there.
Not some St.
Paul from, I mean, some St.
Gerard or something, the Catholic Church.
No.
The saints are people adorned with the blood of Jesus Christ.
That's us, the believers.
The church.
So when he shall come to be glorified in the saints, and to be admired in all them that believe, that's the coming of Jesus Christ.
Because our testimony among you was believed in that day.
So obviously this is Paul back in the first century talking to the Thessalonians.
Now he's writing these letters from prison because he can't be there.
He's writing these letters from prison almost way up to his death.
So the time he has left that God spared him, he's writing these letters to the Thessalonians.
So, the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God in the Lord Jesus Christ.
So there's only 12 verses in this chapter.
So it's obviously going to be a short video here, but we stick strictly by this, chapter by chapter.
This way you have time to digest us, much as I want to jump right now to chapter 2.
This way you have time to digest us.
That's an important thing, because to absorb the scriptures you need the Holy Spirit, number one.
And you need to really look into the stuff.
And if you've seen a word here that you don't know what it means, always remember, go look at the Bible definition.
Because words change over the centuries.
I can give a million examples, right?
But, words change over the centuries.
So you need to know what it meant at that time.
That's a very important significance.
Because if you don't, you get a modern day version of it, it's going to throw off the whole rush.
And I say this all the time, if you don't know what a word means, and you're in a Bible study, ask.
It doesn't matter how many people are going to think I'm dumb because I'm asking what a word means.
No, who cares?
Because if you don't know what a word means, it's going to throw off the whole rush.
You're not going to fully absorb it.
Understand it.
You know what I mean?
Like, don't be afraid to ask.
And the people teaching, don't ever do that.
You know what I mean?
If you're teaching, you know, doing a Bible study yet, somebody says, hey Dan, what's grace unto you mean?
Oh, we'll get to that later.
No, you get to it now.
Because, why you're on it.
Because at the whole time, you're going through the Scriptures, right?
Somebody, you know, in the back of that person's head, oh man, I wish I knew what grace means, grace unto you means.
And it's got to throw off the rest.
It's going to take the focus off because they don't know what that means and it's going to throw off all the things.
Because each one builds up to another one.
In other words, like, you can't build a second floor on a building unless you build the first floor.
And to do that you need to build the foundation, right?
That's what I'm trying to tell you here.
This is what you do in a Bible study.
Don't rush through it.
Take your time to understand this.
And obviously there's only 12 verses here.
But let's go over it one more time quick, yeah?
So again, Paul's second letter to the Thessalonians.
And he's sent Silvanus and Timothus onto the church of the Thessalonians.
And this is very important to understand.
And it's verse 6 again.
seeing that it is righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them in that trouble.
So let God pay these people back.
It's a righteous thing, right?
And to you, who are troubled, rest with us.
What does that mean, rest with us?
Rest in the hope and faith that you have, right?
Right now, this world's crazy.
I mean, there's been no other time like this in the entire history of this world.
Anybody can agree with that.
Nothing like this ever.
I mean, it's kind of like this before the flood, but nothing like this, you know, the magnitude of it.
Don't be troubled.
Then it goes back to Matthew 24 again.
Don't be despair.
But be with good cheer.
Because this means that these things need to happen in order for our Lord and Savior to come back.
So, rest.
Rest in today's world, right?
Rest.
In other words, don't go to sleep.
Rest and always be comforted.
That the Lord's got us, guys.
Don't be troubled by other stuff that's going on in the world.
And when Jesus comes, it's gonna be a flame of fire, He says, taking vengeance on them that don't know God, and that obey not the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
These are mockers, scoffers, the world elite, the new world order.
Satan's minions, his angels, the principalities, all these other things that are running this world right now.
They are gonna face the fire of vengeance from the Lord, and that is worse than anything you could ever imagine.
Imagine you say, oh, I would like to pay this person back and all the devious things you come up with, right?
So you could possibly pay this person back.
Magnify that times a trillion and that would even be nothing compared to what God's going to do to these people.
So that's why the Lord says, vengeance is in the minds of the Lord.
And He's got to punish these people with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power.
So understand that, guys.
So this is Paul encouraging The people at the Thessalonian Church.
Encouraging them, saying, stand strong!
Endure!
And this pertains to today, guys, even more.
We're all out there right now, waiting for the coming of our Lord and Savior.
And like he said, it's gonna be like a thief's night, you're not gonna know when it's gonna... And most of the world's gonna be like, yeah, he's not coming back.
And that's when he's gonna come back.
When people least expect it.
But you need to keep the faith that you know he's coming back, not think he's coming back.
You've got to know he's coming back.
It's a big difference.
Oh, I know about his coming.
You don't think, but you know.
It's a big difference.
Right?
So, and you see all the signs and the proxies that are being laid out exactly to the letter of this coming.
Because Paul's talking about it here too.
Because again, nobody knew the day or the hour.
For centuries they thought, well hopefully this is the century that Jesus comes back.
But going to the prophecies and all that stuff, their prophecies are all being laid out to the table.
So again, let the name of our Lord Jesus Christ be magnified in you.
That means be of good cheer, be great in the Lord.
Magnify in you means go out there, preach the word of God, let people know you are a follower of Jesus Christ.
And you and him, according to the grace of our God, in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen.
So, thank you for tuning in for this chapter.
Sorry it's a short video, but it's only 12 verses.
But, again, don't take my word and anybody else's word for it.
Read it for yourselves.
