Declaring war on the New World Order.
truth radio show dot com shalom and welcome to the dam bedani show truth radio show dot com and welcome to the book of closions chapter two in a comprehensive in-depth study of the bible So before we begin, like always, we have to keep making this redundant because sometimes I forget as well.
So that's why before every one of these videos, we do chapter by chapter and we do this Bible study approach.
And number one is to pray for wisdom and understanding.
So let's do that right now.
So Jesus is your Messiah.
We love you so much with all our heart and soul.
Thank you for everything you do for us and continue to do for us even though we don't deserve it.
And I ask you to forgive us all individually the sins that we've committed today, any trespasses, any transgressions or abominations that we may have committed.
We ask for your forgiveness and we ask you to anoint us with your precious blood.
And Heavenly Father, we come before you once again for your divine wisdom and understanding, your divine help here, to understand your Word, the Book of Colossians Chapter 2.
And we ask you for the divine Holy Spirit to come into our hearts and our souls and our minds to write your Word upon our hearts today and to give us that wisdom and understanding and let the Holy Spirit speak to us so we don't lean on our own interpretations.
So we love you so much with all our heart and soul.
And Heavenly Father, I ask you to help people today that are going through any kind of anguish or pain or misery or suffering, spiritually, emotionally, physically, whatever the case.
And I ask you to help them, Lord, and also comfort them and protect us all from the forces of evil.
In your mighty name we pray, amen.
So, number one thing to do is pray before you even touch the Bible.
Very important to do this stuff.
And number two is to read the script in context.
Context is key.
We can't say this stuff enough.
And perfect example is, like, you take one Bible verse, ten different people, you have ten different interpretations.
When you read the Bible in context, that one verse in context could be the chapter, could be the paragraph, it could be two chapters pertaining to that subject, you don't need to interpret it.
It's clear as day and the Holy Spirit interprets it for you.
A ten-year-old could understand that.
And also, let the Scripture interpret itself.
So if you don't understand, just keep reading, or the Holy Spirit will speak out to you.
That's the beauty part of this.
So, like we say all the time guys, don't take my word or anybody else's word for it.
Ready for yourself!
And speaking of that, to read for yourselves, if you've got a Bible, please open it up.
If you're on ShakeYourWakeRadio.com, thank you for tuning in to this audio edition.
I would encourage you, highly encourage you, to open up your Bible.
Uh, as we go, Collisions Chapter 2.
And also people on our YouTube channel, we've got it up on screen.
We use the King James Version, but if you want to open up your own Bible, it's highly encouraged to do so.
And in fact, I strongly recommend that because I don't want people to take my word for things.
I want them to see and read it for themselves.
So once again, uh, Paul, um, in jail, writing this letter to the Church of Collisions.
So this is chapter 2 here, and if you missed chapter 1, I would stop right there and go back and watch it before you go any further.
So, here we go.
So Paul says, For I would that you know what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Lysadonia, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh.
Because you see Paul, as we bring them to the chapters here in the books, Paul is mainly writing letters.
He sent in apostles and his bishops to deliver these letters and read it to the churches.
Because obviously Paul can't be everywhere and sometimes Paul was either locked up or whatever the case may be.
And so he sent his apostles to do this stuff.
So they haven't seen the face of Paul.
They heard about him, and you know, it's mainly about Jesus.
We're not glorifying Paul, because I know some people take it out of context.
You know, some people, for some reason, false religions hate Paul.
They hate Jesus and they hate Paul.
The Essenes, the Gnostics, the people who believe in the Kabbalah and the Talmud, they hate Paul with a passion.
Because Paul is one of the most effective apostles that Jesus appointed.
That's why they hate him.
So, Paul goes on to say that the hearts might be comforted being knit together in love.
Because Jesus said, well, love one another as you love yourself.
His first and great commandment.
So the hearts might be comforted being knit together in love and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding.
So, unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding.
So, what riches are you talking about?
He's not talking about money and stuff like that.
He's talking about knowledge.
A full assurance of understanding.
The knowledge of the Lord.
His Word.
And to acknowledgement of the mystery of God.
And of the Father and of Christ.
The Son, then.
So, in whom are hid in all treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
So, once again, this perfect example when we say let the Bible interpret itself.
So, if we read this verse 2 by itself, you can clearly see he's talking about riches, right?
So, people can interpret that, oh, it's money, it's gold, it's this, that, and the other thing, right?
But, if you read it in context, the next verse says, the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, like we said.
He's not talking about money.
You can clearly see it when you're reading context.
There you go.
Context is key.
And I've got to point that out every time.
Because it's, you know, we've got people out there that know the Bible, but they purposely, they're devils.
They purposely misuse verses.
Like you've got these dispensationalists out there.
You've got the prosperity gospel people.
That would put this verse out there to show you, oh, it's all about money and riches and all that stuff.
Yeah.
No, if you read the next verse, it's not talking about money.
It's the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
The mysteries of God.
This is amazing stuff.
Nothing to do with money.
And I say, this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.
So beguile means to fool you, to trick you.
And again, I gotta point this out every time.
If you don't know what a word means, guys, and you're in a Bible study group, stop the person first, before you go any further, ask them what that word means.
And if you're teaching the Bible, and I know a lot of people say, well, I don't want to answer questions until it's done.
Yeah, general questions, I understand.
But if somebody, if you're teaching the Word, right, somebody asks what a word means, stop right there.
Because then probably you're not the only one that doesn't know what it means.
A lot of people feel like they're foolish.
In other words, they don't want to feel dumb to ask what the word means.
And you're not dumb.
It's like you can't remember every word, what it means.
Especially the biblical meaning back then.
So don't be ashamed to ask.
And people who teach the Bible, stop what you're doing and let the person know what that word means.
Because if you don't know what a word means, it can change the outcome of the entire verse.
That's the purpose of a study.
Not just to read through the Bible.
That's not studying the Bible.
Pulling out the context, examples, and you know what I mean?
Know what words mean and what these things are.
That's what Bible study is.
It should not take you two minutes to read the Bible.
You should be on one chapter for a while.
That's how you study the Bible.
And if you're looking for somebody out there, if you're like tuning in just for somebody to read the Bible to you, you got the wrong place.
We sit here and examine every verse if we can.
We pull the meat and potatoes out of the verses.
There's so much context.
Especially when you learn the spiritual applications of the Bible, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Something that academia can't teach, as we talked about in the last video.
video.
Verse 5, For though I be absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in spirit.
So, again, Paul is not here at the Church of Collegians.
This is a letter passed to them from him.
Thank you.
He's not there, but yet He's with them in spirit.
So, steadfastness, I'm sorry.
And if you want to know what that means.
And when you do this, guys, like always, make sure you get the Bible definition.
Because words and phrases change over the years.
So, see what it means in the Bible.
But, like, steadfast, yeah?
Definition Bible, right?
Steadfast means to be fixed or firm in direction or purpose, or wayward, right?
So the Biblical meaning of steadfast is one who is reliable, faithful, and true to the end.
So see the little variants of the word?
So steadfast in the Bible is one who is reliable, faithful, and true to the end.
So that's why it's important to get the Biblical meaning of a word.
Not just from the regular dictionary.
So, somebody who is reliable, right here, enjoying and beholding the order in the steadfast of your faith in Christ, right?
So, the steadfast is your reliability, your faith, and true to the end.
As the Lord says, right, Matthew 24, those who endure to the end shall be saved, right?
So, as you therefore receive Jesus Christ the Lord, so walk ye in Him.
What does that mean, so walk in Him?
It means try your best to live a faithful life.
Try your best to emulate Messiah.
And no, none of us is going to be perfect.
We understand that.
The Lord understands that.
Because if we can be perfect, the Father would have never sent the Son to die for us.
So He knows we can't be perfect, and that's why He gave us grace.
And I have to emphasize grace is not a free pass of sin, but because of grace only, we are saved.
So, walk in Him.
Like, anoint Him.
Rooted and built up in Him.
Establish in the faith.
As we have been taught.
Abound in, therewith thanksgiving.
So, rooted and built up in Him.
In other words, study it up in the scriptures.
Try to do your best to help people and everything else.
Establish in the faith.
So, establish yourself in the faith.
Don't just talk the talk, walk the walk.
As you have been taught.
Abound in therein and thanksgiving.
So do the stuff in thanksgiving.
Like, do it because you want to do it.
Don't make it a burden upon you.
Do it with a joyful heart.
As we talked about in the last chapter.
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vainglory after the tradition of men, and after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
So this here, when we talk about context in the verse guys, this here is loading.
Loading with context right here.
So, this is amazing.
You know it's amazing because there's how many words here?
Right?
Like a dozen words or so?
There's so much context in that one verse.
So, beware lest any man spoil you to philosophy, right?
How many philosophers came out and were Bible bashers?
Giving you their alone, you know, dumb interpretations of life.
Like Buddha, Krishna and all that, they were philosophers at the time.
All misguided people.
Even some of the most famous philosophers out there.
In vain deceit.
Deceit is lies.
Vain, you should know what vain is.
It's like doing something bad, you know what I mean?
In the wrong way.
In deceit.
And after traditions of men.
Now, what is tradition of men?
If you really look at it, it's generally religion.
So if you check it out, right?
When Jesus walked the earth, the religions hated him with a passion.
The Church of Rome at the time was complete pagan.
And he was dealing with those people, but mainly the Jewish religion.
That were doing everything to condemn him.
Religion, and I don't care what religion you follow or think is of God.
Even all the 40,000 different denominations of Christianity.
Episcopal, Bapt, all that stuff.
Those are traditions of men, because that's how they stick you.
So, when I was a Catholic, this is what they told us, right?
And if anybody knows anything about Catholic Church, you know they rely on tradition, right?
Tradition, tradition, tradition.
That's all they rely on.
Oh, your father was a Catholic, so you gotta be Catholic, and you gotta make your son a Catholic.
And if you don't, he can go to hell.
That's what they tell you.
And if anybody says anything different, they're a liar.
I was a Catholic, I know what I'm talking about, right?
And so, they go off of tradition.
Especially in Italy, everything's about tradition, right?
Tradition of men.
As we read through the scriptures here, we learn what Jesus said about tradition.
Don't follow traditions of men, follow Him.
So traditions of men is generally religion.
Knock out your religion and follow Christ, the Bible.
Only.
His word is in the Bible, you don't need these religions out there.
Because what they'll do is they'll cherry pick the Bible, take verses way out of context to fit their agenda, then ram
There are doctrines of devils into your face Like the Catholics with the Catechism Mormons with the Book of Mormons Jehovah's Witnesses with the Watchtower We can watch forever with this stuff Muslims with the Quran You get the point Then they stick you with tradition Oh you have to stay here because your father was a you know Your mother was a Catholic Muslim whatever the case, right?
We don't follow the traditions of men As the Lord says, right?
It's written.
Follow Him, not tradition.
So, after the rudiments of the world and not after Christ.
So, I don't even know what rudiments is.
So, this is the point of a Bible study here.
We look it up.
So, what is that?
And again, Bible definition.
Rudiments.
It's a basic elementary principle or act of worship.
So, after the act of worship of the world.
And not after Christ.
So, don't follow the act of worship and what people do in the world.
That are not after Christ.
So, beware of least any man spoiled through philosophy and vain deceit.
This is a big one.
Like I said, these people, they're famed philosophers.
They got books.
They're world renowned, things like that.
Stay away from these people.
Because the scripture does say, those who profess to be wise are fools.
And you've got these people who have conferences.
I think it's Richard Dawkins, I believe.
He has thousands of people in the stadium.
To spew out demonic crap.
Saying he can debunk the Bible.
When he can't debunk anything.
Because most people don't know the Bible, that's why he gets away with it.
Then you got people like David Icke, who fills stadiums, sucks flowers on them.
Preaches nothing but garbage.
New Age garbage.
And these people got books out, they got video, all kinds of stuff.
Stay away from these people.
And they'll spoil you.
That means that they'll fill your itch in the ass with anything you want to hear.
And after the tradition of men, like I said, stay away from tradition of men.
Like one of the traditions, the apostles didn't wash their hands before eating.
The Jews were like, that's our tradition.
Jesus says, no, no.
Too bad.
We follow God, not tradition of men.
And he made a point, don't I?
He's not saying not to wash your hands before you eat.
He made a point.
They made a stand about something.
To prove a point that we follow God, not man.
And after the rudiments of the world, right?
Act of worship.
We don't worship the world.
You know, things of the world and everything else.
And not after Christ.
For in Him dwelleth all fullness of the Godhead bodily.
So the whole Godhead, right?
What's that?
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
So, dwell in Christ.
Dwell in all fullness of the Godhead, as they say, right?
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
That's what we do today, before we start the show.
We ask the Lord for forgiveness.
We went to the Father, ask Him to bring the Holy Spirit upon us.
And you are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power.
So, we went over principality and power, right?
Powers and basically a power angel is, it sounds funny because people think power ranges, but a power angel has power to withhold evil, restrain evil.
And the principality has those kind of powers too, but the principalities are very powerful angels.
And the principalities and powers share a lot of the common jobs they have.
And whom you also circumcise.
with the circumcision made without hands.
And putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by circumcision of Christ.
So what is Paul talking about here?
In whom we were also circumcised without the circumcision made with hands.
So this is more of a spiritual.
I believe that, and correct me if I'm wrong.
Like I tell everybody all the time.
If I'm wrong about something, you think I am, whatever.
Put it in the comment section.
I'm not going to take insult to it.
Trust me when I tell you.
People have said, hey Dan, you're wrong about this certain thing.
And I looked at it and I'm like, yep, you're right.
And I apologize.
So I believe he's talking more of a spiritual sense then.
But, however, let's let description trap description and see what we get, right?
So I'm learning as I go.
Yeah, I'm no expert in anything.
I learned from the Holy Spirit as you are as well.
So, in whom you are circumcised with circumcision made without hands, and putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by circumcision of Christ.
So that's where it says circumcision of Christ, right?
And we can actually look that up too.
And it's also referenced in MOOC.
So, um... Oh, cut in the way, yeah, that makes sense then, alright.
Kind of what I thought.
Cut in the way of your sinful nature.
So, this, yes, this is spiritual sense, yeah, right?
So, we understand people do get circumcised physically.
But this is more talk about without hands, he's saying.
So this is a spiritual meaning.
The cutting off of sinful nature.
The cutting away of your sinful nature.
So that makes a lot of sense there.
So the good thing about the internet, it's just available a lot of stuff.
Make sure you always get good references.
Like this is biblereference.com.
And yeah, and you always want to challenge that too.
Make sure it fits what the Bible is saying.
Buried with him in baptism, wherein also you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead.
As you know, when you get baptized, you become a new-born person, right?
You can become, in Jesus Christ, you're a new-born.
You're born again.
That's why it's called born again.
So, as Christ was risen, right?
With Him through the faith of the operation of God.
We are risen through the operation of God.
Who has raised Him from the dead.
So, more than likely, most of us are going to suffer the first death.
The Bible says we're all appointed to die once.
Unless we are the lucky few chosen in history to see the return of Jesus while we're alive, then yeah, that'd be awesome.
But more than likely, we're all appointed to death once, and we will be resurrected.
As Christ was resurrected.
And you, being dead in your sins, in some circumcision of your flesh, He quickened together with him, having forgiven you all your trespasses.
Now, trespassers, we could look at the Bible definition.
It's a false step or sin.
The violation of the law or civil moral code, right?
Thank you.
That's why there's sin, there's trespasses, there's abominations, there's transgressions.
Transgression is when you violate the law.
And abominations is very vile stuff.
So, you being dead in your sins and uncircumcised of your flesh.
He has quickened together with him, having forgiven you all your trespasses.
So he's saying God can forgive you for this stuff.
We're all born into this sin nature, right?
When we grow up into the age of self-accountability.
We're dead in our sins.
And in certain cases, being uncircumcised of your flesh.
But the Lord will forgive you for that.
And Paul has explained a lot of times about the circumcision.
You had an uncircumcision.
You had the Jews customers that get circumcised.
Nothing wrong with that.
But you don't need to be circumcised to be safe.
You know what I'm saying?
But spiritually you need to be circumcised as Paul said here.
Now, you know, circumcised made without hands.
That's cutting away from sin.
Cutting the sin away from you.
Now...
This is a big verse, yeah, right?
This is right up my alley, yeah, because so many people take this verse way out of context, and I'm emphasizing way out of context, right?
So once again, we come to the Ten Commandments, the laws and all that, right?
For some odd-on reason, people think the New Covenant abolishes everything from the Old.
The Bible says no such thing.
It abolishes the ordinances, right?
So the problem here is people don't know legal terminology.
So, when these dispensationalists come out to say, oh look!
The handwriting of the ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, they took it out of the way and nailed it to the cross.
Right?
So, blot it out, right?
So, they automatically assume the ordinances are laws and commandments.
No!
Ordinances are the penalties.
I'm going to give you a quick example here, right?
When the prostitute was about to be stoned.
You know, she committed adultery.
I don't know if she was actually a prostitute.
Well, she got caught committing adultery.
Well, at least she was accused of it, right?
Jesus told the people in the marketplace, the area there, anybody here that's free from sin, cast the first stone.
Everybody dropped their stones.
They walked away.
So, what did he tell her?
Did he say, oh, the Old Covenant is abolished, you can go have sex with anybody you want now?
You can commit adultery however you want now?
He said no such thing.
He said to go and sin no more.
What is sin?
1 John says sin is what?
Transgression of the law.
Violation of the law.
That's what that means.
So if the law is in commandment to abolish, why would Jesus waste his time to say that?
And the commandments here, the 7th commandment is that I shall not commit adultery, right?
The ordinance is set by the Jews under the 7th commandment.
Because here's the thing, and I'll explain this one more time.
When, just say the United States government made the law about the seatbelt law.
National law says you have to have a seatbelt on your car, right?
Each state sets its own ordinance.
In Rhode Island I think it's a $35 fine, in some other state it could be a $50 fine.
That's the ordinances for that law.
So the ordinance here of commitment adultery is to be stoned to death.
So Jesus stopped that stuff.
He didn't say the 7th commandment is no longer a law, or a commandment.
The ordinance is to be stoned to death.
So Paul says, blot out the handwriting of the ordinances that was against us.
Which was contrary to us and took it out of the way, nailing it to the cross.
So the dispensation was out there to say, this is proof right here that the Ten Commandments and the laws are abolished.
They're nailed to the cross.
No, it says no such thing.
Now, if you want to know the definitions, the legal terminology, a good reference would be the book of, I think, 2 Kings.
It talks about four different things.
There's laws, ordinances, commandments, and statutes.
So anybody who knows legal terminology, you'll know what I'm talking about.
But most people don't know legal terminology.
That's why the church is going to get over on this.
To say, look, they were taken out of the way and blotted out and nailed to the cross.
That is not talking about the Ten Commandments.
That is certainly not talking about the laws.
Because why would Jesus waste his time to say the lawless will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven?
Why would he mention all the commandments?
To say if you commit adultery and all this stuff, you're not going to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Unless you're repentant.
What are you repentant from then, if the laws were abolished?
Repentance is from what's in, right?
Sin is transgression of the law.
This is the common sense that people don't understand.
That's why we had to do many shows on this, on the Spiritual Warfare Friday, and we're going to do many more to come.
Because people want to live lawless, and they want to make excuses for it.
Because of fools like John Nelson Darby and Cyrus Scofield, those clowns that lived long ago, back in the 1800s, that taught this dispensationalist garbage that was pushed by the Jesuits.
And eventually dumbed down completely the modern day churches.
So, brought it out to him right in the audience that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way and nailed it to the cross.
Paul's not saying the Lord's or the Commandments are abolished.
The ordinances are.
Again, there's ordinances, there's statutes, there's commandments, and there's laws.
Four different things.
And having spoiled principalities and powers, we talk about the angels again, right?
These are certain angels, like we pointed out at the last one, this is spiritual warfare.
Certain angels will have certain assignments.
So having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly.
Triumphant over them in it.
Because having spoiled, these are fallen angels.
Because you have good and bad principalities and powers.
Fallen angels are some principalities, some powers and such.
So having spoiled, which means bad.
Rotten, right?
Spoiled, bad, fallen angels, yeah, right?
And he showed them open.
Showed them up, basically.
Tramping over them.
Showing his power over them.
And now, another misinterpreted verse, right?
So, another verse that these dispensationals use.
Way out of context.
Right, so what does that sound like to you?
And who is Paul talking to?
Paul is not talking to the sinners out there.
That I don't believe.
Paul's talking to his fellow believers.
This letter is to the Church of Colossians.
Not to the regular Gentiles out there.
So, in that case Paul's talking to, he's saying, because the world judges you for, you know, eating your meat, right?
Not, you know, refraining from eating pork and stuff like that, or strong drinks and all that.
He's not saying you can eat whatever you want now, you can get drunk and everything now.
He's not saying you could not keep the Holy Days or the Sabbath.
No!
And this is widely taken out of context all the time.
Clearly saying, okay, don't let the world judge you because, hey, we eat clean meat, we don't get drunk, we respect the Holy Days that God's appointed, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days, the weekly Sabbaths.
Then if you want more clarification, Hebrews chapter 4, which we're going to get into soon, verses 1-10, he says, plain and simple, Paul says, the Sabbath day is the day in his rest, and it's the seventh day.
Now, people say, well, it depends on the calendar, but don't give me that crap.
Every calendar in the world that's ever made, they all agree on one thing.
The seventh day is what we call Saturday, and it's called Sabbath, or Sabbath, or some similar name.
The seventh day, and he said, if there was another day, we would have told you so.
That's Hebrews chapter 4.
And then we'll get to that when we get to that.
So... Now, let no man judge you for what you eat, or drink, or expect the whole day, or in respect.
So, look, check this out, right?
That's right there, right?
Don't let anybody judge you for literally sustaining from eating that... And here's the thing, too, you gotta understand, too.
When the Bible talks about meat, right?
The Bible never says pork or unclean animals meat.
Understand that.
Or in drink, right?
Nowhere in Scripture does it say that you can go get drunk.
Yeah, it says to drink and be merry.
If you're at a wedding or whatever the case, have a couple drinks, no problem.
The Lord had a couple drinks.
But avoid drunkenness.
Or now, here, or in respect of a holy day.
Don't let somebody judge you because you're respecting the Holy Day.
So does that sound like to me or you?
Does that at all sound like that?
You don't have to honor the Holy Days anymore?
Or the New Moon?
Or of the Sabbath day?
So let nobody judge you that you respect the Holy Day or the Sabbath.
And again, I don't mean to stick on this verse this long, but guys, this here is very highly, okay, and also verse 14.
Verse 14 and verse 16 are two of the most used verses by these dispensationals about that.
Misused, I should say.
Misquoted.
Out of context.
I get that all the time when I put stuff above the Ten Commandments.
Again, don't let people judge you.
Again, meat is what?
You'll never find in the scriptures that pork and unclean animals are referred as meat.
Or in drink.
Or in, look, in respect of a holy day.
Or the Sabbath and the new moon.
In respect of it.
So, this does not sound like you could do what you want.
This doesn't sound like at all that you could eat whatever you want, drink whatever you want.
Or not keep the holidays, because it would have said that.
It's saying IN RESPECT OF HOLIDAY.
Holy Day, I'm sorry.
Which is not Easter, Christmas or anything like that.
It's the Feast, the Seven Feasts that God's appointing.
So, IN RESPECT OF.
Don't let people judge you for respecting the Holy Day.
On New Moon or Sabbath days.
See, when you read it and break this down, sounds nothing like what they try to tell you.
The same thing with verse 14.
Audiences, they're not commandments and laws.
They're the penalty of those.
See where this gets widely taken out of context, and I'm sure every one of you have heard these verses used to say the Ten Commandments and the laws are abolished.
When the Bible says no such thing.
And Paul, I love Paul, but people take him way out of context all the time.
Paul never said at all that any of the commandments or laws are abolished.
Not once.
And when he says that, because grace, yes, you're not saved by the law, you're not saved by the commandments.
We understand that.
But Paul says, and we read it here on these shows, he says, do we then abolish the law?
And he says, God forbid!
That means no!
Of course not!
This is the problem with people not reading the Scriptures right.
This is why he gets so passionate about it, because I'm nobody special, but I can clearly see what this says because of the Holy Spirit.
And also reading this in context.
Again, it wouldn't say respect in the Holy Day, if it was talking about other things.
The way the world wants you to know it, say, oh, don't let anybody judge you.
You can eat whatever you want.
You can drink whatever you want.
And you don't have to keep the holy days of the Sabbath, right?
It says no such thing.
It says you're in respect of it.
So don't let people judge you for respecting the holy day or respecting the Sabbath.
That's what that means.
Or eating meat.
Again, meat is only classified in the scriptures as clean animals.
That's it.
Or fruits and stuff.
Orange drink.
In which are the shadow of things to come, but the body is of Christ, right?
In which the body of Christ is us, the church.
We the people of the church.
Let no man beguile you.
That means fool you, right?
Or trick you, or hoodwink you.
Like the serpent did with Eve, right?
Let no man beguile you of your reward if in the voluntary humility and worship of angels.
So don't let people fool you to worship angels.
So puffed up means be full of yourself, egos, something like that, right?
In your fleshy mind, right?
So don't let anybody trick you of your reward involuntarily Humility in worshiping of angels.
Because as you know the scriptures guys, we're not supposed to worship angels.
We're not supposed to worship Mary.
She's a blessed mother, yes, but we're not supposed to worship her.
I'll pray to that.
Jesus says he's the only mediator, the only intercessor between man and God.
That's it.
No other name in heaven or under heaven can you be saved but Jesus and his name alone.
That's it.
or Yeshua, whatever you want to call them.
So people trick you.
Look, the New Age, right?
The New Age group that's infiltrated Christianity.
They do this all the time.
And there's nothing new about New Age, by the way, you guys.
It's just called New Age.
New Age has been around for thousands of years.
It's a worshiping of angels.
They do that all the time.
Especially with the stupid... You see that all the time.
The 7-7-7 or 11-11 thing.
On the clocks and all that.
And all that is New Age garbage.
Stay far away from that.
And if you do see number sequences like that, guys.
Pray it away.
Because these are not angels of God that are trying to communicate with you.
These are fallen angels.
Angels of God come to you face to face.
And the thing is too, a lot of times in the scriptures when an angel of the Lord appeared before somebody and the person fell down worshiping the angel, the angel said, don't get up, I'm just a messenger.
We don't pray to angels, we don't worship angels.
That's New Age garbage.
Angels are messengers of the Lord, that's it.
And here's the thing too.
Liars, right?
Never want you to ask questions.
Just believe what they tell you and that's it.
see if it's of God, because the Bible says it's challenging every spirit, right?
So this is basic spiritual warfare.
And if it's angel of the Lord, he will welcome you to challenge him.
And here's the thing too, liars, right, never want you to ask questions.
Just believe what they tell you and that's it, that's how they are.
A person who speaks the truth welcomes you to ask them, welcomes you to challenge them.
An angel of the Lord will welcome you to challenge them and ask questions.
Always remember that, right?
So, yeah, and not holding the head from which all the body of the joints and bands have a nourishment minister.
Yeah, knit together, increase with the increase of God.
So Paul's saying that, um, and not holding the head, from which of the body, by the joints and bands, have a nourishment minister.
So in other words, like, he's talking about the body.
He's not talking about literally you holding somebody's head.
Oh, he's talking about the body of Christ.
An increase with, uh, of God, right?
So, the body of Christ, we are the church, we're part of the body, right?
Wherefore, if you be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why?
As though living in the world, you are subject to ordinances.
Look, whoa, what's this?
Which backs up what?
This, yeah.
You're subject to ordinances.
Those are penalties.
So if you're not with Christ, you're not saved by grace, right?
Guess what?
You're subject to the law.
And if you're subject to the law, guess what?
You're subject to its ordinances.
So, if you violate the law, you're going to pay a penalty.
In our case, we always violate the law.
But we repent from it, we pray for forgiveness.
And it's wiped clean.
We don't face the ordinances.
That's why Paul said the ordinances were blotted out and nailed to the cross.
Only for believers though.
And if you come to the cross, all the stuff you've done is forgiven.
So again, when you read the stuff in context, as you can clearly see, that's what he's talking about.
And this is what the churches don't do.
They'll shoot out all the stuff for you.
R.14 and R.16, all the time, out of context.
And they never use this together, by the way.
Single verse is out of context.
When you clearly read, now you can understand.
And if you don't understand this, guys, please hit me up in the comments section or email me, and I'll explain it further.
Because I know all of us, and I don't hold anybody against anybody, I mean, because all of us have been brainwashed by the dispensationals and the churches.
And it makes you feel good, right?
To say, oh, well, we don't have to obey the law.
That means you want to live lawless.
And every one of us on human nature wants that, right?
Well, guess what?
God's not out here to sugarcoat things.
As Paul said, Jesus said many times, He told you exactly how it was.
And especially when you read the book of Matthew, it convicts all of us.
so again wherefore if you're dead in Christ from the rudiments let me see what rudiments means rudiment is a basic elementary principle or act of worship okay I think we already did this, right?
Yeah.
Like, yeah, we already did this, you know, back there.
I'm sorry, guys.
So, I just forgot.
Anyway, the act of worship in the world.
Why as though living in the world?
As though you're living in the world, I'm sorry.
So, if you worship things in the world and all that stuff, because you live in the world, you are subject to the ordinances.
And again, We're going back here, right?
When Paul says, It doesn't say that ordinances are abolished completely.
He's saying it just doesn't pertain to us.
Because we have Jesus to atone for our sins.
Unbelievers are subject to ordinances.
If you're an unbeliever right now, hey, you are subject to these ordinances.
as it's clearly written.
Verse 20 says, "Touch not, taste not, handle not." Which are the, to perish, what they are using.
After the commandments and the doctrines of men.
So, these commandments and doctrines of men.
He's not talking about the Ten Commandments.
Not talking about the Scripture.
The commandments and doctrines of men.
The commandments that men set, the doctrines that men create.
And the scripture does say, turn not itching ears to the doctrines of men of them.
Tell us, plain and simple.
Which things have indeed show of wisdom and will worship, in humility and neglecting of the body, not in honor to the satisfying of the flesh.
And it continues on, which we'll go to a separate video.
Which will be chapter 3.
And I think there's only 4 chapters, again, like the Philippians, there's only 4 chapters in this book here.
So, again, which all to perish with using them, after the commandments and doctrines of men, asking them.
Which things have indeed show of wisdom, and will worship, in humility and neglecting of the body, not in any honor to the satisfying of the flesh.
So, we follow the Lord.
Which things indeed show of wisdom and will worship.
So we worship in the Lord, have humility, humbleness and humility, right?
Yeah, neglecting the body.
So in other words, not the body of Christ he's talking about.
Your physical body, the wants and needs of it.
And I can speak for almost everyone of us men, it's the sinful, lustful nature.
Right?
And not in any honor to the satisfying of the flesh, right?
What's satisfying the flesh?
We just talked about that.
Sexual needs and stuff like that.
Or just needs in general, like of humanity and everything else, so.
So, we worship the Lord in wisdom, you know, and worship.
And be humility.
You know what I mean?
Be humble.
And neglect our bodies of earthly lustful desires or earthly desires in the flesh.
So guys, if you've got any questions or comments or need more clarification on that, that's here.

So this has been an awesome study here, 46 minutes here.
And again, there's no set time on these videos here.
We need to read the Scriptures in context, that's why, okay?
Now you can clearly see why we have to keep emphasizing this.
The Bible study approach, pray for wisdom and understanding, read the Scripture in context, because context is key, and let the Scripture interpret Scripture.
That means let the Holy Spirit interpret it.
As we just clearly, clearly proved.
