If you are receiving this transmission, you are the resistance.
Declaring war on the New World Order.
truthradioshow.com Shalom and welcome to the Dan Bedani Show on truthradioshow.com and welcome to this in-depth Bible conference of study of the book of Philippians We are now at chapter 2.
We've got four chapters total in one chapter at a time on videos here.
So again, this is Paul's letters to his partners, the apostles and bishops and whatnot to help him in the ministry.
So, uh, like always guys, we got a Bible study approach and, uh, very important to understand and do this religiously.
Uh, and you know, so I'll really get in comprehending the scriptures.
So, uh, we number one before anything is pray for wisdom and understanding.
And by the way, guys, if you missed chapter one, stop right there and go back and watch chapter one and, you know, to catch up.
Yeah.
So, pray for wisdom and understanding, so let's do that right now.
So, Jesus, Yeshua, Messiah, we love you so much, and I'll just thank you again, and we can't stop thanking you, and never gets old, to thank you for all the stuff you do for us, and continue to do for us, and advocate for us, and to be our lawyer, our defense lawyer in the spiritual court.
And even though every day we do stupid things to our Lord, we do stupid things and sin, and Lord, we just pray that you can forgive us once again, just, we're so grateful for that.
And forgive us once again for the stupid things we do, Lord, any sins or transgressions or whatever, and make us pure before the Father.
And Jesus, Yeshua, we love you so much with all our heart and soul.
And God, Heavenly Father, we come before you once again, and we love speaking to you.
We love you so much and thank you for everything you do for us.
And we pray that you can protect us all from the force of evil and protect everybody here that needs some kind of comfort or anything like that, Lord.
And we ask you once again for your Holy Spirit to Bring the Holy Spirit into our hearts and into our bodies and our minds to give us and deliver us spiritual wisdom and understanding.
And today, Philippians chapter 2, I'll have your word to write it upon our hearts today.
And for the Spirit to comfort us, Lord, and for him to give us great wisdom.
And we love you so much.
In your mighty name we pray.
Amen.
So, now we read description and context.
We pointed out in the last chapter how important context is.
Because one verse could mean, yeah, you could probably have ten different meanings from ten different people.
But when you're reading in context, that's the paragraph, could be the chapter or whatever, pertaining to that particular subject.
Yeah, and you don't need to interpret it, because the Bible interprets itself.
So, we demonstrated that twice in the last chapter.
So, yeah, context is key.
And so let description interpret description.
So if you've got a Bible, guys, please open it up.
And once again, thank you, Shaking Wake Radio, for carrying this on your audio edition.
So either way, if you've got an audio or watching on a video, if you want to open up your bio, please do so, because we encourage you to read it for yourself, and it's up on the screen too.
So again, Philippians chapter 2, and again, Paul's letters to his companions.
If there be, therefore, any consolation in Christ, that means a secondary price.
You know what I mean?
Because, you know, you have tournaments where you go in first, second place, and a consolation is for third place.
You know what I mean?
So, it's secondary prizes.
And if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels immerses.
And, let me see what bowels means.
Bowels...
Bible meaning.
So again, we always put the word in the Bible definition because again, words changes over centuries.
So intestines and the abdomen or womb or matrix and uterus.
And in this case here, it's like spiritually, you know what I mean?
And In the bowels of mercy.
So, yeah.
So, if there be any consolation, like, which, I mean, the greatest prize is just Jesus saving us, right?
But if there be any consolation, right?
If any comfort of love, any fellowship of the Spirit, for any bowels of mercies, fulfill ye my joy.
Fulfill you my joy.
That you be like-minded.
And having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
We finished the chapter off, chapter 1, talking about that.
Of us all being one of accord, what does that mean?
Being one mind, right?
Yeah?
And being one of accord, which is all on the same team.
All agreeing with each other.
And here's the thing, people have, like I said in the last chapter, because of religions, we all have different agreements.
But if we put all that aside and read what the scripture has to say, guess what?
Nobody here is going to disagree.
If you read it from the Bible and the Bible says directly, who could disagree with that?
And the people who disagree don't have the scripture in them.
It's not written upon their hearts.
So it doesn't matter what my opinion is or what your opinion is.
Read what the Bible says right from the word and yeah, we don't have to interpret it.
Because it's Clarence Day, and yeah, it's not my opinion, it's yours.
It's what the Bible says.
And that's how we could become one accord.
So if anybody can learn to put their religious dogma aside, get out of the religion, follow Jesus only, and his word, we will be of one accord and one mind.
So let nothing be done through strife of vain glory.
But in lowliness of mind, let each esteem other better than themselves.
So, don't do things to strifen the vainglory.
Let me see what vainglory means.
Vainglory means showing off our goodness.
Boasting about one's accomplishments.
Undo boasting about someone's accomplishment, right?
So don't use that.
And Strafe, as you know... No, not Strafe.
Strafe.
Bickering, discord, antagonism, and quarrel.
And also here, it said, Emulation, uh, either by intellectual or physical efforts.
Extortion, uh, contention, yeah.
So... Don't... Don't let it be done through vain, through strife.
Contention, arguing, all that stuff, or vainglory about you.
You know what I mean?
It's about me, me, me, uh, uh, uh.
Look at me, I'm a famous preacher.
Oh yeah, look at me.
My face is all over the billboard.
You know, I just noticed that with ministries, guys.
You got these ministries out there, right?
They take the minister, the head pastor or whatever, they put him in a nice suit that's worth more than a car's quality, plaster him on billboards, plaster him all over the place, right?
As if he's some premier thing, it's all about him.
That's vainglory.
The glory doesn't belong to us, it belongs to Jesus Christ.
And no matter how big this ministry ever gets, I'm going to keep pushing that.
I'm not going to stick my face all over the place.
Oh, look at me.
Look at damn Badandi.
Yeah, I'm going to show off.
No.
No, this is about Jesus.
I'm nobody special.
I'm no better than anybody else.
I am a servant of Jesus Christ.
And that's the attitude you need to have.
That's the attitude that Paul had.
And so many ministries out there, you know, it's all about that.
When the thing is they're selling the face.
Look at Joel Osteen, right?
False prophet.
His face is all over the place.
His books and everything else, right?
This is why I call it Truth Radio Show.
I know I understand I have a new show called The Damn Madonna Show.
And I like to actually repent for even doing that because I don't want it to be about me.
But that's why mainly it's called TruthRadioShow.com, not The Damn Madonna Show.
I go by the band The Truth Radio Show because it's about the truth.
The truth is the word of God.
So make, you know, don't do this for strife and vain worry, but in loneliness of mind.
Let each esteem other better than themselves.
And let me see.
To force or to try to force into submission?
So I'm glad I looked that up because I had a different meaning than what that meant.
So like I said before, one little word that if you don't know the definition of, you need to stop reading your tracks and go look it up because it could change the entire outcome of the study.
That one word.
Because if you have a different meaning in your head, yeah, it's going to throw this whole thing right off.
Could be the smallest word, too.
So I'm glad I looked that up, because it was bugging me.
It's like, what does that really mean?
So, to force or to try to force into submission, right?
But in lowliness, you know, force to try to force somebody into submission, let each esteem other better than themselves.
So, and what I'm taking about, what this means here, is to lift other people up.
Let each esteem, right?
To regard or honor or value.
So, honor people that's better than yourselves.
Lift them up.
Be humble, you know?
So I hope I got the right interpretation of that.
But again, you read the scriptures, it interprets itself.
So, look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
So don't look at every man of his own things he does, right?
But every man also on the things of others.
So if you got a guy out there like oh look at you know don't look at these men on his own things that all boast about what they did.
Oh I saved this village.
I donated this to that.
I did this.
I did that.
No.
But a pastor or priest will be like you know what?
Also on things of others.
In other words, he'll be glorifying the people in the church.
Thank you guys so much.
I want to thank my bishops.
They do such a great job.
My intern, she's amazing.
She takes a lot of load off my, you know, the desk, whatever, you know, the clerical stuff.
And things like that, you know what I mean?
That's good.
That's one of many examples.
And if you got a pastor up there, some preacher, glorifying himself.
Look what I did.
I did this.
I did that.
No.
And that, you don't follow those people.
But the ones who give joy and thanks to everybody, to people who come, people who donate, people who work the ministry in any which way, glorify them.
That's a real minister right there.
A real minister is never going to glorify himself, but he's going to glorify everybody around him.
And with that being said, I want to thank everybody here for following me all this time.
And especially me, my reading, I mean, I'm not perfect at reading and speaking.
I stumble, I stutter, I mispronounce things, I can't spell half the time, whatever the case, but yeah.
I'm just a messenger of God, I'm just, you know, doing my best and I want to thank everybody out there.
Without you guys, I mean, like, it's...
This wouldn't even be possible with my shows and everything.
You know, mainly the Lord, this would not be possible.
So, you know, I want to lift everybody else here, too, because again, you guys, everybody is, you know, you guys bring such a great joy to me.
So the best way to see people in the comments section or in the live chat during the premieres.
And by the way, guys, please engage in the live chat during the premieres.
We usually, again, air this about Tuesday.
The premieres are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We try to, you know, keep up every week at 6 p.m.
Eastern.
And please engage in the chatroom.
It's pretty cool.
So, let us... I'm sorry, let this mind be in you, which also in Christ Jesus.
So, The mindset that Jesus has, right?
Put that mindset on you.
Who?
Being in the form of God.
Do it not robbery to be equals good?
So let's see what this means.
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant.
It was made in the likeness of men.
And so... So, who being in the form of God, he said, right?
Well, you know, we're in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal to God.
Yeah, to say we are in the form of God, but we're not equal to God.
Not even close.
Now, I know the New Age religions say, oh, well, you know, we're equal to God and, you know, and we're also... We are God.
No, you are not a God.
Never will be.
And you're not equal to God in any which way.
I'm not equal to God in any which way.
But made himself of no reputation.
Yeah?
And what he just got done in explaining two different pastors, right?
And took upon him the form of a servant.
And this is what I do.
And I'm not saying, I'm not trying to boast that.
But I'm saying, yeah, we always need to do that.
Humble ourselves, okay?
This ain't, you know, that damn Badandi thing, you know what I mean?
Even though I, you know, the hit's named Damn Badandi Show, but it's not about me.
That's why, you know, flipped it over to the TruthRadioShow.com.
That's, you know, the main name.
So, but made himself with no reputation and took upon him the form of a servant.
That's a real minister right there.
It was made in the likeness of men.
We're not of God.
I mean, like God.
We're not equal to God.
And yes, we may create in the form of God, but we're not of the form of God.
That's why I should have said it back then.
We're in the likeness of men.
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death.
Even at death of the cross.
So now he's talking about Jesus, right?
And I actually, yeah, I'm sorry guys, um... And I actually... Yeah, okay, I'm sorry.
This is where we're at.
He's not talking about us in general.
And I, yeah, I think he's talking about Jesus himself.
So basically, he humbled himself in the flesh.
He took himself as a likeness of man.
He didn't come, you know, when he was here, I mean, he healed people and did things like that.
But, did he live a Godhood life?
Like as a God, you know what I mean?
He helped people, saved people, whatever the case, but I know he stayed humble.
Jesus stayed humble.
And again, I apologize, I always talk about us in general, now he's talking about Jesus.
So, and as you can see, I'm learning as I go as myself.
So, Jesus, right?
And I was talking to somebody the other day about this, right?
Jesus, because they asked him, if Jesus was God, why did he starve?
Why did he do this?
Because he come to earth to experience what we experience.
Temptations, all the stuff that gets hit with us, right?
Yeah, he could have made a brain-o-steak dinner a pair before him at every meal, right?
No, he was humble.
He experienced hunger.
He experienced sweat and blood, sweat and tears, and all that.
As a servant.
And there's another example, right?
Remember when Jesus washed the feet of his disciples?
And they were like, just like, baffled.
Dude!
We should be doing that for you!
You're our Lord!
But Jesus showed true humbleness when he did that.
To show that he's a servant to us.
Not only, you know, God, you know what I mean?
And he showed humbleness that this is God in the flesh that's doing that for us.
You don't get any more humble than that.
It's like a rich man, you know, he's got a big mansion, he's got 50 people work for him, and he washes their feet.
Instead of them giving him a massage every day, he gives them a massage.
You know, things like that, right?
So, in being found in fashion as a man, so he was found as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death.
And at any time, even at the death of the cross, right?
And at any time, he could have summoned angels the same way.
At any time, he could have had the best food in the world, the best clothing, didn't even have to sweat, Anytime he could have done any of that, but he didn't.
He had anything but everything he wanted access to, a finger snap.
Or a blink of an eye, whatever the case.
But he didn't do that because he wanted to experience being a human and humble.
And wherefore God also has highly exalted him.
Because remember he said, well done, my good, uh, well faithful, uh, yeah.
Well done, my faithful, I'm sorry, I butchered that up.
when Jesus got baptized, he said, this is my son who I'm well pleased.
And God has highly exalted him.
And give him a name which is above every name.
There is no name higher, no name better.
No name other than Him that you could be saved.
That at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow.
Of things in heaven, things in the earth, and things under the earth.
Now this is deep, okay?
Really pay attention to this.
Now how many times in scripture, a lot, talk about things under the earth?
What do they talk about?
Now we can get to what people call conspiracy theories, which is not spiritual warfare, it's the real stuff.
The earth is nothing like what you learned in school, guys.
I'm going to leave it at that.
But every knee should bow of dings in the earth, in heaven, in the earth, and dings under the earth, everywhere.
And they are, we all, all our knees are going to bow one day.
That our tongues are going to confess that Jesus is Lord.
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
To the glory of God the Father.
So really, you just think this thing, right?
That the name of Jesus, every tongue, I mean, I'm sorry, every niche bow.
Of things in heaven, things in the earth, and things under the earth.
So this gives a whole new context to things, and you're gonna hear that a lot in the scriptures.
Things in the earth, right?
That's us, plants, and insects, whatever the case, but what's under the earth?
Man, the scriptures and the prophecies talk about things that are coming up from in the earth, under the earth.
They ain't got to make man's hearts fail.
And they talk about the abyss, the 200 million man army.
And I think Revelation 8, I believe it is, or 5?
Oh, I forgot what it is.
But yeah, the 200 million man army, it comes from the abyss that's under the earth.
And it's not China or Russia or anything like that.
And it says spiritual beings that are going to come up and kill one third of mankind who are not marked by God.
They're gonna be led by the four fallen angels that are right now in prison at Euphrates River.
So... I'm gonna do a show on this because... Yeah, this is something you're not gonna learn in church.
Because this stuff is real, guys.
Very real that more you can imagine.
The things literally under the earth and... Nephilim beings and all kinds of stuff, yeah.
But even them, they're gonna kneel before Jesus.
And every tongue should confess that Jesus is Lord, and they're going to.
They should right now, yeah.
And yes, I confess, my knees, both my knees are going to be bowed, not just one.
And I'm going to do it willingly.
And my tongue's going to confess, and I'm going to confess right now that Jesus is Lord.
Amen, that Jesus is Lord.
And to the glory of God the Father, wherefore my beloved, As you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence.
So they have obeyed when he was dead and when he wasn't dead.
Work out your own salvation with fear and tremble.
Now people say, well isn't that a contradiction?
Because he just told you to be bold and brave, right?
But now he's saying be with fear and trembling.
Trembling means afraid.
Like deathly afraid, right?
That's not the same context, though, because this is fear in the Lord is the beginning of all wisdom, as the scripture says, right?
But anything else, you don't fear anything else.
And the thing is, yeah, we love, you know, the Father, we love God, but we fear Him if we cross Him.
We fear Him because we know, well, if we do bad, what He could do to us.
It's like, you know, you're an earthly father, right?
You love him, you feel safe around him, right?
But that one time you do something very bad, hell, you're running for the hills.
Because your father takes off that belt, and he's ready to whoop your hide.
And you got fear and trembling when that happens, right?
So it's the same context and pretext, I should say, as with God, the Father.
We're in his bosom, we're safe, and there's hands and everything else, but that one time we said, like, oh crap, yeah, the belt's coming out.
For it is God which works in you both and will in order to do His good pleasure.
Do all things without murmuring and disputing.
So murmuring is like bickering.
Excuse the language, bitching.
Bickering, all that.
You know, you get the point.
And disputing is like, disputing is like just do all things without doing that stuff.
Because it makes it miserable for you.
It most certainly makes it miserable for the people you try to help.
And the people around you, right?
So you ever go on a trip, right?
You get that one person just like in a bad mood.
And you can feel it just negatively affects everybody.
That's another example, yeah.
Don't do that!
"...that you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of the crooked and perverse nation.
Among you, you shine as light of the world." Again, we're supposed to be the light and salt of the world, right?
Instead, to be blameless and harmless.
This way they can't blame you for nothing.
And if they do accuse you, falsely accuse you, right?
You're innocent.
Even if it's a crooked judge, just to say, right?
But you know you're innocent.
And God knows you're innocent.
So, the Son of God without rebuke.
So, in the midst of the crooked.
So, in the middle of the world of the crooked, the perverse, the evil.
Among whom you shine as lights in the world.
So, in the middle of the darkness of the world.
You are the light of the world, because Jesus is in you, right?
So, rejoice in the day of Christ, because that day is at hand.
And people say, well, it's taking so long for him to come back, but you know what?
When he does come back, All this time has just seemed like nothing.
It's like, you know, when you're growing up, you can't wait to be 21.
You know, when you're 16, you can't wait to be 21 so you can be an adult.
And it seems like so long.
Or you're in like 6th grade, right?
You're like, oh man, we got, you know, 6, 7 more years of school, man.
So when that day comes, you walk across the stage, you graduate, you're like, wow.
And you think back, oh, damn, that went by quick.
And that's what it's going to be like when Jesus returns.
Right now it seems like an eternity, but when it happens, it's happened.
And this is not going to matter anymore.
Because it's done.
So he has Paul, he says, I am not running vain, neither laboring in vain.
In other words, doing things for nothing.
That's what it is, being vain, doing something for nothing.
So he's saying, like, if they kill me for what I'm doing for the Lord, I'm going to be in joy with it.
joy and rejoice with you all.
So he's saying, if they kill me for what I'm doing for the Lord, I'm going to be in joy with them.
I'm going to rejoice with all you.
Remember Stephen?
Like, uh, when Stephen was killed?
You'd think he'd be like, oh man, you know, crying.
No, he was exceedingly full of joy, knowing that they're gonna kill him for Jesus.
That's what we should have.
For the same cause also do you joy, and rejoice with me.
But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timothus shortly unto you, that I also may be a good comfort when I know your state.
So, you know, him contemplating sent Timothy to the bishops and all the people he's talking about, right?
That I also may be of good comfort in when I know your state.
In other words, your state means, like, your situation.
For I have no man like-minded who will naturally care for your state.
For all seek their own, not the things which Jesus Christ.
So, we're saying, like, it's hard to find somebody that's gonna be like this.
To be humbled, and it's about the Lord, not them, and all that stuff, right?
And we see that in the world, guys.
It's unfortunate that all the ministries and churches out there, you know, seriously, think about it.
How many people Glorify themselves and put their faces and names and highlight all over the world.
You know what I mean?
It's crazy.
But you know the proof of him, that as son with the father, he has served with me in the gospel.
Talking about Timothy, right?
You say you know him because he served with me.
In the gospel.
He's been in the ministry, yeah.
And basically he's pointing out that Timothy's never boasted about himself, you know, in self-glory and all that stuff, no.
So him, referring to Timothys, I hope to send president so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.
But I trust in the Lord that I also myself come shortly.
Cause he's talking about, hopefully I can come see you guys.
Because he knows at any time, he's being, you gotta understand where Paul is at this point, right?
He's probably got a price on his first head right now.
Ha ha ha!
Yeah, because they thought they shut it all down when they killed Jesus.
Crucified him, right?
That now it's Paul doing, you know, having a massive effect all over the land for Jesus.
Now they're like, what the heck, what are we gonna do to stop this?
So Paul's like a walking time bomb, you know.
And every day of his life at this time, it's a gift, you know.
And he's using that gift to bring joy to the world.
Well, with the gospel, right?
Yet I suppose that it's necessary to send you, and I'm going to butcher some of this, Ephraim Darius, my brother, and companion in labor, and fellow soldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.
So, yeah, uh, Epaphroditus, I hope I pronounced that right.
Everybody's probably laughing, I don't blame ya.
Uh, I probably butchered that in my own book.
Heh, yeah.
So, my brother and companion, Labo, a fellow soldier, but your messenger, and he's administered to my wants.
So, he's sending Epaphroditus, yeah, heh, to, uh, deliver this message.
For he longed after you, you know, it's like, missed you, whatever the case, right?
It was full of heaviness because he that had heard that he had been sick.
He was sick and he was full of heaviness.
Like, oh man, he was just tired and exhausted and whatever else.
For indeed he was sick night unto death.
He basically almost died from being sick.
But God had mercy on him, and not only on him only, but on me also.
At least I should have sorrow upon sorrow.
So instead of having sorrow upon sorrow, he had mercy on me.
I sent him, therefore, more carefully, that when you see him again, you may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.
In other words, when you see him, rejoice, because he almost didn't make it.
So, receive him therefore an award with all gladness and hold such in reputation.
So, he's not coming in his own reputation.
In other words, when you see him, this is reputation that is a good reputation.
Not boastful, not look at me.
No, he's a very humble person.
That's a reputation we all want to have.
As humble and servants to the Lord.
And again, I tell people all that time, because I teach the scripture and all that, and people, you know, they look up to me, and it's like, don't look up to me, I'm just a servant of the Lord.
That's it.
And I like to make a reputation that I do my best, and I try, you know, to deliver the word of God with what the Bible says directly, you know.
Because for the work of Christ, he was nigh unto death.
Because he was sick, I guess, from, you know, all the stuff he was doing.
Probably not resting and everything else, right?
So, he's talking about his brother, his friend, Efra doing this, right?
Like all the work he's done, and just tirelessly.
That's made him sick, he almost died from it, the Lord's helped him.
But he keeps pushing with no regards of his own life.
In service of him.
In service of Paul, right?
And mainly in the Lord Jesus, right?
So, yeah.
