If you're new to the series here and if you want to follow our series from Matthew to here, go to our playlist.
TruthRadioShow.com.
So, before we get started, if you haven't noticed already, we do this every single show to keep myself reminded as well, and you, that these important Bible steps that we need to take, this Bible study approach.
So, number one, we need to pray for wisdom and understanding.
So let's do that right now.
So Jesus, Yeshua, Messiah, we come before you, Lord and Savior.
We love you so much with all our heart and soul.
Thank you for advocating for us and please forgive us once again.
Forgive us for the nasty sins and abominations and transgressions and trespasses that we commit daily.
And please wash our hearts, Lord.
Wash our souls.
Wash our sins away from us, Lord.
With your precious blood.
And Heavenly Father, we come before you and ask you for divine intervention.
of the Holy Spirit to descend upon us, Lord, to give us wisdom and understanding and to write your word upon our hearts today.
And we ask you to allow him, the Holy Spirit, to teach us, Lord, to guide us and to comfort us.
He's a great comforter and teacher.
And please protect everybody here from the forces of evil, especially with this month of June, and just pray for everybody out there.
And, you know, anybody that's sick, or any kind of physical, spiritual, or emotional, or any kind of ailment, or whatever they're going through, I ask you to comfort them and bless them, Lord.
And your money name we pray amen.
And guys we read the scripture in context.
We don't just read through the chapter.
We read through it obviously.
And we study words that we don't know what they mean.
Whatever the case we pull the meat and potatoes out of the scripture.
So, basically what it would take normally, like, somebody just, like, two minutes to read a chapter, we don't do that.
We really study the Bible.
We really get all the context out.
Very important.
Context is key.
We let the Scripture interpret the Scripture.
Don't lean on your own understanding.
That's very important to understand that.
Don't lean on your own understanding.
Let the Holy Spirit speak to you.
That's why we pray to Him.
So if you've got a Bible guys, please open it up Ephesians chapter 1 and if you're on ShakeAwakeRadio.com, this audio network, thank you Annie for carrying our show on your awesome amazing network.
Especially people on ShakeAwakeRadio.com, please open your Bible and if you're watching on the internet here, YouTube, Rumble, which we're going to be posting these things on Rumble pretty soon.
And we're probably going to devote a whole channel to these here.
However, um, we got the Bible up on screen if you want to follow that.
So let's begin.
Uh, this is excited chopped and this is the basis of spiritual warfare.
So Ephesians is spiritual warfare guys.
So, the heart of spiritual warfare.
And this is what actually made me, inspired me to create my own show.
I do Friday nights, Spiritual Warfare Fridays, live every Friday night, 9 p.m. Eastern, on our channel, TruthRadioShow.com, which goes on our YouTube and our Rumble channels.
So, anyway, and ShakingWakeRadio.com as well.
So, let's begin, guys, in Ephesians chapter 1.
So, Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ, by the will of God, to the saints which are in Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ.
So I want to point out, because once again we're starting another book of Paul.
You know, I don't know if people are aware of this, how many religions, false religions I should say, occult and everything, hate and despise Paul.
Why is that?
Because Paul was very effective.
They make up lies against Paul.
They bash his books and everything else.
And they say it's contrary to what Jesus taught when it's not.
Clearly not.
Then you got the dispensationalists out there who try to say, oh, Paul said the commandments and the laws are no longer valid.
And Paul never says any such thing.
I mean, we could go on forever with this stuff.
But yeah, this is why I was very amped up to do this series.
Because I want to unlock these, I'm sorry, uncover the lies.
Because a lot of conspiracies against Paul know that, and it's by all false religions.
The Essenes, the Gnostics, all kinds of these wacky religions.
Especially the Kabbalistic people and all that stuff.
So, and these dispensationalists out there who actually water Paul's word down.
Take him out of context.
That's why reading in context is important.
So once again, Paul the Apostle of Jesus Christ, by the will of God, That means God willed him to be Apostle Jesus Christ.
Jesus himself appointed after, you know, obviously it was after the resurrection, Jesus himself appeared to Paul, made him blind, his name was Saul at the time, made him blind for a while, and woke Paul up.
And Paul, he used to go around killing people with Jesus.
Now one of the most effective apostles there is.
That's why these religions hate him.
They hated Christ first, they hated Paul second, and Stephen was a very effective apostle for a short time that he lived.
But Paul here, very effective.
Very.
Right to the point.
Didn't care who he offended.
He told you the truth and the way it is.
Point and simple.
That's why people don't like him.
That's why I love him.
Because I'm the same way.
So anyway, grace be to you and peace from our Father, God our Father, I'm sorry.
Peace from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
So we went through, like the last book we went through, Galatians, was the book of grace, right?
So now this is the book of spiritual warfare.
So blessed be God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us all with spiritual blessings and heavenly places in Christ.
So now we get to deep spiritual warfare.
So, stuff that churches don't really cover a lot, and I, you know, it's a shame.
The number one thing we all can agree on that, the number one thing we should learn in churches, or ministries, or whatever, is Jesus Christ.
Absolutely.
That's number one.
Number two should be spiritual warfare, which unfortunately, I would have to say 90 plus churches out there, 90 plus percent churches out there, highly lack.
And that includes the pastors.
It's unfortunate.
So, blessings in heavenly places.
Spiritual blessings that come from heavenly places.
Right?
And according as He has chosen us, us and Him before the foundations of the world.
So, sorry I butchered that.
I just get excited and I get ahead of myself here.
Because this is an awesome book.
I love Ephesians.
So, once again, rest for a while.
According as He has chosen us and Him before the foundations of the world.
So, to understand that, He's chosen us before the foundation of the world.
Before this world was crazy, yeah it is crazy, before this world was created, okay, He has chosen us.
In Him, that's Jesus, before the foundation of the world.
And if you don't know any better, people say, well wait a minute, Jesus is to come along until later.
Jesus was around long before the creation of the world, we don't even know how long.
He only manifested in the flesh through Mary.
He's the one who visited the prophets.
He's eternal, Jesus.
Now back in the spirit.
He was in the spirit, came in the flesh, manifested in the flesh, and back in the spirit again.
So we covered that in Matthew and all that amazing, amazing stuff.
Because a lot of people think that Jesus just came along through Mary.
No, not even close.
The word was made flesh, right?
The word is Jesus.
Jesus is written in Genesis all the way through Revelation.
So is in the Ten Commandments.
So you're not going to escape Jesus or the Ten Commandments in both the Old and the New Testament.
So according as He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world.
This is amazing.
We've been like when He told Jeremiah.
Remember that?
God told Jeremiah, I knew you before you were in your mom's womb.
And I made you a prophet among the nations.
Even before he was thought of.
Even before his father passed the seed.
So this is amazing that God just like, had a plan for all of us guys.
And I'm trying to use this, and I'm not a perfect guy by all means, but I'm trying to use the gift that the Lord's given me.
In order to do the work of His will.
I'm trying to do my best to do this.
And I hope and pray that this here is very effective.
So according that He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.
So we must strive to do our best to be without blemish because here's the thing They're gonna convict you.
You know what I mean?
The Lord says in times, we're gonna be convicted.
But... In other words, if you get accused of stealing, for example, right?
You know you haven't stolen, right?
Regardless if you go to jail or not, you know that you're blameless.
Regardless.
Same thing happened to Jesus.
He was blameless, and they executed him.
Same thing with Stephen.
Same thing with Paul later.
But when you stand before the Lord, you can say you were blameless.
Right?
And yeah, we all sin every day, absolutely.
And I'm not proud or bragging about that, no.
I'm saying we confess our sins daily, and try our best to repent from them.
All of us have some kind of repentant sin.
We need to work on it.
And thank God for grace, because we all be doomed.
And having a repentant heart is what matters.
So having predestinated us into the adoption of a show, this is amazing.
Heaven predestinated us onto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will.
So, you all need to understand, right?
When you're born and all that, yeah, when you're at the age of innocence, absolutely, if something happened to you, you're going with the Lord.
Absolutely, right?
But you don't become an adopted child of God until you accept Jesus.
Because you got these myths, oh, we're all children of God.
Muslims, Islam, whatever the case, Muslims, Hindus, no, we are not.
You need to accept Jesus Christ to become an adopted child, as we went over the last several books.
And to be grafted into God's Israel, you need to become an adopted child of God, by Jesus Christ.
So, having predestined, we've been predestined, this is awesome.
To be adopted, we are adopted children of Jesus Christ to Himself.
According to His goodwill and pleasure, right?
Amazing!
That's, uh, amen to that.
So, to the praise of the glory of His grace.
Because it is by grace that we are adopted children.
And we are saved through grace.
Wherein, He has made us accepted and beloved.
In the beloved.
So, don't you feel right now, like all of us, okay?
We all were sinned today, right?
Just a mere thought of something bad, whatever the case is to sin, right?
So, don't you feel convicted?
At the same time, don't you feel like... I don't even know how to say it, special or something?
Like you were like... What a grateful God!
What an awesome God we have!
Because Him doing this for us and saying this for us, right?
It just convicts you.
You know, you feel bad for that sin you've done.
And it makes you love him even more.
We all deserve hell.
I mean, I admit it, I deserve, I don't even deserve to even step foot in heaven.
But this just makes your eyes tear up, it really does.
That all the nasty stuff we've done in our lives and everything else, and yeah.
That he has forgiven us.
To adopt us as his children.
So there's a difference between being God's creation and being adopted.
Know that.
So, in whom we have redemption through His blood.
Now this is very important.
A lot of churches and all that end up, like in the new Bibles, they end up taking on the word blood because it's too harsh.
But that's the truth.
It's through the blood.
The forgiveness of sins according to the riches of His grace.
Sin needs to be cleansed by blood.
Remember the old covenant when people were sacrificing like preferably a sheep or whatever?
And they needed a blood sacrifice to atone for their sins?
But it wasn't enough.
As you've seen, that living by the law, it condemned people.
Because you could not be perfect.
And you're condemned by the law.
Doesn't mean, once again, as the last books we stated, and Paul does not mean that grace is a free path to sin.
It's not a free path to violate the law.
However, grace saves you From the law, because the bondage of the law.
But again, he says in the last several books, right?
He says, do we then void the law?
God forbid.
No, you don't.
So yes, you still keep the commandments and try to obey the laws.
But if you're not breaking the law, you don't have to worry about the law.
That's the thing about it.
But it's grace that we're saved through the blood of Jesus Christ.
This is amazing.
Wherein he has abounded toward us all wisdom and prudence.
I forgot what prudence means.
Like I say in the last books, guys, if you don't know what a word means and you're doing a bio study, don't be ashamed by all means.
By all means.
Don't say, oh, people are gonna think I'm an idiot because I don't know what this word means.
Who cares?
It's better to know what that word means so you understand the verse and the chapter.
Because that one word, if you just bypass that, hey, you're not going to get the full context of this.
And it could be apical to another word or something in the end.
Then it's just going to break down from there.
So prudence is how we do not believe everything that we hear.
That's what prudence is.
Alright?
I didn't even know that until now.
So prudence means we don't believe everything we hear.
So you should be prudence to the mainstream media, Fox or CNN.
But anyway, wherein he has abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence.
You know, not believing everything we hear, but having made known So, known to us the mystery of his will.
That's amazing.
The mystery of his will.
We don't, I mean, even the people, like if you study the Bible day and night, you still don't know all the mystery of his will.
You know what I mean?
It's amazing.
And what I tell people all the time, even myself, the day you stop learning is the day you should stop teaching.
Plain and simple.
You should not be teaching anymore if you think you know it all.
Because this is endless.
We could spend a million lifetimes, if God granted us to live on the planet for... on Earth here for a million years, we still wouldn't know everything.
The carnal mind can't handle that.
But it's through the Holy Spirit that we can That he gives us the knowledge applicable to where his will is for us, I'm sorry.
So, having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure, which he has purpose in himself.
So there's purpose in that, right?
That in dispensation... No, this ain't the same dispensationalism that the churches teach today, guys.
The John Nelson Darby, Cyrus Schofield garbage.
No, it's nothing of the sort.
This is different.
So that and the dispensation of the fullness, and if you want to know what dispensation means, it is an appointment, arrangement, or favor as by God.
So an appointment, arrangement, so it's an arrangement here.
that in the arrangement of God, of the fullness of times, he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth, even in him.
So in God's favor of the fulfillment Where we talked about inheritance in the last book, right?
The Galatians.
in Christ, both which are in heaven and the earth.
That's amazing.
And whom also we have obtained inheritance.
We talked about inheritance in the last book, right?
The Galatians.
Inheritance is where inherited the kingdom of God.
Become an adopted child of God, right?
You are grafted into God's Israel, therefore you are the heir to His inheritance.
Being predestined according to the purpose of Him, who works all things after the counsel of His own will.
Imagine that, though, and this just really blows me away, in a good way.
Predestined.
Like, even before... I can't even... Yeah, I mean, we can't even imagine.
Before our great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather had a twinkle in his eye, we were predestined by God.
He predestined us to be what we are today, and doing His will and work.
That we should be to the praise of His glory, who first trusted in Christ.
And whom you also trusted, after that you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and whom also you have believed.
And ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.
So whom you also trusted, we trusted in the Lord after you heard of the word of truth.
And when I heard the word of truth, I trusted the Lord.
The gospel of your salvation.
Now, he's not saying the Bible itself, the Word of God is the salvation, Jesus' salvation, but it's through the Word that you learn about it to become saved, right?
So in Him, in whom, I'm sorry, also after that you believed.
So after that you believed, and we were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.
A promise which earned us in our inheritance.
It's a promise that we're going to be inherited in the Kingdom of God.
Until redemption of the purchased possession unto the praise of His glory.
So if you kind of understand, right, what Paul is saying there.
And I hope you really visualize what's going on here.
He's saying we are promised, we are inherited the Word of the King of God.
Through Jesus Christ and His glory.
Through His grace.
Now right now, no matter what your living conditions are, you could be living comfortable, you could be living poor, rich, whatever, none of that matters.
Because when you live in the Kingdom of God, even the richest, living rich, the richest you can in the world yet, there's nothing compared to that.
You get the point what Paul's making there?
So wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, in love unto all the saints.
And now I want to point out who the saints.
Now...
You know, we'll use the Catholic Church for example, right?
The Catholic Church seems to think that they declare who people saints are, and the regular people who die, they go to purgatory, and they have to be prayed out, and all this stuff, and they have to be intercessed to get out of purgatory and go to heaven.
But saints go right to heaven.
That's what they believe, right?
So, I want to give you a clue who the saints are according to the Bible.
Not the Catholic Church, and some other religions are like that too.
The saints are you.
You don't have to be deemed a patron saint by the Catholic Church or whoever church.
They don't get to do that.
They don't have the authority to do that.
Just because the Pope declares somebody a saint doesn't mean they're a saint.
Jesus declares you a saint.
You are the saint.
You are, and this is amazing, you are a child of God, adopted child of God.
You are grafted into his Israel, and I'm not talking about the nation of Israel, I'm talking about his spiritual Israel, the kingdom of God that comes on the earth.
You're grafted into that.
You are promised as inheritance, and you're a saint.
So, if you are wondering who the saints are, it's you.
You believe in Jesus Christ, you are a saint.
You don't have to be deemed a saint by any religion.
Only Jesus has the power to do that.
Not a Pope.
I can't stand when they do that.
Oh man, it really irritates me.
So cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers.
So don't ever stop giving thanks.
So that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation and the knowledge of him.
So the Spirit of Wisdom in Revelation is the Holy Spirit.
He will give us wisdom in Revelation and the knowledge of Him.
That's what Jesus is doing right now, right?
He's doing this right now, the Holy Spirit.
Because we prayed and asked for Him to do this.
We read the Bible through the eyes of the Holy Spirit.
You can't beat that with a ten-foot pole.
You can't learn that in college.
You can't learn that in seminary school.
You can't learn that in church.
The best way to learn the Bible is through the Holy Spirit.
He's better than any professor, scholar, teacher, pastor, reverend, priest, all combined in the world.
The Holy Spirit is the greatest teacher.
So in the eyes of your understanding, be an Enlightenment.
That you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance are in the saints.
So once again, the riches of the glory.
This ain't worldly riches by the way, this is spiritual riches.
Of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.
And inheritance is the kingdom of God.
You are grafted into His Israel.
And what is the exceeding greatness of His power?
To us who believe.
So what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us who believe?
According to the working of his mighty power.
In which we wrought in Christ.
I forgot what wrought means.
So I just want to give a good understanding, you know, full understanding of all of us here.
Because I'm learning as I go too.
So what does wrought mean in the Bible?
It's a worked need.
So.
So, what's the heavenly places?
This is the throne.
Yeah, because he sits at the right hand of God, right?
in which we wrought, worked, and made in Christ.
When he raised him from the dead and set him on his own right hand in the heavenly places.
So, what's the heavenly places?
This is the throne.
Yeah, because he sits at the right hand of God, right?
Right at the throne.
In heavenly places.
This is the heavenly realms.
And I want to get some deep stuff here in this.
in this book.
Especially with the upcoming chapters there.
We're going to learn what principalities are, we're going to learn what powers are.
These are angelic beings, but there's different classifications of them.
There's different types of angels and everything else.
And far above all principality.
So, principality, right?
Here we go.
And power, and might, and dominion.
So, there's dominions, there's principalities, and there's powers.
And every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in the world which is to come.
So, if you want to know what a principality is, it's an angel.
It's a, it's a high class angel.
So, it's an order of angels.
They're very powerful angels.
And there's, unfortunately, there's bad principalities, too.
And it's, uh, Superman Day powers often conflict with God.
Ephesians 6.12 here.
Yeah.
Principalities, yes, there's good principalities, of course.
But there's bad principalities, and they're referring to the bad ones.
And power, right?
and let me see here.
Might strength and force is used in the MC Power.
It's greater in Might and Power than Humans.
So... A Power is an Angel that's greater than a Human.
I believe, yeah.
So... In Might and Dominion, so... A Dominion Angel is...
Comes from the Latin word, Dimitio, which is Greek and translates, and it's held to govern the movement of stars, planets, and other celestial objects.
So, if you look up in the West, this is amazing, I love it, oh man, it really is.
A dominion, right?
This is a classification of an angel.
This angel, alright, is When we get to Fusion 6.12, we're going to understand this better.
Because we don't wrestle against flesh and blood, as it says.
But against principalities, against powers of darkness and high places.
And this is high places.
Literally.
So... This particular angel, right?
This class of angels.
And again, different classes, they look different.
Principalities look like us.
But they're bigger, of course.
You know what I mean?
And then you got the archangels who look like us as well.
But there's angels that will have like six feathers, six wings, and a bunch of eyes and all that stuff.
There's the cherubims.
But we'll try to come up with that during here.
But this is awesome.
So a dominion.
So when you go up, if you're at night time or you wait tonight, go up and look at the stars, right?
There's angels.
This is not figuratively.
This is not metaphorically or whatever the case.
This is literal.
They hold and govern the movement of stars, planets, and other celestial objects.
Those things you see in the sky in the firmament, right?
The sky is called the firmament.
Space.
Firmament.
There's dominions that govern them.
Literally.
They're assigned to govern them of the movement of stars.
That's why they go on the same track every night.
It's been like that for thousands of years, and they have not changed, and they're not going to change.
So if you take one of some planet, and roam into this vast universe, and all that, no, not even close.
Those stars have been the same way for thousands and thousands and thousands of years, and they're going to be the same way until the Lord returns.
And when the Lord returns, as we learned in Matthew 24, all those stars are going to fall.
Amazing, huh?
So far above all principality and power and might.
Actually, I should have put that.
that-- what is a power angel?
Oh, they have the power to restrain evil forces.
So I'm glad I looked that up.
All right, so we learn three different kinds of angels, right?
Principalities.
A Power Angel, which we just learned, has the ability to restrain evil forces.
And prevent them from causing harm.
So the Power Angels, not to sound like Power Rangers, but these specifically have powers to restrain evil.
And we know the Restrainer, which a lot of people think it's Michael the Archangel, Which I truly believe it is.
But that, uh, restrains Satan right now.
Until, uh, it's in his time.
As we learn in 2 Thessalonians chapter 2.
So... A power angel is one who restrains evil forces to prevent them from causing harm.
And, if it wasn't for those power, uh, angels right now and the Lord.
Yeah, these demons and all that.
These angelic, bad angelic creatures and whatever.
They would be causing much harm to us.
So far above principality and power and might and dominion.
In every name that is named.
Not only in this world, but also in which is to come.
Specifying in which is also to come.
So we're dealing with some heavenly spiritual beings.
So it's very important because these names are mentioned.
These angels are mentioned throughout this book.
So get familiar with them.
Get familiar with what a principality is, a power angel, and a dominion angel.
Get familiar with these guys.
Because it's going to play a key role.
And actually, when this is over, this is just interesting stuff, guys.
Go type in what is a principality angel.
Type in what is a power angel and what is a dominion angel.
Just like this, right?
A Power Angel, right?
And what is here?
And also what is a Dominion Angel?
and also what is a dominion angel.
Yep.
And study that because these three classes angels are going to have a big play in this whole book.
So go study that, it's amazing stuff to learn the angels.
Because when you understand what the Lord's talking about, and it's written in this book here, you'll completely get the whole concept of spiritual warfare.
And again, this is not, I have to emphasize, this is not figuratively speaking.
This is not metaphorical speaking.
This is literal.
Literal.
These are the forces that we deal with every day.
And it's not even counting the Stoshon spirits and everything else.
The elemental spirits and all that.
This is spiritual warfare.
So, and has put all things under his feet, and gave him to the head over all things to the church.
And who's, what's the church, right?
You say, oh, it's the Catholic Church, it's the Church of Mormon, blah, blah, blah.
No, the church is you.
The church is me.
The church is anybody who believes in Jesus Christ.
It's not a building or a religion.
It's the body of Christ.
That's what the church is.
The Bible makes this very quiet.
So the Lord has put all things under his feet and gave him to be the head of all things to the church.
Thank you.
Which is his body, like we just got that, right?
The body of Christ, right?
The fullness of him that fills all, all in all.
We are that fulfillment, we are that church, we are that body of Christ.
And understand too, by the blood of Christ, right there, through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.
And once again, to narrate this one more time.
Believe it, this is... It's just like, it just humbles you.
It really does.
It really, really, really does.
Just believe in Jesus Christ and just do your best.
To obey his, you know, the commandments of God, as he says in Revelation 14, 12.
Keep the commandments of God.
The Ten Commandments, that's right.
And the faith of Jesus Christ.
You become an adopted child of God, right?
Then you're given an inheritance.
You become the heir to the inheritance of the kingdom of God.
Then you are grafted into God's Israel, the spiritual kingdom that's going to come on the earth.
And here's the other thing too.
You are even given authority over the angels.
We're going to get into that later.
Angels are nothing but messengers.
You know, they have specific assignments like we pointed out.
But we are going to be higher than the angels.
Not saying we're better than them.
Nothing like that.
We're going to be children of the Most High.
We are the children of the Most High, I should say.
We are saints as well.
So again, you're not only grafted into God's ordeal, you're a saint, you're adopted child of God, and you're given his inheritance.
All that for believing in Jesus.
And you'll live forever and ever.
Not in this life, of course, but the better life, the second life to come.
So if you have not turned to God, I would say, go to John 3.16-18, and the Lord says that whoever believes in the Son of God, Jesus Christ, that He shed His blood for our sins, you believe in that, and believe in Him, you are saved.
And repent, that means turn away from sin.
Sin is what?
What?
Transgression of the law.
Keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus Christ, and you'll never go wrong.
So, thank you for joining me for chapter 1, and I can't wait to get to the other chapters.
