If you are receiving this transmission, you are the resistance.
Declaring war on the New World Order.
truthradioshow.com And welcome everybody to the Denver Donny Show on truthradioshow.com and welcome to the final chapter, chapter 16 here of the book of 1 Corinthians And this is an in-depth comprehensive study of the Bible.
We just don't read it without examining it.
We examine every word for it.
And also guys, if you missed chapters 1 through 15, stop here.
Go watch the chapters to catch up.
So, like always, we begin with a specific Bible study approach.
That, number one, is pray for wisdom and understanding.
So let's do that right now.
So, Jesus, yes, you're oversight.
We come before you once again to ask for forgiveness of our sins that we've committed individually.
Cleanse us from our sins and any transgressions, abominations, or anything that we may have committed, Lord, that's bad against you.
We ask you to wash us with your precious blood.
Make us pure and holy before the Father, and Father, we come before you with just Well, you know, I can't come up with a word right now to express how thankful we are for you and everything you do for us.
And we ask you to give us the divine wisdom and understanding through your Holy Spirit to write your word upon our hearts today.
In this case, chapter 16 of the book of 1 Corinthians.
And we ask you to keep us safe from any and all evil and protect us all and give us the strength to fight back.
In your mighty name we pray.
Amen.
So, guys, we read the scripture in context, because context is key, and what the scripture interprets the scripture.
Don't lean on your own understanding.
Let the Holy Spirit work through you.
So, that being said, guys, you've got a Bible opening up, 1 Corinthians chapter 16.
If you don't, we've got King James Version right up on screen.
So, once again, this is the final chapter of 1 Corinthians, and next is the book of 2 Corinthians.
So, this is a relatively short chapter here, so we're going to make the best of it.
So, now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Glacier even so to do ye, upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him and store, as God has prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
So I just want to point out the first day of the week is what?
Sunday.
That's every calendar in the world.
First day of the week is Sunday.
So he's saying, let there be no gatherings when I come.
come.
And when I come, whoever you shall approve by your letters, them I will send to you to bring your liberality I will send to bring your liberality into Jerusalem.
So if you want to know what liberality means, it's a liberality meaning is quality or giving or spending freely.
The quality of being open to new ideas and free from prejudice.
So in this case here, biblical would be giving and spending freely.
Which is giving freely.
Giving the word of knowledge to the gospel to people.
Just do it freely.
And spread it into Jerusalem.
And if I be met that I go also They shall go with me.
So if they meet him, yeah, they're gonna go with Paul.
So, and remember this is Paul's book, I'm sorry, Paul's letter to the Church of Corinth.
So, now I will come unto you, and when I pass through Macedonia, I do pass through Macedonia.
See, he's gonna pass right through it.
Yeah, he's not going to stop.
That's what it means.
"And it may be that I will abide yea in winter with you, that you may bring me on my journey with wherever I go." So that's plain saying like winter, you know, he's gonna obviously take shelter, whatever the case.
So, for I will not see you now, by the way, but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permits.
And tarry is, in the scripture means, I just had it here.
It means to be, that's the wrong one, the biblical meaning, so.
I'm sorry, right there.
To abide or stay at a place.
So he's saying, but I trust to tarry, to abide with you, with you, if the Lord permits.
But I will tarry, which again, is to abide or stay at a place.
He's saying I will stay at Ephesus until Pentecost.
And by the way, guys, Pentecost is what?
One of the biblical feasts, and it's amazing that, you know, it really disgusts me.
The Bible mentions several biblical feasts.
People say, oh, it's just for the Jews.
No.
It's biblical feasts that God's appointed, that the apostles themselves took place, Jesus himself took place at these festivals.
But yet, no Christians celebrate them.
They celebrate unholy, unbiblical holidays that have nothing to do, at all, with Jesus, or the Bible.
Their pagan holidays are schemed up from Rome.
It's amazing, it really is.
And, oh, those are just for the Jews, now.
So, aren't we supposed to emanate and do what Jesus did?
Well, Jesus took part in the Pentecost, the Passover, and everything else.
So didn't Paul and the apostles.
So didn't the early church fathers.
So what's the problem?
And I'll show you right there, there's Catholicism right in your church.
And you call yourselves a Christian church, but you guys go by Catholicism if you celebrate Easter, Christmas, and all that, you know, unholy stuff.
So just want to point that out there, all right?
For a great door and effectual is open unto me, and there are many adversaries.
So this is a big opportunity with Paul saying.
However, there are many adversaries, enemies.
The more good things you do for God, the bigger your target becomes on the spiritual warfare.
Remember that.
But, don't fret it, because the Lord says, if I am with you, who could be against you, right?
Exactly.
So when you get attacked and everything else, that means you're doing your job.
Rejoice in it.
Because remember, all the apostles, right, when they went through turmoil, like Stephen, remember?
When Stephen, we read about Stephen?
When Steve was on death row, if you want to put it that way, he rejoiced in that.
He was glad, he was excited because he knew he was doing the Lord's work very effectively.
So, Paul as well, when he thought he was going to be put up to death too, he was excited for it.
Not that you want to die, no, nobody's saying that, but when you get attacked or whatever the case, and one day we will be put to the test.
If we don't take the mark of the beast, whatever the case.
Yeah, you'll be put to death and you should be exceedingly enjoyed for that.
Now, if Timothys comes, see that he may be with you without fear.
For he works the work of the ward as I also do.
So he's saying, if Timithus, Tim, Timithus, Timmy, Timothy, right?
They call him Timithus, yeah.
If he comes, right, be with you without fear.
So yeah, don't be, don't let him, you know, whatever the case.
So he, see that he may be with you without fear.
All right, so in other words, not that Timithus is fearing, but you know what, help him out.
That's what he's saying.
Give him shelter, food, help him out if you have to.
Yeah, that's what he's saying.
For he works the work of the Lord as I do also.
And he says, let no man therefore despise him.
And in a biblical sense, despise, we know what it means.
"Despise" Sometimes the words are a little bit different.
Loathing or hating something.
All right, so it's the same thing.
All right, so.
So let no man therefore hate him, or loathe him, which is, in other words, attack him, but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me, for I look for him with brethren.
So what Paul's saying here is, if Timothy comes, protect him.
That's what he's saying.
So he can do the Lord's work, and then by, you know, scoffers and all that go after him, whatever the case, protect him and let him do the Lord's work.
So as touching our brothers, Brother Paulo's here, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren.
But this will not at all come at this time, but he will come when he Has a convenient time.
So he's saying that Apollos is going to come as well.
But according, I mean, like he's busy right now, so to speak.
And he will come to you at a convenient time when he's able to do so.
So watch ye stand fast in the faith.
Quit like you men.
Be strong.
And that doesn't mean quit.
It's like, uh, in that sense, you know.
But be strong.
Be faithful.
You know, keep your faith.
Be strong.
And let all your things be done with charity.
So, charity in the Bible means, biblical definition is, the highest form of love, signifying the reciprocal love between God and man that is made manifest, the unfinished love for one fellow man.
That's what that means, charity.
So let all your things be done with love.
I beseech you, brethren, You know the house of Stephanas that is the fresh fruits of Alkiah and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints.
And you know addicted is like take pleasure in doing something.
It's joyful for them.
He's saying that they love doing the work of the Lord.
And the saints, guys, I want to point out too.
Saints?
It's not who the Catholic Church deems as a saint or a sainthood or anything like that.
No.
Saints are you.
If you believe in Jesus Christ as the Savior and all that stuff.
He confessed your sins, repented them and all that stuff.
Yeah, you are a saint.
We're the saints.
We're the remnant.
You don't need a religion of any kind or a Catholic Church to tell you who can and can't be a saint.
That's not how it works.
No church or religion at all has the authority to declare anybody a saint.
Everybody's a saint that believes in Jesus Christ.
I want to point that out there, because that goes around.
Even in the Christian religions, they go, they address people saint this, saint that, because the Catholic Church does.
No, the Catholic Church doesn't get to decide who's a saint or not.
The Pope has no authority to do stuff like that.
We are the saints.
F As we'll show you quickly, I'm sorry, I'll do that some other time, because it'll go off the subject here, but I don't like to frog hop all over the Bible, but when we get to the book of Revelation, I'll show you.
Because Jesus addresses us as the saints, the remnant.
That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to everyone that helps us with us in labors.
So dedicate yourselves, submit yourselves to such, to everyone that helps in labor.
So do the work of the Lord, you say.
Help them out.
I am glad of the coming of Stephanus and Fortunus and Archias, for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.
So basically, yeah, he's saying that these guys, you know, and I'm coming, whatever, to go and walk around, you know, administering the word that, yeah, you guys are lacking.
He's saying that on your part.
So this is Paul saying, help these people out.
You know, submit yourselves, he's saying, to everyone that helps us out.
For they have refreshed my spirit in yours.
So basically they were an encouragement.
Therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.
Acknowledge them that, yeah, they're, you know, like, they're doing the work of the Lord.
And the church of Asia salute you.
Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord.
With the church that is in their house, salute as I acknowledge.
Let me double check that, yeah.
To greet-- all right, salutations.
You know, like in the military too, when you salute your commanding officer, you're giving salutations, you're addressing, you're hailing, you know, to express your... You know what I mean?
that's what it means.
So, a slew, you know what?
So acknowledge them in the Lord, greet them in the Lord, in which the church is in the house.
All the brethren greet you.
Greet ye one another with a holy kiss.
Now I don't know exactly what a holy kiss is.
Let me check that out.
This is what a bible study is.
Biblical definition of a holy kiss.
So let's see what this is.
It's told by the spirit in experience in prayer.
Their literal expression which point forward to the Eucharist.
Alright, this is some Catholic thing.
What is a holy kiss for early Christians?
A holy kiss was associated with... Alright, peace and unity.
given by the Holy Spirit to the congregation.
So I don't take the Catholics.
Yeah, that's a Catholic thing, but yeah.
But, I mean, let's see if it is in the law.
Implied full acceptance.
Alright, that's what it is.
Holy Kisses are Full Acceptance and Disregardless Catholic.
Yeah, you can tell that that's definitely Catholic.
All right.
So this is saying Holy Kisses are implied Full Acceptance.
Which is a kiss on the cheek was used for greeting and applied friendship and acceptance.
And a kiss greeting between Christians implied that no elite groups existed and that they were equally loved and accepted.
Not only by God, but one another.
Alright, so Holy Kiss we're saying is accepting and greeting each other and acknowledge that we're all equal.
There's no elite group, whatever the case, that's what's going on.
And acknowledge and give greetings of me, Paul, with my own hand.
So the salutation of me with my own hand.
So he's saying, with my own hand, I'm giving you guys greetings.
And if any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be an anathema, Marantha.
And I don't know what that means, Marantha.
I know what napping it means, but-- oh, OK.
It's, uh, distinguish it from sexual one and from hypocritical or deceitful one.
So it's always important to know what these words mean, guys, because it changes the whole outcome of the verse.
And some of you do, you know, oh, how could they not know what that means, you know?
Well, you know what?
Some people don't, and sometimes I forget what these mean, or I don't know, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
This is what a Bible study's supposed to be.
And if you're in a Bible study group, you don't know... I don't care how many people in the group, guys.
If somebody's reading the scriptures to you, and you don't know what a word means, stop and ask, because I'm sure half the people in that crowd don't know what that word means.
But they're too embarrassed to ask, because they feel like... In other words, like feeling unintelligent, or whatever the case.
Don't be ashamed.
There's no pride, guys.
I don't know what that meant in Maratha.
Kind of knew what anathema meant, but not really missed with the inscriptions, yeah?
So, anathema is a creature or object set apart for sacrificial offerings.
It's profane use would strictly ban such objects, okay?
So, it's object is something set apart for offerings, and this, yeah, anathema, and what else we have?
and Maranta, which is being hypocritical.
So, let me get the context here.
So, if any man doesn't love, not love Jesus Christ, let him be an anathema.
In other words, like what Jesus is saying.
It's like something set apart for sacrificial offerings, something forbidden.
Forbid, you know, forbid them.
And also a Maratha, which is hypocritical.
So let them be hypocrites and all that stuff.
But the grace, yeah, but the grace of our Lord, Jesus Christ be with you.
My love be with you all in Christ Jesus.
Amen.
The first epistle to the Corinthians was written from Philippi by Stephanas and Fortunanus in Atreus in Timothy.
So that's Paul signing off here.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
So like I said, it's going to be a short video here.
So if you guys think I missed something or you want to add something to it that you thought I missed, whatever the case, or you got any questions or anything like that, put it in the comments section, not the live chat, because during the premiere of the video, there's a live chat, which I encourage you all to watch the premiere on these videos.
