TruthRadioShow.com And welcome to the Dan Bedani Show at TruthRadioShow.com and welcome to the Book of Acts.
We are now on to Chapter 10. In-depth, comprehensive study of the Book of Acts.
We do chapter by chapter.
And like always, we do our Bible study approach.
Pray for wisdom and understanding.
So let's do that right now.
So Jesus, Yeshua Messiah, we come before you once again to ask for forgiveness of our individual sins and trespasses.
We ask you to purify us before the Father.
And thank you so much again and again and again.
Thank you so much for everything you do for us.
Heavenly Father, we come before you and ask for divine wisdom and understanding.
And we ask you to give us the Holy Spirit to write your word upon our hearts in today the book of Acts chapter 10. Write it upon our hearts so that we may know it within our soul.
And emanate to us, Heavenly Father, and we ask you to comfort everybody that's going through any kind of pain or suffering or anything of the sort and protect us all from the forces of evil.
And thank you for the great gift of salvation.
Thank you for creating us.
Thank you for everything.
And we just want to honor you, Lord.
And just help us honor you.
Help us teach your word today.
In your mighty name, amen.
So that being said, guys, we read the scripture in context.
Context is key.
As we always say, context, context, context.
Let the scripture interpret the scripture.
Don't lean on their own understanding.
So let the Holy Spirit work through you to help you understand this.
This is something that schools, churches, ministries, anything, you know, seminary school, colleges, whatever, academia, this is something they cannot do.
This is only something the Holy Spirit can do.
Always understand that.
So, if you've got a Bible, if not, don't worry about it.
It's up on the screen.
Watch another video edition.
But if you're on shakeawakeradio.com, please open your own Bible.
Just open it up anyway if you want.
It's up to you.
Acts chapter 10. So, let's begin.
And where we left off is chapter 9. It was the introduction of Saul, which later becomes Paul, right?
So, we learned about him and about the man with palsy for eight years, bedridden, right?
It was...
Was healed and won a lot of people over, right?
Then we learned about Tabitha, one of the female apostles.
She ended up dying, and Peter rose her from the dead to the power of Jesus Christ.
That won over, which means converted a lot of people in Joppa.
Amazing stuff.
So Acts chapter 10...
There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called Italian Band.
So, or Rome, whatever.
So when they, you know, the Bible says there was a certain man, right?
In other words, they're pointing out somebody.
It's pointing out somebody.
So a certain man, they're not going to get to too many details, who he was, where he's from, the whole nine yards.
They'll say sometimes, yeah, like, yeah, obviously he's from Caesarea, right?
So his name was Cornelius, right?
But the Bible points out a certain man, though, it's highlighting a specific person in what the Lord's done for them, right?
And it says that he was a devout man, And one that feared God with all his house.
So everybody in this household, they all feared God.
In other words, they served God.
They worshipped God.
Which gave much alms to the people.
Alms is like helping them.
Give them food if they needed it, clothing, whatever the case, right?
And prayed to God always.
So this was a very, like it says, devout man.
So the Bible here is explaining Cornelius was from Caesarea.
And he was a centurion in a band called Italian Band.
But explains he was a devout man, whatever the case.
So it gives details a little bit of who this guy was.
So you get a clue of what's going on, right?
So he saw in the vision, evidently, about the ninth hour of the day, an angel of God coming into him.
And saying unto him, Cornelius, calling his name, the angel, right?
Calling his name.
Cornelius.
And when he looked on him, he was afraid and said, what is it, Lord?
And he said unto him, thy prayers and thy alms come up from a memorial before God.
So in other words, God's noticed this.
God is acknowledging, say, wow, all right, it's come up to heaven.
It's like all the good things you're doing.
Your prayers, your alms, you know, the good deeds and all that stuff, it's come up before the Father.
And he says, now send men to Joppa and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter.
So he's telling Cornelius here to send men to Joppa, the city of Joppa, right?
And look for a person called Simon, whose surname is Peter, right?
So he lodged with one Simon and Tannin, whose house is by the seaside, and he shall see thee what you ought to do.
So he's telling them where Peter is.
And when the angel which spoke unto Cornelius departed, he called for two of his household servants, and a devout soldier of them awaited on him continually.
So when he had declared all these things unto them, he sent them to Joppa.
So this is Cornelius telling him what happened.
There's a devout soldier and two soldiers say, listen, the angel of the Lord appeared unto me.
He instructed me to go to Joppa and look for Simon Peter.
So on the morrow, so basically the next day, As they went on that journey and drew nigh unto the city, which come close to the city, right?
Drew nigh means he's getting close.
Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour.
So it's specified it's about six o'clock, whatever the case, right?
And he became very hungry and would have eaten, but while they made ready, he fell into a trance.
So if you notice, right, a lot of times on Spiritual counters, if you notice, right?
A lot of spiritual counters are following fasting of some sort.
If you look at John when he was on the island of Pat books in Revelation, right?
He fasted.
I think he only ate...
He drank water and ate one certain thing, but he fasted before he got to Revelation.
So basically, he's cleansing his body, right?
So the Lord can come upon him.
So I notice that a lot in the Scriptures, right?
So he went into this trance after, you know, he was hungry here, and he saw heaven open, and a certain vessel descended into him, as there had been a great sheet knit at the four corners and let down to the earth.
So this covering, like a sheet or something, a great sheet knit at the four corners.
It's pretty interesting, right?
So some kind of a vessel or a A covering sort of thing, let down to the earth.
So this is going to be something massive, whatever the case.
It's really, it'll be really interesting just to look into that, to really see what this is.
But regardless, there's a spiritual account here.
And we're in all manner of four-footed beasts on the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter!
Kill and eat!
Now, here's the thing.
I'm going to point something out here.
Let me just read this.
I've got to point something out, right?
But Peter said, No, so Lord, for I have never eaten anything that is common or unclean.
Talk about unclean animals, right?
And the voice spoke unto him again the second time.
Well, God has cleansed thy call not thy common.
And this was done thrice, and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
So I want to point this out, right?
I do a lot of shows supporting the Ten Commandments, right?
Supporting the food, law, and all that stuff, right?
So we got the dispensationalists out there, the churches that, you know, dreadfully tell people, oh yeah, the commandments are no longer law.
You know, the New Testament's done away with all that.
All these things were nailed to the cross and blood.
I don't know.
Paul says the ordinances, not the laws, the ordinances were nailed.
There's a difference between laws and ordinances.
Remember that, right?
And Jesus kept the commandments, so did the apostles.
And nowhere in the scripture does it say it's okay to eat meat.
Bad meat.
Unclean meat.
But in this very particular situation, a lot of people use this to say all meat is now declared clean.
Because what's going on here, they take this out of context.
The Bible says no such thing.
That it's okay to eat pork now and everything else.
This is a certain situation.
God put those animals before him for him to eat.
Doesn't matter what it is.
God makes the rules.
Plain and simple.
He never said that.
Now it's okay for us to go eat anything we want.
Never said any such thing.
I need to point this out because it's very critical.
This is one of these dispensationalists out there that say it's okay to eat anything, pork and all that.
This is one of the biggest things that they use.
Say, oh look, God made it all clean.
No, these specific animals are specific.
Right?
In heaven there, he was giving them to them.
Four-footed beasts of the earth and wild beasts and creeping things and fowls of the air.
He cleaned these.
This was of God.
This came from God.
They didn't come from the field.
They were coming from the sky, yeah, but they were four-footed beasts of the earth, yeah, because exact same things, but these specific animals were from the Lord himself.
And Peter right here is like, oh, we're not supposed to eat.
Right there, okay?
We're not supposed to eat things that are common or unclean.
He's following the commandment.
But the Lord told him what God has cleansed.
God cleansed these specific animals.
So it doesn't mean he can go eat pigs now.
Or, you know, animals that are unclean and common.
Now, these specific ones only.
This is where people take it completely out of context.
This is one of the key sedative verses here that these people use to defend themselves that they can go eat all the pork they want.
If you look at it, pork to this very day is one of the most harmful foods to eat.
There's a rising foodborne illnesses and all that stuff.
Yeah.
Even to this very day.
There's a reason why God outlawed those things.
Not to be a jerk and controlling Because they're no good for you.
There's no nutritional value at all.
But these specific ones that God put forth beforehand said you could kill and eat these things.
You have a choice.
Yeah, you go.
It was like a reward to Peter.
But it didn't tell him you could go for now and go eat unclean animals.
No, that's not what it says.
So this was done three times, and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
Now while Peter doubted himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, right?
So check this out.
This is what these people don't understand.
This is not specifically pointed out to animals.
Yes, God gave them what would be considered an unclean animal to eat, right?
But those are specific ones he cleaned.
He didn't clean every animal on the earth from now on.
That's not how it worked.
There's a reason for this.
There's a message for this behind this, right?
And this is what they don't point out to you guys.
That's why we read the scripture in context.
Very important.
Now you're going to see the reason why he did this.
Not to say it's okay now to go eat anything you want.
No, that's not what it's for.
Because Peter doubted himself, like, what does this mean?
So behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made an inquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate.
So they came to the city, it's like, where's Simon's house?
You'll be standing before the gate, asking where Simon's house was.
And called and asked whether Simon, which surnamed Peter, were lodged there.
So while Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek you.
Now, again, we need to read the description context to see what this vision meant.
This vision was nothing about God purifying every animal on the earth.
There's nothing like that.
And this is where the confusion comes from, because people do not read the Bible in context.
Now here, right?
If you take these three Bible verses, right?
Twelve, thirteen, fourteen, right?
And fifteen there, four.
Take him on alone, yeah, it sounds as, yeah, anything that you want to put it to.
That's okay to eat these unclean animals, but that's not what it says.
These specific animals, yes, but it didn't, he didn't make everything clean after this.
There's a reason he did this for us.
There's a certain look where he had.
There's a division, which he had seen, what does this mean, right?
So, So, and arise therefore, and get down there, and go with them, doubt nothing, for I have sent them.
So this is the Spirit telling Peter, just go to these men.
Get off the roof, go down with them, and doubt them for nothing, I have sent them.
Don't doubt.
I have sent them, so just go.
Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius, and said, Behold, I am whom you seek.
What is the cause therefore you come?
He said, What are you here for?
Why are you seeking me?
And they said, Cornelius, a just man, and one that fears God, and a good rapport among all the nations of the Jews, was warned from God by holy angels to send for thee into the house and to hear all the words of thee.
so Cornelius was telling him to say I was instructed by a holy angel to come to you to hear the words of you right Then called he them into the house there.
So Peter brought them into his house and lodged them.
In other words, put them up for the night, you know what I mean?
And on the next day, the morrow, right?
In the morning, whatever.
Peter went away with them and a certain brethren from Joppa accompanied him.
So when he got there, he's like, all right, why don't you guys crash here for the night?
In the morning, we'll take off on a journey back to Joppa, right?
So in the morrow, after, they entered into Caesarea.
So Caesarea, not Joppa, I'm sorry.
They entered into Caesarea, right?
And Cornelius waited for them, and he called together his kinsmen and near friends.
And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him and fell down at his feet and worshipped him.
But Peter took him up saying, stand up, I myself am just a man.
So Cornelius met him, right?
So, all right, I'm going to correct myself right here real quick.
So Cornelius' servants and the soldier went to go seek Peter, right?
It wasn't Cornelius himself.
But when they found him, Cornelius put him up for the night, okay?
Then they left in the morning back to Caesarea, right?
So they brought Peter to meet Cornelius, right?
So I just want to clarify that because I think I said Cornelius was with them.
He wasn't.
It was his servants and a soldier that went to go get Peter.
So they escorted him to Cornelius' house, right?
So when Cornelius met Peter, he fell down at his feet worshiping him.
And Peter told him, no, no, don't do that.
Stand up.
I'm just a man.
That's all I am.
In other words, I'm just a servant of God.
That's all I am, just like you.
Don't worship me.
We only worship Jesus.
And as he talked with him, he went in and found many that were come together.
And he said to them, you know how it is an awful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company while coming to one another's nation?
But God showed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.
There it is right there, guys, right there.
There it is.
There's what this meant.
Remember what we said right here?
I've got to point this back here.
Look, let the scripture interpret scripture, right?
And this is how people, right here, take things out of context and say, all foods clean eat now.
Right?
Because over here.
That when God gave him certain animals here, God gave him these, right?
And it said, choose any one you want.
He cleaned those animals, okay?
He made them clean.
It didn't mean every pig in the world was clean or any, you know, the animals that were forbidden to eat.
Those particular ones he gave to Peter.
Normally, yeah, they are forbidden to eat.
They're unclean.
But these certain ones got cleansed.
It didn't mean he cleansed every animal on the planet.
So there was a reason why he did this for, right?
Because Peter's trying to figure this out.
He's like, wait, hold on.
These are unclean animals.
Why would you do this for?
Questioning God, then he's like, wait a minute.
And God told him, no, just eat it.
Don't worry about it.
Because there's a message behind it.
And it was those specific animals, specifically, that God cleansed.
And again, I have to say this again and again, it doesn't mean that Peter was able to go out and eat any pig or any unclean food again.
This is only for a certain reason, okay?
There was a message behind this, because Peter's still trying to figure out what this message meant, right?
And here we are, okay?
That's why it's part of the reason in context, verse 28. He finally understood what that message meant.
He said, God show me that I should not call any man common or unclean.
Therefore, came I into you without gainsaying.
As soon as I went, I sent for, and I asked, therefore, what intent you have sent for me?
And Cornelius said, you know, asked me, what was your intentions of sending for me?
So Cornelius said, four days ago, I was fasted until this hour, and at the ninth hour, I prayed in my house, and behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing, to specify an angel, right?
Or it could have been Jesus himself.
It said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God.
As the beginning of the chapter describes it, right?
And that's just Cornelius telling Peter what happened, right?
He said, Send forth there to Joppa, and call unto Simon, whose surname is Peter.
He is lodged in the house of one Simon a tanner by the sea side, and who, when then come, speak unto thee.
So immediately, therefore, I sent to you, I sent for you.
I did what the law told me to do.
And thou hast well done, thou art come.
So he's saying, yeah, I sent for you, now you're here.
And now therefore, are we all present before God to hear all things that are commanded to be of God?
So he explained what happened.
You know what I mean?
Why division and why God sent for him, right?
That Peter opened his mouth and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons.
But in every nation, he that fears him in worketh righteousness is accepted with him.
So what we learn here today, we're not done yet, but we learn how to not take the Bible out of context, right?
And I have to emphasize this one more time, guys.
These verses here do not say it's okay now to go eat.
Anything we want.
These verses here does not say that all animals are now clean.
Does it say that?
No.
Again, I'm going to emphasize one more time, these specific animals that God provided for him, God made them from the clean to unclean.
Just for him, for this purpose only.
He's God, he can do whatever he wants.
But is it okay to eat?
Again, no, it's not.
This does not say all animals in the earth are now clean.
It says no such thing.
Those specific animals that were given to them.
And I'm not, you know, sorry to repeat myself, but I have to do this because people take Bible verses out of context all the time.
And this is why we have false ministries out there, false religions and all that.
They take single Bible verses.
And what they'll do is right here, right?
When you start asking questions, this is the common tactics, right?
When you start asking questions about this, right?
What will they do?
Instead of just reading through the rest of it to find out what it really means in context, right?
Like we just did?
Nope.
They'll jump to another verse, another chapter, another book, whatever the case.
It has nothing to do with it.
It'll sound similar to it, but it has nothing to do with it.
And they strategically string this along so they can put any agenda they want to make it look like that God prohibits eating unclean animals.
In any of the context, there's no such thing.
So I hope we demonstrated right here today why it's important to read the Bible in context.
Context is key.
So next time when a pastor, somebody you know, whatever brings us up, right?
To defend eating pork and all that, you need to show them, once you go down to verse 28 here, and the whole point of the message is to show that no man is common or unclean.
In other words, the gospel is for everyone.
That's what that is.
As you read right through here, right?
Because remember, all nations of the Jews was born from God.
Yeah, so like, it shows that every man is worthy, I'm sorry, every man could accept the gift of salvation.
That's what it is.
None of us are worthy, you know what I mean?
Because God's grace, we could be worthy of Him, you know, by accepting Him.
So this was a message to point out that anybody could be saved.
That's all that message is for.
It doesn't mean it's now okay to eat all cleanly meats.
It's not.
So, the word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ, He is Lord of all.
Look at that right there.
That's what the message was.
Nobody, yeah, no man is unclean or common.
Anybody could receive the gift of salvation because He's the Lord of all of us.
And this also points out to those people out there, okay, I'm not going to pick at people here, but there's groups and sects and religions out there who think they're automatically gifted, granted, grafted into the kingdom of God because of their heritage, because of their bloodline, because of their skin color.
Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong.
Because God says neither Jew, Greek, rich or poor, okay, they're all equal, plain and simple.
And he's a lord of all.
Doesn't matter if you're black, white, Hispanic, Asian, whatever the case.
Doesn't matter if your skin's blue, red, green, or whatever.
You accept Jesus Christ, you are all equal.
Your heritage just has nothing to do with it at all.
Nothing.
I don't care if you're a direct descendant from King David himself.
You're not going to go to heaven unless you believe in Jesus Christ.
Bottom line.
Alright, so, I hope people got the messages here, okay?
And so, I'm going to move on.
So again, the word which God sent unto the children is your preaching peace by Jesus Christ.
He is Lord of all, everybody.
And that word I say, you know, which was published throughout all Judea, in other words, broadcasted, spread, you know, by word of mouth, published throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee, and after the baptism, which John preached.
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with the power, who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil, for God was with them.
Oppressed with the devil as people possessed, or whatever the case was, we read through Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
And we are witnesses of all these things which he did in the land of Jews and Jerusalem and whom slain hanged on the tree.
As Peter said, we're witnesses.
We've seen it all.
We've seen all this happen, right?
And God rose him up on the third day and showed him openly.
Rose from the dead and everybody seen him walking amongst the people.
Then the apostles seen him ascend into heaven from Mount Olives.
And not all the people, but to the witnesses chosen before God, even to us, who did eat and drink with Him after He rose from the dead.
So He was shown openly, yes, but only the chosen, okay, that were before God, the apostles and disciples, they ate and drank with Him after He rose from the dead.
And he commanded us to preach unto the people and to testify that he is which is ordained by God to be the judge of quick and dead.
Because remember, Jesus was given the keys of Hades, hell, right?
And Jesus became the judge as well.
He decides who goes to heaven and who doesn't.
God put him right at his right hand on the throne and said, yeah, you are the judge, jury and executioner, basically.
To him, give all the prophets witness, and to his name, whoever believes in him shall receive remissions of sins, right?
In which Peter yet spoke these words, the Holy Ghost fell on them all, which were heard the word.
So everybody, when Peter was speaking, right, everybody was listening, the Holy Ghost fell upon him.
To fulfill them, right?
And they, of the circumcision, which believed, were astonished.
As many as came with Peter, because that of the Gentiles was poured out unto the gift of the Holy Ghost.
So they heard him speak with tongues and magnified God, then answered Peter, right?
So now I want to point this out too, right?
Tongues, I'm going to note that for a second, right?
I heard them speak with tongues, but I'll explain something in a minute, right?
Because I know these charismatic churches and all that, they think you have to speak in tongues to receive the Holy Spirit, right?
Just bear with me for a minute, right?
So, can any man forbid water?
That these should not be baptized which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we.
And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord.
then pray they him to tarry certain days.
So, as we pointed out, the gift of tongues, right?
And if you read through the scriptures, right?
As we're going to get to eventually.
And the gift of tongues, it's like, when you hear somebody, or whatever the case, right?
And if those tongues are not edified, okay, they are not of God.
In other words, if you can't understand what that person is saying or somebody accompanied with them that can interpret what is being said, if that's not the case of those two cases, they are not of God.
The Bible makes it very clear.
They're of the devil.
The gift of tongues is from the Lord.
Yes, it's from the Holy Spirit.
But it's not a requirement to be baptized and saved.
I know the charismatic churches tell you that.
I used to belong to them.
And I tried everything in my power to try to talk in tongues and all that.
And I felt I was doing evil.
I thought I was deceiving God.
But come to find out, no.
That was the Holy Spirit telling me to get the heck out of that.
And I heard people all over me talking like in tongues, and I couldn't even understand anything they were saying.
And neither did they edify anything they said.
Then when we learn about the tongues, we get to the Corinthians and all that.
That's, you know, 1st and 2nd Corinthians.
We're going to really get into what tongues is and how it's edified, all that stuff.
You know what I mean?
And what tongues of God are, what tongues of the devil are.
And unfortunately, most churches today that do tongues, the tongues of the devil are.
And I'm going to give you an example of tongues, right?
Just say you've got five people with you, right?
One speaks German, and they can't understand English, right?
Or they could understand German, right?
Then Russian, then Spanish, then Portuguese, then Laotian or something, right?
Five different languages, right?
And they can't understand anything else but their own language.
You understand English, right?
So if an angel and Lord appeared before six of you, right?
Spoken tongues or a person spoke in tongues.
Every one of you, all six of you could hear that message in your own language.
That's what tongues is.
So if you hear somebody like just jump up in the middle of the church, oh, baby, it starts shaking all over, and you can't understand a darn thing they said or nobody can identify for them, Yeah.
That's raw emotions.
That's from the devils.
Not of God.
And the Bible...
We're going to get to that to back this up.
And it's not a requirement to speak in tongues to be saved.
I've been filled with the Holy Spirit.
I don't speak in tongues.
And I'm not saying the Holy Spirit doesn't do that because it most certainly does.
It gives you the gift of tongues when needed, right?
But it's edifying.
But it's not a requirement you have to speak in tongues to be saved.
This is the rituals that these religions do.
The Catholic Church, they get the penicence and all the stuff they go through.
You have to do this, that, and the other thing to be saved.
There's a bunch of rituals you've got to go through.
The Bible's not about rituals.
We've won over this so many times.
Being baptized, a lot of churches are like, oh, you have to go through these classes and everything else.
In Catholic, you have to go through CCD and First Communion and all that.
And Christian churches, you have to go be discipled and go to these classes and be brought before the council of the church and all that.
That's not how it works.
John the Baptist didn't do that.
Somebody come up to him, I want to be baptized.
Come on, try to even ask him his name or nothing.
Come on, boom.
Baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
So we try to avoid rituals from churches, guys.
They're not biblical.
And so I just wanted to point this out with the tongues too.
And one more time, for they heard them speak with tongues and magnified God.
Then Peter answered and said, Can any man forbid water?
For these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well.
And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord.
Then prayed them to tarry in certain days.
I forgot what tarry meant.
Look that up.
I'm sorry.
Tari is like or covered with tar.
Thank you.
What does Tari in the Bible work for?
To be vigilant and responsible, right?
So, that's what it means.
Tari means to be vigilant and responsible.
So, we pray with them.
Then pray they, him, to be vigilant and responsible.
For X amount of days.
Certain days is X amount of days.
We don't know how many exactly, but it's X amount.
You know, we call it today.
Certain days, right?
So, that's the lesson today.
So, hope you guys enjoyed this.
And it's very important to understand the thing in context.
And we proved today, once again, how important it is to understand the Bible context.
Because if you took these certain verses out of here, man, to say, yeah, it's okay.
God says right here, it's okay to eat unclean meat.
Unclean animals, not meat.
Because in the Bible, meat is clean.
It could be anything, meat really, but it's clean food.
Clean animals, right?
Unclean animals, not only food at all.
But in this only certain specific case that Peter was allowed to eat these because there was a lesson to be learned from it.
Not to say that all men, as we showed you, right?
This did not mean that all animals were now clean, right?
Did not mean that.
There was a lesson behind it because Peter's trying to figure this out.
Peter's like, wait, this is forbidden to eat this stuff.
But God says, no, eat it.
There's a lesson behind this.
And again, he didn't say, it's okay to eat this stuff from now on.
No.
He's a specific, certain animal, right?
The lesson was to learn that all men, doesn't matter where you're from, heritage, whatever the case, is no longer forbidden.
I mean, there's no longer common or unclean people.
Don't call any man common or unclean.
Anybody can be saved.
Seriously.
See, the point is out, right?
He's the water of all.
Preaching peace by Jesus Christ to everybody.
He is the Lord of all.
That's what that meant.
That's the message behind it.
That's the context we can talk about.
Very important to understand this, guys.
So I know a lot of people right now are like, oh, okay.
Yeah, because I got those verses thrown to my face by dispensational.
Look, right there, the Bible says all the animals are now unclean.
I mean, all the unclean is now clean.
No, it never says no such thing, does it?
Nope.
And you can put it in the comments.
Let me know in the comments.
Because if you don't get it, I can help you even further.
But put it in the comments.
Did you get that?
I mean, let me know.
Because I know people who once used Everest to defend eating pork and all that, now they're saying, oh man, alright, well, I guess I was wrong.
Yeah, you know, it's no shame in being wrong.
I've been wrong a million times, but when you read the Bible in context, it's not you being right, it's not me being right, it's the Bible being right.
We've all fell victim to religions.
That's why you don't follow religion, you follow the Bible.
Big difference.
Trust the plan, the only plan that's the Bible.
Not, you know, the 40,000 different denominations of Christianity, not Catholicism, not any of the other religions and sects and cults and everything else.
Trust, be a follower of Jesus Christ.
That's what I call myself.
So don't take my word, anybody else's word for it, and read it for yourself.
