declaring war on the new world order truth radio show dot com shalom and welcome to the dan badani show on truth radio show dot com and welcome to the book of acts We are now on to chapter 5, so if you miss chapters 1-4, they're in our playlist.
So again, we're doing this biblical, in-depth, comprehensive study of the book of Acts.
So before we get going, guys, we ask you to join us and pray for wisdom and understanding because we do this specific Bible study approach.
So let's pray for wisdom and understanding.
So, Lord Yeshua, Jesus, we come before you and ask you to forgive us all individually of our sins, our trespasses, Abominations or any sins that we commit are committed, Lord.
We ask you to forgive us, Lord, and make us pure before the Father.
And Father, we come before you again.
And to ask you, in your mighty name, to have the great comfort of the Divine Holy Spirit, the Holy Ghost, write your word upon our hearts.
And today, Acts chapter 5. And we ask you to comfort everybody here, just heal people that need it, and protect us all from the forces of evil.
In your mighty name we pray.
Amen.
So that being said, guys, we read the scripture in context because context is key.
Let the scripture interpret scripture.
Very easy.
Let the scripture interpret scripture and don't lean on your own understanding.
And we do that by letting the Holy Ghost teach us the great comforter.
So, if you've got a Bible, guys, open up to chapter 5 of the book of Acts.
So, before we get going with chapter 5, I just want to go touch real quick, chapter 4 real quick, because chapter 5 is a continuation from chapter 4. So, basically, when this church was forming, led by Peter and John and the apostles, they were healing people and everything else, they were forming this church.
And what they were doing is they were gathering a massive amount of people for this church so they could go spread the gospel, right?
But they were telling people, all right, you're a new person now.
Your job is for the ministry now.
You belong to the church now.
We're working for the ministry now.
You're always put away, basically, right?
So, and verse 33 says, the great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all, right?
And so basically, long story short, they were told, alright, in this community here, if you own land or all kinds of stuff, right, sell it.
Because you're not going to need it anymore.
Sell it and bring the money here and we can divvy it up amongst each other equally, right, and help the poor.
Because our job is to help the poor, the needy, and everything else, and spread the ministry, right?
So all you need, if you've got cattle and things like that, or just something, expensive stuff, mainly land and everything, right?
Sell it and bring the money in.
And we can work together as a community, you know?
So they put all their money into a community for them.
So one guy here, this guy, he's a Baron of us here, was being interpreted as the son of Constellation, a Levite, in the country of Cyprus, right?
Having land, right?
He was a landowner, sold it and brought the money and laid it at the apostles' feet, right?
So that's what's going on here, and it's continuing on to chapter 5, right?
Now it talks about a certain man, but a certain man named Ennius, and with his wife Sapphira, Sold a possession, right?
So they sold something.
Right?
They joined this church and they sold this possession, right?
So what they did was they kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain pot and laid it at the apostle's feet.
So, what does privy mean?
Yeah, privy means it's sharing in the knowledge or information, knowing something secret or private, right?
So, There's deceit going on here.
There's some deceit going on here, right?
So this man and his wife, I'm sorry, sold the possession.
So what they did is they kept part of the money.
So I'm going to use this for example, right?
Just say they sold this possession for whatever this possession is.
We sold this possession, right, for just say 50,000 pieces of silver, right?
They probably say, oh, here you go, Peter.
Well, we only got $30,000 for my land.
And they kept $20,000.
You know, this is the only example.
I don't know how much it was.
That's what they did, right?
So, but Peter, right away, okay, he knew, yeah, okay, this is a lie.
So, he confronted Amnius, the husband.
He asked him, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Ghost and to keep back part of the price of the land?
In other words, why is it that Satan tempted you and you went with the temptation to lie to the Holy Ghost and keep part of the money?
And its land.
So, alright, then this is a good example right here.
What was that possession?
Now we understand because we've got the Scripture interprets Scripture.
Perfect example right there.
So if you read verses 1-2, you can interpret that to anything.
What was that possession?
And what a lot of false ministries would do, this is what they would do, right?
They, you know, and I'm not saying this particular verse, but they do this purposely.
They'll really do this first two verses, right, for example.
Just say they want to make that possession...
Your heritage.
I mean, your, I'm sorry, your money.
You know what I mean?
Your bank, whatever the case.
You know, just we'll use for your stockpile of gold, for example, right?
So what they'll do is they'll read these two verses, right?
To make it look like you're going to do the same thing.
And they'll jump to another chapter, another book, that has nothing to do with this.
And it sounds like it's something to do with this, but it's not.
And they'll change what that possession is.
Verses, this is why we tell people you need to read the Bible for your own, you need to read it in context.
Because any ministry right now can do that.
They're strategically smart to do this.
It's called psychological operations, how they do things.
They'll read you these two verses, and it's open for interpretation, what that possession is.
So they'll go, oh, if we go to Matthew, for example, Matthew 5.12, and then we're going to go over to Revelation 15.6.
They'll paint a story together to make it sound like, all right, these guys had to give all their money from their savings account or something, right?
Then they'll string up a story that you have to do the same thing.
Completely taking all these things out of context when none of the rest is ever going to do it.
And I hope I'm not confusing anybody, but I'm just showing you an example right here, right?
This is why we say read in context, right?
So now, if you want on read the third verse, it's land.
It's land.
You don't need a minister to tell you what that possession was.
The Holy Spirit just did through the Word of God.
Let the Scripture interpret Scripture.
Perfect example.
This is like a perfect example right there.
Let the Scripture interpret Scripture.
And you can never go wrong.
So, because a lot of people too, they'll read the first couple of verses and they'll be like, oh, they'll ask other people what that possession was.
Instead of going on to read it, You know what I mean?
Most of the time, it's right there.
So anyway, this husband and wife, they sold this land, and they, whatever price they got for it, right, they lied to Peter to say they got one price when they got another.
So basically, they hid the money from themselves.
So again, so Peter confronts the husband, right?
He asks him, why has Satan filled thy heart to lie to the Holy Ghost?
You lied to God, right?
You let Satan fill your heart to lie to God and keep back part of the price of the land.
In other words, keep part of that money you really got for it.
So again, 50,000 pieces of silver, for example, you told us you only got 30, but you actually got 15, you're hiding 20,000 of it, for example, right?
So while it remained, was it not thy own?
And after it was sold, was it not thy own power?
So in other words, he's saying you can't blame anybody but yourself.
It was your own power that you could have said yes or no.
But why has you conceived these things in thy heart?
You hid these things in your heart.
You conceived them with the devil.
And thou hast not lied unto men.
He's saying you didn't lie to me.
You're not lying to me.
That's what Peter's saying.
But to God, you're unto God.
You're lying to God.
So, in Annas, hearing these words, fell down and gave up his ghost.
He dropped dead.
Lied to the Holy Spirit, to God himself, right?
And dropped dead.
And again, it wasn't that he lied to Peter.
He lied to God.
And the thing is, so, Peter was driven by the Holy Spirit, so you're not going to pull one over on Peter.
Now, Peter just sent himself in the flesh.
Maybe he could have got one past him.
Like any of us, but with the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit knew he was alive.
And I told Peter that.
So as soon as the innocent died and gave up the ghost and everybody knew what was going on, great fear came upon all them that heard these things.
In other words, yeah, don't lie to God.
And the young man arose and wound him up and carried him out and buried him.
So, and it was about the space of three hours after when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.
So three hours later, after this guy died, Annis, she come in not knowing anything, alright?
And...
When she came in, right?
Peter talked to her, right?
Confronted her.
He asked her, right?
Tell me whether you sold the land for so much.
In other words, for X amount of money, right?
Just say again, 15,000 pieces of silver, right?
You sold it for 30, right?
She goes, yes.
I'm using paraphrasing, guys, so, and it actually says, the verse itself says that Peter answered, I'm sorry, answered on to her, asking her, and he goes, tell me whether you sold the land for so much.
And she said, yay, yes, for so much.
So again, paraphrasing, yeah, Peter's like, you told me you sold the land for 30,000 pieces of silver, right?
And she goes, yes, for 30,000 pieces of silver.
She's lying.
Then Peter said unto her, How is it that you have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord?
In other words, how is it that you and your husband sat there, knowing all this right, sat there and did this, and agreed to tempt the Spirit of the Lord?
Are you kidding me?
And he says, Behold, the feet of them that which have buried your husband are at the door, and they shall carry you out.
So she had no clue her husband was already dead, and as soon as she heard that, like, what?
Yeah, because your husband lied, now you're lying.
You lied to him, not me.
Like Peter said, you didn't lie to me.
You didn't lie to men.
You lied to God.
So the people who just got done burying your husband, they're at the door waiting to bury you.
And right away, then she fell down, straight down on his feet, and yielded up the ghost.
She dropped dead.
And the young men came in and found her dead and carried her forth and buried her by her husband.
And a great fear came upon all the church, upon many as heard these days.
Because this is how the Holy Spirit set an example here.
And nowadays, if we lie like this, we could be killed in the second death, go to hell, then like a fire.
This is a great example of this, right?
And the moral of the story, which is not, I don't want to say story, because this is a real historical account.
So the moral of this account here is, yeah, you could probably get away with lying to men.
And yeah, if Peter didn't have the Holy Ghost, they probably would get away with it.
If the Holy Ghost wasn't with Peter, right?
They could have probably slept by Peter.
And him never knowing their life, right?
Like people today, lie, cheat, and steal.
They argue the way.
A lot of times they get out of court.
When you know these people were murderers or thieves or whatever, and you know they did it, but they persuade the judge through trickery and everything, bribes and everything else, right?
Yeah, you can get away with men, lie to men, right?
But when it comes to the time to meet your maker of God during judgment, try lying to him about it.
There's no bribing judges.
There's no trickery or nothing.
That's the moral of this account.
This is a historical account.
So verse 12, And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders among the people, and they were with one accord in Solomon's porch.
So they were all singing together, rejoice together, and everything else.
So that is Solomon's Porch.
It's a significant gathering place for intellectual discourse and debate.
It was a place where this COVID area became a significant area.
That's where this place is, Solomon's Porch.
It was also the place where Jesus taught, shared, and visited with people.
And His disciples continued His ministry in Acts chapter 3 and 5, and that's where we're on.
There's chapter 3 through 5. That's where we're on now.
So that's what Solomon's porch is.
So, in the rest, no man joined himself to them, but the people magnified them.
And believers were more added to the Lord, multitudes, both men and women.
So, this ministry, this church, was getting huge.
Huge!
And it's no wonder, because by the time the Catholic Church came around, Hundreds of years later, when the Catholic Church came around, and no, Peter wasn't the first pope, he had nothing to do with that.
That's lies from Rome, that's all that is.
False historical claims about the Catholic Church.
Rome, at the time they had that pagan church, the Church of Rome, they were the dominant religion of the region, them in the Jewish community, right?
Two dominant religions.
So this faith here, this church, the Church of God through Peter here, right?
Through Jesus of Peter, right?
This church was defined as, I mean, it was grown insignificantly.
That's why the Jewish people, the Jewish faith, they didn't like this too much, and the Romans didn't like this too much.
Then we learn with the Catholic Church later on, they hijacked the movement to gain control of the religious sect again.
And no, it's not Christianity, guys.
It's Catholicism, Christianity, two different things.
You wouldn't know that today, but Catholics and Christians, they clashed for eons.
We did a whole series on this stuff, too.
A lot of people don't even know that.
I didn't even want to bring it up because it's a long explanation, but people need to know that Catholics and Christians are two different things.
All through history.
Christians and Puritans alike, they discouraged anybody from practicing anything to do with the Catholic Church.
Because it's unbiblical.
So if you want to know more, check out our spiritual warfare shows on TruthRadioShow.com So anyway, multitudes of people were joining this church, men and women, right?
Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets and laid them on the beds and couches.
That at the least of the shadow of Peter, passing by might overshadow some of them.
So in other words, like they laid him out so Peter could not pass him by.
You know what I mean?
Because Peter was walking around healing people, right?
So the way they laid him out, that Peter wouldn't miss him.
That's what that's saying.
That at least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow them, some of them.
But they stuck him out so Peter wouldn't.
So Peter would get to a mall, you know?
So, and there came a multitude, also a multitude out of the cities, around about into Jerusalem, bring sick people, folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits, and they were healed, every one of them.
So vexed was cursed, that's what a curse is, vexed, right?
Spiritual warfare here.
Vexed people, people cursed, right?
With unclean spirits.
So they were either cursed and or possessed with demons.
Or unclean spirits, right?
Right?
So Peter healed all.
Then the high priest rose up, and all that were with him, which is the sect of the Sadducees, and were filled with indignation.
So what's indignation mean?
It's anger and annoyance, provoked by what perceived as unfair treatment.
The letter filled Lucy with indignation.
So that's what indignation means, right?
So, the high priest, which is the Jewish community, right?
And then, remember, the same people who put Jesus to death, right?
Yeah.
They condemned Jesus, all nine yards.
Now they're seeing this stuff going on.
This is multitudes of people now, right?
They rose up and they were ticked off, right?
Plain and simple.
And laid their hands on the apostles and put them in common prison.
So when they came up, they rose up, they came out, right, to see what was going on.
They grabbed them, laid their hands on them, in other words, apprehended them, and put them in common prison.
But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors and brought them forth and said, Go stand and speak in the temple to the people the words of this life.
So yeah, the high priest came in and arrested him, right?
Threw him in jail.
And the angel of the Lord came and let him out.
The angel of the Lord told him, Go speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.
And when they heard that, they entered into the temple early in the morning and talked.
But the high priest came, and they that were with him, and called the council together in the Senate of the Children of Israel, and sent to prison to have them brought.
So they're like, they all got together, the same high priest.
What happened?
We just threw these guys in jail.
How are they out in the temple preaching?
So they called the council together, the Senate, and Alright, so let me...
I apologize.
So what's going on here, right?
So when the high priest came and heard all this, right, they were clueless.
What the heck is going on?
Then they came to the council together with the senate, and they were like, don't we have these guys in prison?
So the officers wanted to go check, and they went to go check the prison, and returned and told the priest there, So yeah, we checked the prison.
Doors are shut and safe.
They're all locked up.
The guards are still there, right?
The keepers standing before the doors.
But when we had opened the prison there, we found nobody.
So the Holy Spirit, or the angel of God, which is probably Jesus, or one of the angels, right?
Opened some gate or something, because obviously unless he put these guards here asleep or something.
Or maybe like a spiritual gate to get them out of there.
Like a little portal or something.
Or he probably put these guys asleep or something or in a trance to let them out.
Pretty cool stuff, huh?
Because it makes you wonder how they get out.
Was it a door, like a portal door?
A spiritual portal door to let them out to the wall?
Or was it that the angel seduced the keepers there to put them asleep or something?
That's pretty cool to even think about.
Yeah, because you just wonder how they got out because the gods were standing the whole time.
So now when the high priest and the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these things, they doubted of them where until this would grow.
So they're like, what?
What are you talking about?
Then came one and told them, saying, behold, the men whom you put in prison are standing in the temple and preaching to the people.
So they were down, like, you guys, like, go double-check, because they're in prison, and we've got the captain of our gods are saying, yeah, they're all locked up, the doors are safe, but when we opened the doors, they were gone.
How did they get out?
They were baffled, right?
And then came one of the gods or whoever, right, saying, hey, hold on guys, the men who you put in prison, they're all standing in the temple right now preaching to the people.
So imagine the looks on their faces.
And then went the captain with the officers and brought them without violence, for they feared the people, lest ye should have been stormed.
So now, because like, this is what's going on, right?
The officers, the captain, all that, they went over to grab the apostles, right?
But they did it without violence, because they knew the people would have overthrew them.
And I'm sure the people were already yelling as it is, them trying to bring the apostles over, right?
And when they had brought them, they set them before the council, and the high priest announced them.
So again, just take this into context from here, right?
So the captain and the guards there, right, they went over to the temple to grab the apostles, right?
They're probably puzzled.
How the heck did they get out of jail?
The guards are still there, the doors are locked.
How did that happen?
So, it makes you wonder how did it happen.
You know what I mean?
Like I said, did the angel put the guards to sleep?
Or did they, you know, something, regardless, it was the work of God to do this, right, to get them out.
So they, you know, heard the preacher going on and all that.
The high priest was like, wow.
It's like, all right, well, I thought these guys were locked up.
God went to go check and they probably still don't believe it.
And yeah, it's like, well, yeah, the guys are looking for other in the temple.
So the captain went over and carefully brought them over because they didn't want to go over and use force because the people they were preaching to loved them.
They would have easily took up stones and attacked the guards.
So they brought them before the council and the high priest asked them, saying, didn't we not straightly command you that you should not teach in his name?
In other words, didn't we command you to not teach the word of God, you know, Jesus?
And you have the word of God in Jesus' name.
And behold, you have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.
So right now the Jewish leaders, they're scared because all the people that ministered and converted, they're afraid right now.
Thank you.
They say, have we not commanded you?
We told you not to preach in His name.
And now you've got all of Jerusalem just about learning your doctrine.
And they're worried about the people rising up against them for them to pay for the blood of Jesus, right?
That they put them to death, right?
That's what the Jewish leaders are worried about.
That people are going to rise up and overthrow them, right?
Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we want to obey God rather than men.
And that goes out to everybody, guys.
I don't care who it is.
I don't care if it's a city, state, government, whoever.
If you're given an order, even if you're sworn an oath on the Constitution, whatever, or you're serving in the military, police, whatever, if something goes against your doctrine of Jesus Christ, right, you have to disobey it.
I don't care what kind of oath you took.
And it goes for anybody.
You could be in school, whatever.
If it goes against what your values are for the Bible, right, you have to disobey it.
Because this is a Peter here, right?
They honored the laws of the land, right?
But when it comes to the point when you...
That's why in this country, the United States, we have religious freedom.
We have a right to disobey any unconstitutional orders.
Because it's backed by God.
Because it says, yeah, alright.
Peter's telling the chiefs here, right?
The priests and all them, right?
Yeah.
Because they told him, we told you not, we commanded you not to preach in Jesus' name, right?
And Peter said, Mo, too bad.
Plain and simple, he said, we ought to obey God rather than men.
And that's what me.
I'll obey God over men any day.
And they boldly stood up in the council and said, yeah, no, too bad.
In a roundabout way.
And he said, the God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you slew and hanged on a tree.
Now this is Peter lashing out right here, right?
And Peter, again, in the other apostles' answer, said, we ought to obey God rather than men.
Then he's lashing out, saying, the God of our fathers raised up Jesus, who you slew and hanged on a tree, who I crucified, right?
Him has God exalted with his right hand to be the prince and the savior.
For to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.
And we are his witnesses of these things.
And so is holy the ghost.
So does the Holy Ghost, he's saying.
We are witnesses of these things, and so does also the Holy Ghost, whom God has given to them that obey him.
So remember Jesus said that he's going to send us another comforter?
Right?
And that comforter, he clarified it's the Holy Spirit.
He will guide us, the Holy Ghost.
Again, this is what Peter said here.
We are witnesses of these things.
Thanks.
And so, also the Holy Ghost, whom God has given to them that obey Him.
So, anybody who obeys God is given to the Holy Ghost.
Right?
When they heard that, when all the priests heard that, right, they were cut to the heart.
They took counsel to slay them.
So, in other words, they were cut to the heart.
They were ripped.
What?
You defy us.
You defy authority.
We're the authority around here.
You defy us.
So they all took counsel to slay them.
They wanted them dead.
Then stood up one in counsel, a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law.
So this is like a lawyer here.
This is a lawyer here, right?
Stood up in the counsel, right?
And he had a reputation among all the people and commanded to put these apostles forth a little space.
So we'll find out what that means in a minute.
We'll put forth a little space.
So this lawyer just stands up and he said unto them, You men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what you intend to do as touching these men.
For before these days rose up, Diodas boasted himself to be somebody, to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves, who were slain.
And all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered and brought to know.
So, and after this man rose up of Judas of Galilee in the days of Taxan, and all drew as much people after him, he also perished, and all, even as many as obeyed him, were dispersed.
And now I say to you, man, this is a lawyer speaking, right?
And now I say to you, refrain from these men and let them alone.
Leave them alone.
For if this council or this work of men, right, it will come to be not.
So this lawyer rose up out of nowhere.
He was a doctor of the law, right?
A lawyer, right?
Because the council was, once again, they were ready to, well, they were two consuls, they were ready to slay them.
They would talk about, yeah, we've got to put these guys to death now, right?
That's what they were doing.
And a lawyer was upset.
No, I don't think so.
So he says, now I say to you, refrain from these men.
Let them alone.
So, For if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come not.
But if it be of God, you cannot overthrow it.
Because it's like saying, if they are of God, you can't, there's nothing you can say to them to overthrow it.
God will supreme.
That's what it's like saying.
Because these Jewish priests, remember, they're supposed to be going by the law of God.
Remember that.
But they're manipulating it to try to kill, you know, they did kill Jesus, and they manipulated it to try to kill the apostles.
But this lawyer is setting them straight.
Again, but if you be, if it is of God, right, you can't overthrow it.
Less happily, you'd be found even to fight against God.
So he's saying, yeah, if you overthrow it, you're fighting against God.
That's what he's doing.
He's telling the priest that.
The top people in Israel.
And to whom they agreed, when they had called the apostles and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus and let them go.
So these cowards, right, these Jewish leaders, right, even though the lawyer put them straight, said, listen, they're fine, because if it's of God, You can't overthrow that.
Plain and simple.
Like here in the United States, right?
It doesn't matter what Congress says.
They can't make any laws that go against the Constitution.
In this case, yeah, these Jewish leaders, they can't make any laws against the Word of God.
Plain and simple.
But they were so angry and upset by this, right?
They beat them.
They beat the apostles up.
Then they commanded them, you know, don't speak in the name of Jesus again.
Then they let them go.
And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.
So, instead of being, like, all, like, disgruntled about it, oh, he just got beat up and everything else, they rejoiced.
Because the hand of God delivered them from there, and Jesus did tell them, yeah, the world's gonna hate you.
You're gonna be persecuted for my name.
And that's what we're going to go through these days, guys.
Especially in the end times.
We might be going to these councils one day.
And the world government's coming.
The new world order.
And what the scripture says, don't premeditate what you're going to say.
Let the Holy Spirit speak to you.
And we might be the same ones getting beat up.
And most of us probably never going to make it out of there alive.
But rejoice!
Be rejoiced, because remember, the world hated Jesus first, and Jesus warned us.
They hated me first, and I'm going to hate you.
But don't be of this world.
Be in the world, but not of the world.
Because our world's with him.
So again, they departed from the presence of counsel, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.
So in other words, they were happy.
They were happy that because of Jesus, they suffered persecution.
They got beaten.
They were happy.
Because that right there tells you what, you're doing your job, right?
Just like me and the guys on Ice TV and everything, right?
Brian and all them, right?
When we get attacked, okay, on social medias, we get attacked and all that, we know we're doing our job.
When they suspend our channels, we know we're doing our job.
It stinks.
You know, I lost my main YouTube channel.
Over 20,000 subscribers.
It was getting big.
They cut it clean, plain and simple.
But you know what?
I was upset about it.
But then again, I'm like, you know what?
I should be rejoicing this because that means I'm doing my job.
That's how the apostles felt.
Because they were beaten because of Jesus and threatened, they were rejoicing that they were worthy to suffer the shame for His name.
Are you worthy out there right now to suffer the shame of His name?
Are you going to rejoice if that happens?
That's the question you might want to ask.
It's the last verse here.
And daily in the temple, in every house, they cease not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.
So now, this is awesome, right?
He had granted a lawyer to save them, right?
They went to jail, got released by the angel.
Preached in the, once again, preached in the temple, right?
They were commanded not to, right?
So they went and grabbed him again, brought him to the council, and they said, listen, we're going to put you to death.
But a lawyer saved them.
So, before they let him go, they beat the snot on him, probably, and threatened him.
You speak again, that's it.
In the name of Jesus, keep your mouth shut about Jesus.
Then they let him go, right?
And instead of being upset about it, they were rejoicing that they were even worthy enough.
To God, to suffer for the name of Jesus, right?
So what did they do?
Did they, you know, they got threatened to do it again?
It's going to be consequences?
That's firing them up even more.
So they went daily, you know, day in, day out.
They went to every house without cease.
Not to teach them, without cease, they went and preached the word of God.
That's what it's saying.
We don't cease.
They were told not to do it, shut up, and they did it even more.
That's what fuels me, guys.
So, when I get attacked, persecuted, and all that, I'm going to come out even harder.
I get threatened, you threaten me, I'm going to come out ten times harder.
That's what men of God do.
That's what women of God do.
That's what people of God do.
You want to threaten us?
We're going to come out even harder.
You want to do something to us?
Guess what?
I'll lick my wounds, and I'm going to come out even stronger.
That's the attitude we need to have today, guys.
Whatever your chosen work for God is, like some people are good at street ministry, God bless them.
Some people are good at doing what I'm doing here.
Some people are good at just helping people.
In any different directions.
Everybody's got a certain talent they're good at in the ministry, right?
And when you get threatened, when you get attacked, okay, that means you're doing your job.
Don't be dispersed about it.
Be of good share.
Rejoice.
Because it means you're doing your job and you're worthy.
That's awesome.
And remember, they're not attacking you, they're attacking Jesus.
That's with you.
That's what they're attacking.
And you know what to do next?
They threaten you.
They shut you down.
Open up another channel and you come out harder and stronger.
That's what people of God do.
