Truth Radio Show dot com.
And welcome everybody.
Shalom to the Dampardine Show right here on Truth Radio Show dot com.
And the Gospel of John chapter 12.
We do an in-depth comprehensive study of chapter by chapter.
So if you miss chapters 1 through 11, don't go any further guys, go back and watch chapter 1 and catch up.
So you can do that at TruthRadioShow.com or go into our playlist right here on our YouTube channel.
So before we go any further guys, we do this all the time for people new to the show here, we do a specific Bible study approach.
Number one, we pray for wisdom and understanding.
So Yeshua, Jesus, our Lord and Savior, we come to you and ask you to forgive us all of our individual sins and trespasses and make us pure before the Father.
And Father, we come to you again to ask for divine wisdom and understanding to reveal your mysteries, your word to us through our hearts and write it upon our hearts through the Holy Spirit.
In this case, John chapter 12 today, and we ask you to pray, I'm sorry, we pray for everybody that needs comfort in, or any kind of help, spiritually, physically, whatever the case is going on.
We ask you to comfort them and heal them, Lord, in your mighty name.
Amen.
So that being done, guys, we read the scripture in context, because context is key.
We don't read a couple of verses and jump to another chapter or another book.
We read it in its context, because context is very important.
And we say this all the time.
Religions all the time, every religion is guilty of that.
They'll read a couple of verses and they'll jump to another chapter or book.
That's not what we do here.
We read exactly what the scripture says, right verbatim, in context.
And we let the Scripture interpret Scripture.
We don't lean on our own understanding.
We rely on the Holy Spirit to reveal to what the Scripture is saying to us.
So, um, here we go.
If you've got a Bible, guys, if you listen on ShakeAwakeRadio.com, thank you, Andy and Shake Awake for carrying the show and all our other shows as well.
And if you listen on ShakeAwakeRadio.com, if you've got a Bible, please take it out.
And if not, if you're watching on the video edition, we get the Bible right here.
We use the King James Version.
So regardless, open your Bibles, guys, and let's begin.
So here we go.
And by the way, guys, if you look for a show that just reads right through the Bible.
And this here, today, it's 50 verses.
If we just redo it, you can get it done in about three, Not even.
But that's not what we're doing.
We want to actually absorb the context.
What do they talk about?
You know, in full context.
In detail.
We want to fully understand and envision what is going on here.
And what the lessons to be taught today.
So if you're looking for something, just read through the Bible.
You got the wrong place.
Anyway, so verse 1 it says, Then Jesus, six days before the Passover, came to Bethany.
Now mind you, where we are at this point, right?
In John and, you know, the history, the timeline.
This is right soon before, probably a week before Jesus' crucifixion.
Alright, so keep that in mind.
So this is six days before the Passover came to Bethany.
Where Lazarus was, which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.
So, uh, revamp from chapter 11, we learn that Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead.
And the Pharisees, of course, and the chief priests, always trying to do something to condemn Jesus.
To get him to say something they don't like, so they could charge him for heresy.
Now, in here, we left off where Jesus told him that he is the Son of God.
And they, you know, literally picked up stones to try to stone Jesus, but Jesus got away.
So, at this point, the Pharisees and the chief priests, they want Jesus dead.
Alright?
And Jesus also raised up Lazarus and everything else.
So, now in the six days before Passover, came the Bethany, where Lazarus, which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.
So there, they made a supper for him, and Martha served it, but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him.
So, and if people say, well, the Passover is just for the Jews.
Yeah, we got another thing coming.
Because we're supposed to emulate Messiah, right?
Do what Messiah does, right?
And the apostles, they kept the Passover, guys.
Easter is not a biblical holiday.
And the Passover is.
Then people say, what are you talking about?
He rose on Easter.
No, he didn't.
Because we're going to get into that.
We're going to show you in the further chapters how exactly he rose.
He actually rose on the Sabbath.
Because when Mary got to the tomb on early Sunday morning, even before the sun had come up, the angel told her he had already left.
Therefore, he was gone before.
We'll get to that at the point here, but... Yeah, so, Jesus celebrated the Passover.
So they made a supper for him, and Martha served it, but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him.
Then took Mary a pound of ointment and spiked her very coarsely.
So this is very expensive stuff here.
"...and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair, and that the house was filled with the odor of the earth." So, then said one of the disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, which should betray him.
Of course, he's gonna make a complaint about it, right?
Why was not the sitement sold for 300 pence?
And given to the poor.
So whatever it's worth, 300 pence, I have no idea what that was worth at the time.
But regardless, right, it was very expensive oil.
She took it and wiped Jesus, yeah, moaned at Jesus' feet with it and wiped the excess off with her hair.
So of course Judas was like, oh yeah, Judas scarier.
Why are you wasting this oil?
We could have sold this and gave it to the poor.
Which is a little noble, but the thing is, he doesn't understand what she did.
So, this he said, not that he cared for the poor, but because he was a thief.
And had the bag and beer with him that they were in.
So, which is saying, yeah, Judas did not care about that.
He only said, oh, we could have sold it for 300 pence to give to the poor.
No, in other words, he wanted to sell it and keep it for himself.
Because he was a thief.
That's what the scripture says, right?
Then Jesus said, Let her, leave her alone.
Against the day of my burying, hath she kept us?
For the poor always ye have with you, but me ye have not always.
So you're not gonna have me always.
He said, he's telling him, my time's coming.
I gotta leave.
You're not gonna have me here forever.
But the poor you will always have with you.
And he's saying, leave her alone.
Because Judas, you know, he's going to betray Jesus.
Jesus knew that.
Judas is going to betray Jesus, right?
And he didn't care about the plot.
All he seen was dollar signs.
Why are you wasting that ointment?
It's worth 300 pence.
And he didn't understand what he was doing.
So, much of the people, the Jews therefore, Knew that he was there, and they came not for Jesus sake only, but to see that Lazarus also, whom he had raised from the dead.
So all these people gather outside, like, well, not just to see Jesus, right?
Because they want to see Lazarus, because this is the man that rose from the dead.
Mind you, he was in the grave for a while.
His body was stinking and everything else, and Jesus told him to remove the stone.
And they told him, no, no, don't do that, because his body is going to be stinking.
And they said, no, remove the stone.
They removed the stone.
And he told Lazarus, come out.
And Lazarus came right out.
Scared the heck out of everybody.
You can imagine that, right?
But everybody was there and said, wow, this is Lazarus that was dead, now he's alive.
Anyway, but the chief... The chief priest here consulted that they might put Lazarus also to death.
Of course they would.
Because if you've been keeping up with us by now, right?
You learn that the Jewish chief priests and the scribes and the elders and all that, they are trying to do everything but anything to put Jesus to death, right?
And anybody that believes them.
Because all the attention is off them.
They're jealous.
Even though that Moses and Elias prophesied specifically the coming of Jesus as the Messiah, right?
They still refuse to believe.
Mind you, the same people who, you know, not the same exact people, but the same kind of people, who've seen all the miracles God gave for Moses, right?
Splitting the Red Sea, providing shelter at night, you know, a pillar of fire at night to keep them warm, and a cloud overhead to keep them shielded from the sun during the day.
He gave them manna from heaven in the middle of the desert.
And the very second that they thought Moses died up on the mountain, they built the golden calf, the Baal.
Yeah, same people, kept denying God over and over again.
My brother made a point the other day too, he goes, he goes, if I was there during that journey, right, when Moses led the Jews out of Egypt, the very second that Moses split the Red Sea, right, he goes, that would have been it for me.
I would have never questioned God again.
That would have been it.
And you would think that, right?
And all the stuff that God has done for them, like we mentioned, right?
Yeah, they still keep denying Him.
Now they're denying Jesus.
Jesus is right there with them and they're still denying Him.
Even to this day, they still deny Him as the Savior.
Most of them.
They think the Messiah is going to come out of the temple.
No, that's the Antichrist.
So, now verse 11, because that by reason of him, many of the Jews went away and believed on Jesus.
So Jesus was capturing a lot of the Jews' attention, saying, yeah, I am the Messiah.
A lot of Jews believed it, right?
But again, the priests and the chief people, chief priests and all the head of the Jewish synagogues and all that, they didn't want to believe that.
So now they're jealous they want to put Lazarus to death, because now Lazarus is the center of attention now.
So on the next day, much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, They took branches of palm trees and went forth to meet him and cried, Hosanna!
Blessed is the King of Israel that comes in the name of the Lord!
And Jesus, when he had found a young ass, sat therein as it is written.
By the way, that's a donkey.
They called donkeys asses back then.
Some places they still do today.
Anyway, he found a young donkey where he sat on as it is written.
And he says, Fear not, daughter of Sion.
Behold, the king's coming.
He's sitting on the ass's colt.
So, these things understood not his disciples at first.
You know, it's funny too because the disciples, they were with him the whole time.
And I don't know how many times the disciples couldn't understand what he was doing, even though it was clear as day.
Well, Jesus had to explain to them 15 times in parables and they, listen, you get the point now?
Yeah, you get it.
So, but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him and that they had done these things unto him.
So these things were written of him, like the prophecies before his coming, and how he's gonna come, and what he's gonna do, right?
They remember this.
So the people therefore was with him, and when they called Lazarus out of the grave, I'm sorry, he called Lazarus, Jesus called Lazarus out of the grave, and rose him from the dead to be a record.
So a lot of the people that were there also witnessed Jesus to do this.
that called Lazarus out of the grave.
It stunned everybody, a lot of people afraid.
And they knew he was been dead for days, right?
He was wrapped in these clothing, almost like a mummy, you know what I mean?
But wrapped in this clothing and in the grave for days.
And for this cause, the people also met him, for they had heard he had done this miracle.
And the Pharisees therefore said among themselves, Perceive ye know how he prevailed nothing?
Behold the world is going after him.
So now the Pharisees are like, yeah, Jesus is getting a lot of attention right now, yeah.
And every time something goes on, right, there's the Pharisees, the Jews, the scribes, whatever, the Pharisees, the elders and all that, the chief priests and all that, always conferencing together to see, oh, what are we going to do now?
So, and there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast.
And the same came, therefore, to Philip, which was a beseecher of Galilee, and desired him, saying, Sir, we would like to see Jesus.
So Philip cometh and tells Andrew, and again Andrew and Philip tell Jesus.
And Jesus answers them, saying, The hour is come, the Son of Man should be glorified.
So you get all these people coming on the feast here to see Jesus.
Now I don't know if you know how important the feast is guys.
And again, I'm not gonna stick too much with the Easter stuff here, but... The Passover is one of the biggest, biggest festivals in biblical holidays.
Not just for Jews guys.
For anybody who claims to follow Jesus.
Jesus took the Passover extremely serious.
So ask yourself, why do we celebrate Easter when...
Jesus celebrated Passover.
Why?
They say, well, because it was a resurrection.
He didn't resurrect on Easter.
And even if he did, we don't celebrate that.
No way in the scripture here does it say to celebrate and turn that into a holiday.
Be glorified, yes, but we don't turn it into a holiday.
The biblical holidays are laid out right in scripture.
Anything else is Catholic dogma or some kind of religious dogma.
It's not biblical.
So Jesus goes on to say, verily, verily, right?
Means he's very serious.
I say unto you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it bides alone.
But if it dies, it brings forth much fruit.
Talks about acceptance.
Now what does he talk about?
Now, let's get into it, right?
And he that loves his life shall lose it.
And he that hates his life in this world shall keep it into the eternal life.
So if you, he that loves his life, right?
Shall lose it.
What does that mean?
And he that hates his life in this world shall keep it into the eternal life.
So in other words, if you love your life in this world, right?
It's not saying to hate.
It's like, if you love your life better than anything in this world, right?
You gotta lose it, and then you have to live.
In other words, don't be of the world.
Yeah, be happy or alive.
Absolutely, that's not what it's saying.
Not to be happy, right?
But if you love this life more than ever, than the world and everything, you gotta lose it.
But if you hate his life in this world, you shall keep it into life internal.
So now people take this the wrong way.
They're like, oh, we're supposed to hate our lives?
No, it's not what he's saying.
If you love everything in this world, though, you know, like, you put the world first.
Because remember, we're not of this world.
We're in the world, but not of the world.
The eternal life is far greater than anything here in life.
Far greater.
Picture right now, anything in life right now, right?
Anything.
How beautiful it could be, right?
And there's many beautiful things, right?
But magnify that times a million, if you can.
More than that.
I don't even know how to magnify that.
But magnify it, right?
Something you could possibly not imagine, right?
It's got to be like that and then something in the kingdom of God.
That's what he's saying, okay?
Don't worry about this life, worry about the next life.
Put your... store your treasures in heaven.
He said many...
Uh, statements like this, right?
So he says, if any man serve me, let him follow me.
And where I am, there shall also be my servant, my servant be, I'm sorry.
And if any man serve me, him will my father honor.
So if you love Jesus, follow him.
And where he is, there shall also be us, eventually.
And if we serve him, The Father, the Heavenly Father, our Creator, is going to honor us.
He's going to honor it.
So ask yourself right now, you know what I mean?
Is the stuff of this world, fame, fortune, glory and all that, is it all worth it?
You're going to end up losing it.
You're going to grow old and die, whatever the heck happens to you, right?
Put into Jesus.
And you're going to be with the Father in His Kingdom.
A lot better than me, I'd say.
So, now my soul is troubled.
And what shall I say?
Father, save me from this hour.
But for this cause, came I into this hour.
So, Father, glorify thy name.
So, he's talking about don't, yeah, he's not glorifying himself, he's glorifying the Father, right?
And his soul is troubled because, uh, you have people just like, a lot of people out there who actually believe in him, you know, because I had Jewish people who don't believe in him, right?
As a Messiah.
But he came into this world for one purpose.
So, you know, that's what the scripture says.
He came into the world for one purpose.
It's for God's glory.
For him to be crucified and raised from the dead.
That's the whole purpose of him coming here.
And Father, glorify thy name.
Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and I will glorify it again.
So, wow, that's amazing.
So, imagine if you're there right now, right?
You heard this voice from heaven.
Just after Jesus said this, right?
He said, now is my soul troubled, and what shall I say?
Father, save me from this hour, but for this cause I came, I, into the south.
Father, glorify thy name.
Then came the voice from heaven, saying, I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again.
That's amazing.
You know, if you really could picture that, because I'm trying to give you guys a full visualization of what's going on here.
Just picture the stuff in your head, like the Holy Spirit.
Look at the Holy Spirit to paint in your head or give you a vision of what's going on there, right?
And it says here too, the people therefore that stood by and heard it, said it a hundred others again, and the angel spoke to them.
So all the people in the area heard this voice, thunderous voice from heaven.
Right there, thunder, the voice.
And the angel spoke to them.
And Jesus' answer said, this voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.
He's telling the people, this voice is not for me, it's for you people.
Your sakes, right?
In other words, for your good.
Now is this judgment of the world, this world, now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
Who's the prince of the world?
Satan.
So now is the judgment of this world, and now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
And I, if I be lifted from the earth, will withdraw men unto me.
I'm sorry, let me rephrase that.
I hope I didn't spew this up here.
Because I know Satan, at one point he is the prince of the world.
The Bible says that.
He's gonna have his domain here on the earth.
Rule for the earth.
Very temporary though, right?
Jesus says that he'll cut those days short.
Thank God, right?
So I'm just trying to figure out if he's talking about himself here.
Because...
Yeah, well, Jesus is a king, so I imagine it's tough on Satan.
I don't want to mess this up, guys, so... So anyway, he says, now is the judgment of this world.
Now that the prince of this world be cast out, in an eye, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
And he said this signifying what death he should die.
So, again, I think he's talking about himself here, not Satan.
I apologize about that.
So, because when I see the prince of the world, we know that, again, Satan recognizes the prince of this world until Jesus returns.
But I don't think he's talking about that at this point.
So, and this he said signifying what death he should die.
So the people answered him, and we have heard out of the law that Christ abides forever.
And how do you say this though?
The Son of Man must go be lifted up.
Who is the Son of Man?
So the people, they were like, uh, questioning Jesus.
So we heard out of the law that Jesus, the Christ, which is the Messiah, Him, right?
Abides forever.
And how though you say it, your son of man must be lifted up?
Who is the son of man, they're asking, right?
And Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you.
Walk while you have the light, and lest the darkness comes upon you.
For he has walked into the darkness, knowing not where he's going.
So, you know, you walk while it's light time, right?
And when it becomes night time, now you're walking in the darkness, you don't even know where you're going, right?
While you have light, believe in the light.
That ye may be the children of light.
These things spake Jesus in the potter and he heard himself from them.
So what he's saying, he is the light.
Jesus is that light.
The light, the truth, the way.
So what he's saying right here, right?
You have a little while, for a little while, the light is with you, right?
For a little while.
That light you're saying, I am with you for a little while.
That's what he's saying, right?
Walk while you have the light.
In other words, walk with me while I'm here.
Because darkness is going to come, right?
When he's crucified and going off the earth there, right?
For he that walks in darkness knows not where to go.
So follow his light, that's what he's saying.
Because if you don't follow Jesus, you're going to end up in darkness and you never know where the heck you're going.
And you're gonna end up in hell.
It's plain and simple.
Down in the lake of fire.
And he goes, why do we have this light, right?
Believe the light.
So why am I here?
Believe me, he said, right?
That you may be children of the light.
Be my children, the Father's children.
These things Jesus spoke and he departed and hid himself from them.
So I know he went away and didn't tell anybody where he was going, right?
So, but though he had done so many miracles before them, they believed him not.
So a lot of people didn't believe him, even though all the miracles he's done.
Just like, and again, it's not just here.
All the miracles Moses did, right?
We just went over this.
The countless miracles Moses did.
Freedom from Egypt, right?
All the miracles that happened along the journey, right?
And they still didn't believe him.
They still doubted him, built calves to other gods and all that stuff, right?
Nothing changed a couple thousand years later, here with Jesus now.
And certainly nothing's changed today in 2023.
Nothing has changed.
God could step his foot down on the earth and people still be ignorant about it.
They'll say it's some kind of swamp gas or something.
Literally, yeah, that's how they are.
So, verse 38, that the saints of Isaiah, the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke, Lord, and who had believed our report?
And whom had the arm of the Lord been revealed?
So he's saying, yeah, but though he had done so many miracles, people still don't believe him.
And even when Isaiah, which is Elias, the prophet, right?
Might be fulfilled.
He is the fulfillment of Elias' prophecy.
Which he spoke to the Lord, and he had believed, or did you believe his report?
In other words, his testimony.
And the people claim to believe in Elias and Moses, right?
Their prophecies.
But their prophecies stand right before their face and they still refuse to believe it.
Therefore, they could not believe because that Isaiah had said again.
Elias, right?
Isaiah and Elias are the same person, by the way.
So, he has blinded their eyes and haunted their hearts that they should not see with their eyes or understand with their heart.
Or be converted and I should still heal them.
Yeah, because of the ignorance, their eyes were blinded and their hearts were hardened.
And these things said Elias.
When he saw the glory, he spoke of it.
Elias saw the glory of Jesus and he spoke of it.
This is thousands of years before Jesus.
Nevertheless, among the chief rulers, also many believed on him.
So, you got at least half the people in this era, you know, all the people wherever Jesus went.
At least half of them believed in Jesus.
Which is great.
And the gospel spread like wildfire.
So, but because of the Pharisees, they did not confess him, lest they should put out of the synagogue.
So, in other words, the Pharisees, they didn't confess him.
In other words, they didn't acknowledge him as the Messiah.
They didn't acknowledge him as the Christ.
So a lot of people went with the Pharisees and the Chief Priests other than with Jesus.
There was a divide there.
A lot of Jews were following Jesus like wildfire, right?
And a lot of other Jews were not doing that.
They went by what the Pharisees and Chief Priests had to say.
Now here's the thing, right?
If the Chief Priests and the Pharisees and all of them, right?
If they all said in the synagogues that Jesus is the Messiah, right?
Everybody would have followed him.
But the Pharisees and chief priests were the most stubborn people.
And you know, that would have deeded him being sacrificed.
So everything played out exactly in God's plan.
For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.
Yeah, the Pharisees did.
They loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.
So Jesus cried and said, He that believes on me, believes not on me, but on him that sent me.
You understand what he's saying here?
He said, if you believe on me, right?
You believe me, right?
Don't believe on me, but believe on the one that sent me, the Father.
He is the pathway to the Father.
And you acknowledge, yeah, we all believe Jesus is our Messiah, right?
But we also believe that Jesus is sent by the Father, to do His Father's bidding, and Him and the Father are one.
I know it's real hard for people to comprehend that, because of human limitations, alright?
But Him and the Father are one, but Him and the Father are, you know, Fathers in Heaven and He's on the Earth.
It's real hard to explain to a carnal mind.
About Jesus, all the time, glorifying the Father.
He never once said, glorifying Himself, right?
He's, again, He cried and said, He that believes on Me, believes not on Me, but on Him that sent, the One that sent Me, right?
And He that sees Me, sees Him that sent Me.
So, here we go, right?
When I just said, Him and the Father are one, people were like, what would he talk about, right?
He says right there, if you've seen Me, yeah, right?
You've seen the Father.
He said, you've seen the One that sent Me, the Father.
Him and the Father are one.
He goes, I come in a light into the world, that whoever believes on me should not abide in darkness.
And if any man hear my words, and believe it not, I judge him not.
For I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
Because judgment was important about judgment and judgment day.
That's when everybody's judged.
You know, the wicked, the people who don't believe in Jesus, right?
And we, the followers, we get to judge others during that day too.
Basically, we see if their names are written in the book of life.
And we get to take part in this judgment.
Because I'm telling you, you don't realize how many people that are right now in the belly of hell in the earth now.
You have no idea.
Now I want you to do this, right?
This is a real world comparison, right?
And I want you to do this, right?
Next time you go to the ocean or a beach, right?
What I want you to do is pick up two handfuls of sand.
Hold a handful of sand and, you know, imagine how many grains of sand are in my hand.
Just try to picture it, right?
Really envision this, right?
You're holding that sand in your hand.
How many grains of sand am I holding?
Probably millions and millions of grains, right?
A lot of sand, right?
A lot of grains of sand just holding your two hands, right?
That's probably like millions, tens of millions if not more, right?
Then... Comprehend that, right?
Then look at the grains of sand in your hands, right?
Compare it to the entire beach.
The grains of sand in your two hands are the only ones who are going to make the cut.
The trillions and trillions and trillions of grains all over the beach, right?
They're not making the cut.
So what I'm trying to tell you, the trillions and trillions of grains of sand is of people, right?
That are in hell, waiting judgment to go to the lake of fire.
Because the Bible says here, narrow is the way and only few will enter.
Wide is the way to destruction and many will enter that way.
They're going to the gate of destruction.
And it's sad to say that.
It really hurts the father.
Every time somebody goes to hell.
It really makes him weak.
Because hell and the lake of fire.
The lake of fire was already built for the fallen angels.
I'm sorry.
The fallen angels.
God forbid.
I said that.
The fallen angels and Satan.
Okay.
I'm sorry about that.
The fallen angels and Satan.
The lake of fire was built for.
Right?
He never intended to put man in there.
So he gives you Jesus to escape that.
That's all you have to do is believe in him.
Repent of your sins and do your best.
That's it.
That's what Jesus is trying to push his message at.
Follow me in the light.
Because you don't want to be cast into utter darkness.
That's hell.
Then after judgment it goes to the lake of fire which is worse.
The lake of fire makes hell look like a walking park.
Hell itself is thrown into the lake of fire too.
A lot of people don't understand that.
And they're both two different places.
I said this all the time.
Hell, it's like a little prison you go to if you get arrested, right?
You go to the court.
The judge says, all right.
Yeah, you're guilty as charged.
You're going to prison, to the big house.
And any one of us would rather sit in a prison cell in the police station than the big house, so anything can happen.
You know what I mean?
In a state prison.
Which I don't want to say in any one of them, you know what I mean?
But I'm just using it for example, yeah.
So, and yeah, I don't, I wouldn't even want to go to hell, okay?
So, Jesus is offering you a way out of it.
That's all he's doing.
And he says, He that rejects me, and will receive not my words, has one that judges him.
The word I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
So I have not spoken of myself, but my father's which sent me.
My father that sent me, I'm sorry.
He gave me a commandment.
What I should say, and what I should speak.
So he was sent in the name of his father, and yes, I'm the father of one.
And I know it's hard to really grasp that in your head, right?
Because he says, if you see me, you see the father.
Because the father isn't him, he's the father of one, right?
And he goes, I haven't spoken myself.
He didn't come to glory for himself, but the Father that sent him.
And he commanded him what to say and what to speak.
And in this time, right, Jesus did not come at all to judge the world, as he said, right?
He came to save the world.
Now, okay, yeah, when he comes back, it's a whole new ballgame, okay?
He's not coming back to save the world.
So, you know, I know some religions out there and some churches say, oh, he's going to come back, it's going to be a glorious day for the world.
And yeah, it's going to be glorious for us.
It's going to be glorious for the dead in Christ that are going to be resurrected, right?
Then we're going to be caught up with them after, right?
It's going to be glorious for us, but not for the world.
Jesus is coming back with a sword.
He's got to lay waste.
This is going to be the biggest smackdown in the history of this world.
Take all the plagues that happen, the judgments like the flood, the plagues, this, that, and the other, and it all happened rolled up into one times a million.
That's the hell that Jesus is going to bring on this world.
And yeah, he's bringing hell on earth.
A sword, he's coming back with a sword and he's going to smite every evil person.
The fallen ones, the Nephilim, unclean spirits, demons, the wicked on the earth, the rulers of the universe, He's coming back with vengeance.
But when he was here at this point in time, he wasn't there for that reason.
He was there for one thing.
To save, not to judge.
As he says.
And again, he says, for I have not spoken to myself, but the Father which sent me.
He gave me a commandment to say what I should say and what I should speak.
And I know that His commandment is life everlasting.
Whoever I speak, therefore, even as the Father said unto me, I speak.
So I speak.
So, those of us who accept Jesus, Lord Jesus, we have heard, we have seen.
Our eyes are open and our ears are open to the Father.
We follow the light.
But there's so many people, like I said, with the grains of sand comparison.
Like, uh, pick up those two, uh, handfuls of grains of sand on the beach and convert it.
I'm sorry, um, compare it to the, um, the entire beach.
Yeah.
Those are, you know, that's how much people actually got to make it to the, um, everlasting kingdom.
Everlasting life.
It's unfortunate, but that's how humanity is.
Because they just refuse to follow Jesus.
Now imagine if you were one of these Pharisees back then, or an elder, or a priest, right, denying Jesus, when you see them right in your face.
Then telling people, you know, because they were religious leaders, telling people, oh, he's not the Christ, whatever.
Imagine the condemnation you're going to face.
I wouldn't want to be that one.
And I pray that they end up accepting them after all this was said and done.
Before their death.
All these Pharisees and Chief Priests and whatnot.
I hope and pray that they ended up saying, you know what, I'm sorry, I repent.
Now I believe in the Messiah.
And I'm sure a lot of them did.
Especially a lot of the Romans.
Okay, where they seen the ground shake after his crucifixion, right?
When he passed.
They seen the entire ground shake and the heavens opened up.
And I'm sure anybody there but Uzziah just about dropped to their knees and repented.
Yeah, we're gonna get to that in further chapters, but if you've got any questions comments or answers guys Please put in the comment section Because this amazing stuff really is and I can't say this enough So that wraps it up for chapter 12 there and now we will be back with chapter 13 amazing stuff and uh it's like um every time I read description just stuff stands out to me and
And that's the Holy Spirit speaking through you.
And here's the cool thing, right?
And I want you to read this.
After we're done here, go back and read this, right?
And read it through the Holy Spirit.
And stuff is gonna stick out to you, right?
Even before you get to the next verses, it's gonna stick out to you.
And you're gonna be like, wow!
It's like you already knew ahead of time.
And by the way, I know I didn't read this ahead of time.
I stopped doing that.
I used to pre-read it, and I'm like, you know what?
Let me just go with the Holy Spirit.
I used to pre-read it, and then I do the presentation here.
But, I'm like, you know what?
I'm just going to read it.
Because I like to learn as I go as well.
So I can, you know, like when I make a mistake, I want to show you guys that, you know, I'm just as human as you are.
I'm nobody special, and I make mistakes.
I just made one up here by accident, and I corrected myself.
You know what I mean?
And if you think I made a mistake, I want you to put it in the comment section.
And if you're right, I'm going to humbly accept that humble pie, and I'm going to eat it.
Because there's no room for egos in here, guys.
I know a lot of ministries and ministers and all that, and so-called prophets, they call themselves, they exalt themselves as some high notable title, prophet or apostle or anything like that.
I would never in my life call myself an apostle or a prophet or anything like that.
I am a humble servant of Jesus Christ.
That's it.
I don't care if I led a church.
I am a humble servant of Jesus Christ.
I do not deserve the title of apostle or prophet.
And if anybody at all calls themselves that, guys, that should raise red flags in your head.
And I don't care what kind of ministry it is.
That should raise red flags in your head, guys.
The Word of God is with the students.
And yeah, like we teach here.
But I also like to encourage people.
Don't take my word for it.
Read it for yourselves.
Whoops.
Yeah, read it for yourselves, guys.
Trust the plan.
And that's God's plan.
Don't take my word, or anybody else's word for it.
Read it for yourselves.
