And I mean, so I wanted to bring them back on because Joshua here has been a huge victim of the police state, man.
What a crazy, I mean, wait till you guys see this video.
And normally, I'm not a person.
I'm not against cops.
I'm not one of those anti-police or, you know, people.
I'm anti-bad cop.
You know what I mean?
But this was ridiculous.
Just to go pick up his daughter from school.
It's crazy, man.

So, our guests here.
Here we go.
So it's Rachel and Joshua.
How are you doing guys?
Great, how are you doing Dan?
Great, how are you doing Dan?
Thank you for having us.
Yeah, definitely.
Thank you for having us on.
Absolutely.
So you want to give an introduction yourselves and briefly describe when you were here last time.
What happened and what's led up to what's going on today and go through the whole motions.
Alright.
Josh Millis is Rachel Ware.
Back when we were around before, I was going to pick up my daughter at dismissal time at her school.
She was in elementary school.
She had just transferred.
Upon dismissal, they grabbed her from the teacher and whatnot.
The principal had ended up coming out and charging at me with this statement that I couldn't take my daughter, of course.
Oh well, bewildered in my stun, I asked her to speak about it.
We spoke and arrived at the office.
Long story short, she claimed that I was in on some documents.
We went back and forth.
She found me in the system.
She had brought a police officer in for whatever reason.
The police officer even Co-operated the fact that she had found me in this registration system, and we kind of went back and forth again, and she was like, no, you're still not taking your daughter.
I'm like, well, lady, you don't really have any legal authority to do what you're doing, and I kind of left.
We ended up leaving and assaulted and sued, you know, just giant fiasco.
I mean, you can see the obviously the first episode to get all the good details, but Through that, there was some criminal, obviously, charges through the officer, which we ended up finding ultimately came to be this cover-up of some documents being entered into the school illegally.
It accepted some kind of conspiracy took place inside the school between my daughter's mother and some administration people inside the school.
We're still finding that out, still under investigation, at least.
So, with that being said, we found out there was a conspiracy inside the school, they tried to cover it up by arresting me, yadda yadda yadda.
So, there was criminal charges and then family court charges through some DCYF manipulation and conspiracy with the daughter's mother.
She had been kind of massaged into issuing or filing for two restraining orders about five days later after the incident, again creating this web of crap that we had to navigate through.
One of the reasons Our story kind of fell short because of COVID.
Our family court matter was long and prolonged and we ended up navigating way out of it.
With that navigation, I was given a I was basically awarded mutual or joint custody of my daughter, as was Tanya, and there was really no other orders.
Any previous orders were vacated with this order, and this was about April of 20... Yeah, April, the spring of 2021 is when the document was finally signed and finalized.
May.
In May, exactly, in May of 2021.
His daughter was still in elementary school.
and then going to middle school the following school year.
Correct.
So, we never were able to address some of the criminal matters, and when we did, when we tried to bring them to certain institutions like the police or whatnot, they kind of brushed it off as a family court matter, not seeing that there was criminal actions that brought me into not seeing that there was criminal actions that brought me into family So everything was fluffed off, family court, family court.
So people were not allowed to pass the buck?
Absolutely, 100%.
- 100%. - Yeah, but he was removed off a document that he wasn't supposed to be removed off of, and somebody in that school authorized it.
And part of our concern is finding who did that, because if this happens to another family, they may not have some of the withdrawal to kind of-- - Endure their-- - Endure what we've gone through. - Correct.
Well, with that court order where Summer, you know, my daughter rents a new school, It's a middle school.
It's a completely new school year.
There should have been documents, certain documents purged or updated, such as any court documents.
Well, come October 22nd...
I get a message from inside the school which is not very common.
It was in the morning.
It was from my daughter stating she needed me urgently to help take her out and change her pants.
Kind of leave it there.
Rachel, like, we've got to kind of get there and help her out.
We rush, go right to the school that she's at.
This is the middle school.
And I proceed inside, not really thinking too much about taking my phone or that I had, you know, several knives on me because I own my own, you know, as you know, I own my own business.
Yeah.
Running my own business and I have a couple of utility knives and whatnot for work.
Didn't even think about these things.
So, we're still in a COVID era and there's masking.
So, I go to the door, ring the bell, they let me in and I get greeted with, you need a mask.
I'm like, I'm only going to be here a moment, just let my daughter, release her and I'll gladly wait outside.
Yeah.
Obviously trying to condense some of the stuff.
Well, all of a sudden the office is overwhelmed with the principal, two vice principals, and other administrators going, mask, mask, mask, mask, mask.
And I'm like, trying to engage with the principal only, and reiterating, I'm here for an emergency and you just need to take my daughter out, I can wait outside, etc, etc.
Within minutes I'm told, well, you can't take her.
Now all of a sudden I'm having this flashback to my 2019 situation where I'm basically hearing almost the same exact words.
You can't take your own daughter.
And I'm like, what?
And I'm like, pfft.
So I kind of get, you know, overwhelmed.
I'm trying to keep myself calm and whatnot.
So, I'm challenging this, obviously.
I'm alone inside the school, she's still outside, and I'm still like, what mask would get out?
You can't take your daughter.
It's like back and forth.
So all of a sudden the principal comes out like he's this, like the last principal, wears this paper around.
This paper is a court document.
that existed from the family court situation and should have been purged or at least updated.
And it had been known and void with another court document that was issued or signed in May.
So...
We were under the understanding that the court document would have been delivered to the school from the lawyer.
Or somebody.
And apparently that may have never taken place.
It was never updated and it was in this system they used called Aston.
Anyway, he came out with this piece of paper, waving it around like, ooooh, I got you.
You know, this is still an active court case, so I've got to be careful with some of the things I say, but I'm not afraid of what I'm saying because I'm speaking the truth.
That's why some of the video you have is from inside the school and technically hasn't really been seen by anybody except for a couple of lawyers.
We can play that when you're ready.
Yeah, well, whenever you're ready.
Well, this is one we're inside.
This is one, at one point, he's got this paper, I'm challenging it, and we also have, this time, a resource officer that's called inside the school.
Now, like, I want to reiterate what you say about police.
I'm not anti-police officer.
Note my words, police officer.
I'm not anti-law enforcement.
Note my words.
But I am anti-bad cop.
Absolutely.
Cop is usually my derogatory word for bad cop.
Yeah.
And there's unfortunately bad cops.
Oh yeah.
The first-ish incidents, I don't know if he was a good cop, cop or bad cop in 2019.
I do know he was just following this woman's orders and being in his position.
I think he acted inappropriately and that's that situation.
Well here, it's completely different.
They actually discriminate me against me and it's caught on the video because in the exchange two resource officers are brought into the school because somebody inside the school I guess text one of them saying there's an upset parent we need help or something along their lines.
It's in the police report, too.
All this to bring me to her pair of pants.
Guys, do what you gotta do.
Here's the pair of pants.
Give it to her.
No, actually, it was to take her home to change them and bring her back.
Oh, okay.
It was just to take her home, change her pants because we live 5-10 minutes away from the school.
And then bring her back to school.
It wasn't even to give her pants.
It was actually to take her home and then bring her back.
And this was all known.
So there was some activity in the office and again there's two resources office in the school and I'm in now they basically take what I'd like to call operation operation command and they kind of start conducting their own this is it.
I'm not engaging with the principals or anybody else any longer.
I'm inside the school now Josh ended up calling me in and that's how we got part of the recording because I start recording the minute I approach the school and I bring a cell phone in with me.
Correct.
So we're in the hallway and there's a lot of commotion between basically still them asking that I'm not going to get my daughter under certain conditions.
And then one of the officers, which is the resource officer, school resource officer now, not, I mean, I don't, there's a differentiation, I guess, because they're hired or work for the school only.
Yeah.
Well, he's inside the office.
And he comes out and you'll hear it.
He says, Mr. Mello.
I'm like, yes sir.
He's like, we remember you now.
You pulled the same thing at George Peters.
Now, I didn't pull anything at George Peters.
I actually didn't even act out or inappropriate at George Peters.
I was physically came on to it by the officer.
I challenged him and through the circumstances he just decided to lunge at me.
I barely only challenged his authority at that point.
I didn't get loud.
I didn't get loud until I'm basically being lunged on and tapped up saying, get off of me.
And then this situation... Is that the picture there with his knee on the intercom?
No, that's the second.
Yeah, this is Washington Hills.
So, well, they tried to say initially I was disorderly conduct is one of the reasons why they arrested me the first time, which was bogus.
Same thing they're trying to say was disorderly.
I was loud inside the school, not gonna lie.
Well, after the fact that they tackled you and everything else.
Well, after that and then going through this all over again and knowing that their documents are wrong and like everything I'm saying is no, no, no, no.
That's a very frustrating position to know that their information is 100% wrong because they didn't carry around this court document for like six, seven months in my pocket to know I had to do my own waving around.
So it's like I'm in this cat in a mouse trap kind of situation.
Like I'm stuck.
I can't get the help I need no matter what I'm saying.
It's like, well, I'm not listening to you.
And we have these two resource officers with this preconceived disposition of something of who I am or something I've done.
Notably stated in the video.
And an officer that wasn't even in the other area, you can hear him exclaim, yes!
At that point, the officer says, we remember you.
So there was a discriminatory action and soon after that, after asking for space, you'll hear it, asking for space, this and that, Rachel trying to get me to calm down because I'm frustrated because they're telling me I'm not going to get my daughter, now I've got permission.
I challenge it, I'm told I get permission.
Naturally.
You're allowed to take your daughter.
I'm like, I'm not allowed.
I shouldn't need to be allowed.
And this is where they kind of use these things against me.
And I'm not going to deny what I said.
It's here.
The proof is in the pudding.
Um, so in 2019, when this happened, we already had, like, Carissa was already in Josh's custody.
And when the principal approaches and yells, Josh calmly says, can we speak in private about this?
Cause obviously she's yelling.
He's like confused, like what is going on?
And he calmly goes in and speaks to her in the office.
When he rejoins us, he finishes the conversation quickly with the teacher and we proceed to our vehicle.
There was no, Disorderly conduct or any type of he did exactly what any parent would do in that situation And then when we left that's when the officer said I'm gonna put hands on his daughter And then the arrest ensued this time by the time I come in the officer Allows Josh to let me come into the building, but they're like on top of us They're not giving us any space Josh is like can I have some space to calm down can I have six feet like?
Trying to de-escalate, but as you know, he's being told again that the document, now this time they're saying that this court document says one thing that's not true.
He's explained to them that they have the wrong document.
They're not trying, there was multiple ways this situation could have been handled, okay?
And the way that they handled it was inappropriate, was aggressive.
I was standing in front of Josh, at one point my back to the police officers my other time, I probably turned around a few times, but I'm like between them.
And the minute they're like, we remember you, within 60 seconds, that's when these two grown men...
It feels like 60 seconds in my head.
They rip me out of the way and tackle him into the hallway.
I had my phone up and I'm recording.
At one point he's like, you're not going to get your daughter now unless you calm down.
So again, another command of how I'm going to get my child back into my custody because I'm basically challenging everything they say.
Again, I know I'm there in the wrong and I'm in the right, and I'm like, how do I get through that?
And maybe, you know, I don't know.
I just, it was a very frustrating situation.
So I says to him, you're not going to tell me how I'm going to get my daughter.
And I says something about being an asshole to him.
And that's when he basically grabs my arm and then takes me to the ground.
And I get thrown into like this breezeway area.
And I have then two large officers on top of me.
This is where some of the additional footage comes from.
I have one basically straddling my back and I have the other one with his hand around my throat choking me the hell out.
So I'm trying to come up and pull his hand off my neck obviously.
And then they're throwing me about the breezeway, telling me to stop moving, and you can see my feet not moving.
He's not moving.
I'm there.
And then they start kicking, stopping my feet, barely, like, I'm twitching.
And obviously there's other stuff going on, but then I'm taken outside, you'll see it, I'm thrown to the ground because I'm having my knee, you know, crushed against the car.
Which video is that?
That's the, this is the second video, um, where the, uh, assault inside the breezeway.
Oh, Cranston PD Special Force?
Yes.
And just so the viewers understand, the court order that they were going on, which was null and void because of the new court order, stated that if either parent came to pick The child up from school that they had to get permission from the other.
And with the funny part about that, we weren't aware that the principal had called the mother, or my daughter's mother, and she was lying to the school saying that that court order was actually still in effect when it wasn't.
So, unbeknownst to us, that created a second element or a third element in that hallway that neither her or I was even aware of.
There was lots of lying going on and again it stems to who the system is going to believe and that's where I hopefully can't wait to get it to trial.
Because I'm taking it to trial, the whole thing.
It needs to, you know, parents' rights need to be equal rights across the board.
A woman shouldn't have more rights than a father and the system needs to be changed.
This isn't the first dad that's gone through similar situations and they don't know why they want to demonize men so much.
I was a victim of that myself.
They forced the mother to get a restraining order.
Same thing happened to me.
She didn't have no intentions of doing any such thing.
It was the family court that said you need to do this and they promised you help.
They forced you to file a restraining order.
Listen, yeah, physical harm, absolutely, but how is a parent supposed to communicate with each other like adults who have a piece of paper?
And the thing is, a piece of paper is not going to stop somebody from committing harm, you know what I mean?
But a piece of paper that says, you, Josh, you can't talk to her or you're going to be in violation and you're going to jail for it, you know what I mean?
And there's massive restraint on abuse here in Rhode Island.
And the family courts are a despectable, corrupted town, let me tell you that.
And a lot of people in Rhode Island know that.
And yeah, there's some scumbag guys out there, no doubt.
But for the most part, they don't even want to hear what the father has to say.
They don't.
And it automatically rules in the woman's favor.
Women want more money.
I got a, you know, somebody in my family is going through this.
I can't mention a name, but, you know, he was paying $300 a week for his daughter.
And now she's just about 18 years old.
She wanted more money.
Now he's paying foreign change a week, a week, you know what I mean, from his paycheck for his daughter.
And in mind, he already buys the clothes and everything else she needs.
And this is the family cost of it.
Yeah, literally.
And the whole point of this, I used to be a senator from years ago with Mrs. Tremblay, I guess, from New Hampshire.
She used to work in the family courts, and she came out and said, the family courts are designed for one thing, to destroy the family.
They want to destroy the family, take the father out of the equation, and then we'll have the state help raise the child, and then if the mother disagrees, they threaten the mother sometimes, hey listen, you know what should happen in the situation that my cousin Ron's going through right now.
Uh, they want, you know, uh, you know, not to go off the subject, but...
Um, they want her to come out and they took her children and said, listen, if you don't come out and testify against your husband that he was abusive, which we know that was true, we're going to keep your kids.
And, uh, right now she's battling for her kids back because she's not going to throw her husband under the bus.
But this is the insanity that goes on here in the family court somewhere now, guys.
And, uh, it's not just a police abuse here.
It goes further than that.
There's a kid at stake here, a child, a young lady I should say, I'm sorry.
I mean, I'm sure Mr. Melo here and the child's mother could have easily worked this out after they had been cool down, could have worked this out amongst each other, but when you get the state involved, questioning her and coaching her, oh no, you need to do this or this, it just makes things worse and everyone's going to hell bent.
Then you go to your school and you get some dogs coming up to you and just because you told them, yeah, it's my kid and I say what goes, and that's exactly what I was going to tell them.
And that's not against the law to do that.
They come up to you and physically abuse you, even though you show no sign of aggression, just because you raised your voice, so what?
You know what I mean?
Your supreme court has already ruled that you are allowed to record a police, you're allowed to yell at police, you're allowed to swear at police.
Not that I recommend people do that, you know, I respect that, but I don't know if that means disrespect within gloves or off, but the thing is, You're allowed to do these things, and you're a parent, and it's your child, not theirs.
You say what goes, and that's the thing with some of these police, they get trained that they have to be in charge at all times.
This is police psychology 101.
I had that thought myself.
And, but the thing is, when you take charge of a situation, number one, they don't like that, and number two, It's very rare when somebody does that.
And cops usually get aggressive over that.
You know, a bad cop anyway.
You know what I mean?
I've dealt with police officers.
Some are very bad, some are very respectful.
And, you know, thank me.
Actually, he said thank you for supporting the Constitution.
You know what I mean?
So, it goes both ways.
You know what I mean?
And again, we're not anti-police guys.
We're just anti-bad cop.
I think all of us could say that.
So, Bob, do you want me to roll the stress video?
Yeah, sure.
Before we go further this week.
Yes, definitely.
And just so people also know, it's not just the family court, it's also the school system that is favoring the mom over the dad and we have other documents to prove that and it's not acceptable.
Parents' rights equal across the board.
Yes.
I guess that's not popular nowadays because of the Bill of Florida, the parenthoid bill.
Yeah.
Even Patricia Morgan tried to put through, but nobody wanted to support it.
We obviously have been up, we've been advocating for two weeks and speaking and, you know, through a lot of this we've become very heavy in activism.
I've been out to rallies and protests and what not, and we've met a lot of officers.
There's a lot of good ones out there that support us, and I support them.
It doesn't matter uniform, I care what's inside.
If you're a good human being, bless you.
Much like the McKee situation we had over the summer, I was there first hand and I saw what they did to some of those guys, and even my daughter at her age, we had Since we had everybody there, and we saw a really horrible side of the law enforcement that night.
We didn't want to say law enforcement, these were the cops that night, the state cops.
And the other thing too, is like, I mean, I understand it's bad cops to be cops, but I can't say that they were really against me.
Because if I was a police officer, this is what I would do.
I don't care if it's my captain or my chief.
If I see somebody getting out of hand and abusing the Constitution, I would step up and do the uniformity of my job.
That's what you're supposed to do.
You know what I mean?
But the thing is, if a good cop sees bad cops doing stuff, and they say nothing, you'll have the problem.
It's plain and simple.
And that's the problem in the state.
Yeah, and all over the world.
Every country, you know what I mean?
It's very...
Uh, look in New York, for example, that's Nazi police state all together.
You know what I mean?
With the stuff they're doing to people.
Uh, they arrested a kid and a woman, physically abused them because they didn't want to wear a face diaper at a museum.
I mean, this is getting out of control, man.
And that's why, to be on top of the record, the police are actually hiring people with low IQs.
Uh, so they don't, you know, disobey orders and follow the Constitution.
That's already been exposed and everything else by the Pentagon and all that.
That's part of the plan.
They wanted to tell them to speak.
But there's still plenty of good cops out there, don't get me wrong, who do honor the Constitution.
And there's been many cases where cops did arrest their own offices for doing stuff.
So don't lose faith in the police.
But the thing is, we all need to take charge ourselves.
It's something we can do as citizens.
And these guys will hear freedom fighters and corps.
Yeah.
And you belong to several groups and everything else.
And also you come out to the Second Amendment and all the pro-wife, I should say.
And all this other stuff.
You fight for good and for freedom.
That's awesome, man.
And so anyway, let's try to roll this video here real quick.
And I'm going to...
And when it's planned, feel free to comment on his own.
No, because I'm telling you something that's not an argument.
You just don't want to give me the chance to speak.
And I am telling you that... I am telling you that... I'm giving you every opportunity that you need.
Six feet.
Six feet.
Mr. Miller.
Yes, sir.
I remember you were arrested on a case of doing the same thing.
No, I was not arrested for doing the same thing.
Actually, it's not the same thing.
I'm not allowed anything.
I'm not allowed anything.
It's my daughter.
My mother.
I don't have a mother, for one.
You just said my mother.
No, don't.
Go ahead.
Back up.
Six feet.
Six feet.
No, it does work.
Six feet.
They need to give me peace.
Give me my space.
I haven't done anything.
- Six feet, no it does work, six feet, six feet.
If you don't like it, you can leave me.
- Six feet, six feet.
- Josh, can I have a minute?
Can you guys step away?
- They need to give me peace, give me my space.
- You don't care him the kind of-- - I haven't done anything, I'm trying to get my daughter.
- Come on, please.
- No, but you won't give me six feet.
You won't give me my six feet.
You're pushing it.
You're pushing.
Pushing what?
Look, you keep pushing.
You won't step back.
No, I want my daughter, who I was just told I was being released to.
And I want my daughter.
You're telling me I'm being pushed out the door, just bringing my daughter.
No, he is.
I want my daughter.
Give me my daughter.
No, I'm not listening.
You're not listening.
No, you're not.
And you're just going to keep talking because they think they know.
- Somebody's listening.
Somebody's not listening to what's happening.
- No, I'm not listening.
You're not listening.
No, you're not.
- If you guys knew that.
- If you believe that. - I don't wanna hear you.
- And you're just gonna keep talking because they think they know.
- And you guys aren't even being respectful enough.
- I know that I can arrest her right now.
I know I can arrest her. - If you step back to write history.
- To try and pick up my daughter?
Oh, keep making things up.
- Josh, come on.
- Just give me my daughter.
Just give me my daughter!
My job isn't to step back!
Your job is to not be an asshole!
How's that?
And you are!
They're allowing you... They're not because my daughter's not here!
Your daughter's coming!
She is not here!
Just bring me my daughter!
That's all I ask!
Get away from me!
No, you don't.
No, you don't.
Deserves six feet.
No, yes, I do.
Yeah, it is now come on.
So then that goes to show it right now Chris Rachel stop Leave me alone.
I know but it's my walk my daughter and these people need to bring your daughter down here to your car No, you're not telling me how to get my daughter because the next thing is gonna be is we're gonna be You're not calling the shots smashed out of my hand and Rachel was able to start recording This is in the breeze where I went.
They're basically being assaulted.
This is so wrong!
This is so fucking wrong!
You guys understand?
You fucking caused this shit for illegal documentation in your fucking show!
You can hear me, I can't read the subtitles.
You guys are moving.
No.
They're kneeling on top of the table.
Can't you just get off of me?
I can't even breathe!
Let me off of your ass!
Stop!
I can't!
Jesus Christ!
He's fucking crying in front of the school department, and they have no idea what he's fucking done!
They have no idea!
No idea!
Shit!
No respect for you!
Get off of me!
I'm trying to pick up my fucking kid!
Illegal?
You were following someone that's illegal!
And treating me like shit!
Hey, fall apart and fall apart?
Get off of me!
Just get off of me!
Go under her ass.
For what?
Yeah, what did he do?
For what?
He's destroying retirement, fools!
Will you get off of me?
Look, his knee is right on his neck.
I'm ready to get you off of me.
You have a knife in your pocket, you're gonna- So what?
You're choking me!
- I'm gonna choke you like this.
- Who the fuck is your deal? - Stop resisting.
- I'm not!
You're crazy! - He's getting you up, stop fighting him! - I understand! - He's standing you up.
- He's not! - He's standing you up.
- He's standing me! - You're throwing me! - He's standing you up.
- Not like this! - He's not like this! - I can't put my hands on anything.
I have to just... Let me up!
Let me up!
Why are you not letting him up if you're saying he's struggling?
He's pushing off the wall.
I am not fucking moving!
You're lying!
Let him up.
He's gonna let you up.
You gonna behave?
Relax!
Really?
He's bleeding!
What did you guys do to him?
You're acting like assholes!
Why is he bleeding?
Yes!
Yes!
Let me up!
Roll him on his butt and we'll get him off.
Let me up!
Roll him on his butt and we'll get him off.
Let me up!
Stop kicking!
I am not kicking!
Stop lying!
Stop lying!
Am I able to take Carissa?
Because the emergency care card she turned in has never been changed and I'm supposed to be able to pick her up.
Because now the child who we're trying to come get to change her pants, because you guys don't want to understand that there's more going on and you want to believe the mom, now this situation has happened.
I know that you may not know the whole story, but he was illegally arrested, and there's stuff in the school documentation that has never been changed, whether you believe me or not.
And if you had a child or have a kid, and you've been arrested now twice, because people want to believe the mother who has caused stuff, and not the father and the child who now is wondering?
If you wait outside, I'll check the door and see if he ever comes.
I don't know if it's been, it should have been changed.
You need to wait outside.
Okay, I will.
You might want to grab that.
Don't stop either.
Look how much you're pushing on me.
They won't even let me stand.
He's pushing my knee into the prison.
He's crushing my kneecap.
They gave you a cap to pick her up inside?
Yeah, as soon as I turned to come in.
We got these assholes.
But this neanderthal won't even let me fucking stand freely.
How do you guys understand?
If you had a child and they refused to have it?
That doesn't mean I can't move.
Yes it does.
Yes it does.
He's being an asshole!
Stop treating me like this!
For fucking disorderly conduct!
One of you will fucking stab!
Josh, you're trying to calm me down, are you?
Calm me down?
You're trying to calm me down?
How can I calm you down when you're out on somebody's face?
I'm talking to this guy!
I'm talking He didn't swear until after he was ice cold.
Stop touching me, please.
You've been a fucking man.
What people need to understand is after this, they take him to the hospital.
That's how badly they've been hurting him.
Fucking asshole.
Fucking come get in my chin and have some nianfa like you try to fucking grab me.
Are you gay?
Yeah.
I don't see you like it.
Is he going for the Cranston?
Or is it $50?
How long does it take me to get him out?
Oh yeah, first of all, you dropped.
I never seen you.
Yeah.
They plastered me all over me.
They tried to ruin my business.
They said I locked down the school room.
They said I was going out of school.
They had knives.
They made me out to be this freaking monster.
Yeah.
They let me, I got permission to take Carissa back so we could address the whole issue and why we were there.
And on my way back, dropping her off, there was already a news camera crew outside the schools.
So when I came back out, I'm like, what, what, what the hell are you doing?
Like, this is my child's school.
Why, why is there a news, you know, camera crew here?
And they're like, oh, there was a lockdown.
Really?
Like it happened 8.05 by 8.45.
We have gone in like less than an hour.
You, the cops, the, sorry, the media's there.
My son used to go to that school.
Ridiculous.
Yeah, I'm not a fan of that school whatsoever.
It's been even more since then.
They put a no trespass order on me that day.
And that turned into this giant thing.
I went to court.
The city solicitor tried to put it on a condition my bail judge was like, no.
The no trespass order ends up coming into huge play because For several months we tried to get it resolved with the school department and whatnot.
Nobody wants to listen to it.
They say it's just going to stay and all this crap, which is basically illegal and unconstitutional.
We found that out the last time because they put a no-trespass ordinance at the last school and had to get it resolved in the very same way, but this time it's not happening.
It still exists and it's even worse as we end up finding Some content, we'll just leave it like that for now.
Very inappropriate, very XXX, very not for children, the exchange between the children, and importantly, my daughter.
It involves school children.
Some of it was spilled on the grounds.
There's another third web to this.
Because I knew I had this, you know, trespass order that we tried to address in February.
We find this information or content February 13th, and we try to take the appropriate steps.
Yeah.
One of the steps I did was I went and got a no-contact order, a temporary restraining order, a protective order against Her mother.
Because the mother supplied the phone, supplies the apps, checks the apps, tracks her, knows what I'm calling almost, knows what I'm texting, like she knows what's going on.
These types of things.
So she had to have known some of this stuff was going on.
And some of the information I received later, mom's encouraging certain types of lifestyle relationships.
Not including me.
Creating elements of secrecy.
Doing these things behind my back and saying, shh, we won't tell Dad.
Encouraging lies and even orchestrating with her.
It was a lot of stuff so I had to take the necessary action.
Especially with the sexual content.
So we take it and I go to the state police trying to make sure I do the right thing because it involves the school and a lot of the people we talk to say, okay, well, it's involved the school.
You need to take it to the school because it has to be addressed.
Yeah.
State police don't want anything to do with it.
They say it's a school matter.
We don't understand that they don't have the jurisdiction.
We end up finding out some of that's BS, but that's additional later.
We even asked them to escort Josh to the school because he knew that he had an active no trespass order, but he also needed to bring the court document of the restraining order against the mother to the school and change the bus routes and such, which he had even let the principal know he was coming, and the principal said, okay, I'll see you.
Yeah, because the principal was threatening my daughter with truancy, because through some of the situation, she had been 10 days tardy.
And that was causing her problems and that wasn't on my accord.
But at any rate, I was in contact with the principal about some of the stuff that was going on and said I'd be in with a court document.
And he's like, when the court document comes in, we'll reverse the truancy.
So, we get to Stonewall, the state police.
We're getting to Stonewall just about everywhere.
So by the end of the school day, I've got myself, Rachel, and my daughter.
We go to the school.
We have the information.
We have the restraining order.
We have all this.
I go inside the school.
We're greeted by the assistant principal.
Again, we're going to keep certain names up for right now.
And we're greeted by this individual.
The principal won't see us because he's supposedly busy.
We're in the school for about a good 40 minutes, I'd say.
Now, I knew I had a no trespass.
I'm recording on my own then because every interaction from basically then on I've tried to record with these individuals.
So I have a separate film of this.
And we're inside the school, bringing the trespass, bringing the stuff.
And we meet with the vice principal.
We change the emergency care card, bus route.
And we're having a really in-depth conversation and trying to hopefully resolve stuff.
I even exchanged with him a couple of times.
I know I have, like, openly saying I know I have no trespass order and I was never once told to leave, you know, none of these things.
So we go through it all.
At some point, I'm pretty sure he says I'd have to follow my film again, but I believe he says if you find anything else, feel free to come back with it.
Yeah, because we had brought to him some sexually explicit messaging.
We don't know these kids, but we do know that their fellow 6th graders were concerned.
We don't know how to get ahold of the parents.
Trying to do our best to You know, bring attention to this not very appropriate... Very vulgar, very inappropriate, and I mean... There's a lot of that going on around school, man.
Correct?
Yes, correct.
I mean, this school, I mean, again, we're not anti-anything.
We're pro-everybody should have a right to live, but I don't think some content belongs in the school.
Yeah, especially that, oh man, I've seen that, the nature of the content was explicit sexual acts, I mean...
Uh, you know, gay, straight, all kinds of other stuff in there.
I mean, there's stuff that kids should, especially in hurry, should be worried about playing video games or, uh, you know, whatever the case is.
Sports and stuff.
And they said they're being indoctrinated, um, with some things going on here in Rhode Island, man.
We've got a bunch of groomers in the state, you know, state senators, state representatives.
They're trying to push, uh, what was that bill called, that bill?
The sex ed bill?
The sexual ed bill.
It was, uh, they wanted to... In addition to the health.
The health, yeah, Rhode Island health.
I'm sorry, I'm losing my brain at the moment, but they wanted to bring the word pleasurable sex into Um, the education, and that they thought that they should be age-appropriate.
Was it three years old?
Starting at, well, initially it was... Oh no, it was sixth grade, so... Initially it was K-through, and then this time around, there's actually two bills.
This woman was smart.
She put two bills in, both almost mirror each other, and just changed some slight wording.
We testified on both.
But the most recent one, to my understanding, was they modified it so because it was K-through, now it's just sixth-through.
So that's meaning 11 year olds.
Is that you?
She.
It's a guy or a girl trying to be a guy?
No, she's a woman.
She's openly gay and proud of it.
- She's still trying to be a guy.
- No, she's just-- - No, she's a woman.
She's just-- - Oh, wow. - She's openly, I guess she says she's openly gay.
- Yeah.
- They get proud of it and so-- - And then she had the nerve to come out, so it's a she, it's a real she, I'm sorry.
So I apologize from earlier statements on other shows, but yeah, so she actually come out to say, "Oh, kids should be learning how to sexually play with themselves at these young ages, and oh, if you disagree with us, it's an attack on the LGBTQ community." When, um, how many gay people that we know, in the truth movement, whatever, that open state, no, kids should be left out of this stuff.
Correct.
You know what I mean?
And of course they use the LGBTQ, so they get the meaty behind them and all the far leftists behind them.
This way, make you bad, you're a bigot and everything else, and, you know, when it's not the truth.
You know what I mean?
Not at all.
Correct.
This is about children, and they try to turn it if you disagree with this.
Your children being taught, you're somehow anti the whole government.
And that's not it.
I'm anti the objectification.
I'm anti the removing of the parent.
You want to have a conversation about what you think I should be educating my child on?
Then let's have a class with parents involved.
Let's have an open dialogue.
I know many parents that stand with Josh and I, that are in the Freedom Movement here in Rhode Island, that would sit down and have an open dialogue and a conversation.
And we're adults.
We're the ones that should be making These decisions for our children and there needs to be open transparency in the schools and all this stuff too.
So, so we, this is where it gets a little intertwined.
So we go back, we go home, next day.
My daughter goes back to school, we end up going through another device, and we find more information.
And now a video specifically filmed inside the school between two kids, it was exchanged on Valentine's Day, and then a self-harm note that my daughter had penned one day during distant learning, and she unfortunately screen-capped it.
And it was about a teacher at the school, the specific school, in her header, about how she treated the children and how my daughter Wanted to kill herself, basically.
So, naturally, alarmed, we had to act.
So the very next day, it's about noon, I believe, we go back to the school.
I try to address this message in the film, done on the school grounds with the principal.
Met at the doors, met with resistance.
You can't come in, I can't talk with you.
I can talk with you here.
But I'm not going to talk about that at the doorway of a high school, middle school, you know, with people coming and going.
So I decline.
I'm like, I really need to speak with you in private.
He declines.
Again, recording it, I say, well, I want my daughter out because I'll feel comfortable.
Is that the 24 minute reel?
It looks like the one you have cued there.
Are we outside?
That was the day before when we were bringing the restraining order to the school.
Correct.
So the incident he was just talking about is the next day.
Oh, okay.
So... Yes, this is us.
This is my love access?
Correct.
Yes, that is.
And even with having his no trespass off, they tell us we have to leave.
We leave.
We leave.
No confrontation.
We just ask for his daughter.
He comes out and signs.
And you see that the door opens and closes.
We abide to it, from what I understand in the statute.
You know, you're told to leave, you leave.
Well, we were there out of necessity.
100% necessity.
It's like if you say you had one on me, and we're neighbors, and you don't want me on your property, and you put a no trespass on me, and I see you break your leg, fall off a ladder, I can necessarily go over and I can help you, get the ambulance and what not, save your life, say, type of thing, urgent.
And you really can't say, well, you trespassed on my property.
Even if, whatever, you can't get me for trespassing because by necessity I was over there.
This is what I felt and this is what I feel and I'm going to take that all the way 100%.
I'm doing it because of her and out of my condition, fear for her health and safety.
So, we ended up leaving frustrated.
My wife, Rachel, and myself, mostly her, did the writing.
We kind of just talked about it.
We messaged the school administration superintendent and a number of different people on the school committee.
We send the image of the self-harm note and my restraining order over to these administrators and explain to them what's been going on and that we're being met with resistance.
With continued resistance, we were going to press charges and we even state a statute of the color of law because this has been 2019.
We've been dealing with the school and been getting basically stonewalled and met with resistance 100%.
So we end up going to the superintendent's office.
We're inside the Breezeway and we buzz.
Again, my daughter's with me, Rachel, and we're waiting.
I end up getting a phone call from my public defender who was out on sick or whatever, mentions that the city solicitor gave them this courtesy call that I had Possibly two warrants at this point, and then there was no comment.
Warrants were going to be dropped for me.
It wasn't guaranteed.
He said they might.
And we start talking about what's going on and back and forth, and we end up leaving the administration building because we weren't getting anywhere.
And we kind of get a little, I get a little spooked because I'm hearing sirens.
Now, I'm on the phone with my public defender.
- Did I go way more?
- Yeah.
- We have Carissa with us, his daughter.
- We have Carissa, oh yeah, my daughter's there, Rachel's there.
I'm hearing sirens.
I'm going to phone my public defender.
He's like, they might drop warrants.
I'm kind of spooked, obviously.
So we leave.
We get across the street.
This is in Cranston.
We cross like a busy street.
We're parked on the other side of the street facing... I forget what direction, but we hook.
Anyway, we supposedly now...
Well, it's weird because I say suppose because I know I'm a little speaking in advance.
Well, anyway.
Well, we are still in active cases right now.
Yeah, so I'm trying.
So we ended up leaving and at seven o'clock that night I got another call from my public defender saying that the That is our biggest bullcrap.
warrants out for the both of us if we don't turn ourselves in on Friday by noon.
Now, she apparently was being charged with obstruction of justice.
Obstruction of an officer.
Of an officer.
That's why I almost got ahead of myself.
And I'm charged with two counts of trespassing now and obstruction of an officer as well.
Which also breaks his bail from us.
That is all the biggest bull crap.
We're all being obstruction.
It's like, there's nothing, no weight behind it.
It's like, uh, just, uh, I'm going to call, I'm going to arrest you for obstruction.
I got that threat so many times.
It's like, for what?
You know what I mean?
Well, one of the things that... Who am I obstructing?
What folks don't seem to understand is because he is technically out on bail from October, this is a bail violation, he still may, he has the possibility of serving 90 days for going and protecting his daughter.
How would you obstruct the law?
Because apparently the officer stated that He yelled to me, this is per the police report, because I have an active case and I'm going to trial.
The police report states that an officer says that he yelled to me to stop and we were already in our vehicle and that I left the scene.
But what's just strange is we have a video that... An audio.
An audio that... Audio that they are unaware of and video that we got as evidence because of the case.
And the officer was in the breezeway here.
You can see it.
I don't know if we sent it to him.
For 45 seconds while we're leaving, just hanging out on the phone.
I don't know if... Was it a signal of access?
No, I don't know if we have that video for him.
But I can send it to him with no problem.
But yes, I didn't... And the weird thing about...
The charges against myself is A, I have no record.
B, I had no, there was no reason for them to even be yelling to me.
Yeah.
I, I wasn't, I wasn't breaking any laws.
I was in a school trying to get answers in both situations and all of the videos, even if you look at the videos in the school supply are the police did.
Josh and I aren't aggressive.
We're asking when we're told no, we say okay and we leave.
So where did we go wrong when we're trying to bring attention to some serious matters?
This isn't a joke.
And that's the frustrating part is you don't want to... The child's welfare.
100%.
Every parent may react differently, but until you're actually in that moment and you're finding this material and you're trying to get help and you're getting shut out, don't talk to me about how you'd respond because we're all going to act differently.
So yeah, I sent that off to you.
I'm not sure if you got it on video.
So we end up getting the call.
We do.
Now I have sole custody of my daughter and I have to turn myself in with my wife now.
First, I think that's a first for us.
So yeah, this is when we're leaving the, well this is when we're at the bridge.
This is my, I had audio, because as Josh stated, since these incidents happened to us in 2019, we record as much as we can when we interact with situations.
So this is my audio synced to this school's video that was supplied to us.
Yeah, because they just are showing that I was there to prove that I trespassed.
Which, we've never denied that Josh was on those grounds.
But the fact that they're charging him when he had a necessity, that is our issue.
Instead of calling me, like, you would think police, detectives, hi, Josh Miller, why are we at the grounds?
He said, nope, they just immediately dropped warrants because it was retaliatory, 100%.
Because of who we sent the email to, we said that we were going to press charges.
It's clear as day.
You call me at 1.30 in the afternoon and you don't tell me until 7 o'clock.
I don't know until 7 o'clock that there's actually going to that drop warrants.
But I have to turn myself in.
And it was a holiday weekend.
And they want to turn us in on a Friday.
We did turn ourselves in, obviously, the following Tuesday.
Correct.
And everything we thought would have happened if I turned myself in on Friday happened when we turned ourselves in on the Tuesday.
I got held over.
She got taken and held longer.
I should have been released from the courtroom because I had no priors.
I was personal.
Nope.
They brought me back down in the holding cell.
They had to do more work on me.
Then when they released me, I had to, you know, Uber home, get some more bail to get him out.
They told me he wasn't in the building, but he was in the building and I had to pick him up at the ACI.
Because then you process me there.
Oh, and we'll play the audio.
Yes, sir.
Yeah, this way you catch up on that.
Yep.
As you can see, we're doing exactly what we're supposed to do.
We're buzzing in.
We have our documents with us.
We had already sent the email stating that we would be there, that we wanted to address this issue because we were concerned, and I'm sorry.
Can I help you?
Josh Mellon is either superintendent or the assistant superintendent.
All right, so they'll be right out.
Thank you.
So these are also going to be right out.
We're just standing there, waiting.
We have every right to address these issues.
When you call somebody or you try to email them, you can get blocked.
You show up in person, through my experience in my life, you show up in person, that person doesn't answer to you.
It's the administration building or the superintendent's.
It's the administration building where the superintendent is.
How can they do that?
I have no idea.
These are both public spaces.
And we're still trying to figure it out through legal action.
It would have never been done in such a way.
Because now, since this incident and I got arrested, we both have no trespass orders on this particular building and the school that Josh's daughter goes to.
So if she has an emergency, we can't even go pick her up.
Oh, wait, the city solicitor told me she can walk to Phoenix Ave on her own.
Or a side street.
Or a side street.
Or a real man.
Well, how do you sign her out?
How do you sign her out?
I was thinking, she's going to sign her out.
Maybe.
They probably call her a wife or something.
We are at the superintendent's office, the school administration building, to deal with a very ongoing court subpoena.
Very ongoing, courts, very ongoing school matter.
And my daughter, Chris.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then you said that.
Hey, Josh.
How are you doing?
I'm actually out sick right now.
I had a stroke.
so that way it helps.
So, Grant, can you hear me?
Yeah, Curtis.
Hold on a moment.
Yep.
How are we doing, Justin?
Hey, how are you?
How are you doing?
How are you doing?
I'm actually out sick right now.
I have a short throw.
Sorry to hear that, sir.
No, thanks, man.
So, I received a call from the grants solicitor just now.
I called him a little while ago, and he called me right when I was at my home.
So, he said that you went on the property?
So, Grant, he gave me a courtesy call to let me know what's going on.
He's going to let me know, but it sounds like the press will be going to drop a warrant.
It may have been two different properties.
I don't have any information, but the way he described it was that you're on the property.
I just read that email that Rachel had sent.
Yes, sir.
It sounds like they have it on video, and they're probably going to be drafting a warrant, but he did it out of courtesy, because if they do draft a warrant, I'm obviously not going to have to get picked up on a Friday night if you're spending time in the ACI, okay?
So I would advise you, my obligation is to advise you immediately to go to the Cranston Police so that way you're not held overnight or I'm on a weekend.
That's the thing.
It sounds like he said it's not his fault, the solicitor, but he's waiting.
I don't know the major's name.
I don't know if the major's going to call him himself, but there's a warrant around him.
They need to figure it out.
Well, they can look for me.
They can find me.
That's all that's... I'm not going training myself in any way.
I haven't done anything wrong.
I'm actually trying to deal with a matter which involves the health and welfare of my daughter.
I have a suicide note.
I had to pull her out of school.
This is unacceptable.
I have a restraining order against her mother.
And that's the way it works.
Get out.
Go.
I don't really hear you.
I just don't want to see you.
Get up.
Go.
I haven't done anything wrong.
I've already served.
I've already served.
I thank you very much.
I've already done the visitation for you, so I'm not sure what this is about.
I'm not turning myself in.
I haven't done anything wrong.
I am not going to be... There's pornography in the goddamn school!
You're going to incarcerate the sole father?
This is going to be... You want to make... This is going to be served?
I have anything.
This is where I'm supposed to migrate to.
Hopefully, I can do some additional things.
I don't need to go in, please.
It causes?
No, but you can also hopefully get...
Wow.
It's like you're some kind of a terrorist or criminal, so I'm like...
And the crazy part about this is a 45 second gap at minimum between him and us and in his report he says that we were almost hit, she almost hit him with the vehicle.
It's physically impossible unless you like ran really fast through traffic or like Well, by the looks of that guy, it looks like he couldn't run two blocks without blowing up.
Well, his own report is how he was almost struck with the vehicle.
It's like, that's impossible.
Almost, I guess.
He says in his statement from the police report from that day, that when he did finally locate us, he saw that we were getting in our car And shutting the doors, but yet he yelled to me to stop, but why would he be yelling to me to stop when I wasn't breaking any laws?
I'm just curious, because, I mean, and that's why I'm going to trial, because I have no record, I did not do anything wrong, and I'm not going to allow the city of Cranston or the school department to continue the abuse.
We are not the only people that have dealt with this in the city of Cranston, and I've had it.
There are other parents fighting various battles across Rhode Island and we're very proud to stand with them in our own capacity.
We have a very specific situation, for lack of a better term, but we're trying to make improvements for everybody.
Last time this happened, and even now, we're trying to pass legislation to prevent emergency care cards, the school documents changed without both parents knowing.
We're still actively trying to work on some of these things.
But again, COVID hit and a lot of other people's lives took effect and then all of a sudden when I got rearrested and even openly states, we remember you, it kind of just brings everything right back to this.
You want to give your Facebook information?
Yeah, I'm good.
Guys, what I'm going to do is I'll post the link of his Facebook page in the chat room there and I'll post it in the comments later so people later on could get a hold of it This way you can follow Josh and he's huge in activism and everything else and follow what's going on with this case.
So what I'm going to do here is this is his Facebook page so I'm going to post the link in the chat room and You know subscribe to more follow whatever it is enough yeah, because this is this is insane man It really is and you can see that he's a patriot as they come You know it's good It's crazy, man.
And it's just weird, too.
If he was a far leftist, and he was teaching his kid that, you know, you could bang a horse, literally, you know what I mean?
They'll be commended, you know what I mean, by the morons that run the state, you know what I mean?
But yeah, you teach your kids morals, you teach your kids respect and everything else, and try to support what we're supposed to be supporting, the fundamentals of this country.
Constitution.
Yeah, the Constitution, and you get attacked, literally, you know what I mean?
And this is unbelievable, and this stuff needs to be fought against, you know what I mean?
Plain and simple.
I'm sure this goes on in every other state as well.
Mostly these blue states, they call them up.
It's so unreal, it really is.
You want to play the other video?
No, I don't think anything else is necessary.
I mean, yeah.
So, since this has all taken place with the various groups we work with, one of the things that we've recently done to try to bring, you know, accountability.
I think this is the biggest thing is we want accountability for what took place in 2019.
We want accountability for the treatment of Josh and his daughter.
We served the Cranston School Committee on April 11th with letters of intent to go after their Liability insurance, so Rhode Island is set up different than every other place in the world So they don't have quite what's called a surety bond that a lot of other places do in the country Bonds for the win helps folks kind of go after this This angle so we serve them with letters of intent And we never heard anything.
It went silent.
Nobody contacted us.
Nothing.
Because, yet again, they pretend... We could have interfered in an investigation.
I asked for them to apologize.
Yeah, there were some things I asked because, come on, this is absolutely ludicrous.
So we still have been ignored.
And it's just kind of weird that when you look into the Rhode Island Interlocal Trust, which is a nonprofit organization that offers Liability insurance and other insurances for various either school districts or towns.
It just so happens that in the state of Cranston, the chief financial officer for the school department is also on the board of trustees for the trust.
Then when I contacted the trust to find out how I file a claim, the gentleman I spoke to, Paul Dutra, who I believe is the claims manager, told me that there's a statute in Rhode Island.
Dan, if you and I got into a car accident and you decided that you didn't want me to go after your insurance, I could supersede you and still go to your insurance, and if I had proof that you hit me, I could put a claim in against you.
Yeah.
Well, the way this works, apparently per this Rhode Island statute that I never got quoted and I do need to look into, in order for our claim to even be looked into in the appropriate manner, the people in which we're saying did the harm Or did the falsifying of the documents and such.
They actually have to put the claim in against themselves.
How does that work?
So you've got people who are... You have people who work for the City of Cranston, who are on the Board of Trustees for the City of Cranston, who are their members.
So everybody we're trying to serve are members of the same thing called the trust because it's member-owned.
And then they did their own investigation and when I got a phone call the other day saying that they're still looking into it or something.
We really didn't get a clear answer on that yet.
Yeah.
Because we've gotten three different people who've said three different things and we've gone there ourselves saying that those people aren't available.
That they've gotten information.
They didn't get information.
It's a big run around, so we've tried to, we are still trying to hold people accountable, but they just keep, we don't exist.
How is that even appropriate for a parent in a school district?
It's not.
So that's kind of, I mean, in a nutshell, I mean, I'm sure there's other idiosyncrasies that we may not be missing.
But we started off with manipulated documents that we weren't unaware of, superseding of rights and bounds by a principal to revoke legitimately my parental rights from me while I had them and had me taken away by being arrested superseding of rights and bounds by a principal to revoke legitimately my parental rights from me
very mirrorish in a school system where they again claim that they are the sole entities of your child and they can take or give at will.
I mean, that's not how it works, but then they use the police to enforce whatever position they be having at the moment.
And if you disagree with them, they're enforcing it with the police.
I think it's also important for people to understand that if the incident in 2019 didn't take place where this principal revoked Josh's parental rights, When he went in October, Family Court probably, well, would not have happened.
They wouldn't have had this preconceived notion of who they thought he was, even though it was incorrect.
And maybe he might have gotten flack for not wearing a mask.
But that would have been it.
And none of these situations would have happened.
So it's really important for people to understand that because 2019 happened and we have the evidence, subpoenaed evidence, that show that the documents were illegally changed, That resulted in all these subsequential things happening.
Yeah.
How is that fair?
Why is there not accountability?
I'm a bartender at night and if I serve too much alcohol to somebody and you get into a car accident, they can come after me.
So every job that we have has accountability.
So why don't, you know, school officials have that accountability?
Why don't police officers have accountability?
I've had conversations with Josh Why don't they have E&O insurance on a police officer so if they do something wrong, a citizen can go after their insurance and doesn't fall on the state?
Yeah, exactly.
That's the way it should be.
I'm sorry guys about the echo, because when I talk the microphone is more sensitive, so uh... Yeah, let me mute that mic for a minute, but... Yeah, it's... The guy downstairs there... Oh, but anyway, yeah, um, so... Yeah, this is crazy, man, and it shows you the corruption that's going on in the state, man, and uh, it's bad here in Rhode Island, it really is.
But the thing is, you know, people say, oh, just move out of the state, but the thing is, we shouldn't have to move out of our state.
They should be the ones moving, you know what I mean?
And, uh, and the thing is, here's the thing... You flee from one state, right, because it's bad...
Yeah, you're leaving the problem behind and that problem's going to follow you eventually because if you don't do nothing about it, that problem's going to be moved to another state.
Then another state, then there's nowhere else to go.
You know, so, you know, just to hightail and out of the place ain't going to solve nothing.
You need to, like, you know, the revolution.
I mean, we didn't hightail it to Canada.
We didn't hightail it to Mexico.
No, we stood face to face the British and said, this is what's going to happen.
And we fought them in one, you know, in plain and simple.
That's what you need to do in every town, every state across this country, because yeah, you got the blue states, you got some, you know, good red States, whatever.
But the thing is, again, if you don't solve the problem there, the problem is going to follow you no matter where you go.
You know, the New World Order, as they call it, you know what I mean?
It's global, you know, plain and simple.
It's not just a little local thing.
This is all over the world, that people are facing the same tyranny and problems and all that.
And Edmund Burke, one of the Founding Fathers, he was a lawyer and negotiator.
He said, the only thing evil needs to succeed is for good men, and today, good men and women, to do nothing.
So, if you're a good man and a good woman, yeah, and if you're not doing nothing, guess what?
You're part of the problem, plain and simple.
These guys here, they're political activists, freedom fighters and everything else.
They take action, not just for a death situation.
The most stuff they do has nothing to do with death situation.
They're out there fighting for our First Amendment, our Second Amendment, baby's legs, and, you know, just against these unconstitutional draconian mandates and everything else.
They're out there leading the charge out there where they got, you know, the freedom fighters of Rhode Island, a very huge group, man.
And so, you know, we encourage you, if you live in Rhode Island area, please contact, you know, I put his Facebook in that Contact, uh, Josh here, and, um, uh, Rachel here, and they could get you involved with the, you know, Freedom Fund, you know what I mean?
Get politically active.
Go testify at the Senate, the House, uh... Yeah, we need people to get involved, for sure, 100%.
I mean, like you said, uh, we took a very personal problem and we made it a problem where we could get, I mean, we even found a solution where we could get involved with other people like-minded and then
You know, we all try to support each other, whether, you know, we all know there's various school committees that are having issues here in the state of Rhode Island, and some more severe than others, some more personal than others, but they're all kind of intertwined and I think it's important to show the support amongst each other.
It's all about not always agreeing on everything, but if there's a common goal that we can align ourselves with and tackle, Like our children, which is something that Josh and I have stood for for years.
Um, and so hasn't the others, then let's take that goal and let's smash it down.
And somewhere today, someone said about you take an inch to claim back your, your space.
I forgot where I heard it today.
You give them an inch, you take a mile.
Well, but in order for us to turn the tide, we got to keep taking these inches back from these people.
And that's what we're here to do, to get our story out there, because it's important that people understand there's corruption everywhere.
Yes.
And people need to be held accountable.
Yes.
Open investigation.
How about it being transparent?
Prove me wrong.
Prove Josh and I wrong.
Show me the evidence that we were wrong.
How about that?
Enough.
But you know, for hundreds of years in this country, even after we became a country, this is why the citizen militia groups always kept authorities accountable.
I mean, there's been so many instances when you had a corrupt mayor, corrupt governor, what did the people do?
They got together with the militias and physically went and arrested that person.
And even if the cops got in their way, they'd be arrested too and replaced by better cops.
And that's what needs to happen.
You know what I mean?
I know today it's called extremism to talk about.
If the people got in charge of this, the Second Amendment militia is not the National Guard and military.
It's the people.
As James Madison said in many of the Father's followers, define the militia as the people, not the police and military.
And that's what makes these people more important.
Now, imagine that.
I mean, you let law enforcement do their job.
You don't interfere, absolutely.
But when they don't do their job, it is up to the people, constitutionally, and the Declaration of Independence clearly says this.
The government, no matter if it's the state or federal, if they don't do their job, and they start exceeding their authority, that's when you, the people, need to rise up and overthrow their asses, and to restore new rule of government.
You know, plain and simple.
But today, this is extreme talk.
And, you know, because people are a bunch of pansies today.
You know, you're plain and simple.
They don't want to do this stuff.
But if you've got numbers behind you, you can do these things.
And you and a lot of states, people are doing these things.
You've got sheriffs out there.
And across this country, my friend Sheriff Richard Mack, the former Arizona sheriff, he's got a pact of 300 sheriffs, right?
They swore on a pact to honor the Constitution.
They recruit their own citizens to stand against the federal government.
If that day ever comes, they would come to, you know, confiscate guns and do whatever.
This stuff's going on all over the country.
Of course, not one whisper will be mentioned across the media.
There's massive citizens and militia groups rising up all over the place, working with the local law enforcement.
They're good ones, you know what I mean?
And you'll never hear this anywhere, you know what I mean?
But this is highly encouraged.
People need to stand up and take action.
Now, here's the thing.
How corrupt would a cop be if they know that they've got just a group of 5,000 citizen militias that are going to come and arrest them and anybody that gets in the way if they act up?
How much corruption is going to be?
None.
Same thing with mayors.
You need to put the fear of God back into these officials.
That's what this country is built on for hundreds of years.
If an official got out of whack, even a police officer or a sheriff, it doesn't matter, they would come, the people, and arrest them and anybody that got in the way.
That's what needs to happen in this country.
Plain and simple.
You know what I mean?
We want peace and all that stuff, but the thing is, we got a bunch of damn tyrants out there.
Yeah, they should have arrested McKee numerous times before.
And how about Dan Bell, or Sam Bell, who was a totalitarian tyrant, Bill?
Where he wants mandatory vaccines.
We've reported on that.
We're out there educating his neighbors on that.
Activism and patriotism and baldism if you want, if it's even a word.
But just being active for your community, for your family, for your friends, for your future.
It takes all levels.
Oh, it does, and Samuel Bell is the state senator here in Rhode Island.
Sorry, boy, if you know what I mean.
But yeah, I'll shut up.
Yeah, he's the first socialist to ever become a senator here in Rhode Island.
Anyway, he tried to push a bill.
He's trying to, anyway.
And I hope it doesn't leave committee, but in this bill, if you're 16 years and up, you don't take the vaccine, you'll be fined $50 a month and double the income tax at the end of the year.
And your children under 16, you'll be liable for them, too, if you don't get them.
And your employer.
$5,000 for every employee that's not vaccinated.
And one of the people we know made a comment to me when we were trying to educate his neighbors.
It doesn't clearly state if it's just the COVID vaccine.
So it could possibly be any vaccine.
So think about that.
Yeah, it's pretty open-ended.
And there's no adjudication date.
It's not for so long.
It's indefinite.
Yeah.
But yet, you know, my body, my choice.
But why wasn't it My Body My Choice for all those healthcare workers or any of us right now?
It's so hypocritical.
Exactly.
I know we're walking the thin line because of YouTube with their restrictions.
That's why we're broadcasting tonight live on Rumble in about 45 minutes from now.
So guys, the Rumble link is in the description too, and in the chat room.
So join us for the new show later.
But yeah, is there anything else you guys want to throw in?
I don't think so.
Like I said, some of it is still active.
The biggest thing is, that I can stress, is 2019.
We need an open investigation.
We need to find out what happened there.
If those events never took place, the snowball avalanche that came after would have never happened.
Oh, let me plug your page too.
He's got a give send go.
It's like a go fund me about help us fight for justice accountability And they need like eight about $8,000 for legal purposes and everything else So if you're interested guys in what our drop of the dollars, but I want to help them out and This is actually a Christian fundraising page, so it's not like go fund me You know, they only support black lives matter and yeah, you know terrorists in the country But yeah, this year is awesome page here and I'm gonna put it in links in the chat here So if anybody wants to drop a couple bucks help them with their legal
Don't you because they got a lot of stuff going on the lawyers know just so folks know where that goes Sorry, Dan, but we're really really looking for the private investigator Investigator Investigation and then obviously any legal fees or legal Venues that we may need lawyer assistance these types of things We're all still learning it.
You know, and the open investigation and maybe being able to hire a private investigator to corroborate and continue to find what we're looking for, You know, and then our end goal once we're able to take care of that is then with the legislation, you know, the emergency care card that we sat with Erin Lynch Prada once before, but when she was a senator, but with all the people that we've met, we now have a much better understanding at how, you know, but with all the people that we've met, we now have a You know, to proceed.
So we're not done fighting and no one's going to stop us, but we appreciate your time and anyone watching, listening to what we're going through and share your stories with us.
I mean, the more we all have a communication about what you're struggling with, you know, if you have a problem in Cranston, please let us know.
Yes.
I mean, we'll gladly do what we can.
And we appreciate your support, but we're also here to support you.
Absolutely.
Well, I thank you guys for your time and so good luck and people in the chat room said they're praying for you.
Thank you very much.
Alright guys, so it was a pleasure to interview you guys.
I'm sure we'll be back with more updated information because there's a lot more to come guys.
This is just like the beginning steps, whatever the case.
Oh, sorry.
Right, I'm sorry.
No, one of the leading individuals in our corner who's willing to take this case on and him and Mike Stenhouse, the only two reporters that are even willing to take this on and very sensitive.
We thank you both.
Yeah, well, Mike Stenhouse, What's his organization called again?
He does the In the Dugout, but it is the Rhode Island Freedom and Prosperity, or the Ocean Current.
The Ocean State Current, and then he does another, I believe, organization.
He's involved in quite a bit himself.
He's been doing it a lot longer, and it's nice to know him.
We both were in the news when Chafee, I'm sorry, when he signed on to literally Agenda 2030 with the rule in Mapwood Island, and me and him were at the committee.
We literally made the news for saying, not Hail Hill, I'll just say the other one.
Basically, you call them the stars I ate.
It was crazy, man.
It was nuts, man.
I forgot exactly what he said, but we made the news for saying it.
Basically, confronting the governor on his draconian Nazi agenda, which is Agenda 2030, and it's all tied in locally.
It's another story all together, but yeah, it's unreal man.
And uh, with these people get away from the state, you know, and everywhere else, it's just a Nazi agenda.
Uh, communist, Nazis, all the same stuff.
Don't believe people kid you.
Packaged.
Yeah.
That's it.
Yep.
All right, guys.
I want to thank you for your time, man.
