Dan Bidondi Show - Rhode Island State Truck Spraying Chemicals Part 2 of 2 Aired: 2011-08-24 Duration: 08:28 === What's in These Chemicals? (08:28) === [00:00:00] *Painless music* *Painless music* *Painless [00:00:18] music* *Painless music* *Painless [00:00:41] music* Alright sir, any of you guys? [00:00:52] Any questions here? [00:00:53] Um, all I ask is, guys, what's in these chemicals? [00:00:56] That's all I want to know. [00:00:57] Why are they spraying? [00:00:58] What's in these chemicals? [00:01:00] It's common maintenance for the highway. [00:01:02] Yeah, but we don't understand why they're spraying chemicals. [00:01:06] These don't kill bugs. [00:01:08] We detest on the stuff. [00:01:09] Just, just, what you should do is DOT, as URI, do the test before the tanks go out. [00:01:16] You can contact either one of those two. [00:01:18] But these guys are workers here. [00:01:20] Oh, I understand that. [00:01:21] And they're just doing their job. [00:01:22] Yeah, I told them, I got it all on film. [00:01:24] I told them, I know you're doing your job and we just need to know what's in these chemicals. [00:01:29] I have no problem with you doing the questioning and everything. [00:01:31] Here's the issue. [00:01:32] If it gets to the point that I think you're following these guys and causing a traffic hazard, then that becomes a big deal. [00:01:38] You know what I mean? [00:01:39] Because it's bad enough that they're here, but they're in a big white truck, flashing lights, and you're in a car that's not inspected. [00:01:47] Yeah. [00:01:47] No hazard lights. [00:01:48] Yeah. [00:01:49] Okay? [00:01:50] So... Alright. [00:01:51] No, I mean, I got... It's time to wrap it up and call it a day, but do you know how to contact URI? [00:01:57] URI, DEM, and the other ones that test the tank. [00:02:01] Everything they showed me looks legit, so I'm good. [00:02:05] No, I mean, what I'm saying is I'm a public concern. [00:02:07] Why are they spraying chemicals? [00:02:08] What's in these chemicals and what do they do? [00:02:10] It's their normal maintenance. [00:02:11] For what, though? [00:02:12] For the highway. [00:02:12] Other than that, it just overgrows and does You know, they have to take you out of highways. [00:02:16] That's what we pay them for. [00:02:18] Yeah, but what's in these chemicals? [00:02:19] Alright, enough. [00:02:21] Okay? [00:02:21] I'm not going to go through a chemical breakdown with you because I don't know. [00:02:25] Yeah, but as public officials they have to display a material safety data sheet. [00:02:28] That's the law, sir. [00:02:31] Hey, sir, do you have a card of your, uh, direct number for your company? [00:02:42] Michael? [00:02:42] No, I'm sorry, uh... [00:02:44] Do you have a direct number for your department? [00:02:48] Alright. [00:02:48] I'm not blaming you guys at all. [00:02:50] It's just a lot of stuff going on that they're spraying chemicals around people getting sick off of it, and that has nothing to do with bug spraying and maintenance either. [00:02:57] And we got this report all over the country, so I mean like, this is why we're concerned about this. [00:03:01] Alright guys, you go ahead. [00:03:03] You have a good day. [00:03:04] And I'll be in the area for a little while. [00:03:05] I appreciate that. [00:03:06] I'm all done, sir. [00:03:08] I'll contact the Department of Transportation. [00:03:12] I think I gave you all the questions you need. [00:03:14] I understand. [00:03:17] I'm a citizen of Cumberland. [00:03:19] You can probably do direct links to their website. [00:03:22] Alright, thank you. [00:03:24] But it is a hazard following them. [00:03:26] Yeah. [00:03:27] Well, I got it on video. [00:03:28] They pulled in here and I asked them a question. [00:03:31] Right, because from what they said, they were being followed. [00:03:34] And you pulled up alongside of them for some traffic. [00:03:37] Well, no, I got it on video. [00:03:39] I didn't see it, but let's be safe, okay? [00:03:42] Alright, thank you sir. [00:03:44] Have a good day. [00:03:44] So here I am contacting Public Affairs for the Department of Transportation. [00:03:51] Thank you. [00:03:52] Let's give these guys a call and see what they say. - Communications. [00:04:02] My name is Dan Verdandi from Supermax News Network out of Pratt Island, Rhode Island. [00:04:07] I had an issue. [00:04:08] On Menden Road, a one-year truck, the truck number is 1225. [00:04:11] They were spraying this chemical on the sidewalks and the streets and they pulled into a parking lot. [00:04:17] I pulled in to question them what they were spraying and why. [00:04:21] They said they're not allowed to disclose that to the public and they have no placards on the truck. [00:04:26] Uh, you know, carrying a chemical and they had no materials, you know, safety data sheets to, uh, hand out, which is by law you're supposed to have that stuff. [00:04:33] And, um, they would not disclose what they were spraying. [00:04:36] They said they were contacting the supervisor. [00:04:38] I waited there several minutes and, uh, they end up calling the Cumberland Police Army. [00:04:42] And right away I discussed who I was and told him I was a member of the press. [00:04:45] And it was just a public safety concern, and they called the police department on me. [00:04:49] And basically I got no answers. [00:04:51] They told me to call the Department of Transportation here to find out what exactly are they spraying and why. [00:04:58] Okay. [00:04:59] And can you give me a contact, whether it's email or phone, so that we can get back in touch with you? [00:05:07] Sure. [00:05:08] Now, can you give me the location so I can check that out? [00:05:16] Oh, no problem. [00:05:18] They were going down Broad Street into Mender Road in Cumberland, Rhode Island. [00:05:23] Okay. [00:05:24] And they're spraying the road. [00:05:24] Do you want to know what they were spraying? [00:05:26] Yep. [00:05:27] We're concerned of, you know, public health issues here. [00:05:29] Why and what are they spraying? [00:05:31] Okay. [00:05:32] Let me look into this, Dan, and I'll get back to you as soon as I have an answer. [00:05:36] Okay. [00:05:37] Thank you very much. [00:05:39] Hi folks, Dan Badondi here, host of Truth Radio, founder of We Are Change Blackstone Valley, www.truthradio.cc. [00:05:47] And it's been several hours later, we haven't gotten no phone calls back, like we expected. [00:05:52] No emails, we tried to contact that lady again, and there was no contact at all. [00:05:57] I mean, no answer. [00:05:59] And basically, we went through the system again, got the runaround. [00:06:03] Like we expected, but the thing is we're not trying to listen to a conspiracy. [00:06:08] The other night I had James Stollen from Utah on my show as a guest. [00:06:13] He was reporting about these trucks going around spraying middle of the night or early in the morning when people going to work. [00:06:20] So basically nobody's really aware of it. [00:06:23] And he explained this and opened my eyes to this. [00:06:26] Now I was aware about geoengineering with the chemtrail spraying. [00:06:29] And he opened my eyes to this. [00:06:30] And he did tests. [00:06:32] Some guy told him it was bug spray. [00:06:34] He did tests with this. [00:06:36] He placed bugs on the sidewalk. [00:06:38] Even little plants or weeds. [00:06:41] To see if this chemical did what it's supposed to do. [00:06:43] And it did not. [00:06:44] So that makes you question. [00:06:45] What and why are they spraying? [00:06:47] And the other thing is too, by law, all trucks that carry any chemicals, trains, anything that carries chemicals, have to have a placard on the vehicle. [00:06:56] Even if it's milk or water, there's supposed to be a placard on the vehicle. [00:07:03] And they're supposed to provide and have copies of a material safety data sheet. [00:07:08] And it's supposed to be public information, especially public service. [00:07:12] That's public state workers that are going around spraying chemicals. [00:07:16] For one, they're supposed to make all the neighbors aware of what they're doing, so they don't leave the animals outside. [00:07:20] And two, again, they're supposed to have the material safety data sheet with them. [00:07:26] And they're going around spraying chemicals. [00:07:28] I mean, this was the first time I'd seen it. [00:07:29] So I followed them with the video camera I'd just seen, and they would not discuss. [00:07:33] They said, we can't talk to the public. [00:07:36] And, uh, as you've seen, the police officer, who is a resident of Cumberland, more than likely, and is a Cumberland police officer, he should have been concerned also. [00:07:44] Of what that sprang, but he said, I don't know. [00:07:46] Quoted, you know, quote-unquote, I don't know. [00:07:49] I don't know what it is. [00:07:50] Well, you should know what it is as a public official. [00:07:53] And as a citizen, not even a member of the press, but as a citizen, it is my right and duty to question this. [00:07:59] For public safety concerns and just public information, we need to know. [00:08:04] And what and why are they spraying it? [00:08:07] And that's a question we want to know, and we're going to get to the bottom of this. [00:08:10] And because this is going on nationwide, nobody's been getting any answers. [00:08:15] If you've got an answer about this, you're a city worker or state worker, contact me at Truth Radio 990 or Hotmail.com. [00:08:22] And again, Truth Radio 990 or Hotmail.com. [00:08:25] But the thing is, we need to know what and why are they spraying?
